Halsey Neel
The Rising Star of the Week for this week was Halsey Neel! Halsey Neel competed in a match against Kenn Kenn at Rise of the Resistance, and despite the great season Kenn Kenn has had as well as Kylie Grace’s appearance at ringside, Halsey was actually able to pick up the victory, getting momentum on her side after using Kylie Grace to her advantage by messing with her, causing Kenn Kenn to slip up by letting her get to him. This was a great victory for Halsey Neel who has also shown to have tons of potential to have a great season over on Voltage, so congratulations to her for winning at Voltage’s big event!

Rise of the Resistance
This week’s Show of the Week was Voltage’s supershow, Rise of the Resistance! Rise of the Resistance featured some really exciting matches such as the six-person tag between Soul Food Sunday and the Ice Aces, Sheridan Müller and TLA versus Hikari Kanno and Drake King which was followed by the very shocking announcement of TLA’s firing, as well as Minerva’s match against Daryl Kinkade for the EAW World Championship which headlined the show! Rise of the Resistance was fantastic and every match really stole the show, leaving Voltage with one amazing event as EAW moves closer to Territorial Invasion.

This week’s Match of the Week was the EAW World Championship match at Rise of the Resistance, the match between Minerva and Daryl Kinkade! This was always going to be a fantastic match and it was very exciting after Daryl won the contendership match to earn this opportunity, and in the end these two put on a match that exceeded expectations and proved to be a very worthy headliner to such a great show. With such a major title on the line both Elitists brought their best to this match, and this resulted in such a competitive match that really could have gone either way at many points. Regardless of the result nobody has anything to be ashamed of with a match like this.

Minerva
This week’s Most Valuable Elitist was the EAW World Champion, Minerva! Minerva defended her EAW Championship at Rise of the Resistance, taking on Daryl Kinkade who previously won a number one contenders match to get a shot at her title! This marked Minerva’s second title defense since becoming the EAW World Champion, and in the end this would also be a successful defense as Minerva picked up the victory, leaving Rise of the Resistance with her title. Minerva would announce herself as the third member of Voltage’s Anarchy in the Arena team at this show, and this win just proves how much of an asset she could be to the team. Congratulations, Minerva!
