(The camera fades in as always from the EAW Headquarters in Newark, New Jersey where it shows Molly Waters who is seen at her designated Fight Grid desk as she looks to the camera with a bright smile on her face as she begins to speak)
Molly Waters: Ladies and gentlemen welcome as always to Fight Grid, where we have all your breaking news regarding the world of Elite Answers Wrestling. We’re coming to you tonight with news regarding the next EAW free-per-view, Road To Redemption, specifically on the Voltage brand!
(The camera transitions to a recap from the last televised Voltage episode. It focuses on the ordeal between the National Elite Champion, Myles, his Road To Redemption opponent, Jesse Barlow accompanied by Hannah Marin, and El Landerson and his children, El Jr, and Adriana)
Molly Waters: Last night on Voltage we saw a continuation of what happened the week before where Jesse Barlow and Hannah Marin persuaded Adriana Landerson into believing that Myles had a crush on her just as much as she did him, much to the disdain of El Jr. This week though Jesse and Hannah had something in their possession, Myles’ phone, where they found very suggestive pictures of his girlfriend, Minerva. Meanwhile in his locker room, while Myles was looking for his phone none other than Adriana knocked on his door. Spilling out her feelings to him, Myles wasn’t so kind in response as he tore into him and her family leaving Adriana running away in tears. Later on Adriana is comforted by El Landerson and El Jr, where both of them sought revenge on the National Elite Champion while Landerson went to talk with Voltage Commissioner, Captain Charisma where we at Fight Grid have exclusive footage from the scene.
(It then cuts to Captain Charisma’s office where El Landerson is seen tossing things around in anger as Captain Charisma is backed up in a corner. Landerson turns to him and begins to yell at him as clearly the luchadore is at his last nerve)
El Landerson: ESCUCHA QUIERO UN ENCUENTRO CONTRA MYLES EN EL CAMINO A LA REDENCIÓN!
Captain Charisma: :whoa:!!! ENGLISH PLEASE!
El Landerson: GIVE ME A MATCH AGAINST MYLES AT ROAD TO REDEMPTION!
Captain Charisma: HE’S ALREADY BOOKED WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!
El Landerson: I’M GIVING YOU- :oh: he is???
Captain Charisma: *sigh* Yes…
El Landerson: Well then how about next week?
Captain Charisma: I’ll do you one better, take a seat.
(Captain Charisma would take his office chair and place it back to its upright position after Landerson had tossed it across the room as Landerson would sit on the floor)
Captain Charisma: There’s a chair right there.
El Landerson: Criss cross applesauce.
Captain Charisma: :wtf: Whatever…
(Captain Charisma would straighten out his papers and begin to type a few things on his computer)
Captain Charisma: At Road To Redemption I can give you-
El Landerson: A MATCH AGAINST MYLES?!
Captain Charisma: … A special referee role in the National Elite Championship match.
El Landerson: Who’s in that match?
Captain Charisma: :dahell: How do you not know that?
El Landerson: Is Jack Ripley still Champion?
Captain Charisma: No, anyways… a special referee role in the National Elite Championship match where Myles will be defending the title against Jesse Barlow… you got it?
El Landerson: You got it! Thank you for the opportunity and I’ll make sure to bring the title home to the Voltage brand, vamanos!
Captain Charisma: :comeagain:
(Landerson would run out of the office as Captain Charisma would rub his temple before shaking his head as the scene would fade out and transition back to Molly Waters as she would begin to speak once more)
Molly Waters: Well there you have it! None other than El Landerson will be the Special Guest Referee in the National Elite Championship match where Myles will be defending his title against Jesse Barlow.
