(EAW intro plays)
(Showdown opens up with a recap of Midsummer Massacre. Veena Adams defeats Roberto de la Rosa to defend the National Elite Championship. Ryan Wilson and Nikki Kimura defeat Raeangel Guzman and Luis de la Rosa. Cody Maverick defeats Ruler. SOSA Henderson ends up defeating Donovan Duke. Miku Sakai wins the fatal five-way against Auburn Ware, Brianna Hill, Hardcore Luna and Aria Lestrade. Bronson Daniels defeats Jon Kelton. Milli Banks defeats Harper Lee to retain the Universal Women’s Championship. And finally, in the main event, TLA defeats Charlie Marr to retain the Answers World Championship, SOSA comes out to try and cash the 24/7 Contract, but he is stopped by Donovan Duke instead.)
(The recap ends, and it is replaced with the song “Brick Wall” by a Day to Remember, as the camera pans around the inside of the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado. Fireworks are shooting out of the stage and the whole crowd can be seen cheering and being excited for the show. The camera ends up panning over to the commentary table with Deadprez, Eve and Gavin Kirkland as the commentators start talking.)
Eve: WELCOME EVERYONE… TO SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN!
Deadprez: We are coming off a very exciting Midsummer Massacre, as things are heating up when it comes to the blue brand after the Marquee Event and then we look forward to Territorial Invasion!
Eve: We got for you today various matches, Raeangel Guzman vs Hardcore Luna for a Specialists Championship shot, Sienna Jade vs Nikki Kimura, as well as Ruler vs Luis de la Rosa!
Deadprez: We also have Donovan Duke going up against Harper Lee and in the main event, a huge fatal four way as Ryan Wilson, Bronson Daniels, Cody Maverick and Charlie Marr battle it out!
Gavin Kirkland: LET’S NOT WASTE ANYMORE TIME, LET US START OFF WITH THE BEAUTIFUL AND GORGEOUS, KENNEDY STREET!
(The camera fades into the backstage area and Kennedy Street, who is sitting at her desk with Alana Starr and AJAX flanking her on each side. The crowd boos, some cheer.)
Kennedy Street: Good Evening Showdown. Welcome to another great night of action by the Blue Brand. With an incredible Midsummer Massacre happening last week and the compelling matches we saw, the other brands this week coming up will now have their own Marquee Events. Dynasty has Reckless Wiring, and then we have Voltage with Blood Sport. Kennie knows that the EAW fans are super excited for the next few weeks, but what we are here to talk about is not only coming off the heels of an incredible first Marquee Event in Season 18, but we are also talking about something far more important,
(Kennedy pauses for a moment, looking up at Alana Starr who smiles. The General Manager turns back to look at the camera and speak.)
Kennedy Street: We are talking about Territorial Invasion, and in truth honey, we are not going to lie here, Kennie. This is my third season as General Manager, and only my second full season as Kennie started early in Season 16. But we have been here for two Territorial Invasions and now this is my third. So tonight, Kennie will make a creed, that Showdown is going to come out victorious. We are ready to move forward and let the results of Midsummer Massacre play themselves out, but what is next on the horizon? Yes, it is none other than Territorial Invasion.
(Her amber eyes look directly into the camera.)
Kennedy Street: Kennie is not playing around anymore honey, before the end of Showdown tonight, you will have your Two Team Captains, and I expect them to have the ability to choose the best teams available to represent Showdown and bring the victory home to us. Thank you very much and –
(But before she could finish, the door opens, and Kennedy looks up tilting her head to see none other than The Jaded Hearts walk in holding the Unified Tag Team Championships.)
Kassidy Heart: Don’t stand up, it will take but a second. Cute stunt that you pulled back at Midsummer Massacre cutting our mics.
Sienna Jade: That was a bit rude.
Alana Starr: You two talking trash about Midsummer Massacre was rude.
Sienna Jade: You really need to shut up, I pushed you on your big ass last week, I can do a lot worse.
(Kennedy Street cuts in quick.)
Kennedy Street: That is not necessary, you came in here to talk, get to the point, please.
Kassidy Heart: That is what I am about to do. What you have standing in front of you is two of the most powerful women in this company, but you already knew that. Do not forget who hired you from that shit hole SCW to be the General Manager of Showdown, that being my husband. Also, do not forget who was able to open a spot to get you this job over Showdown, it was ME and her husband, Impact. We are the ones that ran Hurricane Hawk out of town. Are we clear?
(Kennedy Street just smiles and nods.)
Kassidy Heart: I said, are we clear?
Kennedy Street: Crystal.
Kassidy Heart: Good. We are done here; you can continue ranting about whatever it was you were talking about.
Sienna Jade: Bye Bye.
(The tag team champions walk out; Alana is about to go over and slam the door, but Kennedy grabs her wrist. )
Kennedy Street: No.
Alana Starr: No!? Why?
Kennedy Street: They are right.
(Alana’s eyes widen as she just sighs, Kennedy sits back at her chair and looks on, brushing her hair back and grabbing a glass of wine. The camera fades to ringside for the first match.)
(The camera cuts to Gina Romano in the ring.)
Gina Romano: The following contest is scheduled for…
Crowd: ONE FALL!!
Gina Romano: And the winner of this match will get a Specialist Title Match at a later date!!!
(Tear Away by Drowning Pool hits to boos from the crowd.)
Gina Romano: Introducing first from San Antonio, Texas she is “El Oxígeno” RAEANGELLLLLLL GUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUZMANNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!
(Raeangel Guzman makes her way down to the ring with all of La Familia following along behind her. They are shown hassling members of the crowd as Guzman ignores them and makes her way directly into the ring.)
Eve: Raeangel Guzman took a hard L at Midsummer Massacre along with Luis who clearly is not in a good mood tonight.
Deadprez: Indeed La Familia feels personally embarrassed and humiliated that they lost the Mexican Street Fight. They thought that was their match to win!
Gavin Kirkland: Tonight they are definitely looking for a rebound. I am also looking for a rebound after my latest breakup so Raeangel feel free to hit me up gurrrl!
(‘Ich Tu Dir Weh’ by Rammstein hits!!!)
Gina Romano: And her opponent from Diamond Head, Hawaii she is the “Diva of Violence” HARDCORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRE LUNAAAAAAA!!!
(Hardcore Luna makes her way down to the ring smiling and waving to the crowd looking happy to be there.)
Eve: Hardcore Luna hasn’t had a lot to say this week. So it is hard to say how she feels going into this match.
Deadprez: We can only assume she has been so deeply entrenched in her training that she is very focused on winning this match.
Gavin Kirkland: Personally I was getting concerned that we hadn’t seen nearly enough of her. So I am definitely getting my Hardcore Luna fix here tonight!
(DING! DING! DING!)
Eve: This match is underway and this should be a real interesting match. Hardcore Luna and Raeangel Guzman look to throw down even after Midsummer Massacre where Guzman took a hard loss. She is looking to rebound here tonight but Luna will not make it easy for her! Both competitors circle around the ring menacingly before they manage to lock up in the middle of the ring. Unlike this last weekend, this is a wrestling match not a Street Fight so we will see if those circumstances make much of a difference for these competitors here tonight. They meet in the center of the ring and lock up. The crowd is definitely not on the side of La Familia tonight but that does not stop Guzman from using her full strength to send Luna flying backwards across the ring!
Deadprez: But Hardcore Luna to her credit gets back up and locks right back up with Raeangel Guzman yet again! They lock up and Guzman quickly wrestles Luna into a Headlock but Luna falls back against the ropes and shoves Guzman off her. Guzman off the ropes and runs right into Luna sending her off the ropes! Luna bounces off the ropes and flies back across the ring with a Running Shoulder Thrust knocking Guzman down hard on the mat! Guzman looks appalled and almost shocked that Luna managed to hit that powerful maneuver on her and get the better of her in this instance!
Eve: La Familia outside the ring is rooting for Raeangel Guzman to get back up and not to lose focus. The match has only just begun after all. Guzman back up and meets Hardcore Luna in the middle of the ring. Guzman kicks the ankle of Luna trying to take her off balance and Luna responds with a kick of her own to the thigh of Guzman. Guzman then sweeps the leg hard staggering Luna before hitting her with a European Uppercut. Luna is grabbed into a Snapmare takedown and Guzman pulls Luna down to the mat into a Side Headlock. But Luna is kicking with her legs fighting out of it and back up to her feet in the ring! Luna fighting with the will to survive as she struggles back up and manages to get out of the headlock and push Guzman away from her. But Guzman right back in with repeated forearms to the face!-
Deadprez: But Luna ducks beneath and hits a Back Drop on Guzman! Guzman slams down hard onto the mat before rolling out of the ring to escape before Luna can get to the cover! But Luna now going outside the ring not about to let Guzman escape and slams her head into the barricade at ringside! Guzman collapses over by the side of the ring with Luna grabbing her and hurling her backwards in the ring. Luna into the ring but as soon as she is back into the ring Guzman rushes her with a series of hard forearms slamming Luna backwards into the corner. Guzman grabs the arm of Luna and yanks her in and throws her back with a Belly to Belly Suplex! Guzman gets all of it and goes for the cover!!!
Referee: ONE!!!!!!!!!
Gavin Kirkland: Quick kickout from Hardcore Luna! Raeangel Guzman grabs her by the throat pulling her up… but Luna with a sudden headbutt to Guzman knocking her backwards! That’s not the kind of head I was hoping for tonight but…-
Eve: But it’s all that you’re going to be getting is what I am sure you meant to say Gavin. Guzman is sent flying backwards out of the ring rolling to the outside yet again as Hardcore Luna comes after her again on the outside. Luna slams Guzman into the ring post as Guzman collapses onto the apron and checks her forehead for blood. Luna grabs her from behind but Guzman ducks around behind her and shoves Luna into the steel ring steps. Luna tries to escape back into the ring but Guzman grabs Luna and lifts her up… Back Body Drop onto the top of the steel ring steps connects! And now Guzman is rolling back into the ring and looking to win the match by countout possibly! And the referee is indeed counting!
Referee: ONE!
Referee: TWO!
Referee: THRRRRRRRREEE!!!
Referee: FOURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!
Referee: FIVE! SIX! SEVEN!
Referee: EIGHTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!
Deadprez: Hardcore Luna is stirring on the outside! She rolls off the steel ring steps and gets back up! But can she make it back into the ring in time?!?!?!
Referee: NINEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
Referee: TEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-
Eve: But at the very last moment Hardcore Luna hurls herself back under the bottom rope and makes it into the ring! But she might have made a poor choice here as Raeangel begins stomping away at her! The damage is coming as Luna is in a bad way here!
Deadprez: Hardcore Luna is trying to get back up but Guzman off the ropes with a Running Punt Kick to the side of her ribs! Luna yells and holds her side as she grabs the ropes and pulls herself up. The referee warning Guzman as she advances anyway and attacks Luna in the corner! No! Luna pulls Guzman throat first onto the top of the ring ropes! But Guzman off the ropes and hits a huge back chop to the chest knocking Luna down immediately. Luna has definitely been struggling to mount some offense here tonight as Guzman grabs her from behind yanking her up by the neck and then hitting a Standing Leg Drop over the throat to drop her right back down.
Gavin Kirkland: Guzman is not even going for a cover here it is clear she is enjoying making Luna suffer! Guzman grabs Luna by the arms yanking her up and then tosses her backwards with a classic Double Underhook Suplex! Did you know that move used to be a finisher in the 70s? Well it just might be again tonight as Guzman goes for the cover!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEE-
Eve: Well it is 2024 and that move only achieves a one count. Because the modern EAW wrestlers are simply built different! Hardcore Luna kicks out at one! But can she turn the tides of Raeangel Guzman? We will find out after a word from our sponsors!!!
Deadprez: We actually don’t have a commercial scheduled but thanks for that Eve.
Eve: My bad.
Deadprez: It’s all good. But the same cannot be said for Hardcore Luna who is still at the mercy of Raeangel Guzman who has mounted on top of her and is throwing repeated punches to the face! Luna manages to shove Guzman off her and rolls out of the ring trying to recover but Guzman catches her with a kick to the side of the head. Luna holds her ear in pain as she rolls back up into the ring and Guzman continues to stalk after her and connects with a hard strike to the neck causing Luna to collapse holding her throat in pain. Interesting offense here from Guzman who is now grabbing Luna by the throat and throws her across the ring with both hands clasped around the throat.
Gavin Kirkland: Hardcore Luna is in a bad way here as she gets back up but Guzman grabs her and propels her across the ring using both feet. Luna flies into the ropes getting caught up and then dropping down hard on the back of her neck on the apron. Luna falls to the outside as Guzman grabs her through the ropes and runs her across the apron and slams Luna head first into the turnbuckle! Luna collapses off the apron and lands on the steel ring steps as the referee begins the count!
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE!
Eve: But Hardcore Luna rolls off the steel steps and under the bottom rope back into the ring! Luna is still in this thing! Luna immediately takes a number of kicks from Raeangel sending her back into the ropes. But Luna throws herself off the ropes swinging wildly at her opponent! Guzman takes a number of shots and a hard elbow strike to the back of the neck staggers her into the ropes. Both women collide in the ring as Luna grabs Raeangel and pulls her into a Thesz Press out of nowhere leaping on top of her and going for the cover!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
Referee: T-
Deadprez: But the kickout from Raeangel Guzman just after one and Luna immediately locks her into a headlock. But great ring awareness from Guzman to immediately grab the ropes. Guzman pulls herself up on the ropes eating forearms to the back from Luna who is desperately fighting back with all she’s got! And now Luna grabs Guzman and pulls her into Suplex position in the ring! But Guzman falls down behind Luna shoving her up against the ropes… Luna bounces off the ropes grabbing Guzman by the leg and whirling her down to the mat! And now Luna looking to apply a Sharpshooter here but Guzman kicks her off before the hold can be successfully applied. Luna grabs the ankle of Guzman and lifts her up high slamming the knee down hard into the mat. Guzman yells in pain trying to crawl away from Luna now who seems to have successfully made a comeback here tonight.
Eve: Hardcore Luna reaches down to grab Guzman but Guzman grabs right into the scalp of Luna and rakes with her fingernails! Luna yells in pain as she falls backwards holding her forehead where her skin has been shredded. Guzman then charges her in the corner with a Running Knee Lift before grabbing Luna and running across the ring dropping her face first with a Running Bulldog! No! Luna counters it grabbing Guzman and dropping her backwards with a Bridging German Suplex into the pin!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
Deadprez: The kickout from Raeangel Guzman! Luna is frustrated that wasn’t enough and begins to slap the mat in rage. Luna pulls Raeangel up but Raeangel immediately hooks the arm of Luna twisting it around and pulling her opponent down to the mat. Luna tries to flip through it but Guzman catches her and transitions into a Snapmare takedown to the mat. Luna rolls around across the ring as Raeangel grabs the arms of Luna from behind and throws her backwards with a Dragon Suplex. Luna crashes down onto the mat as she kicks out of it avoiding the bridging pin. Luna back up to her feet but Raeangel rushes her with a hard Lariat dropping her right down to the mat with force!
Gavin Kirkland: Hardcore Luna gets back up but Raeangel Guzman ducks under her attempted retaliation Lariat… Luna gets yanked into a Backbreaker and dropped down to the mat! Guzman immediately grabs the arm of Luna and keeps her grounded with an armbar wrenching the arm painfully. Luna is being twisted and tortured here as she made a brief comeback earlier in the match but mostly this thing has been all Guzman.
Eve: Hardcore Luna manages to pull herself back up but Raeangel Guzman ducks a forearm and hammers Luna hard into the ropes! A Running Knee Lift from Guzman drops Luna down to her knees as Raeangel pulls her in and lifts her upside down in the air… PILEDRIVER CONNECTS FROM GUZMAN! THE SIT DOWN PILEDRIVER! AND NOW GUZMAN INTO THE COVER! THIS COULD BE IT!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Deadprez: Hardcore Luna somehow gets her foot on the rope! Luna is somehow still in this thing and I don’t know if that was a smart decision. Luna is struggling to even get back up at this point! Luna tries to pull herself up but immediately collapses holding her neck in pain. The referee might have to start considering stopping this thing.
(Officials are shown examining Hardcore Luna who insists she can continue the match.)
Eve: That is good enough for Raeangel! Guzman shoves past the officials and grabs Hardcore Luna! Guzman runs off the ropes and connects with the Plan Restarter dropping Luna face first into the mat! Another cover from Guzman!!!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!

Eve: Wow what a dominant statement made here tonight by Raeangel Guzman! La Familia did not even need to interfere! She just straight up won that thing!
Gavin Kirkland: I don’t know why you would suggest that La Familia would ever need to interfere… They can hold their own just fine…
Deadprez: Well Hardcore Luna just got flat out destroyed. No avoiding it we have to be honest and can’t sugarcoat it. You hate to see it.
Eve: True but that just shows what a great competitor Raeangel is! If she keeps this up she might become a true dominant force here on Showdown!!!
(The camera cuts to a commercial for home construction featuring Drake Armstrong punching walls down.)
(The camera returns to the ring where the arena is dead silent for a moment before the sounds of “True Love” by CFO$ as the boos start to get louder as the Unified Tag Team Champions, The Jaded Hearts, enter the arena. Neither Kassidy nor Sienna look to be in a good mood at the moment as they adjust their title belts on their shoulders and head to the ring.)
Gina Romano: Ladies and gentlemen! Please welcome to the ring at this time, THE REIGNING EAW UNIFIED TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS! SIENNA JADE! KASSIDY HEART! THE JADED HEARTS!
Deadprez: Here come the Unified Tag Team Champions and they both look extremely pissed off and annoyed after everything that went down with them.
Eve: That’s putting it mildly, Prezzy. It was last night on Dynasty that our gracious and humble Tag Team Champions decided to pay a visit to the red brand and let them know what their plans were.
(The camera cuts to a replay showing everything that went down on Dynasty last night involving The Jaded Hearts.)
Gavin Kirkland: Dynasty should be so lucky to have the beautiful and amazing Tag Team Champions pay them a visit and the way they were treated really makes me sick. How dare Dynasty treat beautiful and successful ladies like Kassidy and Sienna like trash.
Eve: What Gavin is talking about is Kassidy and Sienna went to Dynasty talking about how great of a job they did hosting the Midsummer Massacre event….
Gavin Kirkland: Which they did. The Jaded Hearts were some of the best hosts we have ever had ever. They should host again sometime.
Eve: I think that once is enough for now. Anyways, The Jaded Hearts made it known that they are wanting to continue their record breaking reign by defending their titles at the Reckless Wiring event next week before talking up their title reign. That’s when everything broke down.
Deadprez: To say the least. Kassidy and Sienna were just talking themselves up before the duo of Saori Aizen and Usagi Senshi blindsided the Tag Team Champions and it led to a huge brawl between the two teams.
Gavin Kirkland: Yeah, it sucked seeing those two brutes and back fighters from Dynasty attacking our beautiful Tag Team Champions. They will PAY!!
(As the replay cuts back to the ring. We see Sienna and Kassidy grabbing microphones from the timekeeper’s area. They shoot a glare at Gina Romano as they head to the ring.)
Deadprez: That remains to be seen as we then found out that Saori and Usagi talked to the right people to get a Tag Title shot. They said if the Jaded Hearts wanted to defend the Tag Team Titles at Reckless Wiring, then you get your wish. The match is official. The Jaded Hearts. Saori and Usagi. Unified Tag Team Championships will be on the line at Reckless Wiring.
(Kassidy and Sienna enter the ring and stand in the center of the ring with scowls on their faces as their entrance music slowly fades off. They wait a moment for the boos and jeers to finally tone down before they begin to speak.)
Kassidy Heart: I was able to clear the air to start Showdown. Now to the meat of the matter here. Oh, my gawd! Are you still feeling just a little bit pissed off after what happened last night, Sienna?
Sienna Jade: Hell, a little bit pissed off is a very tame statement, Kass. How about BEYOND ENRAGED!!
Kassidy Heart: That sounds better. I mean all we were doing was gracing Dynasty with our presence and reminding them of when we were on Dynasty last season dominating and kicking everybody’s ass while starting our record breaking reign as Tag Team Champions.
Sienna Jade: To further show how gracious of champions we truly are, we even said that we wanted the chance to further show how great of Champions we are by wanting to defend these beautiful titles at Reckless Wiring.
Kassidy Heart: Dynasty should feel so grateful that we are wanting to make an appearance on one of their marquee events. It isn’t because of the Dynasty fans, because gawd knows that the Dynasty fans suck just a little bit more than the fans on Showdown.
(The crowd didn’t like that remark at all as they start to boo Kassidy and Sienna once again. The ladies in the ring really don’t care what the crowd thinks as they roll their eyes before continuing on.)
Kassidy Heart: Oh, you all can just shut the hell up! Don’t get so damn pissy just because you know what I am saying is the truth. You fans get butthurt so fucking easy.
Sienna Jade: Hell yeah they do. But the reason we wanted to compete at Reckless Wiring wasn’t because of the fans. It’s because it’s a fucking crime if the greatest Tag Team Champions EVER weren’t making an appearance at a marquee event.
Kassidy Heart: So, there we were. Ready to defend the titles at Reckless Wiring and do you know what happens next?
(Kassidy is starting to get angrier and she is doing the best she can to control her Mauler mindset as Sienna pats her on the shoulder to help her control her temper.)
Sienna Jade: Don’t worry, bestie. I’ll tell them what happens next. What happened was a load of BULLSHIT! What happened was that we got attacked from behind by…. By…. What in the hell were their names again.
Kassidy Heart: I think their names are Saori Aizen and Usagi Senshi or something like that. Does that sound right?
Sienna Jade: I think it sounds right. Remember that Usagi Senshi is a person who has more trouble holding onto a tag team partner than Jake Smith. The other girl? Yeah I don’t know who the fuck she is.
Kassidy Heart: We might not know who she is, but those two are sure as hell going to know who the fuck we are!
Sienna Jade: THAT’S RIGHT! How dare those two dumb bitches do what they did! How dare they think that they are deserving enough to challenge US for a Tag Team Championship match. Are they gluttons for punishment?
Kassidy Heart: Maybe they are just really fucking stupid? Either way they wi–
(Kassidy is cut off by the sound of ‘I am not a woman, I’m a god’ by Halsey starts playing as Usagi Senshi and Saori Aizen appear on the entrance ramp with microphones in hand, which gets The Jaded Hearts even more annoyed.)
Sienna Jade: You know that you two bitches have a lot of nerve to come here and show your faces on OUR SHOW!
Usagi Senshi: How could we not when you two can’t keep our names out of your mouths.
Kassidy Heart: Now is not the time to get cute. Bitch, we are two people you do NOT want to get cute with. Especially after what you two did last night.
Saori Aizen: Why are you two acting so bitchy? We are giving you exactly what you wanted? You wanted to defend the Tag Team Titles at Reckless Wiring. We offered the challenge, and you have your match.
Usagi Senshi: I will go ahead and tell you two skanks now that this match is going to SHOCK! THE! WORLD!
(Kassidy and Sienna look at each other and try to hold in their laughter before they look back at their future Challengers.)
Sienna Jade: Shock the world? Aww… that’s so cute.
Kassidy Heart: More like nauseating, but how about this? We don’t have to wait until Reckless Wiring, so how about you two come down to the ring and do something about it.
(Saori and Usagi look at each other before turning back to the Jaded Hearts.)

Gavin Kirkland: As happy as I would normally be about four ladies fighting in the ring, I hate to see The Jaded Hearts getting beat up like this. Kick their asses!
Eve: Stop playing favorites, Gavin, but these four are just beating the hell out of each other and this is all before Reckless Wiring. They just couldn’t wait.
(As the four competitors are fighting, security comes running down to the ring to break up the fight to the sound of boos of the crowd.)
Gavin Kirkland: It’s about time that security got their butts down here to break this up. Sienna or Kassidy could have been hurt.
Eve: Well now all four are being pulled apart and when they have their match at Reckless Wiring, they are going to beat the hell out of each other.
Deadprez: While security is trying to get everything back on track, we have Sienna Jade in singles action on tap. It’s going to be Sienna Jade taking on Nikki Kimura. It’s gonna happen right after the break.
(The final shot shows security breaking apart all four ladies. Usagi and Saori were taken out of the ring and up the entrance ramp while The Jaded Hearts are in the ring being held back as Sienna is trying to control herself for her upcoming match as the camera fades to commercial break.)

Eve: The match is on its way as both Sienna Jade and Nikki Kimura go for a collar-and-elbow lock up. Sienna Jade is able to quickly transition into a headlock on Nikki Kimura as she quickly takes her down with a headlock takedown! Sienna works on the head as we speak as she starts to wrench on the hold tighter and tighter! Nikki Kimura is struggling to get out as she’s being forced to play defense here tonight, but as she continues to try to escape the headlock is only getting tighter…
Gavin Kirkland: Nikki though being able to grab ahold of Sienna’s head with her beautiful thighs being able to free herself from Sienna Jade’s headlock while simultaneously putting Sienna in a headlock of her own with those legs of hers… Gawd, wish that were me right now guys….
Deadprez: Starting up this early man? Ight.. Anywho, t looks like Sienna Jade is trying her best to pull one of Nikki’s legs off her, but she’s going nowhere as Nikki is making sure she’s stuck there for good, but Sieanna Jade is able to lift that leg up slightly giving her enough room to kip up back onto her feet as Nikki Kimura tries to get back up, but while kneeling is taken down by a quick DDT from Sienna Jade! It’s clear that her veteran skill is her biggest asset against the likes of Nikki Kimura in this match.
Eve: You’re right about that Prezzy, just look at how confident Sienna Jade is inside that ring as she starts stomping down on poor Nikki Kimura before dropping a knee right on Nikki’s throat as she taunts while leaving the knee on there for a few seconds before letting go and getting up. Sienna Jade notices Nikki Kimura making her way to the ropes as Sienna gets out towards the outer side of the apron looking at Nikki try to use the ropes to help herself back onto her feet as she tries getting back up, but quickly is dragged half way out of the ring by Sienna who tries to hit Nikki with a Running Knee Lift!
Gavin Kirkland: Nikki though being able to move out of the way at the last minute, somehow able to catch Sienna Jade by surprise allowing her to grab Sienna Jade and Suplex her back into the ring! This is the opening Nikki Kimura was waiting for as she’s no longer on the defense and it’s her turn to be on the offense against Sienna Jade as Sienna Jade is slowly getting back up, but Nikki Kimura being able to execute a DDT of her own against Sienna giving her a taste of her own medicine! The always beautiful and gorgeous Kassidy Heart on the outside not sweating it a bit though as she knows her equally as beautiful partner will bounce back in quick fashion.
Deadprez: Nikki Kimura being smart making sure she keeps the advantage of being on the offense as she stomps on Sienna Jade to keep her grounded before making her way to the top rope of the nearest turnbuckle looking for a Corner Springboard Moonsault that she lands flawlessly! Nikki Kimura is not wasting any time as she gets back up quickly and starts to work on the arm looking for a knee drop on Sienna’s left arm, but Sienna rolls out of the way as Nikki’s hit nothing but the mat! Nikki tries to roll back onto her feet, but Sienna Jade is not going to let her get on the offense again as she runs the ropes quickly and executes a real NASTY Shining Wizard to keep Nikki Kimura down!
Eve: Sienna Jade now dropping knee after knee on the midsection of poor Nikki Kimura as she looks to weaken that part of her body more and more as the barrage of knees doesn’t stop one bit until Sienna Jade looks at her work so far, quickly turns Nikki Kimura over, and starts to hook in a Camel Clutch as she’s looking to see if she can make Nikki Kimura tap out early into the match…
Gavin Kirkland: If I said the things I wanted to say I would be in a whole lot of trouble… Just look at Sienna Jade make that Camel Clutch tighter and tighter trying to almost completely stretch Nikki Kimura until she either taps out or something snaps. Regardless of the situation one thing is for certain; Nikki Kimura is in trouble and if she doesn’t find a way to get out this may be all she rode here tonight as it seems any attempt to try to reach the ropes is being held back by Sienna Jade.
Deadprez: It looks like a real tough position for Nikki Kimura here as she’s tried to play the offense but quickly she’s forced back on defense as she tries her best to get out this move, but Sienna Jade ain’t looking like she’s gonna budge one bit as it seems she’s trynna reposition herself to do more damage to Nikki, but Nikki able to grab onto both legs, quickly push Sienna onto her back, and roll herself onto Sienna Jade as Sienna is still trying to make Nikki tap out, but Nikki’s Kimura is able to reposition herself to be on top of Sienna Jade while Sienna’s shoulders are both down on the mat! The referee notices that and quickly goes for the cover now!

Gavin Kirkland: Sienna able to get that shoulder up quickly as she lets go of Nikki Kimura with both elitists getting quickly back onto their feet as they look at one another and start trading Chop after Chop! NIKKI! SIENNA! NIKKI! SIENNA! NIKKI! SIENA! NIKKI WITH A CHOP THAT CAUSES SIENNA TO HOLD HER CHEST GIVING NIKKI ENOUGH TIME TO HOOK SIENNA WITH AN ARM DRAG! Nikki’s looking to continue to work on the arm of Sienna Jade now as she starts unleashing elbows on the shoulder and quickly transitioning to knee drop Sienna’s arm before locking up Sienna Jade’s arm into an Armbreaker submission hold! She’s trying to hurt that left arm as much as she can, but Sienna Jade knows a weak arm is only going to make taking down Nikki Kimura a harder job.
Deadprez: I hate when you’re right dawg, but that’s the truth Sienna Jade finds herself currently in as Nikki Kimura is keeping that hold very tight on her arm and if she doesn’t do something soon we might be seeing a whole arm come out of its socket! Sienna tried to use all her strength to pull one of Nikki’s legs off her, but it seems she’s now in a similar predicament Nikki Kimura was in earlier into the match… Though Sienna Jade isn’t looking like she’s going to quit here as she repositions herself to be on top of Nikki Kimura and slowly picks her up just to quickly drop her on her back! Nikki is still not letting go, but she’s quickly put into a pinning position by Sienna Jade! The referee is now going for the count!

Sienna Jade starts to taunt while trying her hardest to heal her left arm at a faster pace while Nikki Kimura is laid on the outside right in front of our special guest at ringside, Kassidy Heart…

Don’t worry ma’am I am on the way to deal with this unsatisfactory scenario you’re being forced to deal w- Oh, Kassidy Heart picks up Nikki Kimura and throws her back inside the ring before the count could start as Sienna Jade thanks Kassidy while continuing to taunt the crowd before Sienna heads towards the downed Nikki Kimura and starts to stomp effortlessly on the arm of Nikki Kimura while dropping knee drops on the mid section of the arm as she’s looking for another submission here tonight as she grabs Nikki’s arm and tries to go for a Fujiwara Armbar, but as she tries to grab onto it and start wrenching it as tightly as possible, Nikki Kimura is able to turn things around for herself as she turns this Fujiwara Armbar to a roll up pinfall as the referee starts to count!!!

Eve: SIENNA’S KNEES WHERE UP AT THE RIGHT TIME AS NIKKI KIMURA LANDS DIRECTLY ON THEM TAKING ALL HER AIR OUT HER LUNGS! Sienna pushes the aching Nikki Kimura off her as she gets up, starts to pick up Nikki from the ground, and hits her with a beautiful Northern Light Suplex that leaves Nikki in a weird sitting position which allows Sienna Jade to once again run the ropes and hit a Shining Wizard variation that leaves Nikki Kimura dazed as can be! Nikki is in a very bad predicament here as Sienna Jade has a cocky smirk on her face as she starts dragging Nikki Kimura closer to the turnbuckle on the far left as Sienna Jade starts to climb and is looking for her signature Moonsault… IT CONNECTS AS SHE QUICKLY GOES FOR THE COVER ON NIKKI KIMURA!!!

Gavin Kirkland: NIKKI KIMURA MOVES OUT THE WAY AS SIENNA JADE FALLS TO THE MAT, SIENNA QUICKLY TRIES TO GET UP TO GET BACK ON THE OFFENSE, BUT NIKKI KIMURA QUICKLY SETS UP SIENNA JADE FOR A GOTCH STYLE PILEDRIVER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING! She’s out here trying to prove she can go the distance as quickly as she heads back to the top rope now with a bit more distance between both elitists as Nikki Kimura goes for another Frog Splash and this time it does connect! She’s not done just yet as she rolls back up on her feet and now heads to the other side of the ring to climb the opposite end turnbuckle as she’s continuing to soar the skies here tonight! Gavin Kirkland: We love a beautiful lady on the offense don’t we ladies and gentlemen? We sure do as Sienna Jade is back in power once again forcing Nikki Kimura to try and get any offense in as she tries to get back up, but is quickly met with a Stiff Kick to the back of her head by Sienna Jade! Maybe if she gets CTE I’ve got a chance, but my time for wishing sweet blessings can wait as an ICON is at work as Sienna Jade is not finished just yet, she goes and grabs Nikki Kimura, drags her near the corner turnbuckle nearest to her, and connects with a devastating Tornado DDT that plants Nikki Kimura near the corner! Sienna quickly with an insult to injury as she drops both her knees onto the midsection of Nikki Kimura before climbing to the top rope… Looks like we are closer to the end than we expected as Sienna Jade is going for her own Moonsault as the “Starstruck” Moonsault connects!
Eve: So we thought as we can see Sienna Jade isn’t getting up as Nikki Kimura pushes her off revealing that her knees were indeed up as Sienna Jade landed that “Starstruck” Moonsault of hers! Nikki Kimura getting back up on her feet now as as she sees Sienna Jade using the ropes for help to pick herself back up, quickly, Nikki Kimura starts to run the ropes, and as soon as Sienna turns around fully back up she’s met with a Dropkick to her legs causing her to fall onto her knees! Sienna slowly tries to recover as she starts to kneel, but Nikki Kimura is more than ready as she goes for a modified Hurricanrana on the kneeling Sienna Jade that spikes her head right on the mat! She sees a perfect opportunity here tonight as Sienna Jade may be knocked out after that as Nikki Kimura starts to hook in a Kimura Lock aimed to the left arm of Sienna that she’s been working on throughout the match! Oh my we may see Nikki Kimura pick up a huge win here tonight!!!
Deadprez: That lock is in baby and awwwww man that arm is looking like it’s in a real NASTY situation baby! Sienna Jade better hope she finds a way to get out because that’s a move that can completely snap an arm into two pieces and best believe you can’t really defend a championship with a two piece build an arm injury like that! No matter how hard Sienna Jade tries to get out this move, Nikki Kimura is making it tighter and tighter. You’d think that arm would be snapped by how tight she has her in it, but both sides are still trying to get the advantage here… Sienna Jade now tries to pick herself up, she looks like that extra shot of adrenaline has kicked in as she slowly starts to pick up Nikki Kimura and drops her right on the back freeing herself in the process, but that arm is definitely hurt! That take down though wasn’t enough to fully give herself some breathing room as Nikki Kimura is back up as she goes for her signature Superkick move!
Gavin Kirkland: SIENNA JADE MOVES OUT OF THE WAY AS THAT ADRENALINE IS STILL FLOWING THROUGH HER SWEATY SEXY BODY AND GRABS NIKKI FROM BEHIND FOR A GERMAN SUPLEX RIGHT ONTO THE MAT! Kassidy Heart watches on knowing that this is how The Jaded Hearts get things done around here. She has no reason to interfere as both these ladies are at the very top of the totem pole and we are seeing why exactly that is here tonight after seeing Sienna Jade in action! The match ain’t over jaír yet as one of these two fine ladies has to pick up the win and while Sienna was able to German Suplex Nikki Kimura, Nikki is back onto her feet heading towards Sienna’s Direction…
Eve: Sienna able to grab onto Nikki Kimura in the nick of time as she sets her up for “Witches Hammer” as the Ripcord Rolling Elbow connects and lays Nikki Kimura out for good! This may be the end for Nikki if she can’t find a way to escape what’s coming next as Sienna goes to pick up Nikki Kimura as quickly as she can with her hurt arm as she takes a bit of time to grab Nikki Kimura properly as she’s looking to call this match already! Gavin Kirkland: I mean quite frankly you’d be stupid to bet against Sienna Jade and The Jaded Hearts in general! They are simply “UNFUCKWITHABLE” as Sienna Jade likes to call herself okay? This was the expected result and regardless of what happens both of you ladies just know I am single, and I am ready to mingle!
Eve: Oh brother who gave this jackass a job. Regardless of the results both elitists fought hard and valiantly. Nikki Kimura may have not picked up the win here tonight, but she showed that she is able to hang with the absolute greats like Sienna Jade.
(The last camera shot shown is Sienna Jade and Kassidy Heart walking backstage with their EAW Unified Tag Team Championships while Nikki Kimura is picking herself back up from this loss as the scene fades to black elsewhere.)
( As Showdown returns from commercial the camera can be seen hovering over the crowd capturing various reactions from audience members. )
( The camera then begins to pan from one side to the other before quickly turning back to the entrance area as ‘ Unfuckwittable’ by Kid Cudi begins to play as the crowd begins to erupt in cheers as Jon Kelton makes his way from gorilla with a microphone in hand and a dejected look on his face. The camera then begins to follow him as he makes his way down the ramp before eventually entering the ring where he then takes a few steps to ensure that he’s standing in the center of it. )
( Jon begins to look around listening to the positive reaction of the crowd before shaking his head and bringing the microphone to his lips before starting to speak. )
Jon Kelton: For a while now, I’ve exited that backstage area, walked through those curtains, down that ramp, and entered this ring. I’ve been booed. Cheered. Ignored, tolerated, and everything in between.
Jon Kelton: Yet despite all the losses, all the setbacks, and each and every single failure— when my theme song hits, you all still shower me with support. You still allow your feelings toward me to be known. And I want you all to know that it means the absolute world to me. But at this moment right here, right now, I don’t want that. I appreciate you all, but I just need a few moments to talk from the heart without the pressure of trying to convince you all that I’m still someone you should believe in.
( Jon paces around for a bit as the audience quiets down for a moment, while a select few still continue to give a reaction. )
Jon Kelton: For thirty minutes, I fought tooth and nail with a former World Champion. For thirty minutes, I put on one of the best performances of my life… and it meant nothing. Absolutely nothing.
Jon Kelton: I went into that match expecting to finally get out of my own head and prove to not only myself but the rest of the world that I am capable of so much more than I’m given credit for. And in the end, the result was the same as it always is, I lost. I came up short.
Jon Kelton: And after a thirty-minute Iron Man match with one of the best elitists in EAW, all I have to show for my efforts, is a sore body and a moderate concussion. But what makes it even worse is that my pride hurts way more than my body ever could.
( Jon once again begins to pace around, taking a moment to look around the audience, before eventually speaking into the microphone again. )
Jon Kelton: I issued the challenge to Bronson Daniels because I thought I was ready to make that leap. I believed myself capable of toppling someone like him. And even if the match did go down to the wire, I have to be honest. I do not care enough to stand here and attempt to see the silver lining. Sure taking a former World Champion to his limits is a sign of growth, it’s a key building block for most. But I don’t see how I could possibly integrate it into my already frazzled puzzle. And even so, what good would it do me to pat myself on the back for an effort that resulted in defeat?
Jon Kelton: No matter what I do, I always circle back to that. It’s always the same story. No matter how strong I start, it always leads me back to the same place. Defeat. And truthfully I’m tired of it. For fifteen years, I have essentially been in the same place. I’ve been trying to escape the same loop. It’s a vicious cycle, and it seems that the more I acknowledge it the more it sticks. No amount of self-awareness or self-motivation is enough to break it. My best efforts just simply aren’t enough, and I truly don’t know what to do. I’m hanging on by the knot at the end of my rope. And the thing that I hate the most is that I keep letting everyone down.
( Jon places his hands on his head trying to collect his thoughts before continuing on. )
Jon Kelton: I–
( Before he can continue his words are cut off by the sound of ‘My War’ by Shinsei Kamattechan as the crowd ignites for the arrival of Bronson Daniels, who walks out to the ring with a microphone in hand. )
Bronson Daniels: I don’t mean to cut you off, Jon. But after everything that was said and done between the two of us over the course of these past few weeks, I couldn’t allow myself to stand by and watch you attempt to bury everything that you’ve been building for yourself. So what if you didn’t win at Midsummer Massacre? You still gave me one of the hardest fights I’ve had since signing with EAW. And that may not mean anything to you, but it means a lot to me.
Bronson Daniels: If I was even off my game for a second, the result of that match would have been drastically different, and you and I would be out here with our roles reversed. That is how close of a call it was for me. And it’s for that reason that I’m out here.
( Jon Kelton begins to turn his head in confusion as Bronson Daniels continues to talk. )
Bronson Daniels: It’s no secret you and I haven’t had the best relationship over the past couple of years. But Midsummer Massacre was different. I don’t know if it was the atmosphere. The fact that you fought with honor and meaningful intent. Or maybe it was a combination of both. But whatever the matter, Jon, I’m here to say that you earned my respect.
Bronson Daniels: And not just mine, take a listen.
( The entire audience begins to erupt in cheers and praise as Jon Kelton stands around taking it all in. )
Bronson Daniels: I know how you feel. I know how frustrating it is trying to make it up the mountain. But you’re moving. Whether it feels as though you are or not, take it from an outside source, you are moving. And you’re moving a lot faster than most. You are one of the most skilled and talented people in this company and the only person that can limit you is yourself. So with that being said, you have a decision to make. You can either wallow around in self-pity and drown yourself in your negative thoughts, or you can learn from this loss and continue to build yourself up. I know what I would do. And I know what I’ve done.
( Jon Kelton stares at Bronson Daniels for a moment, allowing his words to stick before responding. )
Jon Kelton: For as long as I’ve been a part of this company, I’ve only ever wanted one thing; to be World Champion. I’ve only ever wanted to prove to myself and the rest of my loved ones that I am as good as I say, and that I’m capable of keeping up with the best of the best. Last season was supposed to be the year that I broke through my glass ceiling and captured my first World Championship. But as we all know, that just wasn’t the case for me. I failed in that endeavor, and as a result, I was forced to the back of the line. I’m fine with that. I’m no stranger to hard work. But I won’t act as if I’m not disappointed in what these past few seasons have produced.
Jon Kelton: If I want to be the best, Bronson, then not only do I have to beat the best, but I also have to hold myself accountable when I fail. And that’s what I’ve done here today. I’m my own biggest critic and I’ll always be the first to admit when I’ve failed and dropped the ball. But I also know that I have the potential to be one of the greatest elitists in EAW History. It’s just a matter of me unlocking that potential and putting it to use.

( Bronson Daniels turns to exit the ring, but before he’s able to go, his attention is caught by Jon Kelton speaking once more. )
Jon Kelton: Hey, Bronson, before you go. I want to say that the feeling is mutual. At Midsummer Massacre you more than earned my respect. You gave me exactly what I was looking for and allowed me the chance to measure myself against one of the best EAW has to offer today. And if it wasn’t for your words just now, I don’t know where my head would be at. But now that I’m thinking a little clearer, and the future isn’t so foggy. I’m starting to realize that we’re only four weeks into this new season, and there’s definitely room for improvement and growth. And before this season ends, there’s not a doubt in my mind that you and I are going to run it back. And when that happens, things will be different, brother. But not only that, there isn’t a doubt in my mind that it is the season that I finally shatter the glass ceiling and become Answers World Champion.
( Bronson Daniels returns to the center of the ring and stares at Jon Kelton who returns the favor, as the crowd begins to erupt in cheers again at the hopes that both men go at one another. But the crowd begins to die down a bit as Bronson Daniels cracks a smile before speaking. )
Bronson Daniels: I wouldn’t expect anything less. But you know, you aren’t the only one with high hopes for the future. This season could be yours just as much as it could be mine. But hey none of us knows what the future holds. Just like you have dreams of being Answers World Champion, so do I. Just as you have dreams of making it to the top, so do I. But… what if we both were able to get there— together? Do you remember what I told you after Midsummer Massacre? I meant every word. But it’s as I told you, it’s up to you to decide what’s in your future.
( ‘My War’ by Shinsei Kamattechan begins to play as Bronson Daniels extends his hand out to Jon Kelton who shakes it as both men speak to one another without the microphones catching what’s being said. They both smile as Bronson Daniels exits the ring, with Jon Kelton looking on deep in thought. )
( The final shot is of Jon Kelton standing in the middle of the ring as the crowd cheers before Showdown fades elsewhere. )
(The camera cuts to Gina Romano in the ring holding a microphone.)
Gina Romano: Ladies and gentlemen… please welcome the EAW Answers World Champion… T!!!!! L!!!!!! A!!!!!!!!!!!
(The crowd starts wildin’ as TLA makes his way out to the stage and “Ambitionz az a Ridah” by Tupac blasts across the arena speakers. TLA is shown swinging the Answers World Championship around wildly as he makes his way down the ramp. A number of fans are shown ducking the swinging championship as TLA narrowly avoids causing EAW a lawsuit with his dangerous swinging.)
Eve: If you haven’t heard the news by now then this should catch you all up! At Midsummer Massacre, TLA did indeed defeat Charlie Marr and retained the EAW Answers World Championship. TLA is still at the top of Showdown!
Deadprez: Some people thought that TLA’s reign would come to a short end and after all of the taunts from Charlie Marr it looks like TLA was the one who was able to back it up when it counted.
Gavin Kirkland: I am just glad to have this level of Latino representation on the wrestling side of things after bringing it myself to commentary for so many years.
Eve: :wth:
Deadprez: Tell me he did not just say that…
(The camera cuts inside the ring where Gina Romano is shown handing the microphone to TLA before exiting the ring. “Ambitionz az a Ridah” fades out and is replaced by TLA chants for some time before TLA is able to speak.)
TLA: Orale mi gente! Que onda Denver!

(TLA raises up the championship once more before he sets it over his shoulder and begins to talk.)
TLA: Real talk tho. Escuchame you know that the grind ain’t stop. I defeated Charlie Marr but it is clear that the opps stay swarming. They coming for my neck. Tryna knock the cabeza off. They wanna be at the top. They wanna be the head. They wanna be at the top of Showdown cuz Showdown is the show where you throw down. TLA: I know that there is a target on yo boi’s back but if we being real that ain’t nothing new. Even when I ain’t got a championship on my shoulders I got the whole roster coming at me. Tryna get that W over a hardened veterano like yo boi. They looking for that big W ain’t satisfied with no small W. But still with this Answers World Championship being slung around by the Baddest Hombre on the Planet y’all know that the target on my back has never been bigger. Gotta grow even more ojos. Gotta have em on the back of my head. Gotta see all. Gotta here all. Got Donovan Duke back there. Got SOSA Henderson back there. You know that they lurkin’. They got them contracts. (“Faneto” by Chief Keef suddenly hits across the speakers to a loud reaction from the crowd. SOSA Henderson quickly comes out to the stage and is holding a microphone. SOSA begins walking down the ramp towards the ring as his music fades and he begins to speak.)
SOSA Henderson: That is exactly right TLA. I am gonna find you lackin’. Just like I did this past weekend at Midsummer Massacre! We all saw it! No use hiding it! You know it! I know it! All you people know it! TLA should NOT be the EAW Answers World Champion right now.
(The crowd gives off a mixed reaction as SOSA Henderson gets up onto the apron and points at the championship belt.)
SOSA Henderson: That is not even a shot at TLA calm yourselves. TLA should not be the Answers World Champion right now… because I should be! In fact, if all had gone according to plan at Midsummer Massacre I would be! I was all set to cash in my 24/7 Battle Royal title shot and lets be honest TLA. With the state you were in after that Cage Match with Charlie Marr, you would have stood no chance against me.
TLA: Oh you think so ese?
SOSA Henderson: I know so ese! That is why I am out here to remind you. Anytime. Anywhere. You have said that a million times and it is about time a real one like myself takes you up on that offer. The moment that your luck runs out, I will be there to pick up the pieces. I will be at the top of this game once again and soon everyone will have no choice but to acknowledge that SOSA Henderson is exactly what he says he is… BULLETPROOF!
(“I Rise” by Cory Marks hits to cheers from the crowd but SOSA Henderson looks visibly annoyed to be interrupted while he was making his statement.)
Eve: Well here comes Donovan Duke who as we all saw played a very big role in thwarting SOSA Henderson’s attempted cash-in at Midsummer Massacre.
Gavin Kirkland: He screwed SOSA over! Why couldn’t he just let SOSA have his moment??!?!?
Deadprez: Well it is all fair game. In fact Donovan Duke could be the champion right now too, but he chose not to cash in his Cash in the Vault. He wants to win that championship fairly and I think that is very respectable.
Donovan Duke: That is where you are wrong SOSA. Because at Midsummer Massacre I proved that you are not bulletproof. I proved that you are not the only man with a gun around here because I have a briefcase, and it is just waiting to go off!!!
SOSA Henderson: That is great Donovan. But I think we all know that winning the 24/7 Battle Royal is far more impressive. So my cash-in should take priority.
Donovan Duke: Really? I thought the Cash in the Vault Ladder Match at Pain for Pride was a show stealing performance to be quite honest with you. Who did you beat again in that battle royal? Are half of them even still in the company? Was Lucas Johnson a tough opponent for you?
SOSA Henderson: He wasn’t even in it this year… But hold up… that’s tough talk coming from someone who didn’t have the balls to actually pull the trigger. You interrupted my moment and for what? To not cash in at all? You got cold feet man. It was pretty pathetic, and you let down all your fans.
Donovan Duke: Unlike you when I cash in I want there to be no disputing that I’m the best. I don’t want to have a title reign that nobody even remembers. Actually, thinking about that weren’t you World Champ at some point… when was that again?
SOSA Henderson: Oh, don’t you worry. I’ll remind you how good of a champion I am. Because unlike you I actually have held World Title gold before, and I will again soon enough. If you aren’t going to cash that briefcase in you might as well give it to me. I’ll cash it in and win two world titles this season just for fun.
TLA: Amigos… amigos… there is no need to fight over papi… there is plenty of La Pantera Sexual to go around for all!
SOSA Henderson: How about I cash in on you right now then? You gonna chicken out? How about you Donovan? You gonna fuck things up for me again?
Donovan Duke: Maybe. You keep talking like that you won’t even last until the referee hits the ring.
TLA: Like I said there is enough of TLA to go around. I will take all of you. Both of you. At the same time even. I give no fucks. I go hard doin’ this shit and that is what it means to be the champion. I stay on that lucha grind. So feel free to cash in when you want. I ain’t scurred. No tengo miedo. Cash in on a vato… imma survive y’all.
(TLA is shown patting SOSA Henderson on the head who gets mad about it and swats TLA’s hand away. TLA then confronts Donovan Duke who extends his hand with TLA shaking it out of respect. “Ambitionz az a Ridah” then plays across the speakers as TLA rolls out of the ring and heads into the crowd as he celebrates with his fans mobbing him as he makes his exit out of the arena.)
Eve: TLA is not backing down! TLA knows that there is a huge bullseye on his back but instead of complaining about it or running away from it, TLA has vowed to take on all challengers head on!
Deadprez: You can tell that SOSA Henderson & Donovan Duke are now only more determined than ever to cash in their opportunities and be successful about it. But which one of them will be the lucky man to actually do it?
Gavin Kirkland: Or will they both fail? With the run TLA is on you could be forgiven for thinking they both are going to fuck their cash-ins and we could be seeing TLA still the champ for a long long time!
(The camera cuts to a commercial featuring Y2Impact campaigning to the Olympic committee to make pro wrestling an Olympic event.)
(Showdown returns from commercial break to the ring and Gina Romano.)
(‘Peligro’ by Peso Pluma plays and each member of La Familia steps up. Brianna Hill, Luis Del La Rosa and finally…Roberto Del La Rosa! Looking from on top of the stage, like they were observing what was there. Luis taps the chest of Roberto and points down to the ring. They both chuckle and begin to walk down to the ring.)
Gina Romano: INTRODUCING FIRST, REPRESENTING LA FAMILIA! From Hidalgo, Mexico, weighing in at 170 lbs..LUIS DEL LA ROSA!
(“Prices” by Lil Uzi Vert began to replace Luis’s music, he stood on stage for a moment as soon as he walked out, he took in the crowd and then directed his focus to his opponent in the ring. He then starts to make his way down the ramp.)
Gina Romano: Introducing the challenger, from Boston, Massachusetts, weighting in at 220 pounds! THE RULER OF EVERYTHING!
(DING! DING! DING!)
Gavin Kirkland: The match was underway, Ruler coming out of what he thought would be an assured victory over Cody. Not going the way he expected and it looking to take out Luis- OH! Not wasting any time going for a spinning kick to the head, Luis managing to duck it! Getting out of harm’s way! Luis not expecting this early offense, but with how angry Ruler is feeling right now! It should have been something to keep in mind. Ruler much more aggressive than we usually see him, going in for a clothesline but Luis manages to slip under the arm!
Eve: Luis taking advantage, getting him in the corner and clobbering away at the body and head! Trying to establish some early control in this match. Seemingly doing a great job, Luis bouncing off the ropes and- RIGHT INTO A HIP TOSS! Rule now grabbing him as he gets back up and THROWS HIM OVER THE TOP ROPE! Luis is able to catch himself but Ruler is too quick, not letting him get a second of breathing room! Luis though, able to throw back elbows to the head, getting him off of him! Luis now, grabbing the head and dropping off the apron! Ruler’s neck catching the top rope!
Deadprez: Despite the aggression, Luis is using this to his advantage. Rolling into the ring, he charges at Ruler- ONLY TO HE CAUGHT WITH A BACKBREAKER! Look at the pain on his back, that right thise can rearrange your spine! Luis now crawling to the ropes, just to be grabbed by Ruler! Pulling up on his nose and face! The officials tell him to let go but he wants to inflict as much damage as possible! Finally, he lets go! Only because he didn’t want to get disqualified this early on.
Gavin Kirkland: Ruled going back on the take- BUT LUIS TAKES ADVANTAGE! Kick to the midsection, sending Ruler down to his knees! Luis goes for a kneeling DDT but Ruler lifts him up mid headlock! Tossing him on the top rope! Right between the legs! Even Brianna Hill can feel that! Luis dropping to the apron, he is trying to climb back to his feet- JUST TO GET SENT DOWN WITH A FOREARM TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD! Sending him down to the floor! La Familia tries to help Luis up as quickly as they can, before Ruler gets over to the side of the ring.
Eve: Brianna stepped up to Ruler, looking to distract him a bit so that Luis can get back to his feet— LUIS GOING FOR A STRIKE ON RULER! Getting caught with a punch to the stomach, now BOUNCING his head off the announce table, throwing him back into the ring! Despite all the advantages Luis has, Ruler is seeing right through all of them. Ruler getting back in the ring- BUT LUIS CATCHES HIM WITH A KICK TO THE SIDE OF THE HEAD! Knocking him to the ground on the outside! Luis getting chance after chance to take a hold of this match, let’s see if he can keep it.
Gavin Kirkland: Luis quickly got out of the ring, retrieving Ruler and slamming him back first into the apron! Now, throwing him back into the ring. Ruler trying to get up- BUT GETS SENT DOWN WITH A KICK TO THE FACE! Ruler still trying, Luis bouncing off the ropes with another kick to knock him back down! Ruler scrambles to the ropes, Luis quick to make sure he doesn’t go anywhere, pressing his knee against the windpipe of Ruler! The official tried to get him away with the count- and stopped at four. Trying to get the most out of that as he possibly can!
Eve: Luis grabs Ruler in a headlock! Yanking in his head, once again trying to cut off that oxygen! Ruler trying to get to the ropes but it’s just too far out of reach! Luis managed to get Ruler to the mat, trying to slow down his offense and reel in the match! But it looks like Ruler isn’t going to allow that to happen so easily, picking himself up slowly- getting to his knees. Now slamming his fist into Luis’s midsection! Getting a couple big hits in before TURNING THE HEADLOCK INTO A BACK BODY DROP- LUIS FLIPS OUT OF IT!
Deadprez: Landing on his feet, he charges with a punch but Ruler ducks it! Running to the ropes! Charging back with a HUGE hammer fist strike! Taking down Luis! Another one! Once again, bringing Luis back to the mat! Luis is dazed, stumbling back into the corner- RULER CHARGES AT HIM WITH A SHOULDER TUCK TO THE MIDSECTION! Luis staggering out of the corner, right into a HIGH RUNNING KNEE against the ropes! Just combination, after combination…Luis limp against the rope. Ruler again charging at Luis looking for another big strike- WAIT A SECOND! WHAT THE HELL?!
Gavin Kirkland: ROBERTO PULLING THE TOP ROPE DOWN! RULER GETTING SENT TO THE OUTSIDE! In clear view of the referee, the official tells him off but Roberto doesn’t seem to care. Giving a big advantage to Luis before he got hit with whatever Ruler was planning! Luis, seeing Ruler on the outside, is looking to take advantage of the opening. Getting on the apron, running towards Ruler looking for a big maneuver off the APRON- BUT IS CAUGHT ON THE SHOULDERS OF RULER! Ruler looks at Brianna and Roberto- TOSSING LUIS ONTO THEM! Taking the entirety of La Familia down! Having enough of their interference!
Eve: Ruler throws Luis back into the ring and getting up to the apron, climbs the top rope keeping his eyes locked on Luis. Leaping off the ropes with a BATTERING RAM! Knocking Luis hard to the mat, going for the first cover in this matchup!

Eve: Luis managed to kick out! Everything that Luis has thrown at Ruler doesn’t seem to be working, I don’t know if he has any othis plans, if he does then they need to come out quickly. Because right now, this match is in the favor of the Ruler all the way. Luis trying to find his way back up to his feet, along with Ruler…
Gavin Kirkland: Ruler smacks him upside the head! Ruler hits Luis repeatedly with a variety of palm strikes and he is really laying into him and fighting back! Luis tries to duck it but Ruler charges him and sends Luis flying over the top rope! Luis crahes back first onto the apron but manages to hold onto the bottom rope as he tries to get himself back up and into the ring to continue this matchup. Ruler grabs Luis by the hair and yanks him back up over the top rope into the ring through the middle rope… RULER WITH A HANGING DDT! HE GETS ALL OF IT AND GOES IN FOR THE COVER!

Eve: Luis kicks out! The match continues! Ruler picks Luis backup to his feet… Ruler goes to lock Luis into a Sleeper Hold, but he slips out of it! Luis with a thumb to the eye of Ruler! Luis then rakes the eyes of Ruler right in front of the referee who warns him about it. But Luis just shoves past the referee and grabs Ruler’s head, bashing him face first into the turnbuckle padding. Ruler takes a beating in the corner from Harper and falls down to the mat.
Deadprez: Knee strikes to the head now from Luis who has a look of anger on his face getting all kinds of aggressive. Ruler manages to grab the legs of Luis and flip him upside down. Ruler attempting to apply a Figure 4 Leglock! But Luis kicks hard, sending Ruler into the ropes! Luis then grabs Ruler and rolls him up! Luis for the win!

Deadprez: Ruler kicks out with authority! Luis can’t believe it! Ruler gets back up immediately and hits a Running Lariat taking Luis’s head off! Ruler now jumps on Luis and lifts him up connecting with a Snap Suplex in the ring!
Gavin Kirkland: Ruler picks Luis up and tosses him to the outside! Ruler shoves past the referee to go outside the ring as well! Ruler slams Luis back first into the barricade and then drives him head first into the steel ring steps! Ruler with repeated knee strikes to the skull of Luis against the ring steps! He tosses Luis back into the ring and Luis is not moving at all. He is completely unconscious! Ruler looking to put Luis away now! Ruler picks Luis’s limp body back up…
Eve: RULER WITH THE BLOODRAYNE MAKER- No! Luis rakes the eyes of Ruler and shoves him backwards! Ruler knocks the referee down, knocking him into the corner Luis from behind with a low blow on Ruler! Luis rolls Ruler up! The referee slides in to make the pin!

Eve: NO! RULER GETS HIS SHOULDER UP JUST IN TIME! I could have sworn that he was gone. Even though Luis is irritated, he is so close to tasting victory. Just inches away! Thise is no time to feel sorry for yourself. He needs to keep that offense up and ensure your opponent doesn’t get any space! A couple of big moves could be the end of this match.
Gavin Kirkland: Luis returns to his feet and looks down at Ruler, lying on his back in the middle of the ring. he looks at the ropes and back at Ruler. he shrugs before running to the ropes and GOES FOR A PERFECT SPRINGBOARD MOONSAULT—
Eve: ONLY FOR RULER TO ROLL OUT OF THE WAY! Luis landed hard on his stomach and face but could still climb back to his feet, only for Ruler to sneak up behind his and lock in a SLEEPER HOLD! Tightening his grip around Luis’s neck before wrapping his legs around his waist! Making his fall to the ground, getting the life choked out of his!
Deadprez: If this is a submission you never want to find yourself in, it’s the chokehold! Mainly when applied by Ruler! He got it locked in like an anaconda around his prey! Luis’s face is even turning a light shade of purple! I don’t need to be a doctor to tell you that you aren’t supposed to look like that! This ends in two ways: ethics Luis passes out or Luis taps. But who am I kidding? As much as this match means to the pride of Luis, he would much rather pass out than tap out.
Gavin Kirkland: Luis is not going to last another moment in this death grip of a chokehold. His signs of struggle were frantic…now it’s nothing at all. He stopped trying to pry the arms open, now in a slump. The referee goes over to check on Luis. With a glance, it seems he is concluding that Luis was out. This match may just be over, it was a good run from Luis but this is no way he survives a hold like this!
Eve: WAIT…Luis begins to wake up and is getting an amplified amount of energy! Slowly rolling over and picking himself up…with Ruler still on his back! he RAMS RULER’S BACK INTO THE NEAREST CORNER! Managing to break the hold that Ruler had on his! Luis falls over and crawls away from Ruler to create some space! The passion of Luis can’t be understated! Coming back from near unconsciousness to fight back in this match! Never count this woman out! Luis is getting back to his feet and going straight for Ruler! As we stated, neither of these competitors are giving time for each other to breathe. No time to recover! When they have the chance, they are on the attack!
Gavin Kirkland: Luis was back on Ruler, hitting hard clothesline after clothesline in the corner! Each one has more power behind it than the last! He only stopped when the referee got close to disqualifying his. he grabs Ruler’s hair and tosses him out of the corner, continuing to glare at him. Even though he was motionless on the ground, he couldn’t be too sure. Seeing that he wasn’t moving, it looks like Luis has decided to take a risk. He climbs to the top rope, trying to keep his eye on Ruler— but his attention was off him for a split second to check his balance on the top rope! Ruler found an opportunity to kip up and jump to the top rope! Hooking Luis’s arm, looking for a superplex!
Eve: All it takes is a second, a second for the offense that you had to switch and wind up in your opponent’s hands! But Luis isn’t going out without a fight! Slamming his fist in the side of Ruler’s ribs! Trying his best to fight out of Ruler’s hold! It might be ineffective— NOPE! Spoke too soon! Luis breaks the hold and catches Ruler with a headbutt! ANOTHER ONE FOR GOOD MEASURE! Sending Ruler down to the mat! Luis finally gets free from Ruler’s superplex attempt but realizes he is in position for another one of his moves. He hops down to the apron and waits for Jay to stand up, calling for him, yelling for him to get up!
Deadprez: Luis is setting up for the springboard maneuver! If he can pull this off, it may mark the end of this match! Luis is locked in, ready to put his all into this move! Luis sees Ruler getting up, he throws himself into the ring! GOING FOR A SPRINGBOARD— WAIT! RULER GETS OUT OF THE WAY! MOVING OUT OF HARM’S WAY! MAKING HIM CRASH INTO THE MAT!
Gavin Kirkland: Luis quickly got back to his feet! Trying to catch Ruler before he recovers- “REVOLUTIONIZER” KNOCKING HIM OUT COLD! RULER DROPPING DOWN FOR THE COVER! COULD THIS BE IT?!

Deadprez: Ruler making up for his loss at Midsummer’s Massacre but it doesn’t seem to calm him down! Even after a highly contested match, Ruler still wants his payback!
Gavin Kirkland: I’d hate to be the person in his war path. Great job by Luis, who was able to get so close to victory even with Ruler switching to a whole other gear.
(Ruler is unfazed as he heads to the back as the scene fades backstage.)
(Showdown faded in towards backstage, this time the woman that was interviewing was none other than Mikaela Street. She stood there in front of the camera with an incredibly brightful smile and once she saw that the show was back on and live again, she waved happily towards the camera and she spoke up.)
Mikaela Street: HELLOOOOOOO! Ladies and gentlemen, I hope all of you have enjoyed your night so far and all of you have witnessed some very much incredible matches from all of the wrestlers that we have on the roster, now here I arrive to give you another wonderful interview to hear the thoughts of one those incredibly talented wrestlers on the roster, she was able to win an important match over at Midsummer Massacre, an incredible five way between all of those talented women and the one who ended up winning the match and the person that came out on top is none other than-
Miku Sakai: MIKU SAKAI BITCHEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!
(Miku suddenly burst into the scene and in front of the camera, screaming and celebrating as she had a whistle in her mouth, whistling onto the beat of her song as she took it off and raised her voice loudly again.)
Miku Sakai: YOU SAW WHAT I DID OUT THERE MIKAELA? I WON THE MATCH!!!
(She takes off the whistle and she takes out a party horn, blowing into it and taking Mikaela off guard seeing Miku so hyped up.)
Mikaela Street: Uh… it is your birthday today?
Miku Sakai: Obviously not, but it should probably be Miku day every day because of how AWESOME AND FUCKING GREAT I AM, YOU HEAR ME?
Mikaela Street: I think so, yeah!

Why the hell was I making myself those stupid questions on my head, I actually had to be open and transparent about the failures tha were set upon me, yes, I have went through character development as the nerds like to call it, and I understood what I needed to… win a match again, AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW?! I AM BACK, I HAVE NEVER LEFT, that is a lie, I did end up leaving for a bit because of an injury- BUT I HAVE NEVER LEFT IN SOUL AND SPIRIT, BITCH, WHO IS DA BEST?! THAT IS MEEEEEEEE!
Mikaela Street: Well, I am glad that you are in a happy mood again after all of the losses that you have encountered, Miku! Now we do wonder, what is next for you?
Miku Sakai: Uh, no fucking duh? Obviously go and get that championship in the first place after all, do you think I am not tired of people continuing to tell me that I am not up to par when the spotlight is put upon me, that I do not deserve to win another championship to my repertoire, and you know what I say to them? (Miku and Mikaela were pretty confused when they ended up seeing that Aria suddenly ended up saying that kind of stuff as Miku crossed her arms and spoke up.)
Miku Sakai: Wait, you are not… mad about what happened last week?
Aria Lestrade: Huh, why would I be?
Miku Sakai: This is not a trap right, oooh, you are lucky I do not have the gun on with me, otherwise, I will show you a different kind of trap!

(Aria and Miku stay silent for a few seconds with their arms crossed before Miku suddenly blurts out.)

Deadprez: She is arrogant, beautiful and talented, Veena Adams with another successful defense of her championship and she really looks ready for anything.
Eve: And Veena will be looking for her next challenger, whoever that may be, but she has climbed the ranks slowly but surely and is looking to reach new heights with this championship and even higher than that.
Gavin Kirkland: She is a queen, and even more than that, she is one of the fastest risers in the brand and she is looking to cement herself. She gets prettier and prettier every day!
(Veena enters the ring, she takes a second before having the mic handed to her, walking around the ring for a second, looking out into the crowd before smiling.)

Eve: This is interesting as Kennedy Street usually doesn’t come out unless there is a reason behind it, and we are about to find out!

Eve: He could do it right now, but we saw what happened at the end of Midsummer Massacre. It seems like Donovan, out of respect for TLA’s reign, might still hesitate to pull that trigger.
Deadprez: We saw what happened there; he just prevented SOSA Henderson from winning the championship by cashing in on TLA! What does this mean for Donovan?! Does it imply that no one else will cash in on TLA but him?! What’s his response to these questions?!

Eve: Two competitors who faced defeat at the Midsummer Massacre will step into the ring tonight with only one emerging victorious after their heated exchanges this week. Harper Lee, a former Universal Women’s Champion, recently lost to the current champion Milli Banks. Now, she moves on to face Donovan Duke, the current Cash In The Vault holder, who also suffered a loss to SOSA Henderson, the 24/7 Contract Holder, earlier this year at the Midsummer Massacre.
Gavin Kirkland: Can’t wait anymore! Two incredibly talented competitors are about to face each other and give the fans what they want! I know that Harper Lee isn’t the most likable woman to all of you, but you can’t deny her accomplishments, right?!
Deadprez: Harper and Donovan are well-acquainted with each other’s abilities and skill sets making this match particularly challenging. Their familiarity means that standing out will be difficult, but both are locked in to prove themselves.
Eve: Speaking of locking in, Prez, it’s happening right now as both competitors join in the center of the ring in a collar and elbow tie-up. Harper is one step ahead, maneuvering behind Donovan and locking him tight in a waistlock.
Gavin Kirkland: Harper tries to lift him and take him down, but Donovan’s weight counters Harper’s strength. He quickly grabs her arms wrapped around his waist and sends her down into the corner.
Deadprez: Harper’s back is against the corner, Donovan charges out, looking to attack Harper Lee with a corner spear. Lee flips over Donovan’s back and lands on her feet just before he crashes into her!
Eve: Donovan hits the corner and runs back towards Harper, but she moves out of the way, sending Donovan into the ropes instead. Harper slides underneath him as Donovan runs back, only for Harper to hit a leapfrog, going behind him. Donovan stops as he goes under Harper’s leapfrog, quickly nails a right kick to her gut, and tries to drive her towards the ropes.
Gavin Kirkland: Harper counters by swatting his hand away and quickly nailing a bicycle kick across Donovan’s jaw. Harper tries to follow up with a charged discus lariat, but Donovan traps her arm and NOTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX! Donovan slams Harper Lee to the ground! Donovan lands the initial offensive takedown and goes for the pin on Harper Lee! The referee starts the count!

After the suplex inflicts considerable damage, Harper Lee promptly exits the ring, trying to stave off the pain. Donovan swiftly exits the ring and tries to close in on her.
Eve: Harper Lee swiftly returns to the ring just as Donovan attempts to intercept her on the outside. Donovan steps into the ring and is greeted by a torrent of unrelenting stomps from Harper Lee, who is assaulting him relentlessly! Harper Lee then hoists Donovan up and hurls him back into the corner…. SHE CATCHES UP TO HIM AND HITS HIM WITH A CORNER RUNNING DROPKICK!
Deadprez: What an impactful Dropkick, just taking down the Cash In The Vault Winner! Donovan is trapped in the corner as Harper is already on a streak, aiming to maintain her momentum. She sprints to the opposite corner, rebounds back, and… HARPER NAILS DONOVAN WITH THE HESITATION DROPKICK STRAIGHT TO HIS JAW!
Gavin Kirkland: Donovan might have exerted some effort into his offense, but Harper Lee is returning the favor after his actions. Harper Lee enters this match with a resolute expression demonstrating that she is determined not to face humiliation anymore after her ordeal with Milli Banks. Donovan is pulled out of the corner, and here’s a pin attempt from Harper Lee!

Eve: That’s what we’ve known for years: Harper Lee has been a ruthless woman for years, but that’s what she admires about herself. It’s what makes her one of the greatest in the women’s division. Donovan Duke clutches his ribs, trying to concentrate, but Harper Lee pulls him back to his feet and thrusts her right knee into his abdomen, causing Donovan to lose his balance and drop to both knees!
Gavin Kirkland: Jeez! That must be excruciating as Harper is delivering a lot of aggressive offense right now!
Deadprez: Hopefully, it’s not going to be as challenging as it appears right now for Donovan Duke. Donovan is lifted by Harper Lee, who drives him into the corner. Donovan crashes into it, leaning against it as Harper Lee moves south… Donovan lifts a right boot and pushes her back!
Gavin Kirkland: Harper Lee shakes off the pain and tries again… UNSUCCESSFUL! Donovan delivers a Savate Kick from the corner, knocking Harper Lee away! Donovan leans against the corner and charges at Harper Lee, who turns to face him after the Savate Kick… ROUNDHOUSE KICK ATTEMPT!

(‘Sweet Dreams’ by Eurythmics plays as Harper Lee celebrates on the stage, looking completely happy with the outcome. Meanwhile, Donovan Duke glares at SOSA Henderson, fuming, while SOSA smirks at what he’s done, watching Donovan suffer. SOSA waves goodbye as he leaves, while Donovan continues arguing with the referee about what just happened as the scene fades to a commercial break.)

(Showdown came back from commercials and it faded into the ring, the crowd waited patiently for who was going to come out next before finally, ‘Changed It’ by Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne starts playing on the speakers and the crowd goes completely bananas, they cheer incredibly loudly as Milli Banks starts walking forward towards the ramp, moving along to the beat of the song as she takes off the championship off her waist and vibes along to the beat, nodding along and raising her arms up towards the sky, hyping the crowd up.)
Gavin Kirkland: OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOODDDDD, I CHANGEDDDDD ITTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!
Deadprez: Gavin is the reason I can’t sing along to the song, I do not want to be seen having fun with him of all people.
Eve: Well, at least it is good to see Gavin on that kind of mood and not in his usual weird one, but yes, after Midsummer Massacre, we see the current Universal Women’s Champion walk down the ramp after a successful defense against Harper Lee, it was a tense feud heading into it knowing the two women and the small past that they had when it came to being friends with Holly Arrow, but Milli was able to prove all of those doubters wrong and succeed at keeping that championship on her hands, and it makes you wonder, what is going to be next for her?
(Milli walks down the ramp while still vibing, extending out her arms to the people in the crowd and accepting some high fives from them as she walks up the steel steps and gets through the ropes, nodding along and getting the crowd to continue cheering along before finally, she put the Universal Women’s Championship on her waist and then she started speaking on the microphone as her music died down.)
Milli Banks: LET ME HEAR ALL OF YOU BE LOUUUUUUUUDDDDD!!!
(The crowd cheered loudly for Milli as she cracked a smile and she spoke up yet again as they died down.)
Milli Banks: That is what I like to hear, the energy from every single one of you right now, it is still a bit wild to me to be able to say and experience everything like that at this moment, because I want you to know and realize that everything has led up to this, I have been able to do that and succeed with flying colors every single week, I have been able to shoot down expectations and have been able to get over obstacles every single time until I got that championship on my shoulders, this is hard work, this is what makes you believe and what makes you work hard and turn up to here every single time, having the chance to be the best wrestler around everybody and anybody, and have the chance to be undeniable, that is what makes it all worth it, having this championship on my hands makes it every single day of putting in all of that effort to be the woman you want to be worth it in every way, because yeah, that journey to get here has been pretty wild, don’t you think?
Milli Banks: It makes me feel a lot happier in a way that I have been able to put all of that bad juju behind me, all of that shit that was stinking up on the back when I ended up getting here, and just wrestling here made me learn a lot of things, either as how to be a wrestler or how to be a better human being when it comes to the other friendships that I have made, endearing in a way, very cute if you see it that way, and yeah, it is inspiring too that I get to be in here, giving out this kind of speech with that championship on my hand and beating ungrateful hoes like the one that I beat at Midsummer Massacre, it teaches kids and other people to never let such bitches like that take your place in the world and deny you from your true calling, deny you from achieving your destiny! Because say it with me now, I ended up promising that I was not going to let lilly ass mean girl stereotype ex-friend doubter hoe Harper Lee take my championship, and what do you know? I went through with that promise and I stayed with that championship, uh-huh!
Milli Banks: And genuinely, that was only not for me, it was for Holly, it was for every woman that had the unpleasantry of being tortured and being picked on by that incredibly nasty woman and having to waste their precious time in this world having to fight her and deal with her, I did all of that for a lot of people who felt that way, myself included, and now, we are on our path to go towards fighting more people, making more bank on the way and proving in every single match that I am not the woman to mess with, and that I am the final objective to take down so you can go and be able to become a world champion, be able to be in the halls of history of this company and anybody else who is recognized as one of the greatest to have ever wrestled in the first place, and genuinely, I am proud of being on that spot, I am proud of being able to do that in the time that I had, and shii, I will be kinda pissed off that I eventually end up losing that championship but for anyone who wants to get it, for anyone who wants to beat me fair and square for that, they can prove it and earn that.

Eve: BUT RYAN AND BRONSON ARE RIGHT THERE THROWING LEFTS AND RIGHTS AS THEY BEAT THE HALL OF FAMER DOWN! BUT CHARLIE ISN’T GOING OUT WITHOUT A FIGHT!
Gavin Kirkland: This should be illegal, but Charlie did catch a nice left hand on Ryan Wilson, but Cody is back and now all three are beating up on Charlie until he is down on the mat.
Eve: Ryan grabs Charlie’s legs and drags him over to the ropes BEFORE HE FALLS BACK WITH A SLINGSHOT–

Eve: That is certainly one way to take one of your opponents for the time being and we have three left in the ring and it looks like we are about to get down to business.
Deadprez: Cody was looking to take a cheap shot on Bronson, BUT BRONSON CAUGHT THE SHOT AND RETURNED THE FAVOR WITH A RIGHT HAND OF HIS OWN! Repeated shots send Cody back to lean on the ropes.
Gavin Kirkland: Bronson grabs Cody and whips him into Ryan WHO LIFTS UP CODY AND DROPS HIM INTO THE INVERTED ATOMIC DROP! OH THAT IS NOT NICE AND NOT A GOOD LANDING!
Deadprez: Cody is certainly feeling that atomic drop as he is grabbed by Ryan AND CODY IS FLIPPED WITH A SNAPMARE TAKEOVER! Cody is sitting on the mat AS BRONSON COMES IN AND DELIVERS A DROPKICK!
Eve: The dropkick caught Cody in the back of the head and neck as he crumbled down to the mat. I think Bronson was going for a cover, BUT RYAN GRABS HIM AND PULLS HIM AWAY FROM CODY!
(As the action is going on, the camera quickly cuts to Alana Starr, who is sitting in a chair at ringside. Alana is watching this match very intently and with great focus.)
Gavin Kirkland: How could you guys forget about the lovely lady who is sitting at ringside right now. The beautiful Alana Starr is here at ringside watching this match with vested interest. Those four in the match are so lucky.
Eve: You are so gross sometimes. But Alana is watching and this match could go a long way to who could possibly be scouted onto either Showdown’s War Games or Brand Warfare team.
Deadprez: There is a lot of action going on right now as Charlie Marr has entered the ring again AND HE TAKES DOWN RYAN AND BRONSON WITH A DOUBLE CLOTHESLINE! Charlie didn’t appreciate the treatment he got at the opening bell one bit.
Gavin Kirkland: I don’t blame him. How could they treat a Hall of Famer and a former World Champion like that? They got exactly what they deserved. Now it’s time for Charlie to get to work as he goes to win this match.
Eve: There is plenty of time left in this match, so you can’t guarantee a winner. Especially with three former champions and a future champion in this match. As we get back to the match, Charlie is the only one standing right now.
Deadprez: Cody has rolled himself onto the apron after the dropkick from Bronson. Charlie has picked his target and he goes right towards Bronson Daniels.
Gavin Kirkland: I hope he beats the hell out of Bronson to the point that he never appears on Showdown again. I really don’t want to see Bronson screw up this show as well.
Deadprez: Will you shut the hell up about that, Gavin. For the love of gawd, I hope Bronson hears you one day and punches your lights out. Anyways, Charlie has a front facelock on Bronson before he lifts him up AND SNAPS HIM OVER HARD AFTER THE SNAP SUPLEX!
Eve: Charlie is back on his feet and he is putting the boots to the former World Champion in his own right. Charlie grabs a handful of Bronson’s hair to bring him back to his feet as well as showing disrespect to his opponent. I think Charlie is just jealous.
Gavin Kirkland: Of what? Bald is beautiful. Just ask the lovely Veena Adams. She is a great judge of character. Charlie leans Bronson on the ropes before he steps back BEFORE HEADING BACK TO BRONSON AT FULL SPEED–
Eve: GOOD GAWD! WHAT A CLOTHESLINE FROM CHARLIE MARR THAT SENDS SENDS BRONSON OVER THE TOP ROPE! I thought he was going to hit the floor, BUT HE MANAGED TO GRAB ONTO THE TOP ROPE AT THE VERY LAST SECOND!
Deadprez: Bronson is hanging on for dear life as Charlie goes to get Bronson off the ropes, BUT HERE COMES RYAN WILSON WITH A BULLDOG THAT SENDS CHARLIE FACE FIRST INTO THE MAT!
Gavin Kirkland: COME ON CHARLIE! Get back in this match! Don’t let Ryan Wilson of all people take you out of the match. Charlie is holding his face after the bulldog. That ginger could have broken Charlie’s nose.
Eve: You certainly change sides quickly. Weren’t you like kissing his ass when he was the General Manager of Showdown years ago? You are a sad man.
Deadprez: I think he was trying to do anything he can to not get his ass beat. Speaking of ass beatings, Ryan is taking it to Charlie, who has fought back onto his feet. Ryan caught Charlie in the gut with a spinning back kick before he tries to run to the ropes–
Gavin Kirkland: BEFORE RYAN COULD RUN, CHARLIE GRABBED HOLD OF RYAN’S BEARD AND PULLED HIM RIGHT INTO A HEADBUTT! THAT WAS THE MOST AMAZING THING THAT I HAVE SEEN ALL NIGHT! DO IT AGAIN!
Deadprez: That headbutt might have knocked Ryan out on his feet, but that doesn’t stop Charlie from kicking Ryan in the gut and doubling him over before hitting the ropes.
Eve: Charlie comes back AND CATCHES RYAN IN THE FACE WITH THAT RUNNING KNEE LIFT! CHARLIE MIGHT BE TRYING TO BREAK RYAN’S NOSE WITH THAT SHOT! Ryan is down on the mat holding his face in pain as Charlie goes for a quick cover.

Gavin Kirkland: WHAT A TRAVESTY! Charlie was only able to manage a one count before the pin was broken up by Cody Maverick.
Eve: LOOK AT THE OTHER SIDE OF THE RING! BRONSON DANIELS! THEY FORGOT ABOUT BRONSON DANIELS WHEN WE WAS DANGLING ON THE ROPES! CODY AND CHARLIE DON’T NOTICE THAT AS THEY ARE FIGHTING AMONGST THEMSELVES–
Deadprez: THEY NOTICE HIM NOW AS BRONSON SPRINGS UP TO THE TOP ROPE AND LAUNCHES HIMSELF HALFWAY ACROSS THE RING AND HITS THE SPRINGBOARD STYLE METEORA!
Gavin Kirkland: As much as I don’t want Bronson here, even I can give him credit for that one. The meteora looked more like a missile as he caught them both. Both Charlie and Cody each caught a knee to the face and both crashed into the mat.
Eve: The extra speed and distance no doubt helped add extra damage to that movie and Bronson is the one standing tall right now. If Bronson has his way, that was just the beginning of the impressive aerial moves from the former World Champion.
Deadprez: They need to be careful with letting Bronson fly AND RYAN IS BACK ON HIS FEET AND HE IS LOOKING TO STOP BRONSON, BUT BRONSON QUICKLY TURNS AROUND AND CATCHES RYAN WITH A KNEE TO THE JAW!
Gavin Kirkland: These two can just beat the hell out of each and cancel each other out of the match for all I care. But Ryan staggered back after that knee. He bounces off the ropes before going right back into Bronson who kicks him in the gut.
Deadprez: Ryan doubled over again as Bronson applied the gutwrench before showing some amazing power BY TAKING RYAN UP AND OVER WITH THE GUTWRENCH SUPLEX!
Eve: Very impressive move by Bronson as Ryan tries to roll away BEFORE CODY COMES IN AND CATCHES BRONSON IN THE SIDE OF THE HEAD WITH THE ROLLING ELBOW!
Gavin Kirkland: He didn’t get all of it, but he got enough to knock Bronson back. Now Cody is throwing punches that get him closer to the ropes–

Deadprez: Gavin, you are aware it’s every man for himself in this SUDDEN DEATH four way match? I’ll let you process that as CODY GETS FREE AND CHOPS BRONSON ACROSS THE CHEST!
Eve: YOU COULD HEAR THE SOUND OF THAT CHOP ECHOING THROUGHOUT THE ARENA! Cody fires off another and another chop cracking across Bronson’s chest.
Gavin Kirkland: Cody grabs hold of Bronson and whips him to the ropes on the far side of the ring. Bronson comes back AND CODY LIFTS HIM UP AND TRIES TO PLANT HIM WITH THE “DEEP END” SPINEBUSTER—

Gavin Kirkland: No we won’t because here comes Charlie and he gets himself in position at the bottom of this pile–
Deadprez: CHARLIE JUST PULLED EVERYBODY OFF THE TURNBUCKLE AS HE EXECUTES THE INFAMOUS TOWER OF DOOM–
Eve: HE MISSED SOMEBODY! BRONSON WAS ABLE TO GET FREE AT THE LAST SECOND SO CHARLIE ONLY GOT CODY AND RYAN!
Gavin Kirkland: He got two of the three and he is finding his way back onto the turnbuckle as he starts throwing right hands BEFORE BRONSON STARTS FIRING BACK AS WELL AS WE HAVE A FIGHT IN THE CORNER–
Eve: BRONSON WITH AN UPPERCUT CATCHES CHARLIE OFF GUARD BEFORE CATCHING CHARLIE WITH A KICK KNOCKING HIM ONTO THE APRON!
Deadprez: Bronson gets back into the ring AS CODY GOES FOR A CLOTHESLINE–
Gavin Kirkland: BRONSON DUCKS THE CLOTHESLINE BEFORE TAKING CODY DOWN AND DRAGGING HIM CLOSER TO THE ROPES BEFORE LAUNCHING CODY WITH A SLINGSHOT!
Eve: CODY GOES SAILING OVER THE TOP ROPE WHILE ALSO CRASHING INTO CHARLIE MARR AND BOTH MEN GO OUT OF THE RING AND TO THE FLOOR!
Deadprez: Ryan Wilson is back on his feet as HE FIRES OFF A SUPERKICK THAT BRONSON BARELY AVOIDS! Bronson quickly grabs hold of Ryan AND DROPS HIM WITH THE “GODBREAKER”!
Gavin Kirkland: Crap. The High Leaping Codebreaker connects, and Ryan falls back onto the mat. There goes Bronson heading up to the top rope once more.
Deadprez: Bronson is gonna try again as he gets his balance on the top turnbuckle. Ryan hasn’t moved off the codebreaker earlier AS BRONSON SAILS OFF THE TOP ROPE!
Eve: “LEAP OF FAITH” CONNECTS! BRONSON GOT ALL OF THE SPIRAL TAP AND IT WAS A DIRECT HIT ON RYAN WILSON! RYAN ISN’T MOVING AS BRONSON HOOKS THE LEG FOR THE COVER!

(“My War” starts playing again as Bronson slowly rolls off of Ryan Wilson. Bronson is sitting on the mat trying to catch his breath for a moment as Gina Romano announces the final decision of the match.)
Gina Romano: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner… BRONSON DANIELS!
Deadprez: What a chaotic match that we just witnessed here for tonight’s main event. All four men brought it in this match for the chance to come out victorious. It was a hell of a fight, but it was Bronson Daniels who will leave Showdown victorious.
Gavin Kirkland: Well crap. I was hoping for Charlie or Cody to win this match, but I am willing to give credit where credit is due. Bronson DID win the match and he earned the victory. No cheap tricks and all that.
Eve: Well this is refreshing to hear from Gavin. This match could have gone to any of the four participants in this match, but it was hard hitting and high flying arsenal that got Bronson Daniels the win. Honestly, none of them should feel bad, because they all impressed in this match. I wonder what Alana Starr might be thinking.
(Bronson is back on his feet as the referee raises his arm in victory. As the referee is raising Bronson’s arm, Charlie Marr sneaks back in the ring AND CLOBBERS BRONSON IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD!)
Deadprez: WELL WHAT A SURPRISE! CHARLIE MARR ATTACKING BRONSON DANIELS FROM BEHIND! BRONSON IS DOWN AND CHARLIE IS JUST PUNCHING THE HELL OUT OF BRONSON!
Eve: I think we are witnessing a sore loser. Charlie couldn’t get the win, so he decides to take out his frustrations on the winner of the match.
Gavin Kirkland: I think this is perfect to watch. Charlie might not have won, but he is going to make sure that he reminds people of how dangerous he is as he establishes his dominance of Showdown.
Eve: This is just getting absolutely ridiculous watching Charlie do this crap week in and week out. Now he grabs hold of Bronson and pulls him back to his feet before putting him in the facelock.
Deadprez: Charlie hooks his arms BEFORE SNAPPING BACK AND SPIKING BRONSON ON HIS HEAD WITH THE DOUBLE UNDERHOOK DDT! “THE QUEEN IS DEAD” BY CHARLIE MARR AND BRONSON MIGHT NOT BE FAR BEHIND AFTER THAT DDT!
(The crowd is loudly booing Charlie Marr as he gets back to his feet and looks down at Bronson before he stands over Bronson in domination as he soaks in the negative reaction from the crowd.)
Gavin Kirkland: Statement made by Charlie Marr. He made that loud and clear after he left Bronson Daniels down and out. I love it.
Eve: Look at Alana Starr! Alana is very impressed with what she saw with Charlie just moments ago. I wonder what she is going to tell Kennedy about this match.
Deadprez: It will be interesting to see how this changes things as we head towards Territorial Invasion. Along with that, I hope Charlie is ready to defend himself because Bronson Daniels will NOT take that cheap shot lightly. For Gavin Kirkland and Eve, I am Deadprez. (The final shot shows Cody and Ryan sitting outside the ring not happy that they lost the match before cutting to Alana Starr, who is still looking up at the ring very impressed with what she saw before cutting to Charlie who is still standing tall over Bronson as the shot fades to black.)
