(Friday Night Dynasty intro plays. Afterwards, a brief montage is shown recapping the important events of last week’s show. Once that is done, Friday Night Dynasty enters into a live shot of the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia. We go inside where it’s jam-packed. A sold out affair as the EAW’s tour of Australia continues on strongly. The fans are rabid and excited, with many of them showing off their signs and merch. However, the one thing that is noticeable is the overwhelming amount of red that is seen; the crowd tonight no doubt showing their loyalty to the red brand as Territorial Invasion inches closer. Red pyro goes off on stage, and soon, the camera switches over to a shot of Stew-O, Jake Mercer and Flannery McCoy by their usual commentary desk.)
Stew-O: TWO MORE WEEKS, AND IT IS TERRITORIAL INVASION TIME! THINGS HAVE BEEN HEATING UP WITH ALL THREE BRANDS, BUT IF WE HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY ABOUT IT, DYNASTY WILL PREVAIL!
Jake Mercer: LET THEM KNOW, STEW! TALK THAT TALK!! 🗣️🗣️🗣️ WE’RE SWEEPING AGAIN THIS YEAR AND SHOWDOWN AND VOLTAGE CAN CRY ABOUT IT!!
Flannery McCoy: :mjlol:
Stew-O: Of course, the energy is palpable here tonight as Friday Night Dynasty emanates to all of you from Perth, Australia! Thank you for tuning in and to those who are here with us! I am Stew-O, and as always, I am joined by the ever-enthusiastic and loyal Jake Mercer, and Flannery McCoy.
(“Duel Of The Fates” by Samuel Kim hits the speakers as the New Breed Champion himself, BRAE made his way out. The New Breed Champion had a look of determination and confidence drawn across his face.)
Stew-O: Here comes the New Breed Champion with a look of sheer and utter determination across his face. A man who never drops that poise and allure, as he is determined to reach the finish line every time he is out there.
Flannery McCoy: BRAE has a lot to dish out of his chest though, as he has a point to gather across. Things have been heating up between BRAE and his inevitable collision course with one Chiyo Gedo!
Jake Mercer: There is a lot to let loose, and that is exactly what BRAE is about to ascend. He didn’t waste too much time, he just entered the ring. And it’s evident, he is currently not missing “The Rage”.
(BRAE entered the ring, as his theme song died down. He didn’t want to skip around the bush, he immediately started pacing around the ring as he spoke.)
BRAE: I am not gonna beat around the bush here, I stepped outside the borders of Dynasty for my first time ever. It was cathartic and cutthroat. I knew the situation I was about to enter; and I was fully prepared. But even in an attempt to embrace the unknown, I still was greeted with the unexpected. And that; is why I have a lot to let off my chest. So, where do I even start..? I will and never will in my entire life, back down from a fight. Last week was a personal one for me, I value my matches with Hans Grayson. And when I was THAT close. Inches away from garnering the victory I always valued.. in an instance; boom. It was ripped away from me because of an idiotic stunt from Chiyo Gedo.
(BRAE displayed that immeasurable disappointment, as he shook his head.)
BRAE: I do believe that Chiyo Gedo in his own little head, believes he is ready for a fight. He thinks he is locked in on that idea of greatness, but deep down; he’s cracking underneath the surface pressure. He has the grasp within his reach, but he isn’t going to be able to take it. Because he is not ready. I usually am under the belief that anyone who steps within this ring and looks at me, face to face – they are ready. But Chiyo? beyond his cowardice attempts and lackluster approach to this situation; he is absolutely 110% NOT ready. He doesn’t belong here, and cakewalk himself into the situation where he got to face someone even less passionate than him about this business. When you resort to pathetic outcomes, the proof should be in the pudding.. Chiyo Gedo deserves every negative action that is about to greet him, because he did nothing but shoot himself in the foot. He ruined these chances for himself, now, I must show no mercy.
(BRAE paced around the ring with delivered intensity and promised poise.)
BRAE: But I will be firm and direct – despite my low and honestly disregarded idea on you, Chiyo. I was still willing to be prepared for some sort of fight. I was still willing for it to be a battle, a warfare. But you have shown me you lack on every aspect of that; you are a pathetic coward. You are using Territorial Invasion to show the world what you can do, but in that act of the lead up; you are giving absolutely nothing but acts of cowardice. You may be under the impression that this is your moment but simply put – you will have nothing but dwindled expectations come Territorial Invasion! So, with that promised–
(Just then, BRAE would be interrupted as another crossover from Voltage over to Dynasty made itself apparent! “Red Criminal” by Oral Cigarettes hit the speakers. Chiyo Gedo quickly made his way out!)
Stew-O: Things are about to get hot and heavy ladies and gentlemen! Here comes his opponent for Territorial Invasion Chiyo Gedo!
Flannery McCoy: And let’s be honest, everything is about to hit its boiling point here! BRAE is mad at Chiyo, and vice versa! What is it gonna be!
Jake Mercer: Chiyo Gedo with a microphone gifted at hand. It seems as if he’s gonna talk!!
(Chiyo entered the ring. He looked at BRAE as his theme music died down, and soon he spoke.)
Chiyo Gedo: I don’t think you understand the idea of the situation, BRAE. I look at you – and you present yourself as this indomitable hard to kill giant. You portray yourself as this imperial giant who can’t be taken down. But I know what you ultimately are, a false prophet preaching to an empty sky. I have you figured out, you like to be the quick tone setter. You like to be the one who has it all figured out, but I am not gonna let you win this go around. I am going to set the tone for how this match goes, and it’s a result …. you won’t enjoy it. I will make history and hey, so will you BRAE.
(Chiyo stopped in his tracks to make sure his point got across.)
Chiyo Gedo: I will be on the right side, you unfortunately, will be on the wrong side of history, BRAE. I will have all the answers and I will become New Breed Champion and cement a legendary legacy for myself. And the great history that you have rolling in your favor, will unfortunately… leave you behind.
BRAE: You are a funny man, Chiyo Gedo. I don’t know why it is; you alternate between being hot and cold. You alternate when bringing your game face, but right now as you stand in front of me: all the passion flowing in the wind – the question that begs is; you don’t have what it takes to get past the first step.
Chiyo Gedo: I know what the first step is. I have already passed the first step, this is my second step. And after that, taking your title will be my third step. And then.. you can stand here and talk yourself up all you want, but the inevitable door is about to smack you in the face.
BRAE: I will break through that mythological door, Chiyo. And I will lead you to learn that first and forefront. But history; shows otherwise Chiyo. And last week certainly does also. A man who sets on a pile of failures.
Chiyo Gedo: Last week was whatever you want to call it, but it isn’t for you to dictate BRAE. Me and myself only. So I suggest that you watch what you say, unless you are ready for the consequences.
(Suddenly tensions were maximized, BRAE stood in the face of Chiyo Gedo.)
BRAE: (Off Mic) If you have a problem, we can settle this.
(BRAE was encouraging it, he was prepared, he was ready… but…..)
Chiyo Gedo: (Off Mic) Save it for later.
(Chiyo walked past BRAE, not wanting a fight or any resort of violence. The final shot was an angered BRAE watching on.)
Stew-O: Well, BRAE clearly wanted a fight, but Chiyo Gedo had other things on his mind!
Flannery McCoy: He is playing mind games with BRAE, and as wild as it is to say – he is winning!
Jake Mercer: BRAE has gotten his skin twisted by Chiyo Gedo, let’s see where this goes next…
(With the final look of Chiyo Gedo walking away, Dynasty went elsewhere.)
(A commercial plays for Territorial Invasion.)
Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for ONE FALL!
Crowd: ONE FALL!!!
(‘Monaco’ by Bad Bunny plays and Mikhaila Barra walks out from the back, her feet trudging through the thick fog on the entrance ramp. Mikhaila makes her way down to the ring, sliding in and posing in the center.)
Stephie Love: Introducing first, weighing in at 143 pounds, from Dallas, Texas, she is the LETHAL ADDER… MIKHAILA BARRA!
Stew-O: Mikhaila Barra is still in sight of that big win, and defeating someone who has constantly proven himself on Dynasty like Vincent Mondrian would be huge for her.
Jake Mercer: Without a doubt. She’s had strong showings her last couple of weeks, but Barra needs something that stick and we’ll see if it happens!
(‘Lacrimosa – Epic Version’ by Samuel Kim is next to hit the speakers, and Vincent Mondrian storms out to a loud reaction from the fans. He doesn’t tag any fans, but nods his head to embrace the reaction. Vincent runs up the steps and raises his fists, throwing them out over the ropes.)
Stephie Love: Her opponent, weighing in at 205 pounds, from Laren, Netherlands, he is THE RESOLUTE… VINCENT MONDRIAN!
Flannery McCoy: On the other hand, Vincent Mondrian has been in this position a million times. There’s huge pressure weighing down on him ahead of Territorial Invasion and the last thing he needs to do is give up a match here.
Jake Mercer: We’ve seen how he performs against the top names on Dynasty, Vincent won’t go down without a fight and Barra’s going to have to bring a very tough one.
(DING DING DING!)
Stew-O: We’re off to a start here and both competitors circle around the ring, trying to get a good feel for one another. They extend their hands out, slowly inching forward… And they grab hands, interlocking into a test of strength!
Jake Mercer: Mikhaila Barra struggles, as the stronger Vincent Mondrian begins to push her back… but slowly but surely she starts to stand her ground! Vincent struggles, trying to get her back– but then he sweeps her legs down, pushing her to her back! He drops down, trying for a pinfall– but Barra elevates her legs in the air, holding Vincent’s torso up with her legs!
Stew-O: Impressive core strength and Vincent drops back down to her feet, and Mikhaila holds onto his hands to propel herself up to her feet, and twist into a wheelbarrow victory roll!
Flannery McCoy: NO! VINCENT HOLDS ONTO HER LEGS AS SHE TRIES TO DRAG HIM DOWN! He slowly deadlifts her, wanting a german suplex– but Mikhaila throws a big back elbow! Another elbow! And he releases, holding his forehead. Mikhaila hits off the ropes…
Jake Mercer: And Vincent charges after her, throwing her overhead with a nasty kitchen sink! The knees to the ribs connected hard there and Mikhaila is sitting up, holding her ribs in pain… and VINCENT FOLLOWS WITH A SPINAL TAP! BIG KICK TO THE BACK!
Flannery McCoy: Mikhaila Barra winces, rolling to a kneel. She holds her back in agony and Vincent drags her up, stunning her with an european uppercut! He throws another, and a second one stumbles her into the turnbuckles. Vincent takes her wrist for an irish whip but she counters it, sending Vincent into the turnbuckles herself!
Stew-O: Wasting no time, she runs across the ring with a dropkick to the chest! Barra rises and Vincent staggers out, holding his chest in pain while she clinches her arms around his waist and spins into a belly to belly suplex! First cover of the match from Barra!
Referee: OOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
Jake Mercer: Kick out from Vincent! Barra isn’t upset by it though, hunching over to drag him up… but he slams her head down with a jawbreaker! Barra holds her jaw as she stumbles backwards, and Vincent cracks her with a kesagiri chop! Another one! And a third one, forcing Barra to fall to a kneel as she tends to her neck.
Stew-O: Vincent takes Barra up by the head, lifting her vertically for a BIG TIME SUPLEX! But he’s not done! He holds onto her head and rolls through, this time hooking the leg!
Flannery McCoy: AND VINCENT HOISTS MIKHAILA BARRA UP IN THE AIR, DROPPING BACKWARDS INTO A FISHERMAN’S SUPLEX! THE LEG IS HOOKED FOR THE COVER!
Referee: OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
Stew-O: NOPE! MIKHAILA STAYS IN THIS ONE! Vincent shakes his head, certainly wanting this over with sooner than later. Mikhaila rolls away to the ropes and Vincent rises up, dragging her up. He nails her with a roundhouse kick to the chest! Mikhaila winces, and now Vincent starts throwing shoot kicks at her!
Flannery McCoy: In the corner too! Mikhaila is covering up to the best of her ability, but the kicks are starting to make Barra crumble and she falls into a seated position in the corner! Vincent turns around and hits the corner with authority! HE CHARGES IN–
Jake Mercer: SUPERKICK FROM MIKHAILA PUTS VINCENT DOWN ON THE MAT! THE PRECISION ON THAT ONE WAS BEAUTIFUL! VINCENT IS DOWN!
Stew-O: Mikhaila rises up to her feet, nodding her head! She quickly steps out of the ring, making her way to the top rope… Vincent pushes his hands onto the mat and rises up as well.
Flannery McCoy: DIVING CROSSBODY FROM MIKHAILA BARRA! AND SHE PUTS VINCENT DOWN! AGAIN, ANOTHER HOOK OF THE LEG!
Referee: OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
Referee: TTTTTTTTTTTTTWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW–
Jake Mercer: BUT VINCENT MONDRIAN FINDS A WAY TO GET HIS SHOULDER UP! Mikhaila slaps the mat! She claps her hands, calling for Vincent to rise…
Flannery McCoy: And she spins backwards, trying to rotate into a roundhouse kick– but Vincent blocks it with his hands, slamming his forearms into her shin! She stumbles, and then Vincent takes the leg and rotates into a DRAGON SCREW LEGWHIP!
Stew-O: He’s not done, though! Vincent takes the leg of Mikhaila and floats over into a HALF BOSTON CRAB WITH THAT SAME LEG! HE PUSHES BACK ON THE LEG AND MIKHAILA CRIES OUT IN AGONY!
Jake Mercer: That’s immense pressure on the leg right there! AND NOT TO MENTION, HE’S BENDING BACK! THAT’S PRESSURE ON THE LUNGS OF MIKHAILA BARRA!
Stew-O: Vincent Mondrian is known for being a very precise competitor and this is why! He’s working hard on a pivotal part of Barra’s offense, and she’s trying to crawl to the ropes but she can’t get there!
Jake Mercer: LOOK AT THIS! VINCENT HOOKS THE LEG AND SPINS BACK INTO A STF! BEAUTIFUL TRANSITION! NOW VINCENT HAS HIS ARMS FIRMLY LOCKED AROUND THE JAW OF MIKHAILA BARRA! HE PULLS BACK, GIVING HER VERY LITTLE SPACE TO PROCESSS!
Flannery McCoy: BARRA DIGS HER FINGERS INTO THE CANVAS BUT IT’S NO USE! SHE REACHES FOR THE ROPES BUT VINCENT CONTINUES TO PULL BACK ON HER HEAD! MIKHAILA SCREAMS OUT IN AGONY, CONSIDERING TAPPING!
Jake Mercer: NOT YET! THERE’S STILL HEART IN HER! SHE BEGINS CRAWLING, WHILE VINCENT IS ON TOP OF HER! THAT’S RIDICULOUS STRENGTH AND GRIT!
Stew-O: ALMOST THERE– VINCENT’S EYES WIDEN WHEN HE REALIZES THIS! HE TRIES TO REACH FOR HER ARM, BUT IT GIVES HER ENOUGH SPACE TO FREE HERSELF OF THE LOCK AROUND HER MOUTH!
Jake Mercer: ELBOWS FROM BARRA! MORE ELBOWS! VINCENT’S GOT THE LEG HOOKED AS SHE CONTINUES TO PULL HERSELF FORWARD–
Flannery McCoy: AND SHE GRABS THE BOTTOM ROPE! THE REFEREE RUSHES OVER, BREAKING UP THE HOLD!
Stew-O: Vincent rolls off of Mikhaila, breathing heavily. That took just as much energy to lock it in and transition submission holds as it did escaping it! Vincent plants his hands onto the mat, taking time to recover while Barra has rolled to the apron, clutching at her knee in deep pain.
Jake Mercer: He slowly rises, reaching for Barra… BUT SHE PULLS HIM DOWN WITH A HOTSHOT! Vincent falls forward, holding his throat! He coughs out in pain and now his breathing has gotten even heavier! On the other side, Mikhaila looks up to the top rope and begins to crawl to it!
Flannery McCoy: She hustles up the top rope, pulling herself up with literally one leg! Vincent is trying to get up meanwhile… AND MIKHAILA JUMPS OFF THE TOP ROPE WITH A MISSILE DROPKICK!
Stew-O: GRAVE MISTAKE! VINCENT CATCHES HER LEGS! He tries to twist for a sharpshooter– but no! Mikhaila learned her lesson! She shoves Vincent back with all of her might! Vincent falls backwards, struggling up…
Jake Mercer: He rises and approaches Mikhaila, WHO TOSSES HIM WITH A BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX INTO THE TURNBUCKLES! VINCENT HOLDS HIS BACK, YELLING OUT IN AGONY!
Stew-O: Mikhaila uses the ropes to rise, slapping at her leg to try and get some feeling back into it. Vincent limps up to his feet, and swings for Mikhaila who hoists him upside down for HER PATENTED MICHINOKU DRIVER! VINCENT NEARLY GOT DROPPED ONTO HIS NECK THERE! SHE HOOKS THE LEGS!
Referee: OOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
Referee: TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Flannery McCoy: KICK OUT JUST IN TIME FROM VINCENT! MIKHAILA FALLS BACKWARDS, GASPING OUT! SHE THOUGHT SHE HAD VINCENT THERE! And judging by Vincent’s expression as he starts to come to… he may have thought the same thing!
Stew-O: Now Mikhaila is scrambling! What will it take to win tonight?! She rises to her feet, reaching out for Vincent– VINCENT GRABS HER FINGERS AND SNAPS THEM! SHE SCREAMS OUT IN AGONY!
Jake Mercer: ENZUIGIRI FROM VINCENT DROPS HER AGAINST THE TURNBUCKLES! HE RISES TO HIS FEET AND HITS OFF THE TURNBUCKLES! ‘THE FLYING DUTCHMAN!’ LEAPING DROPKICK TO THE HEAD AGAINST THE TURNBUCKLES!
Flannery McCoy: He wastes no time, pulling her up! He leans her against his side, grabbing in an inverted bulldog as he twists into the ‘VAN GOGH ASCENDANCY!’ SPIKES HER ON HER HEAD! AND HE ROLLS HER OVER FOR THE COVER!
Referee: OOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
Referee: TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Referee: TTTTTTTTTTTHHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
(DING DING DING!)
Stephie Love: Here is your winner of this match, VINCENT MONDRIAN!
(Vincent rises to his feet, shaking his head. The referee takes his arm and raises it up high. He looks down at Mikhaila, not satisfied. Vincent walks to the ropes and steps out, making his way to the back.)
Stew-O: Strong victory from Vincent, earning him some more momentum going into Territorial Invasion, but clearly he doesn’t seem happy about the win.
Jake Mercer: Vincent’s very harsh on himself and I’m sure that he’s more interested in facing tougher, more experienced competition. Mikhaila fought hard, but Vincent just proved why he’s helping represent Dynasty.
(Vincent raises his arm up one more time before Dynasty fades elsewhere.)
(Friday Night Dynasty returns to show the backstage area of the RAC Arena, with a pair of feet seen walking through the hallway as they stop at a door. After a moment, a knock is heard, with the camera going inside the room to show Kensingten Calhoun-Astor and Richard Grant, both seated behind their respective desks inside of their office. Richard perks up from his business, as he shouts to welcome them in.)
Richard Grant: Come in!
(The door opens and as the shot pans up, it’s revealed to be Isaac Crowe. He gives a big smile as he tilts his head, with both Kensi and Richard awkwardly reciprocating the gesture, clearly weirded out by him and his presence.)
Isaac Crowe: Hello, I was invited here?
Kensingten Calhoun-Astor: Indeed you were, we’d like to talk. Please, feel free to take a seat.
(Isaac nods his head as he makes his way over, pulling up a chair for himself as he sits across from the two of them.)
Isaac Crowe: Might I say, it’s an honor to be an ambassador of Friday Night Dynasty as I have been these past couple of weeks. The people who have infiltrated this brand from Showdown and Voltage have been nuisances to say the least, but with the guidance of Mother Usher I feel as though we have made significant progress toward brand supremacy.
Richard Grant: Mother Usher…?
Kensingten Calhoun-Astor: Well, I’ll be damned! That’s certainly sweet of you, Isaac. In fact, that’s exactly what we desired out of a competitor like yourself. We called you down here because we have an opportunity for you.
(Isaac’s smile grows, as Kensi and Richard look toward one another, wondering if they’re going to regret this considering his nature.)
Isaac Crowe: What might that be?
Richard Grant: Well, while you’re not exactly our cup of tea when it comes to what Friday Night Dynasty has to offer, we can’t deny that you have been putting in the work. You have been a standout since your debut and have been quite persistent in your efforts, and for that we figured that it would only be right to reward you as we would anyone else in your position.
Kensingten Calhoun-Astor: Now, while the immediate thought was putting you into a match at Territorial Invasion, we realized that the card is already quite full with the show being two weeks away. But despite that, we have been able to slot you in for a space if you so choose.
(Isaac nods his head.)
Isaac Crowe: Of course, if that is what you desire, I am quite interested myself.
Richard Grant: I am sure that you’ve heard of the Divide & Conquer match, it is a staple of the Territorial Invasion Marquee Event and a match that all of the new and upcoming stars happen to participate in. While it is quite the chaotic match and never one to go down peacefully, it’s easy to look back and see how many people have thrived from it. With the winners becoming bigger and better stars than they were coming into it, and the Elitists in the match who had a stellar performance being propped for great things themselves. It’s just like any multi-person match in this company where you’d get some eyes on you and some well-needed recognition.
Kensingten Calhoun-Astor: This year it’s going to be Dynasty & Voltage versus Showdown, and while everything else seems to be sorted, it seems that we’ve been particularly lacking on the Dynasty side of things in regards to the Divide & Conquer match. We need two Elitists to represent us alongside the ones already fighting for Voltage, and right now if things go how we plan to… we’re looking at one of them right now.
(Kensi gives a genuine smile to Isaac as he clasps his hands together. He thinks for a moment before nodding his head at this.)
Issac Crowe: This was interesting indeed, I am glad that I showed up. I do agree that this is the right opportunity to give me some recognition, and I appreciate that I was the first person that you thought of for such an honor. I know that it hasn’t been the best of times these past couple of weeks, and I’ve found myself on the losing end of certain situations on multiple occasions, but each time I have brushed it off and persisted, and perhaps that’s why I opened some eyes toward me in the first place. I do cherish this brand, especially now that it’s the one that is going to give me my first opportunity, and I think that this is the perfect way to go about things.
Richard Grant: Well we’re certainly glad to hear that. So what do you say? Do we have a done deal? Isaac Crowe as the first Dynasty member on the Divide & Conquer match?
(Isaac pauses before nodding his head.)
Issac Crowe: I accept. I do have to confer with Mother Usher to see what the best course of action for a match like this is, but I assure you right now that I will not let you down. The journey has only begun for me, and while we have hit roadblocks, I feel as though this is my moment and I am going to seize it. I will prepare at length for this match and whomever teams with me in the endeavor I will be happy to cooperate. But I do know the specifics of this match, and I do know even if the team wins that it will be every person for themselves, and I will make sure when the time comes for that I am not just fighting for this brand, but I am fighting for myself as well.
Kensingten Calhoun-Astor: Well that’s all we would ever want for you! Don’t make us regret this, Isaac. That is all.
(Issac nods his head as he stands up and turns around, making his way out of the office. As he does, Kensi and Richard look toward one another.)
Kensingten Calhoun-Aster: So, we almost have got every single person we can possibly squander out for this year’s Divide and Conquer! I feel as if we have done a complete job at figuring it all out..! However, There is still one more body to float out. What are we thinking?
Richard Grant: I think that there is a very huge roster of talents that would be absolutely grateful to go to war for us! I think we start looking and perfectly craft the smart enough puzzle.
Kensingten Calhoun-Aster: I’d honestly even say – with how well we have structured the match. We just have to find someone potentially even SUITABLE to stand in and be a half consistent over in the corner, and we have put out the greatest Divide and Conquer team we ever have!
Richard Grant: Well… what about..
Kensingten Calhoun-Aster: What about…?
Richard Grant: The one we put out next year of course! And the year after that, and the year after that! Our hierarchy won’t ever slow down.
(Kensingten simply chuckled as she nodded her head.)
Kensingten Calhoun-Aster: I hear no lies coming out of your mouth!
Richard Grant: But when I look and see who the last person could be, there are a few names that hit my head.
Kensingten Calhoun-Aster: We have very advanced and calculated statistics. We pay attention; and fortunately for us. We have just a bit more time to figure that out dear!
???: Hold the phone for just a moment.
(Kensi and Richard would have their self parade paused. As they turned and saw – well; Mia Santoro. Mia was angered and she didn’t look like she wanted to hear anybody out!)
Mia Santoro: Are you joking with me right now? I want you to see the absolute anger written across my face right now. Because why the hell have you made me the perennial trainee of the newbie? Do I look like the teacher of fundamental wrestling training? I am sorry, but Saori Aizen couldn’t properly do anything right if she was given the task to go get water from the sink! And look—
Richard Grant: Calm down, calm down! Take this one breath at a time, if you couldn’t see, we were having a busy discussion before you-
Mia Santoro: I am sorry. But you don’t give me time to talk, I give you none either. Look, I just don’t understand why I am having my career delayed. Why am I stuck with Saori Aizen? WHY?
???: Stuck?
(Mia Santoro almost said those words at a comedic pace. Because soon, Saori Aizen approached..)
Saori Aizen: Look Mia, I heard all of the talk that you had to say about me. “Newbie training”. And whatever other picture you wanna paint. But if you wanna be honest and upfront with yourselves the only reason we lost that tag team match — IS BECAUSE OF YOU.
Mia Santoro: Because of… me? Are you being serious now? Because of me? I was forced to be a professional newbie trainer. I had to babysit to make sure you didn’t screw this up! There was not a damn thing wrong with how I conducted that match. If you wanna talk about the problem; THAT PROBLEM IS YOU.
(Mia Santoro shouted loudly as the scene was getting tense between Mia Santoro and Saori Aizen. But Saori just remained calm, and simply laughed.)
Saori Aizen: I find it very humorous with how you keep portraying yourself. So perfect with zero flaws, but yet. You will always bend the straws in your favor. You are never gonna tell the truth. You are not gonna take accountability. And I find that so funny, you made countless mistakes. Yet you will own up to zero. Keep pretending the issues aren’t glaringly apparent. Keep pretending like it wasn’t your fault. Keep pretending like you aren’t the problem.
Mia Santoro: I will keep KNOWING my worth. I will keep knowing my FAITH. I should be on such a higher pedestal. And my God. I am so sick.
Saori Aizen: You continue to be sick, yet you remain in bed with the same cold and flu. This has been the theme for a year now. Only others can be at your fault, and never yourself. You refuse anything that can benefit you, and it’s a damn shame how pathetic you really are. You just make me shake my head, because you truly do smack all the markers.
Kensingten Calhoun-Aster: OKAY! Let’s settle down here for a moment. We settle this out there, not here.
Richard Grant: So, if you wanna settle that out there, then you can go then.
(Richard slowly moves Saori and Mia towards the door.. but an epiphany was hit by Kensi.)
Kensingten Calhoun-Aster: Wait a second. I had an idea that just popped into my mind.
(Richard turned around as his attention was focused back to Kensi.)
Richard Grant: Yeah? Usually when you have that look on your face, it comes with a bright idea. What is it?
Kensingten Calhoun-Aster: If they have so much of an issue, what if we kill two birds with one stone here.
Richard Grant: Two birds, one stone. What idea are we rolling with forsure?
Kensingten Calhoun-Aster: We need a final competitor in the Divide and Conquer match. Both of these women want to go to war. So, with that stated; what do you say ladies?
(Saori and Mia came to a complete stop. A huge opportunity greets itself, as they look at one another. And then; a nod followed.)
Mia Santoro: Perfect for me. I won’t be squandering this opportunity.
Saori Aizen: Neither will I.
(With that stated, the two women left the room at separate times as Dynasty would fade elsewhere. The final shot being the laughing faces of Richard Grant and Kensingten. They once again schemed up a grand idea.)
(‘Notorious’ by UPSAHL begins to play through the speakers as Mia Santoro comes out, soaking in the spotlight of the RAC Arena. She does a cute little pose on top of the ramp before making her way down the ramp, doing her typical trash talking.)
Stephie Love: THE FOLLOWING MATCH IS SCHEDULED FOR ONE FALL –
Crowd: ONE FALL!!!!!!!
Stephie Love: INTRODUCING FIRST…FROM KEY WEST, FLORIDA…SHE IS ‘LA DESPERADA’…MIA SANTORO!!!!!!
Stew-O: Last week, Mia Santoro teamed with Saori Aizen to face Fire & Ice in a losing effort. Now, Mia had some things to say to Saori leading up to the match. And, it led to the communication being off in the match as Fire & Ice were able to take advantage of that!
Flannery McCoy: Mia Santoro took some disrespect to Saori Aizen pulling Mia to their corner, so that Saori could find herself in the match. And well, Mia learned what happens on why good communication is important.
Jake Mercer: Mia Santoro was more than capable of making the tag for herself. Saori Aizen thought she was helping, but it was making it seem like Mia couldn’t do anything at all. A simple tag is possible.
(‘Sinister Purpose’ by Creedence Clearwater Revival begins to play. Kirk Redwood feels fired up as he comes out from the back. He is straight to the point and heads down to the ring with no theatrics or poses for the camera.)
Stephie Love: INTRODUCING HER OPPONENT…FROM BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS…WEIGHTING IN AT 210 POUNDS…HE IS ‘THE WAR DOG’…KIRK REDWOOD!!!!!
Stew-O: Here is the man who has a very important date at Territorial Invasion against Hans Grayson for the Interwire Championship. Kirk is looking to give Hans a great showing of what he is capable of before they clash.
Flannery McCoy: Kirk Redwood has had a few championship opportunities in the past, but no success. Still, it has not wavered his aspirations to get some single’s gold around his waist. It’s still part of his agenda to bring home to his girlfriend and daughter.
Jake Mercer: Now, that’s sweet and what not, but Hans Grayson is the Interwire Champion that the Dynasty brand needs! He’s got the co-GM’s seal of approval. Do you think that Kirk Redwood is suited to be Interwire Champion?
Stew-O: It would definitely make things more interesting around here.
(Hans Grayson is seen at ringside. He’s right in front of the commentator’s desk. The Interwire Championship is shining on his shoulder as he looks confidently at Kirk Redwood, who has an unreadable face. He looks right back at Mia Santoro like he wants to kill her and that lets Hans know that Kirk is ready for the kill.)
(DING! DING! DING!)
Stew-O: MIA SANTORO JUMPS RIGHT AT KIRK REDWOOD AS SHE CONNECTS WITH SOME FRANTIC LEFT AND RIGHT PUNCHES TO KIRK AS SHE TAKES HIM TO THE HORIZONTAL SET OF ROPES! MIA COMES IN SWINGING AS KIRK MANAGES TO PUSH HER AWAY FROM HIM! MIA GOES RIGHT AFTER KIRK, BUT KIRK MANAGES TO TACKLE HER DOWN TO THE MAT! He connects with a knee to her gut before going back, rebounding himself off the horizontal set of ropes and knocking her forward with a knee strike to her skull! But, we see that Mia is looking to get herself up as Kirk takes her down with a clothesline!
Flannery McCoy: Mia Santoro is knocked down as Kirk Redwood has Mia by her arm! He yanks her up to her feet by her arm before pushing her into the horizontal set of ropes! He whips her to the opposite set of ropes across from them as Mia rebounds off that set of ropes! Kirk looks to go for another clothesline, but Mia ducks the clothesline as Kirk manages to stumble forward, not able to recapture his balance! Mia connects with a low dropkick to the back of Kirk’s leg as that takes him down to a one! Mia gets in front of Kirk as she follows that up with a shining wizard as she looks to knock Kirk to the side, but Kirk ducks his head at the last second as Mia stumbles past, but Kirk manages to counter with a roll up!
ONE! TWO!
Jake Mercer: Mia Santoro with a kick out! She manages to escape the roll up attempt! She finds her way back up as Kirk Redwood gets to his feet shortly after! Mia goes right after Kirk as she looks to connect with a big boot to his face, but Kirk manages to catch Mia by her boot as Mia might be regretting that — side Russian leg sweep as that takes Mia to the side! Kirk rises up as he looks at Hans Grayson, who has been quietly observing this match! Kirk turns his attention back to Mia, who is starting to get herself into a crawling position! He kicks the back of her head which takes her back down! He gets each leg on the side of Mia before picking her up and taking her back with a deadlift German suplex! This takes Mia to her back as she rolls herself back to the corner!
Stew-O: Kirk Redwood turns himself around! He refuses to waste any time as he connects with a running uppercut to Mia Santoro! Mia is knocked into a seated position at the corner as Kirk begins to stomp on the face of Mia! That seems to be Mia’s money-maker there, but she can handle this punishment! Kirk manages to grab her from underneath her chin before pushing her back against the corner and connecting with a knife-edge chop to the chest! Mia shrieks in pain! I can’t imagine how that must have felt! Kirk connects with another knife-edge chop to the chest! This takes her to a seated position on the second rope! Kirk looks for a third knife-edge chop to the chest! BUT, WE SEE THAT MIA MANAGES TO THROW A PUNCH AS SHE BACKS KIRK AWAY FROM HER! MIA GETS HERSELF INTO A VERTICAL BASE AS SHE LOOKS TO PUNCH HER WAY OUT OF THIS SITUATION WITH KIRK! AND ANOTHER ONE! AND ANOTHER ONE! AND ANOTHER ONE! SHE CONNECTS WITH A GIANT DROPKICK TO THE GUT AS THAT TAKES KIRK TO THE HORIZONTAL ROPES!
Flannery McCoy: Mia Santoro charges right after Kirk Redwood and connects with a spinning wheel kick as he manages to knock ‘The War Dog’ over the ropes! Mia turns Kirk around as she drapes his head on the middle rope! Now, we see that Mia is applying the rope choke! She is soaking in this spotlight as she begins to trash talk to Kirk! Kirk is using his hands to rip the grasp that Mia has in hime, but it’s no use! The referee is going to have to step in and stop this!
Referee: (off-mic) ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! GET OFF OF HIM, MIA!
Jake Mercer: Mia Santoro steps off and away from Kirk Redwood! Kirk uses this small separation to get himself to his feet! Mia goes right after him and nails him with a knee strike as that manages to take him down once more! Mia begins to connect with a series of rapid mudhole stomps to the face of Kirk as she picks up by that messed up hair and up to his feet! She throws him forehead first against the turnbuckle as he turns around! Mia begins to stomp on his guts before grabbing him from underneath his chin and takes him forward with a rolling snapmare! Mia runs right after him and connects with a meteora to the back of his head! His head slams against the mat as Mia goes for the cover, hoping to make easy work on the man that’s set to face Hans Grayson at Territorial Invasion!
OOOOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEE!!!!!!!
TTTTTWWWWWWOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Stew-O: Kirk Redwood with a kick out! Mia Santoro begins to hype herself up as she looks to the ropes in front of her! She runs towards them, spring boarding to and from the second rope and connecting with a gorgeous moonsault as she lands right on the stomach of Kirk! She goes for another cover attempt!
OOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
TTTTWWWWWOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Flannery McCoy: Kirk Redwood with another kick out! Mia Santoro manages to pick him up before placing him in a front headlock! She connects with a couple of punches to the spine as she manages to knock him down to one knee! She backs up to the vertical set of ropes as she runs towards him and takes him down with a headscissors take down as he flies across the ring! Mia finds her way back to her feet as charges right towards him, looking for a meteora! NO! KIRK REDWOOD MANAGES TO HOIST HER UP AND LOOKS TO TAKE HER DOWN WITH A POWERBOMB POSITION! NO! IT SEEMS LIKE MIA IS HANGING ON FOR DEAR LIFE! SHE’S DANGLING UPSIDE DOWN AS SHE REFUSES FOR KIRK TO SLAM HER DOWN TO THE MAT!
Jake Mercer: It seems like Kirk Redwood is going to need to change his strategy around as she manages to connect with a package piledriver that spikes Mia Santoro on the back of her head! Kirk turns his attention to Hans Grayson, who stares down his next challenger for the Interwire Championship! Kirk picks up Mia as it looks like he is ready to wrap up this match! Kirk manages to run the horizontal ropes in front of him, springboard off of them and look for that superman punch! ‘Cal .50’ connects, BUT MIA MANAGES TO ROLL OUT OF THE RING BEFORE KIRK COULD CONNECT WITH THE PUNCH! HE WAS CLOSE THERE, BUT DO NOT SLEEP ON MIA SANTORO!
Stew-O: DON’T SLEEP ON KIRK REDWOOD, JAKE! KIRK IS NOT GOING TO ALLOW FOR MIA SANTORO TO WASTE ANY OF HIS TIME AS HE LAUNCHES HIMSELF THROUGH THE MIDDLE ROPE AND CONNECTS WITH A SUICIDE DIVE INTO A TILT-A-WHIRL DDT AS THAT SENDS MIA BUMPING BACK TO OUR TABLE! I HOPE THAT MIA IS OKAY, BUT IT SEEMS LIKE KIRK IS ENJOYING THIS BIT OF CHAOS! He stares right at Hans Grayson as he slowly backs away! It seems like Hans is allowing Kirk to get through his match with Mia! Kirk grabs Mia by her shoulders before lifting her up and throwing her to the edge of the apron! Mia collapses down as Kirk looks back at Hans, looking to see if he’s going to pull any funny business! But, Hans remains unmoved!
Flannery McCoy: Mia Santoro tries to find her way back to her feet as Kirk Redwood connects with an uppercut that sends her back to the edge of the apron! He gets her in a front headlock before lifting her up and connecting with a front suplex as he places her on top of those steel steps! Mia is dangling like a seesaw as Kirk connects with a knee strike to the side of Mia’s skull —
Jake Mercer: BUT, MIA SANTORO MANAGES TO GET HERSELF OUT OF THE SITUATION! SHE SLIDES OFF THE STEEP STEPS AS IT CAUSES KIRK REDWOOD TO BUMP HIS KNEE ON THE STEEL RING POST! MIA GETS RIGHT BEHIND KIRK BEFORE KNOCKING HIM BACK WITH A ROLLING WHEEL KICK THAT SHE CALLS ‘KILLING MOON!’ THIS KNOCKS HIM BACK TO THE APRON AS MIA LIFTS UP KIRK AND ROLLS HIM BACK INSIDE THE RING! MIA SLIDES BACK INSIDE THE RING SOON AFTER AS SHE WAITS FOR KIRK TO FIND HIMSELF BACK TO HIS FEET BEFORE NAILING HIM WITH A SUPERKICK TO THE KNEE AS THAT CAUSES HIM TO STUMBLE DOWN AND CONNECT WITH A ROUNDHOUSE KICK — ‘TWO FOR THE ROAD!’ MIA GOES FOR THE COVER! IS SHE GOING TO GET A VICTORY OVER THE MAN FACING HANS GRAYSON FOR THE INTERWIRE CHAMPIONSHIP??
OOOOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEEE!!!!!
TTTTTWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOO
TT—
Stew-O: Kirk Redwood with a kick! Mia Santoro begins to hype herself up as she begins to pick up Kirk! I think that she may be looking for that gut wrench backstabber! She calls that ‘Safe Passage,’ I believe? If she is able to nail this next move, I think that she may have this match in the bag! Is this move going to connect!
Flannery McCoy: NO! KIRK REDWOOD WAS ABLE TO ESCAPE IT! HE STANDS RIGHT BEHIND MIA SANTORO BEFORE CONNECTING WITH A KNEE STRIKE TO THE BACK OF HER HEAD — ‘BLITZKRIEG BOP’ CONNECTS AS THAT TAKES MIA DOWN! KIRK GETS RIGHT IN FRONT OF MIA, WHO IS CLUTCHING THE BACK OF HER HEAD AS SHE FINDS HER WAY BACK TO HER FEET AS — ‘PAROLE VIOLATION!’ THE SOMERSAULT INTO A SPEAR TAKES DOWN MIA SANTORO! KIRK WITH THE COVER! IS THIS GOING TO BE IT HERE??!?!
OOOOOOONNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
TTTTTWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
TTTTTHHHHHHRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
(DING! DING! DING!)
(‘Sinister Purpose’ plays once more as Kirk Redwood rolls off Mia Santoro. He gets to his feet and allows for the referee to raise his hand in the air.)
Stephie Love: THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH…KIRK REDWOOD!!!!!!
Jake Mercer: And, just like that, Kirk Redwood manages to secure the victory over Mia Santoro with a ‘Blitzkrieg Bop’ and ‘Parole Violation!’ It can be argued that Mia may have had this match won!
Stew-O: That quick thinking by Kirk Redwood seemed to benefit him in the end. Now, Kirk turns his attention to Hans Grayson who raises the Interwire Championship above his head! He is more than ready for Territorial Invasion!
(Hans Grayson is at ringside as he raises the Interwire Championship above his head. He says a few things to Kirk Redwood. Kirk gestures for the title around his waist. He is more than ready for Territorial Invasion. The two men stare at each other as the scene leaves to go elsewhere.)
(A commercial plays for the Silent Hill 2 Remake, with Voltage’s Michael Machina wondering how the hell we jumped from the first to the second game getting a remake. You game companies are getting goofy as fuck. Be serious.)
(‘Judas’ by Lady Gaga plays. The fans all come to a stand and cheer as Holly Arrow emerges and shows up on stage. The former Unified Tag Team Champion and one-third of the women competing in the Women’s Showcase triple threat match at Territorial Invasion has a small smile on her face. She acknowledges the fans briefly before she poses and heads down the ramp, making her way towards the Dynasty ring.)
Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome ‘The Seraph’… HOOOOOOOOLLLLLYYYYYY AAAAAARRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!
Stew-O: Expectations are certainly high for this young woman as we get closer to Territorial Invasion. She said that she isn’t looking to win the upcoming triple threat match against Aria Lestrade and Diamond Dixon for the sake of brand supremacy and loyalty but for her own self. Defeating them would no doubt help to steer the ship back into the right direction for her career, especially with her desiring to become a world champion. Holly is the kind of woman who will not relent until she accomplishes her goals, and with her having her eyes set on Territorial Invasion, it could be her chance to show the world that she means business.
Jake Mercer: She already had a great turnaround with her career before the terrorist known as Harper Lee betrayed her and put her out of action for months. Holly came back, and while she lost at Pain for Pride and Reckless Wiring, none of that is dampening her spirits. She’s used to adversity, anyways. People can and will weaponized how long it has taken for her to get things to click, but the one thing about Holly is that she doesn’t let the noise get to her. Aria and Diamond thought they were going to get underneath her skin this past Sunday when they came across each other, but that was far from the case.
Flannery McCoy: And that’s a good thing, especially with the kind of women Diamond and Aria are. They weaponize everything they can about their opponents, digging deep to find dirt that can throw them off their game. If Holly ever allowed for either of them to get into her head, then she would practically be handing them the victory.
Stew-O: Something she definitely doesn’t want. Holly has big aspirations for herself this season, and as we are two weeks away from Territorial Invasion, Holly is ready to show everyone how great she truly can be!
(Holly enters the ring and is handed a microphone. ‘Judas’ fades. The fans contine to cheer until Holly begins to speak, causing them to quiet down as they listen to her words intently.)
Holly Arrow: Well, it wouldn’t be Territorial Invasion season without some petty jabs being thrown, right?
(She chuckles before continuing.)
Holly Arrow: Honestly, I wasn’t surprised by the words that were traded last weekend. Diamond Dixon and ARIA were going to try and rub some salt into my wounds to get me rattled. The three of us exchanged some words and I will admit that it was a bit tense. However, I am not shaken up by that whatsoever. It isn’t the first time and it definitely isn’t going to be the last time I have opponents go for the lowest-hanging fruit imaginable when it comes to me. I’m used to it at this rate. No point in taking it personally, especially when this time of year for EAW always brings out the ugly side of Elitists. What they had to say doesn’t make me any less determined to beat them and walk out with the win. In fact, dare I say I am even more motivated now because of them. There’s nothing I love more than proving people wrong when it comes to me. It may have taken me a longer time to figure out how to get the gears to roll, but now that I know how to do it, I’m not turning back.
(The fans pop for Holly’s words.)
Holly Arrow: Territorial Invasion is something I definitely look forward to. Aside from the fact that I can avenge myself after losing in one of the main event matches last year, it also gives me the perfect opportunity to bring me one step closer to my championship goals. Being able to beat two women who will no doubt be at their top of their respective games in order to cut me down will be the step in the right direction for me. Diamond and Aria may not be the most decorated ‘world beaters’ out here in this promotion, but they have a lot of spunk behind them, and it just makes me ready to beat both of their asses soon enough. They can say whatever they want, but talk is ultimately cheap. I know I am more than capable of beating those two. I know I have what it takes to get the job done. My goals are not going to be deterred by anyone from here on out, and they’re included in that. But with me getting to know those two a little better now, I am more than certain that they have a different opinion than me on that.
Holly Arrow: So, I’m not going to waste any more time. Those two had a lot to say last week and I think they have even more to tell me tonight. Aria? Diamond? If you really stand by everything you said, then you would have no problem coming out here and telling me straight to my face again.
(The fans buzz in anticipation after Holly threw those words down. Soon, ‘GOSSIP’ by Maneskin plays, and the crowd boos. Aria Lestrade comes on out, and she’s… laughing? Shaking her head and all. She stands on the stage fo a moment and gives a pitiful head shake towards Holly who raises a brow, wondering what she coud possibly be amused by. At least she doesn’t need to wait long. The blonde strolls down the ramp and enters the ring and her theme song would fade off.)
Aria Lestrade: Okay, Holly, okay. You sure are determined, aren’t you? I mean, it’s cute and all, but where did that determination get you aside from having to get carried to your first-ever championship with a woman who was more than well versed with the tag division? That doesn’t scream being the best to me. At least I was able to win the Specialists championship on my own. You had ample time and opportunity to make a name for yourself but didn’t. I didn’t say the things last week to try and get underneath your skin – they’re the truth. Plain and simple. Only one of us can realistically become a future world champion, and it sure as hell isn’t you.
(More boos emanate from the fans. However, Holly gives a curt shrug towards Aria before responding.)
Holly Arrow: Really? You won that title by yourself, meaning you single-handidly overcame the odds that were placed on you inside of that Specialists chamber, or did you actually mean to say that your old best friends helped even the playing field against a group that was trying to cause havoc within that division? Come on, Aria. You are so much better than this… or, well, you were, but now you have become this delusional shell of a woman and it is a sad sight to see.
Aria Lestrade: Me? Delusional!? I’m not the one who has blown away all of the opportunities I had.
Holly Arrow: Oh yeah? So what exactly happened with Jon Kelton? Adam Lucas? Minerva? Veena Adams? That’s at least four title matches you had last season that you lost, and hopefully those are the only ones as I feel like I may be forgetting another!
Aria Lestrade: Oh, ha, ha, ha, very funny, Holly. However, this is the pot calling the kettle black. You’re a career loser, and there’s no changing that.
Holly Arrow: Well, if I’m that, then what are you exactly? Look, I actually have no interest in punching down on you, but if you’re going to make some digs at me, then you need to make sure those don’t apply to you as well. In fact, both of us have lost one marquee match already this season. We both have some progress that need to be made. However, I can actually be upfront and honest about that – and I definitely don’t tear down others for having to deal with the same thing. Hypocrisy isn’t cute, and it’s not going to make you a winner.
Aria Lestrade: Honestly, Holly, you can save that crap. I don’t care about what you think. Call it hypocrisy or whatever, but the fact remains that since returning, you haven’t moved a single needle. Funny how you want to bring up Minerva when she beat you, too. Before that it was Hikari, and while I can give you a benefit of the doubt seeing as how Harper Lee is a rat, you couldn’t even pay her back for it!
Holly Arrow: Yeah, here we go again…
Aria Lestrade: Sorry to be repetitive, but if you aren’t doing anything you actually change as a competitor… then what is going to make this match different for you? It’s the same song and dance with you and has been for a good while now. You’re just never going to break out as a singles star. It’s fine to accept that! There are plenty of people here who can’t be good but they accept their fate and understand their true roles in this promotion. Why can’t you?
Holly Arrow: Because “accepting” would be admitting defeat, and I have and will never be that kind of person, Aria.
Aria: Ha! Well, you better get started, because at Territorial Invasion, not a damn thing is going to change with you—
(Aria gets cut off as ‘Okay’ by JT hits. Both women turn their attention to the stage where Diamond Dixon walks on out.)
Diamond Dixon: Okay, okay, okay, the both of you can shut up now, ‘cause no one here wants to hear and see the two of you have a mid-off right there in the center of the ring. It’s embarrassing!
Holly Arrow: Not as embarrassing as you taking a hike after losing your only championship match.
(Diamond pauses, but rolls her eyes and walks up the steps.)
Diamond Dixon: Oh, so now you got jokes, huh? Better than you trying to be the female Bronson Daniels talking about how you’re finally gonna turn things around for yourself. Newsflash, dummy: you tried that already, MULTIPLE of times, and it got you nowhere.
(She gets in the ring, where she comes face to face with Aria and Holly.)
Diamond Dixon: Like, honestly do neither of you get tired of failing over and over again? I get that people wanna try and change. You shouldn’t have to quit at the first sign of a challenge. However, both of you had your fifteen minutes of fame and time’s up. Pack it up! Give it a rest! Y’all two are not going to become champions again. Not when I’m back and better than before. I already beat the current and the former Specialists champions and now I’m on the cusp of advancing in the Tag Team Turmoil tournament while both you bitches are looking dumb and stupid trying to argue who’s less inconsistent than who. And the gag is I’m about to level up my career within a blink of an eye by not only showing out in that tag tournament, but also by beating you two at Territorial Invasion.
Aria Lestrade: :mjlol: !!!
Diamond Dixon: Don’t be over there cackling and keke-ing little girl, because I whooped your ass before in my career and I am more than capable of doing that again, too, especially seeing as how not much has changed with you. If anything, beating your punk ass is gonna be easier the second time around.
Aria Lestrade: So you say, Diamond. Keep talking liek you usually do. That’s the only thing you’re good at.
Diamond Dixon: Aww, thank you! But if you wanted to say that I completely wax you when it comes to promos, then you could’ve gone ahead and said so, beloved.
Aria Lestrade: One match from two years ago means little today, along with how you handle yourself on the mic. Funny because one would think being in management would have you act more mature, but you’re still the same, stuck-up bitch you have always been.
Diamond Dixon: Dang, that’s all you got for me? Sad. But then again, what can a washed bitch like you even say? That goes for you too, by the way, Holly.
Holly Arrow: At least I was able to win a championship within the past year. But sure, I’m “washed”. Honestly, Diamond, these petty little attacks are gonna have to stop because they’re not hitting as well as you think they are.
Diamond Dixon: Okay, so lemme stop talking then and smack you right in that ugly mug of yours and see if that’ll be better for you, yeah?
Holly Arrow: Oh, I would love to see you try that. Go on.
Aria Lestrade: 🙄 God, you’re both so lame—
Stew-O: WHOA! PUNCH BY DIAMOND TO ARIA! THAT CAUSES HER TO STUMBLE BACK! HOLLY COMES IN AND MANAGES TO NAIL DIAMOND WITH A FOREARM TO THE FACE! THE TWO GO BACK AND FORTH TRADING BLOWS BEFORE ARIA CHARGES IN AND TACKLES BOTH WOMEN DOWN TO THE MAT! WE GOT A FIGHT ON OUR HANDS!
Jake Mercer: TIS THE SEASON! ARIA IS ACTUALLY SOMEHOW MANAGING TO ATTACK BOTH OF THEM AT THE SAME TIME! SHE NOW HAS A HOLD OF DIAMOND BY THE HAIR AND FORCES HER UP– BUT DIAMOND SHOVES HER AWAY! SHE GOES CHARGING FOR A CLOTHESLINE! MISSES!
Flannery McCoy: AND ARIA KNEES HOLLY IN THE GUT WHO HAD GOTTEN BACK UP! AND NOW, DIAMOND RUNS IN, LOOKING TO HIT HOLLY RIGHT IN THE FACE WITH A BOOT—
Stew-O: SHE MOVES OUT OF THE WAY, AND DIAMOND HITS ARIA INSTEAD! SHE GOES TUMBLING TO THE OUTSIDE!
Jake Mercer: AND LOOK! FROM BEHIND! HOLLY GRABS DIAMOND ON THE ARM AND SPINS HER THROUGH – RIPCORD LARIAT!! DIAMOND GOES DOWN IN A HEAP AND HOLLY ARROW STANDS TALL OVER BOTH WOMEN! WHAT A STATEMENT!!
(Holly Arrow, triumphant as can be, kisses her bicep as the fans cheer her on. The camera pans out to show her standing over Aria and Diamond as Dynasty fades to commercials.)
(A commercial plays for the MySims: Cozy Bundle. Preorder your dose of nostalgia now! The bundle releases on November 19, 2024.)
(‘Let Me Hear’ by Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas begins to play through the speakers of the RAC Arena as Saori Aizen walks out from the back. She does her typical entrance with a clear and focused look on her face. She goes down the ramp and heads straight to the ring.)
Stephie Love: THE FOLLOWING MATCH IS SCHEDULED FOR ONE FALL!!!!
Crowd: ONE FALL!!!!
Stephie Love: INTRODUCING FIRST…FROM TOKYO, JAPAN…SHE IS ‘DEMON CHILD’…SAORI AIZEN!!!!!!
Jake Mercer: Now, here is the woman who claims that she did the company a favor by ridding the world of Usagi Senshi! But, it seemed like the calmness and tranquity in the world of Saori Aizen was short lived because she crossed paths with Mia Santoro. What was supposed to be nothing more than a typical tag team match, turned out to be a mess between these two. They were talking about who’s lead to follow and getting themselves into miscommunications.
Stew-O: You can argue for any side, honestly. But, Saori Aizen is someone who doesn’t like to be controlled. There’s no blaming that she felt rubbed the wrong way by what Mia Santoro did last week. Mia found out soon after about what Saori really felt about the situation as she did nothing to save Mia from being thrown into the Fire & Ice.
Flannery McCoy: Funny pun there, Stew! Now, Saori Aizen will face Daniella Atlas, someone who will be facing off for the Specialists Championship at Territorial Invasion! Speaking of Specialists…
(The camera pans to both Showdown’s Raeangel Guzman and Voltage’s Specialists Champion, KASAI, who are sitting in chairs in front of the commentator’s booth, ready to observe Daniella Atlas in action.)
(‘Vortex’ by Jinjer begins to play through the speakers as Daniella Atlas comes out from the back. She looks more than fired up for her match as she walks down the ramp and heads to the ring.)
Stephie Love: INTRODUCING HER OPPONENT…FROM DUNKIRK, FRANCE…SHE IS ‘THE BLACK FLAME’…DANIELLA ATLAS!!!!!!
Stew-O: Daniella Atlas will be representing the Dynasty brand at Territorial Invasion as she has a huge opportunity to compete for the Specialists Championship. Daniella has created a TON of buzz for herself this season.
Flannery McCoy: I agree, Stew! Daniella Atlas has been on a tier to prove that she is nothing more than the best. She may be the strongest woman in this match, but she’s so intimidating to me. I’m worried about KASAI and Raeangel and how they’ll manage to square up against her.
Jake Mercer: I LOVE our chances! Daniella Atlas is a monster! She’s going to bulldoze through all of the competition! And, we may get a preview of that right now!
(DING! DING! DING!)
Stew-O: Daniella Atlas and Saori Aizen go right at each other with a lock up, but the strength of Daniella manages to shove Saori as she rolls back and onto a knee! Saori was not anticipating the strength of Daniella right there! But, Saori gets right back up as she goes right at Daniella once more! This time, she manages to hold it there, but Daniella overpowers her and pushes her down once more! Saori shakes her head as Daniella is beginning to feel good about herself as she demands that Saori give everything that she has to offer! SAORI GOES RIGHT AFTER DANIELLA, BUT IT SEEMS LIKE SAORI MANAGED TO GOAD DANIELLA INTO A THIRD LOCK UP AS SHE YANKS HERSELF AWAY AND DELIVERS A SLAP ACROSS THE FACE OF DANIELLA!
Flannery McCoy: Daniella Atlas’ face is tilted to the side as she holds her cheek for a second! You can see a wicked smirk on the face of Daniella as Saori Aizen is more than fired up! DANIELLA RESPONDS WITH A HUGE UPPERCUT TO SAORI AS THAT KNOCKS HER TO THE GROUND! BUT, SAORI MANAGES TO SWEEP ONE OF THE LEGS OF DANIELLA AS THAT TAKES HER TO THE GROUND! DANIELLA BEGINS TO UNLOAD ON A SERIES OF LEFT AND RIGHT PUNCHES TO THE FACE! BUT, DANIELLA MANAGES TO ROLL HERSELF ON TOP OF SAORI AS SHE BEGINS TO BATTER THE ‘DEMON CHILD’ WITH ELBOWS TO THE FOREHEAD! Daniella grabs Saori with a fistful of her hair before delivering a headbutt as that sends Saori back! She pushes Saori into the vertical set of ropes before getting a hold of her arm and Irish whipping her to the other set of ropes across from them —
Jake Mercer: But, Saori Aizen manages to counter the whip as that sends Daniella Atlas to the ropes! Daniella manages to rebound off the ropes as she connects with a giant clothesline to Saori — NO! SAORI MANAGES TO DUCK THE CLOTHESLINE BEFORE SPRING BOARDING HERSELF OFF THE VERTICAL SET OF ROPES WITH A TURN AND CONNECTING WITH A CROSSBODY TO DANIELLA! WAIT A MINUTE! DANIELLA MANAGES TO CATCH SAORI OUT OF MID-AIR! SHE MANAGES TO LIFT SAORI OVER HER HEAD! THAT STRENGTH IS AMAZING AS DANIELLA THROWS HER BACK CAUSING SAORI TO LAND RIGHT ON HER STOMACH! YIKES!
Stew-O: Daniella Atlas begins to stomp on the spine of Saori Aizen before stepping on top of it! Her entire weight is on the spine of Saori as she holds onto the top rope, giving her a grasp and applying more pressure onto the hold! I believe that the referee is going to step in at any moment to put an end to this!
Referee: (off-mic) ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! GET OFF OF HER, DANIELLA!
Flannery McCoy: Daniella Atlas gets off of Saori Aizen before getting her up by her hair! Daniella throws Saori into the corner as Saori turns herself around! Daniella begins to stomp on the gut of Saori as that takes her down to a seated position on the bottom rope! She presses her boot to the face of Saori as she holds it there! The referee looks like she is going to need to step in again!
Referee: (off-mic) ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE!
Jake Mercer: Daniella Atlas steps back and allows for Saori Azien to find herself into a vertical base! The referee steps aside and allows for this match to resume! But, Saori manages to grab Daniella and throw her to the corner! SHE LEANS BACK BEFORE NAILING A NASTY KNIFE-EDGE CHOP TO THE CHEST OF DANIELLA AND FOR ONE OF THE FIRST TIMES IN THE MATCH, IT SEEMS LIKE DANIELLA FELT THAT! BUT STILL, SAORI FEELS LIKE SHE CAN SLAP HER CHEST HARDER! SAORI LEANS BACK ONCE AGAIN BEFORE DELIVERING ANOTHER NASTY KNIFE-EDGE CHOP TO DANIELLA’S CHEST! THIS TIME, DANIELLA HOLDS ONTO HER CHEST! I BELIEVE IT’S WELTING UP, FLANN AND STEW!
Stew-O: Saori Aizen begins to connect with some right punches to the face of Daniella Altas before grabbing her by the arm and whipping her to the corner diagonally from them! Daniella collides spine first against the turnbuckle as Saori charges right after her with a sharp dropkick to the gut! This manages to take Daniella to a knee as she falls out of the corner! Saori begins to connect with some shoot kicks to the face! One after another, we see Daniella going back before Saori tops it off with a knee strike as that knocks her back into the corner! Saori goes back as her sights do not leave Daniella before running towards her and nailing her with a cannonball senton! She pulls Daniella out of the corner before going for the first pin fall attempt of this match!
OOOOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
TTTTTWWWWWWWOOOOOOOO—
Flannery McCoy: Daniella Atlas with a kick out! Saori Aizen gets Daniella into a seated position before placing her knee on the spine of Daniella! Then, Saori gets the arms of ‘The Black Flame’ and extends them back as that places a ton of pressure on the arms and spine of Daniella! Daniella is in some trouble here as the referee is asking if Daniella wants to submit here, but Daniella is shaking her head no! She is not ready to throw in the towel whatsoever! Especially not in front of KASAI and Raeangel Guzman, who are sitting right in front of us, observing this match!
Jake Mercer: These two women would love for Saori Aizen to inflict as much damage as possible! It gives them something to exploit at Territorial Invasion! We are seeing that Daniella Atlas is trying to find a way back to her feet! Daniella is trying to power herself out of the grasp of Saori! And, it seems like it’s working! Saori is shaking her head ‘no’ as she can feel that her grasp is slipping! Daniella manages to yank one of her arms away from Saori before turning herself around and nailing Saori with a nasty clothesline as that takes her down! Daniella goes for the cover!
OOOOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEE!!!!
TTTWWWW—
Stew-O: Saori Aizen with a kick out! Daniella Atlas gets to her feet as she as Saori looks to find herself to her feet as well Daniella connects with a knee to the gut of Saori before putting her in a front headlock before lifting her up and looking for a falcon arrow! BUT, SAORI MANAGES TO ESCAPE FROM BEHIND DANIELLA AS SHE PUSHES DANIELLA INTO THE ROPES! SAORI HAS DANIELLA BY THE WAIST AS SHE LOOKS TO TAKE HER BACK WITH HER WITH AN O’CONNOR ROLL, BUT DANIELLA MANAGES TO HANG ONTO THE ROPES! SAORI GOES TUMBLING BACK AS SHE FINDS HERSELF IN A SEATED POSITION! DANIELLA TURNS AROUND AS SHE LOOKS FOR A PENALTY KICK TO THE FACE OF SAORI, BUT SAORI MANAGES TO DUCK AS SHE MANAGES TO ROLL UP DANIELLA! WILL SAORI ESCAPE WITH THE VICTORY HERE?!??!
OOOOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
TTTTTWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Flannery McCoy: Daniella Atlas with a kick out! Saori Aizen finds her way up, but it seems like Daniella beats her to the punch as she looks to take her down with a clothesline but Saori catches the bigger woman off track with a ‘Thunderclap Nova’ — the high-impact elbow smash as that causes for Daniella to stop her in tracks! Saori gets on the shoulders of Daniella before taking her back with a poisonrana! Daniella is spiked on the top of her head as Saori looks to continue on the punishment! Saori with a knee strike to the skull of Daniella as that knocks her to her back! Now, it seems like Saori might be looking to end this one! That may be her best approach here! End this match before Daniella can find a way to turn the tides of this match into her favor!
Jake Mercer: We see that Saori Aizen is heading for the top rope and I think that we’re going to see her connect with ‘Horizon of the Captivating Skandha’ — the diving moonsault! A thing of beauty, really! I think that we’re all going to be in for a treat! BUT, DANIELLA ATLAS IS BEGINNING TO SCRAMBLE BACK TO HER FEET AS SHE TRIES TO GET ON THAT TOP TURNBUCKLE WITH SAORI! SAORI HAS A BIT OF PANIC ON HER FACE AS DANIELLA LOOKS TO LIFT UP THE SMALLER WOMAN FOR SOMETHING — BUT SAORI THROWS A PUNCH TO DANIELLA IN HOPES TO TAKE HER BACK DOWN! DANIELLA CONNECTS WITH A HEADBUTT AS THAT WEAKENS SAORI AS DANIELLA GETS A GOOD HOLD OF THE ‘DEMON CHILD’ —
Stew-O: —SUPERPLEX FROM THE TOP TURNBUCKLE AS BOTH WOMEN ARE SENT CRASHING DOWN! SAORI AIZEN TOOK THE MOST OF THAT DAMAGE AS DANIELLA ATLAS SEEMS TO HAVE MORE STRENGTH AS SHE USES THAT TO RISE BACK TO HER FEET! I THINK THAT DANIELLA MIGHT HAVE IT HERE, HONESTLY! DANIELLA BEGINS TO PICK UP SAORI FOR ‘SOUTH OF HEAVEN’ — THAT PUMP HANDLE DROP THAT DANIELLA HAS BEEN USING TO WIN MATCHES AS OF LATE AND IT SEEMS LIKE SAORI MIGHT BE ANOTHER NAME THAT SHE’LL ADD TO THE LIST!
Flannery McCoy: Saori Azien rolls out of the ring before Daniella Atlas could connect with ‘South of Heaven!’ Saori saved her chance to win this match! That was the best move that she could have made this entire match! But, it seems like it pissed off Daniella as she looks to roll herself out of the ring to retrieve Saori! There, we see that Daniella is staring down the two women who she’ll be facing off at Territorial Invasion — Raeangel Guzman and the Specialists Champion, KASAI! All of the women are standing face-to-face-to face, knowing the importance of their next encounter —
Jake Mercer: Saori Aizen manages to catch Daniella Atlas by surprise and throws her past Raeangel Guzman and KASAI and onto the steel chairs that were perfectly set up in front of our table! I’m surprised that Saori didn’t just push Daniella onto them and make things more interesting for that Specialists Championship match!
Stew-O: SAORI AIZEN MANAGES TO RETRIEVE DANIELLA ATLAS FROM THAT MESS AS SHE GETS DANIELLA INTO POSITION BEFORE CONNECTING WITH A TIGER BOMB! THAT’S THE ‘HYOKINDAMA!’ BUT, SHE MAKES SURE THAT DANIELLA LANDS ON THE HARD PART OF THE APRON AND I CAN’T IMAGINE HOW THAT MUST FEEL! Daniella looks to be in a world of pain at the moment as she looks for the strength to pick herself up, but Saori connects with a throat thrust as that takes Daniella down to a knee! She pulls Daniella by one of her arms before connecting with a HUGE punch to the face! Then, she lifts up ‘The Black Flame’ to the apron before rolling her back inside the thing! I think that Saori might be moments away from securing the victory here!
Flannery McCoy: SAORI AIZEN MANAGES TO SET UP DANIELLA ATLAS TOWARDS THE HORIZONTAL SET OF ROPES! DANIELLA IS HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME WITH GETTING HERSELF UP! SHE IS COMPLETELY DOWN AT THE MOMENT AS SHE RUNS RIGHT TOWARDS DANIELLA — ‘RAMIE HAKKE!’ THAT BICYCLE KNEE STRIKE TO DANIELLA!
Jake Mercer: BUT, DANIELLA ATLAS MANAGES TO GET HERSELF OUT OF THE WAY AT THE LAST SECOND! DANIELLA WAS PLAYING POSSUM AS SHE TRIED TO GOAD SAORI INTO GOING AFTER HER! SAORI AIZEN GOES COLLIDING WITH THE ROPES! BUT, DANIELLA DOES NOT EVEN WASTE A SECOND AS SHE CONNECTS WITH THAT ELBOW TO THE BACK OF SAORI’S HEAD! ‘BLACK DEATH’ — THE DISCUS ELBOW TO THE BACK OF SAORI’S HEAD AS SHE COLLAPSES DOWN! DANIELLA PLACES HER ENTIRE BODY ON TOP OF SAORI AS SHE LOOKS TOWARDS HER TERRITORIAL INVASION OPPONENTS!
OOOOOOONNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
TTTTTWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
TTTTTTTHHHHHHHRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
(DING! DING! DING!)
(‘Vortex’ begins to play once more as Daniella Atlas rolls off Saori Aizen. Daniella slowly rises to her feet. Her eyes do not leave the sight of Raeangel Guzman and KASAI, who are still at ringside.)
Stephie Love: THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH…DANIELLA ATLAS!!!!!!!
Stew-O: That mistake cost Saori Aizen the victory. A bit of the inexperience by the newcomer. She was a bit confident that she had gotten Daniella Atlas down and out, but Daniella was playing possum long enough to catch Saori off guard!
Flannery McCoy: Saori Aizen put on a fantastic effort! Still, I look at her as someone who will turn this brand upside down! It’s one of those slow burn things with her. More than confident that she’ll be someone to beat on Dynasty!
Jake Mercer: I agree, but Daniella Atlas might be on her way to become the next Specialists Championship with that impressive victory!
(Daniella Atlas remains inside the ring as she looks at Raeangel Guzman and then, the Specialists Champion, KASAI. KASAI raises the title above her head. The three women have their exchange of trash talking as they’re more than ready for Territorial Invasion to arrive.)
(Friday Night Dynasty fades away from the arena to show a pre-recorded segment. The first shot shown is of the Dynasty post-Reckless Wiring, with Rex McAllister and Raven Roberts both backstage, coming off the heels of crushing losses.)
Raven Roberts: (Muffled) Maybe, it’s just me, who is just thinking of ideas, but do you think that it’s a good idea to bring the band back together?
(It then goes to Rex as he smiles, with both of them hugging one another.)
Rex McAllister: (Muffled) I’m in.
(The camera then transitions over to show a dark setting with two chairs. Fire & Ice, Rex McAllister and Raven Roberts, are seen taking a seat as they look toward one another, bright smiles on their faces before turning to the camera.)
Rex McAllister: What does Fire & Ice mean to us?
(Shots are shown of Rex and Raven’s singles success. Rex holds multiple World Championships throughout his career, along with Raven as she raises the Universal Women’s Championship into the sky at the center of the ring. Then it goes to the two of them embracing at Rex’s Hall of Fame induction.)
Raven Roberts: Nobody can deny the impact that we’ve had as singles competitors. I’m all about respect, and not only receiving that, but making sure that I get what I deserve. And I feel as though with me being back in an Elite Answers Wrestling ring and Rex getting back into the flow of things himself, we both have been reminding everyone of what we have to offer. But we know that’s not all that we want to do.
(Along with the singles success, it goes to what Fire & Ice has done as a tag team. With both of them making their debut in the 2018 Tag Team Grand Prix, a relationship later blossomed out of it, but along with that showing that they got big wins over other couples in the wrestling business and prominent fixtures in the tag team division. It then, of course, goes to their crowning moment, where they would win the Unified Tag Team Championships in 2020 against Drake King and the Visual Prophet.)
Rex McAllister: 2020 was a great year for me not just as a tag team competitor but as a singles competitor as well. Fire & Ice had finally captured the Unified Tag Team Championships together in a feel-good moment of the century, and along with that I was riding off of a Hall of Fame induction into Pain For Pride where I would win the EAW World Championship. All of this talk about us and what we’ve had to offer as a tag team has given me the opportunity to take a look back on the journey that it’s taken to get there. I can’t believe it has been this long since all of that happened. So much has changed, from me and you, to us continuing to set the world ablaze in our own respective ways.
Raven Roberts: I agree. I’ll admit that the two of us are the kind of people who often like doing the work ourselves. With our background, we’ve been burned too many times from having to depend on the wrong people. However, when we found each other and Fire & Ice was born, it seemed like everything had clicked.
Rex McAllister: My favorite reign throughout my career has to be that tag title reign.
(Raven chuckles as she tilts her head.)
Raven Roberts: Because you did it with me?
Rex McAllister: Why that would appear to be the case.
Raven Roberts: Well if anyone thought that we couldn’t hang in the ring together, as a team, then they thought wrong. Sure, we decided to bring Fire & Ice back together on a whim considering the recent string of losses that we found ourselves receiving at the hands of less than favorable people, but people need to remember that when we last teamed, it brought us gold. They shouldn’t get it twisted, this isn’t one of those usual cases of desperation and people having to join forces under circumstantial means. We know what it’s like to dominate the tag division, and that isn’t going to change.
Rex McAllister: Much like a certain other tag team.
(The shot then fades away from Fire & Ice to show studio shots of Kassidy Heart and Sienna Jade respectively with the Unified Tag Team Championships over their shoulders. They show their accomplishments and their obvious Hall of Fame careers.)
Raven Roberts: There’s no doubt that The Jaded Hearts are two of the greatest of all time, but both of them are nasty, arrogant bitches who are still running with the whole Mean Girls schtick in 2024 and it’s clear the act has gotten stale, old, and tired.
Rex McAllister: They need to be reminded what happens when they don’t take their opposition seriously enough, and that’s why we showed up during Showdown during Sienna’s match against Veena Adams. She can squeal until the pigs come home that she would’ve had that match won right then and there, but sure enough, her inflated ego got in her way.
Raven Roberts: Now, it’s going to happen again, and this time it’s going to cost her and Kassidy a lot in the form of their record-breaking tag title reign coming to an end. Besides, for the past year, have they ever had any real competition? La Familia? DoMia? NICHOLISM? Usagi and Saori? The closest they’ve ever gotten to being remotely pressed was by British Invasion, and even then, they just never had the legitimate chops to take them down. Something that I can personally attest to, seeing as I feuded with them and beat them at Road To Redemption.
Rex McAllister: The fact of the matter is that Fire & Ice are easily the toughest challenges that they’re going to have based on pedigree, accolades, talent, experience, you name it. The Jaded Hearts always know how to talk a good game, but going back to the question of what Fire & Ice means to us, it’s backing it up.
Raven Roberts: At Territorial Invasion, we’re determined to remind everyone just how great we are.
(The camera then transitions to a stare off between Fire & Ice and The Jaded Hearts, before it transitions to Rex and Raven holding up the Unified Tag Team Championships as Dynasty fades to elsewhere from there.)
Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, the following match is scheduled for ONE FALL!
Crowd: ONE FALL!
(“Loose Change” (instrumental version) by The Alchemist began blaring through the speakers to a loud reaction of boos by the EAW Universe. Shinzo Sasaki slowly sauntered out onto the stage with a hint of a sly grin on his face; he paused before the ramp, taking a moment to close his eyes and initiate prayer hands, before he ended it and stormed down the ramp into the ring.)
Stephie Love: INTRODUCING FIRST! Hailing from Kobe, Japan, weighing in at 220 pounds… he is THE LEADER OF THE UNDERWORLD… SHIIIIIIINZOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! SAAAAASAAAAAAAAAAAAKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!
Stew-O: What a match up we have here tonight! It’s the King of Elite going up against the Leader of the Underworld, and given what both men have looming over the horizon, you just know that they’re both looking to score a big victory here tonight and gather some momentum en route to Territorial Invasion and House of Glass after that!
Flannery McCoy: For Shinzo Sasaki, one of EAW’s most prominent and promising New Breeds, a victory tonight would be huge; he has already defeated a then-world champion Charlie Marr, albeit with dubious circumstances, so another win over a significant wrestler like the one who has won King of Elite would put a lot more weight behind the grandiose speeches he puts out!
Jake Mercer: Not only that, but it would mean he has a hell of a lot more momentum heading into Territorial Invasion for the Brand Warfare match! After that loss to Hans Grayson for the Fire Heart’s Interwire Championship, Shinzo is looking to turn things around and push his career back into a spot worthy of a championship by getting the win alongside Team Rebel Nation 2.0.
Stew-O: Who knows? If they win at Brand Warfare, he may even be awarded with a title match, giving him a way to get back to Hans Grayson and try to finish things off with the gold ending up on his shoulder instead! Before that, though, he has one of his toughest opponents yet for this week.
(‘2024’ by Playboi Carti began playing to a loud mixed reaction leaning mostly towards cheers. Joso strutted onto the stage from behind the curtains with a confident smirk on his face. He struck a pose on the stage before he started making his way down the ramp to the ring, pointing at himself and tagging a few of the fans on his way down to the ring.)
Stephie Love: AND HIS OPPONENT! Hailing from Bronx, New York, weighing in at 206 pounds… he is THE KING OF ELITE, THE NEW ERA, JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Stew-O: As of last week, Joso’s situation has completely changed! With Andre Walker officially out of the picture, who was originally slated to be Joso’s opponent at Territorial Invasion via the Gawd Contract, Joso revealed that he will be looking onwards to House of Glass where he has staked his claim for a World Heavyweight Championship match!
Flannery McCoy: This is what the EAW Universe has been waiting for! One of the most common criticisms by other wrestlers of Joso is that he hasn’t cashed in on his opportunity yet, but now he looks to silence the haters and claim his first world championship!
Jake Mercer: Now the only question is… will the King of Elite be able to topple the Peak? We’ll finally get to find out soon enough, but Joso will be looking to prove he can beat a man like Shinzo Sasaki before he looks onward to the title match!
(Ding! Ding! Ding!)
Stew-O: And the match is underway! Joso and Shinzo exit their corners with a brisk pace as they circle the ring with an intense glare being shot at each other; these two are some of the most competitive wrestlers in EAW, and you can bet they’re willing to tear each other to shreds just to get a win here and begin building that momentum!
Flannery McCoy: The circling standoff only lasts for a few moments before both men simultaneously lunge at each other, embroiling themselves in a hyper aggressive collar and elbow tie up! Neither man is even attempting to transition to a more dominant hold, they’re just trying to use strength to push each other back; a real test of sheer power here!
Jake Mercer: They’re close to evenly matched, but I believe Shinzo Sasaki has a 14 pound weight advantage that’s just enough to push him over the edge in this stalemate, slowly forcing Joso to stagger back as the two elitists eventually end up to the ropes! The referee quickly comes in as Shinzo has Joso pushed up against the ropes, looking to break it up, but ‘Zo Sasaki acts first by Irish whipping Joso off the ropes and towards the other side!
Stew-O: Joso rebounds there and comes running back at Shinzo, and the Leader of the Underworld tenses up before launching forth a YAKUZA KICK! Down goes the King of Elite to the canvas, and Shinzo Sasaki immediately follows up with some INTENSITY as he begins stomping the living daylights out of Joso! We see the spark of passion lit up in Shinzo with Territorial Invasion just around the corner as his aggressive barrage of stomps forces Joso to roll away and over to the corner!
Flannery McCoy: Shinzo leers at the scene as Joso brings himself back up to a standing position using the ropes, but before he can even get out of the corner, ‘Zo Sasaki suddenly rushes forward and keeps him there with a violent running elbow strike to the head, stunning Joso in place!
Jake Mercer: And that barrage of stomps has converted into a flurry of corner kicks as Shinzo looks to be trying to decimate the King of Elite before he even has a chance to get any offense in!
Stew-O: There’s a downside with this kind of rapid-fire offense, though, and that is that it may end up gassing you out early on even though it’s great for keeping opponents trapped under the burden of your offense! That already seems to be showing as Shinzo lets off the pressure and steps back, catching his breath!
Flannery McCoy: He only needed a moment, though, as he grabs Joso by the wrist and pulls him out of the corner before doing what he did earlier, Irish whipping the King of Elite over to the ropes in order to force a rebound and have Joso running back towards him! It looks like Shinzo is preparing to catch him with another bit of big offense and repeat the cycle until he scores a win over the King!
Jake Mercer: This time, instead of a Yakuza kick, he takes a spin as he looks to try to knock Joso out cold with a discus elbow smash– BUT JOSO IS ABLE TO EVADE! He narrowly ducks underneath the maneuver and does a spin of his own as he thrusts his arm out and catches Shinzo’s head before taking him crashing down onto the canvas with a perfectly executed slingblade!
Stew-O: Joso springs back to his feet in a flash before Shinzo can even clutch the back of his head in pain; the King of Elite immediately runs over to the ropes and leaps up, landing with both feet on the middle rope and springboarding off in order to backflip in mid-air and crash onto Shinzo’s laid out body with a springboard moonsault! If you thought you could count the King of Elite out just because Shinzo got the early advantage, you don’t know what Joso is all about!
Flannery McCoy: From taking elitists like Jamie O’Hara to their limits and even managing to beat one of the greatest of all time in the form of Impact, Joso is NEVER one to be underestimated! He gets back to his feet and jumps up into the air, performing a double foot stomp to the abdomen of Shinzo Sasaki for good measure before standing there with Shinzo’s shoulders pinned down for a cocky pin!
ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Jake Mercer: But Shinzo Sasaki thrust his shoulder up, forcing Joso to stumble off; the leader of the underworld takes that moment to roll underneath the bottom rope and get onto the apron as he grabs hold of the ropes for leverage as he brings himself to a kneel and works on getting back to a standing position, albeit with his ribs clutched after that moonsault to double foot stomp combo!
Stew-O: Joso rushes forward looking to knock Shinzo off the apron with a discus lariat firing off over the top rope, but Shinzo ducks underneath and catches the arm while it’s still over the top rope! Shinzo immediately drops to a seated position on the apron with the King of Elite’s arm still clutched, forcing it to crash down hard on the top rope before Shinzo lets it go!
Flannery McCoy: Joso was able to withstand Shinzo’s explosive offense early on, but that was a clever and dangerous technique by the leader of the underworld right there that has Joso visibly agonized as he has his arm clutched with his other arm’s hand! He’s still near the rope, so Shinzo grabs hold of his feet while seated on the apron and trips Joso down to the canvas!
Jake Mercer: Looks like the reins are back in Shinzo’s hands as he yanks Joso out of the ring from underneath the bottom rope, taking the action out to ringside! With Joso still reeling from having his arm dropped with the entirety of Shinzo’s weight plunging it onto the top rope, Shinzo is able to take advantage as he grabs Joso by the back of the head and HURLS him, sending him flying and crashing into the side of the steel steps!
Stew-O: And now the leader of the underworld stalks the King of Elite as Joso arches his back in pain whilst trying to get up to turn things back around against Shinzo! With the King of Elite in a kneeling position and just about to get up, Shinzo immediately puts that to rest as he rushes in and launches himself off the ringside floor before knocking Joso down with a basement dropkick!
Flannery McCoy: With Joso trying to use the steps to get back up, that basement dropkick was enough to send him rolling off to the other side of the steps! Shinzo Sasaki makes his way back to his feet and looks over at Joso from over the top of the steel steps; his eyes widen as he seems to get a malicious idea! I can’t say I like the looks of this for Joso, but Shinzo starts walking up the steel steps, and the King of Elite is still down!
Jake Mercer: Atop the steel steps, Shinzo turns around before BACKFLIPPING OFF OF IT! He flips through the air before crashing down on Joso with a moonsault of his own– BUT JOSO IS ABLE TO ROLL AWAY! SHINZO HAS NOTHING TO CUSHION THE FALL AS HE LANDS MIDSECTION-FIRST ON THE RINGSIDE FLOOR! A perfectly timed evasion by Joso is enough to damage Shinzo’s already-hurt abdomen even further!
Stew-O: And now Joso is chuckling to himself as his plan worked out, although he has a grimace on his face as he does so; both men have already dealt considerable damage to the other, but neither is willing to give it up! Shinzo and Joso are both laid out at ringside with the referee counting, but Joso is able to get back to his feet first while Shinzo is still on his hands and knees struggling to rise quicker!
Flannery McCoy: It looks like Joso is going to ‘help’ him with that, though, as he steps behind the crawling Shinzo and applies a waist lock to his lowered foe! Shinzo scrambles, trying to launch a back elbow to get Joso off of him, but the King of Elite is able to employ head movement to narrowly dodge the attack!
Jake Mercer: Shinzo has nowhere to go but where Joso wants him to as he gets lifted off the ringside floor through a showing of sheer strength by the King of Elite! Joso plucks him off the ground and arches him back before throwing him overhead with a deadlift release german suplex! That is some IMPRESSIVE stuff by Joso, who has regained control of this match despite a great showing by ‘Zo Sasaki so far!
Stew-O: Joso seems to have had enough of the offense outside the ring as he grabs Shinzo by the hair and drags him up to a standing position before forcefully rolling him back into the ring from underneath the bottom rope! He follows suit by sliding in himself and staggering back to his feet, the burden of this match taking its toll on Joso as well!
Flannery McCoy: With that in mind, it seems like the King of Elite may be setting his sights on really putting an end to Shinzo after all the damage already dealt! Joso walks around Shinzo with his eyes narrowing as he seems to be putting together a strategy; meanwhile, Shinzo is able to get himself back to a kneeling position! Joso gets a smirk on his face, though, as it seems Shinzo is right where Joso wants him to be!
Jake Mercer: Joso rushes forward and catches Shinzo with a front facelock before dropping him from that kneeling position straight into a DDT that lands with enough ferocity to have Shinzo flip over and land on his back! Joso reaches back and places his arm over the chest of the laid out leader of the underworld, leading the referee to begin counting the pin!
ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Stew-O: BUT SHINZO IS ABLE TO KICK OUT! Joso looks surprised as he thought Shinzo wouldn’t be able to take anymore, but the King of Elite quickly adapts as he slides over Shinzo Sasaki and grabs the head of the laid-out elitist! He applies the front facelock again and uses it to drag Shinzo up from the laid out position and onto his feet already trapped in Joso’s clutches!
Flannery McCoy: And now Joso lifts Shinzo off the canvas in a vertical suplex lift! Is he going for a classic suplex here, showing off his strength?! Wait, he’s not arching back, he’s leaning forward! He’s dropping Shinzo forward– OH, BUT JOSO SPINS HIMSELF AND TRANSITIONS IT FROM A FRONT SUPLEX DROP INTO A CUTTER! THAT’S JOSO’S SIGNATURE MANEUVER, THE EXECUTIONER FROM HELL! THAT’S GOT TO BE IT!
Jake Mercer: JOSO CERTAINLY THINKS SO AS HE’S GOING FOR THE PIN, HOOKING THE LEG THIS TIME TO ADD SOME EXTRA LEVERAGE ONTO SHINZO!
ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-
Stew-O: HOW CAN THAT BE?!
Flannery McCoy: SHINZO SASAKI KICKED OUT OF THAT TOO! JOSO WAS JUST A LITTLE SURPRISED BEFORE, BUT HE LOOKS DOWNRIGHT FLOORED AS SHINZO WAS ABLE TO KICK OUT OF HIS SIGNATURE EXECUTIONER FROM HELL RIGHT AFTER TAKING A DDT JUST BEFOREHAND!
Jake Mercer: You remember how we talked about not underestimating the King of Elite earlier! This is showing that you can’t underestimate the Leader of the Underworld either! Shinzo Sasaki may not have the accolades Joso has just yet, but he has shown time and time again that he is one of the toughest New Breeds around, even scoring a win over Charlie Marr during the man’s world championship reign!
Stew-O: The circumstances of that win were dubious, but it was significant nonetheless! Joso looks frustrated as Shinzo seems to be kicking out of everything Joso is throwing at him; he can’t stop until the bell rings, though, and he knows it! Joso takes a few moments to recuperate while Shinzo remains downed even after kicking out! Before long, though, the King of Elite rises and forces Shinzo to rise with him by dragging him up!
Flannery McCoy: Shinzo’s barely moved since getting back into the ring; is his body just going off of instinct at this point?! Joso seems to have another plan ready to use as he launches Shinzo towards the corner with a very forceful Irish whip, perhaps looking to get him on top of the corner to ease him into a Grateful Death!
Jake Mercer: And– OH WOW! SHINZO JUST FLIPPED HIMSELF OVER THE CORNER’S TURNBUCKLE AND LANDED ONTO THE APRON! JOSO SEES WHAT JUST HAPPENED AND RUSHES FORWARD TO TRY TO STOP WHATEVER SHINZO HAS PLANNED!
Stew-O: BUT HE CAN’T! SHINZO’S ADRENALINE IS RUNNING AND HE’S FINDING HIS SECOND WIND AS HE LEAPS UP ONTO THE TOP ROPE AND SPRINGBOARDS HIMSELF TOWARDS THE KING OF ELITE SPRINTING TOWARDS HIM BEFORE KNOCKING HIM OFF HIS FEET WITH A DEVASTATING MISSILE DROPKICK!
Flannery McCoy: How in the world is Shinzo still in this?! And how does he still have the wherewithal to execute a reversal into a move like that!? Joso was caught off guard as he thought Shinzo was really on his last legs, but the leader of the underworld refused to go down! He measures Joso up as the King of Elite staggers up after that tremendous missile dropkick, only to get knocked back down as Shinzo KNOCKS HIM OUT WITH A HANDSPRING BACK ELBOW!
Jake Mercer: OUT OF NOWHERE, SHINZO MANAGES TO LAND HIS SIGNATURE BOOMERANG MANEUVER, AND SHINZO MAY HAVE CLUTCHED THIS VICTORY OUT OF THE JAWS OF DEFEAT! HE HOOKS JOSO’S LEG!
ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
THR-
Stew-O: BUT JOSO KICKS OUT! Both men are looking exhausted at this point, but Shinzo has managed to seize the reins back just as Joso seemed to have Shinzo’s number! Nevertheless, the leader of the underworld looks pissed off at that kick out by Joso; he breathes out of his nose in a snarl as he forces himself to stagger back to his feet, surely against all bodily instincts telling him to stay down!
Flannery McCoy: He slowly drags Joso up to his feet, too! After executing the Boomerang, Joso kicked out in the nick of time, so if Shinzo is able to land whatever he’s got planned, it may really be over for the King of Elite here! Shinzo gives Joso a stiff boot to the midsection before tucking his head with a front facelock!
Jake Mercer: AND NOW SHINZO IS LIFTING JOSO UP INTO THE AIR WITH A VERTICAL SUPLEX LIFT! WE’VE SEEN THIS FROM HIM BEFORE! HE’S GOING FOR THE VERTICAL DROP BRAINBUSTER, HIS ENTER THE DRAGON MANEUVER! HE GOES FOR IT–
Stew-O: BUT JOSO MANAGED TO FORCE HIMSELF TO LAND BEHIND SHINZO BEFORE HE COULD BE DROPPED ON HIS HEAD! SHINZO TRIES TO TURN AROUND– BUT JOSO HOISTS HIM UP FROM BEHIND… IN AN ARGENTINE BACKBREAKER RACK! OH MY GOD!
Flannery McCoy: SHINZO LOOKS TO LAUNCH AN ELBOW AT THE SIDE OF JOSO’S HEAD, BUT JOSO THROWS SHINZO OFF THE ARGENTINE BACKBREAKER RACK AND SMASHES HIS HEAD WITH A KNEE LIFT AS HE FALLS OFF! THAT’S THE GRATEFUL DEATH! GRATEFUL DEATH!
Jake Mercer: SHINZO DROPS TO THE CANVAS LIKE A BAG OF BRICKS, AND JOSO GRABS BOTH LEGS OF JOSO’S BEFORE HOOKING THEM AS FAR BACK AS HE CAN FOR THE PIN!
ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
(Ding! Ding! Ding!)
(‘2024’ by Playboi Carti began playing once again to a loud reaction as Joso scores the victory!)
Stephie Love: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, YOUR WINNER… THE KING OF ELITE, THE NEW ERA, JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Stew-O: What an incredibly hard-fought battle we just witnessed here! Both men brought their all, and I don’t think we can truly fault Shinzo after all the damage he brought to the more-experienced King of Elite, but for this match, it’s Joso who gets his hand raised with the win!
Flannery McCoy: After just having declared his intentions for the World Heavyweight Championship, this is an important win for Joso to set an example; not just for how much damage he can deliver, but also how much he can take and stay in the game!
Jake Mercer: And even with a loss, Shinzo showed just how powerful he is, bringing a man as accomplished as Joso to the brink of defeat on multiple occasions! The Brand Warfare teams in Showdown and Voltage should take notes, because ‘Zo Sasaki will be a force to be reckoned with when Territorial Invasion rolls around!
(The video feed remains on Joso as he staggers to his feet and gets his hand raised in victory by the referee. Shinzo slowly returns to consciousness and has the back of his head clutched in pain as he glares at the defeat. The video feed slowly fades to black as Joso continues to celebrate.)
(A commercial plays for Taco Bell.)
(Backstage, Michael Belfort can be seen with Rebel Nation 2.0. Shinzo, Drake, Chris, Vincent and Cy are all together, with Cy looking more than confident with his crew. Shinzo looks less than thrilled however as he holds his forehead,)
Michael Belfort: EAW universe, welcome back to Friday Night Dynasty. I am here with the team known as Rebel Nation 2.0, who will be representing Dynasty in the Brand Warfare match at Territorial Invasion. Cy Henderson, the captain, has no doubt had a hand in shaping up a stacked team–
Vincent Mondrian: For the most part.
Shinzo Sasaki: A joker now, huh?
Vincent Mondrian: If it does not apply, let it fly.
Shinzo Sasaki: Okay, funny man –
(Before Vincent and Shinzo can go back and forth, Cy takes it upon himself to get in the middle of the two.)
Cy Henderson: Guys, guys, come on. Remember what I told you two. Besides, we all agreed to be on the same page here, right? There’s no need to be petty. That isn’t going to get us anywhere.
(Both men nod and sigh.)
Vincent Mondrian: Yes, you are correct. My apologies. Shouldn’t have made that comment slip.
Cy Henderson: It’s fine. Trust me, I had to deal with people I didn’t care for either. However, we’re too talented of a team to let this match go to waste. Besides, this is going to be the your first marquee main event match, and the two of you have only been here for less than a year! Not many people are able to lay claim to such a feat.
Shinzo Sasaki: Hm. You are right about that. It is something to be proud of. However, it will be even better for us should we cap off a career milestone with a firm win underneath our belts.
(Cy grins.)
Cy Henderson: See? You’re getting into the spirit, Shinzo! That’s the bigger picture that needs to be focused on.
(Both Shinzo and Vincent look at each other, shrug and nod, realizing that having the opportunity of a lifetime is more important than their own personal grudges against each other.)
Michael Belfort: I suppose we don’t need to worry about your effectiveness as a leader.
Cy Henderson: Were there any doubts? I know what it’s like to be in this match and environment. It’s been years, sure, but some things just stick with you for your career. I want us to win and succeed.
Michael Belfort: And of course, the Dynasty faithful are more than confident in your capabilities, especially when you have two winners of Brand Warfare on your team in Drake Armstrong and Chris Elite.
(Both Drake and Chris look somehow a bit uncomfortable when that fact is brought up, which Cy notices.)
Cy Henderson: Are you guys alright?
Chris Elite: Yeah man, we are. It’s just… well…
(Drake scoffs, shaking his head.)
Drake Armstrong: We weren’t rewarded. Last year, Kensingten and Richard promised that if our team won everyone would be rewarded accordingly. However, that was not the case. I got shafted along with Chris and that has left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I was perhaps one of the few rookies to have ever won Brand Warfare, and yet, I was met with disrepsect? That was outrageous!
Chris Elite: Not to mention they were all on my dick all cause I helped Tyrone gain a backbone. Shit was wild.
Cy Henderson: Ah, I see…
(Cy lets out a light sigh.)
Cy Henderson: Well, I guess I can’t blame you guys for feeling that way. In fact, I probably would have my own apprehensions as well if I had to deal with that and be a part of the same match the year later. However, regardless of whatever past issues there may have been, Kensingten and Richard are counting on you guys to win, just as much as I am counting on you two to help us out. It’s definitely to our benefit seeing as how they are a few other Brand Warfare winners, including SOSA and Ms. Extreme who the two of you teamed with and are more than familiar with. Your presence is invaluable to us.
(Chris and Drake’s worries seem to melt away as they listen to Cy.)
Cy Henderson: Besides, getting to help this brand go back to back? I think they would have no choice but to reward you for that. After all, who can say they have won this match more than once?
Chris Elite: :notbad: You know what? You got a point, Cy.
Drake Armstrong: Yeah, you do. Victory is going to ours and no one can deny us of it.
Cy Henderson: I like that.
(Cy smiles and turns back to Michael.)
Michael Belfort: Seems like everyone is confident about winning. However, Cy, before we get to TI, you have a big match next week as you will take on Myles for the World Heavyweight Championship. Tonight, Drake and Chris take on Myles and Minerva. How important is it for you all to garner momentum heading into the event.
Cy Henderson: Oh, it definitely is important. We want to be the best, and if that means we have to use our fellow Dynasty Elitists as a catalyst for that, then it is what it is. Myles is tough, but I am more than ready for him. I have defeated a lot of people since the start of this season and even before then. I have been the most consistent I have ever been in a long, long time, so I know that I can get the job done and head into Territorial Invasion as champion. Myles may not like the idea of me dethroning him, but it’s gonna happen. As for tonight, I think Drake and Chris have what it takes to get the job done, especially since they are more than familiar with Minerva and Myles at this stage in their ca–
???: Is that so?
(Cy squints his eyes slightly as Myles and Minerva come into frame, along with Drake King.)
Myles: Oh, Cy. I almost want to audibly sigh. Can you not fall into the same little trap that so many of my opponents have gotten into? It’s getting old and passe now.
Cy Henderson: Well, what do you want me to say? That I’m going to lose? :mjlol: Not happening.
Myles: Some honesty would be refreshing, yes.
(He glances over at Drake and Chris.)
Myles: Would help make the loss your team is about to face out our hands sting less.
Minerva: Nothing personal, of course. However, we don’t plan on losing tonight.
Chris Elite: That’s fine beloved ‘cause when it’s all said and done we’re gonna be the ones to win and stand tall over y’all. You may not be planning it, but it is going to happen.
Minerva: I wish I could believe that, but like Myles, we have heard it all before with little change involved in the process.
Myles: Absolutely. Tonight is not going to be different…
(Myles gets closer to Cy.)
Myles: And neither will next week.
(Both men glare at each other before Myles and Minerva part. Drake King looks back at the others for a moment before he catches up with the rest of New Eden. Cy watches on, frowning slightly.)
(The camera cuts to Stephie Love in the ring.)
Stephie Love: The following main event, tag team contest is scheduled for one fall!
Crowd: ONE FALL!
(‘Blood, Milk & Sky’ by White Zombie can be heard throughout the speakers as there is an electric reaction from the audience for the Black Rose. Minerva makes her way out from the back with a focused demeanor & the brief glimpse of the crowd—shortly before ‘Enemy Strike’ by Yuki Hayashi can be heard blaring throughout the speakers as the audience reacts loudly for the arrival of their World Heavyweight Champion, as Myles stands alongside Minerva while Drake King can be seen standing with them as well, a grin on his face & all.)
Stephie Love: Introducing first! Accompanied by Drake King… THE TEAM OF MINERVA, & WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION, MYLES!!!
Stew-O: Here we have New Eden standing alongside one another tonight, certainly looking to pick up the most concrete victory imaginable as they are not going to refrain from slowing down their momentum. The three elitists have not shied away from sending the message to their opponents at War Games, so victory tonight would only continue amplifying their confidence.
Flannery McCoy: New Eden returning as a unit once more for Territorial Invasion is absolutely an indication of how Dynasty can be more triumphant than ever with such a dominant trio taking shape once again. Two thirds of this trio, especially two people synonymous with one another through & through will have another opportunity to show what they’ve always been capable of.
(‘Pride & Arrogance’ by Takeru Kanazaki can be heard across the speakers as the most polarizing reception can be heard throughout the arena tonight. His presence alone allows the energy to shift as Drake Armstrong emerges from the back. This is followed by ‘Invincible’ by Pop Smoke which can be heard throughout the speakers as the audience responds with immense reactions, as Chris Elite can be seen as well, & Cy Henderson stands between them looking ahead to the ring.)
Stephie Love: Introducing their opponents! Accompanied by Cy Henderson… THE TEAM OF CHRIS ELITE, AND DRAKE ARMSTRONG!!!
Stew-O: Rebel Nation 2.0 has been assembled as an ensemble unit that can bring glory to Dynasty through a team who will stop at nothing to achieve victory. Cy Henderson was able to bring together the most capable elitists, and this will surely allow for a team that can compete against New Eden tonight as well.
Jake Mercer: Cy’s brilliant mind is capable of accomplishing any task that he sets his mind to, so being able to put together such an incredible team was plausible. Now, the EAW Hall of Famer & former Interwire Champion have their own opportunity to show they are more than ready for Territorial Invasion, and that can be shown further against their opponents.
(DING! DING! DING!)
Stew-O: And we’re off! Two-thirds of New Eden in Myles & Minerva take on Chris Elite & Drake Armstrong in the main event of Dynasty right here! Both teams are looking to bring glory & all the more success for their own careers with their respective matches at Territorial Invasion, but tonight will be quite the benchmark for how prepared these teams truly are when taking on one another. No other brands in the way this time, we’ve got our own competition on Dynasty looking to mount momentum through classic main event tag team action! The implications will surely mean everything with both groups needing to look their absolute best, War Games & Brand Warfare are certainly nothing to undermine if it means assuring that this brand is made to look the very best!
Flannery McCoy: Myles & Chris Elite are making sure that they can start off this match for their own teams, now pacing around as the current World Heavyweight Champion & a former World Champion are circling the ring while they are focused as well, not exactly looking to represent their own forces under any dampening light as well. Myles & Elite now engage in a swift collar-and-elbow tie up here as they’re looking to gain the advantage through a means of this hold, and it looks like Myles is managing to gain the upper hand right now as he’s pushing Chris Elite back a good amount ‘till he’s got him leaned against the ropes entirely. The referee begins to count down on Myles so that he’s fully aware of the disqualification that can be imminent if he isn’t careful, but the champion does slowly let go and raise his own hands upward.
Jake Mercer: I doubt there’ll be too much left in the way for a setback if either of these teams are able to focus, especially through Myles & Minerva given their very extensive history previously, currently & in the very near future! Now Chris is able to walk forward and pace around once more, as himself & Myles are moving toward one another once more.. as Chris works around Myles & gets a headlock applied with immediacy! Myles is now looking to get himself out of this headlock, with Chris Elite looking to place his foot over Myles’ leg and cause him to drop to a knee! Chris is making sure that this keeps Myles suppressed for as long as he can hold it!
Stew-O: Which doesn’t seem to be holding out for as long as he’d like, as Myles is able to return back to his feet and push Chris over onto the ropes, now able to use this momentum from the ropes to shove Elite off of himself and this causes Chris to rush forward! Elite is now rebounding from the ropes and looking to rush forward—BUT MYLES WITH A SUDDEN BICYCLE KICK!! Chris Elite is taken down onto the mat with authority as Myles is now looking to apply this pressure as much as he can, laying in the forearms after Chris is able to stagger back up and into the corner! The referee is counting down as Myles continues with the forearms, not giving Chris Elite much room to work with at the moment!
Flannery McCoy: Before the count of five can be hit by the referee, Myles is able to back away from the corner and keep his arms raised for a moment! Chris Elite is leaned back against the corner as Cy is looking on very carefully while MYLES RUSHES FORWARD FOR A CORNER FOREARM—but Chris rolls himself through to avoid the attack and back up to his feet!! Myles quickly turns himself around as he’s looking to keep this pressure.. BUT A PELE KICK FROM CHRIS ELITE IS ABLE TO STAGGER MYLES FOR A VERY GOOD MOMENT! Myles falls backwards against the corner this time, as Chris shoots back up and rushes forward with a leaping clothesline of his own!
Jake Mercer: But that’s not looking to be the case with Myles mustering up the energy to hoist Chris Elite upward and over, possibly looking to slam his skull onto the ring post!!! BUT CHRIS IS ON THE TURNBUCKLE! Myles backs himself away as Chris is looking to turn himself around, and the World Champion returns back toward Elite.. but Chris with an emphatic elbow right over Myles’ cranium to keep him away!! Now Chris has his own opportunity here to put Myles down, nodding to himself as he’s up at the top.. LAUNCHING TOWARD MYLES—
Stew-O: BUT A SUPERKICK CATCHES CHRIS ELITE IN MID-AIR!!! Incredibly quick thinking from Myles as Chris Elite is taken through the ringer of a lifetime right then & there due to Myles being able to take advantage of a situation when it’s presented before him! Now Chris is staggered as Myles moves himself over and is able to hook the leg of Chris Elite!!!
ONE!!!
TWO—
Flannery McCoy: NOT QUITE THERE! Now Myles sees that Chris Elite certainly has plenty left within him, and he drags his opponent over toward the corner, as he’s not looking to refrain much further from leaving his own partner out from the fray—BUT CHRIS ELITE ISN’T ALL TOO INTERESTED!!!
Jake Mercer: AS HE LOOKS TO CATCH MYLES WHILE HE’S OFF GUARD WITH A SUDDEN CRUCIFIX PIN!!! THE REFEREE RUSHES TO THE COVER!!!
ONE!!!!!
TWO!!!!
Jake Mercer: Myles is able to kick out with not too much of a problem there! But that sudden pin attempt surely jolted him as Chris Elite was now looking to return back to his own feet, with Myles focusing back toward him and aiming for a BACK ELBOW—BUT CHRIS DUCKS & FOLLOWS UP WITH ‘SNOOZE’!!! UPPERCUT CAUSES MYLES TO BACK AWAY INTO THE CORNER!!! Chris Elite absolutely rocks him with that uppercut that was delivered!
(TAG!)
Stew-O: Now Chris sees that Myles is heavily prone against the corner, rushing back toward him as he’s looking to take him down with another uppercut right then and there—MINERVA WITH A SUDDEN CLOTHESLINE FROM THE APRON AS CHRIS WAS RUSHING OVER!!! Minerva was able to tag herself into this match when Myles backed away into their own corner after getting smacked!
Flannery McCoy: Now Chris is knocked down, and Minerva is bringing herself back into the ring while Chris Elite is looking to keep himself mobile, not trying to slow down by any means as Minerva sees that she’s got him reeling from the clothesline.. AS MINERVA DOESN’T SLOW DOWN WITH A FIERCE FOREARM THAT KNOCKS CHRIS BACK & INTO HIS OWN CORNER!! Minerva has been doing a good job in applying the pressure here as Chris is now sitting back against the corner!
(TAG!)
Jake Mercer: Now Minerva is rushing forward and looking to keep Chris Elite down for a lengthy while longer with an emphatic KICK—ARMSTRONG PULLS CHRIS ELITE OUT OF THE WAY & TO THE OUTSIDE! Minerva is able to stop herself at the corner just before she could collide however, which is very good timing on her own part! Armstrong is the legal man, but he’s making sure that Chris Elite is recovered and good enough to be at his corner, which Minerva seems to take amplified notice of all the more here… RUSHING TOWARD THEM—
Stew-O: BASEBALL SLIDE DROPKICK HITS DRAKE ARMSTRONG AS HE’S SENT REELING INTO THE BARRICADE, BACK FIRST! Armstrong is leaned against the barricade while Minerva motions herself over, grabbing a hold of Armstrong’s head as she’s now slamming his skull onto the barricade! Drake is doing everything that he can to subside the slams by placing a hand just before every single one of them, but Minerva’s now able to tackle Armstrong directly into the apron with an arm around his waist!!! The referee is soon count down before long though, so they’ll have to take the action back into the ring!
Flannery McCoy: Minerva is now pushing Drake Armstrong back into the ring here, and is now bringing herself back up onto the apron as she certainly doesn’t want to slow down the pace here.. but look!! Cy Henderson is approaching Minerva quite subtly, but Minerva is able to catch Cy at the corner of her eye and glare directly toward him! Henderson keeps his own distance, but Minerva is very wary of his presence as an outside onlooker to this match. Now she’s going through the ropes to keep applying the pressure—
Jake Mercer: BUT ARMSTRONG WITH A KICK OF THE ROPES!!! THE MIDDLE ROPE HITS MINERVA’S THROAT AS SHE WAS ENTERING THE RING!!! She’s coughing up now as Armstrong eagerly grabs her head, and has her hoisted in an elevated position with her legs set right over the middle rope—AS A DRAPING DDT CONNECTS ONTO THE CANVAS! Minerva’s clutching her own neck after being spiked onto the mat, and Armstrong doesn’t appear to be slowing down here!
Stew-O: As Armstrong situates himself right over Minerva, while she’s stuck in a seated position as Drake proceeds to rain down the elbows right over her midsection!! Minerva’s trying to bring herself out of this predicament, but Drake is doing quite the job here keeping her situated in a spot where it’ll be difficult to mount any pressure! Now Armstrong’s able to hoist Minerva right over his own shoulder from where she was situated, then running forward and ALLOWING FOR A FRONT POWERSLAM TO PUT HER BACK DOWN!!! The cover is made!!!
ONEEE!!!
TWOOOOO!!!
T—
Flannery McCoy: NOPE! Minerva is able to kick out, but Armstrong isn’t gonna let up any more than he can’t as he’s now assuming himself back up to a more proper position here, as he’s not wasting much more time here with stomping down onto Minerva’s midsection! Her abdomen being put through all of the pain that Drake can dish out, and this doesn’t let him waste another moment when looking to drag her back up to her feet & into another potential match ender WITH ‘NATURAL TALENT’—
Jake Mercer: MINERVA SQUIRMS FREE & ISSUES A SUDDEN RAKE ONTO ARMSTRONG’S BACK! Her nails digging into Drake’s back as he groans out in pain, stumbling away from Minerva and into the corner!!! Now Minerva’s holding her own abdomen briefly while Armstrong is shaking his own head, looking to recover as soon as possible—BUT MINERVA RUNS FORWARD WITH A LEAPING CLOTHESLINE RIGHT ONTO DRAKE ARMSTRONG!! Drake is now stumbling himself away from the corner as Minerva pushes Armstrong into the ropes, with Armstrong rebounding back from the ropes here and toward her!
Stew-O: INTO A SUDDEN SCOOP SLAM FROM MINERVA!! She was able to briefly lift all of that body weight and slam him back down with authority!!! Minerva is able to hook the leg of Armstrong, with the referee sliding right onto the mat and counting the pin!
ONEEE!!!
TWOOOOO!!!
T—
Flannery McCoy: NOT ENOUGH! Armstrong is able to kick out, and now Minerva will have to find another way of keeping Drake down for the count! But this will surely be coming along in a far more swift fashion than we think, as she’s returning back to her feet and dragging Armstrong over to the closest corner! Now Minerva’s making sure she’s got herself a proper enough stance here, as she’s looking to leap upward and THEN BACK ONTO DRAKE FOR THE ‘HELL’S BELL’S’!!
Jake Mercer: BUT DRAKE WITH A BOOT UP INTO MINERVA’S ABDOMEN JUST AS SHE WAS ABOUT TO LAND ONTO HIM! Minerva is forced to stumble away, clutching her own midsection while Armstrong doesn’t waste any time motioning back over to Minerva, getting his arms around her and placing her into the ‘BOURGEOIS BITE’! ABDOMINAL STRETCH IS APPLIED AS MINERVA IS STRUGGLING HERE!! All of the damage that’s been done to that abdomen and Armstrong is doing absolutely everything that he can to ensure she can’t get herself out of this!
Stew-O: Minerva is certainly doing all that she can to fight back however! Now Armstrong is applying pressure by delivering subtle strikes onto her abdomen, and Myles is on the apron yelling out as he’s looking to enter back into the fray! But Armstrong is trying to hold on for as long as he can here, and Minerva is able to move Armstrong’s own weight along with herself as she’s inching closer to to the ropes here… CLOSER… AS ARMSTRONG’S AIMING FOR ANOTHER ELBOW OVER HER OWN ABDOMEN—
Flannery McCoy: BUT MINERVA USES THIS CHANCE TO SQUIRM HERSELF AROUND ARMSTRONG & ROLL HIM UP!!! SHOULDERS DOWN AS THE REFEREE COUNTS THE PIN!!!
ONEEE!!!
TWOOOOO!!!
THREE—
Jake Mercer: NO! DRAKE IS ABLE TO SLIP FREE AND ESCAPE THE ROLL UP!! Drake Armstrong is now trying to recoup quickly and return back to his own two feet while Minerva is also back to her own feet as well!!! Armstrong glaring toward her as Minerva’s also looking to bring herself back into this match here, clutching onto her own midsection as Armstrong is rushing toward her with the BIG BOOT—
Stew-O: BUT ‘THE DEVIL’S TOUCH’ CATCHES DRAKE ARMSTRONG SQUARE ACROSS THE JAW AS HIS BIG BOOT ALSO CONNECTS!!! THE SUPERKICK & THE BOOT IN UNISON! Both of these elitists are down on the mat after delivering their own strikes that have knocked them into being unable to retaliate! Each of these competitors are trying to crawl themselves over to their own corners, as Myles & Chris Elite are both itching to get themselves back into this match… AS THEY ARE NOW THE LEGAL COMPETITORS IN THE BOUT!
(TAG!)
(TAG!)
Flannery McCoy: MYLES HOPS OVER THE ROPES AS CHRIS ELITE IS LEAPING UP ONTO THE TOP ROPE, AIMING TO NAIL A SPRINBOARD CLOTHESLINE—BUT MYLES ROLLS THROUGH! Elite is able to roll himself through as well and return back to his feet immediately, turning himself back around as he’s rushing toward Myles for a DISCUS LARIAT—BUT MYLES THE SPINNING BACK KICK!!! Swiftness from Myles allows him to evade any attack from Elite as he’s now staggered him considerably here! Chris is on wobbly legs as Myles returns back to Elite, proceeding to HOIST HIM UP & INTO ‘VICTORIA’—
Jake Mercer: TURNED INTO A JUMPING DDT FROM CHRIS ELITE!!! MYLES IS SPIKED BY THE DDT FROM ELITE AS HE’S SHOT BACK UP TO HIS FEET! The World Heavyweight Champion is staggered while Elite is moving back up to his feet, and he’s got Myles exactly where he needs him here—AS THE ‘OPP SPOTTER’ SPIRALS DIRECTLY INTO MYLES TO TAKE HIM DOWN!!! Myles is taken down onto the mat as Chris rushes over to hook the leg!!!
ONEEEEEEE!!!
TWOOOOOOOOO!!!
THREEEEEEE—
Flannery McCoy: NOT ENOUGH!!! MYLES IS STILL IN THIS!!! Chris shakes his own head as we can see Drake King slamming the mat, yelling out to Myles as if to warn him of what’s to come!!! Chris Elite has just backed into the corner, and he’s lining up Myles here as he’s refusing to keep himself restrained for much longer… RUSHING FORWARD AND LOOKING FOR THE ‘HOURS IN SILENCE’—
Jake Mercer: MYLES SHOOTS BACK UP AND NAILS AN ENZIGURI!!! CHRIS ELITE HAS BEEN ROCKED WHILE TRYING TO DIVE ONTO MYLES!! Chris is on his knees, absolutely confused about where he is as Myles is back up to his feet… AND TAKES CHRIS ELITE DOWN WITH ‘DRACO METEOR’!!! HE ROLLS CHRIS OVER AND GETS THE COVER!!
ONEEEEEEE!!!
TWOOOOOOOOO!!!
THREEEEEEE—
Stew-O: NOT ENOUGH!! KICK OUT FROM CHRIS ELITE!! Both of these elitists have dished out their own measure of offense here, but it’s looking like Myles is now looking to put Elite down for good here, as he’s looking to drag Chris up to his feet with a hand on his wrist and PULLING HIM OVER HIS OWN SHOULDERS FOR THE ‘DE-FACTO’—
Flannery McCoy: BUT ELITE DROPS DOWN & MYLES QUICKLY TURNS RIGHT BACK AROUND—AS THEY BOTH NAIL ONE ANOTHER WITH STIFF ELBOWS! CHRIS RUSHES BACK OVER—‘VICTORIA’!!! THE POP-UP KNEE STRIKE CAUSES CHRIS ELITE TO STAGGER INTO THE ROPES—WHO REBOUNDS BACK TOWARD MYLES WITH ‘OPEN YA MATA’!!! V-TRIGGER!!! Both elitists collapse and roll toward their respective corners, allowing Minerva & Armstrong to return back into the fray!!
(TAG!)
(TAG!)
Jake Mercer: MINERVA RUSHES DIRECTLY TOWARD DRAKE LOOKING FOR A RIGHT—BUT DRAKE CATCHES HER HAND, & PULLS HER INTO BEING HOISTED AROUND AS HE’S LOOKING FOR THE ‘DEATH PENALTY’ RIGHT HERE!!!
Stew-O: MINERVA SQUIRMS FREE AND DROPS ARMSTRONG DOWN—SENDING A DROPKICK DIRECTLY TO HIS CRANIUM! With Armstrong down and reeling, Minerva eagerly turns Drake around and gets herself positioned right here.. DIRECTLY INTO THE ‘OWL OF MINERVA’! SUBMISSION IS APPLIED!! Drake Armstrong is struggling considerably here as he’s squirming around, but Minerva’s got Drake trapped here and he’s unable to retort! He’s able to motion his legs around as he’s so close yet unable to touch those ropes!!!
Flannery McCoy: LOOK! CY HENDERSON IS ABLE TO PUSH THE ROPES FORWARD JUST ENOUGH FOR DRAKE TO GET HIS FOOT OVER THE BOTTOM ROPE! Now the referee is counting down as Minerva shakes her own head, & now we have Cy Henderson climbing himself up to the apron as he’s looking to garner the attention of one of the opponents to his own team here! Rebel Nation 2.0 represents itself as Armstrong’s trying to recover as quickly as he possibly can here!
Jake Mercer: Minerva’s distracted as well! She’s walking forward to Cy while he’s trying to buy Armstrong some time here, and it’s not looking like she’s anticipating Drake while he’s slowly rising to his feet… but wait, there’s Drake King! He’s able to walk right around & Minerva sees him give her the alert needed for what’s to come—AS DRAKE’S RUSHING TOWARD MINERVA!!!
Stew-O: MINERVA MOVES—AND DRAKE JUST BLASTED CY HENDERSON!!! CY DROPS FROM THE APRON AS ARMSTRONG IS WIDE-EYED WHILE DRAKE KING’S GOT A WIDE SMILE ON HIS OWN FACE—
Flannery McCoy: SCISSORS KICK TO THE BACK OF ARMSTRONG’S HEAD AS HE DROPS TO A KNEE! MINERVA GETS AROUND & DRAKE IS TOO STUNNED TO REVERSE.. AS ‘THE SIREN’S LONELY SONG’ CONNECTS!!! MINERVA COVERS AS CHRIS IS TRYING TO RUSH INTO THE RING BUT MYLES IS HOLDING HIM BACK!!!
ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
(DING! DING! DING!)
Stephie Love: HERE ARE YOUR WINNERS, THE TEAM OF MYLES, AND MINERVA!!!
Jake Mercer: Minerva is able to pick up the victory for the team here, as Drake’s subtle alert was enough to keep Minerva on her toes and anticipate the blindside attack from Armstrong, who blasts Cy off of the apron instead! Now Myles let’s go of Chris, who is situated in the ring with Drake—‘TILL CY & MYLES BEGIN TO TARGET ONE ANOTHER!!! MYLES CERTAINLY DIDN’T FANCY CY’S ATTEMPTS TO COST THEM WITH MINERVA & NOW THEY’RE EXCHANGING STRIKES!!!
Stew-O: MYLES IS REFUSING TO LET UP! HE’S SENDING REPEATED FOREARMS TO CY HENDERSON AS HE’S NOT SLOWING HIMSELF DOWN DESPITE THE MAIN EVENT THAT THEY HAVE JUST WON! BUT CY HENDERSON ISN’T INTERESTED IN HOLDING BACK AS WELL!!
Flannery McCoy: THE SECURITY ARE NOW SPRAWLING ONTO THE SCENE—BUT THEY’RE SHOVING OFF ANY PERSONNEL JUST TO GET THEIR HANDS ON EACH OTHER! CY IS DELIVERING THE STRIKES UPON THE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION HERE!!!
Jake Mercer: THIS IS A BRAWL BETWEEN TWO OF THESE MEN! WE’VE GOT TERRITORIAL INVASION LOOMING OVER DYNASTY YET THEY’RE FOCUSED ON EACH OTHER!
Stew-O: Certainly a reminder of the chaos that can ensue as these two accomplished elitists will do battle soon before long!!! Thank you all for joining us tonight on Dynasty, and see you next week!!
(A wave of security is able to seperate Myles & Cy Henderson from one another, as Drake King & Minerva regroup with Myles after the victory while Chris Elite & Drake Armstrong slide themselves over onto the apron, disgruntled with the loss as Myles and Cy have given each other their own glaring eyes to close out Dynasty.)
(EAW logo buzzes.)
