Serenity Valdez
The Rising Star of the Week for this week is Serenity Valdez! At King of Elite there was a huge fatal four way match to determine the next number one contender for the Specialists Championship consisting of Lisa Wren, Nariko, Serenity, and Ximena Velasquez. While the match did contain some interference from Harper Lee, it was Serenity that was able to get the job done and pin Ximena Velasquez, now finding herself with a shot at becoming Specialists Champion. Congratulations Serenity Valdez!

King of Elite
This week’s Show of the Week is King of Elite! As if there was any doubt, King of Elite absolutely delivered in every way! There were incredible matches all across the board, from the World Championship matches, to the tournament finals matches, to everything else that was on the card, but that’s not all the first free-per-view of 2022 had to offer, as we saw the return of Sheridan Müller, David Davidson, Jacob Senn and Scott Diamond! King of Elite was a huge event, and an amazing way to kick off the new year.
Match of the Week
Andre Walker vs Chris Elite vs Adam Lucas
The Match of the Week for this week was the King of Elite finals! This triple threat featured some of EAW’s best as Andre Walker, Chris Elite and Adam Lucas went at it in order to become the new King of Elite winner, and get themselves a shot at a World Championship. Knowing how talented these three men are there was never any doubt that this match would deliver, but in the end this still exceeded expectations. From the amazing performances of all three men to the shocking ending of the match, this was definitely a match to remember.
Promoer of the Week
Andre Walker
King of Elite was an extremely competitive event where everyone had amazing performances and promos to offer, but in the end the Promoer of the Week for this week is the Interwire Champion and the new King of Elite winner, Andre Walker! Andre Walker was on his A-game this week, and all of his promos throughout the week really showed that. Winning the King of Elite tournament is no easy feat, and the King of Elite finals every year tends to be extremely competitive, and while that was once again the case this year, Andre Walker did a great job of standing his ground and showing that he’s ready for such a major opportunity.
Champion of the Week
Myles
This week’s Champion of the Week is the EAW World Champion, Myles! Myles had an extremely personal match at King of Elite as he faced his former New Eden partner and the former EAW Champion, Drake King. This was an incredibly back and forth match that would have no disqualifications allowing anything and everything to be used, and yet in the end, Myles was able to win and retain the EAW Championship. Congratulations to Myles for coming out of this match with the victory, finally raising the World Championship up for the first time!
Most Valuable Elitist
Andre Walker & Dr. Bethany Blue
This week there are two Most Valuable Elitists, and it only makes sense knowing that there were two major tournaments that came to an end this week. Both Elitists won their respective tournaments with incredible performances, which is why the Most Valuable Elitists for this week are the King of Elite winner Andre Walker, and the Empress of Elite winner Dr. Bethany Blue! This was arguably one of the biggest victories both Andre and Dr. Bethany Blue have had in EAW as they won such competitive tournaments, so congratulations to the King of Elite and Empress of Elite, Andre Walker and Dr. Bethany Blue!
