In the month of September, EAW held one of the biggest events of the season with Territorial Invasion! The season’s first tribrand event was a huge success and once again highlighted all three major brands in a great way, with fantastic matches all across both nights. As always the tribrand matches delivered, including the War Games match that closes out the event every year. This year saw plenty of names enter the match for the first time, resulting in a very unpredictable War Games match that absolutely could’ve been won by anybody. In the end, September’s Elitists of the Month are the three that did pull it off, that being Voltage’s team of team Captain Damon Lazarus, Auburn Ware and Specialists Champion Saori Aizen! With everything that has unfolded between these three it was surprising seeing them work together at all, but in the end they did not only that, but they did so with great efficiency. All three of these Elitists are able to leave Territorial Invasion as first time War Games winners thanks to the fantastic teamwork they showed, putting the very personal issues they had aside to achieve such a big goal. Congratulations to Damon, Auburn and Saori, who all achieved one of their biggest victories thus far.
