Grand Rampage 2026 Day 2 Preshow

Grand Rampage 2026 Day 2 Preshow

(EAW intro plays.)

(After pyro, the scene cuts to the stage where for the second day in a row, Molly Waters is standing by!)

Molly Waters: Last night was incredible! We had two world title matches plus multiple scores settled between bitter rivals! It’s obvious that everyone competing this weekend knows what’s at stake! Jake Smith and Milli Banks continue to reign as world champions, while Effy McAvoy and Clayton Golde retained their respective championships.

(Molly pauses as a high light video of those victories play behind her, and Jake Smith screwing Veena Adams and then blaming Caroline for his disqualification loss garners the loudest boos. Molly cringes and shakes her head. Despite trying to be professional, even she is bothered by Jake Smith and who can blame her?)

Molly Waters: I never said some of last night’s action wasn’t without controversy. Be that as it may, we’re going to get started with a contendership match tonight! So Bella… take it away!

(The first match graphic of the night flashes across the screen.)

(The fans get to their feet in anticipation of these two Voltage newcomers throwing down. Bella Braxton is all smiles as the camera shot cuts to her to give her introductions.)

Bella Braxton: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN… THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS SCHEDULE FOR…

Crowd: ONE FALL!!!

Bella Braxton: AND IT’S FOR THE NUMBER ONE CONTENDERSHIP TO THE EAW SPECIALISTS CHAMPIONSHIP!

(‘Rompe’ by Daddy Yankee starts to play as the crowd politely cheers a woman who’s only had a handful matches thus far in EAW.)

Bella Braxton: INTRODUCING FIRST… FROM RENO, NEVADA… WEIGHING IN AT 102 POUNDS… SHE IS ‘EL TIGRE’ CARMEN SÀNCHEZ!

(Carmen strolls out onto the stage and takes in the massive crowd. It’s the biggest crowd she will be competing in front of so far and there’s a little bit of nervous energy that surrounds her. However, Carmen starts to grin, feeding off the atmosphere, and she begins to make her way to the ring.)

Rich Russillo: I have to say, the circumstances surrounding this match are unique. There’s no bad blood or anything of that nature between Carmen Sànchez and her opponent tonight, Sayuri Himura. In fact, it was Sayuri who initially approached Carmen looking for a match with her.

Persephone: Which is the stupidest fucking reason for anyone to face someone ever, especially when Carmen has literally nothing to offer. This match should have been a dark match before Voltage or something.

Thadd Blazevich: Nah, not even, Seph! Carmen is getting her first chance to earn a title shot, dude, and I can’t wait to see how she handles such a huge moment!

(Carmen gets into the ring and starts removing her jacket as her music fades out. After a moment, ‘Reviver’ by My First Story starts to play. The crowd continues to cheer, clearly excited to see how this one is going to play out.)

Bella Braxton: AND HER OPPONENT… FROM YOKOHAMA, JAPAN… WEIGHING IN AT 125 POUNDS… SHE IS ‘THE YŪREI’ SAYURI HIMURA!

(Sayuri walks out and she looks completely focused on the task at hand tonight. She knows that defeating Carmen will get her closer to a championship and after the debacle that was her shot at the New Breed Championship against the slippery Clayton Golde, she definitely wants her own redemption arc. She takes a deep breath and then starts to make her way to the ring.)

Thadd Blazevich: That’s a wicked focused look on Sayuri’s face tonight, dudes. I think we’re in for a real treat. Her time on Voltage has been up and down, but there’s no denying that Sayuri is one of the most talented women in all of EAW.

Persephone: Is she? If that were the case, she’d be undefeated and New Breed Champion right now instead of that fucking slimeball Clayton Golde. Sayuri is a hack and if she somehow manages to win this match, she’ll fumble the Specialists Championship shot too!

Rich Russillo: Sayuri didn’t exactly fumble her chance to become New Breed Champion, Seph. Clay screwed her out of it.

Persephone: Semantics.

(Sayuri is in the ring now and is getting ready for the match. After she sheds her own ring jacket, she greets Carmen in the middle of the ring. They shake hands and the referee calls for the bell.)

(DING! DING! DING!)

Persephone: I gotta keep it a buck. I truly do not give a fuck about this match!

Rich Russillo: Be that as it may, this has turned out to be an important match for both Sayuri and Carmen. A shot at the Specialists Championship is on the line, some time in the near future, and it looks like Sayuri is looking to set the tone! She goes right at Carmen, knocking her to the mat with a vicious forearm shot!

Thadd Blazevich: Dude! That shot totally rocked Carmen! She is grabbing the side of her head and is slow to get up! Sayuri has been wanting this match against her, and she’s started it off with a bang, man.

Rich Russillo: Carmen pulls herself back up, Sayuri charges! Right hand after right hand connects, backing Carmen into the corner. Carmen manages to get her foot up, forcing Sayuri back, and she fires off a massive palm strike that connects right to Sayuri’s ear! Sayuri is nearly knocked down by the force of the shot and Carmen looks to capitalize with a lariat! Sayuri crashes to the mat and Carmen is down now, hammering away on her!

Persephone: Sayuri is able to flip onto her stomach, trying to get away, but Carmen grabs the leg and cinches in a single leg Boston crab. If she’s not gunna break her leg, what’s the point?

Thadd Blazevich: A submission victory? I don’t know, broette. Maybe Carmen just wants to end this one early?

Rich Russillo: Sayuri is reaching for the ropes, wrapping her hand around the bottom one. The referee has to get in there and start the count, and Carmen breaks at four. Sayuri immediately pulls herself out of the ring, attempting to regroup, and Carmen is all smiles inside the ring! What a great start for ‘El Tigre’!

Thadd Blazevich: Sayuri’s got her head back together and she’s making her way back into the ring. Carmen motions for her to bring it, and man. I love that type of confidence. Gotta respect that, and Sayuri definitely does. She’s in the ring and back on her feet, and calls for the lock-up! She meets Sayuri in the center of the ring and they lock up! Carmen gains the quick advantage, but Sayuri uses her power advantage to shove Carmen into the ropes. She presses her forearm against Carmen’s throat and starts throwing absolute haymakers! Forearm after forearm connects to the side of Carmen’s head and the referee is making her back up. Let ‘em fight, bro!

Rich Russillo: Carmen is able to shove Sayuri back and duck under a clothesline. She forces Sayuri against the ropes and starts striking her in the back of the head. Carmen is showing as much aggression as Sayuri now, and she’s up on the middle rope and SLAMS her knee into the back of Sayuri’s head! Carmen strikes her in the back of the head again. She drops off the ropes, grabs Sayuri and spikes her with a DDT!

Persephone: Yawn.

Thadd Blazevich: Carmen takes off, showing off her crazy speed! She jumps over Sayuri, lands on the ropes, and springboards off with A MOONSAULT MAN! CARMEN HOOKS THE LEGS FOR A COVER!

OOONNNEEE!!!

TTTTWWWWOOOO!!!!

Persephone: Well that kickout was unfortunate. I was really hoping this would be over ASAP!

Rich Russillo: Sayuri’s not going down without a fight.

Persephone: Truly unfortunate.

Thadd Blazevich: Broette Carmen jerks Sayuri up, striking her right in the breadbasket with a knee! She strikes her again, but this time Sayuri pulls her in and goes for the leg! She wrestles her to the mat, turning the tables on Carmen, and she’s got her own Boston crab locked in! She’s got both legs hooked and Carmen reaches for the ropes! The referee’s gotta call for the break, man, but Sayuri isn’t happy! She lets go of Carmen, but now she’s got her own knee pressed right into the back of Carmen’s neck. She’s pinning her to the mat and she reaches back, hooking the leg!

Rich Russillo: Sayuri holds on until the count of five and lets go, backing off. She pauses for a second before grabbing Carmen and jerking her away from the ropes. She hauls her up by the arm… slinging her into the ropes, and gets Carmen with a short-arm clothesline! Carmen goes to her knees and Sayuri jerks her up… clotheslines her down again!

Thadd Blazevich: Carmen is thrown into the ropes again but this time Sayuri just lets her go. She DESTROYS her on the rebound with a gnarly discus lariat and Carmen is down, dude.

Persephone: GOOD. STAY DOWN!

Rich Russillo: Carmen’s pushing up, but Sayuri with a kick to the chest! Carmen rolls to the side but Sayuri lands a kick to the back of her neck! Carmen tries to stand but this time Sayuri connects with multiple kicks to the chest! There’s another kick to the ribs but Carmen just rolled for the ropes! Sayuri kicks her again as Carmen slides out of the ring… but Sayuri is on the apron now. She is stomping Carmen as she stands but Carmen has the ankle!

Thadd Blazevich: CRAFTY CARMEN! She knocked Sayuri’s feet out from under her and dude. That was a rough landing on the hardest part of the ring!

Persephone: But is she unconscious though? NO! So it clearly wasn’t hard enough.
Rich Russillo: Carmen climbs onto the apron and she pulls Sayuri up. She hooks her… looking for a suplex, but Sayuri locks her legs inside of Carmen’s. Carmen’s not able to get her up, and Sayuri clubs her in the back! She clubs her a few more times before removing her feet and she picks up Carmen! She’s got Carmen by the legs and lifts her up… SENDING HER FACE FIRST INTO THE TOP OF THE RING POST!

Thadd Blazevich: Carmen’s forehead struck that post hard, dude. We got blood!

Persephone: 😮 okay then. Maybe this is gunna be interesting now.

Rich Russillo: Carmen has tumbled off the apron and lands in a heap on the ground. Sayuri is looking down at her but she elects to step inside the ring and break the referee’s count. Carmen is holding onto her head, taking note that she is bleeding, and she looks stunned by this turn of events. She’s slow to sit up and Sayuri takes note of this… and she’s back on the apron.

Thadd Blazevich: BRO! Sayuri just FLATTENED Carmen with a jumping double foot stomp to the chest! She’s got her by the hair and using closed fist punches to open that wound up some more. Broette isn’t holding back right now… AT ALL.

Persephone: Fucking finally.

Rich Russillo: She jerks Carmen up… slams her face into the apron and pushes her back into the ring! Carmen tries to roll away but Sayuri grabs her and jams her knee right into the wound! They’re on the ropes, though, so the referee is warning Sayuri, who immediately gets to her feet. She pulls Carmen up and looks to whip her into the ropes, but Carmen hangs on! Sayuri with a swinging right hand that Carmen is able to duck, but Sayuri rips her off the ropes!

Thadd Blazevich: They’re fighting for position man, and it’s Carmen who actually gets Sayuri in a side head-lock! Sayuri elbows her way free and manages to get Carmen in the same hold! Carmen grabs at Sayuri’s arms, but Sayuri is stronger so Carmen bro is looking for another way to escape!

Rich Russillo: Carmen GETS HER FEET ON THE ROPES AND USES THEM TO SPRINGBOARD OVER SAYURI! SAYURI IS DROPPED TO THE MAT AND CARMEN IS ON TOP OF HER! SHE’S GOT THE PIN!

OOONNNEEE!!!

TTTTWWWWOOOO!!!!

Persephone: Of course since the whole word is against me, that was never going to result in a pin.

Thadd Blazevich: Sayuri is up first! Carmen eats a kick to the face! A kick to the chest! Another kick to the face! Carmen slumps over and Sayuri with a stiff kick right to the back of the neck! A kick to the ribs follows before she’s grabbing by the hair! She’s looking to hoist her up… BUT CARMEN MAN PULLS HER INTO A SMALL PACKAGE!

OOONNNEEE!!!

TTTTWWWWOOOO!!!!

TTT-

Persephone: :francis: I’m starting to get really annoyed. Now they’re both back up :noah:

Rich Russillo: I think Sayuri might be too! She misses a lariat and Carmen’s got her from behind! Carmen’s looking for a German suplex, but Sayuri with an elbow to the temple! Carmen shakes it off… and she sends Sayuri crashing to the mat!

Thadd Blazevich: Dude! Did you see how Sayuri’s noggin’ just bounced off the ground?? That was insane!

Rich Russillo: Carmen desperately wants to stay on offense now and she’s going for kicks and stomps to keep Sayuri ground. She drops down, grabbing Sayuri’s arm, but Sayuri is hanging in there! Carmen forearms her repeatedly in the back of the head. She scrambles to her feet and rushes towards the ropes… DIVING AT SAYURI!

Thadd Blazevich: SAYURI CATCHES HER, MAN! SHE’S GOT HER UP… BUT CARMEN’S GOT THE HEAD AND SLAMS SAYURI INTO THE MAT WITH WHAT ENDED UP BEING A WHEELBARROW BULLDOG!

Persephone: :wtf: Why isn’t she going for the cover??

Rich Russillo: Carmen may be new to wrestling but she knows it’s gunna take more than that to keep Sayuri down! She’s looking to wear her down by focusing on the arm, bending it back, but so far, Sayuri is keeping Carmen from fully extending it into an armbar. Carmen with punches to the head, to try and disrupt Sayuri’s concentration but Sayuri is inching her foot to the ropes!

Thadd Blazevich: Carmen grabs the hair, smashing Sayuri’s face into the mat, and she’s finally got the arm free! She’s going for the armbar bro, but Sayuri has her foot on the rope! The referee is telling Carmen to break but she doesn’t understand why until she finally sees. That’s a bummer, dude.

Rich Russillo: Carmen reluctantly lets go and pulls herself up using the ropes. She stomps down on Sayuri’s foot before switching to stomps to the head. Sayuri fights back… multiple punches land to Carmen’s gut, and that allows her to hop back up. She forearms Carmen, before Carmen fires back with a right hand, and now the two women are firing off with forearms and punches! Sayuri switches it up, catching Carmen with a knee to the stomach, and she grabs the hair… RAKING CARMEN’S FACE DOWN THE ROPES!

Persephone: That pussy just fell to the mat and rolled out of the ring.

Thadd Blazevich: Sayuri’s not gunna let her go too far! She’s down on the outside now and stalking Carmen. Carmen’s close to the barricades now and Sayuri rushes right for her! She’s looking for a curb stomp but misses! Broette has to brace herself before she crashes into the barricades but that’s the opening Carmen needed, dude! She’s up and nails Sayuri right in the back with a nasty dropkick! Sayuri falls against the barricades and Carmen is fired up now! She’s got Sayuri by the head and slams her face into the barricades! She does it again and again… before pulling Sayuri away and whipping her right into the ringpost!

Rich Russillo: Sayuri slumps to her knees and Carmen runs… STRIKING SAYURI IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD WITH A RUNNING BIG BOOT!

Persephone: Damn! Did you see the way Sayuri’s face bounced off the ring post?? :mjlol2: That was HILARIOUS!

Thadd Blazevich: This is a great chance for Carmen to really dig her heels into this match, bro and broette! She’s got the hair and she sends Sayuri crashing into the ring steps! Sayuri hits hard and is grabbing at her shoulder, which gives Carmen a target! She starts kicking at that shoulder as Sayuri tries to push herself up! Carmen’s not about that life and starts hammering away on Sayuri with closed fist punches!

Rich Russillo: A knee to the stomach momentarily halts Carmen and Sayuri delivers another! She jumps up, catching Carmen underneath the jaw with another knee and follows that up with a massive European uppercut! Carmen is staggered and that allows Sayuri to slip into the ring and break up the count!

Persephone: For some ungodly reason, no one is happy with a count out victory these days so now Sayuri is back on the outside. Why not just stay in the ring and let Carmen get counted out?

Thadd Blazevich: There’s no honor in that kind of victory, man.

Persephone: Screw honor! They’re competing for a championship shot! You do what you have to do in order to win that!

Rich Russillo: It’s not a bad idea but I think these two have a lot more pride than that.

Thadd Blazevich: Sayuri goes to grab Carmen, but Carmen pulls her in and takes her down with a short-arm clothesline! She quickly scrambles, dragging Sayuri over here! They’re coming for us, man!

Persephone: Ewwww! Go away! You’re too close!

Rich Russillo: We just had to get out of the way because Carmen just cleared off our table! She’s pulling Sayuri up and looking to lift her! Sayuri blocks it and slams her fist right into Carmen’s injury! Fresh blood is pouring from her forehead again and Sayuri spins her around! She locks Carmen’s arms behind her… AND SHE’S GOING FOR ‘TSUKUYOMI’!!!! THE BRIDGING DRAGON SUPLEX CONNECTS ON TOP OF OUR TABLE!

Thadd Blazevich: DUDE! Carmen’s neck and head twisted at a wicked angle and this may be Sayuri’s chance to get this ‘dub! Carmen is out of it and Sayuri’s got her and is pulling her back towards the ring! She throws Carmen into the ring post… slams her face into the hardest part of the ring multiple times, and now she’s pushing her back inside! Sayuri’s about to wrap this match up right now!

Rich Russillo: Sayuri sees Carmen is still trying to hang in there and she starts kicking her in the back! She pulls her up by the arms again…. AND THERE’S A SECOND ‘TSUKUYOMI’!!!!! This time Sayuri is holding on and we may have the next contender for the Specialists Championship in the form of Sayuri Himura!!!

OOONNNEEE!!!

TTTTWWWWOOOO!!!!

TTTTTHHHHHRRRRREEEEEEEEE-

Persephone: NO! THIS STUPID BITCH IS ABLE TO BREAK FREE! Sadly this match continues on.

Thadd Blazevich: Dude, that look on Sayuri’s face speaks VOLUMES! She’s just as shocked as we are that Carmen Sànchez refuses to stay down!

Rich Russillo: Sayuri kept pushing for this match and Carmen has shown us all how tough she is here tonight. Sayuri is just shaking her head, but there’s a smile on her face! She’s standing back up, and brings Carmen up with her. Sayuri connects with a forearm that nearly knocks Carmen to the ground!

Thadd Blazevich: But Carmen resets herself… and she just threw a forearm! Sayuri nods and she fires back! Dude! They’re going at it now! Carmen just struck back! Now Sayuri! Carmen! Sayuri! Carmen! Sayuri! Carmen! Sayuri! Carmen! Carmen! CARMEN DUDE JUST WHIPPED AROUND… AND LAYS SAYURI OUT WITH A DISCUS FOREARM!

Rich Russillo: Carmen quickly sees the moment she’s been waiting for! She’s looking to put Sayuri away! The tides have definitely turned in this match, and Carmen is heading for the ropes!

Thadd Blazevich: She’s waiting for Sayuri to get up, and to her credit, broette is trying! Sayuri staggers to her feet and Carmen JUMPS! SHE LANDS ON THE TOP TURNBUCKLE BEFORE LEAPING ONTO THE TOP ROPE AND USING IT TO LAUNCH HERSELF AT SAYURI!!! SHE SENDS HER DOWN WITH A GNARLY CORKSCREW PLANCHA AND GRABS THE LEGS FOR THE PIN!!!

OOONNNEEE!!!

TTTTWWWWOOOO!!!!

TTTTTHHHHHRRRRREEE-

Rich Russillo: SAYURI STAYS ALIVE! She gets the shoulder up and Persephone just kicked Thadd’s chair :mjlol:! This match clearly means a lot to both of these women and neither one of them is willing to let a chance to compete for the Specialists Championship slip through their fingers!

Thadd Blazevich: Carmen looks crazed, for real. She doesn’t even know what it’s gunna take at this point to put down Sayuri for good!

Persephone: Well she needs to figure it out ASAP because I’m about to quit.

Rich Russillo: Carmen’s back to her feet and bringing Sayuri with her. She goes to throw her into the ropes but Sayuri plants her feet! She tries to send Carmen into the ropes, but Carmen won’t budge! These two are at a stalemate right now, and it’s Carmen who tries for another whip! Sayuri with a palm strike right between the eyes and she hooks the head, looking for a DDT! Carmen slips out, grabs Sayuri… AND DROPS HER WITH A SNAP SUPLEX!

Thadd Blazevich: Carmen maintains control of Sayuri, looking for a second snap suplex! I think broette is looking for ‘Three Amigas’! She’s going for the third BUT SAYURI PULLS HER DOWN! SAYURI HAS THE PIN AND SHE STACKS CARMEN UP FOR THE WIN!

OOONNNEEE!!!

TTTTWWWWOOOO!!!!

TTTTTHHHHHRRRRREEE-

Persephone: Yeah, I’m done. Fuck this.

Thadd Blazevich: Sit down, man! This is pure graps! How are you not entertained??

Persephone: BECAUSE NO ONE HAS DIED!

Rich Rusillo: CARMEN AND SAYURI FIGHT THEIR WAY TO THEIR FEET AND IT’S SAYURI WHO MAKES THE FIRST MOVE! SHE SHOULDER TACKLES CARMEN AND DRIVES HER BACK INTO THE CORNER! SHOULDER THRUSTS ARE KEEPING CARMEN PINNED TO THE TURNBUCKLES BUT CARMEN IS HAMMERING AWAY ON SAYURI’S BACK! SHE’S ABLE TO USE HER KNEE AND SLAMS IT RIGHT INTO SAYURI’S MOUTH!

Thadd Blazevich: SHE BUSTED HER LIP! SAYURI IS BLEEDING FROM THE MOUTH AND CARMEN CLIMBS TO THE TOP! SHE’S LOOKING FOR A SUNSET FLIP, BUT SAYURI IS UP WITH HER! THEY’RE FIGHTING ON THE TOP NOW!

Persephone: I hope they both fall and die.

Rich Russillo: CARMEN WITH A HEADBUTT AND THAT SENDS SAYURI TEETERING! ANOTHER HEADBUTT KNOCKS HER OFF THE TOP!

Thadd Blazevich: DUDE! SAYURI LANDED ON HER FEET, THOUGH!

Rich Russillo: CARMEN TURNS AROUND, DROPS DOWN TO THE SECOND ROPE… RIGHT AS SAYURI IS COMING FOR HER!

Thadd Blazevich: ‘GASOLINA’!!! THE INVERTED SOMERSAULT CUTTER JUST CONNECTED ON SAYURI AND IT’S LAID HER COMPLETELY OUT! CARMEN THROWS HERSELF ON TOP OF SAYURI!!!!

OOONNNEEE!!!

TTTTWWWWOOOO!!!!

TTTTTHHHHHRRRRREEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

(DING! DING! DING!)

Bella Braxton: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN… YOUR WINNER AND THE NUMBER ONE CONTENDER TO THE SPECIALISTS CHAMPIONSHIP… CARMEN SANCHEZ!!!!

(Carmen’s music hits as she rolls off Sayuri and buries her face in her hands. As someone who is new and just trying to get her feet wet in this business, Carmen knows how important this victory is for her. She takes a moment to compose herself before standing up and letting the referee raise her hand in victory.)

Rich Russillo: What an incredible match between two newcomers who put it all on the line here tonight! Sayuri Himura was every bit as good as we know her to be, but in the end, Carmen proved to be just a little better tonight.

Persephone: Told ya during the entrances Sayuri can only fumble the ball.

Thadd Blazevich: Wicked match, man, and later on tonight, we’ll see if Auburn Ware is able to defend the Specialists Championship! No matter who wins that awesome Fatal Fourway, they’re going to be in for a tricky challenger when it comes to Carmen!

(Carmen continues to celebrate as she heads up the ramp, slapping hands along the way. Inside the ring, Sayuri is checking her mouth, making sure she still has all her teeth as a disappointed look crosses her face.)

(Grand Rampage fades to commercial.)

(Commercial featuring Auburn Ware, doing the influencer thing for The Loaded Tea Shop! If you need energy and are tired of the same old energy, head to The Loaded Tea Shop! All 40 flavors are back in stock so get on that as supplies last!)

(The graphic for the next match appears)

(The camera cuts to Gina Romano in the ring.)

Gina Romano: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the EAW National Elite Championship!!!

( ‘Legendary’ by Skillex hits to cheers from the crowd. )

Gina Romano: From Montréal, Québec, Canada. Weighing in at 230 pounds… RYAN! JOSEEEEEEEEEPH!! WILLLLL-SOOOOOOOOOOOON!!!

( Ryan Wilson makes his way down to the ring hyping up the fans and slapping hands with them as he gets down to the ring. The crowd is riled up and ready to see him in action here tonight in what could be the biggest victory of his career. )

Deadprez: It has been a long journey for Ryan Joseph Wilson to get here. But tonight he has the opportunity of a lifetime to take down Daryl Kinkade and win the National Elite Championship.

Gavin Kirkland: This season has been full of ups and downs for Ryan Joseph Wilson. The season started rocky for him but we saw him engaged in brutal wars with the likes of Damien Kutcher just recently and you can’t say he has not earned this opportunity.

Sienna Swann: Well he has been focusing on his title match clearly but his fashion could use some work. If he wins the title hopefully you will hire a proper consultant sweetie.

( New Devil – Asking Alexandria hits to a mixed reaction from the crowd. )

Gina Romano: And his opponent from Norwich, England weighing in at 225 pounds… he is the EAW National Elite Champion… DARYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYL KINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN-KAAAAAAAAAAAAADEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!

(Daryl Kinkade comes out to the ring with Ryan Wilson not taking his eyes off the National Elite Championship the entire time. It is clear that the champion is being hunted here tonight.)

Deadprez: It is pretty clear which side these fans are on. They want to see the underdog story of Ryan Joseph Wilson come to fruition tonight as he takes down Daryl Kinkade and wins the big one at long last.

Gavin Kirkland: I can’t deny that would be impressive to see. But Ryan has a tall task ahead of him. Look at the strength and conditioning of Daryl Kinkade. The champion has literally never looked better. He is at his absolute peak and I don’t know if I can see Ryan being the man to take him down.

Sienna Swann: At least the champion knows how to dress sweetie. He is clearly a fine and proper English gentleman. He has my support here tonight for that alone. Ryan Wilson needs to take some pointers with him regardless of the outcome of this match.

(DING! DING! DING!)

Deadprez: We are underway as the competitors involved Ryan Joseph Wilson and Daryl Kinkade have begun to circle around the ring fighting for position in the opening moments of this professional wrestling contest. Both men are in incredible physical condition as Daryl Kinkade has never looked better ahead of a title defense and Ryan Joseph Wilson has perhaps never looked more ready to capture a championship himself.

Gavin Kirkland: Both competitors halt their circling and stare each other down across the ring before slowly making their advance towards the interior of the squared circle. Both men raise their limbs towards each other lunging into each other for the lockup that marks the first contact made between Wilson and Kinkade. The fans let out an audible reaction to this clash of titans as they begin the customary test of strength that will define the advantage here in the opening moments.

Deadprez: It would appear that Kinkade and Wilson are quite easily matched. Kinkade twists out of the lockup and grabs around the arm of Wilson pulling him around into an armbar as he swings the limb of Wilson up over his head. Wilson to his credit knows the drill and rolls in a somersault across the ring to right the position of his arm before rising to his feet and applying a similar armbar to Kinkade reversing the control.

Gavin Kirkland: Kinkade does the same falling down to the mat with a somersault before rolling up to his feet. Kinkade leaps up to the middle rope and leaps backwards sweeping his boot across the hand of Wilson and forcing him to release his hand to avoid the blow. Kinkade lands deftly upon his feet before turning around to face Wilson once more. Wilson steps forward only for Kinkade to rush up on him and trap his neck into a Side Headlock applying significant pressure.

Sienna Swann: Wilson drives his knee and forearm into the back of Kinkade taking him down towards the mat but Kinkade keeps the Side Headlock applied. Wilson manages to bring Kinkade all the way down to the mat while throwing his legs sideways and beneath the bottom rope. The referee will now order the break and Kinkade has until the count of five to release the hold or face immediate disqualification without leniency.

Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FI-

Deadprez: Kinkade wisely releases the hold and steps back giving distance to Wilson across the ring. Kinkade waits for Wilson to rise up to his feet before he slowly approaches looking to engage with a lockup yet again. Both men lock up in the middle of the ring-

Gavin Kirkland: No! Kinkade ducked beneath and grabbed the arm of Wilson! Kinkade drapes Wilson’s arm over his shoulder before yanking while jumping up in the air sending a jolt of pain through the shoulder of Wilson. That had to be an unpleasant feeling in his arm that he will surely feel in the morning.

Deadprez: Wilson pulled his arm free from Kinkade before grabbing him by the leg from behind and pulling Kinkade down to the mat. Wilson rolls up Kinkade into a pinning position but Kinkade wisely manages to pull his legs free. Kinkade throws his legs up around the neck of Wilson locking him into a Headscissors on the ground. Wilson slips free however and rolls back up to his feet and rushes towards Kinkade quickly. But Kinkade catches him and takes him down to the mat with a Snapmare Takedown. Kinkade transitions around looking to lock Wilson into a Sleeper Hold but Wilson’s legs are in the ropes and the referee forces the break.

Gavin Kirkland: Smart positioning here tonight by Ryan Wilson avoiding too much pain at the hands of Daryl Kinkade’s rest holds forcing him to keep changing up position while expending stamina here early on. That could come back to haunt the champ as this match wears on into the evening.

Sienna Swann: Both competitors back up as they look to lock up yet again. No! Ryan Wilson sidesteps it and begins laying into the chest of Daryl Kinkade with hard back chops. Kinkade takes a hard blow staggering him back into the corner where Ryan hits him with another chop. And another. Ryan repeatedly laying into the reddening chest of Kinkade who will want to find a way out of there sooner rather than later. Wilson with a hard elbow strike to the back of the neck of Kinkade causing him to grimace out in pain.

Deadprez: Kinkade suddenly grabs Wilson and whirls him around into the corner and throws a chop of his own. But Wilson ducks under it and headbutts Kinkade back across the ring.

Gavin Kirkland: WILSON THROWS UP KINKADE AND DROPS HIM WITH THE WILSON CRUSHER!!!-

Deadprez: No! Kinkade gets out of it and shoves Wilson across the ring. Wilson falls into the ropes and bounces back into the arms of Kinkade!

Gavin Kirkland: Kinkade catches Wilson with a Jumping Cutter-

Sienna Swann: But Wilson throws Kinkade off him shoving him hard into the corner. Kinkade slams head first before falling back into the arms of Ryan Wilson. Wilson hooks the arms and throws Kinkade backwards with a Dragon Suplex. No! Kinkade rolled through it! Kinkade got thrown backwards but slipped out of Wilson’s grasp too early and he landed on his back rolling up to his feet.

Deadprez: Ryan Wilson gets back up to his feet and runs up on Daryl Kinkade who catches him with an Armdrag taking him down to the mat at high speed. Wilson rolls over as Kinkade rushes in with a Running Knee Strike to the head! But Wilson ducks beneath it and grabs Kinkade from behind pulling him down into a School Boy Rollup!

Referee: ONNNNNN-

Gavin Kirkland: Kinkade kicks out immediately as both men roll up to their feet and face off once more. A lot of back and forth here tonight as both wrestlers have seemed to be pretty evenly matched thus far. This crowd is getting hyped up as they begin to engage again in the ring.

Deadprez: Wilson throws a few feint kicks at Kinkade as they circle the ring trying to catch him off guard but he can’t break the focus of the National Elite Champion! Kinkade ducks back behind the leg of Wilson and sweeps his leg underneath dropping Wilson to his back in the ring. But Wilson from his back lunges forward with his legs kicking out towards the ankles of Kinkade. Kinkade gets hit on the ankle but manages to sidestep and avoid the worst of the blow.

Gavin Kirkland: Ryan Wilson pulls himself back up to his feet and confronts Daryl Kinkade again in the ring with kicks that Kinkade steps aside from. Kinkade then suddenly rushes Wilson with a flurry of forearms knocking him back into the corner. But Wilson with forearms of his own battling his way out of the corner knocking the melee out into the middle of the ring. Kinkade with a Superkick to the head of Wilson!-

Sienna Swann: No! Wilson smartly moved out of the way in time to avoid that. Wilson gets pulled in by Kinkade who nails him hard with a knee to the skull. Wilson falls back into the ropes before firing off into Kinkade with a running knee strike to the gut causing Kinkade to keel over in the middle of the ring. Wilson then fires off with several straight right hand punches to the back of the neck of Kinkade.

Deadprez: Kinkade bursts to his feet with a Headbutt knocking Wilson back into the corner of the ring! Kinkade rushes in but Wilson leaps up to the middle rope and dives over the top of Kinkade doing a somersault into the middle of the ring. Kinkade turns around as Wilson runs up on him and takes him down with a Step Up Enzuigiri! Kinkade collapses down to the mat as Wilson goes for the cover!

Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Deadprez: Not even a two count! Wilson still has a ways to go if he wants to capture the National Elite Championship tonight!

Gavin Kirkland: Kinkade immediately rolls out of the ring after kicking out getting out of there before Wilson can capitalize on the damage. But Wilson is running the ropes! Wilson has something high risk in mind!!!

Sienna Swann: SUICIDE DIVE THROUGH THE ROPES!!!-

Deadprez: But Daryl Kinkade moves out of the way!!!-

Gavin Kirkland: But Ryan Wilson saw Kinkade move and stopped before completing the dive! Wilson drops to his back and rolls out underneath the bottom rope to confront Kinkade outside the ring instead.

Deadprez: But Kinkade catches Wilson with a Superkick! He got it this time! Wilson laid out outside the ring as Kinkade picks him up and hurls him hard into the steel ring steps! Wilson’s knees hit the top of the ring steps before he is sent flying up over them and crashes back first into the barricade. Kinkade stays on him pulling him up and dragging him back towards the ring. Kinkade then suddenly pivots and rams Wilson’s shoulder hard into the steel ring post. Wilson staggers back towards the crowd but Kinkade then grabs him by the hair and yanks him towards the ring while tossing him back inside.

Gavin Kirkland: Kinkade firmly in control here as Wilson holds his shoulder in pain but Kinkade gives him no time to recover. Kinkade picks up Wilson in the air and spins him around slamming him down to the mat with a Side Slam before sliding into the cover.

Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

Sienna Swann: Wilson kicks out! Not only that but as he holds his back in pain Wilson is getting back up to his feet! He staggers towards the corner but Kinkade measures him from behind and drives a knee hard into his hurt back. Kinkade then slams an elbow down across the hurt shoulder of Wilson targeting the spots of his body he has assaulted so far. But Wilson still won’t go down! Kinkade chops him hard across the chest causing it to echo throughout the arena. Wilson falls backwards towards the ropes holding his chest in pain. Kinkade yanks Wilson off the ropes and throws him back with a Suplex before sliding into another cover.

Deadprez: Another kickout before two. Kinkade has a serious look on his face now you can tell he is fully locked in and focused on Wilson taking him fully seriously as a threat to his championship. Kinkade is in the zone as Wilson begins crawling back up once again only to eat a hard forearm to the face. Wilson tries to throw a couple feeble punches towards Kinkade but Kinkade nails him with a European Uppercut into the ropes. Kinkade whips Wilson across the ring-

Gavin Kirkland: Wilson fires back with a Clothesline-

Deadprez: No! Kinkade ducked it and whirled around behind Wilson trapping him into an Abdominal Stretch in the middle of the ring! Kinkade had that attempted counter scouted well by Wilson and now has Wilson in an uncomfortable position as he-

Gavin Kirkland: But Wilson manages to overpower Kinkade and tosses him away off his body before he can keep the Abdominal Stretch applied for too long! I’m surprised Wilson still had that strength but he definitely needed to get out of it and put all he had into escaping that hold!

Sienna Swann: Kinkade pulls himself back up as Wilson rushes Kinkade and takes him down with a Rough Ryder in the middle of the ring! Kinkade rolls over onto his hands and knees as Wilson measures him off the ropes. Wilson charges in and kicks Kinkade hard in the gut at full speed!

Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Gavin Kirkland: Only two! Kinkade kicks out and keeps his title reign alive! Wilson pulls Kinkade back up and pulls him into Piledriver position! This could be bad for the champ! He smartly manages to worm his way out of the Piledriver only for Kinkade to immediately connect with a Dropsault on Wilson sending him back into the ropes! Wilson falls forward towards Kinkade who pulls him up into a Suplex. But he switches direction in midair and drops Wilson across the top rope! Deadprez: No! Ryan Wilson kicked out! How in the…

Gavin Kirkland: For the first time it looks like Daryl Kinkade is genuinely surprised that Ryan Wilson kicked out! Ryan is not going to let this championship opportunity pass him by!

Deadprez: Kinkade now stomping angrily on Wilson clearly not happy that he kicked out. He kicks at Wilson kicking him out to the ring apron. Kinkade then runs the ropes and connects with a Baseball Slide sending Wilson flying out from the apron to the floor below rolling across the floor into the barricade. Kinkade follows Wilson out to the outside with an angry look on his face clearly intending to punish Wilson for daring to kick out.

Gavin Kirkland: Kinkade moves over towards our announce table and begins slamming the head of Wilson into it! Kinkade then whirls around and hurls Wilson head first into the metal pole outside the ring. Wilson slams into the pole with a thud and falls down to the mat.

(The camera zooms in on Wilson showing that he has begun to bleed from his forehead from the impact his head has taken with various things here tonight.)

Sienna Swann: Oh no sweetie! Blood! Let’s cancel the match!

Deadprez: I don’t think that is going to happen. This is a National Elite Title match and it is very important. Kinkade tosses Wilson back into the ring. Wilson staggers to his feet as he is visibly staggering and shaking from the blood loss and doesn’t appear to fully know where he is. Wilson may have suffered a concussion so I doubt this match will last much longer.

Gavin Kirkland: Wilson staggers towards Kinkade who slams his head with a hard forearm sending blood splattering into the front row of the crowd. Wilson collapses to the mat landing face first in the ring as Kinkade wipes Wilson’s blood across his chest.

Deadprez: The crowd is booing now as Daryl Kinkade continues to aura farm in the middle of the ring for several minutes. It appears that the match has just halted now in order to allow Kinkade the time he needs to farm as much aura as possible before putting Ryan Wilson away.

Gavin Kirkland: Wilson is slowly recovering now as Kinkade goads him into getting back up just waiting for his opponent to recover even slightly before he can strike.

Sienna Swann: Wilson back up and Kinkade shoves him down hard into the corner before running in and ramming his knee down hard into the face of Wilson. Kinkade then kicks and stomps at Wilson in the corner-

Deadprez: But Wilson grabs the leg of Kinkade out of nowhere and shoves him backwards! Kinkade falls back across the ring quickly regaining his footing and standing back up surprised in the ring! Wilson is getting back up! Kinkade rushes in to knock him back down with a rushing Forearm Strike!-

Gavin Kirkland: But Wilson blocks that too! Wilson fires back with repeated forearm strikes of his own!-

Deadprez: But Kinkade with one of his own knocks Wilson down to his hands and knees! Kinkade then rushes in with a Running Punt Kick to the skull of Wilson turning him inside out and sending even more blood flying across the ring! Kinkade to the cover!!!

Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Gavin Kirkland: And Ryan Wilson still kicked out somehow! He can’t even be aware of his surroundings at this point he is just kicking out on instinct alone! Kinkade looks shocked by this as he sits up and looks annoyed by the cheering of the crowd who is pleased that Wilson has not taken a devastating L.

Sienna Swann: Kinkade reaches down and grabs Wilson by the neck hurling him across the ring at high speed! Wilson crashes back first into the corner and then falls slowly down to the mat. Kinkade then grabs Ryan and pulls him in-

Deadprez: MISERY LOVES COMPANY CONNECTS!!!

Gavin Kirkland: DARYL KINKADE JUST HIT THAT DEVASTATING MOVE ON RYAN WILSON! DARYL KINKADE TO THE COVER!

Deadprez: NO! Ryan Wilson kicked out! How the fuck…

Gavin Kirkland: I thought that was it. We have seen Daryl Kinkade put so many away with that move that I just literally thought it had to be it. I didn’t think Ryan Wilson would survive but this guy is clearly running on something special here tonight.

Sienna Swann: Daryl Kinkade pulls Ryan Wilson up but Ryan immediately collapses in front of him. Wilson can’t even stand up at this point as Kinkade drags him over to the ropes and hurls him out of the ring. Wilson crashes through the ropes but gets his leg caught in between the ropes as he goes over. Wilson isn’t moving at all but he is trapped in an unfortunate upside down position!

Deadprez: Kinkade goes out onto the apron as he measures Wilson who is hanging upside down. He has some dark intentions here for sure. KINKADE RUSHES IN!

Gavin Kirkland: KINKADE DROPKICKS THE HELL OUTTA RYAN’S SKULL!!!-

Deadprez: No! Ryan Wilson somehow got his foot free and fell to the floor! Wilson got out of the way before Kinkade could kick his skull in fiercely! Wilson has fallen to the ground as Kinkade hops down after him looking to do some damage!

Gavin Kirkland: Kinkade slaps the taste out of Wilson’s mouth.

Daryl Kinkade: (off-mic) You want my title bruv? You’re never gonna get it!!!

Sienna Swann: Daryl Kinkade throws Ryan Wilson into the steel steps! Wilson goes back first before collapsing on top of them. Kinkade then rushes in looking to slam his knee into the head of Wilson-

Deadprez: But Wilson rolled out of the way just in time! Kinkade slammed his knee hard into the steel steps! Kinkade screams in pain as he holds his knee on the floor. Wilson is now slowly pulling himself up and wiping away the blood from his face. He is seemingly just now realizing where he is outside the ring and staggers slowly towards Kinkade. Wilson picks up Kinkade and pulls him up. Wilson possibly trying to get Kinkade back into the ring-

Gavin Kirkland: Wilson lifts Kinkade up over his shoulders, slinging him upside down across his entire wingspan. But Wilson isn’t getting back into the ring! Wilson gets in position-

Deadprez: RYAN WILSON CONNECTS WITH A BURNING HAMMER ON TOP OF THE STEEL RING STEPS!!! WILSON JUST MURDERED THE NATIONAL ELITE CHAMPION!!!

Crowd: HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!

Gavin Kirkland: Neither man is moving and the referee has even stopped the ten count out of shock of what he has just witnessed! Daryl Kinkade might be paralyzed after all of that! He might not wrestle again for one… maybe even two weeks!

Sienna Swann: I think the referee should just count them both out. Get this match over with sweetie!

Deadprez: No! These fans want to see a winner! They NEED to see a winner!

Gavin Kirkland: Ryan Wilson is moving! Wilson slowly moves now as he grabs Daryl Kinkade and rolls him back into the ring. Kinkade still isn’t moving at all as his back and spine looks to be bent in an unnatural position. Wilson forces his bent spine down to the mat and slides on top of him pinning him as flat as he can! The cover!

Deadprez: GET IT RYAN! GET IT!

Gavin Kirkland: DARYL KINKADE KICKED OUT AT 2.9993! So fucking close! I literally thought we had a new champ there but it was not to be!

Sienna Swann: Ryan Wilson rolls over onto his back in the ring with a glazed look in his eye seemingly realizing that was the end of the match and there is absolutely nothing he can do to win the National Elite Championship tonight. It just may be a lost cause for him! There is no shame in giving up sweetie!

Deadprez: But Ryan Wilson has not lost yet! In fact he may be closer to the championship than ever before! Ryan Wilson pulls himself up slowly to his feet as he staggers into the corner nearly unable to stand. He measures Daryl Kinkade across the ring who is slowly beginning to stir. Kinkade appears to be in severe pain and may have dislodged something internally. We will need to get a doctor on him as soon as this match is over.

Gavin Kirkland: Wilson grabs Kinkade as soon as he stands up and shoves him into the ropes. Kinkade falls into the ropes-

Deadprez: KINKADE LEAPS UP TO THE MIDDLE ROPE AND HURLS HIMSELF TOWARDS WILSON CATCHING HIM WITH A CUTTER IN MIDAIR!!!

Gavin Kirkland: Kinkade just pulled off something he should not have been able to pull off in the physical state he is in! Is the National Elite Champion even human?

Sienna Swann: I think he must be half Viltrumite or some shit. He just unkillable out here in this shit. Ryan Wilson just got fucked up.

( New Devil – Asking Alexandria hits to a mixed reaction from the crowd. Daryl Kinkade can barely stand as he is handed the National Elite Championship. Ryan Wilson looks on in disbelief sitting in the corner across the ring. )

Deadprez: Daryl Kinkade did it. It came seemingly out of nowhere but Daryl Kinkade just defeated Ryan Wilson to retain his championship in what might have been the closest match of his reign so far.

Gavin Kirkland: This has to be a tough loss for Ryan Wilson to swallow. Literally less than 30 seconds ago he had this match in the bag. That is how quickly things can change and how quickly you can go from being in control to being handed defeat.

Sienna Swann: Too bad sweetie. But Daryl Kinkade is still your champion! Get used to it!

(Daryl Kinkade holds up his championship before he begins to leave the ring-)

Deadprez: ???

Sienna Swann: Ryan Wilson just rushed up behind Daryl Kinkade!!!-

Deadprez: Wilson just yanked Kinkade around and is glaring at him with his teeth clenched! We may not be done here after all!

Gavin Kirkland: Ryan Wilson looks at the National Elite Championship! That’s not your’s Ryan!

(Ryan Wilson looks back and forth at the crowd and then over to Daryl Kinkade before extending his hand to the champion.)

Deadprez: Ryan Wilson doing the right thing and the professional thing as hard as it must be to do. He is showing the proper respect due to his fellow competitor here tonight.

(Daryl Kinkade laughs and smirks as Ryan Wilson extends his hand towards him.)

Gavin Kirkland: You don’t have to shake it Daryl! You gave him a title shot! You don’t owe him shit!

(Daryl Kinkade suddenly stops smirking and extends his hand accepting the handshake of Ryan Wilson as the crowd in the arena cheers loudly.)

Deadprez: Great show of sportsmanship here from Daryl Kinkade here tonight!

(Daryl Kinkade raises up Ryan Wilson’s hand before the crowd while pointing at him acknowledging the great effort that Wilson put in here tonight coming millimeters away from dethroning his title reign.)

Sienna Swann: I’m sure Ryan Wilson will be looking forward to his next title opportunity one day or another but Daryl Kinkade is still holding gold as we begin the road to Pain for Pride!!

(Daryl Kinkade pats Ryan Wilson on the back before rolling out of the ring and heading backstage. The scene fades out.)

(The camera cuts to a commercial announcing the latest round of EAW talent releases. To be announced soon!!! In related news, EAW would like to announce that Grand Rampage Night 1 was the highest grossing Grand Rampage event in history with Night 2 looking to surpass it! Congratulations to EAW!!!)
