(EAW intro plays.)
(The camera opens up as usual and a recap of last week’s Voltage begins to play. It starts off with Veena Adams going to the ring and talking about Minerva’s attack on Charlie, informing everybody that Charlie is injured and he might not be able to compete in Wicked Games. Minerva interrupts Veena saying that Charlie brought that to himself when he decided to attack her first, the two go back and forth for a bit before Charlie arrives as well, still pulling through and willing to still fight in the match despite his injury. That reveal gives Veena enough time to attack Minerva from behind and for Charlie to join in as they beat down Minerva and leave her laying with a message. Ronan wins his match against Alex Matthews before he demands Captain Charisma to come out and grant him his reward, Captain Charisma comes out admitting that he can’t give Ronan his reward, but he will give him the chance to work alongside Eden Sinclair! Eden comes out complaining about this decision alongside Ronan not liking it either, but Captain Charisma doesn’t let up in his decision. Just then, SHOHEI comes out to interrupt and challenge Ronan for a match next week, Ronan is ready to back away but the fan’s chanting and Captain Charisma make him accept the challenge. Sofia Clarke interviews Haruka Kashimashi, Kylie Grace and Halsey Neel about each having their reason to win their triple threat match, with tensions flaring up high at the end. SHOHEI defeats Kenn Kenn. The Ice Aces are in their locker room trying to find some solution to their problem with Eden but even though they are angry, Usagi especially, they still keep high hopes, but just then Candice Blair enters their locker room, putting salt in Usagi’s wound and also announcing that she would be their special guest referee for their triple threat match, she then leaves the Ice Aces shocked and even more furious by the announcement. Daryl Kinkade is able to achieve victory against Haruka Kashimashi. Hikari goes to Sierra Everett’s locker room looking for answers, her assistant and sister Delilah answers the door, she tries to explain but Hikari doesn’t believe her, knowing Sierra isn’t injured. Sierra then comes out in bandages and in a wheelchair but Hikari still doesn’t believe her, and she was right as Hikari went to attack, Sierra ended up countering her and laying her out, putting her in a neck brace and leaving her like that to choke out, but luckily some medical members arrive in time to help Hikari. The Ice Aces are able to successfully beat Lucas Johnson and Komatsu Ogawa. Captain Charisma reveals the Wicked Games Roulette, a wheel that will reveal the stipulations for matches at Wicked Games, Daryl arrives wanting to try it out first but Ronan interrupts him once again, but after Ronan’s shenanigans Daryl tells him straight and let him knows what he thinks, Ronan stays quiet at Daryl’s words and before Daryl goes to spin the wheel, Ronan snaps and attacks Daryl, laying him out and driving his head into the Roulette as he stands tall. Roberto is able to beat Samael after a distraction from Theron, as Theron goes in after the match willing to attack Samael but he switches to Michael and Theron can only back away, traumatized by the sight of Michael screaming. TLA and Drake have a conversation backstage, as TLA lets Drake know that Captain Charisma accepted a match between them at Wicked Games, Drake is surprised and annoyed by this, willing to give TLA a chance to back down from the match and give him the easy way but TLA denies, he wants that lucha and to kick Drake’s ass, Drake tries one last time as TLA just shrugs and leaves him like that. Finally, in the main event, Drake King and TLA face off against The Prescription in a fantastic match, but it ends in disaster as Drake and TLA can’t co-exist anymore and they simply start brawling with each other, it goes outside the ring and even far out of ringside that The Prescription win by count-out, defending their championships successfully.)
(The recap ends and Sunday Night Voltage fades away to show a shot of the Sparks Arena in Auckland, New Zealand. An edited version of ‘33rd Blakk Glass’ by ZilaKami & SosMula is played through the speakers as spotlights are panning around and golden pyro is shooting out from the stage. The crowd cheers wildly as the camera then goes over to show the broadcasting team of Rich Russillo, James Peters, and Persephone.)
James Peters: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Sunday night Voltage! As always I’m James Peters and with me is Rich Russillo and Persephone Tsitsipas, and as always we have an amazing show lined up for you all! Minerva and Hikari Kanno, former Anarchy in the Arena partners face off! Theron Nikolas versus Charlie Marr, a steel cage match, and so much more all tonight!
Rich Russillo: That’s right, but we do have news for you all before we start off our night. After the attack from Theron Nikolas last week, Dr. Doyle has decided to keep Samael away from Voltage tonight. However, the monster will be back in the ring next week.
Persephone: Really great news, and I can’t wait for everything that’ll happen tonight. I’m so excited. 🙂
(‘Self Help Tape’ by Moses Sumney hits as the camera fades away from the commentary table and towards the stage, and the fans in the arena cheer loudly as the Voltage commissioner Captain Charisma begins to make his way out to greet the New Zealand crowd. Captain Charisma is not on his own, as with him is a large wheel, the same wheel that was brought out last week for what was going to be Wicked Games Roulette! This just makes the fans even more excited as Captain Charisma makes his way down to the ring along with the wheel.)
James Peters: Captain Charisma is out here and it looks like he’s picking up where he left off last week! It might finally be time for Wicked Games Roulette, a game longtime fans of Voltage will already know very well thanks to events like Bloodsport and Shock Value!
Rich Russillo: This will definitely be exciting. Not only will every match at Wicked Games receive a stipulation, but there’s no telling what kind of matches these Elitists will be competing in!
Persephone: I um.. I sure hope that they don’t get too dangerous of a stipulation. Wouldn’t want anyone brutalizing each other or anything like that. 🙂
(Captain Charisma brings the wheel into the ring before entering himself, and as he gets in the ring he is handed a microphone by an official near the timekeeper’s area. Captain Charisma has a big smile on his face as he looks at the fans, and it takes a while for them to quiet down, but once they do, Captain Charisma begins to speak.)
Captain Charisma: Ladies and gentlemen.. Wicked Games Roulette is finally underway!
(This draws loud cheers from the fans once again, clearly eager to learn the stipulations for each match at Wicked Games.)
Captain Charisma: So far we have a lot of interesting matches confirmed for the show, and already I can tell you’re all eager to find out what amazing stipulations will be involved with each of these matches! Right now we have five confirmed matches for Wicked Games, although there’ll definitely be more to come. There are two Specialists Championship Extreme Elimination Chamber qualifying matches in Halsey Neel versus Kylie Grace versus Haruka Kashimashi and the Ice Aces triple threat featuring Usagi Senshi, ARIA, and Ayu Megumi! These are both sure to be excellent matches, and I have no doubt that the winners of each match will do a fantastic job in the Specialists Chamber no matter which two Elitists end up in the match! Kylie Grace, Haruka Kashimashi and Halsey Neel have all spent this season climbing up the ranks and aiming to prove themselves as competitors all in their own ways, and at Wicked Games they’ll definitely be bringing their best to the table. The Ice Aces throughout 2022 have been an excellent team, but this match will give us all the chance to see what they can do against each other in a match that I’m sure won’t disappoint!
(The crowd cheers once again.)
Captain Charisma: Next up we have Ronan Malosi versus Daryl Kinkade! Things have heated up between these two in recent weeks, and it looked like we were about to find out what stipulation these two would fight in last week but that didn’t happen. Whatever the case, I’m sure everyone’s looking forward to seeing what happens in that match. Just recently we’ve also been able to confirm that at Wicked Games, TLA and Drake King will get the chance to go one on one, and I don’t think an explanation is needed as to why this match is happening. This is a match that speaks for itself knowing the history between these two. They faced off at this event two years ago and this match should still exceed expectations, so with that being said, that brings us to the EAW World Championship match! Minerva and Charlie Marr, two of the biggest names on the Voltage roster right now collide as the Hardcore Champion and EAW Champion battle it out! Personally I have no doubt that the Voltage roster is going to deliver just like they always do, and whether it’s Charlie Marr or Minerva returning to Voltage as the EAW World Champion-
(‘Blood, Milk & Sky’ by White Zombie hits, cutting Captain Charisma off. The crowd explodes after hearing the entrance music, as before long the EAW World Champion herself, Minerva, begins walking out to the stage. Minerva has the EAW World Championship on her shoulder as well as a microphone in her hand, and she doesn’t stop at the stage for a second, headed straight to the ring with her eyes focused on the wheel next to Captain Charisma.)
James Peters: Woah, I didn’t expect to see Minerva interrupt Captain Charisma, but it looks like she’s interested in that wheel!
Rich Russillo: Yeah, but could you blame her? She was just attacked by Charlie Marr and Veena Adams last week. I’m sure she wants to get her hands on them as soon as possible, and if she can’t do that yet this is probably just the next best thing!
James Peters: Yeah, you’re right about that one. Minerva isn’t the type to take an attack like that without wanting to get her own form of payback. Whatever the case, it looks like Minerva has something to say and I think we’re all eager to hear just what it is!
(Minerva enters the ring, and she begins to speak as she looks at the wheel full of match stipulations.)
Minerva: Not to cut you off, but I don’t want to waste any more time than needed. I know how the wheel works, already. I’ve been on this brand a few years now so this isn’t anything new to me, and quite frankly I’ve grown tired of waiting for my opportunity to learn the stipulation I’ll be facing Charlie in. Despite Charlie Marr’s injury he was clearly in good enough condition to attack me so it doesn’t surprise me that the match isn’t off, and honestly I’m glad that he can compete. I’m glad that this match wasn’t cancelled, because for the past few weeks Charlie has made the mistake of thinking I’d be the type of Champion to let him walk all over me without the slightest bit of concern. He clearly thought it was funny having Veena Adams attack me from behind just so he could get the better of me, but I am not going to keep playing games with him. He showed me what kind of coward he really is and at Wicked Games he’s going to pay dearly for his mistakes. So, since the wheel is out here now and you’re clearly ready to kick things off, why not start with the EAW Championship match and let me spin the wheel?
(The crowd cheers at the suggestion, and Captain Charisma looks a bit surprised to hear that Minerva already wants to spin the wheel, but he has a smile on his face knowing that Wicked Games Roulette is able to get started.)
James Peters: It looks like Minerva is stepping up to find out the stipulation for her match! We all know just how well Minerva can excel in stipulation matches, but she should be careful because Charlie Marr obviously isn’t a stranger to them either!
Rich Russillo: Yeah, but it’s not like Minerva’s ever been the type of competitor to fear competition. If she was, she wouldn’t be out here in the first place!
(Minerva waits for an answer, but it’s not for too long as Captain Charisma begins to speak.)
Captain Charisma: We nearly saw Wicked Games Roulette begin last week with Daryl Kinkade, so I have no problem opening the door for whoever else can’t wait to find out what their stipulation will be. Go ahead Minerva, spin the wheel.
(Minerva turns back to the wheel with a smirk on her face, before finally giving it a spin. The fans quiet down, having to contain their excitement as they wait for the reveal of the stipulation for Minerva versus Charlie Marr.)
James Peters: Can’t wait to find out what it’ll be!
Rich Russillo: Looks like the wheel is slowing down!
(As Rich said, the wheel slows down as stipulation after stipulation passes by, until finally it stops at one. Minerva raises an eyebrow after seeing what the stipulation is, before reading it out.)
Minerva: Hardcore match.
(While Minerva doesn’t look too bothered by the stipulation choice, this shocks the New Zealand crowd, as this is the same stipulation Charlie Marr has defended his Hardcore Championship in throughout his entire title reign.)
James Peters: A Hardcore match!? But that’s..
Rich Russillo: That’s exactly the kind of stipulation Charlie Marr would want! Charlie’s been the Hardcore Champion for most of 2022, by this point he’d have no problem competing in Hardcore matches! I know Minerva’s a dangerous competitor herself, but she might actually be in a bit of trouble!
Persephone: Oh no! Not a Hardcore match, that’s too dangerous! 😟
James Peters: Well either way, it looks like-
(Suddenly, before James could finish, laughter is heard, causing Minerva to quickly turn her attention to the stage. Minerva watches on as Charlie Marr begins to slowly make his way to the stage, a huge smile on his face as he laughs thanks to the stipulation selected by the wheel. While Minerva wasn’t bothered by the stipulation chosen, she’s not exactly amused seeing Charlie Marr out here now.)
Charlie Marr: :mjlol2: Isn’t that just great!? You wanted to be the big bad Champion and storm out here to spin the wheel yourself, and now you just dug your own grave. I say time and time again that this is my show, and week after week I’m proven right in a new way. I told you that this injury wasn’t going to stop me from taking what’s rightfully mine, so at this point you’d be better off not showing up to Wicked Games at all because you don’t stand a chance. You were present at ringside during my last Hardcore title match so you know better than most people just what I can do when I’m given the freedom of doing whatever I want. This stipulation was made for me! Face it Minerva, you’re doomed. You might as well hand over that title now, and even then I might just tear you apart as promised just for the hell of it, because there is NOBODY on this roster as good as me, especially once it’s time to get your hands dirty and do whatever it takes to survive let alone win the match. You’re out of your element here Minerva, so do you really think you can stop me from taking back the title I made prestigious? Just do yourself a favor and save yourself the embarrassment…
(By this point Charlie has already made it up the steel steps, and he continues once he enters the ring, walking right up to Minerva.)
Charlie Marr: Because we both know how this is going to end.
(The crowd boos extremely loudly, but Minerva doesn’t look intimidated at all by Charlie Marr. Instead, she just stares at him for a few seconds as the boos continue.)
Minerva: Charlie, did you forget how I won this title? It wasn’t in some ordinary wrestling match. I had to go through a Barbed Wire Massacre against the man I love more than anything and the backstabbing snake that tried to make my life a living hell. If you really think making it to this title was easy and I’ve solely survived off of weak opponents you know absolutely nothing about me. I’m not afraid of competing in a Hardcore match. I’ve been through far worse in an era where we weren’t given the limitations that we are today and yet I not only survived, I dominated. To be honest Charlie, I think if anybody’s in trouble here it’s you, because you clearly don’t know just what I’m willing to do in order to succeed, and keep the Championship I poured my blood, sweat and tears into winning. You have no idea what you’re getting into, and ignorance is dangerous in any match, but in a Hardcore match against an Elitist like me, it may very well be lethal. So no Charlie I won’t be handing you my title. You already had your chance to get out of this match and you didn’t take it, so don’t ask me to back out of this now. I want to face you, and when you’re laid out on the mat after your dreams of becoming a double Champion were crushed by me, you’ll have all the time in the world to realize just how big of a mistake you made, wasting your favor on a goal you could never reach.
Charlie Marr: You already made me laugh enough for today, no need to keep making a fool of yourself. I don’t care what happened at Pain for Pride, because I’m far different from the likes of Drake King and Myles. One of them isn’t even here right now and the other was just trying to back out of a match against TLA of all people. You’re dealing with an entirely different challenge right now, so don’t make the mistake of thinking that things will end the same way at Wicked Games that they did at Pain for Pride. I’ve been the Hardcore Champion for so long for a reason, and it wouldn’t have mattered who I was facing because the result would be the exact same every time I defend the title. I win, because nobody can do what I do in the ring.
Minerva: Really? I find that hard to believe, and like you said I had front row seats for your last Hardcore match. I’m not sure who you intend to fool here, but you should know by now that I’m not falling for it. Just last week you needed Veena Adams’ help to take me out, do you really think you’ll get me to doubt my chances at Wicked Games? You’re not going to catch me off guard ever again especially now that I have the chance to do what I want without being held back, I hope you know that.
Charlie Marr: I do, and trust me, what happened last week was nothing more than a message being sent. I don’t need to catch you by surprise to take you out.
Minerva: Really? Is that so?
Charlie Marr: Just get it through your thick skull, this isn’t going to be some happy ending for you. This isn’t going to be another addition to your list of successful defenses. I won’t hesitate to tear you apart and make sure you can’t even walk out of Wicked Games, because even with this injury I’ll always be a far bigger threat than you could ever imagine.
(Minerva just slowly nods, a smirk forming on her face.)
Minerva: Well, since you’re so sure..
James Peters: MINERVA JUST PUNCHED CHARLIE IN THE JAW, AND NOW SHE TAKES THE HARDCORE CHAMPION DOWN WITH A DOUBLE LEG TAKEDOWN BEFORE BEGINNING TO PUNCH AWAY AT CHARLIE!! MINERVA LOOKING FOR PAYBACK AFTER WHAT HAPPENED LAST WEEK, BUT CHARLIE TURNS MINERVA ONTO HER BACK BEFORE LAYING IN SOME PUNCHES OF HIS OWN!!
Rich Russillo: MINERVA TURNS CHARLIE OVER AGAIN, AND NOW SHE HITS A BUNCH OF ELBOWS AND PUNCHES, GETTING CHARLIE BACK FOR WHAT HAPPENED LAST WEEK!! I think Captain Charisma may be torn here! Fights like this aren’t usually encouraged on Voltage nowadays, but it’s not like Charlie didn’t basically ask for this doing what he did last week!
James Peters: Charlie pushes Minerva off of him, BUT AS SOON AS CHARLIE GETS TO A KNEE MINERVA GOES FOR THE DEVIL’S TOUCH!!!
Rich Russillo: CHARLIE MANAGED TO PULL HIMSELF OUT OF THE RING AT THE LAST SECOND THOUGH, STOPPING THE SUPERKICK FROM CONNECTING!!!! Charlie Marr slowly backpedaling up the ramp, and I think Minerva’s not done!
(Minerva goes back and picks up the microphone and EAW Championship before beginning to speak.)
Minerva: Just remember you asked for this. You have no idea what you’re doing here, and it’s going to cost you.
(‘Blood, Milk, & Sky’ hits, and Charlie Marr is furious as he stares at Minerva from the ramp.)
James Peters: Minerva with some strong final words as she stands tall tonight, and the fact that this will be a Hardcore match has definitely made things more interesting!
Rich Russillo: This could definitely go either way, and I personally can’t wait to see what happens at Wicked Games!
(Minerva raises the EAW World Championship as the crowd cheers, and as Charlie Marr and Minerva stare directly at one another with seemingly no love lost between them, Voltage begins to fade from ringside.)

(‘People are Strange’ by The Dead South plays out Off-Brand Amphetamines, flanked by Trixie Stane, and together, the trio look focused as the walk down to the ring.)
Bella Braxton: Introducing first! At a combined weight of 476 pounds, accompanied to the ring by Trixie Stane…THE TEAM OF SOLOMON STANE AND KIRK REDWOOD…OFF-BRAND AMPHETAMINES!
James Peters: We’re witnessing a Pain for Pride 15 rematch! Ice Aces versus Off-Brand Amphetamines.
Rich Russillo: Last time, Off-Brand Amphetamines we’re victorious, so they’re reasonably confident going into this match.
James Peters: But things can change within such a short time, it could be anyone’s ball game really.
(‘Pinky! Pinky!’ by The Idol Formerly Known as LADYBABY blares throughout the arena to a positive reaction from fans, accompanying both Ayu and Usagi as they head down to the ring.)
Bella Braxton: And their opponent! At a combined weight of 230 pounds! THE TEAM OF AYU MEGUMI AND USAGI SENSHI…THE ICE ACES!!!
Rich Russillo: Ice Aces have found themselves in the crosshairs of Eden Sinclair, but they’re still pushing forward, and you gotta respect them for that.
Persephone: Yeah, I respect the fact they’d rather reveal the truth than get a win over a Hall of Famer.
James Peters: I sense some sarcasm there, Persephone.
Persephone: None at all. I’m a big fan of the Ice Aces, and hope they represent Voltage strongly against these two Dynasty representatives!
(Usagi and Solomon are gonna start things off for their respective teams.)
(DING! DING! DING!)
James Peters: Here we go! Solomon’s gonna start things off with Usagi Senshi. Tag team competition- ooh, look at Redwood, feigning as if he was gonna enter the ring, distracting Senshi, who rushes over. Kirk drops off the apron before Usagi can get to him, BUT SOLOMON KNOCKS AYU OFF THE APRON WITH A RUNNING FOREARM!
Rich Russillo: Usagi has no knowledge of this, keeping her eyes on Kirk momentarily. Solomon goes to take advantage, spinning her around, but Usagi catches him with a boot to the midsection, following that up with multiple forearms to the face, backing him up against the ropes. Irish whip by Usagi- gets reversed by Stane, sending her to the ropes instead!
James Peters: Clothesline attempt by Stane, but it’s ducked underneath, and SENSHI NAILS HIM WITH A PELE KICK! Solomon’s on wobbly legs before tumbling out through the middle rope, landing on his feet, and getting some of his wits about him. Solomon turns to see Ayu stirring, and picks her up, launching her shoulder first into the barricade!
Rich Russillo: Solomon goes to re-enter the ring, but an angry Usagi knocks him down with a running baseball slide! Senshi exits the ring, and sees Kirk approaching to intervene. She charges at him, delivering punches and forearms to the face! Both competitors engage in fisticuffs, but Kirk shoves her away, creating minor separation. FROM BEHIND!
Persephone: From behind came Solomon Stane with a running elbow to the back of Usagi’s head!
James Peters: Down goes Usagi, who favors the back of her head. Meanwhile, the trio of Trixie, Solomon, and Kirk discuss what I’m guessing is strategy.
Rich Russillo: I think they’re about to put it to use as Solomon rolls Usagi back into the ring, and Kirk gets up on the apron.
**TAG!!**
James Peters: The tag is made, Kirk Redwood is now the legal man. However, he drops off the apron, and Stane sends Usagi out through the middle rope! Senshi gets to all fours, stirring, but Redwood picks her up, bringing her to the front of the steel steps. MAT SLAM! Good God, Kirk Redwood Just mat slammed Usagi onto the steel steps. That’s the textbook definition of vicious there.
Rich Russilllo: Usagi holds the back of her head as she rolls off the steel steps.
Persephone: Somebody please get a doctor! …or don’t. Let Usagi showcase that fighting spirit of hers!
Rich Russillo: The referee is checking on the downed Senshi, possibly considering stopping the match. But Kirk shoves him away, hoping to inflict some more punishment. The referee spins Redwood back around though, and reprimands him for his actions. I don’t think Kirk cares much, and just shrugs him off, rolling Usagi back into the ring for a cover! Hook of the leg!
ONNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEE!!
TWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOO-
James Peters: Almost a two count, but Usagi kicks out, having been given some vital time to recover on the outside.
**TAG!!**
James Peters: Kirk tags out to Solomon on the apron as he stands over Usagi on all fours, keeping a handful of hair, and holding her in place for a big boot from Solomon! Kirk exits to the apron, and Usagi tries crawling to her corner over to Ayu. But Solomon’s too quick for that, stopping her, and standing her up. Usagi gets bounced face first off the top turnbuckle, now she’s pinned up in the Amphetamines’ corner.
Rich Russillo: A barrage of right hands to the skull connect on Senshi, soon, the referee has to intervene, pulling Stane back to create seperation, and give Usagi some breathing room. But with his attention diverted, Kirk grabs Usagi in a rear naked choke from the apron, releasing just before the referee could catch him in the act.
**TAG!!**
James Peters: Kirk Redwood enters the ring, once again, the legal man. Off-Brand Amphetamines walk to the other side of the ring, opposite of Usagi, making eye contact with Ayu on the apron, being out of her arm’s reach, and gonna make her watch as they dismantle Senshi. Solomon Irish whips Kirk hard, and HE FLIES IN THE AIR FOR A KNEE ON USAGI IN THE CORNER!
Rich Russillo: Senshi collapses to the canvas, and Kirk wants to do more damage, but the official tells him to back off, checking on Usagi. I think he’s still worried over that steel steps maneuver done by Redwood, wanting to make sure Senshi is all there. Usagi crawls to a corner, seating herself in it, and assures the ref that she’s fine.
James Peters: Usagi pulls herself up using the ropes, and stumbles over to Kirk, holding the back of her head still, and KIRK CHARGES AT HER WITH A EUROPEAN UPPERCUT! HE QUICKLY RUSHES INTO THE COVER, HOOKING HER LEG
ONNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEE!!
TWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOO!!
Rich Russillo: Kickout! Kirk slaps the mat in frustration, bur picks Usagi back up, sending her into his corner!
**TAG!!**
Rich Russillo: We’ve seen multiple tags at this point, and they’re ultimately proving to be successful as they bounce Usagi off the ropes! Double back elbow connects, and she sits up. Solomon grabs her in a rear chinlock, further wearing Senshi down even more. The crowd aren’t fans of this, nor are they ever, wanting to see the pace pick up, not slow down.
Persephone: Cmon, who doesn’t enjoy a good rear chinlock?! 😀
James Peters: :roman: Usagi starts powering back to her feet, showing signs of life, delivering back elbows to the abdomen, loosening the grip of Stane. Solomon halts her momentum with a pointed elbow to the back of the head, and sends her into the corner again.

Rich Russillo: Kirk enters the ring, and both competitors score a double headbutt. Usagi stumbles a bit before dropping down to a knee in the center of the ring. Kirk smirks, having her right where he wants her, even signaling that this is the beginning of the end. REDWOOD GOES TO SPRING OFF THE MIDDLE ROPE FOR .50 CAL!
James Peters: BUT USAGI LEAPS ON THE MIDDLE ROPE HERSELF, PEELING REDWOOD OFF WITH A RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP! Kirk landed high on his shoulders and neck, rolling through to a prone position. The crowd starts cheering Usagi on as she stirs, and crawls to her corner. Redwood feintly tries to grab her ankle, but it’s no use.
**TAG!!**
Rich Russillo: THE TAG IS MADE! HERE COMES AYU! Kirk stands himself up from a kneel, AND MEGUMI SPRINGS OFF THE TOP ROPE FOR A MISSILE DROPKICK! BUT SHES IMMEDIATELY BACK UP, KNOCKING SOLOMON OFF THE APRON WITH A RUNNING FOREARM, GETTING SOME PAYBACK FRON EARLIER!
James Peters: KIRK CHARGES AT HER WHILE SHES IN THE CORNER, BUT AYU GETS HER BOOT UP, STAGGERING HIM BACK, AND SHE HOPS TO THE MIDDLE ROPE FOR A DIVING BLOCKBUSTER! Ayu sees Solomon getting back to his feet, assisted by his wife, Trixie Stane. Ayu slingshots herself over the top rope for a crossbody, and Trixie gets out of the way, but Solomon doesn’t do the same, getting taken down.
Rich Russillo: Ayu slides back into the ring, ducking underneath a clothesline attempt from Redwood, and bouncing off the ropes behind him. Kirk turns around, AND GETS A SLINGBLADE FOR HIS TROUBLES! Ayu is on fire as she commands Redwood to get up from the corner. Kirk gets a knee, AND RYO NO IKARI HITS HIM SQUARE ON THE CHIN! SUPERKICK CONNECTS, AND MIGHT BE THE FINISH AS AYU HOOKS THE LEG!

James Peters: SHOULDER UP! But there’s no frustration to be read on Ayu, in fact, the kickout only fired her up even more as she begins to line up Redwood. He’s slowly getting back to his feet, probably having no idea what awaits him. Kirk turns around… ETHEREAL BLADE!
Rich Russillo: Spoke too soon. Kirk managed to catch Ayu with a headbutt before she could leap in the air, placing both of them on wobbly legs. But Ayu’s first to recover with a superkick to the midsection, doubling Kirk over. She hooks him up for a DDT from the looks of it, but Redwood shoves her away before that plan could come to fruition.
James Peters: Ayu bounces off the ropes as a result, and eats a desperation back elbow from Redwood. Kirk spins around, dropping to a knee, trying to recover after that onslaught he endured from Megumi. Ayu clutches at her eye, which mighta gotten tagged there, and staggers to the ropes. But with her vision distorted, Solomon hops up on the apron, and clotheslines her down. The referee didn’t see it as he was busy checking on Kirk.
Rich Russillo: Redwood recovers, and heads to his corner.

Rich Russillo: Solomon rushes in the ring, no wasted motion on his end, and stomps down on Ayu, keeping hold of the bottom rope for extra assistance. Solomon picks Ayu back up, and plants her in the center of the ring with TRIUMPH OF TRUTH! THE ONE-HANDED SITOUT CHOKESLAM! Stane scoots into the cover, hooking the inside leg!

James Peters: Solomon will have to do a lot more than that. Ayu is brought back to her feet, Stane having a handful of hair. Strong forearm strike by Solomon knocks Megumi back down! She tries crawling to her corner, wanting to tag out to Usagi, somewhat of a role reversal now. But Solomon turns her over for a rear chinlock. Stane is making sure to really wrench on it.
Rich Russillo: This crowd rallies behind Megumi, and I think she’s feeding off of them as she powers back to her feet. Ayu reaches her hand out for Usagi, trying to inch her way over to the corner, but she’s in the middle of the ring right now, in the clutches of Solomon Stane stil-
James Peters: Not anymore as Usagi knocks him back into his corner with a jawbreaker! Ayu needs to get up from all fours. Kirk tags Solomon on the back!

Rich Russillo: KIRK RUSHES IN, AND KNOCKS USAGI OFF THE APRON WITH A RUNNING BIG BOOT! He turns his attention over to Ayu, and walks right into a hurricanrana! Ayu goes to tag Usagi, but realizes she’s been knocked off. Kirk rolls to a knee, and tags out to Solomon.

James Peters: Solomon enters, AND COLLIDES HIMSELF INTO AYU WITH A RUNNING JUMPING BACK ELBOW IN THE CORNER! Solomon short arms Ayu into an alley oop, popping her up over his head, and into a BICYCLE KNEE STRIKE FROM KIRK! AYU MIGHT BE OUT OF IT AS SOLOMON RUSHES INTO THE COVER!

Rich Russillo: Kickout! Emotions are running high for Solomon, and Kirk now, both arguing with the referee that was three. But the official isn’t having it, forcing Kirk out of the ring. Solomon remains arguing, but realizes he has to turn attention over to Ayu, which he does, picking her up by the hair. AYU EXPLODES WITH A FOREARM STRIKE, FOLLOWED UP BY A KNIFE EDGE CHOP! FOREARM! CHOP! FOREARM! CHOP!
James Peters: Solomon is stunned, and Ayu runs off the ropes in front of him! BUT HE GRABS HER IN A CHOKE! ARE WE GONNA SEE ANOTHER TRIUMPH OF TRU- NO! AYU COUNTERED WITH A KNEE STRIKE AS HE HOISTED HER UP! Solomon is on wobbly legs, and Megumi stumbles back into the Off-Brand Amphetamines’ corner. Not where she wants to be at all.
Rich Russillo: Kirk grabs on to the back of her belt, attempting to keep her in place as Solomon runs in! BUT AYU AVOIDS WHATEVER STANE HAD IN STORE, AND HE GOES CRASHING SHOULDER FIRST INTO THE RINGPOST! Ayu begins crawling over to her corner as Usagi just got back up on the apron, stretching her hand out for the tag!
Persephone: But Kirk might be two steps ahead!

James Peters: Redwood tags himself in, and grabs Ayu by the belt again as she stands herself back up, pulling her into a back suplex! BUT MEGUMI BACKFLIPS OUT OF IT, LANDING ON HER FEET! Ayu staggers back against the ropes, and Kirk runs full steam ahead! BUT SPILLS TO THE OUTSIDE AS AYU LOW BRIDGES THE TOP ROPE! Megumi crawls over to Usagi, this is her chance!
Rich Russillo: Kirk slides back into the ring!

James Peters: Both competitors tag out! USAGI AND SOLOMON CHARGE AT ONE ANOTHER! SENSHI SCORES THE FIRST BLOW, TAGGING SOLOMON WITH A FOREARM SMASH! BUT SHE ISNT DONE YET, FOLLOWING THAT UP WITH A EUROPEAN UPPERCUT, THEN A SPINNING BACKFIST! USAGI WANTS THE ROUNDHOUSE KICK, BUT STANE DUCKS UNDERNEATH, AND SHOVES HER INTO THE RING!
Rich Russillo: Senshi rebounds off, and almost gets caught with a clothesline, but she ducks underneath as well! Solomon spins around, and eats a ROUNDHOUSE KICK! COMPLETING THE ELITE COMBO, AND SENDING HIM STAGGERING INTO THE CORNER! USAGI IS FIRING ON ALL CYLINDERS, TAKING THE FIGHT TO SOLOMON STANE!
James Peters: CORNER RUNNING LARIAT PERFORMED BY SENSHI! BUT SHE CONTINUES THE ATTACK WITH REPEATED STOMPS IN THE CORNER, SINKING STANE DOWN! Usagi sees Kirk get up on the apron, and DROPS HIM WITH A SUPERKICK! Senshi leans up against the ropes, hoping to catch her breathe, BUT YOU CANT TAKE YOUR EYES OFF SOLOMON, WHO RUNS OFF THE ROPES OPPOSITE TO HER!
Rich Russillo: BUT SOLOMON RUNS RIGHT INTO A SUPERKICK HIMSELF, AND GETS SENT OUT THROUGH THE MIDDLE ROPE BY USAGI! Off-Brand Amphetamines are back up, and USAGI WIPES THEM BOTH OUT WITH A TOPE CON HILO! Solomon quickly gets rolled back into the ring, and Usagi climbs to the top rope. Kirk grabs her ankle, but she kicks him off. However, Solomon takes advantage with a right hand!
James Peters: Stane climbs to the middle rope, and hoists Usagi in a fireman’s carry, not sure of what he could be going for here. But Usagi fights out of it with elbows to the jaw, and she slithers down the body of Solomon, landing on her feet, and peeling him off the middle rope in position for a powerbomb!
Rich Russillo: Look at the power on display!

James Peters: Kirk comes back in, and goes to double team Usagi with Stane. Solomon hooks Usagi up for the X-Plex, and we know where this is headed. If this move lands, it could very well be game over for the Ice Aces. BUT LOOK AT THIS! AYU SLIDES INTO THE RING, HELPING USAGI SLIP OUT THE BACK OF SOLOMON STANE’S SUPLEX!
Rich Russillo: Ayu goes for a kick to the gut on Kirk, and Usagi bounces off the ropes from a push kick to the chest by Solomon! Stane takes out Ayu with a big boot while Kirk had her leg caught! Redwood sees Usagi rebound off the ropes, and catches her in a spinning uranage! Solomon exits the ring, and Kirk hooks Usagi up for the Collins Lock!
Persephone: Figure four sharpshooter applied!
James Peters: Usagi is in an immense amount of pain, add that on with the fact she’s in the center of the ring. We might be seeing the beginning of the end. No Ayu to save her!
Rich Russillo: Kirk’s really wrenching on the hold, but Usagi begins crawling toward the bottom rope. Kirk’s doing the best he can to resist, but look at the sheer determination of Senshi!
James Peters: Rope break! But that doesn’t mean Kirk will let it go.

James Peters: Redwood utilized all of his time there, and tags out to Solomon, keeping the pressure on.

Rich Russillo: Solomon lifts Usagi up for a back suplex, and Kirk leaps up, delivering a high knee to the side of her head! Stane spins out for the back suplex, and a cover is made!

James Peters: Solomon hooks both arms of Usagi behind her back, leaving her open for a right hand from Redwood! Senshi drops to a knee, but gets stood back up by Kirk, who slaps her around a bit, just toying with his food. Senshi is on spaghetti legs, and staggers back a bit, rebounding off the ropes for FATALITY!
Rich Russillo: THE BICYCLE KNEE STRIKE! But she can’t capitalize, and wants a tag out to Ayu. However, Megumi isn’t on the ring apron. Stane is, and Kirk rolls over to his corner, Usagi not having gotten all of that knee to fully KO him.

James Peters: Senshi stands herself up, wondering where Ayu is, but gets turnt around for a boot to the abdominal area by Stane! Solomon lifts Usagi up for a powerbomb, and Kirk climbs to the top rope. BUT AYU SLINGSHOTS HERSELF OVER THE TOP ROPE TO THE MIDDLE, DELIVERING RIGHT HANDS TO KIRK!
Rich Russillo: Solomon’s vision is obscured, therefore, he can’t see the danger his partner is in. Ayu hooks him up for a suplex, and Solomon plants Usagi down with a powerbomb, just coming to realize what’s happening. THE SUPLEX GETS BLOCKED BY KIRK, WHO GOURDBUSTERS AYU DOWN ONTO USAGI!
James Peters: Ayu rolls out of the ring, and Redwood drops off the top rope for a cover on Senshi!

James Peters: But from the outside, Ayu grabs onto the ankle of Solomon, preventing him from hitting Odin’s Eye. KIRK CHARGES AT MEGUMI, BUT SHE SIDESTEPS, CAUSING HIM TO HIT SHOULDER FIRST INTO THE STEEL STEPS!
Rich Russillo: Solomon drops Usagi off his back, and yells at Ayu on the outside! Big mistake as Senshi comes from behind with an O’Connor roll!

James Peters: What a match by these two teams! It wasn’t easy, but they managed to defeat former Unified Tag Team Champions, a team they had already faced in the past!
(After the match is over, Usagi slowly pulls up to her feet with the help of the ropes, as she turns quickly to see Ayu exhausted rolling into the ring, holding onto her mouth. A worried expression appeared on Usagi’s face as she quickly rushed over to check on Ayu, who got to a kneel, she slowly looked over and she saw Ayu’s lip was slightly busted. Ayu tried to brush it off but Usagi looked at her for a moment, it was bleeding a bit. Usagi used her sleeve to clean up the little bit of blood and hold her lip for a moment so it stopped bleeding. With the blood gone, Usagi slowly spoke up.)
Usagi Senshi: (off-mic) All good?
Ayu Megumi: (off-mic) Yeah…all good.
(Ayu lets out a sweet smile and in response Usagi lets out a small smile of her own. She carefully grabs Ayu’s hand and pulls her up to her feet, the two hold their hands together and stare at each other’s eyes for a few seconds, another moment that the two were cherishing together but then…all of the sudden-)
???: GET YOUR HANDS OFF THAT POOR GIRL THIS INSTANT!
(Usagi and Ayu can only react with absolute annoyance hearing that person’s voice, it was clear who it was. It didn’t take her long to reveal herself as it was obviously Candice Blair coming out with a microphone in one hand and a sign that said #FreeAyu in the other. The crowd can only boo once more seeing Candice come out, she stands there with a determined expression on her face as she speaks up.)
Candice Blair: Yes, thank you New Zealand! Thank you for being on my side and booing the atrocity that is happening right now! 😌
(The crowd only boos even louder when hearing that as Candice nods as well.)
Candice Blair: Indeed, boo! Boo louder! 🗣 If they won’t listen to me then they have to listen to you because it is outrageous that this keeps on going and no one has resolved it yet. This might seem like a cute moment to those who glance at it at first sight without thinking but ladies and gentlemen, infections are not cute! 😷 Usagi touched an open wound with her sleeve without disinfecting or rinsing it… without anything! Do you not know how many germs could have been on that sleeve? Dr. Bethany Blue should be taking care of that, not her! Either Usagi was acting carelessly or doing it on purpose, and I am going to say it is the second option! It is just another way for Usagi to make Ayu suffer, as another chance to make Ayu believe that infection was all of her fault and Usagi had nothing to do with it at all. Usagi Senshi is an expert manipulator and I won’t wait any longer to expose her for who she is! 😤
Candice Blair: That is why I am once again asking all of you to support me because I am launching another campaign. I did this before for my friend Azrael, #RIPMyBigHomieAzrael 😔, and I am going to do it once more for that poor and amazing girl who needs to be let free and let her wings soar through the sky. That’s why I want all of you to go out there and get #FreeAyu trending! Make all of your voices known because this is nothing short of an injustice! Do none of you see how Ayu Megumi was before? She brought such a bright and positive attitude to EAW and now look at her! She is another hateful and selfish wrestler who cares all about herself. Who does that remind you of? About most of the people here, yes, but also Usagi Senshi, because you know why? She is nothing but an abuser and she belongs nowhere near Ayu Megumi.
(Usagi is absolutely livid after hearing Candice continue to accuse her, but before she goes to speak up and defend herself, she is stopped by Ayu as she nods at her, assuring her that she had this. She quickly walked over to grab a microphone from the announcer, as she turned to Candice slowly speaking up.)
Ayu Megumi: Candice…shut the [BLEEP] up.
(The crowd cheers wildly after hearing that from Ayu. Candice can only stand there with her jaw dropped a bit, genuinely shocked after hearing Ayu say that.)
Candice Blair: :picard:
Ayu Megumi: Stop trying to make yourself look like you are a hero. Stop lying and trying to make the narrative revolve around you. You are not a good person no matter how many times you continue to say that you are. You have to be the worst activist that exists at this moment considering your own actions. Do you think everyone is blind and deaf? Everyone knows what you have done. Everyone knows the lies that you have said. Everyone knows that you decided to think only about yourself and side with Eden Sinclair despite everyone hating her guts for what she did. You think I am actually going to believe what you are saying? You don’t want to free me. You only want to take credit for something that doesn’t even involve you! You have treated me, ARIA and Usagi like trash for standing up and believing in what was truly right. You want what is best for me? You literally attacked me during a match with a steel chair, you cost us the win against Haruka, Halsey and Kylie, and then you tried to ignore that completely, while also doubling down on something that isn’t even true. You accused my girlfriend of something she is not. She is not an abuser, she is someone who loves me to infinity and beyond, who stood there for me and did all she could to make me better, and that is why I love her as well!
(The crowd cheers in support of the Ice Aces as Candice still stands there, not believing what Ayu was actually telling her before she finally reached a conclusion, only letting out a disappointed sigh.)
Candice Blair: Oh my gosh…things go deeper than I thought they went. Now Usagi is actually manipulating and brainwashing you?! And you suddenly got New Zealand to start cheering for you? This is black magic by this point! An abuser AND a witch?! We aren’t even close to Halloween yet! 😱
(By that point Usagi couldn’t take it anymore, she heard enough! She didn’t waste any time at all in getting out of that ring and making a mad dash straight towards Candice, but Candice quickly shouted in response.)
Candice Blair: SECURITY!
(Dozens of security guards come pouring out to the entrance ramp. Usagi, of course, doesn’t care, just going through and taking down a few security guards with strikes and kicks to their heads, although the number’s game proves too much. Usagi ends up being detained by the security guards. She tries to fight her way free, but she is pulled back by them once again. All Usagi can do is struggle as Eden Sinclair walks out. She stops next to Candice and takes the microphone. She looks disappointed in the scene in front of her.)
Eden Sinclair: I honestly wanted to think in a positive manner about you, Usagi. I thought you would actually listen to the advice I gave all the Ice Aces and vanish that ugly and nasty attitude you have, but sadly, I was wrong. Things ended up turning out this way, so as a way to ensure no one is hurt any further by your actions and everyone can feel safe, I’m ordering you to undergo anger management and sensitivity training. You won’t be allowed at an EAW event until it has been completed.
(The crowd, Ayu, and Usagi are clearly not happy about that. Usagi is even more enraged as she tries to get herself free, with the rest of the security guards rushing quickly to escort her out of the building with the show going to commercials while the situation is quickly fixed.)
(A commercial clearly sponsored by Disney airs starring Candice Blair and her new campaign about freeing Ayu Megumi, with #FreeAyu getting millions of retweets and likes in just the first few minutes, with the numbers being not fake at all and totally legit. Before anybody can question them though the commercial immediately cuts to more ads for Disney+ and Werewolf by Night.)
(The show returns from commercial break and goes backstage. ARIA is seen hugging Ayu and trying to comfort her and calm her down after what just happened. The two of them are obviously angry and sad after Usagi was taken away like that. Ayu slowly pulls away, looking down at the floor as ARIA lets out a small sigh and slowly speaks up.)
ARIA: Look, Ayu-chan, I am sure that Usagi will be fine. She has gone through a lot worse than this currently, and even though knowing how her attitude is when she is “ready to kill someone” angry and considering who put her to do all of that, I am positive she will come back. We just…have to pull through together and keep fighting. That is what we always do, no?
Ayu Megumi: Right ARIA-chan…I know…
(ARIA gave Ayu a reassuring smile but before she can say anything else, Ayu raises her head up and looks at her with determination and rage in her expression.)
Ayu Megumi: I indeed know…but what I can promise…is that Candice and Eden won’t get away with what they did.
(ARIA, understanding how Ayu was feeling right now, nodded slowly and her smile turned into a determined expression just like Ayu’s. The two, with their minds set, left quickly and Voltage faded away to ringside.)
(As Voltage returns to ringside, Bella Braxton is seen holding a microphone.)

(‘Mo Money’ by Ben McLusky hits, as the crowd begins to boo loudly. After a moment, it’s Ronan Malosi who steps out onto the stage with a bright smile on his face, as he acts as if he can’t even hear the boos. He spreads his arms out at the top of the stage, as the crowd boos even louder at his presence. Malosi drops his arms down to the side, then continues towards the ring as his personal announcer, Amaya, starts to speak.)
Amaya: Introducing first! From Tribecca, New York City, New York!! Weighing 285lbs!!! HE HAS MORE MONEY THAN YOU, HE IS RONAN MALOSI!!
James Peters: Ever since Territorial Invasion, Ronan has acted as if he was owed some form of respect due to being a part of the winning team, even though he was the first man eliminated.
Rich Russillo: Right, but he still seeks respect because he’s Ronan, and he’s never had respect to begin with, so what would you expect?
(‘Mayonaka No Door/Stay With Me’ by Miki Matsubara hits, as the crowd instantly begins cheering. Ronan looks confused as to why the reaction was so drastically different, but everyone else knows why. SHOHEI steps out onto the stage, and the crowd gets even louder. The rookie looks up at Ronan with a determined look on his face, as he continues down to the ring.)
Bella Braxton: And his opponent.. From Sendai, Japan!! Weighing 195lbs!!! THE SPIDER!!! SHOHEI!!!
Rich Russillo: Speaking of people disrespecting Ronan, I believe that’s how Malosi takes the interaction between himself and SHOHEI last week.
James Peters: Yeah, SHOHEI basically called Malosi out for being pathetic, and Ronan responded by acting as if SHOHEI had no room to talk due to his lack of experience in this company.
Rich Russillo: This should definitely be a great match, and after seeing how SHOHEI has done since arriving here to EAW, I don’t think Ronan should take him lightly.
(DING! DING! DING!)
Rich Russillo: There’s the bell, and here we go! SHOHEI and Ronan start this match by circling around in the center of the ring. The two then go right for each other as they tie up.
James Peters: Both of these guys showing their strength, but Ronan is showing that he has more of it, as he begins to drive SHOHEI back against the side ropes! Ronan pressures into SHOHEI so much that he has The Spider leaning over the ropes!!
Persephone: And it looks like the referee wants these guys off the ropes. Ronan nods his head, releases his grip on SHOHEI, then takes a few steps back with his hands in the air to show that they’re off the ropes..
Rich Russillo: BUT MALOSI INSTANTLY STEPS RIGHT BACK IN TO DELIVER A MASSIVE RIGHT HOOK ACROSS SHOHEI’S FACE!!!
James Peters: SHOHEI stumbles off to the side near the corner turnbuckles, as Ronan Malosi follows him. Malosi immediately meets him with a knee to the abdomen against the corner. Then as SHOHEI hunches over, Ronan Malosi grabs him by the back of the head, and slams him back up against the corner!!!
Rich Russillo: And look at this! Ronan Malosi squats low and lifts SHOHEI. The rookie now sits up on the top rope, as Ronan begins to climb up as well.
James Peters: It looks like Ronan Malosi wants to teach this dude a lesson. Malosi hooks SHOHEI’s head, and grabs his tights!!! Here we go!! He’s going for a superple-
Rich Russillo: NO!!! SHOHEI is trying to fight him off, as he’s delivering left hooks to the ribcage!! Strikes like those definitely hurt, and Ronan doesn’t seem to be capable of hitting his superplex with SHOHEI striking his ribs like that!
Persephone: Another! And another! SHOHEI with one more!! Oh how I love watching wrestlers spam punches!
Rich Russillo: When these guys are in a desperate situation, sometimes you need to deliver the most strikes in the least amount of time, and right now that’s EXACTLY what SHOHEI is doing!!! He’s fighting Ronan Malosi off, and..
James Peters: THIS LAST PUNCH TO RIBS KNOCKS RONAN MALOSI OFF OF THE CORNER ROPES, AS HE CRASHES DOWN TO THE CANVAS OF THE RING!!
Rich Russillo: That was a hard landing, and look! SHOHEI stands up in the corner, as he looks right at Ronan Malosi!! This crowd is getting louder for the rook!!
Persephone: DIVING DOUBLE KNEE DROP!!! IT CONNECTS, AS SHOHEI’S KNEES DRILL RIGHT INTO RONAN’S FACE!!!

James Peters: From here, SHOHEI gets from behind Malosi and hooks his arms in a double chicken wing!!! He then tries to lift Malosi up!!!!
Rich Russillo: But it’s no use!! Ronan is just too big!! 285lbs is too much for SHOHEI to handle right now, and eventually Ronan is able to use his strength to break free from this double chicken wing!! Malosi then turns around..
Persephone: KICK TO THE SIDE OF THE KNEE BY SHOHEI!! That forces Ronan Malosi to hunch over and grab at the side of his knee in pain!!
James Peters: But that leaves himself wide open for SHOHEI to deliver a forearm strike to the face of Malosi!! Another! And another! SHOHEI rapid fires these forearm strikes, as each one connects right into Ronan’s face!!! Ronan staggers back a few steps. From here, Malosi shakes his head as he was definitely rattled by those forearm strikes! And now Ronan charges in!
Rich Russillo: BUT HE RUNS RIGHT INTO A EUROPEAN UPPERCUT BY SHOHEI!!!! That uppercut drops Malosi down to one knee! Once SHOHEI sees this, he instantly turns around and runs to the ropes!! He then springs back towards Ronan, and…
James Peters: HE RUNS RIGHT INTO A SPINNING SPINEBUSTER BY MALOSI!!! RONAN POPPED UP OUT OF NOWHERE AND HIT THAT ONE WITH AUTHORITY!!
Rich Russillo: That spinebuster definitely slowed SHOHEI down and put all of the momentum back onto Ronan’s side, however.. It looks like Ronan is slow to get up. He’s down on his hands and knees next to SHOHEI still, so obviously SHOHEI has worn down Ronan early in this match already. However, Ronan still manages to get to his feet, then walks over to SHOHEI who’s slowly trying to get up.
Persephone: Ronan grabs SHOHEI, and brings him up to his feet: he wraps his arms around the rookie and lowers his hips!! He’s trying to do something big here!! BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX!!
James Peters: SHOHEI’s back smacked against the canvas of the ring hard right there, and now he’s arching it!! Not only that, but SHOHEI is also grabbing his lower back, as his face indicates that he is truly in pain!!
Rich Russillo: That he is. When you have someone as big as Ronan Malosi slamming you down to the mat, you’re getting hit with more force than you would against a majority of people. Ronan is playing to his strengths, which is his strength, and that’s why he’s in control of this match right now.
James Peters: Ronan Malosi now walks over to SHOHEI who is down on the canvas facing the ceiling of this arena.
Persephone: STOMP DOWN ONTO THE STOMACH BY MALOSI!!! SHOHEI GASPS FOR AIR AFTER THAT ONE, AS HE CLUTCHES AT HIS ABDOMEN IN PAIN!!!
Rich Russillo: Ronan then goes over by SHOHEI’s legs, and forcefully grabs his right leg and throws it over to get SHOHEI to turn onto his stomach! Ronan then grabs the leg once more, and.. HE’S GOT IT!! ELEVATED SINGLE LEG BOSTON CRAB!!!! SHOHEI IS TRAPPED IN THIS SUBMISSION HOLD!!
James Peters: After delivering two slams that damages and wears down his opponents back, Ronan is playing this match pretty smart by keeping the tension and focusing on that back with this boston crab.
Rich Russillo: The fact that this Single Leg Boston Crab is elevated only adds more to the pain!! He has SHOHEI at such a high angle that it must feel like his back is going to snap completely in half!!

Rich Russillo: And just like that, Ronan Malosi releases the SHOHEI’s leg and the ropes! He shoots his hands high in the air to show the referee that he is no longer performing the submission so that he doesn’t get disqualified.
James Peters: Ronan used every second that he could, and SHOHEI is hurt! Ronan looks over his shoulder and smirks after seeing SHOHEI in as much pain as he’s in.
Rich Russillo: Well, SHOHEI did say that he thought Ronan was a joke earlier this week in one of his promotional tapes. For Ronan to have SHOHEI down like this after hearing those words from him must be a good feeling.
Persephone: Wait is he..
James Peters: SHOHEI IS GETTING UP!!!
Rich Russillo: WOW!!! I thought SHOHEI was going to be down for a minute, but he’s using the ropes to slowly work up to his hands and knees, and now up to his feet! This crowd cheers him on the entire way, and Ronan Malosi looks livid!! He can’t believe SHOHEI had the strength to get back to his feet so fast!!!
Persephone: AND NOW RONAN MALOSI CHARGES IN TOWARDS SHOHEI!!!!
Rich Russillo: RUNNING LARIAT!!!!!
James Peters: NO!!!! SHOHEI GRABS THE TOP ROPE, THEN PULLS IT DOWN WHILE HE DROPS TOWARDS THE CANVAS!!! AND BECAUSE OF THAT, RONAN MALOSI GOES OVER THE TOP ROPE, THEN CRASHES DOWN ONTO THE RINGSIDE FLOOR!! WHAT A MOVE BY SHOHEI!!!!
Persephone: SHOHEI is down in the ring, as he looks over at Ronan Malosi who is on the ground here at ringside. Malosi is slow to get to his hands and knees, as SHOHEI rolls under the bottom rope and makes his way over to ringside. He then makes his way over to Malosi, and grabs him by the head. He attempts to bring Ronan up to his feet, BUT MALOSI DELIVERS A RIGHT HOOK TO MIDSECTION THE SECOND HE GETS UP ON ONE KNEE!!
James Peter: This forces SHOHEI to be hunched over! Ronan then gets to his feet, and grabs SHOHEI!! What’s this?!? RONAN WITH THE SNAP SUPLEX!!!

James Peters: Yeah, SHOHEI is definitely hurting now. He’s clutching at his back while still on the ground. He’s not there long though, because Ronan grabs SHOHEI, and brings him up to his feet. He keeps a tight grip on SHOHEI, and.. HE RUSHES OVER AND BIEL TOSSES SHOHEI UP AGAINST THE THINLY PADDED BARRICADE THAT SURROUNDS THE RING!!

Rich Russillo: Malosi takes a few steps back, then charges right at SHOHEI!!!
Persephone: BUT SHOHEI GETS HIS BOOT UP!!! RONAN RUNS FACE FIRST INTO SHOHEI’S BOOT, AND INSTANTLY TURNS AROUND!! Ronan is clutching at his jaw in pain and walking back towards the ring!
Rich Russillo: And look at SHOHEI!! He’s getting himself off of the barricade, and steps towards Ro- WAIT NO!! HE’S RUNNING TOWARDS RONAN, AND HOOKS THE HEAD!! HE RUNS UP THE RING APRON AND EDGE OF THE RING!!! LOOPHOLE!!!!! THE SLICED BREAD #2 CONNECTS, AS SHOHEI SLAMS THE BACK OF RONAN’S HEAD UP AGAINST THE RINGSIDE FLOOR!!! THIS CROWD IS GOING CRAZY RIGHT NOW AFTER THAT SPECTACULAR MOVE!!!

James Peters: And now SHOHEI gets up and makes his way over to the ring. He slides himself in and then slides himself back out to restart the count.
Rich Russillo: That’s what I like about this guy. He wants to win the right way. He’s a true competitor and doesn’t like taking shortcuts.
James Peters: SHOHEI grabs Ronan Malosi from off of the ground, and gets him up to his feet. He then walks him over to the ring and slides-
Rich Russillo: RONAN PRESSES HIS HANDS AGAINST THE RING APRON!! AND THEN DELIVERS A BACK ELBOW THE ABDOMEN OF SHOHEI!! ANOTHER ONE, AND SHOHEI RELEASES RONAN WHILE GASPING FOR AIR!!!
Persephone: Ronan Malosi grabs SHOHEI now, and slides him into the ring. Ronan then follows inside, and walks over to SHOHEI who is down on the canvas of the ring!!
James Peters: AND HE SLAPS SHOHEI ACROSS THE FACE!!! WHAT DISRESPECT BY RONAN MALOSI!!!
Rich Russillo: AGAIN!!! RONAN WITH ANOTHER SLAP THAT TURNS SHOHEI’S HEAD THE OTHER WAY!!!
James Peters: And now to make matters even worse, Ronan begins laughing at SHOHEI!! He’s pointing at his opponent, and laughing right at SHOHEI, and this crowd isn’t liking that one bit!! They begin to boo heavily, as their voices erupt in a deep tone throughout this arena!!
Rich Russillo: Ronan Malosi just adding insult to injury by mocking SHOHEI and laughing at the rookie. The crowd continues to boo, but Ronan Malosi is ready to give them something boo in a second!! He goes over to SHOHEI, and reaches down to grab him!!!

The look in His eyes indicates that he’s shocked about what happened just now. Ronan Malosi looks shocked as well, but in the worst way possible. The referee eventually grabs SHOHEI by the wrist and raises his arm high in the air.)
Bella Braxton: And here’s your winner!!! THE SPIDER!!! SHOHEI!!!!
James Peters: Great victory by SHOHEI just now! He really got Ronan with that small package, and earned this victory right here!
Rich Russillo: Yeah, I like I’m seeing from this newcomer. He’s 3-0, and just picked up a victory over the former EAW Interwire Champion!
Persephone: Yeah it was fun to watch. Couldn’t be happier. Woo.
James Peters: He stepped up to Ronan and backed up his words tonight. This makes me wonder though. What’s next for this rookie? What other names is he about to take, and how far can he go?
Rich Russillo: From the looks of it, the sky’s the limit for SHOHEI, and if he didn’t get people’s attention before, he definitely got it tonight!
(The screen shows SHOHEI celebrating his victory, as Ronan Malosi shakes his head in utter disappointment. The crowd remains loud for the rookie, as the Voltage fades elsewhere.)
(Sunday Night Voltage quickly cuts to an area backstage where Captain Charisma is seen standing next to the Wicked Games Roulette. He is making sure the wheel is okay and ready to go after it got broken last week during that brawl, luckily duct tape gets the job done. Just then, the next participants arrived at the scene, it was the women for one of the triple threats at Wicked Games. When each of them saw the wheel, they had very different reactions. Haruka Kashimashi looked serious and focused, Kylie Grace looked surprised and interested, and of course Halsey Neel looked uncaring and annoyed. Captain Charisma quickly let out a grin when seeing them and spoke up.)
Captain Charisma: I see all of you have arrived then! Welcome ladies, to the Wicked Games Roulette! In here you have to-
Halsey Neel: We clearly know what we have to do Captain Charisma, it is a roulette, not rocket science. I am just wondering why we have to.
Captain Charisma: …Because that is how the Wicked Games Roulette is supposed to go, and it brings another layer of excitement to your match.
Halsey Neel: You think I care about how exciting this match will be? This is just another way for the people watching to be entertained, and as far as I am concerned that is all pointless to me. The stipulation won’t matter once the bell rings, nothing will get in the way of me picking up the victory. After all, do you not know how much time I have spent with these women, fighting and being forced to team with them? I practically know every little detail of them at this point, and what I especially know is how prone they are to suffering failure. I know I’ve had my fair share of bad luck this Season, but it isn’t as bad as my opponents that is for sure. I have shown a lot more work and a lot more grit to turn that luck around while what are my opponents doing? One of them is focusing more on befriending a child, and the other continues to be stuck in the same loop over and over again. Besides, I already beat one of them, I can certainly beat her again with or without a stipulation added.
Kylie Grace: (mumbling) You weren’t so lucky against me though…
Halsey Neel: What did you say?
Kylie Grace: I said can you please stop complaining so we can spin the roulette?
Halsey Neel: I will complain all I want and let my thoughts be known however I want-
Haruka Kashimashi: Seriously Halsey, can you cut that out?
(Haruka, having heard enough of Halsey, stepped up to her and looked her directly in the eyes. Halsey could only let out an annoyed expression in response.)
Haruka Kashimashi: I am tired of hearing you not taking me seriously and belittling me just because I couldn’t succeed last time. Let me assure you that things won’t end the way they did before, I won’t let it happen and let you win again, not after what I had to go through and how much I put myself through. Because even though I am the worse out of the three here when it comes to matches, I had time to learn from my mistakes just like you and Kylie have. I am confident in saying that I have grown as a person and as a competitor, and when we enter the ring at Wicked Games in whatever stipulation match we end up in, I will plan to be the one winning this time no matter what it costs me.
Halsey Neel: No matter how much you try to throw at the wall hoping it sticks, and no matter how much you say you’ve grown, your best won’t be enough against me.
Haruka Kashimashi: I’ll gladly show you right now what I’ve learned in the ring, I can even use you as a test dummy if need be.
Halsey Neel: Oh really?
(Halsey and Haruka immediately start bickering back and forth as Kylie can only let out a sigh when seeing that, only turning for a moment to see them before focusing once more on the wheel. This was a new experience to her considering she is used to the basics of wrestling, she doesn’t really have any experience in stipulation matches. Despite this though, she decided to step forward and speak to Captain Charisma.)
Kylie Grace: Uhm…Captain Charisma, can I spin the wheel?
Captain Charisma: Of course you can, go for it.
(Haruka and Halsey immediately stop for a moment after hearing that, Kylie clearly gaining their attention. Kylie takes a deep breath and grabs onto the wheel with both of her hands before pulling it down with a little bit of force and making it spin around. The wheel continued to go and go, building up the suspense as it went on spinning, before it finally slowed down and it landed squarely on one stipulation…)
Captain Charisma: Alright, it is official then! The stipulation for your match at Wicked Games will be…a Falls Count Anywhere match!
(The three women, especially Kylie, are taken by surprise at this reveal, since typically Falls Count Anywhere matches are only between 2 elitists.)
Halsey Neel: Now how the fuuuuuu…dge will that work?
Captain Charisma: Well, it is a Falls Count Anywhere match, you can pin your opponent everywhere you want but instead of two, it is three people. Things will be a bit… messy but that is the exciting part of this wheel coming into action there!
Kylie Grace: I’m not going to speak for…
(Kylie looks over at Halsey with a look of almost pure disgust before continuing.)
Kylie Grace: Her, but I can certainly tell you what I think. For me, this Falls Count Anywhere match is completely worth it. I could care less about how messy this match can get because I am more than ready for this match and what it can bring at Wicked Games.
(Haruka had kept her silence for a moment, still staring at the wheel result with a look of surprise then turning into a look of intrigue, thinking about the possibilities this match can bring.)
Haruka Kashimashi: You know what, Captain Charisma? I am actually looking forward to this match. Not only because it was decided by the spin of the wheel, it’s also because I am looking forward to facing Kylie Grace in the ring.
(Haruka takes a second to look over at Kylie before she continues.)
Haruka Kashimashi: Kylie, I am completely ready to see what you can do in the ring. But don’t get it twisted, just because I am ready and excited to face you doesn’t mean I am going to let you walk away with a victory over me at Wicked Games. Kylie, I am not going to let you stop me from getting my EAW career back on track and reaching the new heights that I know that I can.
(Haruka takes her eyes away from Kylie and turns her glaze right towards Halsey Neel.)
Haruka Kashimashi: As for YOU! I’m looking forward to this match with you for a completely different reason. I can’t wait to give you EXACTLY what you deserve at Wicked Games.
(Halsey did not like that remark one bit and she walks over and gets right into Haruka’s face.)
Halsey Neel: Is that right?
(Halsey takes the opportunity to slightly shove Haruka back to make a point. Haruka’s amused look turns into a glare after being shoved and she gets right back in Halsey’s face.)
Haruka Kashimashi: You better believe that’s right!
(Haruka shoves Halsey in retaliation and sends Halsey a few steps back. Halsey has a look of almost pure anger on her face as she walks right back to Haruka and slaps her hard right across the face. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back and this has dissolved right into a brawl with Haruka and Halsey throwing hands. Captain Charisma lets out a sigh of frustration.)
Captain Charisma: … and here we go!
(Halsey and Haruka are still fighting, but now Kylie steps up to the fight. Kylie is looking to play peacekeeper for the moment to try and break up the fight.)
Kylie Grace: Come on, guys. That’s enough! We can beat the crap out of each other at Wicked Games. Lay off you guys!
(Kylie is doing the best she can to break up this fight, but it might have made the two brawlers even more mad as they both take a second to shove Kylie away hard from the fight right into the wall. The back of Kylie’s head cracks hard against the wall as she slides to the floor holding her head as a picture hanging on the wall falls off and also cracks her on the top of the head.)
Captain Charisma: I NEED SOME HELP IN HERE!
(Seconds later, officials come into the office and pull Halsey and Haruka apart as others come and check on Kylie. Halsey and Haruka are still trying to claw at each other and keep fighting as Captain Charisma shakes his head as the camera cuts elsewhere.)
(Commercial for Halloween Ends, featuring Jon Kelton as he explains just how great of a movie it is. Possibly the best Halloween movie he’s ever seen!)
(Sunday Night Voltage comes back to show the backstage area of the Sparks Arena, where the camera focuses on a pair of heels stepping through the halls. The shot pans up, revealing that this is Delilah Everett, who is the sister and personal assistant of Voltage Elitist Sierra Everett, with the destination she’s heading for being anyone’s guess. She finally comes to a stop and turns to look at a door, with a nameplate that very clearly reads ‘CAPTAIN CHARISMA – VOLTAGE COMMISSIONER’. It’s being led to the assumption that Captain Charisma called for Sierra’s presence after the incident last week backstage at Voltage, but of course, he gets Delilah instead as she goes ahead and knocks on the door to the office.)
???: COME IN!
(Delilah opens the door and her eyes widen as she’s met with a not-so-happy sight. The camera pans over to reveal not just Captain Charisma, who is standing by his desk, but Hikari Kanno right next to her. She has her arms crossed, slightly rubbing her neck after seeing Delilah being reminded of the attack last week before she tilts her head and ‘politely’ smiles toward her. Delilah, who is surprised and quite frankly scared, slowly scoots into the room and closes the door behind her while Captain Charisma notices her presence.)
Captain Charisma: Oh, Delilah! Excellent, you got here at the right time. The reason I called you down here today, though I would’ve very much preferred Sierra, is that there is indeed something that she needs to hear.
Delilah Everett: Oh really? What might that be?
Captain Charisma: I know that for the past few weeks, Hikari here has been requesting a match against Sierra. I’ve been on edge about that considering her status and whether or not she’ll be fit to compete, it’s a very serious matter to me since I care about my Elitists and their wellbeing, especially this Season. But thanks to all the knowledge that I’ve gathered and my chat with Hikari here, I think I’ve reached a pretty decisive conclusion.
(Hikari nods her head slowly as Captain Charisma is saying this while on the other hand, in a completely polar opposite way, Delilah is shaking her head knowing what’s coming.)
Captain Charisma: At Wicked Games, Hikari Kanno… will be getting her match against Sierra Everett.
(Captain Charisma smiles at this while Hikari chuckles, knowing what this means for her plans in just two weeks’ time. Delilah instantly gets apprehensive and furthermore defensive.)
Delilah Everett: What kind of Commissioner are you??? Weren’t you told personally that Sierra was hurt??? Considering the injuries that she sustained after the ruthless and unsafe worker Hikari Kanno attacked her, there is no way she’s going to be 100% by Wicked Games. Better yet, I don’t think she’s going to be ready by the end of the year! You’re insane for this, putting your Elitists in a situation where they could very well risk further injury and better yet unrecoverable? You should be ashamed of yourself, have you no humanity?
Captain Charisma: :mjpls: Did we watch the same thing last week? It’s easy to convince yourself she’s injured when you can dress her up in a neck brace and roll her around in a wheelchair, but I’m pretty sure all of us saw her discard said injuries to attack Hikari and lay her out backstage with no problem. Not even a limp.
(Delilah is in silence for a moment before she quickly pulls out her phone, checking it for a moment before stuffing it back into her pocket and looking up at Captain Charisma.)
Delilah Everett: I… have no idea what you’re talking about! This footage that you speak of is nothing compared to a firsthand account, which I have the privilege of having. I saw with my own two eyes Hikari try and attack a defenseless Sierra and try to further injure her unexpectedly. If anything, Hikari shouldn’t be given a reward for that, no, there should be consequences for this unwarranted and aggravated assault. This is quite frankly unacceptable, and after hearing all of this come from your own mouth it makes me question how you got the job of Voltage Commissioner in the first place.
(Hikari rolls her eyes upon hearing this, but despite that still amused at the excuses that Delilah is making right now. Meanwhile, Captain Charisma has the slightest smirk, but also manages to maintain professionalism.)
Hikari Kanno: One way or another, I was going to get my hands on Sierra. But since she decided to expose herself last week to attack me, it’s obvious that she was never even injured in the first place. The only thing she’s been doing these past few weeks is delaying the inevitable, and I’ve been so courteous up to this point to let her have her grace, but no, we’re not going to play this game anymore. There are no excuses that she’s going to have the chance to hide behind to get away from me, she’s not going to run away from this anymore and what she did last week only proved that. Wicked Games she better be walking in with the expectation that she’s not going to be able to run away from this anymore, something that she doesn’t stand a chance of doing especially against me.
(Hikari continues to cross her arms as she leans back against the wall, with Delilah on the edge looking around and possibly trying to think of a way out of this.)
Delilah Everett: I-I just don’t get it. Why are all of you purposely going out of your way to target Sierra and do all these mean and cruel things toward her? What has she ever done to any of you to provoke this? Even if there is a hypothetical situation where she suddenly isn’t hurt, she doesn’t deserve to be placed in a position like this as some sick and twisted punishment. Once again, where’s the humanity between the two of you?
Hikari Kanno: I could name a number of things that she’s done to me to deserve this…
Captain Charisma: There’s no amount of coaxing and pleading that will make me reverse my decision, what’s final is final. Sierra Everett is cleared for Wicked Games and she will face Hikari at the event, and I hope, once again, you transmit this message to her duly. 😌
(Delilah looks between both Captain Charisma and Hikari, before shaking her head, absolutely baffled that they’d have the audacity to do this to her. She scrunches her face before beginning to turn around.)
Delilah Everett: I think I’m going to be sick…
(Knowing that there’s nothing else that can be done, Delilah turns around and swiftly leaves the room. Captain Charisma looks toward Hikari and shrugs his shoulders, while Hikari simply scoffs before nodding her head as a means of thanks and beginning to make her leave the ring.)
(The camera then transitions over to a different area backstage, a private locker room with someone seen seated on a folded steel chair inside it. Sierra Everett is seen, obviously without any sort of neck brace, bandages, wheelchairs, or whatever else she might have in mind to make an ‘injury’ seem real. It’s clear that she’s in some distress right now, having heard that she was called down to Captain Charisma’s office. Her head quickly perks up as the sound of the door is heard opening.)
Sierra Everett: Well?!
(The camera goes over to show Delilah Everett slowly entering the room, and with Sierra seeing the look of disappointment on her face, there is no good news to be had right now. Delilah shakes her head slowly before looking at Sierra.)
Delilah Everett: I tried my best…
Sierra Everett: That doesn’t give me any clues, what does that mean???
(Delilah pauses for a moment, while an inpatient Sierra is a ticking time bomb right now.)
Delilah Everett: … Captain Charisma has made your match against Hikari Kanno at Wicked Games official, you’re cleared for in-ring action, I’m sorry-
(Delilah is interrupted by Sierra standing straight up and kicking her chair over in anger. She grabs it and throws it straight into one of the lockers, making a loud crashing sound, before she slams her hands on the lockers.)
Sierra Everett: WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?! GOD, DO YOU KNOW WHAT SHE DID TO ME??? SHE BRUTALLY ATTACKED ME AND LEFT ME FOR DEAD AND NOW THEY WANT TO PUT ME IN THE RING WITH THAT SAVAGE?! WHAT WAS CAPTAIN CHARISMA THINKING?! THIS IS…
(Sierra’s voice dies down for a moment before she gives a cry of frustration. She thinks for a moment before taking a deep breath to calm herself down and storming out of the locker room. She swings the door open and immediately slams it shut, quickly disappearing and leaving Delilah in the locker room by herself. She’s clearly just as concerned about this as Sierra might be right now, as Sierra now finds herself in the crosshairs of a hungry and vengeful Hikari Kanno. Delilah quickly leaves the scene to chase after Sierra, as it’s the last shot seen before Sunday Night Voltage then begins to fade to elsewhere from there.)

Rich Russillo: PJ Hendrx lost to Amir Yusuf last week but insists that he is still better than him and the result will be different next time. Well we will see if the result is different tonight as well and PJ actually listened to one of Hunnid’s songs this week and wasn’t impressed.
James Peters: Well he didn’t appreciate Hunnid’s rap but maybe he will appreciate his wrestling. This is a cage match so we are going to see everything all of these guys have got. There is no escape in that cage!
( ‘Unbreakable’ by Fireflight hits as the crowd erupts into cheers!! )

(Kylie Grace comes out to the crowd celebrating with the fans before entering the cage which has the door closed but not locked behind her with an outside official standing nearby to open it when necessary.)
Rich Russillo: Kylie Grace also supported Hunnid Honcho this week by listening to his music. She didn’t seem to be as instantly turned off as PJ Hendrx was. However, as she was listening despite her best attempts to remain positive… she was indeed forced to cringe.
James Peters: That’s not what this match is about, though. There are three talented Elitists in there and all want to pick up a win for their brand!
(DING! DING! DING!)
Persephone: Words cannot express how hyped I am for this Barbed Wire Electrified Steel Cage Match here tonight! I just wonder who will survive!
Rich Russillo: Ummm actually my queen it is just a normal steel cage match. None of that other stuff.
Persephone: No… no barbed wire??? No… no electricity? :mjcry: !!!
Rich Russillo: I’m afraid not. But a Cage Match can still be pretty dangerous. I mean this is going pretty far for Disney.
Persephone: I understand. It is of course for the best that nobody dies. I fully understand that and can appreciate the reasons behind it. Disney truly cares. 😀
Rich Russillo: This match is underway as Hunnid Honcho is shown confronting Kylie Grace in the ring.
Hunnid Honcho: (off mic) Alright let me tell you something you-
James Peters: WAIT! PJ Hendrx just blindsided Hunnid Honcho from behind with a Running Axe Handle! Down goes Honcho! Hendrx suddenly whirls around and goes for an Axe Handle on Kylie as well! But she ducks under his attack! A hard kick to the gut of Hendrx as she continues to attack him and punch him up against the cage. She goes for a Clothesline on Hendrx but he ducks beneath and runs off the ropes! He comes flying back towards Kylie who flips him up over her head! Hendrx goes face first into the side of the steel cage becoming the first man in the match to taste that devastating steel for himself!
Rich Russillo: But PJ Hendrx catches his hands on the chain links of that steel cage despite going face first into it and begins to pull himself up! Hendrx is climbing and he is going to escape the cage! Kylie Grace notices this and grabs the leg but Hendrx kicks her away and continues to climb higher! Kylie climbs up to the top rope in an attempt to get Hendrx down but Hendrx grabs a handful of her hair and bashes her face first into the cage! He does it again and Kylie goes falling backwards into the ring! Hendrx might just end this match early if he can escape here! But Hendrx instead walks across the ropes to the corner as Kylie is getting back up in the ring! Hendrx comes flying off the top rope with a Crossbody to take her down!
James Peters: No! Kylie Grace catches PJ Hendrx in midair and twists him around with a thunderous Spinebuster right onto the fallen body of Hunnid Honcho! Hunnid yells out in severe pain as he just had an entire other person slammed down upon him! Hunnid gets up pushing Kylie off him but Hendrx with a Dropkick sending her back first into the corner squishing her into Hunnid once again! Hendrx runs off the ropes with a Running Stinger Splash into the corner sandwiching Kylie right between himself and Hunnid! I think that Hunnid might have actually softened the blow there! But Hunnid is still standing as he stumbles out of the corner! Kylie takes notice as she goes for a Superkick looking to drop Hunnid! But Hunnid catches her leg! Hunnid tips Kylie backwards as she lands on her feet! Hunnid holds both legs and launches Kylie up behind him into the turnbuckle!
Rich Russillo: But as Hunnid Honcho launches Kylie Grace up into the turnbuckle in the corner she lands feet first on the top turnbuckle! Kylie begins to climb! Kylie going as fast as she can to get up out of the cage! But Hunnid isn’t going to let that happen! Hunnid hits her leg knocking her back down to the top rope and not allowing the escape from the cage not without much effort. But Kylie with a Back Kick trying to get Hunnid off her! Hunnid nearly falls over from the force of that kick there! Hunnid climbs up to the top rope as well and begins throwing punches at Kylie! This is not a safe place for Hunnid to be! They are trading punches and one of them is going to fall off the top rope into the ring. It’s like not a very far drop really but it will still hurt! It’s like a few feet above ground!
James Peters: WAIT! HERE COMES PJ HENDRX CHARGING IN AND RAMMING THE ROPES!!! Kylie Grace and Hunnid Honcho both fall off the top rope landing crotch first on the top rope in the ring and scream out in pain!
Rich Russillo: Kylie Grace and Hunnid Honcho both down in the middle of the ring holding their crotches in pain. PJ Hendrx now in control as he goes back and forth between them stomping out the competition to assert dominance. Hunnid is the first to slowly get back up to his feet and gets slugged in the face from Hendrx for his troubles. Hunnid falls back against the ropes but Hendrx grabs him by the head and runs across the ring driving his face directly into the side of the cage! Hunnid just got his face completely wrecked by that unforgiving steel! Hunnid with some scrapes and scratches on his face from that impact.
Persephone: I sure hope none of those cuts begin to bleed. We will make sure to notify the proper Disney authorities to get the feed changed to black and white immediately if it happens somehow. Don’t worry your kids can keep watching this. Please do not change the channel and subscribe to Disney+ if you have not already! Preferably one of the more expensive subscription tiers. 😃 !
James Peters: PJ Hendrx grabs Hunnid Honcho and lifts him up over his head in a Fireman’s Carry position! My god! Imagine the strength required to lift Hunnid. It has to be almost as difficult as if it was Xander. Hendrx really must be putting his all into those workouts! WAIT LOOK OUT!!! HUNNID IN MIDAIR COUNTERS INTO A TORNADO DDT!!! HUNNID SWINGS AROUND AND DRIVES HENDRX SKULL FIRST IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING!!! I honestly didn’t think he had it in him as Hendrx now back up and he is in control of the match stomping away at his fallen opponents! He slides into the cover on Hendrx!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rich Russillo: PJ Hendrx gets the shoulder up as Hunnid Honcho responds by yanking him back up and delivering a series of hard chops in the corner. Hunnid whips Hendrx across the ring to the other side and follows him charging in with a Stinger Splash to the corner. No wait! Hendrx jumps out of the way leapfrogging over the charging Hunnid! But Hunnid manages to stop before he charges headfirst into the turnbuckle or possibly even the steel cage itself! But here comes Kylie Grace out of nowhere!!! SPEAR! SPEAR! SPEAR! Kylie takes out Hendrx and then hits a Running Hip Attack to Hunnid throwing him backwards into the corner! Where the hell did Kylie even come from?
James Peters: Kylie Grace runs off the ropes and looks for a Spinning Hurricanrana Headscissors Takedown Suplex on Hunnid Honcho- but Hunnid Honcho counters in midair into a Spinning Side Slam driving Kylie back first into the mat!
Rich Russillo: All three competitors are down in the ring as somehow Kylie Grace is able to get up before Hunnid Honcho despite having just taken that big slam from him. I guess Hunnid somehow hurt himself more than her on that move. Kylie looks around and drives a knee down hard into the skull of Hunnid to keep him down before going over to the cage and begins to climb out!
Crowd: KYLIE! KYLIE! KYLIE!
(The camera cuts to the Voltage fans doing a wave around the entire arena in support of Kylie’s pending escape from the steel cage.)
James Peters: No! PJ Hendrx and Hunnid Honcho both climb up to the top rope and all three competitors begin to trade punches! Hunnid gets knocked down first! But Hunnid back up on his feet! Wait look out! Hendrx slams Kylie face first into the side of the cage and then tosses her backwards into the ring! Kylie with a Flying Crossbody onto Hunnid crushing him in the middle of the ring! This is Hendrx’s chance as he is left alone on the top rope and just might climb up and out of the ring and put an end to it.
Persephone: Oh no! Say it isn’t so!
Rich Russillo: PJ Hendrx pulls himself up climbing the cage and reaches the very tippy top of the cage! He just has to make his way down the outside wall of the cage and he has this thing won!
James Peters: Oh no! It looks like PJ Hendrx has no plans to actually win the match here! Hendrx gives into temptation and instead of climbing out of the cage! He jumps off it back into the ring instead! HENDRX GOES HIGH RISK!!!
Rich Russillo: PJ HENDRX WITH A FLYING MOONSAULT FROM THE TOP OF THE CAGE AS HE COMES CRASHING DOWN ON KYLIE GRACE AND HUNNID HONCHO IN THE RING!!!
Crowd: HOLY [BLEEP]! HOLY [BLEEP]! HOLY [BLEEP]!
James Peters: I can’t believe it! I’m not sure if PJ Hendrx figured that he would be stopped before he escaped or if he just really wanted to do that big spot. But one thing is for sure whether he wins this match or not he has just guaranteed that he will be the one people talk about after the match.
Persephone: That means they will tune in to his home brand of Showdown! Stealing viewers from us!
James Peters: Actually he is from Dynasty.

James Peters: Hendrx is moving! He is slowly crawling towards the corner and yelling at the outside official to open the door! You know I always wonder why they don’t go for the door more often in these matches. It seems like it would be easier to do that then climb over the top of the cage!
Rich Russillo: But Hunnid Honcho grabs the door and slams it right in the face of PJ Hendrx! Maybe that’s why they don’t go for the door more often James!
James Peters: Wait Kylie Grace from behind with a Springboard Facebuster taking down Hunnid Honcho dropping him face first right on top of PJ Hendrx!!! Now Kylie is demanding the door to be opened!
Kylie Grace: (off-mic) The door! Please open the door!
Rich Russillo: PJ Hendrx and Hunnid Honcho are down and Kylie Grace is leaving the ring! IT’S VOLTAGE TIME!!!
James Peters: WAIT WHAT THE HELL??
Rich Russillo: Halsey Neel just came running out from the back and slammed the door right into the face of Kylie Grace! What the hell? She is not even part of this match! Get her out of here!
James Peters: But she is not finished! Kylie Grace is halfway between the ring and the floor and Halsey Neel repeatedly slams the cage into her skull! It’s a good thing that we already have that black and white filter applied because Kylie is just getting her brains crushed here tonight!
Rich Russillo: Hunnid Honcho is slowly back up and he likes what he is seeing.
James Peters: Look out Honcho!!! HUNNID NO!

Rich Russillo: WAIT WHAT THE… IT’S HARUKA KASHIMASHI!!! SHE JUST JUMPED OUT OF THE CROWD AND TACKLED HALSEY NEEL! WE KNOW THAT THESE TWO HAVE HAD THEIR ISSUES, AND NOW HARUKA IS GOING RIGHT AFTER HALSEY!!!
James Peters: Haruka Kashimashi and Halsey Neel are brawling up the ramp and into the backstage area! It looks like security is getting involved but we have to head to a commercial break! All hell has broken loose!
(Haruka Kashimashi and Halsey Neel trade punches and elbows, knocking each other back as they slowly head to the back, where they are no longer seen. After this, Voltage fades from ringside.)
(The camera cuts to a commercial featuring former EAW jobbers going off on their fans on social media for being happy to interact with them. Happy for you I guess!)
(‘Primrose’ by Dream State hits, and the crowd explodes with cheers as Daryl Kinkade begins to make his way out to the stage. Daryl Kinkade has a microphone in his hand, but that’s not all. Daryl Kinkade also has the Wicked Games Roulette wheel, the same one Captain Charisma had earlier. Seeing this only causes the fans to cheer even louder, obviously excited as they can see Daryl must be planning to spin the wheel.)
James Peters: It looks like Daryl Kinkade is planning to do exactly what he failed to do last week! He volunteered to be the first person to spin the wheel, but he never actually got the chance to do that thanks to Ronan Malosi, who attacked Daryl before they could find out what match they’d be competing in!
Rich Russillo: Things between Daryl and Ronan have definitely become a bit more personal than I’m sure anyone could’ve expected. Ronan is known for making a lot of enemies in a short amount of time, but since Territorial Invasion I’d say he’s made an enemy out of everyone on Voltage’s Brand Warfare team, all in one fell swoop!
Persephone: I think everyone is too mean to Ronan. It’s not his fault he was eliminated first in Brand Warfare, I’m sure he tried his best. 🙂
(Daryl Kinkade brings the wheel into the ring, and he looks around at the fans who are excited to see the wheel spun once again tonight. After they slowly begin to quiet down, Daryl Kinkade begins to speak.)
Daryl Kinkade: I thought I would’ve done this by now a week ago, but as you can see not everything goes to plan. I guess when dealing with a coward like Ronan Malosi you really have to be prepared for anything and everything, and I can’t say I was as prepared as I should’ve been for him to attack me before I had the chance to find out what the stipulation for our match would be. Last week I offered to spin the wheel, Ronan ruined it, and that was it. I should’ve seen it coming, especially since Ronan of all people wouldn’t want a stipulation added to the match. He didn’t want to face me at all. From the start he tried getting out of this even after attacking me, so of course he’s scared of the possibility of me being able to use whatever weapons or surroundings are at our disposal to put him down. I’ve got to hand it to him, though. He caught me off guard. He legitimately took me by surprise with that cheap shot, and as humiliating as that is to admit, I can promise that it’s not going to happen again. It’s hard to make the same mistake twice especially when you’re dealing with somebody like Ronan Malosi, so I think I’d like to pick up where I left off, and do what I never got the chance to last week.
(The crowd cheers, knowing that Daryl is talking about the wheel that’s next to him.)
Daryl Kinkade: After Ronan stopped me from finding out what the stipulation for our match would be, I obviously went and made sure I had the chance to spin the wheel as planned. I’d have liked to do it earlier in the night but Minerva beat me to it, so I just asked Captain Charisma to bring the wheel out here myself and do what I already should have. This time I’ll be prepared if Ronan wants to try his hand at attacking me again, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Ronan chooses not to show his face this time around, especially after SHOHEI defeated him earlier tonight :mjlol2:. He knows this time around that he won’t be able to get such an easy attack on me. He knows I’m prepared, just like I’ll be prepared for whatever he has to offer at Wicked Games. I’m not too sure why Ronan chose to single me out and go after me after what happened at Territorial Invasion, but whatever the case he clearly made a mistake, one that’ll cost him dearly in just a few weeks. So, now that that’s out of the way, why not finally give the wheel a spin?
(The crowd explodes into cheers, wanting to see Daryl spin the wheel. A smirk appears on Daryl’s face seeing how everyone is just as eager as he is to learn the stipulation for his match against Ronan Malosi, so without saying anything else, Daryl finally spins the wheel.)
James Peters: Here we go! Daryl Kinkade spun the wheel, and I’m sure Ronan Malosi will be watching this one closely because he’s about to find out what his fate is!
Rich Russillo: There’s so many stipulations on that wheel, and I honestly don’t think Ronan would be happy with any of them. Then again, it’s not like Ronan would be at a handicap for most of them. Whatever Daryl is able to do, or use, Ronan would also have the same freedom.
James Peters: This will definitely be interesting, and from the looks of it Daryl was right about Ronan not showing his face to interrupt things again. Looks like we’ll be finding out the stipulation for this match after all, and I can’t wait to see what it is!
Persephone: The wheel is starting to slow down! I hope it’s a good stipulation, and more importantly that they both have fun! 😄
(The wheel slows down, growing slower and slower before stopping completely, landing on a stipulation. When Daryl Kinkade looks at the chosen stipulation, he can’t help but stare at it for a few seconds, before finally being unable to contain his laughter. The fans are quiet, waiting to hear what the stipulation is.)
Daryl Kinkade: :mjlol: Oh, Ronan… You might just be the unluckiest man out there, because you’re not going to like this stipulation one bit. If you thought having to compete was bad enough, I hope you’re ready to face me in a “Fans Bring The Weapons” match!
(The crowd explodes in cheers, knowing that the stipulation for this match allows the fans to take part in a way, bringing in whatever items they want to help Daryl Kinkade or Ronan Malosi pick up the victory.)
James Peters: Well that explains the laughter! This is a fans bring the weapons match, and Ronan Malosi might just be one of the most hated Elitists in this entire company! This might just be one of the few stipulations on that wheel that gives Daryl Kinkade a huge advantage, and that’s the last thing Ronan could want!
Rich Russillo: This is definitely going to be interesting! This match stipulation has led to tons of entertaining matches full of creativity due to the types of objects fans would bring to the arena! This match could definitely steal the show.. But it could also end up being very one sided unless Ronan has a few tricks up his sleeve by Wicked Games.
James Peters: Yeah. Daryl will definitely have the crowd on his side by Wicked Games, so Ronan’s going to have to think of something and fast if he wants to win this match!
(Daryl starts speaking once again as the cheers finally die down.)
Daryl Kinkade: I think I’m just as excited for this match as the rest of you. Personally, it never mattered to me what the stipulation was going to be. The goal was always going to be to make Ronan pay for sticking his nose in my business, and I don’t think there was a single stipulation on that wheel that’d stop me from accomplishing that. Sure, Ronan’s a big guy, and I’d be lying if I said he didn’t hit hard after what happened last week, but at the end of the day he’s still Ronan Malosi. He’s a coward that’s afraid to wrestle, and whenever he actually does manage to get over his fear of wrestling it’s typically so he can come up short against whoever he’s up against. He’s not a very big threat so I was never worried about this match or the chances of getting a stipulation that favored him, but I’d be lying if I said that the stipulation we did get didn’t give me even greater interest in this match. As one sided as this match was always going to be, things just got a lot worse for Ronan. This is one of the worst stipulations that could’ve been picked for him, and I can’t wait to leave him laid out in the middle of the ring with whatever weapons you all bring. This was a long time coming, and in just a few more weeks Ronan is getting what he deserves.
(As the crowd cheers, Daryl turns towards the camera and continues to speak, this time directing his words to Ronan directly.)
Daryl Kinkade: You really made a mistake going after me, and I’ll make sure you realize how big of a mistake it was soon enough if you haven’t realized it already. We all gave you a chance and you blew it at Territorial Invasion. You caused all of this, and now you won’t just be facing me at Wicked Games. I’ll be the one doing the damage and dropping you on your head, but the fans in the arena will be the ones bringing in the weapons and I don’t think there’s any doubting whose side they’ll be on in a few weeks, because the entire world sees you the same way I see you. You’re a coward, and nothing more than that. You already didn’t stand a chance, but it’s not like you’d ever want to admit that. You had every chance to stop what you were doing, maybe even admit that it was your lack of care at Territorial Invasion that made our jobs way harder than it ever needed to be. You went out of your way to do things the hard way and now it’s backfired, and I can tell you right now that I’m going to enjoy what I do at Wicked Games. Whether you’re ready or not, in a few weeks you’re going to see just how much this place really hates you.
(Daryl drops the microphone with a smirk on his face, and ‘Primrose’ begins playing once more as the fans in the New Zealand crowd begin cheering once again.)
James Peters: I don’t think things could’ve gotten any worse for Ronan Malosi than they just did! I want to say Daryl lucked out, but he said himself that it never mattered to him which stipulation he got, as long as he had the chance to pay Ronan back for all he’s done since Territorial Invasion, from belittling his entire team despite being eliminated early to attacking Daryl and costing him matches!
Rich Russillo: This will definitely be an interesting match just seeing the hatred these two have for each other, and if I were a fan planning to attend Wicked Games, I’d be getting ready because it looks like even they will be taking part in a match!
Persephone: Wow! Fans bring the weapons! What a fun stipulation! Hopefully the fans don’t bring anything too dangerous, since this is a family friendly show and the last thing we’d want is for anyone to get hurt..
(As ‘Primrose’ continues, Daryl Kinkade brings the wheel with him as he makes his way up the ramp, ready for his match against Ronan at Wicked Games. As Daryl makes his way to the back, Voltage fades away from ringside.)

James Peters: Well The Ice Aces have come under fire recently from management and I just really don’t understand it. ARIA is such a delight to have on the roster I would think anyone would want her on their side.
Persephone: I don’t know about that. I think abe needs to learn her place. If she really wants to be a detective so badly she can join Disney’s investigative division and do it properly. 😃
Rich Russillo: Well I doubt she would be interested in that but okay. It was very heartbreaking this week to see ARIA express that she was a former fan of Candice and is very disappointed in her and her actions these past few weeks. But now ARIA has a chance to do something about it and it is going to be exciting to see if she can get the job done.
James Peters: As we all saw earlier tonight, Usagi Senshi has been banned from EAW until she completes anger management and sensitivity training.
Rich Russillo: Wait hold up! Usagi may be banned from EAW but that doesn’t mean all of the Ice Aces are!
(Suddenly Ayu Megumi emerges from the back to cheers from the audience as she comes out to be in the corner of ARIA. ARIA looks happy to have her there for support.)
Persephone: I see she came out to cheat and interfere in the match. That is very unprofessional of her. Perhaps she has anger issues as well?
( ‘Rhapsody in Pink’ by Stela Cole (Clean Version) hits to a mostly positive reaction from the crowd. Candice Blair’s partnership with Eden Sinclair is hated, but this is Candice Blair’s first match back which is a big deal.)
Bella Braxton: And her opponent from Anaheim, California weighing in at 130 pounds she is “The Face of Disney” CAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANDDDDDIIIIIICCCCEEEEEEE BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!
(Candice Blair makes her way to ringside handing out advertisements for Disney+ to the fans. She is shown spending several minutes with a young girl at ringside explaining how watching Disney+’s She-Hulk will help her grow into a strong independent woman.)
Persephone: We stan a queen who represents true moral values. She and Disney are making the world a better place one day at a time and I just could not be happier.
Rich Russillo: Right… Well we know all about Candice’s close ties to Eden Sinclair and ARIA has a problem with that. Candice feels that ARIA has disrespected her and is disappointed in ARIA for not seeing the light and coming over to her side. It seems they are at an impasse and only fighting can solve these problems.
(Ding! Ding! Ding!)
Rich Russillo: We are underway as both competitors circle around each other in the ring. This match is going to be a close one. ARIA with a leaping Reverse Spin Kick out of nowhere! But Candice Blair steps out of the way only for ARIA to land on her feet! What an incredible maneuver right out the gate there, but Candice is maintaining her composure as she continues to pace and measure her opponent. It could easily be over at any time if she screws up. Candice needs to keep her head together. She is looking on at ARIA in disgust; it is clear she is preparing herself for the fight and ARIA is clearly ready to go even more than perhaps Candice would like to admit.
James Peters: The electricity is filling the arena here on Voltage as Candice Blair and ARIA lock up again in the ring with Candice shoving ARIA away and backing off in annoyance. ARIA is getting annoyed as she forces the lock up and eventually captures Candice into a headlock. Candice falls backwards into the ropes to break things up and sends ARIA running off the ropes. ARIA comes back as Candice steps out of the way. ARIA ricochets off the ropes as Candice waits for her but ARIA falls down catching the arm of Candice and yanking her across the ring with a Leaping Arm Drag!
Rich Russillo: Both competitors back up as Candice Blair leaps forward right back on into the lock up with ARIA and they fight back and forth aggressively. ARIA using all her strength to try and push on Candice who fires back and is going to take control here. Candice shoves ARIA down and stomps on her hard as she falls to her back. Candice has her leg grabbed by ARIA who trips her and knocks her down to the mat sweeping the leg! ARIA rolls right back up to her feet as does Candice looking annoyed.
James Peters: Candice Blair suddenly charges ragingly towards ARIA with a Running Clothesline! But ARIA side steps it! Candice suddenly changes course running off the ropes in the opposite direction catching ARIA off guard. Candice comes flying back with a Rushing Shoulder Block taking ARIA down on her back on the mat. Candice doesn’t stop there though, as she kicks ARIA in the stomach as soon as she got back up, planting her with a DDT! But ARIA powers back up as Candice runs off the ropes with ARIA rolling out of the way as Candice continues to run across the ring. ARIA is back up and catches the arm of Candice on the rebound but Candice this time blocks the Arm Drag! Candice flips around behind ARIA and rolls her up!!! School Girl rollup! Candice has it here!!!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Rich Russillo: The kickout! ARIA nearly had this whole match stolen right out from underneath her! ARIA charges at Candice with an aggressive lockup nearly shoving Candice up over the ropes to the outside! But Candice breaks it up and shoves ARIA backwards across the ring hard with ARIA nearly losing her balance but somehow managing to stay on her feet. Candice runs off the ropes, but ARIA catches her with a Spinning Uppercut right to the throat as Candice grabs her throat in pain falling over onto her back. Candice rolls all the way out of the ring to recover as she coughs and heaves, not enjoying the amount of trauma she is taking to her throat here tonight.
James Peters: Candice Blair storming back into the ring with a flurry of punches but ARIA firing back with some of her own! The crowd is electric here tonight as this thing has just descended into an all out slugfest in the ring. ARIA with repeated chops to the chest as it looks like she is taking control and winning the battle against all odds! The Ice Aces have to be real proud of her here tonight! But Candice lands a forearm shot! Candice kicks ARIA hard in the gut before twisting her upside down and dropping her with a standard Old School Style Piledriver! NO! ARIA managed to flip out of it before her neck could have been broken!
Rich Russillo: Candice Blair manages to catch ARIA with a quick Arm Drag. But ARIA right back up only for Candice to switch things out into a headlock. No! ARIA switches around behind Candice and bends her backwards into a Reverse DDT! No! Another counter from Candice tossing ARIA over her shoulder to the mat with a Snapmare like maneuver. Candice tries to hit a Curb Stomp onto the neck of ARIA but ARIA smartly moves out of the way before she gets her brains stomped in. Candice stalks ARIA out into the corner but ARIA catches her with a Side Kick to the gut. ARIA hooks the arm of Candice throwing her up into a Suplex! But Candice manages to sandbag it and falls back into the ring on her feet. Candice counters with a Suplex of her own! But ARIA manages to sandbag that as well! ARIA counters back into her own Suplex! But she is right next to the ropes and sends Candice flying over the top to the outside!!!
James Peters: But Candice Blair hangs on! Candice drags ARIA over the top rope with her as both women crash and burn on the ground right in front of our commentary table desks. Damn that was one hell of an impact. I think that Candice may have taken the brunt of the damage here as ARIA is pulling herself up using our desk. Hi ARIA! ARIA waves at me as she turns around but Candice manages to get up just in time and grabs ARIA and spins her around back first into the steel ring post at ringside! Candice with repeated shoulder thrusts shoving ARIA back first into that steel pole repeatedly! Not sure where that energy just came from Candice maybe she was playing a bit of possum out here after that catastrophic Suplex seemed to have put her out of commission.
Persephone: Oh we are just greeting the wrestlers now? Isn’t that showing some bias James? Why didn’t you say hello to Candice! HI CANDICE! WOOO GOOD LUCK GIRL! See now I have to do all of that just to make up for you James. Come on. Be better. Be Disney diligent.
Rich Russillo: Candice Blair looking to get back up into the ring as she reaches up to the ropes to pull herself up to the apron. But ARIA grabs the arm and swings it sideways into the steel turnbuckle pole! Candice screams out in pain as she falls back to the floor outside of the ring. ARIA now coming out of nowhere to prevent Candice from leaving her on the outside. It seems that if Candice wants to play rough then ARIA is gonna play real rough! Candice rolls away from ARIA on the outside of the ring and quickly throws herself up into the ring to get back in before ARIA can grab her again. ARIA following her back up into the ring not wanting to let Candice escape.
James Peters: ARIA catches Candice Blair with a series of hard chops shoving her back into the corner! But Candice rakes the eyes of ARIA sending her staggering back into the ring! Candice charges behind ARIA and takes her down with a Running Bulldog driving her face first into the mat! Candice goes for the cover!!!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-
Rich Russillo: The kickout from ARIA!! Candice Blair hasn’t won this one yet such is the resilience of ARIA! Candice pulls ARIA back up and throws her into the corner, but ARIA with the reversal instead twisting around and throwing ARIA into the corner. ARIA grabs the arm of Candice and hangs it over the top rope and rips it downwards nearly tearing Candice’s shoulder out the socket. ARIA yanks the arm hard pulling Candice into the ring. ARIA twists the arm around into an armbar and she just completely has Candice at her mercy now. ARIA with the hard elbow right to the shoulder of Candice! ARIA yanks the shoulder again dropping Candice down and is looking to lock in a Sleeper Hold but Candice punches ARIA in the face and begins to get back up to her feet. Candice fighting out of it now as ARIA manages to whip her across the ring to avoid taking further damage.
James Peters: Candice Blair comes charging back across the ring with a Running LARIATOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! ARIA catches the arm of Candice flipping and flying in midair and twisting both her and her opponent down to the ground and she has the Cross Armbreaker applied! ARIA looking to submit her opponent here tonight with that expertly and beautifully applied submission hold! Candice may just have to give in!
Persephone: NO CANDICE! DON’T GIVE IN! JUST THINK WHAT WOULD MULAN DO? WHAT WOULD BELLE DO? THEY WOULDN’T JUST GIVE UP! THEY WOULD FIND A WAY!!!
Rich Russillo: ARIA is really wrenching on that Cross Armbreaker and I think she is going all in with it expecting Candice Blair to give up! But Candice with the incredible flexibility! Candice manages to kick her legs up all the way from the mat and kick ARIA repeatedly in the face forcing her to break the hold! Candice flips backwards holding onto ARIA as she releases the hold and drags her up to her feet! Candice has a handful of hair as she shoves ARIA face first into the corner turnbuckle stunning and dazing her. ARIA falls backwards as Candice grabs the arms and drags her down into a sudden Backslide Pin!!! Candice with the crafty counter for the win here tonight!

She turns around right into a charging Superkick from ARIA!!! No! Candice catches the leg of ARIA and twists her into an Ankle Lock on the mat! But ARIA with the momentum and tosses Candice over her with Candice using a Cartwheel to avoid being tossed by the legs of ARIA! ARIA right back up as she meets Candice in the ring with a Running Uppercut to the face sending Candice flying across the ring with immense momentum! Candice manages to stay on her feet draping her arms over the top rope! But ARIA grabs her by the legs and flips her up and over! No! Candice manages to prevent herself from being tossed out of the ring. Candice lands on the apron but ARIA holds the ropes and leaps up with a Jumping Enzuigiri! Candice collapses down on the apron but manages to land on her back and roll back into the ring. ARIA stomps away at Candice pushing her away into the corner. ARIA drags Candice out of the corner… But Candice holds on to the ropes and uses the momentum to land on her feet! CANDICE WITH A SUPERKICK OUT OF NOWHERE AND ARIA JUST COLLAPSES FACE FIRST IN THE RING! ARIA JUST GOT KNOCKED THE HELL OUT!!! CANDICE CRAWLING CAN SHE MAKE IT TO THE COVER!??!?!? She gets the arm draped over ARIA’s chest!

Rich Russillo: ARIA manages to kick out just in the nick of time! Candice Blair wondering what it will take as that Superkick may have been out of desperation from her! I’m not so sure she has a lot left in the tank! Candice slowly back up and she is sweating and breathing heavily as she turns back to ARIA and pulls her up to her feet. Candice lifts ARIA up above her head with all of her strength and completes a standard Powerslam driving her opponent back first into the mat. Candice climbs on top of ARIA and begins throwing hard punches right into her face just trying to put ARIA out of commission. ARIA appears unresponsive as Candice may have indeed succeeded in her goal. Candice helps ARIA back up before slapping her back and pulling her towards her and dropping her with a Snap DDT!!! ARIA just got planted face first in the ring as Candice slides into the cover once again!

Rich Russillo: Candice Blair now pulling ARIA up, and it looks like they’re going to wrestle despite the referee being out! Ayu Megumi hates seeing this though knowing what happened earlier, and it looks like she’s reaching for something!
James Peters: CANDICE SETS ARIA UP, AND SHE GOES FOR-
Rich Russillo: NO!!! AYU MEGUMI ON THE APRON, AND SHE SWINGS A STEEL CHAIR AT CANDICE BLAIR’S HEAD!!!
James Peters: BUT CANDICE MOVED OUT OF THE WAY, AND ARIA WAS HIT IN THE HEAD INSTEAD!!! AYU MEGUMI CAN’T BELIEVE IT, BUT THAT HESITATION ALLOWS CANDICE TO KICK AYU OFF OF THE APRON!!

James Peters: What have we just witnessed here? Candice Blair is back and she has won her return match! But at what cost?!?!?
(ARIA is knocked out cold in the ring as Ayu Megumi slides back in to check on her and is visibly upset by what has happened. Candice slides out of the ring and makes her way up the ramp, meeting with Eden Sinclair who raises her hand up high. Medical personnel begin to make their way out to ringside.)
Rich Russillo: Well I am sure Ayu Megumi didn’t mean to do that and she feels horrible about it. But luckily we have some great doctors coming to check up on her.
James Peters: Well congratulations Candice Blair. She won, but I don’t have a good feeling about this pairing, not one bit.
(Voltage fades away from ringside.)
[SCREENBAR: EARLIER TODAY]
(Sunday Night Voltage fades in to show the parking lot of the Sparks Arena where the camera is greeted by a fancy-looking sports car pulling up. It comes to a screeching halt, which startles the valet that is attending the parking lot at the moment. The door immediately pushes open while out walks a towering figure that just radiates sheer arrogance and entitlement, which makes it apparent that it’s none other than Ronan Malosi. He has a grin on his face as he looks over and tosses the keys to the car to the valet.)
Ronan Malosi: Treat the ride properly, wouldn’t want me to fire you over a scratch on this beauty, would you?
(Ronan laughs before opening the passenger seat and pulling something out… a bouquet of flowers. Who they’re for, nobody has any sort of clue, but after the past few weeks that Ronan has had since Territorial Invasion, there are probably a few suspects. He straightens the suit that he has on and takes a deep breath for confidence, before then beginning to head into the arena from there. He makes his way straight over, with various crew members and Elitists sneering in his presence It isn’t long before he then makes it to a door labeled ‘EDEN SINCLAIR’ which he scoffs.)
Ronan Malosi: :mjlol2: I’m going to make a mental note to change that, and add my name on there as it should be…
(Ronan, after saying that, then proceeds to politely knock on the door. He slowly opens it to be greeted by Eden Sinclair herself, who is seated at her desk getting some paperwork done. She looks up at Ronan and immediately raises an eyebrow to see the flowers that he has in his hand. She’s automatically suspicious about this, mostly because seeing Ronan show possible sincerity is something that could raise a red flag in her eyes, and also that she does not trust him at all. Out of curiosity, she leans forward in her chair and begins to speak.)
Eden Sinclair: What do you want?
(Ronan holds his hands up in innocence, making his way over and placing the flowers on his desk and taking a step back to show that he means no harm.)
Ronan Malosi: Look, let’s call this a peace offering. I know the two of us initially got off on the wrong foot, but I want to make things right considering we’re going to be working together for the considerable future.
(Eden scrunches her face in pain being reminded of Captain Charisma’s ultimatum last week, but ultimately she shakes it off and slowly takes the flowers and puts them away.)
Eden Sinclair: Let me ask again, what do you want?
Ronan Malosi: I get it, you have no reason to trust me; after everything a chiseled veteran like myself has been through in the wrestling ring, I can’t really blame you. But what happened before with the two of us, in my eyes, just wasn’t okay. Now that I’ve had the time to think about it, and understand what happened, I’ve reached the conclusion that I’m fine with the idea of working alongside you.
(Ronan makes his way over and leans against Eden’s desk, while she discreetly wheels her chair back to keep distance between the two of them.)
Ronan Malosi: I mean, us butting heads with one another is not going to do our positions any good. But just think about, despite our disagreements, how great of a team we could be if we got on the same page. I’ve come to terms with the fact that, sure, maybe I’m not going to get that Commissioner spot, maybe Captain Charisma is the head honcho on Sunday Night Voltage. But, that doesn’t mean you’re not here for a reason either… no, you’re the Disney representative, you have a lot of power as well. Your entire premise since entering into EAW is to shape this company into the Disney vision, and with myself as your partner… we can really make a lot of magic and turn Sunday Night Voltage into an even better show than it’s been for the past few months. Obviously, there are some kinks that will need to be ironed out, I know you’ve had your issues with quite a few people. But rest assured that with my help, that will be no problem for the two of us.
(Eden ponders on it for a moment, before slowly nodding toward Ronan.)
Eden Sinclair: Alright, you sold me, what do you have in mind?
(Ronan grins, possibly with something sinister in mind as he responds to her.)
Ronan Malosi: Wicked Games, as great of a Free-Per-View as it’s already shaping up to be, needs something more… I’m thinking that we should do a rematch between two absolute megastars, that will get the public talking…
(Eden raises her eyebrows and nods her head.)

(Eden and Ronan continue having a conversation with one another while the camera begins to fade out from there. Before any details can be revealed, Sunday Night Voltage then begins to transition out elsewhere.)
(Promotional ad for Wicked Games, where Haruka Kashimashi, Halsey Neel and Kylie Grace face off in a Falls Count Anywhere triple threat.)
(As Voltage returns to ringside, ‘Cold War’ by Hans Zimmer hits, causing extremely loud boos to come from the crowd as usual once that song hits. Before long, Drake King begins to walk out with a microphone in his hand. He doesn’t look happy at all, and it’s like life has been drained out of the arena as the fans aren’t any happier about having to see Drake. The reason for Drake’s sour mood is very clear this time around though after the brawl he had with TLA to close out Voltage and their match against the Prescription, as well as the conversation the two had right before the match where it was revealed that they’d be facing each other at Wicked Games.)
James Peters: Well Drake King is here after he and TLA basically cost themselves the Unified Tag Team Championships, but let’s be honest. They were never going to work together, and it’s because of the man walking down the ramp right now.
Rich Russillo: These two not only hate each other, but will be facing each other at Wicked Games after TLA went to Captain Charisma last week! There’s a lot for Drake to be mad about right now, but he had it all coming to him.
Persephone: Yeah. I’m very glad that another great match was added to the Wicked Games card. We need as many matches as possible, maybe we should get people from Showdown and Dynasty too just so there’s even more matches!
(Drake enters the ring, and before long he begins to speak.)
Drake King: I’ll only be out here for as long as I need to be. I just want to make it clear that I’m not letting Captain Charisma ruin this brand even more than he already has. A terrible decision was made last week, and I’m going to fix it. I am not facing TLA at Wicked Games.
(The boos grow even louder, which is to be expected after hearing what Drake had to say. Drake doesn’t look bothered by them though, continuing to speak.)
Drake King: I don’t know what any of you expected. I’ve been over this already, I’m not sure why any of you would expect me to change my mind. Like I said last week, there’s no way I’m spending my time facing TLA at Wicked Games after all that he’s done to this brand! Letting him compete at free-per-view events is far more than he deserves, and expecting me to be his opponent this time around knowing all that he’s done to cause me trouble is ridiculous. I’ve already gone over just how awful it is that I was ever being forced to face him after he destroyed my home. That alone should have been the dealbreaker and ruined any chance of TLA getting what he wants, but clearly there’s favoritism going on around here and I’m not going to be pushed around and allow TLA to do whatever he pleases. This is not his show to run, and the fact that this match STILL wasn’t cancelled after he ruined the main event of Voltage is just unbelievable, so I’m not doing it. I shouldn’t have to be put in a position like this, but since Captain Charisma refuses to do things the right way, I’m not giving him the match that he wants. Even if it means I have to miss Wicked Games all together, I’m not going to face TLA.
Drake King: TLA is unprofessional, and because he refused to be a good tag team partner and we couldn’t get on the same page, the Prescription were given the easiest match ever while I was forced to put up with him. Captain Charisma knew that would happen too, because he always does this. He forces me to team up with people that hate me knowing what the outcome will be. He stacks the odds against me and sets me up to fail, and I’m not going to sit here and be mistreated for yet another season. For two years I’ve been on this brand and I carried it on my back, fighting to make it a better place because Captain Charisma insisted on doing things his own way, continuing to drive this show down the drain. I have been fighting for everything good about wrestling, fighting so that one day EAW could change for the better, and I will not allow Captain Charisma to ruin all of the good Disney has done by pitting me against TLA. It’s obvious Captain Charisma doesn’t care about this brand but I do, so as far as I’m concerned this match against TLA is not happening, and after what happened last week it’d probably be for the best if I did exactly what I told TLA I’d do, and file a-
(‘Self Help Tape’ by Moses Sumney hits, and the crowd explodes with cheers as Captain Charisma begins to walk out. Captain Charisma looks annoyed as he holds a microphone in his hand, and he stops at the stage as Drake quickly begins to speak.)
Drake King: There you are. Are you here to officially cancel the match?
Captain Charisma: :skip: No. No match is getting cancelled. You’re facing TLA and that’s final.
(The crowd cheers extremely loudly after hearing that, and Drake just can’t believe what he is hearing.)
James Peters: Well it looks like Drake isn’t getting what he wants after all, because Captain Charisma isn’t cancelling the match!
Rich Russillo: Honestly, I’m glad. I think we all want to see TLA give Drake King what he deserves. It would’ve been a shame if the match couldn’t happen.
Drake King: What do you mean you’re not cancelling the match? You saw what TLA did, you really expect me to go to Wicked Games and face him?
Captain Charisma: Yes, I do. I’m not sure what *you* expected after you helped Eden Sinclair get TLA fired. He doesn’t deserve to lose his job just because you’re not a fan of him, so to be honest I couldn’t care less what happened between the two of you for the past few weeks. You had it coming the second you agreed to set him up, and the least that I could do is give you two the chance to settle your differences inside of the ring. If you want to finally close this ridiculous chapter between you and TLA, all you need to do is defeat him at Wicked Games. Nobody is asking for anything else, so coming out here and complaining isn’t going to get you anywhere when I think we both know that TLA is waiting for the chance to get his hands on you. He’ll be prepared for Wicked Games, and if you don’t accept the fact that this match is happening whether you like it or not, you’re going to be in trouble when the bell rings.
Drake King: When the bell rings?? I’m not competing. If you want to get TLA a match so badly it’ll have to be against somebody else, because I won’t be playing any part in you handing him whatever he wants. One way or another, this brand deserves better than that.
(As the crowd boos, Captain Charisma just shakes his head, already tired of listening to Drake.)
Captain Charisma: I’ve put up with this for two years now, and I’ve had enough. Like I said, you’re facing TLA at Wicked Games. I understand that you think I should be allowing you to do whatever you want, but that’s not how things work around here. If you want to try avoiding this match and not showing up at Wicked Games just because you don’t want to give TLA what he wants then you can go ahead and do that, but you should know better than anybody by now that I don’t take stuff like that lightly, especially not when I know how you operate. You’re not in this match because of favoritism, or because the world is against you, you’re in this match because for months you’ve been doing whatever you could to screw TLA over, and when two Elitists on my show are spending week after week tearing each other apart, costing each other matches, ruining private property, and attempting to get each other fired, I’m going to give them the opportunity to face each other and do whatever they need to do. If you really didn’t want to have to face TLA you should have just left him alone. You didn’t, and now once again you two will face off at Wicked Games.
Drake King: :francis: I can’t believe you’re serious about this.
Captain Charisma: I’m not sure what the problem is. You and TLA have shared the ring many times, and this time shouldn’t be any different. One of our Barbed Wire Massacre matches was a match between the two of you, and you really expect me to believe that letting you face him again is an issue?
Drake King: YES! I wouldn’t be complaining if it wasn’t! You saw what TLA did, why does it matter if I tried to get him fired if he’s spent every single week since then proving my decision right?? This is unbelievable, TLA shouldn’t even be here right now. He-
(Suddenly, the crowd starts cheering loudly, which confuses Drake.)
James Peters: Wait, WAIT WAIT WAIT, IT’S TLA!!! TLA JUST HOPPED OVER THE BARRICADE AND ENTERED THE RING, AND NOW HE TAKES DRAKE DOWN BEFORE DROPPING DOWN AND HITTING DRAKE WITH PUNCHES TO THE FACE! TLA IS BEATING THE HELL OUT OF DRAKE KING, AND IT LOOKS LIKE THINGS REALLY AREN’T OVER JUST YET!!!
Rich Russillo: Yeah, and they won’t be until Wicked Games is over, because Captain Charisma isn’t cancelling the match! Drake manages to push TLA off of him before getting back up, BUT TLA IS UP FIRST AND HE MANAGES TO SEND DRAKE INTO THE CORNER! TLA HITTING PUNCHES TO THE MIDSECTION, AND NOW DRAKE IS IN TROUBLE AS TLA IS JUST LAYING WASTE TO THE SELF PROCLAIMED “FATHER OF EAW”!!!
James Peters: DRAKE MANAGES TO FINALLY HIT AN ELBOW STRIKE, AND THAT KNOCKS TLA BACKWARDS JUST ENOUGH FOR DRAKE TO GET OUT OF THE CORNER! Drake now running out of the corner as he swings at TLA, BUT TLA DUCKS UNDER BEFORE KICKING DRAKE IN THE MIDSECTION! MEXICAN DESTROYER!!!!!!
(The crowd cheers loudly as TLA quickly gets back up to his feet with a grin on his face. He looks at Captain Charisma before looking back at Drake, and finally TLA picks up the microphone before beginning to speak.)
TLA: Nah Drake be tryna get out the lucha you know he a pu- I mean el chico tiene mucho miedo. Gotta do it the Disney way fr. You know that the fun way. Pero he ain’t gonna get out the lucha. The lucha happening tonight. It happening tomorrow. It happening next week. It most certainly be happening at Wicked Games. Y’all know that it ain’t just happening. It be straight popping off cuz we ain’t just gonna wrestle. We ain’t just going to just have another Barbed Wire Massacre neither. Nah you know that I really don’t care how this match happen. As long as it happen. So you know that I went on backstage and I just be spinning that rueda with the quickness. You know that the wheel just be spinning real fast ain’t even knowing where it gonna land but y’all know that it gonna land on something real fun. You know that I ain’t been down with all this Disney changes but y’all know just like that wheel I be coming around and I think that Drake gonna be coming around too. Cuz the vato got no choice. We straight up forcing him.
(TLA crouches down over Drake in the ring as he raises the microphone.)
TLA: Porque at Wicked Games holmes you know we gonna have that match… AND IT’S GONNA BE A DISNEY FUN HOUSE MATCH!!!
(TLA drops the microphone on Drake, and the crowd explodes into cheers, both in excitement and in anticipation as they wait to find out what a “Disney Fun House match” is. Before long, ‘Ambitionz az a Ridah’ by Tupac begins to play.)
James Peters: Woah, a Disney Fun House match?? I can’t say I’ve heard of something like that before, but it seems like this will be the match Drake and TLA face each other in! This is a huge announcement, especially knowing that we have no idea what this match really is!
Rich Russillo: I’m sure we’ll learn the details soon enough, but for now there’s one thing we can say for sure. Drake King is not getting out of his match against TLA, and now he has even more to worry about as TLA already spun the wheel!
(TLA begins to make his way up the ramp, high fiving fans on his way as he walks past Captain Charisma, heading to the back. Captain Charisma looks at Drake King who is laid out inside of the ring, barely starting to stir, and from there Voltage begins to fade away from ringside.)

(‘Pass The Nirvana’ by PTV hits, as the crowd gives off a loud mixed reaction. After a moment, it’s Theron Nikolas who steps out onto the stage where the crowd gets even louder with their cheers and boos. Nikolas looks out towards the arena then back towards the ring where his facial expression remains focused. He knows his opponent is no push over, but he’s locked in and ready to go to war in that ring.)
Bella Braxton: Introducing first!! From Edmunton, Alberta, Canada!! Weighing 224lbs!!! GHOST!!!! THERON NIKOLAS!!!!
Rich Russillo: And here comes Theron Nikolas who has been having quite the back and forth between him and Samael these past few weeks.
James Peters: Multiple cheapshot and blindside attacks from those two with Theron recently committing one against Samael immediately after the Grim Reaper’s match concluded.
Rich Russillo: Tonight however, all of his focus needs to be on Charlie Marr, and he can keep that same level of energy for this match, big things can happen. We’ll have to wait and see how things play out.
(‘Praise the Lord’ by Bandokay hits, as the crowd instantly turns into nothing but boos. This reception echoes out in the arena in a deep tone, as Charlie Marr steps out onto the stage with the EAW Hardcore Championship resting on his shoulder. He gives Theron a mean look from the top of the stage, then continues down the entrance ramp and towards the ring.)
Bella Braxton: And his opponent!! From Tower Hamlets, London,United Kingdom!! Weighing 240lbs!!! HE IS THE EAW HARDCORE CHAMPION!! THE MAN OF ALWAYS!! CHARLIE MARR!!!
Rich Russillo: And here comes The EAW Hardcore Champion, Charlie Marr. He’s one week away from his date with Minerva for her world title!
Persephone: Yeah, and this match will be his first match since being attacked by the world champion backstage a few weeks ago.
James Peters: His MCL was torn, but he’s made it a point that he’s game to compete. Hopefully that stands true, because tonight he can’t afford to have that knee get messed up. We’ll see how the number one contender does against Theron shortly.
(DING! DING! DING!)
Rich Russillo: There’s the bell, and here we go!! This match starts off with Charlie Marr doing a little warm up by hopping in place just to make sure that his knee is okay. MCL injuries are not fun to go through, but being the warrior that Charlie is, he’s making sure that it doesn’t hold him back.
James Peters: Both Theron and Charlie extend their hands out, as both guys interlock their fingers with one another! It looks like it’s about to be a test of strength to start out this match tonight!
Rich Russillo: From the looks of it, this battle is being won by Charlie, as he manages to force Theron’s wrists back. He applies even more pressure, as the strain on the wrist makes Theron drop down to a knee!!! Charlie continues to pressure in…
Persephone: BUT THERON GETS TO HIS FEET, AND INSTANTLY DELIVERS A PUSH KICK THAT CONNECTS RIGHT AT CHARLIE’S KNEECAP!! Marr instantly lets go of Theron’s wrists, and tends to his injured knee! Meanwhile, Theron rises up to his feet, and.. DELIVERS A STRONG FOREARM STRIKE THAT HAS CHARLIE STUMBLING TOWARDS THE SIDE ROPES!!!
James Peters: Marr is up against the side ropes now, as Theron makes his way towards him and delivers a knee strike to the midsection. From here, Theron grabs Charlie by the back of the head and neck, then walks the number one contender towards the corner where he.. BASHES CHARLIES HEAD UP AGAINST THE TURNBUCKLE!!!
Rich Russillo: Theron then turns Charlie so that his back is against the turnbuckles. Theron then grabs Charlie by the wrist and whips him hard towards the opposite corner-
Persephone: NO HE DOESN’T!! Charlie plants his foot, and counters with an Irish Whip of his own, as he sends Theron to the far corner! Nikolas crashes up against those turnbuckles, and soon after it’s Charlie who rushes in for the attack!!
James Peters: BUT NO!! THERON GETS HIS BOOT UP, AND CHARLIE GOES FACE FIRST RIGHT INTO IT!!! That boot to the face forces Charlie to turn all the way around, as he grabs at his mouth and nose in pain!!
Rich Russillo: And Theron is taking advantage of the fact that Charlie has his back turned towards him! Nikolas gets from out of the corner, and wraps his arms around the body of his opponent! It looks like Charlie is about to go for a ride!! NIKOLAS WITH THE GERMAN SUPLE-
James Peters: BACK ELBOW TO THE FACE BY CHARLIE!!! ANOTHER!! AND ANOTHER!! That last shot caught Theron right on the bridge of the nose, and forced his head to snap back!!! Theron releases his grip on Charlie, and falls back against the corner behind him!!
Persephone: Charlie turns around now, and makes his way towards Theron Nikolas.. PUNCH TO THE TOP OF THE HEAD BY CHARLIE!! AGAIN!! AND AGAIN!!! Charlie now grabs Theron, and pulls him out of the corner. He reaches down and gets a better grip on Theron, as he lifts Nikolas up… AND SLAMS HIM RIGHT DOWN ONTO THE CANVAS WITH A POWERFUL FRONT POWERSLAM THAT RATTLES THE RING !!!
Rich Russillo: Theron Nikolas arches his back in pain after that one, but Charlie shoves him back against the ring mat with a hard stomp to the stomach that knocks the wing right out of Ghost!
James Peters: Charlie Marr now reaches down and grabs Theron by the head. He brings Nikolas up to his feet, then whips him hard towards the far ropes! Theron Nikolas springs off of the ropes and rebounds back towards Charlie who is setting up for a back body drop!!!
Rich Russillo: BUT THAT’S NOT HAPPENING, BECAUSE THERON NIKOLAS JUST BLASTED CHARLIE IN THE CHEST WITH MASSIVE KICK!! That kick forces Charlie to pop straight up, as he stumbles back!! The Man of Always didn’t like that one bit, and now he charges at Theron with a lariat!!!
Persephone: NO!!! Theron Nikolas ducks underneath the arm!!!
James Peters: AND NOT ONLY THAT!! BUT HE ALSO HOOKS CHARLIE’S ARMS FROM BEHIND, AND PINS HIS SHOULDERS DOWN TO THE MAT WITH A BACKSLIDE!!! THERON CAN STEAL THIS ONE EARLY HERE!!!!

Rich Russillo: BUT THERON HOPS ON HIS LEFT, THEN SWINGS IT OVER TO CONNECT WITH A SWINGING ENZUIGIRI!!! HIS BOOT JUST CAUGHT CHARLIE RIGHT AT THE SIDE OF THE HEAD!!’ CHARLIE’S EYES GO BLANK, AS HE FALLS DOWN TO THE CANVAS OF THE RING LIKE A FALLING TREE!!!!
James Peters: Charlie Marr hits the canvas of the ring hard right there, and Theron is ready to really deal some damage here. He looks at Charlie, then towards the turnbuckles. Nikolas heads over to the corner now, and begins to scale his way up to the top rope. He gets himself set! I’m guessing we’re moments away from witnessing another one of his Diving Meteoras or his signature Six Star Frog Splash!!
Rich Russillo: Guess again, James, because Charlie Marr has other plans. He was down on the canvas, but saw that Theron was going for something big, so he wisely rolled himself out of the ring and is now standing here at ringside!
Persephone: Theron Nikolas looks disappointed that he couldn’t take flight just now, and he instantly hops down from the top rope. After landing on his feet, it’s Nikolas who makes his way over to the side ropes. He’s telling Marr to get back into the ring. Marr steps towards the ring and makes his way over to Theron..
James Peters: BUT INSTEAD OF SLIDING BACK INTO THE RING, HE SCOOPS AT THERON’S ANKLE AND FORCES NIKOLAS TO FALL FLAT ONTO HIS BACK AGAINST THE CANVAS OF THE RING!!!
Rich Russillo: Charlie instantly works his way up, as he climbs onto the ring apron. He grabs onto the top rope, as he looks right at Theron who is laying flat on his back near the side ropes!! Charlie launches himself!! SLINGSHOT ELBOW DROP BY MARR!!! IT CONNECTS, AS HE DRIVES HIS ELBOW RIGHT INTO THERON NIKOLAS’ STERNUM!!!
James Peters: And look at this!!! Charlie goes for the pin, but not only that, he also props his feet onto the middle rope to add more leverage and weight to his pin attempt!! The referee doesn’t even see it!!!!

Persephone: Theron had to put in a lot of effort to kick out of that pin attempt. With Charlie breaking the rules and using those ring ropes to an advantage, I’m surprised that Theron was able to kick out!
James Peters: That just goes to show how tough Theron really is. Just because he’s put in a situation where he clearly doesn’t have the advantage, he has the will to go against the grain, and keep this match and his chances to win alive!!
Rich Russillo: Charlie definitely wasn’t a fan of that kickout, and he’s gotten back up to his feet. He grabs Theron by the head and brings him up to his feet as well. KICK TO THE MIDSECTION BY CHARLIE!!! He pulls Nikolas in!!! SNAP SUPLEX!!! WOW!! WHAT A MOVE BY CHARLIE MARR AS HE JUST SENT THERON CRASHING BACK DOWN ONTO THE MAT!!!!
James Peters: Theron Nikolas is clutching at the back of his head and lower back after that one. He rolls onto his side, but Charlie is there to grab Theron, and pulls him into a seated position! From here, Charlie wraps his arms around Theron’s head and neck.. Wait!! It can’t be!! He’s going for.. THAT’S TRANQUILITY!!! CHARLIE’S SIGNATURE REAR NAKED CHOKE IS LOCKED IN RIGHT NOW, AND HE’S TRYING TO PUT THIS ONE AWAY BY FORCING THERON TO TAP OR PASS OUT!!! CHARLIE’S GRIP ON THIS SUBMISSION HOLD IS SO TIGHT, AS HE WRENCHES AWAY AT THE HEAD AND NECK OF GHOST!!!!
Rich Russillo: And here we can see that Theron is truly struggling! He’s gasping for air, and trying to pry off Charlie’s grip! Meanwhile, Charlie is doing everything in his power to get this match done and over with! Think about how much of a statement this would be if Charlie could win this match by submission even with his knee still injured the way that it is!! Minerva is definitely watching this match, and if Charlie could pull this off right here, she’d have to be concerned heading into Wicked Games next week!!!
James Peters: You can see it in Charlie’s facial expression! He wants to get this submission right here! With the EAW World Championship match only a week away, he needs to show that he is more than ready no matter how bad his knee is!! All questions about whether he can compete will be thrown down the drain, because this is against a pretty game Theron!!!
Persephone: A pretty game Theron indeed. He’s so focused on his situation with Samael, and over these past few weeks we’ve seen Theron take over, but right now it looks like Charlie has Theron grounded!! Nikolas is starting to fade out! I think.. I THINK CHARLIE HAS GOT IT!!!
Rich Russillo: Wait a second Persephone!! I don’t think so!! As much as Charlie is wrenching on that neck and trying to put this match away, there’s still some fight left in Theron!! He’s clenching his fists, and hanging on to his consciousness!!! What’s this?!?
James Peters: BACK ELBOW TO THE ABDOMEN BY THERON NIKOLAS!!! HE DELIVERS ANOTHER ONE!!! A THIRD!! NOW A FOURTH!! The grip that Charlie had around Theron’s head and neck before has surely loosened, and the space that Theron has created is exactly what he needed! Theron works his way up to his feet now.. AND DELIVER YET ANOTHER BACK ELBOW TO THE MIDSECTION!!!
Rich Russillo: That last one forces Charlie to release Tranquility, and Theron instantly rushes over to the far ropes!! He hits the ropes hard, then springs back towards Charlie Marr at full speed!!
Persephone: BUT HE JUST RAN INTO THE HEADMASTER RITUAL!!! THAT’S THE SPINEBUSTER BY CHARLIE MARR, AND IT WAS JUST PERFORMED WITH A TREMENDOUS DISPLAY OF STRENGTH, AS THE SOUND OF THERON SLAMMING AGAINST THE CANVAS OF THE RING BRING A DEEP ECHO THAT RADIATES THROUGHOUT THIS ENTIRE ARENA!!!!
James Peters: Charlie instantly pops up to his feet, and gets hyped up after that powerful spinebuster!! He gives Theron Nikolas a mean look, then goes to stomp down onto his body!! Again!! And again!!! Charlie now walks around the body of Theron before deciding to head towards the corner.
Rich Russillo: Last time it was Theron who was unsuccessful at connecting a move from the top rope due to Charlie getting out of the ring. Charlie is definitely hoping that isn’t the case for himself, but we’ll see. Scaling up to the top rope has it’s risks, but if you can convert off of it, then it’s rewards definitely make up for it!!!
James Peters: Well there he is!! The number one contender and Hardcore Champion is set on the top rope! He looks down at Theron Nikolas, and.. HE LEAPS IN THE AIR!!! SIN SALIDA!!! DIVING DOUBLE FOOTSTOMP BY CHARLIE MARR!!!!!

James Peters: That has to sting for Theron Nikolas. I actually thought he was going to put that one away. That spear had a lot behind it, and I believe any ordinary wrestler would have been done for.
Rich Russillo: Again, we have to remember that his opponent is none other than the reigning Hardcore Champion. Marr has gone through hell and back throughout the duration of his reign, so if anyone has elite level resilience to continue fighting, it is definitely Charlie!!!
James Peters: Theron realizes this, and that’s what is frustrating him during this match. He gets up to his feet, as he watches Charlie holding onto his abdomen while still down on the ring mat. Theron instantly begins stomping down onto Charlie’s chest!! He stomps so hard and so repetitive he’s able to slip his stomps through Charlie’s arms that have been covering his torso!!
Persephone: That has to hurt!
Rich Russillo: Yeah, for Theron to be able to break through Charlie’s arms and drive his boot into his chest with that much force, there is no question that Charlie isn’t feeling too good right now!
James Peters: And I don’t think the punishment is done yet! Theron Nikolas now reaches down and grabs Charlie by the wrists. Charlie’s body is nearly limp, as his head and upper body hang from Theron’s grip.. And what’s this?!?

Rich Russillo: WOW!!! What a match that was!! And what a huge victory that was for Theron Nikolas. He just beat the Number one contender for Minerva’s title a week before Wicked Games!!
James Peters: Not only that, but he did so without any outside help or cheap tactics to get the job done!!
Rich Russillo: Well we all know Theron has been in quite the situation with Samael and Natasha Agnello. Things haven’t been as smooth as he’d like them to be, but he’s definitely going in the right direction, because a victory over Marr is huge for his career, especially since he intends on being better than ever before!
Persephone: We can’t forget that Marr is still battling that Knee of his because of Minerva and her attack from a few weeks ago, but nonetheless, this really was a major win for Ghost!
(The screen shows Theron Nikolas walking up the entrance ramp while clutching at his back from all of the damage it received during this match. We then see Charlie in the ring grabbing at his head in pain. He also looks disappointed, because he really wanted to get the victory here tonight. Voltage eventually fades elsewhere.)

(Sunday Night Voltage fades back into the arena where ‘Mo Money’ by Ben McLusky is heard playing through the speakers to loud boos from the New Zealand crowd in attendance here tonight. The camera goes over to the ring where Ronan Malosi alongside Eden Sinclair are seen inside the ring with one another, welcoming the audience in attendance tonight with smiles on their faces while the shot pans closer toward them.)
Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome… RONAN MALOSI AND EDEN SINCLAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rich Russillo: Of course, Voltage is greeted by the newly introduced duo of Ronan Malosi and Eden Sinclair. Last week we saw Captain Charisma finally give into Ronan’s demands thanks to the favor that he has from Territorial Invasion and the Brand Warfare match, allowing him to have a semblance of power alongside him here on the yellow brand. Of course, while Ronan was expecting to become Commissioner in place of him, Captain Charisma didn’t exactly have that in mind and wasn’t willing to give up such a high position of power to him. Instead, he allowed Ronan the opportunity to work alongside Eden, something that, obviously, the two of them weren’t really happy about.
James Peters: But as we saw earlier in the night, it seemed that Ronan wanted to extend an olive branch to Eden and look at the positives of this new partnership between the two of them. Despite Captain Charisma being the one operating this entire brand, Eden has power herself as part of Disney, and alongside Ronan, they could do some really big things and further elevate this brand. Of course, we do want to hear what he was getting at before the cameras cut, but that seems to be why they’re out here tonight, to possibly make a bombshell of a Wicked Games match official.
Persephone: Oh boy, I am SO excited to see Ronan Malosi have a position of power here on Voltage! This is going to go just as well as the critically acclaimed New Eden November. I just can’t wait for what’s going to happen!!!
(‘Mo Money’ begins to fade out while Ronan smiles and waves his hand in the air, of course being proper knowing his position of power. He then brings his microphone up to his mouth and begins to speak.)
Ronan Malosi: New Zealand, thank you for the warm welcome!
Crowd: BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ronan Malosi: No, cheer for yourselves! You’re the real stars of Voltage!
(Eden scoffs before stepping forward and beginning to speak following Ronan.)
Eden Sinclair: Let’s get to business here so we don’t take up any valuable time. I’m sure if there’s one thing you guys want to hear, it’s Wicked Games announcements, and I assure you we have just that for you tonight. Considering this is the first Voltage Brand-Exclusive Free-Per-View of the Season, we look to make this a big show, and let me just say… we have come up with an idea to make this show an even bigger deal than it already is!
(The crowd dies down to a murmur instead of their jeers of negativity, despite their hatred toward these two, they are instead quite interested in what they have in store for Wicked Games which comes around in just two weeks’ time.)
Eden Sinclair: So far, there are a few names, a few BIG names might I add, that have yet to find themselves on the show. And Voltage being the land of opportunity that it is, who would we be not to give them a chance to show what they’re capable of? Ladies and gentlemen, these are two Elitists that have really gone to work this Season for the yellow brand and proved themselves, and tonight we’re going to give them the appreciation that they deserve by making this match between the two of them official.
(Ronan’s grin grows bigger as he brings his microphone up to make this huge announcement.)
Ronan Malosi: So at Wicked Games… Dr. Bethany Blue and Sheridan Müller will be going against one another in one-on-one action!
(The crowd boos loudly as, almost immediately, ‘Enemy’ by Sevendust is heard playing through the speakers. The reaction then turns to cheers as the camera goes over to the stage to show the Unified Tag Team Champions, Dr. Bethany Blue and Sheridan Müller storming out from the backstage area. Clearly, they are unhappy, and they look to confront both Ronan and Eden about this match being made between the two of them.)
Rich Russillo: Well it comes as no surprise that The Prescription are going to have something to say about this. You can guess why this match was made official between the two of them, and that was probably because of what was shown on Fight Grid earlier this week with Bethany and Sheridan having embarrassed Ronan backstage after the show last week.
James Peters: This was probably Ronan’s entire plan, to coax Eden Sinclair into making a match like this official for his own personal satisfaction! This is how he wins! This is absolutely unbelievable! How low can this man really go???
Persephone: :mjlol: Okay that was kind of smart I have to admit.
(Bethany and Sheridan roll into the ring and immediately step up to Ronan and Eden, who are both unphased knowing the consequences if they lay their hands on either of them. ‘Enemy’ then begins to come to a close from there while Bethany and Sheridan are both given microphones and Bethany begins to speak.)
Dr. Bethany Blue: Just what in the heck are you doing??? What made you think that THIS was the right move to make for Wicked Games???
Ronan Malosi: Because it’s what is best for business, dear Bethany.
Sheridan Müller: Far from it, in case it didn’t occur to you, our first match against one another is what led to the partnership and bond that The Prescription have today. I see no wrong with pitting us up against one another the first time, but the second time? Especially when we’re Unified Tag Team Champions now and should be defending our Championships at Wicked Games instead of facing each other? I don’t know what made you even consider going through this in the first place.
Eden Sinclair: Well, I agree that you should be defending your Unified Tag Team Championships, but you have all the time in the world to do that… another time. But at Wicked Games, we will be seeing Sheridan versus Bethany II.
(This obviously lights a fuse, with Sheridan’s eyebrow slightly twitching in anger and Bethany rubbing her temple in frustration. They know what’s happening right now, and the last thing they’re going to do is let this happen. Eden obviously sees the tension and speaks up once again to try and calm down the situation, while Ronan is leaning against the corner with a smirk still present on his face as he watches this unfold.)
Eden Sinclair: If you have any problems with this match-
Dr. Bethany Blue: You know we do-
Eden Sinclair: IF… you have any problems with this match… you’re going to have to save it for another time. For now, I expect both of you to step into Wicked Games doing your best and giving it your all, because believe it or not there’s something to gain out of this for both of you. Bethany, this is your chance to remind everyone why you’re the Empress of Elite, and Sheridan, this is your chance to remind everyone why you’re a former Women’s Champion. Just look at the bright side of this, at least; besides…my decision is final.
(Eden doesn’t give them a chance to respond back, instead rolling out of the ring and making her leave. Ronan, satisfied with The Prescription’s reaction to all of this, leaves the ring and follows behind Eden as well. It’s clear that Ronan manipulated Eden into making this match to punish Sheridan and Bethany for humiliating him, and he got one over them. The only question is, with Ronan in power and Eden in the palm of his hand… how far is he going to go? Bethany and Sheridan watch on, talking to one another in the ring and clearly venting their frustrations about all of this. Eden and Ronan disappear through the backstage area as it’s the last shot seen before Sunday Night Voltage transitions to elsewhere.)

(‘As Long As I Love’ TK from Ling Tosite Sigure receives a mixed reaction from fans as Hikari Kanno comes down to the ring, drowning out anyone else, and keeping her focus solely on the match ahead of her, realizing what a big opportunity it is, walking to the ring with a purpose. Hikari slides in the ring, and poses on the middle rope before dropping down, and taking her entrance gear off, looking towards the entrance way.
Bella Braxton: Introducing first! Hailing out of Okinawa, Japan, weighing in at 121 pounds…SHE IS JAPAN’S JEWEL…HIKARI KANNO!!
James Peters: Tonight, Hikari Kanno is all business, knowing the opportunity that awaits her against Minerva.
Rich Russillo: You can not only knock off the World Champion, but knock off the World Champion in the main event of Voltage. That’s one way to open eyes around here.
James Peters: I imagine Hikari will be imagining Sierra’s face with every punch, every kick she delivers to Minerva’s, especially after Everett’s brutal attack last week.
(“Blood, Milk & Sky” by White Zombie plays out Minerva to a raccous reaction from fans, and the EAW World Champion comes out with the belt on her shoulder, having a sole spotlight shined on her at the stage area. Minerva heads down to the ring, smirking to herself, feeling confident ahead of her match. The music fades out in the background as Minerva seats herself on the bottom turnbuckle in the corner, taking off her hat, along with championship, handing it off to the ref, and awaiting the match to begin.)
Bella Braxton: And her opponent! Residing out of The Florida Everglades, weighing in at 122 pounds…SHE IS THE EAW WORLD CHAMPION…THE BLACK ROSE…MINERVA!!
Rich Russillo: Hikari has had Sierra to deal with, but Minerva has had Charlie Marr.
Persephone: He’s her biggest challenge, if anything.
James Peters: Guess you’re right on that, given Marr’s accomplishments and status in the landscape of EAW.
Rich Russillo: But both competitors need to push Charlie Marr, and Sierra Everett to the wayside for one night only, because this is about Minerva and Hikari Kanno, one-on-one.
(Both competitors stare each other down from opposite corners.)
(DING! DING! DING!)
James Peters: It’s time for our main event between two talented athletes in Minerva and Hikari Kanno. These fans are excited, as am I. The anticipation keeps growing as they circle one another, and tie-up in the center of the ring, jockeying for position in the collar and elbow. Minerva gets the early advantage, backing Hikari up against the ropes, but Kanno drives Minerva into the corner, having her pinned in there with her forearm pressed across the champion’s face.
Rich Russillo: The referee’s gonna have to intervene.
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE!
Rich Russillo: Hikari breaks the collar and elbow, and backs up to the center of the ring. She’s encouraging Minerva to come on. Once again, both competitors circle one another, and it looks like we’re gonna see another collar and elbow tie-up, or so Hikari thought! Minerva faked her out, delivering a kick to the midsection. Kanno’s doubled over slightly, and Minerva takes advantage, wringing the arm for a hammerlock.
James Peters: Minerva puts a lot of torque on the arm of Hikari, but Kanno escapes out of the hammerlock with a drop toe hold, transitioning into a reverse chinlock. Minerva powers back to her feet, Hikari alters to more of a standing side headlock, attempting to keep the momentum on her side. But Minerva drives her back first into the corner, however, unable to break the hold. The referee intervenes, calling for a break from Kanno. Let’s see if we’ll get a clean one.
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! FO-
Rich Russillo: It’s a clean break as Minerva steps back, creating distance from Kanno, who exits out of the corner, and both competitors are back to circling. Remember, we’re in the feeling out process here.
Persephone: Don’t you just love pure wrestling on Voltage?
James Peters: :wow: The two lock hands for a test of strength, and go shoulder to shoulder, we’ll see who gets the advantage. Looks like it’s gonna be Minerva, who forces Hikari down to a neck bridge. But Kanno powers herself back up, and uses her boot to kick the hand away of Minerva. From there, Hikari transitions into a top wrist lock, and trips Minerva down to the canvas.
Rich Russillo: Seated armbar by Hikari! Minerva rolls to her belly, and powers to a knee. Minerva trips Hikari down, escaping the armbar! Minerva pops to her feet, going for a knee drop on Hikari, who quickly gets out of the way. Minerva favors her knee after regaining a vertical base, and spins around, wandering right into an arm drag takedown by Hikari, who transitions into another seated armbar.
James Peters: Minerva powers back to her feet, and stuns Hikari with a hard forearm! Minerva runs off the ropes in front of Kanno for a shoulder tackle, knocking her down, and runs off the ropes again! But Hikari rolls over to her belly, forcing Minerva to leap over, and Kanno pops back to a vertical base! Another arm drag, seated arm bar combo by Hikari!
Rich Russillo: Kanno maintains control for a while, but Minerva powers back to her feet, and just like she did recently, pops Hikari with another forearm strike! Kanno staggers to the ropes, and grabs hold of the top one with one arm while doubled over. Minerva isn’t gonna let Kanno make a full recovery, however, and leans her up against the ropes for an Irish whip! DROPKIC-
James Peters: Hikari held on to the top rope, and Minerva landed right on her back! Hikari goes for a figure four leg lock, but soon as she got the spinning toehold, Minerva rolled through to her feet, now being the one standing while Hikari is down. Look at Minerva, tacking on a sharpshooter!
Rich Russillo: She’s wrenching on it, but Hikari starts crawling to the ropes. Minerva drags her to the center of the ring, loosening up her grip in the process. Hikari exerts all her strength, all her energy, all her might, trying to power out of the hold with her legs, which she does. Minerva plops face first on the canvas, and Hikari applies a sharpshooter of her own now!
James Peters: Minerva reaches for the ropes, and begins scratching, clawing towards them, which Hikari notices, releasing the sharpshooter, but keeping hold of leg. Hikari is going for Auswählen, but before she could cinch it in, Minerva pulls herself out under the bottom rope. Minerva gets to a knee, resting her arm on the apron, and Hikari follows her out there, grabbing hold of Minerva.
Rich Russillo: BUT “THE BLACK ROSE” BAITED HER IN, GRABBING THE FRONT OF HIKARI’S TIGHTS FOR LEVERAGE, AND PULLING HER SHOULDER FIRST INTO THE RINGPOST! Kanno is down, favoring the shoulder, but Minerva is up, going to inflict more damage. Hikari is brought back to her feet, and gets placed in a hammerlock by Minerva, who sends her shoulder first into the ringpost again!
Persephone: We’ve seen Hikari utilize hammerlocks to further attack her opponent’s shoulders, but now she’s getting a taste of her arm medicine by Minerva.
James Peters: Hikari gets rolled back into the ring, getting to a knee, but clutching at that shoulder, which Minerva continues to target, grabbing Hikari’s wrist, and yanking on the arms three times! Minerva bars the arm of Hikari with one arm, and pushes down her shoulder with the other. Hikari powers back to her feet, and delivers repeated forearms to the face with her free arm, successfully escaping her predicament.
Rich Russillo: Those forearms might’ve put Minerva on wobbly legs, but Hikari wakes her right up with a KNIFE EDGE CHOP TO THE CHEST, ECHOING THROUGHOUT THE ARENA!
Persephone: :yikes: That’s gonna sting in the morning.
James Peters: No kidding, but Hikari isn’t done, landing two more, both equally loud in sound. But Minerva fights back with a knee to the abdomen, doubling Kanno over. Minerva drops her gut first across the top rope with a GOURDBUSTER! Kanno’s hurting from that, and why wouldn’t she be? Having gotten all the wind taken out of her sails as she slips out onto the apron.
Rich Russillo: Minerva scores with a right hand, stunning her for a suplex, wanting to bring her back inside the ring. But Hikari fends it off with shots to the rib cage! Minerva drives her knee into the abdomen of Hikari on the apron, but Kannno does the same thing right back to Minerva. Minerva begins clubbing Hikari on the back of her neck, and exits out to the apron with her.
James Peters: Kick to the abdominal area by Hikari, followed up with a knife edge chop! Another kick to the abdomen, and Kanno spikes Minerva on the apron with a DDT! That’s the hardest part of the ring, and Minerva just got dumped head first on it! Minerva is down on the outside, looking completely out of it, and gets rolled back into the ring.
Rich Russillo: Cover is made by Hikari, hooking the leg, hoping to capitalize!

Rich Russillo: Minerva gets the shoulder up, refusing to be put away that easily. Look at the champion, utilizing her ring awareness, and rolling out of the ring. But Minerva isn’t safe as she thinks, getting hit with a baseball slide by Hikari, knocking her back and neck first into the barricade.
James Peters: Hikari stalks Minerva as she gets back to her feet, using assistance from the barricade, and KANNO RUNS OFF THE ROPES FOR A SUICIDE DIVE! BUT MINERVA GETS OUT OF THE WAY LAST MINUTE, CAUSING HIKARI TO COLLIDE HEAD FIRST WITH THE BARRICADE! Minerva stands herself back up, and slides into the ring, holding the back of her neck.
Rich Russillo: Minerva exits the ring again, restarting the referee’s count. She picks Kanno up in a front facelock, and rolls her back into the ring. Cover is made!

TWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!
James Peters: Hikari inches the shoulder up! Hikari seats herself up, and Minerva punches her square in the forehead with right hands, and starts cranking her neck sideways. This is an uncomfortable position for Kanno to be in.
Rich Russillo: Minerva puts more and more pressure on the neck, but Hikari powers back to her feet, loosening Minerva’s hold with repeated back elbows to the midsection. BUT MINERVA FIGHTS BACK WITH A STIFF EUROPEAN UPPERCUT! That just spun Hikari around, and Minerva wraps her arms around the waist of Kanno. RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX! Hikari landed high on her head and neck, and plops down prone on the canvas. Minerva shoots the half for a cover!

James Peters: Hikari shows off her resilience by kicking out, I think that high impact maneuver performed by Minerva had her lights dimmed momentarily, almost losing because of it. Minerva chokes the downed Hikari with both hands! Referee has to issue a five count!
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE!
Rich Russillo: Minerva has never been one to care about following the rules, and shows that here. Grounded rear chinlock applied by Minerva, who’s wearing Hikari down some more. The hold continues to be wrenched on, but as usual, Hikari powers back to her feet, and each time either competitor do so, that’s exerting a lot of energy on their end.
James Peters: Hikari loosens Minerva’s hold with back elbows to the abdomen, and explodes out with a knife edge chop! Followed by another knife edge chop! Hikari runs off the ropes in front of her, and ducks underneath a clothesline attempt. Hikari rebounds off the ropes again, and Minerva runs off the ropes opposite to Kanno. BOTH COMPETITORS CRASH INTO ONE ANOTHER WITH A DOUBLE CROSSBODY!
Persephone: Not sure who got the best of that exchange.
Rich Russillo: Either way, they’re both down, writhing in agony, coughing, having gotten all the wind taken out of their systems. The referee starts counting both competitors out, giving them til the count of ten to stand themselves back up.
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! SIX! SEVEN! EIGHT!
James Peters: Both women barely beat the count, and Hikari gets the first shot with a forearm! Minerva returns fire with one of her own! Hikari does the same! Minerva! Hikari! Minerva! HIKARI WITH A BACK ELBOW TO THE SIDE OF MINERVA’S NECK! The champion is dazed, and Hikari runs off the ropes in front of her- OOH! Hikari ran right into a forearm strike!
Rich Russillo: Minerva runs off the ropes herself now! BUT RAN RIGHT INTO A SUPERKICK BY HIKARI! She’s back on spaghetti legs as a result, and Kanno rebounds off the ropes for a running forearm strike, taking down Minerva! Minerva uses the ropes to pick herself back up, and gets rebounded off the ropes!
James Peters: SNAP DRAGON SUPLEX BY HIKARI! But she doesn’t let go, bringing Minerva back to her feet with both her arms still hooked in the full Nelson. Minerva elbows her way out of the predicament, and spins around to face Hikari, grabbing her in a front facelock, maybe wanting to spike her with a DDT. BUT HIKARI REVERSES WITH A NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX! LOOK AT THE BRIDGE!

Rich Russillo: KICKOUT! Hikari gets to her feet, but Minerva isn’t far behind, getting backed into the corner with knife edge chops! Hikari hooks Minerva up for a suplex, and lifts her to the top turnbuckle. Kanno climbs to the middle rope, and clearly wants a superplex. BUT MINERVA GETS A SECOND WIND, LANDING SHOT AFTER SHOT AFTER SHOT TO THE RIB CAGE OF HIKARI, AND SHOVING HER OFF THE MIDDLE ROPE!
James Peters: Kanno lands flat on her back, and Minerva perches herself on the top rope. Hikari slowly gets back to her feet, unaware of what awaits her. …DIVING CROSSBODY! MINERVA HOOKS BOTH LEGS FOR A COVER!

Rich Russillo: HIKARI EXPLODES OUT OF THE COVER LAST MINUTE! But Minerva isn’t frustrated, in fact, keeps her cool, and just begins lining Kanno up for something. Kick to the gut by Minerva, and she hooks her up for suplex, possibly Atlas Falls! But Hikari slips out the back, and shoves her to the ropes! MINERVA REBOUNDS OFF, AND EATS A RUNNING JUMPING HIGH KNEE!
James Peters: Hikari grabs the leg of a downed Minerva, and wants to trap her in the Memories of Miku. But Minerva kicks her away with both feet. Down goes Hikari momentarily, and both competitors are back up to their feet. Clothesline attempt, and a miss by Minerva as Kanno ducks underneath it, AND SLAMS MINERVA DOWN WITH A GERMAN SUPLEX!
Rich Russillo: But Hikari keeps her hands locked together, bringing Minerva up for another German suplex. Are we gonna see a trifecta… yes, we are as Hikari lands another! Kanno’s going for a fourth, but Minerva holds her weight down, causing Hikari to struggle momentarily, and Minerva takes the opportunity to elbow her way out of the German!
James Peters: Hikari’s grip gets loosened, and Minerva wrings her arm for a short arm clothesline! But Kanno ducks underneath, PLANTING MINERVA FOR A FOURTH GERMAN SUPLEX! Minerva gets brought up for a FIFTH! Minerva’s out of it, Hikari’s picking up just dead weight at this point, but regardless, does so for a SIXTH GERMAN SUPLEX, RELEASING HER ON THIS ONE! Both competitors are down, Hikari having exhausted herself in the process.
Rich Russillo: But she’s the first one to stir, and get back to her feet. Meanwhile, Minerva has barely moved while staring up at the lights, sprawled out on the canvas. The wheels are turning in Kanno’s head as she climbs to the top turnbuckle, eyeing Minerva, who still hasn’t moved from her previous position.
James Peters: HIKARI SOARS OFF THE TOP WITH A DIVING HEADBUTT TO THE SHOULD- NO! NO! MINERVA GOT BOTH KNEES UP, AND HIKARI CAME CRASHING DOWN ONTO THEM HEAD FIRST! Kanno rolls around in pain, clutching at her head. Minerva can’t quite capitalize, still down on the canvas herself, maybe not having fully recovered from those Germans, but mustering up just enough energy to counter Hikari there.
Persephone: Referee needs to stop the match, these two are clearly unfit to compete!
James Peters: Riiight, sounds like you have an ulterior motive.
Persephone: My motive is just ensuring their well-being. :Montez:
Rich Russillo: Looks like we’re not gonna need to stop the match as Minerva begins coming to, barely getting over to Hikari for a cover, draping her arm across her body.

James Peters: HIKARI EXPLODES OUT OF THE COVER, TRAPPING MINERVA IN A CROSSFACE! HAS SHE GOTTEN A SECOND WIND?!
Rich Russillo: Possibly, she’s wrenching back on the hold, and Minerva’s reaching out for the ropes, which she isn’t far from.
James Peters: MINERVA REVERSES INTO A COVER, HAVING THE LEG HOOKED ON HIKARI WHILE SHE KEEPS THE HOLD LOCKED IN!

Rich Russillo: Kanno releases, simultaneously kicking out! Minerva uses the ropes to get back to her feet, but Hikari’s back to her feet, and scores with shots to the back of her neck. Minerva responds with a back elbow, and Hikari spins around, staggering to the center of the ring. Minerva follows her, spinning Hikari around for a kick to the gut!
James Peters: BUT HIKARI CATCHES THE BOOT, AND MINERVA USES HER FREE LEG FOR AN ENZIGURI THAT WOBBLES KANNO! Minerva pops back to her feet, and hooks Hikari up! ATLAS FALLS!
Rich Russillo: HIKARI JUST GOT SPIKED ON HER HEAD, AND MINERVA SLOWLY MOVES INTO THE COVER, HAVING HER LEG HOOKED!

Persephone: It’s over!
James Peters: KICKOUT! SOMEHOW, SOMEWAY, HIKARI MANAGES TO KICKOUT! Minerva sits up, and pounds the mat in frustration, thinking to herself what more she’s gonna have to do in order to put Hikari away. Minerva gets to her feet, and Hikari hasn’t moved a muscle, showing she’s still reeling from the Atlas Falls, probably has no idea where she is.
Rich Russillo: Minerva drags Hikari closer to the corner, and turns her back to her as she grabs hold of the top rope on either side of the turnbuckle. Minerva takes one last look back at Hikari, making sure she’s still down before going to perform her split-legged moonsault known as Hell’s Bell’s!
James Peters: RIGHT AS MINERVA SPLIT HER LEG ACROSS THE TOP ROPES, HIKARI RUSHED BACK TO HER FEET, DELIVERING SHOTS TO THE BACK OF MINERVA, KEEPING HER PERCHED ON THAT TOP TURNBUCKLE AS A RESULT! Minerva is out of it, and Hikari climbs to the middle rope, seating herself on the top turnbuckle afterward.
Rich Russillo: Minerva delivers forearm shots to the back of Minerva’s neck, AND DUMPS HER ON IT WITH A SPIDER GERMAN SUPLEX! Hikari hangs upside down in the tree of woe, watching as Minerva rolls to the center of the ring. Kanno powers back up to the top turnbuckle, and proceeds to perch herself on the top rope, spinning around to face Minerva.
James Peters: Hikari stands herself up on the top rope, and looks around before DIVING OFF WITH A HEADBUTT TO THE SHOULDER! SHE ATTEMPTED IT EARLIER, AND WAS UNSUCCESSFUL! THIS TIME, HER LUCK CHANGES! KANNO HOOKS THE INSIDE LEG!

Rich Russillo: MINERVA STILL KICKS OUT, AND WISELY ROLLS OUT OF THE RING TO TRY AND REGATHER HERSELF! Hikari eyes Minerva, watching as she gets back to both feet with assistance from the barricade, and is gonna try something else she attempted earlier. SUICIDE DIVE!
James Peters: MINERVA CAUGHT HER BEFORE SHE COULD SOAR THROUGH THE ROPES WITH A JUMPING FOREARM STRIKE! Hikari stumbles back to the center of the ring before falling to the floor! Minerva gets up on the apron before scaling the top rope, gonna go high risk herself.
Rich Russillo: Minerva yells at Hikari to get up, which she slowly does. Granted, I don’t think that was Kanno answering Minerva’s request, much rather working out of instinct. MINERVA DIVES OFF THE TOP ROPE WITH MISSILE DROPKICK! Hikari rolls through prone to the canvas off that impact, and Minerva rushes over to shoot the half for a cover!

James Peters: HIKARI STAYS ALIVE! Minerva shakes her head, and gets back to her feet, picking Kanno back up as well. Hikari gets hooked up in a suplex position, and it looks as if Minerva might look to hit another Atlas Falls! …wait, Minerva hoists Hikari up, and places her on the top turnbuckle. Minerva climbs to the middle rope, and continues to stun Hikari with repeated right hands to the face.
Persephone: What could she possibly be going for?
Rich Russillo: Minerva hooks her up for another suplex, and hoists Hikari up, stalling with her in the air. Call me crazy, but I think Minerva’s attempting to perform an avalanche brainbuster, aka modified version of Atlas Falls!
James Peters: But Hikari shows signs of life, slipping out the back, and barely landing on her feet. Kanno gets in between the legs of Minerva, and tries to take her off the middle rope with a powerbomb! But Minerva hangs on to the top rope with both hands, and starts reigning down with punches to the dome of Kanno!
Crowd: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! SIX! SEVEN! EIGHT! NINE!
Rich Russillo: Minerva starts biting the forehead of Hikari, playing a little dirty, but Hikari slips out through the opened legs of Minerva, and pulls one out from under her, causing Minerva to hit face first on the top turnbuckle.
James Peters: Minerva is dazed in the corner, something Hikari picks up on, and she builds steam, running off the opposite corner for a DROPKICK! HIKARI RUNS OFF THE OPPOSITE CORNER AGAIN FOR A SECOND DROPKICK! Minerva sinks down in the corner, seated on the bottom turnbuckle. Hikari shows no remorse, however, running off the opposite corner for a THIRD DROP- MINERVA CUTS HER OFF WITH A RUNNING STO IN THE CENTER OF THE RING!
(The crowd reaction turns to boos as Charlie Marr starts walking down the ramp, keeping a close eye on the action while having his Hardcore Championship in tow.)
James Peters: Looks like trouble just walked in.
Rich Russillo: Unbeknownst to Minerva, who slowly gets to her feet, bringing Hikari along with her, having a handful of hair. Kanno explodes out of the grasp of Minerva with a SLAP! Minerva responds with one of her own, and both competitors go back and forth slapping one another! HIKARI KEEPS THE PRESSURE GOING WITH MULTIPLE SLAPS TO THE FACE OF MINERVA, ALTERING EITHER HAND!
James Peters: Minerva covers up, getting backed into the corner. Hikari tries Irish whipping her to the opposite corner, but Minerva reverses last second, sending her instead! WAIT! HIKARI GOES UP AND OVER THE CHAMPION! MINERVA GOES FOR ‘THE DEVIL’S TOUCH SUPERKICK THOUGH!
Persephone: BUT HIKARI DUCKS UNDER AND MINERVA KNOCKS OUT THE REFEREE WITH HER BIG MOVE!
(The crowd boos loudly, knowing what this might possibly mean for this match right now. The camera goes to Charlie Marr at ringside who is casually looking away like nothing happened and minding his business.)
Rich Russillo: Hikari gets back up to her feet, only for Minerva to kick her in the abdomen and pull her in, taking notice of Charlie Marr on the outside, and looks him dead in the eyes as she goes for Atlas Falls!
James Peters: BUT HIKARI SLIPS OUT OF IT BEFORE TURNING AROUND AND CONNECTING WITH A BIG BOOT TO THE FACE OF MINERVA! BUT MINERVA DOESN’T GO DOWN EITHER AS SHE LEAPS INTO THE AIR AND CONNECTS WITH AN ENZUIGIRI WHICH TAKES BOTH OF THEM DOWN TO THE CANVAS! WHAT A TRADE OF MANEUVERS!
(Both Minerva and Hikari struggle to get back up, while the crowd somehow managed to boo louder than they already have upon seeing Charlie slide into the ring, clutching a hold of the Hardcore Championship and taking this opportunity while he has the chance right here.)
Rich Russillo: Minerva is up, AND CHARLIE LOOKS TO RUN AT MINERVA AND HIT HER WITH THE HARDCORE CHAMPIONSHIP! BUT MINERVA DUCKS UNDER THAT AND CHARLIE ACCIDENTALLY HITS HIKARI INSTEAD TAKING HER DOWN TO THE GROUND!
(Charlie’s eyes widen in shock, but there’s nothing he can do to reprimand that as he sees the referee begin to recover, so he drops down and rolls out of the ring before he can be noticed.)
James Peters: MINERVA GRABS HIKARI IN A FRONT FACELOCK, AND BRINGS HER TO A VERTICAL BASE FOR ATLAS FALLS! TWISTING BRAINBUSTER SPIKES HIKARI FOR A SECOND TIME AS MINERVA GOES FOR THE COVER!

(“Blood, Milk & Sky” by White Zombie plays as Minerva rises off the body of Hikari Kanno, who rolls out of the ring while Minerva gets handed her EAW World Championship, raising it high in the air.)
James Peters: What a match! What a main event for the Voltage brand!
Persephone: Yeah, I’m just glad it’s over. …these two were really just beating themselves up, I couldn’t take seeing much more torture! 😃
Rich Russillo: Charlie Marr tried to interfere, and tarnish what was a great match, but Minerva had him scouted. He wound up playing a part in Hikari’s loss more than anything.
James Peters: Speaking of- FROM BEHIND!
(Minerva falls to the canvas after getting blindsided with a running elbow to the back of her head by Marr.)
James Peters: CHARLIE MARR JUST BLASTED MINERVA FROM BEHIND! AND HES GOING TO WORK WITH STOMPS ON THE CHAMPION!
Rich Russillo: HE TAKES A STEP FURTHER, MOUNTING MINERVA, AND REPEATEDLY TAGGING HER WITH PUNCHES TO THE FOREHEAD!

James Peters: CHARLIE IS UNRELENTING IN THESE PUNCHES! MINERVA LOOKS OUT OF IT AT THIS POINT!
Persephone: Oh, thank God!
Rich Russillo: The referee intervenes, pulling Charlie off Minerva. Marr gets into it with the official, and tells him to back off.
James Peters: Do you see the look in Marr’s eyes, I don’t blame the official for doing just that. Charlie just stalks Minerva as she stirs on the canvas, barely coming to. Marr grabs Minerva by the head, and slowly starts to pull her up to a knee. It’s just dead weight.
Rich Russillo: BEFORE SPINNING AROUND AND GOING FOR THE ‘CHARING CROSS’! DISCUS LARIAT TO THE HEAD OF MINERVA TO FINISH THE JOB!
James Peters: BUT MINERVA DUCKS UNDER THAT AND CONNECTS WITH ‘THE DEVIL’S TOUCH’ SUPERKICK! CHARLIE IS STUNNED BUT STILL ON HIS FEET, AND MINERVA HOOKS HIM UP, AND PLANTS HIM FOR ATLAS FALLS IN THE CENTER OF THE RING!
Ruch Russillo: Charlie Marr is out, and you can’t say he didn’t have that coming. Minerva’s been through a grueling match, and was attacked after it. But somehow, she’s the last one standing as we close out this edition of Voltage!
(Minerva sits up, and grabs her title off the mat before standing herself back up, and holding the title over Charlie Marr as the closing shot.)
