(Fight Grid intro plays.)
(The camera opens up and pans around EAW Headquarters located in Newark, New Jersey. The camera fades into the building, where Molly Waters is seen sitting behind her Fight Grid desk. She has a smile on her face as she looks towards the camera, and soon after she begins to speak.)
Molly Waters: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Fight Grid, your source for news all throughout the Land of Elite! As always I’m Molly Waters, and tonight we have some breaking news heading into Grand Rampage, but before we get into that, I’d like to share a video that took place just days ago on Super Voltage! As we all know Mr. DEDEDE and Donovan Duke faced off with the National Elite Championship on the line, and in a very surprising turn of events SOSA Henderson would cost him the Championship! I was luckily able to get a few words from him, so here we go!
[SCREENBAR – Symphony of the Seas Cruise Ship, after Super Voltage]
(The video opens to SOSA Henderson walking through the backstage area of the cruise ship, just moments after attacking Mr. DEDEDE and costing him the National Elite Championship match he had against Donovan Duke. Molly Waters can be seen quickly running up to SOSA with a microphone in her hand.)
Molly Waters: Excuse me SOSA, do you have a minute!?
(SOSA finally stops in his tracks, allowing Molly Waters to catch up.)
Molly Waters: Just a few minutes ago you attacked Mr. DEDEDE, costing him his match against Donovan Duke and in turn allowing Donovan to retain his National Elite Championship. What happened out there? What was that all about?
SOSA Henderson: Isn’t it obvious? I made the mistake of watching that shitty interview he had last week and caught him talking shit about me like I wasn’t gonna do nothing about it. I really didn’t give a fuck about that National Elite Championship match because I have my own shit to deal with, but one thing I’m not gonna let anybody do is try to disrespect me, not after how far I’ve made it in the past few years. I don’t even know what he was expecting, because that’s one thing I’m really not gonna tolerate from anybody, even if you’re the Chairman. Xander Payne already fucked up and he’s gonna get what’s coming to him, now DEDEDE of all people wants to make an enemy out of me? Fine. He can talk his shit, and I’mma make sure he regrets it. DEDEDE made a mistake and he learned that tonight. It’s simple. Keep my name outta your fucking mouth, and that won’t happen to you.
(SOSA Henderson begins to walk off, leaving Molly Waters in the area as she looks back at the camera.)
(From there, the video fades out, and the camera returns to Molly sitting at the Fight Grid desk.)
Molly Waters: There you have it, but that’s not all! I said I had news for you all, and there’s actually two things I’d like to share with you, both regarding Grand Rampage! The first is in regards to Chris Elite, who was eliminated from the Gold Rush tournament by Minerva at Super Voltage. I was able to speak to Chris and needless to say, he wasn’t exactly happy about coming up short in the Gold Rush tournament. Obviously that tournament was a major opportunity to headline Pain for Pride for the Voltage roster, and while Chris Elite has a Gawd Contract he could always use to get there anyway, he made it clear that he wants to do things legitimately and earn his way to the main event of the biggest show of the year, which is why Chris Elite has officially declared himself for the Grand Rampage match!
Molly Waters: Of course, that’s not all, and while I do have more news regarding Grand Rampage, this is not about the Grand Rampage match. As we all know there was an altercation involving IDOL-GUN and Dynasty’s Dr. Bethany Blue and Caroline at Super Voltage, and on top of that Dr. Bethany Blue would come to Ms. Extreme’s aid when IDOL-GUN attacked her later on in the show. As we all know Ms. Extreme has had her own issues with IDOL-GUN over the past weeks, which is why it has now been made official that at Grand Rampage, Ms. Extreme and Dr. Bethany Blue will be taking on IDOL-GUN!
Molly Waters: Grand Rampage is looking more and more interesting as we get closer to the show! That’s all for now, but keep in mind that Grand Rampage is just over a week away, and just like all of you watching, it’s an event I just can’t wait to see! Thank you all for watching, as always I’m Molly Waters, signing out.
(Molly Waters waves goodbye to the camera, and the camera fades out to one more shot of EAW headquarters, before finally beginning to fade to black.)
(Fight Grid logo buzzes.)
