(EAW intro plays)
(The camera opens up as usual and a recap of last week’s Voltage begins to play: The show begins with Serena Bennett making her appearance and setting things straight, explaining herself about her attack on Andrea Valentine and then the reason for her return. She says that she has a lot to prove now that she is back and that everyone is really in for it now. Backstage, Drake King is trying to find another teammate for the Anarchy in the Arena team, he is unsuccessful with Dr. Bethany Blue, Daryl Kinkade, and Ronan Malosi. He even has a small altercation with Captain Charisma. But finally, he encounters Hikari Kanno who is willing to be his teammate, and after being doubtful at first, he welcomes her onto the team. Ayu Megumi then defeats Haruka Kashimashi in a Falls Count Anywhere match. Serenity Valdez comes out, talking about her match at Poor Unfortunate Souls. She gets interrupted by Diamond Dixon, the two argue for a moment and it seems Serenity was getting close to causing another brawl but she held herself back, saying that she will walk out of Poor Unfortunate Souls the same way she walked in. Dr. Doyle meets up with Dr. Bethany Blue, looking for her help to deal with Justin and his other personalities, but things go horribly wrong as Bethany gets attacked by Samael. Luckily, Michael is able to take control in time and leave Bethany alone, as Bethany could only respond with an expression of rage at the situation. Kenn Kenn has a small celebration with his entourage in the ring, saying how much he deserves to be here and how Kenyoncé is here to slay. Halsey Neel comes out to ruin the party, complaining about Kenn’s attitude to being in EAW, as she ends up leaving saying how much of a waste of space Kenn is. Later Kenn Kenn teams up with Kylie Grace and the two are successful at beating Mary S. Atlas and Lila Vandran. Natasha Agnello comes out with Theron Nikolas, as she talks about what happened with Hikari along with Theron’s future. It seemed for a moment that Theron was about to speak up, but all of the sudden, two masked men end up attacking him and laying him out, who is then revealed to be Komatsu Ogawa and Lucas Johnson. Sierra Everett then has a small conversation with Ronan, as he tries to bribe her with money, but Sierra obviously refuses. The conversation is interrupted by Bronson Daniels, saying that after all of this time, Ronan is still the same person who will just lose to him again, and as Sierra comments that she is betting for Bronson to win, Ronan suddenly attacks Bronson and the altercation turns into a brawl that is broken up by security. Samael faces off against EAW Champion Minerva and after a very impressive match, Minerva is able to take the victory. Captain Charisma and Eden Sinclair are discussing the Captain for the Brand Warfare team when they are interrupted by Charlie Marr, who says he deserves a lot more after all the changes he had to deal with for the Hardcore Championship. It is just then that he overhears them talking about Brand Warfare and Charlie offers himself as the Captain. Eden was ready to deny him but Captain Charisma steps up, saying that despite Charlie’s actions, he was perfect for the position. Eden ends up giving in and Captain Charisma declares Charlie the Captain of the Brand Warfare team. Finally, in the Main Event, Drake King, Daryl Kinkade, Sheridan Muller, and TLA faced off in a fantastic four-way match that almost ends in a countout for everybody… for almost everyone! Daryl is the only one able to make it in time to the ring as Drake personally stops Sheridan and TLA from getting, and he is declared the winner and the new number one contender for the EAW Championship.)
(The recap ends and Sunday Night Voltage fades away to show a shot of the Nikos Galis Olympic Indoor Hall in Athens, Greece. An edited version of ’33rd Blakk Glass’ by ZilaKami & SosMula is played through the speakers as spotlights are panning around and golden pyro is shooting out from the stage. The mood from the people in attendance though is a lot more different as the intro finishes, and instead of cutting to the commentators it shows Eden Sinclair standing in the ring with a microphone in her hand and a serious expression on her face as she slowly spoke up.)
Eden Sinclair: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another episode of Sunday Night Voltage. I am very sorry for the sudden interruption, but I need to make an important announcement that everybody needs to know. Earlier in the week, there was breaking news about the Commissioner of Voltage, Captain Charisma, as it was revealed that he was exposed to the Monkeypox virus and that he won’t be around to do his duties as Commissioner, instead recovering at home. Everyone here in EAW wishes Captain Charisma a speedy recovery, but we also take situations like this very seriously. Infectious diseases are very dangerous right now in the times we live in, considering the fact that we are still in the middle of a pandemic when it comes to COVID, so we are taking all precautions in the future when it comes to the wrestlers and workers of EAW.
Eden Sinclair: But of course, we arrive at my important announcement, and that is that in Captain Charisma’s absence… I will be the one to take care of his duties temporally and lead Voltage until he returns!
(The crowd reacts in a very mixed manner to this announcement, with the majority of people being used to Captain Charisma leading Voltage and the others not having a clear opinion on Eden herself. Eden quickly notices this and she shows her usual sweet smile to the crowd as she tries to bring the mood back up.)
Eden Sinclair: Everyone watching, you don’t need to worry at all. I promise you that I will give it my all to fulfill Captain Charisma’s position and continue to show why Voltage is one of the greatest wrestling shows in EAW! I assure everyone that I am capable enough for this, and as one of Disney’s representatives I have been given this prestigious position because of my skills and promoting my agenda of all things pure and wholesome! Disney is the number one company in the world when it comes to being inclusive for everyone, as our product can be enjoyed by various people who wish to watch it! Alongside the diversity of our wrestlers, each one coming from different places and backgrounds.
Eden Sinclair: And that can be shown in the exciting matches that we have here for you tonight! As Kenn Kenn and Kylie Grace face off against Lucas Johnson and Komatsu Ogawa, alongside Ayu Megumi going up against Theron Nikolas, and in our main event, Drake King and Hikari Kanno facing off against Charlie Marr and Daryl Kinkade. It is going to be another amazing and hyped-up night like always as we set off our supershow, Rise of the Resistance next week and then eventually, Territorial Invasion. But speaking of the main event tonight, I would like to present to you one of the wrestlers in the match and of course, the brand new number one contender for the EAW World Championship…Daryl Kinkade!
(‘Primrose’ by Dream State hits and another mixed reaction can be heard from the crowd but it is mostly positive as Daryl Kinkade makes his way out to the entrance ramp, looking around with a big grin on his face, obviously in a good mood from his win last week.)
Persephone: What a shame about Captain Charisma’s situation, luckily, we have Eden Sinclair to run the show for now and it makes me very happy to hear that. I absolutely and most definitely love her for being here and making the show better 🙂
Rich Russillo: You are right Persephone, it is sad to hear but the show must go on after all, and the show for today goes on with Daryl Kinkade making his way out to the ring!
James Peters: Daryl returned to EAW after a few years of absence to make people remember who he was. Even though he was unsuccessful at capturing the EAW Hardcore Championship at Pain for Pride, it seems he is more than ready to capture the EAW Championship instead at Rise of the Resistance.
(Daryl Kinkade sees that the crowd has quieted down once he gets into the ring. He produces a microphone and takes the opportunity to begin speaking.)
Daryl Kinkade: This is my first World Championship opportunity. After all the time I’ve spent as an Elitist, whether it be this year or before my departure during my first run, this is the first time I have the ability to say that I’m competing for a World Championship, and I know that there’s a lot of people in the back still shocked about all this a week later. In fact a lot of the people here in the crowd tonight are probably just as surprised because an Elitist like me, one that only a week prior suffered a loss to one of the competitors in the same contendership match that I won, was able to reach this point. I was never given this kind of opportunity in the past. I never had that chance, and even now I don’t think anyone truly expected this kind of result. You all saw the kind of talent that was in the match. Former World Champions, a current Champion, Pain for Pride main eventers, a Hall of Famer, I wasn’t the favorite. I wasn’t in that match as the man everyone expected to pick up the victory. The odds weren’t in my favor, but when the bell rang and that match ended I was the one raising my hand! I’m in this match because I defeated three of the Elitists considered Voltage’s best, and now I’m up against the woman sitting right at the top of the mountain. I’m up against the EAW World Champion, Minerva.
(Daryl stops for a second as the crowd explodes into cheers for the EAW World Champion. Daryl starts to slowly pace around the ring as he continues to speak.)
Daryl Kinkade: It’s up to me to make the most out of the opportunity that I gained last week, but there’s still one major step I need to cross before I can actually call myself World Champion, and that’s defeating Minerva. I’m not going to pretend that I know everything there is to know about Minerva. I don’t. Her rise to prominence began far after I was out of the company which ruined the chances of me ever actually getting the chance to face her up until now, but that doesn’t mean I don’t know what she’s capable of, or what I’m dealing with. A lot changed while I was away, but I did my best to make sure that I was on top of it all so that if I ever returned to this place I wouldn’t be entirely out of the loop. In other words, I’ve done my homework. I’ve kept tabs on EAW and all these major names like Minerva all throughout my absence, because even if nobody else believes in me or my chances I know in my heart that I’m a main event level competitor. Matches like this is where I belong, and when the time comes that I’m facing Minerva I hope she understands that I’ll be giving everything I have to that match, and I’ll be walking out with the EAW Championship around my waist!
(The crowd grows loud once again with the mix of cheers and boos, and this lasts until ‘Blood, Milk & Sky’ by White Zombie hits. At this point the crowd explodes into cheers, and before long the EAW World Champion Minerva begins to walk out as Daryl Kinkade turns his attention towards her. Minerva is wearing the Championship on her waist and holding a microphone in her hand, and she begins to walk down the ramp towards the ring.)
James Peters: The EAW World Champion is here! Minerva successfully defended that title once already after facing Ronan Malosi at Midsummer Massacre, and it’s obvious that she’s looking for a second successful defense as she prepares to take on Daryl Kinkade!
Rich Russillo: I’m really looking forward to this match. Daryl had a lot to say just now and I’m sure we all expected Minerva to make her presence known, but I have no idea what it is she plans to say to her challenger tonight.
(Daryl watches as Minerva walks down the ramp, and the EAW World Champion begins to speak on her way to the ring.)
Minerva: Are you sure that you belong? This is a World Championship match. An opportunity to prove yourself as the best Voltage has to offer, are you sure that you belong in a match like this?
(Minerva walks up the steel steps, finally entering the ring as she continues.)
Minerva: After all that you’ve been through in your career, and all of the opportunities you’ve had that you ultimately passed up on thanks to your own inability, how can you be so sure that you belong in the ring with me? You returned to this company at Grand Rampage, Daryl. You’ve had three years to get yourself together and come back better than ever, and instead you returned to EAW just so you could go on a run of underwhelming performances and losses in matches where you needed the victory more than ever. Your return to this company hasn’t shown that you’re better than ever. It hasn’t solidified your spot as a new and improved version of the man that was once only known for his tag team and feud with Charlie Marr. All this return has done is leave you in a far worse spot, because after all that’s happened in the past few months it’s become clear that the EAW roster has outgrown you, and instead of actually fighting your way to the top just like you were meant to when you returned to Voltage, you’ve been allowing the roster to walk all over you. Your return to EAW has been a disaster-
Daryl Kinkade: What, and you think I haven’t already heard that from countless other people? I don’t know if you realized it yet but you’re not telling me anything I don’t already know.
Minerva: And that’s the problem. You’ve heard this all before, you know all of this already, and instead of doing something to fix the issue you go around advertising just how horrible you really are. Do you really expect anyone, let alone the EAW World Champion to see you as a threat when you barely take yourself seriously? That’s not how this works. See, I knew that I’d hold this Championship. I knew I had what it took and I continued to fight my way to the top no matter what, but for so long you’ve just been sitting here telling everyone how bad you are. You’ve been giving the rest of us more and more reasons to doubt you, as if that’s supposed to elevate your career instead of dragging it down. Your attitude has always been your biggest issue, Daryl. I doubt that even you actually believe that you belong in this position seeing the embarrassing lack of confidence you’ve always carried with you. You struggle to actually believe in yourself, and that’s the biggest reason you don’t belong at my level.
(Minerva raises her EAW Championship as she finishes speaking, causing the crowd to cheer loudly.)
Minerva: I am a shark and you’re just a piece of meat. I am going to destroy you come Rise of the Resistance, and who knows what’ll be left of you after that?
(As the crowd eventually dies down, Daryl Kinkade just takes a deep breath, before finally beginning to speak once again.)
Daryl Kinkade: I’m not going to argue with your opinion on my character. If that’s what you believe then so be it, but this is far from the first time that someone promised to take me down, and I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure that nobody can question my ability once Rise of the Resistance is over.
(Daryl Kinkade has a look of determination on his face as the two Elitists stare at each other, but Minerva can’t help but laugh.)
Minerva: Are you sure? My last challenger Ronan Malosi took a very similar approach, and when the time came for him to back everything up he did what he does best, and bombed.
Daryl Kinkade: You should know that I’m not Ronan Malosi, and it’d really be in your best interest to take me seriously.
Minerva: Right. We’ll have to see about that at Rise of the Resistance, but in any case I’m sure it’ll all end the same anyway.
(Despite the clear frustration, Daryl decides not to say anything to Minerva’s comments. Instead, he chooses to begin walking past Minerva and making his way out of the ring as ‘Blood, Milk & Sky’ starts to play again.)
James Peters: It looks like Daryl Kinkade has a lot to prove heading into Rise of the Resistance! We’ve seen all that Minerva can do so I can’t blame her for the confidence, but at the same time I’m sure Daryl will be even more motivated to-
Rich Russillo: :krabs: DARYL JUST TURNED AND ATTACKED MINERVA!!!
James Peters: DARYL KINKADE WAS HEADING OUT OF THE RING, AND AFTER MINERVA TURNED AWAY FROM HIM DARYL THOUGHT AGAINST IT AND DECIDED TO ATTACK!! Minerva might have been underestimating Daryl, as now Daryl is all over the EAW World Champion as he drops down and begins punching away at her! Daryl’s been wanting an opportunity like this for a long time and clearly he doesn’t plan to let his upcoming title match go to waste!
Rich Russillo: You’re right about that one, BUT MINERVA PUSHES DARYL OFF OF HER! MINERVA GETS UP, BUT DARYL RUSHES IN WITH A KNEE TO THE MIDSECTION! MINERVA LANDS A PUNCH TO THE STOMACH, BUT DARYL KINKADE HITS A FOREARM FOLLOWED BY A KNEE TO THE FACE!! Minerva is down, and now Daryl pulls her in, BUT MINERVA RUNS INTO THE CORNER, SENDING DARYL INTO THE TURNBUCKLES!!!! MINERVA NOW BEGINNING TO FIGHT BACK WITH RIGHTS AND LEFTS TO HER CHALLENGER AT RISE OF THE RESISTANCE, AND NOW IT’S DARYL THAT LOOKS LIKE HE MIGHT BE IN A BIT OF TROUBLE!
James Peters: NO, DARYL PUSHES MINERVA AWAY BEFORE CONNECTING WITH A SUPERKICK! MINERVA WAS STOPPED IN HER TRACKS, AND BEFORE SHE COULD FALL TO THE MAT DARYL KINKADE PULLS HER INTO THE FRONT FACELOCK BEFORE CROSSING THE LEGS!! “A BEAUTIFUL LIE”!!!! DARYL KINKADE JUST DROPPED THE EAW WORLD CHAMPION WITH THE CROSS LEGGED FISHERMAN’S BUSTER, AND NOW DARYL KINKADE GRABS MINERVA BEFORE TOSSING HER OUT OF THE RING!!
(Minerva falls out to ringside, and as the fans are torn between cheering and booing, Daryl stares at what was left inside of the ring: the EAW World Championship. After a few seconds, Daryl just nods before making a Championship motion around his waist.)
James Peters: And that title right there is what this is all about, the EAW World Championship!! Daryl Kinkade is out to prove that he’s good enough to reach the top, and I think that attack just tells me that Daryl has had enough!
Rich Russillo: Yeah, Minerva’s words have clearly gotten to him, but I think Daryl wanted to send a message tonight. He wanted to prove that Minerva needs to be more cautious with him as her opponent, and I’d be surprised if she didn’t get that message after this attack!
Persephone: I just hope that they both have fun and have another great match, just like all the other matches they’ve had this season! 😄
James Peters: Minerva is down and out, and Daryl Kinkade has the EAW Championship in his sights. Will we see a new World Champion at Rise of the Resistance?
(Daryl Kinkade finally begins to make his way out of the ring as ‘Primrose’ hits once more. Minerva is still down and out at ringside after getting hit with Daryl’s finishing move, and the EAW Championship remains in the middle of the ring as Daryl walks up the ramp. From there, Voltage begins to fade away from ringside and cuts to a commercial break.)

(The camera opens backstage to see a smiling Sofia Clarke with a microphone.)
Sofia Clarke: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome my guest at this time…Kenn Kenn!
(The crowd can be heard giving a loud ovation as Kenn spins into the frame with a smile on his face, his positivity shining bright like it always is.)
Kenn Kenn: Why hello Sofia, looking breathtaking as always boo boo.
(Sofia blushes at the compliment smiling ear to ear.)
Sofia Clarke: Why thank you Kenn, as are yourself. It’s nice to see that your spirits are still flying high this week.
Kenn Kenn: Why of course, why wouldn’t they be? It’s an absolutely beautiful evening and life is wonderful as it can be, wouldn’t you agree?
Sofia Clarke: Well yes, but I thought you would be a little bit bothered because of the comments Halsey Neel made towards you last week. What are your thoughts on that?
Kenn Kenn: Oh, that was nothing. That was just Halsey looking for a little bit of attention of trying to rain on everybody’s parade for no reason other than to be a grumpy pants after she had an amazing opportunity to win the contender ship to the Specialists Championship, but she failed. Then turned her attention to me because she has nothing better to do with her time and said many hurtful things when we have never even met before. Like, why? What’s the beef girl? She seems to have a problem with me but I haven’t gotten in her way or have done anything wrong. I offered that girl a hug and opened my arms to her, and she wants to be in a bad mood and say she doesn’t like performers like me and that I’m the reason wrestling has gone downhill. Sweetheart, all my life I’ve seen so many girls like yourself, the edgelord types who just wanna hurt people, but deep down, they wanna be a superstar themselves. They are just dying for that positivity buried within them to burst out and they take it out on others who live to see the brighter side in life. I’ve been called names and have been made fun of my entire life because I was different from everybody else, and it didn’t break my spirit then, it only made me stronger in the long run, much like it’s going to now. Little tink tink wanted to get under my skin, and once again this season, she failed to do that as I’m still here, happy as ever to be here and conquer that next challenge in front of me. Once Halsey learns to release all that negativity inside her, the better she’s going to be. I can help sis do that, she just needs to take that first step.
Sofia Clarke: So, what’s in store for the future of Kenn Kenn?
Kenn Kenn: Well sis, I’m not going to spend much more time talking about Halsey because I don’t wanna give her the attention she sought when she decided to get involved in my business and try bringing me and everybody else down. The future for Kenn Kenn? *Kenn snaps his finger* Everybody knows that Kenn Kenn is the hottest act here on Sunday nights, and it’s clear that everybody wants a piece of Kennyonce including Halsey who wants to steal some of that attention for herself because girl can’t get it on her own. I have a few victories, but I want more than that baby. I wanna go out there and steal the show every night and rack up even bigger victories to show just how much I belong. I came back to this company bound and determined to show that I have what it takes to make it here despite what everyone says about me. I’ve backed it up in the ring a few times already and yet I am still doubted. I’m not gonna let some bland butt Karen ruin not only my momentum, but my mood and my mindset. The future is as bright as the sun, few victories I have under my belt are only just a taste of what I’m capable of doing. Like I said before, I am going to continue to celebrate myself each and every single day while giving everybody their money’s worth by putting on a show every time in that ring. It doesn’t matter if they judge me and base a book off it’s cover or they like me, I am gonna take on all comers and keep those dubs coming while continuing to live life to the fulles-
(Sofia Clarke clears her throat.)
Kenn Kenn: Oh hun, she’s right behind me isn’t she?
(Sofia nodded her head before Kenn does a 180 to face Halsey Neel behind him with a smile.)
Kenn Kenn: Halsey! Girllll have you opened up your soul to –
(Halsey Neel lays out Kenn Kenn with a right hand., which caught Kenn Kenn off guard. Halsey stands over Kenn who holds his face with his expression completely changed.)
Halsey Neel: You got it all wrong Kenn. I’m not the woman who just goes around looking for attention, I’m the woman who goes around looking for a fight, and the type of woman who cuts the fat out when she sees it and that is exactly what I’m going to do to you. You are literally a waste of everybody’s time but everybody is just too blind to see it because of the love they have for you. You are too caught up in all of that and you still don’t seem to get it that you’re an embarrassment, not taking anything serious and again as you were just doing before I showed up a few seconds ago, buying into that hype that everybody has for you. I stand from the shadows watching you make a mockery of what I love, and it makes me sick that the spotlight is chosen to be put on you rather than someone like myself, someone who has poured their blood, sweat, and tears into this business. But that’s not going to be for too much longer because I’m going to be the reality check you desperately need, and I think Rise Of The Resistance is the perfect place for that to happen. That’s right, I’m challenging you to a fight Kenn, so what do you say?
(Kenn stands up quickly holding his face while getting in the face of Halsey, not appreciating that he was just hit.)
Kenn Kenn: Nobody punches Kenndoll like that and gets away with it! Who do you think you are? I don’t know why you all of a sudden have beef with me, but I’m not the one to back down from anything, so as for your challenge, I accept it, and I look forward to shutting that mouth of yours up and proving you wrong!
(The crowd roars in approval of the match being made. Halsey gives a little smirk.)
Halsey Neel: Good, I want you to savor these next seven days, because it’s the last seven days that you are going to hold any relevance in this company. When this is all said and done and my hand is raised in the air, everybody is going to realize that they put all the stock in the wrong person as you crumble after getting your first taste of adversity knowing that you just aren’t cut out to handle it. Everything has gone right for you so far, but I’m here to put a stop to this mess. The most important thing to retake from it is “The hottest thing on Sunday nights” turns out to be exactly what we thought he was going to be, just another flash in the pan who bought into his hype way too early in his career and folded under the lights in his first true test. You live in a fantasy land, and even worse, people buy what you sell, it makes me sick. There comes a point where reality has to kick in, and that reality is Halsey Neel, who is going to show that she’s the real future star of Voltage.
Kenn Kenn: Girl, I want you to remember one thing, I get all the love and appreciation I do because I have earned it, and I’m going to prove that at Rise Of The Resistance. I won’t stand to let anybody talk down to me, or even worse, threaten me. You are going to learn really quickly that picking a fight with me is one of the worst decisions you could have made.
(Halsey gives a little chuckle before backing away, having got what she wanted in the match being accepted.)
Halsey Neel: It’s quite the opposite, I’m doing what needs to be done. At Rise Of The Resistance, I am taking out the trash before moving on to bigger and better things in my career.
(Halsey completely backs out of the camera shot, leaving Kenn Kenn alone staring at her, not taking too kindly to that last remark. He stands alone with Sofia once again.)
Kenn Kenn: I’m so sorry you had to see that, baby. That is girl is just… ugh. No other words for her right now.
(Kenn Kenn continues to chatter with Sofia as the camera fades down to another area backstage.)
(Sunday Night Voltage cuts backstage toward Molly Waters standing by. She has a bright smile like always on her face as she speaks up in front of the camera.)
Molly Waters: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome my guest at this time… Haruka Kashimashi!
(Cheers can be heard from the crowd as Haruka Kashimashi makes her way into the scene and stands beside Molly. She’s not in the best of moods right now because of her recent losses these past few weeks. She was clearly frustrated and sad about it but despite that, she still tried to raise a small smile as Molly welcomed her to the interview.)
Molly Waters: Hey Haruka, it is good to see you. How are you doing?
Haruka Kashimashi: It is good to see you as well Molly, and well… I guess you could say I’ve been feeling a lot better after what happened, you probably already know about it, right?
Molly Waters: Yes, I indeed know Haruka, and it was actually the first question I was going to ask you. Everyone knows that you didn’t have the best of luck in the fatal four way match and now going up against Ayu Megumi. So I ask you then if you have any idea about what is next for Haruka Kashimashi?
Haruka Kashimashi: What is next for me? I honestly don’t have the biggest clue on what I can do next. My future is not the brightest it can be and that is because I wasn’t good enough to be able to win, I wasn’t good enough to win the fatal four way match and I wasn’t good enough to beat Ayu, and that angers me so much because I have been trying my best to turn my bad luck around all of this time… I have failed on that. But I won’t give up, because no matter what happens, I want to change my career for the better. I honestly believed that I had the number one contendership for the Specialists Championship won, I worked hard to win that match, and I was so close to winning it but then it was taken away by Ayu. You really couldn’t believe how angry I was after I realized that actually happened, I even had a brawl with her, I was that angry. And so I decided to challenge her to a one-on-one match, so that I could show everyone that I deserved to have the opportunity, that I should have been the one to win the match. I had the chance to prove that against Ayu…and I ended up coming short once again.
Haruka Kashimashi: It is so frustrating having to fail constantly every time that you want to bring yourself back up, you think that today will be the day and then it doesn’t end up being, having to deal with that kind of thing is a nightmare. This season originally served as the perfect fresh start for my career, it was a new season, a new brand, and new opportunities to show what kind of wrestler I can be. But in the end, things have only continued to go wrong and I am so tired of having to deal with it. But despite all of that, I truly believe that I can change this, I can genuinely turn this whole thing around and show that I can lead EAW into an era that I can rule. I am determined to make sure that I finally start to get things back on track, and this time for good, and if I am not able to do that…then I don’t deserve to call myself the Prodigious Valkyrie.
???: Those words really sound familiar, huh?
(Haruka’s expression suddenly turned into a confused one as she quickly turned over to the other side and saw the person who just interrupted her. It was Lila Vandran from Showdown! She quickly made herself known as she approached closer to where Haruka and Molly were standing, and she began talking again.)
Lila Vandran: I couldn’t help but overhear what you’ve been saying Haruka and honestly, I can understand the place that you are coming from. All that talk about you being motivated to change your career for the better sounded very familiar to me, and that is because I am the exact same way. I haven’t had the best luck either here in EAW, you could say I had the worst out of everyone, to be honest. I am always searching for that breakout moment, the light at the end of the tunnel for my journey, and what I continue to find is a dead end. I try to climb up the ladder and that ladder simply ends up breaking under my weight. I continue to find disappointment after disappointment and that kind of situation continues to eat me alive, where no matter how much I try and try to turn things around for myself, it is always constantly to no avail.
Lila Vandran: One way or another I end up finding myself on the losing end of things, but has having to deal with that stopped me from continuing to fight? No, it hasn’t, because like you, I have continued to walk despite being knocked down every single time. I don’t dwell on feeling sad about what ended up happening and I make sure it doesn’t happen again, I make sure to learn from it and grow stronger from it. But then you reach one point where just doing that won’t help you anymore, I need to rise above that point I am at and I think that maybe…you are the means of doing that.
(Haruka was surprised to hear that from Lila, and from how she has been talking to her, she quickly picks up what she means.)
Haruka Kashimashi: I see…so what you are saying to me is supposed to be a challenge?
Lila Vandran: Yes, it indeed is. We are both on the same path of constant failure and one of us has to get out of it one way or the other. So if you care about helping your career advance as much as you say you do, then you would shake my hand and end up accepting it.
(Lila extends a hand to Haruka and Haruka ponders for a moment, thinking about what to do before she finally extends her own hand and she accepts Lila’s handshake.)
Haruka Kashimashi: Alright, I accept your challenge.
Lila Vandran: Then I’ll see you in the ring when it is time. As they say, may the best woman win.
(Lila then walks away after laying out the challenge to Haruka, as Haruka lets out a small sigh and she turns over to Molly with a smile.)
Haruka Kashimashi: Thanks for the interview Molly. I am pretty excited about this opportunity that just happened, and you know? I’m going make the most of this week. In just a few minutes, I’m heading to the ring and I’m beating Emir Erdogan, and then I’ll focus on Dynasty and on Lila.
Molly Waters: I love the fighting spirit. Good luck tonight, Haruka.
(Haruka simply gives a nod to Molly and then she quickly turns around to make her leave. She still felt a bit of frustration but at the same time felt a small bit of hope that with this match that she would be able to finally make things right. And as Haruka walks away Voltage fades away from backstage and into another commercial break.)

James Peters: Well as we all know last week didn’t go the way that Haruka was hoping. But she did impress a lot of fans as you can tell by the reactions here tonight. With this much support you just know it is a matter of time before she is back to where she wants to be.
Persephone: Well it’s not a popularity contest James. Support won’t help you in EAW if you can’t win matches!
Rich Russillo: As much as we may respect the effort she put in last week she didn’t get the job done but there is always another opportunity around the corner and tonight is one of them.
(‘Al Sevgilim’ by Semicenk & Funda Arer follows. Emir Erdoğan slowly walks out to the stage, and he has a focused and determined look as he seems prepared to try and dismantle his opponent. Emir stares directly at Haruka on his way to the ring, clearly prepared for the bell to ring and for this match to start.)
Bella Braxton: And her opponent from Nuremberg, Germany weighing in at 286 pounds hs ie “Count Bedeutend” EMIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR ERDOGANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!
James Peters: Well Emir Erdoğan is new to EAW but he is clearly an impressive physical specimen. Of course it will take more than that to be successful here in EAW but we really have no idea what to be expecting from this guy.
Rich Russillo: We are about to find out however! If he is as good as I have heard then Haruka is in for a world of hurt!
Persephone: It would be a shame if he murdered her quickly and ended the match right away. Hopefully it will be an evenly matched competitive contest! 😃
(DING! DING! DING!)
Rich Russillo: The match has begun and who knows who has this match won but we are about to find out! Emir Erdoğan has to be hyped for his first match in EAW and we are going to see what he is truly capable of up against Haruka Kashimashi. As soon as the bell rings Haruka comes charging in with a Running Knee Strike to the head! No! Emir moved out of the way and Haruka nearly went knee first into the corner turnbuckle! But she managed to stop herself as she whirls around… Haruka charges in once more… but she eats a Running Clothesline taking her head right off from Emir! Such power and force, Emir is staying right on her as he grabs the arm and wrenches it around driving his knee into her twisted limb. Emir with repeated knee strikes into the arm of Haruka and that looks painful.
James Peters: Emir Erdoğan with a hard stomp across the arm of Haruka Kashimashi as he releases it in order to stomp away at her chest instead. Emir showing right away he can back it up in his debut match and making a statement against Haruka from the early goings here tonight looking quite dominant indeed. Haruka slowly rises as Emir kicks her hard in the gut before lifting her over and dropping her back. Yes indeed that was a Suplex and Emir got all of it! He transfers over to the first cover of his career!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rich Russillo: We all have to start somewhere and Emir Erdoğan is starting with one. Maybe next time he will get two. And the time after that he will get three. Or maybe he will just wreck Haruka Kashimashi until the referee has to stop this match entirely! I’m sure that’s what he wants, but I don’t think Haruka is the type of competitor to let something like that happen!
James Peters: Emir Erdoğan grabs Haruka Kashimashi by the palm of his hand wrapping it around her head like a basketball and squeezing. Emir then drives his elbow down hard into the head of Haruka who falls forward on hands and knees. Respect to Haruka who pulls herself back up as Emir kicks her hard in the back and then delivers a clubbing blow to her back knocking her right back down to her knees as she screams in pain before folding down to the floor. Emir pulls Haruka back up and whips her across the ring…
Persephone: Wow it’s sad that Haruka Kashimashi is losing so much she might not even last very long. It would be a shame if the match ended up a quick squash instead of a five star 80 minute classic like I personally hoped to see. 😃
Rich Russillo: Haruka Kashimashi ducks beneath the charging Lariat thrown at full force by Emir Erdoğan! Haruka bounces back off the ropes and collides her forearm with the skull of Emir rocking him back! Haruka now firing off with repeated punches to the skull as she sends Emir back to the defensive! Emir is sent into the ropes as Haruka keeps hammering at him not letting up until the referee forces her to break it up! Emir shoves Haruka back away and walks away from the ropes… but Haruka charges in with a Spinning Back Heel Spin Kick to the face knocking Emir right down to the mat! Haruka taking control of this match by force and Emir has been shaken from his dominant foundations early on in the match? Could it be beginners luck catching up with him already or is this not the end of Emir? Haruka with the cover!!

James Peters: Haruka Kashimashi immediately transitions into a headlock to keep Emir Erdoğan on the mat. Haruka has it locked in tightly but Emir using that power and strength to get right back on up as he struggles to get free driving his elbow into her chest. Emir manages to break free. He puts his hands together and hurls himself forward with a Running Axe Handle but Haruka ducks beneath! Haruka behind Emir rolls him up with a School Girl! The pin!!!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rich Russillo: Emir Erdoğan manages to break free and kicks out with authority throwing Haruka Kashimashi backwards onto her back. Haruka gets back up… she ducks another rush attack from Emir who bounces off the ropes. Emir whips around… but Haruka comes charging in!!! RUNNING CROSSBODY CONNECTS!!! AND BOTH EMIR AND HARUKA GO FLYING ACROSS THE ROPES TO THE OUTSIDE LANDING BACK FIRST ON THE APRON!!! HARUKA CRUSHES EMIR AS THEY BOTH ROLL OFF THE APRON TO THE FLOOR ON THE OUTSIDE!!! WHAT A MANEUVER!!!
Persephone: Oh nos! I hope the referee doesn’t go and count them out! Show some leniency ref! Please!
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE!
James Peters: Haruka Kashimashi did a lot of damage there but the damage was done to herself as well. Both Haruka and Emir slowly regain their footing as the referee continues the count. Haruka shoves Emir face first into the ring post with a loud thud before tossing him back into the ring to beat the count!
Referee: SIX! SEVEN! EIGHT! NINE! TE-
Rich Russillo: Both competitors make it back in the ring in time to break up the count! Haruka Kashimashi goes high up to the top rope possibly looking to put a cap on things and end Emir Erdoğan’s first match with a loss here tonight! Haruka comes flying off the top with a Corkscrew Crossbody!!! She gets all kinds of elevation and speed on that corkscrew as she spins around multiple times in midair before coming into contact with Emir and crushing him down in the ring!!! This match could be over right here!!!
James Peters: Except for Emir Erdoğan managed to catch Haruka Kashimashi in midair! Emir just caught her and threw her back with a Belly to Belly Suplex!!! Might have been more of a Fallaway Slam to be honest as he throws her back horizontally! That high risk move did not pay off for Haruka whatsoever! But Haruka rolls out of the ring quickly in order to avoid being pinned by Emir. Emir pacing ragingly in the ring like a tiger as he waits for her to return. Haruka might have tweaked her neck there from the way she is holding that thing.
Rich Russillo: Emir Erdoğan cannot wait any longer as he storms out from the ring to the outside looking ready to do some damage. He charges in with a disrespectful kick to the back of Haruka’s neck driving her face first into the bottom of the ramp. He grabs her by the leg and whirls her around with all his force throwing her back first into the barricade outside the ring. Emir just playing with Haruka and he is fearsomely strong! Haruka uses the barricade to pull herself up, AND SHE HITS EMIR WITH A FOREARM SHOT THAT CAUSES HIM TO STUMBLE! EMIR RESPONDS WITH A KNEE TO THE MIDSECTION, AND NOW HE SENDS HER BACK INTO THE RING!!! Emir now following behind as Haruka gets up-
James Peters: But Haruka Kashimashi counters with a Spinning Back Kick right to the gut of Emir Erdoğan! Erdoğan is staggered as Haruka begins delivering a series of precise strikes punches and kicks to her opponent staggering him back! But Emir charges in with a Running Knee knocking Haruka back against the ropes and nearly sending her flying out of the ring from the force. Haruka with her leg all trapped up in the ropes as Emir comes at her and is raining down punches right to her forehead. He is just pummeling her and Haruka is now helpless at least until the referee steps in to begin the count!
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! BREAK IT UP!!!
Persephone: Props to the referee for not ending the match and disqualifying Emir. That would have been a shame! Of course I don’t like seeing this kind of violence either. Please less punches and more rest holds. My uhh, my kids don’t need to see this!
Rich Russillo: Wait you have kids??? Well that’s none of my business. The referee forces Emir Erdoğan off of Haruka Kashimashi but Emir shoves the referee aside! Emir going after Haruka who ducks beneath his punches and throws him up and drops him neck first across the top rope! Haruka then rolls Emir up from behind with another School Girl rollup! Haruka is going to steal this thang!

Rich Russillo: Somehow Emir Erdoğan kicks out yet again! Haruka Kashimashi has to be wondering what it is going to take to put him away. I am impressed by what Emir has been able to do in his first match and win or lose you can’t take that away from this competitor who clearly has a bright future on this brand. Haruka back up and she is stomping her feet just waiting for Emir to get back up. Haruka charges in with a Running Superkick!!!
James Peters: But Emir Erdoğan catches Haruka Kashimashi by the leg and pulls her in! EXPLODER SUPLEX TOSSES HARUKA BACKWARDS THROWING HER BACK FIRST INTO THE CORNER!!! Haruka just got wrecked! Haruka in a pile in the corner as Emir runs the ropes and collides with a Running Somersault Senton into the corner which is surprising agility from this man as he just crushes Haruka further. This might be it for Haruka as Emir drags her back out into the middle of the ring to go for the pin.

Rich Russillo: I love watching it with you my Disney queen. Emir Erdoğan pulls Haruka Kashimashi up and palms her skull into the turnbuckle with force. Emir is visibly tiring out you can see the sweat and heavy breathing indicating he doesn’t have much left in the tank. But he hasn’t lost the match yet and remains in control. He is waiting and lurking for Haruka to recover as she gets back up. Emir charges in with a Running Spear!
James Peters: No! Haruka Kashimashi counters the Spear kicking Emir Erdoğan right in the skull with a Bicycle Kick! Emir just got laid out! Haruka with yet another cover!!! Could this be the end???

(Haruka slowly gets back up and has her arm raised by the referee, and as Haruka Kashimashi celebrates her victory Voltage fades from ringside.)
( The scene opens up backstage where Kylie Grace is seen. She is sitting on a piece of equipment, skateboard beside her, and scrolling through social media on her phone. Kylie doesn’t appear to be the happiest camper at the moment, and it’s likely because her tag team partner, the wonderful and beautiful, Kenn Kenn, was assaulted and challenged by Halsey Neel for Rise of the Resistance. Kylie had quickly run to Kenn Kenn’s aid to check on him, even though he appeared to be in good spirits, and he had reassured he was fine and pumped for their match in a little bit. Kylie was taking the time to try and get her thoughts together. The frown on Kylie’s face deepens as she comes across a few comments she doesn’t really like. )
Kylie Grace: ( reading stuff from her phone ) Why is Kylie Grace appearing on Dynasty? It’s bad enough we have to see her on Voltage.
Kylie Grace: Kylie teaming with Haruka to take on former tag champs, l-o-l.
Kylie Grace: Not another stupid cac invading our show. Stop the madness, Tyrone!
( Kylie is clearly getting upset, but instead of crying, she closes her eyes, takes a few deep breaths, and tries to calm herself. Everyone has critics, even the absolute best of the best, and it’s to be expected that someone brand new to the business would have critics as well. Still, it doesn’t mean she doesn’t find the comments hurtful. )
???: ( off-mic ) Hiya!
( Kylie looks up from her phone and is startled. A little bit of fear crosses her face as she sees Samael standing in front of her. )
Kylie Grace: H-hi…
( Samael gives Kylie a bright smile. )
Samael: My name is Michael and I decided to go for a walk. My friend, Dr. Doyle, had to leave the office and even though he told me he would be right back and that I should stay put, I decided I wanted to get out and explore just a little bit. What’s your name? Is that a skateboard??
( Kylie swallows the lump in her throat, glad that it’s Michael speaking to her and not Samael or Caine, and she tries to smile. )
Kylie: Yes, it is a skateboard. It’s one of my hobbies away from wrestling, and my name is Kylie, by the way.
( Michael looks a little starry-eyed as he looks at Kylie. )
Michael: Kylie. That’s a pretty name and you’re super pretty too! Are you good at skateboarding? I have never been on a skateboard before. Is it hard? Can you do tricks and stuff like they do on TV?
( Kylie bites down on her bottom lip, still a little nervous, but she does shrug her shoulders. )
Kylie Grace: I don’t know if I am any good or not. I have never been in any competitions before or anything like that. But it’s fun, and I can do some tricks. I’m not like a professional or anything but I can pull off some kick-flips, a few variations of the Ollie, and when I am on a street course, I slide across rails and stuff.
Michael: Wow! I would love to try skateboarding one day. Do you think you could take me skateboarding? We could be friends and skateboard together! Wouldn’t that be neat?
( There was something about the hopeful look in Michael’s eyes that touched Kylie. Despite the reputation he was building as the unhinged monster of Voltage, the child-like innocence of Michael really did warm the naive 19-year old’s heart. Kylie gave Michael a timid smile and held her skateboard out to him. )
Kylie Grace: You are welcome to try it out but be careful.
( An excited look crossed Michael’s face and he took the skateboard from Kylie. He sat it on the ground with such gentleness that it was almost like he was afraid he would break it. Kylie took note of this and watched as Michael put one foot in the middle of the skateboard. He hesitated, looking at Kylie for reassurance, and she nodded her head. )
Kylie Grace: It’s okay. Just put your other foot on the board too.
( Michael chewed on his thumbnail for a moment before putting his other foot on the skateboard. His blue eyes lit up in delight. )
Michael: I DID IT! I’m standing, Kylie! I’m standing!!
( Michael flung his arms up in excitement, but in doing so, he lost his balance. He start flailing about, trying to get his balance, and immediately Kylie jumped down off the equipment box and reached out to try and steady him. )
Kylie Grace: It’s alright! I got you! Stop moving!
( Michael was much bigger than Kylie and his grip on her arms were sure to leave marks. But he steadied himself at her command, and started to relax. )
Kylie Grace: Are you alright, Michael?
Michael: ( whispering ) Yes.
( Kylie gave him a reassuring smile. )
Kylie Grace: I want you to let go of me now and give me your hand. Can you do that?
Michael: I think so. I just don’t want to fall :lupe:
Kylie Grace: I understand. Don’t worry, though. I’ve got you. Do you trust me?
( Michael nodded because he actually did. It took him a moment, but he finally let go of Kylie. She allowed him to get his footing steady, but stayed close enough so she could attempt to at least help him if he were to fall. With Michael finally on the skateboard, Kylie held out her hand. )
Kylie Grace: Now take my hand, Michael.
( This obviously delighted Michael and he gently took her hand. Kylie placed her other hand on the small of Michael’s back and gave him the slightest push so that the skateboard would start to roll. A giggle escaped from Michael as he held onto Kylie’s hand. )
Michael: I’M DOING IT! I’M DOING IT! I’M SKATEBOARDING! THIS IS AWESOME!
( He looked at Kylie and grinned, and she couldn’t help but grin back. She pushed him a little further down the hallway, helped him make a turn, and they made their way back to the equipment box. Once they came to a stop, Michael got off the board and handed it back to her. )
Michael: That was so much fun, Kylie! Thank you for helping me skateboard for the first time ever! You are a real nice lady and I hope that we can be friends.
Kylie Grace: I would love to be your friend, Michael. I am glad you had fun.
( Michael excitedly claps his hands and then gives Kylie a big hug. He squeezes her so hard it makes her yelp, but Michael doesn’t take note of this. He grabs her by the shoulders and gives her a little shake. )
Michael: Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I’m so happy I made a new friend today. Dr. Doyle won’t be so mad that I left the office without permission once I tell him how much fun we had! Caine: None of us like her.
( Kylie’s mouth drops open in shock as she hears Caine’s voice come through Michael. Michael doesn’t seem to notice what just happened and he maintains the smile that is on his face. He crushes Kylie into another hug, making it hard for her to breathe, and she finally has to place her hands on his chest and push against him. )
Michael: Oh gosh! I’m sorry! Did I hug you too hard?? Dr. Doyle says that I don’t know my own strength and sometimes I get carried away. I would never want to hurt you. I am very sorry.
( Michael’s face crumbles and he looks like he is about to cry. This breaks Kylie’s heart and she quickly gives Michael a friendly pat on the back. )
Kylie Grace: It’s completely fine! I am fine. I had fun and I am glad you did too. I know you have to get back to Dr. Doyle now, and I have to get ready to wrestle some bad guys. Have a good night, Michael.
( Kylie smiles sweetly at Michael and as she tucks her skateboard under her arm, Michael gives her a big wave. )
Michael: Bye, Kylie!
( Kylie waves at Michael and begins to make her way from the scene. The smile on her face turns to one of concern because she has no clue what the hell just happened back there. A mix of emotions coursed through her because as confusing as that whole situation was, she couldn’t help but think about how excited Michael had been to ride the skateboard for the very first time. Something about that had been completely endearing, and Kylie, who adored children, had been a babysitter for her little cousins and her nephew before graduating high school and pursuing wrestling. )
( She made her way towards the guerilla area and found Kenn Kenn, who seemed to have recovered just fine from his encounter with Halsey. In fact, his make-up had been touched up and just because, more glitter had been added to his gorgeous face. )
Kenn Kenn: There you are! Are you ready to go out there and kick some Showdown booty??
( Kenn Kenn did a little shimmy which made Kylie giggle, and she nodded her head. )
Kylie Grace: Of course! But I have to tell you about this strange encounter I just had!
Kenn Kenn: Ohhh! Was he tall, dark, and handsome? Or some gorgeous blonde viking of a man that looks like he just wants to bend you over a rock and make you sc-
Kylie Grace: 😳 Kenn Kenn please!
Kenn Kenn: :mjgrin: Alright, alright. But seriously, spill.
Kylie Grace: Well, it was Michael.
Kenn Kenn: :picard:
( And with that, Kylie starts to tell Kenn Kenn about the entire interaction as they get warmed up for their match. )

(Voltage opens up backstage, as we see Dr. Doyle at a nearby coffee station pouring himself a cup of the caffeinated beverage. He’s obviously exhausted and still trying to come up with a solution for Justin’s unique case of multiple personalities taking over his body. His arm and hands begin to jitter as he walks down the backstage hallway and towards his private office. Once arrived, Dr. Doyle opens the door and steps right in.)
Dr. Doyle: I really needed this cup of coffee, Justin. Thank you for staying put.
(There’s a moment of silence until Dr. Doyle spits out his coffee into the open room after realizing that Justin is nowhere to be found.)
Dr. Doyle: Justin?! Justin?!? Oh no.. Not again.. This is not good at all! Who knows who or what Justin is right now?! Everyone is in danger!
(Doyle is clearly Freaking out and we can tell simply by how hard he is clutching at the top of his head for any ideas on where to find Justin.)
Dr. Doyle: What do I do?! Ahh.. I should tell our Commissioner and have him issue out a full on search for Justin before it’s too late and some innocent person gets hurt!!
(Dr. Doyle begins to make his way towards the door to leave, but abruptly stops and pauses for a moment as something clicks in his head.)
Dr. Doyle: Wait a second.. Captain Charisma isn’t here tonight because of his monkeypox!! So I guess that plan is out of the picture.. Or wait!! I can surely inform Eden Sinclair!! We all know she wouldn’t want Justin causing any chaos on this show!
(Dr. Doyle immediately bolts out the door and slams the door shut behind him. He’s tense and afraid of which personality is taking over Justin’s body and what that personality’s intentions are while in control. After last week’s incident there is no question why Doyle feels this way. He rushes down the back hallways and towards Eden Sinclair’s office where we witness him weaving past backstage staff and crew members like he was an NFL running back. Doyle bolts over to the office door, but as he approaches Eden’s office, the door opens and he collides right into Dr. Bethany Blue who was just leaving a meeting with Sinclair. Blue falls to the ground as she was caught off guard.)
Dr. Bethany Blue: Hey! Watch where you’re goin-
(Dr. Bethany Blue looks up and sees that the person who ran into her was none other than Dr. Doyle. Her face begins to reveal an annoyed expression that correlates with the events that happened last week involving her and Doyle’s patient.)
Dr. Bethany Blue: It’s you..
(Dr. Bethany Blue rises up to her feet. She’s pretty pissed off that Doyle bumped into her, but Doyle disregards the expression she is making, grabs her by the shoulders, and frantically shakes her while getting right in her face.)
Dr. Doyle: Oh my gosh!! It’s you!! You won’t believe what happened!! It happened again!! He’s gone!! He’s escaped!!
(Dr. Bethany Blue rolls her eyes as she is annoyed by all of this.)
Dr. Bethany Blue: First things first.. You can take your hands off of me..
(Dr. Doyle does exactly so. He’s breathing heavily as this is not a situation he wants to be in again. However, it doesn’t seem like Bethany cares at all.)
Dr. Bethany Blue: And secondly, you have a lot of nerve to bump into me like that after what happened last week with your patient.. And for you to inform me that he’s gone missing.. AGAIN?? You’re really not making a good impression on me if you’re trying to stay on my good side..
Dr. Doyle: I’m sorry Dr. Blue!! It’s just that Justin has escaped again!
Dr. Bethany Blue: And?
Dr. Doyle: :comeagain:
Dr. Bethany Blue: Who cares..
Dr. Doyle: You of all people should care! After what happened last week, you should be just as worried as I am! This isn’t good!! No, not at all!!
Dr. Bethany Blue: Well if your patient is smart, he’ll stay missing..
(Confused as ever, Dr. Doyle tilts his head.)
Dr. Doyle: What’s that supposed to mean?
Dr. Bethany Blue: Oh how kind of you to ask. You see, before you rudely ran into me and made me fall down onto this concrete ground, I was in a meeting with Eden Sinclair. I told her about what happened last week and to schedule a future match against Samael so that I can make him and all of his personalities pay for what they all did to me.
(Dr. Doyle’s eyes open wide as he is completely mind blown that anyone would do such a thing.)
Dr. Doyle: You what?!? Why on earth would you do that?!? You’re putting yourself at risk!!
(Dr. Bethany Blue rolls her eyes once again, as she is annoyed that Doyle is assuming that she can’t handle herself against Samael. After a moment however, Dr. Bethany Blue places her hand on Dr. Doyle’s shoulder, smiles, and politely says.)
Dr. Bethany Blue: I will legitimately turn your patient into a dissected cadaver.
(Dr. Doyle’s mouth drops in shock, as he brushes Dr. Bethany Blue’s hand off of his shoulder.)
Dr. Doyle: YOU’RE CRAZY!! ABSOLUTELY CRAZY!!
(You can guess how Dr. Bethany Blue feels after hearing that. That bright, sarcastic smile that she had moments ago instantly turns into a pissed off face ready to explode. She’s really annoyed by this entire confrontation with Dr. Doyle, and sighs heavily.)
Dr. Doyle: I’m sorry Bethany, but you have no idea what you’re getting yourself into!! Heck, I don’t even know what you’re getting yourself into. All I know is that it’s bad and it’s going to cause you a tremendous amount of pain.. Samael is not someone that you want to cross paths with again. What happened last week may have only been a gist of what he is truly capable of. Ever since his personalities have been taking over, it seems as if he’s losing more and more control as the days go on, and the characteristics of his personalities aren’t getting any better. You trigger him in a way that I can’t describe because of how evil and merciless he gets due to your presence.. If he were given the opportunity to stand inside of the ring with you, then you surely would be destroyed right then and there.. What happened last week wouldn’t even compare to what could potentially happen if you both shared the same ring.. And with that said, I’m informing you now that your best bet would be to cancel this match and live to wrestle another day..
Dr. Bethany Blue: Do you take me as a joke? Do you think I would let someone hurt me the way that Samael did last week without firing back? I don’t care if Justin didn’t mean to do what he did last week or not, because from the looks and sound of it, all of Samael and Justin’s personalities have something against me.. With that said, I must put an end to this and make sure they all know not to mess with Dr. Bethany Blue ever again.. For years I have established myself as one of the best talents in this company. I’ve faced the best.. Beaten the best.. And with my expertise on the human body, I have manipulated and dissected multiple opponents inside of the ring in ways that Samael could never do. If anything, he’s the one in danger.. Not me..
(Suddenly we see a soccer ball bounce into the frame where it ends up in between both Doctors. After a moment, Michael runs right up to the ball and grabs it tightly. Where he got the soccer ball in between his time with Kylie Grace and now is anyone’s guess.)
Dr. Doyle: Michael!! Where have you been?!?
Michael: I met a girl a little bit ago!! Please! Please! Let me tell you about this girl I met doctor!!
Dr. Doyle: Ahh that’s wonderful Michael! Here, let’s head back to my office and we can talk about the girl that you met.
(Obviously Doyle is trying to get Michael back into the office in order to keep him from wandering the hallways now that he’s found him. Doyle turns Michael around, and the two head towards his office until Michael turns his head and drops the soccer ball. Doyle continues to try to walk Michael down the hall, but the strength of Michael becomes far too great to be resisting the way he is.. That’s because it’s no longer Michael. Instead, it’s none other than Caine who has his eyes like daggers as they pierce right through the soul Dr. Bethany Blue.)
Caine: What.. is she.. doing here??
(Dr. Doyle looks at Dr. Bethany Blue then back at Caine.)
Caine: Still trying to stop us all I see..
(Immediately and before anyone could respond, Caine turns into the most evil personality, Samael, and grabs Dr. Bethany Blue before she could even defend herself. Samael uses his incredible strength and tosses her right into the wall where we hear a loud thud the second her body makes contact. Dr. Bethany Blue’s body drops to the ground before Samael drops down and bashes her head back against the cinderblock wall. He then begins to drive his knee into her ribcage and abdomen before firing away with thunderous right and left handed punches to the face. Dr. Doyle tries to break things up, but Samael effortly shoves him back with one arm and continues the assault.)
Dr. Doyle: HELP!! SOMEONE HELP!! SECURITY!! PLEASE SOMEONE END THIS!!!
(Immediately, members of security come running from around the corner and begin to try and pull Samael off of Bethany, but he responds by tossing them up against the wall and shoving them away so that he can continue striking Dr. Blue. Eventually, it takes up to six security guards to pull Samael off by the arms, but yet again, Samael uses his strength to take out at least three more as he tries to get back over to Dr. Bethany Blue.)
Security Guard: HELP!! WE NEED MORE HELP OVER HERE!!!
(Samael nearly gets the last of the security guards off of him, but suddenly more and more begin to appear in the frame. It looks like there could be as many as fifteen to twenty security guards all working together to tackle Samael and finally hold him down. They have him restrained, as they look up to Dr. Doyle.)
Dr. Doyle: Thank you so much! Please take him to my office. I’ll be right there. Hopefully he calms down.
(The security guards keep hold of Samael, and begin to drag the monster back down the hall and towards Dr. Doyle’s office. This process isn’t easy, as they struggle heavily.. However, all Samael can do is try to kick and tug his way out, but the amount of security guards restraining him is too much for anyone to overcome. The camera then pans over to Dr. Bethany Blue who is clutching at her ribs. She’s in pain, and the ribs are only a fraction of her current injuries, as we can also see that her mouth has been busted open by Samael.)
Dr. Doyle: I don’t know what it is about you.. But you trigger him.. You trigger him bad..
(Dr. Doyle begins to shake his head as he is upset that Samael is unhinged and dangerous. He looks at Dr. Bethany Blue with sorrow in his eyes, because he feels that giving Samael a match against her would only cause her harm. He wants to find a solution for Samael, but unfortunately he hasn’t made any progress, and that’s another major concern for him.. Will Samael get better? Who knows.)
( Voltage fades down to ringside. )
(The camera cuts to Bella Braxton in the ring.)
Bella Braxton: THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS SCHEDULED FOR…ONE FALL!!

(‘Sweetest Pie’ by Megan Thee Stallion & Dua Lipa plays first to a loud ovation from fans, who Kenn Kenn Waves and blows kisses to as he makes his way our to the stage. Kenn Kenn doesn’t go too far, instead stopping at the top of the ramp as his theme transitions into ‘Unbreakable’ by Fireflight, playing down Kylie Grace as she skates down to the stage on her miniboard. Kylie Grace has a smile on her face as she gets off of the miniboard, walking down the ramp alongside Kenn Kenn.)
Bella Braxton: Introducing first! At a combined weight of 245 pounds…THE TEAM OF KYLIE GRACE AND KENN KENN!!
James Peters: We saw this two pick up a victory last week, and I could see em doing it again this week.
Rich Russillo: Yeah, they work pretty well together, and need to again this week against Lucas Johnson and Komatsu Ogawa.

(“Ready To Die” by The Notorious B.I.G. blares next to a less than positive reaction for the artist formerly known as Lucas Johnson. Lucas is focused for the match, ignoring whatever the crowd thinks as he is joined by new partners Komatsu Ogawa and Yoshiaki Tanaka on the ramp area as “Get Going” by The Muddy Apes kicks in. The three men begin making their way down to the ring.)
Bella Braxton: And their opponents! At a combined weight of 462 pounds, accompanied to the ring by Yoshiaki Tanaka…THE TEAM OF KOMATSU OGAWA AND LUCAS JOHNSON!!
James Peters: These two made a statement last week, attacking Theron Nikolas, and look to make another this week.
Rich Russillo: Ogawa’s proven to a pretty big threat over on Showdown, and Lucas is an EAW veteran.
James Peters: When motivated, he can be a dangerous competitor, giving anybody a gamble in that ring.

James Peters: Alright, seems like we’re starting things off with Kylie Grace, and Lucas Johnson for their respective teams. Lucas looks to be telling something to Ogawa, BUT THAT MIGHTVE BEEN A FAKE OUT AS HE RUSHES KYLIE, WHO NAILS HIM OFF THE BAT WITH A POWER PUNCH! THE SUPERMAN PUNCH DROPS JOHNSON AS KYLIE RUSHES INTO A DEEP COVER, HOOKING THE LEG!

Rich Russillo: Almost a two count, but it’s too early for that, Lucas is still relatively fresh, despite getting caught flush with that punch.
Persephone: Yeah, what an id- aggressive competitor, who might’ve gotten cost by that eagerness to kickstart things early on.
Rich Russillo: He still has a chance to turn things around though, and swing momentum back into his favor. Ya know, once the cobwebs get shaken completely out of his head. Kylie picks a seated Johnson up, and holds onto the back of his head as she tags out to Kenn Kenn.

James Peters: Kenn climbs to the middle rope, and we saw this last week, DIVING BLOCKBUSTER AND RUSSIAN LEGSWEEP COMBO! Could that be it as Kenn Kenn hooks the leg on Johnson!

James Peters: Another kickout, you can see Tanaka becoming a bit frustrated ringside. Lucas hasn’t been able to mount much momentum early on, and certainly isn’t doing so right now as Kylie snapmares him down to a seated position, and runs off the ropes!

Rich Russillo: Kenn Kenn tagged Kylie on the back as she did so, and comes in after she flattens Johnson with a penalty kick to the chest, FOLLOWED WITH A HANDSPRING MOONSAULT BY KENN KENN! Cover is made!

James Peters: Kickout by Lucas, but Ogawa also inserted himself in there, breaking up the pin. Possibly not having much faith in Johnson there to kickout.
Persephone: Or possibly just wanting to be sure. Ogawa wants the money, and isn’t gonna be cost that winner’s purse.
Rich Russillo: We gotta talk about Kenn Kenn and Kylie for a second, I mean, they’re double teaming has been impeccable, just goes to show that willingness to work together. Their eyes are on one common goal, and that’s to win. You got to imagine they had some time to train together, conjure up some offensive maneuvers against their opposing team.
James Peters: Hopefully, they can have a showing like last week, and not let an outside brand topple us. But back to the action, because after breaking up the cover with a double axe handle to the back, Ogawa returned to his corner, now awaiting a tag from Johnson, who’s crawling over there. Kenn Kenn grabs hold of his ankle, but Lucas rolls on his back, kicking him away.

Rich Russillo: Tag! Komatsu enters the match for the first time as a legal man, AND DROPS KENN KENN WITH A RUNNING CLOTHESLINE AS HE STOOD HIMSELF UP! Ogawa brings Kenn up to a knee, and lifts him off the canvas with a snap suplex. Cover is made, Ogawa having that forearm pressed against the jaw of Kenn Kenn! Showing absolutely no respect for his opponent.

James Peters: Kenn Kenn gets the shoulder up, but Ogawa doesn’t look very phased nor shocked, and just pulls him back up, Irish whipping Kenn to the ropes for a SIDEWALK SLAM! Kenn Kenn ran right into it! Hook of the leg by Komatsu, could this one be over early?

James Peters: Just a two count, so that answers my question, and Ogawa stands Kenn Kenn back up, leaning him against the ropes for another Irish whip! CLOTHESLINE ATTEMPT- BUT KENN KENN DUCKS UNDERNEATH IT, AND DUCKS A SECOND ONE OFF THE REBOUND! KENN KENN SLIDES BETWEEN THE LEGS OF KOMATSU, AND STANDS HIMSELF UP BEFORE OGAWA TURNS RIGHT INTO A HURRICANRANA!
Rich Russillo: Both competitors scramble back to their feet, and like a bull, Komatsu charges right toward Kenn Kenn, who catches him with a drop toe hold, sending him shoulder first into the abdomen of Lucas Johnson, knocking him off the apron.
James Peters: Lucas was trying to catch the attention of Kenn Kenn on the apron, and paid for it.

Rich Russillo: Kenn Kenn tags out to Kylie Grace, who scales the top turnbuckle as Ogawa staggers back to his feet, clutching at his throat, which collided with the middle rope also, and turns around into a DIVING CROSSBODY! BOTH LEGS ARE HOOKED!

James Peters: Komatsu explodes out of the cover!

James Peters: Kenn Kenn is once again the legal man as Kylie notices Johnson get back to his feet on the outside, and soars through the bottom rope with a wrecking ball dropkick! Komatsu gets to his feet before stumbling over to Kenn Kenn on the apron, getting a shoulder thrust to the gut for his troubles, and Kenn Kenn slingshots over the top rope for a sunset flip powerbomb! Innovative offense there as he has Ogawa pinned in the center of the ring!

Rich Russillo: Komatsu manages to stay in this thing, perhaps Tanaka brought him back to life with his constant pounding on the apron ringside, attempting to snap Komatsu back into this thing. He’s there for a reason. Kenn Kenn lifts Ogawa up, and backs him into the corner with repeated forearm strikes to the face. Irish whip to the opposite corner! BUT KOMATSU SENDS HIM UP AND OVER HIS SHOULDER TO THE OUTSIDE!
Persephone: Next time, don’t speak so soon as Kenn Kenn caught himself on the apron.
James Peters: Komatsu turns to notice this, and gets tagged with a roundhouse kick to the head, placing him on wobbly legs momentarily. Kenn Kenn tries reentering through the middle rope, BUT A PENALTY KICK TO THE FACE NIPS THAT IN THE BUD! With his opponent stunned, Ogawa grabs hold of Kenn Kenn’s wrist, and yanks on it, PULLING THE SIDE OF HIS FACE RIGHT INTO THE TOP ROPE, CAUSING SOME WHIPLASH THERE!
Rich Russillo: Kenn Kenn looks out of it as he melts to the outside. Ogawa smirks at the damage he’s done before tagging out to Lucas Johnson.

James Peters: Tag is made, but Johnson stalks his prey before making a move, watching as Kenn Kenn uses the apron to assist him in getting back to his feet. BUT LUCAS TAKES HIM DOWN WITH A RUNNING PENALTY KICK TO THE FACE! The back of Kenn Kenn’s head must’ve clashed with the thin padding we have for the outside area.
Rich Russillo: Lucas is an EAW veteran for a reason, wasting no time to showboat, and rolling Kenn Kenn back into the ring for a cover immediately!
Persephone: Could this be it???

Rich Russillo: Kenn Kenn inches his shoulder up off the canvas, and rolls over to his belly in doing so. Lucas takes advantage of this with a gator roll, transitioning into a crossface! Could Kenn Kenn tap out here?
(Persephone hides her hands as she has her fingers crossed.)
James Peters: It’s possible as Johnson continues to wrench on it in the center of the ring, nowhere really for Kenn Kenn to go. But shockingly, Lucas releases the hold, and delivers a stomp to the back of Kenn Kenn’s neck. Kenn writhes around in pain, clutching at the stomped area, but Lucas grabs hold of his arm, and drags him into the opposing corner, somewhere he doesn’t wanna be as Ogawa makes the tag!

Rich Russillo: Komatsu comes in, landing repeated stomps to the chest of Kenn Kenn, and now mounts him, biting the forehead! Causing the referee to intervene quickly, some may not agree with the tactics of Ogawa, but if you’re gonna make waves here, you gotta be a bit vicious.
James Peters: Komatsu lifts Kenn Kenn back up, and holds the back of his head while tagging out to Lucas!

Rich Russillo: Johnson’s back in, and delivers a pointed elbow to the back of Kenn Kenn’s neck! Kenn Kenn drops to a knee, but gets taken down to all fours with ANOTHER pointed elbow to the back of the neck. Lucas brings his opponent back up to a knee, BUT KENN KENN STARTS TO BATTLE BACK WITH SHOTS TO THE RIB CAGE!
James Peters: Kenn Kenn is up to a vertical base, but gets taken right back down to a knee by a hard forearm strike from Lucas! Johnson watches as Kenn Kenn uses the ropes to pick himself back up, and Kenn almost wanders into a BLUEPRINT! BUT THE JUMPING CUTTER GETS DENIED AS KENN KENN SHOVES HIM OFF! JOHNSON SPINS AROUND, AND GETS CAUGHT WITH A STEP-UP ENZIGURI!
Rich Russillo: Both competitors are down, but seem to have the same plan in mind, rolling to their respective corners in hopes of making a tag, which they do!

Rich Russillo: OGAWA TRIES CHARGING AT KYLIE ON THE APRON, BUT GETS CAUGHT WITH SPRINGBOARD DROPKICK FOR HIS TROUBLES! Lucas attempted to pick himself back up on the apron, but gets knocked off with a running knee strike to the side of his skull!
James Peters: Kylie turns around, AND CATCHES KOMATSU WITH A RUNNING STEP-UP KNEE STRIKE, BRINGING HIM DOWN TO A KNEEL, AND FOLLOWS THAT UP WITH A ROUNDHOUSE KICK! Komatsu is down, and Kylie sends Lucas back first into the barricade with a baseball slide! Kylie is stalking Komatsu from the corner, urging him to get back up!
Rich Russillo: POWER PU- NO! KYLIE TRIED A REPEAT FROM EARLIER, BUT OGAWA HAD HER SCOUTED, CATCHING HER IN A FIREMANS CARRY, AND POPPING HER UP INTO AN ELECTRIC CHAIR! Ogawa makes his way to the corner, looking to let Lucas tag in!

Rich Russillo: Komatsu climbs to the middle rope, and is on the receiving end of forearms from Kylie, attempting to knock him off his balance. But an eye rake swings things back in the favor of Ogawa, who climbs to the top rope, AND PEELS KYLIE OFF WITH A DOUBLE UNDERHOOK SUPLEX!
James Peters: Komatsu gets to a knee, and Lucas is back on the apron, tagging Ogawa on the back!

James Peters: Looks like he wants to finish this one off here as he lines Kylie up from the corner, awaiting her to arrive back to a vertical base. Kylie turns around, having no idea what awaits her- OR MAYBE SHE DOES, HALTING JOHNSON’S MOMENTUM WITH A SUPERKICK! But she isn’t able to capitalize as she collapses to the mat.

(The duo are furious as they stare down at Natasha Agnello from the ring, only more frustrated by that smug smile across her face.)

James Peters: Nikolas is up on the apron, AND LUCAS TURNS AROUND TO SEE THIS! JOHNSON MAKES A BEELINE TOWARD THERON, WHO LOW BRIDGES THE TOP ROPE, SENDING HIM OUT UP AND OVER! Lucas hit hard on the outside!

Persephone: Theron just took out three men!
James Peters: Opportunistically, might I add. Striking at just the right time, and getting some well measured payback for last week.
(With the three men down, Natasha and Theron stand down as the crowd explodes with a mixed reaction. They only stay for a few seconds to observe what Theron has done, before finally beginning to leave the area. From there, Voltage fades away from the area.)
(Sunday Night Voltage fades into the backstage area as the camera catches someone pacing around in a hurry throughout the hallways. After a bit, that person was soon revealed to be ARIA, who was clearly feeling very nervous at the moment, and for a good reason. She was once again called by Eden to talk with her and she knew things wouldn’t end well if what happened last time was a signal of that. She arrived in front of the door and took a few deep breaths before she knocked on the door a few times.)
Eden Sinclair: You can come in!
(ARIA then slowly opened the door and noticed Eden sitting behind a desk, but not just any desk though, it was actually at Captain Charisma’s desk! Eden thought that it would be good to make herself feel at home while Captain Charisma was away and now that she was in charge now, she might as well take the main desk. She even started to redecorate the office to give it that Disney vibe. ARIA thought it was all one big yikes, but she tried to hide that expression as Eden greeted her with her signature sweet smile.)
Eden Sinclair: There you are ARIA! It is so good to see you again, I really wanted to talk to you right now. How are you?
ARIA: Oh…uh…hey Eden! I am doing…good, you could say, how are you doing yourself? The office looks…very different.
Eden Sinclair: Oh, I am doing wonderful, thank you for asking! And yes, I was just doing a little…redecorating. But enough talking about me, let’s talk about you! You didn’t forget about the task I gave you…right?
ARIA: The…task. Uh- Yeah, YEAH! Of course, how could I forget? It was about the…
Eden Sinclair: I last tasked you with going around the locker room, to gather information on the other Elitists that are signed to this company and then give that information back to me. It has been well over a month since I have given you that task, so surely by now, you must have found out about something, no?
ARIA: R-RIGHT! Right, you are very right on that, I was indeed tasked with that, and what kind of detective I would be if I actually didn’t do it? Actually, just give me one moment to remember all the information I gathered because it is so much.
(Oh gosh, she was absolutely screwed. ARIA was very much hesitant about actually giving Eden that kind of information, she was very much uncomfortable about the idea of doing that and she obviously didn’t do the task in the first place because she wasn’t some kind of creep or stalker. Of course, she wasn’t going to dig up anything for Eden, she wasn’t her spy! But she obviously couldn’t tell her that though, so she needed to think of something, anything to say. And that is when something occurred to her, she has rarely done this kind of thing but she needed to do it to get out of this situation… she needed to lie so hopefully Eden could let her go and leave her alone.)
ARIA: Alright…let me start off by saying something that I think you won’t even believe, but it is actually the truth. TLA? I think he is starting to love Disney now, so much so that I think he is changing Steroid Dawg’s name to Pluto.
Eden Sinclair: Oh…wow? That’s…kind of surprising.
ARIA: And that is just the tip of the iceberg, let’s go over to Theron. I have found out he’s having this weird thing for knives. No, I have one better, Ronan…I have a good feeling to say he isn’t from South Africa- Actually, I have one even better! Beyonce…stole from Kennyonce, no lies told here, I assure you!
Eden Sinclair: Those are… interesting. ARIA, are you sure these statements are… true? They sound quite weird if you ask me.
ARIA: I know, but hear me out. Serenity Valdez, she has only been here on Voltage on a few occasions but during one of those I found out something that truly took me off guard. She has been shown to act very negatively to the new changes EAW has been going through. But in actuality, she has been so in touch with everything Disney, that apparently she even has a shrine of MICKEY MOUSE IN HER BASEMENT!
Eden Sinclair: Uh-huh…
ARIA: There is also this interesting fact I found, I know Drake is a very serious kind of person, he might not look like it but he? He is an expert on fashion and he actually LIKES TO DANCE-

ARIA: It has to do with that Meguism stuff, it is a weird topic to talk about.
Eden Sinclair: ARIA, have you actually found any kind of useful information?
ARIA: Well…there is this one last piece of information…and I think it is the most important one of them all. Do you know those rumors about Myles and Andre?… I think they are really true-
Eden Sinclair: Alright, that is enough!
(Eden suddenly raised her voice and ARIA stopped rambling on for a moment.)
Eden Sinclair: You know what? I thought I could trust you because you would be capable of this kind of job ARIA, with you being so proud of what a detective you are. I thought you would have done this perfectly, but not only have you not done the task I asked you one month ago, you tried to LIE to me to cover that up. It is disrespectful for you to try and insult my intelligence and it is very disappointing that after all this time you have nothing to show for the same detective job you had even before signing with EAW. This is supposed to be what you do outside of wrestling, and if you are unable to find information that would significantly help this brand just because you work with these people, then you should probably reconsider what you are doing.
(Of course, ARIA wasn’t going to say anything to her, she wasn’t the kind of person to spy on people’s privacy and just be someone else’s puppet! But she probably shouldn’t say that, she should try to defuse the situation.)
ARIA: Look, Eden, I-
Eden Sinclair: I don’t want to hear anything more from you ARIA, it is clear I am just going to get excuses from you. You know that we have a supershow next week right? And that there is a Rise of the Resistance match between Soul Food Sunday and the Ice Aces right? I am already not too happy about your actions just now, and the Ice Aces better not embarrass Voltage at our own event. You are on thin ice, and Rise of the Resistance is the Ice Aces’ best shot at impressing me. Do you understand?
ARIA: I…Y-Yes, I understand.
Eden Sinclair: Good, at least you know that. You are dismissed.
(ARIA doesn’t waste any time turning her back on her Eden and making her way out of the office, and as she closes the door behind her, her frustrations quickly seep out. She was very frustrated and angry about what just happened and she really couldn’t believe Eden would still be on her back after all of that. But ARIA knew she did the right thing, and that is what mattered. She simply shook her head and then she made her way out of there as Voltage faded away from backstage and into a commercial break.)

(The camera cuts to the backstage interview area with both Ronan Malosi and Diamond Dixon standing on either side of a smiling Sofia Clarke with an EAW branded microphone in hand. Ronan can be seen in his usual expensive clothing, staring down at his phone, and chuckling to himself, clearly not locked in on the interview. Meanwhile, Diamond Dixon has her arms crossed, visibly upset with her loss at Poor Unfortunate Souls, and more importantly, the fact she has to be around Ronan.)
Sofia Clarke: Ladies and gentlemen, my guests at this time, two competitors we saw at Poor Unfortunate Souls. Unfortunately, coming out on the losing end, no pun intended. Ronan Malosi and Diamond Dixon!
(Sofia starts off by turning her attention to Diamond.)
Sofia Clarke: For starters, Diamond, I’m looking to get your comments after that hard fought match with Serenity, which you… lost via submission. I can see you’re a bit upset-
Diamond Dixon: Upset ain’t even the word for it. I should’ve been walking into P-U-S, and walking out Specialists Champion. But instead, I’m stood here for an interview, and not even one of my own. I have to share the spotlight with this glorified comedy act, who nobody expected to win his match in the first place.
(Ronan laughs at this claim from Diamond while tucking the phone into his pocket, and begins to speak.)
Ronan Malosi: I’m gonna act as if you didn’t say that, because that comment clearly isn’t true. Besides, you should be grateful to share the spotlight with me. After all, I’m who everybody pays attention to on this brand, because I’m the only true star. A star who shouldn’t have even given Bronson Daniels the time of day, because everybody knows he doesn’t deserve it in the first place. But congrats go out to him, truly. He once again went from nobody to the trending topic on social media off my name. But let’s not act like he did it so smoothly. I mean, can we just talk for a second about the working conditions over on Dynasty? The mat was lumpy, the ropes were greasy, the referee’s counting was a bit off, especially on that last one. Just because Bronson can work under those conditions doesn’t mean I have to. But regardless-
Diamond Dixon: God, it’s the same tired song and dance with you every time, making excuses because you can’t get the job done. Forget about being a star, you might be this brand’s biggest loser, who nobody with a half-functioning brain takes seriously. Ronan Malosi: You got jokes, but the biggest one is you at all thinking you’re somehow above me. I’m not the one who tapped out two nights ago, and not even to someone good, to Serenity Valdez, who’s probably one of our weakest champions in EAW.
Diamond Dixon: Tapped out? Kinda like what you did against Bronson at Grand Rampage, right?
Sofia Clarke: Guys, if we can please restore some ord-
(Sofia’s words are no use as both Ronan and Diamond get into a screaming match with one another, drowning out anything she has to say. Clarke’s in the middle of it all, and starts to cower as both competitors inch toward each other, looking like things could possibly come to blows. But the two knock it off as Sierra Everett interrupts, finding amusement out the whole ordeal.)
Sierra Everett: No, don’t stop because I’m here. Carry on.
(Ronan and Diamond stare at Sierra with looks of anger and annoyance on their faces, not in the mood for this right now.)
Diamond Dixon: Now, what do you want?
Sierra Everett: Nothing, just some free entertainment. And you two just so happen to be those that can provide it for me.
Ronan Malosi: Oh yeah, how so?
Sierra Everett: Well, Ronan, I’ll get to you in a second. But Diamond…
(Sierra looks her up and down before beginning to laugh.)
Sierra Everett: I thought “Crown Jewels” don’t tap out. Guess that was wrong, huh?
Diamond Dixon: I’m not even gonna let you get me outta character, because you’re just about the last person I need talking down to me right now. I mean, who even are you?
Sierra Everett: Uh, Sierra Everett, someone so good I barely had to work on the indies.
Diamond Dixon: No, girl, I mean, who even are you? Congrats on doing great in the minor leagues, but you’re in Elite Answers Wrestling now, and here, you’re still really new. And perhaps you should’ve been working much more dates on the indies, considering you’ve still got tons more to learn, evident by that loss to Usagi, who similar to us you mocked after losses.
Sierra Everett: You got me there. I lost. But at least I didn’t embarrass myself in the same manner you did.
(Diamond can be seen using lots of restraint from putting her hands on Sierra, who’s smugly gloating in her face.)
Diamond Dixon: Ya know what? Imma leave, and that’s probably best case scenario for you, who I’m this close to doing something I might regret to, but I don’t need Disney execs up my you know what. Enjoy the attention you’re clearly seeking that I’m not about to give to you.
(Diamond stares down Sierra before walking off, and Everett just turns her attention over to Ronan, who smirks at Dixon being out of the picture.)
Sierra Everett: Ronan, we already met last week, and here we are again this week. Like I predicted, you lost to Bronson, what a shock, amirite?
(Ronan loses the smile, and looks down at Sierra with a sneer.)
Ronan Malosi: I hate to be in the same boat as that wannabe who just left, but you’re just about the last person I need to hear from as well. However, I get it. I really do, you’re craving attention, because you can’t command it like I do, the biggest star on Voltage. So, as a result, you’re tryna get clout off my name. Solid strategy, but you’re going about it the wrong way, and not the right one like I suggested last week. I offered to take you out, I offered to treat you to fine Wagyu beef, but now that’s off the table. I’ll tell you what, you keep running your mouth, and I’ll have no problem punching you in it, so that ego of yours can stay in check.
(Ronan gives a stern stare to Sierra, and goes to walk off, but she grabs his arm, stopping him, and he turns back to face her.)
Sierra Everett: Sorry, it’s just I couldn’t help but find amusement in the idea of YOU being Voltage’s “biggest star.” I mean, you’re physically big, but that’s about it. If you ask me, I’M Voltage’s biggest star, and take it from me, a real star wouldn’t let themselves lose to the exact same person at MULTIPLE major events. Grand Rampage, now Poor Unfortunate Souls. When will the embarrassment for you at Bronson’s hand finally end? If I had a career as embarrassing as yours… well, I’d quit.
(Ronan chuckles to himself, the words of Sierra getting under his skin, and making him frustrated.)
Ronan Malosi: I tried to be a nice guy, I really did. I even attempted to be the bigger man, something you know nothing about, and walk away from the situation. But since you are so dead set on that not happening, I’ll give in. You want attention? You want an opportunity to prove yourself against Voltage’s biggest star? You got it. Because at Rise of the Resistance, I challenge you to a match.
Sierra Everett: I-
Ronan Malosi: And before you even think about accepting, remember, you can’t qualify as Voltage’s biggest star without the look for it, which I’m gonna certainly take away any semblance of. Because that nose, I’m gonna put it next to your ear. Those teeth, I’m gonna knock ‘em down your throat. That forehead, I’m gonna put some dents in with my fist. And that ego, I’m gonna proudly crush. So, how bout you pull a move from Diamond, and just simply walk away.
Sierra Everett: I would’ve during that long winded speech of yours, making empty threat there and empty threat here, but I don’t wanna put you under the impression I ran cause I’m actually scared of you, and not just the fact your breath smells bad.
(Ronan’s anger is running at an all time high, thanks to the disrespect shown by the rookie, Sierra Everett. But he shows restraint from getting into scrap.)
Ronan Malosi: Quit it with the jokes, and just answer the question. Do you accept my challenge or no?
Sierra Everett: I guess I’m not doing much next week, so I accept!
(Sierra struts off, and Ronan stands there with his arms crossed, shaking his head at Everett when the camera fades to black.)

( However, before he gets the chance to say anything, the crowd grows loud once again. This time it’s not because of him though, but because two people are seen hopping over the barricade from the crowd, and quickly sliding into the ring. )
James Peters: WAIT WAIT WAIT, WHAT’S GOING ON!!??? TWO MASKED MEN JUST SLID INTO THE RING AND ATTACKED THERON NIKOLAS FROM BEHIND!!! THEY BOTH DRAG THERON UP, BUT THERON NIKOLAS IS TRYING HIS BEST TO FIGHT BACK AGAINST THEM! I DON’T KNOW HOW MUCH OF A CHANCE HE STANDS THOUGH, THIS IS NOT SOMETHING NATASHA WANTS TO GET INVOLVED WITH!
Rich Russillo: THE LARGER MAN RAMS THERON INTO THE TURNBUCKLES, SENDING HIS SHOULDER INTO THERON’S MIDSECTION BEFORE BACKING AWAY, ALLOWING THE OTHER MAN TO RUN IN AND HIT A RUNNING FOREARM! I have no idea who these people are or why they’re doing this to Theron, right before he had the chance to speak!
James Peters: The smaller of the two men begin to drag Theron up, AND THERON HITS THEM WITH A FOREARM! AND ANOTHER! AND ANOTHER, BUT THEY CUT HIM OFF WITH A KNEE TO THE MIDSECTION AFTER ALL OF THE DAMAGE THAT’S ALREADY BEEN INFLICTED, AND NOW THEY TOSS THERON RIGHT INTO THE GRASP OF THE LARGER MAN, WHO LIFTS THERON UP INTO A SUPLEX POSITION BEFORE DROPPING HIM WITH A NECKBREAKER ONTO THEIR KNEE!! What a move, but who could these two actually be? Theron Nikolas tried to fight back but there were two of them! Who just attacked Theron Nikolas??
( The crowd boos extremely loudly as the two people stand over the fallen Theron Nikolas. Natasha Agnello is horrified at what just happened, not expecting this sudden attack whatsoever. Natasha Agnello rushes to Theron’s side to make sure he is okay as officials begin running down the ramp, meanwhile the two masked men begin to take off the masks, revealing who they really are to even louder boos from the crowd. )
James Peters: Wait a second.. Is that..?
Rich Russillo: KOMATSU OGAWA, AND LUCAS JOHNSON?? TWO SHOWDOWN ELITISTS ARE HERE ON VOLTAGE, AND THEY JUST ATTACKED THERON NIKOLAS!
( Lucas and Komatsu look down on Theron Nikolas, and Komatsu Ogawa has a smirk on his face as he begins to speak. )
Komatsu Ogawa: (off-mic) Stay silent, ghost.
( The crowd continues to boo extremely loudly thanks to the attack, and finally the officials manage to enter the ring, quickly grabbing Komatsu Ogawa and Lucas Johnson, pulling them out of the ring to separate them from Theron Nikolas and Natasha Agnello. A few of the officials stay behind with Theron and Natasha to make sure neither of them are attacked, and both Komatsu and Lucas look satisfied with what they’ve done. )
( The recap is replaced by a live shot of the backstage area where Fight Grid host, Molly Waters, is standing by. She smiles into the camera. )
Molly Waters: As you just saw on the replay, Theron Nikolas was brutally attacked last week by two men who revealed themselves to be Lucas Johnson and Komatsu Ogawa of Showdown. Earlier tonight, Johnson and Ogawa were in action against Kylie Grace and Kenn Kenn, and it would be Theron’s turn to get payback. Thanks to Natasha Agnello walking down to the ring, Ogawa and Johnson would lose focus and that allowed Kenn Kenn to roll up Johnson for the second straight victory in a row for what could very well be a new tag team here in EAW! After the match, Theron would strike, taking out Johnson and Ogawa. Wow.
( Molly’s eyes are sparkling as she talks about one of the best parts of the show so far. It’s obvious that everyone is gearing up for Rise of the Resistance and Territorial Invasion, and everyone is looking to make a stand whether they’re brand new Elitists or established names. )
Molly Waters: In a matter of moments, we’ll see Theron compete against the number one contender to the Specialists Championship, Ayu Megumi, but first, you’re going to hear from the man himself. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome my guests at this time, Theron and Natasha!
( The camera shot widens and both Theron and Natasha are standing to Molly’s left. )
Molly Waters: Thank you for joining me. Theron, what was going through your mind last week when Ogawa and Johnson showed up just to attack you and make a statement?
( Theron’s mouth quirks up into the slightest hint of a smile and he tosses a look over at Natasha. )
Natasha Agnello: Theron said all he had to say on the situation earlier this week when he released his first promotional video in months. When he speaks, the entire world should listen, and they should listen very, very carefully. The road Theron has taken to get his career back on track has not been without its twists and turns. The two of us could stand here and be very bitter about that, but Theron has always taken the road less traveled. He’s never shied away from roadblocks and obstacles, using his mind, as well as his talent, to find a way to persevere. The people he’s met along the way have served two purposes. They have either given Theron a harsh lesson he’s had to learn, or they’ve been a blessing to him. There is no denying the things this man has been able to accomplish here in the land of Elite, even when it’s felt like everything has worked against him. But before the naysayers and the doubters raise their voices and cry out that Theron is no victim… we both know that he is not. Theron has made mistakes, much like everyone else, and he has been crucified ten times over for every single one of them. There are some scars that he will wear for the rest of his days in this business and there are some that have been able to heal and disappear completely. He’s accepted that he is not the man he used to be.
Natasha Agnello: Theron has evolved. He has grown. What happened at Super Voltage I against Hikari Kanno was an unfortunate situation and can be chalked up to an error on the official’s part. There is nothing that can be done. There is nothing that can be done to change how this season has started, either. But as Theron said himself, he’s awakened. He has a clear vision of where he must go in the short-term to get the long-term results he so desires. This week it starts with Ayu Megumi, a very vocal woman who felt the need to repeat herself this week. Her point was made in her first video. There was no need for a second that said virtually the same thing. Ayu is a tough competitor, there is no doubt about that, and once Theron is finished with her, she can find comfort in knowing she still has her championship opportunity coming. But for Theron? Theron is heading to Rise of the Resistance.
( Natasha pauses to allow this information to sink in and Molly takes the bait. )
Molly Waters: Are saying that Theron will be in action next week?
Natasha Agnello: It has been agreed upon by Eden Sinclair, Hurricane Hawk, and Heidi Huxley. Theron was granted the right to choose his opponent for Rise of the Resistance, be it Lucas Johnson or Komatsu Ogawa, and Theron set his sights on the striker. Ogawa brings an interesting mix of chaos, violence, and pure skill to the table and he is an opponent Theron has never faced before. As I said earlier, Theron has always taken the more complicated road, so Lucas Johnson was not really even an option. The bigger they are, the harder they fall, and at Rise of the Resistance, the Triangle of Terror will suffer the first of what I am sure will be many setbacks. With all due respect to them, because it is clear they decided to target Theron due to his recent struggles and vulnerability, they do not have what it takes to bring a man like Theron to his knees. Everything he’s been through and all that he will go through in the coming weeks, months… will prepare him for his destiny. He is far from finished, and those who doubt him will soon see the light. They will see that this man they have scoffed at, turned their nose up at, and doubted since his return still has that greatness inside of him. Theron is embarking on a journey that will allow him to become greater than he has ever been. He will become the Elitist he was meant to be. I believe in Theron Nikolas but importantly, Theron Nikolas believes in himself. EAW is a company full of the greatest to ever live. Mark my words, Theron Nikolas will reclaim his spot amongst them. You will have wished he stayed silent.
( Natasha and Theron exchange silent looks with one another because no words need to be spoken between them. There is an understanding there and a clear goal in mind. They will take back what is Theron’s and they will do that starting tonight. )

Not only that, but Theron really wants to get the ball rolling, so his main focus tonight is to add some respect to his name after tonight’s performance.)
Bella Braxton: Introducing first.. Being accompanied by Natasha Agnello.. Weighing in at 224lbs.. From Edmonton, Alberta, Candana!!! GHOST!! THERON NIKOLAS!!!
James Peters: Theron Nikolas hasn’t had the best luck this season.. Losing to the hot young rookie, Samael a few weeks back, and then losing a heated matchup against Hikari Kanno after a missed call by the referee..
Rich Russillo: And we can’t forget about the ambush last week involving Komatsu Ogawa and Lucas Johnson. Things need to change for Theron.. And they need to change soon, because like he said this week.. These past 18 months all he’s been doing is chasing.. Now it’s time for him to capture and gain the respect that he feels he’s lost..
(‘Like It! Love It’ by Setsuna Yuki hits, as the crowd erupts into cheers. After a moment, Ayu Megumi steps out onto the stage. She looks determined heading into this match as she knows that next week she has a date with the Specialists Champion for the title. This is a great matchup for her ahead of her title match, and she is definitely taking it seriously.)
Bella Braxton: And his opponent.. From Okinawa, Japan!! Weighing in at 115lbs!!! THE AMAZING GIRL!! AYU MEGUMI!!!
James Peters: Since Pain for Pride, Ayu Megumi has been on an absolute roll!
Persephone: Yeah, she’s really flipped the switch recently.
Rich Russillo: After stealing the victory in the fatal four way to determine the number one contender for the Specialists Championship, Ayu validated herself as the true title contender by beating Haruka last week in a falls count anywhere match.
James Peters: She’s showing much more aggression and isn’t afraid to take advantage of the opportunities that present themselves. She’s definitely grown as an Elitist, and has made some changes to the way she approaches these matches.. And those changes are working. Number one contender with a chance to be called champion after next week.
(DING! DING! DING!)
Rich Russillo: There’s the bell and this match is rolling!! Theron Nikolas at one end of the ring with his head turned, as he says a few words to Natasha Agnello.. Then at the other end, we have Ayu Megumi who is hopping up and down, getting prepared to fight the former longest reigning Answers World Champion.
James Peters: This is going to be a great match for both of these two Elitists. Ayu gets a competitive match ahead of her title match against Serenity, and Theron gets the opportunity to right some wrongs against a proven contender.
Rich Russillo: Well here we go! Ayu and Theron slowly approach one another in the center of the ring. Both of them look hesitant to strike until Theron breaks the ice and nails Ayu Megumi in the midsection with a kick!! Megumi clutches at her abdomen after that shot from Theron!
Persephone: And look at that!! Theron Nikolas just drove his knee into the stomach of Ayu Megumi, as she hunches over in pain. She pops right back into an upright position fairly quickly, however, after a hard chop across the chest!! Ayu Megumi slowly turns around, as Theron gets from behind her!!
Rich Russillo: He’s locking in a full nelson from behind!! He’s preparing for his Dragon Rush Suplex!!
James Peter: But look!! Ayu Megumi quickly fights that full nelson by clamping her elbows in! She’s fighting his grip, and eventually she causes Theron to change his plans as he couldn’t get that full nelson fully locked in!! BACK ELBOW TO THE FACE BY AYU!! That strike snapped Theron’s head back just now, and he’s staggering back while holding his nose! Theron Nikolas quickly makes his way back behind Ayu..
Rich Russillo: But he steps right into a Pele Kick to the face!! Ayu catches him off guard with that one, and now Nikolas is stumbling back!! Ayu Megumi now runs towards the ropes and rebounds back towards Theron!! DISCUS LARIAT!!
Persephone: NO!! Theron Nikolas ducks underneath and begins running to the far ropes! Meanwhile, Ayu hasn’t slowed down a bit as she continues towards the ropes at the other end!! Both Ayu and Theron hit the ropes and spring back towards one another in the center of the ring..
James Peters: SLINGBLADE!! AYU MEGUMI WITH THE SLINGBLADE THAT DROPS THERON NIKOLAS RIGHT DOWN TO THE CANVAS OF THE RING!! Ghost hits the mat hard, then pops up into a seated position! Ayu Megumi sees this and runs towards the ropes yet again!! She bounces back and rushes towards Theron at full speed!! ONE FOOT DROPKICK TO THE FACE OF THE SEATED THERON NIKOLAS SENDS HIM FLAT AGAINST THE RING MAT!!
Rich Russillo: Ayu now begins throwing right and left handed hooks to the face of Theron!! We saw a lot of aggression on display during her match against Haruka last week, and it looks like that’s spilling over into this match here as she is continuously tagging Theron with these fast strikes!!
Persephone: And on the outside, it looks like Natasha is the only person upset with what they’re witnessing! Hands clutching at her head in frustration. This is definitely not what she wants to see happening to Theron right now!
James Peters: Ayu Megumi rises up to her feet now and takes a few steps back, as Theron slowly begins to get to his hands and knees, then back up to his feet..
Rich Russillo: NO!! THERON NIKOLAS SIDE STEPS THAT SUPERMAN PUNCH, AS AYU GOES RIGHT PAST HIM!! AND LOOK!! THERON GETS FROM BEHIND!! HE LOCKS IN THE FULL NELSON!!! HE LIFTS AND TAKES AYU TO THE AIR!!! DRAGON RUSH!!! THE SNAP DRAGON SUPLEX CONNECTS!!!
James Peters: Ayu Megumi just landed on her head and neck just now! She grabs at her neck and kicks her legs up and down!! That one had to hurt!!
Rich Russillo: Indeed it did! The way Theron lifted her and hit the move so fast.. He put a lot of force into that Dragon Rush, but that’s exactly what he needed in order to get this match back in his favor.
James Peters: Theron Nikolas now walks his way over to Ayu Megumi, and reaches down to grab her wrists.. He pulls them away from her head, and even drags her body by them, as he pulls her towards the center of the ring.
Persephone: The number one contender for the Specialists Championship slowly gets herself up to her knees.. BUT THERON TUGS ON HER WRISTS, AND PULLS HER FACE INTO HIS BOOT!!! HE SHOVES THE BACK OF HER HEAD INTO THE CANVAS, AND REPEATEDLY STOMPS HIS BOOT INTO HER FACE WHILE KEEPING HOLD OF HER WRISTS!!!
James Peters: Over and over again, Theron continues with these vicious stomps until he finally releases Ayu’s wrists before they drop down to the mat.
Rich Russillo: Theron now gets from beside Ayu and kicks her hard in the rib cage!! Another kick by Theron, but this time he gets her to turn all the way over and onto her stomach! Theron stands over her body now and looks over both of his shoulders before squatting down and wrapping his arms around her midsection!!!
James Peters: DEADLIFT SITOUT GUTWRENCH POWER BOMB!!!!!
Rich Russillo: NO!!! AYU MEGUMI ADJUSTS AND SWINGS HER BODY AROUND WHILE THERON WAS DEADLIFTING HER BODY UP INTO THE AIR.. AND SHE COUNTERS HIS POWERBOMB WITH A TILT A WHIRL HEADSCISSORS TAKEDOWN!!!!!
Persephone: Theron goes flying across the ring, and look at where he ends up!! His head and arms are hanging over the middle ropes!! The number one contender for the Specialists Championship sees this and gets ready for a big move!! She runs over to the far ropes, then rebounds back towards Theron!! TIGER FEINT KICK BY AYU MEGUMI!!!
James Peters: NO!! THERON DUCKS HIS HEAD UNDERNEATH THE LEGS, AS AYU SPINS RIGHT BACK INTO THE RING!!! She takes a moment to regain her balance, but once she does.. She turns around to face Theron..
Rich Russillo: SPEAR!!!!!
James Peters: BUT IT MISSES!!! AYU MEGUMI JUST LEAP FROGGED OVER THERON’S SPEAR, AS GOES RIGHT PAST HER!! Theron continues running towards the far ropes however, and bounces back towards Ayu!!!
Persephone: HEADHUNTER!!! BUSAIKU KNEE STRIKE BY THERON!!!
Rich Russillo: AND AYU DODGES THAT ONE AS WELL!!! Theron slows down and regains his footing, as he turns around.. RYO NO IKARI!!!! SUPERKICK BY AYU MEGUMI AND IT CATCHES THERON NIKOLAS RIGHT AT THE JAW!!!
James Peters: Theron Nikolas drops down to a knee after that one. He’s surely shaken up from that superkick, but Ayu isn’t giving him any time to recuperate, as she grabs a hold of him and delivers a knife edge chop that will sting for weeks!! Wow!! Listen to how the sound of that one fills this entire arena!! And that’s not all, because Ayu delivers another!! And another!! Theron’s chest is a vibrant red after all of these chops!! He’s now up to his feet, as Ayu kicks him in the midsection!! She pulls him in with a front face lock!!
Rich Russillo: SNAP DDT!!!
Persephone: NO!! Theron spins out of it and grabs a hold of Ayu’s wrists!! Theron now whips Ayu across the ring and towards the corner turnbuckles!!
James Peters: But look at the athleticism on display right here!! Ayu literally just leaped up and got herself onto the top rope!! She avoided crashing into the turnbuckles with her unorthodox high flying style!!
Rich Russillo: BUT LOOK!!! IMMEDIATELY, IT’S THERON WHO CHOPS AT THE BACK OF AYU’S LEG WHILE SHE’S ON THE TOP ROPE!! HER FOOT SLIPS OFF, AS BOTH LEGS FALL OFF ONTO OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE TURNBUCKLE!!
Persephone: Wow!! And now Ayu falls all the way back, as her legs are hooked onto the top ropes!! She’s upside down and dangling from the corner right now!! She’s trapped in position, and Theron notices this!! Theron takes a few steps back and makes his way towards the center of the ring!! What is he thinking here!?!
Rich Russillo: HE’S CHARGING IN!!!! YAZUKA KICK TO THE UPSIDE DOWN AYU MEGUMI HANGING IN THE CORNER!!!!
James Peters: NO!!! AYU WITH A SITUP THAT CAUSES THERON TO KICK THE MIDDLE TURNBUCKLE PADDING!!! Ayu is sitting on the top rope, and turns her head to see Theron clutching at his right knee after jamming it from his missed Yazuka Kick!! Rich Russillo: IT CONNECTS!!! AYU JUST THREW HER BODY IN THE AIR AND INTO THERON NIKOLAS, AS SHE FLATTENED HIM DOWN ONTO THE RING MAT!!! WHAT A MOVE BY AYU!!! AND IT LOOKS LIKE SHE’S STAYING ON TOP OF THERON FOR THE COVER!!!

James Peters: This has been a highly competitive match with both Elitists having so much to prove.
Rich Russillo: You have got that right, James. With the amount of eyes watching this match and the goals that each individual competing has, there is no surprise why this match is as competitive as it is!
James Peters: Ayu Megumi gets back up to her feet as she stomps down onto Theron Nikolas!! Another stomp!! And another! Ayu is trying to keep Theron down while wearing him out. Each of these stomps lands on a new limb, so when Theron tries to get up or even stand, it’s not going to be comfortable. His body is going to be hurt all over. And Ayu is making sure of that!!
Persephone: Megumi with one final stomp that lands right into the midsection of Theron Nikolas who gasps out for air right as Megumi’s boot drives into him. He turns over with his stomach to the canvas. He’s clutching his abdomen, and trying to work up to his hands and knees. Meanwhile, Ayu Megumi exits the ring through the ropes, and makes her way onto the ring apron.
Rich Russillo: Theron is struggling to get up to his knees, but manages to do so, as Ayu grips the top rope tightly. She awaits Theron to finally get up to his feet, and once he does.. SHE GOES FOR A SPRINGBOARD FOREARM SMASH!!!
James Peters: BUT THERON COUNTERS WITH A SWINGING ENZIGURI!! HE JUST KICKED AYU MEGUMI IN THE FACE AS SHE WAS DIVING TOWARDS HIM IN MID AIR!! SHE WAS DEFINITELY ROCKED AND SEEING STARS RIGHT NOW, BECAUSE THAT SHOT WAS LETHAL!!!
Persephone: Ayu looks completely lost after that shot to the head. Perfect timing and precision is what made that enziguri so dangerous, and Theron Nikolas looks pleased about it.
Rich Russillo: However, I don’t think anyone is more pleased than Natasha Agnello who can be seen smiling and clapping from the outside. She knows that Theron is doing everything right, especially after he hit a move with as much perfection as he did just now!!
James Peters: Theron Nikolas now reaches down and grabs Ayu. He traps and locks her arms up, then rests her head right onto his leg. What is his plan here!?! What’s this!?! ELBOW STRIKE TO THE HEAD!! ANOTHER!! AND ANOTHER!! THERON CONTINUES TO DRIVE HIS ELBOW INTO THE HEAD OF AYU MEGUMI WITHOUT ANY SIGN OF STOPPING!!
Persephone: Oh he’s really bringing the punishment now!! Nikolas said this week that he wanted his respect, and soon after it was Ayu who disrespected him by saying that there would be nothing to brag about if she were to win tonight because her opponent was Theron.. But it looks like Theron is making it his mission to make her take back her words, because after witnessing what he’s been putting Ayu through along with what she’s had to do in order stand toe to toe with Theron, there is no doubt that Theron Nikolas isn’t a shell of himself and shouldn’t be taken for granted as an opponent! Just look at how hard he is driving those elbows into the side of her head!!
Rich Russillo: Theron Nikolas has had to have hit Ayu with that elbow at least twenty eleven times by now, but finally he stops and shoves her off of him!! Theron now goes for the pin!!

James Peters: What a match this was. It was highly competitive, and both Elitists gave it their all.
Rich Russillo: Theron was thinking one move ahead, and although it was looking rough for him, he managed to fight through and pick up the much needed win for him.

Persephone: AND THAT’S NOT ALL!!! THIS MASKED ATTACKER IS LOCKING IN A GUILLOTINE CHOKE NOW!! SIMILAR TO THE CHOKE AYU HAD THERON IN EARLIER!!! THERON IS SQUIRMING!! HE’S TRYING TO GET TO THE ROPES!!! AND HE GRABS IT!!
Rich Russillo: BUT THAT’S NO USE!! THIS ISN’T A MATCH!! THIS IS A STRAIGHT UP ASSAULT!! NATASHA DOESN’T KNOW WHAT TO DO!! SHE’S PANICKING AND FREAKING, AND ALL THAT’S DOING IS ALLOWING FOR THERON TO.. TO PASS OUT!! THERON IS BLACKING OUT, AND THIS MASKED ATTACKER STILL SQUEEZES THE LIFE OUT OF HIM!!!
James Peters: THIS IS ABSOLUTELY SICKENING!!
(Eventually, the masked attacker releases Theron who is unconscious then rises up to his feet. He takes his mask off and stares directly at Theron Nikolas.)
Rich Russillo: THATS… HARLEY LEWIS!! HARLEY LEWIS FROM SHOWDOWN JUST ATTACKED THERON NIKOLAS!!
(Harley Lewis then turns his head to the stage, as Lucas Johnson and Komatsu Ogawa step out and applaud Harley for what he just did. Natasha goes to aid Theron, as Harley exits the ring and makes his way up the entrance ramp to a loud reception of boos.)
James Peters: What are they doing here?!?
Persephone: Well they did get screwed earlier in that pay back attack from Theron, but it looks like another member has joined their cause!!
Rich Russillo: There are so many questions that need to be answered!!
(The screen shows Natasha Agnello trying to wake Theron up, but it’s no use. He’s out cold bythe hands of Harley Lewis who we see is standing at the top of the stage with both Lucas Johnson and Komatsu Ogawa. The Triangle of Terror stands tall, and eventually Voltage fades elsewhere.)
(Commercial break for Mournjaro, the ground-breaking diabetes medication that people use for weight loss! Xander Payne, Terry Chambers, and Abel Atami are all seen injecting the medication into their fat stomachs and three months later, they are magically down 50 pounds!)
(Voltage returns and cuts to the ringside area. ‘Ambitionz az a Ridah’ by Tupac hits, and the crowd explodes into cheers as TLA begins to make his way out. He’s holding a microphone in his hands and he does not waste much time beginning to make his way down the ramp and towards the ring. TLA clearly has a lot to say following what happened last week.)
James Peters: TLA is out here, and seeing the look on his face I think he might have a lot to get off his chest!
Rich Russillo: Yeah, not that that’s any surprise! What happened last week was unbelievable! He could have had an opportunity to face Minerva for the EAW World Championship right about now!
(TLA enters the ring, and it doesn’t take him long at all to begin speaking.)
TLA: Orale y’all know we out here and we finna address all that caca from last week. I just be givin’ no f- Oh that’s right this that Disney grind we gotta keep it tranquilo for them kids. I may not be sayin’ it but I know y’all be feeling it. Just like how the opps gonna be feeling that beating when I get my hands on them. You see a vato is annoyed, a vato is perturbed. Cuz of everything that went down last week. Y’all can drop yo censors cuz I am a creative hombre you know that I know all them words I be getting around them censors ain’t nobody holding me back. Drake King be thinking he can hold me back thinking he can hold me down but he going to learn the truth. The hustle ain’t never stop. Lucho por siempre. Lucharé por el campeonato. Tryna hold me back you know that imma be breaking through. Daryl Kinkade can go and have he championship lucha he a fine competitor yo. But he win that match he know who the first challenger finna be right up in he face. Comin’ right after him don’t even got no Drake King in my life to stop me. Cuz you know I am here and I am down to represent straight flying that flag.
(The crowd cheers and begins to chant “TLA” for some time as TLA pauses until it dies down a bit.)
TLA: The haters will see me as entitled but what you gots to understand about La Pantera Sexual is that I ain’t all talk. Nah I be gettin’ down to business real quick. I be keeping it direct. None of that passive aggression only that raw aggression. I be telling you how it be and I be telling you exactly what I want no scams no plays just straight up beast mode. So when I be out here telling you all that I want that championship, I feel that I deserved to win that match last week you can believe that ain’t just words that ain’t just ego talking. When I say that I deserve something you know that it don’t just stop there. I get told no it don’t just stop there. If they say that TLA ain’t earned it and you know that they some idiota for believing that I just go out and I make them look even more low IQ by winning matches and proving it beyond a shadow of a doubt to own all of them until they be giving me the place I stay deserving in this lucha game. So if Daryl Kinkade is getting that title shot then imma go after every barrier preventing me from that shot and imma come through and imma run through goin’ drive by mode blastin’ on some Drake King trasero until I get what I want. So I say you get on out here and imma take out all my annoyances on you holmes.
(‘Amerika’ by Rammstein hits, cutting TLA off as he looks towards the stage. After a few seconds, Sheridan Müller begins to walk out, carrying her Unified Tag Team Championship as well as a microphone. Sheridan Müller doesn’t look too happy either as she makes her way down to the ring, likely for the exact same reason TLA himself was annoyed. The crowd gives a mostly negative reaction as Sheridan walks up the steel steps, but she doesn’t pay any attention to it as she clearly has her mind on something else.)
Sheridan Müller: TLA, I can assure you that you’re not the only one annoyed about how last week’s main event ended. I walked into that match expecting the greatest competitor to go on to face Minerva for the EAW World Championship, but we can’t say for sure that that’s what happened. Despite Daryl Kinkade’s bringing all he had towards that match, he clearly had the match handed to him. There’s just no way he or anybody else could pretend that last week’s match was won through talent alone, and that’s the problem. Had I lost because Daryl had what it took to defeat his three opponents, then that’d just be a loss for me to learn from. It’d be an opportunity for me to pick myself back up and learn from my mistakes. I didn’t get that opportunity though. Both that and the chance of facing Minerva were stolen thanks to Drake King, all because we made the foolish mistake of expecting better from him, and never once thinking about the possibility of him throwing his own chances out of the window just so he could take us down with him. I understand that the two of you have your history, and throughout the week you both made it clear what your goals were if you were not to win, but that’s not something I was ever involved with. I had no reason to be cost that match and yet I was.
(Sheridan turns away from TLA and towards the stage.)
Sheridan Müller: TLA beat me to the punch, but I don’t think it’s too much to ask that I also get the chance to face Drake King. I couldn’t tell you what his motive was, but whatever the case may be he went out of his way to stop me from getting an opportunity I was more than capable of capitalizing on. I didn’t fail. I didn’t even get the chance to fail, because both TLA and I were more than capable of continuing to compete at the time the match came to an end. I don’t know what was going through Drake’s mind when he did what he did, but I’m not going to sit back and allow him to run around and do whatever he wants if it means holding me and my career back. We all know that you’re here Drake, so don’t waste our time. Get out here and give us an answer.
(Sheridan stops speaking, and both TLA and Sheridan wait for a response. After a few seconds, ‘Cold War’ by Hans Zimmer finally begins to play, and immediately the crowd explodes into boos as Drake King begins to walk out to the stage. Sheridan and TLA both stare right at Drake. Both Elitists clearly want to get their hands on the man that cost them a shot at the EAW World Championship, and having heard what they had to say Drake makes sure not to walk down the ramp and towards the ring, staying on the stage with a microphone in his hand.)
James Peters: There’s Drake King, the man who stopped Sheridan Müller and TLA from entering the ring in the fatal four way last week, allowing Daryl Kinkade to pick up the victory! Both of them want a match with Drake, but I have no idea how this is going to go.
Rich Russillo: I couldn’t tell you for sure how Drake will answer this. Anything could happen, and he basically proved that when he did what he did in that fatal four way, taking TLA and Sheridan with him.
(The crowd quiets down as both TLA and Sheridan wait for an answer.)
TLA: Yo this is Elite Answers Wrestling not Elite Silence Wrestling foo. So…
Sheridan Müller: Are you going to give us an answer or not?
(TLA walks towards the ropes, as both he and Sheridan are clearly frustrated about what happened last week and are ready to hear an answer. Finally, Drake begins to speak.)
Drake King: I’m sorry, it’s just really unfortunate seeing that the two of you are so worked up over something as trivial as a Championship match. Honestly, maybe you shouldn’t have been in that position in the first place if this is the type of reaction losing brings out of you.
Sheridan Müller: Is this supposed to be some kind of joke?
Drake King: No, why would I be joking?
(TLA leans over to whisper in Sheridan’s ear while holding the microphone.)
TLA: Ayy chica I don’t think he’s joking. He ain’t got the charisma for all that.
Drake King: :francis: It’s not like you should’ve been in that match in the first place, TLA. You should consider yourself lucky that you had that opportunity at all even if you didn’t win. Now I have a match to prepare for tonight so I don’t want to entertain any of this any longer than I need to. There’s a lot on my plate and right now there are things way more important than a World Championship match.
Sheridan Müller: I understand. You have a match at Territorial Invasion already and you’re teaming up with one of your partners for the event tonight, so why don’t you just give us an answer now so you can get back to doing whatever you need to do? I personally don’t plan to stand out here all night either, but I was not going to let you walk away from what you did last week, which you still refuse to explain. You chose to ruin my chance of ending that match with a victory, and I don’t care what your thoughts on the match or the opportunity attached to it were. If you believed it was an unnecessary waste of time then you had every opportunity to walk out of it on your own. You didn’t do that. Territorial Invasion is still weeks away. You know you have the time, so are you going to face me or not?
Drake King: No, no no. That’s not going to happen.
(The crowd immediately begins booing loudly hearing Drake’s answer.)
Sheridan Müller: :francis:
TLA: :mjlol: He scurred. ¿Ay todos creen que tiene miedo?
(The crowd erupts into loud “Si” chants to the annoyance of Drake King on stage as he is shown nearly leaving.)
TLA: Nah nah nah get back down here cabrón. Y’all ain’t even gotta fight us tonight. Or next week. Or whenever your match you be preparing for gonna be. I’m down to throw down anywhere anytime. But you best not keep me waiting too long cuz I be coming to get that fight you ain’t dodging me none. Best watch yo back. Better yet you wanna prepare for your big match? I see no better way to prepare than going one on one with the Baddest Hombre on the Planet. You gotta earn that respect you wanna be a captain around here cuz y’all know I’m the general in this casa. I be straight running this place y’all gotta go by me or you ain’t never gonna be el jefe de jefes. Ain’t no time for none of that pu- I mean that coward type stuff. Look at how yo boi be struggling Drake. You gotta fight me soon or imma end up swearing something fierce. I won’t be able to hold it in no more homie you gotta fight me you wanna stop it frfr.
Drake King: Like I just said, I have way too much on my plate to entertain whatever this is. As much as I enjoy wrestling, Territorial Invasion is just too important for me to ignore all for some pointless one on one matches that don’t actually accomplish anything. What do the two of you actually get out of seeking “revenge”? I’m aware that I pulled you out of the ring last week, and I did so because neither of you actually needed to face Minerva. It was a very, very pointless match and you should honestly be glad that I stopped it, but instead you’re out here demanding matches against me because the former World Champion and the current Unified Tag Team Champion feel wronged. This doesn’t need to happen, and I don’t see why I should waste my time with matches like this while the other two brands are preparing for Territorial Invasion. I don’t need to give the two of you what you want. I’m leading this brand into the show, and the Anarchy in the Arena match is supposed to be the biggest match of the entire event. Sorry, there’s just not much I can do for the two of you.
(The crowd boos loudly, and neither Sheridan nor TLA amused at all as Drake remains at the stage. Drake starts to think for a few seconds before finally starting to speak again.)
Drake King: Well, not much except for one thing. My Territorial Invasion teammate Hikari Kanno and I would be more than happy to face the two of you at Rise of the Resistance!
Sheridan Müller: :comeagain:
TLA: :cmon:
(Drake just shrugs his shoulders seeing the look on Sheridan and TLA’s faces.)
Drake King: You *do* want the chance to face me, don’t you?
(Neither Sheridan nor TLA are happy and they just look at each other for a second, before looking back at Drake.)
Sheridan Müller: Fine. If that’s the best I can get then it’ll have to do, as long as you learn not to play your games with me.
TLA: I did say I’d face you anytime anywhere. So if what you need is yo lil Japanese bodyguard around to make you feel safe go right ahead dawg. Bring all the backup you need. We finna be bringing that combined force of German and Mexican Efficiency down on you and yo whole gang.
(The crowd explodes into cheers, and both TLA and Sheridan Müller prepare to exit the ring and approach Drake, but suddenly Eden Sinclair walks out and approaches Drake.)
Eden Sinclair: (off-mic) I need to speak to you for a moment.
(Eden points towards the backstage area, away from the cameras. The two end up leaving the area, leaving TLA and Sheridan Müller in a bit of confusion.)
James Peters: What was that all about?
Rich Russillo: Who knows, but just now we got some big news. It looks like we might be seeing Drake King and Hikari Kanno face Sheridan Müller and TLA! This is a match that I didn’t expect to happen, but after last week I can see why TLA and Sheridan would want a chance to face Drake!
Persephone: :wow: Another great match to look forward to.
(As Sheridan and TLA are left in the ring, the camera fades from ringside and goes to a commercial break.)

(Sunday Night Voltage fades back into a shot of the arena, with the Athens crowd bustling tonight before they’re met with the sound of ‘Pinky! Pinky’ by The Idol Formerly Known as LADYBABY blasting through the speakers system. The camera goes over to the stage where The Ice Aces, Usagi Senshi, Ayu Megumi, and ARIA are seen collectively making their way out from the backstage area. They’re met with a positive reception as they stand united at the center of the stage, talking amongst one another before posing for everyone to see. It isn’t long before the three of them then begin to make their way down the ramp and toward the ring with determined expressions on all of their faces.)
Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome… Usagi Senshi, Ayu Megumi, and ARIA… THE ICE ACES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rich Russillo: Well The Ice Aces have certainly had an unexpected past couple of weeks on not just the Voltage brand, but on Friday Night Dynasty as well. Last week we saw the return of Serena Bennett to Elite Answers Wrestling, pledging her allegiance to The Visual Prophet and Astraea Jordan as part of Soul Food Sunday. Of course, that came at Usagi, ARIA, and Ayu’s expense though as she ended up giving Viz and Astraea a hand against them after a no contest, leaving Soul Food Sunday to stand tall as a result.
James Peters: This led to what happened at Poor Unfortunate Souls two days ago, with The Ice Aces confronting Soul Food Sunday and the challenge being put out for a three-on-three tag team matchup at Rise of The Resistance. Of course, the match was accepted, and now here we are. The Ice Aces are coming out here tonight to speak their mind, and I’m sure they’d love to get the last words amidst this highly anticipated match. But knowing Soul Food Sunday, they’re not going to go silently and are certainly going to have something to say.
Persephone: Can I just say that I am personally thrilled Serena Bennett is back? 🙂 EAW has certainly needed her non-abysmal wrestling talent and soothing voice, even though we dedicated an entire Season to returns, I’ll be the first to welcome her back and pray that she doesn’t leave again!
(Usagi, ARIA, and Ayu enter the ring, Usagi taking microphones for all three of them from ringside and tossing them over. Although they’re usually present with their usual charm and bright-eyed nature, that’s been tossed away as they’re all visibly unhappy after everything that’s happened. ‘Pinky! Pinky!’ begins to come to a close from there as Usagi stands front and center, bringing her microphone up to her mouth and beginning to speak.)
Usagi Senshi: I’m going to say this upfront, I’m glad that The Ice Aces are finally getting the chance to shut Soul Food Sunday up. Albeit, I’m a bit unhappy that this is even happening in the first place, with this being started over us simply wishing Viz and Astraea luck before our match. But as we mentioned constantly these past couple of weeks, in record time the two of them showed me that I was right to believe that it wasn’t the best idea. That they made a mistake treating us the way they did, and furthermore the entire situation with Ayu and then Serena and everything which was unneeded and unnecessary. They brought this upon themselves, and the fact that they now want to go around and discard us like we aren’t worth their time, they’re going to understand next week that this is only going to make things worse for themselves. And when they do lose to a team that they believe is significantly beneath them, it’s going to be hard to find an excuse other than the fact that The Ice Aces were right.
Ayu Megumi: I agree with Usagi in saying that this shouldn’t have happened in the first place, but who’s really surprised considering who we’re talking about? Viz, Serena, and Astraea have grown to be so full of themselves to the point where they think they can just go ahead and disrespect us for weeks and get away with it. From not giving us the respect that we were giving them, to punching me in the nose when I wasn’t even involved in their match two weeks ago, did they honestly think that they were just going to get away with that? That we were just going to sit silent and let it all happen, is that what they’re trying to say? Unfortunately for you three, it’s not going to be as easy as you may think, and none of what you believe is especially going to happen. You’ll come to learn soon enough that The Ice Aces don’t go down easily, and at Rise of The Resistance when the time comes that Soul Food Sunday has to step into the ring with us… they’re going to come to understand that they aren’t facing some trio that they can run over with ease.
ARIA: If there’s one person that can say this, it’s me, and I’m not going to deny that Soul Food Sunday has accomplished a lot. I can do the whole spiel and run down the accomplishments… but I’m sure you get the point. They’ve proven themselves, and they evened the odds that were originally against them two weeks ago by bringing in Serena Bennett. And while it may seem like equal footing now, that just doesn’t erase the bond that The Ice Aces have which surpasses every other team in this company. If anything, Viz, Astraea, and Serena made their lives way harder than it needs to be, because now we’re coming in and making sure that we do everything in our power to force them to leave with a loss. If you think what you saw two weeks ago was something, then you have no idea what we’re capable of united together. You’re going to see the best of The Ice Aces, and in return, I hope we see the best of Soul Food Sunday.
(‘Ain’t Nobody’ by Rufus and Chaka Khan finally hits, and the Voltage crowd immediately begins to boo as Dr. Angelo D’Angelo begins to walk out with a microphone in his hand. He’s not alone though, as all three members of Soul Food Sunday, The Visual Prophet, Astraea Jordan and the newly returned Serena Bennett are all alongside him. The Ice Aces all stare at the three Elitists as well as Dr Angelo D’Angelo as they make their way down the ramp to the loud boos and their entrance music, headed towards the ring.)
James Peters: I guess it was only a matter of time before Soul Food Sunday made their presence known here on Voltage after what’s gone down over at Dynasty lately!
Rich Russillo: Yeah, and Dr. Angelo D’Angelo specifically doesn’t look too happy! Granted, the Ice Aces aren’t exactly pleased either, but they already went and told us exactly why! I’m interested in seeing what Soul Food Sunday has to say right now!
(All four members of Soul Food Sunday enter the ring before standing face to face with the Ice Aces, and after a few seconds Dr. Angelo D’Angelo just shakes his head before beginning to speak.)

Astraea, and yours truly – We’re already the greatest team that this company has ever seen. Even before the addition of my Day 1, Astraea and I were making waves, so your chances would be slim regardless of how many of us you face. But hey, at least you’d have the numbers advantage if that means anything.

And now it’s evident that the odds still aren’t even because when you face talent like us, you don’t have any other option other than to sit down and take it – defeat, that is. Maybe in another universe it’d be possible for you to pull off an upset. Maybe in another world where the VPLA didn’t exist and Soul Food Sunday didn’t have athletically gifted and naturally talented individuals, then maybe you’d have a chance to pull off the unthinkable. But hey, get this – IT’S UNTHINKABLE FOR A REASON! It’s not going to happen – not now, not next week, not in a year, not in five. Soul Food Sunday wins EVERY TIME!
Astraea Jordan: What you’re saying right now, Viz – it ain’t even nothing new, because we’ve had targets painted on our backs for a while now. I returned to EAW earlier this year and since then it’s been nonstop bullshit. Nobody wants to give credit where credit is due, and you know what? That’s fine. Ain’t nobody in Soul Food Sunday cryin’ over spilt milk. Only problem is when the same Elitists that swear I’m overrated and was never that good in the first place come knocking just to try and make a name for themselves at my expense. You wanna use my name to build your career and no, that’s just not gonna happen. Only a handful of people on the EAW roster knows what it’s like, even after accomplishing more than most people could ever dream of, meanwhile Viz has been here and he *still* had to deal with Elitists like y’all who refuse to see us for what we are: the best EAW has to offer. Period. Even with all that we still handled every single competitor that came our way. We crossed every obstacle that was in our path, so seeing the level that we’re on right now where we’re basically untouchable, what do you really think you’re doing trying to step up to us when you’ve never been anything but bottom of the barrel nobodies?

Serena Bennett: Look, it’s real simple. You three are about to be in the ring with three of the biggest names the industry has to offer, and we’re not here for just any ole reason. I only just returned to EAW, and you couldn’t ignore the noise I made even if you tried! (As the two trios fight, a bunch of security guards run down the ramp, enough to quickly slide in the ring and begin separating all six Elitists from each other to break up the fight. This causes loud boos from the crowd, full of fans who’d love to see them continue fighting.)
James Peters: Well it looks like that brawl might not last too long after all! I can’t be too surprised that security is already out here to try and clean this all up!
Rich Russillo: Yeah, and admittedly it’s probably for the best that this happens. Looking back at what happened at Midsummer Massacre, I don’t think anyone here would be happy with the alternative at this point.
Persephone: I sure wouldn’t! I mean, who would wanna see a match like this cancelled?? Not me, that’s for sure!
(As the six Elitists and Dr. Angelo D’Angelo are taken to the back, they’re all heard yelling and arguing at each other, clearly having not settled anything before Rise of the Resistance. Security continues to take them all up the ramp, and as they all slowly make their way to the back, Voltage begins to fade from ringside.)

He hops around wearing his white fedora and white overalls entrance attire. Looking focused as ever, TLA continues down the ring wanting to get back on the right track.)
Bella Braxton: AND HER OPPONENT….FROM TLAXCALA, MEXICO….WEIGHING IN AT 210 POUNDS….HE IS “THE BADDEST HOMBRE ON THE PLANET!!”…..T…L….A!!!!!
James Peters: You just know he wants to get back in the winning column tonight after what happened last week. He challenged Minerva, and in the end it got taken from him by Drake, and now he just wants to get another win under his belt to show he’s gonna get his shot eventually down the line.
Rich Russillo: TLA will be able to get his hands on Drake soon enough, but right now both he and Usagi just want a victory!

Rich Russillo: Look at this, before anything happens, TLA and Usagi share a handshake showing respect to the other. Even in her current state of mind after what just transpired, Usagi still shows her respect. You love to see stuff like this.
Persephone: Oh, ABSOLUTELY! 😁
James Peters: And now here we go, this should be a good one as TLA and Usagi both step out from their respective corners, and they circle the ring waiting for the other to make the first move. After a few seconds, they finally lock up in the center of the ring in a collar and elbow tie-up! TLA gets the early advantage and has the side headlock applied, and then Usagi pushes him off to the ropes… and TLA hits her with a shoulder tackle! TLA runs off the ropes once more – AND USAGI POPS UP AND DELIVERS A HIGH DROPKICK TO THE FACE!
Rich Russillo: That causes TLA to stumble back into the corner, and here comes Usagi who charges at him in the corner, but TLA counters with a back body drop, but Usagi holds on! TLA turns around and walks right into a vicious forearm strike knocking him down to a knee! Usagi springboards off the top rope….AND THEN TAKES OUT TLA WITH A LEAPING CLOTHESLINE! Usagi looks to be in full control here as…she places TLA between the legs and picks him up for perhaps a powerbomb – BUT TLA COUNTERS WITH A SUNSET FLIP! HE RISES BACK TO HIS FEET AND GOES FOR THE KICK TO THE SIDE OF THE HEAD…
James Peters: BUT USAGI CATCHES THE FOOT! SHE FLIPS TLA BACKWARD – BUT HE SOMEHOW LANDED ON HIS FEET! WOW! TLA THEN PULLS HER IN AND DELIVERS A RIPCORD KNEE STRIKE!! This match just started and the action is already fast and furious. TLA grabs her by the head, but Usagi drives an uppercut to the face before driving TLA into the corner! Shoulder thrust in the corner after another! Usagi picks TLA up and sits him on the top rope….what does she have in mind here? :lupe:
Persephone: She looks to be going for a superplex – BUT TLA FIGHTS OUT OF IT WITH SHOTS TO THE RIB! And now it’s a battle for control on the top rope as both competitors exchange back and forth! BUT TLA IN ONE SWIFT MOTION CONNECTS WITH A HURRICANRANA FROM THE TOP ROPE!! That causes Usagi to slide out of the ring…and before she knows it, she turns around TLA takes her out with a suicide dive through the second rope! TLA is in complete control as he tosses her back inside the ring and climbs up the apron and to the top rope beside him….AND HE LEAPS OFF AND GOES FOR A PICTURE PERFECT MOONSAULT!!
James Peters: BUT USAGI GOT THE KNEES UP JUST IN TIME! AND USAGI IMMEDIATELY TRANSITIONS INTO A CROSSFACE SUBMISSION HOLD! TLA MIGHT BE IN TROUBLE AS HE TRIES TO REACH FOR THE ROPES IN FRONT OF HIM – AND THEN HE FLIPS THE PRESSURE OVER INTO A PIN WITH USAGI’S SHOULDERS ON THE MAT!!

Both competitors are down now as they both turn to face one another….and Usagi has his arm trying to lock the armbar in!! But TLA fights out of it with elbow strikes before grabbing her head…AND HE LEAPS HIMSELF IN THE AIR GOING FOR A TORNADO DDT! BUT OH MY!! USAGI THROWS HIM STOMACH FIRST ON THE TOP ROPE!!
Persephone: TLA is a sitting duck there on the rope, and Usagi climbs up to the second turnbuckle… AND DELIVERS A LEG DROP ON THE BACK OF TLA’S HEAD AS TLA FALLS FORWARD BACK INSIDE THE RING AS USAGI FLIPS HIM ON HIS BACK AND GOES FOR HER FIRST COVER IN THE MATCH!!

TLA runs off the ropes and goes for a slingblade – BUT USAGI REVERSES IT INTO A TILT-A-WHIRL BACKBREAKER – BUT TLA REVERSES THAT INTO A HURRICANRANA!! TLA LOOKS TO FOLLOW THAT UP AND RUNS OFF THE ROPES ONCE MORE – BUT RUNS INTO A BICYCLE KNEE STRIKE FROM USAGI!
James Peters: She opts to not go for the cover knowing that won’t be nearly enough to put away someone like TLA, instead looking to inflict more damage as she measures TLA up….AND HITS A VICIOUS KICK TO THE HEAD OF THE SEATED TLA! That sounded almost like a gunshot as Usagi picks him up off the mat and picks him up in a fireman’s carry…BUT BEFORE SHE CAN DO ANYTHING, TLA DRIVES ELBOWS INTO HER FACE TRYING TO FIGHT OUT! TLA successfully manages to slip out from behind, and then pushes her into the ropes… AND TLA GOES FOR A SUPERKICK, BUT USAGI SLIDES UNDERNEATH HIS LEGS…AND THEN HITS A REVERSE STO!! Momentum coming at a premium between these two, just switching back and forth, a match anybody can agree that everybody loves.

TLA GOES FOR A DOUBLE FOOT STOMP TO THE CHEST AND IT CONNECTS! TLA is back in control as he begins to stalk Usagi waiting for her to get to her feet! TLA places her between the legs and lifts her up – AND TOSSES HER INTO THE CORNER AS THE BUCKLE BOMB CONNECTS! USAGI FALLS DOWN TO A KNEE BEFORE POPPING UP AND WALKS RIGHT INTO A “VERY MEXICAN UPPERCUT!!” TLA FALLS DOWN ON TOP AND HOOKS THE LEG!!

But we won’t know as Usagi rolls away forcing him to hop off the turnbuckle. TLA doesn’t waste any time though as he charges at Usagi in the opposite corner not giving her any time to recuperate …but she gets her feet up, stopping him dead in his tracks! Usagi hops on the second rope behind her and then delivers a dropkick taking him down! TLA pulls himself up in the corner on the opposite end and here she comes with a full head of steam…
Rich Russillo: AND SHE DELIVERS A BIG BOOT TO THE FACE AS TLA’S HEAD WHIPLASHES! She measures TLA up, and then picks him up in the fireman’s carry again….AND THEN DRILLS TLA WITH “CRITICAL DARLING!!!” THE SAMOAN DRIVER AS USAGI GRABS AHOLD OF TLA FOR THE PIN!!

TLA IS IN PRIME POSITION AND USAGI RUNS OFF THE ROPES LOOKING FOR “FATALITY!!!” NO!! TLA POPS UP AND HITS AN ENZIGUIRI TO THE SIDE OF THE HEAD THAT DROPS USAGI DOWN TO A KNEE! They both are on a knee and look into one another’s eyes…and both once again begin exchanging shots back and forth, trying to get the advantage over the other!
James Peters: Usagi has gotten to her feet first, AND SHE DROPS DOWN AND PUTS HER FOOT TO TLA’S THROAT AND HAS THE TRIANGLE CHOKE LOCKED IN! TLA QUICKLY TRIES SQUIRMING HIS WAY TO THE ROPES..AND HE SUCCESSFULLY REACHES HIS FOOT OUT TO THEM FORCING THE BREAK! Usagi quickly let’s go and drags him by the feet to the center of the ring, but TLA uses his feet to push her away, buying himself a few seconds to get on a knee, and Usagi runs again at him – BUT TLA ROLLS THROUGH AND LOOKS TO LOCK IN “CROSSED PATHS!!!” THE CROSS ARMBREAKER, BUT USAGI IS FIGHTING WITH ALL SHE’S GOT TO PRRVENT IT AS SHE HAS THOSE FINGERS LOCKED!
Rich Russillo: TLA TRYING TO PULL THAT ARM, BUT USAGI STILL HAS HER FINGERS LOCKED, AND SHE MANAGES TO FLIP THE PRESSURE ONTO HER KNEES, AND SHE ESCAPES BY REPEATEDLY DRIVING HER FOREARM INTO THE FACE OF TLA! Usagi just dodged a huge bullet there almost getting caught in that and she takes a second to catch her breath before standing once more. SEVERAL SHOTS TO THE RIBCAGE OF TLA…AND THEN A UPPERCUT THAT CREATES SOME SEPARATION BETWEEN THE TWO OF THEM! USAGI SWINGS AT TLA, BUT TLA DUCKS IT AND DELIVERS A LOUD RIPCORD KNEE!! TLA RIGHT AWAY PUTS HER IN POSITION – “MEXICAN DESTROYER!!!!!” IT FINALLY CONNECTS AS TLA SLOWLY HOOKS THE LEG!!

James Peters: Wow! Just wow! An amazing battle between two of Voltage’s best. Usagi showed just how good she is and keeps raising her stock, while TLA showed he is a multi time World Champion and Hall of Famer for a reason.
(TLA celebrates his win before approaching Usagi who barely stirs to her feet. He extends his hand, which Usagi gladly accepts as the two share respect for one another once again.)
Rich Russillo: Wow, they show respect before and after the bell, something you rarely see nowadays. Congratulations to TLA on the well earned victory.
(The final shot is of Usagi exiting the ring while TLA continues to celebrate the win before Voltage fades elsewhere.)
( As Voltage returns from break, the scene opens up backstage. Daryl Kinkade, the number one contender for the EAW World Championship, is standing outside the lockerroom door of his former tag team partner and best friend, Charlie Marr. Whether or not the current Hardcore Champion is inside remains to be seen, but Daryl decides to take a chance and he knocks on the door. After a moment, Charlie opens the door. Upon seeing Daryl, the Hall of Famer smirks and steps outside. )
Charlie Marr: What can I do for you today, Daryl?
Daryl Kinkade: You can cut the crap for starters because I know you don’t want this match anymore than I do.
( Charlie raises an eyebrow. )
Charlie Marr: Are you sure about that? It’s a main event and I want to go out there and beat the snot out of Drake King and Hikari Kanno. Of course I’m fine with this match.
( Daryl can’t help but sigh because he feels like the conversation he is about to have is going to be a rather pointless one. )
Daryl Kinkade: Yeah, alright. So I am really supposed to believe that you are going to be able to act like an adult for once and work with me?
( Charlie sighs and does his best not to look annoyed. There is a lot on the champ’s plate right now. He has a match at Dead Men Tell No Tales looming, and he is scheduled to compete on Dynasty next weekend against Bronson Daniels. The last thing he wants to deal with is Daryl’s insecurities. )
Charlie Marr: Look man, do everyone a favor and just shut up. I said earlier in the week that I was going to let everything from the past stay in the past. I stabbed you in the back. You stabbed me back. I beat you at Pain for Pride. As far as I’m concerned, we’re even. You have a world title shot to focus your attention on and there’s no sense in working yourself into a shoot right now because you’re worried about whether or not I can work with you. I’m leading a team into Territorial Invasion in a few weeks and that is something I am taking very seriously.
( Daryl doesn’t believe anything that is coming out of Charlie’s mouth and he gives him a skeptical look. )
Daryl Kinkade: As of right now, Voltage’s Brand Warfare team consists of Charlie Marr and that’s it. Veena’s on an entirely separate show and won’t be able to join you, and no one really wants to work with you because they don’t trust you.
( Despite Daryl speaking the truth, Charlie shrugs. )
Charlie Marr: And I’m not going to beg anyone to see me in any kind of different light. I am who I am, and if people want to sit on their hands and be complacent, then whatever. I’ll head to Territorial Invasion and beat ten other men by myself. I don’t need partners and when I win, that’s less people I have to share the reward with.
Daryl Kinkade: Absolute shit attitude, but I expected nothing less. Look, I’m going to level with you. Tonight’s match is extremely important to me because next Sunday, Rise of the Resistance, is the biggest opportunity of my career. I need to make sure I can count on you. It may be stupid of me to even say this to you outloud knowing exactly how you are, but I have to be able to trust that you won’t do something to put my chances of defeating Minerva in jeopardy just because you don’t want to see me succeed.
( Unable to help it, Charlie rolls his beautiful blue eyes. )
Charlie Marr: I don’t know if I should be flattered or just feel sorry for you that I still live rent free in your head after all this time. On second thought, I sure don’t feel bad because you clearly are the same mentally fragile emo bozo that you’ve always been. One day you’ll grow up and stop being your own worst enemy. You know that was one of the biggest problems we had, right?
Daryl Kinkade: Excuse me? My attitude was one of our biggest problems?? You really are on something to actually say that outloud and the worst part is I’m sure you really believe that. You have one of the absolute worst attitudes, period, and you were the one always getting us in trouble. It always fell on MY shoulders to clean up YOUR messes, and that was extremely taxing. After awhile, I just stopped caring, and it was clear that we were heading in different directions. Besides, why are we still arguing about this all these years later?? What difference does it make? You clearly went on to have the career of your dreams and I was the one who had to suffer silently while I rehabbed and tried to work my way back.
Charlie Marr: ( clapping sarcastically ) And you made it back, so congratulations! I surely enjoyed spoiling your Cinderella moment at Pain for Pride, and I’m sure that Minerva is going to wipe the floor with you come Rise of the Resistance.
Daryl Kinkade: Yes, let’s go down this road and completely self-destruct before getting into the ring against King and Kanno. I love that for us and I should have known that trying to speak to you would be the most pointless thing I could do today. You are the most narcissistic human being I have ever come across and quite frankly, you’re just an arse.
Charlie Marr: Gee. My heart is broken now. I’m so very sad that someone who listens to My Chemical Romance and cuts their wrists thinks I’m an arse.
( Daryl opens his mouth to say something but he just shakes his head instead. )
Daryl Kinkade: And to think I was actually coming to find you to make you an offer if you agreed to just be a normal, functioning human being for a change. Or at least act like one long enough to get us through this match tonight.
( This, of course, piques Charlie’s interest. )
Charlie Marr: An offer?
Daryl Kinkade: Forget about it now.
( He turns to leave, but Charlie calls after him. )
Charlie Marr: Daryl, wait. Grow a pair and say what you have to say. I’m listening.
( Daryl thinks for a moment, and then against his better judgment, he turns around and looks at Charlie. )
Daryl Kinkade: As I was trying to say, Rise of the Resistance is extremely important to me. The last thing I ever expected to get when I was stuck at home watching the EAW Network was a world championship shot. But it’s happened, be it luck or anything else, and I do not want anything to jeopardize this for me. Our history is what it is, but once upon a time the two of us were friends. We had a lot of success together and that’s not ever going to get erased. So with that in mind, be an actual teammate tonight. Let’s run it back, do what we do, and beat King and Kanno. I want this win and I’m sure you do as well, and if we actually make it through the match without you stabbing me in the back, I’ll fight beside you at Territorial Invasion.
( Outside in the arena, the fans can be heard screaming over the possibility that MarrKade would reunite for Brand Warfare. To his credit, even Charlie seems a bit surprised that Daryl would willingly offer to fight alongside him. )
Charlie Marr: You’re serious?
Daryl Kinkade: As serious as I have ever been. You don’t exactly have people lining up and begging to be on your team, and what better teammate could you have than the soon-to-be EAW World Champion?
( As if that was something Charlie needed to mull over. Not that he would ever admit to it, but Daryl was right. Charlie didn’t seem to have that many options for his Brand Warfare team. No one had approached him about joining the team, and Charlie hadn’t bothered to go looking for anyone either. He knew what an uphill battle it would be to convince people they could trust him, even with Captain Charisma promising to incentivize the team if they were victorious. )
Charlie Marr: Alright, Daryl. You have yourself a deal.
( Charlie extended his hand. Daryl took it. The two men shook hands, solidifying something that would hopefully end up being beneficial for both of them. )
Charlie Marr: You have my word as a man, a champion, and as the team captain for the Brand Warfare team that I will have your back out there tonight and do what I can to help the team win.
Daryl Kinkade: And you have my word that there won’t be any funny business or shenanigans on my end, and I will do what I can to help you and Voltage win Brand Warfare.
Charlie Marr: Welcome to the team.
( Daryl stared Charlie down, but then nodded his head. With nothing more needing to be said between the two former partners, Daryl took his leave. He couldn’t help but feel like he had just made a deal with the devil, but if somehow increased his chances to win the EAW World Championship off of Minerva, so be it. )
( The scene fades out. )
(Voltage returns to the ring, and Bella Braxton can be seen with a microphone in her hand.)
Bella Braxton: Ladies and gentlemen… The following contest is a tag team match scheduled for ONE FALL!!!!
Crowd: ONE FALL!!!!
(‘As Long As I Love’ TK from Ling Tosite Sigure hits, and a majority of the fans in the arena boo as Hikari Kanno walks out. Hikari Kanno doesn’t pay it any attention, instead focused on the upcoming tag team match. Hikari begins walking down towards the ring, but as she makes it to the bottom of the ramp she stops, waiting as her music fades to ‘Cold War’ by Hans Zimmer. The crowd’s boos only grow louder as Drake King begins to walk out, and he immediately begins making his way towards the ring, catching up to Hikari who continues walking up the steel steps and entering the ring. The two share a few words as they enter the ring, and after a few seconds Drake goes out to the ring apron as Hikari remains in the ring.)
Bella Braxton: Introducing first… From Okinawa Japan, weighing in at 121 pounds… HIKARI KANNO!!!! And her partner.. From the Dead Sea, Israel.. Weighing in at 220 pounds…. DRAKE THE REDEEMER!!!!!
James Peters: These are two of the members of Voltage’s Anarchy in the Arena team, and not only that but at Rise of the Resistance they’ll be taking on Sheridan Müller and TLA! These two have reason to get on the same page despite this being their first ever match as a team.
Rich Russillo: They sure do! There’s a lot on the line at Territorial Invasion, but tonight is about them making sure they can actually work together, as not only do they both have a horrible history with partners, but they’ve only ever shared the ring as enemies!
(‘Primrose’ by Dream State hits, and Daryl Kinkade begins walking out to the stage to a mixed reaction. Daryl takes a deep breath as he stops at the stage, and seeing Daryl’s face he is ready for this match as he stares directly at Hikari Kanno and Drake King. After a few seconds of waiting, ‘Praise The Lord’ by Bandokay hits. The crowd goes from a mixed reaction to full boos, and as Charlie Marr walks out he walks right past Daryl Kinkade, which doesn’t surprise Daryl one bit as he just shakes his head and follows. Charlie looks very confident as always, and as he enters the ring the two of them share a few words as well as Charlie can be seen pointing towards Hikari, and after a small back and forth Daryl walks out to the ring apron as Charlie starts off the match.)
Bella Braxton: And their opponents… From Norwich, England… Weighing in at 225 pounds… DARYL KINKADE!!! And his partner… Tower Hamlets, London, United Kingdom… Weighing in at 240 pounds… HE IS THE EAW HARDCORE CHAMPION, CHARLIE MARR!!!!!
James Peters: The MarrKade days may be over, but these two will be working together once again in Brand Warfare, meaning they’ll have to work together again after all! We didn’t see this coming a week ago, but one thing’s for sure. If any team can still work together even after all this time, it’s Charlie Marr and Daryl Kinkade.
Rich Russillo: We’ll have to see about that. This could go smoothly for them or it could go horribly, and soon enough we’re going to find out! Very soon these two could both have Championships, and I’m sure that’s a very interesting thought for fans of what was once known as MarrKade!
(Ding! Ding! Ding!)
James Peters: HERE WE GO! The Voltage main event is underway, and Hikari Kanno is starting this match off against Charlie Marr! Both Elitists waste no time going after one another here as Charlie Marr looks for a lariat, but Hikari Kanno ducks down and grabs Charlie by the leg! Hikari Kanno might’ve been looking for a dragon screw but Charlie Marr is quick to push her off! This time it’s Hikari that runs in as she grabs the arm and looks for an arm drag, but Charlie is able to stand his ground before locking Hikari into a rear chinlock!
Rich Russillo: Hikari is able to force herself to her feet and backpedal into the corner as Charlie slams back first into the turnbuckles, and now Hikari turns before kicking Charlie in the midsection, and following it up with an elbow strike to the face! These two are in an empty corner so no tag can be made but I don’t think Hikari cares at all as she delivers a huge flurry of offense! Charlie Marr is in a bit of trouble as Hikari runs into the opposite corner, AND NOW HIKARI RUNS IN AS SHE LOOKS FOR A JUMPING KNEE STRIKE IN THE CORNER-
Persephone: :yikes: But that didn’t work out too well! Charlie used his size advantage and caught Hikari out of the air before taking a few steps out of the corner, AND TOSSING HIKARI INTO THE TURNBUCKLES WITH AN EXPLODER SUPLEX!! What an amazing move by Charlie Marr as Hikari is forced to try and use the turnbuckles to pull herself up! Charlie quickly goes after her before she could get back into this, and he knees her in the midsection before pushing her back into the corner and stomping away at her!
James Peters: Charlie stops before the referee could count, and now Charlie drags Hikari out of the corner before looking for a cover!

James Peters: And quick kickout by Hikari! We’re still early going in this one so that was to be expected, but Charlie Marr is taking this opportunity to grab Hikari and pull her into a headlock before approaching his corner! Charlie and Daryl are sharing a few words, but finally Charlie tags in Daryl, making this the first tag of the match as Daryl enters the ring and kicks Hikari in the midsection! Daryl now pulling Hikari into a front facelock as Charlie exits the ring, BUT HIKARI LANDS A PUNCH TO THE SIDE!
Rich Russillo: Looks like we’re getting a little rematch of the match these two had weeks ago! Hikari now looking for a roundhouse kick but Daryl is able to duck under it before hitting Hikari with an enzuigiri! Hikari stumbles to a knee as Daryl gets back up, AND NOW DARYL KINKADE RUNS THE ROPES- BEFORE BEING TAKEN DOWN BY HIKARI WITH A DROP TOE HOLD! HIKARI NOW TRANSITIONING INTO A FUJIWARA ARMBAR AS DARYL KINKADE MIGHT BE IN A BIT OF TROUBLE EARLY ON!
Persephone: I don’t know about that! Daryl is slowly forcing himself to his knees to force Hikari to let go of the submission, AND HIKARI DOES JUST THAT- JUST TO JUMP AND HIT DARYL WITH AN ELBOW STRIKE TO THE SIDE OF HIS HEAD! Wow! This sure has been very evenly contested so far! Hikari Kanno now pulling Daryl back up, and I think she may be trying to lock in a guillotine choke, BUT OUT OF DESPERATION DARYL KINKADE CHARGES INTO THE CORNER AND THIS TIME IT’S HIKARI BEING SENT INTO THE TURNBUCKLES! That’s the problem though, as Hikari’s now in the corner of her and Drake King!
James Peters: Hikari makes the tag to Drake, and now Daryl goes to hit Hikari with a right hand, but she ducks it which allows Drake to grab Daryl’s head and pull him throat first into the top rope! Drake now rolling into the ring as Hikari exits, and now it’s Drake taking advantage as he locks Daryl Kinkade in a headlock! Daryl is quick to push Drake into the ropes though, forcing Drake off of him and into the opposite pair of ropes! Daryl drops down as Drake runs over him into the other pair, AND NOW DARYL JUMPS UP FOR A HURRICANRANA!
Rich Russillo: Drake gets back to his feet by the ropes, AND NOW DARYL RUNS IN LOOKING TO SEND HIM OUT OF THE RING- BUT DRAKE LANDS AN ELBOW TO THE JAW! DRAKE WITH A KICK TO THE MIDSECTION WHICH DROPS DARYL TO A KNEE, AND NOW DRAKE RUNS THE ROPES! JUDGEMENT DA- NO! DARYL AVOIDS IT BEFORE GRABBING DRAKE FROM BEHIND AND DELIVERING A GERMAN SUPLEX! DRAKE STUMBLES INTO THE CORNER AS DARYL KIPS UP, AND NOW DARYL CHARGES AT DRAKE AND GOING FOR A LARIAT-

James Peters: IT’S NOT THAT SIMPLE THOUGH AS DARYL MANAGES TO LAND A BACK ELBOW, STOPPING HIKARI FROM HITTING THE MOVE! DARYL NOW WITH A HIP TOSS THAT TAKES HIKARI TO THE MAT, AND NOW DARYL RUNS THE ROPES BEFORE GOING FOR A METEORA- WHICH HIKARI ROLLS AWAY FROM AND AVOIDS!! Both Charlie and Hikari now having to circle the ring as they’re on even ground, AND NOW THE TWO GO TO LOCK UP, AND I’M NOT SO SURE IF THAT’S THE BEST IDEA FOR HIKARI GIVEN THE SIZE ADVANTAGE- BUT SHE IMMEDIATELY LOOKS TO PROVE ME WRONG AS SHE GOES BEHIND CHARLIE WITH A HAMMERLOCK HOLD APPLIED! CHARLIE DOESN’T HESITATE TO JUST STOMP ON HIKARI’S FOOT THOUGH, FORCING HIKARI TO HESITATE JUST ENOUGH FOR CHARLIE TO ESCAPE THE HOLD!

Charlie pulls Hikari Kanno into the double underhook, and with this setup it should be pretty obvious exactly which move he’s trying to set up for! CHARLIE MARR SETS UP THE DOUBLE UNDERHOOK DDT, THE QUEEN IS DEAD-
Persephone: HIKARI RUNS INTO THE ROPES CAUSING BOTH HER AND CHARLIE TO FALL THROUGH THEM AND OUT TO RINGSIDE!! HIKARI AND CHARLIE WITH A NASTY FALL, BUT HIKARI RIGHT THERE MIGHT HAVE JUST SAVED HER AND DRAKE’S CHANCES IN THIS MATCH! Hikari Kanno slowly pulling herself back up to her feet, and it’s a good thing the referee has only just now started counting! Wouldn’t want anybody to get counted out and for this amazing match to end prematurely! That’d just be awful, right guys!

By the time Hikari saw Daryl it was too late for her to do anything, and this allowed Daryl Kinkade to take out Hikari Kanno at ringside! Daryl Kinkade coming to the aid of Charlie Marr, knowing that these two will be working together in Brand Warfare and HAVE to co-exist one way or another! So far, they’re not doing too bad-

James Peters: Hikari Kanno is forced to get out of the ring by the referee, but Hikari’s little attack bought Drake time to at least find the strength to roll closer towards his and Hikari’s corner! I don’t think he’ll be able to make a tag just yet though, as Daryl Kinkade is already back up and Drake isn’t even able to grab onto the ropes after getting hit with that front flip DDT! Daryl Kinkade approaches Drake and grabs him, AND NOW DARYL ATTEMPTS TO DRAG DRAKE TOWARDS MARRKADE’S CORNER, BUT DRAKE IS FINALLY ABLE TO GRAB ONTO THE MIDDLE ROPE!

Hikari clearly thought that this match would be over thanks to that BRIGHTSTAR, but she can’t lose focus just yet! We know that Daryl has what it takes to pull off victories out of nowhere, he even showed that last week while everyone else wasn’t focused on him! This match has taken a lot out of everyone involved, and at this point I have to say that I don’t know how this match can possibly end! All four Elitists have done an amazing job tonight, and they’ve been basically evenly matched! MarrKade are having to put their differences aside knowing that they’ll be working together in Brand Warfare, meanwhile this is the first time Drake and Hikari have ever teamed up, and it won’t be the last thanks to the Anarchy in the Arena match!

(Charlie Marr is about to get off the top rope, but before he even gets the chance Solomon Stane can be seen knocking him off and out to ringside! The referee quickly calls for the bell as the chaos continues.)

James Peters: Dynasty just sent a huge message ahead of Territorial Invasion! Every brand wants to get themselves the big victory, and with a statement like this, it looks like Dynasty is telling everyone that they’ll be the brand winning!
Rich Russillo: What an insane way to end Voltage! The fans don’t know what to think! They’re not happy to see this tag team match brought to an abrupt end, but at the same time just look at what happened!
(The camera shows all four competitors from tonight’s main event. Hikari Kanno, Drake King, Charlie Marr and Daryl Kinkade, all laid out thanks to Dynasty. Joso, Serenity Valdez, Kirk Redwood and Solomon Stane all make their way to the bottom of the ramp, and they observe the damage they just caused to the Voltage Elitists, all proud of what they’ve done. At the stage Madison Kaline and Limmy Monaghan both have smirks on their faces, as Dynasty stands tall while Voltage comes to an end.)
