Rising Star of the Week
Caroline
This week’s Rising Star of the Week was Caroline! Caroline competed in a major match on Dynasty as she was in a fatal four way to determine the number one contender to the New Breed Championship! This fatal four way consisted of herself, PJ Hendrx, Aubrey Mack and Shane Gates, and in the end Caroline was able to pick up the victory! This means that she now has the chance to compete against Ruler to potentially win her very first Championship in EAW! This is a huge opportunity for anybody, so congratulations to Caroline for winning this match and earning an opportunity like this!Â
Beef of the Week
Daryl Kinkade vs Usagi Senshi
This week’s Beef of the Week was between Usagi Senshi and Daryl Kinkade! This was bound to be an interesting week with Daryl having already faced and defeated a member of the Ice Aces in Ayu Megumi, something he made sure to mention this week. Usagi on the other hand insisted that things would not end the same way against her, and this all resulted in a very entertaining week of promos from the two Elitists! Both Elitists seemed to have a lot to prove especially with the comparisons made to either current or former partners, and in the end they both delivered, showing just how great they are!
Show of the Week
Dynasty
This week’s Show of the Week was Dynasty! This week’s Dynasty was filled with excellent matches! From the number one contendership fatal four way, to Astraea Jordan versus the returning Sierra Bradford, and Soul Food Sunday versus the Off Brand Amphetamines were fantastic, with the main event of Bronson Daniels versus Serenity Valdez also being amazing! This show had a lot more to offer to, with Bronson Daniels stepping up to the World Heavyweight Champion Andre Walker, Sienna Jade appearing on the red brand following her return to challenge Harper Lee for the Universal Women’s Championship while also competing in a match of her own on that night, and Milli Banks earning an opportunity at the Specialists Championship! This was a very eventful night, and an incredible week!
Match of the Week
TLA vs Charlie Marr
This week’s Match of the Week was the Voltage main event, the match between Charlie Marr and TLA! This is a match that has a lot of history behind it, and their match this week once again delivered just as their matches in the past have! TLA and Charlie Marr are two fantastic competitors, and this was yet another match to showcase this. While the match didn’t end the way either competitor would’ve wanted with the disqualification cutting it short, there’s no doubt that TLA and Charlie Marr are two of the best Voltage has to offer after such a thrilling main event!
Promoer of the Week
Sienna Jade
This week’s Promoer of the Week was the returning Sienna Jade! This week saw Sienna Jade’s first match since her return at Territorial Invasion, and she did not disappoint in the slightest against Madison Kaline! Having been gone for some time, Sienna Jade picked up where she left off at Battle of Egypt, making it clear that she has grown since then. Sienna Jade has taken note of the amount of influence she left on the industry throughout her promos in the week, leaving her with some fantastic promos for this match just one week after challenging the Universal Women’s Champion. Sienna Jade is back and from the looks of it she is at the top of her game!
Champion of the Week
Charlie Marr
This week’s Champion of the Week is the Hardcore Champion, Charlie Marr! Charlie Marr competed in the main event of Voltage against TLA, and while this match ended with a disqualification, that’s not all that happened with Charlie that night. Earlier in the night Minerva would host a challenge for the EAW World Championship, but it’d be revealed that she already had a challenger lined up for her, and Charlie Marr revealed himself to be that person. Charlie used his Territorial Invasion favor for an opportunity, and now the Hardcore Champion has the opportunity to become a double Champion, something that’s not seen very often!
Most Valuable Elitist
Alex Myers
The Most Valuable Elitist for this week is Alex Myers! Alex this week had a very significant match as they went up against a Hall of Famer and Showdown’s former Brand Warfare Captain, Chris Elite! Alex went on to defeat Chris, earning his respect as Chris shook their hand, but they’d appear once again shortly after, saving Hurricane Hawk from an assault from the duo of Kassidy Heart and Impact! Alex had a very big night despite their loss at Territorial Invasion, showcasing that their career may very well be reaching even greater heights despite the setback! Congratulations to Alex Myers!Â
