(The scene opens on the Atlantic Ocean, leading to Paris as we see a Pirate Ship sailing toward, the narrator begins to speak in his Pirate lingo….)
Narrator: Arrrrgh….. Ahoy me matey’s! The long journey ahead is an arduous one, there will be those who look fer the booty, they will pillage and plunder ta take what they want, that is what a pirate does. But on Showdown and the EAW, it leads to somethin’ far more facinatin’! A bounty, fer we had ta bring the spring upn er’ and turn her around headin’ ta Paris. But ya see, there are others who look ta scurvy these dogs and take what we want. But in the EAW, they will be fightin’ fer something more!
(The scene turns to Abel Atami taking down Alex Myers, then the scene switches to Alex Myers getting one over on Abel Atami while Antonne Prudence looks on.)
Narrator: The booty has always been on the line, but what will these swashbucklers do to attain it!? As we raise the Jolly Roger and sail east no privateer or landlubber will get in our way!
(It now switches to Harley Lewis, Lucas Johnson and Komatsu Ogawa showing their dominance in the ring, attacking others such as Hunnid Honcho and Theron Nikolas. It then shows Mary S. Atlas smiling, then clips of her doing her best to fend off challengers.)
Narrator: Ahhh…. But heave ho me mateys! The challenge is just now beginnin’! We are not runnin’ a rig but what we do with me crew, a bunch of scallywags with no prey, no pay will encounter some of the worst kind… the scourge of the seas!
(The footage starts to show Ryan Wilson dancing before showing him in action, then transitions to Lexi who sticks out her tongue before performing a dropkick. The footage then switches to Sheridan Muller locking in a submission hold. She is then seen tagging Dr. Bethany Blue who comes in and hits a Curb Stomp, then Bethany smiling.)
Narrator: As we continue on our journey, we spice the main brace with rum in celebration of our bounty, but it is never easy. There are those who will try and race ta get what belongs ta us! Makin’ the loser walk the plank right inta shark bait!
(The war between Charlie Marr and Roberto De La Rosa is shown, both competitors getting one over the other as Veena Adams and Esmeralda also get involved, the Hardcore Championship is show between both men, ready to tear into one another.)
Narrator: We get closer and closer to our booty; the Elitists of the EAW will try ta find the “X” which marks the spot! But as we throw three stones ta the wind! Yo Ho… Yo Ho…. A Pirates life will be!
(The footage shows Donovan Duke throwing opponents around before going face to face with Jon Kelton, as it then shows Kelton in action as both men facing one another before the huge match for the National Elite Championship.)
Narrator: The time fer talk is over! Fer it is time ta hoist the anchor and weigh the mizzen! We are here in Paris, the pieces of eight are plenty….. and those who defy us end up in Davy Jones Locker!
(The final scenes show Kassidy Heart, Jack Ripley, Harper Lee and Impact in various action, then an all-out brawl with Chris Elite, Jake Smith, Holly Arrow and Xander Payne. All eight wrestlers beating the hell out of one another….)

(The fireworks start going off, the Jolly Rogers waving high, the Black Pearl is the entry way to the ring, it is all set up with a pirate theme as all the fans are on their feet cheering, “He’s a Pirate” by Klaus Badett” is blaring high as the camera pans to all the fans holding their signs. It transitions to Deadprez, Eve and Gavin Kirkland all dressed in Pirate gear.)
Deadprez: AHOY MATEY’S! THIS IS DEADPREZ ALONGSIDE WITH EVE AND GAVIN KIKRLAND AND WE ARE HERE AT THE SOLD-OUT ACCOR ARENA FOR SHOWDOWN: DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE CARD WE HAVE FOR YOU TONIGHT AND IT CAPS OFF WITH THE DAVY JONES LOCKER MATCH WHERE THE OMINOUS STRUCTURE SITS RIGHT ON TOP OF US!
Eve: What a Main Event but it doesn’t stop there! We also have FOUR CHAMPIONSHIPS ON THE LINE! The Unified Tag Team titles will be defended along with the National Elite, the Hardcore and the New Breed Championships! WHAT A NIGHT WE HAVE IN STORE!

(“Ready To Die” by The Notorious B.I.G. hits as Lucas Johnson makes his way out onto the stage with a slight smile on his face but you can see the focus glisten. Johnson would make his way down to the ring and slide in.)
Gina Romano: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN THE FIRST OF FOUR… LUCASSSS JOHNSOOOONNNNN!!!!
Gavin Kirkland: No messing around for Lucas Johnson it seems, not worrying about anything other than getting this match started.
Eve: Which is the smart thing to do.
Gina Romano: THE SECOND OF FOUR ELITISTS…. SHE IS ‘MOST WANTED’ MARRYYYYY S. ATLASSS!!!
Deadprez: Mary has something to prove tonight that’s for sure
(‘The Lazy Song’ by Bruno Mars as Mary S. Atlas walks out waving to the crowd, unlike Lucas she has a full smile on her face. She walks down to the ring with a steady pace as the crowd cheers for Mary, as she’s rolling into the ring.)
Eve: Mary is going to be the fan favorite of this one it seems.
Deadprez: The only one not in some sort of alliance Eve!
(‘Get Going’ by The Muddy Apes blasts through the arena speakers as Komatsu comes onto the stage alone with no Tanaka.)
Gina Romano: And OUR THIRD ELITIST OF THIS MATCH… HE IS ‘THE DRUNKEN HEEL KING!!’ KOMATSUUUUUU OGAAAAWAAAAA!!!
Eve: A big man, but he’s much more than that he has a sick and twisted side of him! He’s been impressive ever since returning to EAW, let’s see if he can follow that trend!
(Komatsu storms down to the ring wasting zero time, he makes his way up the steps stomping down. Almost seemingly indenting the steps with every stomp he takes on the steel. ‘The Craftsman’ enters the ring and takes his corner staring down the other two opponents.)
(‘I’m a Wanted Man’ by Royal Deluxe plays throughout the arena.)
Gina Romano: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST…. ‘DON LEWIS’ HARLEYYYYY LEWISSSSSSS!!!!!
Deadprez: Something to prove tonight for Harley, he’s got this little alliance going for him but only one elitist can win tonight.
Gavin Kirkland: Let’s be honest, Harley has a lot to prove tonight – he has to pick some momentum up for himself… can he do that is the question.
(Harley comes out with a single eyebrow raised and his hands behind his back. He starts walking down the stage and the rampway. Looking around at the crowd as they boo him and his music plays. Harley makes it down the rampway finally raising his arms out!)
Harley Lewis (Off-Mic:) WITNESS ME WIN YOU FOOLS!
(Harley yells out to the crowd as he jumps up on the apron grabbing the middle rope to lift himself up, he goes through that same rope and makes his way to the only empty corner.)
(DING! DING! DING!)
Gavin Kirkland: The bells ring and right away you can see all three men turn their heads straight away to Mary!!! All three circles surround her… LEAVING ENOUGH ROOM FOR OGAWA TO CLOSE TO GAP WITH A HUGE SPLASH! Mary immediately collapses into the corner but is held up by her hair! Lucas with a right jab to the jaw – and an uppercut to follow it?!
Eve: This is completely ridiculous I mean come on! These guys have been on the same page for weeks of course Mary stands no chance!
Deadprez: It’s called being smart Eve, now Harley Lewis grabs Mary by her chin with a smile – BACKS UP WHAT DOES HE HAVE PLANNNEDDDD——- BIG BOOT TO THE CORNER! Mary falls down like a slinky down the stairs and rolls out of the ring.
Eve: Komatsu looks at both, Lucas Johnson and Harley Lewis- Harley and Johnson look at one another and they all three start trading blows! You can only be friendly for so long! Komatsu grabs hold of both men by the throat!!!!—- DOUBLE CHOKESLAM!!! Harley and Lucas roll to the ropes – Lewis rolling into the second ring over! As Ogawa now goes over the top rope and exits the ring.
Gavin Kirkland: Clearly something’s going through the mind of Komatsu here as he goes around the steps to undo the set-up ladder from the outside. Komatsu with his STRENGTH TOSSES THE LADDER INTO THE RING!! NARROWLY AVOIDING LUCAS JOHNSON WHO IS GETTING UP!!!—-
Deadprez: Oh yeahhh man! Look at this Komatsu doesn’t have any time to react! Lucas runs off the ropes jumping over the laid down ladder and THROUGH THE ROPES!!! SUICIDE DIVE CONNECTS—- THE BACK OF OGAWA CLASHES WITH THE BARRICADE!
Eve: This match is fast paced action back – to – back! Harley Lewis takes advantage of the chaos and rolls his way back into the ring that holds the Unique Opportunity Briefcase high above!—- Harley grabs the ladder, he slowly sets it up!!! Lewis gets one foot up on the first step but is quickly cut down by… MARY!! Mary WITH A HUGE LOW BLOW TO THE BABYMAKERS OF ‘DON LEWIS!’
Gavin Kirkland: Mary can hit me like that anytime :mjlol! Anyways Lewis falls down and Mary takes the time she has as an advantage!!!—- She starts climbing the ladder!!! She’s about half way and Lucas Johnson slides in and climbs up from the other side!!! Both elitists have made their way to the top!
Eve: Lucas with a huge blow to the skull of Mary—- Mary trades one back!!!! And they start going at it! Strike after strike from both of these elitists! OHHHH—- LOOK OGAWA ROLLS HIMSELF BACK INTO THE RING… AND HE PUSHES THE LADDER OVER BY RAMMING INTO IT! THE POSITIONING OF THE LADDER HAS MARY AND LUCAS FALL INTO OUT SECOND RING ON THEIR BACKS!!!—-
Deadprez: That can’t feel good in any dimension of this world! Komatsu beating his hand into his chest with a huge smile on his face, a sick man! You’ve gotta be a sick man to win here in EAW – can’t blame him all that much! Lewis pushes the ladder aside as he recovers to his feet running at Ogawa with a forearm! ‘The Drunken Heel King’ eats it up though, as Lewis runs over to the ropes to get more momentum but it’s dodged! Komatsu ducks under the forearm!!!
Gavin Kirkland: Duck it like I ducked my ex wife’s divorce settlement! Harley jumps up on the middle rope, Komatsu turns around and he gets hit with a crossbody—— that takes him down! Harley doesn’t stop there, continuing the high intensity of this match as he grabs the leg of Komatsu and puts him in a Boston Crab!!! As that’s being locked in right now look!!—-
Eve: Mary is back up at her feet and Lucas is also! They’re locking up in the second ring and Lucas switches the tie-up into a headlock! He falls down to one knee and wrenches it in tightly!!! Lucas thought let’s go… just to back up a few feet and KICK THE DONALD DUCK’S OUT OF MARY’S SKULL! Quick thinking there by Lucas!
Deadprez: Yeah it was, meanwhile Komatsu is still trying to brute force his way out of that Boston Crab but it seems to only be getting worse for him!—- AND HOT DOG! LUCAS MADE HIS WAY INTO THEIR RING AND DROP KICKED THE LIFE OUT OF HARLEY LEWIS! Lewis has folded into a piece of soggy bread and Ogawa gets nothing better here!!! Lucas jumps up and slams BOTH FEET INTO THE BACK OF KOMATSU!!!
Gavin Kirkland: Mama Mia! Lucas Johnson is going out of his way right now to make sure the world sees he can’t stay down! Lucas exiting the ring through the middle rope and getting the ladder Lewis pushed out earlier! Instead of getting it in the ring however he’s put it on the barricade bridging it to the ring!!! Lucas gets himself back into the ring and immediately goes after Harley Lewis!
Eve: Lucas throws a few elbows from a side mount position that Lewis tries to dodge but can’t! ‘The Wrestling Machine’ grabs Harley by his hair and tosses him in the direction of the set-up ladder!!! Lewis goes over the top but catches himself on the apron, his feet planted on the opposite ends of the ladder!!!—- LUCAS RUNS AT HARLEY WITH A BIG BOOT BUT LEWIS MOVES OUT OF THE WAY AND LANDS A STIFF KICK TO THE BACK OF JOHNSON’S KNEE!!!
Deadprez: Lucas can’t manage to get his knee out from over the top after that kick! Right on the back of his knee that has to immobilize him for a moment!—— Harley now grabs Lucas by his head and simultaneously pushes his leg back, bending him like an action figure! Harley eventually manages to get Lucas set up, lifting him OVER THE TOP ROPE—-!!! BRAINBUSTER ONTO THE LADDER FROM HARLEY TO LUCAS!!!!
Gavin Kirkland: What did we just witness!!! Both men are out and the ladder is broken in half!!! No man came out of that unscathed and I can’t blame them for not coming out of it unscathed!!!
Eve: You can’t question what you just saw too much, because there’s always something new! Mary got herself up and made her way to the outside of the ring, the side with no chaos of course and got a ladder into the ring! Her issue is the ladder is immediately grabbed by Komatsu Ogawa and HE IS BLOCKING MARY FROM GETTING IN THE RING!
Deadprez: Atlas is trying to find a way to get in the ring, and not knowing any other way slides into the other ring instead! Komatsu looks at Mary… AND THROWS THE LADDER RIGHT AT HER! MARY S. FALLS OVER AS THE LADDER FALLS ON-TOP OF HER! Komatsu is doing what he has to—- but he kind of needs that ladder!
Gavin Kirkland: Calm down Prez— he’s getting it right now! Look he’s already crossing over into the opposite ring and grabbing it! Komatsu tosses the ladder back into the ring with the contract high above and makes his way back in! He’s getting the ladder set-up big Mary is already slowly recovering back up to her feet! As the ladder is ready to be climbed, Mary manages to get herself into the correct ring!
Eve: Mary looks at Komatsu and taps him on the back of his shoulder, this makes Ogawa turn around and try to hit a HUGE LARIAT! Mary quickly ducks under the clothesline and Mary turns back and hits a STEP UP ENZIGURI!!! Komatsu doesn’t fall but falls back into the ropes, almost falling in between the two rings! Mary now, looking at her much bigger opponent—- AND ‘HEADSHOT’ SUPERKICK TO THE SKULL OF OGAWA WHICH MAKES HIM FALL AND ROLL INTO THE SECOND RING!!!
Deadpre: This leaves Mary all alone! Can she do it even with the odds stacked against her! She starts the climb on the ladder that was set-up by the man she just sent out of the ring cold! Mary S. Atlas has a chance, she’s slowly making that climb, her hand reaches the top step… BUT SHE’S SMACKED IN THE BACK FROM BEHIND WITH A CHAIR BY NONE OTHER THAN HARLEY LEWIS!!!— BUT MARY IS RESILIENT!!! SHE STAYS UP!
Gavin Kirkland: Not for long as another chair shot connects and Mary’s grip slips, she nearly falls down! Lucas Johnson turns in the direct opposite of Mary, and grabs her while she’s in a seated position trying to stay up!!! HARLEY LEWIS IS GOING FOR THE POWERBOMB!!!—- AND HE TOSSES HER INTO THE SECOND RING ALONGSIDE KOMATSU OGAWA!!!! OH MY!
Eve: This is crazy! This is absolutely a clinic between these four elitists! Harley is resting himself on the ropes, remember he was just in an insane encounter with Lucas in which he hit a brainbuster through the ladder…
Deadprez: Well they say if you speak of the devil he’ll show! Lucas has slid himself into the ring still looking extremely groggy from what was done to him a few minutes ago! Harley and him are now face-to-face, the only thing in between the two elitists is the ladder. Harley pushes the ladder to the side, managing to get it out of the way!
Gavin Kirkland: Lucas Johnson does one better though as he grabs the ladder and puts it in the corner! He turned his back on his opponent though which was smart by no means! Harley runs at Lucas but Lucas moves out of the way! ‘Don Lewis’ stops in his tracks and both men smile… Those smiles drop when Komatsu Ogawa crosses over between the rings.
Eve: Of course it does!—- Komatsu looks at both men and both men look at him! Harley runs at ‘The Drunken Heel King’ but is hit in the face with a huge uppercut, Lucas Johnson backs up into the corner where the ladder now lays!!! Komatsu doesn’t run at him or anything!!!— He just slowly walks up to Lucas and grabs him by his head! Lucas tries to punch Komatsu but it’s getting him nowhere!
Deadprez: Komatsu slams the back of the skull of Lucas Johnson on the gosh darn STEEL LADDER!!!— Keep in mind these ladders are steel! They don’t feel good, there’s no padding—- Ogawa transitioning Lucas up onto his shoulders… Komatsu backs up as Lucas is over his shoulder like a disobeying child—— POWERSLAM INTO THE LADDER OH JESUS!!!!
Gavin Kirkland: —- NO! Lucas slides out of the way and pushes Komatsu into the ladder shoulder first instead! The ladder doesn’t break either! Lucas wasted no time, the damage done to his head seeming to not bother him just yet all that much.
Eve: Lucas grabs the arm of Komatsu and hangs it over the ropes, and then manages to hang himself over the ropes also!!!—- Lucas has an Armbar Over The Top Rope locked in!!!—- Lucas Johnson has Komatsu fighting for his life!! Meanwhile this is all happening, Harley Lewis has a third ladder introduced into this match, setting it up while the two other men are busy! The ladder is set!!!!
Deadprez: That doesn’t matter though! Mary is back and she’s throwing hands Eve!!!—- Harley is backed up into the corner of the ring! However he catches Mary’s arm and tries to turn her around, possibly for a Half Nelson!!!!???? NO-! Mary catches him with an elbow as she’s turned around!
Gavin Kirkland: Mary and Harley both back up to take a breather—- As Lucas let’s go of his armbar! Lucas falls to the outside, catching himself on his feet and re-entering! All elitists are in a corner with the ladder in the middle of the ring! Lucas runs to the ladder and starts climbing like a fool— but Mary S. follows!!!
Eve: Harley Lewis rolls out of the ring and ‘The Craftsman’ is too busy resting his arm to do anything! Harley searches under the ring while Lucas and Mary start punching the absolute Disney out of the other!—- Harley has a second ladder!!! Is he about to make the climb as well!!!! He is from the looks of it!
Deadprez: Smart from Harley, he isn’t strong enough to push that weight off the ladder so join them all!!! Lewis gets the ladder in the ring and up on its four legs!!!! Harley Lewis begins the climb alongside Mary and Lucas!!! Now all three are fighting!!!!—- Lucas chops the crap out of Harley’s chest! Harley returns the favor…!!! MARY CHOPS HARLEY, AND LUCAS CHOPS MARY!!!!
Gavin Kirkland: What’s going on up there!!!!
Eve: It’s a chop fest Gavin! It looks like the fun might end because Komatsu is making the climb on the opposing side of the ladder from Lewis!!!—- Komatsu is using one arm to climb and he’s making progress! Lucas tries to kick at Komatsu but his leg is slammed against his own ladder!!! Mary hitting Harley on the skull!!!—- And Ogawa is up! Komatsu grabs Harley by the neck!!!! And he lifts him up with his good arm—-!!!
Gavin Kirkland: Thankfully he can’t! Komatsu can’t do it! He tried to lift Harley at least twenty feet in the air but it just wasn’t working out for him! Instead Lucas Johnson starts attacking Komatsu—- Now Harley joins in with blows, AND KOMATSU FALLS DOWN! LANDING ON THE MAT FROM THE HIGH LADDER!
Deadprez: This is crazy! Harley and Lucas both at the same time are now doing the same to Mary who loses her grip and falls!!! Harley moves from ladder to ladder taking Mary’s spot! Harley grabs Lucas by his hair and with a MEAN HEADBUTT TO THE NOSE! Lucas slips and falls but he doesn’t fall all the way!—- Johnson looks like he’s gonna try and push the ladder down but Lewis jumps down saving himself!!!——
Eve: Smart move there from ‘Don Lewis’ as Lucas tosses the ladder out of the ring leaving the only set-up ladder pushed off to the side!!! Both men are ducking it out with huge blows, Lucas gets behind Harley and NAILS A GERMAN! Lucas isn’t satisfied with one as he keeps the hold of his waist! Harley however as Lucas brings him to his feet kicks out the knee of ‘The Wrestling Machine!’
Gavin Kirkland: Harley now gets behind Lucas and hooks both arms, FULL NELSON SUPLEX! Harley Lewis has Lucas land on the back of his neck! Lucas rolls out of the ring—- Harley Lewis is the only man standing. He’s all alone in the ring with a ladder already set-up for him.
Deadprez: All he has to do is adjust it a little bit to the middle and he’s a happy man! Which he is doing, slowly and confused, dazed a bit but can you blame him? Harley starts that climb of the ladder… Komatsu Ogawa has started to stir to his feet… but he doesn’t even seem to understand where he is— he crawls over to the second ring! Falling and stumbling anytime he makes progress!
Eve: This sucks for these three elitists, Mary is the only other elitist in the ring with Lewis and she’s out of it against the bottom turnbuckle. Harley Lewis is extremely close, he’s about to have his hands on the contract… but—- WAIT A SECOND! THAT’S THE MUSIC OF THERON NICHOLAS!!!
(‘Your Turn” by Memphis May Fire hits as Harley Lewis cocks his head fast, he’s confused… as a man jumps the barricade and looks over at Lucas Johnson who’s getting up on the outside.)
Gavin Kirkland: We’re all confused—- BUT HE SHOULD BE! IS THAT HUNNID HONCHO?!! HONCHO HITS LUCAS JOHNSON WITH A ‘HONCHO DELUXE’ A RUNNING TACKLE LUCAS WAS JUST GETTING UP!!! HUNNID, ‘THE LYRICAL MIRACLE’ SLIDES INTO THE RING AND TIPS THE LADDER OVER THAT HARLEY IS ON!
Eve: HE WAS COMPLETELY OBLIVIOUS TO WHAT WAS HAPPENING! LEWIS HITS THE TOP ROPE AND ROLLS OUT OF THE RING! HE LANDED THROAT FIRST!!! HE’S NOT GETTING UP ANYTIME SOON!!!——
Deadprez: That’s a fact! Hunnid now making his way over to the second ring with Komatsu Ogawa—- Komatsu who is just getting up to his feet… he gets up and looks around groggily but doesn’t have anytime to react!!!—- HE GETS A LARIAT!!! KOMATSU IS KNOCKED DOWN… Hunnid isn’t done here, look! He’s getting himself back up and he’s going to the top rope…
Gavin Kirkland: The best elitist ever balances himself on the top rope—- ‘Hip Hop Hippo Splash!!!!’ FROM THE HEAVENS ONTO KOMATSU! Ogawa holds his stomach in pain!!! Hunnid grabbing at his stomach gets up and makes his way slowly up to his feet. ‘The Lyrical Miracle’ now walks over and goes through the second ring to the ring with the contract high above it!!!! Hunnid gets the ladder and gets it back in the middle of the ring!!!
Eve: Honcho planned this well! But what is he planning on doing? He fixes the spreaders on the ladders and goes over to Mary, he gets her up!!!! Honcho is telling Mary to climb the ladder, she’s doing just that!!!!
Deadprez: ‘The Holler Of The Streets’ bringing a smile to all of our faces helping Mary S. Atlas defies the odds!!! As she makes it to the top of the ladder she gets a hold of the contract… and with a huge smile on her face, a face of pain and happiness she unhooks the contract!!!
(DING! DING! DING!)
(‘The Lazy Song’ by Bruno Mars hits as Mary raises the contract in the air with her right arm, her left across her stomach! Hunnid is below clapping as he did what he came for, Honcho would make his way out of the ring and up the rampway leaving Mary to celebrate.)
Eve: What a way to end things off! A well deserved win, a chaotic match in total! All four of these elitists deserve praise, the question begs though would Harley have won?
Gavin Kirkland: I don’t think it matters because the result is final!!! Mary is your winner!
Deadprez: She’s scaling herself down the ladder with the contract in hand, I think it’s safe to say – Gavin is one hundred percent correct!
Eve: I guess he is, congratulations to Mary!
(Mary S. Atlas smiles as she rolls out of the ring and hands up the rampway and to the back with her smile glistening as the crowd cheers for the underdog of the match! The camera fades elsewhere!)

Deadprez: Alex Myers has showed time and time again since becoming New Breed Champion that he earned and deserves the Championship, but with the injury he appears to have recieved at the hand of Abel Atami how much will it impact his performance tonight against the challenger?
Gavin Kirkland: Alex through their career showed that there was nothing to keep him down from a challenge, wins losses or draws and no amount of pain would deter him from his desires. Deadprez: You guys… Anyhoo we have a match to comment on, let’s get to it as both opponents are meeting in the middle of the ring.
Gavin Kirkland: Alex Myers bounces off the cable testily to meet Abel Atami at the epicenter of tonight’s title bout! Stiff lockup of the horns between the champion and their contender! Abel takes over with a headlock, and Myers tries shoving him off towards the ropes! Abel with his firm grip on the champion’s hair yanks them towards him with a BIG EUROPEAN UPPERCUT RIGHT TO THE THROAT!!
Deadprez: Alex Myers reels back with whiplash, trying to catch some air! Abel smells the weakness, and closes the gap to his quarry – – drop-toe hold from the champion repays the kindness as Atami lands throat first on the middle rope!! He kneels to get back to a stand but DROPKICK right to the back of the head sends the challenger tumbling down outside of the ring! Alex Myers grabbed onto the top rope. gauging their opponent SLINGS THEMSELF OVER IN A CROSSBODY! BUT ABEL ATAMI CAUGHT THEM IN MID-AIR! Alex tries to squirm free, but Abel HAULS THEM UP ON HIS SHOULDERS! GO TO SLEEP!
Eve: That should have knocked the champion out cold, but luckily, they were fretting about enough that Abel could not land a more effective shot! Nevertheless, the champion is in a bit of a bad spot now, and we can see a stain of fresh blood on the busted lip of Alex Myers! The referee gestures for Abel to keep it in the ring as he is counting the both of them down! Abel picking up the staggering champion – who stands up to flip Abel up and over, flinging him SPINE FIRST AGAINST THE STEEL POST!!
Deadprez: The signs of pain are shown on his face and his voice! Abel tries to gather himself up quickly, but our champion is still quite spry and closes in with a RUNNING KNEE TO THE TEMPLE! Tripping over their opponent down to the floor under the tremendous impact, Alex looks back at Atami with an intense focus in their eyes! But also pain in the neck area that is still felt from last week!
Gavin Kirkland: Right you are, Deadprez! But if the champion isn’t more mindful of their injury, things will only get worse for them! Nevertheless, they grab Abel and throw him back in the ring, following suit so that the referee stops counting them up to a no-contest!
Eve: They certainly didn’t become New Breed Champion by being overly cautious did they? Alex has had to take risks, and tap every opportunity to the fullest potential! That is what I see when I look at the intent on their face!
Deadprez: The Champion moves to the ropes rapidly as Abel is getting to a vertical base TAKING HIM BACK DOWN WITH A FLYING FOREARM SMASH! Abel is laid out, Alex with swiftness goes to the ropes again AND NAILS A BASEBALL SLIDE DROPKICK WHICH PUSHES ATAMI UNDER THE ROPES AND ON THE OUTSIDE APRON!
Gavin Kirkland: Atami gets up on the outskirts while Alex heads his way – HEADBUTT BY ATAMI who quickly grabs hold of Myers AND RAMS THEIR HEAD INTO THE NEAREST TOP TURNBUCKLE! Myers backpedals a few steps leaning forward and holding his head as Atami goes top side AND JUMPS RIGHT MYERS’ BACK WITH A MUSHROOM STOMP!! THAT’S 251 POUNDS LANDING ON ALEX’S SPINE AND THEY GO DOWN!!
Deadprez: They get picked up by Abel who whips ‘em into the ropes BUT LOOKS AT MYERS WHO STRIKES BACK WITH A SLING BLADE DESPITE THE PAIN!! Down goes Abel near a corner upon which Alex quickly grabs hold of the ropes nearby AND STRIKES AT ABEL WITH A SLINGSHOT DOUBLE FOOT STOMP!
Eve: This back and forth is admirable, especially knowing that Alex is somewhat injured they fight through the pain just like a true Champion should!
Gavin Kirkland: AND ATAMI DRILLS DOWN WITH A BACKDROP DRIVER AS A COUNTER TO A STRIKE FROM ALEX! MYERS GOT FLIPPED ALMOST ON THE HEAD AND THIS SEEMS TO BE HURTING THEM A LOT!! Abel moves to clock Myers with a few fists before moving the champ upright and he goes to the ropes.
Deadprez: Myers stops him dead in his tracks with a soccer kick that actually brings Atami down to a knee! Myers lets out a yell, trying to fend off the pain as they then throw a shoot kick to the chest of Abel! Alex Myers moves in against Abel looking for a belly-to-belly suplex but fails to lift their opponent WHO SENDS THEM TO THEIR KNEES WITH A DOUBLE AX HANDLE!
Eve: Atami moves to grab hold of Alex’ arms AND SENDS HIM CRASHING ON THE FLOOR WITH A BUTTERFLY NECKBREAKER!! PERFECTLY EXECUTED!
Abel Atami: You best stay down boy! Or I’m gonna put you through a world of pain like you wouldn’t believe! STAY THE FUCK DOWN! YOU’RE DONE! I’M IN CONTROL! I’M GOING TO BE THE NEW CHAMPION!!
Gavin Kirkland: Oh my word look at Alex’s reaction!! That smile! THEY ARE FLIPPING THE BIRD TO ABEL ATAMI IN PURE AND UTTER DEFIANCE AS THEY ARE GETTING UP OFF THE FLOOR BEFORE HIM!! The crowd goes wild!
Deadprez: Abel with a Lariat to the side of Alex’s face that gets them to drop to a knee once more! Atami quickly goes to the ropes AND NAILS DOWN MYERS WITH A JUMPING KNEE! DOWN GOES THE CHAMPION!
Eve: Opportunity knocks for the contender who goes down on the mat alongside Myers and wraps one of his massive arms around their head with a grounded headlock! Atami uses his free elbow to strike at the Champion with a few stiff strikes that will do some damage to the already weakened Champion!
Gavin Kirkland: Quickly Atami moves to his feet but holds on tightly to Alex’s wrists. He places a foot on the chest of Myers AND STARTS TO STOMP AT IT REPEATEDLY!!! THOSE HARD AND STIFF HITS WILL TAKE THE AIR OUT OF ANYONE! AND WOAH! A STANDING MOONSAULT BY ATAMI THAT IS RARE COMING FROM HIM AND HE THEN HOOKS THE LEG!!

Gavin Kirkland: AND A HEADKICK STRAIGHT AT MYERS MY GAWD IF HE MAKES IT OUT OF THIS ONE TOMORROW MORNING WILL BE EXCRUCIATING!! And there goes Atami taking a knee and throwing forearm strikes at Myers who tries their best to block the attacks but most of them go through! Abel is in control and this match is going to be a massacre if this keeps up! Abel now mounted atop of the Champion throwing punches followed by a few elbows! This is NOT a pretty sight ladies and gents!
Deadprez: Abel picks the Champion up going for a head kick BUT ALEX DUCKED IT! Sadly however Abel Atami deftly sweeps at the champion’s legs AND PENALTY KICK! HOLY CRAP!!! ALEX LANDS ON THEIR BACK but Abel continues the offensive and picks up Myers before bringing them back down with a swinging neck breaker!!! Myers is holding the back of their head in such pain that Abel’s damned cowardly attack from last week is still there to haunt the Champion!
Eve: Abel moves to pick up Myers and harshly whips the New Breed champion into a corner. Myers is holding onto the top cable with a desperate grip of their bare hands though as Abel moves a leg of theirs over the middle rope and then the other. Myers is vulnerable right now and … What is Abel doing?
Deadprez: He’s hopping on the top turnbuckle and looks down on Myers BEFORE LEAPING AND HOLY SH… TREE OF WOE STOMP!!! ALL OF ABEL’S WEIGHT IS RIGHT ON TOP OF MYERS!!!
Gavin Kirkland: Alex holding their chest in pain; this is quite a bad spot for them to be in right now! And here comes Atami with a series of knee kicks and stomps before quickly picking his opponent up and whipping them into the ropes charging at them with a battle cry and raising a leg up FOR A KITCHEN SINK! Alex flips over the knee before landing on their back behind Abel who raises his arms to show his superiority to the crowd! Antonne at ringside shows his pride in Atami’s strong tactics with a clap of the hands and a nod of approval!

Eve: LOOK OUT BEHIND ATAMI! ALEX IS GOING FOR A ROLL-UP!!

Deadprez: Abel looks livid as he stares death daggers at his opponent; he goes to his feet with haste picking up Alex and throwing them into a corner. Body shots with hard fists BEFORE GRABBING THEM AND DISPATCHING THE CHAMP ALMOST TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE RING WITH A BIEL TOSS!!!! HOLY COW!!! If anyone doubted the ferocious strength of Abel Atami here’s yet another proof of it here tonight folks!
Gavin Kirkland: Ah, look at Myers who finally does the smart thing and rolls out of the ring trying to catch a breather. The official is leaning over the ropes, fixing to tell them to get back inside the ring but look at Abel Atami distracting the ref, having him turn his back AND THAT ALLOWS FOR ANTONNE TO STRIKE AT ALEX WITH HIS CANE DIRECTLY ON THE SPINE OF MYERS!!
Eve: Abel uses every opportunity he has to put the pain on his rival including having his manager do a bit of the dirty work for him! Alex is in big-time trouble now holding their back with one hand laying flat on the floor belly first! The referee didn’t see a thing as he opted to ignore Atami and go back to Alex! He’s starting to count!

Deadprez: Smart play by Atami, however he won’t be winning the Championship if Myers gets counted out!

Gavin Kirkland: Atami lifts Myers to their feet and whips them into the ropes! He tries for a shoulder table but Alex ducks low! Into the ropes, bounces back AND THROWS THEMSELF INTO A DIVING HEADBUTT! IT LANDS AND ATAMI IS REELING BACKWARDS!! Could this be the start of a comeback for the Champion? Myers throws hard fist after fist at Abel before whipping him into the ropes. Alex tries for a superkick BUT ABEL CAUGHT THE FOOT AND FORCEFULLY SWINGS IT BACK TO THE FLOOR! KICK TO THE MIDSECTION OF MYERS BEFORE LIFTING THEM UP AND BRINGING THEM DOWN WITH A PUMP HANDLE SLAM!!!!
Eve: Abel is in complete control of the match though Alex came close to turning the tide! Abel moves to position the Champion in a gutwrench sit-out powerbomb AND IT LANDS!!
Deadprez: Abel has an opportunity to put Myers away but instead he whips the Champion in a corner and goes to the opposite one. He charges in BUT MYERS SLIPS TO THE SIDE AND PERFORMS A QUICK TRIP! ABEL’S FACE SMACKS THE MID-TURNBUCKLE!!! Myers crumbles to their knees for a few seconds as if to gather their strength BEFORE THROWING THEMSELF INTO A METEORA PRESSING ATAMI AGAINST THE CORNER AND ALMOST KNOCKING HIM OUT!!
Gavin Kirkland: This could be the tip of the scale Myers desperately needs to caw back this match! No time is wasted as hard stomps are served directly into Atami’s sternum! Myers places a boot onto the challenger’s throat and uses the middle ropes on each side of the turnbuckle for leverage to apply as much pressure to that choke as they can muster! The face of the champion says it all – they are out for vindication at any cost, holding the choke despite Abel’s flailing, and the warning of the referee who is threatening Myers with a 5 count!
Deadprez: The champion is as pumped as this capacity crowd! Abel Atami is trying to catch his wind again, only to be clipped by a ROLLING BASEMENT DROPKICK! Again Atami is left sprawled on the mat, and the champion signals for the end! Momentum is created for ….. DOCTOR SLEEP! But Antonne pulled on Atami’s arm to pull him out of harm’s way before the champion’s signature move connects!
Eve: The official is giving a piece of his mind to Antonne who is claiming innocence with his arms raised by his shoulders!
Gavin Kirkland: The crowd’s reaction is telltale as Antonne is nursing the contender back to consciousness with a few gentle taps on his face to bring him out of his glaze, and Alex grabs at their own damaged knee but loses no heart! Slingshot over the top rope FOR A TILT-A-WHIRL DDT RIGHT ON ANTONNE! The manager is literally doing a headstand before crumpling over to the side, knocked out cold!!
Deadprez: Alex can be damn proud of this maneuver, but the fatigue is definitely setting in at this critical junction of the match! I think it’s safe to say the Champion has eliminated the most important distraction factor in this matchup, but at what cost??
Gavin Kirkland: Look at Alex Myers though! Despite the intensity of the pain they stagger up to their feet! This expression on their face is giving me goosebumps folks! Myers is a different breed alright, well deserving of the nameplate!! They pick Abel Atami off the ground, and a jack-knife is sealed around his waist for an APRON POWERBOMB!! It wasn’t from very high up, but the edge of that apron can be quite unforgiving, from what we can see from Atami’s reaction! Alex shoves him back into the ring under the bottom rope, and follows suit, no doubt to continue the onslaught, but takes pause to put needed pressure on his own injuries, to alleviate the pain!
The Champion looks tired, grabbing their back again with a wince, and both rivals slowly climb to their feet! Abel Atami with a BIG BOOT SLAPPED OUT OF THE WAY! MYERS COUNTERS WITH A GAMENGIRI!
Eve: TIIIIMMMMBERRRRR!!!! Atami falling flat on his back like a sack of potatoes! The Champion GOES FOR A SLOPPY PIN!

Deadprez: No doubt Abel Atami had to reach deep, to pull at his very last bit of energy to stave off this attempt! Alex Myers sits up, pumping air into their lungs with an unbelieving glare over the shoulder back at their challenger! Both opponents are showing incredible fortitude tonight and so far it’s still anybody’s game! Young Alex is visibly exhausted but grabs at the back of Abel’s head to lift him up! The suplex attempt is counterweighted by Atami!
Eve: Another attempt is made to power through but Atami with the savvy reversal lands behind the champion! Abel drives the champion into the ropes but Alex hangs on tight! Atami is sent rolling back with the rebound, giving Myers just enough clearance to land a mule kick to the challenger’s stomach! SUPER KICK! SUPERKICK again seemingly cleaning out Atami’s clock!
Gavin Kirkland: Abel is hanging on for dear life to the opposite turnbuckle, trying to keep to his feet! BUMRUSH BY ALEX MYERS BUT ABEL ATAMI FLIPS THEM OVERHEAD! THE CHAMPION KISSES THE STEEL POST OF THE SECOND RING BEHIND THEM BOTH AND GRAVITY CALLS THEM TO THE GROUND! Despite the cobwebs Atami climbs up to the top rope! Looks down onto Alex Myers AND RUNS A THUMB ACROSS HIS THROAT BEFORE POINTING TO THE CHAMPION!! THE STOMACH AREA IS TARGETED HERE, AND ABEL TAKES FLIGHT, BRINGING HIS KNEES TOGETHER TO USE AS A DEADLY WEAPON!!!
Eve: LOOK AT THIS HANG TIME!!
Deadprez: OHMYGOD MYERS LIFTED BOTH BOOTS TO WELCOME ABEL BACK TO EARTH RIGHT ON THE CHIN! Both fighters are looking down and out right now, but the crowd is sure to encourage the competitors to get up with such loud cheers!
Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME! THIS IS AWESOME! THIS IS AWESOME!
Eve: Alex Myers is looking quite hurt, well, everywhere! Cleaning house is tiresome work as we can see, with both opponents investing 100% of their being into this match as they are well-known to do! The Champion is stirring back to life first, crawling over to Abel to apply a TRIANGLE CHOKEHOLD! THIS COULD BE THE END OF ABEL ATAMI IN THIS BOUT!!
Gavin Kirkland: WAIT A MINUTE! ANTONNE IS UP AGAIN AND REACHES INSIDE THE RING TO PULL ATAMI’S FOOT UNDER THE ROPE TO BREAK THE SUBMISSION HOLD! The referee does not appreciate the interference, and immediately turns to the manager with an angry face! Antonne tries to smooth things over but THE REF IS BARRING ANTONNE PRUDENCE FROM RINGSIDE!!
Deadprez: We can hear the crowd fully behind justice being served!! This may have been Antonne’s last chance to save his client, and he sure made the best of it! He’s not too thrilled about being sent away for his boldness, but what choice does he have?
Gavin Kirkland: OH LOOK! ALEX MYERS OBVIOUSLY THINKING OF DISPENSING MORE RING JUSTICE ONTO ANTONNE ONCE MORE BUT ABEL TAKES FULL ADVANTAGE OF EVERYONE’S STATE OF DISTRACTION TO APPLY A HANGMAN ONTO THE CHAMPION!! You may have spoken too soon!
Eve: Maybe…! This is an absolutely illegal move but the ref cannot see what is happening! Too busy chasing Antonne away! Mr. Prudence milks his ringside presence for every possible second to give Atami every chance! The maneuver is released a SPLIT SECOND before the referee becomes aware of the match again, Abel cleverly saving himself from certain disqualification!
Deadprez: Atami back on the offense now he feels like the end may be near as he picks Myers up AND DRILLS HIM DOWN WITH A FISHERMAN’S DRIVER! HE HOOKS THE LEGS!! WILL WE HAVE A NEW CHAMPION???

THE OVERSHOT SLINGBLADE FOLLOWED BY A RIGHT OF THE HEAD INTO THE MAT LIKE A BULLDOG BY MYERS!!!
Eve: The crowd is going inside at the response from the Champion who calls for one of his signature moves he calls for A Forbidden Paradise! He runs, heading to get Abel into a throwing snake eye powerslam BUT ABEL STRUCK BACK WITH A SPINNING BACK FIST A SIGNATURE OF HIS OWN THAT LANDS AND GOES DOWN FOR QUICK COVER!!

( We’re backstage in the AccorHotels Arena in Paris, France for Dead Men Tell No Tales! This is one of the hottest events of the season thus far; four championship matches are on the show alongside a fascinating stipulation for our main event, a Davy Jones Locker match-up! Kyra Phillips is backstage with a microphone in hand. She’s joined by two men who’ll compete in the main event tonight, Jake Smith and Xander Payne, but also by Adam Lucas. It’s Showdown’s team for the Anarchy in the Arena fight, scheduled to take place at Territorial Invasion! Kyra Phillips brings a microphone to her lips, ready to conduct this interview! )
Kyra Phillips: In two weeks time, EAW touches down in London, England for Territorial Invasion! At this time I am joined by three men who, along with six other competitors, will make up the main event inside of the O2 Arena. Adam, Jake, Xander. First and foremost, thank you for your time! I know that the two of you, Jake and Xander, must have a lot to do before tonight’s Davy Jones Locker match-up. I wanted to talk about Territorial Invasion, a huge match-up for the three of you with monumental stakes. How are your confidence levels in relation to the match?
Adam Lucas: The three of us are feeling good, Kyra! There’s a real sense of unity and I feel like we all have the same goal in mind. Showdown coming out of Territorial Invasion on top. We’ve had some time to really work together and prepare for that match. As you said, monumental stakes under the brightest lights of the best promotion in the world! I don’t know how the other teams have been plotting, but the three of us? We’re hard workers, we’re going to show some amazing chemistry in London and walk out of Anarchy in the Arena with the victory. I can just feel it in my bones, on paper we’re so strong and I don’t see us losing.
Kyra Phillips: Is that the secret ingredient to this partnership? Do you perhaps feel like Team Dynasty and Team Voltage won’t be on the same page in two week’s time?
Adam Lucas: Look Kyra, you know I have a close, close friendship with Minerva. But it’s no secret that she can’t stand Drake King and he can’t stand her. They’ve been in a blood-feud for what feels like decades at this point, he attacked her father for crying out loud! Then you’ve got Hikari Kanno in the mix, instigating, she’s hardly the most likable person in the world. I know dysfunctionality is a trend these days. But fighting in matches this big? All it takes is one mistake, one lapse in judgment, one ego to get a little too overstimulated. Those wounds cut deep and it’s not as simple as glossing past it for the sake of winning a match.
Kyra Phillips: Minerva and Drake King’s issues are well-known, I could see that becoming an issue although they’re both strong competitors on their own. Meanwhile, Team Dynasty has been ever-involved in the action. How do the three of you feel going up against Limmy Monaghan, Serenity Valdez and Josh, the latter two of which are champions?
( Adam Lucas takes a couple of moments to reflect on the question. With Team Voltage there are some obvious issues on-hand. Team Dynasty however, seem in sync, arguably more-so than the trio of men situated before Kyra Phillips at the moment. Before Adam Lucas can come up with an answer to Kyra’s question, Jake Smith steps forward. The current Cash in the Vault holder has a content smile situated on his facial features. )
Jake Smith: Team Dynasty are all on the same page, sure. But compare the three of them to the three of us, now. We’re more experienced, we’re used to high pressure situations. When it comes to who is better in the ring, more accomplished, we wipe the mat with them. Joso and Serenity Valdez may have belts, they may have incredible careers ahead of them. But right now to suggest they’re on our level, on Team Showdown’s level? I don’t think so. They’re not used to the bright lights that’ll come with being the main event of Territorial Invasion.
Kyra Phillips: But you’re willing to admit that Limmy Monaghan is a threat? That they could walk out of London, England with a victory?
Jake Smith: Sure, Limmy is a great leader. But a group is only as strong as its weakest link. As Adam pointed out, Team Voltage are all world-class wrestlers. But, they are obviously not on the same page with Anarchy in the Arena two, short weeks away. As for Team Dynasty? Limmy will be held back by Joso and Serenity, he won’t be able to keep them on a leash. They’re young and they don’t know how to show restraint. They aren’t on our level, yet, and as the best trio that Showdown could put together, I think we’ll come out on top and show how good we are.
Xander Payne: I am the best wrestler in the world, make no mistake about it. But, I am willing to put that aside to team-up with Jake and Adam for Showdown’s sake. This is the biggest match of the entire card, it’s only fitting I’m on center stage, in the mix-up. As both men have said we’re the better team, be that on a chemistry front or a talent front. Jake and I are going to defeat Harper, Impact, Jack and Kassidy tonight, then at Territorial Invasion? We’re going to kick Team Voltage and Team Dynasty’s asses in dominant fashion.
Xander Payne: Showdown has the strongest team out of the three. There’s absolutely some incredible competitors we’ll have to face. Limmy Monaghan, Minerva, Drake King. But you can’t look at this match and think anything other than Team Showdown, on paper, is the most cohesive unit and has the most collective talent. The three of us are determined to win and disciplined enough to go into this with a game plan, a strategy. I don’t think that Dynasty or Voltage have the tools that we do and that’s why I believe that we will win.
( Kyra Phillips goes to raise her microphone, however, panic suddenly flashes over her face and she retreats. Adam, Jake and Xander have been in the business long enough to know what this means, but they’re not quick enough to stop it. Forearms hit the back of their necks as they’re knocked to the ground. Cameras graze upward, it’s Team Dynasty! Joso, Serenity Valdez and Limmy Monaghan are here! These two teams make up two-thirds of the Anarchy of the Arena bout at Territorial Invasion. But, the mind-games, the back-and-forths and the beatdowns started long ago and they’re continuing tonight! )
( Security is quick as a stick in breaking things up, Kyra’s dramatic screams altering them to the situation! But not before Limmy, Serenity and Joso get their shots in. Adam is left face down on the floor, Xander slumped against production equipment while Jake seems to have gotten off lightly, still in the fight as security intervene. Team Dynasty seem happy with their work tonight! )

Gavin Kirkland: ‘Good things must come to an end’, this is what Kelton said during this week against Donovan. He said it to indicate that Donovan’s title reign are coming to an end. It’s about to be over. He looks to finish it and today is going to be the day.
Deadprez: Kelton has been collecting many titles all over EAW and tonight, the EAW National Elite title might be another one that will throw down to his bucket list, but would that happen?
Eve: The answer might have to ask by Donovan. He’s the champion, he has been defeating many opponents all over EAW to keep this title with him. Would tonight be another night for the champion to retain… Or would it be the last night to see him as the champion?
( Kelton enters the ring and leaves Londyn at the ringside as ‘The Outsiders’ by Eric Church replaces Kelton’s theme music. Kelton turns his attention to the stage as Donovan Duke makes his way down to the ring with the EAW National Elite championship belt around his waist. He takes it off and puts it over his right shoulder then makes his way down to the ring. )

Deadprez: Besides that, don’t forget that these two are top talents that Chris Elite chose to be on the Showdown team this year for Brand Warfare. In the end, these two still have to work together, no matter who the champion will be.
Eve: True, Deadprez. Both men are confident equally. One is looking to take it away from the other side and One is looking to keep his opponent’s hands away from his title. Who will be the one to go back home with the National Elite title? Let’s see.

Eve: The EAW National Elite Championship match officially begins! Kelton and Donovan run at each other, and both men kick this off by throwing their right hand at each other! Right hand from Donovan! Right hand from Kelton! Over and over! What a way to start this off!
Deadprez: Donovan takes his advantage up against Kelton as he continues to send his right hand right across Kelton repeatedly. Kelton falls back down to the corner, but Donovan proceeds to attack him! Donovan stops his action, grabs Kelton by his wrist, and sends him over to the opposite corner behind him.
Gavin Kirkland: Kelton’s back hits the corner and bounces off it. Donovan shows off his athleticism as he runs to Kelton’s side up to the third rope! Donovan jumps off and connects Kelton with a Beautiful Cartwheel DDT! Look at that, guys! What a move by Donovan!
Eve: Kelton’s head spikes down to the canvas as he quickly rolls to outside of the ring to make a recovery for himself. Donovan slowly rises back to his feet while Kelton tries to pull himself back to both feet. Donovan RUNS THROUGH THE ROPES AND GOES FOR A SUICIDE DIVE!-
Deadprez: WAIT, WAIT! KELTON CATCHES DONOVAN IN TIME! KELTON TURNS Donovan INTO A SUPLEX POSITION AND TAKES DONOVAN DOWN TO THE CONCRETE FLOOR WITH A SNAP SUPLEX!
Gavin Kirkland: Both men are trying to get back to their feet. Donovan holds down the back of his head while Kelton uses the apron to slowly push himself back to his feet. Kelton walks down to Donovan and pulls him back to both feet by his right wrist. Kelton sends Donovan underneath the bottom rope back inside the ring. Kelton pops up to the apron. Donovan tries to get back to his feet despite the fact he’s still hurting… KELTON PULLS THE TOP ROPE, JUMPS UPON IT AND FLIES DOWN TO DONOVAN FOR A SPRINGBOARD KNEE STRIKE! LOOK OUT, DONOVAN!
Eve: OHHHHHH! THE CHAMPION CATCHES KELTON IN THE MID-AIR WITH A SUPERKICK! KELTON’S CHIN GETS ROCKED BY DONOVAN’S HEEL IN THE MID-AIR, CAUSING HIM TO FALL DOWN TO THE MAT. DONOVAN SEIZES KELTON BACK TO BOTH FEET AND CONNECTS HIM WITH A SWINGING NECKBREA-
Deadprez: WAIT WAIT WAIT, GUYS! KELTON COUNTERS IT! DONOVAN IS JUST ABOUT TO DROP HIM BUT KELTON TURNS HIM DOWN INTO A ROLL-UP! HE GOES FOR IT! KELTON LOOKS TO TAKE THAT TITLE AWAY ALREADY!

Gavin Kirkland: Kick out by the Champion! Both men quickly come back to their feet. Donovan goes for a running lariat, cutting his opponent’s neck off but Kelton ducks it! Kelton moves behind Donovan’s back, grabs his head and looks for a Rolling Cutter!
Eve: Whew! That’s close but look how Donovan goes! Donovan lifts Kelton on his shoulder instead and looks to crash Kelton down to the mat with a Running Powerslam!
Deadprez: Kelton struggles out of it and lands behind him. Kelton pushes Donovan to the corner and looks to make his face crash into it. Donovan stops himself in time by using both hands to catch the top rope. Kelton runs up at Donovan at full speed from behind and looks for a Running Meteora!
Gavin Kirkland: Donovan throws his head down to the mat and rolls backward, sending Kelton down to the corner instead! Kelton hurts himself by hitting the middle turnbuckle with a running Meteora! Smart counter by the champion! He doesn’t look to cause any damage at all! Move around like a monkey swinging around! Donovan hops back to his feet, grabs Kelton around his waist, lifts him up to the side and takes Kelton down to the mat with a Sidewalk slam! Kelton is down and Donovan attempts for a pinfall!

Gavin Kirkland: Whoops! Kelton slides under Donovan’s legs, pops back to his feet behind Donovan, grabs Donovan by his arm, pushes him down to the floor, and applies a crossface!
Deadprez: Well, somehow! Donovan uses his technique to pull his head out under Kelton’s shoulder in time! Donovan pops back to his feet, grabs Kelton by his right leg, and looks to twist it with an Ankle lock!
Eve: Kelton turns his attention back to Donovan and uses both feet to push him back to the ropes. Donovan gets pushed by Kelton all the way back to those ropes. Kelton quickly rises back to his feet, hoists Donovan up to the air and plants him with an earth-shattering Spinebuster!
Gavin Kirkland: Donovan hangs it on! Donovan shakes his legs and struggles out of the hold. Donovan lands on his feet with Kelton under his wing as he goes for a Snap DDT!-
Deadprez: WOAH! WHAT KIND OF SKILL IS THAT??? KELTON JUST USES BOTH HIS HANDS TO PUSH HIMSELF OFF THE MAT INSTEAD OF GETTING HIS HEAD SPIKED DOWN TO THE CANVAS! DONOVAN LOOKS UP IN AMAZEMENT AND KELTON GOES FOR A RUNNING SINGLE KNEE STRIKE RIGHT INTO THE CHAMP’S FACE!!
Eve: Well, another close one but nope! Donovan lays down on the mat and lets Kelton miss the mark. Kelton lands his back down on the mat and then tries to get back to his feet anytime soon. Finally, both men are back on their feet. Donovan goes for ‘Dealer’s Choice’ !!! A Spinning Back Fist is coming on the way!
Gavin Kirkland: Woah! Kelton almost gets knocked out by that but Kelton uses his self-awareness to move out of the way in time! Kelton quickly grabs Donavan from behind and looks for ‘Avada Kedavra’ !!! A Headlock Driver from Kelton!
Deadprez: Donovan hangs it on again! Donovan pushes Kelton to the front over to the ropes. Kelton bounces off the ropes and Donavan catches him with a Hurricanrana! Finally, one of them is down! Kelton gets sent down to the mat by Donovan’s Hurricanrana!-

Eve: Kelton uses his right elbow and strikes right into Donovan’s face! Donovan suddenly lets Kelton go and covers his face with his right hand. Once Donovan turns his eyes up to see Kelton, Kelton pops him up to the air and lands him with a Spinebuster! It works this time! Kelton slides down over Donovan’s body and looks for a pin!

This match has been a blessing to the show so far! :blessed~1: Kelton pushes himself off the mat while Donovan heads down over to the corner and finds his personal spot to recover himself. Donovan pulls the second rope to get himself back to his feet, but he doesn’t know that he’s setting himself up for Kelton to make a hit.
Deadprez: Kelton turns his attention back to Donovan. He charges up his feet, runs down, and goes for a corner Meteora!!!- DONOVAN CATCHES HIM AGAIN WITH A SUPERKICK IN A MID-RUN!!! DONOVAN POPS OUT OF THE CORNER AND GOES FOR A DISCUS LARIAT!!!!

Gavin Kirkland: Both men are getting back to their feet at the same time. Kelton and Donovan meet each other in the middle of the ring. Kelton grabs Donovan by his head and sends a forearm smash right across his jaw! Donovan steps back away just a bit and tries to send him back to the mat with a massive lariat!-
Deadprez: Kelton isn’t down! He resists it! He hangs it on! He is just about to fall down to the mat but Kelton tries his best to keep himself up! Eve: Kelton isn’t going for a pin just yet! He heads down to the corner and pulls himself back to both feet. Kelton turns back around and climbs up to the top corner. Donovan is still down! He’s in danger here!

Eve: We also have to give it up to Kelton for doing his best for this match. We saw that he pulled all the stops to win this match at all costs but in the end, the winner is the winner and the loser is the loser. Both sides earn profits still but congrats on another win for you, Donovan!
( ‘The Outsiders’ by Eric Church hits the arena as the referee passes the National Elite championship belt to Donovan. Donovan receives it then the referee raises his hand up to the air. Kelton stirs now, holding down the back of his head and watches Donovan celebrate his victory over him from outside the ring. The final shot displays Donovan celebrating his victory and Kelton… just smiles at the champion as the scene fades elsewhere. )
(As the camera shifts backstage, we see Hurricane Hawk with Heidi Huxley, he seems to be pacing some, already bothered by the attack earlier which saw Team Dynasty get some revenge on Team Showdown. He is also concerned with the outright chaos that has been going on with Showdown the last month or so heading into Territorial Invasion. For Hawk and Huxley, what is important is the ratings and right now while Showdown is killing it in that department, he does not want to lose sight or track of it. Heidi can see the concern on his face, but she too is also a bit concerned considering she is the one that was brought in from Disney to make sure that everything is kept within the boundaries of their deal, and she is the one to look over him.)
Hurricane Hawk: I knew this was going to happen. Team Dynasty and I’m sure Team Voltage is not far behind taking their shots just a few weeks before Territorial Invasion. We have to keep order, this is our first brand FPV Special of the year and I am NOT about to allow anyone to ruin it, even our own Elitists cannot control themselves from trying to cut each other’s throats, we are literally on a Pirate Ship! And the scurvy dogs cannot be calmed down! This is not how I wanted this to start off.
Heidi Huxley: Hawk, you are a very good General Manager and considering what has happened with the other two brands and their leaders, I think you have done an excellent job so far in making sure this is the top brand for the EAW, but this is where it will start to get tough and Disney will be looking at your job performance, that is also including mine. The last thing we want is for Disney execs to pay us a visit and they contact Mr. DEDEDE given him a notion of NO CONFIDENCE in you, us, whatever the case. We need to take hand in the situation now before it goes crazy.
(Shaking his head, Hurricane Hawk paces….)
Hurricane Hawk: That is the problem, it has gone crazy, and we need to get a handle of it now before it gets any worse. I don’t know what else to do if I am being honest, it is more a wait and see approach after this show, because what I am hoping for is that these attacks, this Territorial Invasion premise will bring them all together again especially after they beat the crap out of one another tonight, get it out of their system and we can have a very successful show tonight. With huge title matches and a main event that would headline any Free Per View, it is time that we start taking the lead this season and show those Disney Execs that we are who we are, WE WRESTLE.
(As she hears this, Heidi Huxley nods, appreciating what Hurricane Hawk is trying to do as he shows passion and cares. She walks up to him and smiles.)
Heidi Huxley: I think you have the right idea Hurricane Hawk, you have a grip on what is going on and the vision of Disney here with the EAW. After the success of tonight, Showdown will go on to dominate Territorial Invasion and be the brand to beat.

Eve: And here we are in possibly one of the most violent matches Season 16 might have! We’re not even starting with it yet, and I’m feeling like somebody might die in this match! Charlie and Roberto are looking like they’re looking to do whatever it takes to win, and that will might be tested here! Both men raise their hands up, and they’re engaging in a collar elbow tie-up! Charlie has about an inch of height in advantage, and is the bigger man in this match! Both men lock up, and Charlie is pushing forward to try and create centre control! Charlie and Roberto are pushing back and forth, but Charlie manages to shove Roberto against the ropes! He almost flipped over into the other ring, but Roberto is no slouch when it comes to strength! Roberto is trying to pummel himself out of it, but Charlie is grabbing hold of his wrists and making sure he does not do such a thing! Roberto grabs hold of Charlie’s head, and he pulls him towards his shoulder, but Charlie sacrifices his advantage to circle Roberto around! Roberto is trying to grab hold of his waist, but Charlie has control of that arm as well!
Deadprez: This match is looking insanely technical here, and it seems like neither opponent is going to let up early on! Charlie has his palm around the back of Roberto’s neck, but Roberto is doing the same! These two men are engaging in a sumo-style back and forth, both of them looking to out wrestle the other, hoping to get in each other’s heads! Charlie pulls Roberto’s head closer, and he puts one foot behind the other! He’s trying to gain control, and he lowers himself just enough to put Roberto in a Muay Thai Clinch! Roberto is locked in that, but he shoves Charlie against the ropes! Charlie is running forth, but Roberto is a sitting duck! Charlie uses this momentum to gain control of Roberto’s wrist and he floors him! What the hell are we witnessing? Roberto gets up, but Charlie has full control of that wrist!
Gavin Kirkland: And it seems like Roberto isn’t familiar with a catch-wrestling style of moves to get out of this one! Charlie takes advantage of this, and he combines an elbow and a set-up by hitting Roberto’s rib! Charlie keeps control of the wrist and he throws Roberto down in a Judo-style! Charlie lowers himself and pulls Roberto’s head in for an arm-triangle choke attempt! Charlie is locked in, and Roberto doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing so far! Roberto is trying to fight out of it by grabbing hold of Charlie’s neck, and after enough pressure, he manages to force a release! Charlie has to let go, and both men are creating distance! Charlie and Roberto lock up in a test of strength, but Charlie has the upper hand! Charlie pushes himself into Roberto, and he ducks under, grabs hold of the tricep and digs his elbow down into De La Rosa’s rotator cuff!
Eve: Have you been talking to the Voltage team recently, Gavin?

Deadprez: Roberto is down to a knee, and Charlie switches into a kneeling facelock! He lowers himself, and he wrenches Roberto’s face back by digging his knuckles into his face! Charlie has that arm trapped, but Roberto is still a bit fresh in the game! Roberto manages to claw Charlie’s hand away, and he uses his lowered position to wrench that arm down and get Charlie in the same position he was put in earlier! Charlie, being more experienced, grabs hold using his free hand, and he’s trying to get his arm in a comfortable position— BUT NO! Roberto is wrenching back, and Charlie knows what he has to sacrifice! Charlie pulls Roberto in, and he throws him over on the ground! Roberto is caught off guard by everything the Man of Always is doing! It seems like he’s always finding new ways to counter everything Roberto is doing, and Charlie Marr is pulling apart at the fingers, but Roberto knows that he has to change the momentum of this match!
Gavin Kirkland: Roberto lands a wild shot to Charlie Marr’s nose, and he did not expect that! Charlie smiles at this, and Roberto swings, but Charlie ducks under and gets him in a waistlock! He easily lifts him up, and he throws him down for a GERMAN SUPLEX! Charlie turns him over, and he’s looking to get him in an arm-trap! The arm trap locks in, and Charlie is landing massive elbows down on his neck after another! Charlie rakes that man’s eyes, and he tries to apply a rear naked choke, but Roberto is fighting out of it! Roberto stands up, and he slams Charlie’s arm against his traps! Roberto spins around for an elbow, and IT CONNECTS! Charlie is staggered, and Roberto knows that he has to turn this match into a strikefest! Charlie has tried to make it technical, and although he’s one of the hardest-hitting dudes in the business, Roberto is taking advantage of the winds of change! Roberto’s landing jab after jab, and he’s looking to open up Charlie! Charlie’s guard is broken, and Roberto lands devastating chop after chop!
Eve: This match is not looking good for Charlie, and Roberto is unleashing heavy blows! He’s landing jab after jab, and he immediately follows it up with a cross! Are we witnessing pro-wrestling or an MMA fight here? Either way, sign me the hell up! Roberto is landing chop after chop, and he eventually overwhelms Charlie enough to start landing devastating elbows! Charlie is just taking the punishment, and Roberto is coming closer! Roberto is trying to get Charlie in a clinch, but Charlie retaliates with a headbutt! Roberto was staggered by it, and he hits shoot kicks to Roberto’s leg! Roberto is staggered back, and now it’s Charlie’s turn to start raising hell! Charlie is just going for it with everything he has, and instead of going for jabs, he’s just landing heavy hand crosses! He’s hitting everywhere, this Charlie Marr! He’s striking the face, back, scalp, wherever you name it! Roberto might’ve awoken a monster here! Charlie’s landing elbows, and he lands the first knee of the match! A jumping knee sends Roberto against the ropes, but he bounces off it into a high rise dropkick!
Deadprez: Veena is cheering her boyfriend, partner and ally on, and Charlie knows exactly what he has to do now! Charlie grabs the hair of a downed Roberto, and he hits him in the nose with an elbow! The elbow connects and Roberto is trying his absolute best to NOT get hit badly! Remember, first to bleed loses! Roberto is covering himself up, but Charlie pulls the hands off with force and he slams his shoulder right into Roberto’s face! It seems like Roberto might have to get violent in order to even up the odds, but Charlie isn’t going to let him! Roberto is stuck in a hand to hand situation with one of EAW’s baddest men, and it’s not looking good! Roberto sneaks in a cheap uppercut, though! Charlie staggers back, and Roberto rebounds off the ropes to land a powerful clothesline! The clothesline connects and Charlie is down! He gets up, but Roberto hits another! Esmerelda is cheering her client on, and she’s looking for weapons to use in order to strike Charlie! She grabs a kendo stick, but Veena sees this and she throws in another kendo stick as well! Roberto’s just striking down the ropes to hype himself up, but Charlie’s smiling!
Gavin Kirkland: Roberto doesn’t see this, but Veena does not look fazed at all! Esmerelda knows that something’s wrong, but Roberto attempts to strike Charlie Marr with the kendo stick anyways! IT DOESN’T CONNECT! Charlie Marr blocks the kendo stick attack with his OWN KENDO STICK! Charlie pushes himself up, and he changes his grip on the kendo stick with one hand only! Charlie and Roberto are holding the kendo stick in their hands, and they’re aiming it right at each other! Roberto makes the first move, but Charlie blocks it! Roberto is going wild, but Charlie is blocking most of the shots! Charlie ducks under a shot and he strikes De La Rosa in the knee! Charlie attempts to swing down on El Padrastro, but ROBERTO BLOCKS IT! Roberto pushes himself up, and Charlie and Roberto are engaging in a sword fight battle! Charlie is blocking the shots and countering, but Roberto is going wild and he’s overwhelming Charlie! Charlie kicks him in the gut, but Roberto attempts a headbutt! WHAT THE HELL? WHAT THE HELL DID WE JUST SEE!
(A slow-mo of Charlie Marr blocking the headbutt with a kendo stick flashes. It shows Roberto De La Rosa breaking the kendo stick with his face, and Charlie Marr smiling at what he has done.)
Eve: HOLY SH-, sorry, Mickey. BRO, WHAT WAS THAT? Charlie Marr just blocked that shot with the stick, but Roberto simply eats it and shakes his head off! Charlie’s just taunting him! He wants this match to get crazy, and right now— IT’S ABOUT TO GET CRAZY! Charlie and Roberto are now butting heads, and they’re both unloading on each other! Both men just unload blows on each other, not showing any signs of stopping or fatigue! Roberto and Charlie are going at it, and Charlie gains the upper hand! CHARLIE! CHARLIE! CHARLIE! CHARLIE! HE GETS THE UPPER HAND OVER ROBERTO DE LA ROSA! CHARLIE! CHARLIE! DE LA ROSA STAGGERS BACK INTO THE ROPES! CHARLIE THROWS HIM OVER THE ROPES AND HE SENDS HIM TO THE OUTSIDE! Charlie knows that there’s two rings, and he’s going to do whatever it takes to put this man out! Charlie rolls out of the ring, and he collects a steel chair! ESMERELDA’S TRYING TO INTERRUPT, BUT CHARLIE SLAMS THE STEEL CHAIR INTO DE LA ROSA’S HEAD BEFORE SHE COULD!
Deadprez: AND CHARLIE MARR IS JUST UNLOADING CHAIR SHOTS ALL OVER THE DAMN PLACE, NOT AIMING FOR A SPECIFIC TARGET! HE PUTS THE CHAIR ON DE LA ROSA, AND HE RUNS INTO IT FOR A BIG BOOT! THE STEEL CHAIR CRUSHES DE LA ROSA! THIS MATCH IS GETTING CRAZY! Esmerelda’s looking on in horror, but Charlie Marr does not care! Charlie takes the chair off and he jams it right into De La Rosa’s knee! Charlie throws De La Rosa into the other ring, and he takes the opposite! Charlie puts Roberto’s arm in between the two touching ropes, and he gets on the top rope, and leaps over for a double foot stomp into De La Rosa’s back! Charlie takes another steel chair from outside the ring, and he rolls back inside! Charlie plants it on De La Rosa’s head, and he boots him with full force! Charlie heads back inside the other ring, and he pulls De La Rosa’s face into the turnbuckle! HOLY SWEET MOTHER OF CAROLINE!
Gavin Kirkland: Charlie Marr is out to literally KILL Roberto De La Rosa, and he’s smiling in the centre of the ring! Veena Adams is clapping, and Esmerelda is trying to get De La Rosa back in prime condition! Charlie steps back inside the other ring, and he picks De La Rosa up! Veena grabs a barbed wire bat! I don’t know if that’s even legal! Esmerelda intervenes, and she pulls the bat away from her hands and throws it to a place she can’t touch it! Veena shoves Esmerelda, but they have no idea what’s going on in the ring! You see, while all that outside chaos was unfolding, Charlie was suddenly staggered by an unexpected brass knuckle shot to the stomach! It seems like Esmerelda just gave Roberto a weapon earlier, and Charlie is stunned! Charlie and Roberto are fighting it out, but Roberto gains the upper hand and he throws Charlie in the middle of the both of them! Roberto sees two chairs in the middle of the ring, and he looks to Esmerelda who somehow has a roll of duct tape! Who brings duct tape?
Eve: I don’t even know. She throws it in the middle of the ring, and Roberto duct tapes his body with the two chairs! Is he looking for what I think he’s looking for? I don’t even think it’s possible for a man that size! Roberto’s finished attaching it, and Veena Adams is trying to wake Charlie Marr up! Roberto rebounds off the ropes, and he launches himself for a moonsault with two chairs strapped to his body! WAIT! HE MIGHT HIT THE CONCRETE GROUND, BUT NO! CHARLIE MARR SUDDENLY WOKE UP AND THEY BOTH COLLIDED WITH EACH OTHER! BOTH MEN ARE HURT! That was an incredibly stupid idea, won’t lie. Charlie Marr manages to wake up first, but De La Rosa follows up! De La Rosa takes the chairs off him, but Charlie Marr grabs hold of one and he uses it to slam De La Rosa against the ringpost! De La Rosa almost got knocked, but Charlie Marr picks him up, puts him on the apron and he hits the LAST JUDGMENT! WAIT, NO! Charlie puts a chair right in the middle of it, and NOW HE HITS THE LAST JUDGMENT! HE SLAMS ROBERTO’S HEAD RIGHT ON THE CHAIR! DEAD ON! ROBERTO’S STILL NOT BLEEDING YET!
Deadprez: Charlie tosses Roberto back inside the ring, and he prepares to do some crazy stuff! He grabs a few fire extinguisher cans, trash bins and tosses him right to a place near him with a piece of duct tape leftover from the stunt De La Rosa did! Charlie Marr’s taping the cover of a trash bin right on his chair, and he throws it right inside the other ring! Veena hands him a steel baseball bat, but Esmerelda lifts and places a table inside the ring! Charlie Marr doesn’t care how it got there, though! Charlie takes leftover pieces of duct tape and he tapes De La Rosa to the ropes! He’s seeing red, and Charlie attempts to stab him with the chair, but NO!
Gavin Kirkland: DE LA ROSA BROKE THE TAPE! DE LA ROSA BROKE THE TAPE AND NOW HE’S PULLING CHARLIE MARR IN USING THE CHAIR! HE PULLS HIM IN FOR A HEADBUTT, AND HE’S LOOKING FOR SOMETHING INSANE RIGHT HERE! DE LA ROSA WRAPS CHARLIE MARR’S STUNNED ARM AROUND HIS NECK, AND HE LIFTS HIM OVER THE ROPES FOR A DEVASTATING SUPLEX ON THE TABLE! IT BROKE! CHARLIE MARR IS KNOCKED OUT, BUT DE LA ROSA IS LOOKING TO COMPLETE IT! DE LA ROSA LIFTS HIM UP ONE MORE TIME, AND HE LANDS THE DDT ON THE BROKEN TABLE! THE DE LA ROSA CLASSIC CONNECTS AND NOW THEY’RE EVEN! HOLY HELL!
Eve: These guys are going to feel it in the morning, what a match so far! De La Rosa picks him up, and he slams him against the turnbuckle a few more times! Roberto puts Charlie Marr in the middle of two ropes, and he takes the broken kendo stick from earlier! He’s looking to make this match a painful one for Charlie Marr, and he slides the kendo stick right into Charlie Marr’s stomach! Charlie Marr’s grunting in the middle of the ropes, but Roberto manages to turn him around and he digs his knee right into Charlie Marr’s spine! This is an all out, brutal and painful war so far! Roberto eventually has enough, and he just drives the knee right in Charlie’s back! De La Rosa’s now landing heavy elbow shots down on Charlie’s neck, and he gets him in an underhook, and he lifts him up, but no! CHARLIE USES THE OPPOSITE ROPE AND HE LEAPS UP, AND SLAMS ROBERTO’S NECK AGAINST THE ROPES, THROAT FIRST, MIND YOU IN A CUTTER MOTION! ROBERTO IS GASPING FOR AIR RIGHT NOW! CHARLIE SEES THIS AS ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY, AND HE TAKES IT TO THE TOP ROPE! CHARLIE LEAPS OFF AND HE LANDS A DEVASTATING DEATH OR GLORY! THE DEATH OR GLORY CONNECTS RIGHT ON ROBERTO’S THROAT!
Deadprez: AND NOW IT’S CHARLIE MARR JUST ATTACKING DE LA ROSA’S THROAT! He takes the fire extinguisher cans, and he’s driving them down into Roberto’s throat! Roberto is about to pass out, but he pushes the fire extinguisher to the side and tries to get a chance to breathe, but Charlie isn’t going to give him that! He’s just raining down heavy elbows, but it doesn’t seem to always connect! De La Rosa shoves Charlie off him, and he rolls over, and he’s using the ropes as leverage! Charlie Marr sees this, and he’s attempting a knee to the face, but Roberto ducks the shot and he leaps off for a TALON DE AGUILA! THE SPEAR CONNECTS! BOTH MEN HAVE REALLY MADE THIS MATCH UNPREDICTABLE SO FAR! CHARLIE AND ROBERTO ARE BOTH OUT, AND THEY’RE BOTH TRYING TO GET UP! ROBERTO GETS UP FIRST, AND HE’S ATTEMPTING TO FINISH IT UP WITH ANOTHER SPEAR! HE’S LOOKING FOR THE TALON DE AGUILA— BUT NO!
Gavin Kirkland: CHARLIE MANAGED TO GRAB HOLD OF HIS TWO ARMS AND HE PULLS HIM IN! CHARLIE HAS HIM IN AN UNDERHOOK POSITION, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHERE HE WANTS HIM! HE LIFTS HIM UP, AND IT CONNECTS! THE QUEEN IS DEAD CONNECTS AND HE’S OUT! REMEMBER, THE WINNER IS THE FIRST TO DRAW BLOOD IN THIS MATCH! NO PINFALLS OR SUBMISSION! FIRST TO DRAW BLOOD FROM THEIR OTHER OPPONENT WINS THE MATCH, AND DE LA ROSA IS NOT YET BLEEDING! ESMERELDA SEES WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING TO HER CLIENT, AND SHE’S LOOKING FOR WEAPONS! But no, Veena is right behind her! Veena stops her from grabbing a barbed wire baseball bat! Esmerelda tries to swing it, but Veena hits her with a clothesline! VEENA HAS ESMERALDA IN A DOWNED POSITION, AND SHE HITS HER WITH A PUNT KICK! SHE’S LAID OUT! Roberto sees this, and he’s trying to give Charlie Marr a fight! Roberto lands devastating shots, but Charlie Marr is allowing him to be backed up against the turnbuckle where Veena is waiting! Roberto is just unleashing on him, but Veena gives Charlie a rather sharp brass knuckle!
Eve: As if both men aren’t already bruised and battered enough, they have to actually make the other man bleed! They have skin of steel, truly— I wonder what their skin care routine is! Every callus from professional wrestling, from fights— it’s definitely helping them right now! ROBERTO IS JUST KICKING MARR WITH EVERYTHING HE HAS! MARR IS TAKING THE PUNISHMENT, AND RIGHT NOW— I THINK HE’S REGRETTING DOING EVERYTHING HE DID EARLIER! Roberto has him where he wants him, and he goes for another elbow to the face! Another comes in! ROBERTO! ROBERTO! ROBERTO! IT’S BEEN ALL DE LA ROSA IN THESE LAST FEW MINUTES! COULD WE BE SEEING A NEW HARDCORE CHAMPION RIGHT HERE? ROBERTO HAS HIM ON THE EDGE OF POSSIBLY BLEEDING! Charlie’s backed up against the ropes, and he’s being tossed right into the turnbuckle time and time again! Charlie knows that he has a plan, but he’s starting to grow concerned if he can even execute it with the assault Roberto is unleashing! Roberto throws another elbow, but Charlie ducks it and he hits Roberto with a low blow! The low blow connects and Charlie Marr spits right in his face!
Deadprez: Wow, you mean to tell me we had a hell of a match and nobody did anything illegal yet? Pfft. Anyways, Charlie knows that he has him right where the match could be won, and he strikes Roberto with a devastating elbow shot to the ear! He gets in a boxing stance, and now he’s turning into Canelo Alvarez just slipping them shots like it’s nothing! Roberto is throwing wild, but it’s starting to cause him to get gassed out much quicker! Roberto attempts a left cross, but Charlie side steps it and Roberto is sent into the ropes! CHARLIE SEES THAT THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY, SO HE TAKES OUT THE BRASS KNUCKLES! ROBERTO TRIES ANOTHER TIME, BUT IT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE CONNECTING FOR HIM RIGHT NOW! Charlie’s smiling, and Roberto tries another one, but he lands in the shot of a well-placed straight left to the nose! It doesn’t make him bleed, but he’s staggered back! Roberto tries to land a shot, but Charlie strikes him in the gut!
Gavin Kirkland: If he’s not bleeding on the outside, he’s bleeding internally, alright. Roberto is stunned, and Charlie is just landing hard and heavy shots down on Roberto’s head! He puts the brass knuckle on the ground, and he’s taking all the wreckage he can find! Could this be it? Could this be the move that puts Roberto De La Rosa away for good? Charlie lifts him up for a double underhook DDT, and he DROPS HIM ON HIS HEAD FOR THE QUEEN IS DEAD! ROBERTO WENT HEADFIRST AMIDST THE WRECKAGE, AND CHARLIE MARR TURNS HIM OVER! THERE’S BLOOD! THAT’S IT! DING! DING! DING, I GUESS?

Gavin Kirkland: That was a hell of a match, nothing more and nothing less.
Eve: You know, I’m still interested in how they don’t bleed that easily. They’ve been through hell, and still they’re as untouched as ever!
Deadprez: I don’t know either, but congratulations to the still Hardcore Champion for a successful defense!
(Charlie Marr has his hand raised, as he clutches his ribs in pain from the spears. Roberto De La Rosa is kept down on the ground, as he’s being tended to by medics and the production staff after a brutal, death-defying match.)
(SCREENBAR _EARLIER THIS WEEK)
(Everything is dark at the moment as the words EARLIER THIS WEEK fades away from the middle of the screen… The sound of raised voices can be heard along with the engine of a vehicle which draws to a stop thanks to the screeching of brakes and finally the jingle of keys. When the picture fades into focus we see the camera is facing the front of the vehicle which is revealed to be a humvee thanks to a bottom to top slow crawl. As it reaches the midway point we see driving the humvee is Chris Elite, sat beside him is Ryan Wilson who shakes his head and laughs to himself at what he sees behind the camera. Behind them in the rear passenger seats are Jon Kelton and Donovan Duke who both are looking out their respective passenger windows ignoring the other. In the middle we see a set of legs casually swinging back and forth as the camera pans up to the top of the humvee where we see Lexi sitting on the roof with her legs through the hatch before we also hear her scream excitedly.)
Lexi: YES!!!! WE’RE FINALLY HERE!!!
(Lexi spreads her arms excitedly and beams from ear to ear with a huge grin on her face, the EAW camera begins to pan around to show that the Team Showdown has arrived at Disneyland Paris and they are not alone as Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy all stand at the main entrance welcoming the group…)
Ryan Wilson: We weren’t told they would be here…
Chris Elite: Yeah… Well it’s late and the park is closed for the most part right now… One of the perks of Disney owning the company now I suppose…
(Lexi’s legs disappear from the middle and her head leans down startling both Ryan and Chris…)
Lexi: So does that make me a Disney Princess?!
Ryan Wilson: … It makes you something…
(Chris Elite takes a breath and looks at Ryan Wilson shaking his head while wagging his finger…)
Chris Elite: Hey, enough of that yeah? We’re here to team build. I want us all on the same page, I want… No, I just hope we can do that okay? This is Lexi’s idea, no one else had a better one alright?
Donovan Duke: Being the only Champion here (Jon Kelton rolls his eyes upon the mention of that.) My Suggestion was better.
Lexi: Oh my god your suggestion sucked! SUUUUUUUUUUUCKED!!!
Ryan Wilson: Hey she has a point… Unfortunately…
Donovan Duke: Hey… Who’s side are you on anyway, Ryan?
Lexi: SUCKED!
(Jon Kelton chuckles a little, shaking his head at the situation he finds himself in. Duke swats away at Lexi who sticks her tongue before pulling herself out of the hatch again and begins to slide down the front of the humvee with a squeak thanks to her legs on the windshield making about as much noise as she can. Ryan Wilson audibly sighs loudly while shaking his head also while covering his eyes. Donovan Duke exits the humvee second shaking his head as well before walking to the drivers side.)
Donovan Duke: I hope you can control her, that girl is nuts!!!
(He turns to walk off only to quickly spin on his heels and adamantly and enthusiastically tells Chris Elite…)
Donovan Duke: I’m not teaming with her for this game tonight, put her with Kelton or Wilson.
Ryan Wilson: Hey what did I do to you?
(Before Chris Elite could respond to him, Donovan Duke then walks off heading towards the greeting party as Lexi has run on ahead with a hop, skip and a jump and can be seen hugging Mickey, Donald and Goofy… Meanwhile in the car…)
Jon Kelton: I suppose it could be worse…
Ryan Wilson: How, HOW can it be worse?
(Chris Elite laughs a little, catching both Ryan and Jons attention before slowly exiting the humvee..).
Chris Elite: At least she’s wearing underwear…
(The remaining men exit the humvee and shut the doors, and everyone else begins to head towards the others as the camera pans upwards once more to show Disneyland Paris before fading away back into the darkness, but only momentarily when we arrive at the PuttPutt. Lexi, Ryan Wilson, Jon Kelton and Donovan Duke all stand in a line by the first hole. Everyone has a putter in hand including Chris Elite who slowly walks in front of them pacing back and forth…)
Chris Elite: Right guys and girls, as you know we’re here to build our team, get used to each other and maybe even enjoy each other’s company…
(Lexi is seen nodding enthusiastically, until she looks towards Ryan and stops because he raised his hand… Donovan and Kelton still look away from each other.)
Chris: What’s up Ryan?
Ryan Wilson: I just want to say that this is all great, fantastic even… I’m here to build this team in the hope that we are able to represent Showdown to our fullest.
Chris Elite: Yeah I’m glad to hear that.
Ryan Wilson: I just want to remind the class that I am teaming with Lexi on Saturday, so I don’t think she and I need to really pair up tonight.
Chris Elite: I know it isn’t going to be easy, but I think we can at the very least agree to have fun… So I think we all go into this in pairs, which makes things a little awkward given there are five of us… But as you can see we have three volunteers behind us eager to join the fray…
(Chris points to behind the camera that swings around to reveal Mickey, Goofy and Donald also holding putters which are comically larger than the rest. Lexi waves to the three of them and they wave back.)
Donovan Duke: I am not teaming with one of them, I am a champion damn it. I’m teaming with you Chris and no one else.
(Lexi frowns a little while looking at everyone.)
Lexi: I can take a hint, I can feel the room right now so I’ll team with Mickey, Donald and Goofy! You four can be a team!
Jon Kelton: You don’t need to do that, Lexi…
Lexi: Nope! It’s fine because I can team with anyone, I’m just that good! Just like Ryan will see on Saturday when we team up. Then he’ll be begging me to stay as a tag team partner. BEGGING!
Chris Elite: That isn’t what I had in mind by th-…
Ryan Wilson: Well I doubt i’ll be begging.. But this idea? This works, that is a great idea right? You’re so smart!
(The air of sarcasm is obvious, but apparently few right over Lexi as she nods with a smile and offers a thumbs up for his troubles.)
Lexi: THANK YOU PARTNA!
Donovan Duke: Us four against her and those three? I’m good with that. This works.
(Chris Elite looks over to Jon Kelton who shrugs his shoulders, he seems to be just here because it was expected of him and he is a man of his word.)
Chris Elite: Alright. Let’s do this then…
(Suddenly the lines change with Lexi standing alongside Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy. Standing nose to nose with them is Chris Elite, Ryan Wilson, Donovan Duke and Jon Kelton… The video once again fades out but now the opening to Mr. Blue Sky by Electric Light Orchestra begins to play over the montage video. At first we see Lexi standing at the first hole with her putter in hand. Donald Duck is standing behind her giving her an assist while Mickey and Goofy cheer her on. Kelton, Wilson, Duke and Elite are waiting for what feels like forever until she hits the ball and everyone watches as it hits each wall before rolling past the hole only to stop shy of the edge of it… Lexi pouts as the men all laugh, but Goofy points up to the sky somewhere which distracts all four men and in that moment we see Lexi rush over and knock her ball into the hole and rush back into the arms of Donald… Now she cheers loudly as Wilson, Elite, Kelton and Duke look back confused…
The picture changes to another hole now where Donovan Duke is lining up his shot in the most over the top stance possible. His ass is sticking out more and more, it’s like he’s watched a tutorial somewhere and hasn’t understood the instructions… Kelton is laughing while Elite and Wilson talk amongst themselves. Lexi is watching intently hoping he doesn’t make the shot… With a wiggle of his butt Donovan, the EAW National Elite Champion swings his putter and the ball is downed in one straight shot. He celebrates like he just won the PGA Grand Tour, throwing the putter down and running around everyone excitedly before being pushed away by Lexi.
The video continues onto other shots of their putt putt game, we can see everyone is beginning to actually have a good time… Strange as it may be, the teams may have swapped during the course with Jon Kelton joining Lexi’s and Goofy on team Donovan as it were. Kelton is next on the list of putters and he hits what looks too hard a shot. Duke gets in his face almost to goad him, but that stops when the ball sinks into the putting hole after a rebound. Like he did earlier, Kelton gets in the face of Duke and celebrates in an over the top manner. This gets laughs from everyone including Mickey, Donald and Goofy. Duke doesn’t like it and walks off in a huff almost to the next hole while Chris Elite tries to calm him down.
The games so far we can see have been pretty close between the teams, and the final putt as it were was between Lexi and her tag partner on Showdown Ryan Wilson. The two stand face to face with the other.)
Ryan Wilson: You’re going down, and not like the other ways either. Just down in this game!
Lexi: Yeah? Well your beard sucks!
(Ryan pauses before feeling his beard and pouts…)
Ryan Wilson: Do you think my beard sucks?
(No one answers, not even Donald, Mickey or Goofy not that they can talk anyway, they all just look off in random directions to avoid answering… Ryan walks to the last hole and puts his ball down on the spot and lines himself up. He looks over to Donovan Duke and perks out his butt like he did earlier in the night, Donovan sticks out two thumbs in approval. Lexi is giggling to herself as Ryan adjusts himself with a wiggle before hitting the ball. He along with everyone watches with bated breath as it rolls around the final course. It bounces off the walls, goes over a bridge and into a tunnel… There is an anxious wait before the ball rolls out of the tunnel towards the hole which it passes by, hits the wall behind and rolls back before stopping by the hole…)
Ryan Wilson: Aww man, I want another try!
Lexi: NOPE! My Turn!!
(Ryan moves to the side to watch Lexi, almost in a way to intimidate her into making a mistake. She lines up the putter and looks like she is feeling the ball, becoming one with the putter and swings the putter but as she does, Wilson nudges her which causes her to hit it harder than intended and the ball goes off the fairway…)
Ryan Wilson: Oops!
Lexi: HEY!!! WHAT THE HELL!!!
Chris Elite: HEY STOP THAT!!
(Kelton and Duke are not squaring off with each other as well as Ryan and Lexi, this bonding exercise was seemingly working but seems to have taken a turn for the worse at the very height of it. Chris Elite steps forward to interject as he picks up the ball…)
Chris Elite: Listen! HEY!! LISTEN TO ME… SHUT UP!!!
(Everyone stops to look at him…)
Chris Elite: What the hell is going on guys, everything was going well I thought… It wasn’t perfect but I could see us all being on the same page. Ryan what you did was uncalled for man, you know that right?
Ryan Wilson: … It might have been a tad uncalled for… But she’s been a pain in my ass all night!
Lexi: I’ll be a pain in something else in a minute!!
(Ryan immediately backs up and covers his crotch area as Lexi bats her putter against her hand like it were a bat…)

(Lexi sheepishly smiles while taking the ball, this was a lot to put on her young shoulders. Lexi walks over to the spot and puts the ball down, she glances back over to her teams in the coming weeks and then to those of her dreams in Mickey, Donald and Goofy… Lexi takes a deep breath and while back over to Donovan Duke, she actually follows what he was doing earlier by sticking her ass out a little and positioning herself…
This catches the attention of Duke who gives a knowing nod, everyone else watches her wiggle it a little more before hitting the ball with the putter. Everyone holds their breath as the ball speeds along before hitting every wall… The ball then bounces once before rolling towards and over the bridge before heading into the tunnel… Lexi rushes around to wait and see and that wait seems like forever before the ball reappears through the tunnel and down the ramp towards the hole…
Everyone is watching now, they’re all gathering around as is the camera which is now following the ball towards the hole… This is almost a cinematic affair right now as the camera pans up a little higher to head towards the hole and as it reaches the edge the video ends abruptly… EAW then returns to ringside where we see Deadprez, Gavin Kirkland and Eve all staring at each other confused while the crowd roars loudly not knowing what to make of what just happened…)
Gavin Kirkland: WHAT THE HELL?! DID IT GO IN? DID IT STOP, I NEED TO KNOW!!!

Deadprez: Here come the challengers. Affectionately dubbed “Team Dysfunction”, Lexi and Ryan Wilson are coming in here ready to bring the Unified Tag Team Titles to Showdown right before Territorial Invasion.
Eve: We got a little taste of tonight last week when Lexi took on Adam Lucas with The Prescription at ringside. Lexi couldn’t keep her focus and temper in check and was eventually defeated by Lucas. Hopefully Lexi worked on that over the week.
Gavin Kirkland: I think she did and if she and Ryan can both work together and keep their emotions in check, they can easily walk out of Paris here tonight as the new Unified Tag Team Champions. I think they can do it, but we will find out
(Ryan and Lexi enter the ring and take their corner as Ryan’s music fades off. As the lights go out, the strings to the theme start to play, a lone spotlight shines on the entranceway as Dr. Bethany Blue appears, turning her back as fireworks start to play and the chorus to “Enemy” by Sevendust blasts throughout the arena, just then Sheridan Müller walks out past Bethany as the Doctor looks on with a smirk on her face.)
Gina Romano: From Miami, Florida and München, Deutschland respectively! At a total combined weight of 260 lbs., Dr. Bethany Blue and “The Starkiller” Sheridan Müller, THE PRESCRIPTION!!!!
(Sheridan storms to the ring all business while Bethany is seen interacting with the fans, really acting arrogantly, and giving them unsolicited medical advice.)
Gavin Kirkland: Here come the Tag Team Champions. They won the titles back at Midsummer Massacre and have not looked back. They are on a mission to prove that they are the most dominant team in EAW today.
Eve: They are off to a good start. But this one of the first challenges towards their title reign. This whole situation has some comparisons to a soap opera drama. We are aware of the past between Lexi and Dr. Bethany Blue now that Dr. Bethany is engaged to Adam Lucas.
Deadprez: Hopefully this drama ends tonight. Bethany and Sheridan are a very dominant team, but will the reign continue for The Prescription or will it be a short-lived reign as Lexi and Ryan Wilson could possibly become the new champions. We’re about to find out.
(Sheridan prepares for the match and poses in the ring all serious as Bethany stands on the second rope, spreading out her arms as both ladies then start discussing strategy in their corner before the match starts and their entrance music fades off. The referee checks both teams before raising the belts and presenting them to champions and challengers. The ref hands the belts to Gina Romano as they call for the bell.)

Deadprez: Here we go! Tag Team Titles are on the line. Who will be walking into Territorial Invasion with the belts? Lexi looks to be starting for the challengers as the champions decide who will start, BUT LEXI IS GOING TO CHOOSE FOR THEM!
Gavin Kirkland: LEXI JUMPS ON THE BACK OF SHERIDAN MULLER AND IS TRYING TO CHOKE HER OUT EARLY! Bethany steps outside to the apron as Sheridan tries to throw off Lexi. Lexi looks like she is riding a bucking bronco the way she is being bounced around.
Eve: The ride doesn’t last long as Sheridan grabs Lexi’s neck and just snapmares her down to the mat. Lexi lands hard on the mat as SHERIDAN DELIVERS A STRONG KICK RIGHT TO THE SPINE! Lexi had to have felt that all the way to her boots as Sheridan pulls Lexi back to her feet and whips her to the ropes.
Gavin Kirkland: Lexi rebounds as Sheridan goes for a big boot, BUT LEXI DUCKS IT AND HITS THE OTHER SIDE! Lexi rebounds again as Sheridan turns around. Lexi going for the Lou Thesz Press BUT SHERIDAN HOLDS ON! SHERIDAN SHOWING SOME POWER AS SHE PLANTS LEXI WITH AN MMA STYLE TAKEDOWN! ALMOST A MODIFIED SPINEBUSTER! Lexi planted hard as Sheridan pulls her into her corner and now tags in Dr. Bethany Blue!

Deadprez: The Doctor is in the office as they whip Lexi to the ropes. Lexi rebounds AND THE PRESCRIPTION PLANT LEXI WITH A DOUBLE HIP TOSS! Lexi planted to the mat again as the Doctor quickly followed it up with an elbow drop. Lexi is having trouble getting out of the starting gate as Ryan is reaching for the tag!
Eve: The Doctor is not going to let that happen as she brings Lexi to her feet once again and doubles Lexi over. Bethany lifts Lexi in the air for a suplex, BUT LEXI CHANGES THE MOMENTUM AND COUNTERS WITH A MODIFIED DDT! Lexi is back to her feet as the Doctor is down and look at Ryan.
Ryan Wilson: (off-mic) LEXI! Tag me in! TAG ME IN! TAG ME IN!
Lexi: (off-mic) NO! I’VE GOT THIS RIGHT NOW! HOLD ON!
Gavin Kirkland: Ryan didn’t like that one bit as Lexi brings Bethany back to her feet, BUT BETHANY COUNTERS WITH A JAWBREAKER! Lexi staggered back and Bethany grabs her legs and takes her down. Dr. Bethany falls back and LEXI GETS SLINGSHOTTED UP AND SHE JUST CRASHES INTO RYAN WILSON!
Deadprez: Ryan knocked off the apron as Lexi can’t believe what happened. Lexi turns around INTO A CORKSCREW ELBOW FROM DR. BETHANY BLUE! THE ELBOW CATCHES LEXI RIGHT IN THE FACE AS LEXI IS DOWN AND THE DOCTOR GOES FOR THE FIRST COVER OF THE MATCH!

Eve: Lexi kicks out at two! Now Bethany is mounting Lexi AND BETHANY IS JUST THROWING LEFTS AND RIGHTS RIGHT IN LEXI’S FACE! Dr. Bethany is showing more intensity than she usually does in this match. She is tired of all this. She wants to be done with Lexi and go on to live in peace with her future husband Adam Lucas, but there’s no doubt that Lexi still harbors some emotion towards Dr. Bethany.
Gavin Kirkland: No doubt about that! Bethany is still throwing punches as the referee admonishes her and tells her to open the fists. Bethany obliges before the referee starts the count and she pulls up Lexi by the hair and JUST THROWS HER BY THE HAIR HALFWAY ACROSS THE RING!
Deadprez: Lexi might have lost a few strands of hair thanks to the Doctor. Bethany just threw Lexi into her own corner and Ryan Wilson is reaching for the tag once again. This time Lexi obliges and tags Ryan Wilson into the match.

Gavin Kirkland: Here comes Ryan Wilson for his first time in the match and he has locked eyes with Dr. Bethany Blue. Remember last week, it was an attack from Ryan Wilson that sent Dr. Bethany head first into the corner ring post. Bethany and Ryan are glaring at each other, but even that lasts for a few moments before Ryan and Bethany meet in the center of the ring.
Eve: RYAN AND BETHANY ARE JUST GOING AT IT! THEY ARE JUST BRAWLING AND THROWING PUNCHES RIGHT IN EACH OTHER’S FACES! THIS IS IT, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! THIS IS WAR! THEY WANT TO TEAR EACH OTHER APART!
Deadprez: Ryan Wilson now throwing shots to the body before he uses his size and strength advantage to pick Bethany up off the mat AND JUST SLAM HER TO THE MAT! Ryan using his MMA training very well as he mounts Bethany and just continues throwing those MMA style punches right in Bethany’s face.

Deadprez: Lexi now sits herself on Sheridan’s back and wraps her legs around Sheridan’s waist. She leans back a little before flinging herself forward with full power! SUNSET FLIP POWERBOMB FROM LEXI AS THE BACK OF SHERIDAN’S HEAD CRACKS HARD AGAINST THE CANVAS!
Eve: Lexi was looking for the cover, but Sheridan smartly rolled so she wasn’t in a pinning predicament. Sheridan is slow to the uptake, but Lexi is looking to take advantage as she climbs to the second rope! She’s screaming like a banshee for Sheridan to get back up. Good grief. She needs to drop her screaming down an octave. Sheridan is back up AND LEXI FLIES FOR THE CROSSBODY–

Deadprez: Teamwork from Lexi and Ryan Wilson as Ryan saves Lexi from further harm. Ryan Wilson has determination in his eyes and he calls for Dr. Bethany Blue to get into the ring. He wants Dr. Bethany Blue to get in the ring in the very worst way. Sheridan shrugs, but she obliges and tags her in.

Eve: Dr. Bethany Blue is legally in the match, BUT RYAN THROWS A REVERSE ELBOW TO BETHANY’S HEAD AND DRAGS HER INTO THE RING! SHERIDAN LOOKING TO ATTACK RYAN, BUT HERE COMES LEXI! LEXI STILL FEELING THE DAMAGE FROM EARLIER IN THE MATCH BUT SHE IS PUNCHING AND ATTACKING SHERIDAN!
Gavin Kirkland: The referee is trying whatever they can to get Lexi and Sheridan out of the ring and have it just be the two legal competitors. Sheridan gets out of the ring, but Ryan takes down Bethany and is looking for a slingshot. Bethany slung up and LEXI WITH A SPINNING BACK KICK TO THE FACE!
Deadprez: GREAT TEAMWORK BEING SHOWN BY THE CHALLENGERS! BETHANY BLUE KICKED RIGHT IN THE FACE AND SHE IS TAKEN DOWN TO THE MAT! Ryan has control of the match and HE DROPS A KNEE RIGHT ACROSS BETHANY’S SPINE! Ryan is taking the position of a chiropractor right now as he tries to realign Bethany’s spine.
Eve: Ryan Wilson enjoying himself as he drops the knee over and over again to weaken Bethany’s back and eliminate her arsenal. Ryan brings Bethany back to her feet, BUT SHE DROPS AND COUNTERS WITH A JAWBREAKER! Ryan staggers back as Bethany goes behind him and HITS THE BACK OF HIS KNEE WITH A CHOP BLOCK!
Deadprez: Ryan falls to a knee and Bethany has a facelock and grabs the chopped leg before twisting around and hitting Ryan Wilson with a beautiful Fisherman’s Neckbreaker. She lets go of the leg and elects to not go for the cover.
Gavin Kirkland: Ryan planted hard after the Fisherman’s Neckbreaker. Bethany just starts throwing punches to the back of Ryan’s head. She wants to cause him pain and make him feel like she did last week. Dr. Bethany Blue brings Ryan back to his feet and whips him to the ropes, but Ryan reverses it and Bethany hits the ropes.
Deadprez: Dr. Bethany Blue rebounds and RYAN WILSON WITH A BACK BODY DROP AS HE FALLS TO THE MAT! BETHANY IS DOWN TOO AND RYAN TAKE THE CHANCE TO DRAG HIMSELF TO HIS CORNER WHERE LEXI IS LOOKING FOR THE TAG! BETHANY IS BACK TO HER FEET AND SHE GRABS RYAN’S LEG AND TRIES TO PREVENT A TAG!

Deadprez: Lexi might have it in her mind that if she can’t have her, nobody can. I guess the saying “sometimes you hurt the ones you love” could certainly apply here. Lexi is going to try and hurt Bethany where it hurts the most and that is taking her Tag Team Championships away from her.
Gavin Kirkland: Speaking of hurting Bethany, LEXI WITH A RAKE OF THE EYES AND THAT SENDS DR. BETHANY BACK! Lexi now has a handful of Bethany’s hair and drags her to a neutral corner. Bethany shoved into the corner AND LEXI JUST SLAPS HER ACROSS THE FACE!

Eve: What a match this has been tonight for the Unified Tag Titles. Ryan Wilson comes in and now everything has broken down! Ryan is now attacking Sheridan as Sheridan saves the match for her team. Lexi is still recovering from the kick to the head as Bethany is back to her feet and now they double team Ryan.
Gavin Kirkland: Bethany putting the boots to Ryan as Sheridan gets back up to her feet and they pick Ryan up. Ryan leaned against the ropes and SHERIDAN RUNS IN FOR A CLOTHESLINE! BUT RYAN WILSON PULLS DOWN THE TOP ROPE AND THAT SENDS SHERIDAN LANDING HARD ON THE OUTSIDE!
Deadprez: Ryan tries to recover as he leans against the ropes and takes a look at Sheridan on the outside of the ring. NOW HERE COMES DR. BETHANY BLUE WITH A DROPKICK TO THE BACK OF THE NECK SENDING RYAN OVER THE TOP ROPE AND HE IS ON THE FLOOR!

Gina Romano: Ladies and gentlemen, here are your winners and STILL the Elite Answers Wrestling Unified Tag Team Champions… THE PRESCRIPTION!
Deadprez: What a very hotly contested match we just witnessed. Both teams gave it their all for the goal of leaving with the Unified Tag Team Championships. Team Dysfunction were so close, but it was the camaraderie that the Prescription had that gave them the victory.
(Sheridan has rolled back into the ring as her and Dr. Bethany are handed the title belts and their arms are raised in victory. Seconds later, Ryan gets back in the ring and checks on Lexi.)
Eve: It was a hard fought match. It seemed like the lack of experience that Lexi and Ryan were missing as a team that was too much of a hurdle to overcome, but we can’t overlook the hard work they did this week.
(Bethany and Sheridan hold up the title belts in the air as Dr. Bethany looks at the camera before Sheridan and Bethany look at each other.)
Gavin Kirkland: Of course the action is hot on Showdown because WE WRES– WAIT A SECOND!
(Gavin gets cut off at the sight of Sheridan and Bethany dropping the belts and starts attacking Ryan and Lexi.)
Deadprez: What is this about? This is completely unnecessary! They already won the match and now they are just adding an extra beatdown on them. These two will meet again in the Brand Warfare match in two weeks at Territorial Invasion. LOOK WHO’S COMING DOWN THE RAMP!
(The crowd continues to boo as Voltage Team Captain Charlie Marr makes his way to the ring. He slides in and he surprisingly helps the Prescription beat on Lexi and Ryan.)
Eve: HERE COMES CHARLIE MARR! Of course as the Voltage Brand Warfare captain, he would want to get a few licks in on the Showdown team. Now Charlie and Bethany lock eyes. OHHH!! This might be interesting.
(Charlie and Bethany are looking at each other. After a few moments they both smile… AND THEN SHAKE HANDS!)
Gavin Kirkland: LOOK AT WHAT WE JUST WITNESSED! Normally I would be happy for moments like this since Bethany and Charlie have never really seen eye to eye until now, but NOT WHEN IT INVOLVES ATTACKING THE SHOWDOWN TEAM! SAVE IT FOR SHOWDOWN! NOW IT’S A 3 ON 2 ATTACK AGAINST LEXI AND RYAN WILSON!
(Seconds later, the crowd erupts into cheers as the rest of Team Showdown Chris Elite, Donovan Duke, and Jon Kelton run down to the ring and defend their teammates.)
Deadprez: HERE COMES THE REINFORCEMENTS! HERE COMES THE REST OF THE SHOWDOWN BRAND WARFARE TEAM! THEY SLIDE IN THE RING AND NOW THEY ARE BRAWLING WITH CHARLIE AND THE PRESCRIPTION! IT’S NOW 5 ON 3 AGAINST VOLTAGE!
Eve: Look at Team Showdown fighting back against Voltage. They are holding their own and dominating with the two person advantage. Will this be a precursor of things to come for Team Volage?
(Now the crowd starts booing loudly as Daryl Kinkade and Ronan Malosi, the final two members of the Voltage Brand Warfare team, are running down to the ring.)
Gavin Kirkland: Here come Daryl Kinkade and Ronan Malosi down to make it 5 on 5. They both slide in the ring and just deliver BOOTS TO THE HEADS OF RYAN AND ELITE! They are just pounding on Team Showdown.
Eve: Now that the numbers are evened up. The Voltage Team is starting to take advantage and overpower Team Showdown. Malosi and Kinkade are beating down Kelton and Duke. Charlie is beating down Chris Elite while The Prescription continues attacking Wilson and Lexi.
Gavin Kirkland: VOLTAGE HAS COMPLETELY TURNED THE TABLES ON SHOWDOWN AND NOW TEAM SHOWDOWN LOOKS TO ALL BE OUT! I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING! LOOK AT THE SMIRK ACROSS THE FACE OF CHARLIE MARR! HE IS SO PROUD OF HIMSELF AND WHAT HIS TEAM HAS DONE! HOW SICKENING IT IS TO WATCH!
(The Showdown team are all not moving as the Voltage team are satisfied with what they have done as they exit the ring to boos from the crowd.)
Deadprez: I hate to witness this since it is a SHOWDOWN show, but I hope that Charlie Marr and his team are proud of themselves. Team Showdown might not exactly be on the same page the whole time, but they will no doubt all be not happy and more than ready to tear them apart. Things are heating up for the Brand Warfare match and it’s only going to get hotter from there.
(The final shot shows the Showdown Brand Warfare team all down in the ring as the Voltage Brand team is walking up the entrance ramp proud of themselves as the camera cuts elsewhere.)
(In the backstage area, we see the door of the offices to Hurricane Hawk open, he is not currently there but Heidi Huxley is and not happy witnessing the attack by Team Voltage just now. She turns and sees Impact walk in his gear, holding the EAW Answers World Championship over his shoulder. She looks a bit surprised to see him…)
Heidi Huxley: Can I help you?
Impact: Ah yes, just the woman I wanted to speak with, I know Hawk isn’t here right now, I saw him talking to some talent down the hall, so this gives us a second to chat.
Heidi Huxley: Chat? About what?
Impact: Easy, what is best for you and Disney. Hawk is old school, he’s a former wrestler that while successful in his own right, had issues with the Ava’s and well… he wasn’t very reliable. My point is this chaos that you are all so worried about really is nothing new under his charge. He has always had this tendency of letting things get out of control and then victimizes himself. All you have to do is look to last year and you’ll see exactly what I am talking about.
(Folding her arms, Heidi doesn’t look all that impressed with Impact’s little “smear campaign”. Heidi rolls her eyes…)
Heidi Huxley: The opinions of one man isn’t going to deter me from not only trusting Hurricane Hawk but knowing that he has all the best intentions for Showdown.
Impact: Oh, it’s not just my opinion, remember I was the tag team partner to Mr. DEDEDE the chairman and by the way, my partner tonight…. His wife, Kassidy Heart.
(Much to the shock of Heidi Huxley, Kassidy walks in also with her gear on ready for the Main Event in a few minutes. This time Heidi feels a little less comfortable as both Impact and Kassidy nod to one another, they fist bump again.)
Kassidy Heart: Oh Heidi, you’re so cute but we come in peace and in good terms. Hawk is a failure as a General Manager, he has done a decent job but not a great one. There is a reason why no one respects him, not even the heroes like Adam Lucas and Jake Smith. I know that you like working alongside with him, but truth be told, look at how he has mishandled so many careers already, what about the trade he made last year, Jonny Airhart for Dr. Bethany Blue who became The Empress of Elite and a Tag Team Champion? Look honey, I have been in the ring with her, she is a top talent, but he let her go. I know the draft seemed like a nice touch but after a month or so of evaluation, is some of the talent he drafted really worth it?
(Heidi doesn’t say anything. Impact though intervenes….)
Impact: You may think Elitists like Kassidy and I do not care about this business but on the contrary, we do. We just want to make sure that Showdown is number one and it is following the Disney credence which you are held personally responsible for. Kassidy and I care about Voltage, we have been the champions to carry this Brand and if anyone has a say in it, don’t you think it would be us?
Heidi Huxley: Is that all?
(Kassidy and Impact look at one another and nod….)
Kassidy Heart: Yes that is all. Hopefully we don;t see more attacks like there have been tonight. He can’t even keep us safe. Watch us in the Main Event.
Heidi Huxley: I always do.
(Both Impact and Kassidy walk out just as Hurricane Hawk walks in, he looks a bit confused they were in there talking to Heidi.)
Hurricane Hawk: Everything okay? What was that about?
Heidi Huxley: Nothing…. Absolutely nothing.
(Her eyes narrow some as she turns to the monitor to watch the main event while Hurricane Hawk seems confused. The camera transitions to ringside.)

(As we come back from the ad for Territorial Invasion, everyone in Paris looks up as the large wooden cell starts to lower….)
Deadprez: It is Main Event time, and the Davy Jones Locker is being lowered! We all know that there is some bad blood between all eight of these individuals and for some, they will face each other at Territorial Invasion! Tonight, though is the survival of the fittest and we are about to see a war in that hellish wooden concoction!
Eve: As that ominous structure slowly lowers down, we are seeing a Wooden Cell with three layers, that each competitor will have to sift through as they wrestle in two rings.
Gavin Kirkland: It is finally down and here is Gina Romano with the introductions!
(The camera shifts to Gina Romano as she stands next to the Timekeeper’s table for the introductions….)
Gina Romano: THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS THE DAVY JONES LOCKER MATCH AND IT WILL BE CONTESTED UNDER WARGAMES RULES!
(The crowd erupts in cheers….)
Gina Romano: IN A FEW MOMENTS BOTH TEAMS WILL BE INTRODUCED. TWO WILL START THE MATCH, AFTER FIVE MINUTES THERE WLL BE A COIN TOSS TO DETERMINE WHICH TEAM GETS TO SEND A MEMBER IN NEXT, AFTER TWO MINUTES ANOTHER COMPETITOR WILL ENTER UNTIL ALL RIGHT WRE6TLERS ARE IN AND THEN THE MATCH BEYOND BEGINS! THE ONLY WAY TO WIN IS BY PINFALL OR SUBMISSION!

(“M3tamorphosis” – Playboi Carti ft. Kid Cudi starts to play throughout the arena as the crowd starts the boo. Impact walks out followed by Harper Lee, Jack Ripley and finally Kassidy Heart. The crowd continues to boo as they walk up to the first of two wooden cells at the top of the rampway. Each member of the team steps in except for one….)
Deadprez: KASSIDY HEART WILL BE THE FIRST PERSON TO ENTER THE DEMONIC STRUCTURE KNOWN AS DAVY JONES LOCKER ROOM. KASSIDY HEART LOOKS AROUND BEFORE STOPPING AT THE HUGE STRUCTURE AND LOOK AT THE SMILE ON HER FACE! THIS WOMAN HAS CRUEL INTENTIONS!
Eve: What a pick to kick off for this team and Kassidy is the first to enter the structure! She goes through the two outside layers and is now inside, rolling into the ring and standing in the middle as the camera flashes go off! Look at her eyes! Glaring right at the entranceway!
Gavin Kirkland: That woman is scary! Have you ever seen her look like that!
(As Kassidy waits in the cage, the theme fades and it transitions to “Polaris” by Blue Encount as the crowd bursts in cheers.)
Gina Romano: AND THEIR OPPONENTS! THE TEAM OF JAKE SMITH! CHRIS ELITE! HOLLY ARROW AND XANDER PAYNE!!!!
(All four walk out, they stare down the three in the wooden cell before entering in, except for on as Jake Smith fists bumps them….)
Deadprez: HOLLY ARROW IS GOING TO START FOR HER TEAM AND SHE LOOKS READY ALL DRESSED LIKE THE PIRATE LUFFY WITH HER STRAW HAT AND RED JACKET! HER GEAR INSPIRED BY THE ANIME CHARACTER!
Gavin Kirkland: How do you know this stuff!?
Deadprez: I do my homework, dawg! SHE NOW IS TAKING OFF HER JACKET AND GETTING RIGHT TO THE DOOR AS THE REFEREE’S WATCH HER WALK IN AND THEN LOCK IT BEHIND HER. HOLLY ROLLS INTO THE RING AS BOTH WOMEN GLARE AT ONE ANOTHER! THIS IS IT!
Eve: We are going to start hot here tonight with two of the most talented women on the roster and this is Kassidy’s domain, she excels in these type of matches but if I know Holly Arrow, she is ready!
Gavin Kirkland: We are starting with two kweens! Let’s do this!
(Both teams are locked in their cages, the referee turns to both on the outside as it is only Holly and Kassidy…. And he calls for the bell and the match to start…)
(DING!!! DING!!! DING!!!)
(Kassidy Heart and Holly Arrow circle the ring, the fans cheer loudly as the Main Event has begun, they lock up….)
Deadprez: Two powerful women locking up! This is it; they will wrestle for five minutes and then we will see what happens moving forward on who gets the advantage when they flip the coin and determine which team sends out the first member and put the other in a disadvantage! Kassidy and Holly lock up, Kassidy drops to a knee to get the advantage, locking in a side headlock! Holly Arrow quickly pushes off and Kassidy bounces off the ropes, SHOULDER BLOCK AND KASSIDY GOES DOWN!
Eve: She quickly scurries to the ropes, getting back up and Holly tries to smother her in the corner! NO! Kassidy Heart gets out of the way! Holly puts on the breaks and turns, Kassidy with a quick hip toss, Holly gets back up and Kassidy charges with a clothesline, NO! Holly with a Matrix and she misses, turning around and Holly SLAMS KASSIDY! Kassidy gets back up, and she gets slammed again! Kassidy though gets back up one more time, Holly picks her up… Kassidy slips from behind…. Release German suplex!
Gavin Kirkland: Holly took all of that! She was folded like an accordion and my girl is hurt! The best thing to od is beat your opponent down for five minutes so that when the coin flips they are ready for what could be a two on one situation! Kassidy is kicking her while she was down! Holly is trying to cover up, but Kassidy is so vicious with her strikes! Picking her up and whipping Holly into the ropes, she goes for a huge lariat, Holly ducks and turns around quickly… kick to the midsection!
(Holly stuns Kassidy and tries to hit a swinging neck breaker…..)
Deadprez: NO! Kassidy pumps the breaks and throws Holly over as she lands hard on the mat! Holly is getting back up, but Kassidy grabs her by the tights…. And THROWS HER RIGHT INTO THE WOODEN CAGE! IT SHIFTED WHEN HOLLY HIT IT! SHE FALLS BACK HOLDING HER HEAD AND NOW KASSIDY IS STARTING TO KICK HER IN THE FACE, HOLLY AGAIN TRYING TO COVER UP BUT THIS TIME KASSIDY GRABS HER BY THE HAIR, WHIPPING HER ONE MORE TIME INTO THE WOOD AND HOLLDY FALLS AFTER A FACE FULL OF BAMBOO.
(Kassidy walks around gloating about it to the crowd, she cracks a smirk, still keeping her eyes on the prize being none other than a downed Holly. Kassidy turns to Holly’s team and smiles, before picking up Holly by the hair….)
Eve: SNAPMARE BY THE HAIR, KASSIDY ROLLS IT IN HER HAND AND DOES ANOTHER SNAPMARE BY THE HAIR, THIS TIME SHE HITS A SWIFT STIFF KICK TO THE BACK OF HOLLY AND LOOK HOW METHODICAL KASSIDY IS! SHE IS PICKING HER OPPONENT APART AND HAS ABOUT THREE MORE MINUTES TO DO SO IN THIS MATCH!
Gavin Kirkland: She is doing everything right! Trying to take Holly out of it early in case her team loses the coin toss! Kassidy grabs Holly and lifts her over the shoulder running toward the bamboo wall….NO! She falls behind Kassidy and pushes her into the ropes, SNAP POWERSLAM! Holly finally has an opening and both of these women slapping meat is so awesome! She picks up Kassidy and RICORD KNEE! SHE IS STUNNED! RIPCORD FOREARM AFTER FOREARM! KASSIDY IS WOBBLY ON HER FEET AND LARIAT BY HOLLY!
Deadprez: Remember! There are no pinfalls or submissions until ALL eight wrestlers are in the ring! These two women still have about two minutes or so left before the next competitor comes out! Kassidy is down and Holly runs against the ropes, huge leg drop! She rolls back on her feet, another leg drop! Holly picks her back up by the hair Throwing her to the small layer between the two rings, Kassidy lands hard on the steel! Holly is climbing the ropes; she is between both rings! STOMP ON KASSIDY! HER BACK WAS AGAINST THE STEEL COVER BETWEEN THE TWO RINGS! HOLLY IS HOPPING UP AND DOWN ON THE ABDOMEN OF KASSIDY AS SHE TRIES TO TAKE ALL THE AIR OUT OF KASSIDY!

HE GOES DOWN LIKE A TON OF BRICK AND JACK RUNS AGAINST THE ROPES, MOONSAULT FROM THE SECOND ROPE ON XANDER HOOKING THE LEG!

Deadprez: XANDER KICKS OUT HERE! Jack Ripley is back on his feet…. Picking up Xander Payne and going to toss him into the cage….. NO XANDER REVERSES AND HE THROWS JACK INTO THE BAMBOO HARD! JACK BOUNCES OFF AND LANDS ON THE FLOOR IN THE RINGSIDE AREA AS XANDER WAITS, JACK IS SLOWLY BACK UP AND TOPE SUICIDA BY XANDER! BOTH MEN CRASH INTO THE CELL WALL! BUT LOOK AT JAKE AND HOLLY THEY ARE BACK UP, SO IS HARPER AND KASSIDY! ALL FOUR GLARE AT EACH OTHER IN THE OTHER RING….. AND THEIR THEY GO! ALL FOUR ARE HAVING A BRAWL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING! KASSIDY HAS HOLLY AND HARPER HAS JAKE!
(All four are throwing fists wildly on one another, but Kassidy and Harper get the advantage, pushing Holly and Jake to the corners as they point at each other, Harper and Kassidy whip them into each other….)
Eve: NO! Holly reverses Kassidy and Jake with a huge boot takes out Heart but Harper from behind with the RAGNAROK ON JAKE SMITH! (“M3tamorphosis” – Playboi Carti ft. Kid Cudi starts to play throughout the arena as the crowd starts the boo. Kassidy Heart and Impact let go of Chris Elite as he passed out from all the pain and the referee called for the end of the match. Kassidy, beaten, bruised and with her bloody nose slowly stands up as they are surrounded by all the carnage from the match.)
Deadprez: What a match! What an ending! Impact and Kassidy working together at the end to force Chris Elite to pass out, he was trapped and what they did to him was too much! No one could have broken out of that, but Xander took himself out and everyone else! All eight of these wrestlers left everything in the ring!
Eve: They did! This match was brutal! It was everything that we had thought and surprisingly Impact, Jack, Harper, and Kassidy worked together! Xander Payne sacrificed himself and took out Harper and Jack! Jake and Holly were taken out too! Kassidy and Impact were still there leaving Chris Elite by himself, and they feasted on the carrion!
Gavin Kirkland: This was good Disney Family Fun! I cannot wait for the sequel!
