Johnny Andrews & Solomon Stane
This week’s Rising Stars of the Week are Johnny Andrews and Solomon Stane! It’s not often that two Elitists are chosen for this, but this week was a big week for these two, who teamed up on Dynasty against the World Heavyweight Champion the Visual Prophet, and his King of Elite challenger Terry Chambers! Despite the high level of competition these two were up against, Johnny and Solomon managed to capture the victory after Johnny pinned Terry Chambers! This is a major victory for these two, so congratulations!
Beef of the Week
Andre Walker vs Alex Myers
This week’s Beef of the Week goes to the King of Elite semifinals match that took place on Dynasty, between the Interwire Champion Andre Walker and Alex Myers! This was a fantastic week of promos from the two, which isn’t a huge surprise seeing as this had a major opportunity on the line. Both Elitists wanting to make it to the finals, Andre and Alex did such a great job this week, getting everyone interested in this match before the bell rang all because of their fantastic back and forth throughout the week.
Show of the Week
Dynasty
The Show of the Week for this week was Dynasty! Dynasty was a very big show this week as it closed up the Empress of Elite tournament, featuring both semifinals matches! On top of this we saw matches such as Johnny Andrews and Solomon Stane versus Terry Chambers and the Visual Prophet, and in the main event Andre Walker took on Alex Myers in the semifinals for the King of Elite tournament! All around this was an amazing show, and things are looking better and better heading into King of Elite!
Match of the Week
Hikari Kanno vs Mary S. Atlas
The Match of the Week for this week was the match between Hikari Kanno and Mary S. Atlas on Voltage! It’s not every week that you see a Deathmatch, but this week the Voltage crowd got one and it was fantastic. Hikari Kanno and Mary S. Atlas pushed each other to their limits which isn’t a surprise considering the hatred they have for each other, and in the end these two put on an amazing match, living up to the excitement this match got ever since it was announced. Hikari left this match the winner, but both women delivered this week.
Promoer of the Week
Miku Sakai
This week, Miku Sakai competed in the semifinals of the Empress of Elite tournament against Nariko, and after the promos she put out this week, it’s only right that she’s this week’s Promoer of the Week. Miku Sakai’s always been capable of delivering great promos, and with the Empress of Elite tournament slowly coming to a close, Miku once again showed everyone just how big of a talent she is, and reminded everyone that she has a very good shot at winning this entire tournament.
Champion of the Week
the Haircare Kings (Jake Smith & Chris Elite)
The Champions of the Week for this week are the Unified Tag Team Champions, the Haircare Kings! Despite the big matches they have to prepare for at King of Elite, Jake Smith and Chris Elite spent their Voltage defending the Unified Tag Team Championships against Shane Gates and Kirk Redwood. In the end these two would have a successful title defense as they’d retain their titles to close out Voltage, building even more momentum as they head into King of Elite. Congratulations Jake Smith and Chris Elite!
Most Valuable Elitist
Adam Lucas
The Most Valuable Elitist for this week is Adam Lucas! This week, Adam Lucas faced a former World Champion in Charlie Marr during the King of Elite semifinals. In a major victory, Adam Lucas was actually able to defeat Charlie, stamping his ticket to the King of Elite finals in Showdown’s main event match! This is a major opportunity for Adam Lucas and he earned it after picking up a big win, so it was only right that Adam was this week’s Most Valuable Elitist. Congratulations to Adam Lucas, who now has a chance to become 2022’s King of Elite!
