(EAW intro plays)
(Showdown opens up with a recap of last week. Kennedy Street comes out to give everyone a warm welcome to the new season and talks positively about what the future will give for Showdown Season 17, she is interrupted by Veena Adams who is livid about being cheated out of retaining the National Elite Championship, Kennedy understands Veena and she is willing to give her another shot, but Madison Kaline interrupts as well wanting her demands she gave to Kennedy to make and marking her territory, with Veena and Madison starting with the wrong foot as well and the two leaving in a bad mood. Kasai is able to defeat Tanner Black, Mattias Burke and Johnny Heat in a fatal four way match. Serenity Valdez comes out, reflecting about her last season and coming to the conclusion that even though the Queen Bees have been split apart, she doesn’t need them and she promises to succeed on her own. Scott Diamond gets interviewed by Kyra Phillips, with Scott saying he is happy to be here on Showdown but also seemingly having something planned for later in the show. Halsey Neel defeats Lucas Johnson. Sheridan Muller comes out to talk about her Cash in the Vault win and what she expects this season, but she is attacked by Scott Diamond, who doesn’t let up on attacking her and sending a brutal message. The Off-Brand Amphetamines are optimistic about their new start and they seemingly have their sights set on POTARA and the Unified Tag Team Championships once more. ARIA picks up a win over Delilah Rose. Caroline sends a cryptic but also very dangerous message to all of the Showdown roster. Candice Blair comes out in a good mood, saying she is going to keep Disney’s spirit alive despite the #DisneyBesties being broken apart, she is interrupted by Ashlyn Quinn who is there wanting to complain and call out Devolution for what they did to Veena. Devolution comes out to mock Ashlynn and Candice a bit as well, before Heidi Huxley comes out to announce a match, two members of Devolution versus Ashlynn and Candice to settle down their differences! Miku Sakai is able to beat Usagi Senshi due to her pulling on her tights during the pin, Miku escapes and Usagi complains to the referee about what happened, the referee sadly can’t help her and Usagi ends up responding by punching him in the face and leaving. Chef Viz comes out to get comfortable on his new home in Showdown and reintroduce himself, but also to come out and call out Cy Henderson, with Cy interrupting him and finally setting things down for him, as he challenges him to a match at Midsummer Massacre. Chef Viz accepts, and even though Viz tries to take Cy down with a cheap attack, Cy is able to turn things around and stand tall. In the main event, Hikari Kanno picks up a win over Madison Kaline. And finally, Daryl Kinkade comes out to call out Adam Lucas, as Adam walks out and the two go on a small back and forth before Daryl challenges Adam at Midsummer Massacre for the Answers World Championship, with Adam accepting the challenge without any problem.)
(The recap ends, and it is replaced with the song “Brick Wall” by a Day to Remember, as the camera pans around the inside of the SNHU Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire. Blue fireworks are shooting out of the stage and a very excited crowd can be shown on their feet. The camera ends up panning over to the commentary table with Deadprez, Eve and Gavin Kirkland as the commentators.)
Eve: Welcome everyone…TO SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN!!!

Deadprez: I can feel the electricity right now here from the crowd, everybody is on their feet hyped right now for the show and so are we, because we aren’t slowing down right now in this new season as we show you the exciting new matchups we have here tonight!
Eve: Just as you said Deadprez! We have the Off-Brand Amphetamines going up against Mattias Burke and Johnny Heat, Caroline going up against Kasai, and two thirds of Devolution, the National Elite Champion Jon Kelton and Pandora Paisley facing off against Candice Blair and Ashlynn Quinn!
Deadprez: We also can’t forget Daryl Kinkade going up against the Empress of Elite Serenity Valdez, Chef Viz facing off against Halsey Neel and finally, the loaded main event, Answers World Champion Adam Lucas versus Miss CITV Sheridan Muller, you won’t’ want to miss that at all!
Gavin Kirkland: LET’S KICK THE SHOW RIGHT OFF THEN! :drakelike:
(Just after the intro song faded away, ‘In The Air Tonight’ by Phil Collins started playing on the speakers and a mixed reaction broke out, which leaned more into boos than anything due to what happened last week, all of the lights in the arena dimmed down and the titantron simply cut off, a white spotlight shined down right in the middle of the stage, as from the shadows, stepped in the gigantic man known as Scott Diamond, the boos grew a bit louder as he looked around for a moment, his expression unmoving but there was a proud look on his eyes that didn’t seem to be there last week when he did that interview, was he proud of the action that he did last week or was there something more to it?)
Deadprez: Well, this is definitely different.
Eve: Everyone is very confused at the moment, since Scott Diamond made his first appearance on Showdown in a long time, he had a slightly weird interview with Kyra Phillips alluding to something happening, and well, it seemed that something ended up being attacking the Cash in the Vault Holder, Sheridan Muller, but the question that we all have on our minds is…why?
Gavin Kirkland: Exactly Eve, you just can’t hit a beautiful woman without a reason! Well, Sheridan definitely has some choices with her makeup but she is still beautiful on the inside, that is the behavior of a monster!
Eve: Oh, not you talking on how someone does their makeup now :usure:
Gavin Kirkland: Of course, I can, I have been learning recently from the best Makeup Youtuber I know, Jeffree Star!
Eve: …Yeah, Gavin, I think we are going to have a talk later.
Gavin Kirkland: Talk about what-
(Before long, Scott Diamond walked down the ramp and the spotlight followed right above him, he didn’t turn towards the fans right beside him or made any eye contact, he simply walked down to the ring and climbed up the steel stairs in a calm manner, as he entered and the lights slowly came back on, he stood right in the center and the spotlight disappeared. As he got out a microphone from his pocket, he stood silent for a moment and heard the boos of the crowd, it made him let out a small grin in response to them, as that gesture simply made them boo more. He finally spoke up.)
Scott Diamond: Oh come on, can’t a guy get a kick out of something these days? We are in a wrestling ring, we wrestle and beat the crap out of each other to get the satisfaction of obtaining a win over somebody else, the dopamine you get after going through that adrenaline rush having been slashed, choked up, blinded by your own blood dripping from your face, most of the time as a reward is some piece of gold strapped to a piece of leather, but the other times, it is the feeling of triumph that you get from cutting the head off the lion and hearing thousands of people cheer for your name, that is what most people like, no? That is why people come here to EAW, so are all of you really mad at me that I did my job as usual? I beat up another wrestler like normal and sent a message?
(The crowd seemingly wasn’t satisfied with the answer that Scott gave, as that mixed reaction definitely turned now into one only filled with boos, the small grin that Scott had on his face disappeared for a moment and well, he slightly shrugged his shoulders before speaking up again.)
Scott Diamond: That doesn’t satisfy you? Are you not entertained by my explanation? Alright then, you all probably want the actual reason why I attacked Sheridan, that is what you are yearning for, no? Well you will hear it right here and right now, breaking news at 8 just for all of you who paid a ticket to be here and for all of the ladies and gentlemen that are watching live right now, you know why I beat down Sheridan Muller like that last week? Well, here is my answer…I won’t give you one.
(His grin came back and slightly got bigger as he said that and the crowd booed loudly hearing Scott’s response, he paced around simply taking in all the boos as he played the crowd like they were a fiddle. As they finally toned down, Scott picked up the microphone once again.)
Scott Diamond: You see how fun it is, now? Getting a kick out of thinking I was going to end up giving you an answer, of course I am not going to tell you anything. Firstly, because I am Scott Diamond and I don’t need to give out any explanations to any of you at all. Secondly, why wouldn’t I? Sheridan Muller painted a big red target on her back as soon as she won that match at Pain for Pride, she was a top draft pick, the first for Showdown in fact, she holds the Cash in The Vault briefcase, former Unified Tag Team Champion, all of the other obscure accomplishments she had back in the past, and you could even say, a future World Champion, everybody would be tempted to get a piece out of beating someone like that. But of course, there are other very important people here in Showdown for me to target, so again, why her specifically? Sometimes, you just don’t get that pleasure of finding out the answer to what you are looking for, what is at the bottom of the deep ocean? Are we the only living beings in the galaxy or are there anymore out there in space? And of course, is there even another life beyond death or just…a Vortex that never ends?
Scott Diamond: Because those are things that possibly we will never get an answer to in the next thousands of years, sometimes they just happen, sometimes misfortune strucks, sometimes your house burns down because of a misfired firework that wasn’t your fault, sometimes Mother Nature wants to screw you over and send a tornado, or a tsunami, or a flood directly to you and the millions of people affected by it, or sometimes, you will just end up finding another thing that is simply beyond you and you can’t overcome, no matter how much you try, and no matter how much you give, that thing, person…or monster will never be satisfied, it won’t be satisfied from taking everything away from you. Am I that supposed monster in Sheridan’s path that wants to take that Cash in the Vault briefcase away from her? I listened to her videos she posted for her match today, and she definitely thought that was the reason I attacked her in the first place, so do I really want that? Or do I have another reason for doing it? Who knows? Beats me, to be honest. All of you need to understand that sometimes there are no explanations. This business is about survival of the fittest and quite frankly, all of the people here in this brand have been put on notice. Don’t think you are safe here because you will never be, not in this kind of place where someone won’t think twice about stabbing you in the back. And especially, when there is an Apex Predator out in the loose who will have no mercy on tearing you apart tear from tear, limb from limb. I am without a doubt, that Apex Predator. And nothing will change from what I am about to do to all of you from now on-
(‘Amerika’ by Rammstein hits on the speakers and the crowd immediately responds with cheers towards who was coming out. The grin didn’t leave Scott’s face as he turned over to the stage, as Sheridan slowly came out to the stage with a pissed off look in her face and in full wrestling gear, she obviously had a match tonight, but considering she wasn’t carrying with her the briefcase, it seems she was more ready to fight than anything.)
Deadprez: Ooooohhhh yeah, now I am excited! Two bulls are about go at it right now here at the start of Showdown, I can’t wait-
Gavin Kirkland: HE IS WHAT?!
Deadprez: …You told him about what the guy did?
Eve: Yeeep.
Gavin Kirkland: Well…that’s very unfortunate, I knew I should have trusted my gut when he dressed up like a supervillain 24/7, no matter! I still have my second best Makeup Youtuber, James Charles! He seems like a good dude who can do no wrong!
Deadprez: …
Eve: …
Gavin Kirkland: 🙂
Eve: ANYWAY! Right, as Deadprez was saying, it is clear that Sheridan didn’t take well to Scott’s actions and what he did to her last week, and from the look in her face right now, I think it is a dead giveaway what Sheridan is planning to do next.
(But surprisingly, Sheridan stays there for a moment and slowly gets her own microphone out as well, her music dies down and she looks directly towards Scott, speaking up.)
Sheridan Muller: You know what, Scott? I am honestly not bored with what you did to me last week, after all, as you said, this is a cruel business, things like that will always happen as you have repeated, but it is weird, seemingly with your stance on championships and accomplishments, I was wrong in my hypothesis of you wanting my Cash in the Vault, because seeing your attitude towards it, it is clear you don’t want it. So I wonder…did you just attack me because you wanted a match with me? If so, you could have just asked me man to woman about it and I would have happily accepted it, because it is indeed annoying that you have to take this kind of route of taking me out like that to send a simple message that isn’t really going to end up reaching someone’s ear at the end of the day. I have no problem with someone picking me out of the crowd, because this roster is stacked with talent and the fact that I can stand out from it is a privilege I am most grateful for, but just because you can change up your thinking one random day and believe you can be that monster that you say you are gives you the benefit to attack me like that? Not at all. If you think something like that goes unpunished, if you think you can do whatever you want around here…you just have another thing coming.
Eve: Sheridan throws her microphone to the floor and…SHE SPRINTS RIGHT TO THE RING AS FAST AS SHE CAN! Just like we said, these two aren’t going to hold back at all!
Deadprez: Here we gooooooo! Sheridan slides right in, Scott gets ready, AND THEN THEY START PUMMELING RIGHT AT EACH OTHER! BAM, BAM, BAM! ONE FROM SHERIDAN, ONE FROM SCOTT! A BRAWL IS BREAKING OUT TO START THE SHOW AND THE FANS ARE LOVING IT!
Gavin Kirkland: They are hitting each other so hard Sheridan’s makeup might wipe away from the punches and Scott’s face might turn red from the punch marks! Finally though, as Sheridan quickly ducks over, she uses her speed advantage to go around Scott and…TRY TO LIFT HIM UP FOR A GERMAN SUPLEX! IDJFSDFJIFOIFF-
Eve: But Scott is just too heavy for Sheridan to be able to lift him enough! Scott quickly elbows her right in the face and pushes her away from him, Sheridan shakes her face slowly and tries to rush at Scott…BUT SCOTT DUCKS HIMSELF! HE LIFTS UP EASILY SHERIDAN AND HE TRIES TO GO FOR IT AGAIN LIKE LAST WEEK, THE VORTEEEEEEEXXXXX-
Deadprez: BUT IT AIN’T HAPPENING THIS TIME! SHERIDAN DELIVERING ELBOWS RIGHT AT SCOTT’S FACE WITHOUT ANY MERCY, SHE IS TRYING HER BEST TO GET AWAY THIS TIME! AND FINALLY, SHE HITS HIM WITH A HEADBUTT RIGHT IN THE SIDE OF SCOTT’S FACE AND HE IS FORCED TO LET GO! SHERIDAN RIGHT NOW ON SCOTT’S TAIL AND SHE AIN’T LETTING UP, PUNCHES, PALM STRIKES, KICKS TO THE CHEST! Everything Scott did to her last week she is delivering back here in a rush of offense!
Eve: And the rush of offense is just enough to push Scott towards the ropes and finally hit him…WITH A BIG CLOTHESLINE OVER THE TOP ROPE! SCOTT DIAMOND GOES FLYING OUT OF THE RING AND HE LANDS OUTSIDE OF THE RING! THE CROWD ARE ON THE FEET RIGHT NOW AFTER SHERIDAN WAS ABLE TO TAKE SOMEONE AS BIG AS SCOTT DOWN LIKE THAT!
Gavin Kirkland: I love women that can kick my ass as well-
Deadprez: And right now things are at a standstill between these two competitors, Scott is dusting himself outside and Sheridan is inside of the ring holding a fighting stance, Scott gets up to his feet and looks directly at Sheridan for a few seconds, the two of them are giving each other death glares, they are about to pick up again…SCOTT SLIDES INTO THE RING HIMSELF!
(But suddenly, Scott stops, and he backs away almost immediately, he laughs to himself and begins walking up the ramp as the crowd boos loudly in response, with Sheridan looking over in disappointment and anger.)
Eve: Seems like Saturday Night Fight is over.
Deadprez: Come on, it was just getting good!
(With Scott leaving, Sheridan didn’t waste any time on grabbing the microphone that was left on the ring and speaking loudly onto it so Scott could hear her.)
Sheridan Muller: I am not going to play this cat and mouse game with you the whole month Scott, I said just a few minutes ago that I wanted you to be civilized and just challenge me like the man that you say you are, but considering what you are doing right now, trying to turn your back on me and walking away, maybe you were right on something. Maybe it is more fun leaving the talk aside and beating you to a pulp. You want a fight? You want a spectacle? You want a massacre? Fine, at Midsummer Massacre, Sheridan Muller versus Scott Diamond!
(Sheridan challenges Scott right then and there and the crowd cheers excitedly at the challenge. Scott stops for a moment and turns around, with that smile still on his face, the only thing he does is mockingly give a bow to Sheridan, turn back around and walk away, it seems that was his way to say yes to the challenge.)
Eve: And just like that, we have another exciting match planned for Midsummer Massacre, a battle of the giants you could say as Miss CITV Sheridan Muller goes up against The Apex Predator Scott Diamond!
Deadprez: They are going to beat the hell out of each other and I, can’t, wait!
(“Amerika” starts playing again as Showdown fades away momentarily with the last shot being of Sheridan glaring at Scott Diamond walking away and disappearing backstage as it cuts to a commercial break..)
(As the commercial break ends, the camera pans to ringside for the opening match as “’Bringin’ Home the Rain” by The Builders and Butchers plays as Solomon and Kirk walks out of the titan Tron. They bump chests as they make their way down the ramp.)
Gina Romano: THIS OPENING MATCH OF SHOWDOWN IS SCHEDULED FOR ONE FALL!
Crowd: ONE FALL!!!
Gina Romano: WITH A TWENTY MINUTE TIME LIMIT! INTRODUCING FIRST, ACCOMPANIED TO THE RING BY TRIXIE STONE! AT A TOTAL COMBINED WEIGHT OF 476 POUNDS! SOLOMON STANE AND KIRK REDWOOD…. THE OFF-BRAND AMPHETAMINES!
(Solomon and Kirk slowly walk down to the ring for their first ever match on Showdown Season 16. They are focused heading toward the apron especially after their actions on Voltage last week.)
Deadprez: These are two dangerous men that were former Unified Tag Team Champions and they are looking to make a statement here tonight. We saw what they did to POTARA on Voltage and that was just a message.
Eve: They have targeted those titles and there is not a damn thing that anyone can do to stop them. I have never seen them this intense and moving to Showdown after Pain For Pride has lt a fire under them!
Gavin Kirkland: Yeah…. Even Trixie looks like she is ready to whoop some ass and I volunteer!
(Kirk Redwood and Solomon Stane get in the ring, they pose with Trixie as their theme dies down and it is replaced by “We Won’t Back Down” by Ra as Mattias Burke slowly comes running out to the cheer of the fans, he runs halfway up the aisle but drops as his theme dies down and it is replaced by “Lick It Up” by KISS. Johnny Heat comes out and poses. The two men look at one another and high five before heading to the ring.)
Gina Romano: AND THEIR OPPONENTS, AT A TOTAL COMBINED WEIGHT OF 400 POUNDS! THE TEAM OF “THE NATURAL” MATTIAS BURKE AND “THE ROCK N’ ROLL ADONIS” JOHNNY HEAT!
(The crowd cheers as both Johnny Heat and Mattias Burke make it to the ring and slide in.)
Eve: Newcomers Mattias Burke and Johnny Heat are teaming up for the first time but they have a huge task ahead of them going up against two of the toughest men in professional wrestling today.
Deadprez: They have speed on their side and the ability of the unknown. This will definitely be an exciting match.
Gavin Kirkland: All they need to do is make sure they are not touched by the OBA!
(The referee checks both teams before ringing the bell to start the match.)
(DING! DING! DING!)
Gavin Kirkland: And OBA decides for Solomon Stane to go first here! Solomon and Mattias look at each other as Solomon decides to lock up with the much smaller man! Mattias is quick, though. He immediately reverses and pushes Stane into the ropes, but Stane has some tricks of his own too! He does a back roll, only to get caught by Mattias with a waistlock! Mattias grabs the waist but Solomon is quick to drop under the legs and push him forward! Mattias looks back and he’s smiling. It’s about to be a long, highly technical match up between these two and he damn well knows that. Solomon grabs Mattias but he easily twists the wrist and rolls under!
Eve: Mattias and Solomon are looking at each other as they decide to go for a test of strength! Solomon is out wrestling Mattias here and Mattias is lost! His experience is really starting to show as Solomon drops him down on one knee and chokes him! No! Mattias manages to pull the arm away and throws Solomon on the floor! What a counter from Mattias here! Solomon pushes back and he throws Mattias as well, but Mattias does another forward roll and boom! He comes back with a Pele Kick!
Deadprez: Solomon takes the kick and he’s staggering back! Mattias jumps at this chance and sends several rapid-fire kicks to his thigh, but Solomon checks the last few kicks and sends an elbow into Mattias’ chin, which drops him down! Now it’s Solomon’s turn to have his momentum, as Mattias gets up and dodges a right hook from Solomon, but Mattias rolls under and tries to pin him with a backside, but NO! Solomon gets up and tries to Stomp on Mattias, but he rolls and pulls the leg under! Mattias takes this time, and he puts Solomon in a headlock!
Gavin Kirkland: Mattias is keeping that hold locked on! Solomon is trying to fight out of it but Mattias pushes his body into it, he’s not letting up. Solomon tries to go for the ropes, but Mattias easily pulls Solomon down! He’s got him flat against the mat and Solomon is trying to let out! No! Mattias continues, but Solomon stands up and sends several elbows against Mattias’ ribs! It’s not over yet! Mattias has to let go here! It’s not looking good as he’s forced to release the hold!
Eve: And Solomon pushes Mattias off! He strikes him with a dangerous right hook and rebounds into a Frankensteiner! That just took Mattias down, and Solomon continued the onslaught with a big boot! Mattias gets up, and Solomon pump fakes another hook, but strikes him with a back elbow! Mattias reels back, and Solomon puts him down with a kick! Kirk is clapping in the corner! Solomon picks up Mattias and he’s slapping him! Now Mattias has had enough of the abuse! Mattias hits him with a backstabber, and he tags Johnny in! Now Johnny is in the match, and so is Kirk, after being also tagged in! Johnny hits him with an elbow!
Deadprez: So here comes Johnny, running back as he sends a dropkick into Kirk! Kirk staggers back, as Johnny unloads heavy shots onto him, trying to make something happen here! Johnny is going hard now, as Kirk doesn’t know what to do! Johnny pushes Kirk back and he comes in with a forearm strike! Kirk is leaning forward, and Johnny is taking advantage of his with every waking moment! Strikes, kicks, punches, but Kirk eats some of them and sends a brutal headbutt into Johnny’s jaw! Now Kirk is sending stiffer and more powerful jabs into Johnny’s nose! Johnny hasn’t been in the trenches like this before!
Gavin Kirkland: Kirk decides to really mess this kid up, as he’s repeatedly backing him into situations he does not like to be in! Johnny is forced to wrestle against a grown man, and this not looking good for him at all. Johnny tries to shove his way out of there, but Kirk is strong as hell! He backs Johnny into the post and rains down elbows and knees on him! Straight dogging it out, as Kirk clearly has the advantage here! He’s looking towards Solomon for the tag, and it connects!
Eve: Now Solomon is in, as Kirk throws Johnny right into a Belly to Back Suplex from Solomon Stane! Solomon takes full control, locking his arm in place and pressing down on it! Johnny tries to escape it, but Solomon is striking Johnny with several blows to the gut! He’s fazed and dazed, leading Solomon to easily put him down with a clothesline! Now he’s basking in the boos from the audience, who clearly wanna see their fan favorite win! Johnny gets up, and he sends an elbow to the back of Solomon’s head! Okay, now he’s back in it and doesn’t seem to leave anytime soon!
Deadprez: He’s making this extremely clear with repeated punches to the ribs! Johnny lifts Solomon up and causes him to land with a Gut Wrench Suplex! Solomon is down, and Johnny is on the turnbuckle! He sees Solomon Kneeling and wants to get a piece of it! Johnny runs off and he nails Solomon with a Shotgun kick! Solomon is caught off guard and there’s not much he can do as Johnny is trying his very best to get into gear! Johnny pushes the pace and he’s really going fast, rebounding off the ropes and planting Solomon with a Meteora! He goes for the cover!
OOOOOONNNEEEEEE!

Eve: NO, Solomon kicks out and he’s still fighting! Solomon looks to be not in good shape, as Johnny grabs the wrist and locks a Kimura in! Solomon is absolutely stunned and he’s trying to go for the tag or the ropes! Johnny places his leg over for more stability and its working! Now Johnny is in the advantageous position, putting Solomon in the trenches! Solomon is biting hard and he wants to get out of this however way he can!
Deadprez: Now it’s Johnny looking to offer a lot more resistance! Solomon is attempting to push harder here, but so is Johnny! He lays down and the Kimura is transitioned into a wristlock! Johnny looks at the air and he’s pulling back, but this allows a more experienced Stane to lay back and pin him! Johnny kicks out before the count and Solomon runs towards Kirk, but no! Kirk thinks Johnny is the legal man, but it’s Mattias now! Johnny got tagged and Mattias leaps off the top rope into a crossbody! Kirk is down, and he’s took him out here!
Gavin Kirkland: Mattias jumps back up, and Kirk is struck with a foot stomp! He decides to take it to the skies, as he jumps on the top rope, and does a Moonsault! Kirk has been downed, and the younger team has mostly taken the advantage here tonight! This might get ugly real fast if something doesn’t change here! Mattias jumps on the rope, and he hits him with his elbow drop! Kirk is down, and the crowd is cheering on Mattias! Solomon is absolutely helpless here, so he decides to run the ropes and takes out Johnny on the outside! Mattias is distracted!
Eve: And Kirk takes advantage of this as he slaps Mattias in the back of the head! German Suplex comes as his grown man strength comes to play here! Kirk is having the time of his life, using his power to abuse Mattias! His forearm is pinned against his face, and Kirk has the strength to keep him there! Kennedy Street, the General Manager of Showdown sits at her desk after watching the tag team match with Heidi Huxley standing right next to her when the door opens, Usagi Senshi walks in knowing that her actions last week were going to cost her as she had been warned earlier that she would indeed be fined and needed to meet with the General Manager after putting her hands on the official on the first episode of Showdown.)
Heidi Huxley: Hello Usagi, please sit down.
Usagi Senshi: I’d rather stand, thank you.
Heidi Huxley: Suit yourself.
(Kennedy is sitting back staring at Usagi before she stands up as well.)
Kennedy Street: Kennie gets it, Usagi. You are upset that the Ice Aces were not drafted together. It makes sense considering that you three were a thing for two seasons even if there was some trouble in paradise on Voltage. But what Kennie does know is that all of you are valuable assets as a trio AND as single commodities. There is this reputation that Kennie has developed last season that I only care about the people loyal to me and that is totally false, I want to make sure that everyone on my roster is successful, even Ms. Extreme who was a total bitch to Kennie, look at what she did and carried it over to Dynasty. While I may wish a train to run her over at a crossing, that doesn’t mean that my concern is not to see this roster grow.
(Kennedy now starts pacing around to the front of the desk where Usagi stands.)
Kennedy Street: Last week was unfortunate. You are not happy and haven’t been a very successful run as a singles competitor, the love of your life was not drafted to Showdown and honestly honey, that was by design.
Usagi Senshi: Excuse me?
Kennedy Street: You need to understand Usagi that being tied down to ARIA who obviously has made a success of her career on her own and Ayu Megumi who Is a very talented young woman but the weak link of the three, where does that put you? Eight in the middle, that was until Kennie came to the rescue and when she had the power to draft you, Usagi? That is exactly what she did. Now, Heidi and myself are well aware that this is something that you may not want to hear, but it is what you need.
Usagi Senshi: You don’t know what I need! I wanted Ayu with me! I wanted the Ice Aces to stay together! Instead, you broke us up and why!?
(Kennedy turns to Heidi who smiles and answers.)
Heidi Huxley: Because Showdown sees you as a star and if that means letting you fly on your own, so be it, but we need for you to see our utter disappointment in your actions last week by striking down an official. That is not the way we want our Elitists on Showdown to behave and while we did have a lot of lawlessness happen last season, we are very compassionate about wrestling and last season after the dismissal of Hurricane Hawk, we did see the “We Wrestle” take a bit of a backseat, but we are committed now to get back to what brought Showdown to the dance, which in turn means that we really don’t want to see this behavior and protect our officials.
Usagi Senshi: Look, he screwed up and I was frustrated. That is not normally what I do and I apologize for it, but I’m tired of always coming close and getting nowhere.
(Kennedy nods and walks over back to her desk.)
Kennedy Street: Then do something about it, Usagi. Live up to your potential, don’t be the “Forgotten Ace” and instead remind everyone of just how talented you really are. Heidi and I both know what you are capable of, so do it. But before you do that honey, well…. You owe me $5000 dollars in fines for striking an official.
(Usagi’s eyes widen.)

(Usagi doesn’t say anything and instead turns around to walk out, but as she does the door opens and Pandora Paisley in her wrestling gear walks in alone. The two stop and glare at each other for a moment.)

Pandora Paisley: Likewise love, but this time you look like you’re carrying a little less baggage. It’s a shame really that Ayu is on Voltage, I would have loved to see her back here again, you know since we are all so close.

(Usagi gets closer to the taller Pandora as the two women have a lot of history with one another. Kennedy though clears her throat.)

(Pandora slowly backs up and walks out the door, leaving Usagi standing there watching her leave. After she is gone, a huge sigh escapes the lips of Usagi both for the confrontation and the fine.)

(Usagi looks over her shoulder before turning and leaving, Kennedy smiles as does Heidi as the scene fades back to ringside for the next match.)

Eve: Kasai is here, and did you hear the reaction she got from our fans? They are firmly behind her tonight, just like they were last week.
Deadprez: Yeah, last week, Kasai kicked off her season with a win, and tonight, she has an opportunity to keep that momentum going forward.
Eve: Kasai better be focused, because her opponent is no slouch.
(‘Living Dead Girl’ by Rob Zombie plays to a more negative reception from fans, and Caroline saunters down to the ring, a stoic expression on her face, but doesn’t take her eyes off Kasai, who is stretching in the ring, preparing for their match.)
Gina Romano: And her opponent! Residing amongst the shadows, weighing in at 109 pounds…SHE IS THE QUEEN OF SHADOWS… CAROLINE!!

Eve: Gonna cut you off right there, Caroline is FOCUSED ahead of her match with Kasai.
Deadprez: Last week, we saw her in promo form, but this week, we set her step in the ring on Showdown for the first time this season.
Eve: If Caroline wants to build momentum, she’ll have to do it at Kasai’s expense, which I’m sure she has no problem with.
(Both competitors stare daggers into one another from opposite corners as the referee signals for the bell.)
(DING! DING! DING!)
Eve: The Manchester crowd are electric as the bell has rung, and this match between Caroline and Kasai is underway. Caroline has a devilish grin on her face, almost sizing up her opponent early on. Both competitors exit their corners, and circle one another before engaging in a collar and elbow tie-up! A jockey for position takes place, and Kasai manages to back Caroline up against the ropes, using her height and weight advantage.
Deadprez: Caroline shifts the momentum, leaning Kasai up against the ropes now. Both competitors go back and forth, switching positions until Caroline gets Kasai pinned in the corner. The referee intervenes with a five count, giving Caroline a small window to break.
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR!
Eve: We witness a clean break between the two, and Caroline backs to the center, giving Kasai space. Kasai exits the corner, and both competitors circle each other again for another collar and elbow tie-up!
Gavin Kirkland: What I wouldn’t give to be in the middle of that. :shaq:
Deadprez: Kasai gets the upper hand over Caroline, grabbing her in a standing side headlock. Kasai tightens the hold, but Caroline bounces her off the ropes to escape! Drop down by Caroline! Followed by a leapfrog, showing off her athleticism! KASAI REBOUNDS OFF THE ROPES, BUT SLIDES THROUGH CAROLINE’S LEGS! CAROLINE SPINS AROUND, AND RUNS RIGHT INTO AN ARM DRAG!
Eve: CAROLINE RUSHES BACK TO HER FEET, AND RUNS INTO A SECOND ARM DRAG! AGAIN, CAROLINE IS BACK TO HER FEET, AND CHARGES AT KASAI, WHO GOES FOR HER THIRD ARM DRAG- BUT CAROLINE SAW IT COMING THIS TIME ROUND, AND STOPPED HERSELF SHORT, EFFECTIVELY FAKING OUT KASAI, WHO SMACKS THE BACK OF HER HEAD OFF THE CANVAS!
Deadprez: Kasai sits up, favoring the back of her head, but gets brought to her feet by Caroline for a standing side headlock of her own. Caroline wrenches on the hold, having gained control over the match, and halted the momentum that Kasai tried to build. But Kassi starts battling back again, delivering forearms to the rib cage, loosening Caroline’s grip, and Kasai shoves her toward the ropes!
Eve: Kasai ducks down, perhaps signaling a back body drop, but Caroline leapfrogs right over her, and rebounds off the ropes behind Kasai! Kasai turns around, and goes to take Caroline down with a clothesline, but Caroline ducks underneath! Kasai spins around as Caroline runs off the ropes again, AND KASAI GETS TAKEN DOWN WITH A SHOULDER TACKLE! Caroline put all that momentum to good use, and she runs off the ropes with her opponent down!
Gavin Kirkland: Kasai rolls over on her belly, and it looks as if Caroline was going to trip over Kasai, but instead, rolled through to her feet!
Deadprez: Kasai pops back to hers, and Caroline charges! Kasai side steps, sending Caroline into the ropes for a hip toss! BUT CAROLINE BLOCKS IT, AND GOES FOR A HIP TOSS OF HER OWN! KASAI BLOCKS IT, AND TRIES FOR THE HIP TOSS AGAIN! HOWEVER, CAROLINE BLOCKS IT, STANDING HER GROUND, AND TRANSITIONS INTO ANOTHER STANDING SIDE HEADLOCK!
Eve: Quickly, Kasai shoves Caroline off, and into the ropes! BEFORE CAROLINE COULD REBOUND OFF, KASAI CHARGES IN, AND CLOTHESLINES HER UP AND OVER THE TOP ROPE! Caroline goes crashing to the outside, and Kasai has eyes on her from the inside. She is waiting for Caroline to return back to her feet, and once she does, KASAI RUNS OFF THE ROPES FOR A SUICIDE DIVE OF SORTS!
Deadprez: BUT CAROLINE CUTS HER OFF! CAROLINE CUT HER OFF WITH A SPRINGBOARD EUROPEAN UPPERCUT RIGHT AS KASAI CAME REBOUNDING OFF THE ROPES!
Gavin Kirkland: How did Caroline even hop to the apron that fast?
Deadprez: She was like a spidermonkey there, and hooks both legs for the cover on Kasai!

Eve: Kickout at two! But Caroline doesn’t appear frustrated at this, matter of fact, I can’t tell you what is running through Caroline’s head, as she didn’t have much of a reaction to that kick out by Kasai. Almost like a Terminator, she maintains some steely focus.
Deadprez: Kasai goes to crawl over from Caroline, aiming to create seperation, but Caroline stops her from doing so, laying Kasai down flat on the canvas, and mounting her with punches! Although, Kasai manages to keep her hands up, still in the frame of mind to protect herself, but some of those punches by Caroline slip by the guard, and connect!
Eve: Caroline wraps up with trying to punch Kasai, and simply STOMPS ON HER GUT, which Kasai wasn’t protecting. Kasai jolts to a seated position, clutching at her midsection, and gasping for air, struggling to breath after that, for obvious reasons. That’ll knock the wind out of you.
Deadprez: Caroline stands Kasai up, and backs her against the ropes for an irish whip! KASAI REBOUNDS BACK INTO A KITCHEN SINK BY CAROLINE! Again, knocking the wind out of Kasai! Kasai is gasping for air, but Caroline lays her flat on the canvas for a cover!

Eve: Brushing that aside, Kasai does manage to crawl away from Caroline, and create that slight separation she was looking for previously, draping herself across the middle rope. BUT CAROLINE CHARGES IN, AND KICKS THE MIDDLE ROPE INTO KASAI’S THROAT!
Deadprez: KASAI CLUTCHES AT HER THROAT, AND WANDERS INTO CAROLINE’S CLUTCHES FOR A SNAP SUPLEX! But Caroline doesn’t go for the cover, realizing that probably won’t be enough to put away Kasai, and decides to inflict some more damage.
Eve: Caroline stomps down on Kasai’s midsection, and keeps it pressed there, staring into her opponent’s eyes as the referee begins a count of five!
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE!
Deadprez: Finally, Caroline relents, removing her foot off Kasai’s abdomen. Kasai sits up, favoring her stomach area, BUT CAROLINE RUNS OFF THE ROPES IN FRONT OF HER, AND DROPS KASAI WITH A BOOT, CATCHING KASAI RIGHT BETWEEN THE EYES!
Gavin Kirkland: Kasai rises to all fours afterward…
Eve: Uh, Gavin?
Gavin Kirkland: Huh? Right! Kasai rises to all fours, trying to shake the cobwebs out of her head, and Caroline grabs hold of Kasai’s wrist.
Eve: Caroline keeps hold of that wrist while penalty kicking Kasai in the abdomen, and proceeding to boot her repeatedly in the side of the skull! But look at Kasai, who is gritting through the boots performed by Caroline, and rises to a knee! Kasai grabs hold of Caroline’s wrist with her other hand, and powers up to a vertical base! CAROLINE GETS IRISH WHIPPED HARD INTO THE CORNER, CAUSING HER TO GO UP AND OVER THE TOP ROPE, CRASHING DOWN RINGSIDE!

Deadprez: Shoulder up! Caroline almost had Kasai there, using the element of surprise, but I’m sure there’s still a lot of fight left in The Huntress. Kasai has been having her rib cage and midsection area dissected by Caroline throughout this entire match, who has made it hard for Kasai to even breathe at times, and any fighter knows, if you can’t breathe, you can’t fight.
Eve: Again, Caroline is back to putting pressure on Kasai’s torso, placing her in a bow and arrow submission, stretching her opponent out. The referee asks if Kasai wants to quit, but she refuses, despite the pain she’s in. Caroline picks up on Kasai’s defiance, and releases the hold, still planning to inflict punishment, but is now going to find a different way to do it.
Gavin Kirkland: Caroline pulls Kasai back to her feet, and irish whips her off the ropes! Caroline wants another kitchen sink, BUT KASAI HAS IT SCOUTED, AND COUNTERS WITH A SCHOOL GIRL ROLL-UP!

Gavin Kirkland: Kasai uses the ropes to pull herself back up, and inside the ring, Caroline does the same thing on those same set of ropes. CAROLINE SLINGSHOTS HERSELF OVER THE TOP ROPE, AND SPIKES KASAI ON THE APRON THIS TIME WITH THE DDT!
Eve: Both competitors are down on the outside, the wear and tear for them beginning to show, which is bad for Caroline, because Kasai is getting precious time to recover right now. Had Caroline been immediately able to capitalize, she probably could’ve got a three count, but both competitors need to worry about getting back in the ring before the ten count!
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE SIX! SEVEN! EIGHT! NINE! TE-
Deadprez: NO! BOTH COMPETITORS SLIDE BACK IN THE RING JUST IN THE NICK OF TIME! Both women crawl towards one another, and Caroline grabs a handful of Kasai’s hair, pulling her back to a vertical base. BUT KASAI EXPLODES WITH A FOREARM STRIKE! CAROLINE RETURNS FIRE WITH ONE OF HER OWN!

CAROLINE LANDS A SHOT TO THE ABDOMEN OF KASAI, WHICH SHE HAS WORKED ON THROUGHOUT THE MATCH, AND SENDS KASAI CRASHING DOWN TO THE CANVAS WITH A GOURDBUSTER!

(‘Living Dead Girl’ by Rob Zombie plays, and Caroline kneels over Kasai, who writhes in pain on the canvas, holding her head. Meanwhile, Caroline simply stares down at her, almost impressed by her handiwork before standing up, and having her hand raised in victory by the referee.)
Gavin Kirkland: Good grief, that was hot.
Eve: I think what you meant to say was hard fought, as both competitors went back and forth throughout this contest. But in the end, Caroline was one step ahead of Kasai.
Deadprez: Caroline was vicious throughout that contest, and if she keeps that mean streak up, she’ll do just fine here on Showdown.
(Caroline exits the ring, and backpedals up the ramp, staring at Kasai in the ring with a slight smirk on her face as the camera fades elsewhere.)
(It fades to Kennedy Street as she sits in her office, filing her nails and generally making sure that she is as flawless as she can possibly be. Since Drake Armstrong had been drafted away from Showdown, she had been on the lookout for her next lapdog, but as yet hadn’t gone through the list of possibilities. The door opens, Kennedy immediately recognizing that whoever this person was, was being extremely rude having not bothered knocking. In walks Madison Kaline, and as usual she doesn’t look particularly happy, nor is she in the mood for small talk.)
Kennedy Street: Madison, I…
Madison Kaline: I am NOT happy.
(Cutting Kennedy off was never a good idea, but because Kennedy was in a good mood right now, she let the interruption slide.)
Kennedy Street: And why is that, Madison? I’m all ears.
Madison Kaline: Well so you should be, considering that my demands have not been met. I came to Showdown on the proviso that certain conditions were adhered to, and it has become obvious to me that someone mislaid the memo.
(Kennedy nods her head, but doesn’t say a word, motioning for Madison to elaborate.)
Madison Kaline: For starters, where is the parking space at every arena I was promised? It is more than an inconvenience for one of your number one stars to be having to look for someone to park every single week.
Kennedy Street: Anything else?
Madison Kaline: Anything else, I’ve not even gotten started. My private dressing room which might I add was non-negotiable, is makeshift and nothing like up to the standards that I expect.
Kennedy Street: OK, Kennedy is still listening honey, why don’t you get everything off your chest? No point beating around the bush so to speak.
Madison Kaline: The catering… well, if that’s what you want to call it. It is nothing like I asked for, and someone of my stature shouldn’t be subjected to catering with others. Plus… and perhaps worst of all, I do not appreciate Veena Adams coming out whilst I was competing and deciding to be the reason that I lost. It’s unfair, and now I have a loss on my record that I simply didn’t deserve. I want another match with Hikari Kanno, and the opportunity to put the wrongdoing right. I deserve better.
(She stops, thinking about it for a moment, making sure that there is nothing that she has missed.)
Kennedy Street: Finished?
Madison Kaline: That’s all I can think of right now.
Kennedy Street: Good, now if you would let me speak honey.
Madison Kaline: Sure, but I’m not going to compromise on this.
Kennedy Street: Kennie gets that and your points honey. You are entitled, and do you know what, I am the same. But have you heard the saying you catch more bees with honey than vinegar? I understand, truly I do, but I don’t do well with people that demand anything of me.
Madison Kaline: But…
(This time it is Kennedy’s turn to interrupt, as she raises a hand.)
Kennedy Street: What Kennie’s saying is if you ask nicely, then maybe we can accommodate. But until then…
Once again, Kennedy isn’t given the chance to finish, as once again the door opens, and Veena Adams walks in.)
Veena Adams: This bitch doesn’t deserve anything Kennedy, and you know it!
Kennedy Street: Were you listening to Kennie’s private conversations?
Veena Adams: I was just passing by, the door was open… it doesn’t matter anyway, she doesn’t deserve a thing after interrupting me last week when I was asking for my rightful National Elite Championship match.
Madison Kaline: Are you kidding me right now? Kennedy has given you everything on a plate and all you have done is fail her. You don’t deserve another title shot because you haven’t earned it.
Veena Adams: That’s ridiculous, just stop you fossil.
Madison Kaline: Is it? How is it my fault, or even Kennedy’s that you were outsmarted. In fact, the more I think about it, the more it should be me getting the title shot instead.
(That comment can only make Veena laugh, and she holds her ribs for fear of them breaking.)
Veena Adams: You really are something aren’t you, Madison? And it isn’t “special”, cupcake.
Madison Kaline: I believe so, yes..
Veena Adams: Well, do you know what I believe?
Madison Kaline: I can’t wait for this.
Veena Adams: I believe that there is only room for one Alpha female on Showdown.
Madison Kaline: I agree.

(Madison’s eyes widened.)

(Madison steps up to Veena, the two of them engaging in a stare down.)

(The two of them continue to stare at each other, the atmosphere in the room palpable. Kennedy recognizes this and gets to her feet, pushing in between the two and separating them.)
Kennedy Street: No blood on Kennie’s carpet please, it’s Afghan. Tell you what, how’s about this? How’s about the two of you solve this at Midsummer Massacre?
Veena Adams: And what about my title shot?
(Veena is absolutely not happy, and although Kennedy see’s that, she isn’t for wavering.)
Kennedy Street: You’ll be fine honey… trust Kennie.
(Veena can’t believe it, but Madison is loving life, realizing that she has been given an opportunity. She looks directly at Veena who is still trying to digest what has just happened.)
Madison Kaline: After Midsummer Massacre, that National Elite Championship shot will be MINE.
(Madison smirks, before turning on her heels and making her way out the office. Veena just turns back to Kennedy and goes to speak.)
Veena Adams: …

(Veena shakes her head and takes her leave, leaving Kennedy alone.)

(Scene fades to the backstage area.)
(The scene cuts from the General Manager’s office to the backstage area with Kyra Phillips. She is standing by with a smile on her face and mic in hand.)
Kyra Phillips: Showdown fans, please welcome at this time, one of Showdown’s newest draftees and she is no stranger to the Blue Brand because this is where she started, none other than ARIA, “The Sacred Detective”!
(ARIA steps into the picture and lowers her glasses. She smiles to Kyra and shakes her hand.)
ARIA: Hey Kyra, long time no see, it is good to be back on Showdown.
Kyra Phillips: Great to see you too. I have a few questions to ask, first off, congratulations on your win last week over Delilah Rose.
ARIA: Okay, so Delilah Rose, she really is “The Final Boss” and I must admit that she is definitely one of the future champions in this company and especially this brand. Delilah has a bright future ahead of her and I look forward to facing her again, she is definitely an asset to Showdown.
(Kyra nods and doesn’t hesitate getting to the next question.)
Kyra Phillips: Now that you are back on Showdown where it all began, what do you want to do differently than the first time, though of course you were a rookie just coming into the EAW but not really a newbie to the sport of wrestling with a huge career in Japan.
(ARIA is very welcoming to the question as she smiles knowing that this is her second shot at Showdown.)
ARIA: I loved my time on Voltage and I grew with it. Was able to win my first championship and establish myself as a major player in the Women’s Division. I look to branch out more, get the opportunity to do more than just the Specialist Championship run I had, and instead go after something more. There is nothing I want more than to prove myself. Sure, I had my shots at the Universal Women’s Championship, came up short but took a lot from those matches to make me even better. But I am ready now, Kyra.
Kyra Phillips: How do you think this roster stacks up to lets say Dynasty and Voltage?
ARIA: Not going to lie here, I love it. Dynasty and Voltage are loaded with big names and while there are some huge names and Hall of Famers here, there is also an incredible core of young talent and most importantly ready talent that are ready to take those top spots and become the next set of big names. I plan to be one of them. This is a season like no other and say what you want about Kennedy Street, but she really did indeed make the Land of Opportunity. This one is going to be quite interesting, to see who does take those opportunities and runs away with them.
(As Kyra nods, she does know that the next question might get a little more personal, but she goes ahead and asks.)
Kyra Phillips: I have to ask, ARIA. The Ice Aces were split up, Ayu Megumi, Usagi Senshi and even yourself have been very vocal about the split when a group like The Devolution was drafted together. We saw the same fate to the Queen Bees as well. Your thoughts?
(The mood for ARIA changes a little because she is saddened that the Ice Aces were not together.)
ARIA: Honestly? I hate it. I love Ayu and Usagi. Usagi is here with me, but it is not the same without Ayu over on Voltage. I know that Usagi is really hurt by this as is Ayu and the only thing I can do is make sure to comfort the both of them and be there if they need me at any time. We are sisters in combat, never going to change but in a way this is good for us too. Ayu can do what she has always wanted, she’s a special woman with so much talent, she is definitely a champion in the making. As for Usagi, we saw what she can do against some of the very best in this business, from Minerva to Methuselah to Miku Sakai, she really has the talent to be one of the absolute best. As for me, I’ll be good and that is why I want to make a challenge.
Kyra Phillips: A challenge? What kind of challenge?
ARIA: After Pain for Pride, I realized that I can beat the best, I consider myself worthy of any championship and there is one that I have my eyes on Kyra. That is the National Elite Championship. Since the moment I was drafted to Showdown, I knew that I wasn’t done pursuing Gold and feel like I am ready to……
(But before ARIA can finish, Devolution are making their way past her to the ring for their match which is next. Jon Kelton stops though and turns, looking at ARIA, suddenly Amir Yusuf stands beside her and a very familiar face in Pandora Paisley stands to the side.)
Jon Kelton: I thought I heard you running that mouth that you wanted a shot at MY National Elite Championship, is that correct?
ARIA: That is correct.
Jon Kelton: And what makes you think that you’re worthy of a title match?
ARIA: What makes you worthy of being the champion?
(Jon’s eyes widen but Londyn holds him back.)
Amir Yusuf: She has spunk. But without your friends….
(But Pandora stops Amir and shakes her head.)
Pandora Paisley: We are not doing this here. We have a match, love, come on.
(Grabbing Amir’s hand, Pandora pulls him toward the Gorilla position, ARIA sees what Pandora did probably due to their history. She then turns and looks right at Jon.)
ARIA: Well?
Jon Kelton: Okay, you want a shot, you got it. At Midsummer Massacre.
(Jon Kelton doesn’t say another word and instead walks away toward the ring, Londyn stares back at ARIA who waves.)
Kyra Phillips: Looks like you got a title shot! All we need is for Kennedy Street to approve it.
ARIA: I told you Kyra…. Land of Opportunity starts now.
(ARIA smiles and walks off leaving Kyra Phillips with a smile on her face.)
Kyra Phillips: Let’s head to the ring with Gina Romano for our next match.
(The camera fades to ringside.)
(The lights go out and the crowd roars. The sounds of their new theme, “Devolution” by Starset start to play. One spotlight shines on Pandora Paisley, then another on Amir Yusuf and finally on Jon Kelton with Londyn, they stand in a circle, when the guitar rift and chorus of the song plays, fireworks go off. Pandora screams and sticks out her tongue, Amir raises his arms up and starts to laugh, Jon Kelton arches an eyebrow and poses with Londyn as Pandora leads the way down first, followed by Amir and then Jon Kelton with Londyn.)
Gina Romano: THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS A TAG TEAM MATCH SET FOR ONE FALL!!
Crowd: ONE FALL!!
Gina Romano: INTRODUCING FIRST…COMING DOWN TO THE RING, ACCOMPANIED BY LONDYN ZELAYA AND AMIR YUSAF! THE NATIONAL ELITE CHAMPION “THE CHOSEN ONE” JON KELTONNNN!!! AND “THE HELLCAT” PANDORA PAISLEYYYYYY! THEY ARE KNOWN AS DEVOLUTION!!!
Eve: Definitely has a lot of potential in this group with the three of them considering how much the three of them have accomplished already and together surely they can be a force this season here on Showdown. I can’t wait to see the first taste of them in tag team action here tonight.
(Pandora leading the way and the look at the expression on her face, if looks could kill! Amir Yusuf right behind her and he is soaking this all up and finally we have none other than Jon Kelton and Londyn! The members of Devolution make it to the ring, Pandora slides right in, Amir and Jon then step in, Jon with Londyn as they stand in the middle of the ring side by side. Jon poses with the belt, Amir spreads out his arms and Pandora gyrates before screaming as their theme song fades away.)
(‘Dance The Night’ by Dua Lipa plays as the crowd boos Ashlynn as she walks out and soaks in the negative reaction she’s getting.)
Gina Romano: AND THEIR OPPONENTS…FIRST FROM LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA….WEIGHING IN AT 115 POUNDS…SHE IS “THE BOUJEE PRINCESS”…ASSHHLLYYNNN QUIIIINNN!!!!!
Deadprez: Glad to have her back on Showdown, showed a lot of promise last season and we all know that the alliance with Veena could end up speeding up her princess up the Showdown ladder. Wouldn’t shock me if she were a champion sometime this season…if she actually wants it bad enough.
Gavin Kirkland: I know for sure I’m happy to have her back and have this women’s roster stronger than ever. :mjgrin:
(Rhapsody in Pink’ by Stela Cole (Clean Version) plays as the crowd gives another negative reaction towards Candice as she makes her way out onto the stage. She pays no attention to it while walking down the ramp.)
Gina Romano: AND HER PARTNER….FROM ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA…WEIGHING IN AT 130 POUNDS….SHE IS THE “FACE OF DISNEY”….CAANNDDIICCEEE BLLAAIIRRRRR!!!!

Eve: Still looking for that first championship win of her career and she can definitely do that this season because we all know she has more time to focus on herself after one of her Besties went to another brand. She’s stolen the show time and time again throughout her career and there’s no doubt in my mind she can reach that level of stardom she says she’s worthy of…but I don’t know about tonight, she and Ashlynn surely aren’t on the same page with one another.
(Candice and Ashlynn both look at one another with a look of distrust before heading into the ring.)

Deadprez: And this tag matchup is underway as Kelton looks like he’ll be starting off while Candice and Ashlynn are at a disagreement on the opposite side of the ring on who gets to start off. Both of them want the opportunity to start this off and make a strong impression. After several moments Candice backs off reluctantly as it looks like Ashlynn will be the one to start off as her and Kelton step up and meet face to face in the center of the ring. Ashlynn then gets in his face being a little bit too cocky now…
Ashlynn Quinn: (no mic) You outta be ashamed of yourself with how you screwed over mother you paper champion. That championship doesn’t belong to you and you know it!
Eve: I don’t think Kelton cares for those comments in the slightest as he simply shrugs at that comments before delivering a European uppercut that drives Ashlynn off the ropes and Kelton delivers a high hip toss before dropping to a knee and applying a sleeperhold! Kelton is applying as much pressure as he can on her head as Ashlynn is trying to find a way out of this. It’s not long before Ashlynn gets to a vertical base and tries to fight back…and she runs and pushes Kelton to the ropes but he slides under her legs facing her backside before driving her stomach first into the corner going for the roll-up, but Ashlynn held on as he rolls through to his feet and charges at Ashlynn in the corner…BUT ASHLYNN STOPS HIM IN HER TRACKS WITH A KICK TO THE MIDSECTION BEFORE SPRINGBOARDING OFF THE SECOND TURNBUCKLE AND TAKING KELTON OUT WITH A CROSSBODY!
Gavin Kirkland: Wow that was hot as Ashlynn is feeling fired up as Kelton stands and runs into a clothesline, and then stands and gets hit with another one! Ashlynn is looking to keep this flurry of moment going as Ashlynn then places him between the legs…BUT BEFORE WE COULD KNOW WHAT EXACTLY SHE HAD IN MIND, KELTON COUNTERS WITH A BACK BODY DROP! Ashlynn stands up and Kelton drives her back first into the corner hitting several shoulder thrusts. Kelton looks to be in control. Now as he has Ashlynn right where he wants her.

Eve: Candice just tagged herself into the match and I don’t think Kelton is aware of it. Kelton then delivers a running hip toss before walking up to Ashlynn and going to pick her up by the head…AND CANDICE RUNS UP BEHIND KELTON AND TAKES HIM DOWN WITH A RUNNING NECKBREAKER! Candice looks to follow up on that as Kelton stirs back up to a knee, and Candice runs off the ropes and delivers a running dropkick to the side of Kelton’s face! Kelton was certainly caught off guard not seeing that Candice had tagged in and now Candice looks to capitalize on it here as she feels all the momentum on her side as she picks him up off the mat and begins ramming her knee into his face repeatedly before hitting a spin kick that drives him back into the corner…AND HERE COMES CANDICE WITH A FULL HEAD OF STEAM LOOKING TO HIT A LEAPING SPLASH, BUT NOBODY HOME AS KELTON SIDESTEPS IT AND TRIES TO MAKE IT OVER TO PANDORA IN THE CORNER!
Deadprez: But Candice grabs ahold of his foot trying to prevent it from happening by dragging him back to the center of the ring, BUT KELTON HOPS UP ON ONE KNEE AND DELIVERS AN ENZIGURI KICK TO THE SIDE OF HER HEAD BEFORE LEAPING OVER AND TAGGING PANDORA INTO THE MATCH!!

Eve: Pandora is in the match now and she runs taking Candice down with a dropkick before running over and knocking Ashley off the apron and she runs and delivers a hurricanrana to Candice as Candice pulls herself up in the corner…AND HERE PANDORA COMES WHO DELIVERS A HIGH KNEE FOLLOWING IT UP WITH A RUNNING BULLDOG! All the momentum has shifted to her side as she runs at Candice once more and locks her in an octopus stretch! The octopus stretch submission is applied here on Candice who is trying to break free from her grip but isn’t having a lot of luck in doing so! Pandora stretching Candice out as far as she can as Candice is trying with everything she’s got to find a way out of this.. will she be able to?
Deadprez: Candice is trying to fight out but Pandora ain’t making it easy…AND OH MY!! CANDICE GRABS HER FOOT AND TWISTS IT AS FAR AS SHE CAN FORCING PANDORA TO LET GO OF THE SUBMISSION! Well that’s certainly one way to save yourself when stuck in that position as Candice now goes over to her corner to make the tag but sees Ashlynn is not there as she doesn’t know that Pandora knocked her off the apron just moments ago. Candice looks annoyed that Ashlynn isn’t there as she stands up…AND PANDORA CHARGES AT HER ONCE MORE LEAPING AT HER IN THE CORNER BUT NOBODY’S HOME AS CANDICE MOVES OUT OF THE WAY AT THE LAST SECOND BEFORE ROLLING PANDORA UP FROM BEHIND!!

Eve: Ashlynn just tagged herself in much to the annoyance of Candice who thought Ashlynn just interrupted her flow and not being there when she needed to tag in moments before. Ashlynn tells Candice that she’s got this as Candice reluctantly steps on the apron and Ashlynn approaches Pandora stirring on both knees and begins hammering away at her back! Ashlynn taunts at the crowd before running off the ropes…AND PANDORA CATCHES HER OUT OF NOWHERE WITH THE “WTH” RIGHT HOOK!! Ashlynn took her eye off the ball and Pandora made her pay for it but will that mistake end up costing her as Pandora goes for the voters with the hook of the leg!!

Some teamwork there from Devolution as Pandora steps back onto her apron and Kelton irish whips Candice into the corner before running and delivering a jumping forearm strikes right to the face!! Kelton then lifts Ashlynn up and sits her up on the top rope and this can’t be good! Kelton goes up top with her and begins throwing punches before trying to go for a superplex…but Ashlynn is blocking it trying to fight out of his grip with shots to the ribs! AND OH NO!! Gina Romano: HERE IS YOUR WINNERS….THE NATIONAL ELITE CHAMPION JON KELTON AND PANDORA PAISLEY….THEEE DEEEVVOLLUTTIIOOONNN!!!!!
Eve: I guess you can chalk up the assist on that one to Ashlynn who for some reason just left Candice high and dry leaving Devolution to pick up the bones and the win. Devolution picks up the big win here tonight to start the season.
(Devolution goes to leave but Pandora stops and walks over to Candice in the corner and extends her hand. Candice slowly takes it as she pulls her up and Candice stands up against the corner still with an angry look on her face with how the match just ended and what Ashlynn just pulled on her.)
Deadprez: A little respect shown here from Pandora helping Candice up and it looks like Candice has no idea what to think with everything that’s happened in the past few minutes.
(The final shot is of Devolution celebrating the win up the ramp before switching to Candice in the ring kicking the rope in frustration as it fades into an ad for Midsummer Massacre.)
(As the ad ends, the instrumental to “Brooklyn The Hole” kicks in, and Miku Sakai appears, microphone in hand and singing her own entrance music. The fans predictably try to drown her out as she walks down the ramp and towards the ring.)
Gavin Kirkland: Ahhh, the dulcet tones of Miku Sakai. My Pop Idol! I am so happy she is on Showdown!
Deadprez: I’m sure she appreciates your fandom, we remember when you were simping with her back at Territorial Invasion.
Gavin Kirkland: Hey, I just appreciate good music!
Eve: THAT’S good music?
Gavin Kirkland: Are you tone deaf? Miku has the voice of an angel!
Deadprez: There is nothing angelic about Miku Sakai.
(Miku reaches the ring and steps up onto the apron, bending through the strands and still singing. Finally, she lifts her hand and the music fades, and she stands there, embracing the reaction of the fans.)
Miku Sakai: It’s nice to know that you are all appreciative of my talents.
(The boos get still louder, but it doesn’t bother Miku one little bit.)
Miku Sakai: I mean, let’s face it, who else did you see come out here bold as brass when Kassidy Heart started throwing her weight around and making challenges to the Dynasty roster? Whilst everyone else cowered in the back, who was it who stepped up to the plate and made her mark?
Deadprez: Can’t deny her that. She certainly made a statement that’s for sure.
Eve: It was brave, that’s for certain. Some might call it stupid.
Gavin Kirkland: It was smart!
Miku Sakai: And you know what, I got the feeling that she didn’t really take me seriously. You saw the look on her face, you all did, she didn’t seem to think I was capable of accepting her challenge. That soon changed though didn’t it when I laid her out. And gave her the rude awakening that she sorely needed. But that reaction is nothing new, after all, people always sleep on me. No one ever believes that I can get the job done. Even though on almost EVERY occasion, that is exactly what I do.
(Miku paces the ring like a caged lion, as the fans start a ‘Mauler’ chant, which only serves to bring a smirk to Miku’s face.)
Miku Sakai: You think she is going to come out here considering what happened the last time we were in the vicinity of each other?
Eve: She really is asking for trouble now
Deadprez: Seems to me like Miku is the one doing the sleeping.
Miku Sakai: Listen, I won the tag team titles within the first months of my tenure in the EAW. I then became the Specialist Champion, beating the last Universal Women’s Champion in her own domain. Then, I made it to the finals of Empress of Elite and would have won it as well if I wasn’t cheated by the referee again against Bethany Blue. I was on the cusp of huge things. Kassidy, Bethany, Sheridan… these people wouldn’t have even been worth a mention if I’d not gotten an injury at Grand Rampage 2022. But I didn’t let even that defeat me. In fact, after that injury I came back even stronger. And while Kassidy Heart believes she is the king shit, and while she has been prancing around constantly under the protection of her husband, I have been facing, and beating the very best. And you know what, I’m going to continue precisely doing that, including putting the ‘mauler’ well and truly in her place. I’m going to take my rightful place at the very top of this company, whilst at the same time completing the job that Bethany Blue wasn’t able to finish. I know I am more than capable, and you know what, Kassidy Heart now knows I am more than capable. And by the time I’m through, EVERYONE is going to know who the real standard bearer around here is. (Everyone is on their feet, as Kassidy walks through the curtain staring directly at Miku but saying nothing. A smile forms on Kassidy’s face, the most sadistic of grins, as Miku looks wide-eyed.)

(Kassidy starts to walk down to the ring, and then breaks into a full-on sprint, sliding under the bottom rope. Miku jumps on her immediately, and starts raining down right hands, but Kassidy fends them off and gets the upper hand, hitting shots of her own. Miku goes for a clothesline, but Kassidy ducks underneath it, spinning around kicking Miku in the gut, before dropping her with a swinging neck breaker. Miku is stunned, but slowly gets to her feet, as Kassidy stands in the corner, motioning for Miku to get up.)
Deadprez: She is looking for the spear!!!
Eve: Miku is about to ‘Go to Gawd’!
(Miku is on her feet, and Kassidy is about to attack, but security runs down to the ring looking to break it up. Kassidy she’s them coming, and drops to the mat, and under the bottom rope, jumping over the guard rail and into the crowd. She backs up an aisle, with the biggest of smiles on her face, as Miku tries to get her equilibrium back.)
Deadprez: Miku has just found out what happens if you play a game with Kassidy Heart. It normally only ends one way!
Eve: She wants to think herself lucky that Security appeared, or it could have been much worse!

(As Daryl Kinkade makes it inside the rings, he leans on the rope as he stares down the guest commentator, Adam Lucas. ‘Riptide’ by Grandson replaces Daryl Kinkade’s theme as the boos continue to fill the arena as Serenity Valdez comes out and not surprised by the reaction of the fans, she plays into it as she makes her way down the ramp.)
Gina Romano: AND HIS OPPONENT… FROM TIJUANA, MEXICO… WEIGHING IN AT 130 POUNDS… MALEVOLENT… SERENITYYYYYYYYY VALDEEEEEEEEEZ!!!!
Deadprez: Last week she came out and told all of Showdown that she was going to put ALL of Showdown on notice, and what a way to put them on notice by beating the man who’s challenging our Answer World Champion, Adam Lucas?!?
Gavin Kirkland: I mean… she could also put us on notice by dyeing her hair blonde… but you’re right buddy, if she can beat Daryl Kinkade tonight, that sends out a BIG message to everyone in the back and that’s likely what she wants the most right now!
(Serenity Valdez finally makes it inside the ring as Daryl Kinkade still stares down Adam Lucas before turning around and looking at his opponent here tonight.)

Eve: We are off, and we start this match with Daryl Kinkade grappling Serenity Valdez, as both elitists are trying to get the upper hand. Daryl is able to use his strength and size to overpower Serenity as he starts to knee her abdomen area as he sets her up for a Butterfly Suplex and lifts her u- Serenity however manages to slip from Daryl’s grasp as she quickly uses the ropes to her advantage to deliver a running knee off the ropes!
Deadprez: That’s not enough to take down “The Kink of Elite” as he shakes off the running knee attack, but Serenity doesn’t take long to hit Daryl Kinkade with another running knee off the ropes! That’s what the fans came to see, hard hits and some of the best elitist in EAW going all out!
Gavin Kirkland: Serenity said she was going to put Showdown on notice, and who can deny her of that right now? Though, I do have a suggestion if she really wants us to notice her and that’s if she considered dyeing her hair blonde! I know the fans would love it and more importantly I would too! I mean, just look at Serenity slowly lift Daryl for a lift-up knee strike, but Daryl knocks Serenity off her feet with a leg sweep! That’s Veteran intuition if I have ever seen it! Adam Lucas, what are your thoughts so far about both these competitors and their match?!?
Adam Lucas: I mean, I have nothing but respect for these two Elitists, even after what Daryl Kinkade did last week to close Showdown. I get it, you have to have a certain edge to compete in a world championship match and he certainly is showing that edge here tonight as he begins to trap Serenity in the ropes and executes a beautiful Running European Uppercut to the trapped Serenity as she slowly slumps down freeing herself from the ropes.
Eve: He’s not done with her though, as Daryl starts to knee Serenity’s head showcasing his strong style expertise! Daryl now places his foot on Serenity’s back as he basks in his greatness, but that was a mistake as Serenity was able to grab his other foot and pull it towards her causing Daryl to fall on his back! Serenity Valdez gets back up taking advantage of the situation as she mounts on top of Daryl and delivers palm strike after palm strike, before Daryl Kinkade pushes her off and rolls outside the ring to take a breather.
Gavin Kirkland: Serenity Valdez not letting Daryl Kinkade get his breather as she starts to run the rope and dives outside the ring hitting Daryl with a Suicide Dive as Daryl Kinkade’s back hits the barricade as Serenity throws him back inside the ring as she rolls back in as well! She grabs Daryl’s legs as she flips him over and hooks a Boston Crab onto him as she asks the referee to ask him if he taps out.
(As Serenity hooks the Boston Crab tighter and tighter, Daryl Kinkade stares down Adam Lucas trying to not tap out while showing Adam how much pain he can tolerate, why he is a hot commodity on Showdown, and why he has what it takes to become Answer World Champion.)
Adam Lucas: Daryl Kinkade is clearly trying to show the world that he’s got what it takes to step up and become the Answer World Champion! He’s trying to show me that whatever punishment I have for him he won’t stay down and honestly that’s an admirable trait. Daryl finally gets to the ropes as he grabs onto them and the ref calls for a rope break! Serenity Valdez won’t let go as the referee starts to count!

Daryl not telling the ref to check on her just like Serenity had him in a Boston crab a couple of minutes ago!
Gavin Kirkland: I don’t know where to sympathize with Serenity’s pain or be turned on by it, but all I know is that she’s struggling to escape this hold as Daryl Kinkade has her locked tightly and seems that there might be no escape for her! Daryl looking back at you Adam Lucas as he has a smirk on his face as he slowly transitions from a lock to a grab as he begins to pick up Serenity from her legs in a powerbomb position as he positions himself in the center of the ring as he lifts her up a bit and drops her for a Liger bomb! He’s not done as he keeps his eyes locked on you, Adam Lucas, as he smirks a bit before he showcases his athleticism as he goes for his standing shooting star press on Serenity Valdez!
Eve: Serenity able to put her knees on the way as Daryl Kinkade’s abdomen lands directly on her knees as the air is knocked out of his lungs for a bit as Serenity is able to pick herself up a bit as she looks down at Daryl.
Serenity: (off-mic) Aww did someone try breathing a little too hard.
Eve: Serenity slaps Daryl’s head as she laughs on his misfortune as she slowly picks him up as she uses the ropes for momentum once again as she hits a running knee on Daryl’s gut leaving him impaired for a bit longer, but use all his strength to still stay up as Serenity quickly used the ropes to execute a springboard arm drag laying Daryl right in the middle of the mat! Serenity now climbing to the middle rope as she starts yelling at Daryl to get up as he slowly gets up as she takes off and goes for a tornado ddt on him!
Deadprez: DARYL IS ABLE TO MOVE OUT THE WAY SOMEHOW AS HE GOES FROM BEHIND AND EXECUTES A SNAP DRAGON SUPLEX ON SERENITY! Wow, how did that man do that in the shape he was, but he’s clearly not done as he starts rubbing his wristband on Serenity Valdez’s face before standing up as he delivers a soccer kick to her gut as a little payback as Serenity takes this opportunity to use her energy to roll out the ring to catch a breather herself!

Adam Lucas: I couldn’t have said it better myself, but it seems the veteran intuition and skill of Daryl come to play once again as Daryl is able to catch her mid air and hits yet another liger bomb on Serenity! These two are going back and forth in offense as they’re two hungry elitists trying to make Showdown their brand and who can blame them?
Gavin Kirkland: We can try, but that’s not what’s important as Daryl Kinkade isn’t done as he’s looking to give this standing shooting star press another shot as he goes up and… comes down successful being able to finally hit Serenity with it! Not too hard alright Daryl, we need our eye candy here on Showdown!
(Eve grabs a stack of papers as she rolls them up and smacks Gavin on his head with it.)
Eve: She’s more than just eye candy you pig, she’s Empress of Elite 2023 for crying out loud! If anyone can get out of this match without getting too banged up it’s definitely Serenity Valdez, but right now it seems Daryl picks up Serenity to keep her in a groggy state as he runs the rope and uses the momentum to execute a jumping reverse STO!
Deadprez: Not that fast, as Serenity is able to catch Daryl Kinkade and using his momentum against him, she’s able to execute a spanish fly on him! Daryl is left seated from the impact, but Serenity quickly makes sure he stays down as she hits him with a grounded version of her diving meteora! Serenity is now approaching the turnbuckle, but she’s not climbing it… what is she going for?!?
Gavin Kirkland: Can’t you tell you numbnuts? She’s taking off the covering, but what an odd strategy to let the referee see you doing it as she finally takes it off and tries to throw it outside of the ring, but the referee catches it on time and warns Serenity before trying to fix the turnbuckle as Daryl is slowly standing up once again. Serenity though creeping up from behind… I think I know what she’s looking for!
Deadprez: It can’t be her signature recoil “El Ultimo Baile” that’s for sure seeing as she’s winding up her arm but what else CAN she do he-

Daryl isn’t done as he starts throwing Serenity onto the barricade as she goes back first onto it as the referee starts the count! Adam Lucas: I’m just here to commentate Daryl, how about you focus on beating that ten count. Seems he listened, as he picks up Serenity, but he tries to irish whip her to the turnbuckle, but Serenity is able to irish him Daryl instead as he goes shoulder first into it as Serenity throws Daryl back inside as she heads inside as well. As Daryl tries to get up, Serenity is able to hit him with a step-up enziguri to put him on his knee, as she quickly hits him with a Snap DDT planting his face right onto the mat!
Gavin Kirkland: Serenity Valdez now mocking Daryl as she mockingly motions herself crying while wiping her tears before laughing and slapping him! There’s a reason why she’s called “Malevolent” and she’s showing it tonight, but now she’s climbing to the top rope! I hope it’s another frog splash!

Adam Lucas: That veteran skill strikes again as Daryl is able to turn that Tequila Shot variation into a poison rana of his own as Serenity’s head hits the mat! I have to say these two have put on a beautiful clinic in that ring! I am on the edge of my seat waiting to see WHO gets the win! Serenity is still standing on wobbly feet however as Daryl rebounds from the rope and tries to go for another jumping reverse STO, but Serenity uses some of the last bit of energy left in her to stop him mid air and attempt a Spanish Fly… EYE RAKE FROM DARYL! I guess that’s him getting his payback as he hits her with a snap dragon suplex.
Eve: Daryl isn’t done just yet as he picks up Serenity from the ground and hits a German Suplex right onto the turnbuckle! Now THAT’S gotta hurt! Serenity however uses the ropes once again to roll out of the ring as she takes this opportunity to catch her breath as she uses Adam Lucas as support to get up as she slowly turns around…
Adam Lucas: Woah, I wasn’t expecting this but look inside the ring as Daryl runs the rope as it seems he’s looking for a dive, and as Serenity turns around she’s met with Daryl Kinkade’s Sasuke Special as Serenity gets dropped and Daryl lands on his feet! Wait, what do you want Daryl?
(Daryl is seen staring down Adam Lucas as he smirks a little bit looking at Serenity for a bit.)
Daryl Kinkade: (off-mic) You know what bruv? I don’t care anymore!
(Daryl is seen slapping Adam Lucas as he throws Serenity back inside the ring and approaches the apron. Adam Lucas stares back at Daryl as he smirks a bit before taking off his headset.)
Gavin Kirkland: WOAH! WHAT ARE YOU THINKING OF DOING ADAM? THINK ABOUT SERENITY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO RUIN THIS FOR HER?!?
Deadprez: It doesn’t matter Gavin, ADAM LUCAS JUST PULLED DOWN DARYL KINKADE FROM THE APRON AND STARTS THROWING PUNCHES AT HIM!

Eve: He may have won here tonight, but Adam Lucas and Daryl Kinkade are trading blows back and forth as Daryl uses an eye rake to get the advantage, temporarily blinding Adam Lucas as he begins to head towards the stage!
Gavin Kirkland: Can you believe it?!? Serenity Valdez was SCREWED here tonight by Adam Lucas, but he doesn’t even care as he starts running towards the stage trying to catch up to Daryl Kinkade! Truly despicable!
(Daryl is seen smirking before heading backstage as Adam Lucas is seen running backstage as well trying to find where Daryl Kinkade went and chase him down. Serenity is seen inside the ring standing up realizing what had occurred in her match as she starts to argue with the referee to no avail.)
Gavin Kirkland: IS HE BLIND!?! STATE YOUR CAUSE EMPRESS!
(Serenity still arguing, kicking the ropes, while screaming after a grueling match. Her face immediately changes as ‘Trepanation’ by Millennium Parade kicks in. She looks confused, and her eyebrows raise as Hikari Kanno steps out onto the stage with a microphone in her hand. Hikari stands at the entranceway, smiling at the reaction she is receiving whilst at the same time enjoying Serenity’s confusion.)
Deadprez: The former Hardcore champion joining us here, and it seems Serenity wasn’t expecting it.
Eve: Expect the unexpected when it comes to EAW Deadprez. Serenity knows that.
(Hikari lifts her hand, asking for her music to end and when it does, she lifts the mic to her lips.)
Hikari Kanno: Serenity Valdez…
(Boos fill the arena at the mention of Serenity’s name, Serenity looking out over the crowd with even more confusion, believing she doesn’t deserve that reaction.)
Deadprez: This crowd as vocal as ever
Eve: And Serenity makes it clear that she believes she is right, and everyone else is wrong.
Hikari Kanno: You know what, I feel exactly the same way guys. Booo Serenity. BOOOO!!!
(Laughter now overcomes the booing, and Serenity shouts out to the fans, obviously telling them to shut up even though no one is listening.)
Hikari Kanno: Seems that you get that kind of reaction wherever you go, and that is no great surprise to me. After all, are there many others on this brand with a sense of entitlement as big as yours?
Eve: Oooo, Hikari going for the throat and not holding back
Deadprez: Why should she? She’s looking to make an impression just like everyone else.
(Serenity scowls, obviously not agreeing with that statement one little bit.)
Hikari Kanno: See, I doubt you even remember our encounter last year at Territorial Invasion in the Anarchy in the Arena match, but I do. I remember how you spoke to people, believing that you were above them. I listened to your little speech last week, as you kicked the Queen Bee’s to the curb, claiming that you never needed them, and you know what? That didn’t come as any great surprise. You’re obviously talented, no one can deny that. But you are nothing like the standard bearer that you ‘think’ you are. In fact, I believe you are a million miles from the ‘Greatest female wrestler in the world’ you continue to ram down our throat.
Deadprez: Hikari hitting the nail on the head right there.
Eve: But Serenity is at the very least listening.
Deadprez: She seems to be… I have my doubts.
(Serenity is now listening intently and starting to understand why Hikari is here.)
Hikari Kanno: And I know what you are going to say. You’re going to tell me how you proved yourself when you became the Empress of Elite. You’re going to tell me that you are guaranteed a World title match, whilst by the same token, I have nothing of the sort. And that’s fine because it’s just about the only truth you speak these days. You are the Empress of the Elite and will one day very soon challenge for one of the biggest titles in the world. But since winning that tournament, what have you done to show that you are worthy of it? Pathetic performance after pathetic performance, and yet we are supposed to stand idly by and listen to you speak? Not a chance. In comparison, I have become the Hardcore Champion, and defended that belt with honor. Even when I wasn’t the champion, I was still an integral part of the Voltage machine. And you know what Serenity, the reason I am out here is I fully intend to do the same right here on Showdown, and the only way I can do that, is by defeating the likes of you.
(The crowd are now also catching on to what she is saying, and Serenity rolls her eyes, motioning for Hikari to continue.)
Hikari Kanno: Yeah, you roll those eyes Serenity while you still can. Because that imaginary pedestal you place yourself on, I’m going to knock you off that perch. So, if you are to be the next Universal Women’s Champion, and let’s face it, everyone here thinks Kassidy Heart will kill you, then why don’t you prove it to us all? (The crowd erupts, loving that idea.)
Deadprez: Hikari making it clear that she wants the Empress of Elite inside the ring!
Gavin Kirkland: Serenity will accept… she can’t do anything else.
Eve: I don’t know, she always seems to find a way.
(Serenity stands there for a few moments, but then she starts to laugh, her eyes never leaving Hikari until she looks out over the crowd, who are all imploring her to accept. With a final chuckle she nods her head, the crowd erupting.)
Hikari Kanno: I’ll see you then ‘Empress’.
(Hikari’s music hits again, and she steps back through the curtain as Serenity slides out the ring and makes her way up the ramp.)
Deadprez: There we have it, another match made for a Free Per View that is really starting to take shape!
Gavin Kirkland: That is setting up to be quite the card!
Eve: And you know Kennedy Street is going to be loving this. Midsummer Massacre will be off the chart, and you can bet she’ll take the credit!
Deadprez: For sure… but this match, like many more promises to be spectacular and put Showdown once again the premier brand in EAW! The Land of Opportunity!
(The camera pans back to Serenity, who pulls her arm away from someone who tries to touch her, and then gives them a piece of her mind as the scene cuts away.)
(The camera returns to the ring where Gina Romano is standing with a microphone in hand, ready to make the introductions for the next contest.)
Gina Romano: This next contest has a THIRTY MINUTE TIME LIMIT and it is scheduled for ONE FALL!

(“5 Milli” By Icewear Vezzo starts playing as the one and only Chef Viz enters the arena to a mixed reaction from the crowd. Viz is followed closely behind by Dr. Angelo D’Angelo as they head to the ring. )
Gina Romano: Introducing first! Being accompanied to the ring by Dr. Angelo D’Angelo! Residing in Engadine, Michigan! Weighing in at 270 pounds! Here is CHEF VIZ!!!!
Deadprez: Here comes Viz down to the rings for singles action and last week he made his feelings known about being drafted to Showdown and whether he likes it or not, tonight is his first match as an official member of the Showdown roster.
Eve: Not only that, he has also been dealing with Cy Henderson ever since Pain for Pride and now he’s also a member of Showdown, so it’s safe to say they still aren’t getting along after what happened last week.
Gavin Kirkland: COOK VIZ COOK! That’s exactly what he is going to do to Cy Henderson when he deems fit and exactly what he is going to do to his opponent tonight.
(Viz enters the ring as Dr. Angelo D’Angelo takes his place at ringside. Viz takes his corner as his entrance music fades off. Seconds later, ‘Ten Ton Hammer’ by Machine Head starts to play as Halsey Neel enters the arena to a negative reaction from the crowd. She really doesn’t care as she heads to the ring.)
Gina Romano: Introducing his opponent! She is from Birmingham, England! Weighing in at 159 pounds! Here is “THE RIPPER” HALSEY NEEL!
Gavin Kirkland: Here comes Halsey Neel… the beautiful Halsey Neel… as she heads to the ring for what could be considered one of the biggest matches of her career.
Eve: Last week, Halsey Neel defeated Lucas Johnson to show exactly what she is going to be all about on Voltage. Can you imagine if she manages to get the upset victory over Chef Viz here tonight.
Deadprez: Halsey certainly has all the capability in the world to get the job done and if she can knock off a former 2-time World Champion, it will send her stock into the stratosphere. Will she pull it off? We’re about to find out.
(Halsey enters the ring and takes her corner as her entrance music fades off. She has not taken her eyes off of Viz as the referee checks both competitors before calling for the bell.)

Deadprez: Here we go! This match is underway and this is a big match for Halsey Neel she is taking on former World Champion and Hall of Famer in Chef Viz. Halsey looks ready to fight and she goes right up to Viz wanting to lock up.
Eve: Viz looks at Halsey and decides to oblige and he quickly overpowers Halsey and SHOVES HER TO THE MAT! Gotta admire Halsey’s guts, but with over 100 pounds difference, matching power with someone like the Chef.
Gavin Kirkland: You got that right! Chef is one of the strongest of all in EAW and that is saying something. Halsey is beautiful and tough, but she is going to need a different strategy if she plans on defeating Viz.
Eve: Halsey is back to her feet and she gets right in Viz’s face AND SHOVES HIM WITH ALL OF HER MIGHT! Viz didn’t move that much, but she has Viz’s attention AS HE CLOBBERS HER WITH A CLOTHESLINE!
Gavin Kirkland: Halsey crashes down to the mat and this is what this beauty needs to avoid and that is letting Viz heat up in the kitchen so he can cook. That’s the last thing she wants as Viz is putting the boots to Halsey!
Deadprez: Halsey is rolling over to the ropes and she rolls onto the apron to get away from Viz and the referee is asking for a clean break, which we get from Viz. Halsey is on her feet AND VIZ COMES IN TO KNOCK HER OFF THE APRON–
Gavin Kirkland: HALSEY AVOIDS IMPACT AND COUNTERS WITH A SHOULDER TACKLE THROUGH THE ROPES CATCHING VIZ RIGHT IN THE GUT! Very nice counter by Halsey as SHE JUMPS OVER THE TOP ROPE AND TRIES TO CATCH VIZ WITH A SUNSET FLIP!
Deadprez: Halsey is doing whatever she can to bring Viz down, but there is too much of a size difference between the two and Viz isn’t moving! Viz has his balance and HE DROPS DOWN TO TRY AND SQUASH HER BUT HALSEY ROLLED OUT OF THE WAY!
Eve: HALSEY MOVED AND VIZ FOUND NOTHING BUT THE CANVAS! That was not a good landing as Halsey hits the ropes as Viz was trying to recover. Halsey comes back AND SHE CATCHES VIZ RIGHT IN THE FACE WITH A BICYCLE PUMP KICK!
Deadprez: THAT KICK WAS RIGHT ON THE MONEY AND VIZ FALLS BACK TO THE CANVAS! Halsey sees a golden opportunity as she goes for a quick cover.

Eve: VIZ POWERS OUT AT ONE AND HALSEY GOES FLYING! You gotta give Halsey a lot of credit for going for the cover, but we all knew that Viz was going to kick out. It’s going to take a lot more than that to put Viz down for a three count.
Gavin Kirkland: Halsey doesn’t know the meaning of the word quit. She got thrown a few feet and she goes right back to Viz AND SHE IS JUST POUNDING ON VIZ! LEFTS AND RIGHTS BY HALSEY AS SHE KEEPS THROWING THOSE MOUNTED PUNCHES!
Eve: Halsey is doing everything she can to keep Viz down, BUT VIZ IS STILL MAKING IT BACK TO HIS FEET AND HE IS HOLDING ONTO HALSEY! VIZ IS BACK UP TO HIS FEET AND HE HAS HALSEY IN HIS GRASP AS HE RUNS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND CLOBBERS HER INTO THE CORNER!
Gavin Kirkland: Halsey is in the corner as Viz gets out of the corner before turning around and running full speed BACK TO THE CORNER AND VIZ WITH A CLOTHESLINE THAT CATCHES HALSEY UNDER THE CHIN!
Deadprez: Viz now takes the opportunity to pick up Halsey and sits her on the top turnbuckle. He tries to hoist her up in the air, BUT HALSEY IS BLOCKING IT IN ANY WAY SHE CAN! SHE GETS A THUMB IN VIZ’S EYES AND THAT GETS HIM TO PUT HER BACK ON THE TOP TURNBUCKLE!
Gavin Kirkland: Viz turns around AND HE IS MET WITH A PALM STRIKE BY HALSEY! THAT CAUGHT VIZ RIGHT ON THE BRIDGE OF THE NOSE! That could get his eyes water and it’s not because of onions.
Deadprez: Halsey is standing on the top rope AND SHE JUMPS OFF THE TOP TURNBUCKLE BEFORE GRABBING VIZ’S NECK AND USING ALL HER MIGHT TO SEND HIM INTO THE TOP TURNBUCKLE WITH THAT STO!
Eve: Halsey was going for some other move, BUT HALSEY JUST GOT BLASTED WITH ANOTHER CLOTHESLINE FROM VIZ! Before Halsey can fall, Viz grabs her around the waist AND JUST PLANTS HER INTO THE MAT WITH A BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX!
Deadprez: With the power that Viz has, Halsey could have been driven right through the mat right there. Halsey certainly felt that one as she rolls to the ropes. But Viz isn’t going to let her rest for a second as he runs towards Halsey AND DELIVERS A BASEBALL SLIDE DROPKICK THAT SENDS HALSEY OFF THE APRON TO THE FLOOR!
Eve: Viz is in firm control right now as he leaves the ring and looks down at Halsey. Right now, we can see that Dr. Angelo D’Angelo is watching with a content look on his face as Viz picks up Halsey and brings her back to her feet.
Gavin Kirkland: Halsey is hoisted onto Viz’s shoulders before he lifts her up AND DROPS HER FACE FIRST ACROSS THE RING APRON LIKE SHE WAS A SACK OF POTATOES! VIZ IS CERTAINLY STARTING TO COOK NOW!!
Eve: Halsey landed hard on that ring apron and she doesn’t look like she is moving right now. Halsey could be out cold as Viz picks her up and throws her back into the ring. Viz quickly follows suit and rolls back into the ring.
Gavin Kirkland: Viz rolls Halsey onto her back before he hits the ropes. Viz comes back and jumps in the air BEFORE HE SPLASHES ONTO HALSEY! VIZ HOOKS THE LEG FOR THE COVER!

Deadprez: WITH ALL THE POWER SHE CAN MUSTER, HALSEY FORCES VIZ TO MOVE ENOUGH FOR HER TO KICK OUT AT TWO! It was said earlier that you have to admire Halsey’s tenacity and spirit for continuing to fight even with all the disadvantages facing her in this match.
Gavin Kirkland: Viz is still in firm control of this match and he is bringing Halsey up to his feet and snapmares her over. Viz hits the ropes before coming back with a head of steam AS HE GOES FOR A BIG BOOT–
Deadprez: HALSEY DUCKS OUT OF THE WAY AT THE LAST SECOND AND HALSEY IS TRYING TO ROLL UP VIZ, BUT VIZ STOMPS HER IN THE GUT AND THAT STOPS HER RIGHT IN HER TRACKS!

Deadprez: VIZ DROPS HALSEY AND HE GRABS HIS EYE IN PAIN! THAT WILL PROBABLY NOT LOOK GOOD IN THE MORNING AND THIS MIGHT BE HALSEY’S BEST CHANCE TO GO FOR THE WIN!
Eve: Halsey is on the attack as she is kicking the back of Viz’s legs to try and weaken that strong base that Viz has. Halsey hits the ropes and comes back WITH A DROPKICK TO THE GUT OF VIZ!
Gavin Kirkland: That shot doubles Viz over AND SHE HEADBUTTS VIZ RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FOREHEAD! Halsey continues her offense WITH KNIFE EDGE CHOPS TO THE CHEST OF VIZ!
Eve: CHOP AFTER CHOP GETS VIZ BACKED UP TO THE ROPES! Halsey takes a chance to climb up to the second rope BEFORE JUMPING AND CATCHING VIZ WITH A KNEE STRIKE TO THE HEAD!
Gavin Kirkland: But the Chef is still on his feet! Halsey has got to be thinking what else she needs to do in order to bring the Hall of Famer off his feet. She is bringing the fight as she hits the ropes.
Deadprez: Halsey comes back AND VIZ OUT OF NOWHERE JUST GRABS HER, HOISTS HER UP IN THE AIR, AND PLANTS HER WITH A VERY POWERFUL SPINEBUSTER! GOOD GAWD! DID YOU SEE HER NECK JUST SNAP BACK?
Gavin Kirkland: I did and Viz is cooking now. He survived an onslaught of offense from Halsey and he still managed to stay on his feet. Now Halsey is in a world of trouble. Viz brings Halsey back to her feet and whips her to the ropes.
Deadprez: Halsey comes back AND SHE GETS CLOBBERED WITH A RUNNING SHOULDER BLOCK FROM VIZ THAT ALMOST KNOCKED HER RIGHT OUT OF THE RING! THAT IS 270 POUNDS FLYING AT YOU WITH FORCE!
Eve: Oh but he is not through yet. Halsey is down and VIZ DROPS HIS LEG RIGHT ACROSS HALSEY’S THROAT! Now he is just causing as much damage as he can before he decides to finish the match.
Deadprez: Viz is now going up to the second rope as he waits for Halsey to get back to her feet, but after that shoulder tackle, it might be a little bit before she is standing. But Halsey is moving at the moment so she is trying to get back to her feet.
Eve: As you can see, Halsey is on her knees and is getting back to her feet, but it might be all for naught because Viz is waiting for her so he can strike. Halsey is back up to her feet AND VIZ JUMPS OFF THE SECOND ROPE AND CATCHES HALSEY WITH THE DIVING CLOTHESLINE!

Eve: This has been a great match between Halsey and Viz. Viz is showing what has earned him the honor of being called a Hall of Famer and Halsey is certainly earning her stripes in this match.

Eve: Submission applied and Halsey couldn’t pin Viz, so she is thinking that maybe she can break Viz’s arm or get him to tap out.
Gavin Kirkland: Yeah like that will happen! Halsey has the submission in tight and the ref is there to make sure that there is the rare possibility that Viz does give up.

Deadprez: This was a great match here tonight on Showdown between Rookie and Veteran as the Veteran and Hall of Famer Chef Viz picks up the win tonight.
(The referee goes to raise Viz’s arm up in victory, but Dr. Angelo D’Angelo was there first and he takes the honor of raising Viz’s arm as the referee goes back to check on a still down Halsey.)
Gavin Kirkland: I honestly think this was a foregone conclusion. Viz has way too much experience and Halsey just couldn’t overcome that. Viz was cooking and Halsey got burned.
Eve: How disrespectful can you be? You have gotta give a lot of credit to Halsey Neel. She might not be the most popular member of the Showdown roster, but she showed that she can hang with the best of them.
Deadprez: Halsey fought with all her might, but it wasn’t meant to be as Chef Viz cooks himself up a victory tonight on Showdown. We offer our congratulations once again to Viz and we will be righ– WAIT A SECOND! DON’T GO TO COMMERCIAL YET! LOOKS WHO IS HERE!
(While Viz and Angelo were celebrating, “Tupac Back” by Meek Mill feat. Rick Ross starts playing as Cy Henderson enters the arena and immediately heads to the ring.)
Eve: HERE WE GO! THINGS ARE ABOUT TO PICK UP RIGHT HERE AS CY HENDERSON IS HERE AND HE IS HEADING STRAIGHT TO THE RING!
Gavin Kirkland: Well Viz has stopped celebrating and he is watching Cy come to the ring with a purpose and he has a look of either intrigue or amusement on his face!
(Cy enters the ring and gets face to face with Viz as Cy looks ready to confront Viz.)
Eve: This is going to be good! Cy and Viz met up last week and things pretty much broke down. Will it happen two weeks in a row? Cy hasn’t said a word or taken his eyes off of Viz. We might be close to witnessing another brawl.
(When it seems like Viz and Angelo look like they want nothing to do with Cy at the moment as they back up to the ropes and exit the ring to loud boos from the crowd. The crowd wanted to see these two go at it as Viz and Angelo head up the entrance ramp.)
Gavin Kirkland: There you have it. Cy was ready to go, but Viz didn’t seem to want anything to do with Cy this week. Will this end up on Viz’s terms?
Deadprez: Well Viz might be backing away to fight for another day, but the day that these two have their official match, it’s going to be good. It’s going to be a fight. It’s going to be awesome.
(The final shot shows Angelo and Viz heading up the entrance ramp as Cy is watching them from the ring shaking his head as the camera cuts to a commercial break.)
(As it returns from commercial break, Halsey Neel slowly rolls out of the ring and walks up the ramp slowly, since she was still nursing her wounds from the tough match she had against Chef Viz but just as she was about to leave, she stopped for a moment as she saw the light beginning to flicker again, just like…her match last week. Huh? Why was this happening again? Halsey turned over confused but more weird things started happening as now, smoke started to cover the entrance ramp and ringside.)
Gavin Kirkland: Did we fire the electrician…and gave his raise to the smoke machine guy?
Eve: I don’t think the smoke machine guy is supposed to make that much smoke…
(The smoke continued to get bigger and the lights flicker even more wildly before all of the lights shut off and the arena went completely black. A few of the people in the crowd started panicking and feeling incredibly confused as to what was happening before all of the sudden, a song started playing on the speakers. “Living Dead Girl” by Rob Zombie. As soon as that was played, it was clear who it was. Just as the guitar kicked in, the lights all turned blue and purple and everyone could see clearly now, but wait, nobody was coming out at the moment, what was happening? It was just then that someone screaming could be heard, a person in the crowd shocked to see someone standing in the stairs. There she was. Caroline.)
(She was wearing a black dress that let her camouflage in the shadows, her trusty black brim hat covering most of her face as she began walking down the stairs with a calm to her step, people made sure to pull their hands back and even some of the kids in the crowd were slightly trembling and holding onto their parents at seeing how “scary” her appearance was.)
Gavin Kirkland: We literally just started July, how are we in Halloween already?!
Deadprez: You could say it is always Halloween when this woman appears.
Eve: Caroline, the former New Breed Champion has seemingly revealed herself as the cause of all this malfunctions happening, after failing at defending the New Breed Championship when fighting against Hans Grayson, she decided to basically enjoy the new restart here in Showdown and go things at a different way, seeing that she was playing mind games with Halsey tonight and last week as well…
Gavin Kirkland: Wait, where did Halsey go? Did…DID CAROLINE MAKE HER DISAPPEAR???
Eve: …Oooorrr, she just went backstage and left.
Gavin Kirkland: …Right, that works too.
(As she reached the barricade, she stood there for a few seconds unmoving, and just as the song reached its chorus, the lights went out once again, the whole arena was covered in darkness once more, and just like that, a gigantic spotlight shined down on the ring and Caroline was standing between the second rope and third rope, posing on them and spreading her arms to the side, raising her head up and looking menacingly towards the camera. She slowly climbed down and walked towards the ring, as her music died down and she pulled a microphone out from the sleeve of her dress. Caroline talked in a slow but precise manner.)
Caroline: I want all of you to use your senses correctly when hearing me talk. All of you see with your ears, and hear with your eyes with every lost soul that comes into this ring, so I would like for you to put the prosper respect you give your superiors in your completely simple lives and give it to me as well, for I, as the Queen of Shadows, my word is final, my word matters, and you will stay silent when hearing my word, understood?
(A few people in the crowd obviously revolted and boo’d in response, but surprisingly, most people stayed quiet and didn’t say anything, and that seemed enough for Caroline as a satisfied and wicked smile appeared on her face.)
Caroline: Good. I want to clarify some things first. When I made my entrance through the stairs, an interesting sight caught my eye when walking down, some…”little angels” trembling and hugging their parents at the sight of me. Kids are so cute, aren’t they? So innocent, and they don’t know any better at all. Because to those scared little angels, you do not have to fear me, I am not evil. I am a victim of circumstance. I am a victim of the worst of the world, I was just as bright and bubbly like all of you and sadly, things got worse, everything had to change, I had to fight back against the evils of the world, by becoming this. Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process they do not become a monster themselves. And sadly, nobody ever listens to that line, I didn’t at all. You could say I am a monster, you could say I am evil, but maybe…maybe I am just finally myself. Because the world is a cruel monster itself and it won’t be afraid of eating you alive.
(Yeah, Caroline’s words didn’t calm the kids in the crowd at all, in fact, it even made them more scared than before. Caroline could only shake her head in disappointment seeing this and simply continued.)
Caroline: You will understand soon enough, little angels, in the future you will. You will have to face failure head on by yourself and stare it right at the eyes, I know I did when I ended up getting my New Breed Championship taken away from me by that soon-to-be-fraud Hans Grayson, and even though it was the first instance I have been able to gain a championship here in EAW, let me tell you there is no doubt in my mind the situation will happen again in the future, because I have finally found my true myself and I know what to do now, but where is the fun of going for another right away? I got another mission to complete, I got another special need that I want to make a reality. Did you hear well what I said last week? A feeling, a feeling of total power over others. Because I won’t lie, that feeling of being able to shatter Ruler’s expectations to dust, that he failed in beating that woman that he tried to get rid of all this time, taking away the only championship that he has been able to win here in EAW? It was a feeling that I want to replicate again. Because it was the same misfortune that happened to me that forced me to turn into the woman you see now. All of you are the reason I am like this and I am going to repay you all by making you feel that same feeling you forced upon me. Total chaos. Bloodbath. Pain. I want to break the hopes and dreams of the people here and see the sorrow on their face, that is the kind of sight that would make me smile from ear to ear.
Caroline: Because that is what I have decided to do from now on in this new playground for me to play in the darkness, that is how I want to leave my mark in this brand, and the mark on every other person I come across, because the only universal language is violence and the answer for using it is always YES. Everyone in this place is put on notice. Everyone in this place won’t be safe at all no matter if you run or hide. And the first person that is going to suffer the consequences of your actions is Halsey Neel. Halsey Neel has been marked by the Queen of Shadows and no matter what she tries to do, you will not be able to escape from me. And why only delve in one person, right? There are so many people to “play” with in a sense, oh no, there are others I am looking towards…Because you have been marked too, Delilah Rose…
(Suddenly, “What The Dead Men Say” by Trivium hits the speakers and the only thing aside from the spotlight in the ring lighting up the place, was the titantron in the stage turning on and showing Delilah Rose’s name, she came out in street clothes with a confused but also angry expression on her face, not expecting for her name to be called out like that.)
Gavin Kirkland: Uhhh…I am actually very happy to see women, but considering how terrified I have been the past few minutes…I guess I am terrippy right now.
Eve: Delilah Rose has been on EAW a few months already, a brash and upfront rookie who isn’t afraid of letting her thoughts be known and she isn’t afraid of using others as a stepping stone to get ahead but why is Caroline targeting her as well?
(Delilah didn’t waste anymore time and began speaking on her phone.)
Delilah Rose: Alright, cut my music out already! Look, I was just in the back relaxing and minding my own damn business before all of the sudden this woman who looks like she gets her clothes from Hot Topic calls me out in the middle of her speech and says she is going to target me? ME? You think you can throw threats around all willy nilly like that and expect for people to let you get your way? I am not like the cowards sitting here who stayed quiet and were too afraid to boo you, I am different, I am not going to let you try and break my body and my will, when I say I am the Final Boss, I mean it with everything that I have, I will do everything it takes to go up and beyond everyone else that tries to step up to me, and you, Miss Goth? You ended up shooting right into the top of my list, you think you can take me down? Nah, the only one who is going to see darkness is you when I knock you the hell out, mate.
(Caroline was less than impressed when hearing Delilah’s speech, she simply stood there unmoving in silence with a neutral expression on her face. It just kept making Delilah angrier and angrier as she ended up shouting out.)
Delilah Rose: OI! YOU FREAK! Did you go deaf or something? I am talking to you!
(Caroline didn’t respond either to that. But slowly, she raised her microphone and the slightest of smiles appeared on her face as she spoke up.)
Caroline: If you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you.
(Delilah had enough already of the cryptic lines, she threw her microphone to the side in anger and rushed towards the ring as soon as she could, she quickly slid in and was going to throw a punch towards Caroline but all of the sudden…the lights went out again! It stayed like that for a few more seconds, before the lights came back on and Caroline was completely gone, seemingly disappearing into the fog of smoke.)
Gavin Kirkland: Yeah, nevermind, I am terrified again.
Deadprez: I know Caroline was a whole different person before this but seriously, we do really need to make a background check on these people, too many weird and scary people for my liking.
Eve: Well, wrestling is wrestling! In the good and in the bad. It seems Caroline has made her message clear to everybody, especially for the women known as Halsey Neel and Delilah Rose.
(Delilah could only punch the corner in frustration and look around confused for Caroline before Showdown ended up fading away to the final commercial break of the night.)

Gavin Kirkland: Here is the man who ended Jake Smith’s six-month reign on top of the Showdown brand. With people, they thought Adam was too nice, too soft to become a World Champion, but he proved them all wrong at Pain for Pride.
Deadprez: Already, he has found a target on his back with Daryl Kinkade, who is going us for this match.
Daryl Kinkade: That’s the part of being the champion. Everyone is going to want what you have and I certainly want that Answers World Championship wrapped around Adam’s waist.
Eve: Sheridan Müller is a fantastic grappler. Adam is a wonderful brawler who likes to keep things grounded, so this is a compelling combination here!

Gavin Kirkland: OUR MAIN EVENT IS UNDERWAY!
Deadprez: You can see that Sheridan Müller has her fists up in a fighting stance. You can see that Adam Lucas is doing the same thing as he tries to use one of his hands to reach over to her, but Sheridan angles her body away from him! The two Elitists begin to jog in a circle, still having their fists up, waiting to see which one of them will throw the first punch of the match up! Sheridan goes to throw a jab, but Adam manages to angle his body away, but Sheridan manages to keep her stance! The two Elitists are waiting for the other to make the first move, but they are being very cautious about it!

Eve: The Answers World Champion and Ms. Cash in the Vault proceed to lock up, but Sheridan Müller grabs Adam Lucas by his arm and goes around, applying a wrist lock on him! But, Adam reaches back, trying to get Sheridan with a headlock from behind! But, Sheridan begins to shove Adam away, applying pressure to his hip area! She manages to shove Adam into the horizontal set of ropes as the referee begins his count!
Referee: (off-mic) ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE!
Gavin Kirkland: Sheridan Müller slowly begins to back away from Adam Lucas! She has her hands where the referee can see them! She waits for Adam to get his head back into the match before charging at Sheridan, looking to wrap his arms around the waist of the former Vixens World Champion! He is looking for a waist lock, but Sheridan manages to slide out of position! She counters with a waist lock of her own, but Adam manages to get himself out of position! He goes behind Sheridan once more as he goes to lift her up with a German suplex! But, Sheridan keeps her feet planted on the ground! Adam goes to lift her up again, but Sheridan has her feet firm on the ground as she seems to have herself glued to it! ADAM GOES TO LIFT HER UP, BUT SHERIDAN MANAGES TO JUMP HERSELF INTO A WHEELBARROW POSITION BEFORE GOING FOR A ROLL UP ON THE WORLD CHAMPION! WILL SHE GET A QUICK VICTORY HERE?!?!

Deadprez: No! Adam Lucas manages to get himself out of the roll up position! He has his arms wrapped around Sheridan Müller as he hoists her up and takes her back with a deadlift release German suplex! But, Sheridan finds a way to roll back to her feet! Adam turns around as he runs to Sheridan, who goes crashing spine first against the corner! Adam connects with a clothesline! Now, we see Adam connecting with a series of shoulder thrusts to the gut of ‘Ms. Cash in the Vault!’ Adam manages to seat Sheridan on the top turnbuckle! BUT, SHERIDAN THROWS A PUNCH TO THE FOREHEAD OF THE WORLD CHAMPION! ADAM GOES BACK TO HER, BUT SHERIDAN MANAGES TO DELIVER A KICK TO ADAM’S FACE AS THAT TAKES HIM BACK! SHERIDAN GOES TO SET HERSELF UP ON THE TOP ROPE AS SHE FLIES OFF IT AND CONNECTS WITH A CROSSBODY!
Eve: The crossbody lands on Adam Lucas! No, Adam rolls through with Sheridan Müller in possession! He hoists her up on one of his shoulders as he has his eyes set on the turnbuckle! He might be going for a lawn dart as he charges for the corner! But, Sheridan manages to slide off the back of the World Champion! She sends Adam face first against the turnbuckle!
Daryl Kinkade: That’s going to leave a mark.
Gavin Kirkland: Adam Lucas stumbles back into the grasp of Sheridan Müller, who picks up Adam, hoists him over and throws him over her! But, Adam manages to land on his feet! He grabs Sheridan by her arm, turning her around and nailing her with a knee strike that causes her to stagger back! Adam grabs Sheridan and connects float over suplex as Sheridan lands right on her tailbone! Sheridan tries to find her way up, but Adam follows that up with a beautiful standing dropkick! Sheridan rolls her way back to her feet as she goes swinging with a punch to Adam! But, Adam ducks the punch before getting Sheridan and connecting with a pump handle slam as he goes for the cover!

WAIT! ADAM GETS SHERIDAN BACK IN POSITION FOR ANOTHER FISHERMAN’S SUPLEX! JUST LIKE THE LAST TIME, HE DELIVERS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL TWIST BEFORE SLAMMING HER DOWN! BUT, ADAM GOES FOR A THIRD FISHERMAN SUPLEX AS THAT CONNECTS BEFORE SLAMMING HER TO THE MAT AND FLOATING OVER FOR ANOTHER COVER! NOW, THAT WAS PRETTY!

Eve: Sheridan Müller with kick out! Adam Lucas gets Sheridan in a front headlock position and it seems like he’s keeping himself grounded! I believe that’s a seated guillotine choke! This could be seen a bit in MMA — which Sheridan has a background in! Now, this is a new approach for the Answers World Champion in order to ground Sheridan! But, Sheridan is beginning to throw some punches to the sides of Adam’s arms! While it’s a few punches, it seems like they’re being hit with a ton of force! Sheridan manages to get Adam to his back, but Adam is still maintaining grasp of the grounded guillotine choke! Sheridan throws one powerful punch to Adam! But, Adam is wrapping his legs around the waist of ‘Ms. Cash in the Vault!’ BUT, SHERIDAN POPS UP AND BEGINS TO THROW SOME ELBOW SHOTS TO THE FACE OF ADAM! SHE JAMS ONE OF HER ELBOWS TO THE EYE OF THE CURRENT WORLD CHAMPION! THIS CAUSES ADAM TO RELEASE HER GRASP ON HER!
Daryl Kinkade: Now, I’m not sure if that was intentional, but it got the job done! Now, if she could stay on the offense, she could pull this off. But, she’s not me, after all.
Gavin Kirkland: Adam Lucas is checking on his eye and I think that he might be good, but you can see that he’s keeping that one eye closed! Meanwhile, Sheridan Müller is pacing back-and-forth, waiting for Adam to find himself back to his feet! Once Adam finds himself back to his feet, Sheridan springs back to the offensive as she manages to knock down the Answers World Champion to his back once more! Sheridan begins to mount a series of punches to the champion! She grabs Adam by the beautiful mane of his and gets him up to his feet! Sheridan clutches onto the arm of Adam as she whips him to the horizontal set of ropes! Adam manages to catch himself, preventing himself from rebounding off the ropes! Sheridan goes running towards Adam, but Adam stops her with an elbow as that causes Sheridan to back away! Adam manages to use the horizontal set of ropes to springboard off of them and connect with a forearm to Sheridan! This takes Sheridan to the ground! With Sheridan on the ground, Adam follows that up with a standing elbow drop to the chest of ‘The Flamestress!’

Deadprez: Sheridan Müller with another kick out! She is clutching onto her chest where she just got a sharp elbow by Adam Lucas! She finds her way into a seated position, but Adam beats her to the punch by getting himself back to his feet! He gets Sheridan to her feet! But, Sheridan shoves Adam away from her! This creates a bit of distance as Sheridan gets fully back to her feet, but Adam runs towards her with a clothesline! But, Sheridan ducks the clothesline as Adam stumbles past her, but manages to catch himself from going further! Sheridan connects with a big boot to the back of Adam’s head! This causes Adam to drop to his knees as Sheridan follows that immediately with a penalty kick to the spine of the World Champion! By the look on Adam’s face, it did not look pleasant!
Daryl Kinkade: While British wrestling is the best wrestling in the world, any wrestling from outside the United States is better than the training that you’ll get wherever he’s from. I mean, this dump of a state proves my point.
Eve: That seems to be a bit harsh, Daryl. Adam Lucas was trained by Orlando Cruze. I mean, it seemed like his teachings were effective since Adam is the Answers World Champion!
Daryl Kinkade: Did I say that Adam Lucas wasn’t good, Eve? Adam’s a talented lad, but I’m better and it will be seen at Midsummer Massacre. As of right now, I think that Sheridan is making him look like a chump.
Gavin Kirkland: Sheridan Müller connects with another penalty kick to the spine of Adam Lucas! But, just look at Adam’s face! You can tell that he’s feeling a bit fired up! Sheridan smirks as she connects with another penalty kick! And another one! And another one! And another one! But, Adam is slowly turning around, finding his way back to his feet as Sheridan proceeds to connect with some shoot kicks to the thighs of the World Champion! Adam with a serious look on his face as he manages to catch Sheridan’s leg! But, Sheridan is like “whoa, whoa, whoa” and is trying to reason with Adam to put her leg down!
Deadprez: I DON’T THINK THAT ADAM LUCAS IS WILLING TO LISTEN AS SHERIDAN MÜLLER RECEIVES A DRAGON SCREW LEG WHIP THAT CAUSES ‘MS. CASH IN THE VAULT’ TO CLUTCH ONTO THAT LEG! Adam is now gesturing for Sheridan to get back to her feet! Adam waits for the first sign of Sheridan getting to her feet before taking her down with a dropkick that sends Sheridan back to the horizontal set of ropes! ADAM PROCEEDS TO CONNECT WITH HIS FISTS AND ELBOWS AROUND THE FACE AND HEAD OF SHERIDAN! SHE IS TRYING TO COVER HER FACE FROM THESE BLOWS, BUT ADAM IS NAILING HER WITH EACH ONE! With Sheridan to one knee, the referee manages to step in the middle and back Adam away from her! Adam is able to relax for a moment before running towards Sheridan and connecting with a basement dropkick as that sends Sheridan through the bottom rope and to the outside!
Eve: Adam Lucas manages to exit through the ropes and find himself on the apron! He sees that Sheridan Müller is beginning to get herself to her feet! ADAM RUNS AND CONNECTS WITH A SHOOTING STAR PRESS AS SHERIDAN GOES CRASHING ONTO HER BACK AT RINGSIDE! Now, that was a thing of beauty from Adam! Adam gets to his feet instantly and what are you doing, Daryl?
(The camera pans to Daryl Kinkade rising out of his seat and staring down Adam Lucas.)
Daryl Kinkade: Don’t worry, man. I’m just here to observe. Go on, carry on, proceed.
(Adam Lucas nods before continuing on with this match. Daryl Kinkade sits back down.)
Daryl Kinkade: I’m only here to observe, Eve. I will not get myself involved in this match. I am a man of my word.
Gavin Kirkland: ADAM LUCAS GOES TO RETRIEVE SHERIDAN MÜLLER UP, BUT SHERIDAN MANAGES TO BATTERY RAM ADAM TO THE EDGE OF THE APRON! SHERIDAN JUST NEEDS A BIT OF TIME TO RECOVER AS SHE GOES TO PUNCH THE TOP OF ADAM’S SKULL! ADAM IS TRYING TO CLUTCH ONTO THE SKIRT OF THE APRON TO KEEP HIMSELF UP, BUT SHERIDAN MANAGES TO GRAB ADAM BY HIS ARM AND WHIP HIM DIRECTLY TO OUR ANNOUNCE TABLE! THAT WAS ENOUGH TO SHAKE OUR TABLE! IS EVERYONE OKAY?
Deadprez: I’m good, Gav! BUT, SHERIDAN MÜLLER GETS ADAM LUCAS AND WHIPS HIM TO THE EDGE OF THE APRON AGAIN! ADAM COLLAPSES DOWN AND I CAN’T IMAGINE THAT BEING GOOD FOR THE SPINE AT ALL! SHERIDAN DELIVERS A POWERFUL KNEE TO THE GUT OF ADAM! AND ANOTHER ONE! AND ANOTHER ONE! AND ANOTHER ONE! SHERIDAN PICKS UP ADAM AND CONNECTS WITH A HIGH-ANGLE URANAGE ON THE APRON! Jesus, that looked extremely painful! Adam begins to clutch his lower back in pain! Sheridan grabs Adam by his throat and presses the back of his neck against the edge of the apron! It’s some sort of apron chokehold that she has on the World Champion! Adam is gasping for air as I think that the referee might need to intervene!
Referee: (off-mic) ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! GET YOUR HAND OFF HIS NECK, SHERIDAN!
Eve: Sheridan Müller rolls her eyes as she pushes Adam Lucas back inside the ring! She rolls herself back inside the ring as she goes for a cover!

Gavin Kirkland: The Answers World Champion with a kick out! Sheridan Müller begins to apply a basement abdominal stretch on Adam Lucas! If there is something that Sheridan is good at, it’s making sure that she gets the most out of whatever hold she decides to do. Even if it’s something simple like an abdominal stretch!
Daryl Kinkade: It is the details like that which could stir the direction of this match in their favor. The thing with submissions, it’s more than trying to get someone to submit, but weakening them or a specific part of the body. While I doubt that Adam is capable of submitting here, I do think that weakening the abdominal area is going to limit a lot of movement.
Crowd: LET’S GO, ADAM! LET’S GO, SHERIDAN! LET’S GO, ADAM! LET’S GO, SHERIDAN!
Deadprez: This crowd is completely divided in this main event! If anything, I believe that they’re just enjoying wrestling. Adam Lucas is trying to reach for the ropes, but Sheridan is making it difficult for Adam to do that! Now, Adam is a smart man. I think that he just needs to get one of his arms free and he’ll be able to do something. The energy of the people in the crowd rooting for him is what is driving him to break free one of his arms and he does! He throws a back elbow to the face of ‘Ms. Cash in the Vault!’ BUT, IT DOESN’T RELEASE THE HOLD THAT ADAM HAS ON! ADAM THROWS ANOTHER ELBOW! AND ANOTHER ONE! AND ANOTHER ONE! SHERIDAN MANAGES TO GET ONE OF HER ARMS OUT OF POSITION AS ADAM GRABS THAT ARM BEFORE THROWING HER OVER HIS SHOULDER WITH A JUDO THROW!
Eve: But, Sheridan Müller manages to land on her feet! She has Adam Lucas in position for a cutter, but as she looks to execute the move, Adam manages to shove her out of the way! Sheridan manages to stop herself, keeping her balance as she gets met with a giant clothesline from the World Champion! Sheridan goes down as Adam follows that up with a standing shooting star press as he lands right on the gut of Sheridan! Adam with the cover!

Gavin Kirkland: Sheridan Müller with a kick out! But, Adam Lucas is placing his attention on the legs of Sheridan! OH, I THINK THAT HE MIGHT BE GOING FOR THE FIGURE FOUR LEG LOCK HERE! SHERIDAN IS WIGGLING LEFT-TO-RIGHT, KNOWING THAT SHE DOESN’T WANT TO BE IN THIS POSITION! SHERIDAN MANAGES TO BREAK FREE ONE OF HER LEGS AND GETS HERSELF TO HER STOMACH, BUT ADAM GRABS SHERIDAN BY THE ANKLE, BUT SHERIDAN MANAGES TO ROLL HERSELF THROUGH AND KICKS ADAM AWAY FROM HER! WITH SHERIDAN GETTING TO HER FEET, ADAM GOES AFTER SHERIDAN, BUT SHERIDAN NAILS ADAM WITH A GIANT EUROPEAN UPPERCUT! Then, Sheridan follows that up with smaller European uppercuts as she manages to send him back to one of the corners! Sheridan charges after Adam at the corner and nails him with a knee strike to the face before getting him into position, rolling herself over with him and transitioning to an arm bar! Sheridan has the arm bar applied on the Answers World Champion!
Daryl Kinkade: That was an excellent transition there! But, Adam manages to get his arm over the top rope. That’s rather unfortunate because I would have loved to see Sheridan work that arm a bit.
Deadprez: Sheridan Müller rises back to her feet, but she still has Adam Lucas by that arm that she was targeting with the arm bar! She pulls him away from the ropes and proceeds to go for the arm bar again! She drops down to apply the arm bar, BUT ADAM MANAGES TO JUMP ON TOP OF THE CASH IN THE VAULT HOLDER AND PROCEED TO UNLOAD AND GIVE HER A SERIES OF PUNCHES TO THE FACE! ADAM IS NAILING SHERIDAN WITH EACH SHOT! BUT, SHERIDAN MANAGES TO GRAB ADAM BY HIS WAIST AND BRIDGE HERSELF OFF THE MAT! SHE HAS ADAM IN HER POSSESSION AS SHE THROWS HIM AND CONNECTS WITH A SAMBO SUPLEX! Adam gets dropped on his neck as Sheridan ends up finding herself to her feet! I think that she might have the World Champion where she wants him! She grabs Adam from his waist behind! She hoists up Adam with a ‘Sherplex’ — the bridging German suplex!
Eve: NO! ADAM LUCAS MANAGES TO LAND ON HIS FEET AS SHERIDAN MÜLLER TURNS HERSELF AROUND! SHE CONNECTS WITH A GIANT CHOP TO THE CHEST OF SHERIDAN! BUT, SHERIDAN MATCHES THE INTENSITY BY CONNECTING WITH A CHEST TO ADAM! ADAM WITH A CHOP TO SHERIDAN! SHERIDAN WITH A CHOP TO ADAM! ADAM! SHERIDAN! ADAM! SHERIDAN! ADAM! SHERIDAN! THE TWO OF THEM ARE BEGINNING TO LOAD WITH PUNCHES TO EACH OTHER AT THE SAME TIME! THE CROWD IS GOING BALLISTIC AS THE TWO OF THEM ARE FIRING SHOTS WITH EACH OTHER! Adam shoves Sheridan to the ropes as Sheridan rebounds off of them, but Adam goes for the ‘Level Up’ — the pop up powerbomb, but Sheridan manages to jump out of position! She spins around, nailing Adam with a back fist to the face as that takes the Answers World Champion to the side! Sheridan grabs Adam by the face and proceeds to throw some punches, sending him back, but Adam connects with a clothesline that takes her down! Adam hopes over the top rope! He has his sights set on Sheridan who is getting herself up as he springboards back inside of the rope, flips and delivers a giant lariat! The ‘Equalizer’ on Sheridan!
Gavin Kirkland: Sheridan Müller is taken down! Adam Lucas is getting fired up as Sheridan gets up! He pushes her to the ropes as she rebounds off of them! Adam hoists her up once more for ‘Level Up,’ but Sheridan manages to take advantage of her being hoisted up for the powerbomb position and connects with a head scissors takedown! NO! SHERIDAN ROLLS HERSELF THROUGH AS SHE CONNECTS WITH AN ARM BAR ON ADAM! BUT, ADAM MANAGES TO SLIDE OUT OF POSITION! HE CONNECTS WITH A STEP-UP ENZIGURI ON SHERIDAN AS THAT TAKES HER TO HER SIDE! SHE STUMBLES DOWN TO A KNEE! ADAM FOLLOWS THAT UP WITH SIDE KICK TO HER TEMPLE, BUT SHERIDAN DUCKS THE KICK! SHE GRABS ADAM BY THE ARM AND TAKES HIM TO HER SIDE WITH A JUDO THROW! ADAM ROLLS TO A SEATED POSITION, BUT SHERIDAN HAS ADAM BY HIS ARM AS SHE IS LOOKING TO CONNECT WITH THE KIMURA LOCK! ‘GEHENNA’ ON THE ANSWERS WORLD CHAMPION! She is trying to bend the arm back, but Adam manages to get his arm out of the way! He proceeds to throw some punches at Sheridan’s way! He tries to get himself to his feet, but Sheridan is trying to keep Adam down! Adam and Sheridan trade places as Adam proceeds to throw some elbows to the face of Sheridan! Elbows are raining down the face of ‘Ms. Cash in the Vault’
Daryl Kinkade: Now, this is the type of aggression that this match had been missing. I want to see people just beat the heck out of each other. Come on, Sheridan!
Deadprez: ADAM LUCAS MANAGES TO GET HIMSELF UP AS HE GETS SHERIDAN MÜLLER UP TO HIS FEET! HE PUSHES SHERIDAN TO THE ROPE AS SHE REBOUNDS OFF OF IT! ADAM HOISTS HER UP —
Eve: WHAT IN THE WORLD??!?! SCOTT DIAMOND, FROM OUT OF NOWHERE, SHOVES ADAM LUCAS AWAY AND THEN USES THE MOMENTUM OF ADAM HOISTING UP SHERIDAN FOR ‘LEVEL UP’ AS A WAY TO GET SHERIDAN ON HIS SHOULDERS! ‘THE VORTEX’ CONNECTS!!!!!!

Gavin Kirkland: IT SEEMS LIKE ADAM LUCAS IS TRYING TO GET TO HIS FEET, BUT SCOTT DIAMOND TURNS HIS ATTENTION TO ADAM AND PICKS HIM UP ON HIS SHOULDERS! ADAM IS LAID OUT WITH ‘THE VORTEX’ AS WELL! HE GETS ADAM AND THROWS HIM TO THE BOTTOM ROPE!
(While Scott Diamond is picking apart Sheridan Müller inside the ring, Daryl Kinkade’s headset is seen being taken off and placed on the desk. Daryl pushes his seat back before getting up. He looks at Adam Lucas, who is more than taking advantage of the number that Scott did on him.)
Deadprez: DARYL KINKADE LOOKS DOWN ON ADAM LUCAS BEFORE GETTING ADAM UP AND CONNECTING WITH AN UPPERCUT THAT SENDS HIM BACK! DARYL WITH ANOTHER UPPERCUT AS HE SENDS ADAM TOWARDS THE STEEL STEPS! DARYL GRABS ADAM BY HIS HEAD AND SLAMS THE BACK OF HIS SKULL TO THE STEEL STEPS! HE DOES IT AGAIN! AND AGAIN! AND AGAIN! BUT, DARYL MANAGES TO CLIMB UP TO THE SECOND STEEL STEP AND HE GETS ADAM IN POSITION! WHAT IN THE WORLD IS DARYL LOOKING TO DO?
Eve: ‘A BEAUTIFUL LIE’ — THE CROSSLEGGED FISHERMAN’S BUSTER ON THE STEEL STEPS! ADAM LUCAS JUST LANDED ON THE TOP OF HIS SKULL AS DARYL LOOKS TO BE MORE THAN PROUD OF HIS HANDIWORK!
Gavin Kirkland: MEANWHILE, SCOTT DIAMOND IS LOOKING DOWN ON SHERIDAN MÜLLER WHO IS TRYING TO GET HIMSELF TO HIS FEET! ‘THE PERFECT STORM’ IS JUST LOOKING DOWN AT HER, GRINNING AS SHERIDAN IS STILL FINDING THE STRENGTH TO GET HERSELF BACK TO HER FEET! Deadprez: Adam Lucas is laid at ringside after experiencing ‘A Beautiful Lie’ on the steel steps. Sheridan Müller just took a mauling from Scott Diamond inside the ring!
