(EAW Intro Plays)
(Showdown opens up with a recap of last week, where Silas Mason joined forces with Harper Lee and Answers World Champion, Donovan Duke in a dangerous alliance. Milli Banks was invited to Voltage by Bea Valentine. Nikki Kimura and Ryan Joseph Wilson scored some huge wins while Ruler confronted Alana and took his own steps to make a statement. Kennedy tried to find out who the masked person was, TLA and Ryan formed a tag team to go after the British invasion and the Unified Tag Team Championships. Miku Sakai was able to defeat Sorn and then got herself involved in the National Elite Championship picture making it a Triple Threat at Reasonable Doubt, finally Kennedy Street made it official, as Donovan Duke must now defend the Answers World Championship against Harper Lee, Jon Kelton, and Bronson Daniels in an Iron Scramble at Reasonable Doubt in a blockbuster announcement to end the show.
(The recap ends, and it is replaced with the song “Brick Wall” by a Day to Remember, as the camera pans around the inside of The Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. Fireworks are shooting out of the stage and the whole crowd can be seen cheering and being excited for the show. The camera ends up panning over to the commentary table with Deadprez, Eve and Gavin Kirkland as the commentators start talking.)
Deadprez: We are here and one week closer to Reasonable Doubt! We already have some huge matches announced and I know that Kennedy Street is not done yet! We have a huge show packed for you tonight with a big tag team Main Event as Elysium takes on common enemies Cody Maverick and the National Elite Champion, SOSA Henderson.
Eve: That is not all, we know that Ryan Wilson and TLA invited former Showdown Elitists the Unified Tag Team Champions, the British Invasion here! We also have some newcomers debuting and we will find out the fallout from last week leading into Reasonable Doubt!
Gavin Kirkland: The Hellcat is back on Showdown!? That makes my night, but we have Silas Mason already in the ring and we are going to get this started!
(“Hail to the King” by Avenged Sevenfold is playing throughout the arena as Silas is already in the ring with mic in hand. His music starts to fade.)
Silas Mason: I have always had a respect for Kennedy Street.
(The crowd is showering him in boos.)
Silas Mason: I remember when she had just turned 18 years old and started wrestling, following after her sisters footsteps, and the legacy the family brought to the sport. They were a reason I came into the business, because the first wrester I ever managed was her cousin, Kelcey Wallace, one of the greatest female performers of all time and it was I who took her to the World Championship. ME! Alana Starr was a cute, and incredible athlete, but no one ever gave her the chance to be a World Champion…. BUT I DID!
(The crowd continues to boo loudly.)
Silas Mason: I then took Kennie, when this entire industry disrespected her, when they called her a Sports Entertainer and NOT a wrestler, I took that beautiful young woman and made HER a World Champion! There is a reason why she brought me here to the EAW and Showdown, why she asked me to come and be a part of something special, and that was to find talent for the Showdown brand, and grab some of these others that needed guidance like Nikki Kimura and make them CHAMPIONS. And guess what? I DID THAT!
(As the crowd continues to boo him, Silas turns to the camera and speaks.)
Silas Mason: And with he landscape in the EAW and Showdown the way it is, what did I do? I went to Harper Lee, a World Champion caliber wrestler that just needed that nudge. I went to Donovan Duke, another world caliber athlete, and gave him that nudge. Ladies and Gentlemen, I want you all to look at the Tron.
(Suddenly footage plays of Donovan Duke heading to the back at Road to Redemption after losing the Iron Man match with Cody Maverick. We see none other than Silas Mason standing there as he then says something to Donovan and leads him away off camera. The footage then changes to Harper Lee in Medical getting check on by when it then shows Silas Mason slowly walk in and close the door behind him.)
(It turns back to Silas as the crowd continues to boo.)
Silas Mason: See, what I did was help these two change the landscape of Showdown. No longer were they going to be players… but THE players on this brand, and I feel a little perplexed as I went ahead and did exactly what I was asked to do including scouting new talent, and this is how I am treated by a woman that I know better than all of you both in and out of the ring. At Reasonable Doubt MY clients are now forced to defend the title that they should have had a one on one match which would have been a classic and they insert Jon Kelton who will NEVER finish the damn story and Bronson Daniels who already became the Answers World Champion, both who lost at King of Elite and now get shots AGAIN!?
(He shakes his head as the crowd continues to boo loudly.)
Silas Mason: But This time it is NOT going to work, and Kennedy, you disappoint me, as you should know by now that all I have is in the best interest of Showdown. So, without further ado, let me go ahead and introduce at this time…. The ANSWERS WORLD CHAMPION and the Number One Contender to the title…. DONOVAN DUKE AND HARPER LEE!
(“Enemy” by From Ashes to New starts to play throughout the arena. The crowd explodes in even more boos as Donovan Duke walks out with Harper Lee. He holds the Answers World Championship in hand as he makes his way to the ring and shakes Silas hands, Harper hugs Silas as they both stand next to the manager who hands her the mic as the theme starts to die down..)
Harper Lee: Can you all please shit up for a moment and let the adults speak.
(The crowd boos.)
Harper Lee: The main event was set, and yet here we are, with Jon Kelton and Bronson Daniels getting shots at titles that they already lost their matches is bogus and everyone knows it. So now, we are forced into a situation that is way beyond our control and in fairness it is NOT in any way indicative of true justice because WE should be having our one on one and keeping it within The World! But nooooo…. Let’s screw with Harper and Donovan because it is fun. This match was stolen from us but what excuse will they come up with next time when it doesn’t go their way!?
Donovan Duke: Simple, they will cry about it and get another shot and another shot but none of that will work! I AM THE ANSWERS WORLD CHAMPION and HARPER LEE IS THE NUMBER ONE CONTENDER! I don’t know what is more obvious that that and here you are trying to make it seem like we did something wrong when WE DID NOT! But you see, Silas Mason is a smart man, I am a great wrestler, and Harper Lee is one of the most dangerous women in this company, and yet you want to pin OUR backs to the wall!?
Crowd: A**HOLE!!!! A**HOLE!!!! A**HOLE!!!!
(Donovan shakes off the rudeness of the crowd though.)
Donovan Duke: NO! Because you see, ay Reasonable Doubt, both Harper and I are going to draw the chalk line on the very canvas that you two dimwits feel can outwrestle us and for ONE hour, ONE hour both Harper and I are going to have our fun and when it is over!? WE will be walking out with THE Answers World Championship!
(Donovan drops the mic as he and Harper both look at one another and nod. Silas claps while “Enemy” starts to play throughout the arena as the crowd boos them almost out of the building.)
Deadprez: And the statement is made, Donovan Duke and Harper Lee are looking for one thing and that is to make sure that they survive the Iron Scramble. Can they though is the question.
Eve: That match is so unpredictable that it will be hard for anyone to claim their right to a title that could be bounced around for a full hour.
Gavin Kirland: The question is, will Elysium implode? Will Silas World implode? We are about to find out!
(Donovan Duke poses with the Answers World Championship while Harper Lee just leans against the ropes and smiles. Silas looks on with a smile on his face as the scene fades into a commercial break.)
Gina Romano: THE FOLLOWING MATCH IS SCHEDULED FOR ONE FALL!
Crowd: ONE FALL!
(‘Genie In A Bottle’ by Christina Aguilera begins to play through the speakers. Grace De Luca comes out from the back. She comes off as sassy and confident with each step. She poses on the top ramp before making her way down the ramp.)
Gina Romano: INTRODUCING FIRST…FROM LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA…SHE IS ‘THE PARADIGM OF PERFECTION’…GRACE DE LUCA!
( “Taking What’s Not Yours” by TV Girl plays on the speakers, as a very grizzled woman comes out from the entrance, with a sinister smile and then admiring the crowd around her.)
Gina Romano: INTRODUCING FIRST, FROM CASPER, WYOMING! WEIGHING IN AT 137 LBS! SALLY!
DING! DING! DING!
Gavin Kirkland: The match is underway, and both these women are looking to get some momentum, starting this match with a test of strength and locking up in the middle of the ring! Grace manages to get Sally to step back, but Sally is not backing down- THROWING GRACE TO THE MAT! Grace was seemingly surprised by Sally’s strength, not expecting to get pressed like that.
Eve: Well, it’s to be expected; Grace can’t let looks deceive her. People in EAW look like they can be walked over until you try to do it. Then suddenly, you’re in a battle you aren’t sure you can win.
Deadprez: We have seen that a lot, even from the company’s most skilled and competent people.
Gavin Kirkland: Grace rolls to the side, getting back to her feet, shaking off that unexpected show of power from Sally. But Sally is already closing the distance! Grace ducks under a wild swing and counters with a sharp forearm to the jaw! Sally stumbles back, and Grace follows up with a knee to the midsection before grabbing her head SNAPMARE TAKEDOWN!
Eve: Grace is using her speed to take control here, keeping Sally grounded for now. She follows it up with a stiff kick to the back! And another! Sally flinches, but she’s pushing herself back up— only for Grace to hit the ropes and come back with a BASEMENT DROPKICK to the face!
Deadprez: Grace showing some aggression early on, but Sally is already stirring. Grace is quick to grab her by the hair, dragging her back up— BUT SALLY STRIKES BACK WITH A HARD RIGHT HAND! That rocked Grace! Sally is on her feet now, and she’s laying in those clubbing blows, forcing Grace back into the corner!
Gavin Kirkland: Sally with a grin on her face as she grabs Grace and whips her across the ring— BUT GRACE REVERSES! Sally is sent into the turnbuckles instead! Grace charges in BUT SALLY GETS A BOOT UP! That caught Grace right on the chin! Grace staggers back AND SALLY EXPLODES OUT OF THE CORNER WITH A RUNNING LARIAT!
Eve: That just took Grace down hard! Sally isn’t wasting time either, dragging Grace back up by the arm and pulling her in SHORT-ARM CLOTHESLINE! But she doesn’t let go! Sally pulls her up again ANOTHER SHORT-ARM CLOTHESLINE! And now a THIRD for good measure!
Deadprez: Grace is dazed, and Sally is reveling in the moment! She lets out a guttural yell before lifting Grace up onto her shoulders COULD BE LOOKING FOR A DEATH VALLEY DRIVER— BUT GRACE SLIPS OUT BEHIND HER!
Gavin Kirkland: Grace lands on her feet AND IMMEDIATELY DROPS SALLY WITH A RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP! That was a quick counter! Grace rolls through and transitions into a cover!

Eve: Not enough to keep Sally down just yet, but Grace is staying on the attack. She hooks the arms LOOKING FOR A STRAIGHTJACKET NECKBREAKER BUT SALLY POWERS OUT!
Deadprez: Grace stumbles forward, and Sally catches her BELLY-TO-BELLY SUPLEX! Grace is sent flying! Sally sits up, with a smile, she stalks toward Grace!
Gavin Kirkland: Sally isn’t wasting a second, grabbing Grace by the hair and dragging her to her feet! She whips Grace into the ropes—Grace rebounds—AND SALLY GOES FOR A BIG BOOT! BUT GRACE DUCKS UNDER!
Eve: Grace keeps running, hitting the ropes again—SPRINGBOARD CROSSBODY! NO SALLY CATCHES HER IN MID-AIR!
Deadprez: Look at the power! Sally hoists Grace up AND SLAMS HER DOWN WITH A FALLAWAY SLAM! Grace crashes hard, rolling toward the corner, clutching her back!
Gavin Kirkland: Sally is in full control now, stalking toward Grace with that eerie grin still on her face. She grabs Grace and pulls her up, trapping her in the corner—AND STARTS RAINING DOWN SHOULDER THRUSTS INTO THE MIDSECTION!
Eve: Grace is getting the wind driven out of her! Sally backs up for momentum AND CHARGES IN WITH A CORNER CLOTHESLINE!
Deadprez: Grace slumps against the turnbuckles, dazed! Sally isn’t done she grabs her by the head, pulling her in AND CONNECTS WITH A SWINGING NECKBREAKER! Grace is down again, and Sally hooks the leg for the cover!

GRACE KICKS OUT!
Gavin Kirkland: Sally looks amused rather than frustrated she enjoys dishing out punishment! She sits Grace up and immediately locks in a rear chin lock, wrenching back on the neck!
Eve: Smart move here, wearing Grace down, keeping her grounded. Grace is reaching out, trying to fight out of it she’s throwing elbows into Sally’s ribs!
Deadprez: Those shots are landing! Grace manages to slip out SHE SPINS BEHIND SALLY AND DELIVERS A SNAP GERMAN SUPLEX!
Gavin Kirkland: BUT SALLY POPS RIGHT BACK UP!!
Eve: That didn’t keep her down, but Grace sees it! She charges forward BIG RUNNING FOREARM SMASH! Sally staggers but stays on her feet! Grace fires another forearm! And another!
Deadprez: Grace is lighting her up! She spins ROUNDHOUSE KICK TO THE HEAD! Sally is wobbling! Grace grabs her DDT!! SALLY IS SPIKED RIGHT ON HER HEAD!
Gavin Kirkland: Grace scrambles into the cover!

SALLY KICKS OUT AGAIN!
Eve: This is turning into a battle of endurance! Grace is getting to her feet, breathing heavily, but she’s not stopping! She pulls Sally up AND DRIVES HER INTO THE MAT WITH A SNAP DRAGON SUPLEX! Sally is folded up!
Deadprez: Grace isn’t going for the cover this time she’s heading to the ropes, looking to take a risk! She climbs the turnbuckles, perching on the top rope SHE’S TAKING FLIGHT— DIVING MISSILE DROPKICK!
Gavin Kirkland: SHE NAILS IT! SALLY GOES DOWN HARD! Grace is back in control, but this match is far from over!
Gavin Kirkland: Both women are feeling out and trying to figure each other out. Wait… who is that at ringside?
( The camera pans and shows Ruler standing outside the ring, staring at the two women in the ring. The official came out and told them to leave the ringside area. He looked at the official, and then, out of nowhere, a bunch of Druids started to pop out of the crowd. )
Eve: Ruler and his Druids?! Oh, come on, was attacking Milli Banks not enough for him? He got to get involved with this match as well!
Deadprez: I don’t like this!
( Ruler would push the official out of the way! Getting into the ring and his Druids following! Grace tried to run, but both women got caught! The Druids are grouping up on them and stomping them out! )
DING! DING! DING!
Gavin Kirkland: Ruler watching as his Druids beat up Grace and Sally! This match is going to go into a no contest but that’s the least of these women worry. The Druids wail on them, not letting up!
( Ruler raises his hand, making the Druids stop. He grabs underneath the ring and pulls out a sledgehammer, sliding into the ring! While Grace has the chance, she slides out of the ring and runs into the crowd! Jumping over the barricade and booking it, looking back. While the Druids looked like they wanted to follow after them. He tells them to stand down, pointing at Sally. )
Eve: Grace might’ve been able to get away but Sally isn’t so lucky! What are they planning?!
( The Druids grabbing Sally by the arms, holding her steady and keeping her down on her knees! Ruler walked behind her, cranking back… )
WHACK!
Deadprez: A SLEDGEHAMMER TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD! OH MY GOD! That could paralyze someone! Ruler needs to be stopped!
Gavin Kirkland: I don’t think he’s done…
( Ruler stands over her and SLAMS the sledgehammer down on the neck of Sally! At the point Sally was motionless, Ruler standing over her with his Druids. The crowd booed, taking a seat as the medicals came to ringside but was too scared to enter. )
Eve: Ruler has sent a message that I am sure nobody will forget, making sure everybody knows there isn’t any length he isn’t willing to go.
( The camera shows Sally, head bleeding — blood leaking to the mat. It then pans to Ruler, sitting motionless, emotionless, and the scene fades to black. )
(The camera fades backstage where Roberto De La Rosa is shown walking alone.)
Roberto De La Rosa: Orale you know that Ryan Wilson ain’t beat me last week. Nah you are a winner. Un ganador!
(Roberto De La Rosa sees a Canadian flag backstage and begins to seethe.)
Roberto De La Rosa: Should burn this shit. That will show Ryan. He cheated anyway!
(Roberto De La Rosa kicks a trash can over as he continues to make his way through the backstage area.)
???: He’s coming. I better make myself look cool to impress him.
(Roberto De La Rosa is shown talking to himself as he walks around backstage psyching himself up. Eventually he turns a corner and stops with an annoyed look on his face.)
Roberto De La Rosa: Háblame cabrón. ¿Qué quieres?
(The camera pans around to show Silas Mason who is leaning against the wall with his arms crossed trying to strike an impressive looking pose but failing with a shit-eating grin on his face. The crowd in the arena boos loudly as he is shown and unfolds his arms walking up to Roberto De La Rosa.)
Silas Mason: Calm down amigo. Roberto come on you should hear me out and realize that we could be good buddies around here on Showdown.
Roberto De La Rosa: No me interesa pendejo.
Silas Mason: Don’t be like that. I figured that you would want to do what I just did for you.
Roberto De La Rosa: I want nothing from you buey. Fuck outta here.
Silas Mason: Okay. But I want something from you buey!
Roberto De La Rosa: …
Silas Mason: You see Roberto… we have a little problem. It is very clear and it should be clear to you. You need help Roberto and I am going to do you a favor mi amigo!
Roberto De La Rosa: Chinga tu madre pinche gringo.
Silas Mason: Roberto please. Por favor mi amigo. Just listen to me! I already DID you a favor. It’s a done deal! So you should listen to what I have to say! As a token of good faith. No obligations. Just to show you what kind of man I am. I am no pinche gringo I am a good man.
Roberto De La Rosa: What did you do? I swear if you did something to fuck me over… I will slap the shit out of you.
(Roberto De La Rosa corners Silas Mason into a corner looking like things are about to get violent. Some EAW officials are shown walking by and whispering and possibly notifying security that an incident is about to take place in the backstage area.)
Silas Mason: No no no it’s nothing like that. You are a former Hardcore Champion right? The greatest days of your career were when you held that championship! So I have put my considerable talent backstage to good use. I have arranged for you to face Solomon Stane at Reasonable Doubt for the Hardcore Championship! You will have the chance to regain it amigo!
(Roberto De La Rosa looks shocked as Silas Mason smiles and nods at him. Silas nods faster before he begins to speak again.)
Silas Mason: See! I’m a good guy! I can tell you are just going to love it and you are going to go and get that gold back! No need to even thank me. I do this purely out of the goodness of my heart! But I know you are silently thanking me so… You’re welcome!
(Silas Mason cautiously slips out under the arm of Roberto De La Rosa who is still looking shocked. Roberto turns around as Silas leaves and is shown looking deep in thought and contemplation as the camera fades elsewhere.)
(The camera fades to ringside where Jordan Perkins and Johann Black are already in the ring with their entrances having aired during the commercial break.)
Gavin Kirkland: Damn. The production crew is mad disrespectful.
(DING! DING! DING!)
Eve: The match begins as Jordan Perkins rushes out of the corner and hits a Dropkick on Johann Black! Jordan catches him off guard and immediately grabs Johann by the arm and whips him down to the mat with an Arm Drag. Johann flips over through it but Jordan sweeps the leg out from under him and cartwheels on top of him with a knee drop to the face. Jordan then sweeps the leg of Johann as he tries to flip himself over and instead flips him over onto his back for the cover!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!
Referee: THRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!
Deadprez: Holy shit was that it?!?!? No! It looks like the referee is clarifying that it was only a two count! I think the bell ringer was even about to ring the bell there! We might need to see a replay of that fall because I really think Jordan had him there.
(A replay is shown showing that Jordan Perkins did not in fact win the match but it was damn close.)
Eve: Both men are back up now as the referee is insisting it was a two count. Johann Black throws two fingers in the air and parades around the ring clearly proud that he was able to kick out. But now he knows that Jordan Perkins is willing to bust out some real unconventional offense out here to get the job done.
Deadprez: Both men get back up in the ring and they lock up slowly this time as Johann goes for the leg of Jordan but Jordan manages to avoid him. They lock up again as Johann targets the arm and shoulder of Jordan trying to yank him down to the mat. But Jordan maintains his footing and uses his strength to throw Johann down to the mat. They roll across the ring still locking up until they end up in the ropes and the referee orders the break.
Gavin Kirkland: They let go and fall to the outside of the ring as the referee begins the ten count. They are now brawling outside the ring and throwing shots at each other.
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE!
(CLANG)
Eve: What the hell?!?!?!
Deadprez: Who the hell is that?!?!
Eve: Someone just jumped out of the crowd with a steel chair and took out both of these wrestlers!!!
Deadprez: It’s that masked motherfucker!
Gavin Kirkland: Someone take the mask off! We want to know who it is!
Eve: That is disrespectful to the lucha tradition Gavin smh.
Deadprez: But the masked individual is not done yet! They are bashing in the brains of both Jordan Perkins and Johann Black with the chair! And now driving the chair into their necks repeatedly causing blood to pour out from both of them!
Eve: The referee has seen enough and is calling for the bell!
(DING! DING! DING!)
Deadprez: This match has clearly been thrown out as both Jordan Perkins and Johann Black are left in a pool of their own blood. But it looks like the masked person is not done yet!
(The masked individual pulls out a sledgehammer from beneath the ring.)
Eve: Oh god! No! This is getting too dangerous! We need some help out here!
Deadprez: Who is this sick son of a bitch!?!?
Gavin Kirkland: Or daughter of a bitch. We don’t know their gender Dead please stop assuming.
(The masked individual brings the sledgehammer down directly on the forehead of Johann Black. There is a loud crunching noise as the crowd goes silent looking on in horror at what has just occurred.)
Eve: NO! JOHANN IS DEAD!
Gavin Kirkland: I wonder if he got CTE from that.
Deadprez: I think that might have caused more than CTE. They could literally have just killed this man or left him a vegetable as a best case scenario!
(The masked individual then grabs a cinder block from under the ring and goes up to the apron. They jump off the apron driving the cinder block down right onto the back of the skull of Jordan Perkins shattering it completely right over the back of his head/neck.)
Eve: No! Perkins moved out of the way!!! Perkins gets back up and begins throwing shots at the face of the masked individual.
Deadprez: Come on! Do we really have no security? This was a completely unprovoked attack! This person whoever they are should be locked up in jail!
(Suddenly security makes their way down to the ring but the masked individual jumps into the audience and manages to escape. Security is briefly shown on camera footage looking for them backstage but they are nowhere to be found. Jordan Perkins is seen being grabbed by security as well and dragged backstage and thrown out of the arena.)
Gavin Kirkland: We gotta know who it is!
Eve: I am curious too Gavin but I think we have more pressing matters. One of these young and talented superstars just had their careers completely ended! And the other thrown out of the building! Do they really deserve that?
Deadprez: I guess they didn’t come prepared for that kind of assault this week. But now Black might not be prepared to ever walk or wrestle again!
(Johann Black is shown being taken away on stretchers as the camera cuts to a commercial.)
(A “Don’t Try This At Home” advertisement airs featuring a number of rich and famous EAW Elitists who got their break in the industry via footage of their backyard wrestling stunts.)
(Backstage we see Kyra Phillips.)
Kyra Philips: Ladies and Gentlemen, I am standing here with the Specialist Champion Nikki Kimura, who not too long ago was able to retain her Championship against Soari Aizen after a hard-fought victory. It’s great to have you here once again.
Nikki Kimura: The honor is all mine; I don’t have to say I am proud of what I have done as Champion. Every time I walk down that ramp, it shows that I am a Champion who puts this title first. That means facing the most demanding challenges and giving it my all as a Champion. That means being the best when nobody thinks I have it in me. This title represents the mark of a workhorse, and no matter who holds this belt, they have to honor that lineage. I have done a great job at doing so, and I appreciate Saori despite all that has been said that week leading up to our match. I appreciate Saori for giving me the challenge that I hoped to get out of this defense. I hope that down the line, we can run things back but for right now — I am looking on to my next challenger who is going to give me that next great challenge.
Kyra Philips: That’s great to hear but I do have to address the elephant in the room, seeing as Silas Mason isn’t here. There has been a bunch of controversy surrounding him as of late — as there seems to be every single day. His involvement with Donovan and Harper Lee, his supposed involvement with the Masked Men. What do you make of this? I mean you do say he is like a mentor to you but history is showing. That he’s not has…noble that you see him to be.
( Nikki Kimura rolls her eyes. )
Nikki Kimura: How come every time I do an interview I have to talk about Silas? I mean, don’t you guys want to know what I had for breakfast or what my favorite video games are? It’s always Silas this, Silas Mason that.

Nikki Kimura: Listen, Silas Mason is a good manager. He helped me become Champion, that is undeniable. He pushed me to a level that I have never been before. A level that nobody thought I could reach, but him. I respect him for that and there is nothing that is going to change the admiration I have for him. Without Mason, I would have still been another face in the sea of women on Showdown. Silas saw something in me, he saw greatness and I have proven him right every time I get into that ring. I know he is busy with other manager stuff, that is his business and I have talked to him. He told me not to worry about it, so I won’t. I got to put this title first and that means, I have to find another opponent to defend this against. Whether that’s someone from here, Dynasty, or Voltage — it doesn’t matter. I’ll take them on and I’ll knock them down all the same. With or without Silas in my corner. Cause I am a fighting Champion and to be a Specialist Champion, you need to always put your money where your mouth is…
( Just as Nikki was going to continue, walking into frame was Brianna Hill with a smile on her face. She doesn’t look at Nikki first but the title, then turning her attention to Kimura. )
Brianna Hill: Fine speech, and I happen to agree with a lot of the things you said. You have shown to be a competent Champion, you took it off of the hottest up and coming woman in the company. Then proceeded to defend it against Saori who was just as hungry. You have gone from a little sprout, to a flower really fast. I am proud of you. However, you aren’t the only one that has been growing these couple months. After winning that Extreme Enigma Battle Royale, making it all the way to the Semi Final round of Empress of Elite. I realized that I have a lot more to give, that I have been holding myself back with a loser mentality. I am a winner, I am a CHAMPION. So I also agree with the statement that you need another challenger for that belt. Who better than to take it off your hands, then Brianna Hill.
( Kimura smirks. )
Nikki Kimura: You have certainly become a lot bolder than before, we have faced each other so many times that we know each other like the back of our hands. So, you know what. One more match wouldn’t hurt, to show just how much we have grown. At Reasonable Doubt, I say would be a perfect stage to show that.
( Brianna Hill nods, placing her hand on the title and then looking at Kimura. )
Brianna Hill: Keep that title warm for me.
( As Brianna walks off, Silas Mason comes into frame confused by the exchange. )
Silas Mason: Sorry I was late, I was handling some things…what was that about? Is Brianna Hill threatening you?
Nikki Kimura: No, she said she wanted a Specialist Championship match at Reasonable Doubt and I thought it was perfect, so I set it up.
Silas Mason: Oh that’s nice- WAIT! YOU WHAT?!
Nikki Kinura: Set up the match. There is your headline Kyra, at Reasonable Doubt it’s going to be Brianna Hill vs Nikki Kimura for the Specialist Championship! Another opportunity to prove that I am one of the best Champions in this division. I need to get to training, thanks for the interview!
( Nikki Kimura walks away pleased with herself while Silas looked noticeable frustrated, taking off his sunglasses and rubbing his eyes. )
Kyra Philips: Well you heard it here first, Brianna Hill takes on Nikki Kimura for her Specialist Championship at Reasonable Doubt! Any thoughts on that, Silas?
( Silas puts his glasses back on and looks at Kyra, shaking his head before walking out of frame. )
Kyra Philips: Guess not…
(As the scene fades to ringside)
(The camera fades to Gina Romano as she introduces the next match.)
Gina Romano: The following contest is scheduled for ONE fall! Introducing first from Montréal, Québec, Canada. Weighing in at 225 pounds… accompanied to the ring by TLA! RYAN JOSEPH WILSON!!!
( Olé by The Bouncing Souls plays over the sound system of the arena and the fans erupt in cheers as Ryan Joseph Wilson appears on stage looking pumped and ready for a fight! TLA walks with him as Ryan high-fives fans as he moves closer to ringside, takes the occasional selfie with members of the crowd before moving past one of the cameramen and saying to the camera ‘Let’s Fucking GO!’ and walks on the ring apron. Respectfully wipes his boots and goes through the ropes before moving to a corner, climbing on the turnbuckle, and rousing the crowd up yell ”OLÉÉÉÉÉ OLÉ OLÉ OLÉÉÉÉÉ!!!” along with the song as the fans chant as well. )
Deadprez: We saw Ryan Jospeh Wilson and TLA make a tag team, they want those Unified Tag Team Championships, and I am sure they are going to do their best to get them, but The British Invasion is one of the hottest teams in the EAW right now! But what we do know is that Ryna and TLA want to make a statement!
Eve: That is true, but we all know that these women are dangerous, and at the same time, he has a huge match with Brianna Hill in a few moments. And it looks like he has something to say.
Gavin Kirkland: Looks like he does and nobody cares.
(Ryan paces the ring while TLA stands in the corner. He is handed the mic.)
Ryan Joseph Wilson: COLUMBUS, OHIO!!! … What’s My Name???’
Crowd: RJW!!!!! RJW!!!! RJW!!!!
Ryan Joseph Wilson: And what am I!??
Crowd: THE WORKHORSE!!
Ryan Joseph Wilson: And what are TLA and I!?!
Crowd: THE HUSTLER’S ALLIANCE!
Ryan Joseph Wilson: And what are WE going to be!?
Crowd: THE UNIFIED TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!
Ryan Joseph Wilson: DAMN RIGHT!
(The crowd erupts in cheers.)
Ryan Joseph Wilson: TLA and I were talking in the back, and I know that The British Invasion is here tonight. After what happened last week on Voltage, I am sure that they are not too happy with Halsey losing a match but hey, shit happens. Look, in all seriousness, TLA and I want those titles, and after the matches we have had together, there is a respect here between the two of us that cannot be matched.
TLA: That is right homie, and look, we both have had good seasons you know, but TLA is never out of the loop with the quickness, and the Tag Team Championships sound like the perfect match for both of us, you know what I’m sayin’, and we have two mean cabronas in Halsey and Pandora, you know. Two women that can kick culo and at the same time beat the greatest tag team in the world to become Champions.
Ryan Joseph Wilson: That is right and since you ladies are back there and will be doing commentating in my match two night, please come out here.
(It doesn’t take very long as “Refuse, Resist” by Sepultura starts to play throughout the arena. The Showdown crowd remembers these two women as they slowly start to make their way through gorilla, when Pandora pauses for a second and is confronted by Jon Kelton of Elysium. Halsey looks over and is ready to step out when Jon leans in.)
Jon Kelton: Can we talk after the show.
(Pandora was caught off guard by this but she smiles and nods.)
Pandora Paisley: Yes, I would like that.
(Halsey pulls her now to the entranceway while Jon looks on. The crowd gives a mixed reaction as the two beautiful vixens walk out holding their titles proudly. They pose as the fireworks go off before heading to the ring.)
Gavin Kirkland: Okay…. What the hell was that!? Jon Kelton is trying to move in on my girl!?
Eve: Gavin, calm down. The British Invasion have returned to Showdown and this time as the Unified Tag team Champions, and they have come such a long way since winning the titles and they look to make another statement with Ryan and TLA and from what we have heard the challenge is for Reasonable Doubt.
Deadprez: They are here and will be joining us in the commentary booth! But have answered the call of Ryan Joseph Wilson!
(The British Invasion enters the ring with mics as the music dies out.)
Halsey Neel: We get it, you two are comfortable in thinking that together you are a formidable team and can defeat us. There is this stigma that suddenly we are this beatable tag team because we disposed of the Jaded Hearts. But in truth, that is far from it. See, we are the team to beat these days, love. We took out the best and then were put on the Pre-Show against two teams that quite frankly didn’t deserve the title shot, but we are fighting champions and have no reason not to defend them against you.
Pandora Paisley: We love the confidence and if I recall, last season, I pinned you TLA. I know that we are in the presence of a Hall of Fame legend and a man who has Main Evented Pain For Pride and won so many titles in the past. TLA is a name synonymous with the very best in the industry. Ryan Joseph Wilson on the other hand was a man that loved to stick his nose in me business when Devolution was around and loved to hang on the coattail’s of wrestlers like Xander Payne and Ms. Extreme. You and I have exchanged words in the past but if you want to step up to us, then by all means, mate, we welcome the challenge, but you two made ONE huge mistake, getting involved in Halsey’s match and costing her a win, and you have a receipt coming.
Halsey Neel: Now if you don’t mind, we’re going to do or comment on duties now.
(The British Invasion drops the mic and walks to the commentating booth as it cuts to a quick commercial break while TLA and Ryan Wilson look on with smiles on their faces.)
(We return from commercial break and we hear “Olé” by The Bouncing Souls playing as Ryan Joseph Wilson is getting prepared for his match with TLA standing at ringside before we hear Deadprez begin to speak.)
Deadprez: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to Showdown and Ryan Wilson is in the ring getting ready for singles action and we have also been joined at commentary by the EAW Unified Tag Team Champions, the British Invasion. Thank you for joining us.
Halsey Neel: We wouldn’t miss seeing this match for the world considering who is in it.
Pandora Paisley: Yeah. We’re always up for a little bit of laughter and we’ll definitely get it with this match.
Gavin Kirkland: Beauty and brains. I think we need these beauties on Showdown again. Anyways, let’s send it to Gina Romano for the introductions.

(Ryan’s entrance music fades off as the sounds of ‘Homecoming’ by Lil Uzi Vert start to play throughout the arena. Seconds later, the crowd’s reaction goes negative for the appearance of Brianna Hill. She is ready for action as she heads right to the ring.)
Gina Romano: Introducing her opponent! From Cancún, Mexico! Weighing 119 pounds. Here is “THE BUTTERFLY QUEEN” BRIANNA HILL!
Gavin Kirkland: More beauty coming to the ring in the form of Brianna Hill. Oh this is such a great show right now. I hope this match never ends so they all stay out here.
Pandora Paisley: We can only tolerate looking at and smelling a horse for so long. I hope this match ends quickly so we can laugh at Ryan’s embarrassment.
Eve: Brianna has her work cut out for her considering Ryan was in the final two of the Elimination Match at King of Elite and Brianna was the first eliminated. Better not say that too loudly.
Deadprez: Brianna Hill is looking to make up for the performance at King of Elite with a huge victory here tonight against a former champion in EAW. Will Brianna get a huge victory to make her statement or will Ryan show the British Invasion what they have to look forward to? We are about to find out.
(Brianna walks by TLA and rolls her eyes as she enters the ring. She takes her corner and does a few quick stretches as her entrance music fades off. The referee quickly checks both competitors before calling for the bell.)
(DING! DING! DING!)
Eve: Here we go! Singles action on the way as Brianna and Ryan lock up in the center of the ring before Ryan takes the early advantage with a side headlock BEFORE SNAPPING HER OVER AND TAKING HER TO THE GROUND!
Deadprez: Ryan has an all around arsenal and he is not afraid to use it at a moment’s notice and he will also need to watch out for the cunning tactics that Brianna brings to the table.
Pandora Paisley: As long as we don’t have to hear Ryan Wilson speak into a microphone again, I will be fine with that. Believe me.
Gavin Kirkland: Yeah he does get annoying to hear speak… AND BRIANNA WITH A KIP UP AND SHE IS BACK TO HER FEET AS SHE SLAPS RYAN ACROSS THE FACE!
Halsey Neel: Didn’t make him look any better that’s for sure. She better slap him again.
Deadprez: Ryan didn’t appreciate it at all AS HE GRABS BRIANNA AND HITS THE DOUBLE LEG TAKEDOWN AND RYAN IS JUST GROUNDING AND POUNDING ON HIS OPPONENT RIGHT NOW!
Eve: To the point where the referee was forced to start a count that right answers at four. Brianna is back to her feet AND RYAN CLOBBERS HER DOWN WITH A CLOTHESLINE!
Pandora Paisley: Yeah he’s really impressing us right now. Damn, Ryan is such a pain in the ass.
Gavin Kirkland: I agree! Brianna once again gets back to her feet and Ryan whips her to the ropes. Brianna comes back AS RYAN GOES FOR A BACK BODY DROP–
Eve: BUT BRIANNA IS ABLE TO LAND ON HER FEET! Brianna continues to the ropes before rebounding again. Ryan turns around AND HE IS MET WITH THE LOU THESZ PRESS FROM BRIANNA!
Deadprez: Brianna is now doing the ground and pound on Ryan as the referee now counts down Brianna and Brianna opens up the fists as well on four.
Halsey Neel: That Brianna better be careful because if she doesn’t watch it, Ryan is going to try a Mexican Destroyer on her.
Gavin Kirkland: What do you mean?
Pandora Paisley: As if it wasn’t already obvious, Gavin.
Eve: I guess not to Gavin as Brianna PULLS RYAN TO HIS FEET USING HIS BEARD! GOOD GRIEF! But Ryan is on his feet as he gets kicked in the gut BEFORE BEING KICKED IN THE KNEE!
Deadprez: Ryan drops to his other knee as Brianna again hits the ropes. Brianna comes back LOOKING FOR THE BICYCLE KNEE–
Gavin Kirkland: RYAN CAUGHT HER BY THE LEG AND BRINGS HER DOWN! Now Ryan is on his feet and he has hold of both of Brianna’s legs AND TURNS HER OVER INTO THE LE CRABE DU QUÉBEC!
Halsey Neel: What a pretentious jackass. It’s a Boston Crab for the love of gawd.
Pandora Paisley: Referring to it in French doesn’t make it any more effective.
Deadprez: Call it what you want, but it is a submission and it is applied to Brianna. Ryan is trying to pull Brianna to the middle of the ring, BUT BRIANNA IS SCRAMBLING TOWARDS THE ROPES–
Eve: SHE GOT HOLD OF THE BOTTOM ROPE! The submission doesn’t last very long as the referee is telling Ryan to release the submission.
Gavin Kirkland: As Ryan puts the boots to Brianna, may I ask our lovely Tag Team Champions why they hate Ryan Wilson so much? Maybe we have the same reasons.
Halsey Neel: The man is sickening. He wants to be champion so badly, but he’s just a follower.
Pandora Paisley: The man is riding everybody else’s coattails to stay relevant. He has no issue butting into other people’s business. He has no shame in stealing somebody else’s spotlight as long as it means Ryan Wilson gets to be a moocher. Pathetic.
Eve: That might be your opinion, but a lot of people respect Ryan’s work. With that being said, Ryan pulls Brianna back to her feet AND DELIVERS A KNEE STRAIGHT TO THE GUT!
Deadprez: Brianna is doubled over as Ryan applies the facelock and lifts her up in the air. Ryan uses his power advantage and keeps her up in the air for a moment BEFORE BRINGING HER DOWN WITH THE JUMPING VERTICAL SUPLEX!
Gavin Kirkland: Brianna crashes down hard as Ryan quickly floats over for the cover and hooks the leg!

Deadprez: Brianna is down and RYAN GOES FOR THE ELBOW DROP, BUT BRIANNA GETS OUT OF THE WAY! NOBODY HOME AS RYAN ELBOWS THE MAT! Brianna gets back to her feet and quickly hits the ropes–
Gavin Kirkland: BRIANNA WITH A DROPKICK CATCHING RYAN IN THE FACE! Ryan was sent back to the mat as he rolled back to his knees AND BRIANNA WAS WAITING FOR THAT!
Deadprez: Brianna runs in once again AND DELIVERS A BICYCLE KNEE RIGHT TO THE JAW! THAT MIGHT HAVE KNOCKED A FEW TEETH LOOSE FROM RYAN’S MOUTH AS BRIANNA STACKS RYAN UP FOR THE COVER!

Halsey Neel: They think this new partnership will be beneficial for both of them. TLA is old and losing his mind and Ryan is just latching onto whatever is left of TLA’s spotlight to make himself seem relevant.
Gavin Kirkland: You two should come do commentary here more often. BUT RYAN IS MAKING IT TO HIS FEET! OH NO! RYAN GRABS HOLD OF BRIANNA AND DELIVERS A SNAPMARE TO TAKE BRIANNA OFF OF HIM!
Eve: Brianna has made it back to her feet AND RYAN TAKES HER RIGHT BACK TO THE MAT WITH A HIP TOSS! Brianna is back on her feet once again AS RYAN FIRES A REVERSE ELBOW TO THE FACE!
Deadprez: Brianna was knocked back towards the ropes AND RYAN COMES RUNNING IN AND CLOBBERS BRIANNA OVER THE TOP ROPE, BUT BRIANNA IS ABLE TO LAND ON THE APRON!
Halsey Neel: Leave it to Ryan to not see a task all the way through. Stupid mistakes like that are not going to help him against us. It’ll cost him and it always will.

Deadprez: Brianna grabs Ryan’s neck AND JUMPS OFF THE APRON SENDING HIS THROAT INTO THE TOP ROPE AS BRIANNA MAKES HER WAY TO THE TOP ROPE!
Gavin Kirkland: Brianna is getting herself into position AND RYAN RUNS INTO THE ROPES FORCING BRIANNA TO LOSER HER BALANCE AND LAND HARD ON THE TOP TURNBUCKLE!
Pandora Paisley: Look at Ryan doing something right for once. It rarely happens for him. Not that it will happen for him with these Tag Titles on the line.
Deadprez: Brianna is trying to recover after the bad landing on the top turnbuckle and that gives Ryan a chance to fight back AS HE DOES A HANDSPRING USING THE BOTTOM ROPE FOR LEVERAGE–
Eve: HE USES HIS LEGS TO GRAB BRIANNA BY THE NECK AND BRINGS HER OFF THE TOP TURNBUCKLE WITH THE HEADSCISSORS! Brianna is trying to get back to her feet but Ryan grabs her by the arm and whips her to the turnbuckle.
Halsey Neel: Is this what we have to look forward to? TLA better have something much better up his sleeves than Ryan or we might get the record for the fastest title defense in EAW history. This is ridiculous.
Gavin Kirkland: Brianna lands in the corner AND RYAN COMES RUNNING IN AT FULL SPEED AND CATCHES BRIANNA IN THE FACE WITH THE HELLUVA KICK! DIRECT HIT AS BRIANNA HITS THE MAT AND RYAN PULLS HER TO THE CENTER OF THE RING AND GOES FOR THE COVER!

Deadprez: The referee has ruled that it was a two count and Brianna is not happy at all. Brianna has turned back to Ryan and SHE PULLS HIM UP AND HAS HIM IN A MODIFIED SURFBOARD POSITION–
Eve: The referee has started a count on Brianna as Brianna brings her boot up. The referee reaches four on the count AND BRIANNA STOMPS ON THE BACK OF HIS HEAD AND HITS A MODIFIED SURFBOARD STOMP!
Pandora Paisley: A lot of close calls in this match for poor Ryan. There will be none of that when we beat them. No close calls. Just a definitive victory.
Halsey Neel: Look at that fool TLA. Trying to get his “partner” back into this match. What TLA should do is cut the dead weight and move on with his life.
Gavin Kirkland: TLA is at ringside watching this match intently along with the mutual respect he has for Ryan. I wonder if that means there will be Canadian Poons at the Poon Palace now?
Eve: Now is not the time to ask about that, Gavin. Brianna has retained firm control of this match after the stomp and Ryan has barely moved as Brianna is deciding to go high risk and climb to the top rope.
Deadprez: She is on the top turnbuckle waiting for Ryan to get back to his feet to hopefully cause more damage. It has taken a second, but Ryan is back to his feet AND BRIANNA COMES OFF THE TOP ROPE WITH A CROSSBODY–
Gavin Kirkland: SUPERKICK! RYAN GOT THE SUPERKICK RIGHT IN BRIANNA’S PRETTY FACE! OH THE INHUMANITY!
Halsey Neel: No! The inhumanity is watching this crap and Ryan thinking that this is going to help him and TLA become Tag Team Champions.
Pandora Paisley: It won’t and whatever TLA might try and throw at us won’t work either. These titles are not leaving us for a very VERY long time.
Eve: With that being said, Brianna has slowly made it back to her feet AND RYAN IS RIGHT THERE WITH A HIGH KNEE TO THE JAW BEFORE RYAN FOLLOWS IT UP WITH A DISCUS LARIAT!
Deadprez: Brianna looks to be falling towards the mat, BUT RYAN GRABS HER AND LIFTS HER UP FOR THE SUPLEX, BUT INSTEAD DROPS HER INTO THE DOUBLE KNEE BACKBREAKER!
Gavin Kirkland: Ryan calls this “The Four Hit Combo”. Brianna is down as Ryan turns her over and hooks the leg for the cover. Gawd I hope this isn’t it.

Pandora Paisley: It shouldn’t be because with as long as it took, we could have ran to use the bathroom and come back before he finished. Flashy doesn’t always take precedence over effectiveness.

Eve: Will you shut up, Gavin. You act like such a simp sometimes, especially when we have a match going on in the ring right now.
Deadprez: As we get back to said match, Ryan turn Brianna onto her stomach and GRABS HER LEG TO TRY AND APPLY THE STF SUBMISSION, BUT BRIANNA QUICKLY GETS ONTO HER FREE FOOT–

Eve: That is a very scary and deranged look as the referee tells Brianna to release the choke AND SHE DOES IN THE FORM OF A MODIFIED STO SENDING RYAN CRASHING ON THE BACK OF HIS HEAD AGAIN!
Gavin Kirkland: Brianna really showing how much she wants to win this match and we see Ryan crawling over to the ropes to get back to his feet.
Deadprez: BUT BRIANNA SEES THAT! Brianna hits the ropes on the other side before she heads full speed to Ryan–
Eve: She swings through the ropes AND SHE CATCHES RYAN IN THE FACE WITH THE TIGER FEINT KICK! “HOTLINE” BY BRIANNA HILL SENDS RYAN FLYING BACK TOWARDS THE CENTER OF THE RING!
Halsey Neel: Wow. Ryan is really showing us what we have to look forward to. We are so impressed.
Pandora Paisley: Will TLA be the same way? If so, we better be careful or our titles could be gone. Oh how intimidating this is to us.
(Nikki Kimura comes out and catches Brianna’s attention in the entranceway.)
Gavin Kirkland: But Brianna is not done! Brianna has climbed up to the top rope one more time AND SHE LEAPS OFF THE TOP ROPE AND DELIVERS A BEAUTIFUL ELBOW DROP RIGHT INTO THE CHEST OF RYAN WILSON!
Eve: The elbow was driven right into Ryan’s heart. Ryan is not moving as Brianna hooks the leg for the cover! What a huge victory this will be for Brianna! But she stops and looks at Nikki for a second before then going for the cover.

Deadprez: PRECIOUS SECONDS LOST BECAUSE BRIANNA SAW NIKKI KIMURA! RYAN KICKS OUT AT TWO AND THREE QUARTERS! WHAT A NEAR FALL FOR BRIANNA! RYAN HAS A LOT OF HEART AND FIGHT, BUT BRIANNA IS NOT HAPPY AS SHE POUNDS HER FISTS INTO THE MAT!
Pandora Paisley: He might have “heart” and “fight”, but he sure as hell doesn’t have much going on in the brains department and that’s why he’s latching onto TLA. TLA isn’t faring much better in that department either.
Halsey Neel: You can have all the heart and fight you want, but if they don’t have any brains going on, then what chance do they have of beating us? ZERO chance.
Eve: Be that as it may, the frustration is building a little bit inside Brianna that she hasn’t been able to put Ryan away. Brianna gets back to her feet and she walks over to the corner as she calls for Ryan to get back to his feet.
Gavin Kirkland: No doubt that Brianna is more than ready to finish this match once and for all. Brianna is watching Ryan very intently to strike at the very best time.
Deadprez: Ryan has rolled over and he has made it to his knees AS BRIANNA COMES RUNNING IN FULL SPEED FROM THE CORNER! BRIANNA IS LOOKING FOR “HITS DIFFERENT”!
Eve: BRIANNA IS LOOKING FOR THAT INFAMOUS SHINING WIZARD OF HERS, BUT RYAN DUCKED OUT OF THE WAY AT THE LAST SECOND WHICH FORCES BRIANNA TO LAND ON HER FEET, BUT TAKES HER OFF BALANCE!
Halsey Neel: Look at Ryan getting so lucky at the most opportune moment. Sucks for him that there will be no lucky moments against the likes of us. I hope they enjoy getting the crap beat out of them.
Pandora Paisley: Then TLA is out at ringside looking like a moron cheering on his mooching tag team partner because if it wasn’t for TLA, Ryan will hold no relevance. When we kick their asses, Ryan will fade right back into irrelevance.
Gavin Kirkland: As we get back to the match, Ryan has made it back to his feet as Brianna turns around and she turns right into a boot from Ryan.
Eve: Brianna is doubled over as Ryan hooks her up and lifts her up in the air BEFORE DROPPING HER DOWN RIGHT INTO THE “MIC DROP”! SMALL PACKAGE DRIVER FROM RYAN WILSON!
Deadprez: BRIANNA WAS DROPPED RIGHT ON THE TOP OF HER HEAD OFF THE DRIVER AND YOU HAVE TO ASSUME THAT SHE IS OUT COLD! RYAN DROPS DOWN AND FLOATS OVER INTO THE COVER!

( “Olé” starts playing again as Ryan slowly rolls off of Brianna. The crowd is cheering wildly as Ryan catches his breath and Gina Romano announces the final decision of the match.)

Deadprez: Hell of a match between two great Showdown competitors in a match that could’ve gone either way, but after the dust settled, it was the man who represents half of the newly formed Hustle Alliance who triumphs.
(Nikki smirks and heads to the back.)
Eve: As happy as the crowd is, the Tag Team Champions don’t share the same sentiment as you could hear the thud of the headsets hitting the table as they left the table as soon as the bell rang.
(Ryan is back to his feet as TLA has entered the ring and both he and the referee raise Ryan’s arm in victory before the referee goes to check on Brianna as TLA and Ryan continue to celebrate in the ring.)
Gavin Kirkland: Look at Ryan! He actually won something! Good for him. I’m glad he’s glad because that feeling rarely ever happens for him.
Eve: Would you stop that! Ryan has been working very hard to take his career to the next level and this is a good step to helping himself get that next title that he has been desiring for so long as well as help TLA become a Grand Slam Champion.
Deadprez: We can’t take away the efforts of Brianna Hill! She really showed how she has been improving in the ring and she almost picked up a huge victory against a former Champion. (As Deadprez was talking, Pandora and Halsey sneak back into the ring AND ATTACK TLA AND RYAN!)
Eve: WHAT THE HELL? THE BRITISH INVASION ATTACK RYAN AND TLA FROM BEHIND! WE THOUGHT THEY LEFT RINGSIDE!
Gavin Kirkland: Guess they didn’t want to leave before they made a further statement against their future challengers. Look at Pandora and Halsey just pound the holy crap out of Ryan and TLA!
Deadprez: The Tag Team Champions are both very vicious and we are witnessing it firsthand as they grab Ryan Wilson and whip him to the ropes. Ryan comes back AS PANDORA HITS THE SPINNING HEEL KICK AND HALSEY HITS THE LEG SWEEP!
Gavin Kirkland: CAPITAL PUNISHMENT BY THE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS AND RYAN WILSON IS OUT COLD! HERE COMES TLA NOW!
Eve: BUT HE IS MET WITH DOUBLE BICYCLE KICKS BEFORE THEY WHIP HIM TO THE ROPES AS WELL! TLA rebounds AND HE IS MET WITH THE SAME FATE!!
Gavin Kirkland: CAPITAL PUNISHMENT TO TLA! THE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS HAVE TAKEN DOWN BOTH OF THEIR CHALLENGERS! WHAT A STATEMENT BY THE BRITISH INVASION!
(Halsey and Pandora grab their Tag Team Titles and they stand over Ryan and TLA before holding their titles in the air as the crowd boos the champions.)
Deadprez: It was certainly a statement indeed. Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it. TLA and Ryan got the title match at Reasonable Doubt, but it is the Champions who have the last laugh. Things are only going to get more interesting from here.
(The final shot shows The British Invasion still in the ring with the Tag Team Titles held strongly in the air as they still stand over their fallen opponents as the camera shot fades elsewhere….)
(We have returned from commercial break and there is a brief silence in the arena in between all the action. But silence doesn’t last much longer as the sounds of “Changed It” by Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne fill the arena. Seconds later, the crowd absolutely erupts with cheers as the Universal Women’s Champion Milli Banks enters the arena. Unlike her usual entrance of style and energy, she is not wasting any time as she is almost storming to the ring.)
Gina Romano: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to the ring at this time… THE EAW UNIVERSAL WOMEN’S CHAMPION! “THE SUPERNOVA” MILLI BANKS!
Deadprez: Ladies and gentlemen, here comes the Universal Women’s Champion. If it wasn’t obvious by her entrance just a moment ago, she is not in the best of moods after what went down last week.
Gavin Kirkland: Yeah, the Bea-utiful Queen Bea Valentine offered an invitation for Milli Banks on Showdown to appear on Voltage and Milli accepted the invitation and the two ladies confronted each other.
Eve: I think it was more of what happened after they confronted each other that made Milli Banks so steamed. She and Bea were both blindsided by someone they really didn’t expect.
Deadprez: That’s right! Ruler came from out of nowhere and left both Queen Bea and the Universal Women’s Champion down and out in the ring on Voltage. Now it’s Showdown time and Milli Banks no doubt has something to say.
(Milli has a very annoyed look on her face as she grabs a microphone from Gina Romano before sliding into the ring. She stands front and center in the ring with something on her mind as her entrance music fades off. The sound of the crowd cheering for her does taper her annoyance a little bit as the crowd calms down and the Champion begins to speak.)
Milli Banks: Alright, let’s just cut to the chase considering I am not exactly in the best of moods after what went down on Voltage last week. I already wasn’t amused because of the fact that Queenie Bea isn’t exactly a person you could trust and here she was inviting me to Voltage.
Milli Banks: But being the fighting champion that I am, I obliged and accepted her little invitation to come see her on Voltage. Of course, I wasn’t shocked to see that Bea went above and beyond with her “coronation” or what not.
Milli Banks: Anyways, after all the fun and crap between myself and Bea, I will now be defending my Universal Women’s Championship against the Queen Bea at Shock Value.
(The crowd cheers loudly at the announcement of a match that could easily steal the show at Shock Value.)
Milli Banks: But before we could really soak in the anticipation of the match being made, myself and Bea were both blindsided and had the crap beat out of us by that weirdo Ruler and his group of Druids who can’t think for themselves.
Milli Banks: To say the very least, I am more than a little bit unhappy. I am completely pissed that Ruler decided to stick his nose where it really didn’t belong. With that being said… RULER! I hope you are in the back listening to what I have to say. So how about you stop hiding in the shadows and get your ass out to the ring RIGHT NOW!
(Milli is watching the entrance ramp very intently as she waits for Ruler to answer her challenge. After a moment of silence, we hear “2nd Sucks” by A Day To Remember start playing throughout the arena. After another moment, we see Ruler appear on the entrance ramp to the sounds of very loud boos coming from the crowd.)
Eve: Milli didn’t have to wait very long because there he is! Ruler is here and he looks to be in as good of a mood as Ruler can muster with that look on his face, especially after the chaos that he caused on Voltage.
Gavin Kirkland: Come on, Eve. We all heard what he said last week to Alana Starr after she said that he wasn’t going to get another favor from her or Kennedy Street. She said if you want something, you take it.
Deadprez: He then said to watch and see what he does next, but you won’t like it. I don’t know if Alana or Kennedy liked the sight of Ruler going onto another show and beating the hell out of Milli and Bea. But if he was looking to make a statement, he certainly made one.
(It looks as if Ruler is going to come to the ring, but instead he stays on the entrance ramp as Zariah Kennedy and his Ministry of Light enter the arena and they all head down to the ring.)
Eve: Of course Ruler wouldn’t come alone as here comes his right hand man Zariah Kennedy and his druids. That damn Ministry of Light. They are heading to the ring–
Gavin Kirkland: THEY ARE SURROUNDING THE RING! OH WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE MILLI? Couldn’t we stick Ryan Wilson or someone we don’t care much for in the ring to get the shit beat out of them.
Deadprez: Oh shut up!! The Ministry and Zariah have surrounded the ring and Milli has nowhere to run… not that she would. But we see that Ruler has a microphone in hand, so we are about to hear from “The Revolutionizer” himself.
(We now see that Ruler has a microphone in hand as his entrance music fades off. Ruler is wearing a devilish smirk on his face as Zariah and the Ministry of Light look intently at Milli in the ring as Ruler begins to speak.)
Ruler: Oh, Milli. I am sorry to hear that you are mad at what I did to you and Bea on Voltage, but it isn’t because of any personal vendetta. What I did to you two was nothing personal, dear Milli.
Milli Banks: Don’t call me dear unless you want me to punch your lights out here and now.
Ruler: No need for such hostility, Milli. But you should know that my mission is to change the world in a vision that I see fit. So if the world is going to change my way, there are going to be Elitists who are going to have to pay the price… that includes YOU!
Milli Banks: Listen here, you deranged cult leader! You tried to make a statement at my expense and I am going to tell you that you are going to regret that decision the moment I am able to get my hands on you and then you will realize that you made a huge mistake.
Ruler: That’s funny, Milli, because I don’t and won’t regret my decision of attacking you on Voltage and it sure as hell wasn’t a mistake. What I did was a vital part of my journey in the way of satisfying the darkness.
Ruler: But if you are insistent on getting payback against me for doing something “wrong”, then how about this? If you want a resolution against me so badly, then how about you get it from me in a match… AT REASONABLE DOUBT!
(The crowd starts to cheer at the challenge that has been offered to the very popular Milli Banks. She looks up the entrance ramp at Ruler as she thinks about what Ruler has to say.)
Milli Banks: So what you are saying is that you are offering me a free opportunity to kick your ass for attacking me on Voltage? All on a silver platter? Fine with me. I accept. I will see you at Reasonable Doubt.
(The crowd cheers even louder that Milli has accepted Ruler’s challenge at Reasonable Doubt.)
Milli Banks: You might have issued the challenge, but I am going to make sure that it comes back to haunt you.
Ruler: That’s amusing, Milli, but my decisions never come back to haunt me. But they will haunt you and make your life a living nightmare. With that being said, I only have two more words left to say….
Ruler: GET HER!
(Zariah Kennedy steps back as the Ministry of Light enters the ring and surrounds Milli. Seconds later, the Druids begin to ATTACK MILLI!)
Deadprez: WHAT THE HELL! THE DRUIDS ARE TRYING TO BEAT DOWN MILLI BANKS IN A COMPLETELY UNEVEN ASSAULT!
Gavin Kirkland: BUT LOOK AT MILLI! SHE IS FIGHTING THEM OFF! ONE AFTER ANOTHER ARE SWOOPING INTO ATTACK HER, BUT SHE IS TAKING THEM DOWN AS FAST AS THEY ARE COMING AFTER HER!
Eve: ZARIAH HAS LEFT RINGSIDE AND HAS JOINED RULER ON THE ENTRANCE RAMP AS MILLI CONTINUES TO BEAT DOWN THE DRUIDS… AND SHE HAS BEATEN THEM ALL DOWN!
(All of the Druids have been beaten down and Milli walks over to pick up her Universal Women’s Championship as Ruler and Zariah leave.)
Gavin Kirkland: Well it looks like the beautiful Milli Banks is going to be busy in the upcoming weeks. She will be facing Bea Valentine for the Universal Women’s Championship at Shock Value. Now she gets a chance at payback against Ruler at Reasonable Doubt.
Eve: Ruler made a statement on Voltage and Milli returned the favor by making a statement here tonight as she took out all of Ruler’s Druids.
Deadprez: Milli is on top of the world and Ruler wants to change the word into his vision. These two are going to have a hell of a fight at Reasonable Doubt with those two strong personalities. It will be a wonder to see whose world will reign strong.
(The final shot shows Milli yelling up the entrance ramp telling Ruler to come back out to the ring with a very intense look on her face as the camera cuts elsewhere….)
(Showdown returns from a commercial break for the main event with the crowd seated and ready. Gina Romano stands in the ring as she’s prepared to make the official announcement.)
Gina Romano: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!… YOUR MAIN EVENT OF THE EVENING IS A TAG TEAM MATCH SCHEDULED FOR ONE FALL!
Crowd: ONE FALL!
(‘Kostas’ by Westside Gunn, Conway the Machine & Benny the Butcher plays as Cody Maverick steps out, his focus locked on the match ahead. However, he doesn’t get to make much of an entrance, as his theme is abruptly cut off by ‘Faneto’ by Chief Keef. The EAW National Elite Champion, SOSA Henderson, walks out with the title slung over his shoulder, completely ignoring Maverick as he strides past him. Maverick glances down, smirks slightly, and shakes his head before following Henderson toward the ring.)
Gina Romano: INTRODUCING FIRST!… THE TEAM OF… THE SIN CITY SUPERSTAR, CODY MAVERICK!!!… AND THE EAW NATIONAL ELITE CHAMPION… BULLETPROOF, SOSA HENDERSON!!!
(Both men enter the ring, keeping to themselves as they prepare for the match. Suddenly, ‘Mr. Rager’ by Kid Cudi hits, and a silhouette of two men appears on the stage as the bright lights begin to flash, they reveal Bronson Daniels and Jon Kelton standing back to back. The two turn around, exchange a fist bump, and the lights return to normal as they make their way to the ring and fully focused on the match ahead.)
Gina Romano: AND INTRODUCING THEIR OPPONENTS!… AT A COMBINED WEIGHT OF 400 POUNDS!… BRONSON DANIELS AND JON KELTON!… THEY ARE… ELYSIUM!!!
(DING DING DING!)
Gavin Kirkland: And the main event is underway! Cody Maverick is determined to make this team work, but they face a significant challenge against Elysium, who already have a strong bond and a clear advantage over their opponents. Now, let’s not waste any time on the details as Maverick moves out of the way and locks up with Jon Kelton in a collar and elbow tie up at the center of the ring!
Deadprez: Kelton quickly takes control of the match, locking in a headlock. Maverick turns the tide by pushing Kelton’s back against the ropes and sending him springing off the hold. Kelton rebounds and takes Maverick down with a shoulder tackle as he immediately goes for a cover, but Maverick quickly kicks out!
Eve: Both men get to their feet, with Maverick executing a leg sweep and immediately dropping into a cover on Kelton, but Kelton kicks out before the count of two! As Kelton gets back to his feet, he throws a right hand!
Gavin Kirkland: But Maverick ducks underneath and lands a strike of his own! Maverick then propels himself off the ropes and, this time, is the one to take Kelton down with a running shoulder tackle sending Mr. Showdown crashing to the mat!
Deadprez: A little showboating from the Sin City Superstar as he flexes his muscles before leaping back toward the ropes and rebounding toward Kelton. Kelton quickly slides underneath the charging Maverick, who continues to the opposite side of the ring. Maverick returns and Kelton hits a leapfrog to evade him once again.
Eve: Maverick bounces off the ropes once more, but this time, the momentum does not work in his favor as Kelton takes him down with a beautifully executed flying clothesline!
Gavin Kirkland: A picture perfect move by Mr. Showdown who just leveled the Sin City Superstar! Kelton quickly rolls back to his feet and rushes toward Maverick, pulling him up before attempting to send him into the ropes!
Deadprez: Maverick reverses the Irish whip, sending Kelton over the top rope but Kelton manages to land on the apron with both feet! Maverick rushes toward him, Kelton reacts quickly, landing a stiff right forearm that knocks Maverick back into the ring!
Eve: Kelton grabs those ropes, using them to launch himself back inside and ready to continue the attack!… SPRINGBOARD CLOTHESLINE CONNECTS!!!!! Kelton leaps into the air and delivers another clothesline, taking Cody Maverick down with added force, using the momentum from the airborne impact to increase the pressure! Kelton drops into a cover on Cody Maverick!
ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!

Eve: A tag has been made, with Kelton holding onto the Sin City Superstar as Bronson, now the legal man, climbs to the top turnbuckle while Maverick is hoisted onto Kelton’s shoulders! Bronson stands tall, and Maverick finds himself in a dangerous position… BRONSON TAKES FLIGHT FROM THE TOP ROPE AND CONNECTS WITH A DIVING DOUBLE FOOT STOMP, DRIVING MAVERICK STRAIGHT INTO KELTON’S BURNING HAMMER!!!!!
Gavin Kirkland: An incredibly creative combination putting their teamwork on display as Elysium continues to function like a well-oiled machine! A major momentum shift in their favor as Bronson drops into a cover on Cody Maverick after the double team maneuver!
ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!

Gavin Kirkland: AND STILL TWO!!! CODY MAVERICK KICKS OUT AGAIN!!! Bronson is making the most of his time as the legal man, immediately pulling Maverick to his feet before driving a sharp Muay Thai knee into the side of his head!
Eve: Now Daniels begins to get technical as he’s locking in a front headlock and delivering another brutal knee strike to wear down his opponent! He’s being methodical, ensuring that everything goes according to plan. With the headlock still cinched in tightly, Bronson lands yet another knee strike to Maverick’s face that leaving him sprawled on the mat!
Deadprez: He has to focus on something else as well and Daniels transitions to another part of Maverick’s body, reaching out for his arm while maintaining his position. He successfully gains control of the limb and immediately applies a Kimura Lock! Maverick writhes in pain as Daniels twists his arm, cranking it back and forth as if he’s stretching it to its limit!
Gavin Kirkland: Bronson continues yanking Maverick’s arm, while Maverick desperately tries to use his free hand to reach out for Henderson, who is shouting for the tag! Henderson looks frustrated but remains focused as he’s ready to turn the situation around if given the chance!
SOSA Henderson: (Off-Mic) GET YOUR WEAK ASS OVER HERE! YOU AIN’T BUILT FOR THIS SHIT!
Eve: Daniels refuses to let go, further hyperextending the Kimura Lock, making the situation even worse for Maverick! And with no other choice, there’s only one way for this! Maverick starts hammering away at Bronson’s back, ramming into him repeatedly in a desperate attempt to break free!
Deadprez: Those relentless strikes take their toll, and eventually, Bronson is forced to release the hold! Daniels still clings to Maverick’s arm but Maverick quickly raises his eyes, locking onto him, and prepares to use that very same arm to deliver a clothesline!
Gavin Kirkland: REVERSAL!!!!!! DANIELS EXPERTLY COUNTERS THE CLOTHESLINE TRANSITIONING INTO A BASEMENT TRIANGLE CHOKE AS HE LEAPS ONTO MAVERICK AND TAKES HIM DOWN INTO A SUBMISSION MANEUVER!!!!! Daniels is in full technical masterclass mode tonight with his precision & skill! He’s been working to dismantle Maverick as he’s applying everything he learned from his intense title match against Donovan Duke!
Eve: Daniels is applying relentless pressure, trying his hardest to choke Maverick out! Maverick desperately reaches for the ropes, but the intensity of the hold makes it nearly impossible for him to escape this predicament. Gavin Kirkland: He briefly focuses on Bronson before spotting Kelton on the outside attempting to recover as Henderson quickly rolls to the outside and seizes Kelton, pulling him to his feet before driving a shoulder thrust into his midsection SENDING HIM CRASHING BACK FIRST INTO THE BARRICADE!!!!!!
Deadprez: NOT STOPPING THERE, HENDERSON PULLS KELTON AWAY AND THROWS HIM GUT FIRST INTO THE EDGE OF THE APRON LEAVING HIM INCAPACITATED AND UNABLE TO ASSIST BRONSON!!!!!
Eve: You can see just how hard Henderson is throwing Kelton into the unforgiving environment, making sure he’s left in excruciating pain. Kelton is neutralized and Henderson rolls back into the ring, where Bronson is slowly pushing himself to his feet after enduring back to back strikes to the head.
Gavin Kirkland: Wait a second, look at the crowd! All eyes are following something… Henderson is looking up as well!
Deadprez: What, or who, has captured everyone’s attention?!

Eve: But there’s no time to focus on Miku’s appearance, there’s a match going on right now! Now Henderson closes in, walking toward Bronson before knocking him back to his knees with a feigned kick to the chest! He follows up with another feigned kick, keeping Bronson off balance. Now using his right hand as Henderson grabs Bronson by the chin, pulling him back to his feet… HENDERSON LANDING YET ANOTHER SHARP FEIGNED KICK!!!!!
Deadprez: Bronson is on spaghetti legs, barely standing after the repeated strikes. Now this is a chance! Henderson rebounds off the ropes, looking to put Bronson away with a Bicycle Knee Strike!
Eve: But Bronson has it scouted as he counters with a Pump Kick to Henderson’s head, sending him crashing onto his back with his feet still stuck to the ground!…. BUT NOT FOR LONG AS HE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWS UP WITH A STANDING DOUBLE FOOT STOMP ON HENDERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gavin Kirkland: Daniels takes one out to even the numbers for both sides. Bronson slides back into the ring, catching up with Henderson, who has just gotten to his feet, recovering from those combos… HENDERSON DELIVERS A TORNADO KICK TO BRONSON DANIELS’ HEAD, TURNING HIM AROUND!!!!! Henderson quickly regains his composure and grabs Bronson from behind!… AND HENDERSON TRIES TO PLANT DANIELS WITH LUMBAR CHECK!!!
Deadprez: FLIPPED OUT OF IT!!!! Bronson throws his arms around from behind, trying to grab Henderson for a German Suplex, but Henderson counters with an elbow to the jaw, knocking him back just in time!
Eve: Henderson turns around and follows up with an uppercut, sending Bronson stumbling back! Deadprez: Henderson is seen recovering in the background, but Daniels senses what’s coming as he uses Maverick as an accidental launchpad… AND SENDS HENDERSON RIGHT BACK TO THE MAT WITH AN ASSISTED METEORA!!!!!!! Speaking of in-ring IQ, he’s incredibly level-headed in this game as Bronson has been putting his skills miles ahead of the competition!
Eve: Maverick now finds himself facing Kelton, who has just gotten back to his feet and delivers a right hook to the jaw, spinning Maverick around! Kelton quickly turns and runs back in, looking to capitalize but it’s just a fake-out! (‘Faneto’ by Chief Keef plays as Henderson picks up his title, carefully wiping the plate with his hand before placing it on his shoulder. He looks down at Miku with disappointment in his eyes, shaking his head before standing tall over the fallen Maverick and Sakai.)
