(The camera opens up to a shot of EAW Headquarters, which is located in Newark, New Jersey. The camera pans around the building before finally fading inside of it, where the camera captures the office of Molly Waters, who is seated behind her desk with a smile on her face. After a few seconds, Molly begins to speak.)
Molly Waters: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Fight Grid, your source for news all throughout the Land of Elite! As always I am Molly Waters, and today I have some breaking news regarding this week’s Super Voltage! Prior to Shock Value Captain Charisma made a few major announcements about this show, and there is no doubt that this is shaping up to be an exciting event. However, there will be a few changes made to this show, which is what I am here to discuss right now.
(The camera transitions to an image showing the originally confirmed match between Jamie Cross and Mia Santoro, set for this week’s Super Voltage.)
Molly Waters: The first change is regarding the match between Mia Santoro and Jamie Cross, which was not just announced for this event, but announced with a future Championship opportunity on the line! Unfortunately, as of this moment I can confirm that Jamie Cross is no longer with Elite Answers Wrestling, and with that being said, the match will no longer be taking place. While the match between these two has been canceled, Mia Santoro will still be receiving the opportunity she was looking for, as on the March 17th edition of Voltage, she will be facing Bea Valentine for the Specialists Championship!
(After this, the screen transitions to another match picture, this time being the match that was made between Hayley Morrow and Brianna Hill.)
Molly Waters: Of course, that’s not all. While one match has been canceled, another match has had their stakes risen. Hayley Morrow and Brianna Hill were already scheduled to face each other at this event, and Captain Charisma has decided to up the ante for this grudge match between the two, as this match will now be a number one contendership match for the Specialists Championship! That’s right. There’s a lot on the line here, as the winner of this match will be joining Mia Santoro and Bea Valentine in the Specialists Championship match, meaning that this St. Patrick’s Day Pub Fight will become a triple threat, with either Hayley Morrow or Brianna Hill joining them!
