Rising Star of the Week
Samael
This week’s Rising Star of the Week is Samael! The 24/7 Contract holder competed on Voltage this week, where he faced off against none other than a former Answers World Champion, Theron Nikolas! Samael had a very dominant showing at Pain for Pride, and tonight he had another great performance as he not only did a great job against Theron, but he was able to defeat him! This is a very big win for an Elitist that has not been in EAW for very long, and it just goes to show that Samael has made a huge impact in a very short amount of time. Congratulations, Samael!
Beef of the Week
Impact & Xander Payne vs The Haircare Kings
This week’s Beef of the Week was the Showdown main event match, the tag team match between the Haircare Kings and the team of Xander Payne and Impact! This was a very entertaining week of promos. Xander Payne has history with both Chris Elite and Jake Smith and Impact is the Answers World Champion while the Haircare Kings have an upcoming World Championship match and the Cash in the Vault briefcase. All four of these Elitists are extremely talented and there’s no wondering why they’ve accomplished all they have in the past year. This week was yet another showcase of the talents of all four Elitists!
Show of the Week
Voltage
The Show of the Week for this week was Voltage! Voltage had a lot of impressive matches this week from the main event between Minerva and TLA, ARIA’s match against Diamond Dixon and even Sierra Everett’s debut match against Haruka Kashimashi, but this show also had some exciting announcements for the future, including an upcoming fatal four way match for contendership for the Specialists Championship! Midsummer Massacre is coming soon, and so far all three shows have absolutely delivered. Voltage this week turned out to be fantastic, and it looks like things will only get better.
Match of the Week
Limmy Monaghan vs The Visual Prophet vs Amir Yusuf vs Madison Kaline
This week’s Match of the Week was the main event of Dynasty, which was the fatal four way between Limmy Monaghan, the Visual Prophet, Amir Yusuf and Madison Kaline! This was a fantastic match which a lot on the line as the winner would go on to face Andre Walker for both of his Championships, and in the end this seemed to bring out the best in all four competitors, resulting in a great match to close out Dynasty. This main event showcased exactly why the Dynasty roster is so great. These Elitists are so talented, and they’ve all shown that this week.
Promoer of the Week
Impact
This week’s Promoer of the Week was the Answers World Champion, Impact! Impact won the Answers World Championship back at Pain for Pride, and this week he teamed up with Xander Payne to face his Midsummer Massacre opponent Chris Elite, as well as the Cash in the Vault winner Jake Smith! This resulted in some really great promos from Impact, as he knows that there’s a chance he’ll face the briefcase holder and knows that he will be facing Chris Elite soon. Impact has always been amazing at what he does and his promos have always been some of the greatest, and this week was no exception.
Champion of the Week
Minerva
This week’s Champion of the Week is the EAW World Champion, Minerva! Minerva competed in Voltage’s main event match as she faced off against the former Answers World Champion TLA! This turned out to be a great match as both Minerva and TLA had great performances during the match, but in the end it was Minerva that was able to leave the match with the victory, ending her first match as EAW Champion and kicking off this title reign in great fashion. Minerva is heading towards her first EAW Championship defense soon, and it’s safe to say after a match like this that Ronan has a huge challenge ahead of him. Congratulations, Minerva!
Most Valuable Elitist
Madison Kaline
The Most Valuable Elitist for this week was the Elitist that just earned a shot at the Undisputed World Heavyweight Interwire Championship, Madison Kaline! Madison Kaline was in a huge fatal four way match against Amir Yusuf, Limmy Monaghan and The Visual Prophet where the winner would receive a match against Andre Walker, and in the end it was the Hall of Famer that’d win the match, giving her a huge opportunity to become a double Champion at the first free-per-view of the year! This is a huge opportunity for anyone and if there’s anyone that stands a chance it’s someone as successful and with as much experience as Madison Kaline. Congratulations, Madison!
