(EAW intro plays)
(Showdown opens up with a recap of Showdown last week. Milli Banks comes out again asking for another challenger to step up and it turns out to be Veena, but Veena reveals she is not there for her championship, she wants Milli to be in the Wargames team with her and Milli ends up accepting. Elly Elle defeats Hardcore Luna. Donovan Duke comes out and officially declares war on SOSA after he has screwed him several times and he warns TLA as well to keep his title close. Charlie and Veena have a talk backstage, they are interrupted by Alana, and they think Charlie is in trouble for last week but instead Alana gives Charlie the chance to be the Team Captain for the Brand Warfare match which Charlie of course accepts. Cody Maverick versus Miku Sakai ends in a time limit draw. La Familia have a reunion backstage this time with Raeangel alongside them and they promise to bounce back after the failures they have endured. Jon Kelton defeats Luis de la Rosa. Auburn comes out to call out Aria and Miku after the attack that she threw at them, the two of them come out, obviously pissed about what Auburn did to them and they plan to beat her up two on one before Auburn grabs a chair and fends them off with it. Cody goes to the locker room to rest after his match, but he is suddenly intercepted by Charlie, the two of them have a quick conversation about what happened last week where Charlie gives Cody the chance to be the second member for Brand Warfare and Cody gladly accepts. Milli Banks defeats SOSA Henderson with Donovan attacking SOSA after the match and laying him out. TLA goes gambling and gets into hijinks, as well as sending a message to all of the people in the main event wanting a shot at his championship. And finally, on the main event itself, the Casino Battle Royale, it ends in catastrophe as Harper, Ryan and Ruler all end up falling and landing at the same time, and due to the doubt on who really won, Kennedy comes out and says all of them won, so the match at Territorial Invasion will be a Fatal Four Way Match for the Answers World Championship!)
(The recap ends, and it is replaced with the song “Brick Wall” by a Day to Remember, as the camera pans around the inside of the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. Fireworks are shooting out of the stage and the whole crowd can be seen cheering and being excited for the show. The camera ends up panning over to the commentary table with Deadprez, Eve and Gavin Kirkland as the commentators start talking.)
Eve: WELCOME EVERYONE… TO SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN!
Deadprez: WE ARE GEARING UP RIGHT NOW HEADING INTO TERRITORIAL INVASION! AND TONIGHT, WE HAVE YET ANOTHER SHOWCASE OF THE TALENTED WRESTLERS IN OUR ROSTER!
Eve: We can see Harper Lee go up against Brianna Hill, Nikki Kimura versus Elly Elle and of course, the good old ‘can they co-exist?!’ with Charlie Marr and Cody Maverick facing SOSA Henderson and Donovan Duke!
Deadprez: We also have Jon Kelton facing Raeangel Guzmán! And in the main event, we have the Answers World Champion TLA going up against the leader of La Familia, Roberto de la Rosa!
Gavin Kirkland: ENOUGH WAITING AROUND, LET US START OFF WITH… Charlie Marr :francis:
Deadprez: Bro is still mad he is not with Veena.
Gavin Kirkland: LET’S JUST GET ON WITH THE SHOW!
(“It Ain’t Safe” by Skepta starts to play throughout the arena as Charlie Marr slowly walks out and he is followed by Cody Maverick as the crowd gets up and at first boos, then sees Maverick and cheers. Both men get to the ring as Charlie looks out at the sold out Inglewood crowd.)
Deadprez: And here is the Brand Warfare Team Captain Charlie Marr and the first person that he picked for the team, that being none other than Cody Maverick. He wanted this time tonight, before their match later as he had another announcement to make.
Eve: Charlie Marr has really embraced this leadership role of this team, and Alana Starr picked a hell of a wrestler to lead, he maybe one of the biggest assholes in the business but he led Voltage to the win a few years ago, and is quickly putting together his team.
Gavin Kirkland: There is an art behind putting together your team quickly as he id doing, it gives them an advantage, because he can build team camaraderie long before Dynasty and Voltage can, the advantage of having the first MLE of the season before the other brands.
(Charlie Marr paces the ring a little before he finally takes the mic while his theme dies down.)
Charlie Marr: While my old brand is in Hawaii right now murdering each other at Blood Sport, and the teams are starting to somewhat form on both Dynasty and Voltage, at least a few members and the team captains, I am not going to wait until they form before I put my own team together and why? Simple, WE have the advantage. Now, there is no doubt that I am the Team Captain, and I expect to have my team ready, willing and able under my leadership as we will create our team camaraderie.
(He gets a mixed reaction while Cody Maverick looks on, as he nods, already part of the Territorial Invasion team and the first one picked by Charlie Marr.)
Charlie Marr: And so, with that said, I have had my eyes on one person that I feel exhumes what the Showdown brand means. This guy wears the blue proud and let’s be honest, this guy is going to be a lifer here, and while I know that he has the same goals that we all have, to become the Answers World Championship but while I don’t like this Elitists, the truth is, he is one of the most driven individuals in this company, and as a Team Captain this is not about likes or dislikes, it is about putting the best winning team together. I talked to this man earlier today and told him that I would be calling him out because while he may have had issues with someone very important to me, that same individual told me flat out that much as she hates this fucker, the truth is, it is the right pick. Here he is.
(Charlie Marr and Cody Maverick both wait when suddenly ‘ Unfuckwittable ‘ by Kid Cudi starts to play, the crowd jumps up tot heir feet as Jon Kelton walks out and looks out to the crowd, he nods and screams as he starts to high five the crowd.)
Deadprez: CHARLIE MARR HAS PICKED JON KELTON AND WANT TO TALK ABOUT MR. SHOWDOWN, YOU ARE LOOKING RIGHT AT HIM! WHAT A HELL OF A PICK!
Eve: I HAVE TO GIVE IT TO CHARLIE MARR, HE IS PUTTING TOGETHER A HELL OF A TEAM AND HE IS PUTTING ALL DIFFERENCES ASIDE, THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL THE RIGHT CHOICE AS TEAM CAPTAIN! HE HAS CODY MAVERICK AND NOW JON KELTON, THE SHOWDOWN BRAND WARFARE TEAM IS LOOKING AMAZING!
Gavin Kirkland: EXCELLENT PICK! JON KELTON PERSONIFIES SHOWDOWN AND MUCH LIKE KENNEDY PICKED VEENA TO BE THE TEAM CAPTAIN FO THE WARGAMES TEAM, SHE DID SO BECAUSE THE SPIRIT OF SHOWDOWN IS ALIVE AND WELL!
(Jon Kelton rolls into the ring and climbs the second rope, he points at the fans as he drops down, the theme fades as he walks up to Cody, they shake hands, he then goes to Charlie Marr, hesitates for a second and shakes his hands with as well. Jon is handed a mic.)
Jon Kelton: You know, I was a little surprised when Charlie approached me in the back just a little while ago before coming out here to make the announcement, and while it made sense, I must admit, maybe I underestimated Charlie just a tad, If I am to be real, part of me wanted to lead these teams into battle, but at the end of the day, I wanted to be a part of Territorial Invasion. I am Mr. Showdown; this is my brand, and I cannot think of anywhere else I want to be.
(The crowd cheers, but Jon turns to Charlie.)
Jon Kelton: And you are right Charlie, we both want the same thing, to be the Answers World Champion. But this is about Territorial Invasion and nothing more, and it is about winning for the Blue Brand, something that has not happened for quite some time. I just want to let you know that I am committed to winning this, and will do anything that I have to in order to support this team and make it happen with the members of our unit, but like Cody, like you, like anyone else that hops on board, I will say this… after we win, it’s back hunting the Answers World Championship, and no one will stop me from getting there.
Charlie Marr: I wouldn’t have it any other way, just remember like I told Cody, who the Team Captain is.
(Jon Kelton smirks as he nods as they shake hands. “It Ain’t Safe” by Skepta starts to play throughout the arena the crowd cheers as Jon Kelton nods. )
Deadprez: And we are now three strong on Team Brand Warfare! We are looking stacked, and it can only go up from here! Territorial Invasion is coming, and I will tell you right now that nothing is going to stop this team from getting thew W for Showdown!
Eve: Really impressive start so far and Charlie Marr is doing his due diligence in putting the best team he can together!
Gavin Kirkland: I have a good feeling about this Territorial Invasion! And we are just starting off Showdown!
(Charlie Marr, Cody Maverick and Jon Kelton continue to talk as the fans cheer, slowly fading to a commercial break.)
(As Showdown comes back from Commercial Break, we see Gina Romano ready to call the first match.)
Gina Romano: Ladies and gentlemen… The following Singles Match is scheduled for ONE FALL!!!

(‘Sweet Dreams’ by Eurythmics can be heard through the arena as VERY loud boos can be heard and out from the back Harper Lee comes out making her way to the ring ignoring the clear disdain the fans have for her.)
Gina Romano: Introducing first… From Charlotte, North Carolina… Weighing in at 118 lbs… She is “The Star Player”… HARPERRERRRRRR LEEEEEEEEEE!!!
(As Harper Lee makes her way inside the ring her theme song is slowly replaced by ‘ballad of a homeschooled girl’ by Olivia Rodrigo as the boos are still very loud as they see Brianna Hill make her way towards the ring being accompanied by the rest of La Familia.)
Gina Romano: Introducing her opponent… Residing in Cancun, Mexico… Weighing in at 119 lbs… Being accompanied by La Familia… She is “El Alma De La Familia”… BRIANNAAAAAAAAAA HIIIIIIIIIILLL!!!
(DING! DING! DING!)
Eve: That’s the sound of the bell as Harper Lee and Brianna Hill head to the middle of the ring as Brianna Hill tries to take down Harper Lee, but Harper being too quick is able to move out of the way at the last minute before grabbing Brianna Hill from behind! Quickly now she takes down Brianna Hill with a Snap Suplex! Brianna Hill tries her best to quickly get back right after the impact of that suplex as she drags herself towards the ropes and gets up… Harper Lee however has other plans for Brianna Hill as she quickly grabs Brianna once again and sets her up for an Exploder Suplex right onto the turnbuckle!
Gavin Kirkland: La Familia are not too happy at Harper Lee’s actions so far as they start to rile up Brianna Hill… Brianna slowly picks herself back up still on the turnbuckle as Harper goes for a dropkick that forces Brianna Hill to slump down into a seated position! This doesn’t look good for Brianna as Harper takes a few steps and is looking to hit Brianna with a Meteora on the seated Bria- Luis De La Rosa helps Brianna Hill get out of the way pulling her out of the ring at the last minute! Harper Lee tries to get back up after hitting nothing but the bottom turnbuckle, but Brianna Hill quickly gets back inside the ring and takes down Harper with a vicious Elbow to the back of her head!
Deadprez: Now THAT was a real NASTY Elbow we just saw, but Brianna ain’t done here just yet as she mounts on top of Harper before unleashing a barrage of Stiff Elbows onto her before getting off her and stomping her right in the abdomen as she starts to taunt gloating in the moment. I’m not sure the fans know WHO to boo here tonight, but Brianna sure ain’t making it easy for the fans to cheer her on. Harper Lee tries to get back up on her feet as Brianna Hill quickly grabs her and sets her up for a HUGE Saito Suplex that sends Harper near the turnbuckle. Not wasting any time with one of the competitors in the fatal four way in the EAW Answers World Championship match at Territorial Invasion, Brianna starts to pick up Harper Lee looking to give Harper a taste of her own medicine as she goes for an Exploder Suplex onto the turnbuckles…
Eve: NOT SO FAST AS HARPER LEE IS ABLE TO SLIP MIDWAY THROUGH THE EXPLODER SUPLEX LANDING RIGHT BEHIND BRIANNA HILL! Quickly, Harper Lee takes down Brianna Hill with a Reverse Frankensteiner that spiked Brianna’s head into the ring mat itself! Brianna Hill may be dazed after that, but this is exactly what Harper Lee was waiting for as she runs towards the ropes, she uses them to her advantage, and executes a beautiful Springboard Moonsault on Brianna Hill. Harper Lee looks to get some revenge on her opponent here tonight as she mounts on top of Brianna and starts throwing Elbow after Elbow as La Familia on the outside start cheering for Brianna almost like they are trying to give their own… Which seems to be enough to help Brianna against Harper Lee as Brianna puts her hands up being able to not only block one of the elbows, but flip Harper Lee over as well!
Gavin Kirkland: Let’s go mi Familia woooohooo! La Familia número uno si, si, si!!! Brianna Hill is able to daze Harper Lee with an elbow of her own before getting up, slowly heading to the top rope nearby, and just like that Brianna Hill takes a dive landing on Harper Lee with no issue as the Elbow Drop connects! Only the absolute bed allowed to be part of La Familia it seems, Brianna Hill though not trying to let Harper Lee get back on the offense slams Harper Lee’s head onto the mat as she heads towards the outermost side of the ring apron as she starts to yell at Harper Lee to get back up. Harper slowly makes her way up, still groggy after all that Brianna has put her through as Brianna Hill uses the ropes to go for a Springboard Clothesline that connects!!! Brianna is able to roll through afterwards as both Brianna and Harper Lee are back up, Brianna going for a Running Clothesline, but Harper Lee is able to duck under as she uses the momentum Brianna Hill had against her to connect with a Slingblade!
Deadprez: She puts a little extra sauce on that with a Dropkick right on Brianna’s head that lays her out on the mat. Think it’s time for some more daredevil action from Harper Lee as she heads to the top rope, and I think she’s also trying to give Brianna Hill a taste of her own medicine as she goes for a Diving Elbow Drop that connects! Getting up right after that, Harper takes a few minutes to wipe her feet on the mat as a sign of disrespect, but that gives La Familia enough time to help Brianna out as Raeangel Guzman helps pull out Brianna Hill out of the ring as they regroup while Raeangel tries to hype up Brianna… Harper Lee ain’t happy about this at all though as she starts to run the ropes and goes for a Suicide Dive to the outside aiming at both Raeangel and Brianna Hill!!! Raeangel is able to push Brianna Hill out of the way at the last minute as Harper Lee takes out only Raeangel. As she slowly gets up, Brianna Hill is ready to take advantage of the situation as she connects with a Hair Pull Backbreaker getting back on the offense!

Eve: The count continues to go as Brianna Hill continues to use the outside to her advantage while La Familia gives her space to get to work. Brianna Hill starts to drag Harper Lee this way as she starts to slam her face repeatedly on our table nonstop! It seems that when La Familia talks about getting the job done by any means necessary they are not lying at all. After the last slam, Brianna winds up a throw before throwing Harper directly on the side of our announcers table, really weakening the veteran here tonight! Seems like they’re about to finish up their business here on the outside though as Brianna Hill picks up Harper Lee by her hair before throwing her back inside the ring as La Familia with Raeangel finally back up on her feet patting her back in approval before heading back inside, but Harper Lee is able to catch her for a possum pin as she rolls up Brianna Hill!!! The referee is now going for the count!

Gavin Kirkland: Brianna Hill with a kick out just in time as both ladies get back up on their feet! Not happy with what just happened, Brianna quickly heads towards Harper as both start trading elbows back and forth! We’ve got a real cat fight in our hands right now and I am excited on multiple levels right now! Brianna throws an elbow, followed by an elbow from Harper Lee, Brianna, Harper, Brianna, and Harper able to knock Brianna Hill a few inches back with one of her elbows that gives her enough room to go for a Jumping DDT that plants Brianna Hill down on the mat! Harper Lee, not in the mood for any games starts to slam down Brianna’s face continuously before slapping her on the back of the head… NOT cool Harper Lee… NOT cool! She’s part of nuestra familia as my good friends in La Familia have said I could say as an honorary member! It’s true, all of it I tell you!
Deadprez: Dawg… You are not just one despicable man, but you are a terrible liar as well. Though we ain’t here to cross examine the many mental issues you have, we are here to see Harper Lee against Brianna Hill as these two had some strong words for each other especially after last week where Brianna Hill was eliminated in the same match Harper Lee “won” with two other elitists in the main event of Saturday Night Showdown. Harper Lee though focused as ever trying to put down the young Brianna Hill here as she grabs her by her hair, picks her up, and it looks like she’s setting up for “House of Balloons” as the Backstabber connects effortlessly! Harper now with a quick cover, will this be all it takes down Brianna Hill, or does Brianna get more juice in her system?!?

Gavin Kirkland: Not just yet as Brianna Hill is able to put her shoulder up once again! Harper Lee is not happy with this one bit though as she starts to kick Brianna Hill back up till she’s kneeling as she heads to the opposite corner in the ring… I think this may be over if it connects as Harper Lee runs towards Brianna Hill looking for “Lonely Star” as the Jumping Superkick conn- DOES NOT CONNECT AS BRIANNA HILL WAS ABLE TO ROLL OUT OF THE RING AT THE LAST MINUTE! Brianna Hill grabs Harper Lee now as she drags her out of the ring and quickly sets her up for a Back Suplex right on the ring apron! That right there is the hardest part of the ring ladies and gentlemen and best believe that type of pain being inflicted on one won’t be one you can easily walk off. Harper Lee is left aching in pain as Brianna Hill slowly gets up on the apron as well looking to continue inflicting damage on that back as she slowly picks up Harper and goes for a Sunset Flip Bomb! YOUCH!

Deadprez: That was just NASTY NASTY! Looks like Brianna Hill is satisfied with the work on the outside though as she kicks Harper Lee back inside the ring before she heads back in. Pulling Harper Lee back up by her hair, Brianna Hill starts setting her up for “THE GRUDGE” as she goes for her version of a Tiger Driver and it connects right in the middle of the ring! Brianna Hill now going for the cover will this be all she rode here tonight as the referee now goes for the count!

Deadprez: Kick out from Harper Lee at just two as Brianna Hill slams her fist on the mat thinking she had the match won here tonight. Brianna Hill slowly gets back up though as she starts yelling at Harper Lee to get up before she starts to kick Harper till she gets back up… Brianna Hill now starts to run the ropes as she used that momentum to go for “OCEAN EYES” as the Spinning Back Elbow conn- IS INTERCEPTED BY HARPER LEE WHO TURNS THAT NASTY ELBOW INTO A BEAUTIFUL SNAP SUPLEX! Not enough to keep Brianna Hill down, but just enough to cause her to be groggy as one can be! Brianna Hill stumbles now towards the ropes as Harper Lee runs her way and uses the ropes to her advantage to connect with a Running Springboard Flatliner!
Eve: That’s the veteran skill at work from Harper Lee as she saw the situation at hand and used it to her advantage to get back on the offense once again! Harper Lee looks over at the nearest corner now as she goes back up to the top rope and looks at the downed Brianna Hill before diving off and connecting with a Diving Double Foot Stomp! Brianna Hill might be close to her own limit here tonight as Harper Lee slowly gets back up and as she starts to slowly pick up Brianna Hill, Roberto De La Rosa is seen getting on the apron calling Harper Lee over as a distraction as both Harper Lee and the referee are giving their attention to Roberto before the referee warns him to get down before all of La Familia is kicked out. Roberto slowly steps down still keeping his focus on Harper before smirking as Brianna Hill from behind uses all her energy to roll up Harper Lee from behind! The referee is now going for the count!

Gavin Kirkland: A kick out right before the three for Harper Lee as both Harper and Brianna Hill get back up as Harper Lee tries to take down Brianna Hill, but Brianna uses Harper’s own momentum against her to connect with an Exploder Suplex that sends her right towards the turnbuckle! Brianna was finally able to give Harper Lee a taste of her own medicine when Harper hit her with her own Exploder Suplex on the turnbuckle! Harper tried to slowly pick herself back up using the corner as support, but Brianna Hill is not looking to give Harper any breathing room at all as she starts going for Repeated Corner Shoulder Thrust before using the corner at her advantage to connect with a Tornado DDT that plants Harper Lee right in the middle of the ring! This may be the opening that Brianna Hill needs to get the “dubya” as the kids say here tonight!
Deadprez: We gotta keep you away from the youth’s lingo buddy, but this does look like a favorable position for Brianna Hill as she starts to slowly pick up Harper Lee off the ground… She starts to drag her towards the middle rope, positioning her on it, she then runs to the opposite end, runs the ropes, and it looks like Brianna Hill is looking to connect with “HOTLINE”, but Harper Lee is able to grab Brianna’s legs just in time before the Tiger Feint Kick could connect as she throws them to the side, leaving Brianna’s upper half back inside the ring as Harper Lee has an opening here to connect with “Falling Star” as the Rope Hung Springboard Stomp connects! Real NASTY stuff right there which La Familia is clearly not happy witnessing right in front of them! This may be the beginning of the end for Brianna Hill tonight as Harper Lee is setting herself up to hit Brianna with her finisher as Brianna slowly is getting up… Once again La Familia attempts to pull Brianna out of the situation, but the referee looks at them as he starts yelling at them before making the decision to kick them out of ringside! La Familia is not happy as they try to argue with the referee about the decision, Brianna Hill noticed the commotion happening as she tries to argue with the referee as well before the referee says the decision is final, and as Brianna Hill turns around Harper Lee was more than ready to connect with “Lonely Star” as the Jumping Superkick connects! Brianna Hill is out of it as Harper Lee goes for the cover!

Eve: This match wasn’t an easy one for either competitor, but Harper Lee was able to beat the numbers game here tonight as she picked up some momentum for her EAW Answers World Championship match at Territorial Invasion.
Gavin Kirkland: Woah, Brianna Hill was able to hang with Harper Lee all by herself okay? Sure, she lost, but at the end of the day Brianna Hill showed the world that she is going to be a big star soon enough!
Deadprez: She lost dawg. Get over it. She had a good performance, but Harper Lee was just better here tonight which is what we expect around these parts even if her attitude is unfortunate.
(Harper Lee is seen celebrating the win here tonight before heading to the back after picking up the win while inside the ring Brianna Hill is being seen getting help back up by La Familia as they are not pleased with the results here tonight before the scene fades elsewhere.)
(Showdown slowly came back from commercials as it quickly faded in towards backstage and towards one woman that everyone was used to seeing by this point, Kyra Phillips stood in front of the camera with a small but bright smile on her face, making sure to adjust the microphone and waiting that they gave her the signal to start talking, and once she saw the broadcast was back on, she spoke up with a calm tone to her voice.)
Kyra Phillips: Hello to everybody! I hope all of you have enjoyed the show so far, as always I am Kyra Phillips, ready to bring you another interview of one of your favorite Showdown Elitists! For tonight, I have someone that all of you have seen before here in my interviews, considered a prodigy in many categories in life but most importantly wrestling, and someone who has made sure to make her impression on the lives and memories of the viewers despite the tough obstacles that she has had to face along the way, please welcome, at this moment, Auburn Ware!
(The camera turns over to the side to show someone else was standing right next to Kyra and of course, it was obviously Auburn Ware herself, she let out a small sigh as Auburn was trying her best to not lose her composure in front of the camera, she was obviously very annoyed about what has happened the past few weeks starting at Midsummer Massacre, and she wanted to find a chance to be able to resolve it one way or another. Kyra turns towards her and speaks up.)
Kyra Phillips: Auburn, hello! How are you doing tonight?
Auburn Ware: I could say that I have felt better in other times, but I am holding up, Kyra, not in the best way but I am holding up.
Kyra Phillips: I am glad to hear that! Now, for the questions, so far for Season 18, how have things been looking up for you?
Auburn Ware: Well, they have mostly been okay, I have had a nice fair few wins here and there when it came to other matches I have had, and I don’t think I need to really spell it out on the problem that I ended up dealing with just because someone wanted to take something away from me that I rightfully deserved. But yeah, let me try and focus on something else, heck, let us talk about how awesome the last season was! I really feel like I ended up coming into terms of what my strengths and flaws truly are as a human being and as a wrestler, I see that sometimes it is not the best decision to trust most people that you come across, for example, the women that I am currently dealing with. Uhhhh, I ended up meeting some friendly people as well, I have found some of them to be cool, some others not as much, but that is the experience that you have to endure when it comes to life itself, I have learned a lot as well when it comes to being a wrestler, about dealing with the losses, about what you need to do when it comes to wanting to achieve this and that, especially championships and you know, it can be sometimes the smallest of wins that are able to push you up and give you that boost that you need to continue going forward, you know?
Kyra Phillips: Very nice words that you have said when it comes to that, Auburn. But… I have a feeling that you have something on your mind, is there something wrong?
(Yeah, it was pretty obvious to notice that Auburn was not in the best of moods right now, it took her a bit to process Kyra’s question before she let out a deep sigh and nodded quickly.)
Auburn Ware: Yeah, of course, Kyra. I am just slightly annoyed, and I am not used to dealing with that kind of feeling, you know? I want to think positive, I want to believe that things are going to be just fine, and believe me, that is how I have felt with my first year of being a full on wrestler, I have felt safe, I have felt happy of the things that I have done, and despite there not being anything that exciting for me when you think about it through, I was able to retire a Hall of Famer at the end of the day as well, so you know what? I was happy with what I was able to do, I was content… and then this season started and it slapped me right on the face, it basically told me straight to my face that this is where things got tough young lady, now you have to deal with the rest of the, let’s be honest, assholes that are on this place, and you know, I got that message sent very clearly when I saw what happened at Midsummer Massacre, when I saw how the victory I genuinely earned with everything that I got was taken away from me just like that in just a few seconds, it felt frustrating, it made me feel genuinely angry and that is why I ended up attacking Miku Sakai!
Auburn Ware: Because she is obviously not a nice person! She always cheats and steals from other people and then acts like a genuine dick about it, and then now she has Aria accompanying her and then the two of them are acting like besties and bonding over not liking other people, it just does not sit right with me at all seeing them trying to run roughshod over the women’s division now, I am sick and tired when it comes to seeing that and I am going to make sure that no matter what, heads end up rolling!
Kyra Phillips: And how are you going to do that, Auburn?
Auburn Ware: Pretty simple if you ask me, I want to be able to get my hands on them, legally of course and get them in a fight! In fact, next week, I want one of them in the ring! And despite the way that they are going to treat me, the way that they are going to belittle me and tell me that I am not superior to them, it is NOT going to stop me in any way! Good night, Kyra!
(Auburn showed fire and determination in her words as finally, she turned on her heel and then she walked away from Kyra with an objective of her mind now for next week, as Showdown faded away on that last scene to an ad for Territorial Invasion.)
(The scene fades to a cameraman following behind Mikaela Street, roaming the hallway looking for Elly Elle. After a few seconds, they found Elly Elle pacing slowly back and forth in the hallway.)
Mikaela Street: Elly, Elly, can we get a word about the last Showdown? We have been trying to reach you but you’re really hard to come by.
Elly Elle: Yeah, so?
Mikaela Street: Well… uh… The fans want answers, they want to know what your intention was when you took out Hardcore Luna! Doctors in EAW is saying that she may never wrestle with the company again-
(Elly laughter cuts Mikaela off, making her step back a little with a bit of caution.)
Mikaela Street: Is that…funny? Is that fun to you? Does possibly ending someone’s career make you happy?
(Elly continues to laugh then suddenly stops.)
Elly Elle: Of course it does, why wouldn’t it?
Mikaela Street: You… like hurt someone.
Elly Elle: Yeah, about that. See Mikaela, you get people every day who come into this company and go nowhere, who spend their lives playing by these stupid little rules that people say that we should abide by. These people are stuck in the vortex and won’t ever see a way out. Why?
(Mikaela is surprised that she is the one being asked the question, but she shrugs her shoulders and plays along.)
Mikaela Street: Okay… why?
Elly Elle: I am glad you asked. Beause they are scared of truly standing out. I did what I did to Hardcore Luna not because it was personal. But because I know in this business, you have to make yourself known anyway that you can. My way of doing it was making sure Luna doesn’t EVER step foot in my ring again.
Mikaela Street: But… how is that fair to her, she was making strides here.
(Elly laughs again, completely amused by all of this.)
Mikaela Street: What is so funny?
Elly Elle: You are right now. Look. that goes for her and any woman who tries to get in the way of my success. I am looking for Championship gold, I am looking to etch my name in the history books. Whether that is through “honor” or infamy…I don’t really give a shit. Every single week, there is going to be a new person entering my list of victims, until the list gets too long for EAW to ignore. Until they give me the glory and RESPECT — that I want.
Mikaela Street: So, you are going to get respect by these actions?
(Thinking about it for a second, Elle nods her head.)
Elly Elle: Uh yes. So, are you satisfied? Are you done with your stupid little questions and pearl clutching; cause I have another person who I plan on putting on the list right now…Nikki Kimura? Is it? So, move.
Mikaela Street: Uh…yeah I am done. Thank you…
(Elly completely ignores Mikaela, pushing past her with her shoulder and shoving the camera away!
Mikaela Street: OMG! Rude!
(The scene fades with Mikaela’s concerned face.)
(The camera cuts to Gina Romano in the ring.)
Gina Romano: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

(Nikki Kimura makes her way down to the ring taking pictures with fans.)
Eve: Nikki Kimura is sad because she was eliminated in that battle royal. But can she make a comeback?
Deadprez: Nikki has had enough of these barbies trying to take over EAW. She is going to show Elly what a real wrestler is like!!!
(Swallowing the Rabbit Whole by Code Orange hits to boos from the crowd.)
Gina Romano: And her opponent from Martinsburg, West Virginia she is “The Appalachian Angel” ELLLLLLLLLYYYY ELLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
(Elly Elle makes her way to the ring pretending to slap hands with the fans but then taking her hand away at the last minute causing a young child to cry.)
Eve: Damn what a bitch.
Deadprez: Elly Elle has instantly made the EAW fanbase hate her. This is like her second match or something. Can she overcome Nikki Kimura and continue her ascent?
(DING! DING! DING!)
Eve: As soon as the match begins Elly Elle lunges at Nikki Kimura with a tackle! Nikki somehow didn’t see it coming and Elly lunges right into the legs of Nikki and takes her down! Definitely an explosive way to start this match and I think even Nikki was surprised that Elly went for that right away! Elly grabs the legs of Nikki and yanks her backwards, but Nikki manages to reach backwards and grabs the ropes. The referee orders the break will Elly eventually complying after a five count.
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIV-
Deadprez: Elly Elle begins pummeling into Nikki Kimura as soon as she begins getting back up. Pounding away at Nikki! Nikki falls down into the corner and begins taking hard kicks from Elly. Nikki is laying down already in the match as Elly comes back after her. Elly picks Nikki up and begins pummeling at her. But Nikki fires back with repeated strikes of her own! Nikki is fighting back but Nikki with a hard elbow strike right to the nose catches Nikki in a bad way causing her to fall backwards into the ropes. A hard right hand from Elly sends Nikki rolling off the ropes and falling backwards into the corner. But Nikki tells Elly to come on!
Nikki Kimura: (off-mic) Is that the best you got?
Eve: Elly Elle is not going to take that! She charges in but Nikki Kimura moves out of the way! Elly ends up punching the turnbuckle padding and hurts her hand hitting the metal hook underneath! But now Nikki Kimura has Elly where she wants her and begins retaliating with strikes of her own! Nikki lifts up Elly and is going for a Piledriver! But Elly manages to slip out of it and rolls out to the apron. Good call there by Elly to avoid having her neck snapped by a devastating Piledriver if that indeed is what Nikki had planned there! Elly back into the ring but Nikki grabs her and hits a hard uppercut dropping Elly against the ropes! Elly lunges off with a flurry of strikes, but this time Nikki has her scouted! Nikki moves out of the way as Elly hits the ropes and Nikki grabs her from behind with the School Girl rollup!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Deadprez: Kickout by Elly Elle! Nikki Kimura almost stole it… Nikki grabs Elly pulling her up but Nikki pulls Elly down with a Face buster! No! Elly manages to get out of it and hits a Running Knee strike to the gut of Elly! But Elly with strikes to the face! Both women throw punches at the same time nailing each other in the forehead before they fall backwards! Both competitors are now down as the referee begins the count to see if they get back up.
Referee: ONEEEEEEE!!!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Referee: THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
Gavin Kirkland: They both get up! These beautiful ladies are here a lil bit longer for us all to enjoy!
Eve: I like your positivity! I love wrestling too! Both competitors are now slowing things up a little as they circle around each other in the ring. Elly Elle continues the aggressive attack however as she lunges at Nikki Kimura, but this time Nikki has her scouted! Nikki grabs Elly around the waist as she lunges and tosses her backwards with a Suplex! But Elly flips out of it and lands on her feet! Elly with a Spinning Heel Kick to the head of Nikki! But Nikki ducks! Nikki turns around as Elly grabs her and shoves her up against the ropes, but the referee quickly forces the break. Both women back into the middle of the ring as Elly hits a hard knee to the gut and takes Nikki down with a Snapmare! But Nikki cartwheels through it back up to her feet and grabs Elly and transitions into a headlock! Elly goes for the leg of Nikki and flips her over onto her back but Nikki kips up and is back up in the ring surprising Elly.
Deadprez: Great agility on display from both of these competitors who really seem evenly matched here so far. Elly Elle has really been coming for the neck of Nikki Kimura, but Nikki has found a way to evade everything that Elly has thrown at her. But eventually something will have to give! Both competitors back up in the ring as they lock up. Hard knee to the gut from Elly but Nikki catches the leg! Nikki leaps up onto the neck of Elly and takes her down with a Flying Headscissors. Nikki traps Elly on the mat with the headscissors keeping those legs locked in tightly around the neck of Elly. Elly kicks her legs out trying to get out of it. Elly kicks up eventually managing to flip over while still in the hold and kicks the legs up vertically eventually breaking out of the hold and sliding her head between the legs of Nikki. Elly back up as Nikki grabs her but Elly quickly drops her with an arm drag into an armbar on the mat.
Eve: The armbar is locked in but Nikki Kimura is pushing Elly Elle away with her other arm. Elly transitions into a Side Headlock on the mat trying to keep Nikki grounded but Nikki manages to get her foot on the ropes and the referee again forces the break. Both competitors are showing great ring awareness here tonight but eventually they will catch their opponent in something they can’t use the ropes to escape from! They lock up again in the ring and this time in is Elly who takes Nikki down with the Flying Headscissors! Nikki trapped her her head stuck between the legs of Elly and is kicking out and trying to escape! Nikki manages to power out very quickly maybe even quicker than Elly, and escapes from the hold! The downside of that headscissors hold is it isn’t easy to keep it applied long in the ring.
Deadprez: Both competitors back up as Nikki Kimura grabs the arm of Elly Elle and tries to yank her down! But Elly rolls through cartwheeling across the ring to free her arm and then slaps the shit out of Nikki! Nikki falls backwards against the ropes with a grin on her face clearly not please by the disrespect shown by Elly! Nikki then gets right back up into the face of Elly and slaps her right back! This match is starting to get heated now! Nikki grabs the arm of Elly and tosses her across the ring with an Arm Drag but Elly immediately rolls back up to her feet and takes Nikki down with a big Dropkick! Nikki goes right down to her back but immediately springs back up to her feet! Neither competitor out here is willing to stay down for long!
Gavin Kirkland: Unlike me… I gotta admit I am down real bad right now…
Eve: I’m sorry to hear that Gavin. I hope things get better for you soon.
Gavin Kirkland: Maybe one of these two can come into my life and turn it from a rainy day into many days of beautiful sunshine and happiness!!!
Eve: I’m afraid this match will probably only last like 20 minutes maximum. But you will have to enjoy the time you have with them while they are out here in the ring. Don’t worry they will probably have another match in the near future.
Deadprez: Both competitors lock up, but Elly Elle takes Nikki Kimura down with a Belly to Belly Suplex. Immediately into the cover…
Referee: O—–
Eve: Immediate kickout from Nikki Kimura who gets right back up and has her arm grabbed by Elly Elle with a lightning quick arm drag. Nikki rolls through and gets back up and grabs Elly with a Bodyslam but Elly rolls through it taking Nikki down with a Snapmare into a headlock. Nikki rolls through it back up to her feet and takes Elly down with a Bodyslam. Elly reverse it and plants both knees onto the chest of Nikki, but Nikki bridges up in the ring kicking up into the air with Elly kneeling on her chest. Nikki then lunges forward dropping Elly onto the back of her neck with a Splash in the middle of the ring! Nikki goes for the cover!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEE!!!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-
Deadprez: That one kept Elly Elle down a little longer for the count! But Nikki Kimura stays on Elly Elle and charges her in the corner with a hard European Uppercut. Nikki grabs the arms of Elly yanking her out of the corner, but Elly leaps up over the arm of Nikki and ducks down rolling onto her back and propelling Nikki backwards with a Slingshot into the corner sending Nikki flying in and landing upside down crashing back first in the turnbuckle. That one had to be painful for real! Nikki slowly back up but Elly rushes her with a barrage of strikes in the corner. This thing got technical for a while but it seems Elly just can’t resist the temptation to punch Nikki hard in the face!
Gavin Kirkland: Leave her beautiful face alone!
Eve: But Nikki Kimura is fighting back! And now both women are exchanging strikes in the middle of the ring! Nikki! Elly! Nikki! Elly! Nikki! Elly! Nikki! Nikki! Nikki! Nikki connects with a huge Uppercut staggering Elly backwards and knocking her back! Elly falls backwards onto her face as Nikki grabs the leg of Elly and twists her around into a Half Boston Crab! The deadly hold is now applied but Elly quickly flips over onto her back! Elly punching upwards at Nikki knocking her backwards as she desperately tries to escape the hold! Nikki falls backwards but Elly lunges upwards grabbing the leg of Nikki and now going for a Half Boston Crab of her own! Nikki is crawling across the ring can she make it to the ropes?!?!?-
Deadprez: She can, and she does! The referee demands that the Half Boston Crab be released before five and Elly Elle has no choice but to release it! Nikki Kimura slowly back up… and a Superkick out of nowhere! But Elly caught it! Elly now with hard elbow strikes to the captured leg of Nikki! And Nikki leaps up with the other leg kicking Elly hard across the face knocking her down to the mat. Elly holding her jaw in pain she might have had a few teeth knocked loose there. Elly is in a bad way here now as Nikki is getting back up and walking towards her. But Elly kicks at Nikki shoving her backwards across the ring. Nikki rolls out of in and both competitors meet once again in the ring.
Eve: Elly Elle again aggressively charges in at Nikki Kimura who tries to block it but Elly breaks through her arms and gores her hard into the corner! Nikki falls backwards into the corner as Elly backs up and charges in yet again… but Nikki moves out of the way! Elly collides hard with the corner as Nikki leaps up over her onto the back and then rolls through with a Sunset Flip for the win!

Elly gets all of it and Nikki falls backwards into the corner. Elly runs across the ring and connects with a Double Knee Strike into the corner! Nikki falls out of the corner and goes for a slam! But Nikki reversed it into a Small Package!!!

She pulls Elly backwards into a pinning combination but Nikki immediately gets out of it! Both competitors back up but Nikki is a little quicker and hits a perfect form Dropkick on Elly sending her falling backwards into the corner! Elly falls out of the corner as Nikki grabs the arms of Elly… Double Underhook Suplex! With impressive elevation she got all of that! Elly slowly back up but Nikki ducks around behind her… Bridging German Suplex! Can Nikki get the three this time?!?!?

Nikki ducks the Superkick and runs off the ropes!!! Running Crossbody from Nikki takes Elly down! Elly rolls to the outside of the ring! Nikki runs the ropes!!! SUICIDE DIVE!!!-
Deadprez: But Elly Elle moves out of the way!!!!-
Eve: But Nikki Kimura saw her moving just in time and aborted the Suicide Dive! Nikki was thinking quickly to avoid a disastrous outcome there! Elly looks shocked on the outside realizing what just happened as she slowly gets back into the ring. Nikki lunges on Elly as she gets back in but Elly with a Headbutt to Nikki knocking her backwards across the ring. Elly coming after Nikki now with hard strikes… Elly whips Nikki across the ring and takes her down with a hard Mongolian Chop as she comes running back. Nikki falls down as Elly climbs on top of her grabbing the arms and forcing them down to the mat!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Deadprez: But Nikki Kimura manages to power out of it! Nikki frees one of her arms and punches at Elly Elle knocking her off and getting back up to her feet. Elly grabs the arm of Nikki who yanks Elly in with that same arm and levels her with a hard Clothesline! Nikki then grabs Elly and locks her into an Abdominal Stretch! But Elly falls backwards and manages to counter it into a pinfall!!!

Both competitors back up again now as Nikki swings wildly with a Clothesline at Elly Elle but Elly ducks it! Elly runs off the ropes, but Nikki catches her and tosses her backwards with a Back Body Drop! Elly goes flying high into the air and crashes down onto her back! Elly looks up in pain as Nikki grabs her, but Elly kicks her away and gets back up…
Eve: Nikki Kimura charges in with the Kamigoye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-
Deadprez: No! Elly Elle moved out of the way! Nikki turns around and Elly pokes her hard in the eye! The referee is scolding Elly but she ignores him! Elly runs behind Nikki and shoves her face first into the turnbuckle!
Eve: Elly with a School Girl rollup from behind!!!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!
Deadprez: Elly has the tights!!! Come on ref stop the count!

Eve: Elly Elle is now escaping up the ramp as Nikki Kimura complains to the referee! She was robbed! And she knows it!
(Nikki Kimura is shown yelling at Elly Elle to come back and face her legit but Elly is shown leaving as the crowd boos and calls her names.)

(The camera returns to the ring where the arena is dead silent for a moment before the sounds of “True Love” by CFO$ as the boos start to get louder as the Unified Tag Team Champions, The Jaded Hearts, enter the arena. Unlike the last time they were on Showdown when they were in a bad mood, this time they were in absolutely great moods. Kass and Sienna hold their Tag Titles in the air before they head to the ring.)
Gina Romano: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to the ring at this time THE EAW UNIFIED TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS! SIENNA JADE! KASSIDY HEART! THE JADED HEARTS!
Deadprez: Here come the Unified Tag Team Champions as they head to the ring still holding the gold after successfully defending their Championships at Dynasty’s Reckless Wiring event.
Gavin Kirkland: Why do you sound so bored, Prezzy? THE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS ARE BACK ON SHOWDOWN! TWO OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMEN IN EAW ARE GRACING US WITH THEIR PRESENCE!
Eve: Gavin, you are going to have a heart attack if you keep screaming like that, but last week, The Jaded Hearts defended their Tag Team Titles against the team of Saori Aizen and Usagi Senshi in a hard fought match. Unfortunately, we saw what happened between the challengers after the match.
Deadprez: Kassidy and Sienna once again showed their dominance of the Tag Team division in EAW, so I can only wonder what these two will have to say right now after another successful title defense. I guess we are about to find out.
(Kassidy and Sienna grab microphones from Gina Romano as they both shoot her a glare and enter the ring. They walk towards the center of the ring and stand there with pleased looks on their faces as their entrance music slowly fades off. They wait a moment for the boos and jeers to finally tone down. Even the crowd’s reaction isn’t going to faze the Champions and ruin their good mood before they begin to speak.)
Sienna Jade: Hey, Kassidy. Are you thinking what I am thinking?
Kassidy Heart: You know, Sienna. I think I know what you are thinking.
Sienna Jade: Do you wanna tell these losers out in the crowd or should I?
Kassidy Heart: Please. Be my guest. You can have the honor of telling this ugly and disgusting crowd what we’re thinking.
Sienna Jade: But of course.
(The crowd is booing even louder after being insulted repeatedly as Sienna and Kassidy hold their titles in the air once again.)
Sienna Jade: Listen up, LOSERS! Shut up as we tell the world… WE TOLD YOU SO!!

Kassidy Heart: Actually, Sienna. I think we are pretty close to being the best tag team EVER in this company.
(The crowd continues booing The Jaded Hearts before they start chanting “YOU SUCK” towards the Champions. The Champs roll their eyes at what they consider crowd stupidity before they continue to speak.)
Sienna Jade: YOU ALL NEED TO SHUT THE FUCK UP! YOU ALL ARE IN THE PRESENCE OF GREATNESS RIGHT NOW! YOU ALL SHOULD CONSIDER YOURSELF SO LUCKY!
Kassidy Heart: They wouldn’t know class and prestige even if it bit them on the ass. Anyways, you unwashed masses should have already known from the very beginning that myself and Sienna were going to be successful at Reckless Wiring.
Sienna Jade: And would you look at that, WE WERE! We defeated yet one more tag team and added them to the ever growing list of teams that have fallen to the Jaded Hearts.

Sienna Jade: You were hoping and dreaming that that loser team from Dynasty were going to be the ones to dethrone the greatest tag team EVER, but did you see what happened?
Kassidy Heart: Your vote sent them to their ultimate demise. You were wanting them to mutilate us with all those weapons, but they were the ones who were destroyed in the ring. If there is anybody that deserves the blame for their destruction… IT’S ALL! OF! YOU!
(The crowd picks the boos back up after hearing what Kassidy had to say about Reckless Wiring. They didn’t appreciate that one bit as the Jaded Hearts are just amused at the crowd’s reaction.)
Sienna Jade: You losers only react like that because you know it’s the truth. Your best hope to date to try and dethrone us ended up backfiring in your face. It’s so great to see all your faces as your hopes and dreams completely die.
Kassidy Heart: There you have it. Another team falls by the wayside. Surprise. Surprise. Surprise. If you ask me. This little dance that has been going on for the last few months is starting to get a little… REPETITIVE. Not to mention… BORING!
Sienna Jade: You forgot a word, Kass. It’s getting TIRING! That’s right, people. We are so damn tired of this little song and dance routine.
Kassidy Heart: Every week, we come out here and on every other damn show proclaiming our greatness as we ask a tag team to step right up and try to dethrone the greatest Tag Team Champions in EAW History.
Sienna Jade: And NOBODY has been able to even give us a decent fight. NOBODY has been able to step up to us. Hell, I am not sure if any team CAN step up to us.
Kassidy Heart: We have been nothing but generous and giving the last few months trying to find ONE tag team to give us a decent fight, but all you idiots do is boo us! It’s starting to piss me off a little bit because WE DESERVE MORE RESPECT ON OUR NAMES!
Sienna Jade: You all are the fucking same. Everybody and I mean EVERYBODY has been sleeping on us around here because we are working as a tag team at the moment.
Kassidy Heart: Do you even remember who the fuck we are? We are each former World Champions. We are dangerous as a tag team, but we can easily get any titles that we want in this company.
Sienna Jade: If we wanted to kick TLA’s ass and take his Answers World Championship, we fucking could.
Kassidy Heart: If I wanted to beat the holy shit out of that fake blonde silicone whore niece of mine, Veena Adams, and take her National Elite Championship, I could do it in record time and not even have to break a sweat to do it.
Sienna Jade: We’re not limited to Showdown. We could go to Dynasty or Voltage and the result would be the same.
Kassidy Heart: But here we are. We are choosing to build our legacies yet AGAIN, but this time, we are gonna do it in the tag team division.
Sienna Jade: You all should be so grateful to witness our ascension to immortality, but as Tag Team Champions, we do have one warning for everybody listening who is even contemplating stepping up to us.
(Sienna and Kassidy look at each other and nod before they continue speaking.)
Kassidy Heart: DO BETTER! As the Unified Tag Team Champions, we will do our due diligence and defend these titles while continuing to uphold the prestige that these belts FINALLY have.

Kassidy Heart: Whether it be an established tag team on the roster…
Sienna Jade: Or if two random losers wanna press their luck and hope for a miracle…
Kassidy Heart: Or if it’s a team that is participating in that stupid Tag Team Tournament over on Voltage. We will be waiting. We will be waiting for our next set of challengers willing to step up to us….
(Kassidy and Sienna look at each other again and hold their Tag Team Titles in the air before bringing the microphones up one more time.)
Kassidy Heart and Sienna Jade: AT TERRITORIAL INVASION!
(Kass and Sienna drop their microphones as “True Love” starts playing once again. The crowd is booing once again as The Jaded Hearts roll their eyes and leave the ring and head up the entrance.)
Gavin Kirkland: Statement made. The Jaded Hearts have dominated in the tag team division, and they want more competition.
Eve: They want to further their legacy in the Tag Team division along with wanting another team to step right up and challenge them at Territorial Invasion.
Deadprez: It will be interesting to see who and when their next challengers will step up and make their challenge known. Whoever decides to take that honor, you better be ready for a hell of a fight because the Champs aren’t looking to lose their titles anytime soon.
(The final shot has Sienna and Kassidy standing at the top of the entrance ramp looking confident… more like borderline cocky… holding their Titles in the air for the crowd to see one more time before the camera fades elsewhere.)

(‘I Rise’ by Cory Marks plays throughout the arena as Cody Maverick walks out, warming up on the stage. The Sin City Superstar shines brighter than ever, pointing at the crowd before heading straight to the ring. Suddenly, his music cuts off midway, replaced by ‘It Ain’t Safe’ by Skepta, as Charlie Marr walks out, laughing and enjoying himself as the leader of the Showdown team. Charlie comes down to the ring, tapping Cody on the shoulder, clearly pleased to be leading him tonight, while Cody looks visibly annoyed by it. Both men enter the ring, preparing themselves for the match.)
Gina Romano: INTRODUCING FIRST!… THE TEAM OF… SIN CITY SUPERSTAR… CODY MAVERICK!… AND EAW HALL OF FAMER!… THE TYRANT!… CHARLIE MARR!!!!!!!
Gavin Kirkland: It’s official—Charlie Marr has just been established as the leader of Showdown, with Cody Maverick reluctantly coming down by his side despite his dislike for Charlie’s leadership style.
Eve: Tonight, they will have to work together to face off against Henderson and Donovan! We’re about to see how these two teams will work together soon enough!
(‘Faneto’ by Chief Keef hits as SOSA Henderson slowly walks out in his calm and collected fashion, arriving in front of the ring and removing his hood. At the same time, ‘I Rise’ by Cory Marks begins playing, and the crowd starts cheering as Donovan Duke with CITV briefcase arrives on stage and walks down the ramp. SOSA turns around and looks up at Donovan, who returns the glance. Although they don’t fully trust each other, they’re planning to get through tonight with a win as they head into the ring together.)
Gina Romano: INTRODUCING THEIR OPPONENTS!… THE TEAM OF!… THE BULLETPROOF!… HE’S THE 24/7 BATTLE ROYALE WINNER!… SOSA HENDERSON!… AND THE OKHALOMA STORM!… 2024 CASH IN THE VAULT WINNER!… DONOVAN!… DUKE!!!!!!!!
Gavin Kirkland: Two elitists who absolutely do not seem to be getting along this week, given how things have unfolded between them so far. Both hold prestigious contracts that could pose a significant danger to the world champion himself or to any champion in general. Tonight, we’re going to see how things will play out between them!

Gavin Kirkland: Some interesting tag teams we have out here tonight, aren’t they? Charlie Marr and Cody Maverick will be taking on Donovan and Henderson. Last week, Charlie Marr and Cody Maverick came to an agreement, with Charlie, the Showdown Team Leader, moving forward alongside Cody Maverick. Now, they face two contract holders in the likes of SOSA Henderson and Donovan Duke! I’m not as concerned about Cody and Charlie as I am about SOSA and Donovan—how are they going to work together
Eve: I think Henderson should be fine coming into this match. He has been paired with odds that haven’t favored him over time, but Donovan, as well, has some tag team skills with Insurgency. Both men have tag team experience under their belts. Henderson is ½ of the Unified Tag Team Champions alongside Soul Food Sunday back in the day, so there’s no question about his tag team ability here.
Deadprez: These two have come face-to-face yet again! Now, Cody is making his way to the center of the ring to square off against Henderson. Henderson advances as well, and they engage in a collar-and-elbow tie-up! Henderson quickly opts not to prolong the struggle and forcefully slams Cody face-first to the mat! Cody takes a hard fall and clutches his face in pain. SOSA Henderson darts toward the ropes, rebounds off them, but Cody slides underneath and springs back to his feet…. Nope!
Gavin Kirkland: Henderson refuses to ease up! Cody attempts to leapfrog over him but lands squarely on his feet. Cody then charges toward Henderson, aiming to bring him down further, but instead, he goes sailing through the ropes and ends up on the apron! Now, as Cody is poised on the apron, Henderson delivers a forearm smash right to his jaw, leaving Cody dazed but still standing on the edge!
Eve: Henderson heads through the ropes and down onto the apron, wasting no time in trying to gain control. He sets up for a Fisherman Suplex on the apron, but Cody denies the move! Cody struggles out, shaking himself free, and the weight shifts, causing Henderson to lose his grip. Cody lands safely on the apron and nails a rolling elbow right to Henderson’s jaw, sending him back inside the ring!
Deadprez: Cody grabs the ropes and slingshots himself back into the ring… landing a senton right onto Henderson, inflicting some serious pain! With Henderson down, Cody quickly goes for the cover!
ONEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Eve: Henderson powers out at 1 with an emphatic kickout! A mere senton isn’t enough to even slightly slow down the Bulletproof; Cody’s going to have to put in more effort now that he’s gained the upper hand in this match.
Gavin Kirkland: I’ll tell you; I enjoy a good match like this, but neither of these guys really impresses me. Why did they have to bring Adam Lucas and Limmy Monaghan to Voltage, of all brands? They don’t deserve Persephone! They deserve someone like me!
Eve: Are we talking about wrestling?????
Gavin Kirkland: YES WE ARE! Everything I’ve been discussing since the start of this season has been entirely focused on wrestling. There’s no way I would say anything remotely inappropriate that could get tangled up with TV restrictions and such! You both need to rethink your perceptions of me!
Deadprez: You’re still weird anyway.
Gavin Kirkland: OH, COME ON!
Eve: Guys, the match is still ongoing! Can we focus on it, please? Cody hauls Henderson back to his feet and delivers a sharp elbow smash to his jaw! Henderson fires back immediately, hitting Cody with his own elbow!
Gavin Kirkland: Another one from Henderson to prevent Cody from retaliating any further! Cody eventually goes down under the relentless barrage of elbows connecting with him! Henderson seizes the momentum and charges up for a Superkick! Cody catches the kick in a firm grip!
Deadprez: Cody hoists Henderson into the air, attempting to bring him down, but Henderson evades and pops off, now hooking Cody’s arms from behind in a backslide position, sending Cody rolling on the mat, looking up at him…SINGLE LEG DROPKICK BY SOSA HENDERSON! CODY IS DOWN!
Gavin Kirkland: There’s some back-and-forth action unfolding out here! Cody’s holding his own so far, but Charlie Marr is already itching to get in the ring and throw some punches! Donovan is stepping in to lend a hand as well, while Henderson seems uninterested at the moment, getting back to his feet and pulling Cody up with him!
Eve: Henderson quickly drives his right knee straight into Cody’s ribs, looking to press the attack! Henderson follows up with a series of elbow strikes, left to right, right to left, repeatedly forcing Cody to retreat! Henderson grabs Cody and takes him down with a Snapmare… AND A HARD KICK TO HIS BACK, ALMOST CRUSHING CODY’S SPINE JUST LIKE THAT!
Deadprez: Henderson is now displaying some offense, lifting Cody back to his feet and dragging him toward his corner as he tags in Donovan! Donovan is now the legal competitor!

Eve: Stepping into the ring, Donovan retreats to his corner as Henderson pulls him out and hits him with a Backbreaker! Henderson now clears the path for Donovan to make his move… A MOONSAULT ON CODY MAVERICK! Donovan descends and here’s the cover! He hooks Cody’s leg for the pin!

Gavin Kirkland: A KICK OUT AT TWO BY MAVERICK! It looks like they can work together after all, despite the odds and the shaky chemistry these two seem to share! Donovan has a doubtful look on his face toward Henderson, but he’s going to press on, working from a position of doubt now that the opportunity is within his grasp.
Eve: Donovan is in complete control, pulling Cody Maverick back to his feet and swiftly sending him crashing into the corner—but that’s the very corner where Charlie Marr is waiting! Charlie Marr makes the tag, and here comes the Tyrant himself, bursting out of the corner with explosive energy!

Deadprez: Charging into the ring like a raging bull, aiming to drive that horn straight into his gut, Charlie Marr wastes no time drawing first blood with a crushing clothesline that takes Donovan down! Donovan gets back up, only to be met with another clothesline from Charlie, sending him stumbling to the mat again!
Gavin Kirkland: Donovan ends up in the corner, bewildered by the speed Charlie is bringing to the match. Charlie charges in from halfway across the ring, trying to flatten Donovan in the corner, but Donovan counters with a well-timed kick that halts Charlie in his tracks! Donovan quickly leaps onto the second rope, ready to launch himself-
Eve: TOO SLOW! Charlie intercepts, grabbing him just before he can make a move! Charlie Marr ducks under Donovan’s legs, hoisting him onto his shoulders as he strides out of the corner with Donovan in tow!… CHARLIE MARR’S FALLING POWERBOMB PLANTS DONOVAN INTO A COVER!

Gavin Kirkland: TWO! Donovan managed to kick out just before the three count after that exact powerbomb!
(Charlie Marr gets back on his feet and confronts Cody Maverick, who is recovering on the ground and Charlie is already looking disappointed.)
Charlie Marr: (Off-Mic) Next time, you come to me without hesitation! I’m the one taking charge—got it? This is about tag team wrestling! I’m the BEST when it comes to this, just like I outshine in everything else! Got it? Good boy!
Cody Maverick: (Off-Mic) FOCUS ON YOUR MATCH!
Deadprez: There’s some tension brewing within the team, especially from Cody, who isn’t too thrilled with the way Charlie has been carrying himself lately.
Gavin Kirkland: In Cody’s eyes, while Charlie is out here playing the “leader” of his own squad, Cody is reluctant to buy into that idea. Charlie goes over and helps Donovan back to his feet, who has just gotten to his knees. Charlie then drives him toward the corner, following up with a Jumping Clothesline! After dragging Donovan out of the corner, Charlie Marr readies himself to take him for a spin… He’s preparing for The Headmaster Ritual setting up for the Spinebuster!
Eve: Donovan manages to slip away! Donovan wriggles out of Charlie’s grasp and lands behind him, attempting to secure a German Suplex, but Charlie thwarts it! Charlie delivers a back elbow, knocking Donovan’s head back, forcing him to break the hold.
Deadprez: Charlie quickly scales the second rope and comes down for Death or Glory! Diving European Uppercut but nobody’s home! Donovan ducks out of the way, causing Charlie to crash onto his back and roll backward onto his feet!
Gavin Kirkland: Duke is near the ropes and charges at the rising Charlie! Donovan swings for a clothesline, but Charlie ducks under his arm.… DONOVAN PULLED A BREAK AND CHARLIE GOT HIT BY DUKE’S LARIAT TO THE BACK OF HIS HEAD! DONOVAN JUST OUTSMARTED THE FORMER WORLD CHAMPION!
Eve: Opportunity is wide open for Donovan! Charlie is struggling to get back on his feet after taking a hit to the back of his head. Charlie stumbles into the corner, looking disoriented, but Cody doesn’t waste a second and tags himself in while standing right next to him!

Gavin Kirkland: Here comes Cody Maverick, storming towards Charlie, who’s still recovering as he enters the ring…. CODY CHARGES DOWN THE RAMP, LOOKING FOR LIGHTS OUT PUNCH!!!!!!!!
Eve: HE MISSES THE MARK! Donovan dodges it with catching Cody’s arm and twisting him around, attempting to land a DDT on the Sin City Superstar! Cody’s shoulder thrust saves the day, pushing Donovan hard into the ropes and springing him off! Donovan rebounds to the opposite side of the ring, while Maverick bounces off the nearby ropes where he stands!… A RUNNING CLOTHESLINE FROM CODY MAVERICK JUST LEVELS DONOVAN!
Deadprez: Donovan immediately scrambles back to his feet after the clothesline got him, and here comes Cody, firing off rapid jabs! Jab after jab, one after another from Cody Maverick! Donovan is reeling, and here comes Cody!… A DISCUS LARIAT FROM CODY TURNS DONOVAN INTO A FALLEN WARRIOR! Cody heads down to the corner! He’s getting ready to end this match any moment now!-

Cody Maverick: (Off-Mic) What??!?!? What are you doing????
(Charlie Marr is on the verge of stepping into the ring, but he’s suddenly spun around by the shoulder as Cody, visibly fed up, can’t contain his frustration.)
Cody Maverick: (Off-Mic) I had him in the bag RIGHT THERE! Why are you tagging me?
Charlie Marr: (Off-Mic) LISTEN TO ME! I’ve seen this play out before! I know exactly how it’s going to end, and I don’t believe you’re going to pull off the win for us-
Cody Maverick: (Off-Mic) Oh here we go….
Charlie Marr: (Off-Mic) What “Oh, here we go…”? It’s common sense. I have more experience than a green rookie like you and I know BETTER than you do. Now get back in the corner; I don’t want to make this harder on both of us.
(Cody shakes his head, even though he’s reluctant to accept how Charlie has been carrying himself throughout the match. He steps out of the ring, taking a moment to cool off outside.)
Eve: It looks like it’s going to be tough for these two to get along right now, and Charlie Marr might need to cut out his antics soon if he doesn’t want this to end early for him! Charlie Marr is now stepping out from the corner… but HE ALREADY SPOTS DONOVAN CRAWLING TO TAG SOSA HENDERSON! He wasted too much time bickering with his tag team partner and lost track of his opponent!

Deadprez: Charlier tries to get in touch with Donovan, but it’s too late. Henderson is already making the tag and storms into the ring, coming face-to-face with Charlie! Henderson charges forward with a Bicycle Knee, striking Charlie square in the jaw and leaving him momentarily dazed.
Gavin Kirkland: Charlie shakes off the dizziness quickly, attempting to retaliate with a Clothesline! Henderson ducks underneath, heading up to the second rope this time!… A SPRINGBOARD DROPKICK SOARS OFF THE MIDDLE ROPE, TAKING DOWN THE TYRANT!
Eve: Charlie ends up backing to his feet and stumbling into the corner. Henderson gets back on his feet, setting Charlie in his sights… Henderson sprints toward Charlie, delivering a sharp running chop across his chest! Henderson then seizes the former multi-time world champion and begins raining down a flurry of left and right hooks with lightning speed!
Deadprez: Charlie is defenseless, barely holding on. Henderson sizes him up quickly and drops him with a Roundhouse Kick across his head! Charlie’s on spaghetti legs as Henderson grabs him once more, sending him flying overhead with a powerful throw… A BACK SUPLEX BY HENDERSON! HENDERSON HOOKS THE LEG!

Gavin Kirkland: CHARLIE MARR MANAGES TO BREAK THE COUNT HIMSELF BY KICKING OUT AT TWO! He still can’t put Charlie Marr down for good despite Henderson’s relentless efforts!
Eve: Henderson, now on both knees, looks up at Mr. Cash In The Vault, who is hurt but no longer has much to worry about from Donovan. Henderson quickly gets Charlie back on his feet, possibly aiming to put the leader to eternal rest! HE’S SETTING UP FOR THE JML DRIVER!
Deadprez: Charlie manages to grab Henderson, wrapping both arms around his neck and sending Henderson rolling down to the mat instead! Henderson quickly rolls back to his feet and charges at Charlie, who had fallen near the corner after evading him!
Gavin Kirkland: Charlie is able to kick him back inside! Cody Maverick, sensing trouble, makes a tag as he sees the situation taking a turn for the worse!

Eve: Cody grips the top rope tightly and propels himself into the ring… a Slingshot Shoulder Block, launching himself at Henderson and taking him down with authority! Cody quickly rolls to his feet and drives Donovan off the apron with a jumping forearm, clearing the ring!
Gavin Kirkland: Now in control, Cody Maverick watches as Henderson slowly rises to his feet, just as Cody gears up to make his next move!… LIGHTS OUT!!!!!!!!!!
Deadprez: CAUGHT! HENDERSON ANTICIPATES THE SUPERMAN PUNCH AND ATTEMPTS TO BRING HIM DOWN WITH STOLE YO BITCH! NO! Charlie sneaks up from behind and delivers a chop block just when he is about to hit it, causing Henderson to fail! Charlie Marr with sheer determination now unreleasing an assault, stomping and pummeling Henderson after rescuing his partner!
(Charlie Marr ceases his assault on Henderson and turns his attention to Cody Maverick, who had tagged him earlier. Charlie Marr, visibly fuming, sets his sights on Cody once more.)
Charlie Marr: (Off-Mic) What did I tell you, mate?! I warned you that you wouldn’t make it through. LEAVE IT TO ME! Don’t lift a finger unless I give the nod! I’m the leader! I’m running this shit!
Gavin Kirkland: Don’t turn around now, Charlie!
Eve: Henderson BURSTS ONTO THE SCENE WITH A BANG, CUTTING THE SIN CITY SUPERSTAR WITH A SPEAR! Charlie steps aside, the move unintentionally lands straight on Cody Maverick! Maverick is immediately taken out of the match by Henderson’s explosive Running Meteora!
Deadprez: Henderson spots the incoming strike and, not one to be easily bested, catches Charlie’s arm, twisting it back around and PULLING HIM IN FOR THE LUMBAR CHECK!
Gavin Kirkland: NO! Charlie manages to quickly recover, sidestepping to avoid the Lumbar Check AND HE TURNS HENDERSON AROUND, HE ATTEMPTS TO HOOK HIS ARMS AND HOIST HIM UP!.. THE QUEEN ISSSSSSSSSSS!….
Deadprez: Unfortunately, not dead! Henderson manages to shift his weight by kicking both legs, causing Charlie to lose his balance and miss the move! Henderson lands safely on his feet… ANOTHER SPEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!
Eve: CHARLIE QUICKLY FIRES A SHOOT KICK TOWARD HENDERSON’S LEG, HALTING WHATEVER HE WAS ABOUT TO EXECUTE! Henderson fails to connect with his kick and drops to one knee… CHARLIE STRIKES AGAIN WITH ANOTHER KICK, THIS TIME AIMED STRAIGHT AT HENDERSON’S CHEST!
Deadprez: SOSA Henderson is completely down, but Charlie’s not done yet; he hauls Henderson back to his feet and sends him flying through the ropes… THE LAST JUDGMENT!!!
Gavin Kirkland: But wait—look! It’s Donovan! He’s on the apron, and Charlie misses his chance as Donovan distracts him! Donovan follows up with an Enzuigiri from the apron, stunning Charlie and forcing him to release Henderson! Donovan then tags himself in by tapping Henderson’s back!

Eve: Donovan grabs hold of the third rope and uses it to propel himself up to the top rope right after the tag. Charlie, still reeling from the kick, watches as Donovan prepares to launch himself from above!… DRAGONRANA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gavin Kirkland: BUT HERE’S CODY MAVERICK BACK ON HIS FEET AFTER CHARLIE MARR GIVES HIM A BREATHER! CODY HOISTS DONOVAN UP HIGH INTO THE AIR!… DEEP END!!!!!! SPINEBUSTER SLAMS DOWN! CODY MAVERICK DROPS DOWN ONTO Donovan AND IMMEDIATELY GOES FOR THE PIN! THIS MIGHT BE IT!!!!!!

Eve: Some great tag teamwork is happening down there, with both teams pulling out all the stops to avoid a loss! Donovan Duke is on his way back to his feet after rolling away from the chaos, while SOSA Henderson is making his own move, picking himself up after the breakup he just caused.
(SOSA Henderson can be seen getting back to his feet, but he suddenly walks up to Donovan Duke after the kickout and begins picking him up with frustration.)

Eve: THEY’RE GOING AT EACH OTHER, AND WITH SOSA STILL IN THE RING, THE REFEREE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO COUNT HIM OUT AND CALL OFF THE MATCH FOR STAYING INSIDE THE ROPES FOR TOO LONG!

Deadprez: These two men are still going at it! Donovan Duke and SOSA Henderson are brawling fiercely! SOSA just crossed a line with something he said to Donovan! He pushed the wrong button, and now he’s going to pay the price!
Gavin Kirkland: The fight is getting out of control! Someone needs to stop this!
(Charlie Marr gets back on his feet and immediately rushes over to separate the two, with Cody coming up from behind to hold Donovan back. Charlie stands between the two men, looking angry and exhausted with microphone in hand.)
Charlie Marr: OKAY THAT’S ENOUGH! PIPE DOWN, LADS! I can’t be bothered with this shit tonight, and you two shouldn’t be out here scrapping like a bunch of idiots. You’re both grown men just like the rest of us. We’re all part of Showdown, after all. Territorial Invasion season is coming up, and you know what that means?
(Charlie Marr points at Donovan Duke.)
Charlie Marr: You.
(Charlie Marr points at SOSA Henderson.)
Charlie Marr: And you. Both of you. I want the buzz you had for each other tonight, not just what you brought for the tag team match. The spirit—the pure, raw energy that makes a good comradery for MY Showdown team. As the leader, I’m eyeing you up as potential talents I’m scouting for the team. Seeing this makes me reckon that you both are going to be good additions, just like little buddy Cody who I brought out here for our C&C Experience tonight!
Cody Maverick: (Off-Mic) What did you just say-
Charlie Marr: Anyway! You two can fight over who’s the better contract holder later and focus on what’s about to kick off soon! This is for the brand. I need you two on our squad. Especially you, SOSA—you were the sole survivor of the red brand last year, so it’s even better to have you here to help save Showdown this year. And you, Dukey, you’re the Cash In The Vault winner. That means handling a lot of guys (No Diddy) around you shouldn’t be much of a bother, so I can respect the grit and determination you’ve got! We’re shaping up to be a great team right now. This is the PRIME Showdown we need! We’ll chat about the details and plans later, but from now on, you’re both on my team.
(‘It Ain’t Safe’ by Skepta plays as Charlie Marr drops the microphone. He taps both Donovan and SOSA on the shoulders, encouraging them to hug it out but both men push him away and stand there, processing what they just heard.)
Gavin Kirkland: And it seems it’s just been made official by the team leader himself—both contract holders have been added to the team! Donovan Duke and SOSA Henderson are now part of the Showdown Team. They’re absolutely going to win now—come on, guys!
Eve: We’ll see about that. I’m sure Donovan Duke still isn’t too keen on working with SOSA Henderson, especially after what just happened down there.
(SOSA Henderson and Donovan Duke exchange looks while Charlie Marr celebrates with Cody Maverick over gaining new members. Cody, however, remains annoyed with how Charlie acts as the leader then Showdown fades into a commercial break.)
(Showdown slowly came back from commercials as the POV suddenly switched off a random cameraman simply walking forward across the hall and quickly trying to get to his workstation, but he was suddenly stopped when he heard loud screams across one of the locker rooms.)
Miku Sakai: I AM GOING TO KILL YOU!
Aria Lestrade: I AM GOING TO DESTROY YOU!
(He also heard furniture just being thrown around and loud noises being heard and usually, in these situations, it was probably someone getting attacked. And knowing that his job is going out there to capture exciting footage, he might as well rush over and check that out as fast as he can. He immediately runs forward, trying to reach his destination before it suddenly ends before finally, he quickly enters the locker room and uh…)
(There were furniture flipped all over but in the middle of the room, it was Aria and Miku sitting down in front of the table super concentrated as they were actually playing… UNO. Very intensely.)
Aria Lestrade: UNO!
Miku Sakai: That is fucking stupid, Aria! You cannot place a plus four over the plus two, they are not the same goddamn card!
Aria Lestrade: In the nature of the world, sometimes chaos does not make sense.

(Aria and Miku end up shaking hands as the cameraman stands there incredibly confused at what he had just seen as Miku turns over and her expression grows incredibly disgusted seeing someone else in the locker room and she immediately gets up and out of the chair.)
Miku Sakai: WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE IN OUR LOCKER ROOM, YOU CREEPAZOID?! You tried to get a look at the good stuff and maybe get something going down there, didn’t you?!
(The cameraman immediately shakes his head and the camera in a panic.)
Miku Sakai: Ohhhh, look at this Ari! He is trying to escape the wrath of getting his dick ripped out and sewn right on his dumb face! Well guess what, buddy! HELL HATH NO FURY LIKE… I forgot how the sentence goes, ah whatever, I AM KICKING YOUR ASS!
Aria Lestrade: Wait, don’t kick his ass yet! It is a perfect way to be able to respond to the whiny bitch from earlier on in the night now that we have a cameraman here

Random Pizza Guy That Just Walked In: Hey, I have an order for-

(The pizza man screams and then runs away, letting the pizza drop onto the floor on his way out as Aria walks over and then goes to pick it up.)
Aria Lestrade: Oh yeah, I just ordered pizza by the way so that guy did have a reason to be here.

(Miku and Aria quickly took a step back and got in front of the camera as Miku looked directly at the lens with a serious glare.)
Miku Sakai: Auburn might be one of the most bat shit insane wrestlers I have ever encountered in my career so far, like, yeah sure, I might have done some inappropriate jokes about your parents and all of that but they are jokes at the end of the day! Insults to… you know! Insult you and tell you that you are a loser! And what do you know?! When it comes to wanting to be a wrestler here and do the wrestling thing, the person saying all of those things, a.k.a me wants to WIN the match, and I obviously will make sure to do anything in my power to get the win! I believe truly in my heart of hearts that I ended up hurting Auburn’s feelings and she ended up getting pissy over it. That is the only reason I can genuinely think that Auburn ended up attacking me because there is no absolute fucking way she is going to sell you the idea that I ended up screwing her over! Now, I have not been the nicest girl around when it comes to what you consider clean and what is not clean, but those were OTHER times! In this one, once again, I ended up simply doing what my job is! WINNING the match, and what do you know? I WON the match! Normally! And then Auburn is trying to act like I stole something from her when she is just letting a dumbass bitch, herself, prevent her from going forward! My mind is already in another place! I am already looking forward to wanting my title shot soon! Me and Ari are trying to figure out how we can get something to do at Territorial Invasion! That is why we played a quick UNO showdown so that the person who won could say an idea. Bestie, any ideas?

Aria Lestrade: But back to Auburn again, she tried to say towards me aaaaall week that I was the one who was spiralling out and who needed to deal with her problems another way, but she clearly is the one who needs to find a therapist of some sorts because she just went and ATTACKED people out of nowhere for seemingly one of the stupidest reasons ever! And then she has the balls to be able to say that we are looking to terrorize the division?! Literally our bestieship just started like 3 weeks ago, we came together because uh- WHAT A SURPRISE! We wanted to be FRIENDS after all of the pain that we have suffered, not because we just wanted to completely take over everything and get everything for us! You clearly need an attitude adjustment since you are sooooo brave, and sooooo valiant for wanting to stand up against… two women that are just down on luck, then clearly, one of us will accept the challenge because we do not run away from our problems!

(Miku and Aria turn towards each other and play a quick game of rock, paper and scissors that Miku ends up winning as Miku turns back to the camera.)

(‘Unfuckwittable’ by Kid Cudi begins to play as the crowd begins to erupt in cheers as Jon Kelton makes his way from gorilla. The camera then begins to follow him as he makes his way down the ramp.)
Gina Romano: Introducing first and making his way to the ring. Residing in Dallas, Texas! Weighing 215 pounds. Here is “THE LAST HOPE” JON KELTON!
(Tear Away by Drowning Pool replaces Kelton’s music, booes from the crowd as Raeangel steps out with La Familia at her side.)
Gina Romano: And his opponent, accompanied by La Familia! From San Antonio, Texas she is “El Oxígeno” RAEANGELLLLLLL GUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUZMANNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!
( DING! DING! DING! )
Gavin Kirkland: And this one is off! We kick this bout off with both men starting to take things slowly, not being the first to rush into things, but it’s clear that they have their eye on the ball. It looks like Kelton will be the first one to start off this match on the technical side of things, of course, which doesn’t sit well with Raeangel. Kelton raises his arm in the air, stretching out his hand, maybe hoping for a test of strength to get things going.
Eve: But, as much as she doesn’t want to, Raeangel has to play into this technical aspect of things if he wants to accomplish her real goal past winning, and that’s beating Kelton. She delivers a kick to Kelton’s leg, checking to see if he had his guard up. She’s not into a test of strength, and isn’t going to even try to attempt it. It starts to give Kelton a different outlook into his gameplan, but he still has an idea, starting to move forward again. Guzman starts to move a lot quicker now, before they both meet in the ring for a Collar-And-Elbow Tie Up.
Deadprez: Both are jockeying for position, but Kelton clearly in the right position, starting to force Raeangel to a knee, that lack of technical ability quickly getting to her as her challenger takes advantage. It gives him an opportunity to put Guzman in a side headlock, and now, Raeangel starts to transition herself again. Starting to pace herself slowly, Guzman tries to get the match to her speed, moving around as she pushes Kelton to the ropes, before aiming to break the hold by forcing him to move towards the ropes across from them. It’s to no avail, though, Kelton still holding onto her and dragging her out towards the middle of the ring again.
Gavin Kirkland: He starts to transition from that side headlock to a wristlock, twisting constantly and adding pressure to it, still trying to test the technical prowess of the La Familia member. If he could— wait, Guzman starts to roll through, still not being in control of the wristlock, but it seems like she’s doing fine. Guzman kips up, before turning the situation around into her favor, now having Kelton in said wrist lock as she goes towards the ground for a more base position, maybe to switch her targeting to a different limb-
Eve: WAIT A SECOND— KELTON REVERSING THE HOLD, GETTING THE UPPER HAND! HE’S USING HIS IN RING EXPERIENCE, AND TRAPPING GUZMAM IN THE “GOD PUNISHER” TRIANGLE CHOKE! RAEANGEL STRUGGLING TO FIND HER WAY OUT OF THE HOLD— WAIT! Brianna at ring side, putting her foot on the nearest rope! The official pointed it out and counted for Kelton to let go! Kelton let go but he was confused, not knowing it was La Familia at ring side. Maybe he does? Looking at Brianna trying to be inconspicuous. Kelton yelling at them to stay the hell out of his match-
Gavin Kirkland: GUZMAN GOES LOW, DELIVERING A BASEMENT DROPKICK TO THE LEG OF KELTON! It’s clear that Raeangel wants this more than anything, Guzman gets back to her feet, moving behind Kelton as he starts to get back to standing on his own two feet. Kelton doesn’t move quick enough, and Guzman takes advantage of the opportunity given, delivering a chop block to knock Kelton completely onto the mat! Raeangel has the opening needed to do something big! She quickly gets back to her feet, trying to move a lot faster and grabs onto Kelton’s leg— He slides out of the ring, taking a breather as Raeangel looks on… or so he thinks! As he turns around, he seems to not realize— GUZMAN CAN FLY!
Eve: AND SHE DOES, FLYING OVER THE TOP ROPE WITH A SUICIDE DIVE! Kelton was sent to the floor on the outside by Guzman! But Guzman can only finish him inside of the ring! She knows that though, and she grabs GRAY before sliding him back into that ring. After all of that punishment from Raeangel, he seems to be defenseless! Guzman grabs his leg and looks to lock him into a Figure Four Leglock—
Deadprez: BUT KELTON KICKS HIS LEG OUT FROM UNDER HER INTO ANOTHER “GOD PUNISHMENT” TRIANGLE CHOKE! Raeangel is scrambling to get to the ropes so she can force a break, but she can’t quite get it. Kelton is shuffling back to the middle while Raeangel does his best to reach out! She’s going to tap out! She can’t handle it! SHE TAPS! SHE TAPS! SHE IS TAPPING- OH MY GOD! Luis is on the apron! Distracting the referee, once again cost Kelton an easy victory! Kelton breaks the submission and rushes towards Luis! Swiping at Luis, making him drop down from the apron!
Gavin Kirkland: Kelton is not happy with Luis and there is no question why, this is the second time La Familia has gotten involved in this match! If the referee wasn’t distracted, he would have seen Raeangel tap out- A RUNNING KNEE BY RAEANGEL GUZMAN! Slowly trying to gather his senses after that while Guzman just stands besides him. Kelton starts to push back to his feet and his challenger takes notice. Raeangel runs to the other side of the ring while Kelton is still recovering from that knee, and she runs back at him full speed… AND SHE NAILS HIM WITH A BUSAIKU KNEE TO THE OUTSIDE!
Eve: Jon Kelton crashes to the outside and Raeangel follows soon behind. That man has successfully turned the whole match around in her favor. Thanks to La Familia. Raeangel grabs Kelton back up to his feet and starts to send punches against his head to keep him stunned! She is moving fast so her opponent can’t keep up with her! Now she grabs the back of Kelton’s head and runs towards the ring post before DRIVING HIM INTO IT! Brutal collision between the post and the challenger! This match is in full control of Raeangel!
Gavin Kirkland: Kelton doesn’t look like he is going to be able to turn this around any time soon! Raeangel is completely destroying this man with brutality! She’s using everything she can! She climbs up onto the apron and waits for Kelton to start pushing back to his feet! She is literally calculating his every move! This is that strategic brain that I am sure La Familia loves the most about her! Knowing what her opponent is going to do and when to stay three steps ahead! Now Guzman speeds up towards Kelton and DROPS HER KNEE RIGHT ONTO HER AS SHE JUMPS OFF THE APRON!
Eve: Now she grabs Kelton and slides him back into the ring! Raeangel Guzman stalks Kelton as he tries to collect his senses that have been lost since that massive knee moments ago! But he doesn’t get much of a chance! Raeangel pulls on his leg before locking in a big STF! She is looking to tap him out right here! She has it tight! It doesn’t look like Kelton can escape! She is looking for revenge, due to the multiple submissions that Kelton has already tried on Guzman! Now she hopes that Kelton will tap out!
Deadprez: Kelton is looking to get to the ropes once again, but this time, Raeangel is in perfect position to pull him back to the middle with the hold. Kelton can’t seem to get anywhere close to the ropes at all. But look at this! Kelton is pulling on Raeangel’s arm and is pulling himself out of the hold! He manages to grab onto the challenger’s head before sending some shots to get free! He gets out of the hold! Raeangel rolls away and gets back up, but Kelton is up first! HE LEAPS UP IN THE AIR FOR A DROPKICK!
Gavin Kirkland: BUT RAEANGEL CATCHES HIM AND GETS HIM INTO ANOTHER STF! Right back to the hold she just had him in! Kelton is close enough to the ropes to reach them this time! It seems like he is becoming a close friend with them, because Raeangel is putting that pressure on him with heavy submissions in this match! But neither are looking like they are giving up soon! Especially with La Familia there. Raeangel lets go of Kelton and backs off, giving Kelton some room to breathe and attempt to get back up to his feet! Raeangel moves back in and starts firing some chops to the chest of Kelton!
Eve: Kelton starts to stumble towards the center of the ring after Raeangel stops chopping in favor of running off the ropes! SHE LOOKS TO TAKE HIM DOWN WITH A— DROPKICK INTERCEPTS RAEANGEL GUZMAN! Kelton and Raeangel are back to square one! Jon Kelton uses his last bit of energy to stop his challenger from keeping control! That does mean that both of them are floored and exhausted! Both of them are already slowly getting back to their knees! Raeangel and Kelton locking eyes as they approach each other! Kelton sends the first shot! Raeangel follows up with one of his own! Kelton throws another one!
Gavin Kirkland: Raeangel grabs him and starts going off with Forearms! Kelton can’t stop any of them! That opens up the perfect opportunity for Raeangel to launch a HEADBUTT TO KELTON! She stuns him using it! Kelton is stunned, Raeangel pushing right back to her feet as she is back in control! She sends a few more shots to the head of Kelton to make sure he is stunned! Raeangel hooks her arm around his head, pulling him up to his feet! Before she advances, she transitions to a front facelock to send a few knee strikes, further ensuring that Kelton can’t move!
Eve: And now back into that suplex position! She might be looking for a basic, yet deadly move here! We are about to see how strong Guzman is! Hitting a VERTICAL BRAINBUSTER— BUT KELTON LANDS ON HIS FEET AND PULLS GUZMAN INTO A NECKBREAKER! ANOTHER COUNTER BY JON KELTON! HE MAY BE MAKING A COMEBACK RIGHT HERE! KELTON GOING FOR A PIN!

Deadprez: Raeangel walks right into a flurry of European Uppercuts by Jon Kelton! He is looking to keep control and not give it away easily! He just experiences how sly Guzman can be when having control! Kelton is backing Raeangel into the ropes with them! He tries to hit one again on the ropes and it connects! He has to keep control, but these uppercuts are taking a lot of energy out of him! Well, that’s why he is switching it up right now! He grabs the wrist of Raeangel and looks to send her across the ring with an Irish Whip!
Gavin Kirkland: Raeangel turns it around and reverses it into one of her own, sending Kelton to the ropes! Raeangel ooks to leapfrog over Kelton— CAUGHT WITH AN USHIGOROSHI! Jon Kelton drives his knee into the back of Raeangel’s neck and sends her to the floor! He takes back control! Raeangel holds his neck as she gets into a seated position— BUT THAT’S RIGHT WHERE JON KELTON WANTS HIM! Jon Kelton speeds up towards the ropes! He runs back at Guzman and nails her with a Basement Dropkick! Going for another pin!

Gavin Kirkland: KELTON WINS- WAIT! La Familia pulled the referee out of the ring! Roberto, this time being the one to delay Kelton’s victory! Kelton looked pissed and so did the referee. It seems like they had enough of La Familia’s antics. Looks like they are going to do something about it- EJECTING LA FAMILIA FROM RINGSIDE! The crowd cheering, Kelton finally getting a chance to win this match without La Familia getting in his way! Kelton having fun with this, taunting them by waving them away! The group not too happy with Kelton-
Eve: RAEANGEL SUDDENLY POPS UP WITH AN EXPLODER SUPLEX! She stalks him from behind while Kelton looks to also get back to a vertical stance. But he is cut off by Raeangel sending some deadly 12-to-6 elbows to the side of his neck! Raeangel seems to be getting cockier and cockier about her chances in this match. Even if La Familia is gone. She is telling Kelton that it has been a fun match. I think that Raeangel thinks the next move is ending the match. She stopped the elbows because Kelton stopped moving, so it may be the case!
Gavin Kirkland: She pulls Kelton against her knee before crossing his arms around his own neck! She pulls him into a Straight Jacket hold! A brutal hold that could in fact end it right here! I don’t think Kelton is letting this match end! It seems like the pain of the hold is ironically keeping him alive! He starts to push sideways so he can find a way out! Raeangel is trying to pull in the opposite direction! KELTON USES THAT TO HIS ADVANTAGE AND WRAPS HIS LEG AROUND THE BOTTOM ROPE! He uses the ropes to escape once again! You can see that the submissions not working are starting to make Raeangel agitated!
Eve: Kelton starts to crawl towards the corner, looking at the crowd as he drags himself up to his feet and Raeangel starts to back up. But, before Jon Kelton can even react, Guzman runs towards him and nails Kelton with a Shotgun Dropkick, sending him flying into the corner turnbuckles! As Raeangel comes closer towards Kelton, Kelton starts to bring himself up slowly, delivering two shots to the gut of Raeangel as he goes on a knee, but it’s eventually shut down by Raeangel’s constant pressure, delivering multiple stomps to his chest.
Deadprez: Guzman seems to be very confident, managing to get Kelton on the ground looking defenseless. Guzman looks like she wants to end this match, stalking Kelton waiting for him to get up…she bounces off the ropes and towards Kelton! Looking for the “SWEET VENOM INJECTOR”- WAIT NO! KELTON JUMPS INTO THE AIR, TAKING HER DOWN WITH ANOTHER TRIANGLE CHOKE! HE GOT “GOD’S PUNISHMENT” LATCHED ON WITH NO HELP IN SIGHT FOR RAEANGEL! Guzman looked for the ropes, looking for anything that could help her out of the submission! There doesn’t seem like anything she could do except…

Gina Romano: THERE IS YOUR WINNER…”THE LAST HOPE” JON KELTON!
Gavin Kirkland: What a back and forth match up, despite the obvious inferences from La Familia, Raeangel was able to hold her own against Kelton and even almost close in on a victory.
Eve: But that submission by Kelton, was so deadly that she had no choice but to lap. Nobody is blaming her, but you know that she has been disappointed by the results. Great job from both competitors!
(Kelton celebrates in the ring, getting his arm raised in the ring while Raeangel rolls to the corner. Feeling her tender neck, glaring at Kelton as the scene fades to an ad for Blood Sport..)
(The camera cuts back to ringside.)

(Harper Lee makes her way down to the ring ignoring the hate being rained down on her from the crowd. She does not look to be in a good mood.)
Eve: We have all had to deal with Harper Lee complaining backstage all week long about how she won the Casino Battle Royal last week. I imagine we are about to hear more of the same.
Gavin Kirkland: She can complain about anything she wants. <3 I’m just glad we got a chance to see her!
Deadprez: Well, seeing her is one thing… Hearing her is another entirely.

(The crowd continues to boo even louder replacing the music as Harper Lee tries to talk in the ring but is drowned out from the crowd’s hatred of her.)
Gavin Kirkland: What did Harper Lee ever do to these fine people? She’s an innocent hero!
Harper Lee: You people can like it… or not like it… but gosh darn it I am the number one contender!
(The crowd boos and begins a “Harper Sucks” chant as she waits for them to calm down before continuing to speak.)
Harper Lee: You all know it to be true. Last week I won the Casino Battle Royal. You can all go back and look at the footage on the EAW Network. My feet landed last! The fact that this has turned into a Fatal 4 Way match is an absolute embarrassment. I mean it is 2024. We have video replay technology. We have the most advanced cameras in the world. Didn’t you all see the races at the Olympics? They were able to determine who won those races within milliseconds and maybe even less than that. Because that is the difference between a loser and a winner. Between a gold medalist… and people like all of you.
(The crowd boos as Harper Lee smiles having gotten under at least some of their skins.)
Eve: We might have the technology to go in and look and figure out who exactly won that battle royal… but that’s not how it works in EAW. In EAW the referee’s decision is final! You would think Harper would know that by now…
Harper Lee: That is why I am out here to demand that Alana Starr come out right now and declare me the winner of the match last week. Declare me the one and only number one contender because I earned it. Because I deserve it! Because I am the Star Player! Everyone else backstage? They are just benchwarmers.
(“Olé” by The Bouncing Souls hits as the crowd begins to cheer but Harper Lee looks appalled in the ring.)
Harper Lee: Oh, come on…
Eve: I don’t think that is the person Harper Lee wants to see right now!!!
(The crowd sings Olé as Ryan Wilson’s music quiets down and he slowly begins to make his way down to the ring.)
Ryan Wilson: Harper… Harper…
Harper Lee: Yeah that’s my name. What the heck are you doing out here right now Ryan? You already lost last week just like you have in every major match of your entire career. Nobody wants to see you in the World Title picture.
(The crowd boos loudly as they begin “Ryan” chants clearly disagreeing with what Harper has to say.)
Ryan Wilson: You know Harper I don’t really care if you were actually the winner of the Casino Battle Royal or whatever last week. Even if your feet did actually land last, it was such a close call that literally nobody was able to tell. Is that the kind of victory that you want to prove you are number one contender. I think that the right choice was made. If things were that close that there was not a definitive winner it only makes sense that we decide things in the ring!
Harper Lee: I’m sure you are really happy with your consolation prize Ryan. Have fun being a charity case contender!
Ryan Wilson: Really Harper? Did you actually watch the footage from last week as closely as you seem to think the EAW officials should? You don’t even need to reduce the playback speed to catch my favorite part. I mean everyone can go back and look and see that I was the one that caused not just you but Ruler as well to go up and out of the ring!
Harper Lee: No.
Ryan Wilson: Yes. I eliminated both you and Ruler from the match and if we are really going to say that there should only be one contender, then I think I have a pretty strong argument that it should be ME!
Crowd: RYAN! RYAN! RYAN!
Harper Lee: Shut the hell up! You people can stop with the glazing right now because you should all know how this ends anyway. I am going to be your next champion! Mark my words!
Ryan Wilson: All that matters to me is that I am in the World Title picture. I am getting my opportunity after all of these years and I am going to give it my all! I will beat you, Ruler, TLA, and anyone who gets in my way to become the champion of the world at Territorial Invasion!!!!
(The crowd cheers but it is quickly interrupted when “Prices” by Lil Uzi Vert blasts throughout the arena.)
Eve: I suppose we should have expected all three of the number one contenders to be making their way out here tonight!
(Harper Lee looks irritated that she was interrupted yet again as Ruler begins slowly walking down the ramp towards the ring.)
Ruler: What neither of you appear to be successfully capable of grasping… is that it is not your time. It is not the time of Harper Lee. Nor is it the time of Ryan Wilson. Your times have come. They have gone. Because it is now the time of the Ruler of Everything. It is time for Ruler to at long last step up and to acquire what has been my destiny since I first entered this company. People seem to have forgotten what I am capable of on my own. People seem not to understand something that should have been foremost on their minds at all times.
(Ruler pauses slightly as he enters the ring to confront both Harper Lee & Ryan Wilson.)
Ruler: This is no longer about tag teams. This is about me.
(“Ambitionz az a Ridah” by Tupac hits as the crowd cheers loudly and TLA makes his way out to the stage in his ring gear. TLA comes down the ring carrying his championship and runs into the ring raising it up high in each corner to cheers from the crowd. TLA looks around in the ring in confusion and then over towards Gina Romano before requesting a microphone.)
TLA: Hold up what is even happening out here? I thought I was supposed to face Roberto De La Rosa but now we got my Territorial Invasion opponents out here n shit. I thought that show ain’t even for another month… Where my vato Roberto be at?
Harper Lee: Roberto needs to wait because I have important things to say.
Ryan Wilson: I’m down for having Territorial Invasion tonight tho.
Ruler: Same.
TLA: So y’all just out here standing in the ring arguing and postponing the show? Gotta get all yo culos up outta here so I can get my lucha on…
(TLA is shown attempting to call for security but Gina Romano steps forward with a microphone.)
Gina Romano: The main event will begin shortly! EAW management requests that you all please clear the ring!
TLA: See y’all holding the show up for these fine ticket paying damas y caballeros. Very rude. Very disrespectful.
Harper Lee: Excuse me? I can take as much time as I want on the show. These people paid to see me!
(The crowd boos loudly clearly disagreeing as TLA cringes and Ryan Wilson laughs.)
TLA: I think y’all should prolly go and prepare for Territorial Invasion. Cuz this lucha gonna be tough. Gonna be real tough. Even for me. Even for a vato like me who is built differently. I ain’t running tho. I am the World Champ and as Roberto is going to find out with the quickness I am prepared for any challenge.
Ruler: I disagree TLA. I don’t think you are prepared for the Ruler of Everything.

(The crowd murmurs loudly as Alana Starr comes out to the stage interrupting.)
Alana Starr: Roberto De La Rosa is causing a scene backstage as he wants to come out for his match. So, we are going to solve this thing right here right now! Harper you can send as many complaints to EAW management as you want, we hear you. We been hearing you… Which is why we are going to make sure that at Territorial Invasion this match has a stipulation to guarantee that there is a conclusive winner and champion! There will be no denying who the best is after all of that! So, the stipulation will be…
Harper Lee: Wait a minute… that’s not what the problem is here! The problem is that these unworthy “contenders” like Ruler and Ryan are included in this match.
Ruler: Unworthy? How about I show you just how unworthy you are?
Ryan Wilson: I should slap the shit out of you Harper. But I will restrain myself because unlike you I am a mature and responsible adult.
Alana Starr: At Territorial Invasion it won’t just be a Fatal 4 Way match. We are going to have an ELIMINATION Fatal 4 Way match! That means three of you will be taking a loss at Territorial Invasion and for the one who doesn’t… you will be the Answers World Champion!!!
(Alana Starr leaves as the crowd cheers and everyone in the ring looks at each other contemplating the new stipulation that has been added to the match.)
Eve: Wow! Big news!
Deadprez: Very exciting. We are going to see who can outlast the others! This is a game changer for real!
Gavin Kirkland: I can’t believe Alana just completely ignored Harper’s justified complaints! This is an outrage!
Eve: Nobody cares, Gavin.
(Eventually everyone leaves the ring except for TLA who stands in the ring waiting for the main event against Roberto De La Rosa to begin shortly.)
(The camera cuts to a commercial for Territorial Invasion.)
(The camera returns to the arena where we see Harper Lee, Ryan Wilson, and Ruler already at ringside and on separate sides of the ring. The camera focuses on all three competitors before we hear Deadprez start to speak.)
Deadprez: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to Saturday Night Showdown. Don’t adjust your devices. If you tuned into moments ago, you know why Ryan, Harper, and Ruler are out here. If you missed that, then you will get the explanation soon enough as we send it to Gina Romano for the introductions for tonight’s main event.
(The camera cuts to the ring where Gina Romano is standing with a microphone as she is ready to begin the introductions for tonight’s main event.)
Gina Romano: The following is a NON TITLE contest and it is scheduled for ONE FALL!

(‘Ambitionz az a Ridah’ by Tupac starts playing as the crowd starts to cheer as the Answers World Champion TLA is in the ring, always in a style that we expect from the Hall of Famer. He has his Answers World Championship belt on his shoulder as he circles the ring.)
Gina Romano: Introducing first already in the ring! Residing in The Poon Palace in Miami, Florida! Weighing 210 pounds! Here is the ANSWERS WORLD CHAMPION! “LA PANTERA SEXUAL” T! L! A!
Deadprez: As the Answers World Champion heads to the ring, allow me to go ahead and explain why there is a party at ringside. Last week, there was a battle royal to determine the Number One Contender for the Answers World Championship at Territorial Invasion. There was a mess of controversy at the end of the match which led to the match being turned into a fatal four way at Territorial Invasion.
Gavin Kirkland: Which I think is a travesty. They should have picked one and let the others suffer. It sucks for TLA because now his title is in even bigger jeopardy and that is NOT even including the great SOSA Henderson and that damn screwball Donovan Duke!
Eve: Your favoritism is sickening! But TLA is the type of person who will not back down regardless of how the odds look. With present and future opponents going to be in and around the ring, TLA better have his head on a swivel.
(TLA has his eyes focused on the three others at ringside as he enters the ring. He keeps his vision focused on them as he takes his corner. Seconds later, TLA’s theme is replaced by “PUT EM IN THE FRIDGE” by Peso Pluma (ft. Cardi B) as the cheers turn into jeers as Roberto De La Rosa enters the arena. As always, Roberto is being flanked by the rest of La Familia as Roberto doesn’t look amused as he heads to the ring.)
Gina Romano: Introducing his opponent! Representing and accompanied by La Familia! Currently residing in Cancun, Mexico as well as Miami, Florida! Weighing in at 225 pounds! Here is “EL PADRINO” ROBERTO DE LA ROSA!
Gavin Kirkland: LA FAMILIA IS IN THE HOUSE!! WOOOOOOOO! Things are about to get interesting with Roberto coming to the ring for singles action.
Eve: Roberto and Brianna are no doubt in a bad mood after the battle royal last week. Especially Roberto since he was the last person eliminated from the match before the match broke down. Roberto is here to show tonight that is worthy to be in the Answers World Championship conversation.
Deadprez: He can get the job done, but he has a tough task ahead. Will Roberto get a huge victory or will TLA make a statement before Territorial Invasion? We are about to find out!
(Roberto enters the ring as La Familia takes a neutral side of the ring as they all look at the others at ringside. Seconds later, Roberto’s music fades off and the referee checks both competitors before they call for the bell.)
(DING! DING! DING!)
Eve: Here we go! Our main event of the week is underway and this is going to be a very interesting match to say the least with all of the factors outside the ring.
Deadprez: Roberto and TLA go to lock up in the center of the ring and we are immediately left with a stalemate. Not surprising considering the history these two men have with each other.
Gavin Kirkland: Yeah. Last year at Road to Redemption, Roberto cashed in his 24/7 Contract and took TLA’s Hardcore Title right when he was in the middle of the Extreme Elimination Chamber. I wonder if the Poons consoled TLA like I wish they would me. Lucky bastard.
Deadprez: You are disgusting. But these two try to lock up again AS ROBERTO GETS A CHEAP SHOT IN ON THE ANSWERS WORLD CHAMPION!
Eve: Straight knee to the gut doubles TLA over and takes the breath out of him as Roberto begins just pounding the crap out of TLA with shots to the back and spine.
Gavin Kirkland: Roberto is still very pissed about just missing the World Title match and he is going to take out his frustrations on the Champion himself AS TLA IS STARTING TO FIGHT BACK–
Eve: BUT ROBERTO IMMEDIATELY STOPS HIM WITH THOSE BIG ELBOWS TO THE BACK OF THE SKULL! GOOD GRIEF! ONE ELBOW AFTER ANOTHER TAKES TLA BACK TO HIS KNEES!
Deadprez: TLA is feeling groggy as Roberto hits the ropes before coming back AND HITTING TLA IN THE FACE WITH THAT RUNNING DROPKICK! ROBERTO CALLS THAT COMBO “CUERNO DE CHIVO”!
Gavin Kirkland: It’s effective as TLA was sent head over heels after the dropkick and Roberto is not letting up as he drags TLA back to the center of the ring and just CONTINUES THE BEATDOWN WITH THOSE MMA STYLE PUNCHES TO THE HEAD AND FACE!
Eve: TLA is trying to block whatever shots he can as the referee is telling Roberto that he needs to open up the fists. Leave it to Roberto to ignore the referee and the referee starts the count.
Deadprez: Roberto stops the punches at four or he would have risked disqualification, and the referee is getting yelled at by La Familia at ringside because they think that it was a fast count.
Gavin Kirkland: Well, that count did look a little fast to me. Maybe the referee should slow it down a bit to make it a fair fight.
Deadprez: Of course you would think that, but it isn’t going to happen. Anyways, Roberto has pulled TLA back to his feet and whips him to the ropes. TLA rebounds as Roberto grabs him for a backbreaker–
Eve: BUT TLA MANAGES TO WRAP HIS LEGS AND COUNTER WITH A HEADSCISSOR TAKEOVER THAT TAKES ROBERTO FOR THE RIDE! Roberto is reeling AND TLA FOLLOWS UP WITH A DROPKICK THAT SENDS ROBERTO THROUGH THE ROPES AND TO THE FLOOR!
Gavin Kirkland: There goes La Familia to check on Roberto as he looks to regroup. Ryan, Harper, and Ruler are just looking on watching this match unfold as the referee is keeping TLA away from the ropes. Gotta love the solidarity in La Familia.
Eve: Give it time and we will see their true colors come out as the match goes on. The referee is right there about to start a count BUT TLA JUST LAUNCHES HIMSELF OVER THE REFEREE AND THE TOP ROPE TO TAKE DOWN ROBERTO!
Deadprez: NOT JUST ROBERTO BUT MOST OF LA FAMILIA! TLA GOT ROBERTO, BRIANNA, AND LUIS WITH ONE SHOT! LISTEN TO THIS CROWD GO ABSOLUTELY CRAZY FOR TLA!
Gavin Kirkland: TLA is willing to get risky if the situation calls for it, but part of me thinks that they are all cheering so wildly because some of them want discounts to the Poon Palace. If I have to pay full price, so do you.
Eve: You’re disgusting. What isn’t disgusting is the action so far in this match as TLA is back up and he grabs Roberto and rolls him back into the ring. WAIT A SECOND! ROBERTO HAS HOLD OF THE REFEREE–
Deadprez: LONG ENOUGH FOR LUIS AND BRIANNA TO HIT TLA FROM BEHIND! La Familia has TLA AND THEY HIT HIM WITH THE DOUBLE SUPLEX ON THE OUTSIDE! THERE’S THE LA FAMILIA WE KNOW SO WELL!
Gavin Kirkland: What are you talking about? That’s what familias do. Help each other out. Now La Familia is helping TLA back into the ring AS ROBERTO JUMPS OVER TLA AND HITS THE ROPES–
Deadprez: ROBERTO SPRINGBOARDS OFF THE ROPES AND HITS THE DOUBLE AXE HANDLE ACROSS THE BACK OF THE NECK OF TLA! TLA is down and Roberto drags him to the center of the ring and goes for a quick cover!

Eve: ONE COUNT AND TLA KICKS OUT! I think Roberto was more concerned of wasting TLA’s energy with the cover as opposed to getting the win because he had to know that TLA would kick out this early in the match.
Gavin Kirkland: As mentioned earlier, these two do have some history with each other so they do know a little bit about each other as Roberto grabs TLA’s arm to YANK him back to his feet BEFORE TOSSING HIM OVER WITH THAT JUDO STYLE THROW!
Eve: Roberto does have some great fighting skills underneath that shortcut taking demeanor as TLA is once again trying to get back to his feet AS ROBERTO HITS THE ROPES–
Deadprez: Roberto going for the Clothesline from Hell BUT TLA DUCKS OUT OF THE WAY AND GRABS ROBERTO BEFORE COUNTERING WITH A NECKBREAKER!
Gavin Kirkland: Both men are getting back to their feet, but TLA is the first one up AND HE IS COMING AFTER ROBERTO WITH THOSE STRIKES! They are fast, but some of those have to be illegal, right?
Eve: The referee has said anything about it, but he certainly is striking the crap out of Roberto before taking one last right hand THAT TAKES ROBERTO DOWN! Roberto quickly gets back to his feet AS TLA TAKES HIM BACK DOWN WITH A CLOTHESLINE!
Deadprez: Roberto is back up once again as he wildly misses with a clothesline. TLA with the go behind as he locks Roberto’s arms in the double chickenwing position BEFORE LIFTING HIM UP AND PLANTING HIM WITH THE TIGER SUPLEX!
Gavin Kirkland: Poor Roberto lands hard on the back of his head while the King of the Poon Palace keeps the arms locked and he bridges up for a cover!

Deadprez: ROBERTO MANAGES TO KICK OUT AT TWO! TLA is the first to get back to his feet as he brings Roberto up as well and whips him to the ropes again AND ROBERTO ALMOST COLLIDES WITH THE REFEREE—
Eve: AND THAT MISCUE GIVES BRIANNA ENOUGH TIME TO SNEAK INTO THE RING AND SPIKE TLA WITH A DDT! TLA’S HEAD PLANTED INTO THE MAT! LA FAMILIA ONCE AGAIN WITH THE CHEAP TACTICS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE!
Gavin Kirkland: It isn’t cheating if you don’t get caught and La Familia didn’t get caught. Now Roberto is going to reap in the spoils of having La Familia here as he grabs a recovering TLA AND TAKES HIM DOWN WITH A SUPLEX!
Eve: Roberto keeps hold of TLA. A swivel of the hips and they are back up before Roberto lifts up TLA AND TAKES HIM OVER WITH ANOTHER SUPLEX!
Deadprez: As if twice wasn’t enough. Roberto is on the same path one more time as TLA is taken up and over with ANOTHER SUPLEX! THE THREE AMIGOS SUPLEX COMBINATION WAS SUCCESSFUL!
Gavin Kirkland: Roberto is in firm control as he drags TLA over to the corner and Roberto is climbing his way to the top rope! El Padrino is gonna fly, ladies and gentlemen!
Eve: It seems to be the case as Roberto has his balance on the top turnbuckle while TLA is barely moving AND ROBERTO JUMPS OFF THE TOP ROPE WITH A FROG SPLASH!
Deadprez: ROBERTO GOT A DIRECT HIT WITH THE FROG SPLASH ACROSS THE RIBS AND CHEST OF TLA AS ROBERTO GOES FOR THE COVER! LEG IS HOOKED!

Gavin Kirkland: TLA KICKS OUT AT TWO! I am not sure if I am excited or sad. I like them both. One has the Poons. The other is the mighty El Padrino. I am torn, but this match goes on.
Deadprez: My heart bleeds for you as Roberto goes back to the right hands across TLA’s skull and once again Roberto is being admonished by the referee about those closed fists.
Eve: The referee forced to start a count and Roberto once again walks the fine line of disqualification when he opens the fists on four.
Gavin Kirkland: NOW HE’S GETTING IN THE REFEREE’S FACE AND I DON’T BLAME HIM AT ALL! TELL THAT REFEREE OFF FOR BEING ON YOUR CASE ALL MATCH!
Eve: Well, if Roberto wouldn’t stop taking shortcuts, then the referee would get off his case. Be that as it may, Roberto goes to bring TLA back on his feet AND TLA DROPS DOWN AND CATCHES ROBERTO WITH A MODIFIED JAWBREAKER!
Deadprez: Roberto stumbles back after the shot as TLA makes it back to his feet AND STARTS FIRING RIGHT HANDS INTO ROBERTO’S FACE! Roberto is trying to fire back with right hands of his own–
Gavin Kirkland: BUT TLA IS BLOCKING THEM! TLA is getting the upper hand over Roberto, and he is knocking Roberto all the way back into the ropes AND TLA FIRES A CLOTHESLINE THAT KNOCKS ROBERTO OVER THE TOP ROPE!
Eve: Roberto managed to catch himself on the apron. TLA tried to catch Roberto with another right hand, BUT ROBERTO DUCKED THE SHOT AND COUNTERED WITH A SHOULDER TACKLE THROUGH THE ROPES!
Deadprez: But being the veteran that he is, TLA quickly bounces back AND DELIVERS A LOW DROPKICK CATCHING ROBERTO IN THE ANKLES AND KNOCKING HIM OFF THE APRON AND TO THE FLOOR!
Gavin Kirkland: Roberto could have sprained his ankles on that landing, but TLA doesn’t care. The Answers World Champion quickly hit the ropes before Roberto hit the floor. La Familia are coming to check on Roberto again AS TLA DIVES THROUGH THE ROPES–
Deadprez: SUICIDE DIVE BY TLA TAKES ALL OF LA FAMILIA AGAIN! STRIKE FOR TLA! The crowd is once again cheering at all the action on display in this match. The referee has started a count as TLA grabs Roberto and drags him back to the ring.
Eve: AND TLA BOUNCES ROBERTO’S FACE OFF THE APRON BEFORE HE ROLLS ROBERTO BACK INTO THE RING! TLA is looking to quickly follow Roberto back into the ring, but he instead takes a detour over to the corner.
Gavin Kirkland: TLA has found his balance when he finishes his climb to the top rope. Roberto is still down on the mat AS TLA FLIES OFF THE TOP ROPE WITH A PICTURE PERFECT MOONSAULT! Do you think we can call that a POON-SAULT?
Eve: Umm… no. But the Moonsault was a direct hit on the former Hardcore Champion as TLA quickly hooks the leg for the cover!

Gavin Kirkland: Oh, come on! This isn’t fair. Why isn’t the referee counting as fast with TLA as they did with Roberto.
Eve: You need to clean your ears because the referee has started a count and TLA opens the fists on four. TLA is known to be flashy with his presentation, but that doesn’t mean he won’t just beat the crap out of you when the situation comes up.
Deadprez: TLA brings Roberto back to his feet as he catches Roberto with a forearm before doubling him over with a kick. TLA goes to hit the ropes to build some momentum–
Gavin Kirkland: LUIS DE LA ROSA JUMPED ON THE APRON TO DISTRACT THE REFEREE WHILE BRIANNA RAN INTERFERENCE AND GRABBED TLA’S ANKLE AND TRIPPED HIM UP! LA FAMILIA FOR THE WIN!
Deadprez: TLA is trying to get back to his feet AS HE LOOKS TO GRAB BRIANNA AND SLUG HER WITH A RIGHT HAND, BUT LUIS STILL HAD THE REFEREE DISTRACTED AND BRIANNA CAUGHT TLA WITH A BACK ELBOW TO THE FACE!

Eve: TLA KICKS OUT AT TWO! La Familia tried to steal the match with that interference and it didn’t work AND IF WE CAN GET A CAMERA BACK TO OUTSIDE THE RING, RYAN WILSON JUST SWUNG THAT CHAIR AT LUIS DE LA ROSA!
Deadprez: Luis tried to get on the apron again to run interference and Ryan just missed him with the steel chair! Ryan is trying to hit any member of La Familia with the chair including Esmeralda!
Gavin Kirkland: Someone take that chair away from Ryan, that damn nutcase AND LA FAMILIA IS HIGHTAILING IT WITH RYAN CHASING THEM OFF WITH THAT STEEL CHAIR! THAT ISN’T FAIR!
Deadprez: Well there goes Roberto’s backup as they are heading to the locker room and Roberto didn’t like that one bit. Roberto just hit TLA with a Saito Suplex when he realized that Ryan Wilson was chasing his Familia away.
Eve: Roberto is not happy right now as he DELIVERS A CHEAP KICK TO THE FACE! Roberto looks very pleased with that as he brings TLA back to his feet and whips him to the ropes.
Gavin Kirkland: TLA comes back AND ROBERTO JUMPS INTO THE AIR TO TAKE TLA DOWN FOR A HURRICANRANA BUT SOMEHOW TLA BLOCKED IT! WHAT THE HELL?
Eve: TLA is showing his power as he starts to bring Roberto back into the air BEFORE HE DRIVES ROBERTO INTO THE MAT WITH A SITOUT POWERBOMB! DID YOU SEE ROBERTO’S HEAD AND NECK SNAP BACK?
Deadprez: Not a pretty landing for Roberto as TLA decides to climb onto the second rope. Now TLA is waiting for Roberto to recover and get back on his feet.
Gavin Kirkland: As much appreciation as I have for TLA, this is a huge mistake. He is giving Roberto way too much time to recover and that is NOT something you should allow a competitor like Roberto to do.
Eve: Don’t worry about TLA. He has been in the ring with the best of the best this business has had to offer and he is watching Roberto slowly recover with laser focus.
Deadprez: Roberto has slowly made it back to his feet and he is still trying to shake the cobwebs off after the powerbomb earlier, but he slowly turns around AS TLA JUST LAUNCHES HIMSELF OFF THE SECOND ROPE–
Gavin Kirkland: HE GOT THE EUROPEAN UPPERCUT FROM THE SECOND ROPE! THAT WAS A “VERY MEXICAN UPPERCUT” BY THE ANSWERS WORLD CHAMPION AND IT CAUGHT ROBERTO RIGHT IN THE JAW!
Deadprez: That could have been a knockout shot right there. Roberto looks out cold after that uppercut as TLA drags him to the center of the ring and hooks the leg for the cover!

Gavin Kirkland: Roberto must have come back into consciousness at the last possible moment and that helped Roberto kicked out at two! WOOOOOOOO! What a match!
Eve: This has been a pretty amazing match between these two tough competitors. Roberto is trying to shake the new cobwebs out of his head. Meanwhile, TLA has climbed up to the top rope once more.
Deadprez: TLA is once again waiting for Roberto to get back to his feet. Roberto is still feeling groggy after the uppercut as he gets back to his feet AS TLA DOES A FLIP IN THE AIR AS HE GOES FOR THE DRAGONRANA—
Gavin Kirkland: NOBODY HOME FOR THE DRAGONRANA AS TLA CRASHES AND BURNS ONTO THE MAT! He won’t sprain his ankles the way he landed ass first on the mat.
Eve: He certainly felt that one and it looks like TLA is in pain as Roberto hits the ropes AND DELIVERS A BIG BOOT RIGHT INTO TLA’S FACE!
Deadprez: TLA was able to stay on his feet after the boot as Roberto points his left fist into the air AND TLA WAS STILL FEELING THE BOOT IN THE HEAD AS HE FELL INTO THE TRAP AS HE LOOKS AT THE LEFT BEFORE BEING PUNCHED IN THE JAW WITH THE RIGHT!
Gavin Kirkland: You gotta love a little bop and bang action in a match and TLA definitely had a few screws knocked loose as Roberto brings him onto his feet and has him in the gutwrench position.
Deadprez: Roberto might be going for a powerbomb of his own, BUT INSTEAD HE LEAVES TLA’S HEAD DOWN WHILE HIS FEET ARE IN THE AIR BEFORE DROPPING HIM DOWN WITH “THE CALLING CARD”!
Eve: THE PILEDRIVER SPIKED TLA RIGHT ON THE TOP OF HIS HEAD AS ROBERTO ROLLS HIM OVER AND HOOKS THE LEG FOR THE COVER! THIS COULD DO IT!

Eve: Roberto believed that should have been a three count, but the referee is explaining to Roberto that it was only a two count, and this match continues.
Deadprez: Roberto looks ready to pick a fight with the referee, but he keeps his composure and continues the offense on the Answers World Champion.
Gavin Kirkland: Look at Ruler, Harper, and Ryan. They have just been keeping their focus on the match while studying the World Champion as we head to Territorial Invasion. Now we see Roberto pulling TLA back to his feet.
Eve: Roberto catches TLA with a right hand before Roberto runs and SPRINGS OFF THE SECOND ROPE LOOKING FOR A DOUBLE AXE HANDLE–
Deadprez: TLA GETS OUT OF THE WAY AT THE LAST SECOND AND ROBERTO LANDS ON HIS FEET! But TLA gets behind Roberto and JUMPS UP AS HE TAKES ROBERTO DOWN WITH THE ZIG ZAG STYLE MOVE!
Gavin Kirkland: ROBERTO’S HEAD SNAPS BACK HARD AGAINST THE MAT AS TLA BUYS HIMSELF A FEW SECONDS! TLA is crawling over to Roberto, who is trying to recover–
Deadprez: MANDIBLE CLAW! GOOD GAWD! TLA JUST SHOVED HIS FINGERS UNDER ROBERTO’S TONGUE AND THAT IS A SUBMISSION MOVE RIGHT THERE! IT’S ALMOST LIKE A NERVE HOLD!
Eve: THE REFEREE IS RIGHT THERE TO SEE IF ROBERTO WANTS TO GIVE THIS MATCH UP, BUT ROBERTO IS STILL FIGHTING IT! ROBERTO DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE THIS MATCH UP!
Gavin Kirkland: Roberto is fighting with all he can, but he is starting to fade. Roberto’s fight is starting to slow as TLA starts to lower Roberto down to the ring for the referee to start a pin count–

Deadprez: TLA KICKS OUT AT TWO AND HE IS FORCED TO LET THE MANDIBLE CLAW GO! Both men are getting back to their feet, but TLA was the first to get standing–
Gavin Kirkland: ROBERTO PLAYS POSSUM LONG ENOUGH TO GRAB TLA AND TAKE HIM DOWN WITH A BACKBREAKER! TLA is down and Roberto grabs hold of him and puts him in the powerbomb position.
Eve: I think that Roberto is setting TLA up for the “Mexican Destroyer”! WHAT A STATEMENT IT WOULD MAKE IF ROBERTO BEATS TLA WITH HIS OWN MOVE AS ROBERTO GOES TO FLIP FORWARD–
Deadprez: TLA MANAGES TO COUNTER WITH A BACK BODY DROP AND ROBERTO IS DOWN! TLA QUICKLY MOVES AND HE NOW HAS ROBERTO IN THE SAME POSITION HE WAS IN EARLIER!
Gavin Kirkland: This isn’t going to be good as TLA has hold of Roberto and has him in position BEFORE TLA FLIPS FORWARD! COME ON, ROBERTO! GET FREE–
Eve: IT DOESN’T WORK AS THE “MEXICAN DESTROYER” CONNECTS! OFTEN IMITATED, NEVER DUPLICATED AS ROBERTO WAS SPIKED RIGHT ON THE TOP OF HIS HEAD! ROBERTO HAS GOT TO BE OUT AS TLA ROLLS HIM OVER AND HOOKS THE LEG FOR THE COVER!

(‘Ambitionz az a Ridah’ starts playing again as TLA slowly rolls off of Roberto and sits on the mat to catch his breath for a moment as Gina Romano announces the final decision of the match.)
Gina Romano: Here is your winner… THE ANSWERS WORLD CHAMPION… T! L! A!
Deadprez: What a match between these two competitors who have had history with each other. These two just beat the hell out of each other for the sake of victory.
Eve: These two threw so much at each other, but after all was said and done, it was the Answers World Champion who picked up the non-title victory as he heads towards his next title defense at Territorial Invasion.
(TLA is back to his feet as the referee hands TLA the Answers World Championship and raises his arm in victory.)
Gavin Kirkland: I feel bad for Roberto. First, his Familia was chased away from ringside. Then he fought his heart out to win and he couldn’t get it done tonight. That sucks.
Eve: I can give credit where credit is due. Roberto took the Champion to his limit in this match, but he can easily regroup and be ready for the next match.
Deadprez: That’s true. Roberto showed he is going to be a force on Showdown, but it is the Answers World Champion who leaves victorious. Congr–
(As TLA goes to leave the ring, Harper Lee sneaks into the ring AND CLOBBERS TLA IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD!)
Eve: WHAT THE HELL?!? HARPER LEE FROM BEHIND AS SHE IS JUST BEATING DOWN THE ANSWERS WORLD CHAMPION RIGHT NOW!
Gavin Kirkland: She was patient long enough and now she is going to make her statement here and now against the Answers World Champion AS TLA STARTS TO FIGHT BACK AND RYAN WILSON IS ENTERING THE RING!
Deadprez: Ryan is pulling Harper Lee away from TLA and clocks her with a right hand AND TLA CLOCKS RYAN WILSON AS WELL AS RULER ROLLS INTO THE RING AND TAKES THE ANSWERS WORLD CHAMPION DOWN!
Eve: GOOD GAWD! WE HAVE A MELEE GOING ON IN THE RING AS THE CHAMPION AND HIS FUTURE CHALLENGERS ARE JUST BEATING THE HELL OUT OF EACH OTHER!
Gavin Kirkland: AND THE CROWD ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT! THEY LOVE WATCHING FIGHTS LIKE THIS GO DOWN! THEY ALL WANT TO PROVE THEIR POINT BEFORE TERRITORIAL INVASION!
(The four competitors are still fighting as security starts running down the entrance ramp and sliding into the ring to try and break up this fight… much to the dismay of the crowd who are booing the security for breaking things up.)
Deadprez: Here comes the security to break this mess up in the ring. It’s about time. Were they on a coffee break or something?
Gavin Kirkland: Maybe they should have taken a few extra minutes so these four could beat the hell out of each other a little longer.
Crowd: LET THEM FIGHT! LET THEM FIGHT! LET THEM FIGHT! LET THEM FIGHT!
Eve: Listen to this crowd! They want more! They wanna see these four beat the hell out of each other some more.
Deadprez: Well, they will have plenty of time to fight more as they head towards the Answers World Championship match at Territorial Invasion. Things are just starting to heat up between these four.
(The final shot shows security trying to break up all four competitors while the crowd is still chanting “LET THEM FIGHT” as the Champion and his three challengers are still fighting to beat the hell out of each other as the camera cuts to the last commercial break.)
(As Showdown returns from Commercial break, “7 Rings” by Ariana Grande starts to play throughout the arena as the crowd stands up and gets a mixed reviews. Veena Adams slowly walks out holding the National Elite Championship. She doesn’t waste any time and gets into the ring looking lovely as ever.)
Deadprez: Here is the team captain for the Wargames and Kennedy Street felt like she picked the right person to lead this team into the Wargames and territorial Invasion, and after what we heard last night from Dynasty, it looks like they are putting together New Eden again, we are talking about Drake King, Myles, and Minerva ALL three Hall of Famers and we all know that Voltage is going to put together a strong team as well, Kennedy chose Veena because she is savvy, smart, and has become one of the biggest stars in the EAW on Showdown the last three seasons.
Eve: I think it was a brilliant pick, and Veena wants to win, she has a chip on her shoulder because people doubted her for years and now she is in the spotlight. Veena as a champion, this is the first time she has been in a Main Event situation on one of the big Four MLE’s this year.
Gavin Kirkland: You are looking at the fastest rising Elitists the last three seasons, she is beautiful, agile, charismatic and more talented than anyone ever gave her credit. Let’s not forget, like Charlie Marr, she took Milli Banks as her first partner, with one left to grab.
(Veena gets in the ring, she walks around the ring for a moment, holding a mic and the championship over her shoulder, dressed like only Veena could as the theme dies down.)
Veena Adams: Los Angeles!
(The Los Angeles crowd starts to cheer loudly.)
Veena Adams: I totally love LA… for the most part. Anyways, before I begin, The Beverly Hills lifestyle is certainly for me. Inglewood not so much, but Rodeo Drive, totally love it! Now that is said, allow me to introduce to you right now the first member of Team Showdown Brand Warfare, the Universal Women’s Champion…. MILLI BANKS!
(The crowd stands up and erupts in cheers as ‘Changed It’ by Nicki Minaj feat. Lil Wayne starts to play. Milli Banks slowly walks out and does her dance, she holds up the Universal Women’s Championship before making her way to the ring.)
Deadprez: Milli Banks is here, and she was chosen last week to be on the Wargames Team! And now she is out here with Veena Adams and talk about two of the top women in the EAW, you are talking about these two!
Eve: Milli Banks is on a roll, and we all know that tonight Veena was going to mention who would be the third member of the War Games team was because like Charlie Marr, she is wasting no time to allow everyone to know exactly which team has the edge.
Gavin Kirkland: Dynasty already played their hand with the reformation at least for one night of New Eden thanks to the Gawd Contract, Veena knows that she has one of the toughest duos that she will be facing and needs to put the best team forward.
(Milli Banks makes it into the ring with a mic in hand as well, she nods to Veena who smirks, she then poses again as her theme dies down.)
Veena Adams: I already have chosen the Universal Women’s Champion as my first partner, and now I am out here to pick my second. Here I was thinking of who would be the best third member of our team, and yes, even talked to Milli about it while getting our nails done. No, we are not friends, but we understand each other right now and for the better of the brand, we are in this together, though I am the Captain!
(Milli rolls her eyes and smirks, but she speaks.)
Milli Banks: Veena is right, we saw what happened last night on Dynasty, New Eden has reformed for War Games, and we can’t think of three more dangerous people than them. I know Minerva and I have unfinished business after Pain For Pride, Myles is the current World Heavyweight Champion who I have a receipt for, Drake King is still one of the best in this company, but what we have right now is the hottest wrestler in the EAW… Veena Adams.
Veena Adams: Like hottest ever!
Milli Banks: And we have the current Universal Women’s Champion who I myself have been on a roll, and we still know that Voltage is probably going to put one of the best teams together as well with their talent pool. So, Veena and I had to find the best partner and we came to the same conclusion.
(Veena takes a second before she continues to speak.)
Veena Adams: So, we decided to take someone that we feel has so much at stake in this match, and is the only person that wants to pay back his last brand for what they did they did to him. Our third partner……. BRONSON DANIELS!
(The crowd stands up and cheers as “My War” by Shinsei Kamattechan starts to play throughout the arena. Bronson Daniels comes out and points at the crowd while the fans cheer louder. He high fives some making his way toward the ring.)
Deadprez: BRONSON DANIELS IS THE THIRD MEMBER AND TALK ABOUT A STACKED TEAM! VEENA ADAMS SAID THAT SHE CHOSE A PERSON WHO HAD SO MUCH TO GAIN AND HERE HE IS! DYNASTY WAS OVERTHROWN AND MANY BLAME HIM FOR IT AND BRONSON DANIELS ALSO BLAMES HIMSELF, NEVER BEING THE SAME!
Eve: THERE IS NO ONE BETTER, BECAUSE HE IS SOMEONE THAT WANTS A CHANCE TO FIGHT FOR HIS BRAND AND TO GO UP AGAINST DYNASTY! GREAT CHOICE!
Gavin Kirkland: TALK ABOUT A TEAM TO BEAT, DYNASTY RAISED THE STAKES AND WE MATCH THEM!
(Bronson gets in the ring, he hugs Milli Banks, then goes to shake Veena’s who is like, no, but smiles and pats him on the back. He shrugs his shoulders and grabs the mic as his theme does down.)
Bronson Daniels: NOTHING MAKES ME HAPPIER RIGHT NOW!
(The LA Crowd is electric and cheers)
Bronson Daniels: But I am going to keep my excitement to a minimum as I am honored to wrestle for Showdown at War Games with these two lovely women against the best that Dynasty and Voltage have. And I know that my time in Dynasty did not end how I wanted it to, But now I get the chance to make things right…. For one brand…. SHOWDOWN! I started here, and I am going to end here. War Games… we are coming for one thing… VICTORY.
(As the fans cheer, Veena smiles and tilts her head.)
Veena Adams: Toodles!
(“7 Rings” by Ariana Grande starts to play as Veena Adams winks, holding up her National Elite Championship, Milli as well stands next to her holding up her Universal Women’s Championship, and Bronson Daniels stands on the other side of Veena as Team Showdown War Games stands complete.)
Eve: Showdown has put their team together! They are ready to enter that double steel cage and bring it all home!
Gavin Kirkland: They really have, and Bronson Daniels is the luckiest man alive!
Deadprez: What an incredible night we have had here tonight! Showdown’s Brand Warfare and War Games teams are set! We are ready for war! For Gavin Kirkland and Eve, I am Deadprez, thank you for joining us and we will see you next week! Goodnight everyone!
