(EAW intro plays.)
(Friday Night Dynasty intro plays. A recap of last week’s show is played before Dynasty brings the viewers to a live shot of the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia. We transition inside where the fans are loud and energetic as can be, adreanline coursing through them. The fans all cheer as the pyro goes off on stage. Once that was done, the camera switches over to Stew-O, Jake Mercer and Flannery McCoy who are all ready to call the action for the night.)
Stew-O: WE ARE HERE IN THE LAND DOWN UNDER! SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA IS LIVE FOR FRIDAY NIGHT DYNASTY, AND WE CANNOT WAIT TO GET THINGS STARTED FOR THIS STACKED WEEKEND OF EAW PROGRAMMING! THANK YOU ALL FOR TUNING IN! I AM STEW-O, AND AS ALWAYS, I AM JOINED BY JAKE MERCER AND FLANNERY MCCOY!
Jake Mercer: DY-NAS-TY! DY-NAS-TY! LET’S GO, BABY! THE RED BRAND IS GOING TO KICK ASS AT TERRITORIAL INVASION! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! SHOWDOWN SUCKS! VOLTAGE IS… I DON’T KNOW WHAT RHYMES WITH IT THAT MEANS BAD, BUT THE POINT STILL STANDS! WE ARE NUMBER ONE!
Flannery McCoy: The show is still three weeks away…
Jake Mercer: IT DOESN’T MATTER! WE’RE STILL THE BEST!
Stew-O: Well, someone sure is enthustastic about their brand spriit. :mjlol: But right now, let’s go ahead and kick things off with New Eden, who are ready for war at WarGames!
(‘Enemy Strike’ by Yuki Hayashi blares out before Myles steps out with the EAW World Heavyweight Championship, setting the tone for what is to come seeing as how he was the captain for New Eden.)
Stephie Love: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, INTRODUCING AT THIS TIME, THE EAW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION… MYYYYYYYYLES!
Stew-O: Here he is! Myles is out here and makes his way towards the ring, and I have a feeling that he along with Minerva and Drake king are feeling proud of themselves after they laid out Team Showdown last Saturday, sending a strong message to everyone!
(As Myles gets in the ring, ‘Blood, Milk &Sky’ by White Zombie replaces his theme, and Minerva comes out. She too makes her way towards the ring.)
Stephie Love: Next, she is… MIIIIIIIIIIINEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRVAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Jake Mercer: One of the greatest Elitists of all time, but then again, that can be stated for everyone in New Eden. Minerva has made it known that just because she’s a hall off amer does not mean that her career is going to be slowing down. There’s still things she wants to accomplish, and to become one of the few multi-time WarGames winners in company history is definitely at the top of that list!
(Minerva enters, and she and Myles get closer, smiling at each other. They then turn their attention over to the stage where ‘When Darkness Falls’ by Killswitch Engage plays, and Drake King comes on out shortly thereafter.)
Stephie Love: Aaaaand finally… DRAAAAAAAKE KIIIIIIIING!
Flannery McCoy: Last but not least is the former leader and mastermind behind New Eden himself. He may have issues with Minerva and Myles, but they agreed they would put aside their differences in order to win. For one night only, New Eden will reunite as a trio in a match to gain all the glory, and they definitely have shown they are the team to beat leading up to Territorial Invasion.
(Drake enters. Soon, his theme fades. They each grab a mic, and for the first time in a while, they were standing together again, ready to speak their minds. With all three members of New Eden officially “reunited”, Myles takes the initiative to speak up.)
Myles: Well, here we are. If there were any doubts about us, then those should have been put to bed the moment we came together last week on Showdown and showed everyone that when it comes to War Games, we are not messing around. We’re on the same page. We willingly decided to put aside our own issues and hatred for the sake of the greater good, and that good is plain and simple: winning. After all, if there is one thing everyone in this group knows how to do well, it’s handling business. We all have our own reservations, but if we were to indulge in them any further, then that would open the floodgates for our future opponents to take advantage of, and that is something none of us want.
(Myles briefly glances over at Minerva, remembering her words from the last show. She gave him a small smile, and he reciprocated that gesture before continuing on.)
Myles: Ultimately, we all like to win and dominate our competition. At least that is the one thing we still share even after everything, and when you think about dominance, you think about New Eden. We set the bar high and even after things fizzled out, there are still plenty of Elitists, including our opponents for War Games, who are doing their best to pretty much rip off of our own flow and apply it to themselves. However, none of them can ever come close to the original. We may have been put together this instance when we least expected it to happen, but that doesn’t mean we’re going to allow for the other teams to get one over us. Yeah, coming together was less than ideal but while we still have the power and control on our side, we’re going to make the best out of this opportunity. It probably helped that Minerva and I have teamed with Drake King before too in the aftermath of New Eden’s demise. We have been able to be successful, with her competing in War Games two years ago, and me getting the win at the Christmas Show last year. It isn’t going to be impossible for us to work with him. I’m sure that busted some of our opponents’ bubbles because they have no doubt been salivating about us coming to blows with Drake, but for as much as we may hate him, the one thing that isn’t going to change is the fact that we are all about results. We are three hall of famers, three multi-time world champions, and we have inspired this current generation of Elitists. We are the pinnacle here. People can waste their time coming up with their stupid little think pieces, but at the end of the day, we get shit done. And come Territorial Invasion, the favor swings firmly in our direction.
(Myles remains confident and resolute with his words. The world champion takes a step back and this time, Minerva speaks next.)
Minerva: Myles couldn’t be any more right. The people here are vultures, looking for any bit of scraps they can get their claws on when it comes to us. Of course, there are always going to be some deep-rooted issues…
(She briefly glances over at Drake King, who merely rolls his eyes.)
Minerva: … However, that doesn’t mean we are incapable of working together. We all have a vested interest in making sure we are able to rise above the circumstances that have put us in this position and ensure that we have a successful night at Territorial Invasion. The prospect of all three of us becoming two-time War Games winners is admittedly a sweet one, and with how I’m motivated to add on to my own legacy and accomplish even more firsts in my career, it’s something I do not take lightly. There is a lot for us to gain here. No amount of quarreling and bickering will ever get in the way of that. Any team that thinks they can easily exploit that will be sorely disappointed, for you cannot exploit something that is already out there in the open. It’s not like we’re running from it anyway. Besides, our issues never got in the way of us being able to stand tall over the likes of Bronson Daniels, Veena Adams, and Milli Banks this past weekend.
(A mixed, loud reaction stems from the crowd, remembering the brutal beatdown New Eden were able to give to Team Showdown.)
Minerva: We were able to make things click, and honestly, it was rather easy for us to do. We can put our heads together and focus when need be, so imagine what one month of preparation can do for us. It may have been some time since we wrestled a match with all three of us in the ring, but that does not mean this is going to be a moment for either team to come swooping in and use either of us as a stepping stone for their own careers. Last weekend, we made sure that message was sent loudly and clearly for everyone to understand. There should be no mixup or confusion. When united, we easily stand as the most dangerous team to deal with, and both WarGames teams are going to realize that whatever they may try and throw at our way is ultimately going to be useless.
Minerva: I will say that it does feel good to be standing here on top, as some questions were beginnig to linger as to whether or not things would be slowing down on my end. Even though I assured everyone at the Draft Show that I was far from done, it seemed as if there was this growing idea that regardless of what I had to say, there was going to be a new guard that would rise up and overtake me. After all, Milli Banks was able to put a stop to an otherwise perfect season for myself. A season that saw me make history, defeat arguably the greatest female Elitist of all time, get married to my beloved, be enshrined into the Hall of Fame, and not having to endure a single loss up until that fateful event. Many seemed to think that a new star was born, even Milli herself, and while I cannot necessarily fault her for being proud of what she accomplished, she was greatly mistaken if she thought that meant she was better than me.
(Minerva shakes her head, and it looks as though her expression is slightly disappointed as she continues to speak.)
Minerva: She certainly cannot lay claim to being better than me when she isn’t even the captain for her team despite her being the only current world champion on it. Sh, of course, went off the handles and made some shots in that cute promo of hers the other day, saying that I am playing fiddle to Myles because he jumped at the chance to be the captain for our team, but it’s simple. The world champion is the leader. They are the pinnacle. They are the literal representation of whichever brand they preside over, but it seems like Veena may as well snatch that championship away from her because, so far, Milli has not been able to live up to that mantle at all. It is disappointing to me, for I decided to shake her hand and pass down the torch to her at Pain for Pride. Everyone can recall that moment when I let her take the spotlight into her own hands and bask within it. However, instead of continuing to shine brightly underneath it, she has allowed someone else to come around and dim it, and for her to essentially shrink herself down has been embarrassing to witness. This was not what I had in mind when I decided to give her my support. She has reduced herself into nothing more than a role player rather than the main star for her team, and in turn, she is sullying the Universal Women’s Championship, a title that I have more than given my all to. And that does leave a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth, so when I laid her out last week, it felt good. She was owed a receipt, and especially so when she is wasting away the prestige of that championship that will more than likely be taken away from her by the same woman captaining the team.
Myles: Now, I would never allow for that to happen, and neither would Minerva. Drake, too. Say what you want, but if we’re supposed to be the undisputed best for our team, then we’re gonna make sure we have the position to actually back that up. Milli has whittled herself down to being nothing more than Veena’s bitch which is hilarious to think about given her usual demeanor, but hey, I suppose she thinks being docile will help their team succeed. Spoiler alert: it won’t. Not when you’re about to compete with the most dominant trio in EAW history. Perhaps if another timeline and if a certain Kaiser didn’t try to be petty, then they could’ve stood a chance and ended Showdown’s abysmal drought at this event, but unfortunately for Milli, Veena and Bronson, their first-ever WarGames match is going to lead to the worst loss yet in their respective careers… unless you want to talk about Bronson tiring to go 3-1 only to fail in the endeavor a couple of years back. Isn’t it sad how that still gets referenced to this day? All these supposed great matches, all these supposed great performances, and yet, the one moment that continues to stick out when it comes to him is where he came so close to defying the odds only to end up bitterly short. Still, that’s the usual story for Bronson, isn’t it? Whenever he is on the cusp of breaking out and truly cementing himself as the best, it doesn’t pan out. It’s a wonder in itself how he even became the EAW World Heavyweight Champion last year.
Minerva: And it’s a wonder how Veena Adams was able to become the face of Showdown. She may have worked hard and turned her perception around, but there is always going to be that looming image of the power-hungry nepo baby who thought she could get away with everything, and I have a sneaking suspicion that history is going to repeat itself soon enough. Veena has done well for herself, but for her to puff out her chest and say she is the best? That’s hilarious. No offense to her, but when the biggest challenge that has stood in your way was a faction that was pretty much a diet version of our group, that doesn’t scream you are the best. Veena will not doubt prattle and try to argue against it, but who exactly has she faced that is even remotely comparable to us? At the very least, Donovan was challenged more when he was the National Elite Champion, but Veena? Even with all the hard work she has put in, she has gotten by relatively easily when it comes to competition. The fact of the matter is that we are the biggest test standing in her way, and I am not sure that she has what it takes to steer her team towards a win against us.
Drake King: Well, if we’re gonna be real… none of them do.
(Myles and Minerva turn their attention to Drake as he speaks.)
Drake King: You know, the more I stand here and think about everything, the more I realize that every team has their own cracks. Showdown is being led by someone who wishes she could be remotely close to being mentioned in the same breath as ours, dragging along two other people who think they’re somehow great in their own right. Then there’s Voltage… who has yet to even have a WarGames team formed. :mjlol: It doesn’t help that Jake Smith wasn’t even going to be Captain Charisma’s first choice as the captain, but the fact that he doesn’t even have a say in who he wants to team with doesn’t help matters, either. They will get that sorted out this Sunday, but by then, that will only give Jake and his team two weeks to prepare. They’re going to have the shortest window of preparation, and with Jake being, well, Jake, I doubt he’s going to take that extra initiative in making sure he can gel well with his teammates.
Drake King: Yes, we have our issues, but for any of the other teams to think that they don’t have their own cracks to worry about is disingenuous. None of us are perfect. Still, when it comes to these matches, and I speak for experience… it doesn’t matter if you and your partners are best friends. What matters is that you get the job done, at any and all costs. All three of us have been able to do that, and that’s why we can stand here and be confident about our chances. They are in our favor. The three of us have won War Games within the past two years. We’re aiming for a third one, and at least this time, we have the chance to win it together, getting that last chapter of New Eden out the way. Given our penchant to win all the time, I just don’t see how Showdown or Voltage can compete, let alone compare to us.
Drake King: That’s gonna ruffle some feathers, but honestly, I don’t care. There’s no one capable of stopping us. Still, if any of our opponents thought that this was going to be a cakewalk, then we’ll gladly do the favors and remind them that when it comes to us, no one can stop us. In the end, the three of us are gonna win, and yet again, #NoOneButNewEden is going to stand tall at the conclusion of Territorial Invasion.
Myles: :notbad:
(Minerva and Myles… actually seemed impressed by Drake King’s words and conviction. The two of them, for the first time in a long time, give him a genuine smile on their part, and in turn, Drake returns the gesture.)
Stew-O: Minerva, Myles and Drake King are all on the same page, and that should be scary for a lot of people.
Jake Mercer: Circumstances aside, they are willing to work together for one match to score another big win in their respective illustrious careers, and the other brands better watch out.
(Myles, Minerva and Drake all stand tall in the center of the ring, confident and unified, as Dynasty fades to commercials.)
(A commercial plays for Territorial Invasion, featuring the WarGames match consisting of New Eden of Dynasty, Veena Adams, Bronson Daniels and Milli Banks of Showdown, and Jake Smith and two more partners yet to be announced for Voltage. Tune in to Sunday Night Voltage this weekend to see who the remaining two Elitists will be for the match!)
(‘My Own Summer’ by Deftones begins to play through the speakers of the Qudos Bank Arena. Selina Reyes walks out with a focused look on her face, but that Dynasty faithful does not seem to give her a warm welcome. She finds herself on top of the ramp as ‘Won’t Back Down’ by Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers begins to play as Lt. Colonel Michael Scott Connor stands next to her. The Australians in the crowd were not looking as thrilled to see him. But, he blocks out the negativity out of his mind, focused on this match. The two Elitists make their way down the ramp.)
Stephie Love: THE FOLLOWING MATCH IS A TAG TEAM MATCH AND IT’S SCHEDULED FOR ONE FALL!!!!
Crowd: ONE FALL!!!!!
Stephie Love: INTRODUCING FIRST…THEY ARE THE TEAM OF ‘THE ONYX QUEEN’…SELINA REYES AND LT. COLONEL… MICHAEL SCOTT CONNOR!!!!!!
Stew-O: We are going to begin this night of action with a bit of Dynasty versus Voltage action. Selina Reyes and Lt. Colonel Michael Scott Connor are wonderful representations of the brand! Some interesting developments on Voltage, Selina was teaming with Effy McAvoy for the Tag Team Turmoil, but it ended with Effy attacking her after the loss. There’s no doubt that Selina may not be in the best mood because of that. Not much was said leading up to Dynasty, but Voltage will more than guarantee some development of what occurred last week.
Flannery McCoy: Lt. Colonel Michael Scott Connor teamed with Effy McAvoy and Zane Grae at Bloodsport to take on Daryl Kinkade and The British Invasion. Things may have not panned out the way that he did in what turned out to be a personal situation between him and The British Invasion.
Jake Mercer: But, did he really think that he had what it takes to defeat three dangerous Brits? Those three have been on a tier on the Voltage brand! He’s in uncharted territory tonight, so he is going to need to go out there and give it the best fight that he possibly can!
(‘Monaco’ by Bad Bunny begins to play through the speakers; the crowd has a mixed ovation as Mikhaila Barra comes out oozing with confidence. Then, ‘Unreal’ by Chaoseum plays after Isaac Crow comes out slowly, but confidently as he looks towards his opponents inside the ring.)
Stephie Love: INTRODUCING THEIR OPPONENTS…THEY ARE THE TEAM OF ‘LETHAL ADDER’… MIKHAILA BARRA AND ‘THE FALLEN ANGEL’…ISAAC CROW!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: Last week, these two were opponents. This week, they stand side by side as they look to take on Voltage’s Lt. Colonel Michael Scott Connor and Selina Reyes. Are these two going to co-exist with each other?
Flannery McCoy: I know that these two were struggling to get victories. Mikhaila Barra was able to add a victory for herself last week. Isaac Crow has been in the process of scratching and climbing, showing to be a scrappy fighter. Someone who will stop at nothing to win. I think that they’ll be able to find a common ground with all of that.
Jake Mercer: I’m bias towards Dynasty, so whipping the floor with these Voltage scum will be something that they need!
(DING! DING! DING!)
Stew-O: AND, IT SEEMS LIKE ISAAC CROW AND THE LIEUTENANT COLONEL MICHAEL SCOTT CONNOR IS GOING TO BEGIN THIS — THESE TWO MEN ARE GOING AT EACH OTHER WITH PUNCHES! STARTING THINGS OFF ON AN AGGRESSIVE NOTE! NONE OF THESE MEN ARE BACKING DOWN FROM A FIGHT! Michael connects with an uppercut that sends Isaac to the horizontal set of ropes! Michael grabs Issac by his wrist as he looks to whip him to the set of ropes across from them! But, Isaac manages to counter that whip as he sends The Lieutenant Colonel to that corner! Isaac goes right after him, but Scotty delivers an elbow as that takes Isaac back!
Flannery McCoy: MIKHAILA BARRA MANAGES TO TURN THE COLONEL AROUND AS THE TWO ELITISTS ARE STARING DOWN AT EACH OTHER! THIS ALLOWS FOR ISAAC CROW TO ATTACK MICHAEL SCOTT CONNOR WITH A CLUB TO THE BACK OF HIS HEAD! Isaac turns him around as he begins to punch him in the back! He picks up Scotty as he throws him back to the corner where Mikhaila is at! The two of them were opponents last week, but are they willing to work with each other to put away the Voltage Elitists?
Referee: (off-mic) TAG!
Jake Mercer: It seems like you got your answer, Flann! Mikhaila Barra enters the match as she connects with a knife-edge chop to the chest! But, that only seems to fire up the Lt. Colonel! Mikhaila connects with another knife-edge chop to the chest, BUT MICHAEL SCOTT CONNOR IS FIRING UP! HE IS INSISTING FOR MIKHAILA TO DELIVER ANOTHER KNIFE-EDGE CHOP TO THE BEST OF HER ABILITY AS MIKHAILA DOES THAT! THIS ONE, SEEMS TO HAVE SOME EFFECT ON SCOTTY, BUT HE THROWS A PUNCH TO MIKHAILA AS THAT KNOCKS HER BACK! SCOTTY BEGINS TO DELIVER SOME PUNCHES AS HE GETS HIMSELF OUT OF THE CORNER! HE CONNECTS WITH A BIONIC ELBOW TO THE TOP OF MIKHAILA’S HEAD AS HE MANAGES TO TAKE HER DOWN!
Stew-O: Michael Scott Connor manages to get her into a front headlock before picking her up and it seems like he’s going for a suplex, BUT —HE DOES SQUATS WHILE HAVING MIKHAILA UP IN THE AIR! HE IS SHOWING SOME OF THE ATHLETICISM THAT CAN’T BE TAUGHT DURING HIS TIME IN THE MARINE CORPS! ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! SIX! SEVEN! EIGHT! NINE! TEN! HE TAKES HER DOWN WITH A SUPLEX AS HE FLOATS OVER FOR A PIN!
ONE! TWO!
Flannery McCoy: Mikhaila Barra kicks out as she finds herself in a seated position! The Lt. Colonel begins to apply a chin lock as he manages to pick her up to her feet! But, Mikhaila manages to find a bit of an opening and take the Colonel back with a pele kick! But, I don’t think that Mikhaila realized that she managed to knock him back to the corner where Selina Reyes is at!
Referee: (off-mic) TAG!
Jake Mercer: Oh boy, guys! ‘The Oryx Queen’ manages to tag herself into the match as Mikhaila Barra doesn’t realize what just happened! Mikhaila feels cocky as she holds up the three fingers, symbolizing herself as a third-generation wrestler! Mikhaila manages to turn herself to the side as she’s looking at Selina Reyes! She takes Mikhaila back with a stiff punch, but it seems like Mikhaila is not going to back down from a fight against a fellow newcomer! Mikhaila rushes forward as she connects with a stiff punch to Selina! Selina is shaking her head as she takes Mikhaila down with an uppercut!
Stew-O: Now, we see Selina Reyes getting on top of Mikhaila Barra and connecting with some stiff elbow to the top of her skull! She grabs her with a fistful of her hair as she manages to throw her to one of the corners! She doesn’t waste any time by running towards that same corner and taking Mikhaila down with a running forearm to Mikhaila’s face! Mikhail finds herself seated on the second turnbuckle as Selina gets closer to her and manages to take her behind her with a monkey flip! Mikhaila finds herself back to a seated position as she connects with a sliding clothesline to the back of Mikhaila’s head!
Flannery McCoy: Selina Reyes is pointing at Isaac Crow, telling him to not do anything! She knows that Isaac might be looking to return the favor that Mikhaila Barra did for him by providing some sort of distraction! She picks up Mikhaila and connects with a spinning thrust kick to the gut of ‘Lethal Adder’ before running the vertical set of ropes and taking her down with a headscissors takedown! Mikhaila manages to kip her back to her feet! Selina is unaware that Mikhaila was able to use all of that momentum to find herself back on her feet! Selina turns herself around as Mikhaila takes her back with a knee strike! Then, she picks up Selina, gets her in a front headlock and connects with a northern lights suplex! Mikhaila with a beautiful bridge on it!
OOOOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEEE!!!!!
TTTTWWWWWWOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Jake Mercer: But, Selina Reyes manages to bridge herself out of the move! She twists herself around as Mikhaila Barra releases the hold! Selina manages to kick Mikhaila in the gut before picking her back and taking her back with a saito suplex! Now, we see Isaac Crow who looks to be entering himself on the right, but the referee is looking to put a stop to that! Selina is telling Isaac to get back to his corner! BUT, SHE FAILS TO REALIZE THAT MIKHAILA BARRA IS STANDING RIGHT BEHIND HER! MIKHAILA USES THAT DISTRACTION AND MANAGES TO CONNECT WITH THE ‘ADDER STRIKE’ — THAT HIGH-IMPACT SPINNING HEEL KICK! MIKHAILA GOES FOR THE COVER!
OOOOOOONNNNNNNNEEEEEEEE!!!!
TTTTWWWWWOOO—
Stew-O: Selina Reyes manages to kick out! Now, we see Mikhaila Barra looking to apply that dragon sleeper hold on Selina! But, Selina manages to get her foot on the bottom rope! She knows that it could have been the beginning of the end for her if Mikhaila managed to apply that dragon sleeper with all of her might! Mikhaila manages to release the hold as Selina uses the rope to pick herself up! Mikhaila looks to clothesline Selina over the top rope! But, Selina manages to land on the apron! Mikhaila looks to continue that with a forearm in hopes to knock Selina off the apron, but Selina manages to connect with a guillotine on the ropes as that sends her stumbling down to her knees!
Flannery McCoy: Selina Reyes begins to make her way to the top turnbuckle as situates herself on it! She is watching Mikhaila Barra find her way back to her feet as she flies from the top rope and nails her with a missile dropkick! This takes Mikhaila down as Selina drops down as she looks to apply the ‘Reyes Lock’ — a Sicilian stretch on Mikhaila, BUT ISAAC CROW FINDS HIS WAY BACK INSIDE THE RING! THIS CAUSES SELINA TO FIND HER WAY UP AS SHE FIRES AWAY AT ISAAC, BUT ISAAC ROLLS HIMSELF OUT OF THE RING BEFORE SELINA COULD GET HER HANDS ON HIM! THE REFEREE IS HOLDING HER BACK AS SELINA IS TRYING TO CALM HERSELF DOWN!
Jake Mercer: But, Lt. Colonel Michael Scott Connor did not like what Isaac Crow was looking to do! He wants to keep this match as clean as possible! He goes up to Isaac as the two men are staring down at each other! Isaac grabs the Colonel by his throat as he looks to lift him up with a choke slam, bUT MICHAEL DROPS DOWN TO THE OTHER SIDE! HE DELIVERS A BOOT TO THE GUT OF ‘THE FALLEN ANGEL!’ MICHAEL PULLS ISAAC INTO A DOUBLE UNDERHOOK BEFORE DROPPING ISAAC DOWN WITH A LEAPING DOUBLE UNDERHOOK DDT! HE CALLS THAT ‘TAPS’ AS ISAAC ‘TAPS’ THE TOP OF HIS SKULL ONTO THE GROUND AT RINGSIDE!
Stew-O: While Selina Reyes was focused on the altercation with the Lt. Colonel and Isaac Crow, Mikhaila Barra rises to her feet and connects with a spinning backfist as that takes Selina down! Mikhaila is starting to feel good about herself as she looks to grab Selina by her legs and go for that Texas cloverleaf that she Iikes to go for! She calls it ‘Vipers Hug,’ BUT SELINA IS STILL KICKING! SHE IS STILL ABLE TO CONTINUE ON WITH THIS MATCH AS SHE MANAGES TO CLUTCH TO THE BOTTOM ROPE! MIKHAILA DOES NOT SEEM AMUSED BY THAT WHATSOEVER AS SHE LOOKS BACK TO HER CORNER AND SOMEHOW, ISAAC CROW IS RISING TO HIS FEET! HE IS HOLDING THE BACK OF HIS HEAD, BUT HE SEEMS MORE THAN FIRED UP TO GET INTO THE MATCH! IS MIKHAILA GOING TO LET HIM DO THAT?
Referee: (off-mic) TAG!
Flannery McCoy: Isaac Crow is back into this match! He begins to climb onto the top turnbuckle as he situates himself on top of it! He waits for Selina Reyes to get up just a bit before jumping off the top turnbuckle and connecting with a ‘Death’s Touch’ — the diving fist drop from the top rope takes Selina down! Isaac goes for the cover!
OOOOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEE!!!!!
TTTTWWWWWWOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Jake Mercer: ‘The Onyx Queen’ kicks out! Isaac Crow finds his way back to his feet as he begins to gesture that Selina Reyes finds her way back to her feet! Selina gets up as she turns around as Isaac connects with an axe handle — ‘COMATOSE’ CONNECTS AS THAT TAKES SELINA BACK DOWN! BUT, WE SEE THAT SELINA IS STILL LOOKING FOR A WAY BACK TO HER FEET AS SHE GETS KNOCKED DOWN ONCE MORE WITH A ‘COMATOSE!’ STILL, WE SEE HER DETERMINATION AS SHE TRIES TO FIND HER WAY BACK TO HER FEET, BUT ISAAC HITS HER WITH A THIRD ‘COMATOSE’ AS THAT TAKES HER DOWN! ISAAC BEGINS TO FIND HIS WAY BACK TO HIS FEET AS GRABS SELINA REYES! I THINK THAT HE’S GOING FOR ‘DEATH’S DOOR’ — THAT BURNING HAMMER!
Stew-O: But, Selina Reyes drops down at the last second! I think that she might be looking to her corner, where Lt. Colonel Michael Scott Connor is more than waiting for that tag to reenter the match! Selina launches herself towards the Colonel, BUT ISAAC CROW MANAGES TO CATCH HER LEG AT THE LAST SECOND! ISAAC LOOKS TO PULL HER AWAY, BUT SELINA MANAGES TO CONNECT WITH AN ENZIGURI AS THAT KNOCKS ISAAC TO HIS SIDE AS SHE RUNS AND LAUNCHES HERSELF TOWARDS THE TAG OF MICHAEL!
Referee: (off-mic) TAG!
Flannery McCoy: Lt. Colonel Michael Scott Connor enters the match as he hopes over the top rope! He goes right after Isaac Crow as he looks for a clothesline, but Isaac ducks the clothesline! He rebounds off the set of rope as he slides underneath the feet of the Colonel! He wraps his arms around the waist of Scotty before pushing him into the vertical set of ropes as he looks to take him back with a German suplex! Michael lands right on his feet as Isaac turns himself around, but Colonel goes right after him, taking him down with a discus lariat as that causes Isaac to go spinning around like a top!
Jake Mercer: Still, we see that Isaac Crow is finding himself to his feet as Lt. Colonel Michael Scott Connor manages to grab Issac from behind him — ‘DD214’ — his variation of the dragon sleeper hold, bUT ISAAC MANAGES TO FLIP MICHAEL FORWARD AS HE GOES OVER TO HIS CORNER WITH MIKHAILA BARRA AND TAGS HER BACK INTO THE MATCH!
Referee: (off-mic) TAG!
Stew-O: It seems like Isaac Crow may have dodged a bullet here as Mikhaila Barra enters this match once more as she looks to take him down with a spinning heel kick — ‘Adder Strike,’ BUT MICHAEL SCOTT CONNOR MANAGES TO LIFT HER UP AND PLACE HER ON ONE SHOULDER! BUT, MIKHAILA ESCAPES AS SHE MANAGES TO PUSH MICHAEL INTO THE CORNER WITH ISAAC CROW! ISAAC MANAGES TO LAND A NASTY FOREARM AS THAT TAKES HIM BACK! MIKHAILA RUNS RIGHT AFTER HIM, LOOKING FOR A TILT-A-WHIRL HEADSCISSORS TAKEDOWN AS SHE TAKES HIM TO HIS STOMACH WITH A COBRA CLUTCH — THE ‘BARRA CLUTCH’ AS SHE HAS THE COLONEL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING —
Flannery McCoy: BUT, SELINA REYES COMES TO THE AID OF MICHAEL SCOTT CONNORS AND DELIVERS A KICK TO THE BACK OF MIKHAILA BARRA’S HEAD! THAT CAPTURES THE ATTENTION OF MIKHAILA AS SHE GETS TO HER FEET! NOW, SHE AND SELINA ARE NOSE-TO-NOSE WITH EACH OTHER! BUT, ISAAC CROW ENTERS THE RING AS HE MANAGES TO TURN SELINA AROUND AND TAKE HER DOWN WITH A ‘COMATOSE!’ BUT, MICHAEL SPRINGS BACK TO HIS FEET AS HE CONNECTS WITH A GIANT BOOT AS THAT TAKES ISAAC OUT OF THE RING! NOW, IT’S MICHAEL AND MIKHAILA INSIDE THE RING!
Jake Mercer: Mikhaila Barra turns Lt. Colonel Michael Scott Connors around as she goes back a bit before running right after him, looking for that tilt-a-whirl spin as she looks to connect with the ‘Barra Clutch’ once more! BUT, MICHAEL MANAGES TO TAKE HER BACK TO THE GROUND, BUT HE HAS HIS ARMS WRAPPED AROUND HER NECK! HE GETS THE OTHER ARM AROUND HER MIDSECTION AS HE MANAGES TO TAKE DOWN AS HER SPINE IS CONTORTING BACK LIKE AN ACCORDION! THE BODY IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BEND LIKE THAT! ‘DD214’ IS SECURED TO THE BEST OF ITS ABILITY! MIKHAILA HAS HER HAND UP! SHE IS SHAKING UNCONTROLLABLY AS SHE HOPES TO SEE ISAAC CROW RETURN TO THE RING TO BREAK UP THE COUNT!
Stew-O: LT. COLONEL MICHAEL SCOTT CONNORS IS CHOKING HER AS MIKHAILA BARRA HAS NO OTHER CHOICE, BUT TO TAP OUT! SHE CHOOSES TO FIGHT ANOTHER DAY!
(DING! DING! DING!)
(‘Won’t Back Down’ plays once more as Lt. Colonel Michael Scott Connor releases the ‘DD214’ from Mikhaila Barra. He stands up as he allows for the referee to raise his hand in victory. Selina Reyes joins him in the ring as she stands on the other side of the referee. The referee raising both their hands in victory.)
Stephie Love: THE WINNERS OF THIS MATCH…THE TEAM OF SELINA REYES AND LT. COLONEL MICHAEL SCOTT CONNOR!!!!!!
Flannery McCoy: Voltage stands tall on this Dynasty versus Voltage tag team match! A preview of what we can expect at Territorial Invasion as them, along with Showdown will clash to see who is the superior brand! I can’t imagine how good that must feel for the Colonel, who had a tough loss at Bloodsport.
Jake Mercer: That must feel good. A good victory for the newcomer in Selina Reyes as she may be the one to watch as we head towards Territorial Invasion. But, Dynasty plans to come back even stronger! This isn’t Territorial Invasion! This is foreshadowing nothing!
(Dynasty fades backstage to Saori Aizen stretching her arms out over her head and in a train of thought.)
????: Just who I wanted to see.
(Mia Santoro gets into the camera shot as Saori Aizen stops her stretching. The two of them stare at each other for a brief moment before Mia begins to speak.)
Mia Santoro: We need to discuss a game plan for our match against Fire & Ice. They’re former Unified Tag Team Champions. Former World Champions. Rex is a Hall of Famer. Raven could be a future Hall of Famer and all of that jazz. They’re a pretty big fucking deal. But, we got this.
Saori Aizen: It’s nothing that we wouldn’t be able to handle.
Mia Santoro: I agree. I know that you aren’t the most experienced when it comes to facing these upper echelon of Elitists, but I don’t want this to be a repeat of what you want through at Reckless Wiring.
(Saori Aizen gives Mia Santoro a look, almost like she was rubbed the wrong way about how it could be implied that if they lose, the blame would go to Saori.)
Saori Aizen: It won’t be. Don’t you worry about it.
Mia Santoro: Yeah because I’m not too crazy about finding myself in another tag team match and especially, with having to rely on someone else to help me out. Especially with what you did to Usagi Senshi at Reckless Wiring, so I just need to make sure that we’re both on the same page because winning this match could mean BIG things for the both of us! I know that you would like to continue to climb up the ranks on Dynasty. Meanwhile, I am looking to find myself back in a title picture and secure the bag.
Saori Aizen: You’re not the only one that’s too crazy about teaming up. I am not interested in any tag teams either. I took out Usagi Senshi to nip the potential situation in the bud. I knew that she was going to expect for someone to fall into line with her ideals. The same situation that happened within the Ice Aces, if I didn’t fall in line, she would have found a way to discard me like she did with ARIA last season on Showdown. I did EVERYONE a favor by giving her a swift execution and putting her out of her misery.
Mia Santoro: You showed everyone why you are capable of that. You put the entire locker room on notice, even me. I wanted to clear the air on not being interested in any tag teams. I’m not interested in having what you did to Usagi happen to me. Besides, I’m the last person that you’d want to try any of that funny business on.
Saori Aizen: Is that so?
Mia Santoro: All I’m saying is that we need to be on the same page when it comes to Fire & Ice. We are younger. We are better looking. We have more to offer to the Dynasty brand. They may have all of the titles and accolades, but we aren’t going to let them think that they can use us to send a message to The Jaded Hearts. We need to go out there and prove that we are better than them. We need to give them a fight, so I find it important that we go by my lead in this match —
Saori Aizen: Everything that I’ve done from my debut to Reckless Wiring to right now, has gone according to plan. Last week against Holly was a bit of a side step, but my plan is still in motion. Why would I put that trust into you, Mia? We’d go and face Fire & Ice and we’d lose to them thanks to your plan.
Mia Santoro: And, what’s your plan to be exact? Let me hear it.
Saori Aizen: Not listening to you is the beginning of it. You’re expecting me to do the same thing that Usagi was expecting me to do and that’s to fall in line. That’s not going to work with me. I know that you don’t like the idea of having to rely on someone, but I am not like anyone else that you’ve teamed with. I expect to do my part when it comes to facing Fire & Ice and I expect for you to do the same thing. But, please, explain what this so-called ‘plan’ of yours is? The one that you’re so sure of is going to secure us the victory.
(Saori Aizen folds her arms across her chest as she waits for Mia Santoro to respond, but it seems like Mia is more than done with this conversation.)
Mia Santoro: Just follow my lead and don’t ask any questions.
(Mia Santoro storms off the locker room, leaving Saori Aizen looking at Mia with a distasteful long. She says nothing more as she follows Mia shortly after. The scene fades elsewhere.)
[Fire & Ice vs Saori Aizen & Mia Santoro – TBP ASAP!]
(A commercial plays for Territorial Invasion, showcasing the Divide & Conquer match.)
(Friday Night Dynasty returns to a wide pan shot of Qudos Bank Arena as the Sydney crowd are met with the sounds of ‘Saint Pablo’ by Kanye West are heard playing up. They respond loudly with a primarily negative reaction as the camera goes over to show Cy Henderson making his way out from the backstage area. He has a smirk on his face as he looks around at the jam packed arena, taking a moment before then beginning to make his way down the ramp and toward the ring.)
Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome… EAW HALL OF FAMER!!!!!!!!!! CY HENDERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: Well we saw Cy Henderson last week make his first moves as the Team Captain for Dynasty in the Brand Warfare match, practically assembling his entire lineup right then and there. Love him or hate him, you can’t deny that he has an eye for talent.
Flannery McCoy: He’s a Hall of Famer, this isn’t his first rodeo, and naturally I think that he’s out here tonight so all of them can have their first meetup as a collective unit. Given the unique personalities that occupy this circle, this should certainly be interesting.
Jake Mercer: I personally welcome our Team Captain and I think he knows EXACTLY what he’s doing. Sure there might be some pushback, but make no mistake about it this is a team with the goal of WINNING!
(Cy makes his way up the steps and onto the apron as he enters into the ring. He heads over and takes a microphone from the ringside area. ‘Saint Pablo’ then begins to come to a close as Cy makes his way over to the center of the ring, as he begins to speak.)
Cy Henderson: I think we know why I’m out here tonight, so let’s cut the explanation and get down to the brass tacks, and that’s my responsibilities as Team Captain. From the beginning I established that this was going to be different, that I wasn’t going to be playing things by the book, and that I was going to conduct it my way. The way that people don’t have to like, but have to respect, henceforth why this team is called Rebel Nation 2.0… and not Team Dynasty. Richard Grant and Kensingten Calhoun-Astor put their trust into me to put together the best team possible and lead them to victory at Territorial Invasion, and I trust that, despite the differences between a lot of people on the team, they all have what it takes to get things done like I know they do. Team Showdown and Team Voltage aren’t going to be easy, and I’m not going to stand here and say that they’re going to put this victory in our lap, but I know what every single member of my team can do when they put their best foot forward, and I ensure you that is exactly what you are going to be seeing once we put plans into motion.
(The crowd cheers in response to this, pride overruling any negativity they could have toward Cy as the Team Captain continues on.)
Cy Henderson: Now I don’t need to do any corny team building exercises and have my fellow teammates looking like idiots playing cricket like it’s an anime filler episode. I know exactly what will help really build chemistry and that’s wrestling. Which is why momentarily, two standout members of Rebel Nation 2.0 will take on two members of Team Voltage and set the tone for what is to come in the coming weeks. Along with what is to come at Territorial Invasion, and that is dominance. But you don’t want to hear it come out of my mouth, do you? You want to hear it being said by the rest of my team, to show you just how much it means to them, right???
(Naturally, the crowd cheers as Cy smirks.)
Cy Henderson: Great! Then let’s welcome out Rebel Nation 2.0! Firstly, Vincent Mondrian!
(‘Lacrimosa – Epic Version’ by Samuel Kim begins to play up as the crowd cheers for Vincent Mondrian who is seen making his way out to the stage. He heads down the ramp and toward the ring before making his way inside, greeting Cy as his theme then begins to come to a close from there. Standing aside, he allows Cy to continue introducing the members of the team.)
Cy Henderson: Next, Shinzo Sasaki!
(‘Loose Change (Instrumental)’ by The Alchemist then follows that as the crowd begins to boo for Shinzo Sasaki who makes his way out from the backstage area. He then heads into the ring as he glares at Vincent before eyeing and acknowledging Cy at the center of the ring. His theme comes to a close as Cy continues.)
Cy Henderson: Next, Drake Armstrong!
(‘Pride and Arrogance’ by Takeru Kanazaki begins to play up as the crowd boos loudly for Drake Armstrong who is seen making his way out. He has a serious expression as he makes his way down to the ring to join the rest of his team. As he enters in, he scans the other two who have made their entrance, before landing on Cy, as the two have a tense staredown with one another before his theme comes to a close.)
Cy Henderson: And lastly, Chris Elite!
(‘Invincible’ by Pop Smoke then begins to follow that as the crowd gives a mixed reaction for Chris Elite who makes his way out to the stage. The Hall of Famer eyes all of his teammates, stomaching it for the moment as he makes his way to the ring. Then he enters in as his theme begins to fade from there. Cy, looking around, looks to continue speaking as everyone has been introduced… but before he can, someone has something to say.)
Drake Armstrong: Interesting how you introduce him last like he’s somebody special.
Chris Elite: Who are you again?
Drake Armstrong: Basic words from a basic man, predictable.
Chris Elite: Get me out of here bro.
(Drake and Chris start to bicker amongst one another, inching closer and closer, but before they can go any further it’s Cy who steps between them.)
Cy Henderson: Gentlemen, please, we’re better than this. Let’s take it down a couple decibels. Before we get into any sort of conversations, I have some words for all of you.
(Cy makes his way over as he eyes Vincent first.)
Cy Henderson: Vincent, nobody can deny the potential that you have in this company. You had an amazing showing against BRAE for the New Breed Championship, before following it up with an amazing performance against Shinzo Sasaki last week. You showed that you clearly belong, and it’s only a matter of time before you truly break through and become somebody on everyone’s radar.
(Cy then turns and looks at Shinzo.)
Cy Henderson: As for you Shinzo, you’ve been a constant on this brand for almost a year now, and you know what it’s like to be the standout on a team and fight the best of the absolute best. You recently showed that in your match against Hans, and experience like that will be much needed on this team. With the right people around you, I’m confident in your abilities and how you’re going to rise to the occasion.
(Cy continues on as he eyes Drake.)
Cy Henderson: Now Drake, you know that we’re no strangers to one another. We have our history and it’s safe to say that it’s left a lasting imprint on both of our careers. Heated rivalries, traded wins, marquee matches, I know that you weren’t exactly keen on taking up an offer from someone like me, but it’ll prove to be a great investment for you. Sometimes, the most heated rivals can make the best teammates.
Drake Armstrong: That’s great and all, but one inquiry…
(Drake steps forward toward Cy, looking around at everyone else.)
Drake Armstrong: Who even agreed to the name Rebel Nation 2.0?
(Cy grins at this before Drake shakes his head.)
Drake Armstrong: I don’t like any of you, I don’t believe that any of you are above me. But something I do believe in is the spirit of competition, and the constant need to prove the other wrong. I feel if we channel that into this… Rebel Nation of yours… then we will win. Needless to say, you won’t have to worry about me doing my part.
Cy Henderson: That’s all I need to know.
(Cy then turns his attention to the last person that he needs to address, Chris.)
Cy Henderson: As for you Chris, it’s easy to say that I don’t need to give you your props. Your resume speaks for itself. You’ve been on a roll since returning, and you’re a Hall of Famer looking to prove a lot of people wrong, and that’s exactly the type of person that I need on this team. I need somebody with a chip on their shoulder, fighting the way that you have. If there’s ever a place to prove that you’re back and you’re back for good, better than ever, and taking it to any and everybody… then you know just as well as anyone that Brand Warfare is that place.
Chris Elite: D’aw, I ain’t know you had that in you, little buddy. I’m willing to look past the fact you recruited a bunch of dickeaters because you’re right that I got something to prove. I’ve been in a Brand Warfare match before, shit I even represented Dynasty, I know that it’s not easy. I’m going to have to give it my 100% and you knew that was going to be the case. All these bozos wanna keep running their mouths about me, saying the same shit that they’ve been saying since 2020, tired ass narratives about how I’m not at my best and how I’m washed. While I know they ain’t gonna hop off it any time soon, imma just do my own thing. You don’t need to motivate me whole ass speech Captain America, you got my word.
Drake Armstrong: While I don’t appreciate his choice of words, I do echo the same sentiments as him. We don’t have to like each other, but we all know what we’re here for. I’ve never been known to be a team player, but at the end of the day I know what it takes to succeed. I know the business model to success around here and in a situation like Brand Warfare cooperation is a part of that. I know plenty of people expect me to be the bad apple out of the bunch, but nothing will compare to the hatred that I have toward those absolutely despicable fools on Showdown and Voltage. If there is anything that will help me side with you, it’s those disgusting peasants who think their brand is supreme.
Shinzo Sasaki: I know I’m the last person that you should be trusting, but I assure you just as everyone else has that I will not be an issue. The loss to Hans Grayson still leaves a sour taste in my mouth and the reminders of my failures is not one that I’m very fond of no matter how much I try to hide it. This is my rebound, this is my opportunity, and I’m not going to waste it just because I disagree with certain people and their ideologies on their team. I am going to push my agenda, and the only way I can do that is by ensuring Team Dynasty wins.
Vincent Mondrian: Cy, you gave me this opportunity for a reason. You entrusted myself along with everyone else on this team with the responsibility of making sure that Rebel Nation won. I know that you were in the right state of mind with that, and as everyone else is seemingly ready for the task at hand, I assure you just as everyone has that I am too. I myself have been met with shortcomings of my own, and they’re not exactly easy on the mind. I’m hoping that by conquering Brand Warfare along with the rest of you, my goal can be accomplished.
Cy Henderson: I’m glad we’re all on the same page. It’s clear that all of you are just as eager as I am to make sure that Rebel Nation 2.0 comes out on top. Let’s make sure to acknowledge the competition though, such as Team Voltage being led by both Limmy Monaghan and Ms. Extreme. They’re very top heavy, and that is speaking in the sense that those two “Co-Captains” as they call themselves carry more in name value than they currently bring to the table as Elitists in this company.
Chris Elite: Oh brother, don’t even get me started on them. Camille is still a dickeater who won’t shut the fuck up.
Drake Armstrong: She’s not the same as she used to be. Which is quite a shame because I could’ve seen myself being a fan of Ms. Extreme. But clearly she’s just adamant on taking up space, she’s going to be easily disposed of.
Chris Elite: Ah man, then that Limmy guy. Look, I love Jamie, Blicky Roos would’ve been a hit in Australia or wherever the fuck he’s from, but he got the wrong guy to be his “successor” or whatever you want to call it. Little bro got his cock shoved so far down his throat that he doesn’t care about anything else but savoring the taste of it. He’s gonna be like “B-but I’m not trying to follow his footsteps-” Shut the fuck up. We all know this bozo is too busy chasing the ghost of someone who’s shoes he’ll never fill than to walk in his own shoes and lead his team to victory.
Drake Armstrong: Truly a shame to see what the great “Leader” has come to, but it’s predictable knowing the trajectory of little men who can’t stand on their own two feet. It’s also a shame because they have a lot of weight to carry, seeing as Effy McAvoy and Akari Kiyoko certainly did not do much to impress Vincent and I. It’s going to be a tragedy what happens tonight, and Limmy and Camille are going to have to pick up the pieces of their insolence.
Cy Henderson: I also mentioned before the “team building” exercises that have been done, and no more beating around the bush, because it’s clear that Showdown’s attempts at orchestrating a team for Brand Warfare have been disappointing as well.
Vincent Mondrian: I don’t believe any of them have redeeming qualities. Charlie Marr is way too self centered to be trusted as a leader, I don’t believe that he has what it takes especially considering the type of personality that he’s grown to be. He’s a sniveling snake who has failed in this type of match before, I don’t expect anything to be different there. SOSA Henderson as well is someone who is way too unreliable to be trusted as a teammate, and they better hope that he doesn’t decide to leave them out to dry ahead of Territorial Invasion like he’s been known to do throughout his career.
Shinzo Sasaki: The same can be said for their other teammates. Cody Maverick has shown some promise, but he doesn’t have the experience to go the distance in this match like most of the people, including myself, on this team do. That’s something that is going to come back to bite him as it has throughout the annals of history. Jon Kelton has yet to prove that he amounts to anything outside of his protective bubble on Saturday Night Showdown, and continues to show why he’s an overrated has been trying to make up for time that expired 15 years ago. He’s in for a reality check when he has to face actual top stars and realize why he never has and never will win a World Championship. As for Donovan Duke, he is nothing more than a fluke Cash in The Vault winner who only won that match because I let him, and he is someone who will eventually fail at his goals and it’s only right that Territorial Invasion allows him the chance to get used to such a failure.
Chris Elite: Shit, I guess we have something to agree on. All these guys suck.
Cy Henderson: What a surprise. You see, I didn’t make this team because I expected you guys to like each other, you’re entitled to feel a certain way about the people around you as much as you like. But it’s because of our common goals and our feelings toward our opponents that drive us. That, above all, is why I am certain that this team is going to come out on top.
(Rebel Nation 2.0 all agree when it comes to this statement, but before anything else can be said… ‘Psycho’ by That’s Outrageous begins to play through the speakers to loud boos from the crowd. The camera goes over to Effy McAvoy who is seen making her way out to the stage. She’s seen in her ring gear as her theme is quickly replaced by ‘TENKI YOHOU’ by batta which then follows that up. Akari Kiyoko is seen following behind her as both members of the Voltage Brand Warfare team do not look particularly amused by what Dynasty has been saying about them. Cy gestures for himself along with Shinzo and Chris to take their leave, as only Drake and Vincent are left, beginning to prepare for this match as Effy and Akari make their way down.)
Stephie Love: The following TAG TEAM MATCH is scheduled for…
Crowd: ONE FALL!!!
Stephie Love: Already in the ring… the team of Drake Armstrong and Vincent Mondrian… REBEL NATION 2.0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: Well as we already heard before they were interrupted, Drake, Vincent, and the rest of Rebel Nation 2.0 had some choice words toward their opposition. They were confident in how they were going to fare walking into Territorial Invasion, and it looks like they’re going to send a message tonight against some tough competition.
Jake Mercer: We know that they’re ready! Dynasty pride! But I hope they know better than to underestimate them. :lupe: They’re certainly confident in their own manner, but we know how that comes back to bite certain people.
Stephie Love: And their opponents… the team of Effy McAvoy and Akari Kiyoko… TEAM VOLTAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Flannery McCoy: We saw last week that both Limmy Monaghan and Ms. Extreme made moves to recruit members to their Brand Warfare team. Effy would accept Limmy’s offer and we would see Ms. Extreme take into consideration the idea of adding Akari to their side as well. While that hasn’t entirely been confirmed, this is definitely a testing ground to see how he would fare against members already participating in Brand Warfare.
Jake Mercer: They’re tough, and they definitely have spirit. But they’re going to have to back it up and getting a win against these two is going to be a tall task. Can they accomplish that? For our sake I hope not, but let’s just see for ourselves.
(DING! DING! DING!)
Stew-O: And we’re off! We’ve got tag team action coming your way right here on Dynasty, as Voltage’s own Effy McCoy & Akari Kiyoko are taking on our very own Drake Armstrong & Vincent Mondrian! Effy & Vincent have decided to start this match off, as they begin to circle around the ring accordingly while Akari & Armstrong remain situated on the apron of their respective corners as well. No surprises here that Drake & Vincent are not looking to disappoint Cy Henderson, but most importantly, the brand as a whole, as that could surely impact how they are viewed by some of the roster members if they truly were to lose right here on Dynasty grounds.
Flannery McCoy: Regardless of achieving victory for the brand, they should still try achieving victory under the same manner that they always do, just for the sake of uplifting their careers and adding another win in the record books for themselves! Vincent & Effy usher in a collar & elbow tie-up as they’re looking to gain some ground for one or the other, but now Vincent is overpowering Effy here as she is unable to outmatch his own strength, being pushed against the ropes as the referee is now looking to count down as Vincent should be keen on avoiding the disqualification loss above all else. Now Vincent is slowly but surely backing himself away with his hands raised here—but Effy thinks quickly as she’s able to grab a hold of his head, employing a headlock while taking Vincent into the middle!
Jake Mercer: Now I understand that they should be aiming for victory no matter the stakes, but this is the love & joy of being a Dynasty roster member we’re talking about. You better represent for the brand if you’re called upon to do so, which is exactly what both Drake & Vincent will need to do! Vincent is trying to get himself out of this headlock right here, as he’s proceeding to press down on Effy’s leg, causing her to drop to a knee as Vincent then grabs a hold of Effy’s wrist.. oh no… VINCENT’S GOT A HOLD OF HER FINGERS! WE MAY SEE VINCENT BREAK SOME FINGERS RIGHT HERE & RIGHT NOW!
Stew-O: BUT EFFY WITH A QUICK FOREARM ACROSS HIS JAW! Now Vincent let’s go as Effy is keeping him at bay, nailing repeated forearms while Vincent’s backed into the corner that’s not as close to any team here, keeping him at bay while the referee is counting down once more! Effy now rushes toward the opposite, shortly before rushing away from said corner and back toward Vincent as she may be seeking out AN IMMENSE LEAPING FOREARM THAT CAN NAIL VINCENT—
Flannery McCoy: BUT VINCENT STOPS HER RIGHT IN HER TRACKS WITH AN OPEN PALM CHOP RIGHT OVER HER CHEST!!! Effy’s struggling a bit more now to bring herself back up to her own feet as she’s staggering around, but now she’s moving toward her opponent—AS VINCENT CATCHES HER & SLAMS HER DOWN WITH A URANAGE! Cy gives a nod as Shinzo & Chris also watch on! The uranage may be enough for him here as Vincent hooks the leg for the pin!!!
ONEEE!!!
TWOOOO!!!!
Jake Mercer: Not enough! Effy kicks out as Vincent is now assuming a crouched position, shaking his head as he proceeds to bring himself back up, with his arms around Effy’s waist here as he may be looking to put Effy down rather considerably once again… WITH NO TIME WASTED WHEN SEEKING OUT THIS GERMAN SUPLEX—BUT EFFY WITH A STIFF ELBOW TO STOP VINCENT FROM DOING SO! Vincent is trying to shake it off to the best of his ability here as Effy’s returning to a proper stance, with Mondrian rushing back toward her ONLY TO BE CAUGHT BY AN ENZIGURI TO DROP HIM! Effy aims for the cover!
ONEEE!!!
TWOOOOO!!!
Stew-O: Not enough for Effy as well!!! Vincent’s sitting up after being able to kick out with a hand placed on the back of his own head, while McCoy is now dragging Vincent upward, but VINCENT WITH ANOTHER CHOP that causes Effy to stagger backward into her own corner! Rebel Nation has been watching this match very closely, Vincent’s now looking to take full advantage of Effy while he can, doing what he can to subside the pressure as he rushes toward her for a clothesline in the corner!
(TAG!)
Flannery McCoy: BUT EFFY DUCKS—AS AKARI KIYOKO NAILS A HEADBUTT WHILE VINCENT WAS RUSHING TOWARD THE CORNER!! Now Akari is the legal competitor for his own team while Mondrian is sent spiraling away from the corner, with Akari now able to climb himself up onto the top turnbuckle with Vincent briefly staggered, then having no problem as he LEAPS OFF AND ONTO VINCENT WITH A DIVING EUROPEAN UPPERCUT TO TAKE VINCENT DOWN!!!
Jake Mercer: Vincent is taken back considerably as the uppercut sends him reeling toward his own corner, where he’s trying to bring himself back up in a timely fashion as quickly as possible, but Akari is refusing to slow down as from the moment Vincent’s back up to a vertical stance here.. A SHOTGUN DROPKICK PROCEEDS TO KNOCK VINCENT INTO THE TURNBUCKLE AS WELL!! Akari has not been able to slow down for a second since tagging himself into this match tonight!
(TAG!)
Stew-O: Vincent stumbles away from the turnbuckle toward Akari as he’s still looking for a fight! He aims for a swing here—but Akari doesn’t let up at all when ducking the swing & nails the ‘SLOW-BOW’ right to Mondrian’s temple as he’s sent rolling out of the ring! Kiyoko has been on quite the role with this match at the moment as Vincent wasn’t able to get all too much offense in that flurry there—
Flannery McCoy: ARMSTRONG WITH A SUDDEN LARIAT THAT KNOCKS AKARI DOWN ONTO THE MAT!!! Drake Armstrong has tagged himself into this match from the moment that Akari sent Vincent into the corner with the shotgun dropkick! Now Kiyoko is down and clutching his own jaw here while Effy is bringing herself back up onto the apron, not looking to stay out of the match for too long—BUT DRAKE ARMSTRONG JUST BLASTS EFFY WITH A BIG BOOT!! Effy is dropped from the apron and onto the ringside floor as Drake Armstrong ensures that Effy’s a no factor for the time being!
Jake Mercer: Drake is taking quite the initiative with his inclusion in this match as Akari is looking to bring himself back up to his own feet, shaking off the heat of the moment as much as he can as Armstrong motions back over to him—BUT LOOK AT AKARI! HE’S FIGHTING BACK CONSIDERABLY! Sending all of the forearms up to Drake’s jaw with authority here as Armstrong is being kept at bay!!! Now Kiyoko is rushing the ropes & rebounding back with escalated momentum as he’s now seeking out with ‘ONE PUNCH!!!’
Stew-O: BUT DRAKE DUCKED UNDER AND CAUGHT AKARI RIGHT OVER HIS OWN SHOULDERS WITH HIS LEGS HELD! Akari is trying to squirm himself around in the hopes that he can escape whatever may come next from this… AS DRAKE SENDS AKARI CRASHING DOWN ONTO THE MAT WITH AN ALABAMA SLAM!! Armstrong drops down & hooks the leg as the referee slides over to the count!!
ONEEE!!!
TWOOOOO!!!
TH—
Flannery McCoy: Akari with the kickout!!! Drake shakes his own head as he may have been hoping to close out this match just as quickly as he began, but he will not be given that much of an easy time here tonight. Armstrong doesn’t refrain from acting upon this quickly though, as he’s getting Akari trapped in a sudden rear naked choke while he can! Kiyoko is erratically moving himself around as he’s looking for any avenue possible here that he can manage to enact some chance for an advantage, but Armstrong is making sure that this rear naked choke is applied thoroughly in the strength that’s vested within him!
Jake Mercer: Akari’s struggling quite a fair bit right now as Armstrong has a slight grin on his face, the submission proving to hold up very well as now Effy is able to drag herself back up with help of the the ropes, standing on the apron as Akari can see McCoy at the corner of his eye! There are no ropes in his line of sights that are close enough to him as he may have liked.. AS HE SHIFTS HIS BODYWEIGHT OVER & ONTO ARMSTRONG! DRAKE’S SHOULDERS ARE DOWN!!
ONEEE!!!
TWOOOOO!!!
TH—
Stew-O: Armstrong is able to power out in a hurry while letting go of Akari! Now he’s shooting back up to his feet as looking to keep Akari down for as long as he still can—BUT THE ‘ONE PUNCH!!!’ is a success for Kiyoko!!! The punch is able to knock Armstrong square across the jaw as Drake is sent reeling downward into the mat because of it! Now Akari is looking ahead to Effy, who is waiting to get herself back into the fray while there’s still ample time to do so! Drake’s coming to his senses again with a hand on his jaw, and Akari’s motioning toward the corner as he’s able to tag his partner in!!!
(TAG!)
Flannery McCoy: EFFY’S IN THE MATCH! Armstrong tries to rush over as Effy’s leaping off the top turnbuckle after tagging herself into the match for a DIVING CROSSBODY—BUT DRAKE IS ABLE TO CATCH HER! Armstrong caught her as he’s got a largely unamused expression on his face, now looking to hoist McCoy upward.. AS EFFY TURNS HER BODY & REVERSES WITH A DDT!! SPIKING ARMSTRONG INTO THE MAT SKULL FIRST! Drake’s wide eyed as he’s holding onto his own head!
Jake Mercer: Effy sure did manage to utilize her nimble movement there to take advantage & drop Armstrong when she could through the best efforts possible! Now McCoy is back up to her feet as Armstrong’s moving up to a knee—BUT EFFY WITH A KICK ACROSS HIS JAW, FOLLOWED BY A FOLLOW-UP KNEE RIGHT ACROSS HIS JAW AS WELL! Drake’s being sent for a whirlwind here as now Effy’s looking to put Armstrong down for a good remainder of the bout!
Stew-O: As Armstrong’s struggling to keep himself up, teetering on what seems to be dismal energy for the time being while he’s trying to maintain any possible stance.. EFFY ASSUMED POSITION UP ONTO THE SECOND ROPE & NAILED A DOUBLE FOOT STOMP FROM THE ELEVATED POSITION! FINALLY KNOCKING ARMSTRONG DOWN!! Effy drapes herself over Armstrong as the referee proceeds to count for the pin! Voltage could win this!
ONEEEEE!!!
TWOOOOOOO!!!
THREEEEEE—
Flannery McCoy: NOT ENOUGH! Armstrong is more than eager to keep the match going as Effy’s sitting up and sighing, but not stumped for long! She crawls herself away from Armstrong, keeping her eyes imposed directly on him as she’s backed into the corner, Armstrong tries to use the ropes to put himself into a better prone stance while he can… AS EFFY MAY BE LOOKING FOR THE ‘STORYBOOK ENDING’ RIGHT HERE & NOW—
Jake Mercer: BUT VINCENT JUST GRABS A HOLD OF EFFY’S HAND WHILE SHE’S IN THE CORNER!! Effy is trying to free herself from this hold as Mondrian’s back up on the apron and he’s got her fingers held with McCoy struggling—OH MY LORD!! ‘PORTRAIT OF PAIN’ IS EMPHATIC AS WE HEARD THAT FROM HERE! Effy is clutching onto her own fingers as here as she shakes her head, turning herself around.. ONLY TO BE MET WITH ‘BY THE BOOTSTRAPS’!!! Effy is dropped as Drake is rushing over to the cover, with the assist from Vincent!!
ONEEEEE!!!
TWOOOOOOO!!!
THREEEEEE—
Stew-O: THERE’S STILL LIFE! Effy is able to kick out as Drake is now glaring toward the referee, but he doesn’t waste another moment as he heads right over to Vincent, not allowing any additional second to deter him as he gives him the go-ahead to re-enter the fray!
(TAG!)
Flannery McCoy: Now Effy is left in a bad way here, still trying to recover from the maneuver that last put her down while also holding onto her own fingers, with Vincent motioning toward her and not allowing another second to go to waste as well… WITH A HOLD OF HER LEGS, SHE’S PLACED DIRECTLY INTO THE ‘RESOLUTE MERIDIAN’!! INDIAN DEATHLOCK IS APPLIED! REBEL NATION MAY BE PLEASED WITH THE WIN TO COME!
Jake Mercer: EFFY IS HOLDING ON BUT IT’S BECOMING INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT! The submission hold is being locked in by Vincent at a considerable manner right now as McCoy can only do so much in her position! She’s trying to drag her own body weight & the weight of Vincent here in order to reach the ropes, but these attempts are proving all the more difficult to do with Mondrian landing additional strikes against Effy’s leg!!! This isn’t gonna pan out all too well for her right now, as she may have the submit if THERE’S NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE—
Stew-O: MOONSAULT FROM THE TOP ROPE & ONTO VINCENT!!! AKARI IS ABLE TO NAIL THE MOONSAULT ONTO MONDRIAN AS HE LETS GO OF THE SUBMISSION!! Kiyoko rushes back toward the corner, hopping over the rope and remaining on the apron as he’s looking to bring himself back into this match!!! You’ve got Effy making the crawl… AS HE’S ABLE TO TAG AKARI BACK IN!!
(TAG!)
Flannery McCoy: AND NOW AKARI IS BACK IN THE RING! Vincent’s clutching onto his own abdomen as he’s still reeling from the sudden moonsault that Kiyoko landed directly onto him! Akari’s now looking to end this match as he intended… PUTTING VINCENT MONDRIAN DOWN WITH THE ‘PEACH DREAM’—
Jake Mercer: VINCENT EVADES THE KICK!! Akari lands flat on his own back as he’s now trying to bring himself back up, in a great hurry as he’s rushing back toward Mondrian—BUT A DISCUS CLOTHESLINE TURNS AKARI INSIDE OUT AS HE’S DROPPED BY MONDRIAN!! Vincent doesn’t let up as Akari’s momentum after the clothesline causes him to sit up now… WITH VINCENT RUSHING BACK TOWARD HIM & NAILING ‘THE FLYING DUTCHMAN’!!! THE COVER!!!
ONEEEEE!!!
TWOOOOOOO!!!
THREEEEEEEEEE—
Stew-O: AKARI REMAINING DEFIANT!! Vincent is now sitting himself up as he’s focused on Akari, while Effy is trying to climb herself back up onto the apron here—BUT ARMSTRONG GRABS EFFY’S LEGS WHILE SHE’S ON THE APRON AND CARRIES HER AWAY.. REVERSE ALABAMA SLAM ON THE RINGSIDE FLOOR!! Effy’s down!!!
Flannery McCoy: Akari sends a sudden SUPERKICK to Vincent while mustering up energy after Mondrian tried to retrieve him, now crawling toward his corner… but Effy is down and out!!! The rest of Rebel Nation 2.0 are looking up at Akari with smirks on their faces as Kiyoko turns quickly to Vincent—BUT IS NAILED WITH A STIFF BACK ELBOW TO STAGGER HIM! Mondrian rushes over to Armstrong who is back on the apron!
(TAG!)
Jake Mercer: Armstrong rushes toward Akari and brings him into position while he’s staggered… TO SPIKE HIS SKULL INTO THE MAT WITH ‘DEATH PENALTY’!!! DRAKE HOOKS THE LEG!!!
ONEEEEEEEEE!!!!
TWOOOOOOOOOO!!!
THREEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
(DING! DING! DING!)
Stephie Love: HERE ARE YOUR WINNERS… REPRESENTING REBEL NATION 2.0… DRAKE ARMSTRONG & VINCENT MONDRIAN!
Flannery McCoy: A very impressive victory from the duo of Drake Armstrong & Vincent Mondrian! They went out there tonight looking to achieve increased momentum for themselves and Rebel Nation 2.0, and this would come about very successfully with the rest of their team looking on as well!
Jake Mercer: Effy & Akari gave out as much of a good effort as they could, but the lingering presence of Rebel Nation out there at ringside certainly made the difference you’d believe it to make, as Armstrong & Mondrian took advantage.
Stew-O: With this, Rebel Nation 2.0 stands tall as ever against the enemies of the Voltage brand. Congratulations to Drake Armstrong & Vincent Mondrian.
(The referee raises the hands of both Drake Armstrong & Vincent Mondrian as they stand there, pleased with the win tonight. However, Cy Henderson steps into the ring himself, raising their hands while Vincent nods to himself, with Drake side-eyeing Cy rather suspiciously of his motives. Chris Elite & Shinzo also stand among them, confident in the presence of the team while Effy & Akari sit at ringside in disappointment at the result with the scene fading out.)
(A commercial plays for Taco Bell.)
(The camera opened up as Dynasty was back on the air. And we immediately pan to Michael Belfort.)
Michael Belfort: Ladies and gentlemen please welcome my guest at this time; Holly Arrow!
(Holly emerged into the scene. Her arms crossed as she looked at Belfort.)
Michael Belfort: It’s good having you here, Holly. I wanna ask you a question, how do you feel about having the opportunity to represent Dynasty in a showcase match between three promising women from each brand?
Holly Arrow: What else can I say except I am grateful for the situation. I have looked at where I was last year during Territorial Invasion, and how much has changed since then. This is always an event you want to be a part of. All the insanity and utter chaos — but it’s brilliant at the same time. It’s an opportunity though, and I plan on making the most out of that said opportunity. I have to get myself off the ground and get the ball rolling more in my favor.. So, I have to prove that I am a standout. Not just in the women’s division, but EAW period. Because there is a lot more I could be doing, and I have that crave and hunger for more. I have done a lot of self reflection, and that self reflection has only driven me to even more be that best version of myself.
(Holly nodded her head, as Michael Belfort agreed with her.)
Michael Belfort: Do you find yourself more prepared coming off the Triple Threat at Reckless Wiring?
Holly Arrow: Granted, the one thing that works and denies my favor is the last triple threat I was in. The situation just didn’t pan out for me, but I didn’t find myself discouraged. I know the familiarity of a triple threat more recently now. So that is one good door swinging in my favor. I just have to learn and adapt, and furthermore; when push comes to shove, be more persistent. I am ready though to make those applications to myself. I entered this season with one singular goal; win championship gold. And though this season has kicked off quickly, and I need to be careful.. a win against two of the best women from Voltage and Showdown can put me where I want to be. And I can be right on the track to accomplish what I am reaching out about.
(Holly spoke with nothing but immense confidence as Belfort nodded his head.)
Michael Belfort: So, I wanna ask you about your opponents in the triple threat. The first one being from Showdown; ARIA. What are some initial thoughts that may circumstance through your head about her?
Holly Arrow: ARIA. I have a lot of bags to open about her, but I am just going to save most of it for Territorial Invasion. But, I will say this. ARIA is someone who has a lot of potential, but she still hasn’t realized that potential yet. She has kind of just played around with mirroring thoughts, but she needs to improve. I am not gonna allow ARIA to find her inner potential at my expense. ARIA has been wasting her time away on Showdown. Running behind Miku Sakai in a random pairing that — at the end of the day? What are we going to do for the good of either? Honestly it doesn’t seem as if she has any true goals. And that is what separates myself and her. The desire to succeed, and not just collect a paycheck and fall to the wayside. ARIA the only way you can pinpoint it, has had zero ambition. There has been neither a push nor pull, and the strive between myself and her for greatness is glaringly apparent. If brutal honesty is what will wake her up, then she has been asleep for months now. ARIA could be doing a whole lot better, but she is stuck marching to the same old beat.
(Belfort nodded as Holly made her vocal point towards ARIA.)
Michael Belfort: I see.. Well, that is the thought process of one opponent. Can I collect your thoughts on another one in: Diamond Dixon?
Holly Arrow: Diamond is heading into this match with the idea that — win here and a lot gets better morally. You get a nice get back over whatever crap you suffered on Dynasty last season, the current regime that screwed her out of power and whatnot. But the thing is Diamond; I probably hate the regime even more than you do. I am not fighting on the behalf of idiots, I am in this business for one individual only: Holly Arrow. I don’t know what approach you are gonna take; but you shouldn’t overlook the problem standing right in front of you. Or else it will culminate in a rude awakening. And I am saying this so you can be ahead of the curve now, because it will suck much less being ahead of it, then being humbled in the future.
(Holly glared at the camera with the point being sent home. She had a smirk across her face as she was nailing it all forth.)
Holly Arrow: But I will be honest though, seeing as you already gave me the question; Diamond Dixon has been going 100%. She’s been winning all these big matches and making statements. She has been consistent and on a roll as of lately; but that’s just EAW. We always have a great run in fortune. Everyone always has that period in life where stuff is going good, but that doesn’t last for good. And that reality sets in a way never more quicker than ever. The honeymoon phase is temporary and when you have to step into the blistering wasteland, away from your comfort zone; being forced into the sharks within the ocean, you’ll see that Holly Arrow is simply.. different!
(A demanding statement from Holly Arrow would conclude this interview. Holly walked off as Dynasty would go elsewhere.)
Stephie Love: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THE FOLLOWING IS A SINGLES MATCH SCHEDULED FOR ONE FALL!
Crowd: ONE FALL!
(Star Wars: Duel of The Fates | EPIC VERSION by Samuel Kim Music began blaring through the speakers to a loud mixed reaction, mostly leaning towards boos, as BRAE slowly marched out onto the stage with narrowed eyes and his New Breed Championship strung over his shoulder. He held his head up high as he surveyed the arena left and right, then began storming down the ramp towards the squared circle.)
Stephie Love: INTRODUCING FIRST! Hailing from Novosibirsk, Russia, weighing in at 215 pounds… HE IS YOUR EAW NEW BREED CHAMPION… LOOOOOOOOOOORD! BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAEEEEEEEEEEE!
Stew-O: We’ve got a treat of a match here tonight, ladies and gentlemen; it’s champion vs champion! A match like this is always a spectacle, and you know both champions are going to be bringing it their all to stamp their championship above the other’s on the pecking order.
Flannery McCoy: Lord BRAE here has shown himself to be a ruthless force in EAW, after toppling the record breaking champion in Michael Machina to seize his first championship in the company, he has already had a successful defense against Vincent Mondrian in the recent past and now looks to defend the New Breed Championship against none other than the man who punched his ticket to a title shot, Chiyo Gedo!
Jake Mercer: Before he gets to Chiyo, though, he’s going to have a hell of a challenge tonight against another champion of the Dynasty brand, the EAW Interwire Champion Hans Grayson! BRAE and Hans have clashed quite a few times in the past with Hans coming out on top more often than not, but needless to say, BRAE has been honing himself to be at the top of his game; it’s anyone’s match, whoever can push themselves just that little bit further!
(The Leaving Song Pt. II by AFI began playing to loud cheers as Hans Grayson runs out onto the stage with his EAW Interwire Championship held in his hand. He raises it up high for all the Graysonites to behold before he makes his way down the ramp; as he does so, he makes eye contact with Kirk Redwood, who is standing at ringside to watch the match. They glare at each other before Hans enters the ring.)
Stephie Love: AND HIS OPPONENT! Hailing from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, weighing in at 219 pounds, HE IS THE EAW INTERWIRE CHAMPION… THE FIRE HEART, HAAAAAAAAAAANS! GRAAAAAAAAYSOOOOOOON!
Stew-O: And the other champion in the match, the Interwire Champion Hans Grayson! We already know that this match has an added psychological element to it with his future challenger, Kirk Redwood, observing the match at ringside!
Flannery McCoy: Tensions have already been rising between champion and challenger, especially with how their tag team match ended up last week! They tried to work together to take down the newly reformed Fire and Ice tag team, but both elitists started getting in each other’s way until it cost them the match!
Jake Mercer: Hans is going to have Kirk’s eyes boring holes into the back of his head throughout the entirety of this match, but if Hans lets that divide his attention from Lord BRAE, it’ll be curtains for him!
Stew-O: We’ll have to see what happens!
(Ding! Ding! Ding!)
Stew-O: And the match is underway! Both elitists exit their corners and begin circling the ring with intense eye contact, despite the fact that Kirk is walking around at ringside with his eyes focused entirely on Hans Grayson!
Flannery McCoy: They get closer and closer… and contact is made, they initiate an aggressive collar and elbow tie up in the center of the ring as they push against each other fighting for leverage! BRAE starts to push Hans back towards the ropes, but Hans suddenly performs a standing switch to get behind BRAE and applies a waist lock!
Jake Mercer: He wrenches on it, looking to launch BRAE overhead with a German suplex, but BRAE sandbags it, releasing himself and sneaking himself backwards between Grayson’s legs to get behind him! Now BRAE applies the waist lock and tries to go for a German Suplex of his own!
Stew-O: But as Hans’ feet get lifted off the canvas, he immediately unleashed a back elbow to the side of BRAE’s head to get out of the maneuver! BRAE is forced to drop Hans, and the Fire Heart immediately spins himself around and latches on a headlock against Lord BRAE—
Flannery McCoy: And a headlock takedown by the Fire Heart! Lord BRAE gets dragged down to the canvas, where Hans performs an extra shot by the elbow to daze the New Breed Champion! Hans takes the opportunity he created to quickly kip himself back up to his feet before leaping up into the air next to the fallen Lord!
Jake Mercer: Hans Grayson backflips in mid air! Graysonites rise up! He looks to execute his standing moonsault onto BRAE— BUT LORD BRAE ROLLS OUT OF HARM’S WAY! The Interwire Champion comes crashing down with nothing to cushion his landing, and that has him on his knees as he clutches his ribcage!
Stew-O: BRAE certainly isn’t one to let an opportunity slip out between his fingers; he quickly gets behind the kneeling Hans Grayson and crouches as he applies a waist lock! From Grayson’s kneeling position, BRAE wrenches the opposing champion up with a DEADLIFT GERMAN SUPLEX! Some truly impressive strength on display from Lord BRAE as he gets up and dusts himself off while Hans is arching his back in pain near the ropes!
Flannery McCoy: Kirk Redwood is right at ringside, giving Hans a little slow clap as the Fire Heart staggers back to his feet with a scowl towards the Dog of War! No time to waste glaring at his future opponent, though, as his present opponent in Lord BRAE suddenly lurches towards the champion and pushes him back-first into the ropes to launch him with an Irish whip!
Jake Mercer: Hans Grayson is sent sprinting across the ring before he rebounds off the opposite side’s ropes and starts running back towards Lord BRAE! The New Breed Champion launches himself forward, looking to take Grayson’s head off with a perfectly executed bicycle knee strike— BUT GRAYSON IS ABLE TO EVADE IT, DROPPING TO HIS KNEES AS HE SLIDES RIGHT UNDERNEATH THE KNEE OF LORD BRAE!
Stew-O: Hans pops back up to his feet just as BRAE turns around to see where Hans went; by the time BRAE turns around, though, it’s too late as Hans Grayson backflips once again, although this time it’s done to execute a pele kick straight to the head of the New Breed Champion who falls like a ton of bricks!
Flannery McCoy: Hans Grayson, who brought himself to the canvas as well with that pele kick, immediately crawls to BRAE and pushes his body over to a prone position! The Interwire Champion has BRAE right where he wants him— and there he goes with an onslaught of grounded knee smashes to the side of Lord BRAE!
Jake Mercer: YEAH BABY, THIS IS WHAT I’M HERE FOR!
Stew-O: Hans Grayson is all fired up – pun intended – as he stops the barrage of knee strikes and suddenly wraps his arms around the torso of the New Breed Champion as he attempts to hoist him up with a gutwrench off the canvas! I think he’s going for one of his gutwrench slams— but BRAE fights back with elbows of his own to the ribs of his opponent who, mind you, landed on them during that failed moonsault attempt!
Flannery McCoy: That’s enough to force Hans to double over in pain, giving Lord BRAE the chance to capitalize as he double under hooks the arms of the Fire Heart; without a moment of hesitation, he growls as he forces Hans over his head and launches him back with a picture perfect butterfly suplex!
Jake Mercer: KEEP YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME, HANS!
Stew-O: But that might be tough with Kirk Redwood laughing directly in Grayson’s face from ringside! He seems to be getting in the champion’s head with the angry expression being shown by the Fire Heart, but BRAE is like a hungry dog as he forces Grayson back to his feet and throws him into the corner!
Flannery McCoy: And now BRAE is lighting Hans up with those dangerous machine gun chops of his, reddening the chest of the Interwire Champion as he looks to get another victory over his opponent!
Jake Mercer: BRAE follows it up as he pulls him out of the corner and Irish whips Hans into the ropes, forcing him to rebound and come running right back to the New Breed Champion!
Stew-O: Lord BRAE is ready for it as he catches Hans on the rebound and turns him inside out with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker, causing Grayson to stumble forward a few steps with his back clutched in pain before BRAE plants him to the canvas with a traditional Russian leg sweep!
Flannery McCoy: Lord BRAE has victory in sight as he pushes Grayson into his stomach and then rolls through with a sudden rear naked choke! Hans Grayson is in some real trouble here as the New Breed Champion tries to squeeze the life out of him! Hans is reaching towards the ropes with all his heart, but BRAE is adamant on keeping the chokehold locked in tight!
Jake Mercer: Hans keeps getting close to the ropes but not close enough… the light seems to be fading from his eyes! HANG ON HANS, STAY ALIVE!
Stew-O: He keeps reaching… AND HE GETS A FINGER ON IT! HE’S GOT THE ROPE! BRAE wants to keep it in, but the referee’s count forces the New Breed Champion to release the hold, meaning that Hans Grayson is still in the game! Kirk Redwood watches on from ringside with his arms crossed…
Flannery McCoy: And now as Hans Grayson pushes himself off the ground as he struggles to stagger back to his feet, BRAE is measuring him up from the opposite corner of the ring with a menacing expression on his face! He’s breathing hard and his knees are bent, I think he’s preparing for something big! Is he looking to end the match here?
Jake Mercer: He very well may be! Hans Grayson does make it back to his feet and stumbled a bit as he turns around; the moment he does, BRAE breaks out into a sprint AS HE LOOKS TO TAKE THE INTERWIRE CHAMPION’S HEAD OFF WITH MORRIGAN, HIS BROGUE KICK! IT’S OVER!
Stew-O: NO IT’S NOT! HANS JUST NARROWLY DUCKED UNDERNEATH AS HE RUNS PAST BRAE BEFORE LAUNCHING HIS HANDS DOWN AT THE CANVAS AND HANDSPRINGS OFF USING THE ROPES! HE SPRINGS BACK AT BRAE WITH A SUDDEN ROUNDHOUSE KICK! That’s enough to almost knock BRAE out on his feet right there, but Hans Grayson looks ready to up the ante as he looks to follow up on that needed reversal!
Flannery McCoy: That’s right, Hans staggers forward and grabs a hold of BRAE by the wrist before Irish whipping him over into the corner! The crowd is starting to get hyped up for the Fire Heart as Hans Grayson takes aim and starts sprinting towards Lord BRAE with violent intent apparent in his eyes! Upon rushing over to the New Breed Champion, Hans Grayson leaps off his feet and crashes into BRAE with a jumping high knee strike, just absolutely knocking BRAE silly!
Jake Mercer: BUT IT ISN’T OVER YET! Hans Grayson jumps onto the middle rope near the corner where BRAE is and bounces off it to get higher into the air before spinning himself mid-air and launching a spinning back kick to the face of Lord BRAE! He’s starting to feel himself again after all that offense he had to endure, but now that the reins are back in his hands, Hans Grayson is going to do whatever he can in his power to keep them there!
Stew-O: He suddenly grabs hold of BRAE’s head as he remains dazed and pained in the corner before tucking it underneath his arm and running out with BRAE being dragged along! He leaps off his feet and brings Lord BRAE crashing down face-first onto the canvas with a running bulldog, and then he tries to kip up! Unfortunately, it looks like he’s sustained too much damage as he is unable to do it, leaving him holding his ribs as he staggers up and feeling the brunt of this match!
Flannery McCoy: Seemingly undeterred by that, though, Hans forces himself to get out onto the apron and begin scaling the corner as he looks to reach his perch up on the top turnbuckle! It takes him some time, but then again, it’s taking BRAE some time to make it back to his feet as well! Just as BRAE does so, Hans makes it to the top turnbuckle and immediately launches himself off of it! The Interwire Champion, ever the thrillseeker, soars through the air with some impressive vertical before crashing into Lord BRAE with a flying crossbody!
Jake Mercer: And now Hans looks to get the pinfall off of that barrage of impressive offense, hooking both of BRAE’s legs for the win!
ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Stew-O: BUT LORD BRAE STILL HAS MORE FIGHT LEFT IN HIM! Hans Grayson stares at BRAE as he wonders what it’s going to take to put him down! He slowly staggers back to his feet as he gets his fist clenched, and I can only imagine this means that Hans Grayson is measuring the New Breed Champion up for the Flaming Punch, the Fire Heart’s signature superman punch maneuver!
Flannery McCoy: BRAE does make it to his feet, and Hans rushes forward as he looks to knock Lord BRAE out cold with that superman punch, but BRAE ducks underneath and catches Hans by the leg mid-jump, forcing him to fall flat on his face on the canvas; BRAE keeps up the pressure as he has that leg held and transitions it immediately into a single leg Boston crab hold! Hans is groaning in pain as that leg is getting wrenched, putting pressure onto the lower back of the Fire Heart, which is right in the vicinity of the damaged ribcage!
Jake Mercer: HANS GRAYSON WON’T GIVE UP! HE’S THE FIRE HEART! HE’S GOT THAT FIRE IN HIM!
Stew-O: BRAE starts wrenching it as hard as he can, almost bringing Grayson’s boot to the rest of his body, and that causes Hans to go into panic mode as he flails around and starts kicking BRAE with his free leg! A single leg Boston crab may induce more pain from the awkward angles you can wrench it with, but it does leave the free leg open for some defensive action, and that’s what Hans is doing right here!
Flannery McCoy: The kicks keep coming from this desperate barrage, and ultimately it’s too much for BRAE to handle as he releases the single leg Boston crab to get out of the way of those kicks! The damage has definitely set in for both Hans Grayson and BRAE, who are both worse for wear, but now with Hans Grayson laid out on the canvas and BRAE slowly staggering up after having stumbled to the canvas after all those kicks, it looks like it’s still anybody’s game!
Jake Mercer: I hate to say it, but that may not be the case for long as we see BRAE managed to get back to his feet first while Hans Grayson is on his hands and knees crawling towards the ropes; BRAE’s eyes light up as he realizes what position he and Hans are in right now, and he gets a devilish grin on his face! I think I know what he’s thinking, and I need HANS TO GET OUT OF THE WAY RIGHT NOW!
Stew-O: I DON’T THINK THERE’S TIME! LORD BRAE HAS HIS FIST CLENCHED AS HE TAKES AIM AND RUNS FORWARD– HERE IT COMES! RED DEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATH!
(SLAM!)
Flannery McCoy: WAIT, WHA-?!
Jake Mercer: WHO THE HELL IS THAT?!
Stew-O: IT’S CHIYO GEDO! CHIYO GEDO RAN IN FROM OUT OF NOWHERE AND TACKLED BRAE RIGHT BEFORE HE COULD LAND THE RED DEATH, PRACTICALLY SPEARING HIM FROM BEHIND AND FORCING HIM TO CRASH ONTO HANS GRAYSON! THE REFEREE SEES THE CHAOS AND IMMEDIATELY CALLS FOR THE BELL!
(Ding! Ding! Ding!)
Stephie Love: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THIS MATCH HAS BEEN RULED A NO-CONTEST!
Flannery McCoy: We can hear the crowd voicing their displeasure at the no-contest ruling, let’s play that back and see what just happened!
(The video replay shows Chiyo Gedo sprinting down the ramp, narrowly avoiding a collision with Kirk Redwood who moved out of the way before Chiyo slides in and tackles BRAE with all that momentum built up!)
Jake Mercer: Hans Grayson is forced to roll away as Chiyo continues his assault on Lord BRAE! I have to say, this was a perfectly planned and executed attack by Chiyo Gedo who sicced himself on his target with the precision of an assassin! And now BRAE is practically helpless against a fresh Chiyo Gedo who is making a violent statement at the New Breed Champion’s expense!
Stew-O: Meanwhile, Hans Grayson rolls out of the ring to ringside where Kirk Redwood glowers down at him with a throat slit gesture, clearly indicating that the damage Hans Grayson took tonight is just a preview of what Kirk Redwood plans to do to Hans at Territorial Invasion!
Flannery McCoy: Both the challengers for the New Breed Championship and Interwire Championship are now looking down at their beaten champions! Is this going to be the image we see when those titles are defended at Territorial Invasion?! BRAE and Hans both won their gold at Pain for Pride Kingdom, but we may see those reigns come to an end at the hands of these two hungry elitists in less than a month!
(The video feed lingers on the two challengers looking down at their battered future opponents before it fades elsewhere.)
(The scene shows a very hidden camera angle, as a certain individual was making their presence felt. As the scene slowly panned up, it revealed none other than; KASAI! The Specialists Champion was making her presence known on Dynasty.)
KASAI: Tada! Sound the alarms and blare the fire hazards. The Specialists Champion is here to reign course on Dynasty! This being one of the rare occasions where I am actually here on Dynasty. Quite the surprise. But hey!
(KASAI made her way through the lot and area. The scene slowly shows her moving more and more.)
KASAI: I am kind of surprised. You wouldn’t expect things to be done differently, but yet they are! So much of Dynasty is different from Voltage, and hell even Showdown! It’s the unique identity of EAW I guess. One thing I will say, especially this run around. There are a lot of tribalists. People eye me weird, they are passionate about their roster. And look, I can even respect that! But half these people? I could give no care! Yet they are all overly protective of a brand they may not even be on in the next year. As matter of fact—
(Suddenly, KASAI’s speech would be cut off by the presence of one looming individual…)
Daniella Atlas: What on earth are you doing here….? How did you manage to weasel past security in such a time like Territorial Invasion?
(KASAI looked at Daniella a bit surprised to see her. But believe it or not – this was exactly the woman she was looking for.)
KASAI: Well, I don’t think I’d be here for no specific reason. I have been checking out everything, seeing what all the deal and hype is about. And well… you have been a dominant force since this season has begun. You have managed to do all these impressive things, rack off these impressive victories. BUT… I do wonder, and can’t help but find myself wondering… are you as truly as big of a threat as I think you are..? It’s been quite some time now since we shared a brand. Back when you and I were on Showdown, it was a complete 180⁰! You were seen as a promising and upcoming New Breed. But you weren’t able to make big of all those chances you had.
(KASAI exclaimed, she looked at Daniella..)
KASAI: Between myself and you, and the way you wanna put it.. you struggled to make bank on your situation, and well.. as for me however? haha..
(KASAI simply chuckled. She raised the Specialists Championship high, a true trophy of how far she has come.)
Daniella Atlas: Let’s just calm down here for a moment chére. I see how you are trying to be here. And I find it quite redundant that you wish to proclaim yourself under such nature. Your biggest claim to fame was biting off Bronson Daniel’s 3-1 comeback in a forgettable Divide and Conquer match. Granted you did actually get the win there — but what did you do after that, remind me chére? What did you do, because it was another 8-9 months before you accomplished something of notoriety. We are emerging 12 months after that “legendary” moment of yours. But the revisionist history isn’t so endearing. So tell me KASAI, what did you exactly do after that moment?
(Daniella raised an eyebrow, as she crossed her arms looking at KASAI.)
Daniella Atlas: Oh right, sacre bleu. You didn’t do a thing with the opportunity. You absolutely bottled that, and your match with Nikki Kimura.
(KASAI listened to Daniella and all that she had just stated, but the only thing that came out her mouth was a snicker.)
KASAI: Never saw someone try to defend a loss in such a stupid way… But you did good, Dani. You did great even. And I’ll tell you this; It took me a while to get everything figured out. Every idea that I had, every concept in my head. It was a struggle. But with that sole victory, I was able to create a base. And it led to where I am now. Look at this again really quickly!
(KASAI showed her the Specialists Championship as Daniella really didn’t pay attention.)
KASAI: It led me to this. Meanwhile you are still trying to play catch up! You aren’t even on the level below me. You should be focused on others. And I say this out of hope for you having a greater future. Because look, listen right here Daniella. You might be good in your own right, hell. You may even be fantastic. But you are trying to get to where I am, and are you sure that you will even be able to get the job done, “chére”.
(The wordplay from KASAI just garnered a simple smirk from Daniella Atlas.)
Daniella Atlas: That’s a very humorous attempt in order to get under my skin. You want to see me resort to violence, don’t you KASAI? I am not going to allow that however. I know what my punch packs, and I could knock you unconscious right here. But I am just gonna say this – what you can do KASAI.. just watch. I want you to watch. I don’t want you to have anything else come out of your mouth. It seems as if you have taken my evolution this season lightly; and that’s fine. You can pay close attention — and you can witness the agenda upfront. It’s going to be funny, dear. But these are the pills that you have selected to swallow. I am gonna make it bubble through your head though, and make sure, there are no doubts. Welcome to Dynasty, but you really should have stayed at home and savored your moments as champion, “chére.”
(With that pledge made, Daniella left. KASAI just stood there nodding her head. Was the Specialists Champion biting off more than she could really chew? Daniella seemed calm and collected with pure disrespect tossed into her face. That was the final shot as Dynasty went elsewhere.)
(Friday Night Dynasty returns as Stephie Love is seen standing by with a smile on her face and a microphone in hand.)
Stephie Love: The following SINGLES MATCH is scheduled for…
Crowd: ONE FALL!!!
(‘Invincible’ by Pop Smoke begins to play through the speakers of the arena as the crowd roars for Chris Elite who is seen making his way out from the backstage area. He has a determined expression as he makes his way down the ramp and to the ring.)
Stephie Love: Introducing first… from Brooklyn, New York… weighing in at 210 pounds… ‘GAWD GIVEN GREATNESS’… CHRIS ELITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: We saw Chris Elite early in the night bonding with the rest of his Rebel Nation 2.0 and it seems like they hit it off before they were interrupted by the likes of Effy McAvoy and Akari Kiyoko. With Vincent and Drake managing to get a win over them in tag team action, Chris looks to catch some major game by defeating one-half of the Co-Captains.
Jake Mercer: Rebel Nation 2.0 has been on a strong front so far but this is going to have to go all the way to Territorial Invasion. Tonight would be a major chance to prove that they’re the ones with the upper hand and Chris is walking in with a purpose.
(‘Red Thunder’ by Butcher Babies begins to play up as the crowd gives a loud reaction for Ms. Extreme who makes her way out to the stage. She takes a deep breath as she focuses on the task at hand, beginning to make her way down the ramp from there.)
Stephie Love: And his opponent… from Calabasas, California… weighing in at 140 pounds… ‘THE PROBLEM CHILD’… MS. EXTREME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Flannery McCoy: As for Ms. Extreme, her and her Co-Captain Limmy Monaghan have been in the midst of putting together a team for Brand Warfare and it’s safe to say that it’s gone pretty well. But this week is going to be their first encounter with the other brands participating in Brand Warfare and this is certainly going to be interesting.
Jake Mercer: I wouldn’t be surprised if we get an appearance from the rest of Team Voltage here tonight, but right now Ms. Extreme is geared toward getting this win herself and redeeming Akari and Effy earlier in the night, which I wouldn’t be surprised if she did.
(DING! DING! DING!)
Stew-O: Well here we go as this Brand Warfare preview match is officially underway. Chris Elite, member of Rebel Nation 2.0, goes up against one of the Co-Captains of Team Voltage, Ms. Extreme. As we know, beyond this match both of them have a lot of history, with Chris even pulling out a win against her at Pain For Pride a couple of years back. They definitely have a bone to pick with one another as we are in for what is going to be one hell of a match tonight here on Dynasty!
Flannery McCoy: AND WE’RE CERTAINLY OFF TO A HOT START! MS. EXTREME EXPLODES OUT OF HER CORNER AND NAILS A STRIKE RIGHT AGAINST THE FACE OF CHRIS ELITE! CHRIS STAGGERS BACK AND MS. EXTREME BACKS HIM AGAINST THE CORNER, WASTING ZERO TIME BEGINNING TO UNLOAD ON HIM WITH RAPID FIRE STRIKES TO THE FACE! Chris is overwhelmed, trying to block these attacks while he can but it seems like Ms. Extreme has been shot out of a cannon! She grabs a hold of him and sends him toward the center of the ring… BEFORE RUSHING FORWARD AND GOING FOR A CLOTHESLINE ATTEMPT-
Jake Mercer: BUT CHRIS DUCKS UNDER IT! He avoids it before it can connect before running to the ropes… AS HE LAUNCHES OFF OF IT AND DROPS MS. EXTREME DOWN TO THE GROUND WITH A SPRINGBOARD MOONSAULT! She’s dropped momentarily but tries to get back up to her feet… BUT BEFORE SHE CAN IT’S CHRIS THAT SHUTS HER DOWN, RUSHING FORWARD AND CONNECTING WITH A STANDING SHOOTING STAR PRESS!
Stew-O: Ms. Extreme is down but certainly not for long, as she quickly begins to rise back up to her feet and I think Chris realizes that and is beginning to formulate what his next course of action is going to be. He turns around and quickly runs toward the ropes and back… GOING FOR AN ‘OPEN YA MATA’ ATTEMPT-
Flannery McCoy: BUT MS. EXTREME MANAGES TO SEE THE BICYCLE KNEE COMING AND SHOVE IT AWAY! Chris tries to make up for it as he quickly recovers… SPINNING AROUND AND GOING FOR A DISCUS LARIAT!
Jake Mercer: BUT AS HE TURNS HE’S MET WITH A BOOT TO THE ABDOMEN BY MS. EXTREME WHO SNATCHES HIM BY THE HEAD AND BRINGS HIM INTO A FRONT FACELOCK! SHE THEN IS QUICK TO TRY TO ATTEMPT THE ‘TWIST OF FATE’ SPINNING NECKBREAKER TO CHRIS ELITE!
Stew-O: BUT CHRIS MANAGES TO SPIN OUT OF IT BEFORE GRABBING MS. EXTREME BY THE HEAD AND ROLLING HER INTO A SMALL PACKAGE!
OOONNNEEE!!!
Flannery McCoy: BUT MS. EXTREME KICKS OUT OF IT JUST TO ROLL CHRIS INTO A PIN OF HER OWN!
OOONNNEEE!!!
Jake Mercer: BUT CHRIS KICKS OUT AS HE PUSHES AWAY AND ROLLS UP TO HIS FEET WHILE MS. EXTREME DOES THE SAME! What an exchange by these two as they get this match underway at a fast pace!
(Chris takes a moment to collect himself as he smirks at this, meanwhile Ms. Extreme has a fierce look on her face as she begins to circle around again, not wasting any time looking to keep this match going.)
Stew-O: Chris rushes forward, but Ms. Extreme is quick to sidestep out of the way before sending him against the corner. He finds himself backed up as she makes her way over to him… BUT AS HE DOES IT’S CHRIS WHO MANAGES TO USE THE ROPES TO BRING HIMSELF UP AND NAIL A KICK TO THE SIDE OF HER FACE! This forces Ms. Extreme to stagger backward and Chris to get the right opportunity as he sets her up… LAUNCHING OFF OF THE TURNBUCKLES AND GRABBING A HOLD OF HER BY THE HEAD BEFORE SPINNING HER INTO A TORNADO DDT WHICH DROPS HER DOWN!
Flannery McCoy: Ms. Extreme is dropped down to the canvas as she grabs her head in pain, slowly beginning to drag herself up to a seated position. Chris rolls back up himself and I think he sees an opportunity here as he runs to the ropes and back… GOING FOR A PENALTY KICK TO THE CHEST OF MS. EXTREME- BUT THAT DOESN’T WORK AS SHE MANAGES TO AVOID IT! She rolls out of the way as Chris manages to catch himself, falling against the ropes as he turns around… JUST TO BE MET WITH A HARD BOOT TO THE FACE!
Jake Mercer: Chris is hit hard but manages to keep himself against the ropes, refusing to waver even for a moment, as Ms. Extreme then takes a step back… BEFORE RUSHING OVER AND TRYING TO SEND HIM OVER THE TOP ROPE WITH A CLOTHESLINE- NO! CHRIS MANAGES TO DUCK UNDER THAT BEFORE LIFTING HER UP AND SENDING HER OVER INSTEAD! Ms. Extreme barely manages to land herself onto the apron, but that doesn’t change the fact that she is still in a precarious position!
Stew-O: Ms. Extreme grabs Chris and turns him around… AS SHE GOES UNDER AND CONNECTS WITH A HARD SHOULDER THRUST TO HIS ABDOMEN! Chris staggers back but quickly tries to recover as he throws a punch her way- But she manages to block it before she connects with another one back! Chris is once again taken aback… BUT IS QUICK TO SPIN AROUND AS HE CONNECTS WITH AN ENZUIGIRI TO THE SIDE OF HER HEAD WHICH SENDS HER OFF OF THE APRON AND DOWN TO THE RINGSIDE AREA!
Flannery McCoy: Ms. Extreme lands and falls against the barricade, managing to keep herself upward before she can fall completely. She pushes herself off as she attempts to slide back into the ring… BUT IT’S CHRIS ELITE WHO LAUNCHES THROUGH THE ROPES AND TAKES HER DOWN TO THE GROUND WITH A HUGE SUICIDE DIVE!
Jake Mercer: Ms. Extreme is wiped out and Chris isn’t done either, as he slides back into the ring. He has his eye on her as she tries to recover… BEFORE HE LOOKS TO EXECUTE A SECOND SUICIDE DIVE TO HER BEFORE SHE CAN-
Stew-O: BUT THAT DOESN’T HAPPEN! MS. EXTREME SEES IT COMING AS SHE STEPS FORWARD AND NAILS CHRIS WITH A STRIKE TO THE FACE BEFORE HE CAN GO FOR THE SUICIDE DIVE! Ms. Extreme manages to save herself just in the nick of time as she grabs him and pushes him inside of the ring. She then makes her way onto the apron and climbs up onto the top rope, and it seems like she’s looking to take him down with something right here…
Flannery McCoy: AS SHE PUSHES HERSELF OFF OF THE TURNBUCKLES AND CONNECTS WITH AN EMPHATIC ‘GLASS CEILING’! THE TOP ROPE STUNNER CONNECTS AND TAKES THE REBEL NATION 2.0 MEMBER DOWN AND MS. EXTREME IS QUICK TO ROLL HIM ONTO HIS BACK AND HOOK THE LEG! GOING FOR A PIN ATTEMPT!
OOONNNEEE!!!
TTTTWWWWOOOO!!!!
TTTTTTHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRR-
Jake Mercer: BUT CHRIS MANAGES TO KICK OUT! Close call right there, it most definitely would’ve been a tragedy if a Team Voltage member won right then and there but Chris Elite is still fighting!
Stew-O: But that doesn’t particularly please Ms. Extreme on the other hand as she’s making her way back up to her feet. You can see her eyeing Chris as he makes his way up and both of them look eager to keep this going in order to ensure that they come out on top. Ms. Extreme grabs him by the head and brings him up to his feet before sending a strike straight to his face! Chris staggers back, but manages to retaliate as he connects with a strike of his own toward her!
Flannery McCoy: Ms. Extreme is hit by this but is quick to send one back- But as she does it’s Chris who manages to block it before connecting with another strike to her face! And now Chris is beginning to absolutely unload on her with rapid fire strikes toward her head! Forcing her back against the ropes! Ms. Extreme is trying to block the attacks to the best of her ability, but Chris is beginning to gain a second wind now as he grabs her by the wrist and sends her toward the ropes with an Irish whip… AS HE TURNS AROUND AND FOLLOWS IT UP WITH A DROPKICK AS SHE REBOUNDS-
Jake Mercer: BUT THAT DOESN’T WORK OUT AS MS. EXTREME MANAGE TO GRAB A HOLD OF THE ROPES JUST IN THE NICK OF TIME! Chris lands on his stomach but quickly recovers as he shoots up to his feet, then proceeding to make his way over to her… BUT BEFORE HE CAN DO ANYTHING IT’S MS. EXTREME THAT CONNECTS WITH A BOOT RIGHT ACROSS HIS FACE! This stops Chris in his tracks and gives Ms. Extreme the opportunity to seize the moment right here.
Stew-O: Ms. Extreme shoots past him and runs to the ropes and back… AS SHE LEAPS INTO THE AIR AND CONNECTS WITH A FLYING FOREARM RIGHT TO HIS FACE! This takes Chris down to the ground but he’s quick to rise back up to his feet… JUST FOR MS. EXTREME TO FOLLOW THAT UP WITH A SECOND FLYING FOREARM TO DROP HIM! Ms. Extreme is on a roll right now and she has her eyes set on capping it off, waiting for him to get back up to his feet before grabbing him by the head and bringing him toward the center of the ring…
Flannery McCoy: AS SHE SETS HIM UP AND GOES FOR ANOTHER ATTEMPT AT THE ‘TWIST OF FATE’! SPINNING NECKBREAKER TO CHRIS-
Jake Mercer: BUT JUST LIKE LAST TIME IT’S CHRIS THAT SPINS OUT OF IT! AND WHILE HE DOES IT, HE PULLS MS. EXTREME IN AND DROPS HER DOWN TO THE GROUND WITH ‘DEAD ROSES’! THE SISTER ABIGAIL CONNECTS AND TAKES THE CO-CAPTAIN OF TEAM VOLTAGE DOWN TO THE GROUND! CHRIS THEN ROLLS MS. EXTREME OVER AND HOOKS THE LEG! TRYING TO GO FOR THE PIN!
OOONNNEEE!!!
TTTTWWWWOOOO!!!!
TTTTTTHHHHHHRRRRRRR-
Stew-O: BUT MS. EXTREME MANAGES TO KICK OUT BEFORE THAT CAN HAPPEN! Chris was close to stealing this one, but Ms. Extreme made sure to keep this match going. It’s now up to Chris Elite to figure out what to do next and I think he has a good idea.
Flannery McCoy: He drops down and rolls under the bottom rope onto the apron, and it looks like he has his eyes on the top rope. He’s beginning to scale up the turnbuckles, while on the other hand it seems like Ms. Extreme hasn’t moved a muscle since kicking out of the pin attempt. This is the perfect opportunity right now for the Rebel Nation 2.0 member as he is perched up on the top turnbuckle, looking to close this out right now…
Jake Mercer: AS HE PUSHES OFF WITH AN ATTEMPT AT ‘AIMIN FOR THE MOON’! SWANTON 450 SPLASH TO MS. EXTREME-
Stew-O: BUT MS. EXTREME DOESN’T LET THAT HAPPEN! BEFORE HE CAN FULLY TAKE OFF SHE MANAGES TO RUSH TOWARD THE ROPES AND SHAKE THEM AS CHRIS LOSES BALANCE! He drops down to a seated position as Ms. Extreme manages to give herself the slightest bit of reprieve in a tough situation like this, being quick to approach Chris and begin to send some hard strikes toward his face while he’s in this precarious position on the top rope. Chris is trying to fight back, but it’s clear that this is not looking good for him right now!
Flannery McCoy: Ms. Extreme is looking to join him up there and this could go one of two ways as she does. Both of them are up on the top rope as she connects with another strike! Chris is teetering, but he manages to absorb the blow to the best of his abilities before connecting with one of his own back! Now both are beginning to go back and forth with each other! Trading strikes to no end, clearly trying to make sure that they’re the ones that stand tall above the other.
Jake Mercer: MS. EXTREME THOUGH MANAGES TO GET THE UPPER HAND AS SHE BREAKS THROUGH AND CONNECTS WITH A HEADBUTT STRAIGHT TO HIS FACE! Chris is stopped in his attack and this gives her the opportunity to set her up… AS SHE LOOKS TO LAUNCH HER OFF OF THE TOP ROPE WITH AN AVALANCHE EXPLODER SUPLEX-
Stew-O: NO! CHRIS MANAGES TO FIND IT WITHIN HIM JUST IN THE NICK OF TIME TO TAKE HIS ELBOW AND DRIVE IT AGAINST THE SIDE OF HER HEAD! Chris is managing to fight back as he continues to strike Ms. Extreme repeatedly, forcing her to let go of the hold that she had on him! Chris now has the chance here as he slides underneath her and manages to slip off of the top rope… STEPPING FORWARD AND CONNECTING WITH A PACKAGE SUPERKICK RIGHT TO HER FACE BEFORE SHE CAN TURN AROUND!
Flannery McCoy: Ms. Extreme is doubled over, and this gives Chris the perfect opportunity to go under and lift her off of the ground and onto his shoulders! She’s trying to wiggle herself free, but it’s clear that she’s exerted too much energy as Chris makes his way toward the center of the ring… DRIVING HER DOWN ONTO THE CANVAS WITH A SIT-OUT POWERBOMB! CHRIS MANAGES TO COME BACK INTO THIS MATCH WITH A BIG MOVE AS HE PINS HER SHOULDERS DOWN TO THE MAT!
OOONNNEEE!!!
TTTTWWWWOOOO!!!!
TTTTTHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRR-
Jake Mercer: BUT MS. EXTREME MANAGES TO SHOOT HER SHOULDER UP! Chris immediately rolls back up to his feet as Ms. Extreme gingerly recovers…
Stew-O: AND HE LAUNCHES THROUGH THE AIR AND TRIES TO CONNECT WITH A SWIFT ‘OPEN YA MATA’ OUT OF NOWHERE! SWOOPING IN WITH THE BICYCLE KNEE STRIKE-
Flannery McCoy: NO! THAT DOESN’T HAPPEN! MS. EXTREME JUST MANAGES TO BRING HER FOOT UP AND BOOT HIM AGAINST THE FACE! She forces him backward, and that gives her the chance to size him up… AS SHE LEAPS INTO THE AIR AND CONNECTS WITH A BICYCLE KNEE STRIKE OF HER OWN!
Jake Mercer: Chris manages to keep himself up, AND THAT GIVES MS. EXTREME THE CHANCE TO CONNECT WITH A SECOND BICYCLE KNEE TO FOLLOW THAT ONE UP! She then sets him up as she rushes forward…
Stew-O: GOING FOR ‘HOLY GROUND’!
Flannery McCoy: NO! NO! MS. EXTREME WANTED TO CLOSE THIS MATCH WITH THE JUMPING FOOT STOMP, BUT AS SHE LEAPED UP IT’S CHRIS WHO MANAGED TO GO UNDER AND AVOID IT JUST IN TIME! Ms. Extreme barely manages to land herself on her feet, stumbling forward but managing to turn around as she rushes toward him… BUT CHRIS MANAGES TO POP HER UP ONTO HIS SHOULDERS, LOOKING TO GO FOR ANOTHER POWERBOMB!
Jake Mercer: BUT THAT DOESN’T WORK OUT! MS. EXTREME MANAGES TO RAIN DOWN PUNCHES ONTO THE TOP OF HIS HEAD! FORCING HIM DOWN TO BRING HER BACK DOWN TO THE GROUND! CHRIS IS TRYING HIS BEST TO HANG ON BUT IT’S CLEAR THAT THIS IS NOT THE MOST PREFERABLE SITUATION FOR HIM RIGHT NOW… AS MS. EXTREME SWINGS AROUND AND TAKES HIM DOWN TO THE CANVAS WITH A HURRICANRANA!
Stew-O: Chris Elite is dropped down to the ground but rolls himself up to a kneeling position, but as he tries to recover it seems like Ms. Extreme is a couple steps ahead of him… AS SHE RISES BACK UP AND CONNECTS WITH A FRONT DROPKICK TO HIS CHEST TO DROP HIM DOWN! Ms. Extreme then rolls back up to her feet and she falls back into the corner, and it seems like she has her eyes set on Chris Elite now looking to close this match off with a big move!
Flannery McCoy: Both of these Elitists have been going at it in this match but it all seems like it’s coming to a head! Ms. Extreme has Chris Elite right where she wants him and it looks like she wants to finish this match right here and now! Chris is staggering back up to his feet, and it doesn’t seem like he’s completely through just yet, but by the looks of things it doesn’t seem like Ms. Extreme is going to give him much of a choice!
Jake Mercer: AS SHE RUSHES OVER AND GOES FOR ANOTHER ATTEMPT AT ‘HOLY GROUND’!
Stew-O: NO! NO! CHRIS MANAGES TO CATCH HER AS HE FLIPS OVER FOR A MASSIVE SPANISH FLY! MS. EXTREME IS DOWN AND CHRIS IS QUICK TO GRAB HER BY THE HEAD AND BRING HER BACK UP TO HER FEET…
Flannery McCoy: SETTING HER UP AND TAKING HER DOWN TO THE GROUND WITH ‘FACE VALUE’! THE HAMMERLOCK DDT SPIKES MS. EXTREME DOWN TO THE GROUND AND NOW CHRIS IS FALLING BACK! HE MAKES HIS WAY OVER TO THE TOP ROPE AND IT LOOKS LIKE HE’S GOING TO CLOSE THIS OUT! MS. EXTREME HASN’T MOVED AN INCH AND IF THERE IS ANY TIME TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS IT IS RIGHT NOW!
Jake Mercer: ‘AIMIN FOR THE MOON’!
Stew-O: WAIT! WHAT THE HELL?! SOMEONE JUST CLIMBED UP ONTO THE APRON AND IS SHOUTING AT THE REFEREE! CHRIS NOTICES THE COMMOTION AS THE REFEREE GETS TIED UP AND TURNS AWAY FROM THE ACTION!
Flannery McCoy: THAT’S AKARI KIYOKO! AKARI GOT THE REFEREE’S ATTENTION AND EFFY MCAVOY JUST SWOOPED IN AND SHOVED CHRIS ELITE OFF THE TOP ROPE AND SENT HIM CRASHING DOWN TO THE GROUND! THEY LOST TO DRAKE ARMSTRONG AND VINCENT MONDRIAN EARLIER IN THE NIGHT AND NOW IT LOOKS LIKE THEY’RE TRYING TO GET THEIR REVENGE FOR THAT ON BEHALF OF TEAM VOLTAGE!
Jake Mercer: CHRIS LANDS HARD AS HE TRIES TO PUSH HIMSELF UP TO HIS FEET! BUT I THINK IT’S TOO LATE!
Stew-O: AS THIS GIVES MS. EXTREME ENOUGH TIME TO LEAP INTO THE AIR AND DRIVE CHRIS ELITE DOWN TO THE GROUND WITH ‘HOLY GROUND’! THE LEAPING FOOT STOMP CONNECTS AND MS. EXTREME IS QUICK TO GO FOR THE PIN!
OOONNNNEEEE!!!
TTTTTWWWWWOOOOO!!!!
TTTTTHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
(DING! DING! DING!)
(‘RED THUNDER’ begins to blast through the speakers as the Dynasty crowd reacts negatively to Ms. Extreme who pulls herself away from Chris Elite with a smirk on her face. Akari and Effy join her inside of the ring as both of them have a look of satisfaction.)
Stephie Love: Here is your winner… MS. EXTREME-
Flannery McCoy: OH! WE’RE NOT WASTING ANYTIME! THE REST OF REBEL NATION 2.0 HAS SPRINTED DOWN TO THE RING AND HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY ABOUT THIS! DRAKE ARMSTRONG, VINCENT MONDRIAN, SHINZO SASAKI, AND THE TEAM CAPTAIN CY HENDERSON JUST ATTACKED ALL THREE ELITISTS AND THEY’RE BEGINNING TO SWARM THEM! DYNASTY AND VOLTAGE ARE GOING AT IT RIGHT NOW!
Jake Mercer: VOLTAGE IS OUTNUMBERED RIGHT NOW EVEN WITH CHRIS ELITE DOWN AND OUT! BUT THEY’RE NOT GOING DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT AS THEY CONTINUE TO GO AT DYNASTY WITH EVERYTHING THAT THEY GOT!
(While this happens, the crowd roars.)
Stew-O: LIMMY MONAGHAN IS SPRINTING DOWN THE RAMP! THE ACE IS HERE AS HE SLIDES INTO THE RING AND LUNGES AT DYNASTY AS WELL! TEAM VOLTAGE ARE CONTINUING TO FIGHT THE STORM OF DYNASTY RIGHT NOW! DOING EVERYTHING THAT THEY POSSIBLY CAN!
Flannery McCoy: WAIT! WAIT! BUT SOMEONE ELSE JUST SLID INTO THE RING!
Jake Mercer: THAT’S CHARLIE MARR! THAT’S THE TEAM CAPTAIN OF SHOWDOWN! HE JUST LAID OUT MS. EXTREME WITH A HIGH KNEE TO THE FACE! MEANWHILE SOSA HENDERSON HAS DROPPED SHINZO SASAKI WITH ‘STOLE YO BITCH’ AS THE JUMPING CUTTER CONNECTS! MEANWHILE DONOVAN DUKE JUST CLOCKED LIMMY WITH THE ‘DEALER’S CHOICE’ SPINNING BACK FIST!
Stew-O: THEY’RE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ALL THE COMMOTION BETWEEN DYNASTY AND VOLTAGE AND THEY’VE ORCHESTRATED A SNEAK ATTACK!
Flannery McCoy: CODY MAVERICK AND JON KELTON ARE HERE AS WELL AND THEY’RE TAKING THEM OUT AS WELL! TEAM SHOWDOWN IS CLEARING THE FIELD AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY’RE THE ONES WHO GOT THE LAST LAUGH TONIGHT AS THE DUST BEGINS TO SETTLE!
(Rebel Nation 2.0 and Team Voltage with the combined efforts of Team Showdown have been completely wiped out. Leaving Charlie Marr along with the rest of his team rising up as they look around at their work, admiring it for a moment. Officials are seen sliding into the ring, trying to contain everything that has happened, but it seems like by the looks of things that the damage has already been done. The last shot seen is Team Showdown beginning to file out as Friday Night Dynasty begins to fade to elsewhere from there.)
(A commercial plays for Territorial Invasion, featuring the Brand Warfare match.)
(SCREENBAR: Jacque Fine Jewellery — Sydney, Australia.)
(The camera transitions smoothly to an exterior shot of Jacque Fine Jewellery, an upscale and sophisticated jewelry shop located in the heart of Sydney. The sunlight reflects off the shop’s sleek, modern facade, accentuating its polished glass windows and the elegant logo that signifies luxury. Inside of the store is even more chic. Cases can be seen displaying all sorts of pristine jewlery pieces. Stunning arrays of diamonds, gemstones, watches, and the like are in full view before the door swings open and the bell jingles, signaling the arrival of someone. A store associate turns their attention towards that direction.)
Store Associate: Ah, it’s you! Welcome, sir!
(It was none other than Joso. The King of Elite comes into view with a subtle smirk. He pushes down his trademark shades and looks over the place, letting out a whistle.)
Joso: Now this is what I’m talking about. What’s good, my man? This place looks fantastic.
Store Associate: Thank you. Please, look around.
Joso: Don’t mind if I do.
(The camera follows Joso as he approaches a display case filled with an array of gleaming jewelry pieces, each one more exquisite than the last. He takes a moment to admire the craftsmanship, his fingers lightly brushing over the glass as he surveys the options.)
Joso: That watch over there is calling my name.
Store Associate: Oh, you mean this one?
(The associate takes out a heavy, diamond-encrusted watch. It dazzles within the light.)
Joso: hat’s the one. A real showstopper, isn’t it?
(The associate hands the watch to Joso, who carefully inspects it, turning it over in his hands. The camera zooms in to capture the intricate details. Joso’s eyes light up as he fastens the watch around his wrist.)
Joso: Now, this is a statement. When you walk into a room with this on, everyone knows who’s in charge. Dare I say it’s fitting for a king, huh?
Store Associate: I’d agree. Certainly looks right at home with you.
Joso: It sure does. I know I’m gonna be copping this. Ain’t no question about it. What else y’all got?
(The associate smiles and nods.)
Store Associate: We have plenty more to suit your style, sir. Let me show you a few pieces that are just as bold.
(The associate gestures towards another display case, this one featuring a selection of extravagant rings, chains, and cufflinks, each piece designed to make a statement. The camera follows Joso as he approaches, his interest clearly piqued.
Joso: Alright, alright… y’all got a lot, huh? Lemme see that chain right there.
(As requested, the associate took out the chain and handed it off to Joso. He tries it on and looks into a nearby mirror. He clearly likes what he sees.)
Joso: Aye, now this is lit. Though, I think imma get this one in gold. Would match with my crown. :troll:
Store Associate: No problem. We have that available.
(Joso grins and hands off his jewelry pieces so far to them. He walks around the store some more, checking out more items as he brings his hands into his pockets.)
Joso: There’s definitely a lot that catches my eye, but the one thing I’m looking forward to more than anything else is finally getting that world championship. That’s by far the most exciting piece I’m looking forward to getting.
Store Associate: A world championship? :oh: Now that’s the ultimate prize. And with your style, it’s only fitting that you’ll be wearing the crown and the gold.
Joso: Yeah, for sure. Been wanting it for a good while now, and I feel like I’m ready to take it for myself finally. it’s been a long time coming. I’ve been grinding, and now it’s time to reap the rewards. That championship’s got my name on it, and when I get it, everything else will fall into place. After all, ain’t no one going to be stopping me now. Andre is out, and with House of Glass coming after Territorial Invasion, there’s no one else that’s gonna be able to lay claim to that championship before me. It doesn’t matter who’s holding the belt, either. Cy, Myles, it makes no difference to me, ‘cause at the end of the day, I’m gonna make the most of my opportunity and I won’t be denied.
(The associate nods. Joso is brimming with confidence. It’s almost as if he can see his vision coming true and he looks forward to it.)
Joso: Ultimately, House of Glass is gonna be my crowning moment – and I can’t wait to be dripped out when it’s all said and done.
(His attention is then brought back to the store associate.)
Joso: But for now, lemme go ahead and buy all of these. I gotta make sure I got everything ready for it.
Store Associate: No problem at all. And good luck to you, by the way.
Joso: Thanks, but luck? Nah. It’s fate. I’m going to be a world champion and be the best on Dynasty.
(The store associate then smiles and proceeds to check Joso out. Soon, the shot fades to the outside once more before Dynasty fades elsehwere.)
(‘Enemy Strike’ by Yuki Hayashi can be heard blaring throughout the speakers as the audience reacts loudly for the arrival of their World Heavyweight Champion. Myles emerges from the back with his title wrapped around his waist in its own glory, heading down the ramp as he has a less than stellar expression on his face while eyeing directly toward the ring.)
Stephie Love: Ladies & gentlemen, PLEASEEEE WELCOME… THE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION… MYLES!!!
Stew-O: Myles is supposed to be scheduled for a main event clash with Andre Walker tonight, which would’ve surely been a bout to remember, but as we are all aware of, Andre is incapable of making it to the event tonight. Plagued by injury once more, the match ultimately becomes too good to be true just as we were fingertips away from being given the battle. And as we can see, Myles is not all too enthused by not having a match tonight.
Flannery McCoy: It’s difficult to blame him, as the World Champion of this brand, as a leading elitist among the rest of this roster & the sphere of professional wrestling as a whole, you want to represent this entire sport with your every being. A match against Andre Walker could’ve been just that, as well as showing all the more that he has remained in an emphatic role. Now that’s essentially been pried away from him, but none of that is gonna stop him from coming out here to allow his own voice to be heard nonetheless.
Jake Mercer: Look, it’s unfortunate, but I’m certain that Myles has far more to worry about at the moment. New Eden has formed once more, ready to lead Dynasty toward victory in War Games, and they made their presence felt on enemy territory! No one was able to do a damn thing about it, so there’s no doubt that Myles is looking to make his own sentiments felt about where he’s at as we move closer to Territorial Invasion.
(Myles is given a microphone as he stands inside the ring, with his music dying down now while the audience awaits the words to arise from his lips. He raises the microphone, shortly after giving a brief exhale.)
Myles: So that’s that? Just as I believed that I would be getting a main event match right here in front of every single one of you, and it’s just gone. I wish I could say that I am not so disgruntled, but to tell you the truth? I surely am. I didn’t think my opponent tonight would be unable to compete, but the injury bug seems to have become all the more fruitful when it comes to Andre Walker. He remains dead silent without a word of any remote utterance given toward the bout, I suppose that was more than a sign for the things to inevitably come. I could say that I’m disappointed, but that’s not exactly where I’d leave it all off. I’m supposed to be out here, putting on a performance through the efforts that I ensure are seen in full on a weekly basis. Day in, and day out, you are never walking away from an event that you see me battling on without understanding the impression that I always leave. I’m standing here in this ring with this championship around my waist, ready to go for the next match that’s meant to fall right on my lap—only to be given an unfortunate hand to be dealt with. I was right about him, I knew it when I said it & didn’t mince my words in doing so. Pops in & out, with nothing to be done in the process…
(Myles removes the title from his waist, as he rests the championship right over his own shoulder and glances down upon it.)
Myles: So while he’s gone, another sabbatical in the books, I was still booked for a match. I’m not just gonna leave this ring without being given the fight that was expected of me. I prepared for a match & should be expecting a match to come, this is exactly what I am coming out here to do any given day of the week when I am needed. There’s nothing that you can fabricate about where my head resides from, this is all that I am seeking out as the competitor that I have always been. Not too much left in the way of what I’m looking for, not being lost in the same landscape of stagnation that fell right onto the shoulders of the man I was supposed to fight tonight. I am the World Heavyweight Champion, expected to carry out what I must do as the champion of this brand, and the champion that represents Elite Answers Wrestling to its very core. I understand I have been performing at a level that very few could properly contend against me for, but that doesn’t mean I’m itching to find never have an equal. You all bought the ticket to sit in your seats & bear witness to a fight, so that’s what I’m anticipating as well.
(Myles raises the title while looking directly toward the audience.)
Myles: This is everything that represents the very best to encompass this wrestling world, which has become my own domain that I have been able to conquer time and time again. So don’t make any mistake, Territorial Invasion will not be any different. Myself, Minerva, Drake… New Eden… we step into the fray one more time. To bring victory—
(POW!!!!)
Stew-O: WHAT THE—‘CHROME HEARTS’ FROM BRONSON DANIELS!!! MYLES JUST GOT LAID BY BRONSON AS NOW MILLI BANKS & VEENA ADAMS ARE STORMING THE RING AS WELL!!! MYLES IS COMPLETELY OUTNUMBERED AS ALL THREE OF TEAM SHOWDOWN FOR WAR GAMES ARE HERE! MYLES IS TRYING TO DEFEND HIMSELF AS MUCH AS HE POSSIBLY CAN, BUT ALL THREE OF SHOWDOWN ARE BEATING HIM SENSELESS!!
Flannery McCoy: MYLES CAME OUT HERE LOOKING FOR A FIGHT & MAY HAVE BEEN GIVEN FAR MORE THAN HE BARGAINED FOR! Now Milli & Veena each back away from Myles briefly, as he’s trying to drag himself back up to his knees while still heavily disoriented as well—‘TILL BRONSON DROPS HIM WITH ‘MICKEY I KNOCKED YOUR HEAD OFF’!!! MYLES IS LAID OUT ON THE MAT AS BRONSON JUST NAILED HIM WITH THE ELBOW!!
Jake Mercer: AND LOOK AT WHO IS COMING DOWN! MINERVA & DRAKE KING BOTH RUSH INTO THE RING AS MINERVA BLINDSIDES BRONSON, TACKLING HIM WITH REPEATED PUNCHES WHILE DRAKE KING KEEPS MILLI BANKS AT BAY WITH THE TWO OF THEM BRAWLING ONE ANOTHER!!!
Stew-O: BUT VEENA IS ABLE TO PRY MINERVA OFF OF BRONSON! Now Veena & Minerva are exchanging rights as each pairing are preoccupied in differing corners! Minerva tries to turn the momentum onto Veena while Drake is doing his own work to keep Milli suppressed for as long as possible! However they were too little too late for Myles!
Flannery McCoy: AS BRONSON LEAPS OVER TO DRAKE KING! HE POUNCES AND LAYS IN THE FOREARMS AS DRAKE HAS TO FEND OFF BRONSON NOW! MINERVA LOOKS TO AID DRAKE KING AS SHE’S TRYING TO LAY IN THE STRIKES AS WELL, BUT THE SECOND SHE TURNS BACK AROUND—
Jake Mercer: SPEAR!!! VEENA NAILS THE SPEAR ONTO MINERVA TO DROP HER DOWN WITH AUTHORITY!! Drake is now trying to keep Veena at bay, laying the rights upon Adams while he still can—‘NO FAKE BILLS HERE’!!! HIGH KNEE FROM MILLI BANKS DROPS DRAKE KING RIGHT IN HIS TRACKS!!! The numbers game became too much after Myles was incapacitated by the three Showdown elitists that are invading tonight!!
Stew-O: Now Milli & Veena are both climbing up to opposite corners, up onto the top turnbuckle while Drake King & Minerva are both down and immobile as THEY’RE LOOKING TO TAKE FLIGHT.. ‘MILLI-ON-AIR’ & ‘FATAL VOW’ CONNECT RESPECTFULLY ONTO DRAKE & MINERVA!!! Now all three of New Eden are down & out while team Showdown are standing tall!!!
Flannery McCoy: This may be all the more indication of how much of a trainwreck that Territorial Invasion has the potential to be…
Jake Mercer: This is team Showdown getting payback for what happened on their own soil, which I may not exactly agree with due to this happening on my home brand, but I digress!!!
Stew-O: The night ends with the enemies of this brand standing tall, as all of New Eden have been dropped this time… A reminder of how all of this can truly pan out when chaos is inevitably coming back in return. Thank you for joining us tonight, as we will see you all next week…
(Myles, Drake King & Minerva are down & out across the mat, unable to make any significant movements after being taken down ultimately by the numbers game due to team Showdown’s surprise attack on Myles. Bronson Daniela, Milli Banks & Veena Adams each stand tall as they occupy the ring, sending the message to their opponents at Territorial Invasion as well as Dynasty as a whole with the scene eventually fading out from there.)
