Rising Star of the Week
Sierra Everett
This week’s Rising Star of the Week was Sierra Everett! Sierra Everett had a match on Voltage this week, and it definitely wasn’t an easy one as she was up against the Specialists Champion, ARIA! This turned out to be a very close match, and this led to a surprising result for the Champion as Sierra was able to catch ARIA and roll her up, allowing Sierra to leave Voltage with a victory over the Specialists Champion! This is a very impressive victory for her and definitely something that she’ll be thinking about going forward. Not everyone is able to defeat a Champion, especially not one as great as ARIA. Congratulations to Sierra Everett!
Beef of the Week
Alex Myers vs Jon Kelton
The Beef of the Week for this week was Alex Myers versus Jon Kelton! Both of these Elitists were looking to pick themselves up following the King of Elite tournament, and this match proved to be a great chance for them to do so as they brought their best this week! Their promotional videos were very interesting as both competitors have history with each other, facing off in a New Breed Championship match at last year’s Battle of Egypt! Both competitors made it clear this week that this will be a very different match from what happened back then, and in the end this resulted in a very entertaining back and forth!
Show of the Week
Voltage
This week’s Show of the Week was Voltage! Voltage this week was amazing, kicking off on a surprising note as Samael cashed in his 24/7 Contract for a match at Tempest against the EAW World Champion, Myles! From there some great matches happened as Sierra Everett took on ARIA, Samael faced Hikari Kanno, and Sheridan Müller faced Drake King in the main event match! This show also had more surprises such as the return of Miku Sakai, the reveal of Daryl Kinkade and Candice Blair’s unique opportunities, and an appearance from Methuselah at the end of the night, making for an exciting show all around!
Match of the Week
Kassidy Heart vs Donovan Duke
The Match of this Week for this week was the main event match for this week’s Showdown, Kassidy Heart versus Donovan Duke! This match featured two very talented Elitists that have history with each other as the longest reigning Answers World Champion faced the longest reigning National Elite Champion, and that alone should say just how good this match really was. Kassidy and Donovan both had excellent performances and it looked like it could go either way until Kassidy was finally able to lock in “Gawd’s Gift”, leaving Donovan with no other choice but to tap out. This was a great final match for the blue brand!

Champion of the Week
Amir Yusuf
This week’s Champion of the Week was the newly crowned Interwire Champion, Amir Yusuf! On Dynasty Amir had a really tough task as he was set to go up against a returning Scott Diamond. Despite this, Amir had a really impressive performance, so impressive that he actually stood a very good chance of winning. In the end he’d be unsuccessful, but things could have ended differently if Joso didn’t play a part in the match and cost Amir the victory. Having such a good showing is exactly why Amir is the Champion right now!
Most Valuable Elitist
Scott Diamond
The Most Valuable Elitist of this week is Scott Diamond! On Dynasty, Scott Diamond made his return to in-ring competition, competing in Dynasty’s main event as he took on the Interwire Champion, Amir Yusuf! It’s been nearly a year since the last time Scott Diamond competed, and yet in this match Scott had a fantastic performance. He’d pick up a victory over the Interwire Champion, and while an interference from Joso undoubtedly played part in this, a victory over a newly crowned Champion is a great way to make your return to EAW. Congratulations to Scott Diamond on the successful return match!
