At the end of 2021, EAW saw some of its biggest shows of the year with Road to Redemption and an Aussie Summer Christmas Spectacular. December was a very big month for EAW, and during that month there was a very big title change, as December’s Elitist of the Month would become the new EAW World Champion. That’s right, Myles is the Elitist of the Month for December! Myles would face Cameron Ella Ava at Road to Redemption, but that wasn’t his only match of the night, as after the EAW World Championship Extreme Elimination Chamber in the main event of the show, Myles would cash in his Cash in the Vault briefcase on his former New Eden partner Drake King, who had just betrayed Minerva only moments earlier to end the Extreme Elimination Chamber match. Road to Redemption did not end how people expected, but the crowd was firmly on Myles’ side as he dethroned Drake, not just winning his first ever World Championship, but getting revenge for what happened to Minerva. This was an extremely shocking way to end Road to Redemption and end 2021 as a whole with New Eden no longer being a stable, but with Myles as the new EAW World Champion there’s definitely a lot to look forward to in 2022. Congratulations to the new EAW World Champion!
