In the month of April, EAW saw one of the biggest events of the year with Grand Rampage! This is the event that officially kicks off the road to Pain for Pride as the winner of the Grand Rampage match earns the opportunity to fight for a World Championship at the event, and as always, the Grand Rampage match turned out to be a highly competitive match this year, filled with extremely talented individuals. In the end victory couldn’t have come easy for any Elitist, but one Elitist ultimately was able to get the job done, and that’s April’s Elitist of the Month, Drake King! Drake King is an Elitist that has already won a Grand Rampage, but in 2025 he was able to join Impact in accomplishing this feat for a second time in his career. This was an extremely impressive victory that grants him the chance to fight for the World Championship at the biggest show of the year, giving him the chance to potentially become a four-time World Champion. The Grand Rampage match has always been one of the biggest matches of the year both in size and prestige, so a victory like this is very special. Congratulations to Drake King for winning the Grand Rampage!
