(EAW Intro plays…)
(RECAP–The recap gives a replay of all the entertaining action that Showdown provided last week from the Dakar Arena in Dakar, Senegal. Alex Myers kicked off the show as they explained themselves as to why they came out and fought off Impact and Kassidy Heart as well as defend Hurricane Hawk. The first match of the evening was Lexi vs. Holly Arrow with a surprise Special Guest Referee in Veena Adams. Veena had enough of the ladies and she ruled the match a double disqualification. After the match, Holly and Lexi tried to attack Veena, but she got away. Chris Elite and Jake Smith are shown backstage talking, but end up having a small argument that leads to Elite storming out of the locker room. The next match shows Xander Payne defeating Abel Atami. Then Universal Women’s Champion Harper Lee comes out to talk to the crowd before being interrupted and confronted by Mary S. Atlas. Then we have National Elite Champion Donovan Duke defeating Roberto De La Rosa in a Championship Match Qualifier. Then backstage Ryan Wilson runs into Xander Payne and they talk and then seemingly Xander Payne challenges Ryan to a match at No Regards. Adam Lucas then defeats Harley Lewis. After the match, his stablemates try to help him, but Harley pushes Lucas and Ogawa away before leaving. Then Hawk and Heidi Huxley are backstage and they are arguing about how to handle numerous situations going on. After that, Hawk reveals that Alex Myers is the first of two people to take on Impact and Kassidy Heart at No Regards. The second person is left a mystery since they have already left for the night. Finally in the main event of the evening, Kassidy Heart and the Answers World Champion defeat Jake Smith and Chris Elite. After the match, Jake tries to help Elite, but Elite shoves Jake away before storming out of the arena. Then Kass gets in the face of a referee and starts threatening them before Alex Myers comes to save the day and try to fight the duo off. Alex gets overwhelmed, but it leads to Jack Ripley surprising everybody to come fight off Impact and Kassidy before the four competitors are shown staring each other down as the recap ends…)
(“Brick Wall” by A Day to Remember starts to play throughout the arena while the camera pans across this sold out crowd, who are all on their feet at the Yaounde Multipurpose Sports Complex in Yaounde Cameroon as they are all ready for the action of Saturday Night Showdown to begin. The sound is almost deafening in the arena here tonight as the camera slowly goes throughout the arena showing all the loyal and devoted EAW fans in attendance that are all through sold out arena holding up their many many signs and wearing the shirts and other merchandise of the EAW Elitists love and support the most before settling down at ringside where Eve, Deadprez, and Gavin Kirkland are sitting at the commentary table before they start to call all the amazing Showdown action.)
Deadprez: Welcome to SATURDAY! NIGHT! SHOWDOWN! We are three weeks away from No Regards, but there’s no doubt the action will be fast paced and hard hitting. As always, I am Deadprez and alongside the beautiful Eve and the energetic Gavin Kirkland, we will be with you the entire night. I hope everybody is ready.
Gavin Kirkland: Oh you know I am ready because I love Showdown. We always bring the best action because WE WRESTLE!!! We have so much action waiting in the wings that this show is going to be filled to the brim. I LOVE IT! We will no doubt be catching up with the Haircare Kings after what went down last week. I also heard that Lexi and Holly Arrow might be looking for Veena Adams, so stay tuned for that.
Eve: Not only that, but we also have coming to you tonight for an exclusive interview! Mikaela Street is here and she will be sitting down with Abel Atami and Antonne Prudence. That will be an interesting interview to say the least.
Deadprez: That’s coming later tonight, but since we are on the road to No Regards, I heard that Hurricane Hawk and Heidi Huxley will be announcing more matches that will be taking place at No Regards. Stay tuned for that.
Gavin Kirkland: HELLO!! We can’t forget about the MATCHES!! Tonight we have Jon Kelton taking on Mr. #Follow4Follow himself, Hunnid Honcho. That is going to be a great match. Not only that, we have a DEBUT tonight. The lovely Lila Vandran will be taking on United States Marine Major Michael Scott Cannon in the Major’s EAW debut. Will Scotty have an easy transition from one battlefield to another with a victory or will Lila make him fall out and make him fight another day?
Eve: Gotta love the debuts, but we also have two Interbranded matches tonight. Special treat for the Showdown fans as it’s going to be two special Showdown vs. Voltage matches here tonight. Two popular Elitists in Voltage’s Kenn Kenn and Showdown’s Mary S. Atlas do battle tonight. Then we also have former New Breed Champion Alex Myers representing Showdown as they take on former Answers World Champion TLA representing Voltage.
Deadprez: Great matches from great competitors representing both brands. But we also have Kassidy Heart in action tonight. The Mauler is taking on former New Breed Champion Ryan Wilson. Will Ryan slay The Mauler or will Kassidy show Ryan what happens when you get on The Mauler’s bad side? That’s later tonight. Finally, we have an amazing main event for everybody here tonight. Two former World Champions collide as Jack Ripley takes on Xander Payne. After what happened last week, I wouldn’t be surprised if Impact or Kassidy Heart would be not too far behind. Another great main event from the Elitists of the Blue Brand, but let’s head to the ring and get this show STARTED!
(‘Blue World’ by Mac Miller hits over the speaker system, a roar greeting Jack Ripley as he steps out onto the ramp.)
Deadprez: Looks like Jack Ripley is going to open the show, and a positive reaction from this capacity crowd, something he isn’t always used to!
Eve: His reputation certainly seems to have increased over these past few weeks, which is saying something considering what he has done in the past.
Gavin Kirkland: Everyone deserves a second chance, and whether you agree with his actions or not, there is no doubt that he loves this company, and these fans are appreciating that as do I.
(Jack starts the walk down to the ring, nodding at some of the fans who shout his name, even those that are still being derogative towards him. He slides under the bottom rope and walks over to the other side of the ring where he grabs a mic, and then walks back to the center. There he pauses for a moment, until his music dies down, Jack holding up a hand for quiet so that he can speak. Once he gets that, he looks out over the crowd and start to talk in his confident tone.)
Jack Ripley: Let’s make no bones about it. Right now, I should be stood in front of you as the Answers World Champion. Anyone who denies that fact is either stupid, or they are ignorant as to what is going on in this company right now. Forget about Disney, forget about Hawk, the problem right now is the lunatics are running the asylum, and there is NO respect for this company and what it means to every single one of you. What this company means to ME. I had Impact’s number, and if I faced him again under different circumstances, he knows full well that he would lose. When did a World Champion around these corridors need help to pad out what has thus far been a ‘uninspiring’ reign?
(Jack shakes his head, obviously perturbed by the whole situation but trying his best not to let it show that it was bothering him.)
Jack Ripley: I know the reality of the situation, I know exactly what should have transpired, but it didn’t, and I cannot dwell on it any further. I’m not going to get all emotional about it, what I AM going to do is remember a conversation I had with Hawk a few weeks back. I don’t know if you all recall, but we were in the back, and he told me if I don’t like the situation then I should do something about it. I took those words to heart, and thus that explains my actions last week perfectly. I saw something wrong, and being the company man I am, I fixed it. And there is going to be a whole lot more fixing done by the time I’m through.
Deadprez: Jack speaking with the heart of a lion here, a heart that beats for this company. It’s inspiring to see.
Gavin Kirkland: I can hear triumphant music in the background… the stars and stripes waving proudly. A montage perhaps.
Jack Ripley: As I said, the lunatics are running the asylum… well if anyone can get a little crazy around here it’s Jack Ripley. And believe me, I am NOT done with the Answers World Champion or his new BFF. Not done in the slight…
(‘Manners’ by Band Maid kicks in, Jack turning to the ramp with a smirk on his face as Alex Myers steps out onto the ramp to a huge ovation. They reciprocate that reaction by applauding the fans who get even louder.)
Deadprez: This capacity crowd giving Alex Myers the love they deserve.
Gavin Kirkland: They have quite the following that’s for sure.
(Alex starts making their way down to the ring, Jack Ripley watching them with intrigue as they walk around the ring and slide under the bottom rope. Alex grabs a mic of their own as their music starts to fade, but it is Jack who is the first to speak.)
Jack Ripley: I hope you’ve got a good reason for this interruption Alex; I was just telling these people how things are going to be.
Alex Myers: Actually Jack, yes, I do have a good reason for being here. That reason being you.
Eve: Someone get the security on standby
Deadprez: No, I firmly believe Alex is only out here to talk
Eve: Perhaps but is Jack here to listen?
Jack Ripley: Being the standout here on Showdown, I can see why I would be of interest. Do you want to elevate your career by attempting to beat me?
Alex Myers: No, that’s not why I am out here Jack. Look, I’m going to level with you, we don’t have the same philosophies on things, I think that’s a given. You do and say things like make me cringe, and I doubt that is ever going to change. However, I also know that you love this sport, you care about what happens to this company. You know as well as I do, that there is nothing to be gained from Kassidy Heart and Impact running the show.
Jack Ripley: Whatever bro, thanks for ruining my speech.
(Jack goes to walk off, but Alex steps in front of him.)
Eve: Here we go…
(Jack looks down at the hand Alex placed on his chest, Alex respectfully moving it away.)
Alex Myers: You TRULY want to do something about its Jack, you honestly want to take Hawk’s words to heart, then team with me at No Regards…
(The crowd roars their approval at this idea.)
Deadprez: Whoa, Alex with a huge offer here. HUGE!
Alex Myers: Together, let’s make the difference that this company needs. You and me… what do you say?
(Jack looks out over the crowd, listening to them as they chant ‘YES’ over and over. He then looks at Alex who tilts their head, shrugging their shoulders.)
Jack Ripley: Hmmmm, OK.
(The crowd roars, Alex holding out a fist, Jack shaking his head and mouthing ‘not there yet’, before sliding out the ring and backing up the ramp. The scene cuts to Hawk’s office, both him and Heidi watching this transpire on the television screen.)
Hurricane Hawk: Sounds like Alex has chosen their partner.
Heidi Huxley: This had better work.
Hurricane Hawk: It will Heidi… at No Regards we end all these troubles, and we have a new, more respectful Answers World Champion.
Heidi Huxley: Or I’m looking for a New General Manager.
Hurricane Hawk: Not going to happen. You’ll see.
(The camera goes back to the scene in the ring, Alex interacting with the crowd as jack disappears through the curtain, the scene then cutting away to a commercial.)
(As the commercial break ends, we head down to ringside for the opening match.)
Gina Romano: The following contest has a twenty-minute time limit and it is scheduled FOR!
Crowd: ONE FALL!!
(‘To Kill a Sunrise’ by Escape The Zoo hits as Lila Vandran stumbles out onto the stage. She looks around with an intrigued look as if she believes in herself more than most nights. Lila would make her way to the ring.)
Eve: It looks as though Lila might have some confidence inside of her.
Gavin Kirkland: This could be a curse or a gift against a debuting star like her opponent!
(‘Sweet Emotion’ by Aerosmith plays throughout the arena while Michael S. Connor storms out onto the stage with a serious and blank tone. Connor would waste little time to enter the ring and give his opponent a death stare.)
Deadprez: The military has come to EAW guys!
Eve: That indeed.
Gavin Kirkland: Let’s see if that experience can translate into Elite Answers Wrestling!
(DING! DING! DING!)
Eve: Let’s get this match started as Michael and Lila both slowly make their way to the middle. A tie-up has been initiated and almost immediately here Michael overpowers her! ‘The Major’ gets Lila into a headlock position— however Lila gives a quick elbow to the gut of Michael and he lets go!!!—- Michael doesn’t give up there as he goes around— WRAPS HIS ARM AROUND VANDRAN AND DELIVERS A MEAN GERMAN SUPLEX!
Deadprez: MAN! Vandran is in for a rude awakening as she’s taking on a man who clearly knows how to inflict damage on an opponent. Lila up to her feet rather quickly though, props to her as she runs at Michael with a clothesline—- MICHAEL DUCKS! GETS BEHIND AND A SECOND GERMAN SUPLEX!!!—- Doing as he pleases!
Gavin Kirkland: Lila Vandran has just been embarrassed by Michael S. here as he grabs her leg and starts dragging her over to the ropes! Michael puts her head over the bottom rope! What the heck is he planning—-? Michael backs up and jumps up with force—- STOMPING ON VANDRANS HEAD!!!— No!!! Thankfully Lila avoids the potential concussion Michael was planning to give her. He’s setting a precedent for this match here!
Eve: That he is, as Lila rolls up onto her feet— Michael coming at her with something!!!— It doesn’t matter however what he was going to hit, Lila delivers a nice kick to the stomach— Lila gets in position and inside out Michael goes, SUNSET FLIP POWERBOMB FROM VANDRAN!!! AND A QUICK PINFALL ATTEMPT!!!

Deadprez: Not even a one count as ‘The Major’ kicks out and rolls away from Lila… both elitists slowly up to their feet now. Michael holding his back feeling the effects as Lila throws an elbow into the direction of Michael S— and it’s narrowly avoided! Michael returns Vandran’s missed attempt with a BICYCLE KNEE STRIKE! VANDRAN FALLS DOWN ONTO HER KNEES! Michael now looks back to the ropes which he runs to and off of HITTING A SECOND KNEE STRIKE THAT TAKES LILA OUT COLD!—-
Gavin Kirkland: Michael’s going for the cover!!!

Gavin Kirkland: A one count! To be expected in the early goings of this match!— S. Connor quickly gets back to his feet lifting Lila up with him… he tries to hook his arm over her head here for a SUPLEX— NO LILA PLANTS HER FEET! Using all of her deadweight to assure safety!!— LILA LIFTS HER KNEE INTO THE GUT OF MICHAEL!! LILA PUSHES MICHAEL OFF OF HER AND REBUTTALS WITH A DROPKICK!!!
Eve: That doesn’t take Michael off of his feet though, as he falls back into the ropes leaning against them! VANDRAN IS RUNNING AT MICHAEL— MICHAEL HOWEVER MANAGES TO GET LILA OVER HIS SHOULDERS AS SHE GOES OVER THE TOP ROPE BUT CATCHES HERSELF ON THE APRON?!?— As she turns around Michael grabs her and SUPLEXES HER BACK INTO THE RING!!!!
Deadprez: OUCH!!! Lila falls hard onto her back from the outside right back to the inside! Michael has maintained a level of control in this match that’s been very beneficial to him here. Michael now gets Lila up to her feet— AND TRIES FOR A FOREARM SMASH!!! That Lila takes like a champ!!— Lila though RETURNS ONE RIGHT BACK! Vandran goes for another but Michael catches her arm!!!—- AND GETS HER SET UP FOR AN EXPLODER SUPLEX THAT TOSSES HER ACROSS THE RING!!—-
Gavin Kirkland: Vandran has rolled off into the corner after that Exploder!!! Michael is really doing as he pleases thus far— Lila set up in that corner— And Michael is taking advantage of that AS HE RUNS AND DELIVERS A BOOT TO THE SKULL TO LILA!!!! That’s the thing about being in a ring with any elitist, they know how to use the ring to their advantage even the new ones!
Eve: Lila looks out for the count as Michael drags her off to the middle of the ring and attempts a cover!!!

Deadprez: The shoulder gets thrown up! Vandran is still in this! Michael is clearly irritated with this as he mounts Vandran and starts THROWING DOWN WILD RIGHTS TO HER SKULL!!! Lila is doing her best to protect her face!!! ‘The Major’ transitions from a mounted position into AN ARMBAR AS HE GRABS THE ARM OF VANDRAN!!!
Eve: That’s the thing about Michael, his military background really shows off his extensive knowledge on his submission game! He knows how to subdue an enemy and we’re seeing that here as Lila’s arm is being wrenched on!!!— Michael, however let’s go!? Potentially being sure Lila would find a way out but still wanting to do the damage?
Deadprez: It’s a smart tactic if you think about it, Eve.
Gavin Kirkland: Lila holds that arm as she makes way to her feet where Michael is already standing!— ‘The Major’ grabs ahold of Lila Vandran— BUT LILA GETS BEHIND MICHAEL!!—- A KICK TO THE BACK OF THE KNEE TAKES MICHAEL DOWN!!! LILA OFF THE ROPES NOW AND NAILS A SHINING WIZARD!!!
Deadprez: A change in pace!!! Lila hits the Shining Wizard and gets back up to her feet feeding into the crowd’s reaction!!! ‘The Dissident’ turns her back on ‘The Major’ here as she claps her hands together and HITS A STANDING MOONSAULT—- NO!!! Michael gets his knees up!!— Vandran lands straight into the knees of Michael S. Connor!!! OUCH!
Eve: Lila grabbing at her stomach in immense pain as Michael on his fours trying to shake off the effects of that Shining Wizard!!— Michael S. now grabbing one of the legs of his opponent, lifting it up high— AND KICKING DOWN AT THAT LEG— NOT ONCE— NOT TWICE BUT THREE TIMES! Michael working the leg of Vandran trying to assure her not to be able to attack with any fast paced momentum!
Gavin Kirkland: Michael is on a tear as he grabs Lila by her hair getting her up to her feet—- MICHAEL S. CONOR GETS LILAS ARM OVER HIS HEAD AND PLANTS HER WITH A URANGI!!! Lila has just been slammed down onto the mat but he’s not done— NO! Michael isn’t done at all as he stands back up AND OFF THE ROPES HE GOES!!!— A NASTY LEG DROP!!! IS THAT ALL SHE WROTE AS MICHAEL LIFTS THE LEG!!!

Deadprez: No it isn’t Gavin! Michael looks a little taken aback! He’s learning quickly. It takes a lot more than what he’s given to win a match here in EAW! Michael gets up to his feet and begins dragging Vandran up to her feet as well!! She looks dreary as Michael backs up off and bounces off the ropes— MICHAEL IS GOING FOR A CLOTHESLINE!!! BUT VANDRAN SOMEHOW MANAGES TO GATHER THE ENERGY TO DUCK UNDER AND…
Eve: ‘THE MAJOR’ HAS JUST BEEN HIT WITH A MAJOR REVERSE ROUNDHOUSE KICK— WHAT VANDRAN CALLS “SMITE!” Michael collapses down to the mat and Vandran is going to attempt the cover!!!—-

Gavin Kirkland: Not yet! Michael isn’t done yet! He tosses his shoulder up at the count of two! Mama Mia what a show these two have put on! Lila isn’t happy at the kick out from ‘Major’ here and she’s starting to show that AS SHE STARTS THROWING WILD STRIKES DOWN AT THE FACE OF MICHAEL!!!— However Michael does a nice job of avoiding them clearly knowing how to evade her strikes!
Deadprez: Lila throws one of her strikes and IT GETS CAUGHT BY MICHAEL WHO TAKES HER ARM— AND USES HIS FREE HAND TO HOOK HER RIGHT ON THE JAW!!! This has created space between the two— As Michael gets up to his feet where Lila is holding her jaw still from the ferocious strike!!!— Michael follows that strike up with a few more to the body!!! These strikes have got Lila Vandran in the corner!!!
Eve: Vandran has outmatched this entire competition!! Michael has Vandran in a position that doesn’t look good for her as she’s backed away into the turnbuckles!!! ‘The Major’ now THRUSTING HIS SHOULDER INTO THE GUT OF VANDRAN! ‘Scotty’ quickly hooking his arm with that of Vandran’s now AND WITH FORCE SLAMS HER DOWN WITH A NICELY DONE HIP TOSS THAT SEND HER DOWN ONTO THE MIDDLE OF THE MAT!!!
Gavin Kirkland: Thankfully for Lila that adrenaline must be running as she gets back up to her feet quickly— but unluckily for her Michael knocks her down almost immediately with a RUNNING BIG BOOT!!! Vandran is down once more but once more she fights through the pain and gets back up to her feet— Where ‘The Major’ scoops her up onto his shoulder and HITS HER WITH A POWERSLAM!!!!
Deadprez: Ohhhh yeahhhh!!! Michael is getting in that grove right now! We’ve seen this from many elitists before this is when they start getting comfortable and that’s not a bad thing. Michael has gotten Vandran where he wants her and that’s weakened! ‘Scotty’ here is picking Lila up slowly and for good measure almost it seems— HOOKING LILA’S ARMS—- DOUBLE UNDERHOOK DDT! That seems to have completely knocked the lights out of Vandran!!! He’s going for the cover!!

Eve: NO! Vandran uses the last in her!!! Lila gets the shoulder up just barely!!! And Michael looks up at the ref giving him a dirty look!? Maybe suggesting the official was counting slowly!!!— Whatever it is Michael still has to get Lila down for the three count!!! ‘The Major’ turns Vandran around and grabs LILA BY THE HEAD AND HE’S TRYING TO LOCK IN THE “DD214” DRAGON SLEEPER! VANDRAN IS FIGHTING BACK!!!
Gavin Kirkland: He’s still trying to get it locked in fully here Eve!!! Vandran flailing her arms around— trying to hit Michael as best as she can but she’s clearly losing herself!!! Michael S. Connor IS WRENCHING THE HOLD BACK AS LILA VANDRAN LOOKS LIKE SHE HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO TAP OUT!!!—- WILL SHE TAP?!
Deadprez: I mean it looks as though the hold is completely locked in! What other choice is there but to tap?? Besides from taking a nap in the middle of the ring?! LILA VANDRAN LIFTS HER HAND UP— SHE IS STILL AWAKE!!! IS SHE FIGHTING BACK SOMEHOW???
Eve: NO!!! LILA VANDRAN HAS TAPPED!!! She’s tapping out and the official signals for the bell!! As Michael finally lets go of the hold!
(DING! DING! DING!)
(‘Sweet Emotion’ by Aerosmith begins playing as Michael stands up on his feet, he raises his arm up high as the official checks up on his opponent Lila. ‘The Major’ Drops down and rolls out of the ring as he doesn’t taunt the crowd anymore…)
Eve: What an impressive win here tonight! Michael S. Connor really showed us and everyone else what he has to offer tonight. I mean from the get go it seemed like he had the match in his favor.
Deadprez: I have to agree with Eve, I mean there were only a few moments where it looked like he slipped up and he really gave us an impressive win here tonight!
Gavin Kirkland: Meh I mean he’s okay!
(Michael S. Connor walks off to the back as the camera fades elsewhere.)
(Backstage….
Hurricane Hawk is standing by his desk watching a win by his newest acquisition, Major Michael Scott Cannon. He looks impressed, nodding as Heidi Huxley and Stan Baylor is next to her. Hurricane Hawk is under a lot of pressure and all he wants right now is to make sure that both his position is secure and that he can control this onslaught between Kassidy Heart and Impact.)
Hurricane Hawk: I like this Major Michael Scott Cannon; he brings a lot of legitimacy to the ring, and I am sure that Disney is extremely happy to have a former service man in the ring and representing the Armed Forces proudly. I am going add him to the match I had in mind at No Regards, see what he can really do. I think I’m going to make this a Championship Contenders Gauntlet match and the winner will get a shot at a Championship in the future.
Hurricane Huxley: A Gauntlet match?
Hurricane Hawk: Yes… two wrestlers enter, after one is eliminated another enters and it continues until there is only one left and they are the winner. I will have them each draw random numbers and go from there. I’ll throw in Abel Atami, Lila Vandran, Hunnid Honcho, Komatsu Ogawa, Lucas Johnson along with the Major and see who comes out on top. I already have Xander Payne taking on Ryan Wilson and it looks like our Main Event is set as well with Alex Myers and Jack Ripley taking on Impact and Kassidy Heart.
Heidi Huxley: We need more.
(He cracks a smirk, before turning to Heidi…)
Hurricane Hawk: I have learned in my time in the EAW that matches make themselves. Trust me when I tell you that by the end of the night, some more will be made. I will also have Donovan Duke defend the National Elite Championship against someone worthy of the challenge, I just haven’t decided to whom yet. As for this…. How long is Mr. Baylor going to be with us?
Heidi Huxley: As long as it takes. See, Hawk, we are under the radar now and I’m not going to stand here and lie to you where things are not going as planned. I wish that I could say and do more, but this brand is out of control and you know it. Now you put your career on the line too in a match that could determine the fate of Showdown? I don’t think you realize what is going on right now. Things are not looking good, No Regards needs to be a heck of a show and Disney will not accept anything less. Why can’t you see this?
(Defiantly, Hurricane Hawk shakes his head, folding his arm, glaring right at Heidi…)
Hurricane Hawk: I know what I am doing, been at this for a while and while the locker room may think they can get away with whatever they want, I have something for them and it will not be pleasant. No Regards will be an unforgettable show, I promise you that. Now if you will excuse me, I have a show to run.

(Holly Arrow is walking through the corridors of the arena, until she stops to talk to one of the crew that travels with the company all around the world. She is engaged in conversation for a little while, until she feels a hand on her shoulder which spins her around, Holly looking straight into the eyes of Lexi Chambers. For a moment, Holly is surprised, but then that surprise turns to laughter, as if she already knows precisely what Lexi is going to say.)
Holly Arrow: Well, if it isn’t the little girl with the big mouth. Before we start, can I suggest that you take your hand off me before I break every single one of your fingers.
Lexi: You say that as if you are capable. If anything was proven last week it is that you are nothing like my equal.
(Holly starts to laugh, an obviously overexaggerated laugh, which abruptly stops.)

(Veena laughs, and starts to walk away, but Holly isn’t having it and spins her around, landing a huge right hand on her exposed chin. Veena rocks a little, but then comes forwards, tackling Holly to the floor and throwing punches like they have gone out of fashion. Lexi forms a sadistic look on her face, and she grabs Veena by the hair, dragging her away and then stomping down on her chest, until Holly gets to her feet and grabs her by the arm, throwing her into the partition wall. Veena is up again, and Holly and her start to throw hammer blows at each other, neither backing down until Lexi slams her forearm into the back of Holly’s neck, dropping her to one knee. As Veena lands an uppercut on Lexi, Holly gets back to her feet and is about to engage when the referee’s and officials dive in, pulling the three of them apart. As they are held, all three of them screaming and shouting at each other, Heidi Huxley walks into view.)
Heidi Huxley: Stop it. STOP IT RIGHT NOW!!!
(Lexi shrugs off who is holding her, Holly doing the same, Veena turning to the official and pushing him away.)
Veena Adams: Do you know who I am? I can have you fired in a heartbeat.
Heidi Huxley: And do you know who I am? I’m the woman right now that isn’t seeing Disney’s best interests being taken to heart.
(Veena scoffs, Lexi laughing at her being put in her place.)
Heidi Huxley: I’m sick of this unruly behavior from the three of you and if Hawk can’t do something about it, I will.
(Holly suddenly seems intrigued, as if predicting what is coming next.)

Eve: Honcho and Kelton are quickly clinching now and Hunnid is clearly the stronger man maneuvering his opponent to a corner and keeping him there until the referee asks him to let go of Jon. Honcho steps back BUT QUICKLY GO TO GRAB AT KELTON AND BIEL TOSS HIM ACROSS THE R… JON KELTON JUST LANDED ON HIS FEET!!!!! WOAOW!!!
Deadprez: Honcho is charging forward, and so is Kelton who then rolls to the ride of the big guy who tried a big boot! Kelton goes for a leg sweep but it’s hopped over by Hunnid who goes for a double ax handle! Kelton evades by strafing and goes for a roundhouse kick! Blocked by Hunnid who raised his forearm and elbow to protect his head! Smart move! AND A HEADBUTT TAKES DOWN KELTON ALL OF A SUDDEN!! Strong-headed Honcho looks down on Kelton, foul mouthing him as Jon gets back to his feet. The two lock up, Hunnid with a headlock but Kelton twists himself out of it going for a wrist lock against Honcho.
Gavin Kirkland: Hunnid tries to force his way into gaining back control pulling Jon towards him but he is resisted by Jon who throws an oblique kick to the knee of Honcho BUT HUNNID MOVES WITH A QUICK ATOMIC DROP! Kelton will feel that one AND A CLOTHESLINE FROM HONCHO THAT LOOKED LIKE IT WOULD MAKE JON SPIN UPSIDE IN AND INSIDE OUT! Kelton gets to his feet but gets DROPKICKED BY HONCHO SENDING JON TO A CORNER! Hunnid goes to the opposite corner before charging in like a mad bull BUT KELTON DUCKS AND HONCHO SMACKS INTO THE CORNER!! I think his head smacked against the post behind the turnbuckles Honcho looks stunned! He slowly turns around trying to gain his composure BUT KELTON RAMMED INTO HIM WITH A FLYING HIGH KNEE!!
Eve: WAIT! HONCHO IS HOLDING KELTON IN HIS ARMS AND THEN SLAMS HIM DOWN!!! A quick turn of the table for Hunnid who picks up Kelton and whips him into the ropes. The clothesline attempt was missed and Kelton spins around throwing an elbow and a few punches!
Deadprez: Here goes Jon Kelton on the offensive as he throws strikes to the face of Hunnid before moving him to an Irish Whip to a corner. He rushes to his opponent and jumps into a SPLASH, colliding his body against Hunnid in the corner!
Gavin Kirkland: Elbows to the face of Honcho followed by some body shots and some leg kicks from Kelton before he throws him to the ropes and BRINGS THE BIG MAN DOWN WITH A MODIFIED SIDEWALK SLAM!!! KELTON JUST SLAMMED HUNNID HONCHO TO THE ROUND! He gets up quickly, looking at the ropes before hopping on the second one, AND SPRINGBOARDS HIMSELF A CLOTHESLINE JUST AS HUNNID GOT TO A VERTICAL BASE!
Eve: Kelton is showing he is no slouch in the strength department and his agility cannot be denied. He helps Hunnid to his feet, some elbows to the face keeping the man docile before whipping him into the ropes. He goes for a clothesline but Hunnid ducks! Hunnid tries a shoulder block but Kelton evades as well! Kelton to the center of the ring while Honcho keeps running THIS TIME RIGHT INTO A POWERSLAM!! HONCHO’S BACK GOES DOWN HARD INTO THE MAT!
Deadprez: Jon gets up under the cheers of the crowd as he moves to the nearest corner and moves to the second rope before throwing himself into an elbow drop that lands against Honcho’s chest! He then picks up Hunnid WHO SUDDENLY IRISH WHIPS KELTON TO THE CORNER! He goes for a body splash but Jon ducks! Hunnid slams into the corner and Kelton grabs him by the beard AND SLAMS HIS FACE AGAINST THE TOP TURNBUCKLE!!

Gavin Kirkland: Smart idea by Kelton as the Head Honcho looks dazed, Jon leaves him there and rushes to the opposite corner before running with haste at Hunnid AND GOES KNEE FIRST RIGHT INTO HIS SPINE! CORNER METEORA!! Honcho is holding his back and slowly backsteps AND KELTON TAKES ADVANTAGE BY MOVING INTO POSITION FOR A SITOUT BRAINBUSTER!!
Eve: IT CONNECTS!!! KELTON TRIES TO KEEP HUNNID’S SHOULDERS DOWN FOR A COVER!!

Deadprez: Good string of offense by Jon this was a good opportunity to end the match but Honcho opted against it after a two count against his name. Jon goes up to his feet, forcing Hunnid to follow suit and kicks him in the gut forcing the big man to bend forward. Jon goes for a Canadian Destroyed but it doesn’t work! He goes off Hunnid, three elbows to the face later he manoeuvers him near a corner. Knee to the midsection again as he then quickly goes to the second rope AND APPLIES THE DESTROYER AGAIN FROM AN ELEVATED POSITION! IT WORKS THIS TIME!!
Gavin Kirkland: Kelton tries to cover the shoulders of Hunnid again but the man’s too strong he shoves him off with his feet this time. Kelton moves away and goes to the ropes as Hunnid is trying to move to his feet bUT HE GETS TAKEN DOWN WITH A ROLLING CUTTER!!! Kelton follows with a series of elbow drops to the back of Hunnid, moving up, going to the ropes and quickly dropping down before getting Honcho to his feet again. Boot to the midsection AND A TWIST OF FATE!!!!
Eve: Down goes Hunnid and Kelton doesn’t give him a moment to try and recover, already moving against Honcho, a knee to his spine as he throws a series of crossface punches from behind him! The official ends up ordering him to step away which he goes ONLY TO MOVE TO THE ROPES AND PERFORM A SPRINGBOARD LIONSAULT LANDING ON HUNNID’S BACK!!!
Deadprez: Jon Kelton showing dominance in the ring at the moment as he then waits for Hunnid to get back to his feet. The big man is on a knee now moving to stand fully BUT HE GETS GRABBED FROM BEHIND AND THROWN BACKWARD IN A GERMAN RELEASE SUPLEX! Perfectly executed but not without a bit of straining from Kelton!
Gavin Kirkland: Quite the effort by Jon who is throwing punches at Hunnid now before moving to the ropes as Honcho is moving to his feet once again showing resilience. SPRINGBOARD KNEE STRIKE SQUARE ON HONCHO’S FACE BRINGS HIM TO A KNEE! Jon goes topside! Sizing up his opponent BEFORE TAKING IT TO THE SKY WITH A TOP ROPE CROSSBODY!!
Eve: IT LANDS BUT LOOK!!! HONCHO ROLLED AND HE’S NOW PINNING KELTON!!!

Eve: Kelton kicks out! Quick thinking by Honcho right there! I think no one expected that one! Not even Jon WHO THROwS A SPINNING HEEL KICK TO HUNNID AS HE WAS GETTING UP!! HE CALLS IT OBLIVIOUS!! HONCHO’S REELING AND STANDING ON HIS FEET!!
Deadprez: But not for long AS KELTON DRIVES HIM DOWN WITH A SPINEBUSTER!!! He quickly goes to the top of a turnbuckle again not waiting HE FLIES WITH A FROG SPLASH THAT CONNECTS!!! And he doesn’t seem to want and stop there he quickly goes back to that same top corner AND LANDS EVERYTHING HE’S GOT INTO A DOUBLE FOOT STOMP THAT LANDS RIGHT ON HONCHO’S CHEST!! AND NOW A COVER!!

Gavin Kirkland: HONCHO JUST SHOVED KELTON OF HIM!!! AND THAT DESPITE THE OFFENSE HE JUST SUFFERED THROUGH! HOLY COW!! That guy has so much power it’s impressive to see it each time!
Eve: Kelton has been striking hard at his opponent tonight and we are witnessing the resilience of the Lyrical Miracle tonight against a fast and agile opponent who’s been in his face for a while now AND SPEAKING OF WHICH KELTON JUST LANDED A RUNNING SINGLE KNEE STRIKE AGaINST HUNNID TAKING HIM DOWN!!
Eve: Hunnid needs to find a way to reverse the tide right now otherwise this will be a match that might end quickly. Kelton is to the top rope waiting for Honcho to get up and he flies into a crossbo-NO! HUNNID CAUGHT HIM ON HIS SHOULDERS AND TAKES HIM DOWN WITH A BACKDROP!!
Deadprez: This could mean a whole lot of trouble for Kelton now who gets picked up by Honcho and whipped to the ropes. Bouncing back toward Hunnid KELTON GETS A BIG BOOT TO THE FACE! He tried to dodge it but it came too quickly!
Gavin Kirkland: I sense an innuendo here that I would normally be able to use were we not a property of the Disney Corporation! Darn it that’s a wasted opportunity BUT HONCHO DOESN”T WASTE HIS AS HE HOPS ATOP OF KELTON WITH A RUNNING SPLASH!
Eve: Getting Kelton up he throws a few waves punch to the man before throwing him with authority into the ropes RIGHT INTO THE CHIRAQLINE!! THE CLOTHESLINE FROM HELL LANDS ON THE FORMER NEW BREED CHAMPION WITH FORCE AND HONCHO LOOKS PSYCHED! The fans don’t appreciate the set of offense but he ignores them before moving to pick up Jon and hoists him up for a powerbomb! BUT KELTON THROWS IN ELBOWS ATOP OF HONCHO’s HEAD WHO LET’S GO OF KELTON! Jon rolls outside of the ring which is a smart move to try and recover and Zelaya meets with him.
Deadprez: Inside the ring, Honcho is holding his head but he looks around trying to locate Kelton and he does, rolling outside of the ring he goes towards his opponent who’s warned by his girl and tries to dodge BUT HE GETS POUNCED INTO THE BARRICADE!!! WHAT POWER BY HUNNID HONCHO! The big man moves towards Kelton, moving to grab and lift LETTING KELTON FALL RIBS FIRST ON THE RAILING! That could have a lasting effect on the smaller warrior!
Gavin Kirkland: Jon’s holding his ribs already this can’t be good as Hunnid moves to lift him on his shoulders he wants to go for a powerbomb on no NOT ON THE APRON!!!!!!! BUT KELTON HOLDS ONTO THE ROPES AS HE GOES DOWN HE’S KEEPING HONCHO FROM LANDING THE MOVE AND THEN MOVES TO KICK THE MAN IN THE HEAD!! HONDO LET’S GO OF KELTON WHO SLIPS INSIDE THE RING! Eve: Kelton is looking to gain back the upper hand in this match as he drops an elbow down on Hunnid who was moving inside the ring. Deadprez: What power by Honcho as he looks at the official who confirms the two counts. Nodding he moves to his feet before picking up Kelton and gets him over his shoulders HE IS MILITARY PRESSING THE FORMER CHAMPION BEFORE DRILLING HIM DOWN INTO THE MAT WITH A POWERSLAM!!! We talked about power, there’s another display!
Hunnid Honcho: FOLLOW FOR FOLLOW!!!!!!!!!
Gavin Kirkland: The crowd boos the rapper who throws a hand dismissively at them before moving back to Jon and letting himself fall simply on him in a fluid-looking elbow drop. It connects! He then throws in a few punches in a half-mounted position before transitioning to a sleeper position, a headlock applied as Honcho keeps trash-talking the crowd under referee supervision.
Eve: Honcho throws a few hits over the head of Kelton, surely retribution for the hits he had from that attempted move earlier he then picks Kelton up whipping him into a corner, AND SMASHES HIM AS HE RAMS AGAINST THE MAN IN THE CORNER! Quickly and aggressively the rapper rams a shoulder into the stomach of Kelton doing it a few times before then grabbing Kelton by the jaw and throwing a few punches that way!
Deadprez: He then goes for a quick snap suplex! Kelton goes down before getting helped up and whipped into the ropes. Clothesline attempt failed Kelton ducked under it KELTON WITH A SPRINGBOARD SHOULDER BLOCK THAT SURPRISES HONCHO WHO BACKS HIMSELF INTO A CORNER! This could be an opportunity for Jon who charges at Hunnid BUT HONCHO GRABS HIM AND SLAMS HIM DOWN WITH A URANAGE!!!!
Gavin Kirkland: Kelton ran right into this one, he thought he was shifting the odds in his favor and it cost him! Hunnid picks up the man quickly, driving hard elbows against Kelton before grabbing him by the shoulders.
Hunnid Honcho: C-YA!
Eve: HONCHO JUST TWO-HANDED THROWN KELTON RIGHT ACROSS THE RING!!! THIS TIME KELTON LANDS ON HIS BACK AND HOLDS IT IN PAIN UNDER THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF A WORRIED ZELAYA! Honcho on the attack as he throws some kicks to the side of his opponent before moving him to his feet. Whip into the ropes HE POPS UP KELTON AND GOES FOR A SITUP POWERBOMB THAT LANDS!!! THE RING SHOOK FOLKS!!!
Deadprez: HONCHO WITH A COVER! WILL IT BE ENOUGH??

Deadprez: AND KELTON KICKS OUT AT TWOOOOOO!!! Honcho is annoyed now, looking at the official who motions for a two-count. Scoffing Hunnid picks up Kelton by the neck and moves him to a corner ACTUALLY CHOKING HIM!! THE OFFICIAL WARNS HIM AND HE LETS GO BEFORE GETTING DISQUALIFIED!
Gavin Kirkland: Honcho ends up doing just that AND KELTON THROWS AN KNEE IN BUT HONCHO GRUNTS AND GOES TO TOWN ON KELTON THROWING ELBOWS AND PUNCHES UNTIL THE MAN IS SITTING AGAINST THE CORNER!! Kelton looks almost out of it as Huncho runs to the opposite corner and charges at Jon SPINNING AND THROWING HIS WEIGHT SLAMMING AGAINST KELTON AND THE CORNER!!
Eve: That one will hurt and Honcho isn’t done he puts a boot against the throat of Jon using the ropes for leverage and the official begins to count!
ONE! TWO!! THREE!!! FOUR!!!
Eve: And Honcho let’s go once again right on time under the boos of the crowd. He grabs a leg of Kelton, dragging him to the center of the ring before pulling off a move he calls the Hunnid Hunnid Special! The Worm ends with a chop to Kelton’s chest!

(Saturday Night Showdown welcomes us back into the show with Mikaela Street sitting down in a dark, but dimly light room. Across from her would be Abel Atami and his business manager Antonne Prudence, the lights would dim a bit brighter as Mikaela smiled and began speaking.)
Mikaela Street: Hi! I’m Mikaela Street and if you’re just now tuning in you’ve done it at the perfect time folks. We have Abel Atami and Antonne Prudence for an interview— just a few quick fire questions and we’ll be out of here. I’m Mikaela Street and let’s get into this shall we?
(Mikaela adjusts in her seat, as Abel looks on almost as if he doesn’t want to be there shaking his leg impatiently. Meanwhile his business manager Antonne looks extremely invested in this interview.)
Mikaela Street: Hi Abel! Mr. Prudence! Thank you for joining me, so my first question, what does Abel Atami want to accomplish?
Abel Atami: What do I want to accomplish? What kind of….—-
(Abel is quickly shot down by his business manager who puts a hand on his shoulder and cuts him off completely.)
Antonne Prudence: What Abel is meaning to say is he wants to accomplish what everyone else wants to. He wants that gold around his shoulder while I stand there with my luxurious looks and run Elite Answers Wrestling like the dynamic duo we are. That’s what Abel wants to do, obviously he wants to pick himself up from the few upsets he’s been having recently but no doubt he will. This is Abel Atami— he’s been through worse than Mikaela, he gets made a fool of constantly yet still outperforms your favorite!
(Antonne smiles brightly as Mikaela seems very content with the given response. However Abel Atami shakes his head rolling his eyes out of irritation— clearly not a fan of being cut off.)
Mikaela Street: How did you two come together and Mr. Prudence, why manage Abel?
Antonne Prudence: Well I’ve been working my whole life from the football leagues, hockey leagues and man I even dabbled a bit in MMA! I didn’t find my big thing, I never found a gold mind like I did when I turned on the TV and saw this guy Abel. I have an eye for potential and when I saw the look of potential being wasted?! I couldn’t help myself but do everything I could to get in contact with him! A few missed calls later… a few hundred voicemails?! I finally got a hold of who I can now call not only my client? But my best friend!!!! Abel Atami is a joy to work with— don’t let his size scare ya! Outside the ring, this guy adores people.
(Antonne tries to wrap his arm around Abel’s shoulder to which it gets shrugged off. Abel is still clearly irritated with the entire situation.)
Mikaela Street: Abel, you are a student of Xander Payne, how did it feel getting in the ring with him last week and what did you learn?
Abel Atami: It’s a feeling I don’t have the words to articulate, Xander is family to me regardless of our differences now. The man took me under his wing, he taught me what he could. Even if we see my career in different lights I respect Xander Payne and always will. Last week stepping into that ring with him— having him push me to a limit I’ve never been pushed to. He woke a side of me I didn’t even know I had in me— I’m not sure if that will follow through and I’m not here to make a conjecture analysis but I still feel like there’s a lit fuse in my soul. Deep inside me rooted is something after that match, I took one of the greatest in the business today to his absolute peak and nobody’s not going to be able to take that in limelight.
Antonne Prudence: Heh, yeah! Great points there Abel— but hey who cares about ol’ Xander anyways I’m sure you’ve got some better questions for us Mikaela!
(Antonne chuckles nervously fixing his tie as he awaits the next response, Abel looking over slightly confused.)
Mikaela Street: I have to ask, I know it has been difficult losing so many close matches and not being able to win a title yet, what do you feel needs to happen to turn this all-around Abel?
Abel Atami: Man, you know I’ve been asking myself the same thing. I have certain voices in my head just as we all do. Not to take that in the insane, serial killer and psychotic type of way. It’s just myself, when that inner doubt crawls in— sometimes I do my best to fight it. Sometimes it’s a bit strong, Mikaela I’m sure you aren’t aware of the ambience of the entire world being against you— of course you don’t. The notion of me being a failure, a bust…? That’s something I shouldn’t let creep upon me and let rot the way I feel, because the world may see me as Anthony Bennet— I know I can be much more. I’ve shown it countless times yet the actuality of it all is I’ve failed when it matters. What I feel as though needs to change? I need a new perspective— and I firmly believe that match with Xander was the change in direction I needed.
Antonne Prudence: Hey! That’s not to take away this kid’s improvement from last season though. I mean he did get himself that match with Alex Myers, and they took him to his limits and Abel did the same! Abel has been improving and I’m sure he’ll continue to do just that as the season progresses.
(Mikaela nods as she continues on with the questions…)
Mikaela Street: Mr. Prudence, what’s next for your monster?
Antonne Prudence: HA! That’s a great question, great question indeed Mikaela but sadly at this time. It’d be strange for me to know the answer. Time can only tell, so we’ll both see— when the time is right that is.
(Antonne Prudence smiles as he looks over at Abel who still is irritated but that doesn’t change Antonne’s expression in the slightest.)
Mikaela Street: Any last words?
Abel Atami: Changes will be made, not the silly little nickname changes— not my branding— an attire of the length of my hair. The change will be made in the benefit of my career, just wait and watch.
Antonne Prudence: Watch. Abel. Atami. That’s all there is to say, stop hating, stop doubting and stop following the pack. This man is a wolf in a field full of incompetent sheep, and he’s ready to feast. Let’s stop pretending Abel Atami isn’t a threat.
(Mikaela smiles as the interview concludes and Abel, wasting no time, stands up from his seat, as Antonne gets up slowly. They both walk off shot, as Mikaela waves off the camera as we fade to the ring with Gina Romano for the next match…)

Deadprez: Tall task at hand with Ryan Wilson and he faces Kassidy Heart. Ryan is set to face Xander Payne at No Regards in the Best of the World challenge, but Ryan Wilson looks to make a huge statement here tonight.
Eve: He has been on the cusp of greatness, and I don’t know if this will be where he breaks through but Ryan Wilson at times has shown signs of brilliance!
Gavin Kirkland: He really has and doesn’t get enough credit for it! But he did attack Kassidy Heart from behind that set her up to get taken down by Jack Ripley months ago.
(Ryan is down from the turnbuckle and looking at the entranceway as his theme dies and it is replaced by ‘Partition (Smearcase Trap Remix)’ by Beyoncé as the fans automatically start to boo. Ryan Wilson smirks as he waits for her to slowly come out.)
Gina Romano: HIS OPPONENT HAILS FROM SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA! WEIGHING IN AT 141 POUNDS…. THE NECRO MAULER….. KASSIDY HEART!!!!
(The crowd continues to boo as Ryan paces back and forth, suddenly Impact walks out, Ryan looks a bit confused as he glares at him when suddenly…..)
Deadprez: KASSIDY HEART CAME OUT OF NOWHERE AND CLIPPED RYAN WILSON FROM BEHIND WHILE HE STARED AT IMPACT! SHE GRABS RYAN WILSON OFF THE MAT AND THROWS HIM SHOUDLER FIRST INTO THE STEEL STEPS!
(Kassidy Heart grabs the referee by the shirt…..)
Kassidy Heart: (Off Mic) RING THE DAMN BELL!
(The referee has no other choice than to call for the bell and the start of the match.)

Deadprez: The match has started, and Ryan Wilson is already on the outside! Kassidy attacked him from behind and had the match start by the referee! She rolls out of the ring and grabs Ryan Wilson and throws him into the steel post again! She has no regard for human life whatsoever! Grabbing him by the hair and whipping him into the steel barricade!
(Kassidy smiles as she walks over to Ryan Wilson who was completely blindsided, grabbing him by the hair and slamming him into the barricade again. The crowd boos as Kassidy takes Ryan and throws him into the ring before the referee can even start to admonish a count. She rolls back in and starts kicking the down Ryan Wilson.)
Eve: Kassidy Heart blindsided him and Ryan Wilson had absolutely no chance here. Ryan Wilson is trying to get back up, but Kassidy runs against the ropes and hits a basement dropkick! Ryan Wilson rolls over holding his head! Kassidy is now taking her time with Ryan Wilson as she then picks him up and whips Ryan into the turnbuckle!
(Impact makes his way to the ringside area, standing in the corner of Kassidy as he looks on.)
Gavin Kirkland: It just got worse for Ryan Wilson as Impact is now ringside! Kassidy is working him over, charging in and hitting him with a vicious shoulder thrust! And another! And another! She whips Ryan to the other side of the ring; she charges In and…..
Deadprez: …. Boot by Ryan Wilson! He caught her charging in and she stumbles back! Kassidy Heart is stunned and running knee by Ryan Wilson! He takes Kassidy down as the crowd cheers the lesser of two evils here it seems like! Ryan though is hurt; he is wounded as he can barely stand on his feet, but he has stunned Kassidy Heart and Ryan Wilson is now on top of her! He starts laying down the fists on Kassidy and she is trying to block them but to no avail! Ryan landed one square on her nose, and he busted her open!
(The referee finally is able to separate the two and pull Ryan off Kassidy, she holds her face and turns before getting back up and seeing blood coming from her nose. Gritting, Ryan Wilson though is back to his feet and charges in….)
Eve: Step Up Enzinguiri! Ryan Wilson falls to one knee and Kassidy screams before running to the ropes and Go To Gaw…. NO! Ryan Wilson moves out of the way! Kassidy misses and she is back to her feet, looks back and Ryan Wilson with a stiff kick to her face! Kassidy is down and Ryan goes for an early cover!

He doesn’t go for a cover, instead Ryan Wilson is back up and drags Kassidy up by the hair and….. NO! SHE JUST ATTACKS HIM! KASSIDY IIS BITING RYAN WILSON EARLY IN THIS MATCH! DISNEY EXECS ARE GOING TO HAVE A CONIPTION OVER THIS! RYAN IS BLEEDING FROM THE FOREHEAD AND KASSIDY DOESN’T CARE! SHE IS TRYING TO MAUL HIM!
(The crowd is a gasp as Kassidy continues to try and rip at the flesh of Ryan Wilson, but the referee pulls her away as he threatens to disqualify her after everything she has already done in this match. Kassidy blows it off and continues to grab Ryan Wilson, headbutting him before lifting up Ryan….)
Gavin Kirkland: Stalling suplex from the powerful Kassidy Heart! She lifted Ryan up like he was nothing and now Kassidy is sitting up Ryan, kicking him right in the middle of the back! That was vicious! We could hear the meat slapping a mile away and Kassidy does it again! And again! Ryan is screaming in pain as she hoists him back up, goes for the DEDEDE DDT…. No! Ryan spins through, she turns and Fisherman’s Buster by Ryan Wilson! He quickly goes for a cover!

Deadprez: This match has been all that was advertised and more! It started off brutal and violent but now you are seeing two great wrestlers going at it, they are doing their best to take each other down but it seems like Kassidy right now is in complete control of this and doesn’t look to let go anytime soon! She wants to put him down! She wants to make him submit! She wants to tear down Ryan Wilson! She remembers Showdown a few years ago when he was General Manager, she didn’t forget his attack on her a few months ago! Kassidy Heart is vindictive, and she will not stop until she gets everything that she wants!
Eve: She continues to hold Ryan Wilson down! She has him locked in and the referee is checking on him right now, this match could be over right now! The official checks and lifts the arm up for Ryan Wilson but it doesn’t drop! He starts to fight to his feet and Kassidy is even wrenching it tighter and tighter, but Ryan is able to get to his knees, she is up with him too as he elbows her on the side! He does it again! And again! As she loosens the grip…. And he pushes her off into the ropes, she bounces off and Ryan Wilson runs the opposite way, handspring CUTTER ON KASSIDY HEART AND THE CROWD ROARS!

(Impact is back up to his feet, angrily watching as Ryan Wilson is still trying to get to his feet and Kassidy waits in the corner…. She waits patiently as Ryan Wilson is up again…..)
Eve: GO TO GAWD FOR A THIRD TIME! RYAN WILSON IS COUGHING UP BLOOD NOW! THERE COULD BE INTERNAL HEMMORAGHING AS HE IS CLUTCHING HIS MIDSECTION. LOOK AT HER SMILE SCREAMING FOR HIM TO GET UP AGAIN! THIS HAS TO STOP DAMN IT! THIS HAS TO STOP! THE REFEREE NEEDS TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND CALL THIS MATCH NOW FOR THE SAFETY OF RYAN WILSON!
(Ryan Wilson will not stay down though, he slowly gets back up as Kassidy looks at Impact who nods, she charges in….)
Gavin Kirkland: GO TO GAWD A FOURTH TIME! RYAN WILSON IS COUGHING UP MORE BLOOD! NOW THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE HERE AND RYAN WILSON IS DOWN! KASSIDY NEEDS TO PIN HIM RIGHT HERE AND….. WAIT….. RYAN STAY DOWN!
(Ryan Wilson gets back up slowly, he smiles as blood pours from his mouth all over his beard, standing there helpless as Kassidy grits her teeth and…..)
Deadprez: GO TO GAWD FOR A FIFTH TIME! SHE BROKE HIM IN HALF! STOP THE DAMN MATCH!
(Ryan Wilson lies there coughing up blood, the referee checks on him as Kassidy sets herself up again, Impact nods and laughs but the referee calls for the bell….)

Gina Romano: THE REFEREE HAS STOPPED THE MATCH BECAUSE RYAN WILSON CAN NO LONGER CONTINUE, YOUR WINNER….. KASSIDY HEART!!!!
(‘Partition (Smearcase Trap Remix)’ by Beyoncé plays as Kassidy Heart with a very sick and demented look on her face watches as Ryan Wilson lies there on the mat but suddenly starts crawling to her, grabbing on her boot, bleeding on it as she looks down, still trying to get back up but the referee for Ryan’s sake stopped the match. Kassidy glares down at him as Impact rolls into the ring and whispers something in her ear….)
Kassidy Heart: Such heroic nonsense.
(Kicking Ryan away as she steps off with Impact, he raises her hand in victory as the crowd continues to boo.)
Deadprez: Ryan Wilson was a warrior here, but he was attacked from behind and was in an uphill climb the rest of the way. There were moments when he came back and took Kassidy to her limits, but in the end it was just too big of a hill to climb!
Eve: Ryan again showed flashes of brilliance, he even wanted to continue fighting, we even saw Xander Payne watching in the back impressed with this man’s heart, but like you said Prez, it was too much and the loss of blood which I am sure Disney is not too happy with was too much and the referee saw it fit to protect Ryan not only from Kassidy but himself.
Gavin Kirkland: Can anyone stop these two right now, that is the real question!
(Medical staff rush to the ring and check out Ryan while Kassidy looks on but is peeled away from the scene by Impact as the camera transitions backstage.)
(We cut to the back, and in particular the office of Hurricane Hawk. For once, Heidi isn’t anywhere to be seen, which is probably a good thing, as the General Manager is currently not in the best of moods. His mood doesn’t improve any as a knock is heard at the door, and Jon Kelton walks in, without being asked to.)
Hurricane Hawk: Jon… and what can I do for you?
(Jon doesn’t immediately respond, not wanting to jump the gun or indeed lessen his chances of getting what he wants. Jon thought himself a bit more intelligent than most that made demands.)
Jon Kelton: I hope I’m not bothering you, know things have been a little fraught around here.
Hurricane Hawk: You’d be the first to be concerned about that Jon. Seems everyone wants to cause me problems these days, even those I thought better of.
Jon Kelton: Well, I like to think I have a little bit more respect than some around here. Especially after events of late.
(Hawk shrugs his shoulders. He wasn’t going to agree, but he wasn’t going to dismiss it out of turn either.)
Hurricane Hawk: But you do want something I’m guessing, or you wouldn’t be here?
Jon Kelton. I do, yes. You don’t ask, you don’t get right?
(Hawk stops what he is doing and makes his way around his desk taking a seat, then offering Jon the one opposite.)
Hurricane Hawk: So, fire away.
Jon Kelton: I’d like to think that at the end of last season, and during this one, I have proven myself time and time again. I’ve not stepped out of my lane, asking for things that I haven’t deserved, and I haven’t gone out of my way to disrespect this company like others that I could mention. Aside from my match with Donovan Duke which was an anomaly and could have gone either way, I then represented Team Showdown with honor, and was the last person eliminated from that match. I have done everything right, everything that has been asked of me, so therefore I think it only right that I am rewarded, or at least given my due.
Hurricane Hawk: I wouldn’t disagree Jon, so yeah, I’m listening.
Jon Kelton: I’m not being selfish Hawk, and if you tell me where to go, then I’ll walk out this office and carry on as I have. But more than anything I want competition. I want to step into an EAW ring and compete against the very best that this company has to offer. Brass tacks Hawk, what happened with Donovan, it rankles with me, it didn’t go the way I wanted it to. I should have won that match, but I didn’t, so now I want another opportunity to show the world what I can do. I’m not asking for something out of nothing, I am willing to face literally anyone to get there, to be the very next in line. And I will do anything to get there, to where I want to be.
Hurricane Hawk: I can hear the passion in your voice Jon, it’s good to see.
Jon Kelton: You should because it’s all I want. I want to be the best; I want to be the Elitist on everyone’s lips by the time this season is through.
(Hawk is about to answer, when a knock is heard again, and this time no one enters.)

(The door opens and Adam Lucas steps into the office, looking firstly at Hawk, and then noticing Jon sat opposite.)

Jon Kelton: Adam.

(Jon gets to his feet and faces up to Adam who seems a little surprises by events, not realizing what had come before.)
Jon Kelton: You’ve always had my number Adam, so how’s about you give me the opportunity to even the score?
(Adam still isn’t sure where Jon is coming from, and he looks over to Hawk who only shrugs his shoulders.)

(Adam scratches the back of his neck. Having not expected this, he is unsure what to say.)
Adam Lucas: You know something Jon, over the course of the past few weeks, I’ve gotten sick and tired of people debating who I am, and who I am not. I’ve been told I’m too nice to compete in this company, not willing to do what is required, and by one of my nearest friends in EAW. Even though I was obviously annoyed with what transpired at Territorial Invasion, I was kept off the card, and had to go looking for a match of my own. I don’t know if you’d have chosen me Jon if I’d not walked into this office right now, I don’t know if you consider me one of the best or not. But I will tell you this right now sunshine, Adam Lucas NEVER backs down from a challenge. Not ever. And if you want to face off at No Regards, I don’t believe my dance card has been stamped yet…

(Jon nods his head in appreciation.)

Gavin Kirkland: It seemed like it was just a distraction to take TLA off his game! Despite all that, Alex put up a great fight and pulled out a well deserved win!
(‘Manners’ by BAND-MAID plays on, as Alex has his hand raised in victory. TLA rolls out of the ring, angry and going through the titantron, throwing a few LED screens while he’s doing so as it cuts backstage.)
( Cameras transition backstage, with the broadcast cutting to the locker-room of The Haircare Kings, Jake Smith and Chris Elite! They’re joined by Holly Arrow, in a few short weeks we’ll see these three fighters match-up against Soul Food Sunday in Auckland, New Zealand at Justified Reckoning! This is a big, big bout with huge ramifications. However, the usually jovial duo of Jake and Chris are seemingly in no such mood tonight. The locker-room is quiet, tense; we can read this from Jake’s facial expression while Holly’s arms are crossed firmly over her chest. It seems that this partnership has diminished since they lost the Unified Tag Team Championships all those months ago against the Off-Brand Amphetamines. There has been the occasional bright spot, all-in-all, The Haircare Kings cannot get it done in matches of significance. )
( This was apparent on last week’s edition of Saturday Night Showdown. The Haircare Kings came up short against the duo of Impact and Kassidy Heart. It wasn’t necessarily a bad performance but in certain moments, communication broke down between the reigning Cash in the Vault holder and his tag team partner. Following the bout, which ended when Kassidy Heart was able to pin Chris Elite, Chris vented some of his frustrations and even shoved Jake Smith backwards when Jake attempted to console him. It was a huge shock to the Showdown faithful and fans who have seen the rise-and-fall of The Haircare Kings. They have never looked so disjointed and on separate pages to one another. With a match against an in-form, game Soul Food Sunday just two weeks away, what’s obvious is that something has to change. )
Jake Smith: I’m not your enemy, Chris. You’re going through a rough patch right now but if we stand a chance of beating Soul Food Sunday at Justified Reckoning, we need to be on the same page and what happened last week wasn’t cool. Impact and Kassidy, yeah, they’re pretty good at wrestling. But they don’t have the chemistry, they’re not as in-sync as us. At least, that’s what I thought until we got in there. I don’t know what happened, maybe you feel like you have to be a hero to turn this ship around. Holly and I? We’re here to support you. But something has got to change between now and when the wheels touch down in New Zealand.
Chris Elite: You think that I don’t know that? You think I’m not trying or something? I know that things aren’t good right now. Week-after-week, match-on-match. I feel like I’m doing everything right but when the time comes to bring victory home, I don’t know what happens. I’m mad because it shouldn’t be like this, I’m better than this and last week, The Haircare Kings should have got one over on Impact and Kassidy Heart. But we failed, I failed. I’m not trying to mess the team dynamic up, or something, I want to win as much as the two of you, if not more.
Jake Smith: Look, man, I get it. I know you don’t believe that, I know you think because I have the Cash in the Vault, whatever happens to me, I’ll be fine. But it’s not like that, I don’t like this slump you’re in any more than you do. Holly and I, we’re not secretly laughing at you behind your back or something. I love this, I love The Haircare Kings. I wanted us to win in last week’s main event not for the sake of myself, but because of you. I know this slump is messing with your mind and you’re trying to find the answers. I’m not saying you’re costing us, or that you’re a weak-point in the team. I just think something has to change, but myself, Holly too, we’re not here to criticize you or try and get in your head. We want what’s best for you.
Chris Elite: I appreciate that you’re trying to help, the both of you. But telling me you can understand where I’m coming from means nothing to me, because our careers are so different they’re not even comparable. I saw the way you looked at me last week, that look in your eye after we lost the match. You think I’m a dead-weight, you think you’re carrying the brunt of this slump because I’m useless. I don’t need sympathy, I need answers. I need to figure out what I’m doing wrong and put a stop to it. Because when I get in the ring I feel fine, I’m doing everything right, like I was doing when I won the World Heavyweight Championship. But the results aren’t coming and we’re so far into this season already, I don’t know what I can do to change this.
Jake Smith: No, man. Not at all! See, this is an issue I have. I’m trying to figure out why we collectively are in a slump. You’re trying to make this about you-against-me. But I don’t see you in that way, Chris. This isn’t a competition, I don’t see you as dead-weight. The Haircare Kings are a unit and one-of-one. When we were starting out, when we were the Unified Tag Team champions and even now, I’ve never seen this as a Jake Smith and a Chris Elite thing. What I want is success for both of us. I can’t change the past, what’s happened at Dead Men Tell No Tales and at Territorial Invasion. As much as I’d like to, I can’t go back and stop you from getting pinned in the match last week. But the two of us, the three of us including Holly, have a real chance to change our fortunes here against Soul Food Sunday at Justified Reckoning.
Chris Elite: What happens if we lose? They’re good, very good. Sure, we are too. Holly just fought against Harper Lee and put on an incredible performance, you’ve obviously got your Cash in the Vault. But what have I done recently? I don’t see how you can’t see I’m letting the side down. Because like you say, maybe we would have beaten Impact and Kassidy last week had I not jumped in and “tried to be the hero”. Do you think I want to hear that kind of thing from the guy claiming he has my back and he’ll do anything to help me turn my season around? I don’t have the confidence you have, because as much as you both are trying to deny it, my slump is affecting The Haircare Kings and it’ll affect our chances of winning when we come up against Astraea, SOSA and The Visual Prophet at Justified Reckoning.
( Jake Smith goes to respond, but Holly Arrow gestures for him to stop. The trio sat in silence for a couple of moments. Chris puts his head in his hands, contemplating this upcoming match against Soul Food Sunday as well as the recent slump he is in. Jake meanwhile seems a little frustrated with Chris’ negative attitude. Holly runs a hand through her hair, uncrossing her arms and stepping forward. She begins to speak about The Haircare Kings and their problems. )
Holly Arrow: All of this is in the past, is the thing. We have a real opportunity to shift all of our fortunes around against Soul Food Sunday. Not just yours, Chris. But mine and Jake’s too. Truth is none of us thought that we’d be where we are now at the start of the season. Losing as much as we have lost, disappointing the fans who cheer for The Haircare Kings and cheer for Holly Arrow. But we can nip that in the bud at Justified Reckoning. Complaining and reflecting on the past isn’t going to bring the two of you together. It’s not going to cure this split in chemistry that’s affected the two of you so far this season. We need to put in a genuine effort, so that we can have that chemistry which we’ll need if we stand a chance of winning in New Zealand.
Jake Smith: Holly is absolutely right. We need to get on the same page here, because our season hasn’t started how we’d hoped it would. But beating Astraea, beating The Visual Prophet and SOSA Henderson would be an amazing achievement for us. They’re on a great run but we’d take all of their momentum if we beat them at Justified Reckoning. Then we’d be right back on track in getting what we want, glory, victory and championships. I think it’s possible right because it’s only so good reflecting on the past and talking about this bad chemistry if we don’t do anything about it. I think we need to get our stuff together, come together as a team and try to find that form we had when we were regularly smashing our opponents out of the park!
( Chris Elite is quiet for a moment. He nods his head, agreeing with Holly and Jake’s assessment of the situation. However, Chris stands up and walks out. Jake attempts to go after him but Holly grabs at his arm, preventing him from doing so. Perhaps these recent losses are affecting Chris’ mentality more than he is letting on. Chris disappears out of the locker-room as Jake and Holly watch onward. Jake shakes his head, dragging a hand through his hair as Holly looks on, a disgruntled expression painting her features. With The Haircare Kings and Holly Arrow just two weeks out from their huge match-up with Soul Food Sunday, things are not looking good for the trio. Cameras focus out before cutting to the last commercial break of the evening. )
(The camera returns to ringside at the commentary table after the last commercial break where the Showdown commentators are joined by a few special guests!)
Deadprez: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to Showdown! Before we go onto our main event, allow me to welcome a couple of special guests to the broadcast table. They are the duo who at No Regards are looking to end Hurricane Hawk’s run as GM of Showdown. Here is “The Mauler” Kassidy Heart in the reigning Answers World Champion Impact. (The camera now cuts to the ring where Gina Romano has a smile on her face and a microphone in hand ready to announce the main event of the evening.)
Gina Romano: Ladies and gentlemen! This next contest is our MAIN EVENT OF THE EVENING! It is for TV TIME REMAINING and it is scheduled for ONE FALL!

(“Blue World” by Mac Miller starts to play as Jack Ripley enters the arena to a reaction that is warmer than what he is used to, but still leaning on the negative side, as he heads to the ring.)
Gina Romano: Introducing first! Making his way to the ring! He is from Las Vegas, Nevada! Weighing in at 205 pounds. Here is “STRAIGHT SHOOTER” JACK RIPLEY!
Deadprez: Here comes Jack Ripley making his way to the ring for singles action. As we know, Jack Ripley is a former Answers World Champion in his own right.
Kassidy Heart: Which he lost to me. Thank you very much.
Eve: That’s true. But he would love nothing more than to become a two-time answers world champion at No Regards, especially at your expense, Kassidy.
Gavin Kirkland: Last week, Jack Ripley made his intentions very clear about what he wants to accomplish. Not only does he want to stick it to the two of you, he wants to win that Answers World Title.
Impact: No. Last week, he just showed how badly he wants to be sent to the hospital and that’s exactly what’s going to happen to him when he steps into the ring with us.
Gavin Kirkland: That remains to be seen. But in order for Jack Ripley to make it to No Regards in three weeks, he’s gonna have to make it past this match and his opponent is no slouch in the ring.
(Jack enters the ring and takes his corner as his entrance music goes off. Seconds later, another negative reaction starts up as “It Follows” by Cane Hill starts playing and Xander Payne enters the arena before heading right to the ring.)
Gina Romano: Introducing his opponent! From Toronto, Ontario, Canada! Weighing in at 255 pounds. Here is “THE BEST WRESTLER IN THE WORLD” XANDER PAYNE!
Deadprez: Here comes Xander Payne ready for action. He’s looking to continue building that momentum tonight, especially after getting a victory over Abel Atami last week and a victory over Jack Ripley tonight could certainly put Xander back in the running for the Answers World Championship.
Impact: Does that loser really still call himself the best wrestler in the world while we’re still competing?
Kassidy Heart: That’s because there’s no brain up there. He might be the best in the world at pie eating contests but it sure as heck isn’t wrestling. Speaking of pie eating, it looks like Xander is booked up for this match. He traded the rowing bench for the buffet table.
Gavin Kirkland: I wouldn’t make too many jokes about his weight if I were you. He certainly has great maneuverability in the ring and can pull out various types of maneuvers given the situation. There were a couple of moments in his career that he did have cat-like speed.
Impact: Maybe if the cat was about to lose its last life that would be true but come on we’re talking about Xander Payne here.
Eve: Well regardless of what you think about him, this is going to be a hard hitting match that can go either way. Who’s gonna come out on top, we’re about to find out because the match is getting ready to start.
(Xander enters the ring and takes his corner as his entrance music fades off. The referee checks both competitors before calling for the bell.)

Deadprez: Here we go! Bell has rung and our main event is underway. Jack and Xander meet up in the center of the ring and we have a lock up in the center of the ring that is taken over quickly by Xander Payne.
Impact: I saw Lardo eating popcorn earlier tonight. He probably still has butter on his fingers, so Jack can probably slip out of it.
Eve: Jack trying his best to get free, but it’s Xander Payne with the Irish whip sending Jack into the ropes. Jack returns and gives Xander a shoulder tackle, BUT XANDER DOESN’T MOVE! Understandable since Xander does have a 55 pound weight advantage.
Kassidy Heart: 55? Doubt that. That has got to be an error. I think Xander actually weighs 455. That’s more believable.
Eve: Not to correct you, Kassidy, but I’m pretty sure Gina Romano announced Xander at 255.
Kassidy Heart: What’s your point? It’s only 255 because the scale felt strained and passed out halfway through. I think it quit after that too.
Gavin Kirkland: As the dispute of Xander’s weight was going on Xander slammed Jack to the mat. Xander hit the ropes and WAS LOOKING FOR A LEG DROP BUT JACK ROLLS OUT OF THE WAY AND XANDER LANDS HARD!
Impact: THE WHOLE BUILDING SHOOK! That might have been a 5 on the Richter scale.
Eve: Oh come on! But Jack rolls Xander back and grabs his legs and flips over. JACK TRYING TO STEAL THE MATCH EARLY WITH A JACKKNIFE ROLLUP! SHOULDERS ARE DOWN!

Deadprez: Xander kicks out before two, but that isn’t stopping Jack Ripley. Jack with those soccer kicks to the gut of Xander and sending Xander into the ropes. Jack is not letting up as he brings Xander to his feet and sends him to the ropes. That’s exactly what Jack needs to do to keep the advantage. He needs to keep Xander grounded and prevent him from using his power moves.
Gavin Kirkland: Xander rebounds and JACK GOES FOR A BACK BODY DROP, BUT XANDER MANAGES TO LAND ON HIS FEET. There’s those cat-like reflexes coming into play as he turns around AND CLOBBERS JACK WITH A CLOTHESLINE!
Kassidy Heart: Better check the ring for dents after Xander landed. It might cave in that much force hitting it. Then again if he breaks Jack’s jaw, I wouldn’t care about that.
Eve: Jack is back down on the mat and Xander brings him up JUST TO TAKE HIM BACK DOWN WITH A GUTWRENCH SUPLEX! Jack once again taken for a ride. Xander wants to end this match as quickly as possible and not leave anything to chance. Now look at the eyes of Xander Payne.
Impact: He must need to go back to catering. That’s a look of hunger. I honestly don’t even know why in the world we are even out here in the first place. This is just a waste of time.
Deadprez: The fans might not think of this as a waste. Xander looks at Jack’s leg AND GOES TO BLATANTLY STEP ON IT, BUT JACK ROLLS BACK AVOIDING CONTACT AT THE LAST SECOND!
Gavin Kirkland: Jack wraps his legs around Xander’s waist and gets himself in the wheelbarrow position. Jack might be looking for a victory roll or a bulldog, but we won’t know as XANDER DROPS JACK THROAT FIRST ACROSS THE TOP ROPE!
Kassidy Heart: Finally some good came out of this match. Maybe Jack’s voice box is injured and he can’t talk ever again. That would be amazing.
Eve: Jack holds onto the top rope to keep himself on his feet, but Xander is right on his trail as he whips Jack into the ropes AND FOLLOWS IT UP WITH A CLOTHESLINE THAT CATCHES RIPLEY RIGHT UNDER THE CHIN!
Gavin Kirkland: Xander keeps Jack on his feet and leans him back AND XANDER JUST CHOPS JACK ACROSS THE CHEST! WHAT A SHOT FROM XANDER! Xander doesn’t care and he just leans Jack back again–
Deadprez: ANOTHER KNIFE EDGE CHOP FROM XANDER PAYNE! YOU COULD PROBABLY HEAR THOSE CHOPS FROM THE PARKING LOT OF THE ARENA! THOSE ARE SO LOUD!
Impact: Seeing Jack in pain and possibly getting his chest caved in is making this match a little more tolerable. In a few weeks, he’ll be wishing that he was getting chopped over and over again.
Gavin Kirkland: Can you see Jack’s chest right now? Look how red it’s starting to get from those chops AND XANDER JUST FIRED OFF ANOTHER CHOP! A TRIFECTA OF KNIFE EDGE CHOPS LIGHTING UP JACK RIPLEY!
Deadprez: Xander Payne now puts Jack on the top rope and quickly follows him up. Xander fires off another forearm to the side of Jack’s head. Xander tries to apply a front facelock. Nothing good can come from a situation like this.
Kassidy Heart: This could easily screw up. If Xander stays on those ropes any longer, they are going to break to send them both tumbling down.
Eve: Xander applies the facelock AND TRIES TO GET JACK UP FOR A SUPERPLEX, BUT JACK IS FIGHTING IT OFF! JACK WITH FISTS TO XANDER’S SIDE TRYING TO GET FREE, but Xander has that facelock in tight.
Gavin Kirkland: Jack finally gets free from Xander and he is firing forearms into Xander’s face AND JACK RIPLEY WITH A HEADBUTT GETS XANDER OFF BALANCE ON THE SECOND ROPE! BUT XANDER IS STILL HOLDING ON!
Impact: Don’t understand why Jack is fighting so hard. He is just setting himself up for failure just like that old fart Hurricane Hawk did when he picked those losers to take us no in the first place.
Kassidy Heart: Us dominating Showdown like it should be after we kill two spirits and send an old clueless man packing. Just three more weeks until it’s all over.
Deadprez: JACK RIPLEY WITH A KNEE TO XANDER’S NOSE AND XANDER GOES OFF THE SECOND ROPE AND GOES FACE FIRST INTO THE TOP TURNBUCKLE! Xander is dazed, but still on his feet.
Eve: Jack now gets his footing on the top rope BEFORE JUMPING OFF THE TOP ROPE! RIPLEY GOING FOR A TORNADO DDT, BUT XANDER BLOCKED IT! XANDER IS BENDING JACK’S FINGERS BACK! OH GROSS!
Deadprez: JACK’S POINTER FINGER IS ABOUT TO TOUCH HIS WRIST! Xander grabs Jack’s leg and lifts him higher in the air AND DROPS JACK ON HIS HEAD WITH A GREAT COUNTER WITH A FISHERMAN’S BUSTER!
Impact: Safest part of his body since there is nothing up there to hurt anyway. Xander might have done him a favor.
Gavin Kirkland: Jack is still not moving after the Fisherman’s buster. Xander takes a second to look at how good of a job he did before quickly maneuvering into the cover. Xander hooks the leg.

Eve: JACK KICKS OUT AT TWO! Xander now takes the chance to throw a few shots to Jack’s face as Jack tries to cover up BUT XANDER GRABS JACK’S HAND AGAIN AND STARTS BENDING THE FINGERS ONCE AGAIN!!
Deadprez: Xander is just bending Jack’s arm in such a horrible angle. Now Jack’s arm is bent backwards almost into a chicken wing style position. What does Xander have in mind now?
Kassidy Heart: Who cares? It’s probably something stupid anyway so just let him look like an idiot and we can go on with our lives. Kind of like what Hurricane Hawk will have to do after we defeat his little team.
Eve: Xander has Jack’s arm right in the position where he wanted to be. Xander is back to his feet and who knows what he could have in mind.
Gavin Kirkland: Xander lifts up his foot. He’s gonna step on Jack’s arm. He’s going to try to break Jack Ripley’s arm.
Impact: DO IT! TAKE HIM OUT! Don’t be a [Redacted], [Redacted]
Deadprez: Oh we apologize for that ladies and gentlemen. LOOK AT JACK RIPLEY! LOOK AT THE WAY XANDER’S FOOT LANDED!
(The camera quickly cuts to an EAW Double Feature where Jack is shown adjusting his arm at the last second and Xander ends up stomping through the hold that Jack’s arm made.)
Eve: That is an amazing creativity being shown by Jack Ripley. Very quick thinking being shown by Jack Ripley. And now Jack has the hold of Xander‘s ankle.
Deadprez: Xander is now hopping on one leg trying to get free from Jack’s grip and Xander tries to go for a step up enzuigiri, but Jack ducks at the last second and Xander goes gut first into the mat.
Kassidy Heart: What an absolute idiot. He can’t even step on someone’s arm right. And he wants to be the World Champion again? That’s pretty funny.
Impact: It’s a sad thought for him because he’s not gonna get anywhere near this title as long as I’m holding it and we’re dominating Showdown.
Gavin Kirkland: We’ll see pretty soon if that statement becomes a reality. Right now Xander is still on the mat and Jack still has a hold of Xander’s leg. Jack rolls Xander over on his back and grabs the other ankle. Jack takes this opportunity and he just kicks Xander in the gut. That kick looked a little low.
Kassidy Heart: Can you just shut up? Kicking Xander in the gut is not low. I wouldn’t have minded if Xander uses his extra padding to bounce Jack’s leg back and he jams his own knee into his own face and knocks himself out.
Eve: I don’t think that’s gonna happen because Jack is dragging Xander over to the corner before falling backwards and slingshotting Xander into the corner. Xander stumbles backwards into A ROUNDHOUSE KICK TO THE BACK OF XANDER’S HEAD! XANDER IS DOWN AND JACK QUICKLY JUMPS INTO THE COVER!

Deadprez: XANDER SHOOTS THAT RIGHT SHOULDER UP! This has been a pretty even match so far and I doubt that’s going to change when it comes to these two. Jack is in control of Xander as he brings him up and takes him down with a nice snap suplex.
Impact: I didn’t think Jack could maneuver 400 pounds the way he did. There’s a shocker, but it isn’t going to help him in the Street Fight. He’ll fall just like everybody else who has had the nerve to step up to me.
Gavin Kirkland: Jack drops an elbow into Xander’s sternum before climbing up to the second rope. Ripley doesn’t fly too very often, but when he does, he likes to make those types of moves count.
Kassidy Heart: Especially if the move leads Jack Ripley to crashing and burning before our very eyes as he becomes a stain on the ring mat as he convulses in pain.
Eve: Xander hasn’t moved AND JACK LOOKS TO JUMP FROM THE SECOND ROPE! BUT XANDER WAS PLAYING POSSUM! XANDER SWEPT JACK’S LEGS OFF THE SECOND ROPE AND CRASHING THE BACK OF HIS HEAD AGAINST THE TOP TURNBUCKLE.
Gavin Kirkland: Jack cracked his head hard as he stumbles out of the corner AND RIGHT INTO XANDER PAYNE WHO PICKS HIM UP AND A BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX SENDS RIPLEY CRASHING UPSIDE DOWN INTO THE CORNER!
Impact: That describes Jack Ripley in general because he is upside down in most of his life. Feel free to give it up now, Jack. This match and the tag team match. You’re not really needed.
Deadprez: Personally, I think Jack has proven his value and his worth to Showdown and Elite Answers Wrestling. He might not be the most popular in the Showdown class, but he has a lot of great skill in the ring.
Eve: Jack landed ugly on the apron and Xander comes to pick him up. Xander puts Jack on the top turnbuckle and he once again climbs up right after him. We’ve seen this once already and it didn’t have the best results for Xander in that exchange. You gotta give him credit for trying again.
Deadprez: Xander with the facelock applied again and JACK RIPLEY FIGHTS HIM OFF AGAIN! THIS TIME XANDER IS MAKING SURE TO KEEP HIS BALANCE ON THE SECOND ROPE! RIPLEY FIRING OFF MORE FOREARMS–
Gavin Kirkland: XANDER PAYNE WITH A HEADBUTT AND THAT KNOCKS JACK LOOPY! Xander now gets his footing on the top turnbuckle and reapplies the facelock before TAKING THEM BOTH OFF THE TOP ROPE!
Eve: SUPERPLEX BY XANDER PAYNE SENDS THEM BOTH CRASHING HARD DOWN TO THE MAT! BOTH MEN ARE NOT MOVING AS THE REFEREE IS LOOKING TO START A COUNT! WAIT! XANDER SLOWLY TURNS OVER AND DRAPES AN ARM ON JACK AS THE REF DROPS FOR THE COVER!

Deadprez: JACK GETS THE SHOULDER UP RIGHT BEFORE THE THREE! JACK SHOWING THE TENACITY THAT HAS BROUGHT HIM SUCCESS IN THE PAST AND THAT’S EVEN AFTER LANDING HARD ON THE BACK OF HIS HEAD!
Kassidy Heart: He can show all the heart and tenacity that he pleases, but it doesn’t mean that it’s going to help him now or in the future. Sometimes a spirit like his just needs to be squashed down to size.
Gavin Kirkland: The question is which man will make it back to his feet first? Xander Payne has a head start, but Jack Ripley is now showing some signs of life as he starts to stir and roll over.
Eve: The referee during that time did start the count and they are up to six. The referee is still counting as Xander Payne makes it to his feet barely before eight as Jack is trying to pull himself up using the ropes.
Impact: Stay down, Jack. Get some practice in that department and just stay down. Nobody would blame you if you did because they don’t expect anything good from you anyway.
Deadprez: You know very well that Jack is not going to do something like that. Speaking of that, the referee has just counted nine and Jack has just fell back to the mat. If the referee counts ten it’s over.

Eve: JACK RIPLEY WITH A KIP UP AND HE IS BACK TO HIS FEET RIGHT BEFORE THE REFEREE COUNTS TEN! OH BOY THAT WAS SO CLOSE! JACK RIPLEY KNOWS HOW TO KEEP MAKING THIS MATCH A NAILBITER! He’s going to give somebody a coronary with this type of match partaking.
Kassidy Heart: The person who would be closest to that would be Xander Payne. I’ve seen him put away the food in catering. Good grief, it’s like he’s part conveyor belt. It’s really sickening.
Impact: Xander gets a heart attack and Jack Ripley gets beaten that he can’t compete for a long time. Win win for us, Kass. I keep the Answers World Championship and we get rid of Hurricane Hawk. It just keeps getting even better.
Gavin Kirkland: Remember that we still have three weeks until that happens and I bet Jack Ripley would get off of his deathbed before giving anything up to you two. That’s just the kind of competitor he is. You can’t deny that.
Impact: Excuse me? I can deny it. You might not be able to deny, but I can deny what type of competitor Jack Ripley is in the ring. He might have some decent skills, but he’s not me. He’s not Kassidy Heart and he’s not a threat to either one of us.
Deadprez: Jack Ripley is moving a little slowly, but he meets Xander in the middle of the ring. WAIT! I DON’T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, BUT OUT OF NOWHERE, WE HAVE A DOUBLE LEG TAKEDOWN BY JACK RIPLEY! RIPLEY IS THROWING FIST AFTER FIST INTO XANDER’S FACE!
Eve: Jack grabs Xander and brings him back to his feet and whips him to the ropes, BUT XANDER COUNTERS! Jack Ripley with the rebound AND HE KICKS XANDER RIGHT IN THE FACE! Xander flung back with the force and JACK JUMPS UP AND TAKES XANDER DOWN WITH A HURRICANRANA!
Gavin Kirkland: Jack tried to hook the leg for the cover but Xander was too quick and he throws Jack off and makes it back to his feet. BUT NOW IT’S JACK’S TURN TO START THROWING CHOPS ACROSS XANDER’S CHEST!
Kassidy Heart: They aren’t going to do much since Xander Payne has all that extra padding. Jack needs to learn to use whatever brains he has left in his head if he wants a prayer at defeating us.
Deadprez: But they are effective in what they were supposed to do. He chops Xander right into the ropes and whips him to the other side. Xander with the rebound AND XANDER TAKEN FOR A RIDE WITH A BACK BODY DROP FROM JACK RIPLEY!
Gavin Kirkland: Xander landed hard after the back body drop and Jack is more than ready to try and finish this match. He tries to bring Xander back up to his feet–
Deadprez: OH MY GOSH! WHAT A PALM STRIKE RIGHT TO THE THROAT OF JACK RIPLEY! XANDER CALLS THAT THE OVERDOSE AND RIPLEY IS HOLDING HIS THROAT IN PAIN AS HE COLLAPSES TO THE MAT! XANDER STACKS HIM UP AND GOES FOR THE COVER!

Gavin Kirkland: JACK KICKS OUT RIGHT BEFORE THE THREE COUNT! THAT PALM STRIKE MIGHT HAVE JUST HIT THE RESET BUTTON ON JACK’S ENERGY AND THAT MIGHT BE A HUGE MISTAKE FOR XANDER PAYNE! HE NEEDS TO KEEP ON JACK RIPLEY UNLESS HE WANTS TO GIVE JACK CONTROL OF THE MATCH.
Eve: I think Xander heard what you said because he is just laying the fists right onto Jack. Now Xander picks Jack up and whips him to the ropes, BUT JACK HOLDS ONTO THE ROPES AND PREVENTS THE REBOUND! NOW HERE COMES XANDER PAYNE WITH A CLOTHESLINE SENDING JACK RIPLEY OVER THE TOP ROPE AND TO THE FLOOR!
Deadprez: NOT SO FAST! RIPLEY KEPT HIS BALANCE ON THE APRON AND THROWS A FOREARM IN XANDER’S FACE, BUT XANDER GRABS A HANDFUL OF RIPLEY’S HAIR AND DRAGS HIM TO THE CORNER AND TRIES TO BASH HIS HEAD INTO THE RINGPOST–
Eve: RIPLEY GETS A BOOT UP AND BLOCKS THE SHOT AS HE MANAGES TO GRAB A HANDFUL OF XANDER’S HAIR AND SENDS HIM HEAD FIRST INTO THE TOP TURNBUCKLE!
Deadprez: But Ripley keeps his handful of Xander’s hair and brings him over to the ropes AND JACK RIPLEY JUST KICKS XANDER RIGHT IN THE TEMPLE! THAT HAD TO SEND HIM ONTO DREAM STREET!
Kassidy Heart: What is it with these horrible referees on Showdown these days? Handfuls of hair is against the rules in a wrestling match. Yeah there’s no rules in a Sydney Street Fight, but if he thinks those underhanded tactics are going to help him win, he is dreaming.
Gavin Kirkland: Xander Payne knocked back after that kick to the side of the head. Xander is on one knee as Ripley reenters the ring AND HERE COMES JACK RIPLEY AT FULL SPEED AND HE CATCHES XANDER RIGHT IN THE TEMPLE WITH THAT RUNNING KNEE! DAYLIGHT SLAYING TIME CONNECTS! XANDER IS DOWN ON THE MAT AND RIPLEY QUICKLY HOOKS THE LEG FOR THE COVER!

Deadprez: XANDER KICKED OUT! XANDER GOT THE SHOULDER UP BARELY BEFORE THE THREE COUNT AND JACK IS A LITTLE SHOCKED! HE THOUGHT THAT THE MATCH WAS OVER, BUT YET WE STILL TREK ON. This has been an amazing match so far.
Impact: Come on, Deadprez. You are giving this match way too much credit. Much more than it deserves. I’m not impressed and I am exactly who they need to impress if they want to be considered for a title shot?
Eve: Xander Payne landed hard on the canvas, but he still managed to kick out after that knee to the head. Now Jack Ripley is looking to finish this match once and for all. He is in the corner and he is setting up for the You’ll Float Too! Superkick is on the way. He’s waiting for Xander to get back to his feet and if the kick lands this match is over.
Kassidy Heart: This has been a load of bull. It doesn’t matter which nitwit wins this match, we are all loser because we all had to be tortured by watching this disaster of a match.
Deadprez: XANDER PAYNE DUCKED THE YOU’LL FLOAT TOO SUPERKICK AND HAS JACK’S LEG ON HIS SHOULDER! XANDER GRABS THE OTHER LEG AND THROWS THE 205 POUND JACK RIPLEY UP IN THE AIR BEFORE PLANTING HIM DOWN ON THE CANVAS!
Gavin Kirkland: LAST SEDATION! POP UP POWERBOMB BY XANDER PAYNE! JACK MIGHT HAVE JUST RECEIVED HIS LAST SEDATION FOR THE NIGHT AS XANDER STACKS HIM UP FOR THE COVER AND IT MIGHT BE THE FINAL COVER OF THE MATCH!

(The bell rings as Impact and Kassidy Heart continue to deliver boots to Xander Payne as Jack Ripley rolls over to the side of the ring.)

Deadprez: Honestly, I’m surprised that these two managed to make it this long without getting involved. This match was going so well before the ending.
Eve: Both competitors showed true grit and determination. It looked like Xander had the match in hand and now look. Impact and Kass are just beating the crap out of Xander.
Gavin Kirkland: Impact now brings Xander back to his feet AND DROPS HIM WITH EVISCERATION! DOUBLE KNEE FACEBREAKER CONNECTS AND XANDER DROPS LIKE A STONE AND HE LOOKS LIKE HE IS OUT!!
Deadprez: NOW LOOK! IMPACT AND KASS GRAB XANDER AND JUST HOIST HIM OVER THE TOP ROPE AND TO THE FLOOR LIKE A SACK OF TRASH! Xander Payne landed hard on the outside and now they turn their attention back to Jack Ripley.
(Jack has almost managed to roll himself out of the ring, but he is grabbed by Kassidy and drug back into the center of the ring.)
Gavin Kirkland: RIGHT HANDS FROM KASSIDY HEART TO JACK’S SKULL AS IMPACT SHOVES THE ANSWERS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP BELT IN HIS FACE, BUT JACK COULD BE OUT COLD RIGHT NOW!
Deadprez: Impact is telling Jack that he is never going to get the title back. AND IMPACT JUST SLAPS JACK ACROSS THE FACE! KASS IS BITING! KASS IS GNAWING AT THE SKULL OF JACK RIPLEY!!
(Seconds later, the crowd comes unglued for Alex Myers, who is running down the ramp to even the odds.)
Eve: HERE COMES ALEX MYERS! ALEX HAS SEEN ENOUGH OF THIS TWO ON ONE ADVANTAGE AND THEY ARE NO DOUBT GOING TO BE GOING RIGHT AFTER THE ANSWERS WORLD CHAMPION!
Gavin Kirkland: IMPACT TAKEN OFF HIS FEET BY A SPRINGBOARD CROSSBODY AND ALEX IS REALLY LAYING INTO IMPACT! LEFTS AND RIGHTS TO THE RIBS! TO THE FACE! THEY WANT TO TEACH IMPACT A LESSON RIGHT HERE!
Deadprez: NOW JACK RIPLEY IS STARTING TO FIGHT BACK! JACK IS STARTING TO MOUNT AN OFFENSE AGAINST KASSIDY HEART! HE IS BACK TO HIS FEET AND THROWING HAYMAKERS AT KASSIDY AND KNOCKING HER BACK—

Gavin Kirkland: LOW BLOW! KICK RIGHT BELOW THE BELT BY KASSIDY HEART AND DOWN GOES RIPLEY! RIPLEY ON HIS KNEES AND KASSIDY HEART PLANTS RIPLEY WITH THE PAINFULLY EVER AFTER! CURB STOMP TO THE HEAD AND JACK IS OUT COLD!
Eve: Now it’s once again about to be a two on one situation against Alex Myers, and Alex doesn’t realize that Jack has been taken out of the equation. They have Impact in the corner and they are just beating him up.
Deadprez: Alex is making their point known right here and right now. They have now jumped off the ropes and are delivering boots to Impact’s gut. But Alex needs to be careful. HERE COMES KASSIDY HEART–
(BAM!)
Gavin Kirkland: KASSIDY HEART GRABBED THE ANSWERS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP BELT OFF THE MAT AND SHE JUST CLOCKED ALEX IN THE BACK OF THEIR HEAD! ALEX STUMBLES RIGHT INTO IMPACT–
Eve: IMPACT WITH THE FIST OF FURY! WHAT A RIGHT HOOK FROM THE ANSWERS WORLD CHAMPION! THAT WAS A KNOCKOUT PUNCH AND ALEX MYERS IS ON DREAM STREET!
Gavin Kirkland: IMPACT SHOVES ALEX BACK TO KASSIDY HEART AS KASSIDY TAKES THEM DOWN WITH THE DEDEDE DDT! ALEX SPIKED ON THEIR HEAD TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY!
(Alex falls to the mat and isn’t moving as the crowd start booing Impact and Kassidy Heart after the smile at their handiwork.)
Eve: The damage has been done tonight. Look at those two just admiring the work they did and the trouble they have caused. This is just going to get so heated between these two teams.
Deadprez: This match is just building up to an astronomical level. These four are going to annihilate each other in three weeks in Sydney. Tonight it looks like the Answers World Champion and Kassidy Heart have come out on top tonight. They are reveling in their glory, but we have to call it a night for tonight. For Saturday Night Showdown. I’m Deadprez and for Gavin Kirkland and Eve, so long and goodnight!
(The final shot shows Impact and Kassidy Heart standing tall in the center of the ring as Alex and Jack are still not moving after being laid out. The crowd is still loudly booing as Impact raises the Answers World Championship in the air as the scene fades to black.)
