The month of June was one that had the entire world on the edge of their seats, as Pain for Pride 19 finally commenced. This event was huge and filled top to bottom with incredible matches and unforgettable moments, making it a Pain for Pride to remember. Everyone was at their A-game at this event as they looked to end their season in the best way possible, and their desire to achieve as much resulted in four new World Champions being crowned, along with multiple other Championships changing hands and unfortunately, even multiple careers reaching their end. The Elitist of The Month for the final month of season 19 is the man who didn’t just end his season on a high note, but ended it by wrapping up a season-long story as the victory. That of course, is Hans Grayson! At Pain for Pride Hans Grayson finally faced Drake Armstrong in a match that had been building all year, but came to fruition thanks to Hans cashing in his Cash in the Vault briefcase. This match was Barbed Wire Massacre, and ultimately may have been the most difficult challenge Hans has faced in his career. Drake came prepared and did everything he could to end Hans, but in the end Hans won not only the war, but the Championship. Congratulations to the new EAW World Champion, Hans Grayson!
