In the month of August, season 19 really got going as EAW saw multiple marquee events, each with fantastic matches and huge moments. As always the Elitists of the EAW rosters looked to deliver, and they did exactly that. One Elitist did so in the main event of Showdown’s Midsummer Massacre, putting an end to a feud that has spanned throughout the year 2025. That Elitist is August’s Elitist of the Month, the Answers World Champion Veena Adams! Veena Adams had a fantastic August as she would spend Midsummer Massacre defending her Answers World Championship against Donovan Duke, the man who she dethroned to become World Champion. Despite the interference from Silas Mason throughout the match, Veena was able to win the steel cage match, winning her first Championship defense as a World Champion in EAW while finally taking Donovan down and getting Silas World away from the Answers World Championship picture. This was a great win for Veena Adams, and a fantastic start to what may very well be an incredible reign as Answers World Champion! Veena Adams has already proven to be an impressive Champion, and with that steel cage victory it is clear that taking that Championship from her won’t be easy. Congratulations to Veena Adams for this impressive victory, and for maintaining the Answers World Championship heading towards the next marquee event, Territorial Invasion!
