( A highlight package of Brody Sparks’ greatest moments in EAW play with messages from several NEO elitists including The Revenant, Ryan Wilson, Axl Willow, and Sinister Ace, the package ends with a picture of her holding the Specialists Title and text that says “In Loving Memory of Brody Sparks – 1994-2017” )
( The camera pans to a sold out Target Center that shows the crowd on their feet chanting “Thank You Brody” *clap clap clap clap* )
( While the fans are still chanting, the ring is shown with electric blue ropes and black turnbuckles with Brody’s signature logo that has the “Thank You Brody” text on them, each side of the ring with the LED aprons also has text with the same logo )
( Suddenly, the camera slowly transitions to the entrance ramp, where the titantron is still showing the picture of Brody, it then pans to side of the entrance ramp, where a vigil for Brody Sparks can be seen with several pictures of her, and lit up candles surrounding them, each member of the NEO roster including staff and developmental talent all line up and take their turns going to the vigil and placing a rose in front of it as they pay their respects )
Crowd: THANK YOU BRODY! THANK YOU BRODY! THANK YOU BRODY!
( The camera fades to black as the chants continue )
( A recap for EAW’s special “Thank You Brody” show plays )
( Frontline comes back on with “Rx Queen” by Deftones playing throughout the arena as the fans chant for Brody, the music slowly fades away as the lights dim and the spotlight gets put on Ashten Cross who is shown standing in the middle of the ring with a mic in hand )
Ashten: Before we get this show started, I’d like to start this off by honoring my friend Brody. So in her honor, can we please have a moment of silence for Brody Sparks.
( Silence )
( With each and every person in the arena quiet, a minute passes, and Ashten begins to speak again )
Ashten: As we all know, an untimely and tragic event happened last week in which EAW lost a true icon. My dear friend Brody Sparks was taken from us way too early. Not only was she just an amazing competitor, but behind all of the glitz and glam, she was an amazing woman. A pure hearted person, a mentor to those in the back always willing to lend a helping hand for those in need. An idol for so many of these fans who adored watching her put on an amazing show on a weekly basis. But most importantly she was a sister, an aunt, a daughter, and as much as we are suffering as her EAW family, her immediate family is going through it as well, and for that I wish them my deepest and sincerest condolences. We have done everything in our power to pay tribute to her in the past week and we will continue to do so in any way that we possibly can. With that being said, just as Road to Redemption tomorrow night will be in honor of Brody, I hereby also declare NEO: Frontline as a show that will also be in honor of Brody.
( The crowd cheers and breaks off into another “THANK YOU BRODY” chant for several minutes as Ashten cheers them on and motions his hands for them to make it even louder )
( After several minutes, the chants stop, Ashten tilts his head up to the ceiling and begins speaking again )
Ashten: Brody, I know you’re up there in heaven being as iconic as you always have been. Watching down on us smiling, and I just want you to know that we love you, every single one of your colleagues in the back loves you, these fans love you, and that will never change. In your honor, we will do our best to try to get through these difficult times and put on an amazing show for these fans, because I know you wouldn’t want anything less, hope we do you proud tonight. Rest in peace.
( The crowd can be heard clapping, as Ashten Cross puts his head back down and begins to address the crowd once more )
Ashten: So without further ado.. ladies and gentlemen, in honor of the late great Brody Sparks…. THIS…… IS….. NEO….. FRONTLINE!!!!!!!!
( The crowd cheers as the camera fades to black )
( EAW Intro plays )
( Suspenseful music plays in the background. The scene opens up to a somewhat large, dark room illuminated by the glow of a 70 inch television screen mounted on the wall, and a couch & coffee table seated in the middle of the room, symbolizing the POV of the viewer at home. We then see the well-dressed EAW Chairman, Mr. DEDEDE walk up to the screen to engage the viewer. )
Mr. DEDEDE: For nearly a decade, you have been given special access to a journey that never ends – all from the comfort of your own home. You have gotten to see the inception of the biggest names to ever step foot in EAW.
( The screen behind DDD shows the original symbol for EAW: Turbo )
Mr. DEDEDE: First beginning in 2009, EAW presented a platform that would change the way this business worked forever. With EAW Turbo, an open stage was created for some of the toughest and most resilient athletes around the world to prove their worth of competing in the Land of Elite.
( We see clips from 09-2010 from the early days of the likes of Robbie V, Extreme Enigma, Brian Daniels (then known as Viper), Lethal Consequences, Hurricane Hawk, Alexander Da Vinci and others all at the beginning of their careers. )
Mr. DEDEDE: Back then there were competitors on this stage who’s names rang bells before they ever got to the main roster, and there were some who would have never gotten the chance at competing in an EAW ring let alone becoming masters of their craft… had it not been for this platform.
( Behind DDD again we get clips of the likes of Cameron Ella Ava (then known as Cameron Hart), Tyler Parker, Scott Diamond, Ashten Cross, Vic Vendetta and more from the days of 2010-2011 competing on Turbo at the earlier portions of their career. )
Mr. DEDEDE: This stage did not only prove to be an invitation to the strong, but a symbol of hope to the strong. Because with this platform those who were never meant to succeed used the hunger and determination of others who are of their ilk.
( We get clips on the screen behind DDD showing the early days of the likes of Diamond Cage, Kawajai, Zack Crash, Prince of Phenomenal, even a younger Ross Shackleford among others competing at the start of their careers when they were much younger. )
Mr. DEDEDE: You got to witness an evolution, a metamorphosis.
( We see a shot of Robbie V winning his first match in EAW on a February 2009 edition of Turbo, and fade into Robbie as Mikado Sekaiichi having his arm held up and holding up the World Heavyweight Championship in 2014. )
Mr. DEDEDE: You saw perceptions shattered.
( We see a shot of Kawajai on the canvas after one of his many losses in his early career on Turbo, compared to a shot of Kawajai holding up the EAW Championship after retaining it at Pain for Pride. )
Mr. DEDEDE: You witnessed their early tragedies to appreciate their later triumph.
( We see Extreme Enigma being mistreated by his partner Bobby Cash after a loss on Turbo, and the shot fades into Extreme Enigma winning the CITV match just later that year after knocking Bobby Cash off the ladder. )
Mr. DEDEDE: As this stage evolved, so too did it’s motivations. What was once a fight for survival now became a breeding ground of legends. A beckon call for young lions to emerge and take their rightful place in this kingdom.
( We get a view of the branding of EAW: NEO on the background screen, and then see a video collage of the early days of the likes of Xavier Williams, Aren Mstislav, Nasir Moore, Tarah Nova, Ryan Savage in the 2013-2014 crop of new talent. )
Mr. DEDEDE: As some things changed, many of the key themes remained the same. The metamorphosis.
( We get a comparative clip showing “The Nas” back in early 2014 compared to Nasir Moore of 2017. )
Mr. DEDEDE: Tragedy becoming triumph.
( We also get a clip of Aren Mstislav down after a loss on NEO being aided by Nas, compared against Aren Mstislav proudly holding up his EAW Championship just several years later. )
Mr. DEDEDE: Perceptions shattered.
( We see a comparative clip showing Xavier Williams then known as “Toxic” being booed out of a building and heckled by fans making his entrance in a 2000 seater venue, against Xavier Williams being heralded in applause by the endless sea of fans making his entrance at Pain for Pride 9. )
Mr. DEDEDE: The breeding ground soon became a battleground, and all were given an opportunity to fight for their pride. Especially the new. Some of them went on to become champions.
( We see several EAW Elitists competing some of their first matches on Battleground who later went on to become champions such as Stephanie Matsuda, Rex McAllister, Lucas Johnson, Sheridan Muller. It transitions into all of them holding up championships they’ve won in their career so far. )
Mr. DEDEDE: Some of them even went on to become iconic.
( We see Brody Sparks celebrating her first win in EAW on Battleground, and a comparative shot shows her holding up the EAW Specialist Championship. )
Mr. DEDEDE: Established names, even such as myself rarely passed on the opportunity to test this stage out for ourselves.
( We get shots of some of the major stars and events that have happened on the developmental scenes. We see CM Banks hitting the GTR on Mak on the late summer 2009 edition of Turbo, we see The Savage Ryans celebrating after a win on NEO in 2014, we get Cleopatra competing in her last match on Battleground and we even see Ares Vendetta and Mr. DEDEDE doing battle on a 2016 episode of Battleground. )
Mr. DEDEDE: But the story at this stage has never been about the established. Which brings us here today.
( We see the current edition of NEO, along with several shots of the current batch on NEO including the likes of The Revenant, Ryan Wilson, Malcolm Jones, Daryl Kinkade among others. )
Mr. DEDEDE: Because now more than ever, the entry stage of the Land of Elite has been abundant in underdogs. In a star studded roster, you have to fight harder more than ever to prove that you belong! It’s not enough to get your name into the conversation, BECOME the conversation. The underdogs of the past become legends of the future. Let the examples of yesterday guide you through tomorrow. Let the mistakes made by those who precede you be rectified through your actions. Through mistakes of the greats, through their hurt you must gain.
( The lights come on in the room, and we see the NEO roster standing on the opposite end of the same large room, who have been the audience DDD has been speaking to the whole time. )
Mr. DEDEDE: No more watching other people’s legacies. You are no longer a spectator. The legacy continues with you.
( DDD walks out of the room and the scene comes to an end. )
( NEO: Frontline comes on air as “Champion” by Moosh & Twist can be heard playing throughout the PA System as it pans throughout the crowd of cheering fans, several people with Brody Sparks signs and gear can be seen in the crowd and then the camera pans to Masters and Killswitch, who both have on electric blue ties as a tribute )
Masters: Ladies and gentlemen welcome to NEO: Frontline!!! It’s been a helluva journey for NEO since its reintroduction this summer and everything finally culminates here! There has been ups and downs, highs and lows, but in the past two months NEO has picked up and hit a stride that has been amazing to witness and tonight is a result of that! I am Masters, here with my buddy Killswitch and we are here in a sold out Target Center in Minnesota, Minneapolis!
Killswitch: That’s right Masters, the crowd is electric here tonight! You don’t truly appreciate NEO’s reach until you go outside of our weekly home and see fans from all over the country embracing the movement that is NEO! Tonight we have a great show in store, we have a lot of grudge matches.. Headlined by the biggest one of them all, with Shackleford taking on The Revenant! And the prize for that? The winner gets a chance to elevate his career even further by being placed onto the main roster!
Masters: And who can forget about Alex Reynolds taking on Azrael, the two men have spent the past month one upping one another in trying to make the other’s life a living hell, but it looks like it all comes to a conclusion tonight! And the jerk with a mouth, Ryan Wilson faces what seems to be his biggest challenge yet in the form of a debuting elitist with more hype than anyone I’ve seen in recent memory, Malcolm Jones!
Killswitch: I don’t know about you Masters but I can’t wait! All of that and more coming up tonight! But let’s start it off with a little elimination match!
( A recap from the last episode of NEO is shown with Ashten Cross making an announcement about an elimination match for Frontline, several highlights play hyping up each competitor in the match )
( The package ends as suddenly it transitions to back to the ring )
Ring Announcer: The following contest is a six-man elimination match!
( “If ya smell the what The Rock is cooking” by Adam Massacre hits the PA system as Woogieman walks onto the stage, marching down the ramp in complete confidence. )
Ring Announcer: Introducing participant #1! From Jacksonville, Florida, weighing in at 265 pounds! THE ONE!!! WOOOOGIEEEEMAAAAAN!!!
Masters: Woogieman’s run on NEO thus far hasn’t resulted in many victories, well any victories at all for that matter, but tonight at the expense of six other men, tonight might be the night for ‘The One’ to turn that all around.
( “Bad Guy” by 3OH!3 hits the PA system next, Bad Guy Brandon slapping his face as he psychs himself up as he walks down the ramp. )
Ring Announcer: Introducing participant #2! From Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 195 pounds! THE OUTLAW! BAD GUY!!! BRANDON!!!
Killswitch: Bad Guy Brandon has also been somewhat lost in the shuffle of NEO, looking to make a statement tonight himself and he looks as ready as he can to be facing the competition he has laid out for him tonight.
( “Eyes on Fire” by Zed is Dead plays as a spotlight hits the center of the stage as Osamu Arcichida emerges into it, looking down at his feet before making eye contact with the men in the ring as the stage lights come on and he strolls to the ring. )
Ring Announcer: Introducing participant #3! From Seattle, Washington, weighing in tonight at 223 pounds! THE NEW ERA! OSAMUUUU!! ARCICHIDA!!!
Killswitch: I’ll never know how to pronounce this kids name. Even when I hear it, it doesn’t sound right.
Masters: Osamu made a big first impression last week when he picked up a victory in his very first match on NEO, and tonight he plans to make the whole world know his name.
( “Exchange” by Bryson Tiller hits as Axl Willow emerges from the curtain, looking over the crowd with a calm and relaxed body language, walking to the ring without a care in the world. )
Ring Announcer: Introducing participant #4! From Bunker Hill, Illinois, weighing in at 180 pounds! THE TRAPSOUL! AXLLLL!!! WILLOOOOW!!!
Killswitch: Speaking of, the man that Osamu defeated on the last edition of NEO. Axl has made his intentions very clear in how little he cares about his place in NEO, and you can tell tonight that not much has changed. It’s just another paycheck for this man.
( “Whatever It Takes” by Hollywood Undead plays as Zak Zero is the next to enter the stage and march down the aisle towards the ring. )
Ring Announcer: Introducing participant #5! From Derby, Connecticut, weighing in at 235 pounds! THE UNCROWNED HERO! ZAAAAK!!! ZEEEEROOOO!!!
Masters: Last time we saw Zak Zero he made his return from the injuries he suffered from Azrael and Ryan Wilson, losing in quick fashion to Azrael himself. Zak has a chance to redeem his loss and his time spent on the shelf tonight, let’s see if he can make it count.
( “Eru No Tema” by Yoshihisa Hirano plays and an uproar of boos fill the arena as Oyabun Gin enters onto the stage with his scantily dressed escorts Akako and Midori follow at his side, the crowd throwing their wadded up programs and cups of soda him, aggravating him to complete annoyance. )
Ring Announcer: Introducing the final participant! From Kabuchiko, Tokyo, weighing in at 225 pounds! THE UNDERGROUND BOSS! OYABUUUN!!! GIIIIIN!!!
Killswitch: Jesus! I don’t recall the last time I ever saw a man literally being boo’d out of the building! They are throwing stuff at him, and our security team doesn’t seem to be able to do anything about it!
Masters: A hostile Minnesota crowd have a heavy dislike for the self-proclaimed Elder God. But from the looks of it, it is only angering him and that doesn’t could make him a very dangerous man in this match!
( Zak Zero, Bad Guy Brandon, Osamu Arcichida and Woogieman stand on one side of the ring opposite of Oyabun, Axl draping himself into a corner laying on the top rope in complete disinterest. )
( DING! DING! DING! )
Masters: The match is underway and… Oyabun is turning his back on his opponents as they watch in confusion. Disrespect by Oyabun as he is removing his long coat and passing it to his escorts. After the bell has run is not an appropriate time to do things like th–
Killswitch: Hold on! Axl Willow of all people has sprung into action and has pulled Oyabun down to the mat with a Schoolboy roll up! Taking advantage of the situation!
Killswitch: You have got to be kidding!!!
Ring Announcer: Oyabun Gin has been eliminated!
Killswitch: Did someone have a stopwatch ready? Can someone give me an official time on that?!
Masters: That had to have been a record for the quickest elimination ever! Axl Willow just took us all by surprise, but no one is more surprised as Oyabun. Security are actually dragging him out of here as he is thrashing wildly in anger. Axl is even waving him goodbye!
Crowd: NA NA NA NA! NA NA NA NA! HEY HEY HEY! GOODBYE!
Killswitch: The EAW Universe seem to love it! The other four men seem to be loving it too as they are laughing at his expense! Axl pulled a fast one and it seems like everyone is loving it!
Master: Axl is taking a bow, soaking in the admiration that he obtained eliminating Oyabun in such a humiliating fashion. It seems like he’s expecting a high-five from his other opponents now, and it looks like Woogieman isn’t going to leave him hanging…
Killswitch: What a dunce! Axl pulls him in for a Small Package! He’s going to pull another fast one!
Killswitch: Woogieman kicks out, but was absolutely taken off guard by that quick pin attempt! The others aren’t going to stand by and fall for the same trick as Osamu and Zak quickly jump ontop of Axl with some stomps! Brandon is isolating Woogieman with some stomps of his own! The match is getting kickstarted quickly!
Masters: No sportsmanship in this one, everyone has something to prove and they’ll go to any and every length they can to walk out tonight with a victory! Osamu and Zak Zero are even working together in an attempt to eliminate Axl Willow as they both send him off the ropes and met with synchronised kicks to the midsection and a double axe handle from both men to the back!
Killswitch: Brandon with some back elbow strikes to the side of Woogiemans head in the corner as Zero and Osamu look over to them, lifting Axl to his feet and Irish whip him into the back of Brandon, sandwiching him between Axl and Woogieman from the impact!
Masters: Effective team work by these two as they talk over their next course of action — but I may have spoken too soon as Osamu plants a firm kick into the midsection of Zak Zero, grabbing him by the back of his neck and trunks and CHARGES HIS SHOULDER INTO THE OTHER THREE COMPETITORS!
Killswitch: No honor amongst thieves, it is every man for himself in this one and Osamu used Zak up for all he is worth in an effective way! Four men crumpled into a corner, it looks like he’s singling out Brandon from the bunch. Picking him up and slamming him down to the mat with a snap Belly-to-Belly Suplex!
Masters: The other three men sterring in the corner, Osamu looking to go for something in the high-risk district early as he ascends to the top rope. But he is cut off at the pass by Woogieman, who has sprung to his feet and sweeps the leg out from Osamu, crotching him on the top rope!
Killswitch: Woogieman is climbing the turnbuckles now, looking for a Superplex it seems! Osamu is looking to be in trouble, but he is trying to hold on for dear life! Zak Zero enters the fray! Climbing the turnbuckle himself as he applies a waist lock to Woogieman! What is going to happen!?
Masters: OH MY! A SUPER GERMAN SUPLEX BY ZAK ZERO! WOOGIEMAN TAKING OSAMU WITH HIM WITH A SUPERPLEX AND THEY CRASH LAND ON BRANDON! THESE KIDS TOOK CAUTION TO THE WIND AND NO ONE CAME OUT OF THAT ONE UNSCAVED!
Killswitch: The crowd have jumped to their feet from the pure insanity of that move! These young and hungry talents are putting it on the line tonight to prove they’re the next top prospect on NEO!
Masters: Zak Zero drapes an arm over Woogieman, looking to score an elimination!
Masters: But no luck, Woogieman raises his shoulder from the mat!
Killswitch: Awfully close though, Zak pulling Woogieman up to his feet to try to put him away. Under-hooking both arms for that Zero Degree DDT, but Woogieman takes a knee to resist the oncoming move!
Masters: Brandon reenters the fray as he runs off the back of Woogieman to plant a vicious knee strike into the face of Zak Zero! Using his opponent as a ramp to drive his knee into the face of another!
Killswitch: Woogieman doesn’t look all that grateful to have been saved from a potential elimination though, as Brandon turns around into a Spinebuster with a loud impact in the center of the ring! Woogieman looks to the masses, removing an elbow pad and throwing it into the stands! It could be the time! It’s time for the most electrifying Elbow Drop in the business today! Off the ropes he goes! To the corresponding ropes! Here it comes, Masters!
Masters: An Enzugirl out of nowhere stops him dead in his tracks! Osamu has recovered and knocked out Woogieman before he could even drop the elbow! The crowd aren’t too happy about it, but it’s not like Osamu cares! Woogieman rolls to the outside, as Osamu looks to take advantage of a downed Brandon!
Killswitch: Rolls Brandon onto his stomach, pulling him up with the waist lock and now chickenwings the arms! Lifting him and driving him onto the back of his head with a Bridging Tiger Suplex! Shoulders are down!
Ring Announcer: Bad Guy Brandon has been eliminated!
Killswitch: Say goodnight to the Bad Guy! He’s out of here!
Masters: Impressive Tiger Suplex by Osamu but has no time to celebrate as Zak Zero quickly wraps his arms around the neck of Osamu, turns him over for the Hangman’s Neckbreaker, driving his back down onto his knee!
Killswitch: An onslaught on all fronts, whenever someone gets the upperhand someone enters the fray and cuts their legs out from under them. That’s what this match means for them, and Zak Zero just stopped Osamu’s momentum in it’s tracks himself, pulling Osamu to his feet and nails him with the Downtime!
Masters: A big modified reverse STO drops Osamu’s face! Rolling him onto his back, leg hooked!
Masters: Kick out just before the three count, Osamu isn’t out of this match yet! And Zak doesn’t look too happy with it, as he drags Osamu into the corner, lifting him to the top rope. Osamu looks light headed as Zak Zero attempts to follow him to the top rope for another big move!
Killswitch: But Woogieman is back into the fray! Pulling Zak back down from the corner hooking him over his shoulder! Could this be!? IT IS! THE BOTTOM! WOOGIEMAN HITS ZAK WITH A DEVASTATING THE BOTTOM! ZAK DOESN’T KNOW WHAT HIT HIM!
Masters: You might be over exaggerating a little bit there, Killy. But he has hit his finishing maneuver nonetheless! Woogieman looking to go for the cover!…
Killswitch: But Osamu dives over his head and drives his elbow down onto Zak’s chest with a Diving Elbow Drop! Osamu is going to steal the pinfall from Woogieman! Hooks the leg!
Ring Announcer: Zak Zero has been eliminated!
Killswitch: Make a name for yourself by any means necessary. That is what Osamu just did, picking the bones of Zak Zero like a vulture. Woogieman can’t be happy with his pinfall being stolen right in front of him!
Masters: And it doesn’t look like he’s going to stand for it, throwing some big right hands at Osamu and each one catching him on the jaw! Osamu like a deer in headlights as the last one strikes him right in the face with enough force to leave him out on his feet!
Killswitch: And now he’s going to pick up where he left off! He’s hooked his shoulder! He’s going for the most dangerous move in his arsenal! He’s going for the Rock Bottom! Rock Bottom about to connect!
Masters: Osamu comes to just in time to drive his elbow into the side of Woogieman’s head. Resisting against the move, with the third elbow completely breaking his grip! Hold on just a second, we saw this move last week! A VICIOUS PALM STRIKE TO THE NOSE OF WOOGIEMAN KNOCKS HIM OUT COLD!
Killswitch: This one is over! Osamu hooks the leg, and Woogieman doesn’t even seem conscious!
Masters: Woogieman forces his shoulder up from the mat at the last possible second! How does he have any perserverance left!? He has taken the most punishment than anyone else in this match, and he just kicked out of the Mele Palm Strike!
Killswitch: Osamu is going to do whatever he has to do to keep him down, as he pulls Woogieman’s near-lifeless body up to his feet and hooks his arm over his shoulder, bending down to hook both of his legs! This could be the move that he calls the Kyoto Suplex! Woogieman is up and there’s only one way down!
Masters: Hold on! Axl Willow!? Axl has been laying in wait since the beginning of the match, and in the frenzy of action we completely forgot about him! He slides into the ring and drives his foot into the face of Osamu! Dropping Woogieman onto the mat hard in the process! Axl let the others wear eachother down and is looking to pick up the scraps!
Killswitch: The Unsung Hero knocks Osamu out cold, but Axl has his focus on Woogieman first! Pulling his unconscious body up to his feet with a Full Nelson applied! Lifts him into the air and DROPS HIM WITH THE REVERSE STO! HIT THE BUNKER CONNECTS! A LACKADAISICAL COVER!
Ring Announcer: Woogieman has been eliminated!
Masters: Axl taking advantage of the confusion, and made it count eliminating Woogieman. The numbers have been thinned down and now we have only two men left. Osamu and the somewhat fresh Axl Willow.
Killswitch: He was playing it smartly, don’t get involved if you don’t have to! He picked a time to strike and now has what is left of Osamu to put away! And Axl is letting him know exactly what he thinks about him, kicking him while he’s down!
Masters: Disrespecting Osamu, mocking him as Osamu tries to sit up… only to be met with a Sliding European Uppercut from Axl Willow! Axl with another lackadaisical cover!
Masters: Not enough! Osamu kicking out before three!
Killswitch: But not with a lot of authority. He is at the mercy of Axl at the moment, and it looks like Axl himself knows it as he shows no frustration to the kickout whatsoever. Instead it looks like he’s going for the finishing blow!
Masters: Indeed it does! He’s climbing to the second rope, sitting and pointing both fingers at Osamu as if he’s lining him up in the crosshairs! Pulling the trigger! COULD WE SEE THE DEAD MAN FALLS!!!?
Killswitch: NO!!! OSAMU SOMEHOW LEAPS FORWARD AND CONNECTS WITH THE MELE PALM STRIKE!!! AXL’S HEAD WHIPS BACK VIOLENTLY FROM THE IMPACT!!!
Masters: OSAMU LETS OUT A SCREAM AS HE PULLS AXL IN! HOOKING HIS LEGS WITH HIS HEAD BURIED IN HIS SHOULDER! NO WAY! HE’S GOT HIM, HE’S GOING FOR THAT KINNIKU BUSTER!!! HERE IT COMES!!! KYOTO SUPLEX HITS!!!
Killswitch: AXL JUST ATE BOTH OF OSAMU’S FINISHING MANEUVERS IN SEQUENCE AND OSAMU IS GOING FOR THE COVER!!!
(DING! DING! DING!)
(“Eyes on Fire” by Zed is Dead plays as Osamu is helped to his feet by the referee, who raises his hand in victory.)
Ring Announcer: Here is your winner! OSAMUUU!!! ARCICHIDA!!!
Masters: From the opening bell this match was a frantic fight between these competitors, no man could keep on the attack for long without another entering the fray, but in the end Osamu despite all odds has picked up the victory! You might not be able to pronounce it, Killy, but Osamu has made a name for himself tonight! Not only by winning this match, but by eliminating three of the five opponents!
Killswitch: Indeed he has! The stock of Osamu Achi…Acicha…Osamu has risen tonight, and he has proven to have what it takes to be the next big prospect here on NEO!
( Camera pans to backstage where Oyabun Gin is seen following his embarrassing elimination in a “Eric Andre Show” T-Shirt attempting to talk to every female backstage personnel he comes across as each one denies him, frustrated by his advancements being denied, he goes into his bag and pulls out a Sanatorium shirt and throws on a wig as he begins to start walking with a switch making his way down to what appears to be the developmental female talent locker room )
( Suddenly, Oyabun is clocked by a hooded figure as his wig goes flying off, this person is relentlessly attacking Oyabun with stomps and fists as Oyabun is being beaten to a bloody pulp, he then drags Oyabun all across the backstage area leaving a bloody trail until they finally make it outside, the figure throws Oyabun into the back of a car and begins driving )
( The scene skips to the end of the ride, where they arrive at a local lake, this figure only being shown from his back with a hoodie that says “Lang” on the back of it, drags the unconscious Oyabun out of the car and begins pounding on him even more, before throwing him into the lake )
( Masters and Killswitch are shown ringside )
Killswitch: Well we have no idea what that was about but it’s safe to say that the night has not been kind to Oyabun Gin and that we’ll never be seeing him here again on EAW television!
Masters: Understatement of the year there! But I’m getting word that we have Kathy Kush backstage with a with a special guest!
( Camera pans to the backstage area in a room where a bunch of men can be seen rolling dice and bantering with music blasting )
Background voice: 4,5,6! HEADCRACK! Run me my money boy! 150 of them thangs!
Background voice #2: Nah run that back b! You cheated, facts!
( Suddenly Kathy Kush can be seen entering the room with a mic in hand as a man walks up to her )
Man #1: Ayo ma, where’s the henny we told you to bring back?
Kathy: Umm, excuse me? I think you have me confused with someone else?
( The man stares long and hard at her before realizing he made a mistake )
Man #1: Ohhhh shit, my bad I had sent this other white girl out on a store run about 15 minutes ago.. I hope she ain’t take our money and dip on us.
Kathy: Yeahhh I’m not sure what to say bu-
Background voice: Yo that’s Becky?! Bitch it took u long en-
Man #1: Chill that’s not her! My bad, wassup tho?
Kathy: As I was saying.. I’m actually here t-
Background voice: Fam where the fuck is my milds and hendawg? I gave you my last $50, I just lost all my cash on cee-lo I coulda used that shit to get it back!
Man #1: Daquan if you don’t shut your dumbass up, she ain’t Becky!
Kathy: I’m just here to talk to Malcolm..
Man #1: Ohhhh you one of his groupies, you gonna have to wait in line ma, he’s already busy in the back with some “fans”, so you could either wait in line with the rest of them (points to a couch where several barely clothed women can be seen sitting), or you can take a rain check and I can’t promise he’ll get back to you but I’m always available if not..
Kathy: Woah I’m not here for any of that! I work for EAW, I’m NEO’s exclusive backstage interviewer, do you not watch the programming?
Man #1: Honestly, I don’t watch wrestling, I’m just here supporting the homie because Harlem sticks together. I haven’t watched wrestling since back in the SNY/AWF days when Mr. DEDEDE was wrestling.
Kathy: He actually still wrestles..
Man #1: Oh wow, whatever, I’ll try to get Jones for you, but you gotta give me your number first.
Kathy: I… just…. forget it..
( Suddenly a female comes through the other door inside of the room adjusting her skirt and wiping her mouth, her hair visibly frizzy, Malcolm Jones comes out after with a smirk on his face )
MJ: Kathy what’s good! I hope these thirst buckets haven’t been giving you too much trouble, I was a little occupied with my pregame ritual so I wasn’t expecting you..
Kathy: Everything’s fine, and no one really ever expects me, but I guess I should probably change that with you around now, you keep quite the company. But I just wanted to catch up with you before your big match and get a sense of where your head is at going into it..
MJ: Well the head was grea- ohhh you meant… my bad.. Lets try this again *ahem*, okay.. going into my first match tonight I couldn’t be any more confident in securing a win against that twitter fingers social media troll. That living breathing dog avi had a lot to say but there comes a time when you gotta back your words up, and now’s the time.
Kathy: Do you have a specific gameplan to stop Ryan tonight? He has a lot of momentum on his side after defeating Alex Reynolds..
MJ: Yea the same thing I always do, and that’s just go out there and do me, simple as that. He doesn’t require some special approach, this is Ryan Wilson we’re talking about, not Devan Dubian or somebody important like that. The guy isn’t anybody worth losing sleep over. You call it momentum, I call it delusion, he had the match lost until Azrael interfered and Azrael won’t even make it out there to try that with me because I got people at every angle waiting for him to pull something.. so basically he’s assed out. Can you believe them clowns called me a thug? That’s what he thinks about people like me.. as thugs. Because I carry myself differently than they do and come from a world they have no idea about it makes me a thug? Well if that’s the case, I’m going to treat Wilson just like a thug would treat a victim… get ready for a mugging, fuckboy.
Kathy: You haven’t been here long but we have known you to be somebody who is very flashy and not afraid to show it, will that translate tonight in your entrance? Anything special in store?
MJ: Oh you already know how I give it up, but you just gonna have to stay tuned for that. But if you don’t mind, on a serious note I’d like to have a moment in the room. Turn that music off real quick. I just wanna say rest in peace to Ms. Brody Sparks. Believe it or not, Brody was one of the first people to ever even know about me, she knew the identity of “MJ” when everyone was scrambling trying to figure it out and she kept it to herself. She helped me with a few things on my journey here, and for that I am forever in debt and I thank her from the bottom of my heart. I’m dedicating my first match here in NEO to my friend Brody, and in her honor I had something special made..
( MJ reaches in his pocket and pulls out a chain that has Brody’s logo as the pendant in all blue diamonds and places it around his neck )
MJ: This right here.. Is a good luck charm, and I’m only going to wear it for special occasions, and tonight is a special occasion as my first match here. Unfortunately one of the people who was very instrumental in helping me get to this point won’t be here to see my debut happen in the physical, but I know she’s looking down. I hope she loves the chain I got in her honor and I know it will give me great fortune in my endeavors here in EAW, I just hope it leads me to become half as amazing of a performer as she was.
Kathy: Well there certainly isn’t any way that I could possibly follow up with anything better than that beautiful special message for our dear friend, thank you for your time and good luck later tonight..
( Kathy walks away as MJ’s phone begins to ring and he picks it up )
MJ: Who this?…… Oh they here? Copy I’ll meet them in the front.. (hangs up).. We out ya’ll! Last person to leave lock the door on the way out!
( Every single person leaves the room behind Malcolm as the last person to leave locks the door, they all head down the hall as the camera loses track of them )
( A couple of moments later, a blonde woman with a brown paper bag in hand comes up to the locked door and begins knocking on it )
Blonde lady: Hey guys? It’s me Becky I got stuck in traffic but I managed to pick up the “milds and hendawg” you guys wanted!…. Guys?….. You there?……. Daquan?…. Anybody?
( Camera fades to black )
( A highlight package plays recapping the feud between Daryl Kinkade, Sinister Ace, and Ryo Nakahara, including Sinister Ace knocking out Daryl with brass knuckles, Ace getting into it with Ryo and his manager, Daryl hosting Catch 22 TV with Ryo, ending with all three men arguing on the last show announcing the match )
Ring Announcer: The following contest is scheduled for ONE FALL and it is a Triple Threat Match!!
( “In Da Hood” by Norikiyo hits to cheers as Ryo Nakahara comes out with Keiji Taksuki )
RA: Introducing first…. From Anjo, Aichi Prefecture, Japan… WEIGHING IN AT 190 POUNDS…. “THE FREELANCER” RYOOOOOOOO….. NAKAHARAAAAAA!!!!!!
Masters: Ryo is a man who’s competed all over the big leagues of Japan and made his way to the ultimate big league here in EAW, but he has not been met with a nice reception from men in the back like Sinister Ace!
Killswitch: Exactly Masters and that is why we’re in this situation now, bad blood boiled over between those men, as well as Daryl Kinkade has resulted in this match, and I must say I’m glad it did!
( ‘Thank God I’m Not You’ by The Himalaya’s hits to intense boos as Sinister Ace makes his way out with Bo Maro )
RA: From Los Angeles, California, accompanied by Bo Maro…. Weighining in at 210 POUNDS….. “THE MARXMAN”….. SINISTERRRRRR ACEEEEEE
Masters: So lets get this straight Killswitch, Ace hates Ryo because he considers him an “indy darling” who expected everything to be handed to him in EAW… but Ace is a former boxer who brags about it every chance he gets and expects the same based on his pre-EAW career, am I missing something here?
Killswitch: You hit the nail on the head, but perhaps Ace sees Ryo as a threat for that very reason with him not being the only one with pre-EAW success.. but hey only one man will be able to have those bragging rights tonight!
( The lights dim as the piano opening of ‘Time to Waste’ by Alkaline Trio begins to play. As the first guitars kick in, the lights flare up and Kinkade stands at the top of the entrance ramp as the fans give a big pop, his arms folded behind his back. He closes his eyes and takes in the adulation of the crowd before making his way down to the ring )
RA: Their opponent…. From London, England…… weighing in at 215 POUNDS….. DARRRYYYLLLLLLL KINKAADDDEEEEEE!!!
Killswitch: Ace and Ryo aren’t the only two men with pre-EAW success, Daryl Kinkade may be in EAW’s developmental but don’t let that fool you, he has over ten years of experience in wrestling, which now that I think about it may be the reason Ace hates him.. I think I’m noticing a pattern here..
Masters: Kinkade and Ace got off to a rocky start in Ace’s debut match when Ace used brass knuckles to knock him out and secure the win, and things have just not been friendly with them since, it even drove a wedge in between Daryl and Ryo’s budding relationship and now they’re at odds! But I must say, the ten years of experience that Daryl has definitely shows because he has been one of the most impressive talents I’ve seen on this roster!
( Daryl jogs up the rings steps and climbs the outside of the turnbuckle. Again he stands with his hands behind his back, soaking up the cheers from the fans before hopping down into the ring to stare down his opponents )
(Ding! Ding! Ding!)
Masters: This triple threat bout is underway! All three of the competitors, Daryl Kinkade, Ryo Nakahara, and Sinister Ace have the hunger and the unmistakable look of determination in their eyes! Ryo Nakahara is sizing up Daryl Kinkade, staring him in the eye and begging him to attack, but from behind Sinister Ave comes with a chop block to the back of Nakahara’s legs that sweeps him right off his feet! Sinister Ace is coming at Ryo Nakahara with a vicious attack, all the while Daryl Kinkade looks on seemingly content to be a spectator!
Killswitch: You got that right. Daryl’s smartly watching on while Sinister Ace turns Nakahra over on his back and continues his vicious assault, coming with a flurry of lefts and rights to the face of his grounded foe! And now elbows! Vicious, clubbing elbows are being swung directly into the temple of Ryo Nakahara. There’s no way he could have expected this, but that’s the nature of the beast. Ryo’s eyes are already glazed over as Ace continues to punish him with those animalistic elbows, and I think Sinister Ace has busted Ryo Nakahara open! He has! You can see the blood trickling down the forehead of Ryo Nakahara while Daryl Kinkade just continues to watch. Sinister Ace is trying to make this match a one-on-one, and unless Nakahara does something fast, that’s exactly how it’s going to be!
Masters: Sinister Ace proceeds to get back up to his feet after going on the ground assault, but connects with a boot stomp on the downed Nakahara just for good measure! Ace now aggressively forces Nakahara back up to his feet. He isn’t playing any games, and now nearby those ropes Ace has the helpless Ryo Nakahara hooked in… VERTICAL SUPLEX!
Killswitch: The Vertical Suplex connects, sending Ryo Nakahara onto the outside! And you can see Ryo Nakahara took a violent fall as he fell down to the mat, landing squarely on his head! That has GOT to be a concussion. I imagine this is exactly how Sinister Ace drew it up, and he executed the start of his plan to perfection. Not only is Ryo Nakahara reduced to a nonfactor, but with that vicious blindsided beating alone he may well have imposed his will on Daryl Kinkade psychologically!
Masters: If he did, Daryl sure as hell isn’t showing it. Daryl’s giving Sinister Ace a round of applause, appearing totally unimpressed with the beating laid on Nakahara by Ace! Ace is staring daggers into Daryl Kinkade, and the two men are now circling each other in the middle of the ring. Ace locks up with Daryl Kinkade, but I’ve gotta think with the superior stature of Sinister Ace that this is an ill-advised decision! But Kinkade has other plans, maneuvering the tie-up into a hammerlock! Ace doesn’t want any of it, quickly attempting to elbow Kinkade, but Kinkade’s managed to gain position on Sinister Ace to where the elbows of Ace can’t reach the face of Kinkade! Kinkade is again showing excellent smarts thus far, you have to be impressed with what he’s displayed so far.
Killswitch: Sinister Ace realizes there’s no way his elbows can reach Kinkade, and instead uses his massive strength to charge into the ropes, diving downward to swing Kinkade over his head and onto the outside! Sinister Ace has managed to get Daryl Kinkade off of him, but Kinkade manages to hold on to the ropes, now standing atop the ring apron while a completely unsuspecting Ace has turned in the opposite direction! Ace turns around and he’s immediately met by a headbutt to the midsection, and Kinkade follows it up with a sunset flip powerbomb! IT CONNECTS! AND KINKADE WITH THE PIN ON THE FOLLOW-THROUGH!
Ref: ONEEEEEEEEEE…. TWOOOOOOOOOOO… THRRRRR—
Masters: Sinister Ace kicks out, just barely! Ace was completely caught by surprise right there, he one-hundred-percent thought Kinkade had fallen to the outside of the ring, but Daryl responded with the kind of resilience that he’ll need to make it the top of the mountain in EAW. Kinkade isn’t resting on his laurels, wasting no time getting up and going back on the offensive, connecting with a high knee that brushes right up against the forehead of Sinister Ace! Ace flinches and is grasping for his head right now, but Kinkade just continues to pound away, connecting with clubbing boot stomps to the pectoral region of Sinister Ace! Ace is writhing in agony in the middle of the ring, but in spite of the pain he’s experiencing right now, he’s actually trying to get up to his feet! I can’t believe it!
Killswitch: Daryl Kinkade quickly darts up to the top ropes after he sees Sinister Ace about to get back up to his feet! Kinkade is stalking Ace, waiting for him to turn around as he gets up like a lion about to pounce on his prey… AND KINKADE WITH A DIVING TOP-ROPE CROSSBODY TO SINISTER ACE! IT CONNECTS!
Masters: But as Ace falls down, he manages to turn Kinkade over and get him into the pin!
Ref: ONEEEEEEEEEE… TWOOOOOOOOOO… THRRRR—
Killswitch: And Kinkade manages to get a shoulder up! This has been a matchup thus far that embodies the saying “expect the unexpected.” Sinister Ace pounds his fists against the mat in frustration after not getting the three count. Ace is in the referee’s face now, but there’s nothing he can do about it. Meanwhile, Ryo Nakahara is still on the outside of the ring, remaining completely motionless after the vicious onslaught by Sinister Ave to begin this match!
Masters: Sinister Ace now grabs Daryl Kinkade by the arm, forcing him back up to his feet. Kinkade is clearly in a daze after being toppled over by the larger Ace, but Kinkade with a second wind is connecting with a flurry of chops and punches to the chest of Sinister Ace! Ace is being backed up against the rope by Kinkade who has yet again taken Ace completely by surprise! Kinkade isn’t relenting, coming at Ace with a flurry of kicks to the leg and changing it up with chops to the chest of Ace, and Ace in a blistering fury pushes Kinkade town! Ace simply wasn’t going to have any more of it, but Daryl Kinkade gets right back up to his feet, charging after Sinister Ace once again!
Killswitch: But Ace isn’t having any of it, latching on to the throat of Daryl Kinkade right as he was charging after him, and Ace takes Kinkade up! CHOKESLAM BACKBREAKER! The Chokeslam Backbreaker connects, and Daryl Kinkade may not have anywhere to go after this. Ace isn’t going to go for the cover – wait, no! Ace is just toying with Kinkade now, refusing to go for the cover and instead piling on the punishment with boot stomps to the chest of a downed Kinkade! You can hear the screams of Daryl Kinkade all the way from over here at the commentator’s table. Ace isn’t just a guy who wants to win, but also a guy who wants to make sure that you still feel the effects after you’ve been beaten. That’s what sets him apart from the rest of the flock.
Masters: Ace once again latches on to the throat of Daryl Kinkade, this time while Kinkade is still grounded, and with both hands Ace forces the incapacitated Kinkade back up to his feet, screaming in his face, just challenging him to do anything! Kinkade is unresponsive after that Chokeslam Backbreaker that Ace just masterfully executed. Sinister Ace with a loud standing headbutt to Daryl Kinkade! I’m not sure why Ace would want to risk causing himself damage when he’s clearly got this match under control, but that headbutt sends Kinkade staggering back against the ring ropes, fallen to one knee. Kinkade clearly doesn’t know where he is at the moment, and you can see the twisted sense of satisfaction Ace is getting from this all over his face. Ace is taking great pleasure in dismantling his opponent, now tossing him to the other side of the ring like a rag doll! Ace positions the grounded Kinkade up against the bottom rope, his head pinned back against the lowest turnbuckle, now running back to the other corner…
Killswitch: AND ACE WITH A RUNNING BOOT THAT HITS FLUSH INTO THE JAW OF DARYL KINKADE! KINKADE IS OUT COLD, AND I’M NOT SURE HE’S GOING TO BE ABLE TO GET UP FROM THAT ONE! ACE LOOKS AT THE CROWD WITH A SATISFIED SMIRK, AND THIS HAS GOT TO BE IT! HE’S GOING TO GO FOR THE PIN!
Masters: What?! From behind it’s Ryo Nakahara with a spinning wheel kick to the back of Sinister Ace! We all thought Nakahara was put completely out of commission at the begining of this match by Sinister Ace, but Nakahara has finally regained the strength to re-enter this match and by doing so he probably saved Daryl Kinkade from certain defeat! Ace falls down to one knee, but after a couple of seconds is back up to his feet. Nakahara darts off the ropes and runs into the back of the legs of Sinister Ace with a missile dropkick! Sinister Ace has been taken down, and he’s clutching at the back of his leg! Nakahara is trying to execute a strategy here. He knows he’s not going to be able to take Sinister Ace down in a face to face confrontation after the punishment he took earlier, so he’s resorted to downsizing him while Ace can’t retaliate! Nakahara is waiting for Ace to get back up to his feet, and to the surprise of nobody Ace is managing to do exactly that faster than any normal human being should be able to!
Killswitch: Ace is up to his feet, still clutching at the back of his leg, and as he’s turned around he’s met by a Roundhouse Kick from Ryo Nakahara – BUT SINISTER ACE GETS OUT OF THE WAY! ACE DUCKS UNDERNEATH THE ROUNDHOUSE KICK, VIOLENTLY GRIPPING RYO NAKAHARA BY THE THROAT AS HE CATCHES HIM ON THE REBOUND, TAKING HIM UP FOR THE CHOKESLAM BACKBREAKER!
Masters: BUT IN MID-AIR NAKAHARA MANAGES TO SEPARATE FROM ACE BY WITH A STIFF ELBOW TO THE SIDE OF ACE’S HEAD, MANEUVERING OUT OF THE CHOKESLAM BACKBREAKER THAT CONSIDERABLY DAMAGED DARYL KINKADE EARLIER ON!
Killswitch: AND NOW THE RYO RUSH! RYO NAKAHARA IS CONNECTING WITH A COMBINATION OF KICKS TO SINISTER ACE, AND ACE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO DEFENSE FOR THE SPEED OF NAKAHARA! ACE WITH A PUNCH TO THE JAW, AND IT’S FINALLY FOLLOWED BY THE ROUNDHOUSE KICK – AND IT CONNECTS THIS TIME, SENDING SINISTER ACE FOLLOWING THROUGH THE ROPES AND OUT OF THE RING!
Masters: Man, Ryo Nakahara is amped up after he just took out a beast in Sinister Ace! But if I were Nakahara, I wouldn’t be quick to get too excited as that exchange between Ryo and Ace allowed Daryl Kinkade enough time to recuperate and get back to his feet! Kinkade is back up to his feet, aided by the leverage of the ring ropes!
Killswitch: Ryo Nakahara turns around, and it’s Kinkade charging after him! BICYCLE KICK! No, Nakahara sidesteps the Bicycle Kick attempt by Daryl Kinkade, and as Kinkade turns around Nakahara reels him in. Nakahara is setting up Kinkade for a powerbomb! NAKAHARA HAS HOISTED DARYL KINKADE UP HIGH ABOVE HIS SHOULDERS, AND HE’S CHARGING TOWARD THE TURNBUCKLES, ATTEMPTING TO SEND KINKADE BACK-FIRST FOR A TURNBUCKLE POWERBOMB!
Masters: BUT KINKADE MANEUVERS OUT OF THE TURNBUCKLE POWERBOMB ATTEMPT, SLIDING OVER RYO NAKAHARA! NAKAHARA QUICKLY TURNS AROUND AS KINCADE LANDS ON HIS FEET, AND NOW KINKADE HAS NAKAHARA WRENCHED IN! KINKADE HAS HIM UP!
Killswitch: WELCOME TO THE VILLAGE! THE CROSS-LEGGED FISHERMAN’S BUSTER CONNECTS ON RYO NAKAHARA, AND THAT’S GONNA BE ALL SHE WROTE AS KINKADE HOOKS THE LEG FOR THE COVER!
Ref: ONEEEEEEEEEEEE… TWOOOOOOOOOO…
Masters: Ace working on fumes weakly manages to slide back into the ring to break up the pin!
(Ding! Ding! Ding!)
(“Time to Waste” by Alkaline Trio blares over the speakers as the referee raises Daryl Kinkade’s arm)
Ring Announcer: The winner of this match by pinfall… DARYLLLLLLLL KINKADEEE!!!!
Masters: Sinister Ace dominated most of this match, and he would have had it won if Ryo Nakahara had done what was good for him and stayed on the outside of the ring – but in the end the resilient Daryl Kinkade was not to be denied.
Killswitch: Sinister Ace had enough strength to try and enter the ring to break up the final pin, but he didn’t make it close to Kinkade before the three count, and after the match was over you could see the exhaustion setting in as Ace just collapsed! But hat’s off to Daryl Kinkade. Valiant efforts by all three men, but Kinkade came out on top in the end of this Triple Threat spectacle!
( Camera fades backstage to the locker room area where Shackleford can be seen sitting on a bench, taping his wrists )
Shackleford: It all comes down to this one night.. this is what I returned for, retribution, redemption.. I’ve come too far to let it sl-
( A knock is heard at the door )
Shackleford: Uh who the hell is at my door? ( Shackleford gets up to open the door )
Shackleford: Now wh- Oh… my… goodness… look what the cat dragged in!
( Storm Lightning is shown standing at the door with a smirk on his face as the two men embrace one another )
Shackleford: How’s it been lad?! I haven’t seen you in years!
Storm Lightning: It’s been way too long my friend, but I’ve been great. I heard you have been making your way up the ranks here and I just had to come to NEO’s big show to see it for myself.
Shackleford: Plan on following in my footsteps soon?
Storm Lightning: Of course not, those days are far behind me. I’ll just live vicariously through you. I know you have what it takes, we ran together for some time years ago and if there’s anybody that knows you, it’s me. Show them what the Foreign Prophecy is truly about, and continue to finish the path that was set for us.
Shackleford: That’s the plan, you know me so you know I didn’t come this far to lose. That contract is mine, not only is the contract mine, but the future of this very company is as well. I feel better than I did in the old days, believe it or not I feel like I haven’t even reached my prime yet.. NEO is just scratching the surface.
Storm Lightning: I believe in you. I know The Revenant is a tough opponent, he’s going to give you everything he has and we all saw what happened last week on NEO. When we get hit, we come back tenfold. If I know you like I think I do, then Revenant will be dearly paying for those actions. If I still had it I would offer my services to help you win tonight but I’m sure you don’t want or need that. Just.. fight like a champion. No matter what happens tonight, I’m proud of you.
Shackleford: I think I got this myself, but thanks. You shouldn’t be expecting any less from me. Revenant sealed his fate with that stunt last week and put himself in a worse predicament than he was already in. Trust and believe me when I tell you, I don’t plan on taking what happened lightly.
Storm Lightning: I’ll be watching.
( Shackleford and Storm Lightning shake hands as Storm heads back out and Shackleford looks on even more determined )
( “Don’t Stop Me Now” by Queen hits to loud boo’s as the lights around the arena flickers in shades of white and red through the now lightness arena, suddenly a spotlight centers at the entrance of the ramp leading to the backstage area as Ryan Wilson makes his way out to the ring, taunting fans in the process )
Ring Announcer: THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS SCHEDULED FOR ONE FALL! First up, making his way to the ring, hailing from Montreal, Quebec, Canada..weighing in tonight at two hundred and thirty pounds.. he is the “JERK WITH A MOUTH”, RYANNNN WILLLLLLLLSOOOOOOON!!
Masters: Ryan Wilson finds himself in a not so ideal predicament here at Frontline tonight, as he had to quickly divert is attention from terrorizing Alex Reynolds alongside Azrael, to a man who was pretty much a mystery to all of us up until a week ago!
Killswitch: That’s right, Ryan Wilson would love to be the man facing Alex on this platform, but he’s going to have to get over it tonight if he wants to win! Besides, I’m sure he would love to be the man to spoil Malcolm’s debut here after that spat they had with one another the other week!
( “Don’t Stop Me Now” ends as the Ring Announcer begins to speak )
Ring Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, platinum selling artists… the trio of Offset, Takeoff, and Quavo….. THE MIGOS!!!!!!
Masters: Bro I love this group!
( Migos make their way out as “Deadz” begins to play and they perform the song )
Migos: You n***** in trouble! You n***** in trouble! You n***** in trouble! You n***** in trouble! (repeatedly)
( The beat finally drops as Malcolm Jones makes his way through the curtain and up the ramp riding on a four-wheeler with two thots in the back holding onto him, following behind him is two more four-wheelers rode by two large bodyguards of his, who both have on a shirt that says “Joneset” )
Quavo: Uh, ooh, fresh out the bed! Uh, ooh, count up the deads! Uh, ooh, fresh out the bed! Uh, ooh, count up the deads! (repeatedly)
( As Migos continue performing, MJ and his posse stand up off of the four-wheelers as they all stare at Ryan Wilson with a serious expression, the camera puts a close up on Malcolm’s gear as he can be seen wearing a black vest with the Fendi print all over it and an “M” emblem on the front, as well as some all gold Christian Louboutin shoes, he locks arms with both thots as they accompany him to the ring )
Quavo: Fresh out, outta the bed, count up the deadz!
We heard what you said, we heard what you said
If I wasn’t trappin’, I’d be wrappin’ up them bundles
If I wasn’t rappin’, I’d be trappin’ out the condos
No forreal, no cap, my money long like anacondas
Masters: This is officially the greatest entrance in the history of our business Ken!
Killswitch: It’s rubbish if you ask me..
( The two thots hold the ropes open for MJ and then make their way to the back alongside the bodyguards as Malcolm stands in the middle of the ring staring down Ryan Wilson )
RA: And his opponent..from Harlem, New York.. weighing in at two hundred and thirty pounds.. ”THE WAVE”, MALCOLMMMMM JOOOOOONES!
Masters: Talk about a grand entrance.. I think I like this kid!
Killswitch: Ehhh I’m not a fan of the whole hippity hop image, that isn’t even real music besides Eminem! Slipknot is where it’s at! Besides, I’ve seen the flash and the talk, but I’ve yet to see what he can do in the ring so I’ll save my judgement until then.
Masters: Save your “rap is crap” rhetoric for 2008 buddy! This man is the future! He has friends in high places! Rappers love him! Females love him! He’s got the co-sign from Mr. DEDEDE himself! He’s going to make NEO the hottest thing smoking in EAW, which means a bigger check for the both of us!
Killswitch: Well when you put it like that… let’s go MJ! But in all seriousness.. He’s going to have his hands full with Ryan Wilson, who at the very least is superior to him in the musical taste field.
( “Deadz” ends as Migos and MJ salute one another and they make their way to the back )
( Both Ryan and Malcolm immediately get into each other’s faces only to be separated by the referee and put into their respective corners )
( Ding! Ding! Ding! )
( After the bell rings, both men slowly walk towards each other. Jones holds a hand out, seemingly for a handshake )
Killswitch: C’mon, what is this? We want a fight! You talk shit about a man, imply he’s gay with his best friend and now you want a handshake?!
Masters: Maybe he just wants this to be a respectful bout, Killswitch.
( Ryan slaps Jones’ hand away and starts to yell at him )
Killswitch: Look at that! Looks like they’re exchanging some words here, Masters. I guess there will be no respect in this.
Masters: They need to exchange some punches!
( Suddenly, Malcolm begins to throw a series of rapid jabs )
Masters: THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT! JONES IS UNLOADING ON WILSON HERE WITH THESE PUNCHES! PAUSE! ANOTHER AND ANOTHER AND ANOTHER!
Killswitch: Ryan Wilson has been caught off guard and is getting pretty roughed up right now! That’s what he gets for calling Malcolm a thug from Harlem! BUT WAIT! WILSON GRABS JONES’ ARM! HE THROWS JONES WITH AN ARMDRAG!
( Jones bounces off the mat but quickly rises to his feet again, now looking angry )
Masters: BUT JONES IS RIGHT BACK UP! HE GOES FOR A CLOTHESLINE BUT WILSON DUCKS!
Killswitch: BEFORE MALCOLM CAN TURN BACK AROUND, WILSON GRABS HIM FROM BEHIND! RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX!
Masters: HE NEARLY DROPPED HIM ON HIS HEAD! THIS MAN’S CAREER JUST STARTED BUT RYAN WILSON WANTS TO END IT!
( Jones barely lands safely and Ryan quickly scrambles for a pin )
Killswitch: WILL THIS BE IT?!
Killswitch: AND A KICKOUT FROM MALCOLM JONES! HE WON’T GO DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT! THE ST. LAURENT DON STILL HAS PLENTY IN THE TANK!
Masters: WILSON GOES RIGHT BACK TO WORK! Smart man, you can’t let yourself be distracted!
( Ryan lifts a still stunned Malcolm Jones up and pushes him into the corner. He starts to unleash a quick elbow combination to the head and face of Jones )
Killswitch: RYAN IS ABSOLUTELY RUTHLESS! MAYBE MALCOLM’S WORDS ALL WEEK REALLY GOT TO HIM! JONES IS TRAPPED IN THIS CORNER AND IS GETTING MAULED RIGHT NOW! IF THAT SUPLEX WASN’T ENOUGH, THESE ELBOWS SHOULD SURE DO THE JOB! AND THE REFEREE BEGINS COUNTING!
Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE!
Masters: IT’S PAYBACK FOR EARLIER! BUT WAIT, KILLSWITCH! JONES DODGES AN ELBOW AND RETURNS ONE OF HIS OWN!
Killswitch: JONES LOOKING TO REGAIN THE CONTROL HE HAD AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS! HE SWITCHES POSITIONS WITH RYAN WILSON! PAUSE!
( Jones hits Ryan with a couple punches before backing away from the corner )
Masters: What’s he doing?! He had a good thing going!
Killswitch: A RUNNING BIG BOOT TO THE MASKED FACE OF RYAN WILSON! WOW! AND RYAN IS DAZED NOW! JONES GRABS WILSON’S ARM AND IRISH WHIPS HIM INTO THE OPPOSITE CORNER..WATER WHIP! MALCOLM FOLLOWS UP WITH A RUNNING KNEE!
Masters: WILSON GROGGILY TRIES TO MAKES HIS WAY OUT OF THE CORNER! BUT JONES GETS A HOLD OF HIM! VERTICAL SUPLEX! RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING! NOW JONES IS TAUNTING WILSON, TELLING THE CAMERA TO FOCUS ON HIS SHOES! THOSE ARE SOME NICE LOUBOUTINS!
Killswitch: I’ve never been a man much concerned with materialistic things but I will admit those are beautiful. Malcolm Jones now has momentum, what is he gonna do next? OH BUT HE TOOK TOO LONG SHOWING OFF! RYAN WILSON ROLLS HIM UP!
Masters: NO! MALCOLM KICKS OUT! THAT COULD’VE BEEN A SAD DEBUT!
( Wilson begins to argue with the ref but quickly stops. He returns his attention back to Malcolm Jones who is still on the ground trying to recover )
Killswitch: Is Ryan Wilson gonna try to finish it off here and spoil Malcolm’s party?
Masters: I was so looking forward to the afterparty tonight!
Killswitch: Ryan directing his attention back to Jones, he goes to pick him up..BUT JONES KICKS RYAN RIGHT IN THE FACE AS HE GOES TO LEAN DOWN! HE GOT HIM PRETTY GOOD!
Masters: RYAN PUTS HIS ARMS UP TO HIS FACE IN PAIN AND MALCOLM JONES JUMPS TO HIS FEET! AN ENZUIGURI TO RYAN WILSON! RYAN FALLS TO THE MAT HARD!
Killswitch: MALCOLM ISN’T DONE YET THOUGH IT SEEMS! HE GRABS RYAN BY THE MASK AGAIN, LIFTING HIM TO HIS FEET! WHAT’S NEXT?!
Masters: THE END IS NEXT HERE FOR RYAN WILSON, IT SEEMS!
( Jones stops with Ryan in his grasp for a couple seconds, looking out at the crowd as they cheer )
Masters: COME ON, DO IT! JONES IRISH WHIPS RYAN INTO THE ROPES! HE COMES BACK TO MALCOLM NOW..
Killswitch: BUT RYAN WILSON TURNS THIS AROUND AS HE HITS MALCOLM JONES WITH A LOU THESZ PRESS OUT OF NOWHERE! WE THOUGHT RYAN WAS DONE FOR! AND MALCOLM IS BEING ASSAULTED RIGHT NOW! AN ARRAY OF PUNCHES TO THAT MONEYMAKER!
Masters: MALCOLM IS TRYING TO BLOCK THE BLOWS AND PROTECT HIS FACE BUT I DON’T KNOW HOW WELL THAT’S WORKING FOR HIM! RYAN WILSON IS GOING HAM!
Killswitch: Ryan slowly stops his beatdown and takes some time to taunt himself now! BUT QUICKLY, RYAN WILSON WITH A BEAUTIFUL SPRINGBOARD MOONSAULT!
Masters: BUT NO! MALCOLM GETS HIS KNEES UP! HE BLOCKS THE MOONSAULT! OUCH! AND RYAN IS WRITHING IN PAIN! MALCOLM PUSHES RYAN AWAY AND GETS BACK TO HIS FEET!
Killswitch: MALCOLM JONES CAN END THIS NOW! MALCOLM GRABS RYAN AND PUTS HIM INTO A HEADLOCK..HE RUNS TOWARDS THE CORNER! BOUNCES OFF THE ROPES! BUCK 50! BUCK 50! THE TORNADO FACEBUSTER FROM MALCOLM JONES! THIS COULD BE IT AS HE PINS A SEEMINGLY KNOCKED OUT RYAN WILSON!
( Ding! Ding! Ding!)
( After signalling for the bell, Jones rolls off of Wilson and rises to his feet. The ref grabs his hand and raises it in victory. “Deadz” picks back up as Malcolm celebrates, doing the milly rock in the ring and dancing to his music )
RA: AND YOUR WINNER.. ”THE WAVE” MALCOLMMMMM JOOOOONESSS!
Masters: AND WE GET THE AFTERPARTY! BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY A SUCCESSFUL DEBUT FOR HARLEM NATIVE, MALCOLM JONES! HE HAS A BRIGHT FUTURE HERE ON NEO!
Killswitch: Malcolm Jones came to NEO with a lot of hype and a lot of talk to go with it but he certainly showed why tonight as he backed up everything he said!
Masters: That’ll teach you to not doubt the Balmain Badass! The Margiela Madman! The Vlone Vigilante! Th-
Killswitch: Okay okay we get it Masters, I haven’t cringed at nicknames this much since I heard someone call themselves the “Kaiser”!
Masters: Ha.. Ha.. Ha.. Hilarious… anyways keep it locked because we have more of Frontline heading your way!
( Camera fades backstage to Alex Reynolds making his way down the hallway with Vexx Monroe as suddenly they are stopped by Molly Waters who runs up to them with a mic in hand )
Molly: Guys! I wanted to ask you a few questions about your match in a few moments..
Alex: Well well well look who it is, I’m surprised you have the nerve to come up to me after that night we had, you haven’t returned any calls or messages since! What’s the deal?
Molly(clearly embarrassed): I’m not sure this is the appropriate time or place to be discussing this, i’m just doing my jo-
Alex: Last time you did a “job” with me it left much to be desired, can you believe this Vexx? I showed this woman the time of her life a few weeks back and I haven’t heard zip from her since.. now she wants a “scoop” from us before. What do you think I should do?
Vexx: Ehh go easy on her.
Molly: But wait, aren’t you two an item? You aren’t mad about this?
Vexx(laughing): Us? An item? Don’t flatter yourself honey. I guess everybody took us locking hands the wrong way.. Alex is my partner in crime, but we are not lovers.
Alex: We just have a mutual interest in causing havoc, nothing more nothing less. Besides, if I was in a relationship with any female in EAW it’d be Astraea Jordan.. bless her poor heart she’s been through so much. Remind me to send those flowers to her hospital room later will ya Vexx?
Alex: Oh yeah you’re here, what do you want from my life?
Molly: I was just wondering what your reaction was to Ryan Wilson’s loss. You faced him last week on NEO and lost, thanks to Azrael.
Alex: This loss isn’t a surprise, that’s what happens when his partner isn’t around to save him. His partner didn’t want to show his face in that match because he was too focused on our bout coming up. Now I’m about to keep the tradition going by showing that Azrael can’t get it done without Ryan either. This is what happens when there’s no one around to hold your hand and save you at every turn, you get exposed for what you actually are, and that is a loser. But in the event that Ryan does decide to limp out there during our match and try to sabotage my momentum, I am fully prepared for it this time. Now unless you plan on answering my texts for a post-match massage later tonight, disperse.
( Molly quickly leaves the scene )
Alex: Now that she’s out of the way, Vexx.. you’re going to hate me for this but I’m looking out for your best interests. You may not understand it now but you’ll appreciate it in the future when you see the results… but I’m going to need you to stay back here tonight.
Vexx: There’s no way that’s happening! We all saw what happened last week and even with there being a slim chance of Ryan showing up, we can’t take anything for granted.
Alex: That’s the problem. What happened last week was a result of them using you as leverage to get an advantage over me. You’re a liability in this match..
Vexx: A liability? So who’s going to save you if Ryan comes out there and distracts the ref or you, leading to an Azrael victory?
Alex: I’ll take my chances, but I can’t have you getting blindsided on the ringside and then I’ll be in a situation where I have to save you and we all saw how that went last week. It’s not that you can’t hold your own, but there just isn’t much you can do with someone attacking you from behind. And if you think you’ll just be extra aware and watch your back then there’s really no use for you to be out there with me tonight. I promise you, I’ll go out there and win it for us, and when I do, you can come out there to celebrate with me and we’ll be right back to being side to side once I finally get these freaks out of our hairs once and for all, deal?
Vexx: If you insist..
( Alex reaches his fist out for a pound as Vexx reluctantly gives him one )
Alex: I promise you, this sacrifice won’t be made in vain.
( Alex begins walking away as Vexx looks on concerned )
( A highlight of the feud between Alex Reynolds and Azrael plays including Alex defeating Ryan Wilson, Azrael/Ryan taking out several of Alex’s partners leaving him to fend for himself, Azrael/Ryan going back and forth on the mic, and it ends with Azrael standing over Alex from the last NEO )
( Camera pans back to the ring )
Ring Announcer: Ladies and Gentlemen, this next contest is scheduled for ONE FALL!!…
Crowd: ONE FALL!!
Ring Announcer: and is a TABLES, LADDERS AND CHAIRS MATCH!!
(“Stones” – Manafest plays through the PA Speakers as Alex Reynolds walks through the curtains with Vexx Monroe)
Ring Announcer: Introducking FIRST FROM BIRMINGHAM, WEST MIDLANDS, UNITED KINGDOM…. WEIGHING IN AT TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY POUNDS!!… ALEXXXXX REYNOOOOOOOLLLLLDDDDDSSS!!
Masters: It’s time, Killswitch! It’s time, Alex Reynolds against Azreal with those Tables, Ladders and Chairs at their disposal! I’m not going to lie, I’ve been waiting for this one for weeks; this has been building and building towards tonight, the night where they’re finally going to be able to settle things once and for all. The person that is able to walk out of here tonight – they’ll know, wholeheartedly, that they’re the person that was better than the other.
Killswitch: It’s not often to where you see this environment without something hanging over head, but this is what this all has built towards. These two will have the intention of ripping the head off the other and they’ve been given the equipment essential to do — WAIT!! WAIT A MINUTE!! FROM BEHIND – AZREAL!! STEEL CHAIR IN HAND, CRACKING IT AGAINST THE SPINE OF ALEX REYNOLDS!! ALEX DROPS DOWN TO HIS HANDS AND KNEES, BUT AZREAL DOESN’T RELENT!! ANOTHER SHOT TO THE SPINE!! A THIRD!! A FOURTH!! AZREAL TOSSES THE CHAIR AWAY INTO THE RING AS ALEX SOMEHOW PUSHES HIMSELF BACK UP!! AZREAL DOESN’T LET THE MAN GET TO HIS FEET, GRABBING A HANDFUL OF HIS HAND AND LAUNCHES HIM INTO THOSE STEEL STEPS!! THOSE STEPS EXPLODING APART FROM THE IMPACT OF FLESH MEETING STEEL!! ALEX’S SPINE JARS IN PAIN!! AZREAL MAY HAVE NO INTENTION IN COMPETING IN THIS TLC MATCH!!
Master: This may have been the man’s strategy all alone, Killswitch! You might not like it, I don’t, but it may be a brilliant one at that.
( Azreal drags Alex back to his feet and rolls him back into the ring, sliding in after him. )
Killswitch: Azreal looking to continue this beatdown, but the referee gets in between him and Alex. Alex still pushing himself back to his feet – the man is refusing to stay down, but that may be the smartest thing that the man can do. He isn’t in condition to compete, let alone in a match as barbaric as this one. The referee is talking to Alex… No, don’t tell me. Alex, come on lad.
Alex: Ring the bell…
Master: The referee would be smart to call it off…
( Alex grabs onto the referee’s collar with both hands. )
Alex: RING. THE. BELL.
Killswitch: The referee reluctantly… the referee calls for the bell!
( Ding! Ding! Ding! )
Killswitch: The bell ring – AND AZREAL CHARGES STRAIGHT FORWARD AND LATCHES ONTO ALEX REYNOLDS!! ALEX TRYING TO FIGHT AWAY, BUT THE MAN DOESN’T HAVE THE STRENGTH LEFT!! AZREAL PULLS HIM IN AND TRAPS HIM IN THAT DOUBLE UNDERHOOK!! THE HAPPY JOY DRIVER!! NO, ALEX!! ALEX USES THE MOMENTUM TO FLOAT OVER AND LANDS ON HIS FEET BEHIND AZREAL!! AZREAL TURNS – ALEX HAS A CHAIR IN HAND – AND CRACKS IT ACROSS THE SKULL OF AZREAL!! AZREAL GOES DOWN AS ALEX REYNOLDS FALLS INTO THE COVER!!
ONE!!… TWO!!… TH–
Killswitch: RYAN WILSON!! RYAN WILSON PULLS THE REFEREE OUT OF THE RING!! WHERE DID HE COME FROM?! ALEX JUST SITS THERE, EYES LOCKED ON RYAN – WOW!! ALEX SHOOTS TO HIS FEET AND LAUNCHES HIMSELF OVER THE TOP ROPE WITH A TOPE CON HILO!! RYAN WILSON GOES DOWN!! ALEX LOOKING AT AZREAL WHO’S STIRRING IN THE RING BEFORE TURNING HIS ATTENTION BACK TO RYAN – HE KNOWS HE HAS TO MAKE SURE HE’S OUT OF THE EQUATION FOR GOOD!! ALEX GRABS A STEEL CHAIR AND STALKS AS RYAN STUMBLES BACK TO HIS FEET!! RYAN’S UP AND ALEX THROWS THE CHAIR AT HIM!! RYAN CAUGHT IT — SUPERKICK!! ALEX WITH A SUPERKICK TO THE CHAIR, WHICH CRACKS INTO THE SKULL OF RYAN WILSON!! RYAN’S DOWN!! ALEX TURNS HIS ATTENTION BACK TO THE RING; ALEX SLIDES INTO THE RING — BUT STRAIGHT INTO THE GRASP OF AZREAL!! AZREAL HAS HIM LOCKED!! HAPPY JOY DRIVER!! ALEX REYNOLDS DROPPED ON THE TOP OF HIS HEAD WITH THAT DOUBLE UNDERHOOK BRAINBUSTER!! AZREAL ROLLS INTO THE COVER!!
ONE!!… TWO!… THREE!!!!!!!
( Ding! Ding! Ding! )
( “Coming Undone” – KoRn hits as Azreal gets back to his feet; he shakes his head trying to shake out the cobwebs after that chair shot to the head. )
Ring Announcer: The winner of this match…”THE MAD TRICKSTER”!!… AZZZRRRREAAAAALLL!!!!
Killswitch: Damn it. I thought – I thought Alex was going to do it; that beating before the match was just too much to recover from. It didn’t last long, but the kid gave it one hell of a fight. Hold your head up high, lad.
Master: It was just a mountain too high to climb that attack from behind. He fought; we both thought he managed to pull that proverbial rabbit out of the hat, but Ryan Wilson pulling the referee out of the ring. Azreal is proud of himself; he pulls out a victory, a controversal one, but a victory no less.
( The crowd suddenly erupts as someone slides into the ring and stalks. )
Master: WHO’S THAT, KILLSWITCH?
Killswitch: I HAVE NO IDEA – I HAVEN’T SEEN THIS MAN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! HE HAS HIS EYES LOCKED ON AZREAL WHO’S COMPLETELY OBVIOUS!! HE SWINGS AZREAL AROUND!! STUNNER!! STUNNER!! AZREAL GOES DOWN!! THE MAN SHOOT BACK TO HIS FEET AND JUST STANDS OVER THE DOWNED AZREAL!! WAIT, RYAN WILSON ROLLS BACK INTO THE RING; HE’S STILL REELING AS THIS MANS EYES SHIFT STRAIGHT TOWARDS HIM!! STUNNER!! STUNNER!! RYAN WILSON FLOORED BY A STUNNER TOO!! WHO IS THIS MAN – GOD KNOWS, BUT BAH GAWD, HE ALMOST STUNNERED BOTH MEN OUT OF THEIR BOOTS!! THIS MAN… HE’S HEADING UP THE RAMP?! THE MAN… HE COULDN’T BE APART OF NEO, COULD HE? IF HE IS, HE HAS JUST MADE ONE HELL OF AN IMPACT!!
( The mystery man stands on the stage, looking back down at the ring where Azreal and Ryan Wilson remain down as the camera fades elsewhere. )
( A package plays highlighting the NEO careers of The Revenant and Shackleford. It shows The Revenant successfully making his debut and winning several matches and Shackleford working his way up the ladder on NEO. “Rage” by Vic Mensa plays as it shows the beginning of their rivalry with Shackleford declaring himself as the “Face of NEO”, and The Revenant vowing to rid NEO of all corruption. Highlights play including their back and forths on the mic, their Frontline match being announced, them going at it in matches, Shackleford’s alliance with Sinister Ace taking down The Revenant, The Revenant taking down Shackleford on the last NEO, as the package ends with the two men face to face with one another )
( Camera pans to the ring with the announcer standing by )
Ring Announcer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! The winner of this match WILL receive a contract to one of EAW’s three main brands!
( The arena lights dim )
( A bell tolls as several security guards rush from the entrance tunnel, quickly reinforcing and stacking up on either sides of the stage. The bell tolls again, as “For Whom The Bell Tolls” by Metallica hits and the titantron crackles with the symbol, the lights flicker purple and white, as The Revenant exits from the tunnel in hooded garb tribute gear made in a personal omage to Brody Sparks )
( The Revenant visually cracks his neck, pyro goes off as the guards rush to block and reinforce the tunnel door as he walks down the stage as pyro goes off again behind him. The stage Pyro goes off until The Revenant reaches the bottom of the ramp, and then as he raises his arms pointing out from his sides, pyro goes off all along the ramp until it meets together at the ramp’s end )
Ring Announcer: Approaching the ring first, from Chicago, Illinois… weighing in at 225 pounds… THEEEEEEEEE REEEEVVVEENNNNNANNNTTTTT!!
Masters: Well Killy… IT’S MAIN EVENT TIME!! The Revenant out first, you know it’s hitting me right now that… after tonight one of these guys is gonna be gone from NEO. Onto “greener pastures” as they would say… it kind of puts a damper on things.
Killswitch: They may be moving on but calm yourself with all that greener pastures talk… NEO is just as green as any other wrestling show!
Masters: I don’t… I don’t think you…
( Masters is cut off by the lights beginning to flicker different shades of blue, red and yellow. The titantron flashes alive with the words “King of NEO” spelled out. After a few seconds the word “NEO” is crossed out and replaced with the logos of Dynasty, Showdown and Voltage. The titantron then cuts out and ‘Paint It Black’ by The Rolling Stones hits as Shackleford approaches the stage. He locks eyes with The Revenant and makes his way to the ring )
Ring Announcer: And his opponent, from Fratton, England… weighing in at 210 pounds… SHAAAACCCCCCKKKKLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEFFFOOOORRRRDDDDDDDD!!
Masters: And now here’s Shackleford! Such a vile man he’s become in the weeks leading up to Frontline. Forming an uneasy alliance with Sinister Ace and the two men were constantly getting the upper hand on The Revenant… that was until last week.
Killswitch: That’s right! Shackleford got his comeuppance last week at the hands of The Revenant. You could argue the momentum right now is squarely with Revenant… Shackleford needs to change that.
( Ding! Ding! Ding! )
Masters: Ladies and Gentlemen… HERE WE GO!! The crowd is buzzing as we get our main event underway. For Shackleford it’s simple, redemption, the theme for this weekend. For The Revenant it’s all about making a name for himself and cementing himself as one of the best young professional wrestlers in the world. The Revenant steps into the center of the ring, ready to lock up but Shackleford not obliging him here, smart. He’s not gonna let the younger, more experienced man dictate this match. These are Shackleford’s rules. BUT THE PATIENCE OF THE REVENANT HAS RUN DRY IT WOULD APPEAR AS HE CHARGES TOWARDS SHACKLEFORD, CATCHING HIM OFF GUARD, PUSHING HIM INTO THE CORNER AND BEGINS TO UNLOAD WITH A SERIES OF SHOULDER THRUSTS INTO THE ABDOMEN!!
Killswitch: The Revenant, such a scrappy competitor, I think that’s what I like most about him. An undefined style, you never quite know what you’re gonna get from him. He takes the arm of Shackleford and whips him into the adjacent corner… HE COMES CHARGING AND AGAIN DELIVERS THE SHOULDER THRUST!! Shackleford holding onto his mid-section now takes a few steps out of the corner… Revenant ducks his head looking for a back body drop but Shackleford won’t be suckered into that one! He lifts his boot up and rockets it into Revenant’s forehead, staggering him. Shackleford drops down into the corner… AND NOW HE DARTS OUT OF IT… CLOTHESLINE FROM HELL!! NO!! REVENANT HAD IT SCOUTED AND WAS ABLE TO AVOID IT, NOW ROLLING OUT OF THE RING TAKING A FEW DEEP BREATHS, ALMOST AS IF HE JUST SAW HIS LIFE FLASH BEFORE HIS VERY EYES!!
Masters: Shackleford was looking to end it early there and you have to believe IF that connected it certainly would’ve done the job. He follows The Revenant out of the ring. Standard elite rules apply here so these guys do have a ten count to work with, but judging by the fact the referee hasn’t even started counting yet… he’s going to be extremely lenient with it. Revenant meets Shackleford with a hard backhand chop across the chest, lighting it up and sending a loud crack all throughout the arena… BUT THE TOUGH BRIT RETURNS THE FAVOR WITH ONE OF HIS OWN… NOW REVENANT WITH ANOTHER… SHACKLEFORD AGAIN!! REVENANT… SHACKLEFORD… REVENANT… SHACKLEFORD… THE CROWD COUNTING ALONG!!… REVENANT… SHACKLEFORD… REVENANT… SHACKLEFORD WITH A RIGHT HAND PUTTING AN END TO THE EXCHANGE, WHICH IS MET WITH LOUD BOOS FROM THE CROWD!! AND FINALLY THE REFEREE BEGINS HIS COUNT!!
Killswitch: That right hand almost knocking The Revenant off his feet but he was able to get a hold of the bottom rope to keep himself upright and roll himself back into the ring, followed by Shackleford. SHACKLEFORD TRIES TO POUNCE ON TOP OF THE REVENANT HERE, BUT REVENANT FIGHTS HIM OFF AND SCRAMBLES BACK TO HIS FEET… AND NOW WE HAVE A LOCK UP!! Not much of a size difference between these two men but I’d give the edge in strength to Shackleford, and he seems to be proving me right here, getting the best of The Revenant… forcing him up against the ropes… AND AGAIN DELIVERING A RIGHT HAND!! Shackleford’s hands and feet are like weapons, extremely dangerous… look for him to take full advantage of them here tonight. Shackleford egging on Revenant, taunting him to lock up again but Revenant shakes his head no, perhaps embarrassed, maybe smart to assume the same will happen if he does so.
Masters: It puts The Revenant in a tough spot here though, Shackleford has him cornered, nowhere to escape. If Revenant takes a step to the left or right, Shackleford makes the same move… Shackleford toying with him, playing games with him, he has him– OH!! A KICK TO THE MID-SECTION FROM REVENANT, A BIT LOW IF YOU ASK ME BUT STILL LEGAL… AND I CAN’T SAY SHACKLEFORD DIDN’T DESERVE IT!!… SHACKLEFORD DROPS TO HIS KNEES, HE’S TRYING TO SAY IT WAS A LOW BLOW!! HE’S DEMANDING FOR THE REFEREE TO CALL FOR THE BELL!! SHACKLEFORD NOW DROPPING DOWN IN THE FETAL POSITION!! IF A DISQUALIFICATION IS CALLED, SHACKLEFORD WILL BE DECLARED THE WINNER HERE AND HE’LL GET HIS MAIN ROSTER CONTRACT!! THE REFEREE HAS A TOUGH DECISION ON HIS HANDS, WHAT’S HE GONNA DO?!… SHACKLEFORD WITH A ROLL UP, THE REFEREE GETS DOWN TO COUNT THE PIN!!
ONEEE!!… TWOOO!!… NO REVENANT ABLE TO ESCAPE, HE GETS TO HIS KNEES AND HIS FACE SHOWS WHAT WE’RE ALL THINKING, WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!
Killswitch: Revenant gets back to his feet… and BOY is Shackleford showing here his experience over Revenant, he’s outsmarting him at nearly every turn. Both men back to their feet again in the middle of the ring, it’s as if the match is starting over! We get a second lock up but this time Revenant isn’t having any of it as he quickly shifts to the back of Shackleford… lifts him up and takes him back down to the mat… now rolling through and getting them both back to their feet, still with his hands wrapped around the waist… HE LIFTS HIM UP AND DELIVERS A GERMAN SUPLEX!! SHACKLEFORD LANDING ALMOST ON HIS NECK THERE, FLIPPING OVER AND NOW RESTING ON HIS STOMACH ON THE MAT!!
Masters: The look on Revenant’s face as well as the tone of this match has dramatically shifted in the last minute or so, so much so that you can almost feel it. Revenant doesn’t look happy at all, I think you’re right Killy, Shackleford has made a fool out of Revenant so far here tonight and Revenant is aware of that very fact. He takes a few steps back into the corner… allowing Shackleford time to make it back to his feet… AND HERE HE COMES… LOOKING FOR A CLOTHESLINE… NO!! HE GOES LOW INSTEAD, ATTACKING THE KNEE OF SHACKLEFORD WHICH TAKES AN UGLY BEND AS HE COLLAPSES TO THE MAT, HOLDING ONTO HIS KNEE AND SCREAMING… AND THIS TIME I DON’T THINK HE’S KIDDING, THAT DIDN’T LOOK GOOD AT ALL!!
Killswitch: No it didn’t, the referee bends down to a knee and begins checking on Shackleford… AND NOW LOOK AT REVENANT!! NOT EVEN RISKING THE CHANCE THAT SHACKLEFORD MAY BE PLAYING UP HIS INJURY HERE, HE PUSHES THE REFEREE AWAY AND BEGINS STOMPING ON THAT LEG, I BELIVE IT’S THE RIGHT LEG OF SHACKLEFORD, RIGHT ON THE KNEE… REPEATED STOMPS, ONE AFTER ANOTHER AFTER ANOTHER, A FLURRY OF THEM, AT LEAST TWENTY!! THE REVENANT HAS ABSOLUTELY SNAPPED HERE, WE MAY BE MOVING TOWARDS A DISQUALIFICATION AFTER ALL… THE REFEREE TRYING TO PULL THE REVENANT AWAY, SHACKLEFORD MAY NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION HERE… FINALLY THE REVENANT LETS UP AND BEGINS PACING AROUND THE RING, RUNNING HIS HANDS THROUGH HIS HAIR… THE MAN HAS TRULY LOST IT!!
Masters: You can’t blame the guy, you really can’t. His emotions were bound to boil over with the way Shackleford was treating him… HE GLANCES TOWARDS SHACKLEFORD AGAIN AND STOMPS OVER TO HIM BUT THE REFEREE IS THERE TO STOMP HIM! SHACKLEFORD RAISES HIS HEAD FROM THE MAT AND QUICKLY BACKS UP INTO THE CORNER USING HIS ARMS AND ONE GOOD FOOT, IN A SEATED POSITION, STARING RIGHT INTO THE EYES OF THE REVENANT AND I THINK THAT’S REAL FEAR!! SHACKLEFORD PULLS HIMSELF UP TO HIS FEET… THE REVENANT COMES RUNNING… RIGHT INTO A BIG BOOT FROM SHACKLEFORD WITH HIS GOOD LEG!! BUT THE WEIGHT COULDN’T BE SUPPORTED BY HIS BAD LEG AND HE TAKES A TUMBLE AS WELL, BOTH MEN DOWN!!
Killswitch: Shackleford still in the corner, rubbing his knee, we have no idea what’s going on with it and probably won’t have an idea until after this match is over. The good news though is that he’s able to bend it, and unlike just a few minutes ago doesn’t appear to be in THAT much pain. He hobbles back to his feet, afraid to put too much weight on it, but knows that he needs to or else this one is as good as over. Meanwhile on the opposite side of the ring The Revenant has made it back to his feet and AGAIN it’s like we’re back at square one! A third lock up! This time Shackleford getting the upperhand! He applies a headlock, wrenching back for a few seconds before letting go and sending Revenant into the ropes.
Masters: Revenant comes rebounding… AND HE GETS MET WITH A DEVASTATING FOREARM SMASH FROM SHACKLEFORD, TAKING HIM ALMOST IMMEDIATELY OUT!! THE REVENANT IN A SEATED POSITION NOW AS SHACKLEFORD DARTS TOWARDS HIM… THIS IS GOING TO BE THE FIRST REAL TEST OF THAT KNEE.. SHINING WIZARD!! SHINING WIZARD FROM SHACKLEFORD, DELIVERED WITH THE BAD LEG!! A GRIMACE OF PAIN BEGINS TO SHOW ITSELF ACROSS HIS FACE BUT HE’S TRYING HIS DAMNEDEST TO GET THIS LEG BACK IN COMPLETE WORKING ORDER!! HE TRIES TO GO FOR THE PIN BUT THE REVENANT ROLLS TO THE OUTSIDE, A VERY VETERAN MOVE FROM THE ROOKIE, MUCH TO CHAGRIN OF SHACKLEFORD!!
Killswitch: Shackleford needs to stay on the attack though, he lowers his head and rolls out of the ring to follow him. Both men meet each other with dueling shots to the head! Shackleford grabs The Revenant and pushes him back hard and The Revenant goes spine first right into the ringside barricade! Now grabbing him by the arm… AND WHIPPING HIM INTO THE STEEL STEPS!! THE STEPS EXPLODING AS THE REVENANT CRASHES INTO THEM HARD, SEPERATING THE STEPS IN TWO AND THE TOP HALF GOES FLYING A GOOD FIVE OR TEN FEET UP THE RAMP!! Remember folks, this is not a no disqualification match but throwing your opponent into the steel steps IS allowed considering it’s part of the environment. The Revenant gets back to his feet, this time it’s him showing the signs of a possible injury as he has a hold of his shoulder, moving it around. SHACKLEFORD COMES CHARGING AT HIM!!…
Masters: BUT A DROP TOE HOLD BY THE REVENANT TRIPS SHACKLEFORD AND HE GOES FACE FIRST… RIGHT INTO THE STEEL STEPS!! SKULL CRACKING OFF THE EDGE… BUSTED OPEN, OH MY WHAT A GRUESOME SIGHT THIS IS, BLOOD POURING OUT EVERYWHERE!! The referee again being VERY lenient with the count here, wanting this one to have a definitive end, not a count out! Revenant hops up onto the apron, looking to get back into the ring… BUT SHACKLEFORD GRABS A HOLD OF HIS LEG… SHACKLEFORD WANTS TO KEEP THIS ON THE OUTSIDE!! SHACKLEFORD USING REVENANT’S LEG, ALMOST AS SUPPORT TO PULL HIMSELF BACK TO HIS FEET… REVENANT’S TRYING TO PUSH HIM AWAY BUT TO NO AVAIL… SHACKLEFORD IS NOT LETTING GO OF THAT FOOT!! HE DIPS HIS HEAD IN-BETWEEN REVENANT’S LEGS AND OH… OH!!
Killswitch: HE HAS HIM IN AN ELECTRIC CHAIR POSITION!! THIS COULD BE DISASTROUS!! OH BUT REVENANT TRYING TO FIGHT IT… SHACKLEFORD DOESN’T HAVE A GOOD HOLD HERE… THEY’RE STUMBLING ALL AROUND THE RINGSIDE AREA… LOOK OUT!! THE REVENANT IS ABLE TO SWITCH IT INTO A HURRICANRANA AND BOTH SHACKLEFORD AND REVENANT GO TUMBLING OVER THE BARRICADE HERE AND LANDING IN THE CROWD AREA!! SECURITY IMMEDIATELY RUSHING OVER TO PUT A WALL BETWEEN THEM AND THE CROWD… BUT THE ACTION CONTINUES AS BOTH MEN BEGIN PUMMELING INTO EACH OTHER!! I CAN’T TELL IF THE REVENANT NOW HAS BEEN BUSTED OPEN OR IF THAT’S BLOOD FROM SHACKLEFORD THAT’S FOUND IT’S WAY ONTO THE REVENANT!! THEY’RE ABLE TO MAKE IT BACK TO THEIR FEET, NEITHER MAN LETTING UP ON THE PUNCHES THOUGH! BOTH MEN STARTING TO ENTER THAT MODE OF DESPERATION, THE EFFECTS TAKING THEIR TOLL AND BOTH ARE STARTING TO REALIZE THEY NEED TO FIND THE BEST WAY TO WRAP THIS ONE UP AS QUICKLY AS THEY CAN!!… IT HASN’T BEEN THE FLASHIEST MATCH NOR DID WE EXPECT IT TO BE… BUT GOD HAS IT BEEN HARD HITTING!! REVENANT THROWS SHACKLEFORD HEAD FIRST BACK OVER THE BARRICADE, ONTO THE SIDE OF THE RING!!
Masters: Revenant now with a fistful of hair gets Shackleford to his feet and rolls him back into the ring. Revenant takes a deep breath, a look of agony on his face before he follows back in. Props to the referee for not getting involved and letting this play out the way it should. Revenant gets Shackleford to his feet again… BUT SHACKLEFORD SWATTING REVENANT’S ARMS AWAY… HE SCOOPS HIM UP, LOOKING FOR THE SHACK DADDY DRIVER!!… BUT IT’S REVERSED!! REVENANT ABLE TO LAND BEHIND SHACKLEFORD AND NOW HE TACKLES HIM TO DOWN TO THE CANVAS… AND NOW LOOK!! REVENANT LOOKING TO APPLY THAT SUBMISSION HOLD HE CALLS CONFESS!!
Killswitch: LOOK AT SHACKLEFORD’S EYES!! FULL OF FEAR, HE KNOWS WHAT’S COMING!! HE IS TRYING TO PUT UP RESISTANCE… BUT REVENANT’S GOT IT!! IT’S LOCKED IN!! CONFESS IS LOCKED IN ON SHACKLEFORD, RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING, THE MAN HAS NOWHERE… ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE TO GO!! THIS IS IT, SHACKLEFORD IS GONNA BE FORCED TO TAP OUT, REVENANT IS SECONDS AWAY FROM CAPTURING THAT MAIN ROSTER CONTRACT!! HE WRENCHES BACK, SHACKLEFORD DESPERATE!! THE REVENANT SCREAMING AT HIM, BEGGING HIM TO TAP… THE FANS JOIN ALONG, CHANTS OF “TAP! TAP! TAP!” SHACKLEFORD SHAKING HIS HEAD NO, BEING RESILIENT, DEFIANT, BUT HOW MUCH LONGER CAN HE HOLD ON!!
Masters: THE BACK OF SHACKLEFORD BEING BENT TO IT’S LIMIT HERE!! IF I DIDN’T KNOW ANY BETTER I’D SAY IT WAS ABOUT TO SNAP!! SHACKLEFORD FLAILING HIS ARMS ABOUT… TRYING TO REACH OUT TO THE ROPES BUT THEY’RE STILL A GOOD SIX FEET AWAY!! SHACKLEFORD… OH LOOK AT SHACKLEFORD!! HE ROLLS THROUGH IT… BUT THE REVENANT KEEPS IT APPLIED!! THE REVENANT DIDN’T LET GO, IF ANYTHING ALL SHACKLEFORD’S DONE IS PLACE HIMSELF FURTHER INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE RING!! REVENANT SCREAMS AGAIN, HE WRENCHES BACK AGAIN, CURSING AT SHACKLEFORD WHO JUST WON’T GIVE UP!!… THE REVENANT REARS BACK ONE MORE TIME, PUTTING EVERYTHING HE HAS INTO IT… SHACKLEFORD RAISES AN ARM!! AND HE… HE ROLLS THROUGH AGAIN AND THIS TIME HE’S ABLE TO GET HIS FOOT ONTO THE BOTTOM ROPE, HE’S ESCAPED!! I DON’T BELIEVE IT, BUT THIS ONE WILL CONTINUE!!
Killswitch: UNBELIEVABLE!! Shackleford was in that hold seemingly forever, and he refused to give up! Say what you want about the man… but that was IMPRESSIVE! The Revenant used up all of his five count before breaking the hold. Both men are down. Shackleford writhing in pain, The Revenant laid out from pure exhaustion. He put all he had into that submission, banking that it would get him the win… but it didn’t? What will it take?! Shackleford is the first to stir! He gets his hand on the middle rope, slowly pulling himself up to his feet… Revenant sees it out of the corner of his eye, he lets out a sigh before he himself gets back to a vertical base.
Masters: Revenant throws a right hand and BUT IT MISSES WILDLY!! Shackleford with a right hand of his own! The Revenant catches himself and delivers one of his own! This time connecting! Revenant with another one! A third! Shackleford pushes him back… CLOTHESLINE FROM HELL!! OH MY GOD!! CLOTHESLINE FROM HELL COMING OUT OF NOWHERE!! THE REVENANT GETS TURNED INSIDE OUT WHILE SHACKLEFORD’S MOMENTUM TAKES HIM HALF WAY ACROSS THE RING!! SHACKLEFORD LOOKS AT THE LIFELESS REVENANT AND SMILES!! VICTORY SO CLOSE!! HE CRAWLS HIS WAY OVER AND HOOKS THE LEG!!
ONEEE!!… TWOOO!!… ANDDD NO!! NO!! NO!!
Killswitch: THE REVENANT KICKS OUT!! SHACKLEFORD LIKE A BOLT OF LIGHTNING SITS UP, FLUSHED OF ALL COLOR IN THE FACE… SHOCKED!! SHACKLEFORD HAS PUT MANY AN OPPONENT AWAY WITH THAT CLOTHESLINE, AND THAT WAS ONE OF THE MOST SAVAGE, VICIOUS ONES I’VE EVER SEEN HIM DELIVER… AND IT DIDN’T GET THE JOB DONE, HOW?!
Masters: IT’S WHAT THEY’RE FIGHTING FOR KILLY!! THAT CONTRACT TO A MAIN BRAND, IT’S FOR THEIR FUTURE!! Shackleford gets to his feet… still astonished and sets himself up in the corner… preying on his opponent. Despite the kick out, The Revenant has barely moved a muscle since, I hate to use the cliche but that may have been out of nothing but pure instinct! OH AND LOOK AT THIS!! THE REVENANT JUST SAT UP!! HE JUST SAT UP AS IF HE WAS RISING OUT OF THE GRAVE… NOW BACK TO HIS FEET!! SHACKLEFORD’S SPOOKED!! HE CHARGES TOWARDS HIM LOOKING FOR A SECOND CLOTHESLINE FROM HELL… BUT IT’S DUCKED!! AVOIDED BY THE REVENANT!! AND NOW FROM BEHIND HE LOCKS SHACKLEFORD UP BY THE ARM AND PUSHES HIM INTO THE TURNBUCKLE… HE COMES CHARGING… THE EXECUTIONER!! FEET CONNECTING WITH SPINE AND CHEST CONNECTING WITH TURNBUCKLE!! SHACKLEFORD COLLAPSES IN A HEAP… THIS IS IT!! THE COVER!!
ONEEE!!… TWOOO!!… THRR– FOOT ON THE ROPES!! FOOT ON THE ROPES!!
Killswitch: SHACKLEFORD GOT HIS FOOT ON THE ROPES AND NOW IT’S REVENANT WITH THE LOOK OF DISBELIEF!! SHACKLEFORD NOT ONLY GOT OUT OF THE CONFESS SUBMISSION, BUT HE ALSO MANAGES TO NOT GET BEATEN BY THE EXECUTIONER, THE REVENANT HAS THROWN EVERYTHING HE HAS AT SHACKLEFORD, BUT IT HASN’T GOTTEN THE JOB DONE!!
Masters: That’s TWICE now Shackleford has used the ropes to escape certain defeat. And you can tell The Revenant realizes that as he gets to his feet and kicks the bottom rope. Frustration possibly starting to settle in, and I don’t blame him. As you mentioned… EVERYTHING has been thrown at Shackleford… yet he’s still here, still fighting. Shackleford rolled onto the apron, now pulling himself to his feet… I don’t know what his intentions are here and it doesn’t look like I’m gonna find out as The Revenant makes his way over towards him. He hooks Shackleford’s arm behind his head and LIFTS HIM UP… looking to suplex him back into the ring… BUT A KNEE!! A KNEE FROM SHACKLEFORD TO THE CROWN OF REVENANT’S HEAD!! SHACKLEFORD DROPS DOWN BEHIND HIM… CLOTHESLINE FROM HELL!! TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD THIS TIME!! THE SECOND ONE!! SHACKLEFORD THIS TIME DOESN’T WASTE TIME GOING FOR THE PIN… HOOKING THE LEG CLOSEST TO THE ROPE!!
ONEEE!!… TWOOO… THREEE!!
( Ding! Ding! Ding! )
( ‘Paint It Black’ hits as Shackleford sits up breathing heavily. The crowd give both men a standing ovation, admiring the performance )
Ring Announcer: Your winner… SHACCCCCCCCCCCKKKKLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEFFFFOOOOORRRRRRDDDD!!
Masters: SHACKLEFORD DID IT!! SHACKLEFORD’S GETTING A MAIN ROSTER CONTRACT!!
Killswitch: What a match we just witnessed Masters! Props has to go to Shackleford, I know the guy doesn’t make it easy to like him… but after tonight you have to respect him. He endured so much punishment in this one… but was able to overcome it all and get the three count on Revenant!
Masters: A bloody mess is Shackleford, and you’re right Killy, Shackleford got it handed to him tonight by The Revenant and props have to go to him as well. As selfish as this may sound… I’m glad we’re gonna have The Revenant over on NEO for just a little while longer.
( Shackleford makes his way up the ramp raising his arms in the air as he gets met with a mixed reaction )
Masters: Get ready EAW! Shackleford’s coming!
