( RECAP – After the usual recap video, a brawl would fallout between TLA and Charlie Marr backstage. Hurricane Hawk sends out officials to stop them and restore the order. He lays down the law and schedules an unsanctioned match between them to determine the first Showdown Extreme Elimination Chamber participant. The first of the match is Roberto De La Rosa and Abel Atmi against Limmy Monaghan and Adam Lucas where the opponents at Reasonable Doubt win. Followed by an interview by Mikaela Street with the three ladies in the Specialists Contenders Match. We then go to Lucas Johnson returning to Showdown and immediately after Harper Lee scoring a huge win over Jonny Airhart but as the camera panned to the back, we see Jonny hurt and Veenna Adam calling for help claiming she had nothing to do with it backstage. Jon Kelton made sure to tell Ronan Malosi that not everyone has a price and “accidentally” slammed the door in Ronan’s face causing him to almost break it. Theron Nikolas came next with a huge win over Jon Kelton and the Answers World Champion made sure that everyone was put on notice but Impact and Theron were not going along with it. Lucas Johnson and TLA had a hard fought match in which La Pantera Sexual came out on top. Lethal Consequences and Cameron Ella Ava had some choice words for each other heading into their match at Reasonable Doubt and it ended with a great Main Event that saw Kassidy Heart defeat Ronan Malosi but attacked him in the end resulting in Theron to come out and run her out while Impact watched. -RECAP Ends.)

Deadprez: Good Evening and welcome to Showdown! I am Deadprez along with my colleagues, Eve and Gavin Kirkland, we have a great show for you here tonight as Hurricane Hawk is standing in the ring right now, the entire Showdown Roster is on the entrance stage.
Eve: Yes and this is the go home show for Reasonable Doubt which will air next week live from the Prudential Center in EAW’s home of Newark, New Jersey. As for tonight we are about to hear from the General Manager but what a great night we have for you as we get to see Limmy Monaghan take on Ronan Malosi in a rematch from a few weeks ago, TLA will kick things off against his protégé Ashley Flores! The exciting Ayu Megumi will take on Jon Kelton and our Main Event will see the Hardcore Champion, Adam Lucas take on the man who could be our next Answers World Champion, Theron Nikolas, we have a packed show here tonight!
Gavin Kirkland: We need more women in action!
(The camera pans to ring as the announcers had introduced Showdown. We see every wrestler standing at the entrance ramp that is a part of the Blue Brand Roster, both new and old. In the ring is Hurricane Hawk as the show opens with a huge ovation from the Baltimore crowd….)
Crowd: EAW!!!!!!!!!!! EAW!!!!!!!!!!! EAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hurricane Hawk: Thank you Baltimore and I cannot find a better place to do this than right here in this beautiful city! I have been criticized a lot since taking over for allowing things to get out of hand. The regime before me last season was bias, I will admit that there were a lot of talent that were screwed over in their time here, some we lost, others we gained back and I know that it stunt their growth, it set them back but most importantly this Brand got away from what brought it to the dance in the first place…. WRESTLING. Showdown was built on ONE model…. WE WRESTLE. Season 14 definitely strayed away from that, and it has taken me a few months to really get a grasp on what my expectations are moving forward in Season 15. We have already lost some talented Elitists, traded away others that are flourishing elsewhere, that is not what I want to be known for and let’s be honest…. Dynasty and Voltage have put out a hell of a product so far including their FPV’s! So I go back to Territorial Invasion, I remember that this brand didn’t win ONE SINGLE thing on it and truthfully? THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.
(The crowd boos some as Hurricane Hawk nods, looking out right at his talent standing on stage. They all continue to look on….)
Hurricane Hawk: And…. I am the one to blame. An Elitist on Voltage said something this past week in one of her promotional videos and much as I hate to agree I must…. The fish stinks from the head down. Ladies and Gentlemen, EAW Universe, I am very passionate about this business, all of you know when I wrestled I gave it my absolute best, no questions asked. Yes, the ball has been dropped a few times with some very talented men and women that came through Showdown in the past year but that? STOPS NOW. I am looking at every single one of you, from the very top in Kassidy Heart, our Answers World Champion to Theron Nikolas, Impact, TLA, Adam Lucas, Lethal Consequences, Cameron Ella Ava, Limmy Monaghan, Charlie Marr, Harper Lee, Veena Adams, Amir Yusuf, Ronan Malosi, Jon Kelton, Ayu Megumi, Jonny Airhart, Ashley Flores, Abel Atami, Roberto De La Rosa all the way down to Pandora Paisley and Oliver Taylor our newest signees. THIS IS THE WRESTLING BRAND! And I am looking at some of the absolute BEST talent in the EAW by far. Talent can only take you so far without a purpose, and that leads to chaos. We have seen the chaos unfold the past few months, and really for an entire season plus, so what we need to do is get back to what was the foundation of the Blue Brand…. Wrestling. The last few weeks I have handed down fines and threatened suspensions, if any of my talent this week again in any way shape or form decide to go into business for themselves there will be repercussions that could affect their matches at Reasonable Doubt including future opportunities and considerations.
(The fans cheer, some boo as Hurricane Hawk now focuses his attention solely on Kassidy Heart, Impact and Theron Nikolas.)
Hurricane Hawk: After everything that has occurred on the road towards our last Brand FPV of the 2021 Calendar, Reasonable Doubt, Kassidy and Impact, you two have the rest of the night off. The next time either of you and Theron Nikolas will interact is in the Triple Threat next weekend. Theron, you are in action in the Main Event tonight, I want this to be a show stealer between you and Adam Lucas, NO outside interference, if anyone and that includes you Limmy Monaghan and Walter Bivens, along with you Adam, there will be punishment handed down and trust me you will NOT like the long-term ramifications of it. To my ladies, for the number one contendership to the Specialists Championship Triple Threat, the same goes to you, we have Ayu and Ashley in action tonight, Harper, stay in the back. I don’t think I need to say anything more to Charlie Marr and TLA, my point was made clear last week, and finally Lethal Consequences and Cameron Ella Ava, while you two have been civil which I appreciate that, I also know how things can suddenly flare up. I want to preserve the sanctity of this match both of you have, I think everyone here wants to see two veterans go at it and show why the EAW was built on the foundation of Elitists like yourselves two former World Champions. I just feel like it has gotten to the point where it is ready to boil over.
(Cameron steps up and has a mic…)
Cameron Ella Ava: I know what is happening between me and LC. If he wants a fight, he knows it is here. Truth be told, if he wants to go now, I would be ready right now and….
(Lethal Consequences quickly cuts her off….)
Lethal Consequences: And you have been running your mealy mouth about Lethal Consequences for far too long and I have given you a pass! No more, I will whoop your ass in front of the whole roster and Hurricane Hawk right now if I have to!
(But as Lethal Consequences and Cameron Ella Ava were about to go head-to-head on stage, a bunch of wrestlers get between them….)
Hurricane Hawk: And if either one of you lay a finger on the other before Reasonable Doubt you will be suspended indefinitely!
(Cameron and Lethal Consequences start to back off while they are being held back.)
Hurricane Hawk: You two have the rest of the night off as well! Is there anybody else!?
(None of the roster say anything as Hurricane Hawk looks around at the crowd….)
Hurricane Hawk: GOOD Then tonight WE WRESTLE!

(The crowd cheers and chants as Hurricane Hawk nods and the last thing we see is a picture of the roster looking on while the Hurricane Hawk exits the ring…)
Deadprez: You heard it from Hurricane Hawk, and he is putting down the hammer, It is all about wrestling and tonight we have the best action for all of you!
Eve: That’s right and we will be right back with our first match of the might, TLA who has a huge match-up against Charlie Marr at Reasonable Doubt taking on his protégé, Ashley Flores who will try to win a Specialists Championship match!

Gavin Kirkland: Here’s one of the three women who will be competing to see who earns themselves a shot at the Specialists Championship. Ashley Flores is back in the fold after Dr. Bethany Blue had dropped the title to Miku Sakai, which allowed Ashley to be back in the picture after the stipulation at Midsummer Massacre, which banned her for going after the title as long as Bethany was champion.
Eve: Harper Lee and Ayu Megumi have to deal with Ashley, who can be a tad annoying at times.
Deadprez: A tad annoying? If she’s not annoying anyone, she feels like she’s failing at her job! How do you think the fans will feel if she defeats a crowd-favorite in TLA?
Gavin Kirkland: They’ll feel annoyed and she’ll never speak the end of it.
(“Ambitionz az a Ridah” by Tupac replaces “Unfazed” as the crowd pops in a standing ovation as TLA rides out in his traditional Halloween-like lowrider.)
Gina Romano: INTRODUCING HER OPPONENT…RESIDING IN THE POON PALACE IN MIAMI, FLORIDA…WEIGHING IN 210 POUNDS… ‘LA PANTERA SEXUAL’…TLA!!!!!!
Eve: TLA is more than prepared for the Halloween festivities. To him, it must be a real treat to compete against the woman that he took underneath his wing in Ashley Flores, six days before facing Charlie Marr at Reasonable Doubt!
Deadprez: He needs to take his focus off of Charlie Marr for a moment to step into the ring with a woman who wants to win at Reasonable Doubt herself; however, it’s not just pressure for TLA to perform, but for Ashley as well.
(DING! DING! DING!)
(TLA and Ashley Flores meet in the middle of the ring. There is a huge smirk on the face of Ashley, who feels more than excited to be stepping into the ring with the man who helped train her to become a wrestler. Meanwhile, TLA is smiling at Ashley, excited to see what she is going to bring to the table. If he trained her, then, she must be good.)
Gavin Kirkland: This is going to be a student versus teacher match for those who had just flipped the channel to Showdown! It seems like Ashley Flores is inviting her teacher in for a test of strength as TLA accepts it before slowly going in for the test of strength, but Ashley delivers a kick to TLA’s stomach, BUT TLA MANAGES TO GET HER BY THE LEG AS IT SEEMS LIKE ASHLEY WASN’T EXPECTING FOR ANY OF THAT TO HAPPEN! SHE IS ASKING FOR TLA TO RELEASE HER LEG AS TLA HAS A GRIN ON HIS FACE! HE CONNECTS WITH A SIDE RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP AS THAT TAKES HIS STUDENT TO HER SIDE AS SHE CLUTCHES HER LEG! But, TLA doesn’t stop there as he gets Ashley by that right leg of hers again before bending it back and slamming it forward against the mat!
Eve: Ashley Flores is trying to get near the ropes to get herself up, but TLA charges towards ‘The Golden Hand’ with a dropkick, which sends her towards the corner! TLA takes another step back before rushing towards her and connecting with a running uppercut as that sends Ashley forward! TLA rolls Ashley forward with a rolling snapmare as she finds herself in a seated position! TLA flips in front of her before nailing her with a dropkick! TLA is going for the cover!

Deadprez: Ashley Flores gets a shoulder up as TLA manages to get a good grasp of the woman’s hand! She bends her arm back before TLA proceeds to stomp on it! Ashley jumps around like a fish in response, reacting to the pain! TLA gets Ashley by her right arms, he pulls her to the bottom rope! HE INTERTWINES HER ARM WITH THE BOTTOM ROPE BEFORE PLACING HIS FOOT ON TOP OF IT! I THINK HE’S MUTTERING A FEW THINGS IN SPANISH TO ASHLEY, BUT I DON’T THINK THAT OUR AUDIO TEAM WAS ABLE TO PICK IT UP! THE REFEREE BEGINS TO COUNT FOR TLA TO RELEASE HIS FOOT FROM ASHLEY’S RIGHT ARM!
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE!
Gavin Kirkland: Papi TLA releases his boot from Ashley Flores’ arm as he takes a step back. You can see from the gestures that he’s doing, it’s almost like he’s instructing for Ashley to get herself back to her feet! Ashley is clutching her right arm as she finds herself into a seated position! TLA is looking at her, gesturing for her to get up as Ashley takes a deep breath and finds her way back to her feet! Ashley approaches TLA in the middle of the ring as she delivers a huge slap to TLA’s chest! Oop! I’m not sure if Ashley should have done that —
Eve: TLA WITH A SLAP TO ASHLEY FLORES’ CHEST! THIS CAUSES FOR ASHLEY TO FORM A GRIN ON HER FACE AS HE DELIVERS A SLAP TO TLA’S CHEST! TLA WITH A SLAP TO ASHLEY’S CHEST! ASHLEY WITH THE SAME THING IN RETURN! BEFORE YOU KNOW IT, THEY ARE BEGINNING TO PUNCH EACH OTHER TO SEE WHO WILL KNOCK THE OTHER ONE OVER IN RETURN, BUT NOT ONE OF THEM WANTS TO MOVE! TLA takes a step back before delivering an uppercut — ‘Very Mexican Uppercut’ to Ashley, which causes her to stagger back, but Ashley runs towards TLA before spinning around and connecting with a headscissors takedown but manages to connect with a ‘Second to Last Call’ — the arm-trap headlock driver plants the former World Heavyweight Champion face-first against the mat! Ashley with the cover!

Deadprez: TLA with a kick out as Ashley Flores slams her hands on the mat! She begins to apply a leg scissors arm lock on TLA! It’s interesting to see some submission holds from Ashley, but I guess, there is a part of her that wants to impress TLA!
Gavin Kirkland: There’s also that part of her that would love to defeat TLA! I mean, a victory over her teacher would be something amazing! It’s not the first teacher versus student match that we’ve had on Showdown! We had that last season with Xavier Williams and Harlow Reichert and we’ve seen how much Harlow has grown since that match! She’s a Unified Tag Team Champion! Who’s to say that Ashley will go down a similar path? TLA IS FEELING IN QUITE A BIT OF PAIN AS THE REFEREE IS ASKING TLA IF HE WANTS TO THROW IN THE TOWEL AND SUBMIT, BUT TLA IS SHAKING HIS HEAD NO! HE IS TRYING TO UTILIZE SOME OF HIS STRENGTH AS HE TRIES TO GO BACK! IT SEEMS LIKE HE’S TRYING TO GO BACK AND SEE IF HE CAN PIN ASHLEY FLORES’ SHOULDERS DOWN!
Eve: It seems like Ashley Flores was realizing what TLA was trying to do! She does a whole “nah, nah, nah” before applying more pressure to the leg scissors armlock as TLA is trying to look for another way out of the hold! The EAW Universe is trying to feed TLA their energy to some how find a way out of his predicament! He begins to shake as if he is gaining the fans’ energy! Ashley is shaking her head no! But, TLA is mustering up the strength as he manages to get himself up to his feet, but Ashley Flores still has the leg scissors applied to TLA’s arms as she’s hanging on for dear life —
Deadprez: TLA just swings Ashley Flores from behind him and took her down with a wheelbarrow facebuster! Ashley’s face collides with the mat in an awful way as TLA lends back against the ropes before thinking about what he wants to do next! He sees that Ashley is rolling to her back as TLA sees that she’s in the perfect spot to connect with a springboard moonsault as he pins Ashley!

Gavin Kirkland: Ashley Flores kicks out! TLA begins to apply the chin lock on his fellow ‘student’ as she finds herself in a tough situation! Ashley is trying to reach for the ropes across from her, but it seems like TLA has made sure to create a bit of distance with Ashley and those ropes! It’s the little details like that which remind people that TLA is truly a veteran in the wrestling business. He’s competed all around the world! He’s won multiple championships! Ashley is someone who is starting off in the wrestling business. While she’s getting off on the wrong foot and has quite a few people hating her, TLA must have seen something in her that made him want to invest his time and energy on wanting to train her.
Eve: That or her parents paid him.
Gavin Kirkland: Honestly, I would not be surprised if that was the reason.
Deadprez: I like to remain optimistic because Ashley Flores has all the potential in the world to be a huge name in the women’s division! As of right now, it seems like TLA is making sure that she realizes that she has a long way to go before facing someone of her level. However, it seems like Ashley is not going to give up without a fight! SHE’S TRYING TO GET HER HANDS AND CLAW HER WAY OUT OF TLA’S CHINLOCK! TLA IS DOING EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER TO MAKE SURE THAT HE MAINTAINS GRASP OF THE CHINLOCK, BUT IT SEEMS LIKE ASHLEY IS DIGGING HER NAILS INTO THE HAND OF TLA! IT SEEMS LIKE SHE’S DOING THAT TO RIP HIS HANDS APART!
Gavin Kirkland: LOOK AT TLA AS HE MANAGES TO LIFT OFF HIS FEET AND CONNECT WITH A HALF-AND-HALF SUPLEX! ASHLEY IS TRYING TO GET HERSELF TO HER FEET AS TLA CONNECTS WITH A METEORA AS THAT TAKES ASHLEY FLORES DOWN!

Eve: Ashley Flores manages to counter with a roll-up of her own as she pins TLA’s shoulders to the mat, but TLA is able to flip himself around before nailing Ashley with a dropkick of her own, which sends her back towards the ropes! TLA gets TLA by her wrist before whipping her towards the vertical set of ropes! Ashley rebounds off of them as TLA proceeds to leapfrog over her! Ashley rebounds of the other set of ropes as TLA is in a plank position as Ashley jumps over her! ASHLEY TURNS HER BACK TO SEE TLA STILL IN THE PLANK POSITION BEFORE DELIVERING A HARSH ELBOW DROP TO HIS BACK! ASHLEY BEGINS TO ELBOW TLA IN THE BACK OF HIS NECK BEFORE APPLYING A FRONT HEADLOCK TO THE FORMER WORLD CHAMPION!
Deadprez: Ashley Flores pushes TLA back into the ropes before proceeding to knee her fellow teacher in the ribs! Over and over again! Ashley proceeds to knee TLA in the ribs before taking a step back before delivering the harshest knee strike, which takes him down to one knee! Ashley takes a step back before taking him down with a superkick! Ashley is now the one looking down on her teacher! You can see the confident look on her face as she’s beginning to show the cockiness which has gotten a target on her back! Ashley is demanding for TLA to get back to his feet! We see that TLA is slowly trying to get to his feet as he makes it to a crawling position!
Gavin Kirkland: But, Ashley Flores manages to stop him in his tracks with an elbow shot to the neck! She gets TLA by his neck and connects with a neckbreaker! TLA is clutching the back of his neck, but Ashley is the first up to her feet as she gets TLA by his wrist before whipping him towards the corner! Ashley begins to run towards her mentor with a jump back elbow as she hits him in the chest! TLA falls forward before as Ashley gets him with a scoop slam! She is on her knees as she goes for a pin attempt!

Eve: TLA WITH A KICK OUT AS ASHLEY FLORES LOOKS LIKE SHE’S GOING TO CONNECT WITH THAT CROSSFACE! IS SHE LOOKING TO GET A SUBMISSION VICTORY HERE?!
Deadprez: I don’t think so, Eve! It seems like TLA is trying to reach for those ropes, but Ashley is trying to pull TLA back by covering his eyes as she continues to maintain a grasp of the crossface! Is TLA going to submit here?!?!
Gavin Kirkland: TLA is able to roll himself as he has a roll-up on Ashley Flores, but Ashley manages to move out of the way! Ashley rushes towards TLA, but TLA ducks before delivering a back kick to the ribs of Ashley! TLA FOLLOWS THAT UP WITH A BY CONNECTING WITH A ‘SWAG SHOT’ — THE PIMP SLAP TO THE FACE OF ASHLEY AS THAT TAKES HER BACK! TLA GETS ASHLEY BY HER ARM BEFORE WHIPPING HER TOWARDS THE ROPES! ASHLEY MANAGES TO STOP HERSELF, BUT TLA MANAGES TO CONNECT WITH A HIP TOSS AS SHE FINDS HERSELF IN A SEATED POSITION! TLA with a dropkick to the back of her head as she manages to fall to her side! Now, TLA gets Ashley up to her feet before following that up with a ‘Cartel Kick,’ the pele kick that sends her to the back!
Eve: TLA sees that Ashley Flores is in a perfect spot for him to connect with one of his finishers! TLA begins to climb to the top turnbuckle and it seems like we’re going to be seeing ‘Burnout,’ the corkscrew 360° senton!
Deadprez: BUT, ASHLEY FLORES MANAGES TO RISE UP TO HER FEET, BUT TLA IS TRYING TO KEEP HER DOWN! ASHLEY IS LOOKING TO JOIN TLA AT THE TOP ROPE, BUT TLA IS PUNCHING ASHLEY, TRYING TO KEEP HER AWAY FROM HIM! ASHLEY TRIES TO SWING WITH A PUNCH, BUT TLA GETS A GOOD GRASP OF ASHLEY’S ARM AS HE FLIES FROM THE TOP ROPE!
Gavin Kirkland: ‘CROSSED PATHS’ ON ASHLEY FLORES! HE USED THE TOP ROPE TO ASCEND HIMSELF INTO POSITION FOR THE ‘CROSSED PATHS’ AS ASHLEY SUBMITS! SHE CAN’T TAKE IT ANYMORE!

(“Ambitionz az a Ridah” plays again as TLA releases the submission. Ashley Flores rolls out of the way as TLA gets his hand raised by the official.)
Gina Romano: THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH…TLA!!!!!
Eve: An impressive victory from TLA, who had to pull all of the stops to defeat his student, Ashley Flores. Ashley was someone who put on a wonderful performance herself and showed TLA that she really did take some of her teachings to heart!
(The camera pans to Ashley Flores clutching her arm as she’s resting on the bottom turnbuckle. TLA walks over to her before extending his hand out for her to shake. Ashley accepts his handshake before the two hug and have words of encouragement. Ashley rolls out of the ring to have TLA celebrate his win.)
Deadprez: A nice sign of respect from Ashley Flores, which is more of the wholesome moments that we’ve seen from her, but if she continues down the path she is and wins at Reasonable Doubt, what is going to stop this woman from accomplishing her goals?
(The camera fades to the backstage area…)

Inside the offices of Hurricane Hawk stands Abel Atami, Oliver Taylor and Roberto De LaRosa. All three men are standing in front of his desk as the GM looks at his newest members of his roster pleased at what he has seen.)
Hurricane Hawk: I am very happy and appreciative that you three are able to come and speak with me, I have a lot of expectations heading into the future. I see you three along with a couple of others as becoming the building blocks to the Showdown Brand. Now, that doesn’t mean you don’t have to earn it, everyone here on Showdown makes their way up the ladder, some succeed, others don’t, but I am looking at three individuals who I feel have the tools and what it takes to be a Main Event player someday. I have had a lot of talent come through Showdown, some have become Champions and gone on to great things, others have what it takes to be the very best and unfortunately for one reason or another it didn’t work out for them here, I am not willing to make those same mistakes again. That is why I called you three here.
Abel Atami: Well, we appreciate the kind words, but I am here to wrestle, hurt people and win championships. Whatever it takes to succeed, and I think after last week I proved it.
Hurricane Hawk: Yes, you did against two of the best that Showdown have. That also includes you Roberto de la Rosa as both of you were quite impressive in your tag team match. As for Oliver Taylor, still looking for his first win and of course attacking Abel here after your loss to Ayu Megumi and Ashley Flores, which is why I am going to allow you two to settle your differences after we are done here tonight.
(Abel and Oliver both glare at one another…)
Oliver Taylor: It is about bloody time.

(Fading in from the backstage area, the Showdown broadcast cuts to Gina Romano standing in the center of the ring, holding an EAW-branded microphone.)

(‘Madness by KSI hits the speakers, as the crowd begins to boo. The titantron reads ‘Abel Atami’, as he walks out through the speakers, with a towel over his shoulder bridge, almost like a scarf. With intensity in his eyes, he begins to walk down the ramp, aiming for the ring.)
Gina Romano: Introducing first… hailing from Upolu, Samoa… weighing in at 247 pounds… ABEEEEEEEEEEEL ATAAAAAMIIIIIIIIII!!!
Eve: Last week, Abel Atami teamed up with Roberto De La Rosa to take on Adam Lucas and Limmy Monaghan, with De La Rosa being pinned by Limmy at the end of the match. Right now, he has a moment to recover from that loss, as he takes on Oliver Taylor; a man who, as a matter of fact and as you may already know, had attacked Abel Atami after a match with Ashley Flores and Ayu Megumi! Right now, this could be seen as a bit of a revenge party for Abel…
(Abel Atami slides into the ring, before immediately popping right back up. He begins to pace around, before grabbing his towel and raising his arm high into the air. His theme song then fades out, to be replaced by ‘England Belongs To Me’ by Cock Sparrer. Oliver Taylor walks out through the curtains, with a more positive reaction, as he poses on the stage. He then begins to walk down the ramp.)
Gina Romano: And introducing his opponent… hailing from London, England… weighing in at 265 pounds… OLIVERRRRRRR TAAAAAAAYLOOOOOOOOOR!!!
Eve: Speak of the devil; here comes Oliver! As stated earlier, following a loss to Ashles Flores and Ayu Megumi, he attacked his partner that week, and right now, they get to settle it. The thing is, he can now prove that his attack wasn’t uncalled for, his attack wasn’t out of spite, and that his attack was deserved; by beating him, he can show that he was truly held back, and that he’d have won if it wasn’t FOR Abel. Only time will tell…
(Oliver Taylor climbs up onto the apron, before walking to the corner. He climbs the turnbuckles, and raises his arms, before he looks across the ring at Abel. He takes a deep breath, before hopping down into the ring. He jogs on the spot, before adjusting his mask. His theme then fades out, as the referee calls for the bell.)
(DING! DING! DING!)
Eve: And we are underway, as Oliver Taylor and Abel Atami slowly approach each other in the center of the ring, looking for a lock-up! Oliver pushes his hips in, yet so does Abel, and the two start a test of strength! Neither one of them can push the other back, however, Abel Atami is quickly able to transition into a side headlock! Abel Atami has Oliver Taylor where he wants him, as he tightens his lock on the ‘Masked British Heavyweight Wrestler’!!!
Gavin Kirkland: But as he does this, Oliver Taylor grabs him by the inside of his leg! He lifts him up, and drills him into the mat with a huge leg plant, and Abel quickly grabs onto his knee! Oliver Taylor goes for a headlock of his own, but there’s not a lot of damage done to the leg to hold him back, therefore he can quickly transition into a waistlock, slipping underneath the arm! Abel Atami out-wrestling Oliver Taylor, a man who will almost definitely be able to bump that meaty meat like the big meaty men they are! Oliver tries to slip out of it, but is knocked down with a wrestling-takedown!
Deadprez: He lifted him up by the waist and dropped him onto his stomach, before transitioning back into a headlock – now grounded – after Oliver slips onto his back! Abel tightens his grip… before landing a well-placed punch to the head! Oliver holds onto his forehead, as the two start to roll back to his feet – however, Abel gains control first! He starts to hit some jabs at Oliver, sending him stepping backwards to try and avoid them, but even then he gets cornered! Oliver ends up in the corner, before Abel Atami sprints across the ring, and hits the turnbuckle!
Eve: But those jabs didn’t even stun him, they just sent him back, and the second Abel hits the turnbuckles he notices Oliver Taylor sprinting right into his direction! He looks for a cornered move, but he’s taken back as Abel places his arms on his hips and lifts him up, before rolling forward himself! Oliver is sent out onto the apron, landing on his feet!
Deadprez: Abel Atami moves forward and goes to clothesline him, but the move is countered with Oliver using his left arm to catch it! He then punches Abel, making him stumble just a bit!
Gavin Kirkland: To make matters worse, Abel is kicked right into the gut through the ropes, forcing him to bend down! Oliver Taylor then flips over the top rope, with a sunset flip, before immediately bouncing back up to his feet, hooking his waist… THEN DEADLIFTING HIM OFF THE GROUND! HE’S USING ALL OF HIS STRENGTH TO LIFT HIM UP INTO THAT POWERBOMB POSITION, EVEN IF HE IS VISIBLY TENSING UP NOW, AS HE PLANTS THE MAN WITH BIGGER TITS THAN MOST FEMALE WRESTLERS – BELIEVE ME, I WOULD KNOW – INTO THE GROUND WITH A FOLDING POWERBOMB! THE COVER!

Eve: And a kick out! Abel Atami is not going to stay down after a move like that, and this early on, however Oliver Taylor isn’t done either! He rolls Abel back to his feet, before hooking him for a suplex lift, slowly but surely lifting him right off the ground as he intends to drill him right into the mat with a huge brainbuster… but Abel with the knees to the top of the scalp! He is instantly dropped to the mat, before he grabs Oliver’s head and goes for a Brainbuster of his own… However Oliver counters with the same move!
Deadprez: Once again, he goes for a Brainbuster yet it’s Abel Atami who gains the control from it, as he spins out immediately, before hitting a huge side elbow to Oliver’s jaw – the only thing truly exposed, guaranteed zero protection even if the rest is barely protected anyway!
Gavin Kirkland: But now, Abel Atami cranks up the heat! A few weeks ago it was Oliver who attacked Abel, and right now through this match he’s starting to lose his composure, for better or for worse! Abel hits another elbow, which drops Oliver Taylor to his knees!
Eve: And as Abel grabs onto the top of his mask, he starts to transition into some heavy shoot kicks right across the chest! Oliver Taylor wasn’t expecting this, however, maybe Abel didn’t have enough energy to keep wrestling like it’s a regular match! Perhaps he wants revenge here!
Deadprez: And that he may be able to get, as those kicks across the chest transition! Abel moves behind Oliver, before hitting a huge knife-edge chop across the shoulder bridge… before ending it with one more shoot kick, this time across the side of the head! Oliver drops, and Abel Atami covers!

Eve: Abel Atami pushes himself up to his feet, before moving over and grabbing his wrist, and lifting him up to his feet! He irish whips Oliver right into the corner, before he sprints and hits a running back elbow! Abel Atami stuns Oliver Taylor, before following up quickly!
Deadprez: He starts to hit even MORE jabs right now, and this time, these ARE stunning him, these ARE hurting him, and that’s what he was going for earlier on! Oliver Taylor starts to slide down the turnbuckles to sit on the bottom turnbuckle, not by design, before Abel Atami runs across the ring and hits the turnbuckles! This time, his running clothesline connects, right into the corner, before he holds onto Oliver’s wrist and pulls him forward… Lifting him off the ground… AND CONNECTING WITH THE SIGNATURE SAMOAN DROP RIGHT IN THE CENTER! ABEL ATAMI HOOKS OLIVER TAYLOR’S LEG!

Abel Atami has been moving at a very fast pace in the past few minutes, and understandably so; he does not like this man whatsoever! And now, he looks to finish it, as he grabs him by the side of his mask and raising the thumb… TO HIT ‘THE EYES OF THE SERPENT-’
Eve: BUT OLIVER TAYLOR IMMEDIATELY CATCHES HIM IN A PUMPHANDLE POSITION! I’M NOT SURE HOW HE DID THAT, BUT THE TRANSITION WAS SUPER CLEAN, AND THIS MOVE MAY BE EVEN CLEANER… DROPPING HIM WITH THE PUMPHANDLE HALF NELSON DRIVER!!! RIGHT INTO THE COVER!

Eve: – to push the shoulder right off the mat, despite being drilled right onto the shoulder bridge! Oliver Taylor came very close, however, and he’s perhaps going to keep going in order to take him down!
Deadprez: Oliver Taylor grabs Abel Atami, before opening up just a few punches right above the eyebrow, doing enough to stun him for his next maneuver! He grabs onto his head, before dropping him with a Snap Vertical Suplex! He holds onto the position, however, and twists his hips to roll straight back up! He transitions behind him, locking his arms around his waist, before drilling him into the mat with a HUGE German Suplex!
Gavin Kirkland: And again, Abel Atami lands on his shoulder bridge, obviously taking in way more damage than he could’ve expected! His arms tense up…
Eve: However, that’s not enough for Oliver, as he hangs onto the German Suplex position! Twisting himself over onto his side, he uses his knees to begin pushing himself up, as he lifts Abel up too, before pulling him right up to his feet! He places Abel’s arm over his own shoulder…
Gavin Kirkland: And now perhaps he could be going for the ‘English Slam’- yet Abel starts to hit some lowering elbows to the side of Oliver’s head! He’s trying his absolute hardest to escape this attempted maneuver, trying to pry him off with a lot of damage!
Deadprez: Yet none of it works! Oliver Taylor is showing zero signs of backing down! Abel Atami tries his best for a hip toss, but Oliver Taylor forward rolls back up to his feet, before sweeping Abel’s leg using his own! Oliver drops his knee right onto the top of Abel’s head, stunning him even more, before he then stands back up to a firm base, pulling Abel Atami up just a few seconds later! He places Abel’s arm right over his own shoulder, before lifting him off the ground… THE ‘ENGLISH SLAM’ CONNECTS – A MODIFIED VERSION OF STARR STAN’S OLYMPIC SLAM – BEFORE SLIDING INTO A COVER!

HE COULD DO A LOT OF DAMAGE RIGHT NOW, AS HIS GOAL IS TO MAKE SURE ABEL ATAMI SUBMITS! JUST A WEEK AGO IN THE MAIN EVENT, RONAN MALOSI SUBMITTED TO A VISUALLY SIMILAR MOVE WHEN APPLIED BY KASSIDY HEART, PERHAPS WE COULD SEE A SIMILAR OUTCOME IN ONE OF THIS WEEK’S SHOW *OPENERS*!!!

(‘Madness’ by KSI hits the speakers, as Abel Atami rolls out of the cover. The crowd begin to boo, however, Abel Atami could not care less, and whilst holding onto the shoulder bridge in between both shoulder blades, he pushes himself up onto his feet, as the referee raises his hand.)
Gavin Kirkland: Was that his first win? :notbad: If so, then congratulations I guess! I still stand by the bigger titties than most people comment, including the Adams family, however he is NOT an Adams so I have no reason to be mad! Abel Atami was able to open up that counter window right at the very end and use it as an opening, an opening of which succeeded, and his knee knocked Oliver Taylor out long enough for the three count! A very effective move, seemingly.
Eve: That much is so. Abel Atami truly got revenge after being attacked by Oliver, and was able to get a victory ahead of Reasonable Doubt, so truly, that is huge for him! He may not have been on this show, but this was practically a rubber match for his and Oliver’s little beef, and after this, who knows what could be next for him? This match has begun his slow climb up the EAW totem pole, and right now, he needs to prove that he truly can climb it.!
Deadprez: If he can, then good things will come his way, but right now, we need to focus on the present. So many people can speculate on the future, however, right now he just needs to bask in his moment and dedicate it to future victories! If that’s the case, *then* his future can be decided! All on his own accord…
(As Abel Atami celebrates on the top rope, the camera pans over to Oliver Taylor who is resting against the bottom turnbuckle, and his eyes show he’s pretty furious about his loss. We cut back to Abel, who climbs down from the top rope, and slides to the outside. As he begins to walk up the ramp, Showdown fades to commercial break.)

(The camera pans around the corner, and we see Ashley Flores. Ayu Megumi and Harper Lee, all very involved in a heated argument.)

Deadprez: Something I’m sure which Ayu is capable of tonight as if we remember, Jon Kelton was one of the men involved in her fatal four way match at Midsummer Massacre, which she went on to win.
Eve: True, but things change over time, will that prove to be true here, or have things just remained the same?
(Ayu Megumi takes her entrance gear off, and hands it to the stagehands ringside before focusing her attention on Jon Kelton across the ring as the referee signals for the bell.)

ROOKIE MISTAKE BY MEGUMI, WHO GETS BACKED INTO THE CORNER OFF A FLURRY OF STRIKES FROM A VERY GAME JON KELTON, LOOKING TO PROVE A POINT TO RONAN MALOSI, WHO YOU HAVE TO THINK IS WATCHING AS KELTON STOMPS A MUDHOLE MEGUMI, CAUSING HER TO SINK DOWN IN THAT CORNER, ALLOWING KELTON TO PRESS HIS KNEE INTO HER FACE, FORCING THE REF’S HAND TO COUNT!

Deadprez: Kelton finally relents before picking Ayu back up, and Irish whipping her so hard into the opposite corner that she simply just crumpled down to the mat off the impact, favoring that back, but that doesn’t stop Kelton from repeating his actions for a second time, whipping Ayu back into the corner she was in previously, this time so hard, she went up and over the top rope, tumbling to the outside.
Gavin Kirkland: I’m quite liking this aggressive streak from Kelton tonight, maybe it’ll help him against that egghead Ronan Malosi, WHO IM STILL ABOUT TAKING ALISSA OFF OUR TELEVISIONS! DAMN HIM! DAMN HIM TO HE-

Eve: :wtf: Anyways…Kelton isn’t gonna allow Ayu to get much breathing room as he follows her to the outside, grabbing the back of her head while she was slowly getting back to a vertical base, and sending her into the corner of the barricade with so much force, Ayu literally flipped into it back-first! Kelton takes a minute to admire his handiwork as Londyn claps from afar, the momentum being completely in her client’s hands right now, looks like Kelton’s not trying to change that with being cocky, so he’s quick to roll Ayu back into the ring.
Deadprez: Kelton aims to follow, getting one knee up on the apron, BUT HE GETS DROPKICKED OFF BY MEGUMI, WHO SEEMS TO HAVE GOTTEN A SECOND WIND, CHARGING OFF THE ROPES FOR A SUICIDE DIVE…BUT KELTON CATCHES HER IN POSITION FOR A SPINEBUSTER, HOWEVER, OPTS TO RAM HER SPINE FIRST INTO THE RINGPOST, DROPPING A WINCING AYU MEGUMI TO BOTH KNEES! Kelton grabs ahold of her head, and sends her back in the ring for a second time, this one with Megumi staying grounded.
Eve: Despite that, Kelton makes sure to keep his eyes on her this time as he methodically enters the ring, stalking his prey before looking to stand her back up in the center, ONLY TO GET MET WITH FIGHT FROM AYU MEGUMI, WHO THROWS REPEATED BLOWS TO THE BODY OF KELTON, CAUSING HIM TO RELEASE HIS GRIP ON HER HEAD, AND STAGGER BACK A BIT! But right as Ayu gets back up a standing position, Kelton knocks her right back down to a kneel with one well-placed knee to the midsection, and he follows that up with a swift snap Suplex, jerking Ayu up to a seated position, BUT KELTON RUNS OFF THE ROPES IN FRONT OF HER FOR A SEATED BIG BOOT!
Deadprez: Ayu grabs at her head as that one might’ve truly put a dent in her, but this doesn’t stop Kelton from tacking on a grounded rear chinlock, which’ll ultimately help to wear his opponent down, but Ayu starts to rally the fans behind her, tapping her foot down on the canvas before feeding off the energy to power back up to her feet, throwing back elbows into the gut of Jon, who’s backed up against the ropes, and Ayu’s barrage of elbows proves to be useful as it helps her in breaking free!

(‘Last Strike ‘ by Polo G plays as Kelton slowly rises off the limp body of Ayu with help from Londyn to have his hand raised in victory, provoking a mostly positive reaction from the crowd, having just watched a hard-fought match.)
Eve: Jon Kelton did exactly what he needed to do tonight, scoring a much needed win that’ll hopefully shut Ronan Malosi up, but knowing him, it more than likely won’t. But regardless, Jon still just was in a war with Ayu Megumi, who has nothing to have her head down for.
Deadprez: No, not at all, in fact, she just showed exactly why she’s a threat going into the triple threat at Reasonable Doubt, even in defeat, because that’s who Harper Lee and Ashley Flores are gonna have to deal with, someone with some true iron will mixed in with skill.
Gavin Kirkland: Yeah, this match was definitely a highlight of that, along with pretty entertaining. I mean, it had me looking up from the bikini photo Andrea Valentine posted on her IG for a good few minutes at times!
Eve: :wow: Ignoring what Gavin said, kudos to both of these competitors, and I wish em luck going into Reasonable Doubt, however, don’t forget, this isn’t the last time we’ll see Jon Kelton tonight as he will join us ringside for Ronan’s match with Limmy Monaghan.
(Kelton gives a slight nod of respect to Ayu Megumi before exiting the ring with Londyn as the camera fades elsewhere.)
(The camera cuts to the back and in particular Hurricane Hawks office. He is seated, his hands steepled in front of him, whilst listening to Jonny Airhart who slams his hands down on the table)
Hurricane Hawk: I’d appreciate it if you would treat my office with respect Jonny.
Jonny Airhart: Why should I? You obviously don’t respect me!
(Hawk sighs deeply)
Hurricane Hawk: And what makes you think that?
Jonny Airhart: Has Veena Adams been punished for what she did to me?
Hurricane Hawk: I saw no grounds for punishment.
(Jonny stands back, wide eyed at that statement, shocked at what he is hearing.)
Jonny Airhart: What does she have to do, kill someone for you to take notice?
Hurricane Hawk: I think you’re over-exaggerating a little Jonny, unless I have proof? My hands are tied.
Jonny Airhart: Are you shitting me right now? Something needs to be done about her. You saw what she did last week, and you’re going to sit there and tell me I’m overexaggerating? This is fucking ridiculous!
Hurricane Hawk: Yes, because, no I didn’t see anything. All I saw was you laid up on the ground when Kyra Phillips got on the scene. We looked at camera footage and there was NOTHING incriminating!
Jonny Airhart: Nothing incriminating!? And Veena coincidently stood over me. It’s not a case for Sherlock Holmes. She sneak attacked me because she knew that if she faced up to me, she would have been the one floored, AGAIN.
Hurricane Hawk: Maybe, but I’m afraid that there were no witnesses and I only have your words against hers. And I’m sorry but that isn’t enough. It may have been before under different management, but this is my show now and my rules.

(Jonny slams his hands on the desk again, Hawk giving him a look which makes his thoughts clear.)

Jonny Airhart: Pathetic… I knew I should have stayed on Dynasty where I was at least respected!
(Hawk stifles a laugh, putting his hand to his face.)
Hurricane Hawk: Look, I’m not wasting my time any longer on this. If I was you, I’d concentrate on your future, because right now I’m starting to wonder whether you should have stayed on Dynasty as well considering the person I traded away, Dr. Bethany Blue has just defeated two Former World Champions and a current Champion in her time there on Dynasty and you’re standing here bitching about something we have no footage over and already are dropping matches. CONCENTRATE ON YOUR CAREER, let me deal with everything else.
(Jonny bites his tongue, anger filling his eyes.)
Jonny Airhart: So seriously, you’re going to do NOTHING?

(As they talk, Veena Adams walks in with Charlie Marr, obviously having overheard the commotion from outside the door. Jonny immediately turns around and is about to push her, but Charlie intervenes getting in the way. Veena just laughs and shakes her head, almost pitying Jonny who is dying to get at her.)
Hurricane Hawk: Get out Jonny. Please.
Jonny Airhart: WTF???
Hurricane Hawk: I’m not having this, in MY office. Get out and calm down, then maybe we can have a chat like adults.

(Charlie chuckles to himself as Veena waves him away, Jonny opening the door to leave just as TLA walks in.)

(The door slams shut, as TLA looks Charlie up and down, the two glaring at each other for a moment.)

(Hurricane Hawk holds up his hands, motioning to them both.)
Hurricane Hawk: Allow me to reiterate the terms Gentlemen. We are only here to sign the contract. You touch each other with any acts of violence and the deal is off. And I don’t think either of you want that.
Charlie Marr: No problem with me, give me the damn papers to sign.
TLA: Me neither jefe. Let’s get it done and head to Reasonable Doubt so I can kick this buey’s culo.
( Hurricane Hawk pushes forwards a clipboard, first to Charlie Marr.)
Hurricane Hawk: Charlie, I’m sure you’ll agree everything is in order.
(Charlie doesn’t even look at the contract so eager is he to face TLA. He immediately flips to the back page and signs his name, pushing it across the table and towards TLA….)
Charlie Marr: Cannot wait to show you what an ‘Elite’ wrestler really is and then I’m, heading back into the Extreme Elimination Chamber and becoming the Answers World Champion.
(TLA just scoffs, and only quickly scans the pages, before also signing his name, sliding it back to Hawk.)
TLA: Let’s be real mundo here, you cabron be the last person to be preaching around here what an Elitist should be.
Veena Adams: Oh shut the fuck up, just kick his ass once and for all Charlie.
(Charlie looks like he is about to make a move, but he takes one look at Hurricane Hawk, and backs down.)

Hurricane Hawk: Guys, I’m warning you… one last time.

(TLA just laughs, shrugging off the threat.)

(Venna literally pulls Charlie out the office, Hawk sighing with relief.)
Hurricane Hawk: This place is going to make me old before my time.
(TLA shrugs with a grin, about to make a move for the door but Hawk motioning him back.)
Hurricane Hawk: One last thing…
TLA: Yeah?
Hurricane Hawk: I heard what you said about me, and the way this show is being run.
TLA: Wasn’t meant to be a secret, I ain’t hiding nothing jefe.
Hurricane Hawk: Perhaps not, but I wanted to make it clear to you that I am not Captain Charisma, and I won’t run Showdown the same way he did. I’m going to make this THE wrestling show in EAW, and if you are going to continue the success here that we all know you have been, you will do so by working damn hard, and not on your name alone. Are we clear?
(TLA pauses for a moment, and then nods.)

Hurricane Hawk: Good, then that will be all.
(With one final grin, TLA turns and leaves the office, shutting the door behind him.)
(As we come back from commercial break, ‘Last Strike ‘ by Polo G is playing throughout the arena as Jon Kelton is back out after his match with Ayu Megumi earlier, he sits next to Deadprez, Eve and Gavin Kirkland to call the next match.)
Deadprez: We are joined by Jon Kelton! Welcome and congrats on your win against a true rising star in Ayu Megumi!
Jon Kelton: It was tough, she is going to be a champion for sure, thanks for having me Prez.

(The lights go off, a few blue and green lasers starts to sprint around the arena before ‘King’s Dead’ by Jay Rock, Kendrick Lamar, Future, James Blake start to play throughout the arena, just then Limmy Monaghan comes out to the roar of the crowd when he is dressed like Raiden from Metal Gear. Wearing the eye band and the metal as a mask, and silver dyed hair whilst also carrying out a huge sword. Walter Bivens nods and strolls out behind Limmy, leading his man to the ring as Monaghan stays focused during the laser light show….)
Deadprez: What an entrance by Limmy Monaghan and you can see that he is serious, ready to walk into Reasonable Doubt with ALL the momentum! Huge match against Adam Lucas for the Hardcore Championship, but Limmy is ready to take on Ronan Malosi here tonight!
Eve: Cosplay or not, Limmy is here to win and we know that behind all this, is one of the most dangerous wrestlers on Showdown!
Gavin Kirkland: Walter came out with him, Jon.

(As Limmy is in the ring posing, the camera flashes are going crazy, peppering the arena, he starts to take off his gear as his theme is replaced by ‘Mo Money’ by Ben McLusky, the crowd starts to boo as Ronan Malosi slowly comes out, all decked out in his expensive suits, but he is wearing a mask, a protector for his nose after what happened last week. There is a man with him that seems to be a Doctor.)
Gina Romano: HIS OPPONENT MAKING HIS WINTER RESIDENCE IN PALM SPRINGS, FLORIDA!!!! WEIGHING IN AT 285 POUNDS! HE IS RONAN MALOSI!!!!!!!!!!!
(Ronan Malosi makes his way toward the ring with the Doctor, he walks up the stairs, opening his jacket and posing, then entering the ring he had a stack of papers in his hands, when the grabs the mic from Gina Romano.)

Now, I went to a Doctor, no not Bethany, though she lives not far from me in my NEW winter residence in Florida, we practically are neighbors now, but she still holds a grudge from last season, whatever…. So, I had to get the next best thing, my own Doctor and specialist, the ONLY one that top money could buy in Dr. Chester Cheatum!

(Ronan and Dr., Cheatum both start to laugh, Limmy doesn’t find it very funny….)
Ronan Malosi: Okay…. Okay… anyway, so in other words, Dr. Cheatum is saying that I cannot face you tonight Limmy, so count your lucky stars that you are not getting your ass kicked tonight. Now, referee, make it official, a no contest so I can go back to my hotel room in this cesspool of a city and lay down.
(As the crowd erupts in boos, Limmy Monaghan rips the mic from his hands…)

(The referee nods, walking over to Gina Romano and saying something in her ear. She nods and makes the announcement….)

(Kelton throws his headsets down and springs up to the apron. Ronan though backs up as Limmy stands there just waiting for the referee and the decision….)
Gina Romano: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! RONANN MALOSI HAS A DOCTOR’S NOTE SAYING HE CANNOT WRESTLE TONIGHT DUE TO EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO HIS NOSE SO THIS MATCH…… SINCE DR. CHEATUM IS NOT AN APPOINTED MEDICAL PHYSICIAN BY SHOWDOWN OR THE EAW, THIS MATCH IS CONSIDERED A FORFEIT AND THE WINNER IS LIMMY MONAGHAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jon grabs the papers that were on the mat, shaking his head before ripping them apart.)
Eve: AND JON KELTON HAS SEEN ENOUGH! CHROME HEARTZ! DR. CHEATUM IS GOING TO NEED ONE OF THOSE NOTES HIMSELF! KELTON NOW LOOKING AT RONAN WHO IS STIRRING….

(Jon doesn’t say another word, walking out of the ring as ‘Last Strike ‘ by Polo G starts to play throughout the arena. He gets out of the ring and walks off as Ronan lies there with the ripped Doctor’s Note all ripped up on him….)
Deadprez: Well, as Jon Kelton leaves and officials are checking on Ronan and Dr. Cheatum, we are going to take you back to last year’s Reasonable Armageddon Hell in a Cell where we saw four of the top stars in the EAW compete for the Answers World Championship and some may even say this match put two of them on the map.
Eve: We all knew that Kassidy Heart and Jamie O’Hara were World Champions or in Heart’s case destined to be, Jake Smith and Dr. Bethany Blue on the other hand were going to be tested and they stepped up, this was a career maker for both and solidified Kassidy and Jamie as two of the absolute best.
Gavin Kirkland: I remember calling that match and the carnage, it was a sight to see for sure. Kassidy, Thiccany, Jake and Jamie. One is our Answers World Champion, one is on Dynasty, one on Voltage and one on the Injured Reserve, but I think we can all say that all four of these are or have been future World Champions.

She descends from the guerilla position and walks onto the entranceway. She confidently poses on the stage before walking down the ramp and into the cell. She slides into the squared circle, avoiding the barbed wire before confronting Kassidy Heart in the center of the ring. They begin to aggressively exchange words as the referee stands in between them to prevent an altercation before the bell. )

( Dr. Bethany Blue jumps over the top rope and into the ring, and confronts Kassidy Heart face-to-face while “War” by Grandson hits throughout the speakers. Out comes Jake Smith as he walks out and poses on the stage. He brushes off the chip on his shoulder before confidently moseying down the aisle and through the door into the hell-in-a-cell. )
Gina Romano: From Atlantic City, New Jersey, weighing in at 210 pounds… HE IS THE MIGHTIEST ONE… JAAAAAAAAAAAAAKEEEEEEE SMITHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
Eve: Tonight may be the night that we see Jake Smith obtain his magnum opus! After nearly two years of establishing himself a strong presence on the mid-card division, Jake is taking his business to the upper echelons where tonight, he gets an opportunity to etch his name in Elite Answers Wrestling in history as a new EAW Answers World Champion. But, the question to ask is does Jake Smith have what it takes to be a world champion in this industry. He may have been able to hold that EAW Pure Championship two times, but this is a whole other level. This is a new playing field and while Jake might be a strong favourite heading into this Armageddon, it’s matter of if the pressure will cause The Mightiest One’s winning chances to cave in or not.
Deadprez: Jake Smith is trapping himself in a cell with three of the best that Showdown has offered and he has proven time-and-time again that he can stand toe-to-toe with all of them. Gavin Kirkland: To be honest, I would commit all of my energy this month to this “No Jake November”, but several times throughout this show, I have failed No Nut November, so I don’t think I should commit to anything else. Like, let’s be honest here people. Soldiers are always talking about how difficult serving on the frontlines is because of the fear factor and risks of doing so, but trying to maintain yourself during No Nut November is truly difficult. That shit defines DIFFICULT! Surviving No Nut November is what makes you a man!

With the EAW Answers World Championship strapped around his waist, he poses the stage before gradually making his way down to the stage )
Gina Romano: AND FROM LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, WEIGHING IN AT 190 POUNDS… HE IS THE EAW ANSWERS WORLD CHAMPION… THE ASCENDED MASTER…. JAAAAAAAAAMIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE O’HARAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!
Eve: The undisputed ace of EAW has arrived and he is looking more ready than ever! Let me correct myself. They are attending his death! This might be the last time we ever see The Mightiest One!! Hell, this hellacious match might be the last time we see everyone but Jamie O’Hara!!
Eve: Jamie O’Hara defies the odds yet again and stands tall, still as Showdown’s top flagbearer. He remains to be the EAW Answers World Champion after a match where his challengers put everything on the line and defining the word murder itself! This was truly an armageddon and if you don’t think it was! The bruises and scars that were the result of the agony each elitist sustained during the match should tell the story! Jamie O’Hara was in the right place at the right time, and if he was not ready to do that Genki Cannon off the top of the cage, then Jake Smith would be our new EAW Answers World Champion!
(Jamie sits in the ring as Mr. DEDEDE runs on the stage to check on his wife with the medics, absolutely worried sick. Alexis runs out and checks on her best friend in tears. Telling her everythings gonna be okay.)

Deadprez: This is the time when we were supposed to have the final word from all three competitors in the Main Event for Reasonable Doubt, but Impact had other plans that we will see in a little bit following the Kassidy piece. Theron on the other hand will be in our main event tonight and has chosen to allow his words to be spoken by action. We did hear from Kassidy Heart, the Answers World Champion and this is what she had to say.

( The scene opens up inside the lavish and luxurious tour bus that the Answers World Champion, Kassidy Heart, shared with her husband, EAW’s Chairman, Ryan Adams. More specifically, the Showdown cameras have been allowed inside of Kassidy’s personal dressing room. The champion is seen sitting in a purple director’s chair with her name written across the back of it in swarovski crystals. Kassidy is wearing a pair of slim fitting Saint Laurent houndstooth print pants, a black, sequined mock Saint Laurent turtleneck top that showed off a sliver of her tan midsection, and black patent Christian Louboutin pumps with red lining on the inside. Her hairstylist, Emmanuel Julliard, and her make-up artist, Stasiana MacAbee, are present as they’re getting the champion ready for a photoshoot that will be taking place backstage at Showdown. Emmanuel has just finished curling the longer pieces of blonde hair that frame Kassidy’s perfect face, and he’s fluffing the back of her cropped bob out to give it some volume. Stasi has just finished applying Anastasia Beverly Hills liquid lipstick in the shade American Doll to Kassidy’s lips, and after Kassidy bots, Stasi finishes everything off with setting spray. Kassidy takes note of the cameras and with a lazy wave of her hand, she dismisses Emmanuel and Stasi from the room. Once they exit, Kassidy reaches for the Answers World Championship, which had been sitting on her vanity. She crosses her legs, places the belt in her lap, and flashes an arrogant little smile to the camera. )
Kassidy Heart: I find these type of interviews or whatever the fuck you wanna call it rather pointless, if I’m being honest. Hurricane Hawk has demanded that I give my final thoughts on Reasonable Doubt and the Answers World Championship match, but I’m not about to unload right now when I have a whole fucking week of this shit coming up. I tried to explain this, but for whatever reason, Hawk has decided to put his foot down and make demands of his champion, forgetting just who the fuck she is, so here we are. I’ll let Hawk throw around his weight, for now, but once Reasonable Doubt is said and done, and I’m on my way to becoming the longest reigning Answers World Champion, him and I may just end up having a little chit chat. Things are done on
terms around here, and I’m really tired of people forgetting that. I’m also tired of dealing with Impact and Theron, but mercifully that comes to an end next weekend when I once again retain this Answers World Championship against the two of them. The ignorant fans are already whispering that I’ve finally met my match when it comes to the two of them, nevermind that one is fat and inconsistent as fuck, and the other just returned, thinking he could recapture his former glory, but has absolutely
to help him win his matches this time around, but whatever. People are desperate to see me sweat and lose this championship. They pray for my fucking downfall every godamn night before they lay their ugly heads down to sleep. Meanwhile, I keep thriving and living my best life. It is what it is at this point, and I make no apologies for being in the position I’m in. I’ve waited a long time to sit at the top of this company and reign as a dominant world champion, and we’ve really reached a point where I can’t be fucked with.
Kassidy Heart: There’s never been a woman in the history of EAW that has been able to take this company by the balls like I have. I know you idiots continue to hail and praise the likes of Cameron Ella Ava and Kendra Shamez, but honestly, who the fuck are they compared to me? They’re relics, remnants of the past, and women who came up in an era that lacked true competition. Since 2018, I have left my mark on this company, and this business as a whole, doing things that no woman has ever done before, not even Cameron. When my time here is said and done, my legacy will be far grander than that of the Female Elitists of the Decade 🙄, and my accomplishments will continue to shit on theirs. That being said, I’m not content with just being the greatest female Elitist of all-time. I just want to be the greatest Elitist of all time, period. Reasonable Doubt represents another chance for me to continue pursuing that goal, so bet that I’m fully focused on the task at hand. My buttons have been pushed. My opponents have done what they can to make this match personal. They’ve attacked me physically and fucked with me mentally and emotionally. What they really don’t understand is that this is a dangerous game the two of them are playing. I don’t fear Theron Nikolas. I don’t fear Impact. When it comes to my opponents, the only one I fear is… myself.
( Kassidy pauses after revealing that little tidbit, and the expression on her face changes. There is no hint of that arrogant smile. She doesn’t even look that beautiful at the moment. She just looks blank. )
Kassidy Heart: What matters now is what happens at Reasonable Doubt, and I plan to leave that event knowing that once again I have made history. Everyone knows that when I walk out of Reasonable Doubt with my championship in my hands, it’s a foregone conclusion that I will go down as the longest reigning Answers World Champion in history. One of the laziest title reigns ever will be erased from the books. And more importantly, I will be heading towards Road to Redemption with a chance to end the year undefeated.

There is so much drama building around one of the biggest shows of the year with a huge Triple Threat match for the Answers World Championship. Kassidy Heart, our champion that has held the title since Under Siege looks to retain it against former World Champion Theron Nikolas, “The God Emperor” and none other than EAW legend and also former World Champion, Impact. We know the bad blood between all these wrestlers and with such a strong undercard that includes the Hardcore Championship in Limmy Monaghan and Adam Lucas or the chance to be in the Extreme Elimination Chamber that pits TLA versus Charlie Marr, you know there is something special brewing here! Deadprez: A week before his big championship defence at Reasonable Doubt, Adam Lucas has his hands full tonight against the highly-accomplished and technically proficient foe that is Theron Nikolas. Proven to be one of the most consistent Elitists here on Saturday nights, Lucas continues to build his repertoire as he goes. A victory over a World Championship contender would go for a long way. It could even grant him a championship opportunity one day because his business with the Adams family could be considered unfinished. He decimated Mr. DEDEDE in the grandest stage of them all and was a problem to Kassidy Heart a few months ago.
Eve: Lucas has put in the work and steadily ascended the corporate ladder. His passion for this industry hasn’t gone undetected because there is a reason why he is the EAW Hardcore Champion. He took the PURE mantle, took the transition like a boss, and has defended that crown with prestige and honour. Tonight, he has Theron Nikolas, and then will have his hands full with Limmy Monaghan a week after. The EAW Hardcore Champion will be occupied for the next seven days. But, without a shadow of a doubt, this workload is nothing new for him. Hard work and dedication is what he is all about.
(After Adam Lucas hands over his championship to the referee and prepares in his designated corner, his theme song fades into silence. Boos reverberate around the Royal Farms Arena before “Paint It Black” by Hidden Citizens plays. This intensifies the boos to a higher volume as it prompts Theron Nikolas to gradually emerge from the gorilla position. With his usual smirk on his face, Theron Nikolas spreads his arms and laughs at their reception.)

Deadprez: Theron Nikolas hasn’t stressed it enough that he did not re-emerge onto the scene to play and joke around, and that he returned to show to the entire world that he is still the best around. Even though the beginning of his return was spoiled by Jack Ripley, you can’t deny that he hasn’t rectified that huge loss and hasn’t crawled back up to the upper echelons’ surface.
Gavin Kirkland: Theron Nikolas is going to become the EAW Answers World Champion. I am going to call it. I am going to bet my entire collection of Camille’s Naughty Tapes on it. There is no one on this brand better than Theron Nikolas.

Deadprez: This main event is underway as Theron Nikolas and Adam Lucas don’t take too much engaging in the physicalities of this match as they hook up in a collar-and elbow tie up. They hassle and tassel in the middle of the ring, with no advantage from either side until Nikolas tips the scale and manages to get him up against the ropes. Lucas turns him around and leans him up. Both men break up the collar and elbow as Lucas Irish whips Nikolas into the other side of the ring! Nikolas comes off the ropes and floors the champion with a shoulder block. Lucas gets right back up as he follows Nikolas into the ropes!
Eve: Nikolas jumps over Lucas and continues to rebound off the ropes!! Nikolas sees Lucas leapfrogging! AND HE DUCKS AND PULLS HIM DOWN BY THE RIGHT FOOT! Lucas goes face first onto the canvas, but he is immediately able to recover and is able to kick Nikolas in the chest with both feet. Nikolas is thrusted to the other side of the ring as it gives him the opportunity to get up to his feet. Nikolas pulls himself up while Adam Lucas simultaneously sprints towards him. Nikolas has a huge possibility to reclaim the EAW Answers World Championship in a star-studded triple threat that could fall as a potential candidate for the Match Of The Year category.
