As the year comes to an end, EAW has continued to deliver with incredible events full of both fantastic moments and major moments. This month has also featured some history making moments, and one of those moments was thanks to October’s Elitist of the Month, Minerva! Minerva was one of the participants in 2023’s Iconic Cup tournament, and during this tournament Minerva was able to pick up victory after victory, advancing to the finals along with Miku Sakai. At Wicked Games, Minerva would have her match with Miku for the Iconic Cup, which would be a No Holds Barred match. In the end it would be Minerva that picked up the victory, and this would be a history making victory. Not only did Minerva win the Iconic Cup and secure a future Universal Women’s Championship match, but she has now won this tournament for the second time. Minerva throughout the years has held two World Championships with the first coming from a successful cash-in of the Iconic Cup, and now Minerva has the opportunity to win her third World Championship. This was an incredible month for Minerva, and an even more incredible victory for her. This isn’t something that many others have been able to accomplish even once, so for Minerva to do it twice is amazing. Congratulations to Minerva for winning the Iconic Cup tournament!
