Dynasty 3/21/25

Dynasty 3/21/25

(Friday Night Dynasty intro plays. Once that wraps up, the live shot of the Wells Fargo arena is shown off before transitioning over to the interior of the arena. It’s a sold-out affair as usual, especially in Philadelphia, where the excitement is always at a frenzy! Pyro goes off, and after more shots of the fans are shown, we switch over to the commentary team.)

Stew-O: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THE ROAD TOWARDS GRAND RAMPAGE IS UNDERWAY! EVERYONE IS JOCKEYING FOR POSITION AS WE GET CLOSER TO THAT IMPACTFUL MARQUEE EVENT! THANK YOU FOR TUNING IN ON WHAT IS SURE TO BE AN AMAZING DYNASTY! I AM STEW-O, AND AS ALWAYS, I AM JOINED BY JAKE MERCER AND FLANNERY MCCOY!

Jake Mercer: The stakes couldn’t get any higher! We’re going to find out which talents are drawing their numbers for Grand Rampage! And of course, there have been a couple of interesting developments going on on track to the show!

Flannery McCoy: There certainly has been, including with what happened last week in particular. In fact, we’re here to follow up on that right now!

(The camera transitions over from the commentary table to the stage as the Wells Fargo Center bustles in anticipation of what is to come first. They don’t have to wait very long though as ‘LIKE WEEZY’ by Playboi Carti plays through the speakers of the arena. The crowd comes alive as the shot goes over to reveal the World Heavyweight Champion making his way out from the backstage area. Joso has a serious expression on his face as he takes a moment to look around, embracing the atmosphere here tonight before he then begins to make his way down the ramp and toward the ring.)

Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome… the EAW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!!!!!!!!!! HE IS THE ‘STAR PLAYER’… JOSO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stew-O: Well, here comes the World Heavyweight Champion as Joso had an interesting past week when Cy Henderson did not waste any time staking his claim for the Grand Rampage Marquee Event. He made it known that he was using his Iron Survivor opportunity and he was not going to wait around before putting the Champion on notice.

Flannery McCoy: Joso doesn’t seem to be keen on backing down from that. It looks like he plans on meeting him face-to-face here tonight, it’s just a matter of whether or not Cy is going to entertain that, I guess we’re just going to have to see. Right now though, let’s see what the Champion has to say.

Jake Mercer: Joso has gotta be ready! If he’s not careful, he could very well be getting those Cy Henderson strokes come Grand Rampage!

Stew-O: ???

Flannery McCoy: ???

Jake Mercer: Guys… it’s a joke. God.

(Joso makes his way up the steps and onto the apron as he enters through the ropes. He takes a microphone from the ringside area as ‘LIKE WEEZY’ and then begins to fade out. He heads toward the center of the ring, adjusting his title over his shoulder with a confident look before then beginning to speak.)

Joso: I’m not going to waste any time here, I will beat Cy Henderson at Grand Rampage. I frankly don’t get why he wants to set himself up this quickly knowing that he’s only going to be led to failure, but shit, it’s his funeral. Truth be told, I never fancied Cy. I watched everyone be so enamored by his return to this company and watched his big fake smile as he paraded around on this big “redemption arc,” then when it didn’t work, he showed his true colors and turned his back on the fans who supported him even when they had no reason to do that. He’s everything that I hate about this brand and I absolutely cannot let him be at the top of this place if I have something to say about it. With this title over my shoulder, I represent not just Friday Night Dynasty, but this entire company, and that is a responsibility that I’m willing to bear. The difference between me and Cy is the fact that he can’t do it.

(Joso has a serious expression on his face as the crowd continues to be loud for him.)

Joso: He can say whatever he wants, he can try and threaten me in whatever way suits him, but I can’t let him win. I can’t let him get this moment that he’s been fighting for not because he can’t, because he has a Hall of Fame career I have to give him that much credit, but because I can’t imagine what he’s going to do to sully all the hard work that these people in the back have put in week in and week out. He’s not doing it for them, he’s not doing it to make this brand better, he’s doing it for himself and that is not something that I’m going to stand by and allow to happen. But I’m not here tonight to run him down the mud, not yet at least, I’m here to confront him to his face and tell him exactly what he needs to hear, so come on down.

(Joso lowers his microphone and waits, and after a minute, ‘Saint Pablo’ by Kanye West begins to play up to boos from the crowd. The camera goes over to show Cy Henderson as he makes his way out from the backstage area. He has a serious expression on his face as he eyes Joso inside the ring, taking a moment before then beginning to make his way down the ramp.)

Stew-O: Well here comes the Hall of Famer, and he doesn’t look very happy with what the Champion has been saying to him. It’s clear that he’s not backing down on his challenge, and Joso has incited him to push even further.

Jake Mercer: This is a bad idea considering the caliber of opponent that Cy is. Don’t be too rough on him!

Flannery McCoy: Well regardless, this is the first time that these Grand Rampage opponents are going to meet, and I have a feeling that it’s not going to be very friendly between the two of them, but I guess that we’re going to see.

(Cy makes his way up the steps and onto the apron before entering through the ropes. He heads over and takes a microphone as ‘Saint Pablo’ then begins to fade out. He turns around and faces Joso as both of them stare down at each other for a moment.)

Cy Henderson: I don’t know who you think you are, or where you find the jurisdiction to speak to me like this, but it’s clear you have no idea who you’re going to be facing come Grand Rampage. I didn’t just earn this opportunity for no reason, I’m not just coming up here and stealing an opportunity from someone who deserves it more, because the truth is that I’m the one who deserves it the most. I didn’t just throw my weight around and allow myself to be thrust into this spot without being prepared, I earned it by winning the Iron Survivor match and I wasn’t going to allow myself to sit on my hands.

Cy Henderson: You can say what you want to say, Joso, but one thing for certain is that regardless of your place on this brand, it doesn’t change the fact that you are way out of your depth when it comes to an opponent like myself. Your words mean nothing to me, and more importantly, you mean nothing to me, and when I take everything away from you, it’s not going to be a matter of whether or not I am ready to put this brand on my shoulders, it’s a matter of whether or not you deserved your spot in the first place.

Joso: Me? Deserve my spot? I don’t think that was ever out of the question. I ran through the gauntlet just like you did, and I worked my ass off just like you did, but the difference between you and I is the fact that while I did get the job done and while I stand here as World Heavyweight Champion, you’re going to fail and you’re going to let everyone down. You don’t mean anything to me, Cy and this brand doesn’t need you, so if I were you, I’d look in the mirror and I’d start being honest with myself.

Cy Henderson: I did that a long time ago, and when I stopped being nice to people who didn’t deserve the kindness, that’s when I started getting results. People want to go around and say that I’ve changed, but really, it was me going out of my way to do whatever I needed to do to win. Was it a little selfish? Yes, but I got the job done and I’m going to do that against you. You have no say in the matter, everything is going to come crumbling down at Grand Rampage.

(Before Joso can respond, ‘Revolution’ by Pennywise begins to blast through the speakers of the arena as the crowd cheers loudly. Cy looks visibly annoyed as the camera goes over to show Drake King as he makes his way out to the stage. He has a nonchalant expression on his face as he looks at the ring and begins to make his way down the ramp.)

Stew-O: Well it seems like we’re getting yet another interruption as Drake King is making his way out to the ring. We know that he and Cy had an intense encounter last week when Drake tried to congratulate him but Cy told him off, leaving him sad.

Flannery McCoy: It looks like Drake wants a follow-up and better yet, it looks like he wants an explanation. But I don’t think that’s the best idea considering the people in the ring, hey, it’s his own grave though.

Jake Mercer: You’re acting like he’s a newbie. :francis:

Flannery McCoy: For all intents and purposes, he might as well be.

(Drake makes his way up the steps and onto the apron as he enters into the ring. ‘Revolution’ then begins to come to a close as he heads over and takes a microphone from the ringside area. He approaches the two of them but specifically signals out Cy as he begins to speak.)

Drake King: What the heck happened last week, man?

(Cy rolls his eyes and shakes his head.)

Drake King: I came out there to give you the respect that you deserved and you gave me that? I’m not going to lie, that was kinda rude. I’m not angry at you, Cy, I didn’t expect you to be very responsive about it, but I did nothing wrong to you.

Cy Henderson: Kid, I’m going to ask you to leave right now.

Drake King: No, I want answers. Why did you do it? I don’t want to start issues, I just really want to clear the air between us, man.

Joso: Look, I don’t give a damn about this shit, alright? This is A and B business, so how about you C yourself out, because I want nothing to do with whatever you got going on.

Drake King: I’m sorry, guys. But it couldn’t wait. I’ll leave you guys to it but just know this, Cy, I didn’t want any problems with you. In fact, after what happened, I went to Kensingten and Richard last week and I specifically booked us into a match together to ease tensions. I hope that isn’t a problem for you.

(Both Joso and Cy look unhappy about this, but Cy in particular is at his wits end.)

Stew-O: CY TAKES A SWING AT DRAKE!

Flannery McCoy: BUT DRAKE DUCKS UNDER, AND-

Jake Mercer: HE JUST HIT JOSO! AH, MAN! JOSO STAGGERS BACK BUT IMMEDIATELY GOES AFTER CY! AND WE HAVE A BRAWL ON OUR HANDS!

(Drake is startled by this as he quickly slides himself out of the ring, not wanting anything to do with this.)

Stew-O: BOTH OF THEM ARE TRADING STRIKES WITH EACH OTHER AND OFFICIALS HAVE ENTERED THE RING TO TRY AND BREAK THIS UP! BUT THANKS TO DRAKE KING, THEIR HATRED HAS BOILED UP!

(Drake is frantically looking on as he begins to backpedal up the ramp, with officials finally able to break apart both of them from their brawl. The last shot seen is Drake shaking his head, unhappy that he caused this as Friday Night Dynasty then begins to fade elsewhere.)

(A commercial plays for Benihana’s.)

Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for ONE FALL!

Crowd: ONE FALL!

(‘Postmortem’ by Slayer hits the speakers and Allegra Costello stomps out from the back. Some fans reach out for a tag, but she whips her arm away from them in disgust. Costello stomps up the steps, swinging into the ring.)

Stephie Love: Introducing first, from Venice, Italy, weighing in at 120 pounds, “IL MALE STESSO” ALLEGGRRAAAAAAA!! COOOOOSSSSSSTTTTTEEEEEEELLLLLLOOOOOOOOO!!!

Jake Mercer: Last week Allegra Costello was in a triple threat against Kai Rabeaux and Jaylond Steel, looking to make a name for herself. Unfortunately, she was unable to do so and ended up losing to Rabeaux.

Stew-O: She has a chance to do much better this week though. A bad performance won’t define who you are early on into your EAW career, unless you allow it to get to your head.

(‘Let Me Hear’ by Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas is next, and Saori Aizen makes her way out from the back to a much louder response. She nods her head, making her way down with the only thing being on her mind right now is a victory)

Stephie Love: Her opponent, from Tokyo, Japan, weighing in at 130 pounds, “THE REAPER” SAAOOORRRRRIIIIIIII!! AIIIIIIZZZZZZZEEEEENNNNNNNN!!!

Flannery McCoy: Saori Aizen accompanied Daniella Atlas to ringside for her match with Vincent Mondrian on the last edition of Dynasty, but we know that the 2024 Divide and Conquer winner is capable of more than just that.

Stew-O: She’s absolutely built a relationship with Daniella Atlas, but what matters more to her is proving what she can do in this ring. And Costello is absolutely going to have her work cut out for her as a result of that.

(DING DING DING!)

Jake Mercer: The bell rings, and Saori Aizen wastes no time! FLYING DROPKICK RIGHT TO THE CHEST OF COSTELLO, SENDING HER FLYING INTO THE TURNBUCKLES! Costello rolls away, holding her back in agony! Saori wants to make quick work of Costello, and she lifts her up from the canvas. Aizen ducks Costello’s head down and double underhooks the arms! She wants this match with over ALREADY! ‘HYOKINDAMA!’ THE TIGER—NO! COSTELLO FLIPS OVER HER SHOULDER! And she shoves Aizen into the turnbuckles! Costello comes off the ropes and nails Aizen with a flying knee! She pulls her out of the corner and lifts her up, marching to the center of the ring with a BACKBREAKER! Aizen goes down and she holds at her back!

Stew-O: Costello pulls Aizen up and turns her around. She grabs her by the waist and lifts her up for a back suplex, but Aizen flips out to her feet! Saori leaps into a dropkick to the back of Costello and she flies out through the middle rope! Costello goes down hard and Saori rises, hitting off the ropes without hesitation! Costello slowly rises, looking up—AND AIZEN WITH A SUICIDE DIVE! There is no time being wasted in this match right now, my goodness! She drags Costello up and throws her in!

Flannery McCoy: Saori leaps onto the apron, clapping her hands. The fans begin to get behind her and Costello slowly rises. Saori steps on the bottom rope and springs to the top! MISSILE DROPKICK–NO! Costello moves out of the way! And Aizen falls onto the canvas, back first! Saori holds her back and Allegra comes off of the ropes without hesitation! Single leg dropkick turns Aizen inside out! This match has seen multiple shifts of momentum and right now Costello is beginning to take control of this for herself!

Stew-O: She pulls Aizen up off of the canvas and hooks the head and leg. She tries for a fisherman’s buster, but Aizen won’t allow her to pull her down so easily! She wraps her leg around the ankle of Costello and brings her down with an inside cradle! The referee slides to the count!

OOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEE—

Jake Mercer: Kick out from Costello and both rise! Aizen with a forearm to the jaw! Costello staggers. She swings for Aizen, who captures the arm and spins over! She traps Costello down and hooks the arm. She reaches her hands around the face, CROSSFACE! AND IT’S IN! COSTELLO SCREAMS OUT IN PAIN! Allegra reaches for the bottom rope but it may not be any use! Saori continues to pull back on the head of Costello! She desperately claws at the hands, doing her best to get there! But Saori won’t allow her to get out so easily! She’s got that crossface in deep!

Stew-O: Costello plants a hand on the canvas. She starts to roll through, and she finds her way out! Allegra grabs the legs of Saori, trying to turn her over, but Aizen kicks her away with both feet! Costello skids back and rises. She charges into Saori who ducks under and grabs the waist. GERMAN SUPLEX! Costello is flattened! Saori slowly rises and claps her hands. She steps out to the apron and begins to climb up top. Costello slowly rises and turns to Aizen who is waiting for her…

Flannery McCoy: FLYING CROSSBODY FROM AIZEN! NO! COSTELLO CATCHES HER AND ROLLS THROUGH! SHE PINS HER TO THE CANVAS AND NOW AIZEN IS FLAILING HER LEGS IN THE AIR AFTER THE COUNTER!

OOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEE—

Jake Mercer: This time Aizen kicks out of the flash pin! Both women rise and swing a boot at each other’s jaw, and they crack each other both! They stumble back as a result and hunch over, feeling the effect. Allegra swings for Aizen, but she matrix dodges it! Allegra turns back, and Aizen spins on the ground with a CAPOEIRA KICK! Allegra falls to her fours! Aizen rolls to her feet and leaps into a double foot stomp to the back of Costello! Beautifully executed!

Stew-O: She pulls Costello up, still intent on winning this early. Chest kick staggers Costello! Another chest kick from Aizen, and then she takes her out with a roundhouse kick! Costello falls to her fours and Aizen hits off the ropes! Sliding dropkick right to the jaw! And Costello is laid flat on her face! Saori rises and drags Costello up. She turns her around and hooks both arms. TIGER SUPLEX! AND SHE BRIDGES IT!

OOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEE!!!

TTTTTTTTTTWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOO—

Flannery McCoy: Costello kicks out right after two! But Aizen isn’t done! She drags her up and repeatedly elbows her across the jaw. Saori kicks Costello into the chest, and brings her down with an enzuigiri! Costello rolls away, wheezing. She’s laid out in the corner and Saori runs into a meteora against the turnbuckles! She pulls her out and makes her way up to the top rope! Saori wants to go for the kill here, but Costello is beginning to stir!

Jake Mercer: She pulls herself up and clubs Saori in the back! She takes her by the hair and brings her down in a tree of woe! Costello hits off the turnbuckles and leaps into a dropkick to the chest of Aizen! Aizen falls down and Saori goes down! She holds her chest, coughing out in pain! Allegra takes her by the body and pulls her towards the center of the ring! She drags her up, wanting to take matters into her own hands.

Stew-O: Allegra lifts Saori into a fireman’s carry. ‘NEW IDEAS IN MATHEMAT–’ NO! Saori leaps behind her! She shoves Allegra to the ropes and Allegra bounces off! Saori kicks her in the gut and ducks her head down. Allegra double underhooks the arms and lifts Costello up high, DOUBLE UNDERHOOK FACEBUSTER TAKES HER DOWN! Saori with a powerful setup for the end!

Jake Mercer: Saori rises with Allegra. She pulls her up by the wrist and yanks her up towards her feet. ‘MIRROR FLOWER, WATER MOON!’ THE WRIST-CLUTCH KNEE STRIKE TO THE JAW KNOCKS COSTELLO DOWN ONTO HER BACK! Saori drops down and hooks the legs of Costello for the win! The referee slides for the count!

OOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

TTTTTTTTTTHHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR—

Flannery McCoy: KICK OUT FROM COSTELLO! But how much longer can she really remain in this match?! Aizen has continued to shut her down every which way! She’s hurt badly as well! Aizen grabs the arm. She tries to set up an omoplata, but Costello desperately rolls away to the ropes!

Jake Mercer: Saori releases her and rises. Costello takes the ropes, wheezing. Aizen is quick on the attack as she kicks her in the jaw as she was rising! Costello falls onward. Saori spins behind her and takes the waist. GERMAN SUPLEX FROM AIZEN! She rolls through, for a SECOND GERMAN SUPLEX! Aizen rolls through, and plants her with a THIRD german suplex!

Stew-O: Saori rises to her feet and smirks. She makes her way to the turnbuckles and climbs the middle rope, and then the top rope. Aizen is perched atop, LEAPING FROM THE ROPES! ‘HORIZON OF THE CAPTIVATING SKANDHA!’ MOONSAULT RIGHT ONTO COSTELLO! AND SHE’S NOT MOVING WHATSOEVER! SAORI FLOATS OVER, HOOKING THE LEGS FOR THE COVER!

OOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

TTTTTTTTTTHHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

(DING DING DING)

Stephie Love: Here is your winner of this match, SAORI AIZEN!

(Saori rises off of Costello, proud after a dominant performance. The referee takes her arm and raises it up high, whilst Costello is down and out. Saori nods her head, backing away.)

Jake Mercer: Just like that, Saori Aizen leaves with the win! A statement certainly sent by Saori, who looks to be building momentum right back on her own as a singles competitor.

Stew-O: Allegra Costello tried her absolute best to bring Saori down, but it wasn’t even close to enough. Back to the drawing board for her, meanwhile Saori is at the top of her game.

(A commercial plays for the NCAA women’s basketball tournament, featuring Ronn Banks and Sarah Strong of UConn.)

(The video feed for Friday Night Dynasty pans out to a wide view of the arena before, suddenly, ‘Pride and Arrogance’ by Takeru Kanazaki began blaring through the speakers to deafening boos; Drake Armstrong steps out through the stage curtains with his arms spread out wide and a smug grin plastered across his face. He makes his way down the ramp, raising his arms up high to avoid the hands of the front row fans reaching out to try to tag him.)

Stew-O: Well, the crowd is as clear as ever as to their position on Drake Armstrong–

Jake Mercer: KING Armstrong, you mean!

Stew-O: Yeah, yeah… in any case, we do have an idea as to what the King of Elite is going to be addressing tonight, especially after what transpired last week between him and Minerva!

Flannery McCoy: We saw that Minerva was looking to declare herself as an entrant in the Grand Rampage match, trying to punch her ticket to the main event of Pain for Pride and get another shot to make HERstory by beating Joso for the World Heavyweight Championship!

Jake Mercer: But the King decided that things on Friday Night Dynasty happen according to HIS wishes and interrupted her, which resulted in a huge brawl that had to be broken apart. Let’s see what he has to say about it!

(The King stepped into the ring and took a microphone from the ringside staff, raising it up to his mouth as he began to speak.)

Drake Armstrong: Your King of Elite has something to say; I command your silence.

(Boos reverberate from the crowd.)

Drake Armstrong: Last week, I made my first appearance following my victory over the legendary Karl Impact; if you recall how that entire debacle started to begin with, I was too busy celebrating my coronation as King of Elite to have snuffed out the sniveling rat that was hiding in the midst of my EAW-contracted security team. I was put on the backfoot, being hunted by a historic legend because of the problem that I represented to the established top echelon of Elite Answers Wrestling.

Drake Armstrong: Nevertheless, I did turn the situation around and turned the match into a showcase for WHY I was being hunted down in the first place, and that is because I pose the single greatest threat to ANYONE in the company who was eyeing the top spot. I turned that man into a footstool for me to leap off of, and I kicked him down into the dirt as I soared ever onwards, leaving him behind. However, despite my immense talent being more than sufficient to stomp even a legend in the GOAT circle, the very first assault against me reminded me of something important, a principle that I live and breathe by: activity over passivity.

Drake Armstrong: The commentators have been droning on and on about how the road to Pain for Pride is just around the corner, but that is not where my head is at; for me, I am presently on the road to world championship glory, and I refuse to sit around WAITING for things to happen and for opportunities to come about. I interrupted Minerva because, like I did with Impact, I am going to make statement after statement on my path to the World Heavyweight Championship, such that my journey will speak for itself like the finest of literature.

Drake Armstrong: Despite the 2025 that I have had, despite the names that I have slain, despite the crown resting upon my head, there still exists doubt amongst some of the legends and Hall Of Famers in the professional wrestling industry about who I am and what I am capable of. The woman I ambushed last week is one of those, particularly because of some losses that I have faced in the past; note, however, the word that I used… the past. I do not call myself the Future arbitrarily; if you ever find yourself in a position where you are judging the threat that the Future poses by events of the past, then you will never foresee the imminent disaster headed your way.

Drake Armstrong: You can aim to make history all you want, but the fact of the matter is that the only history that’s going to be made with that title in the foreseeable future is when I put my name down in the history books as the NEXT World Heavyweight Champion-

Minerva: I believe I’ve heard quite enough, Mr. Armstrong.

(The crowd suddenly roars with cheers as they turn to the stage and see Minerva walking out and down the ramp, speaking on a microphone with her icy blue eyes locked on the King of Elite.)

Minerva: What are you, a spoiled child? Is it not enough that you won the King of Elite tournament and earned yourself a guaranteed shot at the world championship, that you now barge into the business and careers of others and ruin plans just to sate your thirst for glory? There is something unnerving about such unbridled psychopathy. It was no secret that I came out to announce my entry into the Grand Rampage match last week, and you had the audacity to interrupt and make it all about yourself.

Drake Armstrong: Well, it IS all about myself! I am the King, and that means anybody aiming for the gold destined for me IS a part of my business. Your approval and your appreciation are non-factors in this matter; I will invade any career I please and harness it for my own rise.

Minerva: If you think you are going to turn me into a stepping stone, then you are a FOOL, Mr. Armstrong; this isn’t the first time you have tried to do this to me, and it has NEVER worked out for you before. You have chosen this grave for yourself, and I am more than happy to throw you into it and put you in your place.

Drake Armstrong: Ahaha! Bold words indeed, Mrs. Silvestri, but they are words we have heard from you in recent times and they have not exactly played out in your favor; the truth is you have been made a stepping stone for the longest reigning Universal Women’s Champion, the current World Heavyweight Champion – who did the same with your husband – and now it’s time that I correct what transpired with our first match and finish the job. You think you’ll be putting THE Future of the industry in any kind of place? The only ‘place’ you’ll be putting me is above you when I step over you to get there.

Minerva: Perhaps the King should keep a better eye on the kingdom, then, hm? If you think I am just some tool for your ascension, then you clearly have no idea who you are dealing with. I went through hell – figuratively and literally – against a man that has actually accomplished what you’re TRYING to do on multiple occasions, and I came out on top through hellfire and brimstone. Believe me when I tell you that no matter how agonizing those months were for me, I am more than willing to do so again if it means dragging you down with me.

Drake Armstrong: Ah, yes, your fabled multi-month war with Drake not-King. Rest assured, madame, that the King always has his eyes on the kingdom and no events taking place in EAW escape my gaze; pray tell, what happened after your monumental victory against him at King of Elite? Certainly the immense momentum you would have harnessed from such a season-defining victory would have carried you on to make ‘Herstory’, no? Ah, wait, the answer IS ‘no’, because you let it go to WASTE when you came up short at Operation: Doomsday!”

(BAM!)

Stew-O: OH! MINERVA HAS HAD ENOUGH, AND SHE’S GOING ON THE OFFENSIVE NOW, SURPRISING THE KING OF ELITE WITH A SUDDEN SHOT TO THE HEAD USING THE VERY MICROPHONE SHE WAS TALKING WITH!

Flannery McCoy: AND NOW SHE’S FOLLOWING UP WITH MORE BRUTALITY, SMASHING THAT MICROPHONE OVER HIS HEAD OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

(BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM!)

Jake Mercer: SOMEONE GET HER OFF THE KING!

Stew-O: SHE’S FORCING DRAKE ARMSTRONG BACK TO HIS FEET… AND FLIPPING HIM UPSIDE DOWN! WHAT’S SHE GOT PLANNED HERE?! SHE’S IN A TOMBSTONE POSITION–

Flannery McCoy: TPK! TPK! THE PRINCESS KILLER CONNECTS AS SHE DRIVES THE HEAD OF THE KING OF ELITE INTO THE CANVAS WITHOUT MERCY!

Stew-O: AND THE CROWD IS GOING WILD AS DRAKE ARMSTRONG HAS BEEN LAID OUT! Minerva is crouching down now, picking up that microphone and leaning in close to the ear of the King!

Minerva: At Grand Rampage, Drake? I will make sure that you meet your own, personal hell when I am through with you.

Flannery McCoy: Big words from Minerva as she throws the microphone on top of the King of Elite and rolls out of the ring! It looks like these two elite wrestlers are headed for a war at Grand Rampage!

(The video feed lingers on Drake Armstrong rising to a seated position, clutching his head in pain as he glares furiously down the ramp at Minerva, who is pointing at him from the stage as she walks back. The feed fades away to ringside.)

Stephie Love: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THE FOLLOWING MATCH IS SCHEDULED FOR ONE FALL!

Crowd: ONE FALL!

(‘Seen It All’ by Jeezy begins blaring through the speakers to cheers as Jaylond Stone storms out from behind the stage curtains and out to the center of the stage, head lowered; he slowly looks up and narrows his eyes at the squared circle before cracking his neck and beginning his march towards the ring, looking as determined as ever.)

Stephie Love: INTRODUCING FIRST! Hailing from Atlanta, GA, weighing in at 245 pounds… JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOND! STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONE!

Stew-O: We’ve got the New Breed, Jaylond Stone, marching into the arena with a purpose tonight! After another clash with his fellow New Breeds in Kai Rabeaux and Allegra, Jaylond remains undeterred in his journey to climb the ranks in EAW despite the struggles he faces!

Flannery McCoy: When it comes to Jaylond Stone, struggle is the name of the game; it’s the thing that’s defined his life, so you definitely can’t say that he’s a stranger to it. Even with the losses, his eyes remain locked to the road in front of him as he looks to compete in another triple threat tonight, this time going up against some more experienced wrestlers than the ones he faced last week!

Jake Mercer: Something tells me that Jaylond is going to enjoy the fight, though, because that’s all he’s known from a young age! He’s got his work cut out for him in the form of a former champion and a man who recently acquired a victory over a champion, though!

(“Rise and Fall” by Starset began playing to loud cheers from the audience as Corey Hale slowly made his way out onto the stage with a calm expression on his face; he gazed out to the audience before looking up to the cosmos. A smile appeared on his face as he made his way down the ramp, tagging the fans at the front row of the ramp seats as he did.)

Stephie Love: AND HIS OPPONENT! Hailing from Phoenix, Arizona, weighing in at 200 pounds… he is THE CELESTIAL WANDERER, COREEEEEEEEEEEEEY! HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALE!

Stew-O: And here comes the Celestial Wanderer, who is looking to bounce back after his impressive yet losing effort against a certified legend in Brian Daniels last week! It’s clear that the losses won’t be getting to this man because the name of the game for Corey Hale is the mind!

Flannery McCoy: It’ll take a hell of a lot to pierce his zen, because the Celestial Wanderer remains just as dedicated to making his way to greatness as he was when he first started in the professional wrestling industry!

Jake Mercer: The champion he beat is the very champion that dethroned the next contestant, so that’ll be adding some additional intrigue here to see if he’ll be able to pull it off again!

(‘Lacrimosa [EPIC REMIX]’ by Samuel Kim began playing to a mixed reaction as Vincent Mondrian stormed out to the stage with an intense expression in his eyes. No theatrics, just gritted teeth as he continued his march down to the ramp with a focused gaze on the ring and his opposition.)

Stephie Love: AND THEIR OPPONENT! Hailing from Laren, Netherlands, weighing in at 205 pounds… he is ‘ZERO’, VINCEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENT! MOOOOOOOOOOONDRIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!

Stew-O: The sole wrestler in this match who has ever had a taste of championship gold arrives in the form of Vincent Mondrian! Though his time with the title was brief, it does give him a bit of experience that neither of his opponents have had to date; if you’ve been keeping track of his journey, you’ll know that he is HUNGRY to make it back to championship status!

Flannery McCoy: That’s the reason why he challenged Brian Daniels to a marquee match at Operation: Doomsday, and although it was a losing effort against the legend, the amount of effort he put into the match and the tremendous fight he gave him was apparent. I think everyone’s respect for him went up that day!

Jake Mercer: But the journey never ends for Vincent Mondrian, and he’s here to prove that he won’t be slowing down anytime soon, looking to get a victory over a New Breed in Jaylond Stone and the man who got a victory over the Interwire Champion that dethroned him in Corey Hale!

(Ding! Ding! Ding!)

Stew-O: And the match is underway! The three elitists – well, the two elitists and Jaylond Stone, as he utterly refuses to be referred to as an elitist – exit out of their corners and begin circling the ring! They’ve all got their eyes on the prize in various ways, but you can see the differences in just their stride! The cool and calm confidence of Corey Hale, the determination in Vincent’s eyes, and the raw, sheer AGGRESSION–

Flannery McCoy: AND THERE IS THAT AGGRESSION! Jaylond Stone doesn’t have any intentions of adhering to professional wrestling tropes and traditions, he’s not in the mood to circle the ring with a staredown, he’s getting things started right here and now as he abruptly lunges forward and connects with a huge tackle to Corey Hale!

Jake Mercer: The Celestial Wanderer is sent flying right back into his corner! Jaylond Stone rushes forward to try to follow up, but suddenly he finds two arms appear around his waist – Vincent Mondrian latched on with a rear waist lock, and he launches Jaylond Stone in the opposite direction with a release German suplex, taking the New Breed down to the canvas!

Stew-O: Corey Hale rushes back out of his corner, not looking to get left behind as he launches a sudden lariat towards the head of Vincent Mondrian, but Zero saw it coming, ducking underneath and latching a rear waist lock the moment Corey’s rotational momentum sent him spinning too far!

Flannery McCoy: Jaylond Stone is getting back up, but it looks like Vincent Mondrian has a rampage in mind as he performs ANOTHER release German suplex, launching the Celestial Wanderer like a human weapon right into the body of Jaylond Stone! The impact sends Jaylond rolling out of the ring while Stone’s body was enough to stop Corey from going too far, instead having him drop right onto the canvas like a sack of potatoes!

Jake Mercer: We see clearly that Vincent Mondrian is determined to use these two wrestlers as a stepping stone to greater heights, and he’s not letting up for even a SECOND here! He reaches down and grabs Corey Hale by the hair, forcing him up to a standing position before THRUST KICKING him into the corner that Vincent started off at!

Stew-O: And now he’s beginning a ruthless onslaught of repeated strikes with a flurry of knife-edge chops, right to the chest of the Celestial Wanderer! He’s lighting up with all the fury he can muster, almost as though he’s trying to chop the skin right off of his chest! Corey’s chest is getting redder and redder as Vincent’s assault continues, but Vincent puts a stop to things before he gasses himself out – smart move, showing some ring IQ here!

Flannery McCoy: He takes a few steps back, allowing himself to breathe while measuring the Celestial Wanderer up for something BIG! The moment he feels like he’s gotten far back enough, Vincent Mondrian breaks out into a SPRINT as he heads for the Celestial Wanderer, leaping up into the air the moment he gets within range and aiming to knock him out cold with a running high knee to the dome!

Jake Mercer: But Corey Hale had it scouted, he just managed to regather his senses during that brief moment of rest and ducked out of the way! The knee of Vincent Mondrian just connected with the turnbuckle full force, and that has sent Vincent Mondrian staggering back as he leans down and clutches at his knee in agony!

Stew-O: That’s just the opening that Corey Hale was waiting for! A sudden moment of vulnerability in Vincent Mondrian is like blood in the water to the shark in Corey Hale, and he doesn’t take it for granted; the Celestial Wanderer launches himself at Vincent Mondrian, this time a human weapon under its own control, as he knocks Vincent Mondrian’s legs out from under him with a baseball slide dropkick!

Flannery McCoy: Good use of targeting the damaged limb there by Corey Hale, right after using the environment to his advantage to cut the foundation of Vincent Mondrian right from underneath him! The baseball slide dropkick is enough to sweep Vincent down to the canvas, and Corey Hale is quick to scramble up before taking a look at the situation – you know he’s got something cooking here!

Jake Mercer: Corey Hale grins at the hard cam – from a high flying risk taker like Corey, that is NOT a look that his enemies ever want to see! He gestures to the top turnbuckle and begins climbing up; Vincent Mondrian still has his leg clutched but he’s starting to stir, he’s looking like he’s about to try getting back up to his feet, but Corey scaled the ropes as quick as a cat! He’s already up on the perch, looking down at Vincent!

Stew-O: AND HE LAUNCHES HIMSELF OFF! FROG SPLASH CONNECTS TO VINCENT MONDRIAN, AND COREY HALE WASTES NO TIME IN HOOKING THE LEG AND TRYING TO GET THE PIN EARLY ON!

ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

TW–

Flannery McCoy: OH! Jaylond Stone reaches into the ring from underneath the bottom rope and grabs a hold of Corey’s leg, yanking him out of the ring – but Corey had Vincent’s leg clutched right during that attempted pin, leading to Vincent Mondrian getting dragged out too! It’s a chain reaction!

Jake Mercer: Vincent ends up falling to the ringside floor as a result, but Jaylond doesn’t let Corey fall the same; he keeps the Celestial Wanderer standing before hurling him back-first into the ring post! Funny, just moments ago Corey was at the very top of the turnbuckle, but now he’s all the way down to the bottom of the post! He’s getting brutally barraged by forearm smashes courtesy of the brutal Jaylond Stone, who continues until his sheer pressure has forced Corey Hale into a seated position!

Stew-O: And now Jaylond Stone is stomping a mudhole into a seated Corey Hale – but it doesn’t take long for him to grab Corey and force him back to a standing position! Now he tucks Corey Hale’s head underneath his arm in a front face lock before throwing the Celestial Wanderer’s arm over his shoulder, perhaps going for a suplex here!

Flannery McCoy: That’s exactly what he’s going for as he begins lifting Corey up – BUT WATCH OUT, VINCENT MONDRIAN RISES FROM BEHIND AND REPLICATES HIS ACTIONS AT THE START OF HIS MATCH, CATCHING JAYLOND OFF GUARD WITH A REAR WAIST LOCK!

Jake Mercer: Corey’s already been lifted into the air, but now his vertical is getting extended as Vincent shows some PURE STRENGTH HERE, LIFTING JAYLOND INTO THE AIR WITH A GERMAN SUPLEX WHILE JAYLOND IS HITTING COREY WITH A VERTICAL SUPLEX!

Stew-O: It’s like a tower of doom, but Vincent Mondrian had enough strength to force it to happen on even ground! That’s a tremendous feat right there if I’ve ever seen one! Both of his opponents go down, but Jaylond is quick to rise up, having recovered from the earlier damage sustained! Vincent Mondrian rises up the same but just barely turns around the moment Jaylond Stone catches HIM off guard!

Flannery McCoy: OPEN-HANDED SLAP FROM JAYLOND STONE, RIGHT ACROSS THE FACE OF VINCENT MONDRIAN! Vincent Mondrian doesn’t even get the chance to take offense to it because he gets hit with ANOTHER slap from Jaylond Stone! Look at the spine of this New Breed, showing absolutely no fear when stepping up to a former Interwire Champion… and Vincent Mondrian returns it in kind, hitting JAYLOND with a slap now!

Jake Mercer: Jaylond returns fire with a forearm smash to the head of Vincent Mondrian, but Vincent Mondrian– WOW! HEADBUTT FROM VINCENT TO JAYLOND STONE! Jaylond may be showing the audacity, but Vincent Mondrian is showing that he’s got a head made of steel the way he’s taking those hits and following up with a HEADBUTT of all things!

Stew-O: He’s not finished yet as he gives a stiff kick to the gut of Jaylond Stone while his opponent is dazed from the headbutt before tucking his head in and hoisting up with a vertical suplex hold! Vincent briefly looks back and sees Corey Hale still laid out, and he takes aim before DROPPING Jaylond Stone onto the chest and head of the Celestial Wanderer! NOW THAT’S BRUTAL!

Flannery McCoy: Vincent Mondrian is showing the potential of triple threat matches, because he’s weaponized BOTH of his opponents against each other, turning their bodies into glorified wrecking balls! The impact of that maneuver has severely damaged both Jaylond Stone and Corey Hale, and that brings a slight smirk to the face of Vincent Mondrian!

Jake Mercer: He’s not taking his eyes off the ball, though, as he grabs Jaylond Stone by the head and forces him back to his feet before rolling him into the ring from underneath the bottom rope! Vincent slides in as well, following Jaylond back into the legal area before rising up alongside him!

Stew-O: And now Vincent Mondrian executes an Irish whip, sending Jaylond Stone into the nearby corner, before Vincent himself rushes to the opposite corner and measures his opponent up! There’s malicious intent in the eyes of the former Interwire Champion as he takes aim and then SPRINTS TOWARDS THE NEW BREED! HE MAY BE GOING FOR HIS SIGNATURE MANEUVER HERE, THE GALICK GUN, HIS HELLUVA KICK LOOKS TO CONNECT WITH THE HEAD OF JAYLOND STONE–

Flannery McCoy: OH! BUT JAYLOND STONE JUST BARELY MANAGES TO EVADE IT, DUCKING UNDERNEATH THROUGH SHEER INSTINCT! VINCENT’S LEG IS STUCK OVER THE TOP ROPE AND HE’S HOPPING ON HIS OTHER LEG, TRYING TO PULL IT OUT– BUT I THINK JAYLOND STONE IS LOOKING TO OFFER THE TYPE OF HELPING HAND THAT VINCENT IS NOT LOOKING FOR!

Jake Mercer: A FULL NELSON HOLD APPLIED BY JAYLOND STONE AS HE USES IT TO YANK VINCENT OUT OF THE CORNER AND… DRAGON SUPLEX! JAYLOND STONE CONNECTS WITH HIS SIGNATURE DRAGON SUPLEX, DRIVING THE HEAD OF VINCENT MONDRIAN RIGHT INTO THE CANVAS WITH IMPUNITY!

Stew-O: JAYLOND STONE GOES FOR THE COVER NOW!

ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Flannery McCoy: BUT VINCENT MONDRIAN IS ABLE TO KICK OUT OF IT! JAYLOND STONE SLAMS HIS FIST INTO THE CANVAS IN FRUSTRATION, BUT HE DOES NOT GIVE UP AS HE SLOWLY DRAGS VINCENT UP TO HIS FEET BEFORE HOISTING HIM UP WITH A FIREMAN’S CARRY HOLD! HE’S LOOKING TO END THE MATCH HERE AND PICK UP THE BIGGEST WIN OF HIS CAREER OVER A FORMER CHAMPION!

Jake Mercer: CASE CLOSED, THE FINISHING DEATH VALLEY DRIV– WAIT, NO! NO! VINCENT MONDRIAN MANAGED TO SLIP OUT OF THE FIREMAN’S CARRY AND LOCK IN A COQUINA CLUTCH, HIS FINISHING ‘FINAL EXPLOSION’ SUBMISSION HOLD! JAYLOND STONE DID NOT SEE IT COMING, HE DID NOT HAVE IT SCOUTED, BUT ALL HE CAN FEEL IS THE OXYGEN GETTING CUT OFF FROM HIS BRAIN!

Stew-O: HE’S STRIKING WILDLY, TRYING TO GET VINCENT OFF OF HIM, BUT VINCENT MONDRIAN’S GRIP IS IRON-TIGHT! JAYLOND IS CLAWING AT THE ARMS OF VINCENT MONDRIAN TO NO AVAIL, AND THE NEW BREED’S MOVEMENTS ARE SLOWLY FADING! THE REFEREE IS CHECKING ON HIM!

Flannery McCoy: COREY HALE IS STAGGERING INTO THE RING, STILL REELING FROM THE IMPACT OF HAVING ALL 245 POUNDS OF JAYLOND STONE SUPLEXED INTO HIM, BUT IS HE GOING TO MAKE IT BEFORE JAYLOND PASSES OUT?!

(…)

(…)

(…)

Jake Mercer: IT WAS TOO LATE!

(Ding! Ding! Ding!)

Stephie Love: Here is your winner by SUBMISSION… HE IS ‘ZERO’, VINCEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENT! MOOOOOOOOOOOONDRIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!

Stew-O: Very impressive showing here by Vincent Mondrian who managed to pick up the win after surviving attacks from both angles by two very hungry New Breeds in Jaylond Stone and Corey Hale! Ultimately, their efforts were not enough as Vincent Mondrian’s current drive to redeem himself and his past mistakes simply cannot be stopped!

Flannery McCoy: All three of these wrestlers entered this triple threat after struggles with some big losses, but we saw tonight that both Corey and Jaylond have their mind set on overcoming their defeats and I don’t foresee that stopping anytime soon!

Jake Mercer: For tonight, though, Vincent Mondrian gets the momentum, and it’s quite the valuable bit of momentum as we get closer to both Grand Rampage and the road to Pain for Pride! I can’t wait to see what Zero ends up manifesting for the biggest show of the year!

(The video feed lingers as Vincent Mondrian celebrates his triumphant victory while Corey Hale looks on in disappointment at being too late while Jaylond Stone slowly recovers consciousness and begins coughing from the pressure applied to his throat; the feed fades on the image of Vincent’s arms being raised in victory.)

(Transitioning backstage, the camera picks up on Hans Grayson casually leaning back against one of the production crates. He has a relaxed but focused expression as he watches the monitors showing the ongoing show.)

??: Hey there.

(Suddenly, Hans turns his head. Looking at the side, the camera shifts to show Brian Daniels walking into frame, clearly having his attention placed on Grayson. He extends his hand out to him. Hans raises a brow at first, but it settles down, and he pushes himself off the crate to greet the EAW Hall of Famer properly.)

Hans Grayson: Hey man. What’s up?

Brian Daniels: Can’t complain. Things have been good, especially now that you’re here. You’re the guy I wanted to see.

Hans Grayson: Wait, me?

(This perks up Hans’ interests, which Brian notices. He smirks.)

Brian Daniels: You know, since I came back, I have seen firsthand how much this new era of EAW has been thriving. There are many young stars that I believe can go far here, whether or not I may agree with their approaches at times.

Hans Grayson: Yeah, Vincent can be a prickly dude, but he’s got skills.

Brian Daniels: That he does, along with so many others. However, Hans… I would say you are the one who has upheld my interest the most out of the current crop. You have this fire in you, no pun intended, and it reminds me of myself when I was younger getting my foot in the sands of the Land of Opportunity. Facing you secured that feeling, but of course, that match ended in a way we didn’t want for it to.

Hans Grayson: It didn’t. It sucked. Hate how it unfolded.

Brian Daniels: As do I. So…

(Brian looks at Hans more intently.)

Brian Daniels: … I think it’s time for us to have that rematch.

(Hans blink, slightly surprised by the propositon.)

Hans Grayson: Really? And when would that happen? Next week.

(Brian chuckles, shaking his head.)

Brian Daniels: No… at Grand Rampage.

(The fans in the arena explode. Hans’ eyes widen even more.)

Hans Grayson: Whoa! Okay then, wait. I appreciate you want another match with me, Brian, because honestly, I always wanted to right that wrong myself. However, it’s a huge show, and there’s that huge match, and… I don’t know, man. I’m not the type to turn down challenges, but then that means we both would be missing out on Grand Rampage itself, and with our own goals of wanting to be world champions…

Brian Daniels: I get it. I do. Hell, I was contemplating going into the general managers’ office and getting a number for myself, but there is this need in my gut that has been nagging, and the only way I can truly placate that is by having that match with you.

(Hans takes a few seconds to truly think about this.)

Hans Grayson: Are you sure?

(Brian gives an emphatic nod.)

Brian Daniels: Absolutely.

Hans Grayson: Well… you know what? Screw it. Grand Rampage. I’ll see you there.

(Brian grins.)

Brian Daniels: Good. Was hoping you’d accept the little challenge.

Hans Grayson: Like I said, I’m all about righting my wrongs. Winning Grand Rampage could’ve been nice… but maybe beating you this time with no questions asked can bring me one step closer to my goal.

Brian Daniels: Heh. I guess we’ll see for ourselves, won’t we?

(Brian leaves, content with his challenge being accepted. Hans watches him on, letting the decision settle before Dynasty fades away from the backstage area.)

(As Dynasty comes back on air, the scene shows Jay Jerry Johnson and Holly Arrow walking towards one another in almost coincidental manner.)

Jay Jerry Johnson: Funny that you would be here so swimmingly, Holly.

Holly Arrow: Hey, just taking my usual walk through the arena. You doing good after what happened in last weeks main event?

(Holly Arrow had a smirk on her face, it was clear she was teasing him.)

Jay Jerry Johnson: What happened last week was neither here nor there. I am not happy nor am I proud of the events that occurred, it was shameful for me. I had an opportunity to take down Chris Elite and truly add a level of vindication to my title reign, but that didn’t happen. I promise you however, you may think you played a major part in this, and did a great job at getting in my head, but you aren’t even the closest to that.

Holly Arrow: You know Jay, I was not even trying to get inside your head. It was just me trying to make an attempt furthermore, what happened, happened. But to be honest with you, I kind of expected that. This was just a memo to get the point across.

Jay Jerry Johnson: Not only did your point get across, but it was delivered Holly. You may think that you have the weighing advantage over me, but you have only made me more and more focused.

(Suddenly the both of them would be interrupted as someone else would walk into the room.)

Chris Elite: Hey, though we are having this conversation here guys, it begs the question, did y’all see what happened last week? Not only did I pop off, but truly, I showed out. I beat the Interwire Champion, and if rules work exactly how rules work then, guess who is next in like for the opportunity? Me exactly.

Holly Arrow: Woah there buddy, don’t just think you can parade in here and say this. I challenged first, so back of the like is exactly where you should go.

Chris Elite: ??? Are you stupid, calling first dibs means almost nothing when you take in the fact; I beat the champion.

Holly Arrow: You should really be thanking me, Chris. How about this, when I become champion, you’ll get first dibs at the title. Does that help make things better and less dense for you?

Chris Elite: Here’s the thing; I kind of just want to challenge for the title now. I don’t have time to sit and wait, especially not with Grand Rampage and Pain For Pride on the horizon. Best case scenario for me is to win the title, become champion, and then all is good.

Holly Arrow: Well—

Jay Jerry Johnson: Let’s hold the thought for one moment, guys.

(Jay chimed them both down with a hand gesture so he could speak.)

Jay Jerry Johnson: The fact of the matter is, if the both of you want to argue and make their case, there’s not much I can do myself. It would reflect bad on me as a champion, someone who is willing to take on all challenges. So wanna know something? If you guys come crawling, I am willing to take on the both of you for this title.

Chris Elite: Really? It was that easy? Alrighty then. I thought I was gonna have to sit here and really bring up my case again and again, but bet! Now the only thing I have to really worry about is who I’m gonna pin at Grand Rampage for the title.

(Chris Elite shot a grin, as he trotted past Jay and Holly. Jay looked at Chris walk away, before he looked at Holly.)

Jay Jerry Johnson: He made a great point, always remember the consequences of actions.

(Jay walked past Holly, as the Interwire Champion would soon leave, and the final shot was Holly standing there, hands on her hips. You could just see the annoyance in her face..)

(A commercial plays for MySims Kingdom, featuring Ronan Malosi.)

(‘Sinster Purpose’ by Creedence Clearwater Revivial begins to play through the speakers as Kirk Redwood comes out from the back. The crowd has a mixed reception for Kirk, who seems more than laser-focused about this match up as he makes his way to the ring.)

Stephie Love: THE FOLLOWING MATCH IS SCHEDULED FOR ONE FALL –

Crowd: ONE FALL!!!!!!!!!

Stephie Love: INTRODUCING FIRST…FROM BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS…WEIGHING IN AT 210 POUNDS…HE IS ‘UNKILLABLE’…KIRK REDWOOD!!!!!!!

Stew-O: At Operation: Doomsday, Kirk Redwood fell short out of winning the ‘Iron Survivor’ Challenge. But, he continues to move forward. Maybe, Grand Rampage is something that could turn things around for him?

Flannery McCoy: Kirk Redwood is still looking to find that gold to bring home to his girlfriend and daughter. He’s been all over the place this season. Nothing has seemed to stick with him, but maybe something like Grand Rampage could turn things around for him.

Jake Mercer: Kirk Redwood has the tools to be a future champion in EAW. I would hope that his aspirations of being World Champion did not end at Operation: Doomsday and it’s something that he can look to carry on as we head towards the end of the season.

(‘Judas’ by Lady Gaga begins to play throughout the speakers as Holly Arrow comes out, looking focused as ever. She begins to make her way down the ramp, oozing confidence as she tags some of the hands of the EAW fans along the way.)

Stephie Love: INTRODUCING HIS OPPONENT…FROM LIVERPOOL, ENGLAND…SHE IS ‘THE FINAL GIRL’…HOLLY ARROW!!!!!

Stew-O: The hometown girl will be walking into Grand Rampage with the chance of becoming Interwire Champion. I can’t imagine how that must feel for Holly Arrow. For so long, she has found herself falling short of winning her first single’s championship, but could Grand Rampage be her night?

Flannery McCoy: I know that Holly Arrow would LOVE for Grand Rampage to be her night! If there has to be a night for everything to click with her, it has to be Grand Rampage!

Jake Mercer: Jay Jerry Johnson has been crushing it as Interwire Champion. It’s going to be difficult to knock him off! But, for now, she looks to make a statement at the expense of Kirk Redwood!

(DING! DING! DING!)

Stew-O: RIGHT AWAY, A SLUGFEST BETWEEN HOLLY ARROW AND KIRK REDWOOD IS WHAT BEGINS THIS MATCH! BUT, KIRK MANAGES CONNECTS WITH A SHOULDER THRUST AS THAT TAKES HOLLY INTO THE HORIZONTAL SET OF ROPES!

Flannery McCoy: Kirk Redwood begins to connect with a series of boxing combination punches! It might be too much for Holly Arrow to take – BUT HOLLY MANAGES TO SHOVE KIRK AWAY! BUT, KIRK GOES RIGHT AFTER HER, BUT HOLLY DUCKS AS SHE PUSHES KIRK INTO THOSE ROPES THAT SHE WAS JUST IN MOMENTS AGO! NOW, IT’S HOLLY’S TURN TO GO FOR THOSE LETHAL BOXING COMBINATION PUNCHES, GIVING KIRK A TASTE OF HIS OWN MEDICINE!

Jake Mercer: Holly Arrow connects with a palm strike underneath the chin of Kirk Redwood! But, she holds it there for a second! She follows that up with a punch to the gut as that takes Kirk into a bended position! She begins to connect with a series of punches to the spine of the ‘Unkillable!’ Kirk falls to a knee as Holly goes back before sending herself forward and connecting with knee! But, Kirk ends up catching the knee and pushes it back! Holly looks for a pump kick, but Kirk manages to catch her leg before taking her down with a dragon screw leg whip!

Stew-O: With Holly Arrow on the ground, Kirk Redwood runs right after Holly and takes her down with a sliding lariat! Kirk races for the cover!

OOOOOOONNNNNNNNEEEEEEE!!!!!

Flannery McCoy: Holly Arrow with a kick out! It’s still so early into the match up! Kirk Redwood gives Holly an opportunity to get to her feet before connecting with an uppercut that sends ‘The Final Girl’ back! Kirk with another uppercut as that sends Holly back even more! But, Kirk manages to get a good hold of Holly’s wrist before whipping her to the horizontal ropes across from them! Holly rebounds off the ropes as Kirk looked like he was more than ready to connect with another clothesline! She rebounds off the other set of ropes across from her before connecting with a slingblade that takes Kirk down with her!

Jake Mercer: Holly Arrow rises to her feet, making sure that Kirk Redwood doesn’t beat her to the punch! She applies an underhook of the arms as she looks to connect with something, but Kirk ends up twisting himself out of the move before connecting with a short-arm lariat! But, he manages to yank Holly by the arm and gets her to her feet once more before connecting with another short-arm lariat! You see? He’s not being really easy with her arm! He’s literally yanking Holly up to her feet! Kirk looks for a third short-arm lariat! But, Holly ducks the lariat as Kirk can’t control himself from swinging forward! Holly manages to get Kirk up as she looks for a backslide pin on Kirk –

Stew-O: But, Kirk Redwood ends up rolling himself to his knees! Holly Arrow manages to take him back with a knee strike! Kirk is holding to his jaw as he looks to get some feeling back there! Holly manages to pick up Kirk by his head before pulling him in a front headlock! She manages to lift up Kirk and connect with a front suplex, but Holly drops Kirk on his stomach on the top row of the ropes! Now, I’m not sure what Holly has in mind –

Flannery McCoy: HOLLY ARROW CONNECTS WITH THE JAWBREAKER AS SHE SENDS KIRK REDWOOD CRASHING DOWN! HOLLY ROLLS HIM TO HIS BACK AS SHE GOES FOR A PIN FALL ATTEMPT HERE!

OOOOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEE!!!!!!

Jake Mercer: Kirk Redwood with a kick out! Holly Arrow manages to yank Kirk up to his feet as she slowly gets him into position for a straight-jacket suplex! Holly clutches Kirk’s arms as she looks to yank him up! But, Kirk has his feet planted firmly on the ground! It looks like he’s trying to break the hold that Holly has on him! He has each of her arms on each of her wrists as he’s trying to pry her hands away from him! Still, it seems like Holly is doing everything to keep it there! But, Kirk is trying to yank –

Stew-O: KIRK REDWOOD MANAGES TO ELBOW HOLLY ARROW IN THE GUT! HE ELBOWS HOLLY IN THE GUT ONCE MORE AS IT SEEMS LIKE HER GRASP IS FINALLY LOOSENING! Then, Kirk manages to grab Holly from underneath her chin and connect with a snapmare! This sends Holly forward! Kirk begins to connect with a series of shoot kicks to the face of ‘The Final Girl!’ He spins around and then nails one last shoot kick as that takes Holly to her side! Kirk grabs the wrist of Holly as he begins to connect with a wrist-clutch knee strike to the face of Holly! It seems like Kirk is a bit amused with that as he continues to do that!

Flannery McCoy: You can see that Holly Arrow is fired up! She wants Kirk Redwood to hit her harder! This is going to fire up Kirk as well! He goes to knee her once more as that sends her back! He pins her shoulders to the mat as he goes for another pin fall attempt here!

OOOOOOONNNNNNNNEEEEEEEE!!!!

TTTTT–

Jake Mercer: Holly Arrow with a kick out! Kirk Redwood gets Holly to her feet! Kirk begins to connect with several cravate knee strikes to the gut of Holly! Then, he begins to connect with that boxing combination that we saw in the beginning of the match before taking Holly to a knee with a spinning back kick to her gut! She clutches her stomach as Kirk stands behind Holly and manages to connect with a rear naked choke on her! BUT, LOOK AT THIS, STEW AND FLANN! KIRK MANAGES TO TAKE HER DOWN WITH A CHOKE SUPLEX! THIS TAKES HOLLY BACK! I WOULD NEVER WANT TO FIND MYSELF IN ONE OF THOSE MOVES! IF KIRK WOULD HAVE HELD THE REAR NAKED CHOKE FOR TOO LONG, HOLLY WOULD HAVE FALLEN INTO UNCONSCIOUSNESS!

Stew-O: Kirk Redwood follows that up with a knee strike to Holly Arrow’s face as that knocks her to her back! Kirk goes for another cover!

OOOOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
TTTTTTWWWWWWW–

Flannery McCoy: Holly Arrow with a kick out! Kirk Redwood gets Holly to her feet! He pulls Holly into a front headlock as he gets her into position for his next move! He underhooks her by the arms before spiking her on the top of her head with a butterfly brainbuster! Kirk likes to call that the ‘Braindead Buster!’ He sees that he has an opening to end the match here! Ending this match as soon as possible might be what Kirk needs! Holly has a ton of stamina! At the same time, Kirk has a lot of stamina too! It’s really a toss up here! He hopes over the top row of ropes as it seems like he’s going for the ‘.50 Cal’ – that springboard jumping punch! He carefully sees that Holly is rising back to her feet as he springboards off the ropes!

Jake Mercer: NO! HOLLY ARROW DROPS RIGHT BACK DOWN! IT’S ALMOST LIKE SHE KNEW THAT KIRK REDWOOD HAD INTENTIONS OF ENDING THIS MATCH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND COULDN’T LET THAT HAPPEN! KIRK MANAGES TO ROLL FORWARD AND BACK UP TO HIS FEET! HOLLY RISES TO HER FEET AS SHE NAILS KIRK WITH A SUPERKICK AS THAT TAKES HIM BACK! Holly manages to grab Kirk by his wrist and whip him to the corner diagonally from them! Kirk goes colliding back first against that corner! Holly charges right after the ‘Unkillable’ with a jumping lariat as that causes him to stumble forward! Holly manages to bring him even more forward with hip toss! She gets in front of him before connecting with a sliding forearm to his face! This knocks him back as Holly goes for the cover!

OOOOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

TTTTTWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Stew-O: Kirk Redwood with a kick out! Now, Holly Arrow manages to connect with a standing armbar on Kirk! She transitions that to an armbar as Kirk finds himself stuck! Holly pulls that arm back, applying more pressure onto the hold! KIRK MANAGES TO ROLL HIMSELF FORWARD AS HE ROLLS UP HOLLY! IS HE GOING TO STEAL THE VICTORY RIGHT HERE?!?!

OOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

TTTTTTWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Flannery McCoy: NO! HOLLY ARROW MANAGES TO KICK OUT! BUT, LOOK AT THIS! KIRK REDWOOD MANAGES TO TAKE HER TO HER STOMACH! I THINK THAT HE’S COUNTERING WITH A CLOVERLEAF! A TEXAS CLOVERLEAF! I’M NOT SURE HOW KIRK REDWOOD MANAGES TO DO THAT, BUT THAT’S AMAZING! NOW, IT’S HOLLY THAT FINDS HERSELF IN A BIT OF TROUBLE! SHE BEGINS TO CRY IN PAIN AS SHE TRIES TO REACH FOR THE BOTTOM ROPE! KIRK HAS THE MOVE APPLIED VERY WELL! WILL HE GET A SUBMISSION VICTORY HERE?!?!

Jake Mercer: Holly Arrow is going to need to think of something! It’s not safe being in a submission hold like this for too long! It may knock her unconscious! It could numb her legs and prevent her from moving! But, it seems like Holly is trying to roll herself through! I’m not sure if that’s going to work at all! But, Kirk seems to have a slight panic on his face as Holly manages to roll herself through! And –

Stew-O: HOLLY ARROW IS APPLYING A HEEL HOOK ON KRIK REDWOOD! WHAT A BRILLIANT COUNTER THERE! NOW, IT’S KIRK WHO IS SCREAMING IN PAIN AS HE TRIES TO FIND A WAY OUT OF THIS! IT LOOKS LIKE HE’S TRYING TO PUNCH THE LEGS OF HOLLY, BUT HOLLY HAS THIS MOVE APPLIED VERY WELL! KIRK IS GOING TO NEED TO THINK OF SOMETHING TO GET HIMSELF OUT OF THIS SITUATION! KIRK IS TURNING SIDE-TO-SIDE AS HE TRIES TO DEAL WITH THE PAIN! AND, LOOK AT THIS, FLANNERY AND JAKE! KIRK MANAGES TO TURN HIMSELF OVER TO HIS STOMACH AS IT SEEMS LIKE HE’S REVERSING THE PAIN OF THE SUBMISSION HOLD! I think that Holly realizes what a mistake that she made here! Right away, she does her part to release the submission hold! Kirk does the same thing! The two Elitists begin to distance themselves from each other! Kirk and Holly use the ropes to help themselves up to their feet!

Flannery McCoy: Kirk Redwood goes right after Holly Arrow, but Holly stops him in his tracks with a forearm! That causes him to stagger back a bit! But, not for long as Kirk returns the favor by connecting with a forearm to her face! That staggers Holly back, but she manages to keep her balance! She connects with another forearm to Kirk’s face! Kirk with another forearm to Holly’s face! The two Eliitists are looking to knock the other one back! Kirk nails Holly in the stomach before grabbing the back of her head and throwing her to the turnbuckle at the corner! Holly is turned around, so her back is against the turnbuckle! Kirk connects with a knife-edge chop to the chest of Holly!

Jake Mercer: That chop did not look pleasant, Flann! I could hear it clearly from here!

Stew-O: I think that blood seats could have heard it perfectly from there! You can see the look on Holly Arrow’s face before Kirk Redwood connects with another knife-edge chop! AND, ANOTHER ONE! AND, ANOTHER ONE! NOW, WE SEE KIRK CONNECTING WITH A SERIES OF RAPID MONGOLIAN CHOPS TO THE CHEST! HOLLY FINDS HERSELF OVERWHELMED AS SHE CAN’T SEEM TO BLOCK HER CHEST! Now, Kirk begins to connect with some rapid forearms as she knocks Holly down at the bottom turnbuckle! Kirk begins to back himself away before connecting with a low dropkick to Holly at the corner! He pulls her away from that corner as he looks to go for the cover!

OOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

TTTTTTWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Flannery McCoy: Holly Arrow with the kick out! Kirk Redwood hbegins to pick up Holly before getting her into position for the wrist clutch back suplex – ‘Bastardplex’ takes Holly back! But, it seems like Holly is rolling to her feet as she clutches her back! Kirk delivers a sharp dropkick to the gut of Holly as that knocks her back to the horizontal ropes! Wait, Holly goes through those middle ropes and falls outside of the ring!

Jake Mercer: Kirk Redwood exits the ring! He stands on the apron as he waits for Holly Arrow to get to her feet! Holly turns around as Kirk looks for a knee strike on the apron! BUT, HOLLY MANAGES TO CATCH KIRK OUT OF NOWHERE AND CONNECT WITH A GIANT POWERBOMB AS KIRK LANDS RIGHT ON THE EDGE OF THE APRON! SHE JUST CAUGHT HIM AND SLAMMED HIM DOWN ON THAT EDGE OF THE APRON! THAT DOES NOT FEEL GOOD AT ALL!

Stew-O: Kirk Redwood clutches his lower back as Holly Arrow picks him up once more before connecting with a back drop driver as he crashes on top of our table –sjdgklsjdkgklsd

(Stew-O’s headset completely gets pulled off from his head.)

Flannery McCoy: Stew, are you okay?!

Stew-O: I am! That knocked off my headset a bit as the wiring got tangled with Kirk Redwood, but happily, no collisions occurred, ladies and gentlemen! I know that when the action gets as close as it is right now, it’s almost unavoidable to find ourselves PERSONALLY getting into the altercation! HOLLY ARROW MANAGES TO GET KIRK BEFORE THROWING HIM BACK WITH A BELLY-TO-BELLY SUPLEX! KIRK LANDS RIGHT ON THE RINGSIDE FLOOR! SOME IMPRESSIVE STRENGTH FROM HOLLY HERE! HOLLY MUST BE FEELING GOOD AT THE MOMENT! SHE MANAGES TO USE EVEN MORE OF HER STRENGTH TO PICK UP KIRK IN AN UPSIDE DOWN POSITION BEFORE RUNNING WITH HIM AND SLAMMING HIM TO THE BARRICADE! KIRK IS HANGING UPSIDE DOWN IN A TREE-OF-WOE POSITION!

Flannery McCoy: Now, it’s Holly Arrow who begins to stomp on the face of Kirk Redwood! Holly is scraping her boot against the side of Kirk’s face! She picks up Kirk’s upper half before delivering a nasty elbow drop to the chest of the ‘Unkillable!’ Kirk is clutching his chest! Holly gets Kirk by the nape of his neck before rolling him back inside the ring! Holly begins to make her way up the top turnbuckle! But, Kirk is rising back to his feet! He sees Holly up there! Holly manages to kick Kirk away from her! But, Kirk manages to get a hold of Holly’s leg before connecting with a knee jammer! This manages to cause Holly to sit on the top turnbuckle! Kirk manages to get himself up before pulling ‘The Final Girl’ in a front headlock –

Jake Mercer: It seems like Kirk Redwood is going for a superplex! But, we see that Holly Arrow is beginning to throw some fiery punches to the sides of Kirk! But, Kirk begins to connect with a series of forearms to the spine of Holly! HE PULLS HER IN ONCE MORE BEFORE KIRK CONNECTS WITH A SUPERPLEX! THE TWO OF THEM GO CRASHING DOWN! HOLLY HAS A LOOK OF PAIN AS SHE WAS ON THE RECEIVING END OF THAT SUPERPLEX! KIRK GOES FOR THE COVER!

OOOOOOONNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

TTTTTWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

Stew-O: Holly Arrow with a kick out! Kirk Redwood slams his hands against the canvas before he picks himself up! He hops over the apron as his eyes never leave Holly! He’s going for that ‘.50 Cal!’ He attempted this move to no success earlier in this match, but will it connect this time around? HOLLY ARROW BEGINS TO PICK HERSELF UP, BUT I DON’T THINK THAT SHE KNOWS WHAT KIRK IS READY TO CONNECT WITH! KIRK SPRINGBOARDS BACK INTO THE RING AND OFF THE ROPES! ‘.50 CAL!’

Flannery McCoy: ‘VICTORIA’ – THE POP UP KNEE STRIKE THAT HOLLY ARROW STOLE FROM MYLES BACK AT GRAND RAMPAGE LAST YEAR! THIS DROPS KIRK REDWOOD DOWN AS THAT CAUGHT KIRK OUT OF NOWHERE! HOLLY PICKS UP KIRK AND CONNECTS WITH THE LIFTING SINGLE UNDERHOOK DDT – ‘PSIONIC CROSSBOW’ CONNECTS AS HOLLY QUICKLY GOES FOR THE COVER ON KIRK! IS THIS GOING TO BE IT HERE?!?!

OOOOOOONNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

TTTTTTWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

TTTTTHHHHHHHHRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!

(DING! DING! DING!)

(‘Judas’ begins to play once more as the crowd stands up for Holly Arrow. Holly finds a way up to her feet as the referee raises her hand in victory.)

Stephie Love: THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH…HOLLY ARROW!!!!!

Jake Mercer: An impressive victory for the number one contender for the Interwire Championship! If that’s not impressive, I’m not sure what is?

Stew-O: It was a fantastic performance from Kirk Redwood! He brought an amazing fight to Holly Arrow! It was going to be difficult to knock the other down! But, look at the stage –

(The crowd gets antsy before the jumbotron shows Chris Elite on top of the stage. The crowd responds the moment the jumbotron reveals that. He has his hands in the fronts of his pockets as he displays a calm demeanor. Holly Arrow turns around as she fully acknowledges Chris’ presence. If he wants smoke, Holly will give him smoke.)

Stew-O: Chris Elite is out here. For those that didn’t stay in tuned with Dynasty last week, Chris Elite and the Interwire Champion, Jay Jerry Johnson faced off in the main event of Dynasty where Chris would pick up the victory over the champion! While some people may have something to say about how Chris got the victory, it’s an argument that he could be in that conversation of being Interwire Champion.

(Chris Elite enters the ring as he stares down at Holly Arrow. The two of them are gunning for the same prize of the Interwire Championship. The tensions are a bit high with them, but they aren’t acting or clashing. They saw a few words to each other, but not one of them seemed to be pissed off or flying off the handles. The two Elitists stare down one another for a moment before – )

(‘Mayoi Uta [Song of the Lost Star]’ by MyGO begins to blare through the speakers as the crowd stands up for Jay Jerry Johnson, the Interwire Champion, who has a tracksuit and the Interwire Championship around his waist. He begins to talk his shit from on top of the stage. He is oozing confidence. He is stepping up and making sure that Chris Elite or Holly Arrow don’t forget that he’s the focus. He has the prize that they all want.)

Flannery McCoy: Jay Jerry Johnson is out here to remind both Chris Elite and Holly Arrow who he is! And, it just brought Chris Elite and Holly Arrow into a three way stare down when Jay brought himself out.

Jake Mercer: REAL GRAPS, FLANN. REAL GRAPS. 🗣️🔥💪🏻

(A commercial plays for Chainsaw Man, featuring Drake King. It’s pretty OK.)

(Dynasty returns from commercial break as it fades inside the office of the General Managers. Richard Grant and Kensingten Calhon-Astor are standing across from BRAE, Vincent Mondrian, Daniella Atlas, Saori Aizen, Mia Santoro, Corey Hale and Kirk Redwood, who had just completed a bit earlier. All of the Elitists are standing in a circle formation as they look at the General Managers.)

Richard Grant: With Grand Rampage around the corner, the exciting part for the EAW Universe is wondering which Elitist is going to come out at which number! I feel more than confident about Dynasty’s chance of winning the Grand Rampage! We got a good crop of people here who are hungry and determined. A lot of future World Champions when I look at all of you!

Kensingten Calhoun-Astor: The talent pool on the Dynasty brand is superior to what we would find on Showdown and Voltage. I’m confident that the Elitists standing in this room won’t disappoint when blessed with this amazing opportunity! So, what do we have here?

(The camera pans to the golden raffle drum box, which holds red lottery balls, containing a strand of paper with a specific entry number for Grand Rampage.)

Kensingten Calhoun-Astor: This is a raffle drum box, which contains lottery balls which are a piece of paper that will determine your entry number for the Grand Rampage match. The numbers between one and thirty are within the drum box. I will give it a good spin until I feel like it’s good. One by one, each of you will pull a red ball and look to see your number. It will be your choice on whether you want to let your peers know, but it’s advised that you keep it a secret.

Richard Grant: The Grand Rampage is like my time in the war. We can work alongside each other, but there comes a point where it’s going to be every man –

Kensingten Calhoun-Astor: – Or women. :troll:

Richard Grant: Or women for themselves. Those that you think are your friends could be the ones to stab you in the back and prevent you from winning this match.

(The camera pans to Daniella Atlas and Saori Aizen who exchange looks at each other. Both of them are quite smug before continuing to look at the General Managers.)

Richard Grant: All of you look like a smart and educated group of people, so I can assure you that you all will make the best decisions for yourself and most importantly, the Dynasty brand. Let’s give it a spin, Kensi!

(With nothing to say, Kensingten Calhoun-Astor grabs the handle and begins to spin the golden raffle drum box. Round and round, the red lottery balls go. The excitement in the office mixed with the anxiousness of each Elitist in the room is felt. It feels like this is completely endless before Kensingten spins it one last time before the drum box goes to a complete stop.)

Kensingten Calhoun-Astor: Perfect. Now, who wants to go first?

(BRAE confidently steps in front of the rest of the Elitists in the room. He stands in front of the raffle drum box before reaching in and pulling out a red ball.)

BRAE: Operation: Doomsday wasn’t my night, but I feel more than excited about my chances at Grand Rampage. During my reign as New Breed Champion, I was fortunate enough to take that championship around the world and compete against Elitists who are or will make their mark around this company sooner or later. It’s about opportunity, ladies and gentlemen. The ‘Iron Survivor’ Challenge was an opportunity. Grand Rampage is another opportunity. I don’t plan on being another spot in Grand Rampage. I plan to go for the kill when I step foot inside the ring. It doesn’t matter where you start, but how you finish. And, that finish is going to lead me to Pain for Pride.

(BRAE opens his red ball and pulls out the tiny strip of paper before reading his number. A smirk forms on his face. Vincent Mondrian and Kirk Redwood look at BRAE, almost a bit curious about the number he pulled out.)

Vincent Mondrian: I have not been thrilled about how my season has gone. I thought when I won the Interwire Championship, I thought things were going to look up from here. Instead, I had one of the shortest reigns in the title’s history and it made people think that they could walk around and disrespect me. Well, let’s see if they want to keep that energy up when I throw all of your asses over the top rope and win Grand Rampage. To have the opportunity to headline Pain for Pride and become World Champion would be one of the biggest comebacks anyone has ever seen.

(Vincent Mondrian pulls out a red ball before cracking it open and pulling out the tiny strand of paper before reading the number. He looks at it for a moment before looking at the rest of the Elitists in the room. Kirk Redwood steps forward and pulls out a red ball.)

Kirk Redwood: That’s nice and great and all, but nothing in this world is guaranteed. We’re all going to die someday. For some of us, it’s not soon enough. For months, I have been looking for some reason to win. A bit of reason, a bit of validation and then, I realized, there is no one that is going to look at your direction. No one is going to change their minds and give a shit about you. At the end of the day, I know who I am doing this for – my girlfriend, my daughter and myself. I made a promise to them that I would bring home some gold and Grand Rampage is my way of doing that.

(Kirk Redwood cracks open the red ball before pulling out the stand of paper and looking at his number. He keeps a straight poker face as he gestures for the remaining Elitists – Corey Hale, Mia Santoro, Saori Aizen and Daniella Atlas to step up to the plate and pick out their numbers.)

Daniella Atlas: Let’s get this over with, Saori.

(Daniella Atlas and Saori Aizen step forward, oozing confidence.)

Daniella Atlas: I can almost smell the mediocre and failure here.

Saori Aizen: I really wish I had their confidence, Daniella. When Richard said that he was looking at future World Champions, he was talking about us, obviously. I’m glad that we’re getting an opportunity to take part in this same match. If we want to take over this brand and then, this company, we can begin with winning this match.

Daniella Atlas: The competition in this room leaves a lot more to be desired for me. That’s because we don’t belong here. I am a former Specialists Champion and Empress of Elite runner-up.

Mia Santoro: And, how did that reign end up?

Daniella Atlas: I would recommend that you shut up before I shut you up again.

(Saori Aizen reaches in and pulls out a red ball. Daniella Atlas reaches in and pulls out a red ball as well. The two women crack open their balls and pull out the strips of paper and look at their numbers. While not looking at the other’s paper, Daniella and Soari have mischievous grins on their faces as the wheels begin to turn in their heads. Mia Santoro looks at them like those two are completely weird before stepping in front of the raffle drum box.)

Mia Santoro: I know that people aren’t expecting much from me going to this match. I’m a bit of an underdog. But, I’m more than okay with that. If I could count the number of times that I have found myself in the door of opportunity and had it slammed on me, I would be out of fingers. Still, I keep banging on the door because I refuse to be ignored. You can try to do that at Grand Rampage, but it’s going to lead to your ass being tossed over the top rope and me looking pretty pointing at that Pain for Pride sign. Cinderella needed a Fairy Godmother to get her to the ball. I need Grand Rampage to get me to Pain for Pride.

(Mia Santoro tosses her hair to the side before reaching her hand inside the raffle drum box and pulls out a red ball. She cracks it open before looking at the strip of paper and looks at her number. She nods as she keeps on her best poker face possible. The last thing that she wants is for anyone to read her. Corey Hale looks more than relaxed as he steps forward.)

Corey Hale: If there is any opportune time to rise to the top, it’s going to be now. The Grand Rampage is all about opportunity. Everyone’s emotions are going to be all over the place and most of the time, the emotions are going to be a weakness for some. I’m looking to prove why this is my time to rise to the top and prove to everyone that stressing over one’s future is never a good thing.

(Corey Hale reaches over to pull out the red ball from the raffle drum box. But, before he could crack it open and pull out the strip of paper, he pauses as ‘The Ok’ Drake King strolls inside with a huge grin. This grabs everyone else’s attention in the room who all begin to look at him with interest, confusion and amusement all at the same time. He pays no attention to them as he hums all the way to the raffle drum box. He pulls out a red ball before cracking it open and pulling out the strand of paper. Drake grins and snickers, which may or may not come off as disturbing.)

Richard Grant: (whispers to Kensingten) What’s up with him?

Kensingten Calhoun-Astor: Anything wrong, Drake?

(Drake King snaps out of whatever trance or disassociation he must have been feeling for the moment and looks at the General Managers.)

Drake King: Everything is OK!

Kensingten Calhoun-Astor: Well, OK!

(Drake King ends up leaving the office with a smile on his face. The General Managers and other Elitists in the room look on. All of them exchanging looks of confusion and raising brows at one another about what they saw. Then, it pans to BRAE, who shakes his head before leaving since his match with Kai Rabeaux.)

(‘Burn in My Light’ by Mercy Drive hits the PA speakers and Kai Rabeaux sways out from the back with a cocky demeanor. He trudges down the ramp, allowing the fans to take a moment to bask in the glory that he brings. Kai takes his time headed into the ring, climbing the middle rope and throwing his arms out forward to pose.)

Stephie Love: Introducing first, from New York City, New York, weighing in at 230 pounds, “THE FORERUNNER” KKKKAAAIIIII! RRRAABBBEEAAAUUUXXXXX!!!

Stew-O: Last week Kai Rabeaux defeated Jaylond Steel and Allegra Costello in very convincing fashion He is really starting to show himself as a future star here on Dynasty, and with Grand Rampage coming up soon, now is a better time than ever to prove what he’s capable of.

Jake Mercer: You can’t take anything away from Rabeaux after that performance last week. As it pertains to the current New Breeds here on Dynasty, he may be amongst one of the best. It’s just up to him to control his destiny and dictate what comes next for him, but he’s very confident and prideful in his ability, and I do get it.

(‘Duel of The Fates V2’ hits and BRAE marches down the ramp. The fans cheer loudly for BRAE, who has a killing expression on his face. He wastes no time making his way down to the ring, stomping up the steps and entering to get in front of Kai.)

Stephie Love: His opponent, from Bray County Wicklow, Ireland, weighing in at 215 pounds… he is “SON”, BBBBBBBRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Flannery McCoy: After failing to win Iron Survivor at Operation: Doomsday, BRAE once again is forced to restart. World championship aspirations have not quite gone as hoped for the former New Breed Champion, but that doesn’t take away from BRAE’s ability at all.

Jake Mercer: BRAE has beat Rabeaux in the past. And he can very well do it again. It’s just up to his mindset after a tough loss. Is he fueled to do any better, or will he end up allowing it to get to his head?! There’s a lot to take in there, and we have no idea until this bell rings.

(DING DING DING!)

Stew-O: Both BRAE and Kai circle around the ring. These two have a lot to prove going into Grand Rampage, and they waste no time going into a tight collar & elbow tie-up. Tussling for control, and Kai transitions into a wristlock. He pries down on the wrist of BRAE, but he spins out and ducks his head down. He gets caught under the arm pit of Kai, but uses that to hook his hand and lift him up for a northern lights suplex! BRAE floats over into a side headlock and Rabeaux reaches around, gasping out. He’s trying to get free…

Jake Mercer: And he yanks BRAE down into a headscissors! BRAE spins around, planting his hands onto Kai’s knees. He tries his hardest to slip his head free … and he pops out into a grounded headlock once again! Kai grits his teeth and rises to his feet. He brings BRAE to the ropes and sends him off! A drop toe hold from Kai brings BRAE down and he leaps up, taking the arm of BRAE. He wrenches in a kneeling armbar and steps over the back of BRAE. He reaches for the other hand of BRAE, but he begins to bring himself back up, and swings Kai over his shoulder!

Stew-O: Kai rises and BRAE meets him with a nasty knife edge chop to the chest! Another chop from BRAE and Kai wheezes out. He knees him in the ribs and takes the wrist. He irish whips him off, but Kai reverses it with one of his own! He leans his head down for a back body drop, but BRAE kicks him square in the jaw! Kai’s head pops up as a result and he’s on wobbly legs. Big chop from BRAE! Another chop from him, and Kai is stumbling around the ring.

Flannery McCoy: BRAE leans his head down and hooks the arms. He has a vice-like grip on both as he throws Kai overhead with a butterfly suplex! Kai sits up, holding his back in pain! BRAE pulls him up and nails him with an european uppercut! Another one from BRAE, Kai reaches out for him and BRAE leans his head down. He swings back a knee to the jaw and turns Kai around. He hooks the waist, wanting a german suplex, but Kai performs a standing switch and runs him forward to the ropes! O’Connor Roll, planting his shoulders to the canvas!

OOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEE—

Jake Mercer: Quick kick out from BRAE! Kai runs off the ropes and as BRAE is sitting up, Kai tries to frontroll into a jackknife pinfall, but BRAE rolls backwards with him, holding onto the waist of Kai! He deadlifts him up! POWERBOMB! No! Kai punches him right in the eye and drops down. He takes BRAE by the hair and runs him forward into the top turnbuckle! BRAE staggers back, holding his forehead in pain. Kai hits off for a lariat, but BRAE swings under and hooks the waist. GERMAN SUPLEX, SENDING KAI RIGHT ONTO THE BACK OF HIS HEAD!

Stew-O: That really got Rabeaux’s attention, and the crowd as well! They’re firmly behind BRAE, and Kai crawls to the ropes for safety. He slowly rises in the turnbuckles. BRAE smirks, wanting those machine gun chops, but Kai sends a boot up to the jaw! BRAE staggers back and Kai charges forward, peppering him with foreams to the jaw. Kai then chops BRAE himself! But as the sweat flies off of his chest, BRAE turns to Kai like he’s lost his mind. Kai backs up, trying to plead with BRAE, but BRAE brings him down with a huge chop of his own, to the throat!

Flannery McCoy: Rabeaux rolls over, coughing out in agony. He’s on his knees and he demands that the referee step in and do something about this! BRAE shakes his head and tells the ref to back up, simply by outstretching his hand out. He drags Rabeaux up by the head—but Kai brings him down with a jawbreaker! It was simply a bait and switch from Kai! He hits off the ropes and sends BRAE flying backwards with a shotgun dropkick! BRAE skids to the mat and rolls away to the ropes. He tries to rise, but Kai is already up to his feet.

Jake Mercer: He runs forward, with a shining wizard against the ropes! He hooks BRAE into a front facelock and throws him into the center of the ring with a snap vertical suplex. BRAE sits up, holding at his side. He groans out in pain. Kai rises and takes BRAE by the head, turning him over and lifting him up. Kai takes his head and lifts him up for another vertical suplex! BRAE floats over and grabs him by the waist. GERMAN SUPLEX FROM BRAE! He holds on and rolls over with Kai!

Stew-O: Another german suplex from BRAE! Kai is lost and confused! BRAE rolls over for a third one, but finally, Kai drops back down to his feet! And he stomps the toe of BRAE! He had to use all of his power in that and BRAE falls to a knee, reaching at his toe. Kai hits off the ropes! ‘REDLINED!’ THE LARIAT RIGHT TO THE HEAD! BRAE GETS TURNED INSIDE OUT AND RABEAUX CAUGHT HIM FLUSH! I don’t think anyone saw Rabeaux loading up a shot that heavy, including BRAE! And now he makes the cover!

OOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

TTTTTTTTTTTWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Flannery McCoy: Kick out from BRAE! Kai sits up, shaking his head. Frustration starting to build, but if he’s got BRAE down to a two count already, he’s making tons of progress! Kai rises to his feet and drags BRAE up. He takes him by the head, and BRAE falls right back down. That was a deadly lariat and BRAE is still feeling the effects of it. BRAE tries to rise, but Kai dumps him to the canvas onto his back. The fans boo that disrespectful action from Kai, but all he does is march around the ring with his arms outstretched.

Kai Rabeaux: (off-mic) You all don’t have a choice but to embrace it! This is my ring now!

Jake Mercer: Nothing but boos for Rabeaux, who has completely taken control of this match. He reaches back down to pick BRAE up and forearms him. BRAE falls right back down. Kai grins. He pulls BRAE up by the hair and this time, he winds back a big punch to the jaw! BRAE falls onto his back and Kai steps over BRAE, climbing the middle rope. Once again, he extends his arms out and the fans are irate! And understandably so, I like Rabeaux but he needs to focus on actually winning this match! What’s the matter with him?!

Stew-O: His confidence is all over the place right now. He pulls BRAE up once more, BUT BRAE MEETS HIM WITH A HEADBUTT! BRAE’S FIGHTING BACK! AND HE STARTS ELBOWING THE HELL OUT OF RABEAUX! Rabeaux falls into the ropes and BRAE hooks the waist, belly to belly suplex sends him flying! He falls onto his side, but BRAE pumps his fists, getting right back into this match! Kai rolls over and stumbles up. He swings for BRAE, who lifts him up into a fireman’s carry! BRAE spins around, and runs into a death valley driver into the turnbuckles! Nearly squashed Kai’s ribs right there! He rolls him to the center and pins him!

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

TTTTTTTTTTTTWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

Flannery McCoy: KICK OUT FROM RABEAUX! Rabeaux rolls over, holding at his torso and back. BRAE rises to his feet. He drags Kai up and takes him to the ropes. He backs up and lariats him over the top rope to the apron! Kai lands on the apron, holding his chest. BRAE takes him by the head and slowly pulls him up, his back against the ropes. We all know what comes next! The Ten Beats of–NO! Kai wraps his arms around the head of BRAE and drops back with a hotshot, sending that throat right into the top rope!

Stew-O: That was an impressive counter from Rabeaux, I’ll admit! BRAE is down on the canvas, coughing out in pain. Kai climbs up onto the apron and makes his way over to the turnbuckles. He begins to climb the middle rope, and then makes his way all the way up to the top. BRAE slowly pulls himself up, looking around. Kai steadies himself, but BRAE RUNS UP TO THE ROPES! CHOP TO KAI’S CHEST! ANOTHER CHOP! And Kai loses his balance up top! He falls to a seated position and BRAE rises to the middle rope with him, and then the top! He takes the head of Kai and he begins to lift him up… SUPERPLEX! BOTH MEN COME CRASHING DOWN TO THE CANVAS!

Jake Mercer: DEADLY! BRAE may have put Rabeaux out, but there’s no telling if he can actually capitalize off of that! That definitely had effect on the back of his neck! Kai is stirring on the ground, and BRAE rolls over. He clutches the back of his head and slowly takes the ropes. BRAE stumbles around, but he falls to his fours! Kai wheezes, looking over and seeing that BRAE is still down despite being the one who hit the move. He rolls out to the apron and I think Kai may have just gotten away right there! For a rookie, you’ve gotta admit that he has tremendous ring awareness! BRAE is going to have even more of an uphill battle if he wants to win this!

Flannery McCoy: Kai slowly takes the ropes, pulling himself up … but the crowd comes back to life! KAI DOESN’T KNOW, BUT BRAE IS RISING BEHIND HIM! And he takes him by the neck! Kai flails helplessly! He tries to break free from the ropes but BRAE won’t allow him to! He swings the arm down! THE TEN BEATS OF BRAE! REPEATED SHOTS THE CHEST! OVER AND OVER, AND THE FANS ARE COUNTING ALONG WHILST KAI IS TRYING TO GET FREE!

Crowd: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! SIX! SEVEN! EIGHT! NINE! TEN!

Stew-O: BRAE finally releases him and Kai falls on the apron. He wheezes out in pain, holding his chest. BRAE climbs the middle rope and reaches over for Kai. He tosses him into the ring! Kai holds his back, crawling to the turnbuckles. BRAE leans against the buckles and calls for Kai to rise. He beats his chest, over and over! We know what comes next from here! Kai takes the ropes and takes his sweet time to rise up. BRAE nods and charges in! ‘MORRIGAN!’ RIGHT TO THE JAW—

Flannery McCoy: IT DOESN’T CONNECT! KAI MOVES OUT OF THE WAY! AND BRAE’S LEG GETS HUNG UP OVER THE TOP ROPE! HIS GROIN MAY HAVE HIT THE ROPE AS WELL! I’M NOT ENTIRELY SURE, BUT KAI IS COMING OFF THE TURNBUCKLES ON THE OTHER SIDE! ‘HOLLOW POINT!’ THAT FLYING KICK TO THE JAW PUTS BRAE OUT OF IT! HE FALLS FLAT ONTO HIS FACE! AND KAI DRAGS HIM TO THE CENTER, ROLLING HIM OVER AND HOOKING THE LEGS FOR THE COVER!

OOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Jake Mercer: KICK OUT FROM BRAE! How?! Kai Rabeaux’s eyes are wide in shock! He was so sure he had it there! It seemed like all of the pieces of the puzzle fell into place for Kai there! But despite the potential low blow shot there, and then the Hollow Point, BRAE remains in this match! And I’m not sure how Kai is going to be able to deal with this! He slowly pulls himself up, gasping out. This is digging deep into the reserves for Rabeaux. That’s going to take a toll on him for sure. BRAE can last a match longer, that’s for sure.

Stew-O: Kai rises to his feet and he boots BRAE down as he tries to rise. Kai pulls him up, lifting him upside down! This is what he wants! THE KINGSTONE PILEDRIVER! NO! BRAE SLIPS OUT BEHIND HIM! He grabs the waist of Kai! GERMAN SUPLEX, KAI DOESN’T ALLOW HIM TO LIFT HIM UP! An elbow brings BRAE down and Kai comes off the ropes! BUT BRAE WITH A LARIAT! KAI HITS THE CANVAS HARD! BRAE tries to pick him up, but he falls to his knees as well! Both men are struggling to make something out of themselves right now!

Flannery McCoy: Despite this, BRAE pulls Kai up once again! He digs his head into his thighs and tries to lift him for that powerbomb! But Kai powers BRAE up instead… ALABAMA SLAM INTO THE CENTER OF THE RING! Kai falls down afterwards, laid out next to BRAE! Both of these men are out of it! Kai is certainly holding his own against the former New Breed Champion, but for how long?!

Jake Mercer: Kai falls into the turnbuckles, slapping his elbow. The Kingstone Piledriver may have not worked, BUT HE INTENDS ON USING THE ‘BLADE OF BABYLON’ FOR VICTORY! THE RUNNING ELBOW TO THE JAW OF THE RISING BRAE—NO! BRAE RISES AND LEAPS INTO A KNEE STRIKE TO THE JAW ALL IN ONE MOTION! Kai goes down, and BRAE tucks his head into his thighs right after! POWERBOMB IN THE CENTER OF THE RING! AND BRAE BOUNCES OFF OF THE ROPES!

Stew-O: ‘RED DEAAATTHHH!!!’ THE RED DEATH CONNECTS! RIGHT INTO THE THROAT! KAI HAS TO BE OUT OF IT! AND BRAE CRAWLS OVER, HOOKING THE LEGS FOR THE WIN!

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

TTTTTTTTTTTTTTWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

TTTTTTTTTTTHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

(DING DING DING!)

Stephie Love: Here is your winner of this match, BBBRRRRRAAAAEEEEEE!!!

(BRAE rolls off of Kai, huffing and puffing. The fans are on fire, rising and giving BRAE a huge applause for that performance. The referee helps him up and raises his arm. BRAE steps to the ropes and makes his way out of the ring, meanwhile Kai is shellshocked.)

Jake Mercer: That was one hell of a match, but an even bigger victory for BRAE. Once again he leaves with the win against Rabeaux. Kai came closer than the last time, but it wasn’t enough to actually secure him the win.

Stew-O: He’s still got a bright future, no doubt. But BRAE is looking towards what’s next for him and I don’t think he’s willing to allow any obstacles get in his way. I can only imagine what he’s got in store after tonight.

(Dynasty comes back on air, and we are swiftly taken into the office of Kensingten Calhoun-Aster and Richard Grant.)

Kensingten Calhoun-Aster: Good seeing you two, happy you could make it in!

Richard Grant: We called you here for a very special reason, we suppose!

(The guests of honor were none other than; Rex Mcallister and Raven Roberts. A look of concern written directly on their face. They were all on their steady game, they had no idea what to expect..)

Rex Mcallister: Everytime we get called into here, sometimes questionable seems to happen. This has been the case time and time again..

Raven Roberts: After what happened at King Of Elite too, I don’t think we really wanna bargain like last time.

(Of course they were unsure and didn’t really want to be there, but Richard and Kensingten carried a calming presence.)

Richard Grant: Nonsense! I want you both to know that it’s all good this go around. There is nothing to be concerned or worried about, I promise! This is a civil conversation, there will be no backboard pushing nor moving of the barriers.

Kensingten Calhoun-Aster: And I promise, that we are absolutely NOT looking to play any games.

(That annoyed Raven and Rex a lot, as you could see it. Rex especially as it confirms they want to be nothing but petty here..)

Kensingten Calhoun-Aster: In case you have not noticed, we value Dynasty and the prestige behind it to the fullest extent. We want what is right for our brand, and by our brand!

Rex Mcallister: You say that you don’t want to play any games with us, and I find that hard to believe. Not even 2 months ago, that is all you two wanted to do. Raven and myself both could have had World Championship matches at King Of Elite, but you two decided to humor yourselves and make a joke out of it.

Raven Roberts: For no real reason at all whatsoever, you decided to screw Rex out of that match, and then you have the audacity to say something like that? I think you two are dumber than we initially thought.

Richard Grant: Calm down! Calm down! We know that maybe we were a little bit harsh in the past, but it isn’t because we are bad people. In fact; I would like to imagine we’re the opposite! Look, we can fix the problem that occurred with King Of Elite, I promise.

Rex Mcallister: And how exactly do the two of you plan to do that? The dust has settled so quickly.. just like that?

Kensingten Calhoun-Aster: We are glad you asked, let’s be honest here. Raven and Rex. Fire and Ice. They are an amazing group of individuals, top of their class and best in their union. And you know something? Grand Rampage has come racketeering around another year! And you know what Dynasty needs? HEAVYWEIGHTS. And you two are the perfect level of EAW juggernaut to put into this match! So we officially add Fire and Ice into the match!

(Raven and Rex were surprised. Though there was hints and crumbs of them going after the tag team championships, this definitely was something completely different for them.)

Raven Roberts: You know what, maybe this isn’t a terrible idea. As bad of a job as you guys do, you aren’t entirely prone to the terrible decisions. You know what? I’ll give them props, don’t you, Rexy?

Rex Mcallister: I can’t really give terrible people props at anything else. At least they did their job correct for once. We will take this opportunity gladly.

Richard Grant: We are fortunate to give you guys the chance! As always!

Kensingten Calhoun-Aster: Make sure to represent Dynasty as the noble leaders you are and can be!

(Kensingten saluted them, as Raven and Rex exited the room. There was a level of energy around the two now, that wasn’t there previously. Raven spoke first.)

Raven Roberts: I was not expecting to be put into the Grand Rampage match, but it is a nice shout to say the least. And you know something? We might be one of the only teams in the entire match, Rexy. There is an advantage of our side, even though it can only come down to one of us. And let’s be honest here, the advantage is not only in our favor because of us being a team, but you have won the Grand Rampage before….

Rex Mcallister: I sure did. In a moment I probably will never forget in my entire career. It was difficult to win the first one, and it was never gonna be easy to win the second one. I went onto beat Andrea Valentine for the EAW World Championship in 2020. There are some tough grabs in this match with people like Drake King coming out of the woodworks. A Grand Rampage winner in his own right.

Raven Roberts: We both know that, the field is gonna be full of familiar faces. Drake King has been doing this new bullshit personality change, where he believes he has found the common denominator of his actions. But if I am being honest with you; this just is not gonna happen. He may take whatever it has in his last breath to win, but we’ve been in this position before Rexy. We know what it takes and we know what happens.

Rex Mcallister: It’s nothing we have not faced before. And it’s nothing we won’t face again. I promise, that I will look to make it twice in history, and I try to win the Grand Rampage again.

Raven Roberts: I promise that no matter what Rexy, it is gonna be you and me in the finals. And when it comes to that point? May the best person win.

(Rex nodded, as Raven looked at him, the couple more focused than they possibly could be. With that said, the two would soon continue on with their thinking of Grand Rampage, as the scene would fade out and go elsewhere.)

(Back at ringside…)

Stephie Love: The following contest is scheduled for…

Crowd: ONE FALL!

(The Tron starts to play as the arena goes dark, the sounds of the Gypsy Chants, Symbols and Cimbaloms begin to play when suddenly the rift of “Blood, Milk & Sky” by White Zombie plays, echoing when a lone spotlight is shown where Minerva is on the stage, kneeling and licking her lips, looking around wearing her hat and Glasses, carrying her gypsy chain, an orange rose and wearing an intricate black jacket. She slowly looks around with a smile on her face before crawling a little and slowly standing on her two feet placing the rose in her mouth.)

Stephie Love: Introducing first! From Cassadga, Florida, she is the EAW Hall of Famer… MIIIINEEEERVAAAAA!

(The crowd cheers as she starts to laugh before looking around wide-eyed and making her way to the ring. She stops and gets close to some of the fans before backing up and licking her lips again. Turning to the ramp-way where she points to the ceiling, her eyes roll to the back of her head, not moving, making the signal of the cross. Minerva starts to sneer before she skips down to the ring, twirling her rose and hopping on the apron, hanging upside down on the ropes for a moment as the crowd continues to applaud. Minerva slowly gets back into the ring and stands in the middle, looking around before walking to the corner and leaning against the turnbuckle in a seated position, taking off her hat and licking her lips with a smirk on her face, waiting for the match to begin, while twirling the rose.)

(Next, ‘Vortex’ by Jinjer hits. Daniella Atlas comes out with Saori Aizen, looking focused as can be.)

Stephie Love: And her opponent! From Dunkirk, France, she is the ‘Black Flame’… DANIEEELLLAAAA AAAAATLAAAAAS!!

(DING DING DING!)

Stew-O: The bell has rung! Both women leave their respective corners and meet up in the middle of the ring. Daniella and Minerva hold their hands out, looking for that feeling out process…. And they trap each other with the knuckle locks! Shoulder to shoulder, they push one another… but it seems like Daniella is getting ahead with the strength advantage here as she forces Minerva down onto one knee!

Jake Mercer: Yeah, Daniella is one of the most powerful women on the roster, and it doesn’t matter how tenured or experienced you are—you can’t defeat raw strength! She continues to push down, looking to see if she can get Minerva down to the other knee.

Flannery McCoy: But Minerva is able to press up, quickly rolls forward, and bridges backward. Daniella looks slightly confused and bends over, reaching down to grab her with the other hand—

CRACK!

Stew-O: Oh! Overhead kick from Minerva! She springs up and twists through to gain control with the wristlock, and she switches behind Daniella, getting in the hammerlock! Great way for her to get out of that.

Jake Mercer: Daniella huffs, annoyed she got suckered into that and lost her advantage, but she’s not going to let the EAW Hall of Famer get one-up on her like that easily! She fires with a back elbow towards Minerva—

Flannery McCoy: Missed! Minerva ducked that, and she rises back up. She switches over and floats to the side where she grabs Daniella with the standing headlock. Daniella wraps her arms around her and LIFTS HER UP! BACK SUPLEX!

Stew-O: NO! Countered into a snapmare takedown! Minerva maintains the hold of the head!

Jake Mercer: That’s why Minerva is one of the greatest of all time. However, Daniella is looking to get a move on quickly once again! She rises up and this time, she NAILS an elbow into the side of Minerva! And again! And again! That’s enough to loosen her grip, and now, she grabs her by the wrist! Irish through into the ropes!

Flannery McCoy: Minerva holds onto her wrist though and spins on her feet! ROUNDHOUSE!

Stew-O: DANIELLA ATLAS DUCKS IT! AND SHE GRABS HER LEG BEFORE SETTING HER UP FOR THE PUMPHANDLE! SHE LIFTS HER UP—

Jake Mercer: –ONLY FOR MINERVA TO COUNTER WITH A VICTORY ROLL-LIKE MANUEVER AND GOES RUNNING TO THE ROPES! DANIELLA SITS UP, AND SHE GETS HIT WITH A PENALTY KICK! WOW!

Flannery McCoy: Even Saori cringed from that shot!

Stew-O: A firm kick to the chest is enough to send Atlas down, and Minerva falls into the cover!

ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE—

Jake Mercer: Daniella kicks out! Minerva grabs her by the head again and looks for another move…but Daniella catches her with a punch to the gut! Minerva tries to persist, but ATLAS LIFTS HER UP AND GOES FOR A SUPLEX–

Flannery McCoy: She lands on her feet behind her! Wrapping her arms around her waist, she runs forward along with Daniella! Daniella tries to hang on to the ropes, but goes rolling backward with the O’Connor, and Minerva gets her again with another pin!

ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE—

Stew-O: Kick out! Both rush up to their feet! Roundhouse kick from Minerva hits Daniella! She wobbles! Minerva bounces off of the ropes and charges in, looking for that running STO!

Jake Mercer: BUT DANIELLA TURNS HER INSIDE OUT WITH THE DISCUS LARIAT! WOW! AND NOW SHE SHOOTS UP, STOMPING DOWN HELLFIRE ONTO HER!

Flannery McCoy: And now she yanks her up! SCOOP SLAM! Minerva winces, but she’s not going to be given a break as Daniella is quick to hit the ropes! And she CRASHES HER LEG DOWN AGAINST HER THROAT! Ooh, that was brutal to watch!

Stew-O: And brutal for Minerva to feel! Doesn’t help that Daniella maintains that leg on her and reaches over to grab her own, turning the leg drop into a pinning predicament!

ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO—

Jake Mercer: Shoulder up! Daniella smirks, and gets up, grabbing her opponent by the hair and sending her into the corner. She starts her attack, hitting a stiff clothesline! Minerva wheezes, but any hopes she had of getting some air is thwarted as Daniella batters her in with ANOTHER clothesline! Saori watches on and claps, loving the aggression shown her by her partner tonight. Now that she’s beginning to find that rhythm, she’s starting to punish Minerva in a bad way!

Flannery McCoy: It definitely helps that Daniella has faced some of the biggest names on Dynasty this season too, so she isn’t easily frazzled by the stature of her opponents. The Frenchwoman knows that matches like these aren’t to be taken lightly whatsoever, and connecting with a third clothesline into the corner, she’s ensuring that Minerva isn’t going to have much strength to fight back early on. She spins and nails a forearm to her face, and that almost gets her to drop! However, Minerva continues to stand, holding her jaw, and Daniella backs up. The Black Flame charges forward, ready to strike her down with the jumping knee!

Stew-O: And it hits—ON THE TURNBUCKLE PADDING! Daniella staggers backwards as she hisses, no doubt cursing underneath her breath for that missed knee! But behind her is Minerva, who KICKS AT THAT RIGHT KNEE, LOOKING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE! Another harsh shoot kick lands, and Daniella is now the one who is reeling! That is a vulnerable spot now that Minerva is targeting! One more kick is sent her way!

Jake Mercer: Daniella shoves her away! Minerva tumbles back, but immediately scurries back to her feet and comes in! PUMP KICK!

Flannery McCoy: No! Daniella catches the foot! She yanks her up onto her shoulders and–OH NO! POWERBOMB INTO THE CORNER! MINERVA CRUMBLES INTO A SEATED POSITION! DANIELLA BACKS UP AND RUNS IN! SLIDING BASEMENT LARIAT!

Stew-O: What a sequence that was! Daniella nailed her right on target this time, and Minerva rolls out onto the mat, trying to gather her bearings in the aftermath. However, Atlas is on the apron, looking as though she is concocting her next move. She gets up and makes the climb up. Minerva works her way back to her feet, recovering in the process. She turns… but Daniella is at the top standing! AND SHE FLIES THROUGH THE AIR—DROPKICK! DROPKICK! THAT SENDS MINERVA ROLLING DOWN ONTO THE MAT!

Jake Mercer: What an explosive aerial move by Daniella! It was risky, but paid off huge dividends to her! She quickly goes into the cover, once again looking to win this match!

ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO—

Stew-O: NO! MINERVA KICKS OUT! Daniella sits up, running a hand through her hair, but there’s no frustration in her eyes, just determination. She shakes her head, nodding to herself as she gets back up. She’s staying on Minerva, refusing to let the Hall of Famer breathe!

Flannery McCoy: And that’s a smart strategy! You give Minerva even an inch, and she’ll turn the tide in an instant. Daniella grabs her by the wrist, yanks her up, and OH! A brutal forearm strike sends Minerva stumbling back! Daniella keeps hold of that wrist, yanks her in again! ANOTHER forearm! Minerva’s looking dazed!

Jake Mercer: Daniella’s using that raw power to keep Minerva in check! But she’s not done! She drags her forward, hooks both arms… OH MY GOD! SHE’S GOT HER UP—

Stew-O: WAIT! MINERVA TWISTS HER BODY—COUNTER! ARM DRAG! SHE SENDS DANIELLA TUMBLING ACROSS THE RING!

Flannery McCoy: Daniella pops right back up, but here comes Minerva! DROPKICK TO THE KNEE! SHE’S GOING RIGHT AFTER THAT INJURED LEG!

Jake Mercer: And that dropkick just buckled Daniella down to a knee! Minerva sees her opening! She HITS THE ROPES—LOW DROPKICK TO THE SAME KNEE!

Stew-O: Daniella groans in pain, clutching at that leg! You can see Minerva calculating her next move, and she’s quick to grab hold of the leg, twisting Daniella over onto her stomach—

Jake Mercer: But Daniella rolls forward, and Minerva is TRIPPED UP INTO THE MIDDLE ROPES! SHE LANDS AWKWARDLY ON HER THROAT! YIKES!

Flannery McCoy: Bad news! Daniella scurries up and seeing this, she rushes in! KNEE TO THE BACK! SHE WAS ABLE TO GET THAT!

Stew-O: She grabs Minerva and pulls her up into the air! SAITO SUPLEX! ANOTHER COVER FROM DANIELLA!

ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO—

Jake Mercer: Another kickout, but Daniella grabs Minerva by the arms and she gets in the surfboard stretch! She pushes that non-hurt knee into the spine as much as possible while doing so, too, making sure this is as painful as POSSIBLE for the former multi-time world champion! And she keeps a firm hold of her arms, pulling back and GRINDING her knee into her! Lord, she isn’t playing around!

Flannery McCoy: The pressure is unbearable! You can see the pain etched on Minerva’s face! The referee asks if she wants to quit, but Minerva is shaking her head furiously! In fact, she’s trying to rock her body, trying to loosen Daniella’s grip! This is veteran instinct kicking in!

Stew-O: AND SHE DOES IT! MINERVA MANAGES TO SHIFT HER WEIGHT ENOUGH TO BREAK FREE! SHE ROLLS OUT OF THE HOLD, LANDING ON HER FEET—AND IMMEDIATELY KICKS THAT RIGHT KNEE AGAIN! OH! DANIELLA NEARLY COLLAPSES! MINERVA IS RELENTLESS! ANOTHER STIFF KICK RIGHT TO THE JOINT!

Jake Mercer: Daniella drops to one knee! Minerva sees the opportunity—SHE HITS THE ROPES! COMING IN HOT—BUT DANIELLA SWINGS WILDLY! CLOTHESLINE ATTEMPT!

Flannery McCoy: MINERVA DUCKS IT! SHE HITS THE OPPOSITE ROPES! CHOP BLOCK! SHE TAKES DANIELLA’S LEG RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER HER!

Stew-O: Daniella is down, clutching her knee! And now Minerva is slithering in, grabbing hold of that leg! SHE TWISTS HER OVER—

Flannery McCoy: LEG BAR! SHE ROLLS HER INTO A LEG BAR! MINERVA HAS IT LOCKED IN TIGHT!

Jake Mercer: DANIELLA IS IN SERIOUS TROUBLE! SHE’S REACHING FOR THE ROPES, BUT MINERVA HAS IT DEAD CENTER IN THE RING! SHE’S CRANKING ON THAT LEG, TORQUING IT BACK AS FAR AS IT CAN GO!

Stew-O: THIS COULD BE IT! WILL DANIELLA TAP OUT?!

Jake Mercer: NO! SHE’S DRAGGING HERSELF TOWARDS THE ROPES! SAORI IS YELLING AT HER TO HUSTLE, AND SHE’S LISTENING! INCH BY INCH, DANIELLA GETS CLOSER AND CLOSER, LOOKING TO FORCE THE ROPE BREAK…

Flannery McCoy: BUT MINERVA GETS UP AND DRAGS HER BACK TO THE CENTER! SHE’S GOING TO REAPPLY THE HOLD—

Stew-O: Only for Daniella to roll onto her back and push her away with her feet! Minerva rushes back up and looks to strike her with a knee lift to the face! Daniella ducks under it at the LAST POSSIBLE SECOND AND SCOOPS HER DOWN FOR THE PIN!

ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO—

Stew-O: KICKOUT! Minerva gets up, but Daniella tackles her down! NOW SHE’S ON TOP OF MINERVA! SHE STARTS RAINING DOWN HAMMERFISTS!

Jake Mercer: SHE STRIKES AND SHE STRIKES! MINERVA CAN HARDLY DEFEND HERSELF! DANIELLA FINALLY LETS GO, AND IMMEDIATELY CLUTCHES THAT KNEE AGAIN! SHE FORCES HERSELF UP… BUT MINERVA CHARGES IN AGAIN!

Jake Mercer: BUT DANIELLA CATCHES HER! SHE SNATCHES THE WRIST—RIPCORD MOTION—

Flannery McCoy: INAMORATA!!! DANIELLA NEARLY TAKES MINERVA’S HEAD OFF WITH THAT RIPCORD LARIAT!

Stew-O: WHAT A SHOT! MINERVA GOT TURNED INSIDE OUT! SHE HITS THE MAT HARD, AND DANIELLA COLLAPSES ON TOP OF HER FOR THE COVER!

ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE—

Jake Mercer: NO! KICKOUT! KICKOUT! MINERVA WAS ABLE TO STAY ALIVE, AND THE FANS ARE GOING CRAZY! MEANWHILE, DANIELLA IS ANNOYED AT THIS POINT!

Flannery McCoy: She hit that ripcord lariat perfectly, but it simply wasn’t enough! Saori yells at her to keep the pressure up! Of course, for both women to walk out of Dynasty tonight with wins underneath their belts after Saori won her match earlier in the match would be amazing for them! Daniella works her way back up, and she grabs Minerva, taking her along!

Stew-O: Backhand chop to the chest! Minerva stumbles backward! Another chop connects, and Minerva is forced into the ropes! An overhand palm strike lands, and Daniella grabs her by the arm, ready to put her in position for ‘South of Heaven’!

Jake Mercer: But before she’s able to trap the other hand for the pumphandle slam, Minerva turns around and CLOCKS HER IN THE FACE WITH A FOREARM! Minerva catches her off guard, and Daniella lets go! She’s backed up, and Minerva grabs her! SHE’S GOING FOR ‘THE PRINCESS KILLER’!

Flannery McCoy: … DANIELLA FALLS BACK INSTEAD, AND SHE GETS HER UP INTO THE PILEDRIVER POSITION INSTEAD! SHE LIFTS HER UP—OH MY GOD! LUNGBLOWER! LUNGBLOWER BY DANIELLA ATLAS!

Stew-O: Minerva rolls into the corner, clutching her chest! Daniella takes the chance to recover! SHE RUNS IN AND GOES TOWARDS HER—

Jake Mercer: NO! MINERVA MOVES OUT OF THE WAY, AND DANIELLA HITS NOTHING! MINERVA MOVES QUICKLY, AND GETS DANIELLA TRAPPED! SHE CROSSES THE LEG AND SNAPS DOWN! ‘THE SIREN’S LONELY SONG’!!

Flannery McCoy: SHE GOT ALL OF IT! AND SHE DOES HER BEST TO DRAG DANIELLA AWAY TO THE CENTER BEFORE COVERING!

ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

(DING DING DING!)

(‘Blood, Milk & Sky’ plays. Minerva rises to her knees and lets a small smile snake across her face. She raises her hand up in victory. Daniella rolls out onto the apron, holding her head, frustrated while Saori checks up on her.)

Stephie Love: Here is your winner… MIIIIINEEEEERVAAAAAAA!

Stew-O: What a victory by Minerva, and what a match! These two didn’t hold back from the get-go, and Daniella showed a little bit of dominance along the way that has helped propel her to be one of the breakout stars of Dynasty. However, Minerva was able to persist, and she defeated her emphatically tonight.

(Daniella slams her fist down against the apron. Saori helps her and the two leave. Meanwhile, Minerva comes to a stand and nods her head, proud she got the job done.)

Jake Mercer: Yeah, Minerva did the thing! She had a tough opponent, and—

Flannery McCoy: WAIT! SOMEONE HOPPED OVER THE BARRICADE!

Stew-O: IT’S NOT JUST SOMEONE! IT’S DRAKE ARMSTRONG! HE’S LOOKING TO PAY HER BACK FOR EARLIER TONIGHT AND SHE SLIDES IN! HE RUNS TOWARDS HER AND HE’S LOOKING FOR THAT DAMN DROPKICK!

Jake Mercer: BUT SHE SPINS, SEES HIM, AND MOVES OUT OF THE WAY AT THE LAST SECOND! SUPERKICK CONNECTS! DRAKE DROPS DOWN TO HIS KNEES AND GETS LEVELLED! ‘DEVIL’S TOUCH’!!

Flannery McCoy: Well, that worked out beautifully for the King of Elite! He thought he was going to get the better of Minerva this time, but once again, he ends up failing victim to his own hubris!

Stew-O: And Minerva gets Drake up, who is stunned! She knees him in the gut and then grabs him! With quick force she falls backward immediately, slamming him down! ‘A Clockwork Orange’!!!

Jake Mercer: NOOOO! MY GLORIOUS KING FALLS PREY TO THAT DAMN DRIVER, AND NOW HE’S DOWN!

Flannery McCoy: Minerva warned him! He thought he was tired of the disrespect? Minerva is tired of the games! Now, she stands tall yet again with him, and this time, she didn’t spare him ANY kind of mercy.

(The last shot shows Minerva glaring down at Drake, who holds his jaw and stares up at the lights, before Dynasy fades to commercials.)

(A commercial plays for Sonic the Hedgehog, featuring Hans Grayson.)

(Friday Night Dynasty returns to show the backstage area of the Wells Fargo Center, the camera focuses on Backstage Correspondent Michael Belfort as he is seen standing by with a microphone in his hand and a smile on his face. As the shot begins to pan in, he raises it up and then begins to speak from there.)

Michael Belfort: Welcome back to Friday Night Dynasty! It’s been one hell of a show tonight with exciting matches and confrontations. But one thing I want to focus on is the opening of the show, as Joso and Cy Henderson’s confrontation ended up spilling into a brawl as the Grand Rampage opponents tore into each other thanks to one man, who is my guest here tonight. Please welcome, Drake King.

(The crowd inside of the arena reacts loudly as Drake makes his way into the scene, still quite shaken up by what transpired earlier. Michael slowly begins to speak as he looks at Drake in confusion for a moment.)

Michael Belfort: Thank you for joining us, Drake. Are you okay?

Drake King: I guess I feel a little bad, Michael, thank you for asking. I tried my best to go out there and mend bridges with Cy, but, he didn’t receive it that well and his anger went toward Joso. I don’t want to say it’s my fault, but I’m coming to terms with it right now, maybe I shouldn’t have gone out there.

Michael Belfort: Well we also heard you say out there that you made this tag match that you have next teaming with Cy Henderson, do you think that he would have accepted it?

Drake King: No, not at all. I know that he’s mad at me for some reason, but I don’t want it to be that way. I don’t want him to be aggressive with me because Cy is someone that I look up to in this industry. Everything that he’s done in EAW is so much to marvel at and I’m truly honored that I get to look at him as a peer now. I never wanted to, in any way, make him feel a certain way about how I was coming off, and what happened last week. I thought that was my fault. I tried to make it up to him, I truly tried my best to look at this in a way where he and I could make up and have respect for one another like I wanted it to be. But once again, I don’t think he’s very happy about it. Regardless, I’m going to go out there tonight and I’m going to fight for this match, and we’re just going to have to see what comes of it. I hope that I can get a win for him, I don’t want to let him down any more than I already have.

Michael Belfort: Well, that’s certainly interesting, you’re right, I guess we’re going to have to see. But with the match being made official between Joso and Cy for the World Heavyweight Championship, I want to ask you what your plans are for Grand Rampage. Maybe the Grand Rampage match?

(Drake quickly shakes his head.)

Drake King: No, absolutely not. I can’t be in a match like that.
Michael Belfort: Why? Are you scared?

Drake King: No, I just don’t feel like I have anything to bring to the table when ti comes to that. I don’t feel very experienced enough. I feel like I need to earn my way to a Marquee Event of that caliber through my hard work and I don’t feel like I have done enough to warrant too much of that just yet. Maybe next year, when I have more experience under my belt, but I don’t want to take the spot from someone who deserves it more, that just doesn’t feel right. I am going to continue working though, and who knows, maybe you might see me win the Grand Rampage match someday and head to the main event Pain For Pride, but I don’t see that happening for a very long time.

Michael Belfort: Well that’s certainly an interesting way to put it. Do you have any final thoughts before we close this interview off?

Drake King: Yes, I-

(Before Drake can finish, his words trail off as the camera goes over to Cy Henderson making his way into the scene. He’s quite unhappy with what happened to kick off the show and he immediately shoes Michael Belfort away. From there, the Hall of Famer approaches Drake, a serious expression on his face as he doesn’t waste time speaking.)

Cy Henderson: I’m not going to mince words, I want you to understand this as clearly as you possibly can so you won’t make the same mistake as you just did. Stay out of my way, or you’ll regret it.

Drake King: Cy, I’m sorry you feel this way but I think that if we talk this out-

Cy Henderson: I don’t want to hear from you anymore, your actions are more than enough. Do not fail me tonight, you don’t want to know what’s going to happen if you do.

(Cy turns around and makes his way out of the scene and toward Gorilla Position. And judging by the expression on his face, he was quite aggressive in how he conducted himself. Drake watches on, a bit disappointed in himself that he’s caused so much hatred out of this when he didn’t mean to, but alas, that’s just how the business works. Regardless, he knows that he has a match coming up in the main event as he teams with Cy and he knows that he can’t let him down. He takes a deep breath before following in his direction toward Gorilla Position. It’s the very last shot seen in the backstage area as Drake King walks away toward the distance, and from there, Friday Night Dynasty then begins to immediately transition toward the ring and to our main event bout for the evening.)

(The camera cuts to Stephie Love in the ring.)

Stephie Love: The following main event tag team contest is scheduled for one fall!

Crowd: ONE FALL!

(‘Saint Pablo’ by Kanye West can be heard blaring throughout the speakers as the crowd roars with the arrival of Cy Henderson & Drake King, who sports a very confident and fired up expression. Cy takes a glance upon the audience tonight, not all too receptive as he just raises an eyebrow looking toward Drake King, who’s pointing to the fans with enthusiasm as they walk down the ramp.)

Stephie Love: Introducing first! THE TEAM OF CYYYYY HENDERSON, AND DRAKEEEEE KING!!!

Stew-O: Well, Cy has quite the interesting main event tonight here to tackle as he must team up with Drake King against a very acclaimed duo. This should be quite the intriguing match tonight to say the least.

Jake Mercer: No kidding, this looks to be quite the match if we’ve got this Drake King that’s gonna be trying to work together with Cy Henderson. Should be a very peculiar test for both of these elitists if they want to defeat Fire & Ice.

(‘I2I’ by Magnolia Park can be heard blaring throughout the speakers as the audience reacts loudly for the arrival of Rex McAllister & Raven Roberts. The two accomplished elitists would nod to each other with a smile, before keeping their focus on the match to come as they walk down the ramp.)

Stephie Love: And introducing their opponents; THE TEAM OF REX MCALLISTER & RAVEN ROBERTS, FIRE & ICE!!!

Flannery McCoy: There’s no mistaking how focused these two are when it comes to their ambitions set before themselves for 2025, and we can expect a very game Fire & Ice tonight as they take on Cy & Drake in the main event!

Stew-O: Of course, this has quite the differing perspectives going into the match as this is a very different Drake King they are stepping into the ring with, and Cy Henderson has been all the more capable in his own right as he did win the Iron Survivor Challenge. This should be fun.

(DING! DING! DING!)

Stew-O: The same song and dance as you usually see and do, in these colossal tag team matches. Where tension and chemistry culminate in captivating interest. Fire And Ice are going to be facing Cy Henderson and Drake King. Now with that said, for Fire And Ice, starting the match is none other than Raven Roberts herself, a legend and respectful entity in her own right, as on the other side, it is Drake King! I feel as if Drake King is trying to throw people off their trail. And you gotta think, Elitists who truly know him deep down like Rex and Raven? They have to also feel that. Raven and Drake King slowly stir around the ring, before they go into a lock up! Drake King and Raven Roberts starting slow with this one…

Flannery McCoy: However, Drake King wants to play this swiftly, as he turns it around into a waist lock! But this is how it typically goes, a slow and methodical start to the match. But there is a slight sense of urgency that probably can be felt throughout EAW during this time of the year. Pain For Pride has come and began upon us, this is the most vicious time of the year. You have to feast on every opportunity as you take it! Raven Roberts quickly breaks the waist lock however, as she turns it into a wrist lock! Drake King would have a small look of panic on his face, but as he gained his wrist back, the smile would appear. Raven paced around the ring some more, as she looked at him. Almost saying like it was his call.

Jake Mercer: Raven Roberts is being nice and whatnot but this really isn’t the best idea for her, as Drake King charges at her—A SHOULDER BLOCK FROM RAVEN ROBERTS! This has been a fun consistency of chain wrestling, but Drake King rolls out of the ring to stop that! Taking a breather, as he looks to allocate the situation. Raven Roberts is waving for him to get into the ring. And that he does- as he slides over to the ropes! No! He slides back out of the ring, Raven makes her way over, BEFORE HE SLINGSHOTS HER ONTO THE ROPES! Raven goes flying backwards, as Drake King quickly gets into the ring. A perfect sense of opportunity, as he hooks the leg on Raven!

ONEEEEEEEEEE!

TWOOOOOOOO!

Stew-O: And it is a kick out by Raven Roberts, Drake King noticed that, and he decides to lift her up into a chin lock! Keeping the strain on raven, he wants to make sure he can inflict crippling punishment onto her. On the apron you can see Rex, as he is clapping his hand and trying to get some life jolted into his tag team partner. It seems to be working, however! As Raven rises to her feet, and begins to meet Drake King with some blows to the mid section! This causes Drake King to let go of her, AS SHE TUNNELS HIM WITH A HUGE FOREARM TO THE FACE! BACK STAGGERS DRAKE KING! Drake King turns around and IN COMES RAVEN ROBERTS WITH THE LOU THESZ PRESS! A VARIOUS AMOUNT OF PUNCHES START PUMMELING IN ON DRAKE KING!

Flannery McCoy: Now we are beginning to see some changing in patterns here, as the punches continue to go down! Raven sees her opening however, as she stands up, grabbing Drake King in the middle of the ring by the hair, looking for some sort of combination, as she has intention to tag in Rex! She carries Drake King over—but Drake does not want to find himself in that corner, as he starts fleeing out and fighting! Raven Roberts is beginning to become unable to keep a hold of Drake King, so she spins around—AND AN ENZUIGIRI TO RAVEN ROBERTS! TIME HAS BEEN BOUGHT BY DRAKE KING! As he and Raven are both square in the center of the ring, but the sight is on both of their tag team partners!

Jake Mercer: Drake King is looking to conserve his energy, whilst Raven has been maybe a little bit too aggressive here. Raven Roberts is edging in on the tag however, but Drake King is also being pretty speedy as well! I can see a fire in Rex’s eye saying that he wants to be in this match right now, and he is begging for the tag! But if Cy Henderson makes it in the ring, there’s no telling what might happen! The crawl continues, as both competitors are reaching out!

(TAG!)

(TAG!)

Jake Mercer: AND THEY BOTH GOT THE TAG AT THE SAME TIME! IN COMES CY HENDERSON AND REX MCALLISTER BOTH, AS REX CLOTHESLINES CY! BUT CY QUICKLY GETS UP AND CLOTHESLINES REX!

Stew-O: Well this is quite the interesting hot tag! CY HENDERSON IS ON HIS FEET, AS HE LOOKS TO CLOTHESLINE REX ONTO THE OUTSIDE! BUT A BACK BODY DROP SECONDS CY HENDERSON TO THE APRON! Rex turns around.. only to be met with a shot to the gut by the head of Cy Henderson! That stumbles Rex back a bit, as Cy Henderson re-enters the ring! Rex Mcallister tries to throw a hot forearm with all of his might at Cy, but Cy blocks it, he nails Rex with a punch of his own! As Rex Mcallister spins around—AND CY HENDERSON PLANTS REX ONTO THE MAT WITH A SPINEBUSTER! DOWN GOES REX WITH A HARSH LANDING ONTO THE MAT, AND INTO THE COVER GOES HENDERSON!

ONEEEEEEEEEE!

TWOOOOOOOOO!

Flannery McCoy: KICK OUT BY REX! Cy Henderson showed some great reaction time and response there, but there is plenty of more action to see in this match. For a second there it felt like a race to victory between Cy and Rex, where neither man wanted to slow down. But now we can kind of sit here and gather ourselves, and the fact of the matter is—both of these teams are playing with something to prove. This match isn’t just here for no reason, this is not just bragging rights, this is Grand Rampage, this is Pain For Pride! This is the shaping structure of careers!

Jake Mercer: As Cy is looking to continue applying all of this momentum that he can mount here, dragging Rex McAllister upward and doing all that he can to use his immense strength to HOIST REX MCALLISTER UPWARD FOR THE GORILLA PRESS SLAM—BUT MCALLISTER IS MORE THAN CAPABLE OF SQUIRMING FREE AND DROPPING BACK DOWN! Cy quickly turns himself around to act upon this drop quickly—BUT REX SENDS A BOOT!

Stew-O: NO! CY DUCKS UNDERNEATH—AND DRAKE SENDS AN ENZIGURI THAT IS ABLE TO KNOCK REX MCALLISTER IN FOR A LOOP!! Drake seems to have reacted out of pure instinct as even he seems to be rather shocked by that maneuver… WITH CY NAILING REX WITH AN EXPLODER SUPLEX THAT SENDS HIM ACROSS TO HIS CORNER OVER TO RAVEN! Raven decides it’s time to tag herself into this match now!

(TAG!)

Flannery McCoy: AS RAVEN’S NOW BACK IN! Cy rushes forward as he’s seeking out this boot of his own from here—BUT RAVEN DUCKS UNDER AND SENDS A DROPKICK DIRECTLY TOWARD DRAKE KING TO KNOCK HIM OFF HIS CORNER! That was absolutely to get back at Drake for that maneuver toward Rex, although he did not mean to do that from how his expression looked! Roberts turns herself back around toward Cy—

Jake Mercer: WHO SENDS A URANAGE SLAM TO PUT RAVEN DOWN FROM THERE!! Raven is taken down as Cy is now hooking the leg, with the referee rushing toward the cover from there!

ONEEEEEEEEE!!!

TWOOOOOO—

Stew-O: KICK-OUT FROM RAVEN! Although not out of it for long as NOW CY IS KEEPING HIMSELF TO THIS PACE, WITH HIS ARMS WRAPPED AROUND RAVEN FOR A CHOKE THAT’S APPLIED!! THE HEADLOCK KEEPS RAVEN ROBERTS DOWN TO THE MAT! Raven is shaking her own head as the referee is trying to see if Raven is willing to give in, but she’s refusing anything of the sort tonight after all that she’s had to endure so far through the match! Cy is keeping this tightly held while Drake King is seemingly all pumped up and ready to go again, but Cy is maintaining this hold for about as long as he can despite Raven refusing to give in for a second as well!

Flannery McCoy: ‘Cause now Rex McAllister finds himself stomping on the apron as he’s trying to will Raven on!!! Raven hears this come from McAllister as she’s now making the rise upward, keeping herself elevated enough that Cy can’t place any further pressure any longer, as she forces Cy to now be pulled back into the ropes as she pushes him forward and is able to free herself! But Cy Henderson is rushing the ropes and looking to return forward directly forward Roberts with a SUDDEN CLOTHESLINE—

Jake Mercer: BUT RAVEN CATCHES CY OFF GUARD WITH THE CODEBREAKER TO TAKE HIM DOWN!!! THE CODEBREAKER IS ENOUGH TO PUT CY DOWN! And now Raven is looking to aim toward Rex, as McAllister is trying to bring himself back into this match and bring that fire into the match as well! Drake is also keeping his hand out for Cy Henderson, stomping the apron in his own right as he’s here to represent for the team tonight! Cy seems to have a disgruntled look on his while making the rise back up to his feet, but it seems Raven is now TAGGING REX INTO THE MATCH!

(TAG!)

(TAG!)

Stew-O: BUT CY TAGS HIMSELF OUT AS WELL! DRAKE KING IS IN THE MATCH!! Drake tries to rush forward—BUT REX TAKES HIM DOWN WITH AN EMPHATIC DROPKICK THAT PUTS HIM DOWN ONTO THE CANVAS! Drake feels that dropkick as he’s trying to quickly rise himself back up to his own feet here, BUT REX RETURNS RIGHT BACK TO HIM WITH A KNIFE EDGE CHOP ACROSS HIS CHEST! Drake is backed into the ropes as McAllister is mounting forearm after forearm across the temple of Drake King despite the referee counting down!

Flannery McCoy: As he finally stops from the onslaught with Drake King teetering away from the ropes and closer toward the middle of the ring while McAllister rushes those ropes and returns right back around with AN ELECTRIC SPINNING WHEEL KICK THAT’S MORE THAN ABLE TO PUT DRAKE KING DOWN! McAllister rushed over to the cover, hooking the leg as the referee slides to the count!

ONEEEEEE!!!

TWOOOOOOO!!!

TH—

Jake Mercer: DRAKE IS OK! Drake King kicks out as McAllister is now nodding to himself, understanding that much more will have to be done if he wants to bring the win for Fire & Ice and continue mounting all of the momentum possible for the both of them! Now McAllister is looking to drag Drake back up to his feet as he’s not exactly interested in slowing down for the moment here! Drake is left in a way for McAllister to put him down as he’s got him hoisted back up TO PUT HIM DOWN WITH AN OLYMPIC SLAM—

Stew-O: BUT DRAKE LANDS DIRECTLY BEHIND REX MCALLISTER & ONTO HIS FEET—AS HE SENDS A DROPKICK THAT CAUSES REX MCALLISTER TO BE SENT OUT OF THE RING FROM THERE! Drake is wide-eyed as he’s looking over toward McAllister, who is steadily bringing himself back up by using the barricade to pull himself to a better stance! Drake sees this opportunity to do something immense here, as he’s now rushing those ropes and rebounding backward to LAUNCH HIMSELF FORWARD!

Flannery McCoy: AS THE SUICIDE DIVE IS ABLE TO CONNECT AND SEND MCALLISTER CRASHING BACK FIRST INTO THE BARRICADE!! Drake King rises back up to his own feet as he’s now feeling the adrenaline coursing through his own veins, the energy of this match is now getting through to him as he just took down the EAW Hall of Famer!

Jake Mercer: DRAKE KING IS PUMPED UP RIGHT NOW! HE’S LOOKING TOWARD THE CROWD AND FEELING ALL OF THE ELECTRICITY AS HE’S RETURNING BACK TO REX! Drake proceeds to toss McAllister back into the ring as he’s looking to bring this win right toward the team!! Drake King has his eyes set on making Cy proud right here as he’s leaping right up and onto the top rope, before LAUNCHING FORWARD WITH A SPRINGBOARD FOREARM—

Stew-O: MY GOODNESS!!! REX MCALLISTER JUST CAUGHT DRAKE KING WITH A JUMPING KNEE STRIKE WHILE HE WAS MID AIR!!! Drake folds back into the canvas and is absolutely laid out from here, as McAllister is now rushing himself over to hook the leg on Drake King from here! Fire & Ice aiming to secure another victory right here!

ONEEEEEEEE!!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEE—

Flannery McCoy: NOT QUITE ENOUGH! DRAKE KING WITH THE KICKOUT!! Drake is wide-eyed as he’s looking forward to his corner, seeing that Cy is amply recovering here as Rex is refusing to slow down the pace from here! Cy has his eyes set on Drake while also trying alert Drake that McAllister has risen to his feet, and he’s looking to take advantage from here in order to put Drake King down—AS HE’S RUSHING FORWARD FOR THE ‘REX EFFECT’!!!

Jake Mercer: SUPERKICK STOPS REX FROM EVER GETTING THE CHANCE!! Rex McAllister is sent backward as he’s now being sent toward the corner, and Drake has found himself enough ground to rise back up to his feet as he’s looking to take advantage of the moment while he can! Rushing forward toward McAllister while he can—

(TAG!)

Stew-O: RAVEN WITH A SUDDEN ‘FACELIFT’ ACROSS DRAKE KING’S TEMPLE AFTER DRAKE TRIED TO TARGET REX!!! Raven quickly heads back down to Drake King and looks to engage with hooking the leg as the referee counts down!

ONEEEEEEEE!!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEE—

Flannery McCoy: CY BREAKS THE COVER!!! Cy with a downward smash over Raven’s head to break it up as the referee is now telling Henderson to leave to his corner!! But now Raven is emphasizing her focus toward Cy as she’s bringing herself back up, looking to target Cy but he gets himself under the ropes as the referee keeps her held back!!! Raven is aggravated but she now turns her attention back toward a rising Drake King, as he’s groggy from here and now looking to take him down WITH A ‘TALON’—

Jake Mercer: BUT DRAKE MOVES OUT OF THE WAY AND MCALLISTER IS NAILED BY ‘TALON’ INSTEAD!!! Raven is wide eyed as she’s now turning back toward Drake to try and keep herself focused—‘GUILLOTINE’ GUILLOTINE FROM DRAKE KING!!!! RAVEN IS STUNNED AS DRAKE NOW QUICKLY BACKS TOWARD HIS CORNER!!

(TAG!)

Stew-O: AS CY TAGS IN!! RAVEN IS TRYING TO KEEP HERSELF STEADY BUT CY HAS HER SCOUTED AS HE’S NOW RUSHING FORWARD—‘CALAMITY’!!!! THE GORE SPIRALS THROUGH RAVEN TO TAKE HER DOWN!! Back to back immense maneuvers as Cy is now hooking the leg!!! Do they get it done?!?!?

ONEEEEEEEE!!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

(DING! DING! DING!)

Stephie Love: HERE IS YOUR WINNER… CY HENDERSON & DRAKE KING!!!!

Flannery McCoy: WOW! FIRE & ICE HAVE BEEN DEFEATED TONIGHT BY CY HENDERSON & DRAKE KING! Of course, this is an environment that was occupied by former World Champions and all, and it is an immense win for this unorthodox duo tonight!

(Drake King can be seen bringing himself upward, as his expression suddenly shifted to one that felt rather symbolic of who he once was.)

Drake King: (off-mic) THAT’S RIGHT! DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM??? I’M DRAKE KING, GODDAMNIT! YOU WILL REMEMBER MY NAME! I AM GOD!

(Drake breathes heavily as Cy’s hand is raised, albeit in confusion as he’s glancing toward Drake & walking over.)

Cy Henderson: (off-mic) You alright…?

Drake King: (off-mic) ……….

(Drake turns his glance to Cy, as he sports an emphatic smile while nodding to him.)

Drake King: (off-mic) I’m…. Ok. 👍🏼

(Drake keeps his smile intact as he celebrates with the audience, who are rather dismayed by his sudden reverting back to this side of him.)

Stew-O: Well, congratulations to Cy Henderson & Drake along I suppose, and thank you for joining us tonight. See you next week!

(Rex & Raven situate by the apron, disgruntled in differing facets from the loss tonight as Cy just crossed his arms while looking at Drake celebrating with the scene panning out.)

(EAW logo buzzes.)
