BREAKING NEWS: Captain Charisma Arrives in Berlin and Comments on TLA!!!

(Fight Grid intro plays.)

[SCREENBAR: BERLIN, GERMANY]

(Instead of the usual intro, Fight Grid immediately opens up to show a shot of the outside of Berlin-Tegel Airport, where an airplane is seen touching down in the air above it. The camera then transitions over to the inside, specifically the airport terminal area, where it pans in to focus on where the passengers will be entering from off of the airplane. Shifting slightly to the right reveals EAW Network Host & Backstage Interviewer Molly Waters, who is anxiously waiting for one very important passenger to make their appearance. Sooner rather than later, the doors slide open, as someone is seen walking out that immediately causes Molly to rush toward them. That person is revealed to be Voltage Commissioner Captain Charisma, who is making his grand arrival in his first appearance out in public since being quarantined for monkey poxs in Rome. He stops in his tracks upon meeting Molly, and greets her with a smile as he takes his neck pillow off.)

Molly Waters: Captain Charisma, let me start this off by saying first and foremost welcome back!

Captain Charisma: Thank you Molly, it feels good to be out and about again; and more news-worthy, I’m excited to head back to work as Commissioner of Sunday Night Voltage.

Molly Waters: That’s great to hear, and I think I speak for everyone in Elite Answers Wrestling when I say that we’re excited to see you back. But, as you know, regarding recent events on the Voltage brand…

(Molly trails off for a moment while Captain Charisma immediately knows what she’s talking about.)

Captain Charisma: TLA?

(Molly nods her head, Captain Charisma simply shaking his head in response. One of the many things that happened in his absence, especially with Eden Sinclair taking the wheel, was the firing of TLA two weeks ago at Rise of The Resistance. It’s obvious that at some point he’s going to have to speak on it, and that point is right now.)

Captain Charisma: Better to get this out of the way now than later anyway. Having watched Rise of The Resistance, which was excellent by the way, I was disgusted with what Eden called ‘sending a message’ to the Voltage roster by firing TLA. As soon as that happened, I personally reached out to TLA to warn him not to do anything rash, and that once I was back I would be handling this situation accordingly. Of course, as you saw on the last Voltage… he clearly couldn’t help himself and went and did TLA things. Last night’s actions have not only tied the hands of the EAW Board, but at the same time, ruffled the feathers of the Walt Disney Corporation… which is the last thing we want.

Captain Charisma: Nonetheless, what I said stands, and that I would be handling the situation accordingly. Tomorrow morning, I will be meeting with all parties involved, and hopefully something positive can come out of this situation.

(Captain Charisma gives a toothy smile to Molly who responds with a light one and opens her mouth to speak again. But the Commissioner eyes that and quickly shakes his head before slowly starting to walk again.)

Captain Charisma: No further comment Molly, I apologize.

(Captain Charisma then begins to walk away fully, heading to baggage claim and leaving Molly at the scene by herself. She turns toward the camera and gives a smile, clearly that being where the interview concludes. It’s the last shot seen before Fight Grid completely fades from there.)

(Fight Grid logo buzzes.)
