(EAW intro plays)
(Showdown opens up with a recap of Midsummer Massacre. Ms. Extreme defeats Bea Valentine to retain the Universal Women’s Championship. Caroline defeats Vincent Mondrian. Joso is announced as the Team Captain for the War Games team. Showtime defeat #Hashtag to become the N1C’s at the Unified Tag Team Championships. Impact defeats Solomon Stane and Xander Payne. Auburn Ware defeats Brianna Hill. Jake Smith defeats Daryl Kinkade and Joso to become the N1C at the Answers World Championship. Pandora Paisley is close to beating Harper, but in a shocking turn of events, her own teacher, Regan Street, turned out to be working with Silas World, and in the end, Harper Lee is able to defeat Pandora due to Regan interfering, and she is forced to join Silas World. And in the main event, Veena Adams is able to defeat Donovan Duke to retain the Answers World Championship.)
(The recap ends, and it is replaced with the song “Brick Wall” by a Day to Remember, as the camera pans around the inside of The Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters Stadium in Hokkaido. Fireworks are shooting out of the stage and the whole crowd can be seen cheering and being excited for the show. The camera ends up panning over to the commentary table with Deadprez, Eve and Gavin Kirkland as the commentators start talking.)
Eve: WELCOME EVERYONE… TO SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN! WE ARE OFF FROM A CRAZY MIDSUMMER MASSACRE! UPS AND DOWN! TWISTS AT EVERY TURN! A genuinely incredible show that you couldn’t miss! And now, we are heading into war, as our next event will be none other than Territorial Invasion!
Gavin Kirkland: WOOOOOOOOOO! LET’S GO SHOWDOOOOOOOOWNNNNNNN!!!!!!!
Deadprez: Slow down there, dawg. We got matches for you tonight as well! We will see Jake Smith face off against Damien Kutcher as well as Bridget Bridget fighting against Vincent Mondrian!
Eve: We also will see Matthew Kazama face off against Solomon Stane and in the main event, the Universal Women’s Champion will be fighting against Xander Payne!
Gavin Kirkland: LET’S NOT WASTE MORE TIME, WE WILL OPEN UP THE SHOW WITH MY GOAT, VEENA ADAMS!!!
(“7Rings” by Arianna Grande starts to play throughout the arena as the fans stand up and cheer wildly. The gorgeous Veena Adams walks out in her street clothes looking around with the Answers World Championship over her shoulder. She continues to walk toward the ring with a smile on her face as she hears the fans cheers for her.)
Deadprez: Veena Adams fought for her life, and she came out on top inside the steel cage at Midsummer Massacre. She was able to survive not only Donovan Duke but also Silas Mason and deny Silas World thew opportunity to recapture the Answers World Championship.
Eve: And we all know that it will not be the last time that she deals with Silas Mason, as he will do whatever it takes toe get the Answers World Championship back. But for now, she will have to deal with a new number one contender in Jake Smith and Figura Prismatis.
Gavin Kirland: Don’t mind me, I am just admiring her beauty and how perfect she is from head to toe.
(Veena gets in the ring with a mic in hand., The music slowly dies down as she paces the ring some before leaning against the ropes with the Answers World Championship hanging over her shoulder and a smile on her face.)
Veena Adams: Silas Mason has been denied, yet again!
(The crowd erupts at those words.)
Veena Adams: I went into Midsummer Massacre with ONE goal and that was to walk into the cage match and walk out with the Answers World Championship. Well… here it is!
(As she holds up the Championship, the fans start to cheer.)
Crowd: VEENA!!!! VEENA!!! VEENA!!!! VEENA!!! VEENA!!!!
Veena Adams: Thank you! I know you love me! But seriously though, like I really need to talk about something very important before I continue to gloat about beating Silas World and that is my boyfriend, Charlie Marr.
(The sound of his name causes the crowd to clap as they all stand up and she nods, looking a little emotional.)
Veena Adams: Last weekend was bittersweet. On one hand, I was able to go into Midsummer Massacre and walk out as the Answers World Champion. On the other hand, Charlie did indeed lose his match and retired from the EAW and to be honest, it made me sad, because I feel like with everything that Charlie had done, he deserved better. A former World Champion, Hall of Famer, he has done it all in the EAW and was a huge reason why I was so successful and am a World Champion now. I am happy that he was there to share the moment with me at Pain For Pride, but just to know that Charlie is gone really hurts. So, I just want to say in front of the world that I love and miss you Charlie, but I know that you have done it all and now you can paint the house pink and be the BEST stay home beau ever!
(The crowd cheers, some laugh as she smiles and blows a kiss into the camera.)
Veena Adams: But in all seriousness,. I am going to miss him in the ring. But now I need to talk about Midsummer Massacre. Silas World has a way of twisting things, and we saw what happened in the match before with Pandora Paisley, and look,. I’m not a Pandora fan; we had our wars when she was in Devolution and her boyfriend is a tool, but that still doesn’t mean she deserved what happened, but all that means now is that Uggo World is getting stronger and all of us here on Showdown need to be ready. That still doesn’t change the fact that I beat Donovan Duke in Shanghai and Silas Mason trying to get involved, just proves that even at their strongest, they will NOT take this title from me!
Pausing for a moment, she takes the cheers ion as Veena though is not done. She looks back into the camera to speak.)
Veena Adams: But now as the Answers World Champion it doesn’t stop as now I have a new challenger that has risen from the Number One Contendership match which is none other than Jake Smith.
(The sound of his name causes the fans to boo loudly as Veena just smirks.)
Veena Adams: A former world champion, a hall of famer, and yes he has held this title in the past as well. But Jake is skinny fat, he is a loser, can never hold on tot a girlfriend, and is –
(Suddenly she is interrupted as ‘90210’ by Travis Scott starts to play throughout the arena as Jake Smith slowly walks out flanked by Caroline and Xander Payne. Jake Smith smirks as he has a mic in hand.)
Deadprez: Here comes Jake Smith after winning the Number One Contendership for the Answers World Championship and he did it in controversial style. But he looks like there is no waste of time, as he is ready to speak.
Eve: When does Jake Smith not talk? The loves the sound of his own voice.
Gavin Kirkland: Figura Prismatis is out here, and Veena goes from one faction to another.
(As the music dies down, Jake starts to make his way to the ring while speaking, he is being followed by Caroline and Xander Payne.)
Jake Smith: I couldn’t help but listen to you ramble back there and since I have a match in a few moments, I figured, why not come out and have a little chat with the Answers World Champion. Look Veena, we both know that you are not World Champion material, and this was all a stroke of luck on both occasions, whether it was at Pain For Pride or last week at Midsummer Massacre. We can all agree that this farce will end soon at Territorial Invasion when I become the Answers World Champion again and take Showdown to heights never been seen before.
Veena Adams: Jake… Jake… Jake…. You are like the most unserious and unthreatening man that I have ever met. I mean, you love to talk a bunch of shit, but can never back it up. Yes, you do get a title shot at Territorial Invasion but just like Donovan last week, you are going to leave with this title.
Jake Smith: Right… right. Look at you Veena, trying to pump out those silicon balloons and acting all tough when everyone knows that you are a transitional champion. But do not worry, because you still have a month to enjoy this title around your waist until I take it. Then, you can go take a vacation with your retired, worthless boyfriend and we no longer need to listen to you speak.
(The crowd boos as Veena smiles.)
Veena Adams: Big talk coming from the biggest loser that in this building right now. But hey, when Caroline hands back your testicles, why don’t you come and try to take this from me.
(With that the crowd cheers as Jake Smith is about to charge the ring when Caroline grabs him and whispers something in his ear. Jake just nods.)
Jake Smith: You are lucky Veena that I have a match right now or else I would knock you out of those heels. So why don’t you get out of my ring and watch the next Answers World Champion at work.
Veena Adams: I would be glad to watch you make a complete ass of yourself. Toodles.
(Veena flips the mic as “7Rings” starts to play throughout the arena. The crowd cheers as Veena holds up the Championship and poses. Jake though stays calmly outside as he looks on and a referee is not heading to the ring.)
Deadprez: What a way to kick off Showdown and both Veena Adams and Jake Smith have drawn the line, they will compete for the Answers World Championship at Territorial Invasion, but Jake is in action coming up right after this commercial break!
Eve: Jake is annoying.
(Veena continues to pose in the ring holding up the belt as the referee prepares for the next match as Jake Smith is yelling at her to get out of the ring as it fades to a commercial break.)
(Showdown comes back from commercials, Jake Smith stretching out in his corner and preparing himself for his upcoming match.)
Gina Romano: INTRODUCING FIRST, ALREADY IN THE RING, FROM… PARTS UNKNOWN, WEIGHING IN AT…???, HE IS “THE PROCESS”, JAKEEEEEE SMIIIITHHHHHHHH!!!
(Right then, the camera turns towards the stage as “Rubber Band Man” by T.I. plays on the speakers to a pretty mixed reaction, as Damien Kutcher comes out with a focused expression on his face, Luna coming out first hyping him up and trying to get him in the zone all while Akari follows through, a serious expression on his face, all three of them knowing the battle that Damien will have to deal with tonight. Damien then turns towards the cameras, talking his shit straight to it before turning and then walking forward with Luna and Akari.)
Gina Romano: AND INTRODUCING HIS OPPONENT, FROM ATLANTA, GEORGIA, WEIGHING IN AT 240 POUNDS, HE IS “THE DIVINE ONE”, DAMIEEEEEEENNN KUUUUUUUTCHEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRR!!!
Eve: Both Damien and Akari came off of a huge win against #Hashtag last week and now they have the chance to go and win the Unified Tag Team Championships, and Damien looks to pick up another huge win tonight against Jake Smith himself!
Deadprez: He needs to keep focus on himself here, especially when Jake is looking to keep his own streak and bring a message to Veena Adams heading into their title match, but he does look as prepared as he could be for this bout!
(Damien rolls inside and then goes to his corner, laying against it and waiting patiently now for the bell to ring, with both competitors ready…)
(DING! DING! DING!)
Gavin Kirkland: AND WE ARE OFFICIALLY OFF TO THE RACES!
Deadprez: Both men push themselves off their respective corners here, Jake Smith with a confident grin on his face, he has already met with Damien inside of the ring before when it came to the tag match they had a few weeks ago, both Caroline and Jake were able to pick up the win, but now, it is all Damien’s responsibility in his shoulders to go home with the dub.
Eve: Jake, not the kind of person to take his opponents seriously, Damien being cautious from the tricks that he might have under his sleeve, Damien is slow when it comes to locking up, even Jake is signalling him to hurry up and grab his hand- But just as Damien grabs it, Jake stomps hard on his foot and then he transitions it straight into a sudden arm wrench! No surprise shown at Jake Smith being despicable.
Gavin Kirkland: Maaaan… why did Caroline have to end up at ringside for this one, I can’t concentrate when she is out there looking cute- oh god, I think she might turn me into stone if she ends up glaring at me, I better not try my luck.
Deadprez: Jake is really pushing his luck with the arm wrench here and is also pushing Damien to the ropes along with it, but at the last moment Damien is able to use his free arm and then grab him by his leg, lifting him up here in the air!
Eve: Jake is taken off guard due to Damien suddenly picking him up, and he ends up letting go of his arm due to instinct- AS DAMIEN THEN DROPS HIM THROAT FIRST WITH A FLAPJACK AGAINST THE ROPES! Damien rushes forward and then goes towards the other side of the ring, bouncing off the ropes himself and then- TACKLING DOWN A RETURNING JAKE SMITH WITH A SHOULDER TACKLE!
Deadprez: Damien turns to his side and then he goes to bounce off the ropes once more, Jake is able to roll over and then stay on the mat, Damien jumps right over him and tries to bounce yet again, Damien wanting to come back and then floor Jake Smith down to the mat with a Spinning Back Elbow!
Eve: Jake is able to duck right under it and then lift up Damien here onto his shoulders! He is trying to go here for a Fireman’s Carry Neckbreaker but Damien is able to grab onto the ropes with both of his hands, and he is not budging from his position! As Jake finally hoists him up and then pushes him up!
Gavin Kirkland: But at the last second Damien is able to lean forward and then land on the ring apron here! He grabs onto Jake’s head and then rushes to the side with him, SLAMMING his head right onto the top turnbuckle! Damien tries to climb the corner here and get to Jake before-
Eve: He can’t get him! Jake turns over at the last moment- AND HITS HIM RIGHT ON THE HEAD WITH AN ENZUIGIRI! Damien ends up letting go of the ropes from the hit and he spills hard from the ring apron onto the outside! Damien is trying to push himself up after that one all while Luna and Akari look over, making sure that he is alright!
Deadprez: Look at Jake in the ring trying to taunt now, he looks towards the crowd and then he starts clapping it up to himself, for some reason trying to get them hyped up! Some people obviously don’t clap for him, it is Jake Smith, but others are clapping along as Jake turns and then he bounces off the ropes! He is picking up steam as he is trying to run forward and dive through them- FOR A SUICIDE DIVE!
Eve: …where he does not do a single suicide dive, as he rolls under the ropes at the last moment- and then stomps hard on Damien’s knee, making him fall. Wow. Who would have thought of it?
Gavin Kirkland: Come on, Eve! Be more positive when commentating! Look at how happy Jake Smith is after pulling that off! The crowd is booing though due to Jake tricking them with the suicide dive attempt so you may not be alone in acting like that…
Deadprez: Jake Smith not really taking this seriously at all, walking over towards his teammates and trying to get a high five out of them. Xander calmly gives one to Jake after some deliberation and Caroline is simply glaring, basically telling him to focus on his match.
Eve: Jake quickly turns once he sees that and then walks back over, grabbing onto the weakened Damien and then throwing him back inside of the ring. Jake rolls in himself and then grabs onto Damien’s head, going back towards the corner where he dropkicked him in- AND THEN SLAMMING HIS HEAD INTO THE TURNBUCKLE THIS TIME! Jake getting some payback here.
Deadprez: Jake throws Damien over onto the corner itself- and this time he tries to pick him back up, his attempt successful as he walks over with Damien in his shoulders- FIREMAN’S CARRY NECKBREAKER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING! Jake pushes Damien’s shoulders down and then he covers The Divine One here, the referee drops!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-
Eve: Damien Kutcher is able to kick out right before the referee can count a two! And as soon as Damien kicks out, Jake ends up transitioning it into a sudden headlock here! Jake takes his time now as he is wrenching here at Damien’s head and he stares down at the camera and the fans booing, just waving their reactions off like nothing.
Gavin Kirkland: Hmmm… if Caroline turns me into stone, maybe I can end up trying out with Luna over there? I really like her vibe, we could definitely match up well together- oh nevermind, she just gave me a stare like she was willing to throw a whole table at my face, these girls are deadly!
Deadprez: Back to focusing on the actual match, Jake is trying to wear down Damien but Damien is slowly pushing himself up to his feet despite Jake’s best attempts! He is struggling and not giving Jake the satisfaction of keeping him down, he is finding a way- ELBOW TOWARDS THE GUT! Jake trying to keep hold- BUT DAMIEN WITH ANOTHER! And then that makes Jake lose his grip slightly, giving Damien the chance to grab onto his arm instead!
Eve: Damien trying to pull Jake to the mat this time but it is a struggle here! Jake tries to stomp on that knee of Damien’s yet again but Damien is prepared and moves his leg right before Jake can hit it! Damien in the struggle moves his body under and tries to pick up Jake, Jake moving and then beginning to rain down elbows down Damien’s head as a way to disorient him!
Deadprez: Damien is holding on but he is glad to drop Jake- RIGHT INTO AN ATOMIC DROP! Damien takes Jake off guard with that one, grabbing right onto his head once more, hooking that leg- AND THEN SLAMMING JAKE DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING WITH THAT FISHERMAN SUPLEX! Damien hits Jake with a nasty combo there as the referee drops!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!
Eve: But there is only a two count here! Damien did very well with that sequence of moves right there, took Jake by surprise but he has to follow through with it and not let Jake get to him. Damien moves and then pulls Jake up, he is actually not wasting time and he is trying to lift him up- “THE DIVINE SPINEBUSTER!”
Deadprez: And one more elbow right between the eyes is able to finally get towards Damien here! Damien lets go of Jake and Jake almost immediately takes advantage, he grabs Damien and then he actually tries to lift him all the way up! He actually… tries to go for a bodyslam on Damien and then slam him down right in the middle of the ring!
Gavin Kirkland: Oh! Damien is able to reverse at the last moment and bring Jake down! He hooks his legs and he has him right on a small package! Can Damien get it just like that?!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEE!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!
Referee: TH-
Eve: Damien had a good attempt there but Jake ends up kicking out of it! The two of them scurry up to their feet and Damien tries to floor Jake down again, with a clothesline!
Deadprez: Jake ducks right under it and grabs Damien’s arm, pulling him and spinning him around, before trying to pull Damien straight into a German Suplex here- AND JAKE ACTUALLY GETS IT! Damien gets slammed right onto the mat with the suplex, Jake keeping hold of him and then pulling him up yet again, this time Jake switching grips and pulling Damien’s arms right behind him… A STRAITJACKET GERMAN SUPLEX THIS TIME!
Gavin Kirkland: DAMIEN FINALLY GETS BACK AT JAKE AND THEN STOMPS HIM HARD ON HIS KNEE! Jake yet again lets go of Damien and Damien- CLOCKS HIM RIGHT ON THE HEAD WITH A BACK ELBOW! The force of the elbow makes Jake stumble here towards the ropes behind him, as he is forced to bounce off them all while Damien goes to get momentum himself!
Eve: AND THEN DAMIEN COMES BACK WITH A BASEMENT DROPKICK DIRECTLY TOWARDS THAT KNEE OF JAKE! Jake goes down hard and Damien is giving Jake back some of his own medicine! Damien rises and he gets some of the crowd to actually roar for him! Damien moves quickly and then begins to stomp on that knee of Jake, doing everything that he can to wear it down, if Jake wants to play games then he better play ones that he can win!
Deadprez: Damien finally stops after stomping enough times and then he begins dragging Jake right across the mat, moving that leg of his right towards the ring apron, all while Damien goes through the ropes himself and then backs away towards the corner here. I think Damien is going to go the extra distance to hurt Jake even more, as he runs forward!
Gavin Kirkland: AS DAMIEN SUDDENLY TRIES TO GO FOR A KNEE DROP RIGHT ONTO THE RING APRON!
Eve: NO! JAKE PULLS HIS LEG AWAY AT THE WORST MOMENT- AND DAMIEN’S KNEE IS THE ONE THAT COLLIDES AGAINST THE RING APRON! Damien goes crashing outside to ringside and both Akari and Luna rush over to check up on their teammate! Just like that, Jake is the one with the advantage once more, but he has to slow down as well due to his knee getting targetted like that.
(Jake is resting up in the middle of the ring and making sure his knee is able to heal up, as the camera focuses briefly towards the ramp. Veena Adams was calmly observing the match and seeing how her challenger does, she even told someone to bring her a chair and a drink to watch the match with, she has a satisfied smile on her face seeing Jake like that.)
Gavin Kirkland: Hmmm… I can gather enough courage to go on and ask my goat this time! And I don’t have to worry about Charlie Marr being around!
Eve: Just because he is no longer here doesn’t mean he lost his relationship with Veena, Gavin.
Gavin Kirkland: You don’t know! Here, let me just- oh no, that stare definitely gives off the “I am going to lose my job in nanoseconds” if I try to approach. I really do have to figure out a better way to ask someone out.
Eve: I am sure things are going to end up working out for you at the end, Gavin.
Gavin Kirkland: Really?
Eve: …Good luck with all of that. The referee is already reaching a count of five after Damien crashed and burned bad from that one, he is actually pushing himself up to his feet with the help of the barricade here, he is stumbling his way forward back towards the ring apron and then pushing himself in with the energy that he has left. He is able to get in after
Deadprez: Jake is moving himself and pulling himself up with the help of the ropes here, and he is looking directly towards Damien’s knee here! Jake of course, not afraid of showing brutality back in every bit possible! He runs forward and then tries to- STOMP DAMIEN RIGHT ON THE SIDE OF THAT KNEE!
Eve: Damien is able to roll away right in time and avoid the kick, trying his best to not let Jake further damage him here! Jake continues to stomp down as he chases after Damien, trying to catch up to him but Damien is able to roll onto his back here- and catch Jake’s foot right before he can stomp down! He pushes him away with the strength that he has and Damien pushes himself up!
Gavin Kirkland: BUT HE GETS HIT RIGHT ACROSS THE SIDE OF THE HEAD WITH A KNEE STRIKE! Damien goes down once more all to the boos of the crowd while Jake casually takes the boos in, he finally grabs tightly onto that knee of Damien and tries to turn him over! Jake goes for a submission here, but Damien is doing all that he can to struggle out of it!
Eve: But Damien can’t do it! Jake is able to turn him over- AND THEN LOCK IN A CLOVERLEAF HERE! Jake has Damien’s legs locked here and he is pulling back as far as he can, he is looking for a tap-out here from Damien!
Deadprez: Akari and Luna are slamming their hands on the ring apron, trying to get the crowd to clap along with them and give Damien the support necessary for him to push forward here! Damien is clearly in a lot of pain here and he is shaking his head as the referee asks him if he wants to submit!
Eve: Damien is finding it in himself to push forward despite the submission! He is crawling across the mat and trying to reach out towards the ropes! Jake is trying to put further pressure on this but Damien is not budging and is doing everything that he can to go and grab those ropes!
Gavin Kirkland: Jake tries to pull his weight further down-
Eve: BUT IT IS NOT ENOUGH! AS DAMIEN IS ABLE TO GRAB ONTO THE ROPES IN TIME!
Deadprez: XANDER TAKES DAMIEN’S HAND OFF THE ROPES AND THEN JAKE ENDS UP PULLING HIM AWAY FROM THE ROPES! What the hell?!
Eve: The referee didn’t even notice what happened! Damien already broke up the submission but Xander sneakily went over and took off Damien’s hand! That is not fair!
Deadprez: But Xander did not get away with it! Akari was able to catch that and he is already shouting at the referee here about what happened! The referee ends up turning over trying to hear what Akari has to say, and that actually distracts Jake, trying to shout back at the referee to do his job so he doesn’t listen to Akari.
Gavin Kirkland: That distraction is what Damien needs! Jake lets go of the pressure- AND THEN DAMIEN STARTS TO ELBOW JAKE’S KNEE AS WELL! Damien is putting his all into every blow, trying to get Jake to let go, and even though Jake is holding on as best as he can, he is forced to budge and let go of the submission to get away from the barrage of blows!
Eve: Damien is free now and trying to move over towards the ropes to rest up! He is trying to shake his leg here and get it working, to push through the pain but Jake is slowly keeping his sight here on Damien! He needs to move!
Deadprez: AS JAKE THEN RUSHES FORWARD AND THEN GOES HIMSELF FOR A BASEMENT DROPKICK TO THAT KNEE!
Gavin Kirkland: DAMIEN IS ABLE TO LEAP RIGHT OVER JAKE! He avoids the dropkick as he lands on his feet, stumbling a bit due to the pain in his knee but Jake crashes bad himself there! Jake rises up- and then Damien starts throwing punches right at his head! A one-two followed up with more hits to the head, trying to back Jake away towards the corner here!
Deadprez: Some of the crowd is cheering for Damien here and is trying to rally right behind him! He is able to grab onto his arm and then try to irish whip him here into the other-
Eve: Jake switches position and then he pulls Damien in instead- AS HE LIFTS HIM UP OUT OF NOWHERE AND THEN RIGHT ON WITH A KNEECAP BRAINBUSTER! Jake switched to his healthy knee with that one! All of that fight but Jake always finding a way to counterattack it!
Deadprez: Jake is pulling Damien up again and I think he has had enough, as he grabs onto his head- AND HE GOES FOR THE “STARMAKER!”
Eve: WAIT! AKARI JUMPS ONTO THE RING APRON AND STARTS YELLING AT JAKE! He is furious from what they tried to do earlier, and Jake ends up letting go as he turns!
Gavin Kirkland: But before Akari can do anything, Xander comes out of nowhere and he yanks him off the ring apron, the two beginning to come to blows outside, and just as Caroline moves to get involved- LUNA OUT OF NOWHERE JUMPS ONTO HER AND THEN SHE STARTS FIGHTING WITH HER AS WELL! Pandemonium just broke out all across the ring!

(“90210” by Travis Scott plays on the speakers and the crowd erupts into loud boos, as Jake Smith is able to quickly roll away out of the ring all while Damien sits up, shock in his eyes but clearly angry at what just happened. Jake escapes the ring and then he backs away, his arms high up in the sky from victory.)
Deadprez: This damn snake! Yet again being able to win by hook and crook!
Gavin Kirkland: Don’t blame the player, blame the game!
Eve: We have to get security quick here though as the brawl keeps continuing!
(The referee is trying to calm down the four of them fighting, a whole mess happening right now as security guards come down, Damien too weak to go and help his friends, while Akari, Xander, Caroline and Luna continue to duke it out. But the camera only focuses on Veena rising up from her chair, and then lifting her championship in the air all while Jake turns with a confident grin in his face and then he stares down Veena as well. Showdown fading away on that last shot.)
(We have returned from commercial break and the camera shot is focused on the now silent ringside area. There is a brief pause in between all the Showdown action, and the silence is broken with the sounds of “Still D.R.E.” by Dr. Dre featuring Snoop Dogg starting to play as the legendary Impact enters the arena. He looks out towards the arena with an expressionless look on his face before he heads to the ring.)
Gina Romano: Ladies and gentlemen! At this time, please welcome “THE QUINTESSENTIAL CHAMPION” IMPACT!!
Deadprez: Here comes the legendary Hall of Famer heading to the ring. The look on his face might not accurately represent how he’s feeling considering that he picked up a huge victory last week at Midsummer Massacre.
Gavin Kirkland: Yeah, he was able to get the win over both Xander Payne and Solomon Stane after all the crap they put each other through for the last few weeks. Impact’s probably glad that is all over.
Eve: I would be inclined to agree with you because now that he won at Midsummer Massacre, he wants to continue on with his other mission for the season on Showdown.
Deadprez: Impact has made it clear that he is looking for two things this season. The first is to make this season much better than the last. The second is to be a Champion on Showdown again. Midsummer Massacre was a good start, so let’s hear what Impact has to say.
(Impact reaches ringside and grabs a microphone from Gina Romano before he enters the ring. He stands front and center and listens to the crowd’s reaction for a brief moment before his entrance music fades off and he begins to speak.)
Impact: Damn, am I glad to get rid of all that crap that happened before Midsummer Massacre. I told everyone that I was going to be the last man standing in that match and you all damn well saw that I was. I was the one who triumphed. I was the one who had his arm raised in victory and I was the one who earned the right to tell that demonic whackjob and that lardo that I told you so. I hope that they are watching this right now so they can both hear this loud and clear….
(Impact turns and looks right into the camera and you can see the fire in his eyes before he speaks up.)
Impact: I TOLD YOU SO!!! REMEMBER THAT!!
(Impact takes a step back and he now has a look of pride and confidence on his face as the crowd gives him a mixed reaction before he continues to speak.)
Impact: That victory felt so damn good. That was exactly what I needed after last season didn’t go exactly how I wanted. In the few months since the season started, I have bounced back from where I ended the last season and I am looking and feeling so revitalized now that I am on Showdown again.
Impact: It’s been a while since I was last a member of the Showdown roster, but in the past, I was a mainstay on the blue brand, but the effect that I have had on Showdown has yet to be erased.
Impact: Some of you people seemed to have forgotten that when I was on Showdown, I dominated this brand. I ruled this brand with an iron fist for a long time. Now that I am back on Showdown, I am going to rule Showdown once again and be just as dominant as I was in the past.
Impact: With that being said, there is one title that I have my eyes on and that is naturally the Answers World Championship… currently being held by Veena Adams.
(The crowd cheers at the mention of the Answers World Champion Veena Adams’ name which gets Impact to roll his eyes.)
Impact: Yeah yeah. You all love that spoiled princess so much. But she has something that I want. I also know that Veena’s next challenger for the title has already been decided, so I am staking my claim now and letting Veena or that little shit for brains Jake Smith know that I will be patiently waiting until it is my turn to challenge for the title.
Impact: Just be aware of one little thing. Whoever is the Answers World Champion when it comes to my turn to challenge, you will NOT be leaving with that title! And everybody will bear witness to when I win my record ELEVENTH WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP REIGN IN THIS COMPANY!! That’s because none of these fuckers on Showdown and can even touch me when it comes to talent and skill. I rule over ALL OF Y–
(Before Impact could finish the sentence, he is cut off by the sounds of “It Follows” by Cane Hill playing throughout the arena. Seconds later, Xander Payne enters the arena and the crowd immediately starts booing him. Xander doesn’t care about what the crowd thinks as he heads to the ring.)
Gavin Kirkland: Well the classic line fits in this situation as business is about to pick up here as Xander Payne is back out here and he looks like he has something to say about this. Isn’t it great that Xander is back?
Deadprez: Yeah. Great! I guess catering needed to refill the food otherwise Xander wouldn’t be out here right now. Jokes aside, with how the triple threat match went down last week, I can understand why Xander might have a gripe.
Eve: Xander wasn’t involved with the final decision of the match, so I bet he wants to make sure that Impact remembers that small detail. Things are about to get interesting as Xander is looking to get a microphone. Let’s hear what Xander has to say about all of this.
(Xander walks by the timekeeper’s area and also grabs a microphone from Gina Romano before he rolls into the ring. He walks right up to Impact and gets in his face as his entrance music fades off. Xander has a smirk on his face while Impact is glaring at Xander before Xander starts to speak.)
Xander Payne: Are you done flapping your gums, old man? Because I am just a little sick and tired of listening to your dentures clacking from all the bullshit that you are spouting. It’s getting annoying.
Impact: Annoying? Is speaking the truth considered annoying now?
Xander Payne: When it’s you singing your praises like you truly did something, yes. It’s very annoying. You know. I know. Josh the dog probably knows it too that you didn’t do shit.
Impact: Oh really? I didn’t do shit? Who was the one who had their arm raised in victory at Midsummer Massacre? ME! Who was the one who beat your fatass along with beating that deranged fucking lunatic? That’s right! ME!!
(Impact looks annoyed as he looks at Xander, who couldn’t keep his composure as he starts laughing. The more Xander laughs, the more annoyed Impact gets.)
Impact: What the fuck are you laughing about? What is so damn funny?
(Xander finally stops laughing and takes a moment to regain his composure before he answers Impact.)
Xander Payne: Damn, I wasn’t expecting it to be that funny. WOOOOO! I haven’t laughed like that in a very long time. Oh. You were asking what was so funny. I think that your age and your osteoporosis must be getting to you because you might have won the match, but you didn’t beat me.
Impact: Are you just spouting bullshit now?
Xander Payne: Let me try this again and say this at a speed that you will be able to understand what I am saying. You might have beat me in the sense of the match, but you didn’t pin ME! You pinned that delusional fuck.
Impact: What’s your point?
Xander Payne: My point is that you aren’t the only one who wants to be World Champion again. As far as I am concerned, I think that maybe I should be next in line for a shot at the Answers World Championship considering that–
( Xander didn’t get a chance to finish the sentence as Impact clocks Xander in the side of the head with his microphone.)
Deadprez: WHAT A CHEAP SHOT FROM IMPACT AND NOW IMPACT AND XANDER ARE BEATING THE HELL OUT OF EACH OTHER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING!
Gavin Kirkland: The fists are flying, but Xander should have expected something like this to happen from one Hall of Famer to another. Now these two are at it again. I think it’s safe to say that issues have not been hashed between these two.
(Seconds later, security and EAW Officials run out to the ring to break up this fight as the crowd wants to see them continue fighting.)
Eve: Security have slid into the ring along with EAW Officials to break this fight up and the crowd is letting them hear it. They wanna see these two beat the hell out of each other, but the fight isn’t going to continue tonight.
Deadprez: Two Hall of Famers declaring their intentions to be in line for a shot at the Answers World Championship, but after Jake Smith, who will get the next shot. That remains to be seen but we do know that whatever is going on between Xander and Impact is far from over.
(The final shot shows Xander and Impact still trying to break free from security in order to beat the hell out of each other as the camera shot fades elsewhere….)

Gavin Kirkland: He said Bridget was an “insect” he was going to “exterminate”. The audacity! How dare he speak about my beloved blonde goddess in that way?!?!

Gina Romano: And his opponent being accompanied by Clayton Golde, she is “That Bitch” BRIDGET BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIDGET!!!
(Bridget Bridget makes her way out to the ring with Clayton Golde who is streaming everything live using his phone.)
Eve: It looks like there is no drone tonight after it was destroyed by their opponents at Midsummer Massacre. But Clayton hasn’t given up on being a social media star so you have to respect #HashTag at least for their determination if nothing else.
Gavin Kirkland: Becoming a social media star?!? They already are Eve! You are just out of touch and need to accept and embrace them! These two are the biggest celebrities that EAW has and anyone who says otherwise is an idiot!
Deadprez: Damn guess I am missing out then. I’ll just stick to watching their matches. Which if nothing else have shown that they have what it takes to be a top tag team in the future. Unfortunately in their last match they came up short and are not getting a tag title shot but the EAW tag division is competitive as a motherfucker so they definitely shouldn’t give up after just one try.
(DING! DING! DING!)
Eve: This match is underway as Bridget Bridget meets up with Vincent Mondrian in the ring as they circle around preparing to lock up. Vincent has his work cut out for him as he has to deal not just with Bridget but with the annoying antics of Clayton Golde at ringside. But it looks like Vincent is fully locked in here so I am doubtful he is going to let it bother him! Vincent and Bridget lock up as Vincent uses his power to shove Bridget back into the ropes. They lock up again and this time Bridget grabs the arm and twists it around but Vincent powers out and shoves her into the corner. Vincent waits for Bridget to walk back out into the ring as she yells something to Clayton at ringside about the ongoing stream which I feel like she should not be concerned with right now but that is beside the point…
Deadprez: They lock up again in the ring… but this time Vincent quickly grabs Bridget by the head! No! Bridget side steps it and grabs the head of Vincent flipping him down with a Side Headlock Takedown. Bridget quickly into a headlock on the ground but Vincent immediately counters it by kicking his legs up and locking them around the head of Bridget! But Bridget quickly slips her neck out before he can tighten his legs avoiding the trap! Both competitors get back up and face off against each other once more.
Eve: A bit of a slow start here tonight. I can’t imagine the chain wrestling is doing wonders for Clayton’s viewer count. But regardless EAW is doing all time ratings with Showdown this week coming off one hell of a great show this weekend! The crowd is hyped up for this match as well as you can tell Vincent is fiending off the energy in this arena here tonight! The crowd is pretty negative towards both competitors but it seems their hatred for #HashTag has won out in the end. Bridget doesn’t like to hear it however as she charges in and immediately grabs Vincent around the waist! Bridget goes for a wrestling toss but Vincent stays on his feet and manages to pry her arms off him. VIncent twists the arms around behind Bridget but then she counters into an armbar into a Hammerlock of her own! But Vincent smartly gets into the ropes to escape and the referee orders the break!
Referee: ONE-
Deadprez: Quick break from Bridget Bridget as she does not want to risk DQ this early in the match. She backs up across the ring as Vincent pursues her more aggressively now! Vincent corners Bridget in the corner before lunging at her but she moves out of the way! Bridget ducks around behind Vincent and tries to apply a Sleeper Hold which she actually manages to apply! She jumps up onto the back of Vincent trying to ground him and he falls down to his knees! But look he’s powering back up! Vincent knocks Bridget off his back before running into the corner slamming her back first into the turnbuckle and breaking the hold!
Gavin Kirkland: Wow! Did you know that Clayton has a merch store? You can buy his latest t-shirt for only $999.99!
Eve: I’m pretty sure that is just his EAW t-shirt and you can get it for way cheaper on the official store… Also there has got to be something in Clayton’s contract that makes this a violation of his EAW terms of employment…
Gavin Kirkland: You want me to order you one too Prez?
Deadprez: Absolutely not. I doubt you can afford that anyway. Just as Bridget Bridget can’t afford to get distracted by this crowd as Vincent is getting fired up now! Vincent goes in after Bridget with repeated punches pummeling into her really unleashing all he’s got! But Bridget smartly goes into defense mode dodging and blocking most if not all of the strikes that Vincent is trying to deliver to her. Bridget slaps the chest hard of Vincent knocking him back! And a Mongolian Chop connects dropping him down to the mat. Vincent gets up holding his chest in pain as Bridget rushes in with a European Uppercut to the face!
Eve: Snapmare Takedown from Bridget followed up with a Knee Drop to the face of Vincent. Bridget puts a boot on the forehead of Vincent and then twists her leg! Damn that was interesting but definitely painful! Bridget wiping her boots disrespectfully on Vincent’s face as Clayton holds his phone into the ring trying to get a good shot of Vincent’s face which now has dirt and other debris from Bridget’s boot on his forehead. Vincent holds his head and neck in pain and falls onto the middle rope trying to get away. But Bridget is stalking him! Bridget to the ropes and grabs the arm of Vincent pulling him back up.
Deadprez: Bridget yanks hard on the arm of Vincent trying to dislocate his shoulder! But Vincent pulls his arm free just in time! Vincent falls into the corner as Bridget connects with a hard Back Chop to the chest. Vincent’s chest being lit up here now as he falls back into the corner and Bridget goes in with rapid fire chops to the chest! Vincent kicks low at the leg of Bridget causing her to fall back. Vincent runs in and hits a Drive By outta nowhere!!!-
Gavin Kirkland: No! Bridget ducked it and grabbed Vincent from behind! Bridging German Suplex into a pinning combination!

Eve: But Vincent kicks out quickly!
Gavin Kirkland: Damn that was a close call. This match was nearly ended for Bridget! That would not have been good especially since her team already was screwed over at Midsummer Massacre!

Eve: Umm anyway… Back in the ring Vincent gets back up holding his neck in pain as Bridget stays on him with the Back Chops… But Vincent charges up and out of the corner and lifts Bridget up over his shoulders in a Torture Rack position! Vincent then transitions outta nowhere into a Burning Hammer! No! Bridget manages to flip out of it and lands on her feet. Bridget runs forward and connects with a Dropkick to the chest of Vincent sending him flying sideways and landing across the middle ropes.
Clayton Golde: (off-mic) DO A 619!
Deadprez: But I am not sure if Bridget knows that move as she runs the ropes and then decides instead to just stand on top of the neck of Vincent! Bridget is choking out Vincent and the referee is counting her off. It looks like Clayton is even more hyped about this illegal maneuver than the one he had called for!
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! Get off him right this instant!-
Eve: Somewhat reluctantly Bridget Bridget gets off the neck of Vincent Mondrian and stops choking him. Vincent collapses to the ground as Bridget picks him up and runs him across the ring throwing him shoulder first into the corner!-
Deadprez: But Vincent flips up the corner to the top rope! Damn that was insane agility! Vincent leaps backwards off the top rope and catches Bridget around the neck with a Cutter out of nowhere! Bridget did not see that coming! Vincent on top of Bridget now as he goes for the cover!

But what is less boring is that now Vincent is making his way up to the top rope! Vincent is going high risk now and pretty soon Bridget could be in a real bad way!

Eve: I just wish we could move Gavin to another brand.
Deadprez: Vincent Mondrian takes the plunge! A Frog Splash off the top rope comes crashing down on top of Bridget!!!-

Bridget screams again as she grabs Vincent and tosses him over the top rope to the outside.
Bridget Bridget: (off-mic) WE SHOULD BE THE TAG CHAMPS! IT’S YOUR FAULT!
Eve: Bridget has lost her shit and now she is slamming Vincent’s head into the steel steps at ringside! Bridget then picks Vincent up and drops him across the barricade! Vincent collapses on the floor as Bridget shoves the timekeeper aside and grabs a steel chair!

Deadprez: Clayton Golde is furiously protesting now telling Bridget that she is going to get herself disqualified! But I am not sure if she is listening to him!

Kyra Phillips: What a match we just witnessed between two up and coming stars in Bridget Bridget and Vincent Mondrian. If the action is this hot right now, the heat is only going to get hotter from here with the matches we have in store for you on Showdown later tonight.
Kyra Phillips: Even though I would love to continue talking about all the Showdown action coming up, I would be remiss if I didn’t talk about all the action from last week’s Midsummer Massacre event. The Elitists of the blue brand brought the heat in a way that only the Elitists of Showdown could. Every match was certainly one to remember.
Kyra Phillips: For right now, there is one match in particular that we are going to focus on and it involves two rising stars of EAW. These two ladies beat the hell out of each other in a battle of superiority.
Kyra Phillips: With that being said, allow me to welcome my guest at this time. She was one of the competitors in last week’s Falls Count Anywhere match. Believe me, those falls were EVERYWHERE!! Please welcome Auburn Ware!
(Seconds later, Auburn Ware steps in frame and stands next to Kyra. We can faintly hear the sounds of cheers from the crowd in the background as they really appreciate Auburn. Auburn has a smile on her face as Kyra returns it with a smile of her own before she begins to speak.)
Kyra Phillips: Auburn, it is a pleasure to have you here.
Auburn Ware: Don’t think anything of it, Kyra. I am absolutely excited to be here right now.
Kyra Phillips: We can certainly feel and see your excitement with that big smile on your face. Could that smile be there for another reason?
(Auburn knows what Kyra is talking about, but Auburn decides to have a little bit of fun with Kyra and play coy with the situation.)
Auburn Ware: Whatever do you mean, Kyra?
(Kyra figures out pretty quickly what Auburn is trying to do and decides to play along for a moment.)
Kyra Phillips: Ohh I don’t know. It could be anything. I mean things have definitely got to be going well in your world.
Auburn Ware: Oh they definitely are.
Kyra Phillips: I don’t doubt that at all. So let me get right into my first question. You are smiling, but how are you really feeling after that battle at Midsummer Massacre?
(Auburn takes a moment to think about her answer, but the smile still hasn’t left her face as she answers Kyra’s question.)
Auburn Ware: I am sore and a little battered after Midsummer Massacre, BUT I AM TOTALLY EXCITED!! All the pain of that match was completely worth it to enjoy this feeling right now.
Kyra Phillips: That had to be one of the toughest battles of your career thus far as you fought Brianna Hill in a very hard hitting Falls Count Anywhere match. You both held nothing back and you were able to come away with the victory. Do you have any words towards Brianna?
Auburn Ware: Brianna might be a huge pain and associated with an even bigger pain, but I am a big enough person to acknowledge that Brianna Hill is a great competitor… with a crappy attitude… but she put me through hell and I showed her that I wasn’t going to be put away as easily as she thought she would.
Auburn Ware: All that bravado came back to bite her because I was the one who got the pinfall and I was the one who got her arm raised in victory. She might be a good competitor in the ring, but I showed that I was the better woman on that night. Kyra, let me tell you that it feels so good.
Kyra Phillips: I will not dispute that feeling at all. You worked very hard for that victory. My next question surrounds the victory last week. We all watched the match and saw how things went down. There are some people who think that your victory was all luck. What are your thoughts on that?
(Auburn looks at Kyra with confusion clear on her face, truly wondering what in the world Kyra is talking about.)
Auburn Ware: Seriously? Are there people saying that? How did they come up with that conclusion?
Kyra Phillips: If I had to guess, it was how you just landed on top of Brianna to get the fall and it wasn’t like you really took her out. More like she took herself out and you miraculously landed on top of her. What do you think about that?
Auburn Ware: I think that the internet trolls have nothing better to do than to create drama where there was no drama to be found. People might consider my victory a fluke and a result of luck and that is their opinion. But myself and people like you, Kyra, now the truth. If you ask me, I don’t consider my victory lucky or a fluke. I consider it hard fought and the use of strategy and skills to propel me to victory. The people who think otherwise are probably kissing Silas World’s butts.
Kyra Phillips: That might be true and I love the fire that is coming from you. You are a very determined competitor.
(Auburn smiles and pats Kyra on the shoulder before answering Kyra.)
Auburn Ware: Well, thank you, Kyra. I do appreciate that. But that’s exactly what I am trying to show the world. I am going to show the EAW faithful how determined I am and how determined I will continue to be in order to show why I want to be the best in this company.
Kyra Phillips: You are certainly proving yourself more and more each time you step into the ring. That leads me to my next question. After your huge victory at Midsummer Massacre, what exactly is the next step for Auburn Ware?
Auburn Ware: Well, Kyra, after defeating Brianna Hill last week, I still want to be the best in this business, and I am more than excited and I am more than ready to continue on towards the next step of my career.
Kyra Phillips: What exactly does this next step include?
Auburn Ware: Well, it includes something that every person who gets into this business desires and that desire is Championship gold. Since I have returned, I have been working towards getting a title shot and I think beating Brianna just got me one step closer to getting a title shot. Kyra, let me tell you that I would absolutely love to get a title shot.
Auburn Ware: Now with Territorial Invasion on the horizon, I am watching each and every champion of EAW very closely and will take my shot when the time is right.
Kyra Phillips: Is there a particular champion that you would love to challenge should you be granted a title match.
Auburn Ware: I am not picky at all. I will challenge for any title that I am given the opportunity to challenge for. I am grateful for every chance that I get and I will guarantee that I will make the most of whatever is given to me.
Kyra Phillips: We know that you will and we know that you are going to be a threat for whatever title you challenge for in the future. With that being said, here is my final question for you. Do you have any final words?

(Auburn still has a smile on her face as she looks right into the camera, but her eyes show an intensity that has only been building ever since she returned to EAW before she says her final words.)
Auburn Ware: My momentum in EAW has only been growing ever since I came back to EAW and now I am looking for even more. I am looking for championship gold and I am ready for whenever the opportunity arises and I am open to any champion in this entire company. Just don’t mistake my kindness for weakness or else you might see gold around my waist.
(Auburn turns back to Kyra with a big smile on her face as she finishes what she said. Kyra quickly returns the smile with a smile of her own.)

( The arena lights dim, leaving only a single spotlight on the ramp. The opening notes of “Save You” by YUTA hit, and the crowd instantly perks up. A burst of pyrotechnics erupts at the stage as Matthew “Silver” Kazuma steps out. He jogs down the ramp. Reaching the ring, he leaps onto the apron, springboards over the top rope, and lands with a crisp, smooth slide into the ring. )
Gina Romano: INTRODUCING FIRST FROM NEW ORLEANS, LOUISANA! WEIGHTING IN AT 220 POUNDS…MATTHEW “SILVER” KAZUMA!
( The arena goes dark. A low, haunting riff from “For Heaven’s Sake” by 16 Horsepower cuts through the silence, sending chills through the crowd. Smoke creeps along the stage as Solomon Stane emerges with Trixie Stane by his side, his towering presence framed by dim lighting. He slowly walks down the ramp, eyes locked on the ring and Kazuma. Reaching the apron, he climbs the turnbuckle, surveying the arena with a calculating glare before stepping inside the ropes. )
Gina Romano: AND HIS OPPONENT ACCOMPANIED BY TRIXIE STANE FROM THE CITY OF SIN, WEIGHTING IN AT 266 POUNDS…”THE DELIVERER” SOLOMON STANE!

Gavin Kirkland: The match is underway and already told by the look on Solomon’s face, he is not in a good mood after his loss at MSM. Looking to take some of that anger out Matthew Kazuma who looks a lot more calm and focused! Solomon charged in first and missed the first strike, Matthew getting him into the corner and giving him shots to midsection! Trying to chop him down—
Eve: But Solomon pushes him away! Going for a couple hooks and jabs of his own! Getting Matthew to back away just barely gets him as he rolls out of the ring! Matthew has to keep in mind that size advantage that Solomon has, getting too cocky can get him messed up in this match up! Stane rolling out of the ring, Kazuma going back in just as fast!
Deadprez: He’s playing it smart! Stomping at the head of Solomon while he was getting into the ring! Now clobbering at Solomon, getting him into the corner bearing him down! Matthew using speed to his advantage, having an even bigger one with Solomon seeing red off his game a little! Now trying to whip Stane to another corner— REVERSED BY SOLOMON SENDING KAZUMA THERE INSTEAD! Matthew goes up and over a charging Solomon, rolling to his feet!
Gavin Kirkland: SIDESTEPS A BIG BOOT FROM SOLOMON! DUCKS A CHOP AS WELL! BOUNCES OFF THE ROPE! DUCKS A BACK ELBOW FROM SOLOMON! COMES RIGHT BACK AGAIN— INTO A SPINNING HEEL KICK! FINALLY PUTTING A STOP TO KAZUMA’S MOMENTUM!
Eve: Now Kazuma is on the defensive, stumbling into that corner and GETTING A RIGHT HAND TO THE SIDE OF THE JAW! SENDING HIM STUMBLING ACROSS THE RING! Solomon now, picking up Kazuma and throwing him into the corner! NOW TAKING OUT HIS FRUSTRATION WITH MULTIPLE BODY SHOTS! THE OFFICIAL IS COUNTING DOWN BUT IT’S FEELING LIKE AN ETERNITY FOR KAZUMA!

Deadprez: Solomon doesn’t give a damn about the referee’s count right now! Those clubbing body shots are thudding through Matthew Kazuma’s ribs, and you can see the look of pain written all over his face! The ref finally has to step in, forcing Solomon to back off— BUT SOLOMON BREAKS AWAY AND RUSHES BACK IN WITH A HUGE CORNER CLOTHESLINE!
Gavin Kirkland: AND HE’S NOT DONE YET! SOLOMON LIFTS KAZUMA UP ONTO HIS SHOULDERS— OH NO! FALLAWAY SLAM OUT OF THE CORNER! THE POWER ON DISPLAY FROM SOLOMON, THROWING MATTHEW HALF ACROSS THE RING LIKE A RAGDOLL!
Eve: This is what Matthew Kazuma had to fear. Once Solomon gets his hands on you, it becomes a nightmare to escape. Solomon now dragging Kazuma up by his hair— AND CONNECTS WITH A SHORT-ARM LARIAT THAT NEARLY TURNS KAZUMA INSIDE OUT!
Deadprez: The man looks possessed right now. He’s stalking Matthew, waiting for him to rise— OH, SOLOMON WITH A BIG KNEE STRIKE TO THE FACE AS MATTHEW TRIED TO GET UP ON ALL FOURS! That nearly knocked him clean out!
Gavin Kirkland: But Kazuma’s not staying down! He’s clutching his jaw but crawling toward the ropes— SOLOMON GRABS HIM BY THE ANKLE AND DRAGS HIM BACK TO THE CENTER OF THE RING LIKE HE’S NOTHING! HE’S GOT HIM TRAPPED, NOW DROPPING ELBOW AFTER ELBOW INTO THE CHEST OF KAZUMA!
Eve: The fans are trying to rally Kazuma back into this match! Solomon has him completely grounded and is bullying him at every turn. But if Matthew can just create some space, just one opening, he could swing things back his way. Solomon going for another elbow drop—
Deadprez: MISSES!!! MATTHEW ROLLED OUT OF THE WAY AT THE LAST SECOND! SOLOMON JUST CRASHED DOWN ONTO HIS OWN ARM! That might be the window Kazuma needs!
Gavin Kirkland: Matthew’s fighting back to his feet, clutching his ribs, BUT HE FIRES OFF A FOREARM TO SOLOMON! SOLOMON STAGGERS BACK, ANOTHER FOREARM BY KAZUMA! AND ANOTHER! RAPID-FIRE FOREARMS TO THE JAW OF SOLOMON, BACKING HIM UP INTO THE ROPES!
Eve: Matthew builds momentum— RUNS THE ROPES! RUNNING CLOTHESLINE! SOLOMON STAGGERS BUT DOESN’T GO DOWN! MATTHEW HITS ANOTHER ONE! STILL STANDING!
Deadprez: Kazuma charges a third time— NO! SOLOMON CATCHES HIM WITH A SNAP SCOOP POWERSLAM! THE REFEREE GOES FOR THE COUNT!

Gavin Kirkland: KAZUMA KICKS OUT! Barely though! He’s in trouble if Solomon keeps this level of dominance going!
Eve: Solomon looking around, shaking his head, you can tell he’s frustrated. He’s calling for something bigger. He’s got Kazuma by the throat COULD BE LOOKING FOR THE “TRIUMPH OF TRUTH”!
Deadprez: SOLOMON’S GOT THAT HAND CLENCHED AROUND KAZUMA’S THROAT, LIFTING HIM HIGH INTO THE AIR—
Gavin Kirkland: NO! KAZUMA FIRES OFF RAPID ELBOWS TO THE SIDE OF THE HEAD! SOLOMON LOSES HIS GRIP, AND MATTHEW DROPS BACK DOWN TO HIS FEET!

Eve: Kazuma’s body is folding with every blow, he’s barely able to stand! Solomon shoves him back into the ropes, and on the rebound— SPINNING SIDE SLAM! THAT ALMOST DRILLED KAZUMA STRAIGHT THROUGH THE RING!
Deadprez: Solomon doesn’t even go for the pin, not yet! He’s standing tall now, raising one arm in the air— OH, YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS! He’s signaling for the end!

(The camera cuts backstage where Bea Valentine is shown wandering around the hallways with a bandage on her head. She looks very confused as she walks past a number of people who try to talk to her but she just looks at them wide eyed before wandering away aimlessly.)
Bea Valentine: Where… what? What is all this? You sir… Where am I?
Production Crew: Uhhh Miss Valentine? This is Showdown? The backstage area? Are you alright? Maybe you should lie down…
Bea Valentine: NO! I must find her! Where is she?
Production Crew: Uhh-
(Bea Valentine shoves past the crew member and continues to run down the hallways looking wildly around. Eventually she wanders into a room where a number of young EAW developmental talents are training and preparing themselves for their future debuts in the company.)
Developmental Wrestler: OMG! Bea Valentine? Is that really you? What are you doing here?
Bea Valentine: I am looking for her. Will you help me find her?
Developmental Wrestler: Umm… I don’t know what you are talking about. But let me just say this is a huge honor! I have been a huge fan of yours from the very beginning. And it was a dream come true for me as a fan to be in the crowd watching you when you won the Universal Women’s Championship and main evented Pain for Pride!

(Bea Valentine turns around dramatically and struts out of the training area leaving the developmental talents shaken and confused by the strange encounter. Bea then continues to walk with purpose down the hallway towards catering where she encounters Cornelius sitting at a table eating a ham sandwich.)
Bea Valentine: Ah yes… Cornelius. A fatass as always I see!
(Cornelius nearly chokes and dies as he spits out pieces of the sandwich and pounds his chest in surprise at Bea’s sudden appearance.)

Cornelius: My apologies Miss Valentine! I have been looking for you everywhere! I am glad you are safe! But you really should be lying down and resting!
Bea Valentine: Absolutely not Cornelius. I am a star in the making! Do you not remember? I have an audition to prepare for! I am going to be winning an Oscar for my performance no doubt no doubt! I have been practicing. Let me prepare my monologue for you. As you recall I am about to star in a movie about a famous female wrestler.
Cornelius: Umm as you wish… I’m all ears…
Bea Valentine: The scene begins with my fine self walking into the sleazy promoter’s smoke filled office. He quickly tries to hide his lines of cocaine as topless wenches flee the scene. However, I ignore them and walk up to him pressing my face right up into his.
Cornelius: Sounds… intense… A little cliche… but intense…
Bea Valentine: DO YOU KNOW WHO THE FUCK I AM? Do you know who draws all the money to this little rinky dink bingo hall promotion? Cornelius: Wait what? Does this movie actually exist or not?

(The camera cuts to a commercial for EAW Films Classics featuring Cy Henderson starring in war propaganda films in the 2000s.)
(Showdown has once again returned from the commercial break and the camera shot again shows the empty ringside area with a moment of silence. But the silence is immediately dissipated by the sounds of ‘LIKE WEEZY’ by Playboi Carti playing throughout the arena. The crowd immediately starts cheering loudly as Joso enters the arena. Joso looks out to the crowd with a smirk on his face as he heads to the ring.)
Gina Romano: Ladies and gentlemen! At this time, please welcome “THE STAR PLAYER” JOOOOOOOOOOOSOOOOOOOOO!
Deadprez: Dawg, listen to the ovation for Joso! The Showdown and EAW faithful absolutely love this young competitor as he heads to the ring with something on his mind.
Gavin Kirkland: Yeah, he’s probably still mad that he wasn’t able to win his match at Midsummer Massacre due to the amazing skill of the one and only Jake Smith.
Eve: Do you listen to yourself talk? It wasn’t skill. It was deceit and underhanded tactics that prevented Joso from winning. He was left a wreck outside the ring and we are still wondering who did that attack.
Deadprez: Hopefully we find out soon who did that to Joso at Midsummer Massacre. He did get a silver lining earlier on in the night, but that will no doubt be talked about in a few moments, but let’s send it to Joso and hear what he has to say.
(Joso stops by the timekeeper’s area and grabs a microphone from Gina Romano before he rolls into the ring. Joso stands right in the middle of the ring and listens to the crowd continue to cheer for him for a brief moment before his entrance music fades off and he begins to speak.)
Joso: You all already know what I want to talk about right now, right?
Crowd: YEAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Joso: You know that I am going to talk about Midsummer Massacre, but that will come very soon. I will tell you all one thing first and you probably already know how I am feeling and I am not very happy about what happened at Midsummer Massacre. I’ll leave it at that for now.
Joso: For right now, what I want to talk about is what happened backstage with Kennedy Street before that match. I wanna talk about being named the Team Captain for the Showdown War Games Team at Territorial Invasion.
(The crowd starts cheering loudly for Joso’s announcement about being named Captain of a team for one of the higher profile matches for Territorial Invasion weekend.)
Joso: I am glad you all are excited, because I feel the same way. I feel so excited about being Captain for Team Showdown at War Games, especially since Showdown won the War Games match last year. If I want to bring the victory home to Showdown again this year, I have to make sure that I pick the right team for this match.
Joso: As of right now, I am on the search for two more individuals to join me on this team as we show Voltage and Dynasty that now that I am here on Showdown, the blue brand is going to one again be the victorious brand and show the world that the best and the toughest are on Showdown. That’s because… let me hear it.
(Joso holds the microphone out to the crowd as the crowd starts yelling in unison.)
Crowd: JOSO! DON’T! MISS!
(Joso looks pleased with the crowd’s response as the crowd starts cheering even louder as the chant for Joso. The smile on Joso’s face was evident as he continued to speak.)
Joso: That’s what I like to hear! But that’s enough about Territorial Invasion for now, but I am keeping my eye on potential teammates. But right now, I want to talk about the bullshit that was Midsummer Massacre.
(The crowds the cheers were delivering immediately changed to boos when they remembered everything that went down last week. Joso shakes his head with a mix of frustration and subtle anger before he continues speaking.)
Joso: Exactly. What could have been considered the show stealing match of the night just ended up being straight up highway robbery. Leave it to Jake Smith to have that fat sack of crap Xander Payne on standby when things weren’t going his way.
Joso: Jake’s dumbass was getting choked out by Daryl and I was close to interjecting myself back in the match when the lights at ringside go off. I was pulled out of the ring and had the shit beat out of me and I was left a bloody mess outside the ring while Jake used lardass to get himself the win and the next shot at the Answers World Championship. Makes a person sick!!
Joso: Now Xander Payne might have taken out Daryl Kinkade, but I know damn well the person that took me out of the match and left me bleeding and unconscious. Of course she wouldn’t do that when the lights are on but we all know that the Praying Mantis or whatever the fuck they call themselves never fight alone. If one is there, the other two aren’t far behind.
Joso: We all know that none of them have the balls to fight on their own because they are all scared that they have lost a step to the likes of the rest of us. As for Caroline, I know damn well that you attacked me and I am going to make you regret that decision for even considering putting your hands on me. I am going to make you pay. MAKE YOU PAY BIG TI–
(Joso is cut off by the lights in the arena going off once again.)
Eve: Oh great! Here we go again with this crap. Midsummer Massacre was made to look like a coincidence, but now that we know better, we know that this is being done on purpose.
Gavin Kirkland: How do you know that? It could just be faulty writing or something. Stop jumping to conclusions. Just because Figura Prismatis MIGHT have had something to do with the lights at Midsummer Massacre doesn’t mean they have anything to do with them going off now.
Eve: You’re an idiot!
(The lights then come back on and Joso looks completely pissed off. Joso looks ready to fight as he turns around to see Caroline on the video screen.)
Deadprez: LOOK WHO’S HERE! IT’S CAROLINE!! CAROLINE IS ON THE SCREEN AND JOSO DOESN’T LOOK HAPPY!!
Gavin Kirkland: Do you blame her for showing up? Joso was accusing Caroline of attacking him at Midsummer Massacre. Do you expect her to just stay back and let these accusations go unanswered? The beautiful Caroline is just standing up for herself.
Eve: Well Joso was caught off guard with the appearance of Caroline on the screen. This could definitely get interesting now that Caroline is here. Let’s see how this goes.
(Joso is still looking at Caroline on the screen and Caroline simply smirks and shakes her head before Joso speaks up.)
Joso: Look who’s here!! The perpetrator is here to acknowledge committing the crimes. Do you want another shot at me? Do you want to finish the job?
Caroline: Oh please. Joso, you are absolutely losing it. What makes you think that I would do it?
Joso: Who the fuck else would it be? Your fatass partner in crime took out Daryl so it only makes sense that it would be you that attacked me? Because nobody saw your ass around ringside. You struck in the night and ran like the cowardly bitch that you are. Admit it, Caroline! It was you who did it!
Caroline: Oh, Joso. Dear sweet and delusional Joso. While you got the crap beat out of you and was left not much more than a bloody heap on the outside of the ring, I was actually in the back being tended to by the trainers as they were checking on my injuries from my match with Vincent.

Caroline: Please don’t become a Private Investigator. You aren’t that good at it. Joso, I was never out there. Besides, if I was the one who attacked you, I would freely admit it. I would tell the entire world that I was the one who screwed you out of becoming the Number One Contender for the Answers World Championship, especially since it was Jake who won the match. Unfortunately for you, it wasn’t me.
(Caroline has a smile on her face as she disappears from the screen, leaving Joso in the ring wondering what is going on.)
Eve: Well that was interesting. I mean can we really trust Caroline when she says she didn’t attack Joso last week?
Gavin Kirkland: Of course we can! Caroline might be called a lot of things, but she is honest. When she says she didn’t do it, she didn’t do it.
Deadprez: She did say if she did do it that she would be telling everybody. That part I can believe, dawg. I guess the investigation continues for Joso as he tries to find his attacker as well as find two partners for War Games.

Gavin Kirkland: The entire team must be in a great mood after what happened with Daryl Kinkade and how Joso was screwed out of the match at the same time, but tonight it’s up to Xander Payne once again to handle things himself against the fighting champion.
Eve: Figura Primatis has built quite a history of interfering and ruining people’s chances, and this could be a tough task for Ms. Extreme to overcome with so many obstacles surrounding the ring tonight.
Deadprez: I don’t doubt that the champion may already have a plan prepared for that situation, but we’ll just have to see how it really plays out in this match. Maybe they’re riding on their confidence right now, knowing they won’t be defeated easily.
(Once Xander enters the ring and prepares for the match, ‘RED THUNDER’ by Butcher Babies hits as Ms. Extreme raises her Universal Women’s Championship high above her head, staring down everyone around the ring especially Xander Payne. Camille drapes the championship over her shoulder and makes her way to the ring.)

Eve: Camille now begins moving out of the corner quickly, taking careful steps toward the nonchalant Xander Payne, who doesn’t seem to be moved by the threat she’s become in this match… and Camille goes in for the collar and elbow tie-up attempt-

Deadprez: Could be some sort of trick to get Ms. Extreme to tap into her anger phase, but she’s staying composed and keeping her eyes on Xander Payne for now.
Eve: Payne now gestures for her to come at him, slowly closing the distance for another lock-up—
Gavin Kirkland: But Xander drives the right knee into her midsection, causing her to lose balance! Payne quickly seizes the moment and throws her away!… X-PLEX IMMEDIATELY SENDS MS. EXTREME FLYING AND PLANTS HER HARD INTO THE GROUND!!!!!!
Deadprez: Getting business into his own hands right away, and that sends Ms. Extreme reeling to the outside as a result of that maneuver from Xander! Payne moves down near the apron and now stands upon it, taking aim at Camille… RUNNING CANNONBALL OFF THE APRON THAT ABSOLUTELY FLATTENS MS. EXTREME!!!!!!!!!!!
Eve: Picking up speed right from the start here, he begins taking advantage of his lighter weight against Ms. Extreme herself.
Deadprez: Xander Payne knows exactly how to play the role of a master strategist here!
Gavin Kirkland: Picking Ms. Extreme up off the ground and throwing her back inside the ring, Payne quickly makes his way onto the apron and climbs all the way to the top!

Eve: Not going to be easy for Ms. Extreme to escape with the heavier weight pressing her down against the mat, and Camille, having a smaller frame than Xander Payne, is being bent all the way back in the Boston Crab!
Gavin Kirkland: Payne is twisting her leg and body, trying to tear them both apart into two pieces!
Deadprez: Ms. Extreme is trying to reach her hands out and fight through the pain she’s being forced to endure against the EAW Hall of Fame colleague she’s dealing with here. Payne sits up a little, but the Boston Crab is still applied!
Eve: That might leave just enough space for Ms. Extreme to crawl toward the ropes if Payne isn’t careful enough!
Gavin Kirkland: Camille quickly crawls once she finds some space, starting to make her way toward the ropes. Slowly but surely she’s going to make it!
Eve: Payne is trying his best to hold onto that submission, while Camille struggles through the pain, desperately reaching for the bottom rope!

Deadprez: Now that’s exactly what you get when you screw someone over in a match, Daryl came out for blood and just robbed Xander of his opportunity to defeat the Universal Women’s Champion!
Eve: Figura Primatis is absolutely not okay with this, while Daryl is already up on the stage looking very pleased with the outcome. This isn’t going to end well for anyone in Figura Primatis now that Daryl Kinkade has his eyes on them!
(Xander Payne is sitting on the outside with Figura Primatis, all sharing the same distress shown by the frown on Payne’s face, while Daryl Kinkade smirks and heads to the back. Meanwhile, Ms. Extreme continues to celebrate her victory as her theme song plays in the background and Showdown fades into a commercial break.)
(“Another World” by Gojira starts to play throughout the arena. The Japanese crowd start to boo loudly. Silas Mason slowly walks out, he is followed by Donovan Duke, the National Elite Champion, Harper Lee, and Brianna Hill. They head to the ring paying no attention to the fans.)
Deadprez: Here comes Silas World and they are not happy, but at the same time they did gain a new member at Midsummer Massacre, but we do not see Pandora Paisely, as she was taken out unconscious, stuffed into a car and they drove off. It was a betrayal by her mentor, Regan Street, the originally Hellcat.
Eve: But it wasn’t just that, Prez. They couldn’t follow through with the Answers World Championship and Brianna Hill also lost to Auburn Ware. S not all has been rosy for Silas World as they do not have any more titles.
Gavin Kirkland: No, but you have to look at the silver lining. They did gain not only one of the most beautiful and talented young Elitists in the EAW< but they also snagged a future Champion and someone that makes this group even MORE dangerous.
(Silas World get to the ring, Silas enters the ring, he is flanked by Donovan Duke, Harper Lee, and Brianna Hill. Silas signals for the theme to cut.)
Silas Mason: Cut the music because we have some business to attend. First and foremost, I want to talk about what happened at Midsummer Massacre. No, Donovan Duke is not the Answers World Champion. No, Brianna Hill did not win her match. Yes, Harper Lee is STILL the National Champion, and I will get to that part of it in a minute, but let me say something about what happened at Midsummer Massacre. Veena Adams, you still didn’t pin Donovan Duke and instead you were lucky enough to escape the cage.
(Boos continue to rain out as Silas Mason just doesn’t care.)
Silas Mason: If Veena Adams thinks that she is done with Donovan Duke and Silas World in general, she is sadly mistaken. We know that Jake Smith has the next shot, and honestly, we don’t care who comes out on top, but as Territorial Invasion falls upon us, we will be watching closely. I made a promise that the Answers World Championship would come back to Silas World, and I meant every bit of it!
(Silas turns to Donovan Duke who grabs the mic.)
Donovan Duke: Veena Adams, you escaped, not win, ESCAPED. And now you will have to look over your shoulder every single time and place you go because WE will be there to take the gold. And if it is you, Jake Smith? Then “brother in arms”, we will finally settle the score. I used you to become the longest reigning National Elite Champion, I will do so again. Count your days, bitch or if it is indeed Jake? I’ll see you soon.
(Silas Mason smiles as he is handed back the mic. The crowd continues to boo.)
Silas Mason: It didn’t go so well for Brianna either, and though yet again, Auburn Ware was lucky, it is time that Brianna, as talented as you are, we need to focus on getting you back some gold. Don’t you agree?
Brianna Hill: Agreed. And Auburn Ware had to get the advantage on me after the attacks, but that is fine, we will meet again in that ring, and it will be different,. But now? I am REFOCUSED and will get gold around my waist once again!
(Silas likes the sound of that. He pauses for a moment because now he turns, and his eyes are gleaming.)
Silas Mason: And now…. We are going to talk about the positive, because I know a lot of you have questions as to what happened at Midsummer Massacre. I will tell you what happened, you all witnessed a future Hall of Famer and Champion in Harper Lee go up against one of the brightest stars and a future champion to the bitter end. Now some of you are probably upset how things went down, but as we all know, sometimes tough love is what finds success. Pandora Paisley has been in the EAW for three whole seasons, and four years in the EAW. One of those she was injured for 11 months so that really didn’t count. Pandora though stunned her own growth.
(The crowd boos as Silas continues to talk.)
Silas Mason: And what did she do during that time? Watch people with LESS talent than her surpass and get all the attention, the main events, the gold and she was piddling around with a bunch of losers, Harper even told her that leading into their match.
Harper Lee: That is right.
Silas Mason: But I have had my eye on her for a long time, and honestly, it was the moment she showed up at Level Up Academy in Santa Barbara, CA. in early 2020 right before the Pandemic started. I saw this vibrant, vicious, hungry, beautiful and talented woman that wanted to be the best and she sought out the best in Regan Street, one of the wrestlers that I cherished most under my management back in the day. When I told Regan that I wanted to get into the EAW after Pandora started it was to build Silas World again but do it with the foundation of talent that you see around me right now that has been SHUNNED by this company and never given their flowers, just like Pandora.
(Now the boos are even louder as the hostile Japanese crowd is letting Silas have it.)
Silas World: It is funny that you boo me when I remember right here in Japan when I led the very best to dominate this country, and you still cannot give me the admiration and respect that Silas World deserve, BOW to us NOW!
(Now it is deafening, as Silas and Silas World are just soaking it up.)
Silas World: So, Regan and I knew what was best for Pandora, and why we want her to succeed and be a part of this unit that is FAMILY. Now you are wondering, where is Pandora after we took her last week. Well, it was unfortunate that Regan needed to choke her out and Harper had to make sure that she was done. We knew that when Pandora woke up she would be quite crass, so I took it upon myself to take her somewhere that when she did awaken, that she would be surrounded by the people that care about her career. NOT Halsey Neel and NOT Daryl Kinkade. With that said, may I –
(Suddenly “New Devil” by Asking Alexandria starts to play as the crowd erupts in cheers, Daryl Kinkade comes storming out.)
Deadprez: BUSINESS IS ABOUT TO PICK UP! DARYL KINKADE HAS HEARD ENOUGH AND HE IS COMING RIGHT TO SILAS WORLD!
Eve: LOOK AT HIM! WE SAW DARYL A LITTLE WHILE AGO WHEN HE ATTACKED XANDER! AND NOW HE IS MAKING A BEELINE TO THE RING!
Gavin Kirkland: AND HE DOESN’T LOOK LIKE HE IS STOPPING ANYTIME SOON!
(Daryl slides into the ring with a mic in hand, Silas gets behind Donovan Duke, Harper Lee and Brianna Hill as the theme dies down.)
Daryl Kinkade: WHERE IS SHE, BRUV!? SHE DOESN’T ANSWER HER BLOODY PHONE! NO ONE HAS SEEN HER! NOT EVEN HER MUM ANDF LIL’ BROTHER HAVE TALKED TO HER! WHERE IS SHE!?
Silas Mason: You need to calm down, Daryl! I can assure you that –
Daryl Kinkade: WHERE IS PANDORA, BRUV!?!?!
Silas Mason: You better back off right now or we –
(But before Silas can finish his sentence, “Her” by Megan Thee Stallion starts to play throughout the arena. The crowd stands up again as the General Manager of Showdown, Kennedy Street storms out to the ring, Alana Starr is with her.)
Deadprez: Kennedy does not look happy! And she is about to lay down the law!
Eve: She said at Midsummer Massacre that she was going to do something about this and here she is!
Gavin Kirkland: This is going to be good!
(Silas just glares at her as she gets to the steps and Alana hands her the mic.)
Kennedy Street: CUT THE DAMN MUSIC!
(Her theme shuts down as Kennedy walks right up to Silas Mason.)
Kennedy Street: YOU ABDUCTED ONE OF MY ELITISTS! AND KENNIE WANTS TO KNOW IF SHE IS ALRIGHT! OR KENNIE SWEARS THAT SHE WILL FIRE YOUR ASS ON THE SPOT!
(The is a blanket of cheers as Daryl stands next to Kennedy and Alana.)
Daryl Kinkade: WHERE IS SHE, BRUV!?
Donovan Duke: WHY DON’T YOU SHUT UP OR I WILL BEAT YOU DOWN LIKE I DID BACK AT MIDSUMMER MASSACRE!
Alana Starr: NO ONE IS FIGHTING HERE!
(Kennedy continues to get right up to Silas Mason’s face.)
Kennedy Street: You had the audacity to get my cousin involved and then manipulate the match, the rules and then you take her when she cannot defend herself!? No! Kennie wants you to tell her where she is! And I mean it!
Silas Mason: All you had to do was ask nicely.
(Within seconds, “Just Stop” by Disturbed starts to play throughout the arena as the crowd stands up and looks in shock, they do not know what to expect as Pandora Paisley slowly walks out. Shre stands in the entranceway looking around. She wears sunglasses. Suddenly Regan Street is walking right behind her and she passes Pandora leading her to the ring. The crowd start to boo at the sight of Regan Street.)
Deadprez: Look at Kennedy Street. She looks ready to fight! The General Manager is taking her heels off and Alana is trying to calm her down! The Original Hellcat is leading The Hellcat to the ring!
Eve: Pandora has no expression on her face, but Regan is all smiles as she slides into the ring and stands in front of her cousin, Kennedy. Regan is the older of out backstage interviewer, Mikaela!
Gavin Kirkland: She is so beautiful!
Eve: Shut up Gavin, you think everyone is beautiful.
(As the theme ends, Silas Mason holds the ropes open as Pandora steps into the ring and just looks over at Kennedy.)
Kennedy Street: Are you okay, honey?
(Pandora doesn’t say anything but Regan wedges between them both.)
Regan Street: Hi cuz, of course she is okay.
Kennedy Street: Kennie wasn’t talking to you and besides, you are not contracted with EAW so what are you doing here.
Regan Street; I’m not a contracted wrestler, no. But what I am is now the special council to Silas World. My facilities are now available for every member to get the state of the art training they need. I am also the official trainer. Now, I’m not going to make it a habit of coming on TV all the time, that is not why I am here. The reason I came out here was to make sure that you and Mr. Kinkade here understand that this was not forced, it was a choice that Pandora made.
Daryl Kinkade BOLLOCKS!
(Regan turns to Daryl.)
Regan Street: Mate, we are from the same English blood, I would hope that you of all people would understand. Besides, maybe you should think about joining Silas World as well considering your career has gone nowhere since returning to EAW.
Daryl Kinkade: Pandora… you don’t need these arseholes, let’s go home.
Silas Mason: Ah, see Daryl, that’s not possible because she did sign a contract and now belongs to Silas World. This is all a moot point because what happened at Midsummer Massacre stands. Now, Kennedy, you are the General Manager, but you are not Silas World, and it is about time that you started to understand that the ruling hand on Showdown is US and not you.
Kennedy Street: Silas, I can null and void everything that you have done.
Silas World: My lawyers say otherwise. Until then, welcome to OUR World.
(Silas turns and she starts to leave the ring, Donovan Duke, Harper Lee, and Brianna Hill follow Regan and Silas. Pandora just stands there looking down, she then turns around and goes to walk out with them when Daryl grabs her by the arm.)
Daryl Kinkade: Pandora… you don’t have to do th-
Deadprez: PANDORA PAISLEY JUST SPUN AROUND AND HIT DARYL KINKADE WITH PANDORUM! SHE JUST HIT HIM WITH THAT TORNADO FIST AND DARYL HITS THE MAT HARD! SHE DIDN’T GET THE FULL FORCE AS HE LIES THERE STUNNED!
(Pandora lowers her glasses and just glares at him. “Another World” by Gojira starts to play throughout the arena as Silas Mason starts to laugh, Kennedy looks shocked as she turns to Pandora who just puts her glasses back on and walks out of the ring with Silas.)
Eve: I DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO HER WHILE SHE WAS GONE WITH THEM ALL WEEK! BUT SHE JUST WALLOPED DARYL AND I DON’T KNOW IF SHE MEANT IT OR NOT! BUT LOOK AT HER EYES! SHE JUST GLARES AT DARYL WHO LOOKS SHOCKED HOLDING HIS JAW!
Gavin Kirkland: LOOK AT THIS! LOOK AT THIS!
(Pandora Paisley stands next to Silas Mason as he puts his arm around her. Donovan, Harper, Brianna and Regan all flank him as they all have huge smiles on their faces.)
Deadprez: I am confused! I don’t know what we are seeing here but whatever it is, they got to Pandora! Damn it… Silas World is growing…. And it just got more dangerous!
(The final shot is Kennedy seething while Alana checks on Daryl who stares at Pandora who just glares at him back with her new “family”…. Silas World.)
